But the driver flipped out, slamming her brakes, throwing out chilling threats. From that moment on, the whole thing went off the rails. >> So, my car is messed up. Then we tried calling and then she break checked us and we sideswiped her cuz we were trying to swerve into the media. >> Right from the jump, this woman carried herself like she was untouchable. Instead of handing over her license or stepping out like she was told, she chose to fight it. No paperwork, no compliance, just attitude. That alone set the stage for a showdown. >> You guys are hot in those pants. >> My bald head's getting a little punchy right now. >> I'm like sweating. Get back. >> Get back. Otherwise, I would have opened the window. I'm not stupid. >> I'm not stupid. Hello. >> All right, that's it. You can't You can't You can't be hitting the You can't be hitting the camera. Get out of the car. >> Yeah, you did. We won't do that to do that. >> Get out of the car. Stop. Officers went from polite warnings to being forced to use some muscle. And that's when her fake tough girl act shattered, clutching the wheel in desperation, then smacking the body cam like a mad woman. The mask slipped and what was left was raw panic. >> Stop. >> All right. YOU'RE GOING TO get Step out. Step out. YOU CAN STEP OUT NOW. >> ALL RIGHT. THERE YOU GO. Get on the ground. Put your feet in the car and we'll talk through the window. >> You know me and I know you. I didn't do anything wrong. These girls came up on me and they were racing me and they >> work through it, but I need you to put your feet in the car. >> We'll work through it, but put your feet in the car. >> I can't. >> We'll work through it, but put your feet in the car. >> All right. >> No, because Come here. >> Put that window down. >> Can I tell you something? >> No. You need to put your feet in the car. >> I I have I have my period and I don't have a tampon. >> I don't care. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. >> Even in the back of the squad car, she wasn't done. Screaming, thrashing, refusing to calm down. When excuses didn't work anymore, the shock hit her. And then came that vicious kick at the cruiser, proof she was ready to fight till the bitter end. >> Officer Lwig. Sergeant. Sergeant, stop. Don't put the WINDOW UP ON ME. THAT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY, BRO. I WORK AT THE JAIL, BRO. That's not funny. That's funny. You're on camera. That's >> I'm not laughing, but you're screaming and yelling. >> SMILE ON YOUR face and I know him personally, >> so that's going to look bad on you. You got a smile like Jasper on your face. >> I'm not smiling. >> Well, then you got a serious ugly face. >> Thank you. I appreciate it. >> Mudwig, >> what? >> I didn't do anything, Mudwig. >> Okay. Well, you didn't comply. We told you numerous times to get out of the car and then you kept holding on the steering wheel. You wouldn't step out. We told you you would get tazed >> and then you tased me. >> Okay. Okay. Well, that's your fault. >> You have to comply. >> I work at the jail, Lwig. >> I can't help that. >> Yo, what the are we doing, man? I have to go over to my kids, and you know that. >> I can't help that. You made it difficult on yourself. >> I didn't do anything. The girl rammed into me. >> All right. Well, you'll have your day in court. >> You have your day in court, >> Rod. >> Do you need anything from these guys? >> Bloodw. >> Do you need anything from them, >> Blood? >> Do you need anything from them? >> No, I'm talking to you. >> Do you need anything from them? >> I'm talking to >> Please sit. Go sit, >> Ter. I'm asking you politely to get in my patrol car. Come on, >> Ter. I'm not telling you. >> I don't want him. >> I feel I feel threatened by him. I don't want him. >> I don't want him at all with him. I'll be with him. >> He's going up there. >> He's going up there. I need you to step in. >> Go sit down. >> I will. >> Okay. Go sit down. >> I don't want him in this car. >> That's too bad. It's his car. >> No, I don't. Then I want to go in a different car. >> The cops stayed patient, stuck to protocol, and even made sure her rights and medical checks were handled. But still, she kicked, screamed, demanded to be moved to another car like she could still call the shots. >> He's laughing. >> Nobody's laughing. >> Seat belt. >> No, I don't want to. >> No, I don't want it. I don't. I feel possible. >> So, when he gets in a car crash and you die and your kids don't have anyone, is that what you want? >> Yeah, I don't want it. Thank you. Please, I'm already confused. Please. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. Please. >> No. I I want to refuel in your car. >> I don't want it. >> You want a seat belt in your car? >> I don't want it tight. >> It's not tight. >> It's not tight enough. I can hear the seat belt. >> So, I'm now requesting that you submit to a lawful test of your urine for I am now requesting that you submit to a lawful test of your urine for the purpose of determining the presence of chemical or controlled substances. Will you take the test? >> No. All right. >> For what? >> I don't understand. I I don't understand. >> Yeah. I need you to m seven chapters. I don't understand. So, you want me to take a urine test? And if I don't take a urine test, I can have a misdemeanor or a film. >> Yes, ma'am. That's exactly right. >> For what? >> For what? >> Okay. >> So, so we believe that you have taken something or that something may be in your system. We requesting that you take a urine test so that we can determine if something is in your in your system. >> No, there's I told you I refuse to take >> I'm not taking anything. >> Okay, that's on you. >> In the end, reality caught up. She was hauled off to jail facing serious charges, resisting arrest with and without violence, battery on a law officer, reckless driving, and DUI with property damage. We're talking possible jail time, heavy fines, and losing her license depending on her record. When arrogance turns into defiance, sometimes all it takes is one headshake and the whole world comes crashing down. On June 4th, 2022, cops were just planning to give a driver a warning for a couple of minor slips, speeding and rolling through a stop sign. Should have been an easy let off, but instead it turned into something nobody saw coming. >> Hey guys, how you doing? Reason I'm stopping is your speed on. Langley, you got IDs on you? >> Yeah. >> All right. I appreciate it. >> Got a medical marijuana card? >> Uh, not on me. >> You smoking a car racing or something? >> You're good. >> Does he have one on? >> Yeah, I'm getting alone. [music] >> You smoked weed in this car before? >> Um, I I mean maybe a friend when they borrowed it or something, but >> Oh, how recent was that? Uh, I mean I let my son take my car like every other day usually to work, but >> Okay, no problem. Uh, you got insurance on the car? >> Uh, yeah. Uh, >> so you It wasn't too bad, man. It was just 37. You got to come down to 30. All right. >> Um, and then also also when you >> No, no, no, no. Also, whenever you come to a stop sign, you can't be like past that first stop bar. Does that make sense? You were kind of inching into the intersection before. You did stop, but yeah, you were a little bit too far, but beyond the stop sign. All right. Ain't a big deal. I'll give you a warning. Okay. >> Well, I'm going tell I I don't have a license. >> Okay. No big deal. I'll work with you. >> Thank you, sir. >> You know, so 37 sound right? >> What? 37? >> Yeah. I mean, you were trying to stay around 35. >> Yeah. Okay. So, nobody has a medical marijuana card. >> Um, >> no, not at all. >> Okay. >> Is that something you guys are in the works in doing or what's the deal? >> Uh, yeah. I mean, >> okay. >> I would like to eventually. Yeah. >> Um, >> well, while you bringing that up, I'm going to run to my car real quick. All right. >> Okay. >> Just leave this door open. >> At first, the chat was calm. No drama, but the mood flipped the second the officer asked for paperwork. In that split second, the driver had to admit she didn't even have a license. What started as a traffic slap on the wrist instantly spun into a whole different level of tension. You >> all right, buddy? >> Yeah. >> You all right? >> Yeah. >> You seem really nervous. >> Uh, well, I just don't I am nervous. I mean, the cops got behind me and pulled me over and I don't have a license. >> Okay. I was just telling her like every time I make progress on paying I owe like7500 for my license. I was just telling her every time I make progress on paying you something happens and wham I owe and they stack the fines up on me in the court like you know I'm never going to be able to get my license. >> Are you able to get like a business purposes only one so you can drive to and from work >> a hardship? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I was trying to get >> But you have to pay for something just like it's not like a guarantee. >> Yeah. >> Like how >> it's like a case by case approval kind of thing. >> I have to I have to pay half of my fines, court costs, and fees before I can. So that would be like 3,800. >> Yeah, that's unrealistic. We'll go ahead and put him in here. Why not? Can you put out the cigarette for me? Appreciate it, man. I think I've met you before, man. Yeah. Put your hands together like you're frame behind your back. >> Think you met me before? >> Oh man. 191 19. I'm driving >> habitual. >> Yeah. All right. So, yeah. License before. Every time y'all lock me up for habitual, dude, they drop it to a misdemeanor cuz I've never had one. >> Yeah. Got nothing on you. It's going to get you trouble. >> No. Why do I have to go straight to jail every time? >> Because it's a felony, man. >> I think I arrested you for it, too. >> It's not a felony. >> Yes, it is. The decision to cuff her right away showed the cops knew they were dealing with someone who'd been in trouble before and could be a threat. Hearing the word felony made it crystal clear driving without a license isn't just a ticket when you've got prior. And when they smelled weed, that gave them probable cause to dig deeper into the car. >> Okay. >> I thought people want you. >> Why did you even pull me over? I told you speeding the stop sign and then you're watching. >> You turned around. You pulled a UI right when we passed you for what? >> When I passed you on that road, you hit a >> I was just trying to turn around >> and got behind me. No, man. That's >> Sit down. Man, can you step out for me? Were you able to find that insurance? Uh, why are no signal? >> Because we're going to search your car. >> What's the cause? >> You don't have a medical marijuana card. Neither does he. And I smelt marijuana when I walked up. >> That's not a >> Yeah, it is. >> You're going to get out or I'm going to remove you. >> But that's I thought that's not >> Are you going to get out? >> Well, can I ask you a question now? >> Yes. I have probable cause to search your car now. >> I But in Florida, there's not a reason. >> Step out. >> Step out. >> OKAY. >> STEP OUT. HE IS VERY far away. >> Stop pulling away. Not valid. >> I did not pull me at all. You might want to tighten that one up. You're going to stand over there with officer >> doesn't look damaged. All right, I was going to set that right there. Yes, force had to be used. That's how you keep the scene safe. But even then, the officers kept it professional, checking on her injuries, offering her a shady spot to cool off. Proof they were trying to balance the hammer of the law with some measure of humanity. >> Get out like we're giving you lawful commands to exit the vehicle. All right. >> Yeah. >> He's saying he when he approached he smelt marijuana and either one of you have a medical marijuana card. All right. That gives us probable cause to search vehicle. Okay. I thought the law changed. No. No. If if No. No. If you don't have a medical marijuana uh card, then it's still illegal. All right. And the the time to debate is not at that moment. That's why you got yanked out of the car. Just glue on. Is your finger all right? You want to sit on the curb in the shade? Are you good here? >> Yeah, that'd be awesome. >> Okay. Yeah, we can go do that. >> Uh, let's leave that right there right now. Yeah, we that we'll just sit there so you can just get out of the sun. >> Like, no, I'm not. She just kept denying that I was going to search the car. And I was like, "You're going to get out or I'm going to remove you." And she's and she just But I removed her. She pulled away several times. So got resistant on her. And then right now just leave. >> Uh possibly. I didn't search her cuz she's got What's her name? >> Uh Olivia. >> I did. smoke. You're not smoked. What did you think you were? >> But what looked like a traffic stop gone sideways got a whole lot darker. A white rock and burned foil turned up in the search. At that point, the story wasn't about speeding anymore. It was about cocaine. And no amount of excuses could hide that. I'm not in any trouble for it. I just want to know if she had like some kind of addiction problem or something. >> No, she doesn't. >> Has she ever used narcotics before? >> No. No. She's a She's a >> and she's not even But hey, >> she said she cocaine. >> Oh, she said it was cocaine. >> That's what she said. But that was that was hesitation. Cocaine. >> Okay. What do you use cocaine with? What are you using cocaine with? Your blunts. Is that what you do? How are you using the cocaine? He snort it. Okay. Does he ever do any with you? No. Well, I appreciate your honesty. We're going to go to my car now. In the end, both were hauled off to jail. The man's charges, driving without a license, possibly a felony thanks to his record. The woman's possession of cocaine and resisting arrest. That's fines, jail time, maybe both, depending on the state. From stubbornness behind the wheel to brazen defiance in public, chaos followed them every step of the way. On June 16th, 2025, [music and singing] an ordinary day at the airport turned into chaos when a drunk couple went off the rails, forcing police to step in fast. From that moment, tension took over the terminal, dragging everyone into a whirlwind of trouble. When you're in a place like this, a critical incident place, you have to act appropriately and not come in drunk, right? That's how things work here. >> Okay. >> All right. So, we're going to call the airlines. They're going to come over and ask you a few questions. >> Okay. >> If they don't want you to fly, you will not be flying tonight. >> Okay. >> There we go. >> Rock. >> I'm acting up. >> I'm acting up. >> See what I'm saying? You need to calm down. >> No, for real. I'm acting up. How How am I acting up? >> They made me act up. >> Wow. I was going to walk through this thing, dude. >> Wow. >> I don't give a >> These people have all power, man. >> Yeah. All power. >> All power. Look at all the stuff he's got on his chest, man. >> Yeah, exactly. Shoot me. >> Taser me. >> Come on. Come on. Come on. >> Look at a lot of stuff on his chest. >> I don't give a dude. >> What is that? A camera? >> Yeah. >> Walkie talkie. Got a gun. He's got a gun. He can kill us. He could kill us at any moment if you wanted to. >> Tostitos. Tostitos. [laughter] That is funny. kind of a distraction. >> I love it. >> I don't care. What are they going to do? >> Cuz people kind of play me. >> They like they like everybody to be cheap. They like everyone to move in the same. >> In the middle of a crowded airport, the drunk pair stirred up pure drama. The man kept provoking people while the woman whined non-stop. What started as a scene quickly turned into a dangerous spark in a place packed with travelers. First of all, thank you for >> People are complaining. People are complaining. >> I know they're mean >> because there's people >> that are mean people. >> I don't give a >> This is not the time to to be angry. >> I don't care. >> Look, they're going to they're going to >> What are they going to do? Arrest us? >> I don't know. Probably arrest you. They have all the power to do all that stuff. >> Go for it, dude. Arrest me. >> Don't touch me. two. >> These are two toys that I wrapped. >> You really shouldn't even have a job. >> Shut up. Shut up, Aaron. >> I don't even know why you >> I'm drunk. I'm sorry. I'm drunk. I'm drunk. This is my first time flying in. First time flying now. >> First time flying. You got me though, don't you? >> Calling somebody. >> Check me out, baby. >> We got to drive at the airport. >> They serve us drink on the [ __ ] plane. >> It's okay. It's fine cuz I I didn't do anything wrong. >> If we can go and leave. >> Yeah. You're going to be a seno. >> I give you that look, too. >> Look at this screen. >> Their arrogance was on full display, mocking airport security, sneering at cops, and blowing off the rules like they didn't apply to them. And after being escorted out, they doubled down, barging back into a restricted area like they were untouchable. Look >> the leopard. >> Look, baby. Baby, look how his knee is slightly bent. >> Shut up. >> He is ready. >> Shut up, Aaron. >> He is in the ready. >> The ready position to what? Defend yourself against me. >> I have to. >> You won't have to add your stuff. >> Why are we getting arrested? >> Get your stuff >> and let's go. If I repeat myself, you go in handcuffs and spend the night in the county jail. Put your shoes on and get out. Okay. >> Why would you do that? >> Baby, baby, calm down. They're getting real serious with us. I don't understand why. >> [ __ ] tell. >> Just calm down. Please, baby. >> All the way down. >> All the way down. Now, >> guys, go home. Go. What's your name? >> Listen, is there anything supervisor working in the airport tonight? >> It's the only thing I wanted the supervisor working tonight. There's no way you're coming tomorrow. Hey, hey, back up. Back up. >> I don't I don't want >> I'm going home. I'm going home. I'm going home. >> Turn around. Turn around. >> Terminal 4. >> Roll. Roll over. Sit up. Roll over. >> Run over. Sit up. What you did wrong? >> Sit up. >> I was just trying to go home. >> Sit up. >> Get up. Coming back after being thrown out showed just how reckless and stubborn they were. Instead of walking away, they demanded a supervisor and tried to square up with police, convinced defiance would somehow make them right. Don't do that. Don't do that. >> Get in a wheelchair. Anar, get in a wheelchair. [screaming] >> Please just let me up. I didn't do anything. I just want to go home. I want to go home. Please don't take me to Mexico. >> I just want to go home. Just let me go home. Let me go home. Let me go home. Please, please, please, please, please, please, please. I'll leave. I'll leave. I'll leave. Please don't take me to Mexican jail. Please. I just want to go faster. >> I have a little boy. >> You need a car. We're going to put on a little boy. What did I do to you, dude? What did I do? What did I even do to you? >> Oh my god. >> Relax yourself. What are you doing? >> Let me relax. >> Turn face down. Face down. [ __ ] >> No. But once the cuffs clicked, the woman's whole act collapsed. The swagger was gone. In its place, fear, panic, and total loss of control. Her body breaking down under the weight of her own meltdown. Keep your face down. Keep your face down. >> Keep your face down. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. In the end, Britney was booked on charges of trespassing, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and assaulting an officer, possible punishments, jail time, probation, or a heavy fine, depending on the judge's call. Their public shame might fade fast, but for a grown child still acting like one, the fallout is nothing short of tragic. On August 11th, 2023, cops got a call about a hit and run. The victim described [music] a silver Toyota Camry, and that tip led officers straight to the suspect's car. But the moment they made contact, things took an unexpected turn. >> Hey, how you doing? >> I am all right. Better. >> Yeah. So, what turn she waited so late? I mean, it was just, you know, I I couldn't figure out what was happening. >> Okay. Um, it's drivable. I can get it out of the way. >> Yes. Let's Let's get out of the way if that belongs to you or >> Yeah. Well, yeah, I'll take it. I'll stick it in the trunk. >> Just put it in the trunk. >> How you doing? >> I'm just wondering where I'm take out the trash. >> Where I take out the trash? >> Not you. Well, yeah, you, I guess. >> What do you mean? >> I mean, just the trash of your city. Like I don't know >> the trash. Okay. You want to you you want to talk to me a little bit today about what's going on? >> Um >> can you step out of the car for me? >> Oh, hell no. I probably physically can't. Why? >> To be honest with you. >> Are you injured? Do you need help? >> I feel like I probably jelly. I did just go through detox for five severe days to try to um take fentinel. >> Guys, you guys should use this knife once a shift, right? >> Sir, nobody's going to hurt you. I'm just asking you to step out of the car so we can >> I don't think I can physically step out of the car. >> Why? Why? >> I think that I slammed the dashboard really hard with my left leg and my ankle is I don't know what the situation is, but I don't >> Is your foot stuck there? We got We got We got to talk to you about uh whatever just happened. I see your car's got some damage. Are you saying your foot is stuck and you can't step out of the vehicle? >> I'm obviously drunk. I don't know what I'm saying. >> Trashed. >> You say >> trash? What? Trash. >> Oh, I never said that. That's yours. Your your statement, not mine. You're going to have to replace the It's got a whole bumper anyway. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah, it's all burnt now. >> Okay. >> Go for it. Got to see how sharp it is. >> Oh, trust me. It's sharp. >> Nice. >> Any questions? >> Okay. I'm not worried about your your opinion of what you feel towards yourself. We're trying. >> Okay. I'm not I said again, I don't judge. I'm trying to figure out what happened a few minutes before we arrived here. >> I really can't say. Officers tried to figure out if the woman was injured or high, but she refused to get out of the car, rambling in circles, dodging every question. No matter how patient the cops were, she just kept dancing around the truth. >> Under the influence of something right now other than marijuana. >> No. >> When did you last have one of those marijuana gummies? You said you took some gummies and something else. >> Few hours ago. >> A few hours. >> Said I'm detoxifying my body from fentinyl and I'm on day like 10. >> You're right. I understood that. But I mean, but you also said you took some THC products. So, I'm just trying >> to try to ease the nausea because I'm don't have access to >> nausea. >> Like I went to the detox place and they're like two two two across the board. She's like, "I'm going to put you to sleep." You know, the night nurse and [ __ ] She's great. She's really amazing, actually. >> Okay. >> But, >> well, look again, it it appears that you were in a collision. We're trying to figure out what happened. And and the reason he's asking me to ask is you I mean, you did mention fentanyl earlier. We want to make sure you're okay cuz I I want to be able to to meet your requests if possible. If possible, I would I am after a video of my last encounter with the state patrol. >> Okay. >> My copy of the video and your copy of this video. >> Okay. So, there's something called a public disclosure request and you can have that at any time after this event. >> Okay. >> So, you'll you'll be able to have that. Do you have any weapons in the car, weapons on you, anything like that? >> Of course not. >> Firearms, knives, nothing like that. I I You say of course not. I'm not we're never sure. So, >> I got a lot of cool though. >> Okay. I don't even know if all my organs are kicking back in. You know what I mean? Like I basically just >> She said it's suspended, but I didn't check. >> I'm an SR22 and 100 bucks away from a restricted license. >> We're going to tell you the truth. >> Well, what I will say is that you're you you've got severe damage. This the vehicle described returns to you. Um your pupils are pretty tiny and you mentioned fentanyl, possibly some THC stuff earlier. I meant detoxification >> that I am currently deep into as far as I ever have been >> like at day nine which I don't know how many people what happens at that point like I don't know if all my organs are even kicking back on for real >> okay >> her evasive answers and contradictions only raised more red flags and when her mother showed up instead of calming things down mom's words only deepened the suspicion >> in a collision she left the scene of the collision so she said shouldn't been driving to begin cuz she's suspended. >> I know. >> So, regardless, she's going to she's going to be in custody here in just a moment. Okay. >> I also suspect she's under the influence. She says she's detoxing. >> She was, >> but I don't I think she's not detoxing. I think she's under the influence based on her kind of erratic statements and so forth. >> So, last Friday night, she entered the detox down in Oregon. That's what she said. Like, they were coming off six or seven days that she's been trying. >> She came home yesterday morning. They were trying to move her to a crisis. the next stage of the unit. There were no beds. She told me that she had been in an accident and locked lock sign of everything. >> The girls are in the car and so I don't want them to see and you don't want them to see these guys pull you out. You're going to be okay, but you got to do >> going to help you get out of the vehicle. Okay, just relax. All right. >> I honestly don't want you here. I'm I'm going to remove your phone. Okay. Come on, sir. >> Like this is sir. >> Ow. I really don't. Keep stepping. You're fine. >> We're going to help you out. >> Keep stepping. >> You got You got to have to work with us. Okay. >> Got to use your feet. Come on. Use your feet. >> Stop. >> The arrest came after she flat out refused a lawful order. Cops had no choice but to pull her from the car with force. Her weak resistance nothing more than a last gasp at clinging to freedom. >> You got it. >> Sarah, >> don't blow cuz you're going to scratch your face. Okay. >> All right. That was unnecessary. We didn't have to do that. >> Okay, Sarah, we're going to help you get up. Okay. Just work with us. All right. Come on. >> One, two, three. Come on, sir. You got this? >> All right, let's go to my car. >> Please don't trap me in here with my own smell. Just a little bit. >> Okay, Sarah, I'm going to read you a poem. >> Just ask me. >> You have the right to remain silent against you. >> Out of my mind right now. >> Okay. We'll we'll document everything that you tell us. We will. >> And >> and you have you'll you will have access to that report. >> I'm not trying to be a criminal right now. I'm just trying to fight for my life, honestly. Um, >> okay. Why? Why? Why? Why do you say that? Why? >> Why specifically do I say that? Cuz I got to >> for your life. >> Yeah. Like I don't know if all my organs kick back on detoxing and fentinyl pills. You know what I mean? >> Okay. >> Is it bad? Would you really really want to throw away like a good third of your [ __ ] by not washing? You got to wash your [ __ ] and you know what I mean? >> Would you like medical aid to come check you out? >> I honestly don't know. I've been at the detox place. They've been monitoring between my passes and everything. They come. >> Don't be. I'm looking for just a small it'll be a little small white a black glitter purse but and you can open it cuz inside will be like her storage cards all of her cards. So she >> this vehicle is registered to her though just >> it's registered her friend. >> Ah I see. Hey sir real quick question. >> You guys keep asking me questions but I answer you guys and you guys just act like I'm not even a person or talking or anything I'm saying is even real words. >> We have actually treated you very humanely. >> You guys are acting like nothing I'm saying is real words. And I get it. I get it. But like why? You know, maybe because of the state of your mind, you are saying some things that don't make sense. >> No, they make exact sense. What I'm saying. >> Okay. Well, what I will ask you is your mom. >> I'm glad I'm the [ __ ] face of this right now, to be honest with you. >> Once cuffed, she flipped the script, casting herself as the victim. Complaints, insults, blame, fired off like weapons with no real target except her own frustration. [music] Even on the way to the hospital, she kept lashing out with words. >> Hey, so I heard you you refused for the evaluation. So, are you So, let me explain what's going to happen from here on. Okay. I'm going to ask you if you would voluntarily submit bullet drop. >> Okay. If not, if you refuse, that's fine. I'm all I have to do is just get a search form. >> No, I mean, gladly you can have my letter for research. I'm trying to be sure. >> Mhm. >> Okay. I mean, are you are you voluntarily submitting it or >> I mean, I'm just trying to get through this process quick. Honestly, get a machine. >> The more you The more you be cooperative with us. >> So, >> that is true. >> So, you're saying yes to voluntary blood draw? >> Sure. But I mean, can I get a [ __ ] shower though after I give you guys my blood? Like, that's fair. >> Okay. >> You guys know practice writes on your paper. send it out to the next, you know, where you don't have to actually show up to court or whatever the code violations or it's not even legal to do in your own home. Did you know that? >> Are you >> is it true? Just tell me if I'm wrong. Is it legal to change your toilet in your own home without opening the open code is not legal? >> An open vent if you are over to the sewer. HELLO VIOLATION YOUR OWN HOME. YOU CAN'T change your own >> job. I already volunteered my blood. Good job driving hazmat material around in the sun. Firecracker. You're so great. You must be like a lieutenant or a >> you know like a I don't know a general or something like that. I can see it because your style you got your together which you you better have your [ __ ] to be put together if you're you know well a general. Does everyone act like douchebags around you guys? Cuz I noticed when I'm driving and you guys drive around, everyone starts going like under the speed limit and acting real [ __ ] on the road and [ __ ] >> because you guys are real scary. >> I'm just going to sl say if you think you're going to take my like willingly and blast me through that waiting room of the ER again like the last time with the state patrol and my out and all that. That's not going to happen. >> In the end, she was booked on four charges. [music] hit and run, driving on a suspended license, resisting arrest, and driving under the influence. Penalties could mean jail time, heavy fines, and a permanent license suspension. With a prior DUI, those charges can climb to felony territory with even harsher consequences. Adulthood doesn't always bring freedom. Sometimes it just opens the door to a nightmare called violence. On October 21st, 2024, [music] cops got a call about a woman screaming outside a black SUV. At first, they were just checking on her welfare, making sure she was safe. But what started as a routine call twisted fast into something [music] nobody saw coming. >> Hello. How are you? >> Miserable. That's what I am. >> Are you okay? >> No, I'm miserable. >> What can we do to help you out tonight? >> I just need my ride to take me the [ __ ] home. >> Who's your ride? Are they in the store real quick? >> No, he's over there working. >> Where does he work at? >> Right there at the gas uh car wash >> way down there. >> Yeah, at the end of the parking lot. Okay, I got you. What? Um I see you have some bruises on your face. Did Did something happen? Are you okay? >> Officer Barnes, I lost a girl with that. >> Barnes did? >> Yeah, >> that the other night. >> Yeah, Chad Leer is in jail because of it. >> I saw that. Chad Leer got went to jail for a assault. He did that to you >> for a battery against regulation. >> Yes, he did. I saw that. That's a felony. I can't believe he did that. Was he staying out of that shed still? >> He's in jail still. >> I know. Before that. [laughter] Before that. >> No. >> No. Okay. Hey, so we got a call out here. They wanted us to come check on you cuz they said that there was a lady outside of a black SUV screaming. >> I can't get his start car started. I just want to go home. >> Oh. Have you been drinking the night? >> I have. Okay. You don't want to be driving. >> Yeah. You don't want to be driving then. Good thing you're in the passenger seat and we got you over here in the passenger seat. So, we can't do a DUI investigation. >> Said wait on him. He'll walk over here and he'll get the >> What time does he get off of work? >> 8:00. >> What time is it now? I don't Let me see. 8:30. >> It's 8:30. Okay. >> He has to clean up. He has to sweep and empty all the trash and all that. >> Do you have your ID with you? >> Yeah, that's >> perfect. The welfare check began with a broken woman crying, calling herself miserable, drowning in despair. Signs of being beaten down with alcohol, possibly pouring fuel on the fire. >> I don't know what the hell is going on. My phone stopped working. >> Maybe we got to charge it. >> No, I had to come up here and have them like um unlock it and all sorts of stuff. >> Okay. 103. >> No dice. >> No. Okay. Hey, so here. You want us to see if we can look it up on our computer? Good. Good. If I can get you to step on out. Do you have any shoes or anything? >> Yeah, if you want to throw them on real quick cuz I know this gravel can hurt sometimes. >> Hey 71, can you run that male subject for any previous 88 conviction? >> You're all good. We'll look it up on our computer. Do you have any weapons on you? >> All right. All right. Is it cool if we check real quick? Hey, this deputy, is it cool if she goes in your pockets and checks? Perfect. Thank you so much. >> Oh, this is a brand new car. >> New to him. >> New to him. Good for him. >> How yall doing? >> Good. How are you? >> Good. >> Is she with you? >> Yes, sir. >> Are you at the car wash? Yes, sir. >> Hey. Okay. We just wanted to check on her, make sure she was good. We got a few calls. >> She's just been having a real stressful day, man. >> Okay, I got you. >> I just got off of work. >> You live in Jacksonville? >> No, I live right here in front of Dean off on the road. I just moved out here. I got to get a chance. Okay, I got you. What was your first name, ma'am? There's no reason to cry. >> She's been having a bad day. The dude beat her up the other day. Bad Chad. Yeah, we heard. >> I'm so sorry. >> Did he get you, too? >> No. >> Then he stepped out calm, almost polite. But in a bizarre moment of pride, he confessed he'd killed before, served time, and didn't shy away from it. That one admission flipped the scene from quiet to suffocating tension. >> Man came down on my face. Ooh. I wish he would have hit me. I wish he was man enough to hit a man. [laughter] >> He'd be dancing though. >> He's going to get it. >> No, he dances. >> Oh, dances. >> Yeah, she probably knows. >> Well, I did 26 and a2 years straight in prison. So, I just got out. >> You got You got a letter. >> I'm going to beat him now. That's one. >> Oh, okay. Just Okay. >> I went in June uh September 27th, 1998. They had me on murder one, gave me murder two, gave me 30 years. I did 26 and a half and got out June 13th this year. >> Good behavior, [music] >> sir. >> Good behavior time, sir. behavior. >> That makes sense. Okay. Um, we came out as therapy because someone was calling in saying that she's out here screaming and shouting. So, we just need to come out here and check on her real quick. Why is she crying? >> I have no idea. >> She's just been having one of those days, man. >> Okay, I got you. >> I'm planning to take her home and put her in bed. >> Hey, do you have valid medical marijuana card? >> No. Is it just a little weed pin in there? >> Okay, I got you. Um, is there anything else in the vehicle that we need to know about? >> No, sir. >> Good. No other drugs, firearms, nothing crazy like that if it's just a little weed pin. Okay. Yes, sir. Is it cool if we just check real quick? >> Go ahead. Help yourself, please. >> You, man. Thank you. You're good. You good? Check >> both of you guys. You're welcome, too. >> I hang out with y'all. >> As far as I'm aware, the only thing I got I got Hold up. I got this pocket knife right here. Put on your hood. >> Yeah. Throw it right here, my man. >> Oh, that's wire. [laughter] >> Hold up. I know I got one somewhere. >> Perfect. >> Just I got pulled over the other day by mistake and I had my pocket knife and I noticed officer re gun. I said, "Take it easy." I said, "You can have the knife, dude. I don't want no problems." >> He says, he said, "Well, we pulled your name when we run your tag." I said, "I don't know. I want no problems. >> All right. >> He said, "Why'd you run the red light?" I said, "Monica, >> make sure make sure she stays with us." Okay. >> Don't mess with me with Chad. I swear to God. >> Unlike her boyfriend's cooperation, she went headto-head with the police. ignoring commands, trying to walk away. Her resistance wasn't just against law enforcement. It was a desperate rebellion against a life already falling apart. >> And I'm tired of it. >> Tired of it. I don't have [ __ ] to hide. Every time they stop me, I tell them to search my [ __ ] man. >> But I'm tired of it, man. >> Miss Monica, come here. >> Can you come back over here before you go to jail? >> I got her. I got her. Hey, >> Miss Monica, I'm coming. Please stay with us, please. >> Monica, come back over here. >> Miss Monica, you are not allowed to leave at this time. I need you to walk back over there to that car. Okay. >> Thank you. You guys are ridiculous. >> Yes, ma'am. But they need to stop me and [ __ ] ask. Somebody called them. >> I'm going to work with them doing their job. >> They need TO STOP ME TO ASK ME TO WORK WITH THEM. >> I understand. >> You too. You work with them. >> I work with them. >> [ __ ] you. >> I work with them. >> [ __ ] them. >> I work with them. Are you for real right now? Whatever. >> Every time. Every time. I've given them what they wanted. Every time. >> Are you talking about us? The police? >> Every time. >> Miss Monica, stay over here. >> Just stay over here, man. I'm righting here. I'm right here. >> I'm right here. I'm not going anywhere. >> In front of the car. >> I'm not going anywhere. >> Miss Monica, >> I'm not doing anything wrong. Legally, I'm not doing [ __ ] wrong legally. In front of the car. >> Why are you pushing on me? >> Because I'm telling you to go to the front of the car. >> I'm standing right here. >> You can turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> You can turn around, put your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> Turn around. Put your hands behind. >> Inevitably, the situation boiled over. The refusal left cops no choice but to arrest her. And inside the SUV, the truth couldn't hide. Meth crystal right under her feet. Undeniable proof that shut down every excuse. >> Call officer. Yep. Okay. It's cool. >> I'm not calling anybody. >> Oh, you're good. Just hurt me, sir. >> I I know I am. >> I have absolutely nothing wrong with me. I don't play with you guys at all. I don't do nothing wrong. I'm just trying to move on with my [ __ ] life. >> Okay. >> But you sitting out here screaming, walking away from us. I feel like I'm moving on with my life. >> Nothing feels like I'm moving on with my life. >> Okay. >> Everything feels like Chad Leford has a hold of it. >> Well, Chad Leford's in jail. >> It doesn't matter. It's so he has control of everything. >> Well, don't let him. >> All right. Hey, so you're going to sit in the back of my car until we finish up the search? >> Yes, sir. >> Thank you. >> You want to take the phone? >> Sure. I'll make sure nothing happens soon. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> Thank you. >> Is she going to jail? >> No. So, right now she's just being detained. Mhm. >> Just hate to see right there. Thank you. Right now, she's just being detained because she's all over the place. >> I'm sorry, man. >> There's nothing for you to be sorry about. Like, I get it. You're just trying to help her out. You understand? >> All right. >> Are you taking my car? >> Maybe. I don't know. Is this your car? >> That's mine. >> What in here belongs to you? >> Everything except for that crap right there you just found. >> You rep colors? No, that's just a handkerchief. That's all that is. >> I was gonna say nobody wraps those colors out here. Hey, there was a eyeglass case in there. A little soft eyeglass case. Does that belong to you? >> Let me show you so we know which one I'm talking about. Is this Are these glasses belong to you? >> Uh, no. That >> belongs to the roommate. [snorts] >> Which roommate? >> Uh, Don Ward. >> Ward. Okay. Hey, so this was sitting here right there at your feet. In there contained three different containers of meth. Two little bags and one little container of meth. >> No sir. >> Just a little bit. >> I'm not telling you yes or no. I'm telling you it did have it in there. Okay. >> I understand me. >> Yes ma'am. Hey. So you're being arrested for possession of meth. Okay. >> Fantastic. >> In the end both were cuffed and charged. She faced possession of marijuana, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of meth. Monica was picked up again two months later for domestic violence against Randall, charges that were eventually dropped. But 6 months later, Randall himself was busted for credit card fraud and grand theft. So, tell me, was this poetic justice for a toxic pair or just two people trapped in a cycle of self-destruction? Drop your thoughts below. When the price of bad choices still lingers, another tragedy waits inside a locked car. On April 29th, 20125, cops spotted a woman driving recklessly on a public road. Even though she'd already pulled into her driveway, the stop was still legal. But the moment officers approached, the situation spun in a direction nobody expected. 45. We're at a house at Archer and >> 104. >> Roll down all your windows. >> What? >> You were driving all crazy all the way down. W >> No, I was not driving crazy. Use my signals, didn't it? >> Yeah. And you cut off the big old truck. YOU WERE GOING LIKE >> A big license registration, please. For careless driving. THAT'S NOT NO, YOU I'M PARKED. YOU CANNOT PULL ME over and registration provision. >> No, you cannot. >> You can't pull me over in my yard, sir. >> License or registration? I'm going to pull you out the car, >> sir. No, you're not going to pull >> Yes, I am. >> No, you're not. No, you're not at all. >> Give me your license. >> I'm parked on my property, sir. >> It is a legal traffic stop. Now, give me your license, registration >> for careless driving. >> You touch YOUR LICENSE WHEN I'M ALREADY IN MY YARD. >> FOR SOMETHING I observed on W. Now, give me your LICENSE OR REGISTRATION. >> W. I COULDN'T CATCH UP CUZ YOU WERE GOING 60. >> I WAS NOT GOING 60. >> License or registration? >> Should have TURNED ON YOUR LICENSE. >> GIVE ME YOUR LICENSE, REGISTRATION. YOU GOING to get out and you going to go to jail. >> NO, I'M NOT. YOU CAN'T. YOU GOT TO PULL ME UP OUT OF HERE. >> ALL RIGHT. You can GIVE YOU MY LICENSE. >> I WOULD HAVE GREATLY APPRECIATE it cuz you can talk yourself into going to jail right now. >> What? What's your problem? >> You should have been back there. You said your life back there. >> I COULDN'T CATCH UP. >> THAT'S NOT THE LAW. >> ALL RIGHT. WELL, I appreciate your passion for the law, but you are ill. >> Right away, the driver showed pure defiance. She thought being on her own territory meant immunity. In reality, it only showed how little she understood the law and how badly she overestimated her personal rights. >> Registration. >> I JUST LOCKED MY CAR. YOU CAN PULL IT UP. RUN THE TAG. >> License and registration. >> Pull the tag. >> Okay. License then. >> I just sat here and told you that what I got to keep repeating myself of. There you go. Yeah, she was getting it. She was going She smashed off south on I think it was T Street and then she turns right, comes out to W. I catch up and she was fixing to turn right. She had ran that stop sign already. And then uh after she ran that sign sign, she decided she wasn't going to turn right anymore. She whipped it left, cut a car off, and then she smashed it again. She's going like 65. I'm just keeping her in sight. And then she cuts off this giant truck and whips down Pleasant. >> What's the deal? She got a bad license or something? >> I don't know. I'm running it. I I don't know what the deal is. I'm on seven three 26. You copied the Florida 28 27 echo Lima >> 27 >> 26. Thank you. >> It's just a normal tag. >> She refused to unlock the car, insisting police had no authority to search it. That kind of standoff is obstruction, plain and simple. And it only pushed things closer to a forced takedown. A classic case of someone backed into a corner, clinging to halfbaked legal arguments. >> HEY, STOP PULLING ON MY DOOR, SIR. >> OPEN the door. STEP OUT. >> NO, I'M NOT GETTING OUT MY CAR. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEARCH MY CAR. >> I'M NOT GIVING YOU THE RIGHT. None of that. No, >> I have to step out. >> No, I'm not. I'm not stepping out. Not at all. No, I'm not. >> No, you don't. You will be going to jail. No. No. >> Step out of THE CAR. REASON WHY I GOT TO GET OUT. 3:45. I'm on seven. Step out of the car. Unlock the car. >> I don't know what happened. I ran it as a 2024 tag and it came up. It looks like >> Come out the car. You didn't come out the car. I'm only going to tell one more time. >> Get out the car. >> If you don't come, I'm busting this window. You come out. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BUST OUT MY WINDOW. >> YES, I WILL. >> NO. NO, you're not. For what? >> Get out of THE CAR. >> FOR WHAT? >> Get out of the car. >> For what? >> Get out of the car. >> WHAT IS YOUR PROBABLE CAUSE? >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. WHAT IS YOUR PROBABLE CAUSE? >> I SMELL OVER HERE. >> WHAT IS YOUR PROBABLE CAUSE FOR BUSTING OUT? >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. WHAT is your probable cause? >> Come out of the car. Come out. Get out. I'M NOT >> NO, CUZ Y'ALL Y'ALL IS NOT YOU WAS YOU WAS INVADING MY WIFE. I KNOW MY RIGHTS. NO, YOU CANNOT. YOU CANNOT. YOU MY RIGHT. >> What the [ __ ] Why arrest me? >> WHY ARE Y'ALL ARRESTING ME? WHY ARE Y'ALL DOING THIS? >> Once cuffed, her attitude cracked wide open. The tough talk melted into panic, screaming and blaming the cops. Backup arrived and with it the discovery. A small bag of meth hidden in her car. >> Yep. Take it. Take it. Can I get my two? >> NO. >> COME GET ME. COME GET ME. Too late FOR THAT. >> FOR WHAT? I AIN'T EVEN GOT >> YES, YOU DID. >> NO, I DID NOT. >> SHUT YOUR MOUTH. >> I didn't even resist. Yes, you did. Crazy. >> And that's [ __ ] UP. >> HOW YOU GOING TO TURN THE LIGHTS ON? HOW YOU GOING TO TURN? >> YO, IF Y'ALL TURNED THE LIGHTS ON A [ __ ] WHEN A [ __ ] WAS ALREADY IN THE YARD TURN THE LIGHTS ON RIGHT THERE, >> MAN IS ABUSING Y'ALL POWER, BRO. LIKE, OH JEEZ. >> AND YOU SITTING HERE SLIDING ME AND STUFF. >> CAN I GET MY other >> You already grabbed the weed. >> Got out the cup. Yep. And >> she kept trying to step on it. >> Yeah. All right. You got anything else on your person? >> Can I get my shoe, please? Sir, >> I'm asking if you have anything else on your person. >> Oh, I don't have nothing on my person. >> All right. Cuz it gets you into jail. It's another felony charge. >> Can you tell my uh Who you getting my keys to? >> Your brother. Like you asked. >> Can you tell him to go pick up my girlfriend for her job? Sunshine Learning Center. >> CAN YOU GET MY PHONE OUT? can cut her loose. Uh once call your spur, >> please. Please, sir. >> PLEASE. HEY. HEY, CAN YOU TELL THAT DUDE RIGHT THERE IN THAT CAR OVER THERE TO CALL MY GIRLFRIEND RIGHT NOW TALKING TO YOUR BUDDY? >> By then, it was too late. This wasn't just a traffic stop anymore. Her sudden switch from arrogant to desperate couldn't undo the damage. Officers reminded her she had a chance to cooperate, but she threw it away. >> What have you done that makes you think that I deserve to give you any favors? >> Sir, I listen. I was just trying to understand. >> No, you weren't. You were trying to obstruct because you didn't want to go for that. >> NO, NO, NO, NO. OH, NO. I GO FOR THE WEED. IT'S NOT YOU ARE GOING FOR the obstruction. >> I was not trying to OBSTRUCT YOU. I HAVE BEEN IN TROUBLE BEFORE and I have vowed to myself not to get back in trouble. Bro, >> you broke that vow. >> And I KNOW I BROKE THAT VOW TO MYSELF. Oh my god. >> Please, man. I'm begging. Can you please let me go, man? I was just trying to understand. >> I gave you a million chances to do this cordially, and at every at every opportunity, you decided to go a different way. So, this is the way it's going now. >> I'm trying to understand. I don't know my law like you. >> I know you don't. That's what I tried to explain to you. >> He right there probably. >> That doesn't matter. >> Let's do it. Let's do it. Let's do it, bro. Come here. Let's do it. >> PLEASE GO GET MY GIRL. GO GET MY GO GET DOMINIQUE. >> Go get Dominique. >> Are you okay? You good? >> Yeah. Thank you. >> Hey, man. You can have the car and everything in it. Oh, THE KEYS ARE >> LEARN. Go get Dominique. >> Before you pull up, can you tell my brother to uh go get my girlfriend trying to learn? >> We already told her right now. >> SEE, >> FOLLOW HER. FOLLOW HIM. >> QUIT SCREAMING, PLEASE. >> Sorry about that. >> TELL HIM TO HURRY UP AND GO GET HIM. >> QUIT YELLING, PLEASE. Can you please let me do this? >> No. >> Like that's crazy, man. >> 345 1915 >> like that. >> Uh to attack. Copy. Beginning. >> I ain't attack nobody. >> I said tack. It's short for the tactical office. >> That's where we're going to go write your report. >> That's crazy, man. >> I ain't say you attack nobody. You just obstructed. >> Justice. >> Yeah, you did obstruct. Y'all, how five, six men going to help? I'm attack five, six men, my little shortel. >> Obstruction without obstruction without violence is a charge. >> All right, you you can stop talking now. >> You don't know your law. We already established that. You don't know what in the hell you're talking about. >> In the end, she was charged with felony drug possession and resisting an officer without violence. The drug charge was later dropped, but resisting was stuck, earning her 36 months probation, a six-month license suspension, and 50 hours of community service. One stubborn moment closed the door on freedom and opened the chapter of how a minor stop turned into a lifelong tragedy. On February 8th, 2022, police were chasing down a stolen car. The pursuit ended when the vehicle slammed into a tree. The driver was identified as Rosal Lee, but when officers moved in, the story didn't stop there. >> What is >> half of it? You might want to >> Huh? What am I getting arrested for? >> Why'd you take off? >> Because I was in a driveway, dude. >> Oh, so you want to go back here in somebody's property? >> Look, you freaked me out. And that's not a lie. That's the truth. You ain't got a license either. >> What? >> You ain't got a round. >> They're going to help you out. >> Okay. Somebody help me out, too. >> We'll help you out. >> Oh, [ __ ] 1 2 3. >> Okay. What' I do? >> I'm not in the woods. I'm in somebody's driveway, first off. But what did I do? >> I don't have a valid driver's license. >> Hey, will you try to see my He's in my front seat and >> he scared the [ __ ] out of me.
