He just stole a squad car. He just stole a squad. He's bound on 51 in the southbound lanes. Shots fired. Shots fired. Shots fired. Get down on the ground. Get down on the ground. >> Bad boys. Bad boys. What you going to do? What you going to do when they come for you? Bad boys. Bad boy. >> We got to get a theme song. >> We need a theme song >> because you sound so much like it. We're going to get copyright. >> Listen, I'm a little bit nervous we might get a copyright strike on us. >> It's the >> the YouTubers. Oh, no. It's >> the cop. >> And the con me. >> That's what they all say. >> Hey, that's what they all say. >> Shaggy one me. >> Hey, we thank everybody. We're growing daily. People are liking, comment, subscribing, putting work in. We've been in the 239 locked in here doing these videos. When we get together, man, it's like two little kids. We have fun. >> Yeah, it is. It's >> And it's fun doing these and breaking them down. >> It's super fun doing these things. And I, you know, I don't really understand the whole concept of the reaction video, which the ones that aren't all that funny. >> Yeah, I don't either. I mean, there's a lot of people that I look and I get a little upset. I see they got millions of subscribers and what they're doing. I'm like, "Buddy, this guy's boring." But I get it. No hate, no shade. >> Yeah. And we and we take a little bit of heat sometimes because the incidents are very serious. Police officers are involved, victims are involved, subjects are involved, a lot of uh, you know, a lot of violence. But hey, listen. You know, we know for sure the cons are always >> guilty, right? They're always guilty and the cops are always good. No, I will tell you that we we're very good at pointing out officers that >> I think we go down the line fair. >> Yeah, we do. >> I think we do. We do. Yeah. >> All right. Where are we getting into here, bro? Cuz I don't know if they can see the video, but these people don't look too scary. >> Not yet. We're going to bring it up right now. We're going to go all the way to uh Mon, Illinois. And it's by Decar. >> Decatur. >> It's not too far from me. An hour maybe. Yeah. Maybe a little more. >> Yeah. >> Um >> from where I grew up. >> Yeah. Well, you grew up up there. Now, these these uh officers are out there. It looks like a little rainy day. They got called I think they got called to a convenience store. >> Not squared away. >> You don't think it's squared away? >> I don't think this cop looks squared away right here. >> Which one? >> This one. >> What? The one over here? The one over here? >> Not squared away. I don't know. I can't see too. >> This guy's over. It's raining out, babe. >> Buddy, the way you like them squared away. I don't think this one's >> Let's go ahead and play this one. Um I got a chance to preview it real quick. Uh good one for watch. >> Let's see it. >> This ain't the end, man. This just Come on now. >> We're in this thing together. Come on now. >> Has he got a hostage situation? >> Yeah, we're trying to figure out exactly what we got going here. I believe we got a situation where there's a guy up by the cruiser and they're trying to >> talk with him. >> Oh, is that them way over there? >> Yeah, up there. Up there in the middle of the intersection right here. Yeah. >> What? Over look over there to the left. You see the person? >> Yeah, he's he's that's him. >> Yeah, he's over here. And you got a you got >> He's trying to talk him in. >> Correct. >> And this guy's like I'm pigeon towed. Well, sometime them cold, rainy Illinois days. He just stole a squad. >> He just he took the squad took it southbound lanes. >> So, yeah. So what it was was this guy was up for some reason he was able to get in the intersection and the officer probably walked away from his vehicle and he must have walked up to >> Okay. So the squad's right there. >> His squad's right here. Yes. So as you'll see, he's going to be standing out in front of it or he's right there in front of it right now or beside the with the with the driver side door open. And he goes ahead and jumps in. And I don't What's the siren button do? I'm about >> He took off. He took off with it. >> He just stole a squad car. >> Listen, this is not This is not a fun scenario for the law enforcement. >> Well, how did they let him get to there? Where's the cop? >> They They must have let him. So, this must have been down here that convenience store where they were talking about. They got a call and evidently he worked his way up and got over there with that car. >> He's northbound on 51 of the southbound lanes and marked squad. >> Hey Dave, I got to tell you a quick story. Um, >> crazy. >> I actually got a call in the middle of the night was a captain patrol division and we had a deputy that called me or it was a sergeant that called me said, "Hey, we got a problem cap." I go, "What you got?" They go, "Well, we had someone steal one of our patrol cars." And I go, "Yeah, that's not good, >> right?" >> This is at 2, three o'clock in the morning. And I go, "Where are they now?" And he goes, "Well, they didn't make it too far. They went down the street about a mile and a half away and crashed it." And yeah, I go, "Well, how did they get the car?" Well, you know, we were looking for them and we think somebody left the door open, left the car running. Boom, they got it. So, it does happen. Well, let me tell you this. >> Quite frequently. Did you Did you take >> No. Well, my sister used to own a body shop. I won't say the name of it. And they used to fix the police cars. >> Yeah. >> So, I was supposed to be the detailer, but I just take them to the car wash and have them wash them. And so, I drove the cop car and I turned the lights on while I was flying down the road. And my sister's friend said, um, called my sister, Heather. I just seen the craziest thing. My sister said, "What?" She goes, "Your brother in a cop car." She goes, "No." She goes, she goes, "That wasn't strange. That wasn't strange that your brother was in a cop car. He was driving it with the lights on. I prom Buddy, have you heard the story? My wife is off camera. >> Can you clarify or verify? >> Pick it up. Pick it up. >> Go ahead on with the video. >> Clarify and verify. Let's see if we can get this live. Let's see if we can get this live. >> Um, she's going to think you're in it right now, but let's get her on Get her on the line. All right, here we go. I want to see if we can get her. >> We're going to clarify and verify. >> Tell me when to stop it. >> Hopefully, she answers. Let's see if she answers. >> Heather. >> Yeah. >> I have a question. I'm live at the Cop and Con. Say hi, Tim. >> Hey, Heather. How you doing? >> How you doing? >> Fantastic. How are you? Oh, >> we're good. >> Um, so we're watching a reaction video here. You know, our new reaction channel, Cop and Con, and they're in a high-speed chase. A guy just stole a cop car. So, me and Tim were telling each other stories. Why don't you tell them what your friend told you when they um passed me up in a cop car one time when I worked at your body shop? >> Um, what is David doing driving a cop car? >> Dave Dave was driving a cop car. No way. >> Yeah, they said I seen your brother in a car, but that wasn't weird in a cop car. He's always in them, but he was driving one with the lights on. >> Is that not a true story? Yes, that's a very true story. >> Yes. See, so I just >> So, so we we always want to try to clarify and we also must >> to verify. So, >> I don't think Tim believes my stories. Why would I make these up for >> Trust me, I believe, you know, the the cold call actually it really helps a lot. >> All right. I love you, [ __ ] >> We love it. Thanks. We got to hear more. We got want to hear more. >> Who am I hanging around with? Who am I hanging around with? My [ __ ] likes to forget that she grew up in the same trailer. She see me at bars act like she didn't know me. >> Jeez finally. >> Oh, this is interesting. Is there any? >> So, we lost it from the call and all, but >> yeah. So, basically, it's it's not much to it. So, you got the >> He took off driving. >> They took off driving. So, they've they've located the car. Um it's parked out behind a a building. >> Looks like some silos. Mon's a kind of a country rural community. Kind of a country town. >> M Illinois. >> Yeah. Oh, so this is kind of interesting. You got the cop, you got the police officer drawing down on another sheriff's deputy car. >> Been cranking some rounds. >> Yeah, but why didn't he shoot? >> He should have shot while he was still there, I guess. >> Well, he probably was trying to see what was going on. >> He don't even know where drive is. >> Jesus had the shotgun out. Did >> he say he's pulling a shotgun out? >> Yeah, he had a shotgun out. Oh, that's why he stayed back. He could turn his wipers off. >> He's actually driving really cool. >> He's driving like he's going to dinner. >> He's at like a seven and what is he about a 74? >> Yeah, 74. >> I'd be like a freaking I'd be like a 12 and a onehanded with a freaking gun off the way. >> He's just kind of like another day in making. Another day in making. >> I mean, hit me. Am I Is it just me? >> No, he is definitely. >> I mean, I'd be like I'd be bare knuckled, white knuckle. >> I'd be going a little faster, I think, if the guy had a shotgun that way. >> Point the shotgun out to the driver's side when he went past me. >> They roll the shotgun out after there, bro. >> Meet me down at Woolly's after work. You know what I mean? Like >> people don't realize how country Illinois is. So you think of Chicago. So you think a lot of corn >> corn and beans. So there's a lot of country right there. >> I'm from Illinois. I'm country. You know what I mean? Think of how I talk and how I know. >> Country bunkin. Is it a bumpin or bunkin? >> Well, it all depends who you talking to. >> Country bunkin. >> Some people call it bunkin. Some people call it bumpkin. >> This is probably a horrible speed chase here. This guy's tall. This is the fella that's probably standing in the road. That real tall towed cuz his camera's on on the steering wheel. Most of them like I don't know where his camera's at. Or maybe he's short. Maybe. I don't know. >> Maybe it's the wrong one. I don't know where >> his body came. >> What'd he do? What'd he do, Dave? >> Uh, he crashed. >> He must have crashed into somebody. >> What did he do? Did he pile drive that car? >> Did he hit him or what did he do? >> What did he do here? What did he do? What did he do? I don't think we can see it. >> Well, no. We can't even see out his camera. >> Yeah, his camera's straight up. >> Okay, he's driving. >> He maybe the guy hit his brakes. >> I think someone I think the guy the dude he's chasing hit the bad guy. >> Yeah, the bad guy. >> Oh, there's a bad guy up there. >> I don't know. It's hard to tell which vehicle's what now. >> Oh, he's hurt. >> Yeah. My hands are >> banged up. >> Well, he had his hand too low. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I'm fine. I'm fine. >> I'm fine. I'm fine. Poor guy. >> All right. So, there's the vehicle in the middle of the road. >> Okay. >> Bad guys out there. There. Looks like the bad guy is up there with it. >> I don't know who that dude crashed into. I guess him and he kept going maybe. >> Yeah, he he I think he backed he >> he back into I believe. Yeah. And then he goes forward and Yeah. >> So I believe they're using the vehicle now >> for for cover. Yeah. And I think he's up in the road up here. >> So he got out and took off. >> Yeah, he's Yeah, you see him out there in the road right now. >> Is that him right there? >> Yeah, I think it's him. And then you got your got your deputies using the car for cover. >> He got a gun or what's he doing? I can't >> Yeah, he got I think he got the shotgun out. Shut that damn siren off. >> Yeah, for God's sake, buddy. People sleeping around. >> Move your gun down so we can see. >> This dude's camera action sucks. Now he's going for like a Oh, shots fired. >> He dropped a gun or what did he do? >> Let's go back. Just I'm sorry. >> Well, we can't see. >> Yeah, they shot him. That's one camera there. All right, another camera view. >> I want to see the accident. Here he goes. Here he goes. Let's see the wreck. >> Okay, you're doing that U-turn in the road. Oh, Jesus. Oh, I see what happened. I see what happened. >> He did a smokey in a bandit. >> He did. He did. He smacked into one of his >> boy. It was wet, too. >> Boy. Boy, if you wreck this car, I don't care who your daddy is. Hey, boy. Hey, boy. Where's Sheriff Brand? >> Remember? He goes, I remember. >> I'm Sheriff Brand. He goes, >> "Oh, thought you'd be taller." Hey boy, where's Sheriff Brford? >> I am Sheriff Brford. >> For some reason or another, you sound a little taller on radio. >> Remember, you know what I'm talking about. >> Yeah, I do remember. >> You put this part in. >> Yeah. >> Hey, boy. >> I'll do what I can. >> Buddy, got a lot of work to do. Where's SR? >> He's He's out. He's out of commission. Boom. Done. >> He crashed into him, dummy. Yeah, I'm fine. I'm fine. >> He's fine. He's fine. >> That's bad guy right there. That's a bad guy right there. So, bad guy, >> you got the bulletproof vest. >> Bad guy. This is uh Yeah, this So, he smacked up his car. >> Bad guy's hurt. Bad guy's up there and he's using the vest for cover. He looks a little committed, Dave. Don't be a thing, buddy. >> He knows it's over. >> He got that shotgun. Probably don't know how to use it. >> Well, look how he's holding it. >> I don't think these guys see a lot of action. Well, it looks kind of weird because the way the camera's going and he's this way >> that way, but I think he's pointing that way. >> But but I don't think these guys see a lot of action. >> It's a 360 camera. >> They're making Illinois. We're not seeing a lot of action. >> No. >> No. >> There's Sarge right there. This is not Sarge. >> Sarge. Sarge. >> Yeah, he's So, basically, it's the way the camera angle is, but >> he's beating in on him. He's trying to put that bulletproof vest on. >> Yeah, too late. >> He's still trying to go. >> Another view. >> It's good to get these multiple angles because you get the idea. >> Yeah, because there's a lot going on. >> Stolen patrol cars. >> Come on, Albert. Get up here. Come on. Come on, Albert. Jeez. Come on. >> Probably Del. >> I don't know who who did he smack into this making guy. I don't know. >> Oh, not that. That was a >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah, he's done. >> He's still trying to go. And get down on the ground. Get down on the ground. >> Is the best. >> He's unarmed. So, how do you know he's unarmed, though? Well, that's if you listen now, I think he says he's unarmed, but I think he does say he might have a knife, I think. >> Yeah. So, how you gonna say he's unarmed, dummy? >> Well, he's still got knives. >> He's still got knives. >> Get down on the ground. >> Suicide by cop here. >> Suicide by cop. >> Get down on the ground. >> Get on the ground. Get on the ground right now. >> On the ground. >> On the ground right now. >> On the ground. >> This dude's hopped up on something. >> Okay, I want Super Troopers. Pull it over. Pull it over. >> But I mean, how long are we going to do this? >> Pull over. I am over. >> How long are we going to do this? >> He just He's already been shot. He wants to die, man. >> Is that a gun? No, I don't think so. Bob, >> you going to Lily's tomorrow for breakfast? >> Stupid idiots. >> Sorry. >> Get on the [ __ ] ground. >> What What sign do I have? >> He won't die. He won't die. What sign do I have? What we got going? >> Hey, who done it? >> Who done it? Who done it? Who damn done it? >> I don't know. >> Get on the ground. >> Sad really, man. >> Yeah, it is. It is. I'll roll it up a little bit. >> Drop the knife and get on the ground. >> So, he's got a knife, I guess. Don't get on the ground. >> I'm going to die. >> He's going to charge on us. Back up. Back up. Back up. Create more distance. Create more distance. >> These guys, man. there. >> I don't know what it's Hey, when's the last time they had shooting one down there? When's the 4H fair? Stepped up stupid. Jeez. >> You know, overall though, I think they did a good job based on what they had. They had a stolen car, though. >> I think they did a good job, Dave. Law enforcement wise, it looked it looked a little keystone, >> buddy. >> It looked a little keystone. >> They did nothing good. >> Here, here's why. >> Okay, Dave. >> What? Tell me how you're down here and your car's up here. But you're going to get the criminal, but the criminal's up here in your car >> and he's taking off. >> So, >> but but you're right to get to that point. But as far as I'm talking about their tactics to get him in control, >> buddy. >> Buddy, >> the guy's driving. Okay. The worst high-speed chase in history. Okay. They're driving. They crash into each other like a dag on smoking and a bandit part three. The worst one by the way. >> And they totaled the whole their whole uh >> their whole squad. And then they get out there. They act like the last time they held their gun when they were feeasant hunting. You know what I mean? Like they probably are better with shotguns shooting ducks and feeasants. >> Listen. >> Sorry guys. >> Making guys. I'm with you. >> I'm from Illinois buddy. >> Cuz they're in the middle of a farm field. >> They don't see much action in making Illinois. If they went to Decatur now, they might see a little more. >> Yeah, Decatur. >> Decator's a little rough, but and it's still smaller city, but really they they stood out there for 30 minutes with this guy, man. This guy's hopped up on something. I feel bad, but you can't. >> We see that one down there. Too one on the other end. What? >> This one? >> Yeah, >> we we we know we know this is probably the case. I just came for the food. >> Hey, >> pizza. pizza. >> I just came for the food. I It looked like a pretty It looked like a pretty good opportunity to get in a pursuit and get get a couple shots in and go for the food. >> The I mean, at the end they did all right, bro, but that could have went wrong in so many ways. >> How I look at it, maybe just a little bit different. I I look at it as like these guys um they did a pretty good job when it came up to it, >> buddy. They crashed into their body, >> crashing into each other. That's part of the cost of doing business. Am I Hey, hey, am I have enough? Hey, he's unarmed. Wait, maybe he's not. Hey, there's two things that could happen. He's armed or not. >> Well, they're trying to figure it out, Dave. >> Well, buddy, you should have figured out when he took your shotgun in your vest in your car. >> You're still back in the damn >> He's running. He's running around. >> You have to dog on zoom through. >> A man, listen to him. >> I'm joking. >> I want to put Dave in one of these scenarios. >> Well, buddy, I listen. I've been in some scenario. You already know you stole a police car before. >> No, I drove it. >> Yeah, >> I didn't steal it. I turned on the lights and I took off. It was fun. >> Yeah, I got you. I got you. >> Sorry, Heather. I love you. >> Hey, listen. Dave's sister told him out pretty good. So, I want you to make sure you comment on this one. Tell me what you think. I think there was a lot of shenanigans, some Keystone stuff going on, but as far as safety and trying to keep >> they tried to do good, >> look after each other, I should say. They did. >> I feel sorry for the dude's family if he's got kids and he's on drugs again. You know, my thought on that. But the cops try to, >> you know, he stole their car, their gun, their vest, their coffee, their donuts, and they went back to the quick >> time of crisis. Hey, listen. We're out. >> Like, subscribe, share. Come take a ride with the cop and the con. Yay! Ow!
