And then she started pulling the seat belt back. >> You pulled the seat belt choking him while the car is in motion. >> Yes. >> While he was also sitting there beating me in the face, >> ma'am. I'm trying to run from you. What the >> one bad call after another spills out of the home and onto the street. >> Go to prison and get the out of my face, you dirty. And then that whole I've got this under control fantasy starts falling apart. You're about to see why consequences always show up right on time. On April 20th, 2025, what looked like a familiar domestic violence call took a hard turn into something far more dangerous. Under the influence, the woman jumped out of a moving car, putting her boyfriend and the child in the back at serious risk. From that moment on, the consequences started stacking up. >> What happened, man? >> Uh, she's she's had a little too much drink. She hopped out the car at me while I'm trying to get a song. >> Call 911 earlier today. >> What's your name? >> Dustin Spencer. >> Okay. Girlfriend. >> Girlfriend. >> What's your kid? >> Uh, I've been there since she's born. >> Okay. I feel like that child's in >> Hang on right here, man. >> Hey, what's going on? >> Hi. >> Hi. Are you involved? >> I I'm in the front seat and um my friend is >> Hold on. >> I am her friend. We were going to go out for a nice evening. >> Okay. But she got feeling a little down, shall we say? >> And I didn't like the way she >> So I told her she was scaring me. >> Okay. >> And so I told him, >> well, wherever he went. >> Yeah. >> I told him I wanted to I wanted him to drive. >> Not her. >> Whose car? My car. >> What? That's her car. >> So, he's been driving. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> And >> can you put her up for me, please? >> Yeah. Can you put her in the seat? >> You need to stand there with her. >> Come here. >> Ma'am, come talk to me. >> Oh, yes, ma'am. I'm sorry. >> Okay. So, he's driving, not you. >> Yes, I know. >> Cuz you were scaring her. Okay. Or cuz she was scaring you. >> Where Where was this at? >> It was. >> Okay. And they were acting stupid like who told her not to act stupid cuz she was acting stupid. >> Okay. I will talk to you in a minute. So who who's driving down the road at first? >> Okay. Well, the thing is he was driving down the road and she was acting really stupid. And >> how how was she acting stupid? Well, they were having an argument. >> Okay. >> And she was opening up the car door. >> Oh, >> yes. >> While they're driving down the road. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Where's the baby? >> The baby was in the car. >> This wasn't just impulsive. It read more like intentional self-destruction used as leverage, turning danger into a bargaining chip. The second the spotlight shifted off her and the officer started listening to other people, she immediately flipped into victim mode, trying to pull the emotions back to her side. >> What's going on, Michael? >> I have a piece of [ __ ] boyfriend. I've already called 911 earlier today. This shit's just going on. He's moved out of my house about 10,000 times today. I can show you all the [ __ ] messages of him being press when it comes today. >> Okay. >> Did he Did he punch you? Dude, like I'm Can I show you my phone that he busted up? >> Yeah. >> So if you like there's been so much >> Where's he at? >> He's right there. So these people saw me on the side of the street stranded. >> We've been fighting all [ __ ] day. I've backed him a thousand times. Leave. He's moved. I've got video evidence. The one in the yellow shirt. >> Yes. I've got video evidence of him leaving my house a thousand times. We live in thousand times leaving. I'm on probation. My probation officer knows about him leaving a thousand times. And then every time he goes through [ __ ] he comes right back to my [ __ ] house and he's been back. >> He's now >> last to drive my car. >> All I'm trying to do is get the This is an elderly lady I take care of. >> Okay. >> Fair warning. Shit's about to get bad. Officer said is my probation officer. >> I'm not trying. I just want the guy to get the [ __ ] away from me. >> Okay. >> So that's >> I called earlier today and hung No. >> I called earlier today, hung up the phone because it was an accident. You can literally, you guys can look up that, right? From my phone number. You can literally look up that, correct? >> Okay. So, I'm not [ __ ] bullshitting, you guys. >> I don't We're not saying you're [ __ ] >> but this ladies over here treating me like I'm [ __ ] [ __ ] I haven't done a [ __ ] thing. >> I don't What? What? What do you mean? What >> [ __ ] attitude with me? >> Well, if you went over there trying to intervene while she was talking, >> I didn't. I was literally just trying to talk to her as soon as she walked up. >> Okay. Well, that's probably the first person she came in contact with. So, was was she in the car? >> Yes. Right there. I was in the back seat while he's [ __ ] whailing all the >> Look at him. He's on testosterone. He's on all this [ __ ] People on probation often react way bigger than the moment calls for because they know one wrong move can send them straight back to jail. But once the older woman and the boyfriend started giving details that didn't help her, she realized tears weren't going to cover the truth. >> Could she get injured? Because she was fighting him >> like while he's driving. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Like was the car swerving all over the place or >> Well, when she was fighting him? Yes, ma'am. >> Was she like just hitting him? >> I'm not really sure exactly. He was driving. And >> so he's driving. You're sitting up front. >> Yes, ma'am. >> She's sitting in the back with the baby. >> Yeah. So, what was she doing to him to say that you're fighting? Like, was she putting hands on him? Was she slapping him? Was she throwing stuff at him? >> Well, she was kind of throwing things. Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. >> And I yelled at her about it cuz I said, "He's driving." >> Okay. >> And I said, "Don't be stupid." >> Okay. Hey man, excuse me. >> Come come talk to me. >> So, did [clears throat] she ever exit the car while you're moving? >> Uh, who's at the stop sign? >> They're asking what color was the red light. She got out. >> This red light. >> Okay. >> I'm not following her. >> Tell me what happened in the car. >> Oh, driving and she was throwing stuff at me and hit me. I tried to push her back and that's when she put me right there >> and then she started pulling the seat belt back >> and me a little bit and that's when I swung around >> just drinking. >> Just drinking. She can't drink. She can't She the >> Too much fun at Was or whatever. We didn't even make it. We went in there. They wouldn't serve her alcohol and um so where we before >> we we just we that was the first place we stopped at. She's been drinking all day at the house. At >> the house. Yes, ma'am. Look that way for me. >> This side. >> Well, I know you said she's throwing books at you, so it would be here. Are they on the floor or in the front of the car? >> Um, they're probably in the right there in the back or I'm not sure. >> This mother didn't just assault her boyfriend. She also made reckless choices that put both herself and the child behind her in danger. Alcohol doesn't create a brand new person. It just strips away the brakes, letting the anger that was already there show itself raw and ugly. >> So, what's what's this about? >> The message. >> No, no, no. I wasn't finished with the sentence. What's this about you throwing stuff at him and you bit him and then you pulled the seat belt while the car is in motion? >> You pulled the seat belt choking him while the car's in motion. >> Yes. while he was also sitting there beating me in the face. Does he have the marks on him? >> Okay. Was this Yeah, he has marks on him as well. >> So, that's him beating back at me and he pulled up forward. >> Okay. So, >> I've already called y'all once. I've already literally called y'all before earlier. >> We're not worried about anything before. We're only worried about what happened >> when Okay. So, what caused you to bite him? >> Okay. So, that caused you to bite him. Okay. Come on. >> I don't know. Ask these guys. >> Yeah. I can't be okay. I have three little girls. I I asked him to leave today. >> Listen. Listen. >> We did. Nobody said you were going to jail. >> I have three little girls. I take care of the [ __ ] elderly. Stop it. Neither am I. But I begged YOU TO LEAVE WHEN YOU PACKED. >> HEY, we're not shouting across the roadway. >> So, can I show you the videos of him loading his [ __ ] up in the car? >> Sit still and quiet. Okay. >> Please just let me show you my car. >> Please let me show you. He was packing up and leaving earlier today and he got in the car and he came with me and Natalie here. I have laughed a thousand times. I can show you a month ago where I went and stayed at Navar Beach because he was beating the [ __ ] up. Why haven't you stayed away from me? >> I can't because I'm financially dependent. It's a [ __ ] shitty ass life, man. It's a shitty ass life, bro. >> I need you to bring it down. I don't need you to be shouting. Okay, >> I understand. I apologize. >> She can't walk away from the toxic relationship because she's financially dependent. That's the core of the tragedy. Money stress turns into pressure. Pressure turns into resentment. and resentment eventually becomes violence. What hurts her most isn't what she did. It's the feeling of being trapped in what she sees as her own miserable [music] life. Very stressed about what was going on. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Very stressed. So much that maybe you didn't see or understand everything that was going on. >> Is that fair? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> All right. >> All I knew is that, you know, there was commotion going on. She was throwing things. You can have this bag. >> She saw the seat belt. I don't think she saw the seat belt. She's in the driver's side. She's in the passenger bag. She said she probably see it. So, >> all I knew is things were coming towards us and I told her not to be throwing. >> Okay. So, as lucid as as it is, from the beginning, she told me the witness told me the this thing right here uh was throwing >> Yeah. This one was throwing books. >> What started all this from the get what? >> She wanted to get let out because they were arguing after he went through her phone out at the beach. She was drunk by the time they got down here. So much so as soon as they got to Wana's, they wouldn't even serve her alcohol. So they just turned around to her phone. She got pissed. They decided to come home. She's wants out of the truck. He's trying to do the manly thing, saying, "No, no, we can't have none of that. Going to get you home." she gets mad and starts throwing books in one >> and so you can see pieces of the book like in his seat behind him. >> Um then again the witness which again is a little bit shaky but still says she grabbed the seat belt so she Yes. So she's primary aggressor all day or something right there and you don't need EMS. All right. [crying] victim of a romantic scam. >> She's going to go with >> She's going to go with him. Unless you're you've got a mom or some other family member that you want to come get her. >> He can take her if you want her to. >> Take her. >> Okay. >> I'm saying he can't take her from you. Oh yeah. Battery struck. Battery struck. >> Battery for battery or >> domestic violence. >> Okay. So I can I can m >> No, you have to be on VIP first. >> In the end, she was arrested and faced assault and domestic violence charges with bail set at $100. The child was safely released to the father for now while the mother faces court and mandatory counseling programs. Do you think $100 bail for behavior that puts a child at risk is way too light or fair for the situation? You'd think saving the baby would be the ending, but toxicity can still pass down a generation, and the mother we're about to meet proves that. On April 18th, 2024, police were dispatched to a local Walmart after a report of retail theft. What should have been a routine shoplifting call quickly spiraled into something far more serious when a 39-year-old mother turned the situation into a violent confrontation right in front of her own children. >> Step out. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Step out. >> Get out now. >> Get out. >> Step out. Do not poop on me. Step out the car. Pull on me. Get out of the car. >> Ma'am, do not pull on me. >> DO NOT MATTER. >> I got kids IN MY CAR. >> DO NOT DO NOT I wasn't. I wasn't trying to run from you. What the? >> Relax. >> I wasn't trying to run from you. >> Get off. What are you doing? What are you doing? You're not going that way. You're not going that way. >> Get off my mom. >> You're not going that way. Cuz they're saying that she took some merch. You're not going way. >> Stay in the car. Stay in the car. Stay in the car. >> GET OFF MY MOM. >> STAY IN THE CAR. >> LISTEN. >> You're not going that way. >> STOP TOUCHING MY MOM. YOU DUMB. >> RELAX. I'mma put you a cud if you don't relax. You understand me? Relax. >> Tell them to get off my mom. >> Tell her to get off my mom. >> She's being detained right now. Okay. Till we figure out what's going on. for something that she didn't DO >> CUZ SHE TOOK something from Walmart. Okay. >> Oh god, she ain't take nothing. >> Okay, we're going to relax. We're going to figure it out. Okay. >> I hope this don't make >> We're going to figure it out for you nothing. >> Relax. Relax. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> Put your hands for what? >> We are investigating a crime. >> What crime? >> Retail theft at Walmart. >> What crime? Hold on. What? I didn't take nothing from Walmart. >> Well, we got to figure that out. YOU'RE >> LOOK, CHECK. LISTEN. YOU CAN CHECK. EXISTING. LISTEN, >> YOU CAN CHECK RIGHT NOW. >> BEING DETAINED. Figure this out for theft. Someone said you stole FROM A LIE. >> OKAY, we got to figure that out. >> YOU CAN CHECK MY STUFF RIGHT NOW. >> DID you notice the child's attitude? There was no fear at all. Instead, he immediately hurled insults at the officer. That's a clear sign of behavioral spillover. The kids aren't just defending their mother. They're repeating almost word for word the same contempt for authority that's clearly been NORMALIZED AT HOME. >> [screaming] >> ONE RESISTING. WE'RE TRYING TO GET HER IN CUFFS NOW. >> What did SHE DO? >> Hold on. >> Listen, we're going to talk about it. Everything's okay. >> She didn't do anything. >> Hey, do me a favor. Okay. Chris, can you comfort your sister? Can you comfort your sister real quick? >> SHE DIDN'T DO NOTHING. >> LISTEN. [crying] LISTEN. Your sister needs her help. Can you comfort? >> No. You can check now. >> We are but we need to detain you. >> You can check it now. >> Go check it. >> Stop resisting. >> You're going to get charged with resisting. If you continue, you need to stop. Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop. Stop. >> I don't like how you grab me. >> Well, maybe if you if you cooperate. >> You tell me where the you got me for. >> Well, first we were trying to get a traffic stop. >> I need my shoe. My foot is high. >> Well, get on the grass. I'll get you your sho. >> No, I want my shoe right now. I want my shoe. My shoe. My shoe. >> I'll get you your shoe here. >> Thank you. >> Stay right there. >> Stay right here. >> Is she going to jail? >> No, she's not. Listen. [laughter] >> Here. Go inside the code. Close the door. Okay. >> I'm scared. Your >> sister look at her. She doesn't have >> Listen. Listen. Listen. She's going to get detained. Then we're going to go to Walmart. We're going to look at video footage. If it shows that she didn't take nothing, she'll be out of handcuffs. You guys will be out. >> We might have misplayed something on accident, but she don't have anything. >> Okay? We're just trying to figure that out. Okay? But when you guys are trying to fight us, then it takes it to a whole another level we're not trying to go to. Okay? >> So, if you guys just relax with us, we'll work with you. Okay? >> We're talking Hey, you you stay in the car. >> Don't let it go to my >> They say not yet. Not yet. You stay in the car. The children refuse to follow police instructions and don't see officers as a source of safety. Meanwhile, the facts of the theft remain plain as day. Once she can no longer use her kids as an emotional shield, the mother pivots, blaming circumstances, the store, and everyone else around her. >> I'm not going nowhere. >> Can you take a seat inside the car? >> I don't want to sit in the car. >> Well, you have AC, so you Let's >> I'm fine. I don't need AC. Do y'all need to check? It's okay. Huh? You want me to check our purse? >> Well, we're we have an officer going over there. They're going to go check the video for us. Does it take a hug? At least >> just give us a second. Okay. Just give us a second. Once we once we figure everything out, we'll we'll let you do that. Okay. >> But what are you ranking like that? >> Oh my god. You don't have any cuts? Can I take a look real quick? Turn around for me. >> Are these too tight? Are they good? >> They too tight. Which one? >> This one right here. Oh, it seems a little loose. >> That's our right one. >> That's our right one. This one right here. Hands together like >> Yeah, it'll be a little more. >> How long did this take? Cuz my sister's going to be getting out of school. >> Uh, depends. But they're going now to check the video footage. Long as the video shoot footage doesn't show her taking something out of the store. >> She'll be out of handcuffs. You got to be on your way. Okay. So, that's what he's going to go check now. Did you guys get anything at Walmart or No, you just >> No, >> you all just left. >> We just walked out because she sounded stupid. >> Like we're not going to see her for hours and my mom got to go to work over some stupid stuff. >> She was acting racist >> for the employee over there. >> Yes, she was acting like he didn't like us. >> So, like I said, there's a process cuz we're doing an investigation. Um, I want to ask you questions, right? So, with that being said, I am going to read you your Miranda. She writes, so for any questions. All right. Says right here, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of full. You met the description 100%. >> Isn't shoplifting is when you out the store with the stuff >> without paying quarter? We pass all points of sales and we pass all points of sale which is all the registers even the register by a little pretzel spot and pass the pharmacy and all that stuff and they say they caught you on camera. All right. So camera is not edited. You can't edit uh any video within a few minutes. Yeah. >> Even after learning she was clearly captured on surveillance. She still won't admit fault. Instead, she casts herself as a victim of injustice, granting herself the right, at least in her own mind, to walk out without paying for the merchandise she took. But in the end, the truth doesn't live in her emotional storytelling. It lives in the cold numbers of Walmart sales system. >> Yeah. And she told me to go rescan my stuff. And I told her, "I can't go rescan cuz I have to go to work." So, I left the cart there. >> So, you left the cart over there with all your stuff? >> Yes. >> Okay. And then when you left, you obviously left in a particular way. Okay. And we saw it on camera as well. So they're saying that you left in reverse out of the store. >> I left it in reverse cuz she's trying to get my tag. >> Okay. >> What she did my tag for? I didn't take nothing out the store. >> Okay. But you passed all points of sale. That's the main purpose. Okay. >> So with that being said, >> yes, I was standing there and I had to go to work. The lady was just standing there and didn't come. So I had to have my daughter to get her attention. Right. >> And she came and then it happened again and she's still standing there. So >> I got you. Okay. And then right here obviously something happened. We tried stopping you. Right. >> No, I thought you was going around me. >> Okay. So you pulled off. >> I didn't know you was behind me. >> But you pulled off >> but y'all wasn't behind me. >> Hold on. Relax. Hold on. We pul cuz I was there. I saw them doing everything. They tried stopping you. You were behind They were behind you. You pulled off and then when they stopped behind you kept on going. They tried to stop. You kept on going. >> No, they wasn't behind me. It was no police behind me when I when I was at the light. When I >> You start resisting when you when we ask you to step out the car >> cuz I don't have any of the items. >> Regardless of the fact when an officer stops and requests for you to get out of the vehicle and we tell >> Okay. >> And you start resisting and saying no. >> It's the way that you got me out of the vehicle. >> Yes. Because you you said no multiple times. >> No, I said >> when you're not when you're not cooperating with officers and we give you unlawful order to stop because we're conducting an investigation. >> That's sense resisting. And then when you got violent with the other officer and you saw you actually >> No, I didn't get violent. >> You got violent. You actually hit them. >> I did not. I didn't hit nobody. That's a lie. >> When arguments about poor customer service failed to move the officers, she escalates to a riskier tactic. She flat out denies that any violence ever happened, as if erasing it with words could somehow undo what's already been documented. >> Did not hit nobody at all. I didn't put my hands on nobody. Hands on camera. We Let me see the camera cuz I didn't hit nobody. >> Ma'am, >> don't follow me on the phone. >> Yes, sir. >> That's a lie. Okay, >> that's a big lie right there. >> My hands didn't go on nobody. He put his arm on his hand on my arm and dragged me out the car. And I say, "Why do I have to get out the car?" >> So, why you don't why you not telling me the reason for me to get out the car? And then you pull me out the car. >> Yeah. At the end of the day, when we're conducting an investigation, you Don't like that. When you when you open my door and say get out the car, you don't do that. >> Okay. So, we told you to get out the car multiple times and you denied. >> The first time that he told me to get out the car, officer, >> I said, "Why do I have to get out the car?" Then he pulled me out the car. >> Okay. >> You don't do that. >> So, we were conducting investigation. That was the main reason we we were conducting. We gave you a lawful order. >> All right. For cuz we were conducting an investigation. That was the main purpose. All right. >> Hi, Grandma. >> Hi, Grandma. >> Hi, Grandma. I'm Officer Cruz. Go ahead. Police Department. Okay. >> Okay. >> You have an ID on you? >> Yes. >> All right. I just got to run you real quick. Make sure you're good. >> And what's your name? >> I'm Tra. >> All right. To give you a hug real quick. >> Um, can you tell my mom to pull my car in apartment complex? Hey, look. Hug your mama. Hug mama. There you go. All right. Let's go with grandma. Yeah, you don't have to worry about the vehicle. Okay. >> Okay. >> Yeah, it's going to get towed. Okay. >> I don't know. I just live just >> I know. But when when uh when a vehicle is involved with a crime, we normally have to tow it. It's just >> our policy. >> So, she got caught or something. >> Even though she's even though my name is is on there, too. >> Yeah, cuz she was the one driving. Yeah. >> Oh, man. She get >> Don't worry about it. Okay. He's talking to me right now. After the children are handed over to their grandmother, the mother is taken to jail to face charges including assault and violent obstruction of law enforcement. She ultimately pleads guilty only to assault on an officer, securing probation instead of immediate jail time. But by failing to pay her court fees afterward, she falls right back into legal trouble, ending up sentenced to 18 months of probation, a formal apology letter, and nearly $900 in fines and fees. From stubborn defiance to criminal charges. Cut to the next case. A pregnant woman who rams a car and takes off. On August 23rd, 2025 in Washington, a hit-and-run collision led police to the parking lot of a local 7-Eleven. But what they encountered wasn't just a drunk driver. It was a carefully constructed moral facade slowly collapsing under the weight of reality. >> Just hit us on Halverson, dude. And she we had to follow her here. >> Okay. Is that her? >> That was her that just walked in. >> Hi. All right. Officer. Okay. Come on. Step out with Come talk to me for a second. You're the owner of that car. Yeah. That's your car. >> Which one? >> The gray one. The silver one. What's her name? >> What's her name? >> You guys know her? >> Huh? >> You guys know her? >> I know her name. >> Yeah. Okay. Who is she? >> I don't know the name, but I know that I >> Angel. >> Okay. Do you have your ID with you? >> Yes. >> Okay. Can I see your ID? >> Yes. >> What's wrong? What's wrong? What did I do? What? What? But you hit those guys over there. >> Who? >> You. Your car is right there. Park outside the parking lot. >> I didn't hit nobody. >> Okay. So, you didn't come in that silver car. Were you driving? >> What car were you driving? >> You didn't talk to whoever I was driving with. Like, >> who who were you driving with? I'll take your ID. Your >> I'm not used to this. >> Okay, that that's okay. I just need your license. >> Mine? >> Yeah, your license right there on your purse. >> Yeah. I'll I'll take it out. Okay. Can we go walk to your car really quick? Okay. Let's grab your stuff. Let's walk out to your car. I have nothing to hide. >> Okay, that's why we're going to go talk in the over at your car. Okay. >> You want to grab your keys and your your Come on. Come on out here. >> I'll grab your stuff for you. >> Why don't you Wait, hold on. I have nothing to hide. >> I know. I'll grab your stuff and go talk outside. >> Okay. But I don't >> Why don't you walk with my partner? >> The woman appears barefoot, disheveled, acting as if nothing out of the ordinary has happened. That mask of innocence cracks almost immediately as the smell of alcohol becomes impossible to ignore, cutting through her clumsy, inconsistent explanations. >> Why don't you tell me? You show your car. >> You're the one that's telling me where my collision's at. >> Okay, let's go to your car. Come on. >> Are you okay to walk? >> Don't tell me. >> It doesn't seem like it. >> You're the one telling me where I'm supposed to be. Wait, what kind of What kind of keys are those? It's a four. >> Yeah. That's a That's your car. Yeah. Okay. Come on. Let's walk over to your car. >> Oh, yes. See? >> Yeah. Okay. Tell Tell me what happened. >> Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. See, nothing. Nothing's nothing's happened. >> How much you have to drink, though? me >> to be honest. >> Yeah, be honest. You can be honest. That's fine. >> Two tequila shots. Two tequila. >> Okay, here. You know what? Let's Let's fix this. Can you put your hand through so we can fix Put your hand through. There you go. >> Let's fix the other side. >> Okay. Can Can you fix >> Clearly, he's not worried about it. I know, but I don't want other people to >> Thank you. I appreciate that. >> He's not worried about it. Like, >> I appreciate that. >> Okay, >> honey. I think there's nothing wrong with him. >> Well, I'll tell you what. Okay. I I think I think there's a lot wrong. >> No, I understand why everybody I understand why everybody's like I honestly don't understand like >> Okay. >> I don't think I see. >> Right. Yeah, >> cuz what I don't see. Okay. >> Okay. Well, I'll tell you what I what I think happened. Okay. I think you hit this couple here. Okay. I think you hit him and you took off and you parked your car right here and pretended like nothing happened. I think that's what happened. And I think that you're also being drinking more than two shots. >> You want to come sit on the on my push bar? >> I don't want to push nobody. >> No, you're not pushing anybody. You're just going to sit on my bumper right there. No, I don't want to sit on nobody's bumper. I don't I I know how this goes. >> No, it's just so you don't fall over cuz you can't stand up by yourself right now. >> Actually, I can. >> Yeah, that's >> So, we're just going to have some place for you to sit down. >> I'm 35 years old. >> Okay. >> I've been Oh my god. Are you really serious? >> I just want you to sit down. >> Thank you. Cuz I'm I'm I'm going to relish in this. I'm going to relish in this for the rest of my life. What cannot be brushed aside is her choice to drink while pregnant. A lifestyle decision loaded with risk. When Imagine Power finally collapses, the story cuts to [music] a classroom where boundaries are crossed in a very different way. On March 14th, 2025, police opened an investigation into allegations of child abuse involving a preschool teacher. At the request of the child's mother, the woman was taken to jail and charged with child abuse. She maintained she never intended to cause harm and pointed out that the child showed no obvious injuries, but authorities determined her actions caused clear safety and professional boundaries. She now faces the possibility of permanent loss of her teaching license, significant fines, and potential jail time depending on the court's ruling. One mistake involving a child can bring everything crashing down. But elsewhere, chaos is just beginning as police close in on a couple already spiraling out of control. On April 26th, 2024, police responded to a reported threat at a shopping mall and quickly identified a couple already well known to mall security. Going back to business, jackasses. >> So I do, but my [ __ ] car >> that [ __ ] there. >> You start with you. >> We don't have conversation. >> Did you see it? >> We'll talk about it in a minute. >> Hey, >> you're a civilian. >> I'm going to tell you one time. Do not stand up. Hey, is he a civilian? >> Do not stand up. >> Is he a civilian? I don't know who you're talking about. >> And why shirt? >> I have no idea who he is. >> Why? >> Well, you resisted for about 5 minutes. >> I didn't resist it. Y'all had me pinned. >> I told I would help you. >> No, that's not how this works. >> Yes, I did. >> Guy telling me [ __ ] >> I said you're detained. You pulled away. >> On your back, you pulled away. >> I had him in snow mode and I was telling them to stop and they said, "Please stop." He said, "No." Yeah, cuz y'all got no right to touch me. So the fact that you touched me cannot deter. >> Yes, I can. No, I'm a citizen. That's my first amendment. >> So you violated my first amendment, my fifth amendment. >> It's so I do. >> Shut up. You're just making yourself. >> Look at my record, fool. >> Why? You've been arrested. >> Then you should know that. >> Guess what? I know a lawyer. Real good. People who clash with police on a regular basis often memorize legal terms, but misunderstand how the law actually works, using it as self soothing rather than truth. When patterns repeat, the mask of the law-abiding citizen cracks quickly. In the name of freedom, they end up trapping their own character inside the same old loop >> to do the tag for the restroom for the lady. >> Yeah. Uh he comes out of the both of them came out of the >> the girl and the guy. Okay. >> Yeah. He comes out of the family restroom and she came out of the nursery and that's when he said to her and to me that both of us would get popped. >> Get popped. Did he make any gestures like to >> he was pointing his finger? >> Yeahbody. >> Okay. Okay. Just uh officer uh Hulcom was telling me sometimes he was reaching reaching toward his pants and reaching toward his bag. >> Right. >> Okay. He at that time he was not >> Yeah. This was after he went in the common area outside of the restrooms. He made motions to go towards his bag or his waistline. He did it all around South Pennies as they walked off site. >> Okay. >> They were on the golf cart and he kept making like a motion >> for a movement. Okay. Um and she was saying Officer Hul was saying they they've been here and done this before. So, I I was here one day. Uh Carile came out. The guy they came to our security door cuz a a scooter they apparently rode got an overnight parking citation on it and they were going to come here. >> All right. What is your question? >> Um what's going on? >> What? >> What's going on with that? >> Okay. So, you can readilically understand English. Am I correct in this? You spoke English your whole life, right? >> And Spanish partition. >> Okay. Both languages. >> Do you understand the rights I read to you earlier? Not that you understand the situation because I haven't explained most of that. >> Funny cuz I didn't do anything. I'm really like confused. I work at the mall. I work at Gohead. >> Let me let me explain it to you. But I need that clear to you before I explain it to you cuz you're going to ask questions and I'm going to ask questions. I'm going to go back and forth and >> Yes, sir. >> I need everything to be clear. So, a situation happened at the mall. >> Pretty much as part of our investigation, we have the right to detain people who are part of that. So when the officer told comes up to you and says stop >> and you walk away, you walk in the snow cone, you walk out of the snow cone, you keep walking down the street, >> that gives us probable cause to arrest you for resisting without violence. When you're given a lawful order to stop, you have to stop. >> I know that >> what I didn't know that, but I don't know. >> Okay. You don't No one's ever told you if a police officer tells you to stop, you have to stop. >> If you're not guilty, no. >> So you just get to determine that you didn't commit a crime? >> No, sir. So we how do how do you >> explain this to me? How do we investigate a crime if anybody can just walk away at any particular point? >> Exactly. So we have to be able to detain someone to do that. Right. >> So we have to be able to physically force them to stop. Now as I read your rights to you, you don't have to talk to us, but we have to be able to identify you, have witnesses identify you, and conduct an investigation in relative calm, which doesn't really work. When the mall manager came out and confirmed the pair were frequent troublemakers, the picture sharpened immediately. Patterned behavior tends to return to familiar ground, places where confrontation and attention feel routine. As for the woman, the second she was restrained, she switched roles. >> I work in the mall. So, this is the second time that dude, the tall dude, the man, the the owner. So, he had an issue with like they don't even know who we are. That's why I was like that's kind of stupid. So, >> my parents are >> Why would he have an issue with you? >> Because of him. I didn't do anything. >> So, you're just sitting there and he just >> No, I like if you look at the video, I promise you I'm sitting in the nursing room. I'm waiting on my best friend. I have to go to work. I'm not. So, he's like pulling on the door. So, I text him like, "Yo, I'm changing. You see all these clothes? I'm changing my clothes so I can go to work. I have to ride a bike to go to Hotel Indigo. I work for Hotel Indigo." As matter of fact, you can see my uh my uh badge name badges in there. So, I'm like I'm walking out. They're like, "So, we left like they instructed." So, he like he likes to play games or whatever. But when they said leave, we left. That's why you see us crossing the street. We go there every day. Like, we don't bother any. >> Were you guys wearing masks when you're wandering around in the mall? >> We wear mask every day. >> But not in the mall. No. >> Okay. >> I want I wear one when I came outside. She seen me pull it up. >> Okay. All right. So, no one you you two didn't mention a gun, but someone else did. >> Yeah. The dude that worked. When did he when did he say that? >> He said that in the mall. When we were in the mall. So when he was following us, he was like, "Oh, if you don't leave, we'll call the police or I'll shoot you." What? Why would you shoot us if we're walking away? That's why they did all that scene. That's the second. This the second time this happened. >> That doesn't make any sense. Like why would they do that to you? >> Because then he wants to play. He doesn't know who I am. >> He know he he's know exactly who we are. >> Okay. But why you like does he not like you? He doesn't >> like why why would he just single >> out? He's not going to tell you this. So when I was with my home girl, which is one of his uh people's daughter, >> he was trying to talk to me. So you felt some type of way because he said something to me about trying to holler at his wife, his fianceé. So you're mad because I don't want to talk to you. >> That's not a place. This is a place of business. I work there. I was like, I help my friend at the kiosk. She she sews hats. We sit there. He sees me all the time. So I was like the fact that you blew this I left just when you said leave. We left. So >> in the end both were taken to jail and charged with disorderly conduct resisting law enforcement and felony assault. They were also banned from the entire shopping center for 5 years. What do you think about the couple's stubborn refusal to back down? And is a 5-year ban enough to actually deter behavior like this? These cases aren't just about bad decisions. They're about children paying the price. If this matters to you, drop a comment, share your perspective, and support the channel.
