Can I leave my car here and walk? >> Can I call my mother? Went to the work. I'm not a ass [ __ ] >> Ma'am, come here. >> You were in an accident. We want to get you help. Hey, ma'am. We're worried about your kiddo. >> Motherhood is a sacred bond. But for these women, it was just a weapon used to manipulate the law. >> Tell me how you pull me over first. >> Okay. Well, you didn't pull me over the right way. What are you DOING BEHIND THAT? STOP. The little the little officer that arrested me. >> Step on out. Step out the car. >> What did I do now? >> Step out the car now. >> Watch the moment their reckless gambles fall apart as these Karen moms face the one thing they can't talk their way out of. Reality. >> I don't know, man. I DO EVERYTHING IING CAN FOR my kids. [ __ ] kids, MAN. I DO SO MUCH FOR MY KIDS, MAN. I DO EVERYTHING THAT I CAN FOR THEM. On July 7th, 2025, a car swerving through the streets forced the police to make an emergency stop. But it wasn't just about the alcohol. It was about the Five Little Lives being gambled with inside. This is what really happened. >> How you doing tonight? >> I'm not sure why you guys are pulling over. >> Well, a couple reasons. Couple people called while you're driving. >> Oh, really? >> Yep. Where you headed to tonight? >> I was just driving around. >> Okay. You're just driving around? >> Yes. >> Okay. Is there a reason your kids aren't in their seat belts in the back? >> Why aren't you buckled up, dude? Come on, bro. >> All right, tell you what. While you're doing that, come on out here and talk to me for a minute. Okay. >> Are you serious? >> Absolutely. >> Can I call my mom? >> Donna. Yeah. Come on. Come on out here. We're going to go right back here. Okay. Is there a reason why you're all over the road driving? Came and bounced off the curb a couple times right here. >> Yeah, because I didn't know what the hell was going on. >> Would you mind going through some some tests for me today >> to make sure you're okay? take my shoes off. That will make me a lot more comfortable. >> All right, just give me one second. I'll be right back with you. Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. Come on out here. Okay. If you want, you can leave that open. He can keep an eye on your kids. That's fine. >> Please stand over there. >> Don't start yelling for me, please. >> Okay. Come over here. All right. What I'm going to have you do, you're going to stand in there. Put your feet together and your arms on your side. Okay. You're going to stay in that position until I tell you to do otherwise. Okay. Do you have anything wrong with your eyes? >> I understand that. But right now, I need to establish the fact if you're good to drive. >> Okay. See where I'm coming from? You got kids in the car? >> Yes, I know. I have kids in the car. I know. I know. I've been yelling at them to sit the >> Why are you crying? >> Because I have kids in the game. I don't have [ __ ] to do with this right now. You don't even know, man. >> She immediately plays the part of the devoted mother to gain the moral high ground with the officer. But honestly, it's almost laughable watching her scramble to buckle the kids in while she's stumbling drunk. It seems they only get her attention when there's a blue light in the rear view mirror. >> That's it. Simple as that. You good? >> Yes. I have four kids to take care of. >> Okay. Put your feet together and your arms your side. Okay. Can you see the tip of my finger? >> Yes. >> Okay. You're going to follow the tip of my finger with your eyes and your eyes only. You're going to keep your head still. Do you understand? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Keep your feet together. Do you want to see it? It hurts. >> You've already showed me, but you want to see. >> It hurts. >> Would you like to see an ambulance? >> No. I would have gone to the hospital yesterday when it happened. I literally went to work because I have to work for my kids. >> I think you got a lot on your plate right now. This is going to confirm that. Are you willing to take this for me? >> I want to go home. >> Okay. >> Can I leave my car here and walk? >> No. >> Can I call my mother? >> Would you like to do some more tests so I can keep going? >> No. Yeah, go ahead. I'm done with this. I want to go. I have to go with my daughter at 7:00. >> The only reason I offer that right now is because your foot your foot hurts. You're having trouble standing as it is. Okay. The other test involved you walking and standing on one foot. >> My boss was about to fire me last night. You think I have fun? >> I care if you can do it. >> I can. I care too. I really do care. >> Would you like to do it? >> Yes. Okay. >> Put your feet together for me. >> Okay. >> Right there. Okay. Stand in that position until I tell you to do otherwise. >> Okay. Can we agree the sidewalk's pretty flat and level right here? >> It looks like it's going upwards, but yeah. >> Do you think it's flat enough for you to walk nine steps heel to toe and back? >> Sure. >> Okay. Take your left foot, place it in front of your right, just like this. Stand in that position and tell you tell till I tell you to otherwise. When I tell you to, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps. >> The funny thing is I was tripping already at work. I went to work. I'M NOT A ASS [ __ ] >> MAN. DUDE, give me one [ __ ] win. Are you kidding me? Pulling me over because I I'm driving crazy, man. I can't even. >> Okay. >> Desperate for sympathy, she tries to weaponize her life's hardships to manipulate the officer's compassion. She's hoping her tragic backstory will serve as a shield against the law. However, watch her attitude do a complete 180 the moment the arrest becomes official. >> So, do me a favor. Right now, you're going to turn around. Okay? Turn around. >> You're going to be placed on arrest for DUI. Hi. >> I've already I've already explained that. Put your arms behind your back. >> Can you please call my mother? >> Sure. Right. Once we get this Once we do this. >> Why are you guys? >> Stop pulling away. Okay. Stop. >> You're hurting me. >> That's cuz you're not listening. >> Why? >> Why? >> They're under arrest for DUI. >> Why? >> Stop pulling away. >> Can I put my shoe on >> in just a minute? She's got three kids in the car, too. >> Yeah. No, there's five kids in the car. There's two kids somewhere else. Dude, it's funny, you guys, right? No, it's not. >> You guys are shaking because this is [ __ ] >> Can I finish the rest of the test? Absolutely not. >> Can I put my shoes on? >> I'll get them for you, >> dude. I don't want to go through this. You have to. >> Are you [ __ ] kidding me? N >> you're hurting my wrist. You don't have to pay. >> Okay. Well, you're pulling away. >> No, I'm pulling it against what you're pulling. >> Have a seat for me. >> Are youing kidding me, man? Can you please call my mother? Can you please call the neighbor? >> Sit back up. Push you into the seat. >> Why? You guys could have finished testing me. We're in the car. >> For why? >> You guys could have No, you could have finished testing me. >> Okay. No, WE'RE PAST THAT. >> FOR WHY? >> We are past that. Sit back or I'm going to pull you into that seat. Sit back. >> Go ahead. Rip my arm off. Go ahead. Go ahead. This ising ridiculous. >> You're ridiculous. WHAT DID I DO? WHAT DID I do? WHAT DID I DO? >> I'VE ALREADY ESTABLISHED. >> WHAT DID I DO? What did Dude, breathalyze first, bro. >> Put your foot in, >> dude. Breathalyze me. >> Put your foot in. >> Breathalyze me. Are you kidding me? For what? Breathalyze me. You guys are bogus. You know what? HOW MANY TIMES DID I [ __ ] bring donuts to your [ __ ] GUYS? >> ALL RIGHT, PUT YOUR FOOT IN, >> MAN. BREATH ME, MOTHER. >> Her outburst is a reaction to the cold reality of being treated like a criminal. She tried to trade her calculated kindness for special treatment, but the law isn't for sale. The truth is, no amount of privilege can fix a mistake this reckless. >> Do it. Do it. I GOT MY OH, WOW. Hit me IN THE FACE. WOW. Do you guys want to keep >> Can you cooperate? >> I wasn't done doing the test, right? Act like a damn adult. You guys are trying to TAKE ME AWAY FROM my kids. >> Now you got resisting. >> Oh, really? >> Yep. >> Wow. Wow. >> So, what do you got? >> She's six for six. Oh, she didn't do anything else. She's bouncing lane. She bounced off the curb three times pulling in. >> DUDE, WHAT DID I DO? WHAT DID I DO? Pleaseing finish testing. >> Why are your kids picked up? >> WHY ARE YOU GUYS ARRESTING ME? >> IF YOU CAN'T, >> WHY ARE you guys >> Okay, then your kids are going to go into protective custody if you don't. >> Please call my mom. >> Then give us the phone number. >> Okay, her number. You guys doing this if I didn't even finish the testing? BREATHALIZE ME AT LEAST. LIKE what the is this? THIS ISN'T OKAY. >> We gave you that opportunity. >> No, you guys literally JUST TOOK ME IN THE CAR, DUDE. WHY? >> YOU WERE GIVEN THAT OPPORTUNITY. >> NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO. YOU GUYS WERE ASKING ME QUESTIONS AND THEN YOU GUYS SAID NO. >> PLEASE GET MY PHONE AND MY DEBIT CARD. >> We'll get it for you. >> Dude, I DON'T Can you please TEST ME? I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE IS GOING ON. >> YOU'RE ARRESTED FOR DUI. >> We can smell the alcohol. Now that you've been sitting back here, I can smell it. So, let me tell you, you're already arrested for DUI. >> For why, dude? Can you do the breathalyzer? I don't understand what's going on right now. Dude, my [ __ ] kids, man. >> You got a hold of your mother, >> dude. >> Completely detached from reality, she uses her own pain as a final bargaining chip. That panic at the jail, that's what happens when every attempt at manipulation finally hits a dead end. >> I just want to go home. Am I going to get drug tested for real? Because I don't know what the I'm getting arrested for, man. >> Have a step right here on these footprints for me. I'm going to I'm going to lay it out for you. Okay. You're on arrest for DUI. >> And how is that proven? >> Child endangerment. >> So, how is that proven? >> Cuz you have five children in the car AND YOU'RE >> NO, BUT HOW IS THAT PROVEN THAT I'M DRUNK? >> ALL RIGHT, WE'LL GET TO THAT IN a minute. >> Whatever, bro. I'm going to be here all night. >> As cooperative as you are, that's how fast this process goes. >> When I take this handcuff off, you're going to place your hand above that line. Does that sound good? >> Yes, please. Because they tighten them really [ __ ] tight and it's my eyes, >> man. Your hand on the wall. >> I was about to quit my job yesterday cuz it's [ __ ] funny that my job, man. You guys are the insane. Nobody gives a [ __ ] >> Like, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE you want from me. I don't know, man. I DO EVERYTHING IING CAN FOR my kid. And you GUYS ARE DUDE, SOMEBODY DRUG TEST ME. PLEASE. PLEASE. >> We'll get there. >> Please, dude. >> I need to GO TO THE BATHROOM. I'M GOING TO GO [ __ ] INSANE. You guys took me AWAY FROM MY BABY. >> I WANT MY KIDS, BRO. AND I CAN'T HAVE THEM NOW. YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO PUT THAT ON THE CAN. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE [ __ ] I HAVE TO be going through this [ __ ] WHEN I DO SO MUCH FOR MY [ __ ] KIDS, MAN. I DO SO MUCH FOR MY KIDS, MAN. I DO EVERYTHING THAT I CAN FOR THEM. I DO EVERYTHING ON THIS. >> YEAH, on there. I'M NOT PLAYING. I DO EVERYTHING THAT I CAN FOR THEM. MY LIFE MEANS NOTHING AND I DO EVERYTHING FOR MY KID. >> Are youing playing with me? >> She tries to use motherly sacrifice to justify a choice that could have been fatal. It's the ultimate irony. She claims she'd do anything for her children except stay sober for them. All the excuses in the world can't hide the truth. >> I don't even haveing friends because that [ __ ] didn't let me have friends for five six years. >> Okay, I'm going to put this in and you're going to have the opportunity to perform this test. >> If I don't want I'm going to have to stay here longer. >> If you don't, your driver's license is automatically suspended for 1 year. Okay. All right. With that being said, I'm going to show you. You're going to wrap your lips around this straw. Okay. You're going to give a long deep breath. It's going to look just like this. >> And if it's over it, then what? >> There's going to little be a little bar on the screen. Okay. Once the idea is to get all the way across. >> Do you wish to do the test? >> Sure. You already ruined my life enough. >> Can I go to the bathroom after this? >> Yes. As soon as this is done. >> Great. >> One long deep breath. Go. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Keep going. >> And that's over, right? >> It sure is. >> I don't want to do it anymore. I don't. >> All right. We're going to go right over that cell. You can use bathroom now. >> And I'm going to be arrested for how long? >> Until we get out of here. You're leaving tonight, >> dude. I'm And I'm leaving tonight. And where do you say I'm going to go without my kids? >> Go that way. >> Yeah, of course you don't care. >> [ __ ] Where? Where? Before you guys. CAN YOU WALK ME THERE? I DON'T I CAN'T. >> LET'S GO. Let's go. >> I don't know. I don't know what the [ __ ] >> Come this way. THAT DOOR RIGHT THERE. >> WHERE? >> THAT DOOR RIGHT THERE. BULL. >> In the end, she faced the charges driving under the influence. Despite having five children with her, she was lucky enough to avoid child abuse charges. Her sentence, 2 years of supervised probation, a $1,911.50 fine, and mandatory parenting classes, DUI school, and victim impact panels. You have to wonder, is 2 years of supervision enough to change a woman who thinks a box of donuts is a fair trade for the safety of her children? If you think the drinking was bad, just wait until you see how she handled things after the accident. On January 20th, 2024, police lights cut through the dark, revealing a Honda mangled in a deep ditch. But the most haunting part wasn't the wreck. It was the silence. A mother clutching her small child had vanished into the night to escape reality. This is the search for the truth. >> 17 plate is clear. Valid for shut down at 320. Copy shut down first at 320. That plate was clear valid till December. A black Honda Civic 2X. >> Copy. Uh the car is over in the ditch with a power line over it. Can't tell if it is occupied. Um, and it looks like the power box looks like it it did spark cuz there is black all over the place. And I can't cross over these power lines. >> Anybody in there? >> Doesn't look like it. Okay. I I don't think there's anybody in there. >> Okay. Like I said, I don't It looks like there is a baby car or a car seat in here, but >> I bet you that was them. >> And I can't tell if there is somebody in the driver's seat or not. >> So, I don't know if the lady and the baby uh I'm just going to check. >> Guys, let's not do that. >> What if there's somebody in there? >> There's nothing we can do until we get these lines and can confirm that they're off. I don't even know if those are caught right there. I I get it, but we can't we're not going to go anywhere near that till we can confirm everything's dead. >> Okay. >> A female driver and a child exited the vehicle. And >> this mother chose to gamble her child's safety on a desperate, hopeless escape. She actually thought the darkness and the rain would help her disappear from the law. Unfortunately for her, the truth and the police have a way of catching up with every mistake. Ma'am, come here. Ma'am, you were in an accident. We want to get your help. Hey, ma'am. We're worried about your kiddo. >> Call 6131. It's a female. Matches the description of the driver. She's walking away with a little kid westbound. No obvious signs of injury. Still trying to contact them. Ma'am, I need you to stop. I need you to stop. I need you to stop. What? You were just involved in a collision. Okay. Is the little one okay? >> It's a bad crash. We're getting fire here. Okay. >> So, I'm trying to get her home. >> No, home's not going to help. I want fire and medics here. Okay. >> Take her home. >> She can sit in the back of my car and stay nice and dry. >> Listen, you can't leave an accident. >> She needs evaluation. >> She needs to go home. >> Stop. Okay. >> She is fine. >> She is fine. Fire this way, please. >> Do whatever it needs to go in here. >> Okay, then you just have to stop. That's fine. Fire has to check her out. >> She's fine. >> Fire's got to check her out. >> She's not going anywhere. >> This is an optional except for >> She's not even responsive. I need you to stop. Okay. You do whatever you need. >> I need you to stop. >> Are you okay? >> Do whatever I need. >> Are you okay? >> She needs to go home. >> Are you okay? >> Let's stop for a minute. Okay. >> She needs a fire department. >> No, she's fine. >> Is she crying? Is she okay? >> I'm a medical assistant. I know how to assess >> someone is injured. That's your car that ran into the thing, right? >> She needs to be home. >> No, we're going to wait here. Okay. >> Yes, she needs to go home. >> We're going to wait here. >> Can we take her home and she can >> I need a fire department to tell me with me? Whatever. >> I need a fire department. >> She is fine. No, I'm medical assistant. She is fine. She is fine. >> Here's the thing. You've been drinking and so I need to figure this out. Okay. Stop. She tries to use her title as a medical assistant, as a shield, hoping for special treatment. But her decision to ignore the very real risk of internal injuries after a crash like that. Well, that tells you everything you need to know about her professionalism. >> 6131. I got a second coming, right? >> We're going to stop. >> She needs to go home. >> I need you to stop. >> No, she needs to go to my house. >> You can do whatever you need to do with me. That's fine. I don't have any problems with that. That's no problem. Do whatever you need to do with me. >> We're going to wait here to figure that out. You hear me? We are >> supposed to go home to my mother. No. >> Stop to go home with my mother. >> Where does your mom live? >> It's just right up the street. >> Just right up the street cuz your address is actually that way. >> 12 is in route. >> This is an optional with me. She needs to go. >> She is going with you. She will go with you. But waiting here. >> She's not going anywhere except my house. >> She's going to wait here. You're going to wait here. >> I need you to understand. >> Don't do this. Okay. >> Please. Please don't. Please don't. >> I need you to wait here. I know how this [ __ ] ends. She's going >> You don't know how this ends yet, >> but I need you to stop. >> I'm a medical assistant and I can >> You were in a really bad crash. You know she needs a CAT scan. >> She does not need a CAT scan. >> Is she injured? Was she in the car seat? >> She's perfectly fine. >> She's perfectly fine. I haven't seen her move or make any noise or anything. >> No, I know. I know how to assess my child. I >> Well, you're pretty intoxicated right now. >> You're right. >> Okay. I know you are. So, we're going to figure this out. You're >> right. But that's why you stay. I need her to go home. You guys can't take her anywhere for my mom's house. >> They're staying here. Please, >> we'll call your mom and she'll come here. >> Your mom will come to us. >> No. No. >> Yes. >> You guys aren't going to take her anywhere. >> Your mom, like I said, will come to us. Okay. >> Look, I understand where this is going and I will go willingly wherever, but my daughter is going home to my mother. You do not get to make these decision right up the street. >> Why don't you sit in the back of my car and stay warm? >> No. I need for you and your daughter. >> Listen to me, please. What's your name? I didn't catch your name. >> Please listen to me, please. Cuz I know where this is headed. >> With her medical background, she should know that a silent child after an accident is a massive red flag. Delaying emergency care just to stay on the run is both reckless and cruel. She clearly loves her child, but love doesn't mean much if you can't prioritize what's best for them when it counts. >> I understand that. But >> no, >> right. Do you need priority? >> What's these two? Okay. And where was she at? She >> was in my car. >> She was in your car. Okay. Was she in the car seat? >> She was in the car seat. >> She was in the car seat. Okay. >> She's She is going to go to your mom to go anywhere else for my mom. >> Okay. She's going to go to your mom. >> I understand that. >> I do understand that. Are you listening to me? >> Okay, we're going to take her to your mom's. I do. >> I'm going to honor that. >> Yes, we are going to We are going to take her to your mom's here. Can I hold on? Can I hold on to her? >> Then is she going to take her to your mom? >> She can go to your mom's. >> Will you take her? >> Yes, I will take her. But I Yes, but I have to have her to do that. Yes, I promise. >> I promise you. I promise. And do whatever the you need to take her. >> Of course. All right. Let me have her. Okay. Let me have her. I got her. >> Thank you so much. It's okay. She's going to be okay. All right. Okay. Okay. >> I got all the people we need right here. >> You just got to let me have her. It's okay. We will. We're taking your mom right now. >> All right. Let go real quick. Okay. >> My mom. >> There we go. What's her name? >> Her name is >> Okay. You're the rest of this out. Okay. >> I understand. >> Do you need to be checked out? It was a really bad crash. >> I'm fine. >> You're okay. So, how much were you drinking tonight? >> I don't know. I was It was my best friend's birthday. >> Okay. >> And I'm like, I'm so tired out. >> Okay. And so I left. >> Okay. >> And I was coming home. And >> do you want to do any voluntary field sobriety tests? >> To see how intoxicated you are and if you were impaired while driving. >> I mean, I feel like I could pass them, but whatever. I asked. >> That's why I asked you the question. Do you want to do voluntary field sobriety test? This officer is going to run you through a couple tests real quick. >> I don't know. I honestly don't know what happened. >> Don't know what happened. >> I don't know. I just >> Okay. and I'm really driving and then whatever happened happened. I'm like, I need to get my daughter home. I just need to get her home. >> The moment she finally lets go of the child is a bitter admission that she's failed as a mother. Once the sobriety test lays the truth bare, all the excuses just melt away. She's left with nothing to hold on to, but a very late sense of regret. Okay, go ahead and relax. Okay, so now we're going to do the one-legged stand. >> Do you understand? >> I understand. >> Okay, you may begin. Keep your arms at your side. >> Arms down at your side. >> Down. >> Down at your side. There you go. Just like that. Okay. You going to put your foot down? >> Yeah. Feel like I have shitty balance. Just I'd be wobbly whether or not I was sober or not, you know? So, >> okay. >> Go ahead. Put your hands behind your back for me, ma'am. >> It's not you, but the police. If if if you if you decide to wave those right over. >> Okay. >> Do you know how much my bail is? >> I don't know. So, I need just one nice steady breath. Okay. So, just deep breath in and like you're blowing up a balloon, right? to hold my nose up really. >> Don't worry, I have tissues. We can do that here in a second. All right, I'm going to tell you when to stop. Go ahead. I'll try to coach you as you go. Good job. Keep going as long as you can. Good. Almost there. Almost there. Okay, stop. >> Yeah, it was a little It was a little aggressive on the first start, but it's okay. >> All right. Ready? You guys sit down for me. >> And then just like last time. Yep. >> Big breath. And then nice and gentle continuous flow. A little softer. There you go. Keep going. Good. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. >> Back at the station, the breathalyzer clocked her at 0.18 and 0.17. Now she's facing fines between $1,000 and $2,000 along with a license suspension of 6 months to a year. It makes you wonder if you were in her shoes, would the alcohol be enough to make you forget the safety of the child in your arms? Or would a mother's instinct wake up before it was too late? Running away is one thing, but wait until you see the next mother who turned her child's car seat into a warehouse for contraband. On November 28th, 2025 in Florida, a sedan was caught weaving dangerously through a crowded street. But the real shocker was the 2-year-old in the back. A tiny life being gambled away by a mother's deadly negligence. And so this heartbreaking drama begins. >> Hello, I'm Deputy Medina with Flag County Sheriff's Office. Okay. The reason for the stop today is not only did I watch you drive the wrong direction on Palm Coast Parkway, you went eastbound in a westbound lane. Okay, it's a one-way lane. You went eastbound in that lane. Okay, you pulled out of the apartment complex, which I watched you turn around in. You pulled back out. You came back out. You failed to yield to oncoming traffic. One, two, you also did not stop a prior to entering a public roadway from a private roadway. Does that make sense? >> Is there any Can you roll this down, please? I know it's just your child. Just roll that down for me. >> I'm not from here. >> Okay. Okay, where there's big red signs that say do not enter or wrong way or there's oneway signs there all over. Okay, with that being said, you've committed multiple traffic infractions. When I initiated my traffic stop, you stopped in the very middle of the inter of at the intersection. Do you understand that? Do you understand how dangerous that was for not only your passenger, but the child in the backseat of the vehicle for stopping in the direct intersection prior to me even initiating my traffic stop? Does that make sense? Before I even initiated my traffic stop, before I put turned my lights and my sirens on, you were in the middle of the intersection. You had stopped in the middle of the intersection. You ran the red light and continued to sit in the middle of the intersection. >> Okay. With that being said, step out of the vehicle for me. >> Can I take my seatelt off? >> Yep. You can take your seatelt off. >> So, why am I stepping out of the vehicle? >> You're stepping out of the vehicle for our safety, for your safety, because I believe at this point you might be intoxicated. You have not listened to any of my instructions. You ran past the You ran past the red light. You didn't stop. You continued forward and you cannot answer simple instructions. So, I need you to step out of the vehicle. >> She tries to brush it off by saying she doesn't know the area, but that excuse falls flat the second she steps out of the car and can barely keep her balance. It's clear this isn't just a case of being lost. She's hiding something and it isn't just a wrong turn. >> Can you just stay up here with her? All right, let's hop back here. >> My driver is my purse. Can she get it for me? >> Yeah, she can get it. >> You can lean your butt up butt up against my car cuz you're look like you're having a hard time keeping your balance. Okay. >> It's okay. I get it's cold. All right. The only reason I'm so frustrated with you right now is not only did you put multiple citizens in danger, you put your passenger and that child in danger. Is there a reason why you might be having such a hard time following traffic laws tonight? >> Yes. I'm coming from Orlando. >> Okay. >> And I thought that we were going to Savannah. It was just a big misunderstanding. So, it was like a mix of plans. >> Okay. So, do you live in Orlando? >> Yes, I live in Orlando. >> Okay. Do you have a medical marijuana card? Cuz I can smell it coming from your vehicle. It's very strong. There's no doubting it. Okay. You don't have a medical card. Okay. Have you smoked in the vehicle? Had it in the vehicle? Anything of that nature? >> I don't smoke weed. I don't I smoke cigarettes. >> Here, I'm going to take this real quickly. All right. Hang tight here for me. Okay. She's saying she hasn't had anything to drink. I'm not smelling anything, but the car reeks of weed and she's slurring. Her eyes are bloodshot. She's driving the wrong way in the road. She's not listening to instructions. Can you do your your evaluation and see if there's anything there? >> I can't do my evaluation on the side of the road. >> Okay. >> All right. >> So, here's the deal. Okay. Deputy Medina's already explained it to you. Uh, we're doing a DUI investigation. Okay. All right. Now's your time to be honest. Have you consumed any alcohol? Okay. Have you consumed any narcotics, marijuana, ecstasy, heroin, cocaine, prune juice, I don't know, anything at all? Do you take prescription medication? When substances take over the brain, they create this dangerous mask of overconfidence. She honestly believes she's fine, but those stumbling steps during the field sobriety test tell the whole world a different story. >> When I tell you to start, take nine heel totoe steps in the line. Turn and take nine heel totoe steps down the line. >> One, two, three, five, oh, I'm sorry. Five. Six. And then turn around. Can I try to put my shoes on? >> What's that? >> Can I try my shoes on? >> I asked you if you're comfortable in your socks. Don't stop the exercise. You got I can't help you for a minute. That's why I asked you if you had any questions. You got to continue on. >> Seven 8 9 >> All righty. Turn around for us. All righty. We're going to walk back over the patrol cars once it's safe. Okay. Okay. All right, ma'am. You're being placed under arrest for driving under the influence. Okay. Based on everything that we observed, your driving pattern, you're under the influence of something. Okay. You're driving the wrong way down the street with a baby in the car. Is there anything on you or inside of you that is illegal? Drugs, knives, hand grenades, pistols. Cuz here's the thing. When you get down to the jail, you're going to go through a body scan or X-ray machine. If they find it once you go in the jail, it's a felony. Right now, we're dealing with a misdemeanor. So, if you tell us now, we can take care of it. >> So, the bag, the the big one, the white or the lighter colored one. Whose bag is that? >> What's in the bag? But, you know, what did you put in the bag? >> I I just got that from Walmart. So, it should be a It should be like a sketchbook. It should be crayons and that's it. I do have a Xanax prescription. Um I >> So, should there be Xanax in that bag? >> Um if it's in my bottle. >> Huh? >> If it's in a bottle, then yes. >> No. So, what what THC just cuz I haven't really looked through it. I just like put his stuff in there. >> Okay. So, your boyfriend put the THC products in your box knowing that you were taking your child to his >> hiding a THC pen in her child's bag. That's a special kind of low. When the officers start asking questions, she tries to lie her way out of it, but her story has more holes than a civ. Every contradiction just makes it easier for the police to see right through her. >> So, where are the THC pens from? >> That's my boyfriend. >> Your boyfriend? These are your boyfriend's pens, not >> her pens. >> I don't know if it's her pens or my boyfriend. >> You just told me that your boyfriend they're your boyfriend's >> cuz he has another one card, so I'm assuming. >> So, why do you have possession of them? So, you've already told me that the THC products in the bag are your boyfriend's and that you put them in the lunch box. I don't know if it was her or her. I don't know. >> Did you bring them for her? Like, did is it his that you brought for her? >> I don't think she can. So, >> okay. No. Yeah. No, that's okay. He's going to sit right there for a second. >> That's fine. I'll grab it. I'll grab it. I'll grab it. >> Put your hands on the back. >> All right. You're being placed under arrest. Okay. You're being placed under arrest for the THC pens. You keep lying to me about it whether or not she put it in your bag. She's claiming that you have gotten it from your boyfriend, which is accurate to the to the story you told me that you got it from your boyfriend and that he put it in there. You ended up telling me that she that she might have put it in there, but then you continuously kept telling me that the boy your boyfriend put it in there for you. >> Yes. I would love for you to explain. >> I don't understand. Like I don't know. I've never I've never been in this situation. I care about my record. I wish I could believe you, but what you're telling me may make sense make sense to you, but it doesn't to me. >> Okay? >> Because if you are being warned that you may have something that you're not supposed to have in your possession after you leave, mind you, you were warned. I'm saying like >> in general as well as what is in that lunch like what that lunchbox why is it so boring >> I want I didn't >> but he's not here so why' you take >> cuz I just took it cuz I use it too like I literally was like rusting out I was in the hospital so everything's out in the open right >> she starts screaming hoping the noise will drown out the cold hard evidence stacked against her she's under this grand illusion that simply calling herself a good mother is get out of jail free card. It's a desperate, loud protest against a reality she can no longer run from. >> You have the THC pins in your possession in your bag. You've told me already that they are your boyfriends, right? We've already me let me walk you through it. Let me walk you through it. >> Okay. You've told me already that the TH the THC pens are your boyfriends. >> There's a backpack. It's your backpack. It was in the car and I put it in the backpack cuz I'm going to get my stuff. >> So, the blue lunch box that you originally set yours >> but you're saying it's on yours. >> No, no. I'm saying it was not in the right backpack. >> That lunch box. Okay. Let's say it wasn't in the backpack. What you're telling me initially it wasn't. It doesn't matter. You own that watch. >> But it's not it wasn't my boyfriend's >> this car that this car that definitely you need to pull over. Let's take you out of the picture. Let's use your friend as an example. >> I didn't know she was I >> I get you're pissed right now because you're right here in handcuffs. You got your 2-year-old. The whole situation is very shitty. That's when I saw this life cuz I was like, "What the heck happened?" Like I would never ever ever. I've never gotten in trouble. I told this like I literally like I don't my whole life has forgotten and I would never ever put him at risk. I'm so sorry. Like I'm lying. And literally just like it says it says it's not mine, but I don't have my name. Turn around for me. I'm take these off. Okay. I'm going explain to you. >> Here's the deal. Okay. I don't You don't have medical marijuana. You should not have weed. Okay, >> roll your hand. Okay, roll it. Pull your hand out. Right. I cannot stress this enough to you. That child is a reason you're not going. >> In the end, she wasn't arrested on the spot, but was later hit with a warrant for child endangerment, possession with intent to sell, and tampering with evidence. If convicted, she's looking at up to 5 years behind bars. Meanwhile, the driver is facing a DUI, possession, refusal to test, and falsifying evidence. The moral of the story, don't hide your stash where your kids sleep. Up next, let's meet the queen of self-esteem who thinks traffic laws are merely suggestions. On July 24th, 2025, a speeding Nissan led police straight into a Dollar Tree parking lot. But instead of following orders, the woman behind the wheel stepped out, ready for a confrontation. Little did she know, the price for that bit of bravado was going to hit her a lot faster than she expected. >> It's going to be a white Nissan Ultima. >> Ma'am, get back in your car. >> You pulled me over. You pulled me over. >> Get back in the car. >> You pulled me over. >> Get back in the car. >> I was out. Ma'am, >> you did not pull me over. >> Get back in the car. >> I'm staying right here. A psychological play to soften the officer's heart. However, her aggressive resistance tells a different story. She doesn't want medical help. She's just looking for an escape hatch to avoid the consequences. >> Stop. Mom, I'm hurting you. You hurting me for no reason. You being rude to me for NO REASON. I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE. I must have my daughter up for school right now. >> As the emotional storm passes, it leaves behind the wreckage of her exposed lies. Suddenly, she's all humility, hoping a little kindness will win the officer over. It's a classic calculated shift in persona. Switching masks when the first one fails. >> I pass the light and then you >> just just search and make sure you shouldn't have anything on there if you don't mind. >> Is there anybody can I got to go ahead step out real quick? >> Yeah, my shoe. He knows. And Greg, >> go call. >> In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with nonviolent resistance. It makes you wonder, was her claim of being a mental health patient just a lie to get off easy? Or was that outburst proof that she actually needs help more than she needs a sentence? This lady chose to fight with her mouth, but our next guest decided to floor the gas and lead a high-speed chase straight out of a movie. On September 6th, 2024 in Florida, a simple complaint about a mailbox led police to the door of 62-year-old Robin. But instead of a conversation, she decided to fly right through a stop sign at breakneck speed, turning a petty neighbor dispute into an embarrassing getaway. WT's with the sheriff's office. The reason I pulled you over was flying through that stop sign and then proceeding to go over 45 mph. I was also trying to contact you at your house and you wouldn't come and talk with me. So, this works out great. You're trying to talk to me at my house. >> Mhm. >> Why, sir? >> Okay. So, first off, I'm going to talk about the traffic stop. But let's be real, justice doesn't stop at the front door. >> We're traveling north on Courtland, probably back to her house. She just went and skated her tires tearing off. So, I've got her lit up. She's not pulling over again. She's going to try and pull in her garage. So, I'm going to go grab her. >> Stay in the house. >> Step on out. >> Step out the car. >> What did I do now? >> Step out the car now. >> Step out. Face away from me. >> GET AWAY FROM ME. DAN AWAY. UNDER ARREST. >> NO, I'M NOT. NO, I'M NOT. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. GET OUT of the car. >> NO, I'M NOT. >> GUYS, STOP. >> STOP. GET AWAY FROM ME. >> STOP. >> Get out my door. >> Her husband's calm demeanor says it all. This is a man who's clearly reached his breaking point. He refuses to step in and protect her because he knows the law is finally doing its job. When your last ally walks away, you're truly on your own. >> We're going to go to court for this officer. It's going to be done soon. >> That's okay. >> Don't hurt this woman. >> That's okay. >> You got a problem with me. >> You're okay. Okay. >> She attacked me before is how I got him attacking me. >> Did you call me? >> No, she called. >> Why wouldn't you call me about her attacking you then? because it wasn't necessary. Okay. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yeah. As soon as as soon as my second gets here and I get her in the car for sure. >> I am tracking. I was just not arresting again today. >> I'll go into court and I do have to arrest you. I was talking with them so I have the back story, but I'll talk with you. Okay. >> I'll write her a letter of apology and tell her >> you write her a letter of apology. That that sounds like a great thing to do. Okay. >> I know that I'm sorry. I'm her neighbor and I she's been destroying my property and I just fixed it. >> Okay. I don't know what she's talking about. I didn't destroy her property. >> Okay. >> She doesn't have a mailbox. >> For sure. I got you. >> What is she talking about this morning? >> I know. I'm going to read you. Thank you. >> You're going to be all right. Okay. >> She suddenly shifts her tone, trying one last time to play the victim. She's hoping a little fake sweetness will cover up the violent outburst she just had, but honestly, it just highlights how unstable the situation really is. >> It's a neighbor. She's She's aware of the situation. I just I'll talk with her after this. I told her I would. >> We're going to court for her to be solved. >> I got you. >> I don't know who tore the woman's stuff up. >> What' you say happened to her? >> Oh, we'll go over that in a minute. Okay. I just want to get this done. Get you in the AC. Okay. Oh, >> spread your feet for me. >> What do you want? >> Okay. All right. All right. >> All right. Good. Take this side's fine. Take a seat for me. Okay. I get the AC on for you. She was arrested for running from me. >> Yeah. So, in the public's parking lot after I pulled her over, she went to go tear off and splun her tires for like two, three seconds, to off. So, I lit her up, siren, everything like that. She decided to just come straight home anyway. So, that's why we're here like this. Okay. This car is owned by both of you, correct? Okay. So, what I I don't want to what I don't want to do is I don't want to leave you without a car. What the neighbor? I won't tell you which one it was, but they were saying that that she did that. Okay. I'm not charging her with that. Okay. The mailbox wasn't broken this time. >> Does she Does she have any sort of mental disability? >> Behind the aggressive Karen exterior, you start to see a soul that's genuinely unraveling. Someone who clearly needs medical help. Amidst all the neighborhood gossip about her being a threat, the harsh truth begins to emerge from behind the screaming. >> Hell, you know what this is about? Yeah, I literally walked out. I I don't even remember what the heck I was coming I think I was coming up the other gar bag of garbage out and I was like is there a cop in her driveway now? What's happened? >> Do you have problems with her? >> No, I she's she's good. She's this uh there's there's been an ongoing deal with the neighbor behind her. >> Oh. >> And she doesn't take care of this lady on the corner. >> Oh, this one right here. >> She doesn't She's a menace. She she's an absolute problem to everybody around her and now she's making it her problem and that's not fair. >> Um she's constantly just >> so she's not an issue neighbor. >> She gets emotional but she's not the problem. This one's causing problems for her. She had a tree fall on her house like a while back and then it just kind of kept escalating. They don't want to take care of their stuff. She's always got dogs that are off leasher. She's always got dogs that are off leash. She's always walking all the time. She mows at really crazy weird times in the middle of the night with no lights on. She's all mowing her lawn. Oh boy. >> That one's unhinged. >> It looks like she's about to be mowing again shortly. >> Yeah, that one's unhinged. Oh, it'll be a while. >> In the end, Robin was taken to jail and slapped with a laundry list of charges. fleeing and eluding, reckless driving, running a stop sign, driving without a license, no proof of insurance, and nonviolent resistance. She pleaded not guilty and ended up with 6 months of probation, 12 hours of advanced driving school, and a mandatory mental health evaluation with all necessary follow-up treatment.
