the door open. Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am, you're hurting. >> Get the [ __ ] out of my way. I'm going to take my gun. >> When anger turns into a whip, the family's dark side blows wide open. >> I'm going to take my mother. >> When privilege makes kids a shield, compassion gets tossed in the grave. >> I have crazy charges on you. >> Do not kick me. >> I didn't kick you. >> You just did. >> I didn't mean to. I didn't mean to. >> What do you mean you didn't mean to lift your lips? Get off me. Get off me. I'll take this. >> And when some hotheaded fool thinks they can outsmart the cops, body cam rolls the tape and the fall hits harder than a freight train. >> This is not your choice. If you are under arrest, what I say goes. He cannot be in the back of the car with you right now. >> Not under arrest. >> On March 25th, 2025, police got a call from a passer by reporting a young boy running away. When they approached, they found him injured and the situation instantly turned serious. The case quickly shifted into a tense child abuse investigation. >> Which direction did you see him lost? >> I was at way. I stayed in the middle of things. So when I came out the door on the phone with dispatch, he was on the long sidewalk coming on 17th out of the complex. Then he ran up this way toward this way. I can't see way this way from my from my complex. talking about he seen him go way down there and and then stop him. >> How you get way down the house talking about they seen him and then stop him. Duke, >> you just wanted to go there. That's This is not the time for that. >> Did you see him over there? >> No. >> Was he suffering from anything? >> No. >> 12. I never had an issue. I don't know how. >> Was he in your room this time or what? >> No, he was in their room. >> Okay. >> So, you caught him in the act. What happened? Did you go to this room? He's >> the one who called you. Oh, she called you. >> Yes. >> Okay. And then did you discipline him? >> Yes, I went to discipline >> and he ran out. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> No, they're on street. >> Well, they found 17. You want me to take you there? You want me to come? >> You mean you want to? >> No. >> What's up, man? You okay? >> She hit you. >> She hit you? Did you guys get in an argument? She hit me with an extension cord. >> With a what? >> Extension cord. >> So what happened? What did she What What was mom doing exactly with You said you said extension cord. >> Yes. >> Why was she upset at you? >> You remember me from the bathroom? >> I do remember. Oh, that's you. What's your first name again? >> So she got mad at you because you didn't hop in the shower right away. >> Mhm. And so the same you're saying the same thing the same thing. >> And so she got mad at you and did she pull you out of the shower or >> No. >> You can see the mother's anger explode suddenly far beyond her control. Grabbing a household item to attack shows it was a spur-of-the- moment act not planned. Behind it may be helplessness or the pressure of raising a child with emotions boiling over into violence. >> Mad at you. Well, if I run, of course, you won't close the door. >> So, I understand why you ran out the house cuz she was hitting me, right? >> I understand that. I want to understand what happened before she started nigging. >> Me? I literally just told you the whole stop. >> I'm sorry. Say again. >> I told you to go stop. >> She got mad at you about showering. Did you not want to shower? Is that what that was? >> I was going to shower. >> You were going to shower? >> Yeah. >> So, she was mad that you weren't in the shower because she said so. And then she got mad. That's when she got mad at you. >> Yes. She tried to swing at you with her hands. >> No, she really fell off and got an extension cord. >> So, as soon as she realized you weren't in the shower, she went to go grab an extension cord and start swinging it at you. >> Swinging at you over there. >> Yeah, I know. They're They're about to bring mom over here. I know. Well, >> what? Turn your arm like this. >> Where else did she hit you? >> Did she hit you in the leg, too, or is that from running away? [ __ ] just from all her dishes from >> when she hits you. Where did she hit you? >> You all right? >> Yeah. >> You ran all the way from over there. >> Yeah. >> All right. Call me if you need. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> As soon as he we come up to him, I mean, you can just see it. Put your arms like this. >> Here, here. Here. His leg is cut. She just start. So what he told me is that um she was mad at him cuz he didn't hop in the shower and when she got on his >> she just grabbed >> he said that she immediately got mad. Would you go grab an extension cord and just start? >> He's describing it as a >> can go with the nephew. >> Are you okay, baby? >> Oh, what happened? >> The investigation moved into a new phase as police kept questioning the mother. Her calm words couldn't hide the tension written all over her. That alone showed she was bracing for the confrontation, fully aware of the legal consequences waiting ahead. Step out the car, please. Come on, ma'am. >> I don't want to leave my mom. >> Huh? >> I don't want to leave. >> You have no She's going to jail. You have no >> But can I can I see him, though? I I ma'am, listen. I'm not that type of mother. Please, I'm not that type of mother. Can I just please see him? >> I don't want to I won't say nothing to him or nothing. You don't you are you a mom? >> He's okay. >> Are you a mom though, sweetie? I would never. That's what I need you to understand. He just sucked. Listen, but that's just my word against his, baby. I told you I discipline him. I told you that. I'm not going to argue with more than just screaming much. >> He has wel on his arms, on his legs, on his face. He's bleeding. Those are injuries of him being >> Listen, he must have fell or something. Investigate this on both arms. Please, I don't want to. Okay, I need you to step out the car, ma'am. I'm I'm going have to ventilate. Can you please just I swear that to you I will not go nowhere. I am going to hyperventilate. This is totally unexpected. Please I need you to come. >> I don't want you to get in trouble. I don't want him to get in trouble. He's not going to get in trouble. You just have >> He's not going to get He's not going to get in trouble. >> Just need you to step out the car. Okay. You're going to be fine. Come on. >> Can you wait till his sister come? The camera on here. We won't even talk. Can you wait till your sister come? She's >> out of the vehicle. >> She's coming from the public right now. >> We'll call him in that vehicle. You have to come. He don't want to be in no ob. >> This is not your choice. If you are under arrest, what I say goes. He cannot be in the back of the car with you. >> Am I under arrest? >> Yes. >> Okay. I'm under arrest. >> Get out of the car, please. >> Here. Here. >> I love you. I love you. >> Can I get your no sidewalk next? >> I'm sorry. >> You know, you search me. Can I keep my phone, please? cuz I want to talk to my daughter till she get here. >> You cannot keep the phone. >> Maya, they taking my phone. Going to jail. >> Take all these braces. >> Even the female officer lost patience when the mother kept making excuses, calling her actions discipline. That denial and lack of cooperation quickly led to her arrest. But more shocking, a family member actually sided with her. >> Car in handcuff. >> Are you who she was on the phone with? >> Yes, I'm the big sister. What's going on? >> She's being under going under arrest for child neglect right now. And >> child neglect for what? >> It doesn't matter. >> Get back y'all. Get back. Get back. >> Okay. >> Don't say nothing to nobody. Okay. Mommy will come and get you some armor. Okay. G up from my car. You are impeding my investigation and I will take you to jail. >> Get out of my face. to do. >> Back up now. >> Please tell her stop. >> Maya, I'm sorry. >> I know. I know. I know. >> We don't need people screaming. It's a kid. >> That's our brother. She wor about >> I know. >> Do you feel safe now, honey? >> Okay. We're going to have the medics come and check you out. Okay. >> Okay. You're not in trouble. >> Someone hit you, right? It was mom. You're not in trouble. >> I know. >> Okay. >> Big sister, can I talk to you, please? >> Were you at home at all whenever what happened between mom and him happened? >> No, I was out getting dinner. >> So, he has injuries all over his body. Okay. >> That's why he ran away. He has welts and cuts. >> Okay. He's not in trouble, but we need to keep him separate from everybody so we can talk get his side of the story before we allow him to talk to anybody else. Okay. >> I'm I'm sorry that this escalated so while he talked to you guys, he is under edge. Can I be there while he talk to y'all? She's at the car with him by herself. Like, what is she doing? What has she said to you? >> If he wants you there, that's fine. But we have I'm sorry. We have we have a sergeant coming out. First thing I want done before anything happens, I want the medics to come and look at him. He has a couple cuts on him that need to get evaluated. Okay. >> All right. And once our sergeant gets here, everything's we we'll make sure that you guys are able to be he's not in trouble. He's not going to jail. >> Okay. But I don't want I don't want him talking to her by himself. What is she asking him? >> Just what happened. >> Okay. I don't want him telling her what happened >> cuz we can't we can't go too far into it. >> The sister revealed her confusion between discipline and abuse, showing how violence had been normalized in the family. That mindset pushed tensions higher, forcing officers to warn her of the risk of arrest. And it didn't stop there. Another man showed up and kept arguing. But >> anyway, you told them I was like, "Nancy, let her come with me. It's hard. She's very nasty." >> St. Mary. >> But what he's the ones in the hospital for >> he's got lacerations and cuts all over him. >> He ain't got no cuts. So y'all that just let me tell you something. I think my mother turn and them ain't cuts. These need these days. That's what's wrong with them. I don't know. Like you just y checking yourself out. >> Baby, don't talk to nobody. I will be at the house. I'm going right after you. >> All right. Sorry. What house? You okay? Is he a parent? >> No. >> Excuse me. That's That's my big brother. Where is you taking him? We'll talk to that doesn't matter. We can't be with him. Where are you taking him? We're taking medical take him nowhere. >> But you have to take him somewhere. >> For what? >> Somebody has to watch out for the [ __ ] this child. He's got cuts and lacerations all over. >> I'm saying okay. But she was >> because you said it's my little brother. I mean I'm be with him. He's by himself. >> You're not going to be able to be with him. You can be at the hospital where he's at, but he's going to be at St. with him. >> No, they're not allowed to ride. >> Oh, okay. So, what I was cuz you never talked to me. >> Okay. So I asked you what the uh what was wrong but tell me what >> okay so he has welches so like if you beat someone with I don't know a belt a cord like a jump rope or something they leave welches he has welches all over his arm all over his legs he has a welch along his face and I don't know about his back and front area they will tell me that cuz he's at St. Mary's Hospital now. >> And then you said something about bleeding. >> He's bleeding on his face. Where else did that happen? >> On the right leg. >> It was right like right over here. >> And what kind of like um what caused the bleeding? Like >> I don't know cuz when they went out with her. >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with child abuse after beating her child with an electrical cord caused serious injuries, bruises, cuts, and bleeding. The penalties could include prison time, probation, fines, and mandatory parenting classes. Do you think hitting a child with an electrical cord is discipline or abuse? Leave your comment below. Cruelty doesn't stop at the lash. It escalates when a child is turned into a weapon by their own mother. On July 9th, 2022, police were called to an apartment complex after reports of a dispute and assault. The building manager said Natasha, a drunk tenant, had caused a scene and shoved him. What started as a simple argument in the building quickly spiraled into something far more serious. >> Apartment manager here. >> Okay. >> And I have a tenant over there. Her name's Tasha. And she started texting me about an hour ago. Um just sending me stuff about the apartment. We're a piece of [ __ ] here. She's tired of the shitty apartments. On and on and on. >> Okay. >> I come outside. She came outside. She got in my face. She pushed me in the back. I'm not dealing with that. Like first of all, I want to file a report on that. >> Right. >> So, she's out here screaming to all the neighbors. >> She's drunk. >> Okay. She has two kids up there. >> She's not answering the door. >> She's upstairs when you got here. Yeah. Yeah. Upstairs. Um, >> can I just see what you got there? >> Like, yeah. Do you want to read them? >> Yeah, if you don't mind. >> Yeah. >> So, did you guys up the rent from 625 to 650 or what? >> Well, she paid 600 and the guys just decided to raise it 625 in July. Okay. >> Um, they've never really had a raise in them and so she's obviously mad about that through the whole I'm drunk. She intimidated me by coming down at the steps and telling me to bring it and I just really blacked out. Like I don't really know what happened. >> Okay, I'll tell you what. >> I mean, I don't even know where to start. Like what? >> Like at the beginning >> over the washer or the dryer not drying my clothes >> if that's what it was over. Yeah, >> that's what it was over. Okay. So, put that in writing here. >> Apartments, you raised the rent to 625 and I came and dry one load of towels and they'd be dry. >> I'll tell you what, if you don't mind, if you're the manager of these apartments, we need new washer and dryers. And she said they're taking them out, go to the laundromat. >> Hey, Natasha. And I don't want to smell like smoke all night. So, I'm going to explain this to you real quick and then I'll have you fill it out. You just print your name here. >> I don't even want to do this. I don't. She can write her statement. I can be charged with what I'm charged with. I'll do my duty and I mean I've been through it. It's >> finish smoking your cigarette and go inside. It would alleviate a lot of the issues. >> No, it would have abraviated if they would have went inside and not worried about what I was talking about. >> Both you guys did. >> But I was finish on my cigarette when they >> So you're telling me I'm taking sides? I'm not taking sides with anybody. >> Said something about destroying my bike that's sitting out here. He literally when he walked around the corner, he just said, "Watch your bike. It's going to be destroyed." >> Okay. >> So I said, "Okay, bet. I'll come talk to you. >> Everybody's going to end up going to jail tonight." real quick. Okay, I'm not going to jail. >> Okay, go take care of the bike. >> Take care of the bike. >> Just move the bike and we'll get out of here. >> 400 lb bike. I will try. >> Even though she was the one causing trouble, she painted herself as the victim, accusing the cops of being biased. Classic psychological defense, blameshifting to justify aggressive behavior. Moments later, officers spoke with a neighbor who had video proof of her attacking his girlfriend. >> So, we were in the house. >> Girlfriend was Yeah. in the house. We heard th we heard thuing on our windows. We come back outside and she's inside our windows messing with the bike and stuff and we come outside to look around and she starts cussing us out. We got footage of her getting up in her face and she ends up smacking her in the side of the head with her phone and then she came over here to get her. At the same time she said she was going to come get her, too. She tried to rush around her. She fell into the truck and then onto the floor. She said we assaulted her. She's telling her kids we assaulted her that we smacked her in the face. I've got it recorded that for when she fell down drunk and she's going to press charges and going to jail. I've got it recorded. >> Okay. >> So, you're talking [ __ ] about black people? >> You're being racist. How can you say that? >> Black family. I have black family. I racist by all means. Don't even try to play that. >> But why are you calling him the n-word? And why >> you take it up and shove it up your ass and off? >> Okay. >> There's some video. >> Okay. >> Is the assault on here? I I haven't watched to see I whatever >> I was going back in my house when she came at me and I had just turned my phone off. I don't know what I got every >> guys asked me to go inside. >> This is my kid's dad because he said he's not about to let you guys like I've been inside with my kids. >> Okay. Well, it's on camera so >> no going to jail. >> What? What? Hold on. Hold on. What? >> Listen, Natasha. The last thing I want to do is this in front of your kids. So, come on. >> Hold I'm not going to jail. No, I'm not. >> Hold on. I got to talk. I did nothing wrong but let my kids over Henderson. >> I didn't do anything that my kids I swear I didn't do anything wrong. >> Officer Henderson, >> please don't do this in front of my kids. I did nothing wrong. >> I've left everybody alone. I smoked in my window when you told me to smoke in my window. >> This is not okay. I did nothing wrong. I did nothing wrong though. What did I do? What did I I want to know what I did. >> This is really happening in front of my kid. >> The moment police announced the arrest warrant, the woman completely crumbled. She denied responsibility, clung to the role of the victim. In desperation, she searched for any shred of control in a no-win situation. And then she made a move no one saw coming, sparking the next dramatic climax. >> Hide behind your back. >> No, I'm not going to jail over this. You're not taking my kids in front of your kids. >> Get out of my house right now and then we'll do deal deal with this tomorrow. No, no, no. I'm not going to jail. I'm not leaving this without my kids. >> No, you're not doing this in front of my kids. >> The last thing I want to do what you're doing to my kids and I didn't even do anything. I promise on everything. I did nothing. I didn't do anything. You're not doing this in front of my kids. >> You're not taking me down. Chill. Chill. >> Get off me. >> Chill. >> Nothing wrong. >> Get off me. >> You're hurting me. I have a he in my stomach. Get the off me now. >> Do not respect [Applause] like a normal human being. >> Yeah, that'd be fine. Get on me. Gabby, come here right now. >> Come here. >> I'm not on you. >> No. Don't touch my kids. Come here right now, baby. >> No, they are not going to listen. Come here, Gabby. Come here. >> No, mommy hasn't been outside. I promise. >> I have not been outside. >> Listen guys, >> you guys are coming. >> Go a neighbor's house. Okay. >> No, you're not. My kids, >> you're not in any trouble. We just need you to go to a neighbor's house. Stop. >> You don't leave mama. >> You can give her a hug. >> No, no, you don't leave mama. Hold on to mama. Don't let me go. >> You're really going to put your kids down. >> Don't let me go cuz they are just trying to take me away from my kids. >> Hold on to my neck. >> Don't let me go. >> Okay. >> Don't touch my kids. >> Don't catch up my kids. >> From the minute she was cuffed, she dragged her own child into the mess, using them as leverage against the cops. She tried to guilt the officers to make them hesitate, but that meant putting her child's safety and emotional well-being at serious risk. Turning your kid into a human shield is beyond unacceptable. >> We just we just need you to go over to the neighbors. >> I won't you let me hold you. Get the off me now. >> You're fine. I won't let you go. My kids will stick up for me. I've done nothing wrong. I I did what you >> point your camera toward the window. You have the right to line silent law. You have the right to have them with you while you're being questioned. If you not one would be appointed representing you. Do you understand why? >> I don't understand anything. My kids go my kids. >> Let go of my kids right now. >> That is enough. >> Let go. Let go of the children. >> You are endangering them right now. >> Let go of the children. My kid, let go. >> Let go of my kid right now. >> Let go, my kid. Let me let go my You let go my kid right now. Gabby has to come here. Come here. >> Nope. Wait, get the off. >> Nope. Nope. Get the off me. Gabby has to come here. I'm pressing charges on all of you. I'm pressing charges on you. >> Do not kick me. >> I didn't kick you. >> You just did. >> I didn't mean to. I didn't mean to. >> What do you mean you didn't mean to? >> You lift your leg and kick me in the head. I'm over it. >> Chill. >> Get the off me. >> Chill. >> Get the off me. No. Ain't nobody taking my >> Gabby. Come on. [Applause] [Music] >> Get the off me. >> I can't. >> Stop. >> Get off of me. Gabby, come on. I'm pressing charges against Oh, I'm pressing guard charges against you guys for hurting my kids. Take me to the hospital. >> Take me to the hospital right now. >> You better take me to the hospital. Don't you touch me after you hurt my child. >> Get off me. I don't want him on me. I want you. >> After the ordeal, her children were left with scars, not from police, but from their mother's total loss of control. Her attack on officers only stacked more serious charges. It took everything the cops had to get her safely into the patrol car. >> You're going to hurt me. >> Keep her right arm in. I got to move her left. >> Nope. I'm not leaving here till my kids are picked up. I'm not leaving here. You guys are going to have some mother problems. >> Get the out. You [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] Old man. >> She slipped them the first time. So, >> come here. >> Yeah. You guys get the off me. Get the off me. I can't get the off my shoulder. Ow. >> Stand up. >> You're You're abusing me. We're not >> I should though. I would >> You just stand up a brick wall. >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. You're hurting me. >> Stand up. >> He would stop for a second. >> Let me go by my Stop. This is not okay. I did nothing but smoke a cigarette out the window while you asked me. >> You took one of our off. >> You guys are And I didn't mean to. I ow Stop dragging me down the steps like this >> cuz you won't walk. >> I asked you if I could walk. Ow ow ow ow ow. You guys areing me up. >> Stand up. My kids need to be picked up first. >> Get off me. Get off me. Back kick us. That's it. [Applause] >> Make it get out or you going to get out. >> Oh, I'm so scared of irritation. >> Thank you. >> You'll die sooner or later. >> I'm sure I look forward to that. >> Yeah, I hope so. Put my shirt down now. >> No. Put my shirt down. Put my [ __ ] shirt down. >> This is sexual assault. Put my shirt down right now. Put my shirt down before I walk in there. Put my shirt down. It's respectful. >> Put your belly hang. >> Put my shirt down. Please. >> Are you a woman? >> In the end, the woman was arrested and charged with assaulting an officer and resisting arrest. Strangely, she wasn't charged with child endangerment. But make no mistake, her actions will leave lasting wounds on those kids. She hurt them in ways no court can fully measure. What punishment do you think a mother like this truly deserves? But the family tragedy hadn't even settled before another storm of chaos erupted out on the field. On August 19th, 2023, police were called to the scene after reports of a disturbance. What started as an argument between kids during a soccer game quickly escalated into a heated showdown between two parents, forcing officers to step in. And >> he's like, "But he said it. My kid said," and he's like this. And my face starting to hit me. He's like, "Where's your husband? This is your kid. And I'll whoop your kids ass. And uh I don't care. You holding your baby. I don't care. >> You want to go show us where it was at? >> Yes. >> Did you get hit at all? >> No. >> Okay. >> His the kids they got into it. I guess he's bleeding. Their kid is fine. The man the dad came in my face threatening to hit me. He said, "I don't care if you're holding your baby." I'm trying to say, "Sir, I'm sorry. He's not going to play with your kid anymore." >> But none of none of the adults got it. >> No. In the gray t-shirt. in the gray t-shirt right here. >> Walking away. >> Hey, man. >> Where the hell yall been talking to right here? >> No, we're going to talk to you out there. >> No, I'm not going nowhere. You are. You want to go to jailarily or you go by? Where you raising your voice at, man? You explain the situation. Who you raising your voice at? I'm 42 years old. I'm not doing that. Don't talk to me like that. Tell me right now. I'm not going to go. I ain't going nowhere. You going to talk you story? No. >> Let's go. [ __ ] approach me like that. You ain't know who I am or what's going on. You think you tough, too. That's your problem, man. Y'all learn how to talk to people. Y'all escalating situations. You ran up on me, boys. For what? >> Sir, you're sitt telling you're not going to step out. All I told you to do, >> why she not stepping out? Why she not stepping out? >> She just came up here, made a complaint. So, we're all we're trying to do is pull you up here where it's peacefully quiet. What happened? >> And you're the one start a show, sir. >> You started yelling >> because you kept telling me you're not going to do something. >> No, you started yelling before I said anything. Can we just Can we just agree that maybe he's just a little upset? >> No, I'm not giving you nothing. We're asking for her. [Applause] All we do is get you up here, sir. I don't even know the her story. He's the one that got that. All I want to do is get you up here just like she came up here and talk to him. >> Thank you, bro. >> Right from the start, the man showed explosive anger. Convinced his son had been deeply insulted. Taking on the role of protector, he lashed out emotionally. But threatening a mother holding her child revealed a total lack of control, way beyond what society considers acceptable points at the end where I said, "Hey, who's whose kid is this?" I don't believe he said that. Hey, where's your husband? I don't talk to women. Yelling, yelling, yelling. That's when I start cutting the up because this is what she want. She don't want me to come over there to to act civilized. I brought three kids to corroborate a story and she starts yelling. So, this is where we go. You come and get me. You started yelling at me before. Yeah. No, hold on. Let's not do that. Let's not do that. You started yelling at me before you heard any story. >> Hey, man. Come on. >> What the hell? Have y'all been talking to me right here? What's going on? >> No, we're going to talk to you out there. >> No, I'm not going nowhere. Yo, y'all. Then you told me, hold on. You said, did he not say you're going to leave by by choice or by force? Where did you get that from? By choice or force? >> By choice or force. That's not how you handle business. You're not going anywhere. She already came up here and gave her story, sir. >> All we're trying to do is get your story. >> No, no, no, no. He wants them both gone. Y'all got to go. Understand? And hear me out. My son playing he can't drive. >> Hear me out. So you want her going as well? >> They've got altercations in my gate. I want out. I'm not president. >> I am. >> He was doing nothing but taking care of being called right here that's going on right now. I don't want that here either. I'm not taking no sides. >> Listen to me. I need your driver's license. You don't have >> disorderly conduct. >> No, no, no. Ain't no disorderly conduct. >> Hey, you're good. >> Ain't no disorderly conduct for what? me you having a conversation like you said step out now I need your name if not you're going to get no bond until you identify yourself to the jail so you get the channel I give you a name if I'm not going I give my ide what >> for the way you're yelling everybody is turning their head >> we're me having a conversation you're saying you're not going to talk to me like that you're not going to talk to me you ignored me multiple times >> he's already taking me to jail so it don't matter >> no he's not taking you to jail he is it wasn't you pro him saying what he said >> listen to me I got you. I got you. It doesn't matter if it was me or it doesn't matter if it was him. >> All right. I've been trying to talk to you, man. If you if you had an issue with him, you could have talked to me. And I was trying to talk to you and you ignored me. I asked you three times at least for your driver's license. You told me you're not going to give it to me. >> You understand that? Here, let me explain something to you real quick. When I'm >> His refusal to hand over a driver's license showed clear defiance. He failed to see that this very attitude of non-compliance was sealing his fate. With cooperation off the table, officers had no choice but to use handcuffs to restore order before continuing to speak with the mother. >> I'm the park vice president. I just want to make this whatever we whatever we got. I know Paul. I play football with Paul. >> Okay. >> And I just I don't want to see him take any kind of ride. Is there anything that I can do? >> Here's my here's my concern. Okay. >> And I'm going to talk to everybody because everybody was somewhat involved. >> We had a football game. Hear me out. Hear me out. I know. And that's the worst part. That is the worst part. We don't need we don't need any of this at a football game. >> Agree. >> It's dumb. It's stupid. I asked him just to walk out of the park. >> He was frustrated. >> I know he was. If in fact whatever he's telling me is true, I would be frustrated, too. And I understand him cuz agriculture is back there by himself dealing with the rest of the disturbance. I just want to make sure that he's good. Figure out what we got and then we'll go from there. All right. >> Hey, man. Can I talk to you real quick? Okay. Let's come over here. So, look. So, I'm going to ask you straight up. >> Mhm. >> Is there a possibility that the N word could have been said? No. >> Absolutely not. >> No, sir. Absolutely not. Okay. >> No, sir. We don't talk like that in my house. I promise you. >> No, sir. >> And I have to ask you. All right. Here's here's what we're looking at. Y'all are going to have to leave. All right. Just as much as him, right? >> Are we good? If y'all have a driver's license on here in the car? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'll get your name. >> This is Melissa. >> All right. After you talking to him, what what are you getting? >> So, I'm going to leave it at you. My biggest issue more than anything is resistance. >> Is what? The resistance. >> Yeah. So, if you want to pursue charges, I'll help you do a supplement or whatever I need to do. But if you want to cut him loose, I support you in that as well. I'm okay with letting him go. I'm going to go ahead and let him go. >> All right. Here's what we're going to do, ma'am. I get you're upset. I understand it. >> All right. I'm going to let you go. >> All right. But you need to go. >> All right. >> And hear me out. My kids No, they're not. They're not. They're still here. Okay. So, we just kept them away so they don't see you in handcuffs, but I appreciate you. Is that fair? I got kids, too, man. I wouldn't want to see you. >> I have two degrees, man. I don't I don't be out here doing this stuff. The kids over there playing. I guess they're playing rough. She said something. I went, "Hey, where's your husband?" That's the first thing I said. I have no business arguing with a woman. She started yelling. She switched the story. I have no >> Empathy came through when one officer reassured the man he would keep the handcuffs discreet, out of sight of the kids. It showed he wasn't just enforcing the law. He was mindful of children's emotions, too. Meanwhile, the woman chose forgiveness, refusing to press charges, hoping to close the conflict. >> That's going to be everybody's one chance. Okay, understand any more disturbances from any one of you guys, he's going to be to get out of jail free. But after that, dude, we can't be dealing with this. Appreciate here. There's a bunch of kids. We don't need that. >> Actually, I was like, I know. I know. I got this. This is not a threat whatsoever. I just don't want >> I don't want any issues. I want them to have fun. I want everybody here to have fun. I want to go home. I want y'all to go home. You feel me? >> Yes, sir. I think at the end of the day, that's all I want. >> Yes, sir. I appreciate you. >> Hey, go straight meet up with uh your kids and then go get out of here. >> Your driver's license is in your wallet. Okay. >> All right. >> Real quick, I just kind of get wanted to get y'all side of the story cuz y'all kind of were like there. Could you kind of tell me just what happened? >> Okay. So, it started when like I don't know what the kids were doing, but her son was over like a couple of tents away playing with those three boys over there. I guess they were being really rough with him and he come back and was sleep and they took his football. So, she went and took got his football back and come back and told him he had to stay there. He can play with him. >> They were saying that he was doing >> like saying that he had started it and that's why they scratched his neck. So they walk off and then she cuz our tent is right behind hers and she comes over to talk to us. I've known her for a really long time or friends. And so she comes over to talk to us with her baby on her hip and all of a sudden these boys come back with the dad or I don't know if he's one of them or what. And he was like um your son said this. He was like your son said this. I want to know where your husband's at. I want to know where your husband's at. And she was like but she's not married and she wouldn't want to tell him. she was single. She was like, "My husband's not here right now." And he was like, he just starts like yelling like every every time she tried to say something to him, it was just escalating. And she was like, "Look, my kid is not going to go over there and play with him anymore. Just leave him alone because they he come over there looking for her son. Didn't even come looking for parents or anything like that. So, here he is like screaming in her face." And I stood up. I was like, "Guys, guys." And he turned around to me and he's like, "Shut the [ __ ] up." A witness calmly described how the man kept escalating tensions. From harsh words to disruptive behavior, he shattered the piece of what was supposed to be a community event. His testimony gave police a clearer, more objective picture of how things unfolded. >> Hasn't stood up. He hasn't even moved. He was like, "Get up. Get up." And like >> and he just like everything was just escalating escalating. >> You guys hear when he um say something to her like she he started screaming, "Hey, come down." Yeah. >> Oh, please come on. Get up. Get up. >> He just wanted to fight somebody else. >> I guess my question is is during the course of this whole thing, what was everybody's like reaction to this whole thing? Was other people like >> Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. There was all kinds of people that were around. >> Were there a bunch of kids around? >> Oh, yeah. >> At any point, did did you did you feel like you were going to get hit? >> I I'm sure he might not have thought he was going to hit him, but I thought he was. >> The reason I want to talk to you guys is because I knew that you guys were one of the people that were like directly there. >> Yeah. And I know like based on me, right, I can tell that he was disruptive to the whole football field, right? But I just wanted to see if you know what you guys witnessed as you guys being bystanders if he was disruptive. It was a breach of peace. Like you know what I mean? Like >> it absolutely was. >> I guess the whole gist of it was is that they felt like her son called the little kid a racial slur. Yeah. It's like what's going on? >> That was my consensus of it is that they were kind of playing and then that happened and then it just kind of got out of control. You know, whether the nword was said or not, >> I don't know. But that doesn't give anybody the right to do exactly what he did. So, whenever you talk to her, just let her know that I am doing a warrant for his arrest and he is going to be arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest uh or obstruction. You'll get picked up at a later date, but he is going to answer for what he did out here. The only reason that I didn't take him to jail whenever he was out here is because number one, he had a son that didn't have anybody to go with, and I'd rather not put a kid in DCF if he doesn't have to. >> Absolutely. >> And number two, because it's just me and him out here, and I don't want to leave him alone. >> In the end, the man was released, but police confirmed an arrest warrant would soon follow for disorderly conduct and resisting obstructing without violence. If convicted, penalties could include fines, jail time, or both, along with a $5,000 bond. The shouting on the soccer field hadn't even faded when a drunk pregnant woman decided to take on three officers at once. On April 18th, 2025 in New Jersey, police pulled over a woman driving 52 mph in a 25 mph zone. As they approached, they noticed signs of intoxication, slurred speech, watery eyes. What looked like a simple speeding stop quickly escalated into a serious DUI investigation. Go PD. Just so you know, my camera is on. Can I have your license registration insurance? >> What's the reason you pull me over? >> I'll let you know once I once I have all your documents over. >> I need all your documents. >> What's the reason you pull me over? >> License registration insurance. >> What's the reason you pull me over, son? >> I'll let you know once I identify you and I have all your documents. >> Okay. What's the reason you pull me over? I'm not doing that. >> Not happening. What's the reason you pulled me over, sir? >> I will explain to you once I have all >> What's the reason you pulled me over, sir? I'm giving you a lawful order to give me your documents. >> Maybe we can do that. >> No, I don't want to make it up any. >> No, I don't. >> He could wait till I'm ready. >> You ain't about to play with me. >> You're the one that wanted to play games. >> Who? What you mean by that? >> You want to play games? >> Why you say that? >> Because I'm telling you to give me your documents. >> Okay. Why you say I want to play games? I don't want to play games. >> Good. I'm glad you don't. Why just >> I >> Yes, ma'am. >> I need to pee. >> Okay, you can hop out. >> Please >> hop out of the car for me. >> Okay. What's the What's the situation? >> That's fine. They can't do nothing. So big. >> Hey, just step back there for me. >> Mhm. >> Just step back there on the sidewalk. Let's what? >> Let's step on pee real quick. >> No, we're we're in public. You can't pee in public. >> I really have to pee, sir. >> Just step on the on the sidewalk for me. >> I have to pee in public. >> Our intention is to get you out of here very quickly, right? >> I know, but I have to pee so bad. >> I understand. >> Can I please? >> No, you can't. >> That's going to be a charge, right? >> At first, it was just about speeding, but soon officers had enough reason to suspect she wasn't sober. The stop shifted into a DUI probe. When she repeatedly asked to relieve herself in public, officers denied the request. A lawful decision since it could have been nothing more than a stalling tactic. >> Test on your eyes just to make sure you're okay to drive. >> Okay. >> You understand? Have you ever had that done before? >> Absolutely. What's up? >> Okay. Um, yeah. It's better you take those off. Have you ever been through that test before? >> Yes, I have. >> Okay. So, you understand? >> Yep. I sure do. >> All right. Do you have anything wrong with your eyes? Any medical conditions? I have to pee. >> All right. Get get through this test and we'll get you somewhere to Okay. All right. >> Do you have any medical condition? >> I have to pee >> with just your eyes and only your eyes. Do you understand? >> Absolutely. >> Okay. >> Are you okay, sir? >> Just your eyes. >> Absolutely. Are you okay? You sure? >> Ma'am, follow with just your eyes. Absolutely. Keep your head still. >> Absolutely. >> And I'm going to let you know right now. I'm going to piss right here. >> Do what you got to do. >> Take me to jail. Do what you got to do. Cuz I've let you know several times before. I have to pee. >> Ma'am, just follow the tip of your pen. >> Yep. And I'm pissing as you speak. >> You have violated my >> pen. >> Do you see the tip of my pen? >> Yes or no? Can you follow it with just your eyes, not your head? [Applause] Just your eyes, not your head. You're doing really During the check, she declared she would just go right here and actually did, showing a shocking loss of self-control. Moments later, she suddenly revealed she was pregnant. A move aimed at pulling sympathy, she pressed about her rights, digging for loopholes in the officer's words. All right. If you want, I can put the >> No, it's okay. Whatever you guys want, I'm here for y'all. You guys aren't complying with me. I'm going to comply with you cuz that's my job. I'm here to comply with you. You guys don't want to comply with me, I'll fight it later. >> Okay. >> I promise you I will. >> So, just to start, I need you to stand with your >> Whatever you want me to do. Talk to me. >> Nope. Just stay right there. >> Okay. >> Stay right there facing this way. >> So, I need you to stand. I don't feel comfortable until I'm able to release whatever I have in my hands and on my body. My socks. Yes, I do. >> You want your shoes and your socks? >> Yep. >> I only see sneakers. >> I want my sneakers and my socks. Yes, I do. Bring them up socks. I like I'm not in the socks. I mean, shoes. >> Okay. >> Nothing new, sir. I'm born and raised here. >> Me, too. >> So, it's nothing new. Familiarize yourself, please, cuz this is a waste of time. >> Familiarize yourself. >> We're trying to get through this quick and we'll get get you out of here. >> You were really strong here, you know? >> Absolutely. I am. >> Okay. So, you're going to take nine steps heel to toe, counting out loud with your arms at your side. When you get to nine, ma'am, it's going to be like this. When you get to nine, you're here. You take a small turn. >> Pull your dress down. Y'all cannot obligate me to do that. I've I've I've reiterated myself several times. Yes or no? >> Have I reiterated myself several times? Yes or no? >> Do you understand the test? >> Absolutely. I sure do. Do you understand what my circumstances are? >> Stand by one second. >> Here's the deal. >> We need to make a decision. We're trying to protect you and your baby, your passengers, and other people on the road. Okay? We got through one test. Okay? This is a time >> I'm not declining anything. I promise you I'm here for it. >> Ma'am, please let me just finish. Okay? We need to make a a a constructive decision based on what we see. >> It's my accountability. >> You can make a complaint. I'm not you can you can make a complaint. That's fine. Yes, you can. >> I don't want to. >> All right. But ma'am, you're saying you're willing to do these tests. >> I'm here for it. >> Then this is the last opportunity. Do this test and we'll get you out of here. Okay. >> And if it's not, then what? >> And they're not satisfied with me complying, then what? >> Well, we're have we're have to make a decision on your sobriety based on what we have. >> Okay. >> Okay. You do not by law have to perform these tests and we're not going to hold that against you but any decision we make. >> Instead of cooperating, she rolled out excuse after excuse from health issues to clothing to dodge the tests. This wasn't simple defiance anymore, but calculated moves to seize control of the situation. The officers, however, kept calm, patient, and explained step by step, hoping to win her cooperation. I'm going to be honest. I kind of I kind of am wishing those guys violate my race because I've been through enough with the piece of that guy I've been dealing with. >> Okay. >> So, it's like I'm I'm ready for this. >> All right. >> I'm ready for it. >> Do what you guys need to do. I'm ready for it, >> ma'am. >> Yes. >> Just uh place your hands behind your back for me. >> Okay. I have a warrant. >> Do I have a warrant? >> Yes. >> Just place your hands behind your back. >> Turn around for me. >> Do I have a warrant? >> Yeah. >> Do I have a warrant? >> Put your hands behind your back. I >> have a warrant. Hands behind your back. >> Absolutely. If I have a warrant, I will. Do I have a warrant? >> Yes, you have a warrant. Hands behind your back. >> For what? >> What's my warrant for? >> We'll tell you in a second. >> What's my warrant? >> Being charged. That's why you're in handcuff. >> Call the ambulance. >> Here's here. Here here's what's going to happen. >> Physically bleeding. >> We We are going to take >> You guys seen it on camera. You seen it. There's probably blood on the sidewalk from there. >> If you want to listen to me, if you want an ambulance, we're going to we'll we'll get you an ambulance. >> And I'll be here till they get here. Well, we're going to call we're going to and we will call an AP and get a warrant and we will get an AP to draw your blood. >> I'll be here till they get here. >> That's fine. >> Call my emergency contact. >> What is What is the ambulance coming for? >> We need I am physically pregnant and bleeding and I'm doing due diligence by picking these women up. >> Oh, well, I didn't know due diligence was the reason to go to the hospital. >> It's not. >> Well, you said that. >> I thought I was going to get home instead. >> What is What is the reason we're calling an ambulance? >> Because I'm pregnant. I'm bleeding. That's what you're going to do. >> No, we're not calling an ambulance. >> Well, then I'm not going to You're getting in the car. No. >> Yes, ma'am. Tyler call her. >> Okay. Where's he at? >> I don't I was at I was at his wedding. >> Okay. >> Just so you know, I was at his wedding >> and so was I. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, what now? >> Why don't you treat me a little more respect? >> I have. But do you know what just happened when you walked away? >> No, I don't. Tell me. >> So, I don't want to. >> Okay. >> I don't want to. I want you to watch it when you go home. >> Okay. Well, call your name. >> I'm over it. >> I'm over it. >> Angel is coming. >> I'm over it. >> Okay. >> I'm over it. I'm over it. After being arrested, she demanded to be taken to the hospital, claiming pregnancy and bleeding. But her conflicting statements raised suspicion it was just one last attempt to avoid being booked. Even so, officers called in EMS, ensuring safety while staying within protocol. >> Take me to the hospital. >> For what? >> Take me to the hospital. >> You need to have a complaint. What's your complaint? >> Yes, I do. I'll complain when I get to the hospital. >> No, we're not going to take you then. >> And I want to complain about you guys violating my rights. >> What is the problem? What do you need the hospital for? You guys are violating my rights. >> Mirror, do you want your friends to have your phone? Hey, Mirror, do you want your friends to have your phone in your purse? >> Why? What's the other option? >> It comes with us. >> Yeah, they can have it. >> Okay. Who you want your phone though? You got to make a phone call to get out of here later. >> Yeah, I need my phone. >> Okay. >> All right. Well, you're going to spend then you're going to spend 12 hours on holding cell with us. >> Why would I spend 12 hours on a hold? Why are you guys out? >> You need somebody to sign you out. >> Okay. So, what does that mean? 12 hours. >> You'll need your phone to call someone. >> Okay. Why do I need my phone to call someone? You guys are like insinuating that I'm going to be stuck at >> If you go to the hospital, it's going to take you longer because >> I'm not What's the situation? What are we doing? >> Man, we're uh we're going to >> I'm under arrest. I'm not resisting. I'm under arrest and I'm not resisting. >> Listen, I'm going to guide you over today. >> I'm curious what's going on. >> You want to go to the hospital? >> I'm asking what's going on. >> Sergeant, please. >> You if you came with us, mirror, let me explain this to you. her to the police station. >> Our job is to make sure you get home safely no matter what. You understand? >> Did you really contact Efron? Yes or no? >> Yes, I spoke to. So, where's he at? >> He couldn't do anything because you're >> Absolutely. He's not going to. Okay. >> But he absolutely cuz we got to do due diligence. >> Can he pick her up? >> Why wouldn't he be able to? >> I mean, I'll call him and let him know exactly what's going on. >> Call the number and meet me at the precinct. We not going to the hospital. >> Go to the precinct. Go to the precinct. Let's go. >> Go to the precinct. Let's go. Hop in the police. Let's go. You're not going to get anything. >> Yes, we are. It's not that I'm wishing to address at this moment. >> I understand. So, I just have to ask you, do you want to go to the hospital right now? >> Okay, no problem. So, if that changes, let the police know. Okay. >> Thank you. >> Okay. Have a good night. >> Yes. >> In the end, the woman was transported to jail and charged with DUI and failure to cooperate with the investigation. In New Jersey, penalties for DUI can include fines between $250 and $1,000, license suspension from 3 months to a year, mandatory safe driving programs, and in some cases, jail time. When booze turns into delusions of power somewhere else, on another street corner, cold reality is about to strike. On March 13th, 2024, police pulled over a driver for speeding and driving on a suspended license. What seemed like a routine traffic stop quickly turned tense when the driver grew emotional, aggressive, and combative, forcing the police chief himself to step in. >> Hey, Cleo, what's going on with your license? >> I got to get >> You got to get it fixed so you know it's suspended. >> Do you have somebody that can come pick you up? >> Yeah. >> All right. Can you give them a call and have them come here? Cuz you can't be driving, >> huh? >> Mhm. >> You're just going to walk home? >> Got I got to >> Well, hold on. You're not Kalia. You can't leave yet. I still got to give you all your, you know, your ticket and everything. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, just go ahead, hang out here and 10 four if you can start them this way. She's already out of the vehicle and very emotional. She may take off. >> How fast is she going? >> She's going 47. >> Oh, okay. >> Um but she doesn't have a license. Uh her license got taken away from her cuz she's suspended. The tags expired. Okay. I think we're going to tow the car then. It's not in the roadway. >> Well, my concern is that she's probably going to hop back in and drive away. >> Hi. >> Are y'all okay? I'll get in my car. I don't know what's going on in why street people's way. >> Um I'm Sergeant Brown. My officer called me here because I guess you were upset. >> It's good. I'm getting a ticket. >> Okay. Do you have somebody to pick you up in your car? >> She's back there. >> Okay. Is she going to drive the car, too? >> No. >> Okay. >> Are you going to have somebody to take the car? >> At first, the woman showed irritation but kept some control. When ordered to stay put, she pushed back, saying she'd just walk home, as if that would erase her responsibility. Her suspended license made it clear this wasn't her first offense, which may explain her blatant lack of respect toward the officers. >> What's that? >> It's not too bad. It's growing on me. Okay. >> Yo. >> Hey. How you doing? Hey, is somebody going to um help her like get the car and stuff like that? >> My car. It's my car. He asked me. It's my car, too. Don't tell him nothing about my car. >> I I don't understand why she's being rude. Here's what happened. >> I told you my car is going to get taken care of. >> Okay, that's that's cool. Thank you. Let's Let's Let's chill out with the attitude. Thank then then you can stay over there. Thank you. So, I guess so what happened was >> my officer called me because I guess she was upset. >> It's me. It's not It's okay. You're not my mother. Not to tell. Can I Can I tow? >> You want to know if somebody's coming to get the car? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. Yes. Somebody's going to come get the car. >> Somebody going to come get the car. >> Okay. That's all I wanted to know because I don't want to tow because that's more money. >> I was going to tow it. It's good. Oh, I understand the process. Somebody's going to come get the car. We We'll live all around. We're going Yeah. >> Okay. I appreciate you, ma'am. That That's all I needed to know. I I don't know. I I just got here like a minute ago >> and I got everything >> and you're asking her. >> I'm in the process. We're going to get >> Yeah. And and the reason like I tried talking to her, she was being rude. So that's why >> I'll have my mom come. >> Okay, I appreciate it. >> So can I take her? Can you go or? >> Not just yet. Um he he's Yeah, he's printing out the paperwork and stuff. So yeah. >> Can you come help me get Lee a car from the lake? >> Did you come just just to let her know to come get it? Her sister arrived on scene, polite and cooperative, trying to help officers calm things down. In contrast, the suspect grew even more hostile and disrespectful toward both police and her own sister. Feeling protected, she challenged authority, constantly interrupting and throwing out irrational arguments. >> Can I go? You want me to go home and get it? >> Yeah. I don't know. >> Leah, can you chill? Because I'm grown as your car. That's when you answer the [ __ ] >> I'm going out. What do you What do you What do you What is it? Like you doing a lot. >> All I need is like once she gets her citation, stuff like that. Whoever's going to drive the car, I just need somebody to valid ID. >> No, she's not. She lives state I mean city's over. >> Leah, he's asking me a question. He's not asking about that. What is he want? He needs a valid ID for whoever's going to come get them. >> Exactly. I'm telling him. So I'm telling you, >> what is it you want? Just just just a valid driver. >> Yeah, I know. Not about you. I understand because you had to come to the car. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Yeah. We're gonna wait until they get here. >> We're good. >> Um once once she gets her citation, I'll >> Yeah, I'm going to explain it. >> I'm good. I know how to read. >> Well, there's done explain. You're good. >> What's up? Roll the window up. >> I have to sign it. >> Yes. >> Okay, let's sign it. >> Okay. So, >> well, I know how to sign. I know where to sign it. Show me where I signed it. >> Well, I have to explain it to you. >> Okay. >> You have a court date. >> Okay. You have a court date on the 2nd >> of April. >> April at 8 in the morning. If you don't sign up, I mean, if you don't show up, a warrant will be >> I'll call them or tell them something. >> Okay. You need to sign on the X. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. We'll be back to get that. >> Okay. You know what? We're just going to tow the car. Okay. >> Hey, you guys can get your car from the tow truck. It's coming. >> It's It's coming. >> Nope. It's on the side of the road. >> Go get your license. >> And y'all literally No. >> When her sister finally gave up on her, it spoke volumes about her instability. If she truly became a CNA, her unpredictable temper could put patients at risk. And when police announced they'd tow her car, she saw it not just as losing property, but losing control, sending her into a furious spiral. >> Don't do not get back. Stop. >> Stop. >> What the is wrong with us? >> Stop. Get out of the road. Get out of the road. We're done. We're done. >> Oh my god. Y'all are not doing that. >> Your attitude is off the chain. >> What the y'all? I literally shit's a loser. Y'all crazy. What am I getting taken for? >> Your attitude needs to calm down. Okay, you going to calm down? You going to calm down? >> Yeah. Yeah, dude. Like, what is y'all? Y'all police got too much authority. That's crazy, dude. Like, I graduated in literally four weeks. See my nurse license in literally four weeks, bro. That's Bro, that's crazy. I got way >> 15. He's 104, >> bro. That's crazy, bro. >> Are you going to listen now? >> Oh my god. What? >> We're going to wait a minute. >> Give me your phone. Give me your phone. >> No. What? I never been to jail arrested or nothing, bro. Y'all know my parents. Y'all can't >> Are you going to listen? >> Of course. Yeah. >> Please listen. Okay. >> I don't know what your attitude problem is today, but listen. Just listen. Okay. >> We were willing to work with you. Okay. But you are just off the chain. Okay, you need to calm down. >> Good. I'm calm. I just told you I'm calm. I'm going to come, right? What is What is the attitude? Nobody was rude to you. >> Nothing. >> Nobody Nobody cursed at you. >> Okay. >> Okay. We're trying to talk to you, >> but you're being very rude. >> We're good. You're my friend. We're good. >> So, what is the problem? >> Nothing. >> Okay. >> Gradually, the woman realized her behavior had crossed the line, carrying serious consequences. But instead of admitting fault, she blamed stress, insisting cops just didn't like the way she talked. Her words revealed the classic dodge. Avoiding accountability by shifting blame. >> We're going to tow your car. >> Why are you towing my car? >> Because it's on the side of the road. It's on private property. >> Did she just tell you my mother was bring was literally coming up here? She just y'all asked for validation. She told you my mother was coming. Y'all didn't like the way I talked to y'all. So now it's a whole truck. >> And now you got to face a resisting charge. All because of your attitude. Why am I facing a resisting charge and I am literally >> It's not It's called not listening. >> This is crazy. I cannot believe this is happening because some police officers don't like how I'm talking. How do y'all think I'm going to feel? >> How do y'all think people have other stuff going on in their life? Nothing. I don't have nothing against y'all. I don't know y'all. Y'all are pulling me over. I have other stuff on in my going on in my life. >> If you were being pulled for >> because my because I'm speeding. Okay. That's I I told I never got I never got mad at him. I don't know why he called y'all. I was frustrated. He told me I need I never got out of my car until he told me I had I needed someone to come pick me up. So I said, "I'll start walking." He said, "You need to wait because I have to give you your ticket and everything." So I just sat down there and I waited. My car is hot and my air doesn't work. >> I'm not understanding why he called y'all. I never resisted. I When he told me I was getting a ticket, when he told me I was speeding, I never once said, "I'm not speeding. I If I'm speeding, I'm speeding. What can I do about that?" >> Okay. Number two, he's trying to explain the citations. >> Okay. Go ahead. I I understand. Go ahead. >> It's too late now. >> Okay. He was trying to explain it to you and you're still being root and not listening. >> I'm listening. It's like you don't want me to be like a child and say, "Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> I'm angry. I have other stuff going on in my life. I just came home from school. Okay, I get a ticket." >> In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with speeding and driving on a suspended license. On top of that, her aggressive attitude and refusal to follow commands added charges for resisting law enforcement. The penalties could include fines, jail time, or both. If the open road exposes the recklessness of speed, then four walls will soon reveal the cruelty of a mother. On November 4th, 2024, police spotted a car driving the wrong way down a one-way street. A serious violation that forced them to pull it over. But once they began checking, it became clear this wasn't just a traffic stop. The suspect's other crimes quickly came to light, turning the situation tense. Yeah, >> you got the car in park. >> All right. Y'all look like they weren't going to stop for a minute. >> I I was just about to turn around when you hit the corner cuz the do not enter sign wrong way. >> That's That's why we stopped in the middle of the street. You're the wrong way. >> Yeah. >> Here. Can I talk to you out here? You're not in trouble. I just don't want to hear hear yelling. That's all. >> Um are you the register of the car? >> It's not registered to me. No. >> Okay. Who's it belong to? >> A friend of mine. >> Gotcha. Is that your friend that's in the car? >> No, not her. >> Is that a her? >> Oh, I I I'm not trying to be rude. I literally from this way, I thought it might have been a guy. Sorry. >> And I I literally when I came up the street and got midway, I saw the sign said I was just about to turn around, but I saw you coming closer. I wasn't. >> I'm going to be real with you. The reason you got that car up there like that, like nose to nose, is cuz I thought you were going to run. Okay. Not you personally necessarily, but I thought the car was going to run. Did you think about it for a minute? Maybe >> being real? >> No, I wasn't sure. >> On you or is in the car? >> Um, I do not have them right now. >> Okay. Do you have a a valid driver's license? >> Um, you have a look to me right now like you're worried you're going to go to jail. >> Well, it's not so much that. It's just I wasn't not going to stop, but I was realizing that I came in the wrong way when I saw the sign. It's just midway in the street. So, >> sure. I understand that. >> You do seem like you're afraid you're going to go to jail, and I don't really know why. Is it because of your license? Is it because of something else? Is there something? >> It's just my daughter. That's it. But I literally was taking her to the store and going to go pick her up. So >> my partner looked up your license. You've been revoked for a long time. You know your license ain't no good. >> It's revoked. >> It's been revoked since the car. >> No. >> Are you sure? >> Okay. Just as far as you know this girl boy. >> Not to my knowledge. >> From the start, the woman showed visible signs of anxiety. And no wonder since she'd been driving on a license revoked eight years earlier, a blatant offense. Her decision to refuse a vehicle search only deepened suspicion and raised the stakes. Search and make sure there's no illegal in the car. >> We're going to We'd like to have to search her, too. So, we'll ask her. >> Yeah. I don't know if I'm comfortable with that because I just got my car from somebody. I'm going to say yesterday. Yesterday or the day before. They had my car like all night. So, I I would not want to give consent to that because I haven't had time to clean it. I I started earlier. >> You worried there might be something illegal in there? >> No. >> Okay. Well, that's all we're looking for. We're not looking for We don't care about a mess. What might she have? >> Well, where we just came from, um I thought she put whatever she may have had up because she had me wait for her. She was on a bike. >> What do you mean put it up? >> She went and took the bike in the house. She didn't use the restroom like I waited. I >> think she put it up in the house or put it up somewhere on her. >> Yeah. No, it wasn't even where we were. >> Can you ask her for uh consent? >> Hey, do you have any >> Do I look like I killed around? >> I don't know. >> I'm trying to vibe, not shoot up. >> All right, dude. Do you mind if the beam officer right over here searches you? >> Yeah. Anything illegal? >> I illegal. The only thing you'll find in my is a bottle. >> Where's your >> It ain't a pipe at all. It's a bottle. >> A bottle. >> Man, y'all be asking all these questions. I guess she told you what it was. Baby, what you asking me for? Still and I didn't answer your ass. >> Has she ever? >> I'm not sure cuz I don't see her every day before. Hey, can you do me a favor? Can you go ahead just step out? >> Oh my god. >> Uh back y'all. Just cuz I had that. >> Yeah. >> So I'm in. >> So this >> the officer's insistence on searching the car reflected that they already had probable cause when a suspect is visibly nervous and uncooperative. Police are within their rights to proceed with a search for safety and to secure potential evidence. >> You're not going to jail. >> Oh, >> she's searching you. >> Oh man. face scar. >> What you looking at? >> Is that a Did you make a out of a mini bottle? >> Yeah. >> And you return. When was the last time you smoked? >> Smart, >> huh? >> Smart. >> Yeah. >> You get up and knock. >> Oh, you you >> Thank you. Sleep all day. What is that going to be? She gets nailed. I know. >> I do have a plastic bag here. >> Why do you have this? >> Because I feed my baby snacks sometimes. So, >> you normally keep it like in your shirt. >> Sometimes just because when I go to prepare her snacks, I don't have one. >> So, she had a baggie on her that she claimed had her kids snacks in it, but she pulled it out of her shirt. She says she said I was like in the bra. >> Listen, Tangela. >> She pulled this baggie out of her shirt. >> Um, had nothing in it. >> Sandwich bag. >> Okay. You know that's not a sandwich bag. That is a sandwich bag. >> Intention, but that's not what it was for. Let's be real. >> No, I already told him I don't Huh? You want to sit on my stuff together, please? >> I I have to walk over them, please. >> I have to walk over here with you. >> Oh my god. >> They walk me over here and you say I'm not going to jail. >> No, just just have a seat. >> I'm not see what I need this car to stop leaking. >> I can't control that. >> What am I doing? >> What am I doing? >> You're just getting detained right now, >> man. And you say that now, but what's the problem? >> No, >> I'll explain it all to you in a second. Just hang. >> So, what am I getting charged for? >> You're not getting charged. I just told you you're getting detained. >> That's like I said, you have you have the that's a court date. >> From clumsy excuses to undeniable evidence. A plastic bag with residue followed by drug paraphernalia inside the car. Piece by piece, it stacked up, leaving officers with solid grounds to cuff both the driver and her passenger. We You're not going We're not arresting you right now. >> We'll explain to you what's going on. >> I'll give you a light here. >> Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. >> Ask you what's wrong with you. >> So, you guys are detained based off what we found in the car. Okay. >> What's that? >> Was in the car ain't got nothing to do with me. I own >> Yeah, I I hear you. We'll talk to you in a second. >> Her over here. We're just going to have her sit in the car and wait. >> The reason I didn't want to give consent to search my car and my story hasn't changed, but my daughter's home. That's what my issue. >> How old is your daughter? >> She's 17 months. >> Are you kidding me right now? >> I was going around and this is why I didn't want to go through. >> Why on earth did you leave your 17-month-old home alone? because I came to my friend's house and I was going right back. And like I said, when I went, she asked me for a ride. I was literally taking her and going home. >> Is your house unlocked right now? >> No. That's why I'm stressing so bad. >> Okay. Well, we're not just going to let you go. So, now we have to figure out. You have Come here. Come here. Take a seat. >> Can't go to jail, please. >> I didn't have anything. >> House. >> I didn't have anything. >> Where's the keys to your house? We need to go check on your daughter. >> I have they're in my purse. Everything that belongs to me is in my purse with your address. >> So, do you have anyone that can go over there right now? >> Oh, Lord. >> You're not going to jail. I just need you to sit down in the car. I just need you to sit down in the car. I'm going to I'm going to have the door open and we're going to continue to talk. When the woman admitted she had left her young daughter home alone, the case instantly escalated from traffic violation and drug possession to outright criminal neglect. That confession explained the extreme anxiety she'd shown from the start. Not just the fear of a criminal, but the guilt of a mother who abandoned her child to buy drugs. >> Like you're trying to come up with an answer. I need you to just be honest with me. Why do you have a baggie with residue in your bra? I must have left it in there earlier, but I didn't know it was anything in it cuz when I when he I don't want to move suddenly, but when he asked me, "Is there anything there?" I started pushing and I was like, "Oh [ __ ] I do have a bag up here." But I didn't know there was anything in it cuz I thought it was empty. That was from earlier today. >> Not thinking that we would find out that there's >> Yeah, I didn't know it was anything in it. That's why I gave it. >> I understand. But do you do you understand why it's weird that you would just have like an empty baggie that you found earlier today >> and then it was just tucked in your bra? >> I didn't know it was still in there is what I'm saying. I happened to when he asked me, "Do you have anything on you?" And I started doing this. I thought it was my um >> the cushion to my bra. >> Okay. >> And so I didn't realize it was up there. I I knew I had my bank card, but I didn't realize >> I had a relapse after 7 years. So >> there's a in a center console. You left your 17-month old baby home alone on the side of your bed. You've got a baggie with residue in your bra. You told me that you relapsed, but you're saying that you haven't smoked in a while. I don't believe you. Here's what I think happened. I think that you know that she knows where to get cuz you know that she smokes. I think that she asked you for a ride. I think that you drove through 23rd Street looking to pick up. I think that you've got a in the center console with that. I think that you did a big loop around Moors because you knew that there were police here earlier today and you wanted to make sure there weren't still police here before you came up to Moors and you weren't paying attention and you drove the wrong way here cuz you were looking for police. That's what I think. I need you to be honest with me about what actually happened cuz I don't believe that you don't smoke right now and that you haven't smoked in a week because no one keeps a baggie with residue in their bra just by accident because they think it's something else in the padding of their bra. If I had I would have handed it to him in his hand when I found that baggie. I didn't know anything was in there. >> And I think you talked to my partner something about your you have a grandfather or someone that lives on Orange AB. >> Yeah. >> Okay. What's their name? >> Frederick. >> What What's grandpa's name? >> Are you good? Okay. I'm going to go there now. I'll take the car seat and then in the event that uh >> pass. Come on, >> Tangela. What? >> Can you park? >> Single turn. Single turn. >> I can't park it. You can't park it. Oh, no. >> Hey, stop. >> I'm not going to repeat. >> I know. But you got to go with >> In the end, the woman was arrested and charged with child neglect and drug possession. On top of that, she faced charges for driving on a revoked license. Potential penalties included jail time, probation, fines, and additional court-ordered requirements depending on how severe the court judged the offenses. Neglecting her child was only the opening act because justice still had another showdown waiting to unfold. On June 29th, 2025, police responded after a woman called in claiming she'd been threatened. The urgent call triggered an immediate law enforcement response to investigate and ensure everyone's safety. But when they arrived, things were far from simple. >> Okay, step over step over there. >> Okay. Yeah, that's who that's who we're tack. They're not separating. All right. What's going on? >> I just want to leave. I want to be left alone, >> okay, >> with my kids. We can file a civil dispute. He can hire an an attorney. I can hire an attorney. >> Are you guys going through a divorce or something? >> No, we're not going to through a divorce. We've never been married. I just want to move on. >> Okay. So, do you guys live together? >> No, sir. >> Okay. So, you don't live Whose house is this? >> I'm not sure, honestly. I'm >> And how did you end up here? >> Because this is where my child ended up. And I'm going where my child goes. >> How did you Okay. So, >> because this is where he was placed to be with his friends to watch a fight tonight for the >> I'm not sure of any further details. >> Okay. >> Other than that. >> Okay. >> Criminal. >> I'm not saying you're a criminal. >> Yes, sir. >> Not saying you're a criminal. >> I just want to take my kids and go home. I don't want to deal with this anymore. >> Okay. No, but this is my buddy's house who we came to to stay, right? And she's Dude, she's [ __ ] unhinged. I don't feel safe with her and my kid. She can't stand up. I mean, she's calling the cops and I'm like, why would you do that? Why you've already called the cops over at our house in Palmore? You doing it again? She's so She's So, >> what's what's the reason of the argument? >> No, nothing. Literally came here. This is my buddy's house. I said, "We're not driving all the way home. No, we're coming here to go to sleep." And she lost it. You She says, "Videaping me." I'm like, "You can videotape me all you want." I was like, "I didn't do nothing. My buddy Blake owns this house. He's a UPS driver." >> The woman herself had called the cops, hoping they'd take her side, painting herself as the victim in the dispute. She acted tired, saying she just wanted peace and to take her child home. But as officers dug deeper, they quickly noticed inconsistencies in her story. car that I drive every single day and I have, excuse me, I have my children. >> Go ahead. I'm just talking to my dispatch. >> Yes, sir. I have my children's >> back kilo India 13. >> Go ahead. You're good. >> 24/7. You know, our doctor's appointments or hospital appointments. He's a special needs child. Eliza. >> Copy. Do you have ID on you? >> Uh, no. How did you get here then? >> It's in my wallet. >> How did you get here? >> I rode with him. >> Wait, you rode with him? But now you're wanting to leave. >> Mhm. >> Have y'all been drinking tonight? >> I didn't know that there was any problems until we were at the lodge and we're watching this fight that I didn't even know existed. >> Gotcha. >> I'm I'm a sports fanatic. I don't really care. >> Okay. >> If there's a fight between anybody, so I don't mind sitting there and watching it >> Gotcha. >> happen. But then as soon as the bartender started to >> started to what? >> I don't even know how to make this like >> I don't blame him. He's a wonderful wonderful >> Your kid is calling you. >> Yes, I understand. >> Okay. >> She always interrupts. >> Oh, okay. >> The Excuse me. I'm talking right now. the constant interruption from the side bar and the back bar or whatever they might call it. That has a lot to do with it. >> Was it like the bartender hitting on? >> I mean, I don't think that's really a problem. If the bartender hits on me, it's not really the bartender was was flirting with him. >> Well, I'm not saying that. I'm saying that there's no there's no crime. Whenever the bartender flirts with me or if the bartender flirts with him, there's no crime there. >> Not correct. >> No, there that's >> So then what's the problem here? >> I don't know. some who you called us. >> I called you because he told me to call you and then I I laid the situation to rest. So, I'm just trying to go to >> Those shifting details were a red flag. Signs she wasn't being fully truthful. Even though police worked to keep things peaceful, her constant changes made the situation far more complicated to handle. >> Whose house is this? >> I'm not really sure. This is one of his people. I don't I don't associate with Leburg. Yes, sir. >> Okay. Give me You mind if I just say hi to your kids real quick? >> No, absolutely. in a minute. Whenever I'm tugging, >> let me uh once she's done, she'll take care of you. Okay. Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, how did Okay. So, who drove number one? >> Thank you. >> Yeah, you're good. Absolutely. No worries. I I have kids. So, um >> Hey, absolutely. All right. So, so you guys rode here together. >> Who drove? >> He did. >> Okay. Because obviously you're in no condition to drive. >> No, sir. I don't know that. >> Okay. XRP and you're just wanting to leave. >> I've documented everything that I want to leave. I have a place to go. >> Yeah. If you can make it easier on me, then >> Well, if you think if you think Ubering is going to be better, >> if Ubering is an option, I want the best safest option for my children. >> Okay. Yeah, obviously Uber they are good. Um, so >> absolutely. I want to >> So, if you want to take care of your daughter >> myself. >> Yeah, absolutely. So, let me go talk to him real quick and I'll be right back. All right. Hang tight. >> But, can you uh Excuse me. What's up? >> What are you going to talk to him about? >> I'm I'm trying to figure out how we can mitigate the situation. >> Mitigate. What does that mean? Opinion. >> A mitigating means to make the situation better. So >> So we can just lighten up the situation and sweeping under the rug. >> Not sweeping under the rug. We're trying what we're trying mitigating literally means solving a problem. >> Okay. >> Like and so I'm the mediator. I'm going to be the mediator. Meaning >> that's what I'm looking for. >> So I'm going to mediate or mitigate. >> Yes, sir. >> But can I get your first name, please? >> Yes, sir. Eliza. All right, hang tight. Okay, I'll be right back. >> She wanted control of the narrative, but once she realized the officers weren't taking her side and instead kept a neutral approach, her strategy flipped. It was clear she wasn't after the truth. She was trying to twist the situation to her advantage. >> Whose house is this? >> My buddy Blake. He owns He's a UPS driver. >> So, why are you why are y'all here? Uh because I didn't want to go to the my house. This is He's already been there. >> She's no longer living with us. >> Why is she standing there? I don't want her standing there. >> She She has the right to stand there. >> Yeah, she can stay in there. Stop. >> You've been to my house before. >> Have I been to your house? >> I think you have. >> Maybe where you live. >> I've been to the house. >> Yeah. Okay. But we're not longer together. So Okay. But the thing is like >> she seemed to >> No, I can't talk to you now. I'm probably about to get arrested. >> Nope. Arrested. >> Okay. >> I've already I've already established that with you. >> Everybody leave me the alone and take my kids take my kids home. You understand? >> Hold on. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. >> Like he needs to leave me alone. Everybody needs to leave. >> Do me a favor. Do me a favor. >> Yes. >> Take it down three notches because I have been nothing but respectful to you this entire time and you're over here swearing and cussing at me and yelling at me. So, I need what I need you to do for the sake of your daughter because your daughter's watching you. >> Okay. >> Is Is that how you want to act your daughter? Absolutely not. So, what So, what I want you to be quiet. That's what I want you to do. >> I want I want to be I want >> Everything's being documented. I want you to be quiet. That's what I want you to do. Stand by. I've already talked to you. I'm giving an opportunity to him to talk to him. >> All right. >> Sounds good. >> Do me a favor. Just sit on the back of your car. >> Okay. Yes, sir. >> I don't want you to be >> No, I need you to I need you to talk to us. Yeah, >> stop talking to her. >> Stop talking to her. >> You guys are making this way worse. You got a kid right there. You got a kid right there. Okay, that is not how we act in front of our children. >> Her defiance toward authority became obvious. When told to step back and calm down, she flat out refused, shouting profanity and escalating until her emotions spun out of control. When officers reminded her about her behavior in front of her daughter, her reaction hit its breaking point. >> Take my son. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am, you're hurting. Get the [ __ ] out of my way. I'm going to take my goddamn >> Stop it. >> I'm going to take my mother. >> Stop. >> I'm going to take my damn son. You lost your mind. >> Get back. Get back. >> You lost your goddamn mind. Have you lost it? >> Hey, stop. >> Stop. >> Nope. I lost her. >> I need you to back up. That's what I need you to do. We're 104. We're detaining the female right now. Stand by. >> Detaining the female. >> What the >> I haven't done a thing but try to grab my son while you've been trying to cross. >> Stop. >> I'm not doing Don't touch my son. >> Well, you're being arrested right now. >> Okay, bro. [Music] >> Oh, wow. Big deal. >> All right, we're going to have to we're going to have to direct. >> Does that mean I need you to back up? You got to >> back up. >> Back it up, mother. Back it up. >> Get up. >> Back it up. Back it up. Back that [ __ ] up. >> Stop. >> Back it up. >> Stop. >> Back it up. >> Stop. You're making it worse. >> I'm not making a mother thing worse. I ain't got a damning thing wrong. >> All right. >> You know I didn't committed a crime. >> Yeah, you did. You just battered the law enforcement officer. >> How you Yeah. >> How's that? You you you literally pushed me in my face. >> I pushed you? >> Yes. >> You big mother. I pushed you. >> Well, that's Get in the car. >> Oh my god. >> Get in the car. >> Oh my god. >> Get in the car. Stop. >> Get in the car. >> Stop. Get in the car. You relax. >> No, you need to get in the car. >> And I think you're hard about having your ass cuz you're a big dude, >> but calm down. >> All right. Stop. >> All right. >> Yes. >> Everything good in here? Yeah, we're good. >> Everything's fine. Thanks. >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with assaulting a law enforcement officer. If convicted, she faces potential jail time depending on state law. She posted a $5,000 bond and now stares down a possible plea deal. One agent of chaos had fallen and right after, another woman walked straight into her own trap by challenging the police. On April 15th, 2025, a woman called police, claiming two men had robbed her of $400. Officers arrived quickly to investigate, but the details that unfolded pushed the case in a direction far different from her original story. >> Did you get the side of the >> Yeah. >> So, what was kind of going on or what? >> So, I am not going to lie. I was right here at first. Gaming with some guy doing the lift thing, you know, it was normal stuff. >> Yeah. >> So I I had come to the back over here and it was like two guys in the corner and what had happened was they came up behind me was like this and just took my money. >> Mhm. >> We right here. >> No, it was like further like over here somewhere. >> Go that way. >> This incident took place behind this 31. You want to check the area? >> Copy. I'm back here now. I'm checking smooth with gray pants on the charcoal shirt or jacket. >> Yeah. So, he just came behind me. I'm, you know, walking, just going north, walking, about to go hand business, everything. He just come up behind me just did one of these. I didn't see like his face or anything, but he was just like this and I'm like this. And you like just went in my pocket just, you know, move Yeah. Don't move. just, you know, I'm like, I'm, you know, so >> what were you doing hanging out over there? >> No, I was getting >> um You said >> 400 to $400, bro. >> You said it was a black male about 5'8. Yeah. >> What is there? You said there was two of them. >> Yeah. >> Um what what did the second person have? >> I didn't see what he had the shirt on, but he had like dark charcoal pants. >> All right. Dark charcoal pants. What else? >> Like being black, but >> Mhm. >> Uh I didn't see what jacket he had on the second guy, but the first guy I know he had on all black. >> Okay. Yeah, the first guy had all black. The second guy had charcoal pants, any orange hoods or anything like that or anything other description? >> I couldn't even see it for real. >> I was mad. I'm not going to I know what the first guy had, but >> instead of showing confusion or fear, Kayla laid out her story with calculation that signaled she wasn't really a victim. She had a script. The specific details in her account pointed more to staging than to objective truth. >> Damn, I forgot how many I had in the hundreds. But I know I had 400 all together, you know. >> Okay. >> Hey, did you happen to see a um guy run through here that had on gray pants and a charcoal or darker color shirt? Maybe. >> Nope. Okay. >> I don't even want to work no more. Like this. This is enough for me to quit, man. Like this in my head. Do you know what time you walk out? >> Is there a camera right here? Can you see the Can they're coming like in that corner right here like >> anywhere, >> bro. It's It's got to be an angle somewhere where you get it, bro. >> I only have two cameras back there. >> Oh my god. >> So, you were on the other street. You're on that street over there, right? >> Yeah. Like, is that right? >> Yeah. There's a house right here. There's a fence right here. >> I mean, >> yeah, you were right here. >> Yeah. Like, you know how that fence is? It's like on the other side where that house was. It's like >> where that mailbox at. >> Okay. >> I was walking toward towards that mailbox. And you see where like those at right here? >> Yeah. >> That trash can. >> Uh-huh. >> I walk past there. That's where it happened. >> Okay. >> I don't know if it go catch behind you or >> It came from behind me. >> So, you're just standing there. So it's like so it's like it just >> Yeah. >> And they help no move. They went in my pockets. He took my money. >> Okay. So he's Yeah. He needs to look at the other camera. >> Yeah. Right there. You're by this fence and then like >> Damn, bro. It's like right here. Hold on. >> You have to like right over here. You see like right over there by that house at >> I don't know if I capture all that sense. >> I don't know about I I have one more camera over there. If this doesn't pick it up for >> Do you know if the male had a brown hat and was carrying a book bag? >> Do you know if they had a backpack or anything? >> Yeah. I know they had a backpack for a fact. >> No backpack. >> I don't even walk. >> I don't. >> She gave precise descriptions of places yet stumbled when it came to time and other key factors. She pushed hard for surveillance footage, almost as if to steer the investigation toward her version. Denying the suspect's backpack and hat was another attempt to erase anything that might contradict her narrative. >> I'm coming down going towards that way going towards building. >> Yeah, >> I was about like I said towards house and I was leaving. >> That's when it happened. It happened right there by the house. >> What they need to do is track from this camera when they come out. >> Yeah. I want to see what time you come out. She said she walked out of Roses at 219. That's when she clocked out. So, we're tracking back on 219. What are you guys doing there? >> We was uh playing the game. That's when I tell was uh playing the game thing. >> Yeah. >> Just curious to see >> if more stuff happened over there. [Music] So she's got two dudes on each side of her and one in front. >> That one the one that Mind you, they're not the ones that did it. >> Those guys right here. >> Yeah, they're not the one that did it. >> Them two. Can you take >> What happened right here? Because you threw your stuff against the wall. >> You look pretty. >> No, that's Yeah, I had lost $100. That was it. That was that that what that was. That was it. But I got over that. for me. >> That was it. >> What time did you just >> right there? >> So, you were with her the entire time after that? >> After that, I immediately went to the store manager. She said she was in the break room and then that's when I saw you guys >> walking in. >> So, >> okay. >> I don't have uncomfortable conversation. You think she lost the whole 400? Make that story up. >> Using surveillance video, officers slowly pulled apart the holes in Kayla's story. The truth surfaced. She was tied to gambling and heavy losses. Cornered, she lost control of the narrative, scrambling to cover herself with flimsy, disjointed excuses. >> Tell you the truth, bro. >> I'm not I'm not I'm not going to be mad about $400, bro. I I swear to God, bro, I can take everything I everybody, man. I'm not going to lie about this. >> I think you lost a gambling. I don't think you got robbed. >> It's $100. I'm not going to be mad about losing $100. That's it. I mean, you were flipping out and drilling stuff. >> $100. That's that. I don't care about the $100. It's the rest of my money that I'm I'm missing. I >> Okay, >> I'm not going to lie about that right now, bro. I'm not >> I'm also saying that if you're getting a written statement and everything that's going to go on and it doesn't coordinate with what we have on video, >> there's going to be some issues. >> Okay. Okay. Let it be some issue. I'm not going to lie. >> I'm just saying that you could go to jail if you're lying to us. I'm just letting you know that. >> You're okay with that? All right, I'm standing firm on that. >> Okay, >> I'm standing firm on that >> cuz your story has a lot of loopholes in it and it doesn't correlate with what the video that >> you got the money stolen after you lost the 100. Correct. >> Yeah, after I lost 100. >> You understand? After you lost 100, you never left this premises whatsoever. You never left camera view. >> I went over here. I promise. >> We didn't see you. We saw you leave from here to there and then come back. >> That's crazy. Yeah. >> I don't know what to tell you other than it clearly doesn't happen cuz it's all on video and it appears to us like you're lying to us for unknown reason. Okay. I don't know why. >> I'm not lying, bro. I'm not lying, bro. And I don't want to charge you, but at this point we might because you've wasted all these officers time and there's a lot of people who need >> her everchanging claims about money and financial transactions became the final nail in the coffin. Police believe she had wasted their time and resources with a false report. Once the evidence stacked up, they made the call. Cuffs came out. >> No, I just No, I just I smoke. I I do smoke weed, but I don't smoke while I'm at work. I don't do that. I only do it. >> You don't care. I'm just trying to trying to give you, >> you know, I get it. I know I get it. >> I'm going to give you my work. Here's what I'm going to do. I'm collect all this video. >> Take one. So, >> I'm going to look through it again. Even though our patrol officers and our sergeant already did, but to give you the benefit of the doubt, I'm going to look through it again. And if I don't see any of that, I'm going to charge you. Okay. I'm going to get Is you a warrant for arrest. I'll call you. Maybe you'll turn yourself in. Okay. >> That's This is your last chance though cuz that's exactly what's going to happen. Unless something else to my story though. Do what you have to do. I know what I did. >> Do you have a receipt from when you got the cigarettes? >> I'm just putting it together. >> It looks like maybe you lost 100 bucks at first. You got more money out. It looks like maybe you lost more money. >> Maybe that 400. >> No, I didn't. You got pissed about it, which I would be upset. >> I'm going get mad. I don't get pissed. But >> you didn't get pissed initially, right? You went and got the ATM and you came back and you guys were chopping up a little more. >> Yeah. >> But then see, like I said with the guy with the red jacket, he Okay. So the guy Brian, he's told me he said if he gets it right, you can win your money back plus another 100. >> Okay. So you're g >> Yeah. He didn't get it right. So I lost 100. >> Okay. I know they didn't let you just gamble for free. >> No. No. >> So, what'd you put in? >> I just put 100%. >> I'm talking 100. >> Cuz that was I don't like put my phone 43. >> Just be real with me, man. Walk away. >> All right. I I try. We're going to go ahead and go so they can uh get moving before they I don't care. But I know what >> I don't want. I hope you don't, but I'm not going to I am going to look these videos back off real quick. Okay. >> All right. >> Yeah. This is in a minute. Okay. Put your hand in the couch real quick. Put your hands together like you don't got nothing around your neck. >> No. >> No. In the end, the suspect was arrested and charged with filing a false police report and obstructing an investigation. Penalties could include fines, jail time, or both, depending on the severity and state law. On December 12th, 2024, at the Southwest Airlines gate, airport officers were called in when a clearly intoxicated woman was denied boarding. But instead of backing off, she pushed her way toward the gate, wreaking of alcohol. staff quickly stepped in and here's what the camera captured. >> I didn't do anything wrong. Why did I do anything? I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong with you. >> Relax. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> I didn't find you back. Thank you so much. >> Thank you. >> Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. [Music] Stand up. >> Stand up, man. Stop. >> Relax. Relax. Kim, stop. Stop. >> Relax. [Applause] >> If you've ever dated someone like her, consider this footage a crash course in red flags. Every time she screamed, "I didn't do anything wrong. All I heard was, "I never learned how to take responsibility for my actions." And folks, that's a neon sign if I've ever seen one. Can you relax? Okay. Relax. Okay. >> Seriously, why are you doing this? This isn't fair. >> This isn't fair. I was just supposed to let it go. I was supposed to just go. >> I was supposed to go. I'm not. I'm a normal person. You're breaking my arms. >> Stand up. Oh my god. >> Start walking. >> I am a personal person. Please >> start walking. >> I just wanted to go home. >> Okay. >> Listen, I know that you guys think that this is >> just start walking. Okay. >> Just look at it. Just look at it. >> Please just look at it. I know that you see me. Please. My god. I know that you guys see me. Please. I was just trying to go. You're breaking my arm. You're breaking my arm. >> All right. >> You're breaking. >> You're breaking my arms. >> You're breaking my arms. Why is this okay? >> Why is this okay? Why is this okay? >> Start walking. I should not have to do this. I was >> I was just going home. >> She's home. You're breaking my arm. You're breaking >> here. Don't fall behind her. >> They brought out a wheelchair. Bless their hearts. But it didn't do a thing. She spiraled into full meltdown mode, crying, pleading, and losing emotional control fast. Honestly, my son used to do the same thing at the grocery store, but he was too. >> God, please let me break my arms. You're breaking my arms. You're breaking my arms. >> Please let me go. Please, my arms are killing me. >> Well, start walking. Please please ma'am. Ma'am, please. Ma'am, please my arms. >> All right. Very careful. >> My arms. Please. My arms are hurting so bad. Please, please, please let me go. Please let me go. Please let me go. My arms are hurting so bad. Please let me go. I'm in a hurry. >> Please let me sit. >> Start walking. Stand up. Get up. >> Get up. >> Please just give me a surgery. >> My arms. Please. Look at my arms. >> We are right now. >> Please look at my arms. >> Please look at my arms. I can't. I cannot. >> Hold on. Stop. Stop. Stop. He's got to search. >> Please take him off. Please. But listen, please please please listen my arms. I can't feel my arms. Please. I'm asking you. Please. Please. Please. I'm begging you. >> I was going to make the door on the bottom. I couldn't secure it. >> I'm begging you. >> Here you go. Let me check. >> Well, please. They're hurting so bad. >> Are you seated? >> Just take them off. Please. Just take them off. No, >> you're going to jail for public intoxication. All right. And resisting arrest, okay? During the escort, she kept yelling nonsense and making incoherent, borderline offensive comments, including a few jabs about other people's gender. It was less flight delay, more emotional crash landing. >> I got up. 0. >> Sit up. We're going to get your seat belted in. This isn't fair. You're >> all right. Put your foot here. >> Why are you doing this to me or anything else? Yeah. >> I just wanted to go home. >> You know, you hear me? I just wanted to go home. This wasn't fair. This wasn't fair. >> You'll be all right. >> But what is this ruin my whole life, >> officer? Good one. >> Good one. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Good one. Yes, ma'am. Just calm down. >> Why would you do this? But I'm not I didn't look at my legs. >> You kept kept fighting with us. >> No, that person was mad because I wouldn't accept it. That that gay person or whatever was pissed off because I wouldn't accept it. They said, "This is what you get. Listen, this wasn't >> Okay, turn on. >> Listen, >> do you remember where you drank yesterday at the airport? >> Oh, uh, at that uh like it was like a like that place. Who was there? >> Right there by your gates. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. >> Hey, Leone. >> You're good. They've got you. They've got you. They got you. You're fine. They got you. They got you. She was transported to Davidson County Jail. The whole way there, she kept asking why she was being arrested, like this was her first time being told no. That confusion, it wasn't innocent. It was the fog of too many drinks clouding what little judgment was left. >> You need to sit back and act right. Okay, >> listen. If you keep acting out, you're not going to be able to get out until a long time. >> You're not letting me out. We're about to be there. Just try to relax. Okay. >> Mess with my phone. >> Are you ready? Let me get that. Let me get that off. Okay. >> I know. But why am I in this situation right now? >> Turn this way, please. No. Let's let her do it in there. Where am I? >> Davis in jail. Sit >> down. Nashville. [Music] >> You're going to have to go to the airport to get your stuff when you get released. Okay. >> What does that mean? >> This bag is >> I'm arrested. But how do I get released? >> No, you have to bond now. >> Yeah. >> It's an easy process. Okay. I never even had a traffic. >> But like what is traffic? >> You're going to jail for public intoxication. Okay. Conduct and resisting arrest. Okay. >> She was combed with us at the airport, but she's calmed down since. Okay. >> All right. Just listen to him. Okay. In the end, she was charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Now, here's the real question. Was this a one-time drunken meltdown, or the tip of a much deeper issue that's been hiding behind a bottle? We'd love to hear your take. What do you think really happened behind those tears and tantrums? Next up, what happens when cops have to face off with the most disrespectful teens in town? On October 5th, 2023 in New Mexico, police were called out to a children's shelter after several teen girls started screaming, throwing things, locking themselves in rooms, and even assaulting staff members. Some of the girls were listed as runaways, even though the court had already terminated parental rights and ordered them to stay at the facility. And here's how it all went down. >> Girls are in custody. Um, Vienna's rights have been terminated. The girls are supposed to be in custody. They are on runaway status and we need them back in. Um, investigators have gone out to the home and assessed it as unsafe, which means that we definitely can't >> um safety plan. Plus, we have to address the fact that we have now got paint on our walls. Um, they have been up on the tables. They're out of control. >> Tables >> and we need to get her assessed. She has twice said that she'd rather be >> What happened to that day where y'all said my mom could be my parent? What happened to that? >> I don't know anything about that. >> No, we were doing a fostering connection thing and you said that it would be great if my mom could be my thing. So, I don't know the paper what the call, but I have the paper about what you said. >> I'm working on your paper. >> I don't know what's going on, but I do know that something is not being I'm going to be completely honest with you. You know more about the situation. >> They say I'm doing domestic walking on the table. I was right here just talking the whole entire time just walking back and forth talking. I was just to stay at home. >> They're going to force you to get in the car. >> I'm talking about staying at the >> You don't have to stay at the home. >> Yeah, but they can force you to car police. You realize I can get rides anywhere from anyone I want, right? >> It doesn't matter. Police. So even if they're new forces of the car, we can just >> cuz I'm not going. >> I've already heard what he said. I've already heard. >> I don't want to go again. >> Proven like late in the afternoon so I can figure out what my rights are because I feel like my life's getting >> it works. >> Is it? What needs to happen? From the start, it was clear. These girls were acting out with zero regard for the consequences. But behind that chaos, you could almost feel the heavy scars, abandonment, unstable homes, a lifetime of love and discipline that never showed up when they needed it most. >> I wanted to want you to be honest with me. Okay. >> Do you want to hurt yourself? No, I never said anything like that. >> Just get me clean. >> Just listen to what I'm saying. >> Damn. >> Say yes or no. >> No. >> Do you want to? >> No. >> You want to? >> No. >> You want to hurt anybody else? >> No. >> Okay. >> If you're not the one who charges them with anything, then there's no need for you to be here. There's need for us to be here. I I think the only problem is Mom Mom needs to leave >> cuz she's not a custodian here. She needs to go. Okay. She doesn't have custody over these three. She doesn't need to be here. >> She ain't in custody. She's 19. >> Are you 19 doing here then? >> Get out of here. >> Can I make you? But you have no business being here. >> I just All right. Stop. No. Hey, you're putting your hands on me. You don't need to put your hands on me. >> Stop. Calm down. Hey, calm down. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Police. Let's go. >> Let's go. Stop. Stop. Stop. Please. Stop. Stop. Hold on a minute. Hold on a minute. >> Hold on a minute. Put your ass up again. Stop. Let's go. >> Stop. Get the cat. Let's go. >> When one woman was asked to leave, she exploded. And just like that, the situation escalated into an arrest. The sad truth, when adults can't control their own emotions, they end up fanning the flames of rebellion in the very kids they claim to be helping. >> Stop. >> I saw them. They put their hands back everything. That was wrong. Wrong as hell. You got little kids. Y'all hold these little kids. Y'all gun to my little kids. Y Let my kids go. Let my kids go off now. Y'all get my kids like this. Y up like this. Y my kids. Stop. >> Stop. >> Let's go outside. >> You are I am going outside. I'm going outside with my damn child going outside. She is. >> I don't care. I don't care what they're telling you. You need to get your mother judge down here and tell him he made a goddamn mistake. This my family. >> Y already done it. Get over here. Cat. Give her the cat. >> Give her the cat. Give her the cat. >> The cat. Give her the cat. >> No, I'm not going outside cuz you're already putting your hands on my cat. >> No. >> No, I'm not. >> I'm not going outside. Y'all put >> me. Okay. [Music] That's enough. >> No, please. >> I got >> Hey, listen. Listen. [Applause] >> Hey, let's go. >> They don't want to go. Let them go. >> You're not going back in. >> You're not going back in there. >> Okay. Let her go. Let her go. >> Don't enough to them. Enough. Enough. I'm enough. >> You need to get back enough. You talk with me and then you're taking my kids away. Let her go. Let her go. Let her go. >> There's a fine line between being disrespectful and having a full-blown behavioral disorder. And too often that line gets crossed by unstable adults who should have known better. Watch how some of these grown-ups act and you'll realize not every bad kid starts out bad. Sometimes they're just mirroring the chaos they were raised in. You're being [Applause] >> You're being deter already sick. He was already dying. He didn't want to do nothing. Come on. He didn't kill himself. [ __ ] that. They should have helped that man. very want to be pushing on my kids. You want to be grabbing my kids like that. You're wrong though, dog. But that's cool though. We will deal with it. >> Go get out of here. >> Just get back. >> Stoping pushing me. >> Get back. >> Now put your hands up cuz they wrong. They're noting right. They slip the kids off. You made a mistake. Let us let us figure it out. You're >> I feel trapped in here. >> Oh my god. Why are you >> You work with us, we'll work with you. Quit banging your head on my head. I can't my head. Quit. >> We have a lot going on right now. Stop. [Music] [Applause] Let me walk her so much easier. >> Stop. >> Stop fighting. >> Stop fighting. Please stop fighting. >> Mommy, >> please stop fighting. >> Mommy. This is exactly why so many good teachers walk away from the profession. They realize you can't save someone who doesn't want to be saved. These kids aren't all to blame. If the parents had done their part, maybe these children wouldn't be growing up behind cold walls and locked doors. >> No, they better not have done anything to her. She's too young. >> I know they have. >> What happened to her? Can I please go back there and check on her? Keep us from Let's keep this separated for now. >> I am. I'm trying to get our other figure out. >> Okay. What's going on? And we'll have to deal with her. >> You're hurting yourself. That's not your hurting me. So, what the Does it matter? >> What does it matter? Huh? If you're already hurting me, does it even matter? >> Listen to me. Relax. Ready? Stop. Stop. >> Stop. >> I told you I >> secret three. I have a right here at Burger King. Give me your hands. >> Give me your hands. Still got him. >> Which one needed the wrap? The ones over there. >> Yeah. >> Okay, I'm going to go ahead over that way. >> What? My legs are gone. >> Just let her go. I got her. >> You want to sit her up? >> I got her. I got her. We can do this. Hey, relax. Relax. Okay. Relax. You're all right. No. >> Hey, look at me. >> Eventually, officers managed to get the situation under control, but not without paying a price in pure exhaustion. Three girls were arrested, one for biting an officer, another for attacking a social worker. This wasn't just teenage rebellion anymore. It was a flashing warning sign of a broken system running on fumes. >> I know. I know. >> It's the girl that that girl over there is the one that called him. >> Okay. Are we going to fix this issue on housing them here? We don't want to house them here >> or get or can we are we going to get anybody incarcerated today? >> Can we if we have a bed? Yes. >> Cuz this is this is starting to become a major major major >> It is problems. >> You're the Are you the watch planner that's supposed to call me back later? >> Uh oh. >> You don't have to. >> One of us. Yeah. One of us supposed to call you. >> You don't have to. You don't. >> Yeah. I'm here now. Now it's getting worse. My guys My guys are getting bit by people. We're now we're having to physically run after them. It's >> so are these workers every day. >> Yeah. So, something needs to happen. >> So, so here's the situation that we have. >> They are refusing the placements that are offered, which I guess they can. >> I thought I thought they were juveniles. I thought >> they can ref I thought they have no say. >> We're trying. We're trying so hard. There's no male beds. There might be female beds in detention. So, we'll have to let this man is the one you need to talk to for that. Okay. Um there's no placements that will take some of them and we can't put them in we can't force them to go because there isn't a medical reason for them to go. 14 they have the ability to refuse medical care not placement but medical care and so that's why we can't do anything. So when they when they do act up where we can get something where they might be detained we try to call and get them detained. But now because the governor wants all the gun people in jail we can't get them in jail. We're going to have to figure out something because somebody's going to get seriously hurt >> and it's not and it's not going to be us. I guarantee you that cuz if they keep on doing what they're doing right now, they are going to get seriously hurt for Ario or what? What? I know the one that ran is for sure. >> That one's Ario and battery against on me. She bit me. >> Yep. And battery on the on the CFD worker. >> Okay. This other one that we handcuffed in here, what is she under arrest for? >> I have no idea. I was just >> Okay. She's just detained. So, she didn't obstruct anybody or anything? No. >> Okay. >> All right. So, we will release her back to them. >> Okay. >> No. >> Which one? >> The one that we handcuffed that was in this building. >> That's the one that pushed somebody. No. >> Wait, wait, wait. Not Not the one that was on the floor in here, >> but the one that was in this building. >> She pushed Teresa. >> Who did she Who did she push? >> She pushed Teresa in the in the ambulance. >> So, Teresa's at the hospital. >> Yes. Teresa Goodwin. >> In the end, all three teens were charged with resisting arrest and criminal damage. If convicted, their consequences could include time in juvenile detention, court-ordered community service, probation with supervision, or mandatory education programs. And now the real question for all of us. Should we be building special boot camps for teens like this? Or is it finally time to fix the root problems before the next generation ends up behind bars, too? So, what happens when cops get outnumbered by an entire family? On February 21st, 2023, police responded to a domestic call after a woman reported her boyfriend ripped up her purse during an argument. What started as a simple incident report quickly escalated when family members jumped in and started interfering with the officers. And here's what happened next. >> I'm not doing nothing. >> It's okay. It's okay. It's okay. >> I'm not touching you, sir. I'm keeping you away from her. I'm keeping you around. I'm keeping you. >> Who's that guy over there? Don't worry about it. Have a seat right here. >> Let me stand. I'm glad to stand. >> Sit down. >> I don't feel like sitting. >> Sit down or you going to sit in the back of that car? >> I don't feel like sitting, bro. In the back of the car. >> All you guys are pigs. You know that. >> Peter, calm down. >> You guys are [ __ ] You know that. You trying to help me out? >> Turn around. >> He's not letting him. >> I'm not me. >> Back up. Put him on his face. >> I'm going to sue you guys. Just watch. >> Back up, man. >> I have a disc on my back. >> Okay, then get inside. >> I cannot move that good. I'm trying to go to my truck. >> He will let me. He cannot put that way. Go. >> I don't want to go that way. I want to go. >> Walk that way. Walk that way. >> I need my son's backpack. No, you don't need nothing. You need to walk away. >> I'm not under. >> Hey, put your hands behind your back. >> I am sick. >> Put your hands on my two young children. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I don't want anything to happen to him. >> Have you taped? He's fine. Just >> I know, but like he's freaking out because he sees everything that's going on. It's his motions, bro. He has nothing to do with this. >> Okay. He's okay. >> All right. >> All it was he got tased. >> You got like six cops here, bro. >> You say you're okay, but like you're okay. He's promised, bro. >> Really? What do you guys need? >> Look at what they're doing to her. >> I know. I know. They're pigs, bro. That's all they are. They're not going to listen to you. They back themselves. Don't listen to them, bro. >> She can't even move that well. >> They don't give a man. They don't give a [ __ ] >> Let's just say this boyfriend came with a real charm package. unemployed, living off his girlfriend, letting his dog poop all over her place, and throwing a tantrum when she called him out for drinking too much. That little cocktail led to the fight that sparked it all. >> I have his shoulders. Look at my shoulders. >> Okay, then stop push pulling away. >> It'll make it easy. >> Walk. I need help to walk. >> I can't walk with my hands behind my back. >> Well, you're under arrest, so >> I can't walk with my hands behind my back. cuz I have a tendency of falling. >> We're going to make sure you don't fall. You all right? >> Yeah. I just didn't mean for all of this to happen. I just wanted to hit the rip. That's all. >> Talk to me. >> Me and my boyfriend were arguing and nothing got physical and he ripped one of my bags and I got mad. So, I wanted to make a report and that's all all of this happened. >> Why did this all happen? >> Cuz he's got bad temper, I guess. I don't know. >> Which ones are your boyfriend? I don't know the one with the short hair. >> I don't even have anything >> here. Lean against the car. Take some deep breaths on >> my back. >> Is your back hurt now? >> We got the fire department on the way. >> Call my husband over here. >> We'll call your husband in a second. >> I have anxiety. Call my husband. >> Okay, listen. Listen, listen, listen. >> We're not trying to arrest him. We're not trying to take him to jail. But when you're impeding when an officer is trying Listen. When you're impeding when an officer trying to do his job, that's when you catch a charge. >> I was trying to get my son to calm down. >> Help him. >> That's your brother's girlfriend right there. >> Uh her name's Eileen. >> Okay. >> Santino's girlfriend's Eileen. >> Okay. Is that your mom's wheelchair right there? >> Yes. Okay. >> She has a back problem. >> She's got back problems. >> Yeah. She She It hurts for her to walk. >> Okay. Hang out right there and we'll get everything squared away. >> Now, if someone's health is that bad, how'd she manage to climb into a car, drive all the way over here, and then jump into the middle of a brawl? Funny how folks only get too weak when it's time to face consequences, but when it's time to throw hands, they're suddenly full of energy. Do >> we have the fire department to come check on you? >> Check on my mom. >> You're a deal. >> Go check my mom. >> Oh, we'll check your mom, too. But is your is it your feel? >> Don't worry about Don't worry about my mom first. >> Okay. >> Medical issues, bro. She can barely walk. >> All right. What was your mom wearing? So, here's the deal. All right. >> Yeah. >> Let's start from square one. Okay. >> Like I said, I just showed up after the fact. Okay. >> I pulled you away so that your your brother or Theo, whoever it was, >> I understand how you guys work. >> Okay. >> And I don't I don't agree with it, but I mean, all nothing was even going on. He was being pissed off just because he was trying to keep away from my mom. He has nothing to do. He wasn't trying to keep her anybody away from me. >> Uhhuh. >> Our situation is with me. So him getting like all my mom, there was no reason for that. >> Okay. >> That's why he's getting pissed off. >> I'm my name's Officer Harrison. I got to take some photos of you real quick. Okay, man. >> For what? >> Just your injuries to document any injuries that you may have. >> Is my mom okay? >> Yeah, she's worried about we're going to get her medical attention right now. You're all >> Hey, what's his what's his bag number? 896. >> We're talking. >> What is it? >> 896. 896. What's your last name? >> Velasco. >> Velasco 896. Um, he was bringing the dogs out and I guess he got, "Oh, don't touch my dogs. Don't touch my dogs. I don't want, you know, I don't want them to get shot or whatever." And I guess that's escalated. I don't know. >> So, you didn't see nothing? >> I didn't see anything. I was trying to stay behind the door. >> What's your person? >> Eileen. >> What was she pissed off about? Your girl? >> Because I wouldn't pick up the [ __ ] in the room. >> Okay. And that's what started the whole argument? >> Yeah. I'm over here being up and she's telling me to do it. >> I'm telling her I'm not going to do something like being just give me a like an order. You know what I mean? >> Yeah. >> That's all the hell. >> So, here's the rundown. He got drunk, let the dog go right there in her house, smashed her phone to stop her from leaving, then forced her to drive him somewhere. She called the cops. He called his whole family over to play the team backup card. >> Seriously, anything physical? Let me talk to my supervisor real quick. Okay. Yeah. Do you mind if I >> And I guess another comment that kind of made me mad, that made me want to call you guys is him telling me that he only uses me for financial support. Okay. >> Yeah, I'm good. >> So, I show up. This male is either high or something. He's drunk as [ __ ] >> That's okay. That's what it was. He's coming out. He's got two big ass dogs. Tells his brother, "Get my dogs." Okay. Same size. Hey, man. How many dogs you got? You You guys don't care about dogs. All right. Mom gets out of the car. She like, "Get your [ __ ] Let's go. You don't have to talk to him. Get your [ __ ] Let's go." So, I guess he gets the last dog and mom and brother box him in by the by the door. >> So, like your mom and dad >> box me out of talking to him. >> Oh, okay. >> They're like, "Oh, no. He's not talking to me. I'm like, "Man, I got to talk to you." He's like, "No, no, you." So, I grab that guy's arm. That's when brother and mom get into it. Grabbed me by the vest. >> The mom did or the brother? >> The brother. >> Where's his brother at? >> Okay. >> He's trying to He has everybody right here like in that little So, I came up and I saw him trying to hold both. So, I grabbed this dude. >> Cuffed him up. I pulled him away to try to sit down and he was immediately I don't do [ __ ] I'm going to stand. >> So, I just started taking him to a unit. This was locked. So, I just kind of waited and called stuff out. I'm walking this way. I see him arguing with the the brother. I don't know what happens because they kind of go behind the the stairwell. Okay. >> The boyfriend denied everything and flipped the script, claiming she set him up. Meanwhile, officers found themselves outnumbered and had to use force just to regain control. His mom and brother didn't just get involved. They stirred the pot, turning a simple call into an allout circus. To be honest, it would have been fine if that cop didn't show up and get all scared because my brother's like twice the size of him, you know. >> Yeah. I I can't answer for that cop, man. I can only answer for myself. >> Yeah. I heard the taser go off. >> Yeah. >> And he must have been scared. >> Yeah. So, >> yeah. If he's that scared, I don't know why he's doing course. I'm just saying. >> Like I said, I I can't answer for him. Not >> for everybody, right? >> It's not. >> Yeah. It's not to that guy. >> So, that that's between him and your brother and everything that he has to answer for. >> Well, yeah. That and like whatever, you know, family he has protecting cuz obviously he So, like I said, the only thing that I know of is the story that you've told me. Just just worry about my mom. Don't worry about me. >> Can you like kick your leg back, please? >> Miss Martinez. Um, so you are getting cited today for resisting obstructing an officer. You're not going to jail. This is the alternative for that. >> Um, you have you have until uh February 24th, which is this Friday, to appear municipal court at 135 East Criggs. Is he good to go too? >> So which one is the uh 87? >> So who the 87? >> This guy is the brother. >> Yes, I believe so. >> Uh he's not the one that put himself on 896, right? >> No, it was the other guy. the bigger piece unit and I want to take this off your stuff back. All right. Just hold on. This unit stuff is on top of the car. That's everything. >> Yeah. >> What? >> All right. Done. Take care. >> Stay with him for Yeah. >> Uh, no. He's not on yet.
