I'm getting taken to jail. Hello. >> Some women don't really want to solve the problem. They just want to win. Whether it's with fists or spit. >> Nobody's born a villain, but every bad choice pulls them closer to the tragedy they're writing for themselves. >> Um, you flying down the thing. I should have beat her ass by then. >> Yeah. because >> it all starts with a scuffle on the beach and it reignites an old anger buried deep inside this young woman >> and I'm going to black out your Why are you so anxious? >> On June 10th, [music] 2022 down in sunny Florida, what started as a beach day ended with cops, chaos, and one seriously unhinged meltdown. Meet Ashley Anderson, 21 years old. She claims she got punched in the face during an altercation on the beach. But the other side, they say Ashley was the one who kicked off the whole fight. [music] And here's what went down when police showed up. >> I don't even know. >> So, she came up to you and just hit you for no reason. >> She thought we were being, I guess, excessive. So, we haven't done anything. We just got back here from walking on the beach. >> Okay. >> Can we leave? I'm not doing >> There's an allegation of a crime. So, >> Okay. Well, I'm leaving. >> Okay. Well, it's only me. They can leave. It's only me. See, I'm just talking my mother and I want to push on. No, stay right there. >> No, they have nothing to do with it. You >> need a burn. Let me just talk to her for a second. Just back up. >> Don't push her away. Just let me >> go. You're not going to jail. Talk to my partner. >> I'll go to jail. You're not going to jail. Talk to him for a second. >> My She punched me. >> That lady just randomly like pushed my sister. So, I went like, >> "Who is she to you?" self-defense. She's my sister. >> She's your sister? >> Yeah. And she pushed She pushed you. >> No, no, no. That big right there. >> Yes. She pushed my sister first. >> Okay. Why? >> She was trying to protect her six-year-old child right there. >> What do you mean protect? >> Don't just ask her. That's what she said. And she was like, I'm just trying to protect her. >> My sister. >> Okay. So, Yachi's hanging out. >> My step brother. >> Y's hanging out. Then then what? >> And then she was I guess we were having an issue with them. What was the issue about? >> I don't know. I guess we looked at their problem. >> Okay. So, so what? She's saying she came up to you and just >> Yeah. No, no, no. She came up to me and had a problem and then I got up. >> What was the problem? >> Remember? >> I don't know. There was no problem. That's the thing. There was no issue. I'm the most leastable person. >> All right. So, for whatever reason she came up to you, you're not leaving yet. For whatever reason, she came up to you and just punched you. >> Yes. She decked me. My >> What did she say? >> Do you want Oh my god. There's a little diarrhea in the >> When officers asked her what happened, Ashley couldn't really explain why the fight broke out, just that the other woman was being extra. She did admit she'd been drinking, but things got messy real quick when her story didn't quite match what her own friends were saying. >> She So, she just randomly walked up to your sister and pushed her. >> Yeah. No, we were getting at it at first. I don't know. >> There has to be something more to Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> So, what kind of started it? There's more to it. >> No, there's more to it. But all I know is she put her hands on my sister first. >> Okay. But why? >> I don't know. >> She doesn't. Nobody just walks up to somebody on the beach and just starts fighting her. >> I know >> there's more to it. >> Yeah. No, there was confrontation before >> about what was it? Sand, drinking, littering. Like something caused it. What? I'm not saying your sister did something wrong, but I'm just saying what kind of sorry. >> I just had to deal with her. I don't know. I couldn't tell you exactly. I'm just I'm sorry. I'm just Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. >> I'm um >> Yeah. >> She was with you. Did you see what happened? Nope. Nothing to do with that. >> You just said she was there. So >> No, she was there, but they didn't see anything. >> Oh, I'm going to >> I don't care. They're on probation on >> I didn't go in her face. She came up and punched me. You're going to defend the >> Stop. Stop. >> I have no issues. They're all defending her. >> Take me to jail cuz I'm the one that has an issue. >> You know that? >> I know both of them. >> But they were they were in the issue. >> She'll go in cuffs in two seconds. >> Ashley, >> put in cuffs. Hey, put in cuffs. It's just for right now cuz she's not being calm. >> Cut her in cuffs. >> I know. I am cuz she's not being calm. >> No, she doesn't like the police. >> So, why did this lady come up to me? That's my question. >> Bela shift. >> So, did she hit her first? >> I have nothing. >> I have nothing. >> Okay. >> What did I do? >> Give her my phone to my sister. >> Give my phone to my sister. Don't touch my [ __ ] >> Nope. >> Come on. Y'all are a piece of >> I didn't do >> Ashley started to spiral, crying, swearing, yelling at the cops, and repeatedly demanding, "Just take me to jail." Officers had no choice but to cuff her for everyone's safety. She was way too fired up to calm down on her own. >> Grand her punch her no push her like physical hand. Did >> she hit her back or no? Yeah, she pushed her button. Take me to jail. I'm doing good. >> Take me to jail. Goodbye. >> What happened, man? >> So, my niece watching our kids out in the water. The lady was laying here and she started cussing and saying, "You big goggle wideeyed wearing. Why are you watching me and staring at me?" Yes. >> And she said, "I'm watching my kids out here." She gets up and she just keeps cussing, cussing, cussing. And she walks this way. >> There was a little push between us both. And I will not lie. I mean, I'm not gonna lie. I did swing because she pushed. >> Okay. So, she got up and she was right in here. >> She got in your face and she pushed you back. Yes. >> Like with her chest or her hands? >> Hands. And push you back. And that's when you hit her. I did. Okay, >> that's fine. I ain't going to lie. >> Do you have ID on you, man? Bunny Ch. I just got to report this thing just cuz >> there was physical contact. >> What am I going to jail for? >> I'm probably disorderly. I don't think >> you can go to jail. Take me to jail cuz you're a piece of act like you're entitled. You went to school for two two years. What does that do? Oh my god. You went to school for two years. >> Really? >> I'm going to school for seven years. >> You don't you know my history? >> No. >> That's fantastic. >> [ __ ] go for her. >> Not right now, man. >> So, she's going to be she's going to go to Panas County Jail. >> Let me see how she is. I haven't seen her yet. She's been kind of rowdy, so I can't hurt. >> All right. So, that's what she's going to be. Give her a few hours. You go pick her up. Okay. Let me show you. >> You're losing your I'm tired of this unjust assump record it. Hello. Hi. I hope his ass loses his job cuz I got punched in the face and I'm getting taken to jail. Hello. >> I hope his ass goes to jail cuz I'm taking you guys to court. You guys take me to jail. You think I >> want to? You think I >> Once in the back of the squad car, things hit a whole new level. She screamed, kicked the door, threatened to hurt herself, then collapsed into sobbing fits and hopeless rants. It was in full-on survival mode. Something deep was clearly broken inside her. >> Getting bailed out. I >> got me up. It doesn't matter if I go in jail. Think I give a do TBR on your mom. Break her bones while you're trying to make her live. Let me see how you feel then. Please. I hope that I hope it's recording. Get in here. Get me the out of this old ass man. I hope he get shot. >> Hey, it's me, Ashley. Come on. I'm going to take you in my car. You okay, honey? All right. I got you. I'm here. I'm here. I'll take care of you. Okay. You okay? All right. I got you, honey. Come on. You're with me. I'll take care of you. Okay. It's okay, honey. I'm with you. I'm with you. Okay. Let's go, honey. Let's go. All right. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Okay. >> You're going to rotate it inside. Okay. >> I got you, honey. Hey, you're with me. I'll take care of you. Okay. >> I'm going to take care of you. Okay. >> I'm going explain all that to you in a second. Okay. Yeah. Rotate it in. Rotate it in towards your body. >> I don't know how. >> Oh, I'm sorry. I'm killing myself. >> Here's what happened. I talked to your sister, right? Hold on. Huh? You okay? You okay? Okay. Relax. I talked to your sister. She said that. Okay. You guys are just sitting down. >> We weren't doing anything. Now, your sister said this, that you got up and you looked at the lady behind me. What are you staring at for eye that you started saying stuff to her? Cuz she was staring at you. Did you get upset about that? She was staring at you. >> As the officers started to see the raw emotion, Ashley finally opened up. She shared personal stories, hinting at serious trauma and deep grief, maybe even signs of unresolved loss that made her snap under pressure. >> You're getting charged with disorderly intoxication. >> That's good. >> This is a misdemeanor charge. All right. Now, what happened here? That's something else. >> That's something else. I know you're upset with the officer, but but you cannot kick us. You understand that? Once you kick us, he manhandled me. >> Okay. And I explain to you why he manhandled you because you're being very disordered. Did you mean that with me? Yes. But with me, you are cool. >> Yes, ma'am. You're going to get it. I just want to let you know and your sisters know where you're going to be at. They're going to pick you up in the jail. They're out. >> I know. I told I told them you're good. is going to >> All right. Are these fine? Are these fine? >> You never get some water. You're dehydrated. That's what it is. >> What did uh You good? Do you take any medication? Anything like that today? >> I do. >> Did you take anything today? No, >> I take all >> her emotional roller coaster forced officers to shift gears. No more commands. Now it was compassion. They gave her water, a cold towel, and spoke to her gently like family would. And slowly she started to settle, though dark thoughts still lingered. I know you were, but I had to go talk to everybody, find out what's going on. >> But but if you would have stayed calm for me, listen, you I would have let you go. That's it. I would have taken a little report and that's it. >> So I have to go to jail bail >> just for just for a few hours. >> No one's bailing me out. >> Your sister I just >> They have no money. They have no money. >> Well, you get a bail as bondsman. Okay. >> They don't have money to bail them. I bought her and they don't sell me. bail me. You don't have money to bail me out. >> Your sister was talking about she has money. >> No, she doesn't. I only have $40. >> You can't go to jail for being suicidal. >> She went to She tried to kill herself, she crashed into a tree and then after she got out, she got kill herself again. So, I make reaction. That's That's sad. I mean, I I I >> You think she's going to live if I'm in jail? >> You're going to be out for a few hours. >> If somebody gets me out, nobody's getting me out. >> They're not. They have no money with more money. I have $40. >> Bonds, man, that you >> I have $40. >> I'm stuck. >> And I will kill my I'm taking that [ __ ] to court. She punched me in the face. I'm taking that caught before her. >> Okay, listen. When you get to the judge, just tell her all that. Okay? Be cooperative, be calm, collective, okay? And that, you know, judges like that, okay? That might help you. Trying to help. >> Not helping. >> Yes, it is. >> Judges don't care. >> Yes, they do. Okay. They don't care if you go in there all hot and heavy and be, "Oh, everybody this that." They're going to be, "Oh, this girl is definitely going to stand." >> You know what I'm doing? I'm smiling in one mug shot. >> See, there you go. Good attitude. That's fine. You could do that. It'll be your first and last mug shop. Yes, it will. >> I promise you. >> Cuz you know what? I see I'm looking at you. >> I'm looking at you and I see a smart girl. I see a smart I don't know you from >> I would never get a but >> listen. You look like a good girl. You got your head on your shoulders. Okay. >> This is just rock bottom. >> Getting is [ __ ] me over. >> I'm never going to be able to continue. >> Never say never. [laughter] This is just a setback. That's all this is. Okay. Just work with the judge. Do whatever you got to do. Okay. Whatever classes they give you, whatever they give you. Yes, your honor. I'll do whatever. I'll do whatever you need to do. >> Later, Ashley was wrapped in a blanket and treated with care. She began to cooperate, nodding, wiping tears, and even promised to smile for my mug shot. Despite the meltdown, it was clear. With the right support, Ashley could find her footing again. >> Your face. Come here. I got you. You're all right. You're all right. You're all right. You're okay. See, you're fine. There's your hair. Okay. I'll give you this towel when you get there. Okay. Everything's fine. You're going to be okay. You're going to be okay. Do me a favor. I'm >> glad you're not the >> Believe in yourself, man. >> Believe in yourself. This is just a set [laughter] back. Okay. >> Just a setback. You're [clears throat] not going to go to the big one. >> You're not going to last forever. I don't know. >> It's your heart. You can do this. >> I don't know. Listen, you need to be strong right now, okay? You need to be strong. Just take some deep breath. They're going to be a weak league. Take some deep breaths. No, they're not. No one's going to touch you. I promise. Take some deep breaths. Okay. Come on. Hey, are you going to smile for your mouth? Listen. Cooperative here. No yelling, nothing. Okay. Give me that favor. >> Show me. >> I can't. I got to stay on the beach. Okay. But when you get out, if you're not, >> you're not going to be nice to me. >> Stay. When you get out, you can look me up. See how you're doing, Officer Garcia with Clear Water, and I'll help you out. I know who you are. Actually, come on. Let's go. >> Let's go. I got you. I'm going to walk you to the back. Okay. >> You're not going to help me out. >> Help me out. >> If they don't, then it's all on you. Okay. >> And I'll never support them ever again. >> And that's how you start. You start >> Oh, I'm sorry. I was I was I was with her. Yeah. >> All right. >> This is Ashley. She's a great girl. She just had rough time. You know, it's just not her day. She hit rock bottom, but she's a good girl. She She'll be better. I'll put her in a blanket and this cuz she's blanket and then when we get to the jail before you get out you I'll get you there. Get you some clothes. Okay. So you cover it up. All right. I want to get on and stuff. We got you. All right. You're all right, honey. You're all right. >> All right. >> Anderson. I'm sorry. Anderson, right? Ashley Anderson. >> Why do I need all this? Uh cuz the cuffs are going to go in the front which is going to put the cuffs in the front. Okay. Ashley tight. They will not be tight. >> Remember I lo them for you. Remember >> you're right. As long as you as long as you're respectful he's going to take great care of you and so is the jail. All right. >> You'll be okay. You'll be okay. >> Yeah. Yeah. I'm going to get you sit down. I'm going to throw it. I'm going throw it on you. You okay? You okay? Yes. Nice and cool. Here you go. There you go. Okay. Good luck to you, Ashley. Okay. So, Ashley, before you get out, we're going to uh have an orange suit for you. Okay, Ashley. Good luck to you, Ashley. All right. >> In the end, Ashley was taken to jail and charged with public intoxication and assaulting a police officer. Under Florida law, public drunkenness can land you 60 days in jail and a $500 fine. Assaulting an officer. That's a thirdderee felony. [music] Up to 5 years behind bars or on probation and a $5,000 fine. On April 22nd, 2023, cops and firefighters rushed out after a 911 call about an unconscious woman lying in the street. When they pull up, they find her passed out in a puddle of her own urine. But that that was just the beginning of the madness. >> Ma'am, what's going on? Ma'am, good morning. Downtown. Just be advised it's going to be on this camp side. >> You all right? >> So the security or something. >> Hey. Hey. Stop that. >> Stop. Stop. Shut. >> You stop. >> Yeah. >> Stop. >> Hey, you had too much to drink, huh? >> You >> all right? medical attention. We're here to help you out. You're laying laying on the ground asleep. >> Did you see anybody around her or anything like that? >> I appreciate it. Thank you. >> Where'd you come from? >> Hey, listen. It's all about you being down on the ground unconscious. Okay. >> Excuse me. Over here to help you out. check you out. >> I Well, you already you seem like you already did that. >> No, >> unfortunately. I think I think you did. So, they're here to check you out and throw some pers and all that. >> Let them put some bottles on you and see what you had too much to drink. Is that what happened? Eat my short. >> At first, she's completely unresponsive. Body limp. No control over anything, not even her bladder. But the second she comes to, everything flips. She snaps awake, instantly defensive, starts cussing out the medics who are literally trying to help her, and storms off like they ruined her day. No gratitude, no accountability, just pure attitude. There's no margin. >> Oh, no. Sit down. >> I agree. >> Oh, looks like you already did that. So, you can just keep on keep on going there. >> Sit down. >> No, don't have a choice. You You're getting medical attention now. >> Under provisional Marchment Act. All right. >> You're being put under March. >> You got any ID on you? No. >> Look at your shoes. Got any ID on you? Just let it go. >> Oh, get your shoes. What's your first name? >> You don't remember? What city are we in? >> Look, look. We Okay. What's your first name? I don't care about my first name. >> I care about your first name. >> I don't give a >> Okay. Well, I I give a >> I don't care. I don't give I don't give a f. >> Is this your bag? >> Yeah. >> Do you have ID in your bag? >> No. >> What's your first name? >> It don't matter. >> Okay. Are we going to do it the hard way? >> All I want is your name, ma'am. >> Um, I really don't f. >> You really don't f. Okay. I don't know. >> Okay, you're going to let these nice guys check you out. Okay. >> Nice guys. >> Nice guys. Yeah, look at that. >> Oh my god. >> I don't care. Give me myself. You >> It's too early for that, man. What's up? >> She can't say her name, doesn't know where she is, and flat out refuses to give any personal info, which totally stalls the medical response. Meanwhile, she keeps cutting people off mid-sentence, throwing insults left and right, and growing more agitated by the minute. Things are teetering on dangerous >> yourself out. What's your name? Leave me alone. >> At this point, we're way past that. Give me Give me your name. Give us some information here so we can help. >> Okay. >> Leave me alone. >> How much you had to drink last night? Too much. >> Not enough. >> Not enough. So, you know that, but you don't know your name. Damn. Why are people mad at me? >> We didn't say we're mad at you. We're trying to help you. >> But why? >> Cuz you were passed out on the sidewalk. >> I don't care. >> We do. >> We care. >> Help me out. >> I don't give a f. She mad. I ain't do [ __ ] That's why she mad. Leave me alone. >> Just a minute. >> Leave me your name. >> Leave me alone. Cuz I didn't do nothing wrong. >> You didn't? But you were going to hurt yourself running in traffic. >> I didn't do nothing hurting myself. >> You evil [ __ ] >> Calm down. >> You're a liar. >> Calm down. >> No, you mad at me. They don't know me. >> Listen, we got to take you to the hospital to get checked out. >> No. >> So, we got to figure out your name. >> I don't care. >> That's just going to take you let me go. We can't let you go. >> Wow. I let go. Give me my Give me my Give me >> It's going to go with you. >> No. I've been doing a little shock >> cooperation level zero. She didn't physically attack anyone yet, but she's screaming, thrashing, blocking EMTs from doing their job. At that point, things shift from medical to criminal. And believe it or not, that was just her warm-up. Leave me alone. >> Leave me alone. Leave me alone. >> We're about to >> You are about to get you up. Get out of me. Get out of here. Get out of me. Oh, please. Is this what is this? >> Danielle, you just trying to relax, Danielle. Just try and relax. Okay. No. Oh my. You leave me alone. I'm now I'm charg At this point, I'm going to charge this. at this point. You at this point y'all can't hear me. Whoa. Wa wa grape scrap. >> I'm not drop. >> You're only spitting on yourself right now. You >> okay? My [ __ ] >> Turns out her name is Danielle, but then out of nowhere, she spits directly into an officer's mouth. Yeah, you heard that right. and then again right on another officer's chest. The reaction, disgust, shock, and disappointment. Because in the middle of an ongoing public health crisis, that's not just nasty, it's a serious biohazard. Cops had no choice but to detain her and take her to the hospital to sober up. >> You're going to watch it anyway. So, I'm going to go get that out because I almost lost my [ __ ] All of you like that stick in my mouth. That was pretty nasty. >> She's not I mean she's single 20 but she's drunk. So her action she need to jail. >> How you doing police? >> You're under arrest. >> Yeah. We're going to be going to county jail. >> I'll tell you in a second. You feel better though now that you got some medical attention? >> Yes. My shirt's kind of hanging out. I'll tell you a sec. >> I guess right before time came out. >> Right before my birthday. >> I know. Was you tomorrow? >> Yeah. >> Do you remember anything from earlier? >> No. >> Oh, okay. Well, we uh we found you on a outside of a business pretty much. >> Um where have I been? I'm sorry. Oh, you spit in the mouth of an officer and you spit on another officer's chest. >> No, they had that spit thing on my It was after spit on that after you spit. >> I was spitting up that ENTJ. It was pretty nice. >> So, you got two of >> I'm going to jail. >> Yeah, we're going to book it for for tonight. >> I don't deserve this. Come on. I don't deserve it. >> I already been through too too much. >> Sounds like it. >> Why these people are roasting me right here? I get shot. I deserve it. I mean, I'm crazy. I can go like Grace Point last time. They me I saw I saw that. >> Yeah, they sent me Grace Point. I'm crazy. Roll down the window may allow. >> Yeah. You see the judge put a bond on somebody. Yeah. Go in there. Just put it in the car. Yeah. Watch your hands. >> I was drunk. I was drunk. I was drunk. I would never do that sober. I don't ever spit on people. That's not me in my nature at all. It's not It's not. >> Once she came down from whatever high she was riding, Danielle tried to play it off. Claimed she was drunk, said that wasn't who she really is, and begged for a doover. But being blackout drunk doesn't erase the damage. She was slapped with multiple charges, two counts of assaulting an officer, resisting arrest without violence, and disorderly intoxication. And if she's got any priors, the judge might not go easy. On May 20th, 2024, cops respond to reports of a woman causing a serious scene. When they arrive, they're met with chaos. Two people screaming, one of them nearly naked and completely unhinged. But what they're about to witness goes way beyond anything they expected. Stop. Stop. >> She made me strip. >> As long as I strip, she'll take me home. That's what she told me. >> Stop. >> I want to go home, officer. >> Okay. Stop. >> So, as long as I dress, I'll go home. >> As long as I dress, I'll go home. >> Listen to me. I want to put your shirt on. Okay. >> I want to go home. >> Uh, let me put your shirt on. >> Can I call my dad? >> Relax. >> Can I call my dad or my mama? Cuz these two [ __ ] don't care. Sarah, >> will you just go that way, please? Am I your daughter? Yes or no? >> My father. >> Am I your daughter? Yes or no? >> I love you. Yes. >> Okay. So, I'm her daughter. >> Sit down. I'll sit down. Okay. >> Sarah, save me. Sarah, I'm your daughter. I want to go home with you. >> Any of you guys have a blanket or something or anything? Zero. He's trying to get that shirt on. >> I want to go home with you. >> Trying to get her shirt on. Come here. >> Just get me a shirt. >> Get me a shirt, Sarah. >> There. Put your shirt on. >> I know I can. >> There. Sarah, get me a shirt. Sarah, >> let's get your shirt. >> Get me a shirt. Kimmy, get me a shot. I was going to jail. >> I wasn't driving or nothing. >> Come here, sir. >> Pick me up. >> Look, she's dead weight. She's not even trying. >> I'm not. Pick me up, guys. You see how strong you guys are really are. >> This woman's flipping back and forth between begging and screaming, like a switch flipping on and off. But that's just the warm-up. What follows is a full-blown meltdown packed with violent outbursts and zero self-control. Let's just say she's not going to enjoy watching this footage back. >> Wait, Sarah, if you care, pick me up now. We're okay. >> Walk towards me and we're okay. >> Park in a [laughter] manner that >> my parents will be here in 2 minutes. Don't touch me, please. No, I won't. I don't want I just don't want you to get up. Okay. >> Okay. I have a disorder. >> Just don't get up. >> I won't get up. I need to be away from people in order to breathe. That's my disorder. You know, my my girlfriend knows that, too. I just need to be away for like 6 seconds. That's it. >> 6 seconds. >> I don't want you to fall back and hit your head. So, >> I won't fall back. >> You are. You're throwing yourself back. You're going to hit your head on the curb. I don't want >> to bet. >> Stop. >> Let go. I was doing a bet. Stop. >> Let go. Let go. >> Let go. See, I'm holding myself. I'm holding myself. You're holding me. >> Let me go. Anything. >> You are not going to spit on. As long as you let me go. >> Camera have everything. >> Grab your shackles. You guys are going to get sued so hard. My mama's underwe. >> Stop it, son. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. >> I don't stop until you stop, [ __ ] her sensing the out of me. Stop it. [laughter] >> She's biting the out of me. >> Open that mouth. >> You stop it. >> Get those shackles on her now. >> The sh's already on. Already on. >> As officers move in to restrain her, she lashes out. She spits in their faces and sinks her teeth into one officer's arm, hard enough to break skin and leave a deep wound. And legally, that's not just disturbing, it's grounds for felony assault with intent, even if mental illness is involved. >> Hold that arm. Let's go. >> Get her. Get her arms. Yeah, there. There. Here. Now bring it up. All right. >> Let me see. Let me see. Let me see. There we go. She bit my pinky. >> Oh, mother. >> You guys were asking me to leave. >> No, she had an officer's u hand in her mouth. So he was trying to push her head from his cuz she bit his he's got a big old gash in his pinky now from her mouth. The >> officer that's over there in the car. >> Yeah. She had him his whole half of his hand in her mouth. >> His injury. >> Yeah. >> I would like to see his injury because I saw her head going back. >> Yeah. Well, he's got a big gash. >> Yeah. I want to see it. >> Well, it'll be an evidence cuz I'm sure she's going to get a charge for that. No, >> he's not going to act like that for >> Well, no, I know. But that way I know with her parents and [ __ ] like that, too, because I >> buyers >> I know what I just saw and I saw. >> Well, you can do whatever you want to do with your video, >> but this officer got bit and that's not okay. >> And I get by my finger. Careful. >> You are going to go get a tennis shot, right? >> Yeah. So, that's bad. That's a felony. So when somebody puts their mouth around us, yeah, we're going to do what we have to do. Buyers, >> go to the hospital. Hey, just go go to the hospital. Get yourself checked out. Okay, we got this. >> Go get yourself checked out. [screaming] >> So, she's too combative to put in the ambulance, but we need to take her to the hospital. So bring your >> At that point, she's way too aggressive for the ambulance, but due to injuries and clear signs of psychological distress, she's taken to the hospital anyway. Her behavior there even more disturbing. Her ranting made it crystal clear this wasn't just drunken nonsense. This woman was in a full mental health crisis. >> Go anywhere. I want to be a lawyer. I'm going to want to be a lawyer. >> We're going to have to pick her up though. >> Stay with me, Z. Please come turn me if you let me. Sarah, come to me. >> You all you all. You all. >> Okay. So, we're going to roll her to her side. This side here. Roll her. Okay. Sit up. What's her name? Santana. You're going to have to just sit up, Santana. Okay. >> I'm too drunk. I can't. So, you don't have to do it. >> Sarah. Sarah, help. Sarah. Sarah. [screaming] Watch your mouth. Watch your mouth. Watch your mouth. >> Watch your mouth. [laughter] Watch your mouth. >> I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Watch your mouth. >> Yeah. >> Go right to the hospital. Gotcha. 455. >> By sending her to the hospital first, officers showed they were prioritizing medical and psychiatric care before jumping straight to legal charges. It's not always about jail time. Sometimes it's about stabilization. >> Okay, hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Oh my god, that hurts so bad. Hold up. I said, [laughter] >> let's go to this. >> Oh my god. >> Okay. mama take me to the wheelchair right away, right? >> I remember before. >> No, this guys are going to get so sued. [ __ ] you and your children, >> right? Here's good >> in there. >> Oh, that's where this cooling down. Don't touch me, please. I need medical attention. Now your attention. I need medical attention. Now your attention. >> After a medical check confirmed no major injuries, she was booked into jail. The charges stacked. Felony assault on an officer, attempted disarming of a police officer, three counts of battery on law enforcement, and public disorderly conduct. At first, she was released on probation, but when she failed to appear in court, a warrant was issued. As of now, the case is still making its way through the system. On July 9th, 2023, police are called to Rivers Casino in Illinois after a bar fight breaks out between two guests. One woman allegedly threw her drink at another patron. When officers tried to question her, she gave a fake name and birth date, then suddenly blew up and tried to walk out. That's when things really started to heat up. >> What's your birthday? >> What's your address? Why do you want all my info on? >> Cuz I have to do a report on this. >> Is that a house or an apartment? >> I don't know. >> Well, what do you live in? A house or an apartment? >> Apartment. >> Thank you. What's the apartment number? >> Why are you guys questioning me when I'm the one that got attacked? Listen. Anyways, it's it's honestly honestly honesty. Honestly, it's like honestly you guys are >> you guys you No, you're you are you are in invading my privacy. You invade my privacy cuz I need a lawyer and you need to move out because I want to go. I don't want to press charges. And if I want to press charges, that's why let me leave. You're not leaving. >> Let me Yes, I'm leaving. Let me leave. >> You're not leaving. >> Why am Why am I not leaving? because I have another officer talking to the other people that >> I don't give a >> So, I'm going to speak. >> I'm not pressing charges. Okay. Well, let me leave. >> So, if you want to have your chance to give me your side of the story, I don't want you to be here. >> That's fine. So, the faster >> the faster that you cooperate, the faster you possibly leave then. >> Can I go? >> But can I go? >> No. >> No. Because you honestly you're stopping me. That's that's against the law. That's against the law for me to stay here. That's against the law. You touch me. You touch me. That's against the law. >> Okay. >> Okay. Let me Let me >> The officers remained calm, professional, and completely nonviolent. But the woman, not so much. She was combative, loud, and kept interrupting the investigation. It was clear she wasn't there to cooperate. She was there to challenge every step of the process. >> I don't give a >> I don't give a disrespectful. >> I I don't give a >> Do you want to keep on going this road or do you want to sit down and talk with us? Can you um get me Can you leave me? >> No. You're going to have to sit down and >> Can you let me go? >> No. >> Because like this is against the law for you. You ain't trapping me. You ain't trapping me. You ain't trapping. Don't touch me. Not touch me. I ain't throwing nobody on nobody's side. >> You want to give me your side of the story? >> I ain't throw nobody on nobody's side. >> You're not leaving. So what's that person? >> Okay. Show me the Show me the videos. Show me the videos. >> Just go ahead. >> Show me the videos. Okay. Show me the videos. Do you want to go and have >> Show me the videos. >> Show me the video. >> I'm going to look at it. >> Okay. Well, show me the video. >> Show me the video. >> You're going to have to take the phone out of my face. >> Show me the video. >> Okay. >> They're touching me. They're touching me. >> They're He's touching me. He's touching me. Yeah, he's touching me. Okay. Let me see. No. No. I didn't throw. I didn't. Okay. Let me see the video. Let me see the video. >> Relax. >> You relax. Get your hands out of my face. I don't want to give a >> Do you want You're going to go and hang up if you want to sit down and cooperate with us. >> Do you want to have the chance to give your side of the story or No, >> but I already said it. >> No, you do not. >> You have not been You have not been compliant with us one bit. >> I barely got your information. >> I already did. >> So, do you want to come? >> Leave me alone. I said, "Leave me alone. >> Leave me alone." >> That's not how it works. So, what I have so far is that you threw a drink at somebody. I do. Okay. Show me the video. >> Do you want to see? >> Show me the video. Show me the video. >> Do you want to tell your side or no? >> Okay. Show me the video. >> Okay. >> I need the video. Let me see the video. >> Let me see the video. I'm going to watch. >> Let me see the video. Let me see the video. >> But at this point, it's really not going to >> Okay. Well, let me see the video. Let me see the video. >> Okay. Well, let me see the video where I threw somebody's drink. Okay. Let me see. I don't give a I got I know my rights. You cannot touch me. You cannot touch me cuz Okay. I want to see the video where I threw a drink at somebody's face that you claim. Like you claim like you claim I want to see the video. >> You will not see the video. >> Well, I need that video. >> So, what you can do? >> I need that video. >> If you let me talk, you will know what you can do. >> Okay. Let me call 911 right now. >> Absolutely. >> Okay. >> She demanded to see the video footage herself. A clear attempt to control the narrative. She didn't want to take the officer's word for it. She wanted proof. Her behavior escalated fast. What started as questions about her rights turned into raised voices, personal insults, and wild accusations. >> I don't care. Let me see the [ __ ] video. >> There is no video. You >> Okay. Well, there's no video. Why are you claiming? >> Okay. You see, >> I said that you're going to see. >> Okay. >> You can't call me. >> Okay. Well, I'm calling 911. >> You have to talk to him. >> Okay. Well, I don't give a [ __ ] You say I did I I threw a I threw somebody a drink in their face. Let me see the video. I want to see the video. >> All right, run her. You think I'm one of theming [ __ ] ass [ __ ] and going to sit there and [ __ ] listen to your ugly ass nasty ass looking ass [ __ ] ass. You [ __ ] ass [ __ ] Out of here, you [ __ ] nasty ass. >> Um, they're they're over here. They're over here framing me. They're over here framing me just cuz I'm trans. Just cuz I'm trans. They're framing me. They're over here framing me. Cuz I'm trans. They're over here disrespecting me cuz I'm trans. They're framing me. Shut up. I'm not with the police. I'm with this [ __ ] ass that thing that they got got it going on. They trying to frame me. No, [ __ ] You guys trying to frame me out of here. You got me [ __ ] up. [music] >> You got meed up. Don't call 911. >> No, that is >> Let me call the Let me call the news. >> So, what's Do you got your ID on you? >> No. >> No. >> You cannot touch me. She shouted that she was being discriminated against. But right after that, she hurled the most offensive insults imaginable. A textbook case of double standards. Meanwhile, the officer remained shockingly calm, like someone who's seen this exact meltdown way too many times before. >> I need I need I need a lawyer right now. And I don't want you to be in front of me. I need someone right here. >> So get get away from me. Get away from me. Get away from me. He's a lawyer. You cannot You cannot touch me. You can't touch me. You can't touch me at all. I didn't do nothing. I didn't fight nobody. I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. >> Can you send me a lawyer? Can you send me a cop or something? They're arresting me. >> Already got it. >> Ma'am, this is Officer Hadad with this planes police. >> I'm going to hang up. Okay. >> No. >> Thank you. >> For what? For what? Come on. What? We'll be back in a second. >> Can I get my purse and all that stuff? >> Why you guys do that? Why you guys doing that? >> So, I have a serious question for you. What? >> You said that you were a transgender, correct? >> Would you like a female officer to come here and search you then? >> I don't give a >> Okay. Yes. And that's why >> you touching me like that, >> [ __ ] Don't touch me. You >> should probably sit in the car for now. >> Yeah, you can do that. >> Don't stomp on my toes. >> I'm not stomping on something. >> Yes, you did. >> No, I'm not. >> Okay. >> Leave me the alone. Why you guys are doing that to me? >> You did it to >> Why are you doing that? You [ __ ] ass. >> Okay. >> Really? Are you doing that to me? >> Trying to elbow me now. >> Elbow you. >> Okay. You just In the end, the woman was arrested and taken to jail, hit with a long list of charges. felony assault on a police officer, obstruction, resisting arrest, providing false ID, and even filing a false 911 report. The court found her guilty of two counts of aggravated battery, and sentenced her to 2 years of probation. A steep price for losing control. It was supposed to be a normal evening, a couple, their child in the back seat, and a heated argument with locals on the street. But things took a dangerous turn when the woman reportedly whipped her car around and ran into a pedestrian. She swore it was an accident, but the truth came from the last place she expected. >> I understand that. But 15 to 17 mph wasn't fast to us. And I'm looking at this. >> Slower than the actual speed limit. >> Is it really? >> Yeah. 25 on this road. >> Oh, we don't want to go 25. >> Right. Right. 7 6 minutes of them cussing us out. We're like, "Shut the up. We have to leave. We have places to be." So, we just went around them and went about our business. >> You might have here. I don't know. You might have witnesses all over the place. I don't know. This lady that lives here too, she come out. I don't know just how much she seen, but she was standing here. >> I understand that during the episode after the episode, >> but I'm leaving. >> You want 20 EMS or >> No, no. Fresh house to do some paper warehouse and I pulled in and this car comeing ass. I pulled up right here. You can still see my tire tracks where I stopped. Pulled up. There's kids right there to them. Yeah. >> They told this car coming in cussing them out. When they come out, they come through there and I just run around through my neighbor's yard. And when I run around there, they come straight away in my car, dump the gas and me over the like that. So, and then that guy stopped her car with a hammer. The windshield with a hammer cuz she tried to run me over. >> You did? Yeah, you did. Cuz I mean, she intentionally tried to run me over. >> I mean, cuz if if she' have kept going, he >> she Yeah, that's run up cuz I'd have folded up under her as she going. So he run up to stop cuz she kept like I had to kind of hop up on the car wouldn't get >> three independent witnesses told the exact same story. Their accounts lined up perfectly giving officers more than enough to start building a case. Meanwhile, her passenger trying to defend her gave a shaky emotional version that didn't hold up against the cold hard facts. >> I'm from New York. You know what I'm saying? Being out here and I don't want to be rude, but this is hillbilly country in my opinion. I don't trust these people. I'm not from here. I feel like I'm going to get shot. You know what I'm saying? So, I'm not getting out of the car. She's not getting out of the car. We have a baby in the car. I'm not fighting. I'm not stepping out. You know, he was beating our car, punching it, kicking it, doing everything under the sun. And so, we're like, "Okay." So, we stayed there for a second. A fist isn't going to hurt our car. I seen the dude come with a tomahawk. Not Well, in my opinion, it's like a little mini double-sided axe that I call a tomahawk. You know, it's like a throwing axe, you know? It's sharp. It's blade. It's small. And then, so I'm like, "Okay, I see a tomahawk. We got to go." you know, so we didn't speed off on him, but he is in front of our car and we pressed the gas a little bit. We didn't, you know, take off, you know, but then he came up, he literally jumped up and slammed into our car with the tomahawk. That's what that is right there. Me, her, and my son's life is in danger. I don't like that. So now we just like, you know, like stayed in our car. They, you know what I'm saying? And then like eventually I hopped out like I'm like, "Look, I'm sorry. I don't know what's going on, but please just let us go through." This dude right here, this dude in the blue is it? No, not the blue pants. Camo shirt right here took a third off throwing his hat on the ground. Fight me. Fight me. Fight me. Throwing racial slurs and like, no, I'm not fighting you. There is seven people right here and one of me. I have my female and my son here. I'm not getting jumped in front of my son. Y'all got axes and guns and d I'm not fighting y'all. I'm not fighting y'all. Are you stupid? So then like we didn't fight. We didn't do anything. We just hopped in our car. The cops were on their way. We had ran back cuz I at this point I feel >> You did? Yeah, he did. Cuz I mean, she intentionally tried to run me over. >> I mean, cuz if if she' have kept going, he >> she Yeah, that's run up cuz I'd have folded up under car as she going. So, he run up to stop cuz she kept like I had to kind of hop up on the car. I wouldn't get sucked up underneath. >> So, he was he was just defending me. >> I didn't get sucked up underneath the car. Why he hit the windshield with it? Cuz if he didn't, they're going and I would have went under like he hit me. So >> try to just say, "Hey, slow down and be nice." It was you >> and then turn it into a hate crime. Why power? >> You know, and then say you going to go get a gun and come back and shoot everybody after you done hit me with a car. Yeah, of course this man's going to try to fight somebody. He just threatened us with a gun talking about and called us all crackers. >> Brought up white privilege and this and that. Like >> so he's he threatened y'all with a gun. >> Yeah. He said, "I'm going to get a gun." They >> and I'll come back and kill all you crackers. I put >> with a gun. That's why they went back in there. >> He said he was going to get a gun and come back and shoot all of us. So you this is a private drive obviously. >> Her boyfriend claimed it was all self-defense. Said the neighbors were armed with axes threatening them, banging on the car and yelling slurs. But with no physical evidence to back it up, his story started sounding more like an excuse than the truth. The more details he added, the more it looked like he was spinning a narrative to protect her. >> Not fighting these people. They got guns. They got axes. I'm clearly see this dude. >> They have guns. Don't even bring that kind of crap up. I just man we don't need to I don't know I did not know I'm in an area I'm not familiar with I'm from New York being out here is scary for me >> so when I see the dude with the tomahawk I don't know what they have I'm not getting out of my car I'm not fighting >> you see the guy with a to with a >> freaking hit our windshield a little bit >> before after >> this is so I see the road >> after after she went into the neighbor's yard and the guy made contact in front of her car >> that's when you seen it >> yeah no I seen him originally because so like we so like we seen in the roadblock and we try to hit the grass so we can avoid the roadblock. I'm not trying to fight nobody. I don't want none of that. We hit the thing and then everybody starts running to our car. After we hit the grass and they see that we're trying to avert the situation, they don't want the situation averted. So, they run to our car. They start punching our car. They start beating our car. Dude comes up. Dude, >> like trucks or anything? >> No, sir. She could have got out on this side. Um, uh, Kyle in the wide F250 cuz I just pulled down here to turn around and, uh, he pulled up and was just just talking to me and didn't know anything about it and they were trying to say we had the road block. >> So, how was he parked? Was he parked like parallel with you or sideways? >> He kind of just pulled up. >> You can see where I pulled up to the skid steer. I just The skid steer was parked right there. You can see where I pulled right up to him. Just >> that's it. >> I said, "Hey, how's the road going?" ID, >> you know, I pulled up right there. >> You get all their IDs and just ID. >> I didn't try to block the road. I didn't even I just pulled in. I didn't even know what happened in the beginning of this that you know that they got an argument blah blah blah. I didn't even know about it. >> You were just pulling up. >> I was just pulling up and say, "Hey, hey, how's the road going? Y'all doing a good job and then they come hauling ass by and they went to cut through the road and I was standing right here." So, I just walked around was like, "Hey, slow down." And they had to come. They couldn't go through these pipes right here or over these things. standing right here and I'm just like, "Slow down." She's like, "Get the out of my way." And I'm like, "No, you need to slow down. Slow down." And then she hit me with the car and I fell on top of it. >> She kept going. And if he wouldn't hit the car in the yard, >> he wouldn't have hit the car with a hammer stuck me underneath the damn car. >> After reviewing all the matching testimonies and the physical evidence on scene, officers made the call. The female driver was under arrest. The evidence was stacking up and the truth wasn't in her favor. I just want to run them over. >> Okay. All right. So, you put your hands behind your back. >> I'm getting arrested >> for what? >> Why am I getting arrested? >> What are you getting arrested for? >> Turn around. >> What am I getting arrested for? >> For what? >> Hitting him with a vehicle. >> I did not hit him with a vehicle. What? >> Basically, what's going to happen is you're being charged with don't mean you being convicted of it. Okay. >> I did not. You >> You did? >> No, I didn't. He was on top of my car. >> He was hitting our car with >> Are you kidding me? >> Just like I said, there's multiple witnesses saying that. No. Ow. This hurts. Y'all are really going to arrest me because they blocked off the road and attacked my car >> with my baby in it. >> That is crazy, bro. >> Just good to be charged with it. Don't even be a victim of it. >> I understand. You good >> for now? Um I just need to It's just um I'm good. I just I just hate I just hate wrongful convictions. I hate these people getting exactly what they wanted when they hit. So what's happening with this? I'm going take pictures of this. It's going to be documented >> and I want everybody's name and y'all are getting sued, bro. >> Let me tell you something. >> Let me tell you something. If you pull away from me again, I'm going to buy a cop car and put bring me to mother jail cuz I promise once I get out of this mother, >> mother, you trying to slam me away. [screaming] >> Hey, go ahead. Hey, go ahead and charge us some more charges. Let's just rack them up. >> I ain't playing that one. I ain't playing that car. I was trying to car. What were you going to say? I was resisting. I don't want to be slammed. I said take me to the gun. >> Now you get another charge. Keep on running your mouth. >> Keep on running your mouth. >> Dude, that is so up. >> Get up. Y'all are >> Get in the car now. >> Y'all are up people, bro. Get in. Y >> Wait a minute, dude. >> Get in. Get in the car now. >> Y'all are up people. So up, dude. >> Once cuffed, she completely unraveled, denying everything, crying, insisting the victim threw himself on the car. Her [music] reaction was pure panic, a mix of outrage and desperation. But beneath it all, it was clear. She was trying to play the victim, trying to shift the blame. The problem was the evidence wasn't on her side. >> Dude, I have stuff to do, bro. I don't want to go to jail. I didn't do anything. you know, the marks on your hands, face, anything. >> I mean, it hit my hand, too, but I mean, I don't really have a mark yet. But that's about the only thing it did. I mean, I tried to hop up >> so I didn't get the bumper hit. >> Yeah. So, I didn't get sucked up underneath it >> cuz I mean, she had full of not stopping and that's why that man run up there and hit that car with a hammer. >> No, >> I didn't even expected to do it. I just That [ __ ] he hit it and I was like, damn, thank God she stopped. Yeah. >> Like, are they hurt? Is there anything wrong with them? Are they any type of injured at all? >> Yes. Look at my Yeah, look at this. >> It's really hot in here. >> I don't want to go to jail. I didn't do anything. >> Incredible. >> Sir, I wasn't trying to resist. I didn't want to be slammed. It's the only thing I was resisting. I told him, "Take me to the copore." I wasn't trying to resist arrest. >> No, I He was trying to slam me. I was pulling trying to slam. >> Dude, I was not trying to resist arrest. >> Working these guys for long. They're all my guys. We don't do that. >> He kept saying, "I'm going to slam you." >> If you keep on just snacking or snapping around, >> dude. I told him take me to the cop car. I was not resisting or get tased. >> I wasn't resisting. Like I was not trying to not go to jail and fight him. He just kept saying he was going to slam me. I was trying not to get slam. I was pulling out like that. >> I'm sorry. >> Any kind of stiffening. >> I can't believe I'm going to jail. >> Don't mean you won't be char you're going to be charged. Don't mean you're going to be convicted of that. >> But this is ruining my whole day. Like I'm going to miss work and [ __ ] because of this. Like because they attacked my car and I didn't even do anything. I did not run that guy over. I would never just try to run somebody over. I would not do that, dude. I'm not like that. What? I'm just going to try to kill somebody or something like >> Let me ask you a question. Why didn't Bro, you seen them block the road. Why didn't you call 911? >> I I was I did I started dialing 911. I did. >> You You called >> like after they started jumping on my >> No, I'm talking about when they had the road block. >> I don't know. I wasn't thinking of it, but I didn't even get out of the car. I wasn't even trying to fight them or nothing. >> That's what I'm saying. If you seen a roadblock and you're in fear, why didn't you call 911? >> I don't know. I don't know. I really don't. But I didn't even get out of my car. Like, I wasn't trying to fight them. I wasn't trying to do anything to get over it. I don't deserve to go to jail. I did not want to run anybody over. I wasn't trying to hit anybody. I wasn't aggressive. I didn't do anything. >> Just like I said, you're being charged with me even being convicted of it. Okay. What's going to happen is because of the totality of the situation, all the witnesses saying the same thing. We have no choice. >> So, he's not going to jail because he has a bunch of people with him. That those are all his people, dude. >> Those are all his family and friends. That's not fair, dude. Like, that is not fair. When a state reviews it, they may drop all the charges. >> Oh my god. May that guy. >> You ever been arrested before? >> Yes. >> For what? >> For stealing for drugs one time. >> What kind of drugs? >> Do I have to tell you cuz I really don't want to tell you. >> I'm trying to see if the judge I'm trying to tell you see if the judge will cut you a break. Is it like bad dope? >> Yeah, bad drugs. I don't do drugs. >> Fentanyl. >> No, it was like beans. Do you know what beans are? It was like ecstasy and [ __ ] but it had a lot of [ __ ] >> Was you selling it? >> No. >> In the end, she was booked on charges of aggravated assault and resisting arrest. The case is headed to court, and [music] of course, she's innocent until proven guilty. But the scene that night, the testimony, the behavior, none of it worked in her favor. On January 6th, 2023, Florida police responded to a confusing 911 call about a fight breaking out at a bar. When they got there, they found a crowd dispersing, but one woman refused to leave. The reason, she said she lost her Android phone. The phone was gone, and so was her sense of maturity, especially on her birthday. >> Police communications, how can I help you? >> Yes. May I have the police, please? >> What's going on? >> Well, I think it might be broke up, but they were fighting in the bar. >> How many people? Um, probably about four or five. A lot of them went out the door. I came back here to call. >> Can you tell if they're still outside fighting? >> Yeah, they're out the front and the back. >> I was looking for my love. >> You know what that is? >> A beer. >> Oh, you smell what that is? Bro, you're like 19. >> I just turned 21. >> Hey, real quick. >> Your phone? >> Yes. >> I don't know. >> Help me find it. I told Burns. >> Can you please go home? >> Time to go. >> But you me >> don't try to be him. >> And he's trying to be Burns. So, I take it easy, brother. >> The 911 caller couldn't say how many people were fighting or how dangerous the situation really was. But once officers arrived, the suspect quickly made herself known. There was no breath test yet, but her slurred voice, erratic behavior, and uncontrolled speech told the whole story. >> Okay. >> 48. >> Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. >> There's nobody else in the box. >> She wants her phone. They're not opening the door. If she if she keeps causing this [ __ ] I going to end up doing drug. >> So what's the problem? I don't give a >> I really don't give a damn. Let him do what he want to do. Why he smoking on the truck? >> Who is it? >> Police. >> Hey, did someone leave their stuff in here? Like phone? >> Nope. There's nothing in here. >> No phone. >> She's been looking for her phone for the last hour. >> Oh, okay. I got you. >> When she came up to the bar, she didn't have her phone. I told her that. >> Okay, I got you. >> Thank you. >> Just making sure. No problem. >> Appreciate it. >> Yep. >> Thank you. I'm not up, but this cracker got me up. And the rest of these crackers I hear that thing from got me up my [ __ ] Y'all got me about my Now you can take a little whoopy ass in there and look for my business. >> Get your hands away from me. >> Shut up. Y'all don't give a about my phone. Y'all got me up. >> You had a Puerto Ricans and your birthday. Open up my cuz it's black out here with them. >> They play along but they all want to me them black. >> Bar staff confirmed she never brought a phone inside in the first place. Still, she kept insisting it was missing. Then started ranting that her mother was a murderer. A bizarre statement that showed how distorted her thinking was and maybe a belief that she was above the law, untouchable somehow. >> Let me go a little further. My arm's right here. You ain't got to take me down. My arm is right here. My arm's right here. You ain't got to take me down. B me up. Don't pull my ass out. >> Messing with the wrong person. >> I don't give a about the right or the wrong. Let's go. Where? Where your quiet? Let's go. >> I ain't worried about >> I ain't worried about a mother. >> You didn't have to do that. >> Let them take me. Can y'all get her shoes, please? >> They ain't got two. They don't want >> Does she have any property inside of your car? She She She's going to jail. So, >> she just got her shoes. >> I understand. We gave her We gave her too many chances. >> Let's go. We going. Let's go. I don't give a [ __ ] >> I don't give a about nothing. >> She's not listening. Ma'am, >> ma'am, I want you away from us. I want you back. >> Don't call my hand to try to hurt me. >> I'm not trying to hurt you. That's what the I trying to >> All you have to do is sit your in the truck. >> Ma'am, >> I'm talking to her. >> No, we're not. Ma'am, >> you're not following us. Okay. >> You're not following us. >> Okay. Well, stop trying to make it seem like I'm the problem. >> No, I don't. I want you to stay away from us and let's do our job. >> I understand >> cuz y'all like to do gave her multiple chances, man. >> You You probably think I give a That's why you being a weird Puerto Rican. Yeah, I don't give a I don't give a I do not give a damn. >> Yeah, y'all can search me right now. I can pull my down for y'all. Ain't on me. >> You don't have anything on you. >> Not a damn thing, ma'am. >> Nothing sharp's going to stick me. Okay. >> Just pull my shoes down right now. >> I'm talking. >> I don't want to pull anything down. >> Well, you might need to cuz you don't know what's on me. >> I'm not going to >> Don't be like them now. >> I'm not going to strip you. Just face the car. Okay. Don't touch me inappropriately. >> Look, I have to search you, okay? >> Well, I just gave you the chance to. You acting weird like you don't want to do what you do. >> No, I'm not going to strip. >> Take me to jail. I don't >> The officers stayed calm, used a soft and respectful tone, trying to deescalate things, but instead of calming down, she took their patience as weakness and escalated her behavior even further. >> All right, girl. Put me in the car. She know damn well it ain't [ __ ] on me and I'll be done flip these [ __ ] to the front before y'all know it. Check me out. >> I give a camera I ain't get one back in the day. >> She know it ain't on me. >> I got to check anyway. >> Well, you But she know me in the closet. Hey, >> I'm going to jail. Take me to jail then. >> Do you have anything in your bra? Money? >> No, ma'am. >> No money or anything? >> No, ma'am. You wearing two bras? >> Um, it's like one and a half. >> Look in there, babe. Pull it up if you want to. >> People, >> I don't know. They're just freaking making out. I guess they want them gone. >> Are you going to get statements from feel like their morals have been corrupted by her actions? >> I don't want to take your shirt off on the side of the road. Come on now. Fine, baby. All right. >> So, what I'm going to jail for? >> Resisting a battery. >> Put it on record. >> Okay. It is. >> Excuse me. >> It is >> battery on what? >> My law enforcement. >> Okay. You liars, >> but it's fine. It's fine. It's fine. I'm cool. >> I'm fine. But take me right away. Don't leave me here. >> All right. >> Get in here and take me to this arrest. >> Yes, ma'am. We did. Can we help you? >> Okay. I was just checking on her where I >> Yeah, she's going to jail. >> Okay. That's a charge for >> battery a law enforcement officer and resisting without violence. Yes, ma'am. >> She hit one of you. >> Yes, ma'am. She did. >> Who she hit? >> This officer right here. >> That's her two charges. >> Okay. >> You just drank too much, I think. Are you going to throw up? Can you look at me and tell me? >> I want to charge and charge me, but I'm ready to go do what I got to do so I get out. >> Okay. Well, >> I don't want to talk no more. We got to get you. >> I didn't do anything. They lying. >> Everybody said they lying about >> No one said you did anything. But I got to get your name for this. >> Take me to jail. Take me in there. >> We can't until we get your name. >> What's wrong with you? You never act like this. Come on. Stop being childish. Tell me. Just tell us your name. We'll do the damn paperwork. Get you out. >> Police kept advising her to cooperate so she could get out on bond sooner, but she ignored every warning. She was stuck in denial, refusing to face the situation for what it really was. Do you sure you don't want to press charges on those girls? >> You know, I'll do it. Are you sure? Do you want to lease the case report for it? >> They got it all figured out. They brought me here. I've been telling them to call you. Just do what y'all want to do to me. >> Nobody wants to do anything to you. Well, take take me in there and then do what I got to do with you. I'm chilling. I don't give a damn about nothing. >> But this ain't like you. >> I gave him my name. If you don't remember, that's on him. >> Well, come on. Let's help us out here with this paperwork. What's your name? Look, I'll tell you what's going to happen. Okay, you take it or leave it. Okay, sit back. Sit back for me. Uh, you're going to get booked either with your name. Listen to me now. Don't jump to conclusions. You're going to get booked as a Jane Doe and you're not going to get a bond. Tell me your name. We can put a bond on the paperwork. You get out right now. I understand you're hot. You're pissed off. You're emotional. I get it. >> No. I can't believe you're going to do me like that. I've never mistreated you. Don't give me your hand. I have never disrespected you. I've always been cool with you. Name one time. Tell me a time. I've probably seen you a hundred times. So why would you do me like this? All I'm asking for is your name. Can you do me that favor? I wasn't there, so I don't know what happened. But we do need your name. Are you going to give it to me or no? Ma'am, >> can you at least look at me? >> Eventually, the woman was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and battery on a law enforcement officer. Her bond was set at $1,500. On May 28th, 2024, a recently fired employee exploded in anger, threatening her manager and causing a full-blown workplace disturbance. By the time police arrived, the situation had already spiraled out of control. It's cool. But I should have beat that [ __ ] ass and that's on everything. I should have beat that ass and that's on everything. I got you. Look. >> No. I've been too good to this motherucking place and she let me go some personal and it's good. But I'm telling you, I'm tired of her be let her with me. I should have sat her. That's on God. >> Get it? >> What? >> You're upset. >> No. Very much so. Because I have gained so much time in this motherucking place and people treat you up and that up and I should have snapped at her and then you could have took me and I would have went politely. >> I got you. >> I'm about to go. Listen, she want me off her property. I'm about to go. >> I know, but right now I have to talk to you and I have to talk to >> man. Listen, ain't nothing to talk about at this point. I just want to go. You come to my house. >> You stay. Let's just keep on the lowest level possible. If this is >> I don't want to talk to that. I'm done with that cuz if you put me back in there, you going to put me at >> No that. You hear what I said? How would you feel? How would you feel? It's personal. That make you feel like you slow. >> First of all, something I had a party on Saturday. You wanted to control everything. >> Yes. You said it was too much noise. You had an issue about the hookah. But you can't have a problem about people smoking hookah when you a property manager. You smoke cigarette. It's the same. You feel me? >> We had a DJ. You had an issue with that. >> Okay. You came and me on Saturday and everything you asked me to do, >> right? >> I did it. Like if somebody if somebody you give somebody you have something and somebody snatch it from you, sir, what you going to do? You going to feel away, right? >> Take the police out of it, the humans out of it. You going to be mad, right? >> I understand, man. >> Yeah. Like don't don't do that. You poking the wound. The wound already there and you saying little and you doing little and I'm supposed to take that. Nah, Damian, you already know how I rock. I ain't like that. I done took a lot of from this lady. So this was my opportunity to say how the I felt and I did. Absolutely. I just got to bite my tongue. You go flying down the thing. I should have beat her ass by then. >> Yeah. The way it came in was >> because that's how she perception is reality. >> Yeah. But that's why when I rolled up and I saw who you are and all stuff. It's >> Listen, I got Let me tell you something. On the flip side of this [ __ ] I got too much to lose. When a got lose, they'll try you. They'll do whatever. No, I got two who wants to lose. >> Most likely what's going to end up happening on the civil side is just depending on as far as if she wants you like to where you're not supposed to come back and all stuff. >> Oh my god, sir. I ain't got no reason to come out here. >> Right. I'm just saying that's all as far as paperwork wise. We'll see where as far as that stuff goes. Just right now because obviously we have to do our side. Don't leave till I come back and all stuff we get sorted out what's going wherever. That's where >> I got first first of all what's so funny is is my kids have an appointment. I was leaving. Dante immediately jumped into self-defense mode, listing off a series of petty arguments with her manager as if she were building a legal case for herself. But the real emotional blow came when she claimed they laughed at her after firing her. That one detail shifted everything. It wasn't just about losing a job, and it was about losing dignity. >> No. >> No. You want to go there? Let's go there. I don't let this lady try me for a year. So therefore, she just got what I had, what I should have gave it to her 6 months ago, she just got it. >> Yeah. She don't want this smoke. I'm telling you, you don't want this smoke. This ain't what she want. >> I done sat here for a long time and shut the up for months. This ain't what she want. >> So, we brought her in the office to let her go. My boss was on teams, >> okay? >> And to let her go. Of course, she started screaming immediately and yelling. And when she finally stormed out, my boss was like, "Do you have the keys?" And I said, "No, I'll go get them right now." And I left the door open. And I went and grabbed the keys. And I said, "I need you to just get your stuff and just leave." And she grabbed the computer >> and I said, "Dante, I need you not to touch our property." And she goes, "I'm going to do whatever I want. This is my I got personal here." And I said, "You shouldn't have this work computer." And I went to shut the laptop. And she grabbed it and told me I better back to or she was going to beat my ass or whatever. And that was the first start of the threats. And and the whole time she's screaming. And then she started letting me know that if I leave here, don't wait cuz when you come outside, don't you think that I'm not going to whip your ass. Whatever. >> Um, I called the police and I said, "I just need her to leave." She came around and she was standing here and she's yelling and of course I'm the devil and I'm a racist and just everything like that and going on and on and then I was just trying to wait for her to leave and then she threatened me again and she came and she got in my face and she was like this and I kept backing up and I said I need you to back up and get out of my face. I don't know what happened. >> I did something. She >> I'm literally I don't want to touch you. Um, she literally I kept backing up and I said, "Get the hell out of my face." And she's like, "What are you gonna do?" And then she hit me with her stomach and was pushing me back. >> Oh, she mushed you. >> And like it was like this. >> Jesus Christ. >> And I was like, "You need to back up off me because well, honestly, Damian, I didn't want to lose my job." And I didn't know if I like bumped her back or whatever. >> Both a staff member and the manager confirmed Dante shoved, threatened, and physically forced the manager backward using her body. And according to earlier statements, this wasn't a sudden outburst. It was premeditated. That single fact shattered any chance she had [music] of justifying her actions as emotional impulse. So it's going to be assault. So >> yeah, don't want to make any assumptions on stuff, but as far as with the property and stuff, would you like her banned from property as well? >> Absolutely. Saturday night after the deal that happened out here. >> Yeah, I came out whenever that was I wasn't on duty back. I was worried about my house getting shot up. like honest to God with the type of people that were there. >> Yeah, there was a lot of uh a lot of people and they were they were not happy with I set Pax into bark mode. I had her I had her barking to clear it out. So, if I tell Pax to speak, she'll start. I'm going to get the uh band paperwork started and all that. >> Uh they might. I'll see. But as far as it all goes, I don't >> need it. This is the same form. This time it has the her name on it. [laughter] Here you go. That's basically saying she is banned from the property. Um like I said, go get her signature. I'll bring that back to you. Get a copy and then um >> and you're going to explain to her and I'll give her gas. >> Yeah. Yeah. I'm going to read So I'm going to read this off verbatim to her and then I'm going to explain it out to her after that. >> All right. We'll be back. >> So as far as this goes, this is Sorry. This is a band form. This is basically telling you that you're not supposed to be back on the property. >> So, you know, I'm not coming back, right? And I don't even feel comfortable. I ain't never dealt with this type of stuff. And I don't even feel comfortable signing my name on this type of stuff. >> Do you just tell me you're refusing the sign? I'll break you. >> Like, I'm not signing my name on that because I don't even deal with y'all. Like, not even trying to be funny. Like, I don't got no background and I don't get in trouble. >> I get it. So, >> I I'm going to just tell you what it says. Just you're aware. >> And he kind of explained it to me, too. Yeah. while y'all was doing it. So, I can't come back up here for no reason. >> Right. Like >> Yeah. No parking lot, not through the gate. >> You ain't got to worry about it. I'm not coming back up here. I promise I'm not. >> The manager moved quickly to have her permanently banned from the property. When served the official trespass notice, Dante refused to sign it, calmly saying, "I won't be coming back." But her focus had shifted. It was no longer about what she did. Now she was trying to salvage her image in the eyes of the law in society. It was about pride hanging on to the last shred of it >> on her >> if as far as this stuff goes. So I'll give you a case for number as well. >> Yeah. I feel like because the like snatching the laptop for me like I should have slapped her like not even being funny. >> I just feel like I feel like she I felt like you wanted me to do something to you. Like I feel like that was >> antagonistic. >> Yeah. Like I felt like you >> you can take the report before the court and all stuff like that and then if I if the judge feels you have enough you can swear out warrants. But let me handle this and we'll go from there. Stunning. As far as the stuff goes though, she's wanting to press charges for assault. >> Ain't nobody touch her. >> So, >> but you got to understand, like I explained, Mr. Wood, you can't come in my space and snatch something from me. When I ask Shante, can I take it off? Like, you get what I'm saying? I don't care no about no presses, no charges. >> Well, I'm telling you, as far as with what she's saying, the witnesses are saying, and what you've told me, assault is there. So, I got to got to detain you right now, and we'll take you down. >> But I didn't do anything to get obtained. Like I got my kids like let me make a phone call first. >> If you need to make a phone call. >> Yeah, let me make a phone call cuz clearly they about to take me. I didn't even do I didn't even touch her. Like but what about the things that she was saying to me if it's assault it got to be it got to be >> I'm pulling I'm pulling the camera for the all in there as far as stuff goes. >> That's fine. What about the things that she said to me? Her It's no camera in her office. You get what I'm saying? It's no camera in her office. What about the things she said to me? You got to if you going to do it one side and I'm not mad. You got to do with both sides because I didn't put my hands on her. Like she threatened me too. >> So with this and all that stuff. So I'm going to give you the same thing as far as what she's getting the whole case report number thing. >> Yeah. But so but you arrested me, >> right? So in this as >> But I got kids at home. So I don't have nobody with my kids. >> You get what I'm saying? So what you want me to do about my kids? Just f my kids? They don't have no daddy. They just got their mama. >> So I'm just But I don't have nobody to call them. And my kid is at home. >> I don't have no family here, Damian. That's why I work so hard. I don't have a support system. I don't have no one. So, you about to arrest me and my kids about to be home by themselves until who knows how long. >> So, I know Wednesday you'll go before the judge. >> These people about to arrest me for assault. Like, this is crazy because this to you really quick. >> No, because I don't now I'm thinking about my kid. >> Police chose a compassionate route. Instead of arresting her on the spot, they issued a subpoena. She'd still be charged, but she was allowed to go home and take care of her child. works for you as far as stuff. >> I'm not going to miss no court date. >> Okay? Because right now, that's the best solution I have for all this. Then we'll go. >> I just do what you got to do, D. I just want to go to take me. I just need to figure out my kids. I don't It's just me and my kids. That's only my concern. I don't I'm not telling y'all how to do your job. I'm I'm a mother first. I'm thinking about my kids. >> Absolutely. I mean, I don't have nobody. >> So, don't come back here because at that point, that's you know, the whole trespassing thing is a factor. But as far as this stuff goes, we'll handle the paperwork side of it and all that stuff goes. >> They'll send you a subpoena thing. You'll go before the court >> and they'll send you a subpoena. Yeah. Um, if you have any questions about it anytime, just contact the Chattan County Court office and they'll go ahead and give you instructions as far as this stuff goes. >> All I care about is my record. Does this open up a record for me? >> Right now, until you're convicted of anything, you have no there's no record of saying that like that you >> Well, if I'm convicted, what that mean? I could do jail time. I could do for my first >> I think I think for your first offense it'd be like >> if that I mean just to be honest as far as like for something as simple as simple assault you may end up having to do like a certain community service or something like that. >> I don't know. I will say this as you writing it in your report um when I was sitting in her office like she was smiling like this was funny to her. She was getting a kick out of it so it made me get upset. Y'all didn't even give me a chance to explain my side. So it was pretty much what she said is what it is. Now granted, when we was out there having a good time, you say, she say, "I need you to move the DJ in the clubhouse, and I need you to move the hookers in the clubhouse." I did that. >> Hookas or >> Huh? >> Sound like hookers? >> No, I'm sorry. Fukas. Hookas. She told me to move it in the clubhouse. Damian, I did that. >> Yeah. >> Everything you asked me to do, I did. So, I didn't understand what the problem. The problem, I'll tell you what the problem was. And I hate making it black and white. It was a bunch of black people out there and we was per up having a good time. That was it. But >> I'll let you do your thing. I'm >> all right. >> Get out of here. >> In the end, she walked away, but only for now. Dante still faces charges for assault and disorderly conduct. And if she skips her court date, a warrant could be issued for her arrest. So, on May 3rd, 2024 in Ohio, police respond to an urgent 911 call from a bar where a bartender is reportedly under attack. But when officers arrive, they don't just find an assault in progress. They uncover a story way more complicated than it first appeared. >> She thinks we're all black, so we're all guilty. And I'm going to tell you the truth. Only thing I was my mother back on the kazoo machine from my vacation. She pushed us all out. She pushed me back. So she pushed me. So I pushed her back. It was nothing like my car's there. >> My car keys went across trying to vacate the situation. I don't do no problem. I been Nobody's leaving yet because this is not >> That's fine. >> Okay, that's fine. ID. I have no problem giving it to you, officer. >> Okay. >> Like I said, it was an altercation. They think we're all together. Sad. This is my call. I have the keys. I have the keys. >> Perfect. You want to turn that off? Let's go. Let's go stand over on the sidewalk. All right. >> Of course. I got no problem. >> Hey, miss. >> Let's just all stand over here on the sidewalk. >> Of course. >> Okay. >> Let's just all Let's just all go over here for now. All right. >> Hey, keep going over there. Get out of the road. I got you. We're going to get it figured out. >> Hey, what are you doing, man? Hey, let go of her. No, I'm trying to stand over there. over there. >> I'm trying to make sure that she don't I'm trying to make sure she doesn't want her to get with you guys. That's all. Talk with this officer >> so I can get on and take these kids home. >> That's all I'm trying to do. >> This is my car. I'm the driver. >> Tell me again exactly what happened to me. >> I don't know. Oh, that's a that's a that's a problem that I'm having right now cuz I don't even know how this all this started cuz I seen glasses being thrown, words being exchanged, and then I don't understand what happened. Then I came outside and then people on the ground and I'm breaking the fight up. Like, can you explain to me what you guys were actually caught? >> I'll tell you in a second. >> A big altercation where stuff is being thrown between the two glasses and everything being thrown, but there was no actual physical like punches and being thrown. >> Just glasses being thrown. >> Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Okay. Who Who threw the >> um between her and the bartender regarding >> which one's her? The one that's at the end. >> No, the one in the black. >> If you want to know what that's going to happen, I asked my bank. She said she couldn't get my money back. Back away from the bar. All that. She told me to go to the um the kiosk machine or the music machine to get my bank. She said she couldn't get my money back. So I asked her, "Where can I get my money back at?" >> I said, "So I asked her." And then I asked her, "Where's my car keys at? I couldn't find my car keys. I trying to find my car keys at." Then she caught draw like I'm not she walk up to me aggression. I'm not I don't have nothing proper. >> Though the group appeared calm and somewhat cooperative, their body language told a different story. Defensive, vague, and withholding key information. It was the kind of behavior police know all too well in cases involving criminal charges or public disorder. >> No one playing. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We don't want y'all wasting time. We know y'all got a job to do. So, we don't want y'all wasting time out here to tend to the dumb. >> I'm going to keep it real with you. >> Dumb. >> Like, I'm literally just confused. Like, I don't know what's going on for real. [snorts] >> I don't know how escalated to the point it is right now. >> Hey, um, the cops are here. There's like five cops pops here. I got jumped. Some girl came some girl came behind the bar. Two bucks closed, Damon. All they're all coming in here and they're so awful. I didn't get tipped. I didn't get tipped once from this these people and she started yelling at me because the vape machine ate her money. So, I'm closing the bar. She I got beat up. Damon, they jumped me. Customers dumped me. I'm talking to the the cops. I don't know what you want me to do. I'm closing the bar. Okay. So, what happened? >> So, they were in here the whole night. Both those girls, the one and the black were very physical with each other. They were pulling each other's hair. They were like grabbed me to the spaces. I've never met them before. I met before. I'm the only one working, right? Um the guys stood around. Uh didn't tip me anything, but they weren't gone yet, so I was going to say anything. Um so then she goes, she's like, "I need a vape." She's like, "Is it in the touch tunes?" And I was like, "No, honey. It's on the touch. There's a vape machine right there." She's like, "Okay, can you help me with it?" I was like, "No, like I'm working." Right. >> And then I'm already losing my patience with my room and she goes up to the baby machine. She's like, I put in $22 and I didn't I didn't get anything out of it. I'm like, I have nothing to do with that machine. Like, I don't even have a number for it. I don't have a key. I can't take money out of it. They put it in there. It's stupid. Whatever. And she's like, well, you're the one that told me to use it. And I was like, you asked me where it was. I told you where it was. Right. And she comes behind the bar and she starts getting in the face. The girl in the orange. She's behind me first and then I went after her. Which is it? The girl in all the black. >> All the blacks. She's the one that swung on me and then >> she swung and then she picked up the nearest glass and just chucked it at her. >> Short red hair. >> And then it all came out. It happened really fast. They beat me up against that car. >> It escalated really quickly. >> That's when we couldn't really get a good picture. >> The bartender claimed Michelle punched her in the face and threw a glass at her. A third party witness backed up the story and both accounts matched, giving officers enough confidence to act without hesitation. Michelle was placed under arrest on the spot. >> Whatever happened in the past has run the ID >> cuz to see if you have any prior engagements to what happened. >> Also, it's documenting who I'm talking to. >> Officer Tucker, you never said anything to me but ID, >> right? That's what I asked. So, you document >> the conversation now or before? >> Did any of my partners talk to you? >> No. >> Perfect. I'm going to talk to you now. So, tell me what happened in there. >> Officer Tucker, >> I know as much as you. I'm driving the vehicle. You have my ID. I have no priors or anything. That's why you ran. I'm >> Why did you guys get kicked out of the bar? >> She was a [ __ ] You're not leaving. I don't I don't know why I won't leave cuz he's in my car. >> I can't leave. >> Yeah, that sounds good. >> She definitely >> not her men. No, you >> think that she was afflicted and that's why she got her ass cameras. >> Wait, does it go in there? our cameras. >> No, but there were like six witnesses that I I sure would not have an issue. I don't have an issue speaking on her behalf. >> So, she messed her fist up and she said, "What are you going to do?" She hit her in the face. It wasn't her fist up. Her fist met her face. She said, "What are you going to do?" And punch her in the face. >> I put my phone back in my in my pocket and I went towards her and she hit me. >> I don't care how you feel about >> No. No. Just stay away from her. >> I don't care how they stand. They can take me home. They can take me to jail right now. >> What am I doing for >> Why Why would you put your hand back? >> Yep. We're good. >> What am I doing? >> Why? Why would you >> Can I ask why? >> Cuz you were offered twice to stand over there. You said no and you kept walking away. So, we're probably going to have disorderly conduct and maybe assault. Officer Tucker, tell them when did I say this? >> Your car. >> Officer. >> While being detained, Michelle started showing mild resistance and clear signs of intoxication. That raised immediate safety concerns. Officers had no idea if she might be carrying a weapon. And with her behavior escalating, the risk level went up fast. >> You're right. You're right. You're right. And you're right. And I swear to God I'm with your ass, bro. I swear to God. Now, now I'mma turn up. >> The >> I'm going detain the being detained. >> Yo, Patty, >> you was I was on the in here. She ain't getting detained either. This ho ain't getting detained. Like, she's sitting here laughing. I'mma beat your ass, bro. >> The one in the orange was the one that was holding us back mostly. Okay. >> You patt All right. >> Okay. >> What is wrong with you? Why can't >> calm down? >> Cuz she was acting like a child. >> She was acting. >> You already know how. >> Well, being a bigger person now. She being petty. >> I'm tired of being I'm always a big person. Y'all know me. Y'all know >> I don't know you. >> You don't. You don't. I'm sorry. It's all right. >> The girl real quick. This girl in the orange didn't do anything. >> She tried to break it up. >> She tried to break it up. Okay. Is she intoxicated? >> Yeah. >> Okay, that's fine. That's all she's getting. >> This orderly. >> Officer Tucker. >> That is what's happening. >> You said there was >> Wow. >> Well, do you have anybody that can come pick you up? Somebody that's sober at the jail. >> You got You got some time to think about it. >> Somebody come pick me up. What about the surprise test? You didn't even >> We don't have We don't have one of those now. >> Oh, okay. >> Really? What is this? >> Now you're coming in for more than that. So >> you must be Christmas every time for some extra ass. >> I ain't never dealing. I ain't never in trouble for nothing else that I do. There's always something they got to do to something with some extra ass. >> Can it can it can 25 key run your number on a pistol? >> I ain't never I'm not never coming out here again. Nothing. I kick it out here all the time. Talking me crazy. I'm about to let people talk me crazy. I'm tired of people talking me crazy. That's not the same. >> And then the turning point. During a standard search, officers found a loaded handgun tucked into Michelle's waistband. In Ohio, carrying a firearm while intoxicated is a criminal offense. That discovery changed everything. This wasn't just a bar fight anymore. It had the potential to become an armed violence incident. >> My daughter got to see me in jail, bro. My grandson got to see me in jail, bro. I'm about to just sit there and just chill with people talking me crazy. >> Hey guys, welcome. >> Uh got assaulted. >> Yeah. >> Um yeah, >> there was there any glass thrown? Somebody I think that's what we originally got called. >> Uh yeah, glass. There was a glass by the girl in black. >> Okay. Getting campers in here. Is he against? Why? Why you guys have enough problems in here? You think you can get problems in here? >> We've been here a couple times. >> That's what I'm saying. Just to help Just to save you guys. >> You sure you don't want us to call EMS for you? Just to check you out. No, you don't get charged for that. >> Okay. >> 25. >> The bartender is complaining of some uh head pain from getting hit. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You fell on your knee or >> Yeah. >> They they pulled her to the side. >> And I just want to confirm, did you say you did get hit with the glass? >> I didn't get hit with the glass. You threw it at me. She threw it at me. Okay. If it didn't fall and then shattered. >> Okay. All right. >> Well, so like the orange chick didn't say anything about what happened. >> Supposedly she tried to break it up. >> Yeah. She was >> loaded pistol on in her on her leg. >> She She was She wasn't saying anything about what happened. The only one that said anything about anything that happened inside the bar was the one in the black jumpsuit. The other chick was >> which that's the one that went is the one that did it. All right. That's the one who originally punched her in the face. >> Michelle was officially arrested and charged with assault, public intoxication, and carrying a weapon while under the influence. These are serious charges, and depending on her record, she could be facing real jail time. So, what do you think the right sentence should be? In Monroe County, Florida, a woman was pulled over for ignoring the move over law. That's the one that says when you see a police or emergency vehicle stopped on the side of the road, you either move over a lane or slow down. But when the officer walked up, they stumbled onto a surprise that took the whole situation in a wild new direction. >> How you doing, ma'am? >> I'm okay. Can I help you? >> I'm Deputy Caster from Monroe County Sheriff's Office. The reason why I pulled you over me and my partner right there on the side of the road. >> Yes, I saw you. All right. >> Okay. >> In the state of Florida, we have a move over law. Okay. And you either need to bump it down to 20 miles an hour or you got to try to move over to the lefth hand side. Well, I actually followed the vehicle in front of me because um I literally thought, should I scoot over? Nope. We're going straight. They're going to I don't >> You don't have no registration in this vehicle? >> Nope. This is my vehicle. >> Huh? >> No, I do not. I um It's registered in Karen Nyver's name from 2018 on. So, I asked her for uh registration. She goes, "You got to contact uh you got to contact the Federal Bureau of Investigations for it. Uh, this is one of their cars." Um, I said she goes, "I'm here for work." She uh I asked her what for. She didn't give me any uh information. And this isn't coming back to anybody. The car isn't. I need to get the VIN, but there's a dog inside. >> You're going to go ahead and set it. >> Yeah. But >> I need your registration insurance, ma'am. >> Contact the federal bureau. >> Contact the federal. That's who you need to contact. >> That's who you need to contact. >> I already informed this. The woman claimed she had ties to the FBI, but couldn't show a single piece of proof. Just like that, she turned from driver to prime suspect. And instead of cooperating, she flipped the script, started questioning them. She tried to take control, but really she was just digging herself in deeper. >> Question. >> Yes, sir. >> Are you FBI agent? >> If you are, do you have credentials? That's all we're asking. >> You have to give them my name. >> Give them your name? >> Yes, sir. You don't have credentials at all. >> You have to give them my name. This is a highly dis on the download case and I am not able to disclose with you anything other than to be as honest as I can. But that's all I can say to you. >> Okay. I'm just trying to be reasonable. >> Yeah. And I'm just trying to be as honest. >> I know. >> But at the end of the day, >> I can give you um their direct address and number and then um some names for for the Federal Bureau. That's the best I can do. >> So, is your car registered or not? >> It's not registered since 2018. >> Since 2018. >> Yes. >> Uh, we'll tell the vehicle, give her a criminal citation. She refused to get out of the car. We'll just hook her. >> So, we ran the V, ran a registration. We clarified it with dispatch, right? >> Yeah. Clarify. Okay. >> Um, that vehicle's been registered. Someone else not. >> Someone is not hurt. Yeah. >> Not providing the federal government put her in. Okay. >> She hasn't provided any. Yes, I do. >> I'm going to tell you one more time. >> If you are you are not complying with a lawful order, you are going to go to jail. I do not want to take you to jail because you want to have an attitude. All right. >> Okay. >> You don't get to dictate the terms here. She threw out an old name and flashed documents back in 2018, insisting she was on some undercover mission. Her insurance and registration from different states. Once they checked, it turned out the car hadn't been registered since 2021, and none of the paperwork was valid. Still, she refused to hand over the keys, and that's when the cuffs came out. >> I have done nothing for you to act this way. >> Ma'am, >> this is harassment right now. >> Okay, give me your card. >> This is harassment. >> I'll tell you again. You still don't want to listen. You don't like to quietly. >> Do you feel better right now? >> I don't feel better about anything. >> Do you feel better? >> I feel better if you cooperate. >> I am cooperating. I'm going to make sure you're not an impersonator >> because if you are, then you're going to be in quite some trouble. This one right here as well. And this is being recorded. So, continue to act. It's fine with me. Put it in the back of your car. Make sure you're not >> Can you stand up? Lean up against a car, please. No, you need to get a woman to pass her phone. >> I don't know if the dog's friendly or not. She's going to try to um >> if you just open the back door, he's um he should be fine. 603 you going to >> the officers to their credit handled it with care. They let her keep her essentials and made sure her dog wasn't left behind. It was a solid example of law enforcement doing things by the book with compassion. Cover Why is that other key out? It was in my purse. >> Huh? >> It was in my purse. >> The other key I keep it separate so they're not together. >> I don't know. He's remember he's doing the inventory now. Depending on her record or whether she skipped court before she's looking at anything from fines to jail time, honestly, she played that role so well. The real FBI probably has no clue who she is. On Super Bowl night, February 9th, 2025, New Mexico, a car sat stranded in the middle of the road, front end crushed, one tire completely gone. Yeah, that's >> the officers didn't rush to judgment, but their experience showed. One of the first questions, alcohol. And when the driver muttered, I don't know what I hit. That was a red flag. Someone wasn't in control. >> For this first person, I just need you to heel to heel, toe to toe, your arms down at your side. All right? And I need you to stay in this position until I tell you to move. Okay? >> All right. And then for this one, I need you to keep your head completely still. And you're going to use your eyes and your eyes only to focus on the top of my finger right here. >> Mhm. >> And you're just going to follow the with your eyes. I'm so sorry. >> But it wasn't until her sister showed up that the real cracks appeared. She broke down in tears, not from fear of a fine or jail time, but from sheer shame. The guilt of being seen like this, by someone who loves her. The police took her in, but let's be honest, the emotional sentence had already begun. >> 11. >> Uh, do you want me to >> Okay, we're going to put you in here. We're going to release one hand. Okay. But if there were aggravating factors, or if this wasn't her first time, the penalties could go even higher. On April 13th, 2025 in Florida, a 911 call about a parking dispute brought officers to what should have been a quiet residential neighborhood. But instead of a minor civil complaint, they walked into chaos. A panicked pregnant woman, a metal pole, and a chilling threat. I'm going to kill your whole family. And here's what unfolded next. >> Woman, you know, to the I'm sorry, I'm having a panic attack. I'm pregnant. We was going to go right here across the street, you know, the field, the soful with the girls. Okay. So, we was going to go over there to hit, you know, for a little bit to practice. Yes. So we was getting in the cars and I told them, "Hey, let me put the laundry really quick, you know, because by the time that we over there, my you know, my laundry is watching." But yeah, so I heard her when she was like I was like right there cuz my laundry is inside. So I was right like coming and she saw she my daughter was getting in the car and she's like I'm you guys. I'm all your family. All of you. I'm >> Did you hear that? >> Yes. Yes. Literally I heard it and I'm like all your family. So that's when I was I'm like you crazy. Like what the is wrong with you crazy? told my kids to get in the car cuz I was going to take off, you know, but and then she started saying and she started taking pictures of my tag and she's like, "I'mma have somebody you all." So I'm like, "What's wrong with you?" You know, like we didn't do it. So what I did was bring my kids because by that time I was like, "I'm not I don't feel comfortable leaving when she took pictures of my tag and you know, she sent it to people. I don't know." So it was a that car came up just now, not too long ago. The gray car and it was a guy. Yeah. Not this one, but the one. >> Are you guys going to a civil thing or you guys just call her? >> It's crazy. She's always doing things to us, you know, like she because I'm Mexican, but I'mma see. I'm a US citizen. You know, my kids were born here. So, I don't know what's her problem. And I'm pregnant. I want her to leave us alone and start scaring her. >> So, you just you just want us to talk to her and let >> I mean, I don't know what you guys going to do. So, >> it's a trend. She said she was >> You're saying she picked up that pole right there that's that's holding the cement. >> Yes. She picked that up. >> She picked that up and she came all the way over here. >> Camera work. >> No, they don't work. >> She came all the way over here and that's what she say. So, I got scared. >> So, how does she have it in her hand? >> Like this. Like she picked it up literally like that. Go lift it. It's not heavy like that cuz she always was picking it up last time. >> What does she lift? >> And right. >> The fact that the victim was pregnant combined with verbal threats and aggressive behavior instantly raised the stakes. What might have started as a neighborhood argument now had the weight of a serious criminal case. But when confronted, the suspect stayed oddly calm, cold even. She denied everything and started twisting the story [music] to make herself look like the victim. >> Thank you for coming. >> Are you the other one? >> Yes, I am. >> Okay. What's going on? >> What's going on is she keeps taking >> Okay, we're going to go we're going to go with this one cuz I've been hearing about this issue for years. >> Okay, we got two problems going on. Number one, she keeps taking my parking spot with that big cement thing. I have two cars. We need every inch. I've spoken to Cindy. I get up to my side of the yellow line. She gets up to her side of the yellow line. >> You guys have a sign parking or >> Yes. Yes, we do. We pay for it in our lead. Let me just show you how it was. I told her to get on her side of the line. Then she went crazy. She yelled a sting of her face while my three-year-old niece was out here. And I have my sister and my niece as witnesses. She screamed the worst profanity you ever heard in front of this three-year-old little girl who was talking on the sidewalk. She called me a and all other and all these filthy words and motheruckers and all this in front of my three-year-old name. I'm sorry. >> Threaten her at all. >> Of course not. She's the I just want to tell you she's the biggest I've ever seen. >> I've I've took calls. >> I've got two witnesses. I've took calls about you guys. So, >> okay. >> Did you Did you pick up any weapons at all? >> Of course not. I've got two witnesses. >> She's just an enormous liar. >> Here it is. Look at that. >> She's way over in my space. >> Is that divided all over? >> That's her divider. Yes. Because I am supposed to buy, according to Cindy, I get up to the edge of this yellow line. She gets up to the edge of that yellow line. But look what she's doing. She's way up here all night. She has been lying ever since day one. That's what she lives on. She's insane. >> Her is disgusting in front of her own, >> as you can see. And she yelled all that profanity in front of this three-year-old baby. This is all because she wants to take up my parking spot for no good reason other than just to cause trouble. >> I have to park two cars in this space. I've got two witnesses and a three-year-old baby that will come out and tell you the real truth. They were all sitting right out here. >> The stories from both sides clashed hard, but one thing stood out. The suspects seemed to want control. She tried to steer the conversation, shift blame, and frame the narrative her way. Over time, her true colors showed, entitled, lacking empathy, and entirely focused on her own rights. You could almost see her gears turning. How else could she flip this on someone else? >> Well, we can't do that every night. They have a three-year-old baby. They have a right to be able to park in my parking space that I pay for. >> Is it a right or a privilege? >> I pay for it. >> Is it a right or a privilege? >> It's a right. I pay for >> So, it's in the It's in the It is in the lease. >> Okay. It's in the amendments or is it in the lease? >> It's in the lease. >> So, it's a privilege. >> Go ahead. >> I paid money for it. >> She's insane. >> They also have two illegal aliens in there. >> She does. She has two illegals that she has in there. >> How do you know they're illegal? Well, because they're hiding. When they used to come out and try to threaten me, I told Cindy about it. And then when Cindy found out, then they started hiding. >> Maybe they just don't want drama. Doesn't mean they're illegal. >> Why? So, they hiding if they don't want >> Because they don't want drama. >> No, they were the ones threatening her before. >> Okay. >> If they don't have something to hide, then why are they hiding from >> Cuz they don't want drama. >> Well, >> if I had a problem with my neighbor, I would avoid my neighbor, too. >> If I prove she's lying to you and trying to like have me rest on false charges, you'll arrest her for that, right? Cuz that's illegal, isn't it? >> It's not illegal to lie to police. It's illegal to make a sworn written statement and then lie about that. But people lie to us all the time. We could arrest everyone. Everyone lies. >> I wish it was a crime, trust me. >> But if they write write it down and they swear to it under oath, then legal for them just to lie. >> Correct. >> Oh, okay. And that's a waste. Why waste 200 bucks then if you're not going to do anything about it? >> Well, if if you feel better protected with your three-year-old niece and everybody else living here, extra security blanket. Well, she just crazy. She just didn't say line so that we can park safely tonight. >> Is it the two yellow lines? So, you want on the inside? >> She's supposed to be on her side of the yellow line and I get my side of the yellow line, but she's trying to take all of it. >> Okay. >> Which is a problem. I need every inch. We got to squeeze in an SUV and a >> I understand. I'll ask her. >> It's a tight squeeze. >> I understand. >> She's stealing my parking. See, she's taking the Haitians parking. >> Okay. She's horrible. >> She's a total liar and a thief and she's horrible. >> She kept trying to paint the victim as the problem, throwing out shaky claims. And when police explained that the parking dispute wasn't a criminal matter they could address on the spot, her attitude turned sour fast. >> Forward from this. Okay. Go ahead. >> All righty. So, this is the Miranda warning. Okay. And having this right will answer my questions. Am I stand right now? Okay. And have you asked any of these officers to speak to a lawyer or an attorney? >> I'm sorry. What? >> Have you asked any of these lawyers to speak to an attorney or anything? >> Why should I? >> Okay. I just have to ask the question just to make sure. Okay, so give me start to finish what went down. >> Okay, look at that right there. >> Okay, >> she's supposed to be on that side of the yellow line. Oh, come on. She does. What? What are What's the hell? She's taking my space. >> I mean, she's putting a barrier, but Okay, >> but she's taking my space. So, I told her I came out. I took a picture to send to Olga on Monday, and I told her cuz she was standing right there. I said, "Look, you got to move this to your side." Then she came running out going, "You mother, you asshole." D. So, I went inside cuz my little tiny three-year-old niece was right there coloring. And my sister and I said, "All y'all come inside cuz she's just cursing and screaming." She follows me in. She goes right there and it's cursing. [ __ ] mother. >> Where were you at when she was out here? >> I was like, cuz see, she's stealing my parking. And then she started screaming profanities at me. So I went back in and I told them, "Come on inside. She's going crazy again." So, you know, they waited a few minutes cuz I guess they're unfamiliar with it. They don't know her like I do. Till she come. So she finds me right there and starts screaming for fantasies. I said I open the door. I said, "Come on, get the baby. Get inside." >> "Okay." And after you got the baby, you put the baby inside. What' you What' you do? >> Then I put them on there. Then I came back out here and she was standing here. I said, "Look, Pamela, I'm calling the cops." She said, "I'm already calling them." I said, "Good. Then we'll just sit here and wait for them." >> Take your hands out of your pockets for me. >> Okay. >> When you came back outside after taking the three-year-old inside >> Yes. >> Did you have any objects in your hand? >> No, of course not. >> Did you pick up anything? >> No. >> Okay. So, is there any reason why someone would say that you had >> Yes. Because she's >> She dug in her heels, repeating over and over that she had the right to park there, completely ignoring the much more serious accusations at hand. When asked directly about the metal object in her hand, she danced around it, denying everything. Eventually, the officers had enough. >> She's been lying since then. >> So, did you have any objects in your hand? >> No. >> You didn't have anything? >> No, of course not. >> Is there any reason why a child would say you did? >> No, because she's an insane liar and she tells her children to lie for her. >> Right. >> Okay. Well, go ahead and face that officer. >> Okay. Go ahead and put your hands right back. >> All right. Are you seriously arresting me for this? >> Yes, I can rate assault. >> I did not do anything to her. >> Can I ask you a question? >> Can I ask you a question, ma'am? >> Yes. >> If she's taking your parking, why don't you pull up and take advantage of all your parking? >> Cuz this is only hanging over like a quarter of an inch. >> Because that won't start. I need to have it jumped. >> Gotcha. Okay. >> So, if your vehicle can't be moved, then why are you making an issue out of it? >> Because I need He just went and bought jumper papers. >> Okay. Do you have anything on you that's going to poke and stick? >> Of course not. >> Okay. >> Like I said, I'm just going to do a quick search on you. If you got anything on you, go ahead. >> It's going to You take it into jail and some legal. You're going to It's going to be additional charge. Okay. >> Okay. >> Clark, >> why is there still parking in Spanish? >> Inside joke I'm missing. >> All right. >> Evidence. Yeah, that's too much. I think I think a picture was sufficient. >> Go ahead. Cuz I'm going to sue her now. >> For every penny she was ever worth. And I'm suing the Key West Police Department, too. My attorney is Wayne LaRus now. >> Okay, perfect. Everything is being monitored and recorded. So, if you have anything, you can come back and get everything. Okay. All right. Do you want these to come back with you, the glasses, or you want to keep them with them? >> No, I'll keep them. >> Okay, perfect. I get them tight with you. Walk down to my car. All righty. Thank you for being Thank you for being so cooperative with me. >> Oh, I have no problem. >> We're going to go back to this one. >> Okay. >> She makes her children lie for her. I have three witnesses. You don't believe my witnesses? >> I didn't talk to any witness. I only talked to all parties and you trusting her and not my witnesses. >> Yeah. >> Serious. >> I told him that. Go ahead and put the line for me. Put the line for me. >> Why are you trusting her and not my witnesses? >> Go ahead and have a seat. >> Okay. But let me ask you, why are you trusting her and not my witnesses? >> In the back of the patrol car, things unraveled. She shouted, made legal threats, called everyone liars, officers and victims alike. Her outburst revealed more than anger. It was [music] panic mixed with a thirst for control. The reaction of someone whose ego just took a massive hit. I've got three witnesses. You've got one kid that Pamela told to lie. You're all facing such defamation lawsuits. I'm going to make so much money off of this. This will be the biggest defamation lawsuit you've ever seen. There is no weapon. I've got all my witnesses. All she has is her own child who she told to lie because she is a filthy liar who is raising a bunch of filthy lying children. And this is all a bunch of lies. And you are all going to be sued. sued tremendously. I am a business owner. I have done nothing wrong. I will take polygraph tests of the yin-yang. You are all going to be sued. She could have just moved her little cement piece back. But no, now she's going to lose everything she ever owned. I tell the truth and I try to protect what I pay for and this is what I get. I didn't take her parking. She took mine. We sued so bad. You are going to lose all of your careers over this because I'm not going to stop. Not ever. I am not a drug addict drunk. You I'm a regular citizen with a business. You are going to lose everything. So I'm going to drag you into every court you ever had for till the end of time. I'm going to take your careers, all of them, for this cuz it if she's lying and she told her kid to lie and I don't care what I have to spend or what I have to go through. What is it then? Oh, she's borrowing it. She going to give it back later with interest. I will spend every dime I have and every minute of the rest of my life suing all of you over this BS, ridiculous [ __ ] I will ruin all of you because it's all a lie. It's all stupid. You're ruining my life. I'm going to ruin yours because none of this is true. You think this is funny. You think this is no big deal. You're ruining my reputation. You're going to be put to theing test over every damn thing as you've ever done in your whole career. >> She was ultimately booked and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a thirdderee felony in Florida. If convicted, she could face up to 5 years in prison, a $5,000 fine, and probation. and the aggravating factors, threatening a pregnant woman, doing it in front of children, and being completely uncooperative with police. On December 1st, 2024 in Ohio, police were called to a home after a stepmother found Armani drunk, lying face down in the bathroom with no pants on in full view of young children. When asked to leave, she became aggressive and started causing a scene. And here's how it all spiraled from there. >> Okay. Can I speak to her? >> She ran across the street over there to the fire department. cuz she think she she thinks she run stuff over here. She don't come home drunk and belligerent. Passed out in front of the kid. Found her in the bathroom floor. Passed out in front of the kids >> and her mom got on her and then her and her her mom she get talking crazy and her mom told her she had to go and they get the car, you know, got a little heated or whatever. Then she turns and runs out the house. >> 118 11:38. Yeah, they're still >> She just got home this morning, like probably 30 minutes ago. >> She came from across the street. >> Yeah. >> So, >> she's starting to calm down. >> She's dropping her ass. >> Hey, Armani. My name's Officer Mark Police Department. >> Can you get your arms out of this? We just pull your arm out of her. Okay. I'm going to take your arm out of this home. All right. >> My brother earlier, he went to I was going to call the psychiatric voice. Okay. >> And then she starts fighting me. >> I mean, exactly what happened? I mean, she's on the bathroom floor more passed out than what happened. >> I'm waking her up. I'm like, "Are you so embarrassing? The kids are here. She like, um, I'm not an alcoholic yet." And then her biological dad passed away. She keep on bringing that. >> Yeah, we was both right there. So, >> okay. >> She was calling me a bunch of She swung at me and I threw her on the bed. >> Okay. And then what happened? >> And then she started screaming and she ran out of here with no shoes on. >> I went to put some clothes on and by the time I went to put some clothes on, she had took my phone and she was on the phone with the police. >> Did she have your Is that okay? Does she still have your phone or is that your phone? >> I got my phone. Okay. >> She just slam the door. She would work in the room in front of kids. We have custody of kids. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Of the boy. Every other weekend. >> The stepfather explained that Armani didn't live there. She'd only come to visit her kids and had no right to stay. Apparently, she showed up drunk, argued with her mother, and according to the mom, physically lashed out, dragging the kids into a chaotic mess. Okay. >> Remind you what happened today. I literally just walked in the house. I literally just got home. >> Where'd you get home from? >> I was I was just, you know, with a friend and he just started fighting. You want to kind of help just [laughter] start just punching me? >> Punch you with nothing. No shoot. M nothing. >> I can't tell if it's I don't have lipstick. I don't have lipstick on. I don't wear lipstick. >> Okay. >> I know. I don't wear I don't >> I didn't call you. >> Every time she get to calling me and disrespecting me, she like to run and scream like a scene. >> Has uh Have we been called here before for something similar? >> Not with her. >> Okay. >> All right. All right. Well, let me go over Let me go over and talk to my other partners here and figure something out. >> Yeah, she's highly drunk again. It's not acceptable in front of kids and trying to make naked. >> All right, figure something out. So, I appreciate it. Thank you. I may I may be back. I may not be back. I can't I don't know. So, thank you. >> Do you live over there with her? >> Yes, I do. I do. And earlier my brother wanted to give me and Yeah. Like it's a lot going on. It's a lot going on. Earlier my brother was trying to commit my youngest brother. I'm the oldest. >> When you when >> she doesn't My mother doesn't own the house. My My grandma owns the house. >> I'm a co-owner. I'm a coowner to the house. She's Yeah. She doesn't evening own it. Take a breath. Take a breath. I'm just asking how long you've been staying over there instead of Virginia. >> A while. >> How long is a wild? >> A year. >> Okay. >> And more. Armani claimed she was the real victim, that her mother assaulted her out of jealousy and a custody dispute. But when officers reviewed footage showing Armani passed out on the bathroom floor earlier that morning, her story started to crumble. The question became clear, who was really causing the chaos. So, I just have a few clarifying questions. You said you walked into the house and that's when your mom swung in. >> Bro, I I haven't been in the house 10 minutes. I can literally show you timestamps. >> I can literally call the person I just I'm >> I'm just asking some clarifying questions. >> I'm not and don't think I'm coming at you. >> Just mind how about this? Just stop talking for a second. Let me ask some questions and only answer the questions I'm asking you. All right. Okay. So So you you had just gotten home about 20 minutes ago and that's when your mom immediately started swinging on you. So you were not home previous to that. You weren't passed out in the bathroom. You weren't nothing like that. >> I wasn't home. >> So you would have no knowledge of you being home for longer than that or sleeping there? >> I wasn't room. I just got home. >> Okay. >> Swinging on you. >> All right. I'll be right back. Armani, I'm going to go check some stuff. >> She just been coming here. She been staying off and on here what? A couple weeks since with the kids just to see just to just to visit her kids because the kids is here, >> right? I get you. You know her ID back to this address. >> She not supposed to have that on there. We done told her plenty of times to check >> out the way. She started swinging at me in the room. >> I get you. You know, >> trying to protect the kids. Get her away cuz she belligerent. said she dragging them like >> No, 100%. >> No. >> Yeah. >> Your kids shouldn't have to find you like that. >> No. No. No. >> And I'm not knowing if you're dead, >> right? You want her to stay away for a day, for a week, forever. What? >> She could go to her own place for >> Okay. You just want to tell her don't come back here. You pay Do you pay? >> I can show you that I just got yesterday. >> I It's all right. Do you pay utilities here? >> My name is I get nothing. >> Do you pay Do you pay utilities? >> I don't pay for nothing. You don't pay for nothing? >> My mom doesn't even pay for anything. Okay. >> Is that the house? >> You don't pay for anything in this house? >> My mom doesn't pay for [ __ ] either. >> All right. So, you don't pay for anything in this house. And you have another apartment over on Virginia >> for [ __ ] like this. >> Okay. So, you need to go to the other apartment in Virginia today. We can give you a ride over there. >> But this is the thing. I have literally timestamped mail. >> Police confirmed Armani had no legal right to be at the house, even if some of her mail showed the address. Her family also revealed that she had a criminal record and worse, she was actively wanted in Georgia. It seemed she'd been using the address as a way to avoid law enforcement. >> Armani, >> you want to take a seat? All right. So, you're going to have to get out of the ambulance. You can take a seat in the back of my car till we go over and get your shoes and phone. >> Okay. Like, I'm just saying. >> Well, I'm just saying that as a courtesy so you don't have to stand outside. But >> over here for help. Hey, look. It's just crazy. Like I literally delivered lemonade the other day here and it's just crazy that I ran over and did the best they could. Look at my >> I wasn't driving nothing. She's aing alcoholic. Where the what? She's the reason why I drinking. >> All right. Is that >> These are some shoes. >> I don't even wear these. >> Okay. Well, they pretty warm. And >> this is wild. Is my phone in there? >> Yep. Your phone in there, your wallet's in there. >> This is crazy. Where's the rest of my [ __ ] >> So, like I said, you can come back tomorrow to get that stuff. >> Are you going to come and let me get my [ __ ] >> You Yeah, you can. You listen. I'm just telling you today. >> This is crazy. >> What I'm going to put in this call is that you are trespassing this propert. I'm not on anything. >> That's what they Okay, >> they're lying. She just beat my ass. >> Like, what the That doesn't matter. I've been living here over 6 months. Over aing year. Yes, I have my own apartment because guess what? I'm grown. >> There's no privacy here. When I want to my man, I go to my apartment. Yes. >> Yeah. So, you live at that apartment. >> I don't live there. >> Okay. Well, that's going to >> They can vouch there. >> That's going to be a civil issue. You can >> They can literally vouch for that. I don't live there. I haven't been living there. They could tell you my apartment's been empty for years. That means that she's because I'm intoxic in my home. That means that gives her the right to beat on me. intoxicated in my home. >> Story you gave me is not enough for me to pursue criminal charges. >> That means that okay, I'm intoxicated that in my home. >> Okay, >> that means that she's allowed to beat on me. Do whatever the [ __ ] you want. >> Your story being inconsistent. >> Officers gave a clear warning. Do not return today or she'd be arrested for trespassing. But instead of walking away, Armani chose defiance. She kept provoking, even trying to call 911 with no legitimate reason. She was warned. She just didn't listen. >> My house right now. >> That's my house, too. It's more my house than hers. >> Okay. Well, we can keep going back and forth about that, but you are trespassing from here >> for today. You come back tomorrow, it's over. >> How am I trespassing when it's on my ID? I live here. >> Because how is somewhere else? >> I don't You don't pay any bills? >> I don't I don't pay bills anywhere. if you call 911 again cuz I'm trying to explain it to you or I could just arrest you for misusing 911. So I'm going to explain I'm going to explain it to you and I'm going to give you a warning. That's what's going to happen. >> I feel like I didn't get justice though. >> That's not an emergency. Okay. So you cannot call 911. >> Bloody at the mouth. I'm >> I told you there's going to be a police report. >> You didn't tell me anything. No, you didn't. You told me I need to leave. You said do you want to get in a cruiser or you got to ride? That's the only thing you told me. You didn't tell me anything. >> If you call 911 anything now you can tell me anything go to jail or you can start I walk on the streets clearly. >> Don't start leaving. I'm going to arrest you for public intoxication. >> I'm just saying you understand. >> I've warned you several times the behavior. >> Take a walk or get arrested. >> Take a walk or get arrested. >> Disorderly conduct. Take a walk or get arrested. I'm sorry. >> Go to McDonald's and call down there. Use some common sense. Take a walk or get arrested. I'm serious. Take a walk or get arrested. >> Intoxicated being disorderly. >> Do you want to go arrest or do you want to walk? >> Yes or no? >> Okay, >> then get down the road. >> We're doing you a favor right now. >> Is this what you wanted? You want to rush me? >> Get down the road. Don't they have to babysit you? You're an adult. Act like one. Get down the road. I'm sick of it. I'm sick of listening to you. Get down the road. Call for a ride down there with us. >> Yep. If she comes back, call us. >> You're always trying to get me locked, though. >> So, if she comes back today, >> I don't care if you just show me a picture of her on the front lawn. I will arrest her for criminal trespass cuz it is it is absurd. It's sad that that might be the route we have to take today, but it seems like that might be the route we >> Yeah, cuz this like this is unacceptable. >> Thank you. >> Uhhuh. Thank you guys. >> Absolutely. Take care. >> Threats towards you and everything. She trying to fight you. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I'm telling you to come outside the front. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Turn around. You're under arrest for disorderly conduct. >> I didn't do anything. >> Turn around. You're under arrest for disorderly conduct. Are you serious? >> Absolutely. >> You told me that on the sidewalk right there. >> Right. But you I also told you if your behavior continued, you'd be arrested. Drop the purse. >> Drop the purse. >> I was on the phone. >> You were I have I've seen the video. So your mom showed me of you inside my house yelling and screaming, acting disorderly while you are intoxicated. So, you are under arrest. >> Are you scaring that girl? >> Absolutely. >> Eventually, she was arrested and charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct. If convicted, she faces fines up to 6 to 12 months in jail and possibly a no contact order with the victim. Her level of intoxication, past offenses, and violent behavior will all weigh heavily in sentencing. On January 24th, 2025, at a nightclub, Kayla was caught fighting in the bathroom. and when her bag hit the floor, outspilled what looked like cocaine. Her erratic behavior raised immediate red flags and security wasted no time calling the police. So, what really happened behind that bathroom door? >> You just hear it back again. [music] >> We're here for the girl. >> Can you hear it? Cuz uh can we just step a little further away from the noise? I can't hear you very very well >> and I I'd like to hear what you have to say to have that conversation. >> Can I hold my thank you? >> Can we hold your ID? >> I can get your ID to go. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. >> We about to go home, but the world's in it. You trick me as always. As always. Lastly, >> we're not trying to trick anybody. We just want to have a conversation. We have We have your ID, man. She said that she was doing cocaine in the bathroom and spilled it on the floor. Had it all over her face. So, I just want to have a word and find out what exactly happened next door. >> You said the world is this and that. I don't know what that means. So, could you explain what happened next door? Why we're here? >> What was it that happened next door? You see something about What happened? >> Come a little bit closer. Come closer. Come [music] closer. Come closer. >> I can't hear a thing. I'm sorry. >> I'm a little bit closer, guys. >> No friends. >> Who has no friends? >> Where are your friends at? How? I will. >> Do you guys know her? >> No. >> You guys know her? >> Do you guys know her? No. Right. >> Oh my god. Did she give you a phone number or no? No. >> Early on, officers used a soft then firm approach. A strategy often used with people suspected of being high or mentally unstable. Meanwhile, Kayla began showing classic signs. Rambling nonsense, paranoid thoughts, disorganized [music] speech, and passive resistance. >> Not going to be allowed here. >> So, unless you guys are going to assume care of her, she's going to the hospital. >> I know. >> But I know her. >> So, just so you know, if you think you know her and you'll try to play a game, you would have to assume care of her. >> So, yeah. >> That's your best friend. >> Yeah. Find out what happened. Okay. >> Can you hear me? >> Can you hear me? >> Can you speak to him, please? What happened? >> We were calm here. >> I did not. She had no friends. She just had friends. That's all. >> A girl. I was supposed to meet a friend and find another girlfriend. >> Okay. >> But the girlfriend turned out to be another lock. >> Okay. What's up? >> Okay, so right now with the way that you're acting, we don't feel safe leaving you without getting medical attention. So, we're going to have an ambulance come check you out. >> They have all the medical attention that I need. >> If you could explain to us coherently what happened, then we don't need the ambulance. I believe um honestly I was in the bathroom. I just like realized that the fact that you know things were not up to a certain level for a person. >> So what happened in the bathroom? >> I feel much more comfortable, you know, just just >> you're babbling now, ma'am. >> You're not explaining what happened. >> Yeah. What happened in the bathroom? >> You have to interact with somebody. >> You have a cold. >> Still there. >> You have a cold. >> This is what you call an integration. >> This is an integration. And with [music] rousing folk. >> Yeah. We're not to be able to let you go the way you're battling like this. You're not making any sense. >> The music in my ear. I asked to walk away from you. He said, "Would you walk away from me?" >> It became clear Kayla was in some kind of psychological crisis. Officers shifted gears, treating the situation as a medical emergency. By protocol, if someone can't care for themselves, they can be taken into protective custody. Her off-the-wall answers and delusional comments only reinforce that decision. >> So, what happened in the bathroom? >> I'm loving the world. >> What happened in the bathroom? I love the world too much. You got to realize the problem was the hair. >> What happened with the hair? You keep mentioning your hair, right? >> Yes. The hair. >> And I feel like you have to wait for the ambulance to come. What's your first name? Gallop, right? >> First name. >> What the guys? >> Your first name is right. [music] Can you step over here so we can have talk? I can't really hear you. >> Can you step this way, please? >> Can you step this way? >> Okay. Thank you. I appreciate you. >> This way. Can you come this way? >> Coming through. >> Sorry. I'm sorry. Come on. >> Oh my god. >> We're trying to help you. My coming to help you out. >> I respect the hierarchy. Okay. I know she's back. >> Let's go. I need you to step away from the door. Let's go. >> Don't let her upstairs. >> I was right on the ATM. I swear >> you're no longer allowed here. Let's go. >> ID now. You're disrupting their business. So, I need you to step away from me. I need you out >> in the world then. Like what the like? >> We need you to step to this hand. >> Oh, I mean I'm sorry. Who's best for these? >> What? >> Oh, >> what' you say? >> We did the same motion at the same time. >> Oh, >> just hand her ID to them and they'll speak. So, >> hi. How's it going? >> How you doing today? Oh, there's Ka. >> Things escalated. Kayla moved from passive to disruptive. She tried re-entering a restricted area, violating trespassing laws. Her presence became a disturbance and officers tightened control to prevent things from spiraling further. >> I am not dying. >> I am not experiencing any medical phenomena. I am just going through. >> I want to be drowned out. I don't want to be answering questions. I literally just want to be drowned out by music and I just want to just be >> You're not going to be allowed in any barn whole walker tonight. >> Oh my god. >> In the condition that you're currently in, you're not going to be allowed in any. I am literally walking away. No, you're not. You're not at all. No, I am. >> You need medical attention. We can't let you. >> I do not need. >> So then let him speak to you and let him determine that you don't need the medical attention. >> What is happening is displacement. You all do not deserve this [ __ ] >> Okay. This EMT is going to assess you. >> Eventually, police had no choice but to use reasonable force. Kayla lashed out, shouted about the end of the world, and clung to her bag like it was life or death, refusing to let anyone near it. She was clearly no longer in control. >> Listen, >> took it to another level. >> This is >> Well, no. You wouldn't allow us to help. >> This is help. >> I walked over from headquarters. >> This is help. >> This is helping you. Just relax. >> This is right here. All right. >> No. >> Trying to help you multiple times, man. the world. >> People will >> never put your coat on. >> Take my coat off. Don't touch me, [ __ ] Don't touch me. Another charge. >> What are we doing? >> Now you have another charge. Stand still. >> Who's got her bag? >> I don't have my bag. >> Okay, we're going to take that now. >> I got my bag with you. >> I actually walk towards the radio call. >> How did I make it worse for myself when I literally want to walk the away? This world is >> Y'all are going to y'all are going to >> We're trying to help you and you decided to >> No. No. No. You want to kick >> y'all are going to >> I wish I can say the words of what's going to happen. >> That's just all >> Judy just been taken to the hospital. That's it. >> Honestly, I just wish. >> Yeah, she mushed Castella and she kicked me in the leg trying to get her medical attention. >> Medical attention. >> Y'all need worldly attention. I wish. >> Come on, miss. >> Y'all are going to die.
