I want to make sure that I'm sorry. We're good. >> From the very start, her behavior was erratic and combative. Drunk and defiant, she honestly believed she knew the law better than the cops. Clinging to some imaginary legal loopholes she thought would save her. That false confidence, it was the fastest way to dig herself deeper. >> Once they're done with her, they're going to come check you out. Okay. >> I think she put the gun in the Corvette and told him to get the hell out. >> You need us to check her out? >> Yeah, she got she uh she got cut. She wanted to check out. She tried to talk her way out of it, quoting random laws and claiming she was under federal probation, like it meant something here. But when witnesses confirmed she had a gun in hand, the truth stopped being negotiable. The officers stayed calm. She didn't. >> Listen, we could take the handcuffs off, but you were acting real. You were all over the place. >> She was in the car. >> That's fine. That's fine. >> That's my car. That's my father's car. That's her stepdad. It's my dad. >> Okay. >> Where's the Where's the Where's the Why are you talking to me like this? I'm >> Are you hammer drunk right now? >> No, I'm not drunk. I don't know what to tell you. Do you understand? >> You have the right to talk to your before and during the questioning. Do you understand? >> What's that? Just just leave it there for now. >> Yeah. >> Why you give me a card? >> What does she need it for right now? >> I do need it >> for your report. I'll we'll take care of bring it there. >> Her refusal to accept authority showed she was trapped in an illusion of control. Those laws she kept citing were just mental armor, a way to dodge the reality she didn't want to face. But when the Miranda rightites were read, that armor cracked. It was clear she hadn't learned a thing from her last arrest. >> Has anyone threatened you or promised you anything to get you to talk to me? >> Yeah, you. I got this here now, right? >> All right. Can I get that off your arm now? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Thank you. >> Hey, so they're saying there was another Corvette involved. >> I have two Corvettes. I rent them out. I'm a renter. >> Okay. So, you own them. >> So, where's the other Corvette at? Let me talk to him. >> My name. >> But there was another Corvette that was here on scene. >> No, that was a rental. I don't I have the code if you gave me my phone. >> What car did you What car did you come out of? What car did you come out of? >> I'm not going to tell you cuz I'm going to go to jail for something stupid and my bonus is $100. What car did you come out of? What car did you ride in? >> No, I said I'm not going to jail cuz I shouldn't even be going to jail for for something stupid. I didn't do anything. >> Well, you did a couple things. One one you told the silver car to drive away and leave. >> No, I didn't. >> I got a witness that says you did. >> Well, then take that camera out because I didn't. And my lawyer was cut anywhere else >> on my arm. >> In your arm? >> Did you see your turn? >> Check in this one or the other one? >> Uh, no. Look over here. >> Did I drive out the car? Kyle, it's your 10:15. George, >> is it George? >> Yeah, it sounds like it's he gave me PC4. >> Um, you good, Raheem? >> I'm good. Yeah, >> like I wasn't doing anything bad. I just want my sister to be okay. I I travel. I'm from New Jersey. She's getting taken care of. >> I know, but I'm just kidding. I'm a mom. I just became a mom. >> All right. Are you hurting anywhere else? Any chest pain? >> No. >> Any shortness of breath? >> No, but she has a hard murmur and she don't like to talk about it. We We'll take good care of her. All right. She's going to the hospital right now. >> We're professionals. We'll take good care of her. Okay. She's gonna be all right. >> All right. Where's >> Can I move my hair? >> Can I move it? I'm not getting off. >> Can you move it? >> Please. Right here. >> Just >> listen. I'm not drunk. I wasn't driving my own car. I >> Excuse me. Is there any way you can sign this right here? This is not a bill. Just saying that we can't even check your carpet. >> It's a problem. Can you let me go? >> I didn't do anything. >> You're being held because you have been adding your rats. >> And I'm bleeding. Like I'm being everywhere. >> As the night dragged on, fear started replacing arrogance. She hid key information, worried about bail money, then mocked the officers to mask her panic. Every word of bravado was just another shield against her own regret. Because when pride replaces reason, karma's just waiting for the right time to strike. That's >> my car. Look at the lease. That's my car. That car is 2018. I pay that [ __ ] I do crypto. I do that, too. I'm self-employed. I'm a wife. I'm not like a scandalist. >> I'm a wife. I'm not a scandal. Flip it over. >> I think that's your cash. We don't care about no car. We got money. Y'all working 9 to5. Come get with us. >> Yep. Hit it harder. [ __ ] I made my dad buy me another Corvette. >> All right, Miss Jesse, go ahead and stand up. Okay. >> What? >> You're going to get searched. Okay. >> All right. I want to help you out. I want you to Hey, when you go down to the jail, you're not going to bring anything with you, right? >> I know. I know. Someone said you had the gun and then you've been acting real. Keep your hands out. Don't just keep me grabbing stuff. Okay. I don't even think in the tail. Okay. >> Okay. >> I got you. It's right there. >> Yeah. on her gloves. Careful reading her in. >> Wow. That's That's not good. It's just on her shoe right there. Yeah. Okay. That's disrupting the evidence. I just told you it's on her shoe and you wiped it off. >> It's fine. It's all on her hands. Okay. >> All right. So, next charge. Can you grab her an evidence bag she got on her hand? Okay. You have been sensed, but in a couple hours when you so up, it's be very upsetting for you. >> Put the glove in there, too. >> Yeah. Let her put both of them. Hey, so you know it's a new crime to expose officers of fentanyl dangerously like that. So >> that's fentanyl. >> What is this? >> So here's the thing. You just exposed this officer of possible fentanyl. >> You just expos Listen to me. You don't control this. Don't >> you don't me. In the end, she was booked on charges of obstruction of justice, resisting an officer without violence, possession, and endangerment with fentinel, battery on a public official, and tampering with evidence. The gun possession and probation violation may soon follow. Now, the question is, how long will she sit behind bars before she finally learns? Or will she keep chasing that gangster life until the law teaches her the hard way? From the delusions of 24 to the rage of 16, two worlds colliding in one reckless moment. Police were dispatched after a 911 call from a 16-year-old girl. She claimed her father and stepmother [music] had tried to take her phone and kick her out of the house. But when officers arrived, they quickly realized this wasn't just a family argument. It was a breakdown in trust. >> Right there for me. I'll come talk to you in a second. >> This is my real dad. Mind you, my real dad left me when I was 10 years old for and I bet I told my case where I told everyone I said, "Please don't send me down there cuz I knew it was going to happen." I knew I was going to feel depressed. I knew I was going to >> physical with you. That's your father? >> Mhm. >> Okay. That's your father and your mother. Okay. How'd that happen? [snorts] >> She was grabbing my arm and stuff. >> Okay. Why was she grabbing your arm? >> She was just like, "Here, let me see. I'm not going to hurt you or anything." >> No, just tell me. >> Like, she was like, "Come on, give me your phone. Give me your phone." And then I hit my arm on something. She can't take my phone. She does not pay the bill for that phone. And then she was like, "Get out of my house. Get out of my house." And the only reason she's saying that is because I was cursing. >> Okay? >> Because they're so Christian that they don't they can't hear one curse word without them >> flipping everything out. Jimmy J E M I. >> He'll call me and he used to call me all the time. I would just ignore his calls because I don't even like my dad as it is. >> So what happened today? >> He got mad at me for cursing. >> Okay. And I was just like, "Dad, I'm a old girl. Been on her arms for years. Like, I'm not gonna be able to control that. Like, I've been cursing for the longest time. Like, what the womb? It's not the end of the world, right?" >> Mhm. >> And then his wife was like, "Get out of my house. You're not welcome here." And I was like, "Okay." So, I start MY STUFF AND THEN SHE takes my phone, goes in the other room. Well, first off, that's not her phone to touch. Her dad did not pay the bill for that phone. That is my phone that I've had for years. >> She took your phone. What happened? You said you then proceeded to go take her phone. >> Yes. And then I called the cop. >> What happened from there? >> I called the cops. I stayed on the phone with the cops the whole time. >> So where did the physical stuff happen? >> Whenever she was trying to Oh, yeah. Whenever she tried to take my phone, I was like, "No, give me my phone back." And >> so and you went to grab the phone and you slipped off of it and slammed into something. >> Yes. >> When did you hit >> one of the I don't even know. I'm so mad right now. I don't >> theater and stuff like that. >> But as of right now, her stepmom, Kelly, they got in an argument because she was saying she doesn't want to be here. And apparently Kelly, her stepmom, said, "Well, you're not welcome here. Pack your stuff." >> How does she? >> This was a textbook clash between parental control and teenage independence. To a teen, that phone represents freedom, identity, the last thing they feel they control. Taking it away sparks more than anger. It's a fight for autonomy. Yet, when the father shared his side, the story took a sobering turn. >> Uh, tell me tell me a little bit what's going on today. >> All right. So, we just got my daughter. I got custody papers here. Okay. >> Everything's been fine. She got in a fight with her boyfriend last night. Uh kind of uh had a fit of rage, was vaping in our house and stuff like that. Asked her to step outside. That kind of escalated her attitude >> throwing stuff in a room, punching stuff. We took her out to eat earlier. She was hit in the back of our car seats and punching our car seats, yelling. She got on the phone with her CSB case worker in Ohio was yelling and screaming, jumped out of the truck over here at Bethl Church. >> And then we got home and my wife told her that she was grounded from the phone and took her phone >> and then that's when she proceeded to call the cops. >> She was like, "Grab my arm." She was like, "No, like I don't even know." Like I swung my arm back like that. [snorts] >> What happened >> when who tried to grab the phone back? >> When your daughter tried to grab the phone back? I think she grabbed it off her bed. I don't even know if she grabbed it out of her hands. >> Okay. >> I wanted to still stay in the foster home I was living in. And the lady told me I could I'm welcome back whenever. That's where I wanted to stay or I wanted to live with my mom's boyfriend, but he when he was fostering me, he got charged with >> her dad have been going at it ever since she got in a fight with her boyfriend last night. >> Okay. Ever since last night. [snorts] Okay. What was this fight about? >> Her boyfriend. >> She's been getting at it with her father. What's the argument between them on in regards to that? >> I think the uh abandonment from the past. >> Her main thing is she said you attack her. Did you attack her? >> No, sir. I attacked her. >> What was What was that for all about? >> Because she's telling her cell phone taken from her. >> She said you were attacking her on while you're on the phone. That's what dispatch was saying. >> No, I never touch my >> Once Reason replaced emotion, the officers saw this wasn't really a crime scene. It was a family tragedy. The issue wasn't criminal behavior, but a shattered relationship. Still, one wrong move could instantly shift the line between discipline and domestic violence. >> Was there anything physical here today? >> What is it? >> Physical? >> No. No, no, no, no. >> Okay. >> No, but she's cursing and screaming and cursing God. And I don't have I don't I don't allow cursing in my house. >> Mhm. >> And especially cursing God. >> Okay. Did you at any point tell her to pack her bags and get out? >> No, I told her to get out of my house. Yes. because she was cursing God. Said she didn't want to be here and everyone that that calls her on her phone is cursing. She's up on the phone every night all night. >> Mhm. >> She's going to do all that. >> She's my daughter, man. She She was running her in a foster home. >> What are you going to do about it to get it straightened up? >> I don't know. I mean, I I I don't know. >> Listen, I already messed up. [laughter] I would No, I mean I do. You know what I'm saying? >> What you going to do? She's grounded. >> Tell me ask what you grounded. >> What are you going to do? >> She's grounded. That don't seem like that's working. What are you going to do? That's why I'm asking you. >> Keep being her dad and loving her. The only thing I can do. >> Does she fall off or something? Cuz she has a big mark on she has a little abrasion on her side. >> Really? >> I have no idea. >> I'm not accusing. I just have to ask. Like >> no. >> Um. >> Nope. I took her phone when she was getting her little bag. She said, "Let me get a bag of my shoes." Cuz she was cussing in my house. That's out. >> Was she cussing anything? >> Huh? >> Was she hitting anything? >> No. She was grabbing her little bag and her little shoes. >> No matter what happens, don't lay a hand on them. >> Yes, sir. >> Because when you do, then that that puts you involved with that situation. >> Jimmy, listen to me, okay? Don't be ugly with me. Don't be mean at me. You don't even know who I am. I don't even know. >> You came from Ohio. You got friends in Ohio. You want to be with your friends in Ohio? No, I just want to go back to my man. I'm sorry. I just >> chill out. >> Nobody open this door for you to start arguing like that. >> Arguing. >> Well, just stop it. >> I'm just tired. >> Well, just stop it then. You're not of age to be doing all that. I know you don't like hearing that, but I was your age at one time, too. Everybody was. >> The officer handled it like a mediator. Calm, respectful, no judgment. But when he turned to the girl, things backfired. She felt unheard, dismissed, and powerless. What started as a talk turned into a spiral of yelling, frustration, and loss of control. >> You know what that means? >> None of this has >> You know what that means? >> You know what that means? >> Do you know what that means? >> If you can't help with me, then I just don't >> That's what I'm doing right now. >> If you're not none, then I don't. >> You don't want none. >> I do. I didn't ask them not to say. >> Well, the thing about it is you ain't listen nothing. saying cuz it ain't going your way. That's why you're not. >> Why? Because >> you're next January and you ain't still ain't answering my question. Guess what that is? >> What? >> You're a year from what then you can do? You know what you can do then? >> It doesn't matter. Happiness is all that matters. >> You know what is less than years? >> You don't know me. You don't know what my dad has put me through. >> You're not going to put me through it. >> I'm not putting you through nothing. >> Then what are you doing then? home since I was 11 years old. My dad just now wants me back at >> You didn't know what I just said? You didn't even know what I just said. You didn't hear what I just said, did you? >> You said I got two years. >> No, I didn't. >> Till I That's what >> No, I did not. I said you have less than two years. And I guess you don't care, do you? >> I do care, but I'm not. >> Well, you ain't got a choice until then. You got >> Oh my god. I'm not fine. And I'm not done. Nobody listens [laughter] to me. >> We can't just We're going to have to EMS can come over here. >> Okay. >> And then she's going to have to volunteer to go or y'all y'all could or the parents you can have her go. >> Okay. >> Uh with them or either you can take her one way or the other. We'll go back over and talk to her now. Okay. >> But she don't need to be acting up cuz she acts up anymore. Like I said, remember what I told you. >> Yes, sir. >> And tell her the same thing. >> Yes, sir. >> You're the stepmother, right? >> Yes. >> Step back. >> Yeah. >> That's what step means. Step back. No, >> I tried to. She >> You know what I'm saying? Let daddy do it. You step back. Stepmother, stepfather, step back. >> His advice to the stepmother hit home. Sometimes stepping back is the only way to save the bond. A child's rage often burns hottest towards someone they don't see as real family. And when the phone was mentioned again, that fragile calm shattered. The symbol of control turned into the trigger. >> You've been really good with me. You've talked to me. Do you think that it might help if you were to be seen and like at a hospital to see how everything's going? >> No, that would make things worse. I don't like going to the hospital. I don't like talking to people. No, I just want to be left alone. >> But I thought you said that your mental health is important. If >> that What does that have to do with any when y'all leave? It doesn't matter what's going to happen. Y'all don't care about me. Y'all don't care about the situation. >> Tired. But you know what? Um, I'm really concerned about the way that you say things about you being not able to handle this and to >> No, I'm fine. I just I just want to go inside and I want my phone back. You're not allowed to take my phone. >> But why did they take the phone? >> Because they told me to leave the house. So, I was packing my stuff up to leave the house and you can't just take my phone. >> But why did they take it to >> Why did you take my phone even begin with? Because you were pounding on Kelly's phone. >> Oh, that's not that's not what happened at all. Actually, that is not That is such a lie. That is a lie. That is a lie. >> You got your phone taken. >> That is not I got my phone kiss taken because I was cussing for days and you're not about to take my phone years and I've been on my own for years. He's not going to take my phone. >> I can't take this. Can I please just go to bed and just go in my room? I'm fine. >> I just want to be left alone. No. >> Hey. No. LET ME LET GO. LET go of me. Do not I WANT TO GET LET GO OF LET GO OF ME. >> Destruction of officer. >> I don't want to go to the hospital. Get me to the hospital. >> Instruction of officer. >> Stop. Bro, I don't WANT TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL. LET GO OF ME. WHAT the >> Let go of me. DON'T >> SHUT UP. >> HEY, >> LET GO OF ME. I >> KICKED ME. You'll get another charge on you. ARE CHARGED FOR WHAT? >> Obstruction of officer right now. >> I didn't do anything. I want to go to the hospital. [screaming] >> Too late. You had your chance. >> Your arm. Okay. You dirty. Don't feel my I'm about to Okay, good. So now I'm going to tell that you sexually assaulted me cuz you was just feeling my weird as weird as I bro. I don't care. >> Put your arms down. >> Put your arms down. >> You just sexually assaulted me too, man. BECAUSE THAT'S LITERALLY ILLEGAL TO TOUCH MY PRIVATE PART. >> In the end, the 16-year-old was arrested and charged with multiple offenses. Five counts of resisting an officer, three of them felonies, two counts of terroristic threats or acts, and one count of criminal mischief. For someone her age, that's serious. a reminder that rebellion can turn criminal in an instant. If convicted on all counts, Jimmy could face up to five to seven years in the juvenile justice system and a record that follows her into adulthood. So, when emotion drowns out reason, the law becomes the only one left standing calm. On January 8th, 2024, a terrified homeowner called 911 after a strange woman showed up at his door, mumbling to herself and refusing to leave. But when police arrived, they quickly realized this wasn't just some trespassing call. Something was off. >> Say on location. What's going on? >> I'm going to my brother's house. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> That's all. >> All right. But don't walk away. I'm talking to you. >> Yeah. What's up? >> Over here. >> I I didn't do nothing. >> You're knocking on a random person's door. It's not the first time I've met you either. >> I just knocked on my friend's door. >> Okay. Well, >> I thought it was my brother. That's just a friend. Do you have an ID on you? >> I don't. I'm just going to my brother's house. >> Okay. I've I've talked to you before and you and you you do the same thing always. You just walk away. >> What's your name? >> Mackenzie. >> Mackenzie, what? >> Yeah. I'm just going to my brother's house. >> Mackenzie what? >> Listen, it's nice. I'm It's nice to meet you, too. >> Mackenzie, what? >> Can I just go to my house, please? >> Right now, I'm determining what why were you knocking on a person's door that does not know you? >> I was getting water. >> Okay, you're telling me it's a friend's house. Now, now you're telling me that now I'm telling you he doesn't know you. Now you're telling me that he just gave you water. >> Listen, I just knocked on his door really quick to my brother. That's all. >> Okay. So, why were you not Do you know this person? Do you What's the issue? Like, why were you >> I didn't even knock on his door. I was just walking and he was outside and he gave me a water. >> He just gave you a water? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, why did he call in saying that there's like a random person knocking on the door talking to themselves and >> I don't I don't know. >> You don't know? >> No. >> Okay. All right. As soon as your name comes back and clears, you're good to go. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> No, not yet. >> I'll just live this way. >> Okay, that's fine. As as soon as your name clears, you're good to go. >> Okay. >> Where's home? >> This way. >> Okay. Cuz last time I met you. >> Yeah. >> You were on >> I was in >> County Road 44. >> On the side of the road. >> Yeah. >> And you said So, where do you live at exactly? >> I live over here. >> What's the address? Um I I I just moved there because of my it's my brother's house. >> Okay. >> I live here in downtown Houston. So >> Okay. So you don't live in Southern Palms anymore? >> No. >> Like you did two weeks ago? >> Southern Palms. >> Okay. >> I I have a few houses. >> Okay. >> Do you know who lives here? >> Uh I don't. From the first glance, officers could tell. Her eyes darted aimlessly. Her speech was scattered. Her story kept changing. Her hands clenched tight inside her jacket pockets. Shoulders tense. Gaze avoiding contact. Every detail screamed of a mind in distress or a secret she was desperately trying to hide. >> You've been working and everything like that, like making money like y'all. So, >> yeah, understandable. Where you working at? >> Well, I just do like I um >> well I was trying to like um I I rap and stuff like that and then I was actually trying to like get into like you know doing what y'all like. So but um I I have like nothing. Anyway though I've already told all this so I just >> I'm not nervous. I just >> I mean when I got you just started walking away from me. I didn't even do anything to you. I mean, I saw you in the front of the guy's house and you saw as soon as you see him, you just start walking this way. >> Oh, yeah. There's no way. >> Well, if an officer stops, you should talk to you. You're not supposed to just walk away. So, you're you're just being a little weird. >> Okay. I apologize. >> Anything on you that we need to be concerned about? No. >> Nothing in your bag? >> Okay. >> Do you mind if we check real fast? >> My bag. >> Your purse or bag? >> Just to make sure that you're good. >> Uh, you can check my bag. cuz I don't have like >> Yeah. Is that okay? >> I'll do it right in front of you so you know I'm not doing anything. >> You like Disney? >> Yeah. I'm going to Y'all can I have a having a party so >> Okay. >> Yeah. This is just my stuff right here. So nothing. See >> what's in that little pink container. >> Um It's a lighter. Lighters and um >> what? >> Tylenol. >> Tylenol. Yeah. >> What do you have on? >> Huh? >> Oh, I don't know. My mom put it in my bag. >> Can I see if make sure those are Tylenol just in case? >> Yeah. >> She agreed to let officers search her bag. Something most people with nothing to hide would do. But seasoned cops know better. The real contraband usually isn't in the bag. It's on the body. When she slipped her hand into her pocket, the mic caught the faint clink of glass. And that's when everything shifted. >> Pocket. >> You keep like trying to like my lighter. >> Okay. Cuz I It sounds like a glass object inside there. You keep like >> my lighter. >> Can you keep your hands out of your pocket? >> Hey, Mackenzie. >> Hi. How you doing? >> Pretty good. When was the last time you used? >> Uh, a long time ago. >> What do you normally use? >> Cigarettes. You sick? >> Yep. >> So, man, it's a lighter lighter. He has a good lighter. >> It's a fancy lighter lighter. >> Yeah. Can you not take it out, please? >> Take this out. Oh, I'm sorry. Which one? This one. This >> You want to hold that? Okay. >> It's stuff that I wrote when I was a kid. So, >> Oh, okay. Yeah. Might want to get a bag for that. >> That's why I have a bag. Another white pill. >> That's a whole That's a whole box full of >> Mackenzie. Would you like me to >> put this all back together? >> Uh, no, please. I'll just take my bag. >> Thank you. And >> do you need a ride to downtown? >> In my house is right here. >> Would you like a ride? >> Thank you. >> Y'all are welcome. I'm having a party, so like y'all know. >> Dude, you want me to hold? >> Yeah, I got it. That notebook's falling apart. >> I actually don't want this bag. I think so. >> It's a cute bag. >> I do want this water. >> You should put it in there. It's raining. I don't want that to get wet. >> You should put it in there, Mackenzie, cuz it's raining. I don't want that to get wet. >> All right. Thank you so much. >> Yeah. Yep. Put the palette in there in there. >> You want to do yourself? >> Yeah. >> Empty your pockets in your sweater. >> Yes, sir. Put that down. >> Yes, sir. >> Like everything. >> Okay. >> As the tone softened and the officer casually asked her to empty your pockets, she smiled nervously, pretending to cooperate, but her hand never fully opened. Seconds later, the truth literally fell out. >> There you go. >> What are you hiding? >> Nothing. >> There's something in there, Mackenzie. That's a glass pipe. >> Sir, I don't have nothing. Mackenzie, come on. See the pipe? Take it out. I've been telling you it sounds like >> I apologize. >> No, exactly. >> Sir, >> I I literally asked you why why it sounds like glass. >> Listen to me. Stop. >> That's not mine, though. >> Stop. >> I swear. >> Stop. There's no There's something else in there. >> I know. >> Okay, let me get it, please. Stop. Mackenzie, stop. >> Stop. Stop. >> Right. >> Stop. Stop tensing. Stop tensing. Stop tensing. Mackenzie, STOP. >> MACKENZIE, STOP. [screaming] JUSTIN, PLEASE STOP. I'm going to hit you, sir. I'm going to hit you. Please stop me. I'm pregnant. I'm pregnant. I'm pregnant. You're going to get your back. >> I need to go home, please. >> Can you just calm down and put your hands behind your back? hurt to me. >> Okay, I will. >> Okay, >> just let me get up, please. >> We will let you get up, but we need these hands behind your back. >> Nope. >> It's okay. >> Calm down. >> Calm down. Let me calm down, MAN. >> SIR, STOP. [screaming] STOP. >> WE'RE TRYING. >> There you go. >> Get her hand. Pull it off. >> Get her hand. >> Mackenzie, calm down, please. Okay. >> Claiming to be pregnant right after the cops found a meth pipe wasn't exactly a smart move. Combined with her sudden resistance, it came off less like truth and more like desperation. She was quickly restrained, medically checked, and placed in the patrol car for safety. >> Your back. >> There you go. >> Okay, we're going to help. We're going to get you up. Ready? We're going to get you up. Come on. Ready. >> EMS. Why? >> What? >> No. Okay, we're gonna go right there. >> Okay. >> Can we go home, please? >> Nope. >> You attacked one of my officers. You're getting in the car. >> I didn't attack your officer, sir. >> I swear I didn't. >> A freaking big cut on my freaking face. Come on. >> Hold on. Can I get my drink, please? >> Come on. Listen. I was nice to you. No, I'm not nice. Get in the vehicle. >> Sure. I didn't do nothing. >> Get in the Mackenzie, get in the vehicle, >> please. That's not mine. >> Mackenzie, get in the vehicle. Please, >> Mackenzie. >> I'm I'm being nice to you. I don't like being mean to people. >> But that's not mine. >> It's on you. That's besides the fact right now. >> Get in the vehicle, Mackenzie. >> I have a little baby nephew. Please, can I go home? >> Do you understand these rights? I explained to you. >> Yes. >> Okay. Having these rights are mine. Do you wish you talk to me? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Whose math is it? >> I don't know. Who's it? That guy. That guy had it. >> What guy? >> The guy that gave me the water. >> How much you pay for it? >> I didn't pay nothing. Must have sneaked it in my pocket. That's That's a It's It's a crazy deal. Water for that. >> He must have sneaked it in my pocket, sir. >> I swear that's not mine. I'm just going home to see my knees in your in your pocket. Mackenzie, the entire time, >> Mackenzie, the entire time I've encounter I've been with you, your hands have been in your pockets. And I literally said it on body camera before. What is that sound in your pocket? That sounds like glass. >> Can I get my water, please, and drink it? No. you. We have to wait till you get. >> In the end, she was booked on charges of possession of methamphetamine, resisting arrest with violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer. Two lesser charges, possession of paraphernelia, and attempted escape were dropped. She pled no contest, received 90 days in jail and one year of probation with adjudication withheld upon full compliance. The stupid game was over. But the next chapter, that's where the real crash begins. On July 20th, 2025, what started as a minor fender bender quickly exploded into a shouting match between two drivers. Words turned [music] to threats and tempers turned to damage, forcing police to step in before things spiraled completely out of control. >> He got into a car accident with his car and another car and I swiftly moved. So, I embraced his car, but he got to threaten his time out. You need to do something about it. What? I was I was mad. So overall, I told this as uh moral of the story, you said I sw I sideswiped her car. I didn't try to crash into you in another car. HE WAS LIKE, "WELL, I'm going to call the police right now." I said, "They're calling the police for nothing because if you seen what I did, I almost smacked into you and another car." So my little bracess of me bumping your car, that was just the my brother put off with >> right here, sir, sir. >> So that's what interact and I tell him, I'm like, "You're calling the police for something that you seen?" I'm like, "You're calling the police on me." If you call the police on me, I'm going to mess up your car. >> She hits my car. >> Let's do this. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> I didn't hit your car. >> Look at my [ __ ] >> These people were here, >> bro. They've been here THE WHOLE TIME AND HAVE NOT SAID ANYTHING TO US. >> You have been arguing. >> We've been talking this whole time. I've been going back and forth with him about the fact that I I almost just got into a car accident with you in another car. >> Well, he said you hit him. No, I didn't hit I uh So what So what I did was I >> There's damage right there. >> That's the thing because I bumped him in another car. I didn't hit him. I stopped at abruptly at the top. >> You just said you bumped them. >> I right bumped. Our cars were side by side. So then he followed me into the guy gas station and I said, "I didn't mean to try to brush you. I almost smacked into that other car." He turns, "No, you just hit me. You just hit me." I said, "No, >> I didn't mean to hit you. >> We was two club bases. It's an accident. >> And you're turning in the same." If we're turning from right here, >> where were you guys >> turning from right there? The light. >> You were turning at the light. >> Yes. And I bump and I was trying to brace behind him in another mini van that look like that right there. >> Okay. Well, >> that lane right there. >> The turning lane. >> The turning lane. >> Coming down this way. >> You were trying to come this way. >> Coming this way. Yeah. >> Okay. Gotcha. So, you were heading You're facing this way, right? >> You were coming this way. >> Yeah. You were facing this way. >> Gotcha. Okay. >> And then him in the minivan was so close. I was trying to scoot over. If you see me with my turn signal on, why were you speeding? >> At the scene, she insisted it was just a light tap, while the other driver described it as a deliberate hit. Her choice of words, "I just braced his car," revealed more than she realized. It was linguistic manipulation, a subtle attempt to downplay fault. Ironically, that kind of clever talk is exactly what makes seasoned cops pay closer attention. >> Right. It's still considered an accident. The way the law reads it or the way the law is written, that's it's an accident. Unfortunately, >> it's not an accident because he was speeding up as I was going up and my turn signal was on. We bracing each other. You're trying to >> Your car made contact with his car, right? >> His car made contact with my car as I was getting over in the lane and that's how we braced each other here. But then when I zoomed in here, >> his car, whatever. His car made contact with your car. Your car made contact with his >> It is placed on the car. It's in the back window, >> man. Man, I don't know what's supposed to man. >> I we coming. >> Explain yourself. Yep. >> I'm I just crossed 100 and I just crossed K. >> Oh, good. Yeah. >> So, I'm in the left lane just going straight. All of a sudden, it's it's traffic. >> These [ __ ] is weaving in and out of traffic. She weaves into my lane and sidewalk. >> Were you in the middle lane? >> No. No. I was in the I was in the left lane. cuz I knew I was going to get over cuz I was going to the flea market. >> Flea market. I got you. >> Jumped in the left lane. Just heading west. >> Heading. Yeah. Westbound >> about >> maybe a half a mile a mile coming this way. >> Like what? The by >> I just pass just got past the V out and I can see the corner. So I was in my lane. I said, "Okay." So about a half a mile up. >> Next thing I know, this swerves in front of me and hit and hits my car. I Yeah, I literally see that. >> So they go swerving in and out of the expressway, right? So I immediately hit my gas trying to catch up to him so I at least try to get a license plate a picture and [ __ ] >> So they swerved bins hits the corner. I b they circle in here and was trying to loop in like this here like try to get away. I got you. >> Then I come in and block it like what the [ __ ] is going on? Your car, you passing, young lady. >> The victim stayed calm, snapping photos and documenting everything while she kept changing her story. Witnesses confirmed she'd stepped out from the driver's side, killing whatever defense she thought she had left. In law enforcement, shifting your story mid investigation is a classic red flag. And every small detail was now working against her. >> She was the initial driver. >> She was driving. >> Well, she's saying that the other guy was driving and that she was >> No, no, no, no, no, >> no. She was driving. >> She was driving. This guy was with her. >> Okay. >> You see what I'm saying? >> She was driving when they hit my car. >> She was Okay. >> You see what I'm saying? So when I pulled up in front of them, she gets out and I'm like, "You hit my car. If you call the police, I'm going your car up some more." >> Okay. >> You really give you a reason to call the police? I say, "If you touch my car, I'll whoop your ass." >> Yeah. I mean, [laughter] >> I mean, right. She came, she came at you, >> right? So, she came at me. Then the the guy the young man was like, "Just take my number, man. I can fix that for you. Don't worry about that, man. Just don't call the police." I said, "What am I supposed to do? You got this young lady threatening." So, then he was like, "I'm gone. Come back." So, I just like was trying to take pictures before, but she distracted me from taking more pictures by threatening to do more damage to my car. >> Sorry. We uh Good thing is we have we do have a camera on 127 by the do. So, hopefully >> Yeah, I was pass when they hit the car. >> Yeah. So, hopefully they >> Yeah, they went to swerving. You'll see she swerve. And if you go ask them, they you'll see that she got out the driver's side. >> Yeah. I mean, they got good cameras here, too. So, we'll definitely check all that out for you. At the end of the day, her whole argument is she's saying that it's not an accident, but her definition of an accident is different than our definition of an accident. I'm in two different locations. I'm going to grab my zone phone. I'm going to pull up a map. I want you to show me where it >> surveillance footage later confirmed the contact was minor, but when officers informed her of the citation, her entitlement kicked in. She acted as if the rules didn't apply to her, a common defense mechanism for those who can't handle being wrong. Deep down, she wasn't arguing about the accident anymore. She was protecting her ego. >> Okay. >> And how is that how is that a disorderly? >> Because you threatened to damage his vehicle. >> But I didn't touch his vehicle and he threatened me first. He threatened to call the police on me without having validation. Then when I said, "If you call the police on me for lying, >> you were aware that you were in an accident." Okay. >> I wasn't aware. I literally just told you he woke me up when he braced his car. We switched. I wasn't aware of anything until he started following us and we came in the gas station. Then he told me, "You just hit my car. You I didn't hit anything." >> You guys changed spots at a light, right? >> Yes. >> It don't matter where we change spots at. We changed spots. >> But it it does >> cuz he woke me up out of my sleep. Yes, it did. >> It does matter where it where you guys switched at. >> I didn't hit anybody, though. That's what I'm explaining to you. >> Where did you guys switch? You guys switched at a traffic light, right? >> In traffic. >> Okay. So then after that when you switched, >> right? >> Right. Was that before the vioaduct? >> That was be before he even told me that he hit him. I switched. So before I had any acknowledgement of them hitting each other, that's when we switched. >> So that was But where was that at? >> Okay. So the light was here when we switched. By the time we passed the Valdock, I was already >> You were already driving. >> And not so much in so many words. We were already driving, but we were passing the viol when everything was explained to me and we needed to whoop wa hoop and that was that. When we got through, that's when everything was everything. >> Okay. Well, either way, you're threatening to damage his property >> cuz he threatened me first. Like I said, if I would have threatened somebody, you can't threaten somebody with calling. >> I'm going to call the police. That is a threat. I'm going to call the police because you hit my car. And then if I'm telling you, sir, I did not hit your car. Yes, you did. That is a threat. You're telling me I did something that I did not do. >> That but that's not a threat. >> That is a threat. Threatening me with law enforcement and then me saying if you're going to call and lie on me and that is a threat. >> Her logic showed a distorted kind of thinking, one that replaces reason with emotion. To her, calling the cops was an insult, not a lawful act. People like that often escalate things just to prove a point, even if it costs them more in the end. >> I'm on video. >> It'll all be under the same report number. Okay. >> I'm walking. I didn't touch his car. Regardless of what I was saying, he was saying what he wanted to say in the middle of the walkway as well. I can say what I want to say. It's freedom of speech. >> Y'all abusing my commandment rights. Y'all can't sit up here and say a threat that I did not follow through with. >> You can't charge me for that. But it's still a threat. >> Thank you. >> It's not a threat because I said you calling the police on me, if you call the police on me, I'm going to destroy your car. That is what I said. He said, I'm calling right now. Oh, I can say whatever I want to say walking around his car. Long as I didn't touch his car, still hooping and hollering. That's not no threat. I DIDN'T FALL THROUGH WITH MY WITH WHATEVER was said after he said what he threatened to call the police on me. And I said, "If you call the police on me, I'm going to do XYZ." He said, "Okay, I'm calling." I didn't do nothing else after that. >> So, here's the thing. We're not feel threatened if I didn't do nothing to your vehicle and the police made it all the way here and I said, "Listen, please listen. Please listen. We're not charging you with a threat, okay? or charging you with a disorderly conduct for making the threat. >> He made a threat, too. >> Calling the police in the matter of an accident, which which you know that you're involved in, >> right? I didn't do so. And you got left behind. And I said, >> but you got left behind. Don't call the police on me to destroy his car for something that I didn't do. He then started talking to my brother. He was like, "Bro, >> calling the police is not a threat." >> I said, "You calling that is a threat. >> That is not a threat. >> It is a threat. If you saying I'm GOING TO JAIL RIGHT now for hitting your crime, I'm telling you I didn't do it. That is a >> just hold that for me. Just hold those. Okay. Like I said, this is the citation and notice to appear. Like I said, not an admission of guilt. It just means that you promise will show up to your court date. Okay. That's it. I need you to sign this line right here. Okay. But as of right now, you are good to go. Okay. Okay. Next time you're with your brother and you get involved in an accident, stop. Don't keep driving. Stop. Okay? Because this could have been handled in 30 minutes. That's how quick this could have gone. Okay? But this got blown way out of the water, right? So, next time, even if you're by yourself, you get into an accident, stop. >> Yes. >> Okay. Pull over on the side of the road, stop. Wait for officers to come. anything like no matter how small the accident is. Doesn't matter. Okay? Stop. Call 911 yourself if you're involved. Call 911. Have them come out. Okay? Cuz at the end of the day, we can come out and you can still agree to handle everything. >> In the end, she wasn't arrested, but she was cited and summoned to court. She could face charges of disorderly conduct and property threat following the crash, misdemeanors that still leave a permanent record. If convicted, she's looking at a $1,000 fine, 12 months of probation, or up to 90 days in jail, depending on the state and prior history. A tiny crash exposed her true character, and the next heartbreak might just trigger the next stupid decision. On May 21st, [music] 2024, police received multiple 911 calls about a reckless driver swerving dangerously along US1, nearly causing several crashes. But when patrol officers finally caught up [music] to the vehicle, they realized this wasn't just another traffic stop. It was a meltdown in motion. >> Hi. >> What's going on, dear? >> Hi. I'm having a bad day. I broke up with my boyfriend. >> What? Watch. Watch. Can you go to the front of my car? Is that okay? >> No. >> I don't want to get arrested. >> I got to talk to you, though. We got some calls about you. We got to talk about some things. >> But you're not going to arrest me, right? >> I don't even know what's going on. Just go ahead and talk to me. All right. Go to the front of my car. What's your name? >> Rebecca. >> Rebecca. Okay. Go to the front of my car. Rebecca, pretend you have the tag. >> What? >> You're not arresting me, right? >> I got to talk to you about what's going on. We got like three different calls about you. Simple. Run back. What is the reason for why you're driving the way that you are? We got multiple people calling about you. Not the not just the gentleman behind me. Multiple people. >> I'm having a bad breakup and I kind of don't care. And that was me and I'm sorry. And I promise that's not going to happen anymore. >> Okay. That was me being like not a good Samaritan and I'm really sorry. >> Have you drank anything today? >> No sir. >> Have you drank nothing at all? >> No sir. >> Have you taken any drugs today? >> No sir. >> Okay. I'm just trying to understand. >> I I got mad, but I'm not I'm not messed up, sir. >> Back up. You're getting You're getting in my bubble. You're getting in my bubble. Appreciate that. >> I'm so sorry. >> Okay. >> I can go home and just >> We'll figure that out here shortly. Okay. Do you have a valid Florida license? >> Yeah, sir. >> Do you have a valid license? Do you do you want to do you want to try again? I know the answer. >> Is this it? >> Is what it going to walk? >> No, we're not. So, what's going on? How come you're covered in sweat? I'm wearing all this and it's hot out. But I'm not sweating like you are. >> Cuz I'm sweating cuz it's hot. >> I'm wearing all this and I'm not sweating. >> How can I just go home? >> Not right now, dear. >> Are you detaining me for anything? >> Yes, you're detained. >> Are you arresting me? >> What's that? Are you arresting me? >> You're detained right now? Yep. >> For what? >> Okay. Hands in line back. We're not doing this. >> Are you serious? >> I'm dead serious. >> Anyone who's dealt with drunk drivers knows when they talk too much, it's because they're scared. She tried to act cooperative then blamed it all on a breakup. As if heartbreak, not alcohol, was behind the wheel. But cops have seen this story a thousand times. Emotions don't drive cars. People do. >> No. Face car. >> No. Can I call? >> No. >> No, you can't. Stop. Stop. >> We're not doing this. We're not doing this. Relax. >> Relax. >> No. What What right do you have to see me? >> Well, I'll explain it to you in just a second. Okay. >> I was coming up northbound on US1. >> Yep. >> Uh probably about 6,500 block. I noticed she was swerving back and forth from the inside lane >> to the outside lane and then back in again. She almost hit the inner curb a couple times. I want him done. >> Okay. Well, I just got here. Okay. So, I don't even know what's going on yet. >> So, and it was just all the way up or just >> No, she was clearly almost all the way into the opposite lane or the I guess the lane next to her outside lane. >> Okay. >> I want him done. >> Yeah. >> Okay. What do you mean by done? >> I want him done right now. It's just very minor. Don't turn into anything. And then she made a wide turn here and then she pulled in here. I don't know if she hit something. She's got front end damage. >> She almost hit like three or four vehicles as she was traveling. >> You know, I don't have a right to be detained right now. >> Yes, we do have a right to contain. >> We are not investigating. >> You're not detained. You're detained. Okay, >> let's go then. >> Let's go. Let'sing go. >> Where do you want to go? >> YOU [ __ ] [ __ ] >> WHERE DO YOU WANT TO GO? >> DONE. OKAY, I'm done. >> Yeah, I definitely need no she doesn't need to just >> Yeah, she got loose. Colin, we're going to stop right now. You understand? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Once the cuffs came out, her composure shattered. She rambled nonsense, switched from pleading to bragging, showing flashes of entitlement and desperation, trying to reclaim control she no longer had. Deep down, she knew it. I want to press charges cuz nowhere in hell. You told me don't touch the little child. Okay. >> The little girl tried to come in my face and swing at me. >> Okay. I said she she slide me against the bed. >> Okay. >> So, what to do? They both started jumping me. So, I start I start fighting back to the lady. >> What? >> All right, ma'am. >> Hi. >> Uh, am I stepping out? >> Yeah, sure. >> Do you have anyone else in there? >> Yeah. My sister, she was playing down some clothes. >> Okay. Were you involved in what happened? >> Yes, sir. I was. >> Okay. Mind uh stepping over here and talking to me? >> Yeah. mean >> going in the room? No. >> Mind coming. >> So, how did it all start? >> She said something to me while I'm helping my kids. >> Okay. >> I say, >> "What did she say?" >> I said, "What's her problem? Do she Do she need some help? Like, do you you need like So, she told something." Yeah. Come on. >> My sister, the kids run back through. My sister got here. The kids scream. >> She's She come back through cuz you know she the oldest. I'm the youngest child. Oh my god. >> How old are you? I'm I'm 19. >> Hard to believe she was just 19. At this pace, she might not make it to 30. She was breathing hard, voice cracking, while the woman in blue shouted her own version of events. Angry, animated, completely convinced she was right. Two sides, two stories, both chaotic. Neither willing to back down. >> All I know is she's a grown woman coming after my 18-year-old sister. I tried to diffuse it multiple times. >> What do you want us to do for you today? Would you like to press charges for >> battery or No. >> No, she won't. No, I'm not worried. >> I'm not You don't want to press charges or testify in court or anything? >> No. Okay. >> But if she want to go to court, we can go to court, but I don't need to press charges. >> She a minor. I'm like, don't touch me. Her mama come outside. Like, oh, if she going to try to compress a [ __ ] Hold on to yellow. >> Do you need our assistance? >> No, I don't need your assistance. I'm just saying like I don't like how that minor just try to push up me. Like if I couldn't do anything. Yeah, I can't do nothing to you. A minor, [ __ ] >> Do you Do you need fire department or anything like that? >> No, I don't need none of that. >> We're here to help you. That's all that I want to get to the bottom of like we're here to help. No, but the the person that >> No, I'm not related to her. I was on the phone. >> My sister went to jail. >> Okay. >> Just recently. So I'm trying to go pick up her baby, right? >> So I'm on the phone talking to somebody else. I'm arguing. >> So she get to the little girl before that. >> Y >> the little girl that's the little girl that was just with him with the little ponytail. The little girl just heard me arguing on the phone, >> right? >> Literally, she just heard me arg I guess she seen my nipple piercing. So she went like this. So I was like, "Oh, damn. That's kind of weird." She go back inside >> like to herself. >> The little girl, she go like this. >> To herself though, like >> herself. So she could like that to >> my sister in between us. She's like, "No, no, please don't. I don't want to react the way I shouldn't. She walk up on me. My sister stand in front." Boom. So my sister go back to fighting. >> Okay. Who start who's who punched who first? >> I think I'm not I can't even say. I don't remember. I just I seen my sister fighting. I see my sister was facing me holding the girl back like no. >> And then the fight. >> So she facing you like this just and then the fight broke out. So I'm like my mom walking. I'm trying to I'm looking at my mom and I look back and I'm like, "My sister fighting so wrong, but I'm not letting my sister fight. Win, lose, I'm fighting with." >> At first, the woman claimed she was attacked and only acted in self-defense. But minutes later, she admitted she jumped in to help her sister and mother. That single contradiction destroyed her credibility. For the officers, this wasn't a simple assault anymore. It was a family brawl with no clear victim, only participants. >> Come in. You grab my sister here. Push him off. >> I heard something about a child. I'm already fighting. >> My niece was out here with my sister when the girl stuck her sister away. >> Okay. But she in the building? >> No. >> Or like a way away? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, >> so uh the other female uh >> started it, right? She hit you first. Okay. >> Then you say, >> "Don't mess with I swear to God. You check my record. I don't even go outside. I don't do altercations, bro. I'm not going to sit here and let you. I can't. I understand. She coming at you. Just get on the elevator. >> I wasn't I was jumping outside. I'm like, I'm not going to do this in here. But if you keep you keep coming at me, we can take it outside. I'm not even going to lie. I don't I don't have I don't go nowhere. I don't do nothing. I stay in one place and I don't have nothing to lose. So, I really don't care. You're not going to keep coming at me. And you think I'm supposed to be quiet. I'm not. She telling her like, "Hey yo, this my little sister. She she barely grown." She didn't care. So, I don't care. >> Are we able to see that? Am I able to see that at the moment? The cameras? >> Yeah. >> If you don't march away, >> I'm walking outside. She goes to the elevator. I'm like, she like, "Oh, let me go put on my clothes." So, I guess she was going to get ready to fight or whatever. I'm like, "No, it's we go outside right here." Like, we could take you to the parking lot. We ain't caught fight. Actually, we don't even have to fight here. We could take go somewhere else [ __ ] today. Like, I don't got time for this [ __ ] Yeah, she's adamant that there was a zero. >> Uh-huh. >> Okay. >> But we'll see. Cuz at first she said no and then now she's saying yes. >> This is just the network. I think she might >> from what it sounds like. >> It might be what? >> She might be the instigator. From what it sounds like. >> Yeah, that's I mean >> here Are you willing to write a statement or anything? >> Oh [ __ ] You scared. >> Come here a minute. >> Yeah. >> Where are they? >> First one over there. >> Yeah, they got your favorite face car. You are going to be Yep. Everybody is >> Everybody is Hey, Harry. >> We got two more inside. >> We got two more inside. >> When police reviewed the hotel's security footage, the truth was obvious. Everyone was fighting. No one was innocent. With the video evidence clear as day, there was no need to argue about who started it. The only priority now was stopping it before someone got seriously hurt. standing up for you. Put the phone down or hang up. Go ahead and turn your face that way. Stand for me. Put your hands together. >> Put your hands together like you're trying to clap. >> All right. Cool. I got you. >> Okay. >> I'll tell you here in a second. >> Do you want your phone to go with you? >> Yeah, man. Bro, this is crazy. >> All right. All right. So, you heard the explanation that he gave, >> huh? >> You heard the explanation that he gave to her? >> Yeah. >> All right. Cool. You got Where's your phone at? >> In my pocket. >> All right. Cool. >> Is my mom out there? Can I give it to her? >> You can take your phone with you cuz you might need numbers out of it. >> Can y'all take it to the back? Like, >> our cars are all this way. >> I'm sorry. >> This is crazy. >> What is the charge? >> It's in a fray. >> A fray. What is the volume on there? >> 500. >> 500 ft. >> 500. Yeah, that's the total bond. >> So, $50 >> more or less. Yeah. >> Sorry. >> Her phone's right there. Don't >> Okay. Yep. >> I'm going to put up the air for you. All right. Just watch your head. >> Make sure you got AC in the back of here. Right. >> I got you. Don't lie to me. >> I got you. I got you. >> Don't lie to me. >> I got you. >> Ma'am, >> I have to search you. Okay. Do you have anything on my phone? If you want to grab it, >> I'll get it. You have to stay right here. Okay. So, >> I know, but it's called Nefay. Unfortunately, we couldn't find out. Like, everyone was aggressive and that's what everyone's getting charged with. >> I'm I'm going to put up uh the AC. All right. Hold tight. >> Put it up now, please. >> I got you. >> I got to throw up. >> I got you. >> If she would have acted like an adult >> and you would have acted like a doll, >> you guys could have talked things out. Meaning, yeah, we got into a fight, but we're adults. Life goes on. Mhm. >> I don't like her, but I'm going to stay away from her. >> We would have been able to walk away. >> Here's the thing. Based off what I've seen, I don't trust her >> or vice versa because the video, and I'll be honest with you, does show you trying to re-engage and go out here for a while. >> By the time arrests were made, the energy had shifted. The rage was gone, replaced by silence, the kind that only comes when adrenaline fades and reality sets in. The officers focused on post-arrest procedures and the women sat quietly, finally realizing the night had gone too far. >> All right, good. >> It might be more comfortable. Let me let me move this seat belt for you. That feel more comfortable if you just sit right here and then just kind of like scoot yourself all the way back. All right. >> She's good. >> All right. I don't Watch out. I don't think you're going to be able to just like sit in normally. You might have to face me, sit in backwards, and kind of scoot backwards. >> I was in a car accident. How am I going to climb in this car? >> The way I just said, you literally turn around, sit >> this lip. >> Yeah. Just get get your right hand past that little lip and then you'll be able to scoot back. There you go. >> I cannot do that. I'm sorry. I'm trying. So what what's the remedy here? >> You tell me you trying to squeeze a 400 and so clown woman in a small basket >> that's injured. >> There's there's plenty of room for you to just scoot back >> and I'm telling you my >> put put your your left foot up on the the lip right there. >> They use Asian. Is >> there like a chair or something that she could use to >> I can probably get one. Give me a sec. >> We're going to see if we can get a a stool or something to eat. Not trying to squeeze my big ass in that small ass back seat. I'm telling you, I'm hurting. >> Here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to unsecure you. I want you to sit yourself inside there. >> You can reset yourself. >> Okay. And then what you're going to do is you're going to do the same thing. >> Okay, sir. >> Can you talk to me, ma'am? Because I don't like how he talking to me. I've been calm. Don't talk to me like I'm the I'm I'm the criminal. >> Ma'am, I understand. So, this is an option for you. We're going to unsecure you as you said, right? >> And I understand. And then you can get yourself. >> Okay. Thank you for talking to me like calm. Thank you. That's all I'm asking. Talk to me like I'm human. >> We just want to make sure respect and we just want to make sure that we're all on the same page. That's it. So that's what we're going to do. That's the plan. Okay. >> In the end, all three women were taken to jail and charged with disorderly conduct and fighting in public. Each was held on a $500 bond. If convicted, they could face fines, probation, or short-term jail time. On April 2nd, 2025, a restaurant called the police after a strange young woman locked herself in the bathroom for over an hour, refusing to come out and throwing the whole place into chaos. But when officers arrived, what seemed like a simple case turned into something downright bizarre. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> You guys doing? >> What's good? Waiting for the bathroom. I've been looking for more than hours. >> What's going on? >> You guys knocked. Has anyone answered? >> Yeah, she's answering, but she just went open the door. >> Okay. Do you have a key? >> I broke a key. But whatever. >> You guys have a key. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> [laughter] >> It's not public. It's private. You've been there in an hour. They need you to leave. >> It is a private business. They want you to leave. If you do not leave, you will go to jail. >> And this is your last warning. Come out, open the door. >> You're refusing to leave. That is what you're doing wrong. It's called trespassing. >> [snorts] >> going. >> Well, you are trespassing on private property. If you have medical problems, we're going to get you medic. >> Right from the start, the officers followed protocol. Approach, warn, then act. Hogging a private restroom for that long, that's clear trespassing and enough reason to legally remove her from the premises. >> You need to leave. >> Let's go. Come out. I don't mean to lie. >> You go to jail. >> You going to go in? >> What? >> Let's go. We're going to tell you this one last stop. If you don't leave, you're going to go in and call. Let's go. >> I'm going where? >> To jail. >> To jail. >> We're trespassing. >> We're going to jail. We're going to stop and leave private property. Private property. I leave now. >> How am I How am I trespassing? I know my >> You are being told to leave a private business. >> Okay. I hear you. I understand you. I am leaving in two minutes. >> Listen, I'm going to give you a last word. Do >> not come back on this property. You're trespassed. >> How? >> How am I trespassed? >> They don't want you back on this property. >> Step out. >> Leave the property or you go to jail. step out of the property or you going to inqu >> [ __ ] >> No, off the property. That means out of the parking lot. Off the sidewalk. >> If you come back onto this property, sidewalk or parking lot, you go to jail. >> [ __ ] Bro, you are ridiculous. I was using the bathroom and I have >> It doesn't matter. Other people need to use the bathroom. >> I know my rights. >> You have no rights on private property. If they don't want you there, you have to leave. >> It's not private property. >> Yes, it is. This is >> a public restaurant. >> It is a private entity. >> You know what? >> You know what? >> This is your last chance. Leave or you go to jail. >> I'm off the property. >> No, you're not. you're still in their parking lot. >> Even after finally leaving the restroom, she lingered around the property making a scene. She kept saying she knew her rights, but the way she twisted that phrase into an argument just showed how little she actually understood and how much she was pushing it. >> She's asking you to leave. All right, as of right now, you need to leave the property. I'm going to tell you this one last time. If you don't leave, you're going to go in. Ma'am, leave the property. Thank you so much for letting me handle my medical issues. >> What is your name? >> Officer Charles. >> Charles and Nicholas. Thank you for not helping me. >> Okay. >> You do not know. >> We offered you the medics. If you want to go to the hospital, we'll call the medics for you. >> I don't need the medics. >> Okay. Well, then you need to leave the problem. >> Handling my issues. You need to leave. >> Doesn't matter how long it takes. If I'm an hour, there's two bathrooms. [ __ ] can. They don't have to let you use it. >> Why? >> Because it's a private entity. >> Okay. And if I was buying something, that's >> they can deny you service. >> So, can I get my food? >> No. >> No. At this time, they don't want your service. >> Nope. They don't want you back on their property for a year. If you come back, you go to jail. >> You don't even know my name. >> We don't need to know your name. >> So, did you guys did you guys allow here? Yeah. >> I'm saying did you guys allow her cuz you guys you guys been having she saying no about this situation something. >> Okay. >> I just got food. What are you doing? >> Don't fight. Don't fight. >> What are you doing? She just said I can order food. [laughter] What are you doing? >> You just said I could order food. She just said I could order food. You're >> under arrest. >> Really? >> No, just arrest her. >> Wait, wait, wait, wait. I I know my advice. >> Wait, >> don't fight. >> Wait. >> You fight, you're going to get hurt. >> I'm telling you, put your hands together. >> Girl, did you notice I could order food? >> Did you not? For reasons nobody could figure out, she kept trying to go back into that bathroom like it was her god-given right. After several warnings, she kept ignoring them, boldly brushing off the law like it meant nothing. Eventually, the officer's patience ran out. >> Did you call me that? >> I was on the phone with them and I asked you if I could order food. Now I have to call them again. >> Relax. Relax. Relax. >> Can I please just Can you please stop? >> Can you please stop right now? >> For what? >> Trespassing. >> For what? For what? >> Trespassing. >> For what? >> You just said I could order. No, you went to the bathroom and I told you they just told you to leave and then you say you were talking to them. >> Please, Dude. >> That's my phone. >> Your phone's right here. >> Your phone? We got you a phone, >> BRO. WHAT THE [ __ ] OH GOD, YOU JUST SAID I COULD ORDER FOOD. BRO, what the [ __ ] What the [ __ ] dude? >> Relax. >> Can I please make a phone call? Cuz I was just talking to your managers. >> Relax right now. >> I was just on the phone with the company. >> Let me make a phone call. Hey, can you get out? >> No, I can't. She just said I could order food. >> We told you you weren't allowed back on the property. >> And she said that it was okay. >> She just said it was okay. I don't understand. Just let me get something to drink. I have a medical issue. >> Well, then we'll get you medically cleared before you go to jail. >> Please. What's your medical issue? >> I need to make a phone call. I have into susception. >> Please. >> Doesn't make sense. SHE SAID I WAS ABLE TO ORDER FOOD. >> You told her already not to come back >> and then I ASKED HER. I SAID I LOST MY MAIL in the bathroom. >> Can she come out and talk to you? >> She already told me. Once cuffed and escorted to the squad car, she started yelling, cussing, and [music] then claimed the officers broke her nail and tightened the cuffs too hard. With her escalating behavior, police had no choice but to hobble her, using a special ankle restraint to keep her from hurting herself or others inside the cruiser. >> Not really. >> How does this come off? >> Doesn't come off. >> Your earring doesn't come off. >> Can you please just let me relax? >> Just relax. Just relax. Just relax for now. >> Nothing wrong. >> Can you relax for now so I can take this off? >> I've done nothing wrong. >> I know my rights. You are [ __ ] violating me. My rights. You're violating me. You're violating me and my rights. >> No. >> You just broke off all of my nails. >> All right, stand up. Get in the car. What the [ __ ] [screaming] What the [ __ ] What the [ __ ] >> Hey, >> [ __ ] >> Yeah. Now she's going to have to be hobble. They're loosening these [ __ ] [ __ ] >> There's one who's literally cutting me off. Slip it under. >> Go. >> Bro, what is your problem? >> Respect my rights. >> One more time. I am legally allowed to enter a building if a manager says so. >> I am being held accountable. I'm being held against my rights. You're data person. >> I'm being held against my rights. Have you even read me my mandatory rights? No, you have not done that either. So, first of all, now you are [ __ ] violating two rights of mine. >> What's your date of birth? She was finally booked and charged with [music] trespassing and resisting arrest. Depending on her record and how the court sees it, she could face fines, probation, or even up to a year in jail. The big question is, was this just a clueless young woman acting out or a sign of the growing main character syndrome we see too often these days? Let us know what you think in the comments below. At the end of the day, a teenager crashed hard from her own arrogance. And over at the airport, a lawyer's girlfriend exploded like a ticking time bomb. On December 5th, 2024, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. A woman, allegedly the girlfriend of an attorney, turned the baggage claim area into her own personal [music] disaster zone. Drunk, loud, and stumbling, she caused such a commotion that airport [music] staff had no choice but to call the cops. But what unfolded after they arrived was only the beginning. Excuse >> ma'am. Okay. >> I'm sorry. Out of line of all this or >> we just had a conversation real quick. Yeah. >> That's not >> I was here yesterday for um like Rock Wall, Texas. >> Oh, yeah. >> Cuz I live there. Okay, this >> I was here the other day. >> So you got to connect. >> It's this and then it was these the other day. My flights got moved the other day. So it was starting after not this but this >> time right there. >> Yeah. Yeah. It was I >> to see where's the date of >> um could be in the bathroom. I went to the bathroom like I said yesterday. >> Bathroom over here. >> Yes. Like I was told yesterday. Um since my ID didn't like pass it or anything. I went to the bathroom and waited for my ride. So I just waited there yesterday. Um >> so you left the bags yesterday. Have you had the bags today? >> I can check it again. I'm being honest. So, I didn't pay attention. >> No, have you have you had your bags today? >> At one point, yes. I mean, on I've been up since like 4:00 or 5. I check or is that not allowed? >> Uh, we checked. They they said that they might have seen them. >> Okay. It was just a regular black bag with like gold. Um, >> and you said you had it today. >> Yes. If y'all saw it, um, it has the actual ticket in it and then it also has like my mouthwash, my toothbrush. Like, >> is that your stuff over here? Sarah, >> come over here. Let's go over here. >> Yeah, that's exactly. >> She tried explaining why she was at the airport, but her story was all over the place. Rambling, confusing, and contradictory. She claimed to have an e ticket, yet couldn't actually show it. When asked basic questions, she spiraled into tangents about invalid paperwork, only making things worse. >> It's been several hours. I've been here since like 7 8. I have to find it. >> But I didn't throw it on the floor, though. >> I I don't know. I don't know. >> No, I know. But I'm literally saying it's like when I got here, they wouldn't accept it. It was on the floor, but I've been up since like 6:00 a.m., so give me 1 second to get this ID. They wouldn't accept it yesterday. So, I got my I my birth certificate. >> No, no, no. I I understand. I I'm just trying to figure out like what's what's going on. Make sure you're okay. >> I'm I'm just trying to make sure you're okay. I >> And I'm okay. I'm just >> No, I just hate it. >> Like we're I I understand. >> I should calm down. >> Look Look, we're we're here for you. We're trying to figure out what's going on. So So we got a call that you were that you were screaming. You're upset. >> But she came over here cussing and screaming earlier about >> somebody called. They're closing the door. >> So, what what what did she uh >> I don't know what >> I know when I was out there, she was walking up and down like by the where everybody was in line to go through security on her phone and she was loud. I couldn't hear what she was saying, but she was being really loud and then she was sitting down over there by the doors and we could hear her all the way from here. >> That's what we got called about. They called from over there saying some lady out here cussing and yeah >> holling and threw all the stuff out on the field >> cuz I know she came from the security checkpoint so I don't know if she got up there and they told her >> line over there and they the ones who called those clear the clear people. >> Airport employees confirmed she'd been yelling, tossing her belongings everywhere and acting completely disoriented, wandering around and even mistaking the restroom's location. At this point, officers began collecting witness statements and closely observing her mental state, which seemed increasingly unstable. >> So, I was told to basically print out my actual ticket because I had it on my um like actual I can't show it. It's not on here, my other phone. >> So, I went to the front, printed my actual tickets out because they needed the actual like verification number. And then I went back up there and they just said, "Do you know what time your flight is supposed to leave today?" It left 10 yesterday. >> No, like your flight you said you said yesterday was 11:00. >> 11:00 a.m. >> 11:00 a.m. >> You got rebooked in onto new flights, right? >> Yes. New I have my birth certificate, my ID, >> and you're saying your flight uh is is flying out at 11:00. >> Yes. >> Okay. And then >> but it's important. >> No, but but I'm saying but I'm just trying to figure out how did how did we get to where we were where >> my ID snapped in my back pocket. >> No, I understand that you told me that. I'm saying so you were in line. Okay. Your stuff was over here and your flight was leaving at 11. >> Yeah. Yes. Thank you. So, no, I'm not mad at all. I'm saying thank you. >> No, I'm telling you thank you. Cuz yesterday >> was a long ass day and I didn't get anything done until 6:00. >> Thank you. >> Where do you live in? What do you >> Rockwell? >> Rockwell. >> Yes. This ticket total was like $800 and they told me they kind of accept it because like my ID broke in half and stuff. >> I had a long ass but whenever I actually got it synced in >> Have you taken anything this morning? >> No. >> You not any prescriptions or anything like that? >> No, I'm trying to send it all in this folder. >> Hold on. I cried this morning because I lost heartache. Look, look. So, what we're trying to figure out is what's best for you. Okay. >> When we showed up, you didn't know where your stuff was. >> You don't you you were already passed your flight, and a cleaner found your stuff in the men's restroom. >> They stuff yesterday. Also, >> police stepped in to help reprint her boarding pass. They told her she had missed her 11:15 a.m. flight, but would be moved to the 10:07 p.m. 1. At first, she thanked them. Then, she burst into tears. This emotional roller coaster from gratitude to meltdown in seconds made it painfully clear she was not okay because you going to need that to go through TNT. >> I broke my ID in half and they wouldn't accept it because I snapped it in half. >> Listen, they you so that mean you have to show your birth certificate. >> It's been like two >> with your ID. >> Yeah, >> because that's the only way you going to get through security.
