right now. >> When a simple hat becomes the excuse to put hands on an old man and one drink is all it takes to turn a little dog into the only real victim in the room. >> Please don't touch. You have one more chance. >> Touch you. >> [ __ ] you. >> Stop. You [ __ ] [screaming] Ah! >> They scream into 911 using the police-like stage props as if the law is just wallpaper for their oversized ego. >> I can jump really high. >> This is a [music] highlight reel of entitled Karens who swear they're above the badge right up until the cuffs click [music] and reality grabs them by the wrist. On May 20th, 2025, at a dog park in Largo, Florida, what started as a petty argument over a hat ended with an assault charge, a purple-haired woman was accused of tossing a drink can and shoving an elderly man. When police showed up, the story turned out to have a lot more layers than anyone expected. >> Is this other person still here? >> Yes, they are. >> Where is she? >> The gentleman in the small side, Michael, he'll let you know. He's got a video. They're on the big side. She came running over to this side. Enough's enough. I I have a right to wear this hat. >> Okay. Who Who Who saw her? Well, I'll get into all that later. >> Michael. >> Who's Michael? Where's he at? >> He's in the small park. >> I'm gonna get you. >> Hello. Is this other person still here? >> Yeah. Well, the guy. >> All right. Yeah, she just walked by. There they are. There you back. Black with the purple hair. >> And I have video of her >> going crazy as a a Trump deranged person. >> Okay. And when I said I was good with everything Trump was doing, >> she freaked out and jumped over the fence and told me I better be worried about her. Ma'am, can you come over here for a minute? >> Hi. >> Hello. >> So, we before we get into everything, can I just bring you up here so we can all talk together out in the front up here? >> Oh, no. >> Oh, no. >> No. >> Okay. Do you have your ID on you? >> No. >> Okay. What's your first name? Laura. >> Laura, >> why are you here, sir? >> Well, there was an incident and we were called about it. Okay. The other officer is going to come talk to you just a second. I just didn't know where you went to, so I came off to you. >> I was doing the same thing I always do. Walking around the dog park. >> Laura, what's your last name, Laura? >> My Why are you ask I don't No, I don't want to tell you my last name yet. >> Okay. Cuz we're working a criminal investigation. >> I said yet. >> Okay. >> So, all I'm asking you for is your name right now. >> Laura. >> Okay. What's your last name, Laura? I'll tell you when I feel comfortable telling you my last name when I feel comfortable doing so. >> Okay. When will you feel comfortable doing so? >> When I know what you want from me. >> Well, then we'll explain that. I'm just trying to get some basic info from you first. >> All right. >> Okay. But I do need your name. You are being detained right now until we figure out what's going on. >> All right. So, let's figure out what's going on and I'll give you my last name. >> So, you're not going to give me your last name? >> I will give you my last name when you tell me what it is. That's >> the other officer come back out here and talk to you in just a second. You're unwilling to come up front and talk to us. >> If you're going to be like that, sure, I'll come back. >> Let's go up front. >> I'm going to go this way. >> Well, let's go. >> Laura truly believed she could bend everything her way, just keep peppering the officers with questions, stall long enough, and refused [music] to give any real information. In her mind, the law was like a terms and conditions box where you can just click [music] accept or decline. But reality snapped back on her very fast. >> Hang on a second. We're not going to do whatever we want. That's not how this is going to work. Okay. >> Ma'am. >> Sir. >> Ma'am. >> Sir, I'm walking to the front of the park. >> Is that not what you wanted me to do? >> She's refusing >> to walk to the front of the park. >> I'm so sorry, sir. I'm so sorry. >> I asked her to walk to the front of the park and I'm getting this. I She won't give me her name. >> The park. I don't >> Yeah. Oh, she's with another male back there. I don't understand what he's >> right there is. >> Uhhuh. >> The one in the dog park with the dog. >> I'm simply trying to >> Okay. No, you're right. You No. No. Seriously. Seriously. You guys are right. I am being disrespectful. You You were both right. I should not be speaking to cops like this. Okay. Those >> Can I tell you why we're here? >> Can I Ow. Yes, please. Yes, please. Yes, please. >> We got a call. >> There's an allegation I made against you. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Let me Let me finish. Let me finish. I haven't talked to the other gentleman yet. Okay. Let me go get his sign. >> I'll get your side and then we'll see where we go from there. Okay. >> Was that so hard? >> That's what I tried to ask you if you would come. >> Right now you are detained. Okay. >> That and can I just say what? That's fine. He would not move past asking me my name. He would not tell me anything unless I get >> Did I not say you were detained and we're here conducting a criminal investigation? >> Would you tell me? And no, I told him this already. I >> I don't get IDed at the park typically. >> Let's go walk to the front of the park and we'll figure this out. Okay. >> Why are you detaining me? I just told you. >> I was asking him. >> Okay, let's go to the front. >> Why are you Why are you detained? >> Because we're conducting a criminal investigation. >> If you don't go up to the front right now, I'm going to put you in handcuffs. So, do you want to walk or do you want me to put you in handcuffs right now? >> I mean, I was already walking towards the front and all I wanted was what you told me. But >> see, easy enough, right? >> And while we're doing this, let me get your >> Let's keep walking. No, I will keep walking when you >> Okay, I'm not doing this, >> babe. >> The officers followed procedure and moved straight to the arrest, but she kept scrambling for excuses to drag things out and flip the script. And in a split second, her role changed. No longer the troublemaker at the dog park, now she was just a patriotic woman being picked on. This standoff was only just getting started. >> Babe, this is the time to move. anything right now. If you keep on doing this, you're going to catch a charge. >> What are you doing? >> What are you doing? >> What are you doing? >> Why are you doing this? >> Why are you doing this? >> Do you know her? >> Are you guys together? >> What is your relationship to her? >> Your boyfriend? Is this a normal behavior for her? >> Well, stand up. I don't want to. >> Let's go. >> I don't want to. >> Okay. Well, >> now you're hurting my arm. YOU'RE HURTING ME. WHAT AM I UNDER ARREST FOR? You have not read me my right. WHAT AM I UNDER arrest for? >> My head. [screaming] >> Stop. Stop. Stop yelling. >> I mean, him all this. >> What have I done to deserve this? You just >> What have I done? What have I done to deserve this? >> What have I done to deserve this? >> Can you just walk with us to the front? >> Cuz now you're under arrest. >> That's fine. >> Are you laughing? >> You know, all this is >> pretty ridiculous. [crying] >> I love Florida. >> All right, now we got the idea. I'm proud to be an American why you're being difficult. Because those men cuz that man that called the cops threw his drink at me. >> Okay. And I told you we were just going to the front so we can talk figure things out. He just got very difficult with us for no reason. >> Okay. I did not get difficult >> until this man >> come through the park. Uh veer left and uh walk the trail. You'll see us. >> What was the diff? What was I doing that was so difficult? >> I got it. Do you need five of us if she's in custody? No. >> YES. BRING FIVE. BRING FIVE OF YOU. I'm huge. >> 532. I can show you. >> It's obvious she wasn't worried about making America great. That out of nowhere blow up and the attack on the man in the MAGA hat showed a deep simmering resentment. Worse, she insisted the officers had to apologize to her before she'd even think about cooperating. All that did was send everything downhill even faster. >> He started it. >> Okay. Will you walk with us to the front? >> Will he apologize? >> No. Ma'am, will you walk to the front with us? >> Can we try? >> If this guy apologizes. >> Okay. Let's try to Let's try again. >> No. But >> I I will do every single thing. Every single. >> Can you walk with us to the front? >> If this man apologizes. >> Will you walk with us to the front, man? >> If you apologize. >> Oh, thank God you're here. >> [screaming] >> Are you going to grab her? >> All right. She's going on the huddle now. >> OH GOD. [screaming] OH GOD. >> OKAY. GO. >> YEAH. SORRY. >> MR. Third Cop. Can I please see you? Mr. Third Cop. He's going to hook this up by holding >> Mr. Third Cop. >> I'm right here leg. >> Yep. >> So, you'll grab my leg and carry me, but you won't listen to me about how this guy on my right refuse to tell me anything. >> Oh, maybe you'll listen to me. So, this guy on my right, I I walked over to him. I nearly Oh, he's got a mustache. I should have known. What? >> I said I would. >> You started kicking >> cuz you wouldn't PUT ME DOWN. IT HURTS. IT HURTS, GUYS. >> We tried to kick you. >> We tried to let you walk and then you started kicking and screaming. >> All right. Are we ready to go again? >> You want to try? >> All right. Let's try it again. >> No. Do you want to switch? >> You tried kicking. So, she's not getting our sides. >> Listen. PLEASE LISTEN. [screaming] PLEASE, PLEASE. >> She clung to the fight like it was the last bit of power she had left. A peaceful ending felt like defeat, so she kept triggering new explosions just to prove she was right. Once her pride was hit, the urge to get even completely overran her judgment. In that moment, the law disappeared. Only raw, ugly emotion was in control. >> Have a seat in the car. >> Captain Justice, please. >> Have a seat in the car. >> Why is she doing this? >> Ready? One, two, three. Can you take a seat? >> Yeah, she's got Yes, she's got >> All right. >> Okay. >> All right. Let me get Oh, I already have it. It's $35. >> About 215. >> Hair color. >> Getting skin. >> Mhm. [laughter] >> What about your eyes, sir? Uh, Brown. >> Okay. You can have this back. >> Thank you very much. >> Just tell me what happened just today. Yeah. >> And I understand you guys were sitting down on a bench. Okay. Okay. >> Start from there. >> Uh, where you're sitting there? My back is facing the park. That park. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> I'm just sitting there talking to him. She coming over screaming at us, screaming at us, screaming at me. So I get up. I said to her boyfriend, I said, "Please take her." >> What did she say? >> She I I don't even listen. I tried. This has been going on. >> But something related to your Trump happened. >> Yeah. Yeah. Trump Trump this Trump that Trump Trump everything, you know, Trump's responsible for that leaf falling off the tree. It's just >> running her mouth. Got it. >> Okay. >> Um, obviously she ran them out. >> Not a very smart white girl. >> I was just trying to ignore her and she's screaming at me, "Talk to me. Talk to me." Trying to get her. I'm just ignoring her. And so she comes running through the gate and I saw her running at me. I went running to stop her from coming through the other gate. >> Mhm. >> I don't want any confrontation. I don't need it. Especially off this little mall. >> Well, you're thinking that she's coming over to do something. >> Oh yeah. Okay. >> No, she wasn't coming like make believe she was a Vietkong running at me. Okay. >> Okay. That type. Okay. So, she got to the fence to cool her off. I threw a little water on her for my thing. So, I locked the gate. Well, not locked, but shut the lever. Walked back in the mine. She come flying over there, threw the Coke can at me, shoved, gave me a shove. Um, and it just go >> Did she hit you with the can? >> Yeah. >> Where did she hit you? >> In the back of the head. >> Ah. >> Okay. I have been in here. All right. I've been in here for 30 minutes. I told them Oh, they came walking to me across the park. I walked to them. Also, the man who threw his drink on me is the one who called the cops on me. And he threw his drink on me because I asked him if I could ask him about questions about President Trump. He threw his drink on me. His friend spoke to me normally. In the end, the woman was transported to jail and faced charges of battery on a person 65 or older, battery on a law enforcement officer, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence. If convicted, she could be looking at up to 5 years in jail and about $6,000 in fines. The actual sentence would depend on her record and the details of the case. If you think fighting over a hat is crazy, wait until you see what happens when the cops start bleeding. On April 7th, 2024, officers were called to an apartment after someone reported [music] a group of men trying to break in. They just wanted to make sure no one was in danger and nothing terrible had happened. But what unfolded after that was anything but simple. >> Answer anyone. >> She She's like, "No, >> I'll make her a dog bark and tell Open the door. We're going to take it down. >> Okay. >> Police open up. >> It could also be scary. >> Yeah. >> Seora 3. >> Now we announce. >> There we go. Seora. >> Do you hear her? >> She not. She locked. She just locked the door. >> She just locked the door. Wait. Seora. Okay. Come on, pooch. >> Who's in here? >> You're not allowed to go in the house. Get the out of this house. >> Hold on a second. >> Get the out. >> We got We got to make sure EVERYTHING IS SAFE HERE. >> GET THE OUT OF THIS HOUSE RIGHT NOW. GET the house. GET OUT OF MY HOUSE. GOODBYE. GOODBYE. GOODBYE. GOODBYE. NO. NO. NO. MOMMY. What are you looking for? For what? For what? We got calls that there was guys here trying to break in. No, no, NO. THERE IS >> OH MY GOD. LOOK AT THEM. >> OKAY. >> All right. Get the house out. >> Get the my house right now. Get the house. >> Ma'am, I'm going to ask I don't care. >> I'm going to ask you my house. No, I'm not. >> WHAT THE DOING HERE? GET THE IDIOT. Get the my house. >> Let us explain to you. >> I know you. Get the my house right now. >> She wasn't going to like what his colleagues would do to her after that. For real, you have a lot of things to do. Go work. No. Go do what you need to do. Go do football [ __ ] Go do what you need to do. Get the out of this house. NO. GET THE OUT OF OUR HOUSE. >> WHAT'S GOING ON? WHY ARE YOU SO MAD? >> CUZ YOU GUYS WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING HERE? >> WE WERE LET IN. So we have >> No. No. She's a dumb [ __ ] She doesn't know what she's doing. >> All right. Can you >> get out of my house? Get out of my house. Just talk to >> I'm not talking to you. Just get in my house. >> Tell me what's going on. >> From the very first moment, she saw the officers as a threat, not as help. Instead of staying calm or cooperating, she came at them swinging. It feels like the result of growing up never hearing the word no, then stepping into adulthood, refusing any boundary at all, even the ones meant to keep her safe. >> Don't worry, mommy. >> Did you have to drink today? Take your hands off. You'll be UNDER ARREST FOR TOUCHING IT. ALL RIGHT, turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. For what? Pretty in my house. >> Stop. >> No. >> Stop. You're at my house now. Ma'am, look. Listen. Breathe. We're going to help you. >> Get the out of my house. >> We are going TO HELP YOU GUYS. >> MY HOUSE. [screaming] >> Let's go. Stand up. >> She's cuffed. She's cuffed. She's cuffed. >> Watch your hand. >> No, I'm not cough. Actually, >> stand up. Let's go. >> No, you're not making up. >> I'm not getting enough. >> Mommy, stop. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. >> WHY YOU OPEN THE DOOR? YOU >> WHY YOU told her TO OPEN THE DOOR? >> YOU'RE DEAD. >> NO, YOU JUST LISTEN TO ME. >> Then you have to listen. I don't give a >> mom. Drag her head. >> Huh? No. She wants to get dragged on the floor. Drag her on the floor. >> Stop kicking me. >> Oh, look. They're looking, right? >> With a mind that's never learned limits, even the slightest touch can set off an explosion. She turns on anyone in front of her, turns the law into the enemy, and treats resistance like some kind of victory. At that point, the officers realize patience isn't going to work anymore. Okay, that's it. THAT'S IT. WHY AM I UNDER ARREST? >> WHY AM I UNDER ARREST? >> WHY AM I UNDER Why am I under arrest? >> Why am I under you? You and you and you. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Good job. NO, YOU GUYS DO RIGHT. All you guys do >> at least. >> LEAVE ME ALONE. BRO, leave me. >> The easiest way to leave you alone is if you cooperate. Stand up. >> Shut up. >> Just get up, >> man. Just cooperate with For what? For what? For what reason? >> You're arresting me in my house for reason. >> We have our neighbors are going to see. >> She wants to act like that. >> Behind me, please. >> Do you want to act like that? I don't give a Who's getting me arrested you. >> Come on. >> Stand up. >> You been dragging me. Shut the >> Because you're making this harder for us. >> No. Who's making hard anything? >> Go work for doing your yo. Go work for your [ __ ] >> Ma'am, just get up. You want me to drive you? Please. >> We don't want to drive work with you. >> No. Who's working with who? You've been doing this all the time. You got me to my house from doing that. >> Did you walk? Did you walk? >> Did you? No, you did it. Exactly. You did it. >> For what reason? What reason? >> Yeah. I'm in my house. >> We're not doing this. We're not doing I'm in my house. What? >> What the for? >> Wait. Wait. Why? Wait. Why are you going up out of nowhere? Why don't you call him? >> Yo, you're such a liar. >> You're not going to be fired. You know that, right? >> I'm not trying to get you fired. >> You're going to get No. Who is Why? Why? Why would I get fired? You're going to get fired. All right. >> The moment she's pulled outside, she flips into humiliated victim mode and throws all the blame on the police. For people who always see themselves as the victim, every problem is someone else's fault. No one ever stopped her early enough. And by the time the law steps in, things have already gone way too far. >> We're trying to talk to you. We're sitting down. When we went up there, you weren't acting like this. Why would I do this? Why would I talk to you guys? Yesterday, you guys were the same thing. I already knew who the was. It was two people, bro. You guys are doing >> Look, right now, we're just going to get you checked out in the hospital and that's it. >> Checked out. >> Just to make sure everything is okay. >> All right. >> Like, at the end of the day, we're not trying to give you more problems. >> You guys are are giving me problems. I gave everything for my son. I give everything to And now you guys are giving me four more. For what? For what? for him to come over >> got arrested under him not being around. >> Ma'am, did you see when I saw your son what I did? I closed that around. >> Who was that little boy asleep? >> You're not going to do this. I did nothing wrong. Here's the thing. >> I have not done nothing wrong. I don't do I don't do anything. I have nothing wrong. >> The only thing you got on you coming to me for, >> man, from all the you did, my blood is literally on your sweater all over it right now. >> That's your problem. >> Because But because you weren't >> You're trying to grab me from my house. I live all the way up there. You're trying to grab me for what reason? >> Are you going to listen? >> Yes. For what reason? >> So, we got a call. There was multiple guys trying to break into your place. >> I don't know what you're mad and then let's go. >> Okay, man. Let's go. What? What are you mad about? No. Why am I What is the problem about me? >> Three together. Everything. >> All right. One, two, three. Like that. >> No. Don't let her pull me. I don't want her to touch me. So, it's either she or I'll be okay. Sit down. Sit down. >> Okay. I don't want her to sit down. She won't. >> All right. I'm okay. >> At first, you almost want to believe there's a gentle explanation. Maybe mental health, stress, or some rough life situation. But that thought fades fast as she keeps cursing, insulting, and dodging every bit of responsibility. And when she's moved into a calmer medical setting, all we see is a softer version of the same warped mindset. 66 megaw domestic violence call and she did it. She wasn't cooperating. She stopped everything from happening. will be one. >> Okay, just get him. I want him away. >> I'm going to take the cuffs off. I'm going to leave one on and the other one's coming here. Okay, >> what am I going to do? Like you got you got me in my >> I'll explain everything to you. Okay, >> how are you, baby? He already heard me. So don't tell [clears throat] a call. >> A call just got I got to double check with supervisor. >> Okay. >> Jesus Christ itchy. I don't know. I'm probably dying. In the end, the woman is taken to jail and faces charges of thirdderee aggravated battery and obstructing an officer in the line of duty. If convicted, she could be fined up to $15,000 and may also face probation, court ordered anger management, and a no contact order. In your view, does she need the law to straighten her out or therapy first? We've seen the price of losing control. Now comes the story that leaves the entire patrol car silent. On the morning of June 11th, 2025 in Washington, an officer spotted a woman he recognized and knew she had an active warrant for reckless burning and obstructing a law enforcement officer. He just planned to confirm her identity and handle the warrant by the book. But her reaction took things much, much further. >> Hey, ma'am. >> You look familiar. Are you Rachel? >> No. You're Rachel. Okay. Hey, Rachel. Rachel, listen to me. I have a body camera, so I'm recording. Rachel, >> you have a warrant, Rachel, you have a warrant for your arrest. >> I am going to take a shower. >> Rachel, you have a warrant for your arrest. >> I am not. >> Thank you. >> I have a Rachel. >> Rachel, you're under arrest. >> No, I'm not. I have A COURT DATE. RACHEL, YOU NEED TO STOP. >> I DON'T. GOD DAMN IT. >> 26. >> WHY? >> I HAVE A COURT DATE. MY LAWYER TOLD ME I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO TO COURT. [screaming] MY LAWYER TOLD ME I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO TO COURT. Why you doing that? >> Stop. Stop. STOP. STOP. >> WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? MY lawyer told me >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> [screaming] [screaming] >> Rachel, stop. Rachel, Rachel, stop. Rachel, stop. >> [screaming] >> Watch out. Facing a warrant is that moment when you crash straight into the truth and it hurts more than some people can bear. Instead of accepting it, she flipped herself into the role of wrongfully arrested, using her own body to fight back and cling to the last bit of control. But once things finally settled, the real story showed itself very clearly. >> 311 in custody AND [screaming] >> Hey Rachel, are you injured? Rachel, are you injured? >> Rachel, are you hurt? [screaming] >> Can you stand up? Are you hurt? >> YES. YOU'RE PUSHING ON MY SPINE. [screaming] >> Pushing on your spine. >> Stop it. I can't call anyone. >> I will call for you. I will call for you. >> I'm going to let you know that you want me to have it. >> Just watch yourself. Looks like she pissed herself. >> He told me he was going to stay in my place. Friday morning at 8:30. >> We can't hear you if you're yelling. >> I have Friday morning at 8:30. >> Rachel, I don't know if you guys heard traffic. This isn't your average lie. This is how she keeps herself from feeling the pain. If she owns up, she has to admit she's the one who wrecked her own life. So, she builds more stories just to dodge that reality. And if someone lives like that every single day, can you imagine how exhausting that life already is? >> I didn't do it. >> And that is her pee, by the way. [screaming] >> Friday morning. Call my lawyer. Yeah. >> Yeah, that's hers. >> This is not right. >> Friday morning. >> My dispatch is checking on things. I will let you know next time. Please don't take off running INTO TRAFFIC. OKAY. >> I WILL. [screaming] >> NO, YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THAT. >> I WILL STOP WITH ME. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING EXCEPT FOR GET ROBBED >> to rob you. My lawyer is a stupid [ __ ] >> No comment on that. >> Do you need aid for anything, Rachel? >> What >> do you need medics for anything? >> There wasn't much of an answer. I think I might try ready with something. >> What [crying] do you have an emergency blanket or just something to put down cuz she she pissed herself car? So, I don't know. >> If not, I can grab You're good, dude. >> Yeah, you can get out of here. >> You can get out of here. I say if you don't have one, I think I've got one. So, you can at least put that down on the seat since she's already pissed herself once. Yeah, I'll need one. >> It's honestly hard to believe what these officers have to deal with in this video. In the middle of her screaming fit, she urinates on the sidewalk, turning the arrest into something incredibly messy and deeply embarrassing out in public. What's striking is how little she seems to care about that total loss of control. >> Robbing me. >> Okay, Rachel. >> Still got to do that search really quick. >> What are you doing? >> So, you're under arrest for your warrants. Okay. >> Why? my car Friday morning. [screaming] I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. I'M THE VICTIM. [screaming] I'M THE VICTIM. GOD DAMN IT. My attorney told me I was going TO STAY IN MY place Friday morning. >> Keep in mind, I don't know what happened with that. [screaming] >> Seems to be okay on this side. Hey, you're not going to be hitting your head on that. >> We're going to go in the car, Rachel. OKAY. >> I can jump really high. Hey, don't be doing that. >> Don't be doing that. You're going to make this a lot harder. >> You guys ARE scoot over. [crying] Close the door. >> Yep. Close the door. >> I did it. >> 26 transport. >> In a world where the big choices are already taken away, where to go, where to sleep, who you can see, people often grab onto a smaller kind of power, forcing everyone around them to deal with their chaos. Every jump, every kick, every extra minute of resistance just stretches her case out further. [music] Anyone watching can see she's digging herself deeper. >> RACHEL, YOU GOT TO STOP. >> YOU DON'T WANT TO GET ON YOUTUBE CHARGES, DO YOU? >> RACHEL, it's okay. >> Rachel, it's okay. [screaming] >> I promise you, you will be okay. >> [screaming] >> Rachel, [clears throat] I'm going to charge YOU WITH SOMETHING ELSE. YOU need to stop. >> You got to be nice, Rachel. I'm being nice to you. All right, >> Rachel. We're almost there. You'll be okay. I promise. >> Hey, Rachel, stop. >> I'm going to charge you with attempted You're just going to stay in jail longer. You don't want that. >> Hey, Terret with one female. This will be the combative. Please >> male. >> Rachel warrant probably resisting arrest. She's She's highly mental, possibly on drugs, but yeah, you can tell this is going to be a problem. >> All right, let's kick your legs out. >> Let me take a picture. He's going to take a picture. No hitting your head. >> In the end, the woman is taken to jail to face her old warrant for reckless burning and obstructing an officer, plus fresh charges for deliberately damaging low-v valueue property and resisting arrest. The fallout can include fines, probation, and a short jail term up to about a year, depending on her record and the details of the case. From the jolt of the handcuffs snapping shut, the scene shifts to a bar where a poor dog gets turned into a sidekick for the madness. On February 22nd, 2021 in Florida, officers were called to a bar after a report about an intoxicated woman with a small dog acting so strangely that people started worrying about the animal. They just wanted to make sure everything was okay, but nothing about this turned out to be simple. The main thing is she's the dog has just a collar on and she keeps picking the little dog up and it's just [ __ ] >> She's out of there. >> Yeah. >> All right. Right. What seat are you in? One more question. >> One more question. You'll be done with us. >> Okay. >> You're not done with this gentleman though. >> First day you can do medically check your vitals or anything like that? I think it's going to turn into a U issue. >> She answered all her questions appropriately, but she's >> going to take off. >> So, what what's called? >> No, you didn't. Are you yelling at us? >> Anybody? >> No. >> From the managers and staff's accounts, you can see right away how troubling this is. The 71-year-old woman isn't just drunk. She's treating the dog like a decoration on a shelf, not a living, breathing creature. This isn't just bad behavior. It's a kind of careless, almost unconscious irresponsibility. No. >> One martini. >> One martini for me. That's like breakfast. >> Right. >> A baby. I'll tell you right now. I'm fine. >> All right. Let me go talk. Let me go talk to them and see what they want to do. >> Take care. >> Please give me a hug. >> I can't give you a hug cuz >> let me go see what they want to do. We can't get her to leave. Welcome. >> Very nice. They like you here, too. >> The officers keep trying to hand her an easy way out. The bar offers the softest option. Pay your bill, leave peacefully, and let someone drive you and the dog home legally. That's the lightest scenario. Nobody is eager to haul her off to jail. But to someone that is drunk, choosing between going home and going to jail somehow becomes a complicated math problem. >> There's your There's your tab. What are you paying for? >> Paying for you? I don't make that much. >> You think I do? >> I don't know. I didn't come to a >> bar. I'd rather >> No, I'm not going to stop cuz I You know what? I work for you guys for you. No. What would I get with you? >> What would you get with us? What does that mean? >> So, I swear. >> Did you pay? >> No. >> Okay. So, here's the deal. They want you to leave to go. >> I just want a bike down here. >> It doesn't You don't have to do anything. They just want you to leave. That's their property. >> All right. back. I don't think they're trying to [ __ ] with you. I think they're trying to do your >> Okay, here's the deal. You got one more chance to get your wallet and pay the tab or you're going to jail. That's it. >> All the patience the officers show her is met with a sense of entitlement. Her ego is bruised and she treats the simple request to leave like a personal insult. At 71, she still can't hit pause, accept one small mistake, and [music] close the chapter before it turns into a full-blown mess. >> Please don't touch. You have one more chance. >> Touch you. Okay. >> With what? Do you want me to use as your cash or do you want me to grab a card? >> It hurts. >> A card. Okay. I'll get it, >> please. It's so It hurts so much. I'm sorry. >> Is your card in here, ma'am? >> By the time I'm sorry might have helped, it's already too late. The moment she swings and strikes [music] the officer in the chest, everything changes. It's no longer just about being disruptive. That's assault on a police officer. When you're drunk, you don't see the bill that's coming. When the buzz fades, the truth usually lands a lot harder. >> I'm so >> We tried to give you opportunity. >> I don't know what's going on. I'm so sorry. >> Where do you live? right down the street. >> Yeah, I know that. But that way we can take your dog there. He's hurt me so much. >> All right. >> I'm so sorry. >> You want to leave her at 10? >> Of course I do. >> Okay. >> I don't know. >> There's your total bill out of 10. What do you want to leave? 10. >> Yeah, of course. Okay. >> Come on. >> Okay. So, you're in my car. >> I'm sorry. >> So, what are you going to do with me? Sorry, guys. >> Please. >> So, we had to go to the hospital, but if you want to report, you have that right. Okay. >> Um, no. >> You don't want to go to the hospital? >> Oh my god. I've been wanting to go to the hospital for the past 20 years. >> They already checked her. >> I'm so sorry. >> I'm good. >> I just can't get this stuff in my box. Okay, copy. >> I'm sorry, guys. Okay. >> Thank you. Now you can have a seat here, right? >> In the end, the woman is taken to jail and faces charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, resisting an officer with violence, and failing to leave a business when told to do so. In reality, for a 71-year-old on a first offense, the court or prosecutor might lean toward a suspended sentence, probation, alcohol counseling, a ban from the bar, and court costs instead of max jail time. Unless she has a record or the violence was more serious. As the barking from the bar still echoes in your ears, one more flexed physique is quietly lining up for its own collapse. On November 25th, 2023, officers were called after a woman drunk after about 13 drinks, started causing a scene, and threw a glass at a bartender when they cut her off. She didn't stop there. She moved on to another bar and kept the chaos going. At that point, the police had to step in and things escalated fast. >> What happened? Someone down there. >> Yeah. >> So, you see, you know her person, >> Alex said, I just know her. She lives across the street. I do not know her personally. Let me know. >> And what what happened today? >> So, I'm walking to the beach, right? And then she's over in this bar over here. >> She's waving at me, waving at me. So, I I stopped, >> right? Please tell me. >> Yeah. So that's I mean that's that's that's And she kept she kept repeating. I want to I just My life is very difficult, really hard. >> I just couldn't leave her alone. So I was like, "All right." >> It was uh in here a patio bar. >> Yeah, the patio bar. >> I was just walking down the beach. >> Okay. Uh can I have your ID, please? >> Yeah. I don't have it with me. >> Okay. What's your name? >> Mike. >> Is it Michael? >> Yeah. >> M I C H A E L R. >> And what's your date of birth? She was already drunk at 11. >> 11:00 a.m. >> Everybody has bad days, but here the alcohol wasn't just for taking the edge off. It was covering up something broken inside. After a 31-year marriage fell apart and her family life turned messy, she used that story as a free pass to blow past every boundary. By the time officers found her at the second bar, the night was already on its way downhill. Hang on. Hang on. Hang on. We got to get this back. >> That kick straight into the officer's groin wasn't just some clumsy, drunken move. It was a deliberate act of violence aimed right at a vulnerable symbolic spot. In that moment, she stopped being the hurt ex-wife and became the one attacking a uniform. And she personally destroyed any chance of this staying a minor incident. >> All right. Now, I think I think it was me. I think it was over. It was me. Okay. I'm sorry. What did I do? What did I do? I appreciate. Would you all stand by? Give a statement for me. >> It's up to you. >> No worries. >> Oh, yeah. I appreciate it. >> They're still on here. It's good. I appreciate you saying that. Please. >> When it finally dawned on her that she'd pushed things way too far, she switched tactics. Suddenly, she was the one being treated unfairly, talking like a child who'd just been punished. Carefully skipping over the part where she kicked an officer. But in the back of the patrol car, instead of calming down, she spiraled into self-destruction. Almost as if she wanted to drag everything and everyone into the wreckage with her. >> Okay, ma'am. You got to stand up. Come. You got to stand up. >> Let me just cry. Let me just cry. Okay. >> Okay. >> Let me just cry. >> No, you can cry inside the car. >> Whatever I want. >> Okay. Get up. >> Inside. Okay. >> What did I do? Give it to me. [ __ ] The [ __ ] thing. Okay. Do it to me, [ __ ] Not the [ __ ] thing. You know what? >> The police report later revealed her name. Audriana Valero, a fitness model who'd been featured in magazines for 15 years. She didn't just lose her temper. She tried to trash the patrol car, too, burning the last bridge she had left. Not because she was drunk, but because she refused to let even one moment of accountability slip into her story. >> You know what? Got a [ __ ] break. [ __ ] You >> hear me? typing. Everything you're doing is being recorded right now. Okay. >> Officer, you know what he did to me? >> You understand? Everything's being recorded, right? >> You know what he did to me? >> Okay. He respect me. Okay. >> Okay. Officer. Officer. Hey. Officer. Over there. OVER THERE. OVER THERE. PLEASE. Over there. I'm going charge you. I'm going char. Over there. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Can you call like my boyfriend? >> No, you can't call anybody until you get down to the jail. In the end, she was arrested and taken to jail on charges of felony battery on a law enforcement officer and criminal mischief, facing possible jail time, fines, probation, and a criminal record that could haunt her career. In reality, she received 12 months of probation, likely along with alcohol counseling, a no more trouble condition, and court costs. So, when one kick blows up the tough girl illusion, the next 911 call shows up and fries everybody's last nerve. On June 8th, 2023, officers responded after a neighbor called 911 saying children might be drowning or in danger in a backyard. Because kids were involved, multiple units were dispatched immediately. And on the way there, one deputy was actually injured in a crash. So, what happened next? 4 11th Boulevard North 63 is going This guy came out and said, >> "Well, he doesn't know." >> Did you just hear noise? >> She's back there back. >> Yeah, that that's her right there. But she said the neighbor's right here by the Okay, >> there was someone on the back porch. I think so. >> There was a woman sitting on the back porch. >> The woman officers were looking for had called 911 more than 40 times in three months, mostly to complain about the neighbor kids being too loud. This time she upgraded her story into a drowning report, sending emergency responders racing in on high alert, using the system like a megaphone for her own personal irritation. >> Uh, did you call us? >> Yes, ma'am. >> What's going on? >> They're right in front of me right now. >> What's going on? >> All right. I appreciate that. Thank you so much. >> What happened? I don't have >> Okay. Sorry. Is somebody drowning? What's What's going on? >> I just heard a lot of stuff >> and I recorded it and the kids like yelling, "I'm going to die. I'm going to die." And everything and I just recorded it. It was so scary. >> Long story short, she called in a drowning. So that's why we're all coming. >> That's her excuse >> because she was yelling at the kids talking about they being too damn loud. >> Yeah, that's what it sounds like. I don't like >> Yeah. Um >> it's 4:00. What time are they got to be quiet? >> The deputies over there. >> They're talking to her. >> There may be a criminal charges just because of her providing making a false police report. I don't know. >> Y'all don't need to do that, sir. >> I mean, we we had a we had a deputy crash and get hurt coming to this. So, yeah. That's >> Thank you, boss. >> Yeah. Appreciate it. Did they end up finding a back while it >> was just very scary? I call my husband. Now, come on, dad. Come on, mother. >> She was furious about the noise, but her own dog was barking non-stop. Doesn't sound very fair, does it? And when the video rolls, neither the officers nor the viewers can hear anything like what she described. Instead of handling a small neighborhood issue, she dragged the entire emergency system into her private fantasy. >> Is this playing? Everything is a video. I don't hear anything. Is it playing? >> I heard the wife yell at the kids and I I just so many things. So, >> but they're all We already went over there. There. Everybody's fine over there. Okay. Just to let you know, there's no kids that are hurt. Nobody drowned. Nothing like that. Okay. Okay. >> I'm sure cuz we already went over there. So, I'm just letting you know they're okay. The kids are okay. They were playing in a blow up water slide thing. >> Okay. >> Because all I hear is >> I'm dying. I'm dying. >> Well, maybe they were playing like joking around. >> Did it sound like somebody was hurting somebody else? Or >> that when we when we saw back there, there's just kids playing on a water slide. They're playing. Okay. So, I did something wrong. >> I was just worried. >> No, sweetheart. You didn't do anything wrong. We just It's an emergency. We had to make sure there's no child drowning. So, the call came out as an 8-year-old drowning and we get here and we don't know what's going on. So, we just determined that they're fine and you were scared because you heard something that was possibly somebody getting hurt. But, I'm just letting you know they're all >> Are y'all okay with her? Like, do you >> do you usually get into it with her? >> Huh? >> Do you usually get into it with her? >> First time. >> First time. >> First time. So, I'm I'm coming from work and my girl texts me, "Yo, the lady's yelling at yelling at the kids, telling them to be quiet." >> Now that you're saying this, it seemed like she kind of like made that up. >> You went back there. >> Back there. >> I looked back there. It looked fine to me. >> Ain't no pull back there. >> You weren't saying that. I I was listening. I was back there with the kids and the kids were playing and the kids were the kids heard her screaming saying, "Stop it." Something like that she was saying. And I'm wondering who she's talking about. I said, "Maybe she's going through something in her house." >> Yeah. Like somebody over there or something. It was just weird because I never heard from them ever. >> I didn't say nothing. And I'm like, "Who is she calling?" >> No. And then she kept saying, "Stop it." >> You think you do? >> Yeah. It was just weird, bro. Never had >> kids in your backyard playing, right? >> Yeah. And I was with them. >> She just heard screaming and yelling. Didn't see anything. got worried because she knew there was kids playing in the backyard and for some reason called 911 and said that there was a child drowning. >> She said no. She kept saying I'm going to call the cops. >> So I kept I'm >> and then when I got here I said yo what's going on? She said I'm calling the ambulance right now. I'm like what? Like she just I don't know what's thems right when I came back over here that's when y'all pulled up. >> Okay. I let her know that everything's fine. The children are fine but you guys were having like a party or >> No, it's only three kids back here. She just heard somebody a kid yelling. I want to die. I'm going to die. I'm going to die. So I said, "They're probably kids playing." And no, it's a it's a water slide. A small slide. >> That's what I told her. Everybody Everybody's fine. >> We don't even have a pool back there. >> Yeah. Water. >> The innocent kids and their parents suddenly became the target of suspicion. While the person actually creating the danger was the one in the middle of it all. She rewrote her role into victim and reluctant hero. And just a few days later, 911 rang again. this time because a dog was barking in what she called a threatening tone. >> How may I help you? >> Hello. Can you come talk to me for a second? >> Yes, sir. >> We're trying to figure something out here. >> Okay, let me help. >> All right, you can go and give me your hands. You're under arrest. >> For what? >> I have a warrant for your arrest. >> For what, sir? >> Disuse of 911. >> Sir, I heard what I heard. >> Okay, you can go and turn around. >> Are you serious? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Can you please explain to me why? Jose, >> you have a warrant. though. >> Whoa, wait a minute. >> My husband heard it, too. >> Okay, you can come with me. >> I'll explain it to your husband. >> Hello. How are you, sir? >> Pretty good. >> Motor 43 Central. Come on. >> What's going on? >> Um, she is being placed under arrest. >> I have an adult. I'm sorry. I have an adult female. Come on, let's go. >> Yeah. >> Let's go. >> Motor vehicle. >> Motor vehicle. >> Let's go. 1 43 special. >> Sir, I don't even drive under my house. >> Yep. Can you go ahead and get me? >> Sir, I called about the neighbors. >> Okay. >> Does it sound like there was domestic violence going on? >> I don't even leave my house cuz I have health problems. Stand right here for a second. Yes, sir. >> You have anything on you >> going to poke me, stick me, hurt me? >> No, sir. I don't use >> guns, drugs, bombs. >> No, sir. I don't use drugs at all. >> Okay. >> I just >> I ask everybody the same cuz if we get to the jail and they find something. >> I I don't drive. I don't leave my house. >> Okay. Well, the judge issued you a warrant for your arrest for misuse of 911. >> For when? >> For last week when you called in about the neighbor's kids possibly drowning. >> Drowning? >> Have a seat. >> I said domestic violence. >> Well, apparently you told the 911 just the 911 call taker that the kid next door was drowning. And when you did that, it activated a full emergency response to that address and caused an accident when a deputy was clearing an intersection. >> She was screaming to dad, dad, get off of mom. And the guy came over and went into our backyard and everything. >> Okay. Well, we have the 911 tape. We have it in evidence. Okay. That's why the judge sided with us and issued a warrant. >> Sir, I did not do anything. I swear to God, I would never do something like that. I don't leave my house or anything. I was trying to do a not be a standby and listen to a kid suffer and hear him be a dad beat the mom. >> Okay. Well, as a result of what you called 911 about, the judge issued arrest and determined it was a misuse of the 911 emergency system because your call resulted in two deputies getting in. >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and face charges for abusing the 911 system and filing false reports with each call counted as a separate offense. She was fined $10,000 and ordered to complete 100 hours of community service for what she'd done. Do you think this was enough for her to finally learn a lesson? From screaming helplessly into 911, she ended up waiting for officers to arrive just so she could pull them into a story of her own making. On November 17th, 2024, officers were called to the scene of a car crash. They needed to figure out who was at fault, check insurance and paperwork, and see if anyone showed signs of being under the influence before writing up the report and moving forward legally. But what happened next was far beyond what anyone expected. >> You able to find it? >> Um, what I'm looking for now is I'm I'm just thinking like even though it may be um outdated, you can still I mean I still have the it would be still the correct um you know number correct like you know. So, >> want to look at it? [bell] >> Is this it? >> I can't believe it. Somebody just hit me and wasn't even a >> Didn't have insurance. >> You have a job. >> And you have insurance with Progressive? >> Yes, sir. >> This policy is on here. I know it's I know the date is probably old as but what I'm saying is that that's my fault. Like I don't >> you're not able to bring it up on your phone. >> Yeah. Yeah. I can't I can't. >> If you need to do that, you can do that. >> 341. Can you >> I don't even know my keys are driving me nuts. >> Yeah. Yeah. This one's expired. I just needed the updated one. You said >> Oh, no, no, no, no. I What I meant was it's old. That's what I meant. I didn't mean to say expired. I mean, I guess it is expired if it's this old, but I meant to say that I've had the same. >> How about I give this to her? You want me to do that? >> Yeah. Yeah, that's >> her policy definitions, too. But she did give me this. Um, she's working on getting it out of her phone, but this is her policy number. >> Give me a few minutes. Okay, I'll be right back. >> At first, she didn't look like a criminal at all. Just a middle-aged woman straining to keep her balance while everything crashed down. Her mouth kept saying, "I'm fine." But the broken, scattered story screamed overload. This could have ended with a simple report, but that kind of dodging is always a spark just waiting to catch fire. >> To come get you. >> Why was I need to come get you? >> Have you been drinking? >> No, it's not. No, it's not like that. I'm just My mother is >> Cuz I don't think you're that intoxicated. But if you are have been drinking, I need you to have somebody come get you. You understand me? >> I understand what you're saying. But you understand. I'm just I'm very sad. Okay. My mother last night asked me was I gay, was I straight. I cried all night. If I look crazy, that's why I cried all night about that. Um this morning she went to church, she went back. Um and then this whole thing happened and then you got to remember I can't even think about the last time I I hit someone. I I hit her. She didn't hit me either. That's all. >> License with you. >> I do. >> We're just having an issue with the insurance, so it might be quicker if I just work a crash. >> Yes. >> Please. I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm not I'm not a bad person, man. Like >> I didn't say you're a bad person. Private security license. >> Oh, >> this is your tax. >> No, I just came from a job interview. I want you to see. >> Is there another unit available? >> What do you mean? Is there another unit? >> I just need some help. I'm doing a crash report. >> Yeah. Temple. >> Please don't take me to jail. >> Take you to jail for what? I'm trying to work a crash. No, I know. But I'm I've been doing I'm I'm 50 years old. I've been in this this um field since 1998. I know the the words. >> Her emotions filled the entire room and completely washed out the core issue, a crash with a strong hint of DUI. The heartbreak and family drama were held up like a shield instead of facing what she'd done. When personal pain is used to justify dangerous behavior, the moral line gets blurry real fast. >> Security arm I mean I mean if you just would have looked at the thing I'm armed secured. I've been um I worked with the morg. Um I mean >> what are you looking for now? >> I'm not looking for nothing. You already have it. >> Okay. Well, you remember you you we don't have the updated insurance cuz the one you showed me was expired. >> Yeah, but this is I just left an interview. >> So, this that I'm not looking for that. It's not in there. >> That >> I got your license. I need registration insurance now. >> Okay. >> But we gave her the >> That was a paper document with a policy number on it. >> Hey, ma'am. Can you hang on a second? >> Number is fine. Please number fine. >> I'll take her mail. I just got to Florida, dude. Like I don't know. >> Okay. >> All righty. Well, I'm gonna have you and her just step over here while I work on the crash. Okay. Cuz you said something about being armed security. I don't know if there's any weapons in the vehicle. Could you could you just step out for me? >> Looking for a job. >> Okay. I think I was looking for a job for [music] security. Um I just left the airport. I I mean, >> did you come back from a flight or something? Where's my phone? And I wouldn't dodge this at the my phone. My my I used to have a um uh a magnet there, >> so I put that there. But anyway, you don't care. >> I'm listening to you. >> I know you are. >> I don't have any glasses. >> You need glasses? >> I wear glasses. Yes. Um >> where your glasses at? >> At home. Are you supposed to be wearing glasses while you drive? >> No. This has just recently happened. Okay, >> babe. I'm >> That's why I'm asking you. >> No, no, I'm No, I'm I'm saying I understand what you're saying, but like I I'm just uh in in March I'll I'll turn 50 >> in the middle of a personal crisis, job loss, aging, and life feeling unstable. Anyone can understand that sense of losing your footing. But what's much harder to accept is leaning on an old image and past reputation [music] to excuse putting others at risk. At that point, it's no longer the alcohol talking. It's the ego fighting for survival. >> Keep living. Keep living and you'll see one day you won't be able to. I mean, I don't put I don't want to put that on you, but I'm just saying. >> Well, here, do me a favor. Let's quit sitting on her car. >> Yeah, she's >> Well, I need you to stand up, please. Thank you. Do you need something? >> I'm like going in my car. >> Okay. >> Can you Can you step out for me, please? >> I'm just Get your heads off. Don't Don't do that. Don't get out of the vehicle. Don't do that. I'm just >> We're done with the crash. >> I'm not going anywhere. Take my keys. >> Go in conducted. >> Why are you guys >> I did and you ignored me. I >> Are you willing to perform? I'm not I'm not You asked me late. Get Get off my WHERE'D YOU GO? THIS IS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. THAT'S WHY y know what? I don't have I don't even have a I don't even have >> weapon. Get the [ __ ] off my ring. >> Ain't nobody trying to get your ring. >> Uh, what about >> ma'am? Did I hit You see this? You see how they do black people? You see this? I did nothing. Did I have a weapon in my hand? Did I do anything? Did No, I'm I'm asking the truth. Did you see that? Right. I didn't know. >> The truth is, she did plenty to push this whole situation way too far, then tried to use the community's pain as a shield for her own choices. If you only listen to her version, you might think this was a story about police attacking an innocent woman for no reason. But the body cam tells a very different truth. >> Got stronger, [ __ ] GET STRONGER. GO AHEAD. GO AHEAD. GET STRONGER. GO AHEAD. GO AHEAD. DO IT HARDER. DO IT HARDER. DO IT HARDER. DO IT HARDER. GO AHEAD. DO IT HARDER. DO IT HARDER. COME ON. COME ON, N. COME ON. PUFF SOME BRUISES ON ME. Puff some bruises on me. Come on. Come on. Hey, I listen to me. >> I'm not listening to [ __ ] >> Get in the car. You're under arrest for resisting. Okay. Told you to get back in the car. Get in the [ __ ] I want you to shoot me. Kill me, [ __ ] I want to be ON THE NEWS WITH ONE OF THEM. WHATEVER. Some ass mother. What? I'm going to jail for what? Get the out of here. >> All right. >> RESISTING WITH ME. THIS IS a >> It's resisting with violence. She just kicked me. >> In the end, she was taken to jail and faced multiple charges, including resisting an officer with violence, battery on an officer, reckless driving, and DUI with property damage. On paper, she could be looking at felony level jail time, probation, hefty fines, suspension or loss of her license, restitution, and mandatory alcohol treatment. The moment they figure out they've been taken advantage of, another parking lot quietly exposes a grandmother caught shoplifting. On June 3rd, 2025, at a store in Florida, a shoplifting suspicion had everyone on edge. Staff reported that an older woman was hiding cosmetics in her personal bag, but only paying for a zip pouch when officers showed up to review the cameras and receipts. The story took a very unexpected turn. >> Everybody, until I tell you otherwise, I need you to stay in the car and I need you to keep your hands out of your belongings. >> Just keep them where I can see them, okay? >> I want you to just stay where you are. Keep your hands out of your belongings and keep your hands where I can see them and then we'll work on it one step at a time. >> Same for you. Okay. >> Which one of you has IDs? All of you, please. >> Ma'am, you can close your door for me, sir. Do you have an ID on you? Are you going to be able to stand here with one second? I get my notepad. So, what did you observe? And if you guys have the video, I'll need that as well. Not right away, but I'll need it prepared. >> According to the witness, London spaghetti straps with tattoos on her neck wearing a large pink purse. It sealed multiple items within the mail aisle of the store and then went to the register and only paid for one thing of storage bags of the other items in her purse. They've dealt with her numerous times over the years and agreed that she pressed the first place. manager is apparently trying to see if match the employee statements on camera footage, but the employee saw her firsthand and was watching it because she fell with her number said that she believes based on the she was likely male related cosmetic polish or files or other like that specifically she saw that individual the oversized large pink purse which is now right next to her. >> Yeah. And there's stuff in it, but I think she was moving that to the white back when I cuz I told her to stop stop digging, but they didn't. Yeah, I've got all three of theirs. They're all clear. Um, she's 61. He's in the driver's seat. He's clear valet. I'm getting CQ on all of them right now. Let's get have her step out. Bring those two back in with the port. the Martha Gas on the trespass lodge for >> Martha. >> Yes, >> Martha. How you doing? I'm Officer Salvado. What? >> I'm going to have you step out for me. >> It's clear this isn't some one-time oops moment, but a pattern. A practiced form of petty theft hiding behind the image of a sweet grandma. So, people let their guard down. The second the officer tells her to keep her hands visible and stop digging around, Martha's brain flips into damage control mode. She knows her usual trick has just been called out. >> Don't reach inside it. Don't open it up. Don't do anything else. >> We just came back. >> Just stay right here. >> Okay. So, anything in your pockets? Anything at all? >> No. >> No. >> You want to take anything that you have out? Set it on your trunk for me. I don't have anything. >> Nothing whatsoever. >> Okay. So, tell me what it is you were doing inside the store today. >> I was looking for a file and looking at the nail stuff. We just came back from the pool. >> Okay. And what did you purchase at the store? >> I purchased uh two nail files and >> it was something else for gel. For gel nail, I think. Okay. >> Okay. Were you given a bag? >> There's numerous items in here. Okay. >> I don't want you to touch anything yet. >> Where do you think the receipt is at? >> Probably in this because I bought these two. >> Okay. So, according to the staff here, you only bought storage bags. Do you have a receipt that can show me other other than that? >> These are not from here. These are from just last night. These are what I bought for today. And if there's a receipt, it was this and file. >> I don't know. I'm saying, did she put it in there? >> There's two files and that. >> So, don't read anymore. >> All right. Cuz you can't find the receipt and the bag. >> That's right. They're going to print us one right now. Okay. It's going to show that you paid for just the storage bags and paid for nothing else. They have the ability to do that. >> Please don't dig in there anymore. They have the ability to with their their cash. >> Don't go back in your bags. Okay. >> Okay. >> And not only that, you should also know that you're on video camera as are your two friends also. >> So, what was she saying? >> So, ma'am, why don't you just take a second here real quick and with the information that I've given you, maybe think about the questions that the officer's already asked you and maybe think about being a little bit more truthful at this point. I don't see. >> Have you been trespassed from this place before? No. Used >> to have problems here a couple years ago. >> I don't think so. >> This isn't outright denial. It's the art of chopping the truth into tiny pieces until the line between right and wrong goes fuzzy. Martha denies what she did while standing in front of the very witnesses who saw it. She's not trying to fully convince anyone, just creating enough fog to slip away from the consequences. Uh, I can't I can't reach in there. There's like $40 $60 in there or something. >> So, you do have money for it. >> Yeah. That's why I bought the the bags and I bought the files and there's no way I could have moved anything because he was standing right there and I didn't that's not stuff that I >> So, at for at least one point I had to tell you all to stop touching your items. So, at least one point there was you in your bags moving things around. >> And when you say that it's impossible that you move things from one bag to the next, that's not something I'm going to buy. So, you don't have to continue following that. Okay. Because I myself saw you in your bags after I touched face with you guys at the car. Okay. >> Okay. Looking for the receipt? Yes, I was. >> Why were you looking for the receipt before I told you what we had stopped you for? >> The chat. Why were you looking for the receipt before I had told you why I stopped you? >> Cuz when we when we were trying to pull out, we were going to back up. You guys were there. So, I figured you're going to want to see the receipt. >> Walk out of the car right now. Can you tell me if there's anything positive for? Yeah. >> We have her identify these other products. I'm going to have you go step to the front of my car where those lights are flashing. You're going to stay right here. Right here, ma'am. So, you can sit right there. >> So, she the emery board that she wanted to offer up out of all those other items. It's because she did pay for the emery board as well, but not that other stuff. The employee is going to come out right now and be able to identify what they've got and take a look in there and see what's offer. >> What really grabs the officer's attention isn't what she says, but what she does. She immediately starts digging for a receipt before they even explain why they stopped her car. Innocent people usually don't do that. And once the employee walks up and checks each item one by one, the whole story collapses on its own. No pressure needed. >> So, you're going to stay right where you're at. Okay. I don't want you walking away from the front of the car while these staff members are over here. Make sense? >> Yes. I have one. Yes, I have prior from a year ago under medicated. >> That stuff in there is not It's not from your store. >> One step at a time. >> What store did you are you claiming to have purchased that from? >> Those things have been in there cuz Josh and I are going to do our nails probably Thursday. Would you be able to get me another different You had all three individuals be trespassed to this location. No expiration. >> She doesn't have any convictions. The body cam doesn't just show us what happened. It shows how both the store and the officers have to deal with a regular who's known for causing trouble. The painful part is that she doesn't seem even a little embarrassed, even with kids standing right there. The lesson coming next isn't just for her. It's for anyone who thinks age is a free pass to dodge responsibility. >> They're going to guess they're going to go in right now. All three trespass for life, pursue charges against her. They're going inside to ring up and get us a receipt, and they're going to keep those items separate. That's why I had them go get their own special bag so that we can still take our photographs. But I held everything up in front of my money she had on. She told me that she had like 40 or 50 bucks on it, but I didn't let her in the bag. >> I think the only thing we're at right now is to pull these guys on, see what else they have. >> Yeah, absolutely. And they're already awesome. >> I don't know which car it is. Yeah, let's come out. That's the uh Honda Odyssey on the end. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Yes, ma'am. How can you arrest me when the stuff was in my pool bag and the sofa was in there? I have nothing in my ma'am. The evidence that we have on scene is not matching what your statement is. You're free to say whatever you'd like, but that's not the evidence we have at this time. Okay. >> Am I going to call her? Okay. Picked up or whatever. >> Have a seat. What? >> Separated. Oh, >> God. I'll try to call you, I guess. >> In the end, the woman is taken to jail and faces charges of retail petty theft and trespassing after warning. If prosecuted, the sentence usually includes fines, paying back the value of the stolen items, probation or community service, and a ban from the store. Repeated or serious offenses can land her a short stint in jail. On February 24th, 2025, police showed up at 3334 Evergreen after a call came in reporting a break-in at a storage unit. What seemed like a simple case of trespassing took a sharp left turn. Inside, they found people actually living there. And that was just the beginning. >> Good morning. >> Morning. Yes, please. You have any weapons here? >> Nothing. >> Oh my, bro. I'm so sorry. >> It's all right if you stay cover. >> No, I just got to get up and get my personal. >> Oh, shoot. >> Venting this unit because you have I guess you're between the places. That's why you're here. Yeah, we were stuck. The rain today. We were stuck. It was pouring rain like a movie. >> All right. >> Clearly, I kind of believe you just show me. >> So, we don't have to arrest you >> cuz somebody's trying to say that this is theirs. >> No. No. No. No. No. I swear that's the I have this one and I have >> I'll show you. >> Yeah. Pull it. You have your phone. Miami. >> So, are you guys planning to move in into new location? >> Yeah, we're moving our buddy. He's getting his He's moving out from where Marty's place is apartment to a place in Grenell. >> He's the one who actually dropped us over today. one way is supposed to move in >> uh tomorrow actually. >> Uh this is the AC in this location, right? >> I guess there's here we go outside. You see where it says sign or view your lease agreement? >> What you on probation for again, man? >> Me? >> Yeah. >> I'm not on probation. M that's what they're advising. >> They advised you [clears throat] on probation for burglary for structure. >> No, I went to prison and came home from that 5 years like almost 5 years ago. >> You probably never got removed. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Now it's like just 28 months in prison. >> So sorry, guys. >> 28 months in prison. What was it for? >> Burglary. >> Was a burglary of unoccupied >> down here. >> The couple acted polite, but you could tell they were on edge. They insisted the unit belonged to them. Though they couldn't cough up a single document to prove it. That kind of deflection, it's something officers see all the time from folks who've danced with the system before. When asked for a lease, they dodged and weaved like seasoned pros. >> Sound like somebody lied and saw them in here. >> You saw what I'm >> It sounded like somebody lied on you guys. >> Yeah, it happens. But I mean, if we could leave if that's >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Look. Here you go. Um, something like that. Well, it says my name [gasps] and like the code. I don't know. >> I need to get that. We need to have it. >> It doesn't show me a unit, though. >> We need to have the code on >> here. Put the hot spot. I'll go on the website. >> Do me a favor. I have a baggies on me. And that's how you go to prison. Cough. double looking. >> Please don't take me to jail for that. >> Please. Come on, guys. >> I'm begging. >> It's not like we're like, "Please, please." I understand. >> We'll talk. >> Okay. Yes, sir. We got We'll let you talk. Please. Just >> let them know you got anything. >> I can check real quick. Get out of here. >> Yeah. I mean, everything's packed in, but you can search wherever anything you want in there. Like, >> you understand you're not free to leave whatsoever. Correct. >> Hey, reason I asked that. >> No, sir. No, sir. >> You understand? You're not free to leave whatsoever. Can I check that bag? >> What bag? >> That maroon one that was right next to you. Actually, I forgot. It's in the vicinity. You know what might help you too is if you show us a key to the um unit. >> Okay. >> Versus a there's a >> Oh, there's no key. It's just a combination, my love. >> I like a padlock. >> Yeah. Look at it right here. >> All right. Stay right here. >> The woman calm as a cucumber. She answered questions like she had nothing to hide, like she had it all under control. What she didn't realize was her little house of cards was about to come crashing down one secret at a time. >> You can have a seat right over there. >> Me? >> You all right? What the [ __ ] >> You okay? >> Just have have a seat on the floor right there. >> Sit down. >> Sore boy and a pipe. >> What happened to your leg? I had an infection of my something for like 13 months. It's just not going to start to get better. I don't know. I went to every doctor there was around. They don't know what the hell it was. Big baggie math. >> Well, who's renting this? Call me guard. >> Yeah, that sounds good. >> All right. What's the name on this? >> Or Molina. >> Okay. You have your ID, right? >> Yeah, I do. >> I sure. >> Can you contact me and see who the current >> Yeah, please. I need a shirt. >> I'm going to put >> I'm going to ask you now to avoid a lot of trouble and drama. Can you get more? >> How bad's your criminal history? >> It's not good. It's drug. It's drug. It's drug. >> That's it. That burgy thing, but it was fueled by drugs. >> I understand. But did you anything violent? >> I'm not a violent man. And I've always been respectful to police. When I'm wrong, I'm wrong. >> Thank you. Yes. >> I got a fist-sized amount of meth. Um probably going to need this. He's willing to work. I'm probably gonna get a search warrant for his unit. >> Hey, in a second because I'm gonna try and do a different angle with this. I make no promises. >> Okay. >> My partner is going to read you your rights. >> Yes. >> It does not mean you go to jail and I absolutely 100% mean that. >> Okay. >> Um I can't make any promises right now at this time. >> Okay. >> Rarely do you see a criminal couple this confusing. They were polite, respectful, and totally cooperative with every officer. Honestly, if you forget the whole breaking and entering illegal squatting and the pile of drugs part, they [music] were more pleasant than a lot of folks out in the world. >> You have the right to remain silent. All these are things. Have you asked anyone with an option to speak to an attorney? >> No. >> At this time, have you asked anybody to speak to an attorney? >> No. Having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to us now? >> No. Well, we've been talking. >> I mean, I'm sorry. I don't know. Yes or no? >> That's good. It's a yes or no question. >> Yes. Yes. And just so you know, we're going to stand by on questions and stuff. I just wanted to get that piece over with you guys. >> I'm going to try to be cool. Boss gets here. I'm going to run stuck in between places. It's It's expensive. You need like 10 grand to move into a place down here. I've been trying to do the right thing. >> That's a lot of math in there. >> Yeah, it's two of us. [laughter] I mean, I feel like, you know, >> I like you. You're funny. >> You guys, >> he's honest. >> You're nice. >> I know. He's I I out of all three, no offense, he's like my favorite, the Russian. >> Who? >> I'm just kidding. >> I say he's from Transsylvania. >> I'm just kidding. >> He sounds like a vampire, right? >> He sounds like Look, you want to get your friend? >> He's talking >> cuz he's got to go to a savage. >> Turn it on. Dance behind your back. >> Oh, behind my back. Damn. I just think you Help, please. >> All right. >> All right. Just have a seat, honey. Thank you, ma'am. >> Yes. >> All right. Oriana, just um patience. >> Have my chance cuz my back is [ __ ] up. >> Uh lean however you want to lean, man. But I got this stuff here. Who are they asking for? 10:13. >> I can't hear. >> Oh my god. >> Who was that for? >> Get the out of me. >> I [ __ ] open by myself. I was like, what the >> Yeah, but as far as the unit goes, we're supposed to we're allowed to be friends. >> No, but like >> No, that's believable. I'm wondering if someone set you up. >> Call them instead. >> Once the cuffs were on, reality started to sink in. They played nice. Maybe hoping a little good behavior might go a long way. Even after being read their Miranda rights, they kept talking. No resistance, [music] no fight left, just two lost addicts. Not aggressive, just defeated. >> Investigation. >> Just wait till they >> I'm not stepping right now on anything. >> Sorry, we weren't expecting. We're We're short staffed today and then somebody got probably stabbed. >> Oh my god. But I'm sure it's nothing crazy >> or a person just >> no person. >> It was an officer. >> I almost got stabbed last 3 weeks ago. >> Oh, I know what happened. I think if that was an off moving a little bit different. I made the mistake of trying to help someone when I was off duty with nothing but a radio and no gun. >> Oh, sweet. >> So, I learned a big lesson. >> Yeah. >> Is there anything else in here besides the one pipe in the backpack? Nothing. Nothing. There might be some paraphern but nothing of >> Have you been cooking in here? >> Huh? >> No. Okay. >> No. >> What about the other unit? >> No. The other unit. >> It's a style unit that's just got box in it. >> That one's even cleaner. >> So right there, bro. I have like a box of pee right there. We don't care about that. I think >> I'm going tell you though at 100% it appears like you're selling. >> I have $13 but I'm a user. >> You even got the swiper and everything. >> Oh, that was for my LLC when I was because I was studying to get my plumbing license. You could even see the books right when you look in there to the right >> to for what license? >> My state contractor's license. >> Big money. >> Yeah. >> Nobody wants to get their hands dirty. >> That's what I thought. >> It's just expensive now down here. You know what I mean? Moves out of the apartment. It's like 10 grand to move place. It's been pouring rain today. >> Yeah, I know. We got soap. We got might be some pipes in there. >> It's just be if there's anything in there. It might be some paraffin eggs, but there's no there's no narcotics in there. >> And in my bag where I suck the pipe >> in your bag. It's the little one. >> Yeah, the little black one. Yes, sir. >> Yes, sir. But no, there's there's nothing else. There's no crazy amount in there or nothing like that. The crazy amount was turned by. >> Can we grab that pipe real quick, >> baby? Go. Y'all can >> adjust math or >> hug. >> Well, this looks like it's like crack >> that. Listen, that purple thing I swear to God I found on the floor by this broken tray today when I was coming in here. Wasn't sure what it was, but I rather I think it some kid find or something. I'm sure whatever it is is not good. I don't know. I never seen purple [ __ ] before. The other thing that's what it is. >> And my crap. >> No. In the end, they were both booked and hauled off to jail. Charges [music] may include possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful residence in a storage unit, [music] and violating bail or probation terms. If convicted, they could be looking at anything from a couple years to a decade or more, especially [music] if the drug stash was big enough to qualify for intent to distribute. That said, the court might weigh their cooperation and the fact that they weren't dealers, just addicts. What do you think? Do they deserve compassion for being lost in addiction? Or should they be held fully accountable for the choices [music] they made? On March 1st, 2025, police were dispatched to a local bar following reports of a violent altercation involving multiple people. What they expected was a typical bar fight. What they got was a full-blown circus and a few dirty secrets bubbling to the surface. >> What's going on? >> We lost a dog. >> Okay. >> All right. Listen. I'm the bartender. >> You're the bartender. What's going on? >> He punched me. >> Oh, he punched you. >> You punched him. >> He punched him. >> You punched him first. >> Put the dog down. Look at this. Put the dog. >> Hey, put the dog down. >> Yeah, I will. >> Show the cameras. Go. >> I will. >> You put the dog down. Turn around. >> I didn't punch nobody. He punched. Hey. Hey. Hey. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. >> Get away. Get away. Get away. >> Get away. >> No. GIVE ME MY DOG. >> Give me my dog. Get here. Stand away. You're doing too much shouting. There's an officer trying to do something right now and you in the middle of it. I need you to step away. >> No. >> Let me know again. You're going to go in handcuffs. You understand? Relapse. Okay. >> Shouldn't start any >> The guy is getting arrested. >> The one that's being detained. He's detained. He punched your bartender. >> It happened. It turned into an altercation. >> Show the cameras. >> They will just just let him let him speak. >> This is You're a bartender. >> That's my bartender. >> Okay. Let Let him speak. M. >> It turned into an altercation. I'm currently shirtless cuz my shirt off. >> Who rips your shirt off? >> Men. >> Okay. >> You'll figure out their names in a moment. >> We will phone and your wallet. >> Give it to them. >> You sure about that? >> Yeah, that's my nephew. >> Yeah. Yeah. Appreciate it. >> All right. But no, he's just being detained right now. >> Oh, all right. For sure. >> All right. So, just hang on tight for one second. >> Yeah. Y >> I'm going to tell you something right now. >> Yes, ma'am. >> I haven't had any direct contact with you. I've had direct contact with her and she smells extremely like alcohol. Stop. >> Yes, you do. I don't care. You're not driving. >> If you are the same way as she is, I'm going to walk away and I expect you to put this truck in park and get the hell out. >> All right. >> This is your one warning. >> All right. I >> So, until I can determine that you guys were not involved, you're not freely. Do you understand? Give me a second. >> Give me a second. >> That's my brother. You can't pee. >> First off, let's address the obvious. She's 20 years old. What was she even doing in a bar? And not just any patron. She was the main character in her own tragic drama. Every word she said needed an audience. Every sentence came with tears. The way she carried on, you'd think the world owed her an apology. >> Excuse me. Hey. Hey. >> Wait. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Hey, can you go back over there, please? Get go back over there, please. There's one of me and there's 10 of y'all. I can't be everywhere. I'm asking you to separate yourself. Was he involved? >> No. >> Okay. You You're free to go take her with you. Get her out of here. >> Oh, the crying little white girl. All right. >> I am the brother. >> I went and got him. >> Wanted to know what the question was. Why is anyone hurting my brother and started swinging on me? And that guy punched me in the face a couple times cuz she kept >> I had nothing to do with her though. >> She was standing between me and that man. I had nothing to do with >> She asked me not to hit him and I let that man hit me in the face a couple times. >> Okay. All right. Can you come with me for a second? Who did you come with? >> We had It was with the husband. Somebody I can't her husband. >> You came here with her husband? >> Yeah. But I can't >> So I'm guessing that's her husband that's in this car here. >> But I can't really see because of the lights. They're flashing. So, what what I'm going to do right now is we're all we're waiting for is we're going to try and get you guys to leave, but everyone just has to remain calm for a few minutes. That way, we don't make things worse. No, you are. >> The rest of the crowd didn't help much either. No one could string together a coherent sentence. just a mess of halftruths, rambling, and fingerpointing. Honestly, if I were one of those officers, I might have had to lock myself in the patrol car just to breathe. It wasn't a bar fight. It was an improv night at a train wreck. >> Okay. Yes, sir. >> I understand this is pretty chaotic for you. But what you need to do >> is just relax. >> But I am relaxed. Like, just understand you're very You have to be >> See, you're still talking over You're still talking over me. >> Yeah, you're right. You're right. There's a fight here and I'm doing an investigation. I'm going to figure out what happened. What you tell me could determine if all of you go to jail, if he goes to jail, if he goes to jail, if somebody goes to jail. So, it's either you answer my question or you're obstructing my investigation. Do you want to obstruct my investigation? >> Absolutely not. I'm asking you. Why does that matter? >> Because I am doing an investigation. I'm just trying to get the story straight because apparently he jumped in because your husband was in altercation with somebody else. I'm just trying to make sure all the stories line up. That's why I have to ask my questions. Now that you you've answered them, I can share that with you. But I don't have to tell you anything prior. So the bouncer the bouncer was between >> where was the bartender when this first punch landed >> inside the bar. >> So >> then there's the guy in the green shirt. He allegedly attacked a security guard to defend his brother. Calm and collected as he was getting cuffed. He still denied everything. But eyewitnesses were crystal clear. When the dust seemed to settle, he was the one who stirred it up again. >> Punch. >> Okay. Do you know who punched you? >> Yeah. Yeah. The husband. Uh whose husband? Uh we were inside. We were done already. Okay. >> And they were having drinks like >> they were chilling. I was playing pool. >> Yep. >> My bar back. He was like cleaning the bar. All right. Obviously, you know, there was a confrontation that went down. All right. I can't give I can't give you the context to it right now because I don't have that information for you right now. >> If you asked the girl Anna, I was at the car with her. I was trying to get some. >> We'll give you a moment to explain. >> I just now walked up there 5 minutes ago. >> I got you. I got you. All right. I'm just coming here to check up on you, making sure you're all good. All right. >> I'm good, bro. >> Yes, sir. All right. >> What's going on? >> I really have to pee. I'm like I'm just going to have to take a seat in the vehicle. >> I know you're I know that you're a cop. Do you know James Hager? Uh, go back in the vehicle. >> Let me let me tell you. She We're doing it, but you could be more gentle. >> Okay, go ahead. >> Even with your camera and everything, >> everything is on. >> And let's not forget the woman who refused to leave. Officers asked her repeatedly to exit the scene. She claimed she was just looking for her shoe, then launched into a profanity laced tantrum. [music] That lack of control gave officers the perfect reason to escort her out with cuffs. >> Screaming. You guys are yelling and screaming like a bunch of children. >> I'm not I'm sorry. >> I'm not a kindergarten teacher and I don't work at a school. So, I'm not old. You're 30. We're in our 30s, too. >> Listen, man. I'm 40 years old. So, he's been a little >> That is very sad. Okay. So, listen. >> Acting like a little >> That's fine. Keep your opinions to yourself. >> No, it's not to ourselves. You guys need to get off the property. For getting in my car. >> I play the nice game first. If you want to sit here and keep yapping your mouth, you can do it in jail. All right. So, do are you suing in jail? We'll go from there. >> Go that way. Are you leaving right now or you want to go with her? >> But why? >> Do are you Oh, now you want to be soft tone voice, huh? >> No. >> So, if you're going to be a badass, >> get off the property. You going to take the ride, too? how your boy going to feel about that when he hear about it tomorrow. >> Tried to jump my brother. What are you going to do? >> I Well, that's the thing. I'm not >> I grew up in St. Louis my whole life. Listen to me. I didn't tell you don't defend your brother. I told you don't lie to me. That's it. You could have told me you went and beat up somebody who beat up your brother. That's all right. >> No, you ain't heard that yet. Seen the face >> manyund times. >> But what I'm saying is my problem is not what you did. My problem is you're not telling me the truth. >> And you have the right to tell me whatever you want to. >> How am I going to tell you that? I tried to play my brother though. >> You >> I didn't hit nobody though. I swear to God I didn't hit nobody. >> You trying to show me your hand bruises not going to matter, man. There's no problem. >> I need to get this car out here. >> Listen. The best decision. >> I know you too. >> I don't know you. >> Everybody has your face. >> Okay. Listen. Listen. Listen. The best decision right now is for everyone to leave property. You're not going to jail. Nobody's going to jail. If you continue to stay on property, that could change. So, I need you guys to leave. I need every wallet real quick. My brother's wallet. He said I can get his wallet. >> The other officer dead. >> Not right now. Not right now. >> It's okay, Dad. >> Hey, boss. Hey. Do you want your wallet to go with your brother? >> Yeah. You taking me to jail? >> Yeah, you're going to jail today. Why? >> Terrible, man. She's now looking at potential fines, brief jail time, or mandatory alcohol rehab. On October 20th, 2024 in Illinois, a 911 call reported a woman acting erratically, throwing objects and causing a scene in a building lobby. Police [music] rushed to the scene, but what started as a basic disturbance call quickly escalated into something far more dangerous. Here's what happened next. >> Whatever. But she didn't listen. She fought back, refused commands, and pushed harder every second. Their patience wore thin, and soon force became unavoidable. Stoping moving. >> Don't move. Put your hand behind your back. >> Wait, what? >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Please leave me alone. >> Stop. >> Sit down. >> Don't move anymore. >> Stop. moving. >> What did I say? The decision not to use a taser earlier may have been compassionate, but it nearly cost someone their life. Still, protocol was followed. Officers checked for injuries and got medical help right after subduing her. >> Pull down your shirt. Yeah. One second. All right. >> So, there's one up here. >> Let me take a picture. >> Yep. Face himself. >> I'm not going to do anything. >> Okay. [laughter] Come here. Spin around. >> I want to check your left arm. >> Police handled the aftermath by the book. But the incident exposed a deeper issue. The gap in how we respond [music] to mental health crisis. Officers determined she needed hospitalization. Though she continued resisting, they placed her under strict supervision to ensure everyone's safety. You >> can breathe better. Okay. >> Right now, we just got to sit here and then probably go to the hospital. Okay. Cuz your hands all bleeding. Your head's bleeding. Okay. So, we'll get you off to the hospital. She couldn't remember how she got home, why the cops were there, or even who she was half the time. Then it got stranger. She started rambling about a mysterious black box like she was trapped in some world that only made sense in her head. >> Know why we're out here today? >> No. Do you know who this gentleman is that's standing next to you? >> My family. >> Your family? She want to go to the doctor's either. >> Do you want me to start fire rescue? Check out your blood pressure. >> I just wanted to sleep. I'm tired. >> She didn't even recognize the man standing right in front of her. Her own father. You could see the heartbreak in his eyes as he quietly confirmed to officers that his daughter wasn't mentally well. Jennifer, confused and unable to connect with him, simply walked away. >> You want to go to sleep? >> All right. >> You don't see I don't have no handcuffs on you. I don't have nothing forcing you to talk to me. >> You don't want to talk to me? >> Put handcuffs on me for >> Is she okay? Sit against the Porsche. >> Nikki, get me a cigarette, please. >> Sit against the Porsche. Stephanie tried to run but didn't get far. After being detained, she kept demanding meds and cigarettes, trying to shift attention away from why she was being arrested. As she was led to the patrol car, her resistance kicked into high gear verbally and physically. >> Over here, go free after hitting me. >> We are not doing that. >> Yes, you are. >> Relax. Relax. I'm not cuz now the girl's heart fall over. So she walked over. >> She was like, "But you don't know me." She was like, "You don't know." The >> purple she like cuz the problem we're having is the girl in purple saying that she was struck first the the other one. But then the other girl said that she's claiming that girl pushed her daughter. I don't know if you saw that. >> Where did she push her at? >> Right there by the swing. >> She came right here to the little girl. She was like this with her like literally the camera touch >> on her phone on that second on that second. >> No, she didn't. She didn't show the video cuz she was surp you know trying to like get her to like hit her. >> She walked back this way like trying to go over there. Yeah. She like pushed her >> but like it's like a push to like Yeah. You don't like me. >> What's really telling? She didn't back off. Instead, she kept approaching the victims like she was trying to reassert control over what she saw as her territory, being publicly embarrassed, flipped a switch, and the physical attack. That was her twisted way of taking back power. >> Depending on what she the victim, which would be her, wants to do with it. But if we have to back it because the other girl is insisting that she she's the one that is a victim and that she got the purple. >> That's what we're trying to figure out. She aggressor. >> She she was the aggressor but she thought she was going to win cuz the little girls a little slightly smaller than her. >> Give me my police report card. >> I need a report of this whole thing. >> Yep. We'll give you a case number. Just have a seat. >> Don't worry, ma'am. >> Little girl. >> Hey, you wanted the case number real quick? >> Thank you. >> Yep. Let me get it for you real quick. >> You got to stop walking so I can give you the case. >> Just put your hands behind your back. >> What's going on? >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Give me your hands. >> What's going on? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> What's going on? >> Give me your hands. Give me your hands. >> What? Give me >> Where ARE YOU GUYS GOING? >> Put your hands >> behind your back. >> Give me your hands. Right here. >> You going to put it or I put it? >> Which is why I asked you to stop. Stop yelling. You're just yelling to yell. >> All right. >> Roll over on your side. >> Sit up. Okay. >> Sit up. >> Nope. Just where's your leg at? >> Cross your leg. >> How [laughter] >> does your leg actually hurt or you just >> Yes. Where's the injury on your leg at? >> Which leg is it? Cuz you're pointing at this one. And then >> this one. This one. >> This one right here. So, we have to look at it, right? Is there any? >> That's an old scar. >> Do you have anything? >> Some bedding? No. My knee, sir? >> Okay. >> Ow. Uh, >> so what's wrong with it? >> There's no >> What do you mean what's wrong with it? I already have pain in my leg. >> So, you already have pain there? >> Yes. And he just stepped on it. I mean, you should just listen to them when I said >> that's why we told you to stop. We told you to stop. >> I'm trying. Told >> you stop and put your hands behind your back. >> I didn't You didn't SAY THAT. NOBODY TOLD ME TO put my hands behind my back. >> Nobody told me to put my hands behind. >> Officers finally decided to detain her based on consistent witness statements and her combative behavior on scene. She kept denying any wrongdoing, claimed her foot hurt, demanded her rights, and insisted she was protected because she had a lawyer and money. Like the law is something you can bargain with. >> Behind my >> You keep reaching in your pocket. So >> I'm not reaching in my pocket, sir. I'm trying to stand up because you're telling me I'm being detained. And why are you taking this thing that I just gave? >> You just got to make sure you have nothing that can harm us. >> I'm not harming anyone >> because you're not listening. If you would listen, this would be completely different. But you're not listening. >> Okay. I am going to be listening until we get statements from the witnesses at the court cuz they they witness everything that occurred. >> Right now, you're not clear. >> What statements? Because the only witnesses after the park are the same people lying to me. >> Where do you live at? >> 15 minutes away that way. That's why I didn't want >> How did you end up over here? >> I walked from home safe here. I didn't want to walk that way when she asked me because I didn't want to have to pull out the GPS. I just I know the the direction >> to my house. >> Where's your house at? Like what neighborhood or what street? >> It could be way less. It depends on how >> What made you come in here though? >> Because sometimes I come here. I don't like to I'm not a party person. And I party when all my friends drag me out. >> Going back. >> Bring your legs in. Bring your legs in. >> Walk this way. >> What about the rest of my things? >> Yep. We're going to get them. It's right there. >> So, I'm being detained. You guys are not reading my rights. >> Stop. Just stop. >> Which car? It's a very the car right in front of you. Very simple instruction. Car is right here. Just face this way. >> Keep your leg down. >> She's good. >> Look this way. >> Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat. >> Sit down. >> Have a seat. >> Yep. Use the door. Push off the door. >> Ow. She could be facing charges for assaulting a minor, harassment, stalking, and resisting arrest. If convicted, she's looking at anything from fines and probation to a restraining order, or even jail time, ranging from a few months to several years, depending on her record and mental health evaluations. On August 19th, 2022, Tampa police responded to a heated argument at an apartment complex. A group of women were going at it over food stamps, but things escalated fast when one of them pulled out pepper spray and then a gun. Right there in broad daylight with kids watching, what started as a shouting match quickly turned into a serious criminal case. >> Do it. AND I'M BY MYSELF. And I'm by myself. And I'm by myself. And I'm by myself. AND I'M BY MYSELF. AND I'M BY MYSELF. AND I'M BY MYSELF. NOW WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? CUZ I DON'T EVEN KNOW YOU HOES. BUT WHAT'S UP? >> WHAT'S UP? >> I don't know them. I'm going to work. >> Can you tell me why? >> POLICE WASN'T OVER THERE. >> THE POLICE wasn't over there. >> DO IT. I'M RIGHT HERE. I'M RIGHT HERE. HEY, WHAT ARE YOU talking about? >> Talk to this officer for a second. >> Talk about originally a gun. I checked. I didn't find one. HEY, COME ON. They pulled the gun over. >> Somebody want to tell me what happened. >> People over there. >> I keep hearing about a gun. >> Yeah. >> I need to know where to put the gun on you. >> Okay. So, she pulled a gun on you? >> Yeah. She put it in my face and said she'll kill me. Okay. All right. S, >> can you tell me exactly how all this happened and what happened and what went on? >> I walked into my house. I walked into the um get my um fan OUT THE CAR. SHE BUMPED ME. >> So you you're walking from your apartment charges on her >> to your car. >> To get my >> And where did you encounter her? >> On the sidewalk. >> Like right here. >> She pulled her gun out on me, pointed in my face. She said she would kill me. >> Okay. Can you describe the gun? >> To get it like a small like a gun that was in a handgun. Look at me. That was a handgun. >> They're going to work on that. We're going to get you guys all straightened up, but you got to give me You got to take a breath and give me a little minute to work through this for you. Okay. >> Yeah, it was >> This is to your benefit. >> It was a handgun. >> All right. So, it was a handgun. >> Mhm. >> And where was it when she pulled it out? >> She pulled it out. I don't even know. She put from purse. I believe she pulled from a purse. >> Okay. So, she pulled it from her purse. >> Yeah. >> And what did she do with it after >> pointed at my face and said she would kill me? And I >> How far away was she from you? >> From the porch. And I was standing on the sidewalk. >> Oh, what's that look like? Like maybe from here or something? A little farther. >> A little bit. Maybe like eight or 10 10 ft or so. Pull the gun. >> This was what you'd call contextual violence. When someone feels their pride or control is being threatened and they react like a cornered animal. Maybe the weapon was meant to intimidate, not harm. But in the eyes of the law, it's still aggravated assault. >> You said so far and that you're about to say is true and correct to the best of your knowledge. >> Yes. >> Are you willing to write out a statement for me? A torn statement over what happened? What do you want to do about it? >> I'm going to go to the rent office for him. >> What's that? >> I'm going to go to the rent office. >> The rent office? >> Well, someone pulled a gun on you. I mean, it's kind of serious. >> Yeah, but if I write a statement, what that's going to be? >> Well, I don't know. If you want to pursue charges and there's a possibility that we can make an arrest or take it to court, then we'll do that. >> But you need to go to the hospital. >> Do you see Do you see the person that pulled the gun on you? No, no, they >> Oh, over here. Anywhere? No, >> that's her sister. >> That's her sister. >> This victim works at and she comes through there with a bad attitude and >> Okay. >> Sour face. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. That's the lady who doesn't believe that there's an investigation. >> I was just originally the family decided that uh they were going to do fishing clubs and that's down. Hey, hey, hey. Let me go. Let me go. >> Let me go. >> Going in jail, DANGER. STOP. LET ME GO. >> PLEASE. PLEASE. >> All right. >> I'm down. >> Go, bro. >> It's ridiculous. >> Ready? We're going to stand up. >> Officers had to step in fast to get the chaos under control. One woman in a blue shirt was arrested for pulling a gun and making threats. And in the middle of the madness, a pregnant woman also ended up in cuffs after ignoring police commands, [music] turning this argument into a full-on street takedown. >> You guys need to stop fighting. Just >> we starting again. >> Stay right there for me. Whose glasses are these up here? >> Don't know. All right. >> I locked your car. I believe that was uh what started with our victim, right? >> Can we start again? >> Yeah, they slipped off. I'm sweating, sir. That's fine. >> Can you like >> just take a breath and take a They done kicked me. I'm hurting. I can't do nothing. >> Are you pregnant? >> My sister is. >> I was just fighting. Yes, she's pregnant. >> But you're not. Okay. >> And you're 20, right? And get the person. Mhm. >> But you know, we kind of have to do it. But >> she came out here. She was fighting. >> Where was she? >> With the blue on. >> Was it blue? >> Mhm. Was >> she one of the ones that we snagged? She the one that had the >> She had blue on. Blue top, blue top. She put the gun on it. >> She's the one that put the gun. >> Did um >> did she get handcuffed and put in one of the cars? >> I'm not even sure. >> She was frightened though, so I don't know. One crucial moment came when the victim pointed directly at the suspect in front of officers. That kind of onseen identification can carry serious weight in court, especially when it lines up with statements from other witnesses. >> I know you can't see in because it's um tinted and I have to open the door and that's going to stir things up. And we may be able to do that cuz I want you to find the person that did this to you and point them out to me. Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. Come here. Okay. >> Yeah, she What color is her brown? Her hair. Her hair probably on. >> I don't know. Is that a piece of her shirt? >> I don't know. She had on blue. >> She had on blue. >> Like dark blue, light blue. >> Light blue. >> Oh. Walk over here. I think searching her. >> What they going to jail for? I don't know that they're going to jail. >> They've just been put in here for now until we get things under control and then we'll figure it out. >> Um the girl that's in you're like the one girl in your car, right? >> That's her. >> She said I need the shooter over there. >> So the girls ran from what they set up and they set up. >> Okay. Okay. >> Back where we started here. I'll turn the AC on. I'm going to get you a clipboard. They going to press >> been back and forth and back and forth on that. >> Yeah, you can't argue with them. He going to tell you what's right. >> If she press charges, she going to jail, too. >> Her issue is different from the original issue. >> Okay. So, she ain't going to jail. >> I I can't promise that. I have to talk to my boss, but not for this. Not for the gun thing for sure. She's the one >> Did they get the gun? >> Well, we're still working on it. She just >> I need to go up and >> she just she just now identified the person that had the gun. Let me talk to him because I know you. >> This neighborhood's clearly dealing with a lot. Kids running around everywhere and [music] deep tension over food assistance. When young people lack purpose, job opportunities, or strong community support, boredom can turn dangerous real quick. What happened here? It's a wakeup call for everyone. So >> apparently when you were struggling with the other officer and he was telling you to stop my baby >> I won't go to get my baby the gun thing and that would have been it. >> Hopefully the right people would have got the right charges. I just got to make sure. >> We going to double check our femures, too. >> Yeah. Um, >> just leave the cuffs on this time, >> huh? Yeah, please leave the cuffs on. It's going to be a full ma'am. >> I know you're sweaty and I know at least one of the other girls that I grabbed had been pepper sprayed already. So, like >> all my arms, my face, my eyes, all that stuff. I was like, "Oh, I know this feeling." >> Like >> him right here. >> You? Huh? >> Well, no. He's the one investigating that. That's why I called him over here cuz you're telling that to sergeant and Sergeant is like, >> "No, that's what I'm saying. I don't know nothing about no I know I was listening. I was working early today when I heard them out there arguing, right? >> And they whenever they made nothing shot cuz I don't know what >> pertains to the case. You only have like we're halfway there. >> Oh, so I can't ask you no questions though." >> So y'all mind made up that y'all going to arrest us. >> So y'all Yeah. I don't y'all have any but you understand that there's two different cases, right? You're arrested for one thing and we're talking about we're talking about something I'm not worried about other >> So I'm not going to talk to you about the thing that you're originally arrested for here with the aay or the disorderly conduct or anything like that. That's not my thing. I'm the gun guy. >> What's the goat? >> Okay. And now um >> you So she's been arrested for a gun. >> No. was that this is part of the investigation that we were trying to do before everything is everybody lost their mind. >> All the women involved were detained and charged with disorderly conduct. One of them hit with a felony after spraying a minor with pepper spray. This wasn't just about bad behavior. It was about what happens when structure, guidance, and accountability are completely missing at home and in the community. On February 11th, 2022, a frantic 911 call came in reporting an elderly woman had just [music] been struck in the face with a metal object in the middle of a residential neighborhood. The suspect, a 20-year-old [music] girl who apparently lost control during an argument. But when officers showed up, no one expected the story to take the turn it did. >> Oh, what's going on? >> I got it. >> Okay. >> Okay. Did it hit you? >> Where did it hit you? It hit her dead in the face. >> Okay. >> In the face. >> Yeah. Got a tick bleeding and it hit me like the head. >> Walk me through what what happened. >> Okay. I'm I'm going to tell exactly what happened. Okay. It's a friend of mine that came over here and asked me cuz she do something in my house to use the the bathroom to clean up and stuff. >> No. She told me to watch her car. Don't let her go in her car. >> So, this is her car. >> No, that's another lady's car. >> Yeah, that's the lady that that she told me to watch her car. Don't let her go in there. >> No, it was in the shower. >> And so, and I told her, I said, "No, you can't go in there. You going to have to wait till she come back." She said, "That's why your your wig on crooked." >> Okay. >> And and and so I tell you what, you better get up out my yard. Don't come up in my yard and stuff. She talking about I come back and she act like she want to do something and everything. I picked her up. >> She come at her like this. >> Go down there to that house over there to where house, grab that thing, and came right back over here and just snug it. She didn't care who she It was all us standing here. She's a a Puerto Rican girl. She got black long hair. She got on black top and black pants. >> Did you have some commotion with the neighbors over there? >> No. >> What's going on? >> If you would like to look at my face, that would be an original story. But I'm not trying to press no charges on. >> We got to We got to see your side of the story. Where's the mark? Right there. >> What happened? Can you talk to us and tell us? I got in an altercation with somebody who was staying with her. >> Uhhuh. >> And basically I got hit in my face. I got out the car and I walked home. >> Are you okay? Do you need ambulance or anything to check you out? >> No, love. I'm not trying to press personal charges as far as I'm concerned. I'm just going to move on by my day. >> Were those uh injuries from when you were in the car or they from >> both? >> From both. What? What happened? >> From the get- go, her story was all over the place. Nothing added up. The cops picked up on the smell of alcohol right away and heard rambling answers. Clear signs of impaired thinking. Maybe booze, maybe something stronger, [music] or maybe a storm brewing inside that hadn't been dealt with. >> Thing happened before that with the older ladies in the driveway. >> Yeah, they threw something at me. >> They threw something at you. >> That's why I kind of got a thing on my lip right now. >> So they they threw that at you. So, why does the other one have like a big old busted lip and and >> Why do I have a big old busted lip and a face? >> Okay. Was there anyone else there that can kind of corroborate your story? >> No, sir. No, >> obviously they threw at me. >> A brick. >> A brick. >> Would you love to know it? >> Where's the brick at? >> We can go by her. >> Oh, wait. We'll stay over here and then we'll go over there after we don't want to start any more drama with them. >> My point. Okay, then >> we'll go over there and find the brick. >> Figure out base over here and base A over there. >> Okay. Well, if you guys would like to shine your light on me. I already did. >> We're going to take pictures, too. We're going. Miss Tanda put her hands on you. >> Yes, she pushed me. >> Okay. And then >> and I told you. >> Yes, I left. I live right here. Like, why would I >> leaving? They threw something at you and that was the end of it. >> No, they threw something at me and relieving of it was was that at the end of the day, I was friends with somebody who was who is staying at her household right now. So that's the fact that matters. >> She comes over. She's on the sidewalk. She's over here. Where? Where is she? >> She come right there on that concrete though. >> Okay. So she's like by the car. >> But yeah, >> the adult that had nothing to do with your drama with you or something. >> No, she got hit with the side of a chain. >> So would you like to know what what happened? >> Yes, please. Absolutely. >> You guys want to know what happened? >> So me and the person who was in the car, I got into a house in the car. Not physically. Mhm. >> She dropped me off over there um not too far away from Greenwood. Fine. I came back over here. Fine. Um then they started talking more and more and more. Miss Tanda started saying stuff to me. Mind you, if you know anybody in this neighborhood, you know this is not a good fart. >> You said you weren't >> You said a little verbal verbal in the car. >> When was it physical? >> In the car. >> You said it wasn't. >> No. Me and the person who was who was staying at our house right now had already fought in her car. >> When was it? >> You said it was ver. This was like 3 2 hours ago. >> Oh, okay. >> She denied everything, but couldn't produce a shred of proof. When multiple independent witnesses came forward to contradict her version of events, officers had seen enough. They moved in and made the arrest. >> I'm bad with the >> Okay. Well, that's completely wrong. >> The little white lady, >> I think she's white. >> I don't even know who white lady is. >> Well, she was sitting down in a chair when you were with the other two. >> I promise you, like I have not hit anybody within that. Like all I've been talking to is the people that has been over here. >> Did you throw it in their general direction? >> No. >> No. >> No. I have literally been sitting here talking to them and trying to be the most yellow. >> I literally, as far as I'm concerned, they have my birth certificate. They have my >> You said you got your stuff back. >> I did. No, listen. I have my passport back. That's all I have. >> You just He asked you, you have all your property back? You said yes. >> Passport. My passport is my back. >> Big lady and the lady with the white car. They if they put their hands on you, that's a different thing. But there's another lady there that was just sitting in a chair and an object hit her in the face and we have people saying that you threw an object and it hit her in the face. We're talking about that lady. We're not talking about the drama that you got with the other two. >> Okay. >> We're talking about the poor lady sitting in the chair that got hit by a a metal object. >> I never throw anything at anybody. >> Okay. But there's three other people saying that you did. >> All right. And I can have two other people that's saying that she put her hands on me as well. >> But you don't have two other people. I can get them in the car. >> But it was just you two in the car. >> No, I can go get them. >> No, we don't need them. All right. >> All right. Unfortunately, your story doesn't quite add up like the rest of them. And you are under arrest right now for battery. >> Battery for what? >> For hitting that lady in the face. >> I didn't hit nobody in the Bro, why you dog? Hey, bro. Stop. >> All right. >> Bro, GET THE OFF ME, DOG. >> OH, you're going to kick me. YOU." >> And just like that, the innocent act fell apart. When the cuffs came out, the sweet and confused routine turned into full-blown rage. Her aggressive outburst and blatant disrespect made one thing painfully clear. This wasn't just some misunderstanding. She wasn't a bystander. She was the aggressor. >> Tommy, I myself, >> I'm p you down. Make sure you ain't got no weapons. >> I got a knife in my pocket. >> Where? Somewhere? I think it's either in my purse or in my front pocket. We're not trying to charge you with another charge. I'll give you a relax. Okay. >> Do [ __ ] to them. >> Relax. Relax. Relax. >> Just came out of >> Relax. Relax. >> Come on now, bro. >> Can you just scoot back a little bit? >> I ain't doing nothing. Nobody don't take me to jail. >> Are you sure? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. If they're recommending you should go, I would uh advise you probably should go and get checked out. Okay. >> Anytime. >> Yeah. paramedics show up and you don't go to the hospital. It's considered an against medical advice refusal. So, that's kind of the thing. >> Yeah. Get checked out because you might it takes a couple hours for you to bring >> Okay, ma'am. Got to read your rights. >> I'm actually asking you a question. >> Okay. Let me read you your rights first. >> Can I ask you a question before you bring my rights, please? >> Sure. >> Can you please go around there and ask them if they're trying to press charges on me or not? the lady who got hit in the face with the object. >> I didn't throw nothing out of this [ __ ] >> Let me read this and then we can talk about that. On February 19th, 2024, a frantic 911 call from a teenage girl sends Tampa police racing to the scene. She says a man just pointed a gun right at her face from his car window while they were both driving down US1. A terrifying moment that marked the beginning of something far more dangerous than anyone expected. >> And I looked up and someone put their window down and he had a gun in his hand and he was just like >> like making some face at me. And I was like, I don't know if I know you, but I know your face looks familiar, but I've looked here my whole life. So, it's kind of like I I just don't know. >> And it's not like the first time I've >> been followed or threatened or anything like that. So, I'm just scared cuz I'm now back in town and I'm like, I don't know if that was targeted or he's doing it to random ass people, but I didn't think it was funny. I thought it was scary as hell. >> Okay. So, aggressive driving from him before that. I stayed my distance. >> He pulls up next to you guys, right? And around where does he just puts the window down. He has a gun. He's not pointing at you. He's like waving. >> Well, he he did point it at me cuz he's like this and I see the hole straight to my face and I'm like, "What the fuck?" Like what is that? Sorry. What is that called for? Like what what is one to do? Whether it's fake, whether it's what it is, whether it's a game, what is one to call for you to point a straight? >> So it was the pedestrian walk that turned on. That's when you waved it. And then we went through Wells Fargo when he turned off here and I came. >> Okay. So you could call and get the description. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. Um >> Okay. And as far as you you guys don't know the guy, you guys just some um >> No, probably not. >> Can you describe the guy to me? I didn't see it. I know it was truck. It was a Ford. >> It was browned up lift kit with some nice rims. >> Okay. >> Okay. Um >> both your lices. >> The police just asked me what it looked like. I guess who identified or if it was like in his sort. Um there was a black truck that also at the same time had pulled into here and then pulled out with them looking at us. So I don't know if they were involved. If there's nothing in the vehicle, he did point a gun at >> Yes. No. No. The suspect didn't lash out. In fact, he stayed oddly calm. Too calm. That kind of composure, a red flag. It screamed obsession, the dangerous kind, fueled by a bruised ego and a twisted need to control someone who rejected him. Meanwhile, the young woman was visibly shaken, voice trembling, but determined to explain what had happened. >> It was brownish, like it looked like it was brown on the sides. It was thicker and it was black. I I'm not really good at it because I don't know guns. a colors the black brown like >> I saw the like pole right there and I was like wow >> that's a >> How old are both of you guys? >> I am 19. >> You're 17. You're 19. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. Um so they're out with what we think is the truck. Okay. So let me see over cuz I was like I was like following the cops and the cop was right behind me and I didn't like try to tail him for a little bit and then we couldn't get too close to him. Okay. >> And we just couldn't >> step out with your hands up. >> Step out of the car with your hands up. >> Information that you pointed a gun at somebody. >> Um, not aware of that. >> No. Anything else in your hand? >> I mean, other than my drink? No. >> A drink? No gun in the car? >> No gun in the car? >> No gun in the car? >> No, sir. >> All right. Just stand back here for me. Um, give me a few minutes. Okay. >> Uh, this be too long, right? >> It's going to be pretty long. Um, do you guys do you guys want to press charges on the guy? >> If it is a gun, um, >> if I don't, will he learn his lesson? >> There's a there's that's the only real question because I'm young, too, and I don't know if he's young. He looked not too old, but >> I think people need to learn their lesson. That's the thing. >> Okay, then let me get the rest of the story and then you can make your decision. >> Um, This will be I don't know the guy. I don't know what he'll learn from. >> This will be pretty long, you think? Cuz I got I got work in an hour and a half. >> We're We're going to be here for a while. >> More than an hour and a half. >> Uh yeah, >> it it depends what we're going to do with this. Do they find it? Do you guys press charges? Do you like just stick with me? Okay. >> All right. I'll >> You got anything on you I need to worry about? >> Huh? I don't have anything on me. >> All right. Did you get an argument confrontation with anybody? >> H That's the person on Friday will be. >> Okay. >> All right. Have a seat here. >> Can I ask what this is about? >> I said it was about a gun being pointed at somebody. Did you flash your gun at somebody? >> I don't even own a firearm. >> You don't? Was it a cell phone? >> Yeah, I did have my cell phone in my hand, but I don't I don't even >> Then came the line, I don't even own a gun. He says this while wearing a shirt with a massive Smith and Wesson logo across his chest. You could almost hear the officers trying not to laugh as they reached for the cuffs. >> Okay, just walk backwards. Step backwards. Continue to step backwards. >> Can I please pull my pants up? >> Is there anybody else inside the car? >> No. >> There any weapons in the car? >> No. >> Huh? >> No, sir. I'll just get my >> Oh, okay. Yeah. Yeah. Stand up. >> Can you pull him right there? There's a >> put it right here on the passenger side. >> All right. >> Okay. >> They're like, "Bro, we're just driving and this black truck pulls up next to us and the driver puts his window down and he like does some stupid motions with a gun." A black and brown gun, which is more bulky, she says. And >> a black and brown gun. >> Yeah. She says, >> "What's he saying?" >> She says he points it at her. Like he points it at her. >> They might have filmed it out the window, too. >> Okay. And but they're like, they're like, "We can confirm that you guys got the right vehicle cuz we were following them from a distance." >> Well, it says keeping it real on the back. And everything matches the male male driver, female passenger. >> She's like, she doesn't know if she knows the guy or not. Like, >> is she 100% sure there was a firearm? [ __ ] >> I'll ask again. But she she >> wasn't a cell phone cuz he's claiming he had a cell phone in his hand. That's what he told her outside. >> Oh, he's she's adamant. She's like, "I'm from Orlando. I know what a gun looks like. I've seen guns before in my life." >> Okay. >> Yep. >> He said he had a phone in his hand. >> It's like a handle. >> He kept talking, trying to outsmart the evidence. No gun, no crime. as if saying it enough could erase the 911 call, the terrified witness, and the mounting statements. It wasn't just flimsy. It was delusional. And it made him look guiltier with every breath. >> So, what happened? >> What do you mean? >> What? Argument, confrontation with anybody, road rage? >> No. That's why I'm confused. >> Uh-huh. >> Cuz I'm on the way. I got to go to a job site. >> And she called saying that you pointed a gun at her. >> I didn't have nothing on my phone. And then I put my phone down and got my drink and that's it. >> All right. So we can check the car and make sure there's no gun in there. >> I can send to any search, but >> Mhm. >> So other than that, nothing. >> Okay. You're going to let us or you're not going to let us cuz there's a gun involved. >> There's a gun involved. But what evidence do you have that's fire? We have video. Do you have my picture? >> She has a witness. She's not back there with you. >> I have a witness as well. >> Okay. Until you leave. You know, >> that's how we call my mother and my attorney because I feel like this is unlawful and I just turned 18 as well. Mhm. >> I don't know too much about the law. >> Okay. Yeah. Give us a second and we'll let you get your phone call as fast as you can. All right. >> So, that's why I'm like extremely confused cuz now I'm going to be late for my job. >> I have a partner. He's meeting with the lady who had called us to said what you did and we're getting approval on that. Okay. >> Sounds good. >> All right. >> So, I mean, whatever. >> Just stand by. >> Okay. >> Damn. That was just stupid. Something just hit my arm. >> Where? >> Back there. pinched. >> 100% it's a gun. >> 100% it was a gun. I saw if >> I've seen a gun before because of Orlando, but if you want if you if you hold a gun up, even if you were to cuz I know cops have them. Hold your gun up and you look at the end of it right there. It's the front of a gun. I was shocked as hell when I saw it. I was like, I've never seen a gun that damn close to my face. I've seen I' I've seen them close to my face, but not with another person I don't even know. weird because he looked familiar and I don't know if I know him and maybe he just mistakenly didn't think I I wouldn't report it and maybe thought like >> oh >> but wouldn't he tell the cops hey yeah that was my friend Isabella >> no we're not friends that's the thing his face looked familiar but I have a lot of hate and I someone that just >> maybe made the joke out of hate and threatened >> the final piece dropped when the girl recognized him the same guy she'd rejected before suddenly the motive snapped into focus wasn't road rage this was wounded pride dressed up as intimid intimidation, a fragile ego with a very real threat. Gun or no gun, he wanted her scared. He wanted control. Mainland for work. >> Mhm. But you don't remember seeing another lady. No road rage. >> All I saw was a there was a guy I knew from my school, but that's it. >> Uh-huh. >> I had seen a lady or nothing like that. >> At any point, did you put the camera in the air to make >> my phone in the air like this, but that's it. >> Was she next to you? >> No. >> I don't remember cuz I didn't see a lady. So, it's hard for me to say that kind of information without actually knowing. >> Okay. All right. Like I said, nobody's uh arrested yet, and we're just trying to figure out what's going on. All right. All right. Sorry, it keeps connecting my stupid ass car. All right. So, we found the gun. It's sitting right behind the center console. It's brown like she said with black. It's got a black um it's mostly brown, but it has a black like holster. >> So, he pulled So, what like what is she saying? He just randomly pulled up to her out of nowhere and pointed at her. >> Okay. >> Bravo Nemo Bravo Mike 21. >> Yeah. Ask her if she wants to press charges. >> Um >> and yeah, ask her if she wants to press charges. Yeah. And um and we need a written statement from her with all that like describing the gun and everything that happened. And >> we'll take him for echo. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. We're we're just waiting to see if the victim wants to press charges. >> What is it? >> He pointed a gun at some lady. I guess they got I think it was a road rage related thing, but um we're just trying to find out what they what she wants to do. He's 18, so he's he's an adult. He's driving my truck. So, I was like, if there's I didn't know if it somebody if if she wants to press charges. It was using a commission of a felony. So, it'll likely be towed. >> Instagram. That was y. >> Okay. Is that >> changing your opinion if you want to press charges? >> I'm pressing charges 100% because I know he hates my ex-boyfriend. >> I just need to add that to your statement. Basically, what you just discovered. >> I'm sorry. >> Oh, no. >> I maybe shouldn't have went to Instagram and searched it up, but once I found out who it was, cuz I didn't want to >> I know who. Go to his Instagram right now. >> The guy they pulled over, >> it is Yotic. That is Yotic. >> Dating this kid that I was dating and we got back together after a little rough moment. And from that point when we got back together, I saw Yotic was always like trying to cut him off or acting insane with the truck or like rolling dust wherever he could, following him home to Venetian. Sometimes when he got angry and just like speeding off right there when he tried to turn into his neighbor trying to get into him. >> That is familiar. Honestly, >> nothing in your boots. Anything in the jail? >> I'm going to jail? >> Yeah. Now you're being arrested. >> For what? >> H aggravated assault with a firearm. >> What firearm? >> The gun we found in your car. >> Gun. >> Yeah. >> Huh? >> That's what I'm confused about is what gun. >> All right. I'm going to read you your rights. Before we ask you any questions, you must understand your rights. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can't be used against you in court. Like I said from the beginning, what happened? >> Well, what happened is that's what I'm this whole situation I'm confused about. >> Mhm. >> Cuz it's like you guys pulled me over and I looked out the window, oh, maybe I'm just going to 10 10 checking my tent or something cuz I get pulled over a lot for 10. >> Okay. >> You can tell even though I got the 10 exemption. >> But like I said, we have a witness that saw you do this. You didn't believe me on that. And then I asked you if there's any guns in the car. You said there's no guns in the car. We find a gun in the car. What gun? >> And it's the same gun that's described to us. >> Let me ask this because you saying you found a gun in the car, but did you check it? Anything like that? >> H >> Did you guys check the firearm if there is a firearm? >> Yeah, we checked it. We found it. >> Okay. So then >> it's the same one that's described to us by the lady you pulled it out on. >> Well, the only thing that I would even remotely have close to a firearm is an airsuit, not an actual firearm. >> So if you guys did find something in there, then it would probably be that. >> Okay. I don't own any firearms. >> But even if it's not a firearm and you pull an airsoft rifle and somebody or a pistol and somebody says, "Yeah, that was a firearm." That's what we go by. >> Okay. So, >> we don't know it's airsoft or it's a real firearm. >> The 18-year-old was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a thirdderee felony under Florida law. No bullet was fired, but the threat was crystal clear. If convicted, he could face up to 5 years in prison, a $5,000 fine, and a criminal record that could shadow him for life. On March 28th, 2024, police responded to a call from the Jewel Osco Supermarket after reports that a woman had assaulted the store manager and made off with over $1,000 worth of merchandise. You know what I mean? >> No. I don't know what to do. >> Well, then just stop and listen. >> Like it's as simple as that. >> Coming. Yes. >> Cuz I'm so amped up. >> Just stop. Stop. Stop. >> Don't act like I'm not going to stop. Like I'm not walking away. >> I was walking to your car. >> Stop many times. >> And I was walking to your car like you asked me to do >> many times. But I told you to stop many times. So just chill out. So where you at, Juwel? >> I was at Jelasco. >> What happened here? You okay? >> No, I'm not okay. Thanks for asking. >> I'm asking. >> What's the matter for? It has nothing to do with you. What's the matter? >> It But it does. I don't know what happened at Jewel. I have no idea what happened. >> What [ __ ] happened at Jewel? >> Let's talk about it. What's What happened with that bottle? >> I dropped it. >> All right. So nothing happened at Jewel. >> No, >> you didn't steal nothing. I didn't steal [ __ ] >> Did you have a cart? >> I did have a cart. And did I live with it? Okay. >> We can give you a ticket for open container. Okay. So, that's going to stop. You got an ID on you? >> I do. Right here. >> So, the what happened? What they said was that you battered you battered somebody. >> I beat someone up. No, I didn't. >> That's what they said. >> Did I? >> I That's what I'm Girl That's why I was trying to be chill with you and like figure that out. You know what I mean? You said I don't want to get beat up. >> I wouldn't beat you up. I wouldn't beat nobody up. >> I can assure you you wouldn't beat me up. >> I know I wouldn't I wouldn't try. >> Where you living at now? >> I'm homeless. >> Homeless. Okay. >> So, I'll call you back. Okay. I'm pulled over by the cops. >> I ain't do [ __ ] I wish I would have did something now that all these police people are around me. They said I stole something from Jewel. I was going to, but I didn't. >> Minor that's up there. >> Yeah. >> You just matched the exact description of what somebody being hit in the face. Okay. They said that cart full of items was stolen and that the manager was hit. >> When officers arrived, the woman sent mixed signals. Cooperative one moment, then subtly stepping back as if plotting her next move. Her body language told a story. Fear of getting caught clashing with the desperate hope she could still find a way out of this. >> You want to check my bag, make sure I still Yeah, if you let me. >> Go on ahead. Actually, don't look in my bag. >> Why not? No weapons. >> I won't search in there. >> All right, we'll leave it over here then. Okay. Zip it up. >> Yep. That's fine. You got a knife in there. >> Can you put the bottle down, please? >> No, thank you. >> You're going to put the I'm not going to get cut with a bottle. >> Are you kidding me? >> Yes, I put it down. I did what you asked me. >> So, you dropped that on my foot. >> It did not drop on your foot. It's not even by your It's next to your foot. It hit your foot for real. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> Don't. Hey, >> I was going to throw it off. Stop. >> Stop. >> Oh, don't you dare. >> I'll put my hands behind my back. Stop. Quick. >> I'm not doing [ __ ] >> Drop your phone. >> No. Stop. You're not going to take my clothes off. Stop. >> I got it. >> Get on the ground. >> Hands behind your back. >> Get off of me. >> Please. >> I can put my hands behind my back. >> Put them behind your back. Put this one. >> Get off of me. >> No. Put your hands behind your back. >> You already got a resistance charge. You got this one. >> I'll put my hands behind my back. Let go of me now. >> THIS ONE. >> YEAH. >> HERE. Just cover her. >> All right. Put it off. She just bit me. Are you kidding me? >> Just bit me. Be careful. >> Stop. Go to jail. >> They double acted. >> No. >> Quick. >> Let go. Whatever's on that. Let go of that hand. Let go of it. Watch your hand. I got to loosen them up. >> Oh, you got to loosen them up. >> Slide your leg, dude. She'll bite you. >> No, they're not. All right. >> She's not. No, you're not taking them off. Double accuracy. Okay. You're good. You're fine. No, she's trying to bite again. >> No, I'm not TRYING TO BITE. >> KNOCK IT OFF. >> I'M NOT DOING NOTHING. >> You're just trying to bite HIS LEG IN THE GROUND because you have a head pushed into the ground. I'm not biting you because you just stupid. Yeah, I beat you cuz why the you pushing my face into the ground? I'm not even doing nothing. >> It wasn't hard to see how she'd ended up homeless. Judging by her actions, she'd likely burned every bridge she ever had. Impulsive decisions, self-sabotage, and a refusal to take responsibility had slowly closed every door behind her. >> Grab legs. You're going in a squad car. You just keep >> I KNOW I'M GOING IN THE SQUAD CAR. >> You guys, you're making >> No, I'm not. I said I will walk. Stop. You want to act like a child, we'll carry you. >> Hold on. Just hold on. >> Okay. Here grab it. >> Yeah. >> Here. Don't go. Grab that side. We need to get her in the car before she kicks someone. >> Quick. >> Let go. >> Get in the car. How am I feeling a problem? >> We're going to push you in the car. >> Oh, yeah. I bet you won't. >> Yeah. >> Get in the car. >> I can't. >> Can you let yourself in? >> No. >> No. >> Cuz you keep kicking and biting us. >> So, I can't help myself in. So, I'm not laying like this. Okay. Okay. Well, when we not getting in here, >> you got you got tors my arms over my back. Wait. >> I got my torsos and pull it toward me. >> OKAY. GET IN. >> I CAN'T. YES, you can. >> How the can I get in if I'm not standing up? >> Go ahead. >> Oh, okay. >> Put your foot in. PUT YOUR FOOT IN. [screaming] >> Put your foot in. >> You want me to get the >> Yeah. >> Put your foot in. >> Put your foot in. Put me hand. No. Put your foot in. Okay. >> We'll just hobble. Yeah. >> Grab a hobble. No. >> Even after being placed in the patrol car, she completely unraveled, banging her head, screaming, thrashing around. Her erratic behavior showed clear signs of psychological distress and posed a serious risk to herself and those around her. Officers had to stay on high alert. >> What's your name? >> You're about to get tased. Do you understand me? >> You want to tase me? >> Yes, because you're actively kicking a police off. >> NO, I'M NOT. HE WON'T LET ME put my feet in the vehicle. He's just trying to put my thing. >> Well, you don't need to tie my feet up. Hey, don't >> down. You keep kicking us so you're getting your >> Just push her in. >> I can get in by >> You could have closed this door with a long time. >> Watch your foot. >> You guys okay? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. >> She what? >> She kicked me in the balls. >> Are you okay? >> Yeah. I thought I could throw up. >> Well, she started walking away. She told me she was going to rob Jewel and that's I was like, "Okay, stop." And then she wouldn't stop and that's when I finally grabbed her. >> What's she >> the barricade? >> Those windows have bars, right? >> Yeah, this one does. >> Video. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Why don't you guys when you're done there just come up here and look at her? And I mean the description is perfect and then you guys watching the video and seeing her. We're solid. >> Yeah. She's just so combative we can't even get out of the car. So >> So we have battery retail though. >> And was the stolen items put into the white backpack? >> They said there possibly might be some in there. a cart full of items like it's over $1,000. >> Oh, where'd that go? >> So, she pushed the cart past the final purchase point, battered our victim, and then took off on foot. >> Chill out. Why are you doing this? >> All right, listen. I'm going to give you this inhaler. Okay. >> Can I fix myself, please? >> Yes. Yeah, let's let's do that. >> Are you going to kick or bite us? >> No. >> Okay, we will help you then. >> Please don't touch me then. Please. >> Well, then how are we supposed to >> Just stay right there and don't touch me. Please. >> Okay, you asked for your inhaler. So, do you want me to take a minute to get up? [laughter] No, I want it. Please. >> Well, you're the one contorting yourself like this. I'm not going to let you flip. >> I said please don't touch me. [laughter] >> Okay, I'm going to touch you. >> Let me have my Taylor. >> Then get up. >> Please. >> Here, just [clears throat] hand it to me. >> Can you get it from that angle, though? >> Can I let me just help you with it? >> Think she gave up. Not a chance. She was just catching her breath. The moment she sensed another window of opportunity, round two of resistance kicked off. Like this wasn't an arrest, but a full-blown war. And in her mind, it wouldn't end until the very last second. >> This though, I don't know if it >> Yeah, it was like combative resisting. >> 27, are you guys almost up here? We need to get her out of here. We need to get going. She's grabbing at your rifle and stuff. Do you know your partition was open? >> Yeah, she knows how to prime them open with her teeth. >> You're going to get hobbled. Knock it off. >> Well, this let me out. >> She's going to break the partition or something. Will you don't open the back doors? Just look in through the plexiglass. Does that hurt? Okay. So, grab the legs, hobble them, lock in the car, and then we'll get you going. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Okay. >> Oh, so you going to grab my feet and you going to grab my hands? >> They're going to get >> Just calm down. Cannot let you hurt yourself or >> Okay. I'm not The only way I'm hurting myself is cuz you're holding me down and my wrist hurt. >> I'm not doing nothing. I'm laying here. I'm not kicking. I won't kick. Stop trying to stab me. That [ __ ] makes me go insane. Please don't. Please don't. I won't do nothing. Please. I promise you. I promise you I won't. Please. >> At this point. And you kept kicking. >> No, I didn't. It's cuz y'all kept trying to hold me down. Please stop. >> No. I'm going to get angry. Please stop. Please. >> Biting us. >> I won't bite you no more. Please stop. >> I'm not letting you break equipment. >> And you're not letting me break my legs either, huh? Yes. I promise. >> You have tight on MY MAMA. STOP. STOP. I WILL STAY CHILL. I promise you I will stay chill on everything I love >> about this. >> Tell them to stop and I will stop. THAT'S THE ONLY WAY THAT I'M DOING THIS. >> You haven't listened this entire time with us. >> No, you haven't. >> No, you haven't. But we have >> Stop. DON'T DO IT. DAD, >> THIS [ __ ] IS HURTING MY first turn. >> Y'all won't let go of me. >> At least one leg's done. >> Okay, done. >> Don't let me, you stupid. >> Look, I told you I was on my own. Let go. >> She was eventually booked into jail and now faces [music] a list of serious charges. Felony theft, assault on a civilian, three counts of aggravated battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, and property damage. Each count of assault on an officer carries 3 to seven years in prison, and felony theft alone could mean another 2 to 5 years. Altogether, she could be looking at decades behind bars. Was this a woman spiraling from despair or someone dead set on fighting authority to the bitter end? What [music] do you see when you watch this? A breakdown or a battle plan? On February 11th, 2024, Orlando International Airport, Florida, police were called after a passenger claimed she'd been assaulted. A woman allegedly shoved her own child, then physically attacked another person mid-flight, turning a routine trip into a full-blown crisis. And what happened next threw the entire [music] airport into chaos. >> When we get back to St. Louis, she's going to meet me and the district attorney that I work for. So, >> okay. So >> yeah, >> SHE CAME BACK TO MY SEAT. >> This is on the plane. >> On my seat. She came She walked back to my seat and punched me in the nose and took my tooth out. She's going to jail. >> Where do I >> No, hun. I got it. >> So I was in row 12, didn't you? >> Is this Is this flight The flight is coming in? >> No, I'm leaving. >> You guys are leaving Orlando? >> Drinks. Okay. So, you're So, you guys just boarded. >> So, this is like literally now like whatever 20 minutes ago. >> Mhm. >> Okay. So, you never left the gate. >> Play number. >> Okay. >> I don't know who else she was there with, but her child, maybe 10, was literally standing in a row on his phone. And I was like, "Hey, can you move?" Like literally I see him walk by. So he moved. He moved and I walked by. She came back and she got don't ever she don't ever talk to my child again. And I said this is my seat. Are you sitting here? Get out of my face. I told her get out of my face. She started punching me. >> The initial stories couldn't be more different. The victim said she was blindsided and badly hurt while the suspect tried to spin it as self-defense, but eyewitness accounts and the visible injuries quickly made it clear who the real aggressor was. >> Tell him what happened. >> Yeah. So, when we was boarding on a plane, I had the two car seats as I was getting the car seat strapped in. My son, my oldest son was behind me. He can't sit down his seat until I finish strapping in the car seat. When she got on, instead of waiting, she pushes him out the way and say, "You need to get out, get him out the way." And then she walks and goes to her seat. So after I finish strapping the car seat, I went to her. See, I said, "Next time you address the parent, you don't address a child. You don't put your hands on anybody child." She get the scream, "Get out my seat. Get out my seat." And she getting closer and closer and she just mushes in my face. When she mushes in my face, that's when I reacted and grabbed her by her hair. Then that's when she went to go bite me. So then that's when I just kept pulling. She grabbed me by my hair, right? >> And that's when we just got to tustling in the seat from there. >> Got you. Okay. So, you're saying that she hit you first? >> Yeah, she definitely hit me first. >> The flight attendant can attest to that. Everybody that was right there cuz I >> the child here and you got the lady with the tooth over there. >> Okay. >> She was showing the kids for her to go to places. >> Uhhuh. >> Okay. She was telling the kids she was really starting because why are you touching my kid while you're pushing out of the way? >> And then I tried to get through the like the whole fight and we're fighting. >> I got scratching my head. >> At that point, the other lady, they start screaming back and forth. This lady behind us grabs the other lady's hair. The other lady says, "Oh, no. We're not doing this." And goes to town. Ultimately, you see the >> Yeah. Yeah. >> the resulting damage. >> Huh? >> No. >> No. This is a primary. >> Does she want to press charges? >> Which one? >> The >> mom. Mom wants to press >> the victim. >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> Once the victim pushed for charges and backed it up with solid witness support, police had every reason to make an arrest. But what about the husband? Did he truly believe his wife was innocent? Because based on how she acted, this wasn't her first outburst. >> So, obviously, your wife got in some sort of altercation. >> She got assaulted. >> Okay. >> Make that known. Let's make that clear. She got assaulted. >> She's missing a tooth. >> Okay. No. >> Okay. So, your wife has been destined as a primary aggressor of this whole incident. And so, that uh and the other person other party does want to press charges. Okay. So, she's going to be leaving with us. >> Get this on video. Don't touch me. >> Get off my foot and sit down. >> Okay. Don't pull me. >> Don't push me. >> Oh, sit down, you ugly. Get off of me, >> man. You need to calm down. >> Yeah. And get off of me. >> You're not getting off because you know what? You're under arrest right now. >> You're twisting my You're want this on video. He's he's a caseing my right. Ma'am, we have a case. >> I'm not resisting. THAT'S A LIE. I AM NOT RESISTING. THEY ARE PULLING ON ME. I'M NOT RESIST. >> I AM NOT RESISTING. GET OFF OF ME. >> You're cutting my hand. You're cutting my hand. Don't push me. >> ARE YOU GETTING OFF ON THIS? DON'T PUSH ME. >> You're [ __ ] Don't touch me. I CAN MOVE MY HAND IF I WANT. DON'T TELL ME TO STOP. You want to me cop one of me. Get the [ __ ] off me. >> Put your feet up. Put your feet up. >> I can walk. I can walk. >> I can walk. Hey, put your feet up now. >> You ain't nobody. >> Just go backwards. >> Honey, you ain't going to be able to do Get off of me. Get off of me. >> Yeah, >> honey. You can't do it. Maybe this guy. >> Her behavior during the arrest said [music] everything. No defense was needed. Her aggression and lack of self-control spoke volumes. This wasn't some heat of the- moment slip up. This was a deeprooted pattern. >> Walk. DON'T PULL MY HAND. WALK AWAY. >> WHERE YOU GOING? >> I'm walking. >> No. Right arm. You're going to the ground in two seconds. >> Why are you making it so hard? >> I'm not. You're lying. You're lying. You're lying. >> You're not accomplishing anything. Neither are you. Not in life or anything. I know it's hard. >> I'm already old. >> It's hard. So am I. I'm tired. >> Military. Sad. >> Oh my god. Has she done a pat down before I touched my leg cuz the girl pissed all over me? >> She's never done this before. >> She's never done. Dude, you do that. >> I work with the cops all day, every day. I know that. >> But you acting You acting like this isn't going to help anything. >> I'm not acting like anything. >> You are not. >> Will he turn to you? Oh, touch me. Yeah, baby. See, right. That's what I'm talking about. >> Because it's ridiculous that the victim is going through this. I know she needs training. Fill me up. Get into my You want my I said I worked in a jail for 22 years. This doesn't bother me. >> Oh my god. MY TOE. >> WOW. MY TOE. I HAVE NEUROPATHY. She might have to be rip hobbled if she acts like. >> And with every word she spoke, every move she made, she just kept proving the cops had arrested the right person. Her anger didn't cool. It burned hotter. And clearly the worst was still ahead. >> Yeah. Tell me what you're doing and I'll do it. >> Okay, then get off of me and I'll sit down. YOU DON'T HAVE TO push me. I said I'll sit. Don't push me. >> Ma'am, you're under arrest. You're going to do it. >> YEAH, I SAID I'LL GET UP THERE. You don't need to push me. >> You don't need to act push >> cuz you haven't leaning against so please do it. >> There you go. >> Oh my. Okay, get off. You don't need to push me. >> You don't make the decisions, ma'am. >> Now you need to sit up here. >> Listen, it's enough. It's hand >> No. She's going to be rip. >> Get the rip. That's it. Tire up. >> That's it. >> That must be embarrassing. You must be embarrassing to be so weak. >> Is this on video, please? Sure is. >> Thank you. >> Cuz you guys don't know what you're doing. Clearly, obviously. I don't know what you're doing. Don't know what you're doing. Don't know. MY BREAST. MY BREAST. [screaming] OW. You're hurting my breast. OW. MY WRIST. MY WRIST. My wrist. MY WRIST. NO. MY WRIST. I CAN'T FEEL IT. MY ARREST. MY ARREST. I CAN'T FEEL. Don't push me in the stomach. Where are you? >> In the end, the woman was arrested and charged with assault, resisting [music] arrest, and assaulting a police officer. If convicted, she's facing up to 1 to 5 years behind bars along with fines and possible probation. Assaulting law enforcement is no small matter, and it's usually met with serious time. On February 6th, 2024 [music] at Target store in Florida, police were called after a security guard spotted a familiar face. A woman previously caught shoplifting multiple times was once again caught cheating at the selfch checkout. And when officers arrived, her calm, collected act crumbled fast. >> Uh beddings, all kinds of stuff. So, I've got about How many instances do you think I have? >> I'm not sure. Okay. >> It's well over $1,300 in the course of or course of a month. >> Okay. >> So, we're adding this up right now. Uh, >> can I pay that? >> No. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> I guess I'll add that to the telly. So, if we got the money to pay for this, why are you doing this? >> I honestly I didn't do it on purpose. Like, I thought I You saw me do the scanner, but I scanned it. You see the scammers right there? If you click on one of those little 12 screens, then it blows up the whole screen and you know, so yeah, it showed you up there about 5 minutes ago sitting here doing this whole looking around thing and then scanning one thing. And I mean, we we watched the whole thing. Okay, these cameras here are really good. And um also, you know, nine different times in all these different cities. And you know, if you got the money to pay for it, I want you paying for it. Appreciate that. Is somebody else out in the vehicle? >> Yeah. Have you got somebody else? Is this hubby out there waiting on you? >> Which vehicle is yours? >> BMW out there. >> Would be mind checking and maybe he's in there. Maybe he's not. >> It's not. >> So, you got to go to jail today. Um whether your car stays here or gets towed or whatever, it's going to be completely up to these guys. But um yeah, they got too many charges on. You can't just give a court day in the hall pass on this one. I'm sorry. I'm not sorry for nine times. It's kind of, you know, about time. But um >> can I just ask one question? >> You can answer me or not. We know how these things work and we can tell when people are not being honest. >> At first, she denied everything, but eventually admitted to stealing on multiple occasions. Police confirmed she had records across multiple cities, nine separate incidents. But what truly complicated this case wasn't the number of thefts, it was who she was, >> or you're in working in conjunction with somebody. It's very rarely ever just the one lady who goes in looking like your normal soccer mom. >> Yes, ma'am. >> And stealing all this stuff up and down the interstate. >> Do you not want to tell us who you're working with? >> I'm not. >> Where do you live? >> In California. >> Why were you in Tallahassee? >> I I work in sometimes in Kala, sometimes in Gainesville. What about Tallahassee? >> Oh, what was I? Oh, I'm sorry. I was there. It was my aunt's birthday and we had driven up to Tallahassee and my daughter. >> Your daughter go on these stealing sprints with you. >> H very interesting. >> Yeah. I mean, damn. Drive a beamer, [clears throat] you know, dress nice, nice jewelry, expensive phone, Apple watch, and about 166 bucks. I mean, it's kind of that doesn't make any sense. Like what she was saying, there's there's really a reason for it. I mean, >> sir, like I I never been in trouble anymore except just being a ticket. >> No, there's no trouble. It's just >> So, why are you in Gainesville today? >> I have to work. >> What do you do? >> I'm a district manager for a bank. >> Jesus pieces. All right. Well, I'm afraid to ask which bank. divorce. >> So, do you and I'm not saying this to be smart, but like do you feel like you're a kleptomaniac? >> I mean, we we get all the time. We're not judging you or anything, >> right? I mean, I I I do I have an illness problem? Yes, I do. And I'm just >> But do you buy your clothes? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. [music] So, you know how to buy what you need, right? I mean, I had to pay my car payment. >> She wasn't just a bank manager. She was the district director, the top executive overseeing entire branches. A petty thief in a power suit. She didn't steal out of need or desperation. She stole for the thrill, a dangerous habit hidden behind a polished image of success. >> Francis, how are you today? Any other cases from Gain? So you'll dig those up for me. It doesn't have to be right now. Just later on cuz I'm going to be working kind of late anyway. So the dates and soft breaks down here. >> Oh got ready, huh? >> Yeah. So I'll just go and I can just put them if you want them just on a one like word doc just have each individual statement brought out and then video. >> Same thing you always do. But if you want them if you want to just put them all on one thumb drive and make it easier that's cool too. I'll come back later and get it. >> Yeah, we can put them all together. >> How many Gainsville cases do you have on her? >> Uh just Gainesville. We have one, two, three, three, four. This is going to be the fifth. So, four and five coming today. Okay. >> Just in Gainesville. >> Yeah. >> Are they all same thing? Just a >> Yep. selfch checkckout. Okay. >> Does this fit scheme to defraud? >> The dollar amounts the do those individually compliance. All good. I thought it was going to be that lady that was on the bolo the other day. >> There's so many of them. >> I know. >> I be able to tell myself. >> No, you're going to be there overnight. >> Yeah. So, >> at least >> this on the charge, so it's going to be an overnight stay. But in the morning, in the morning, you will >> have a child at home. >> I'm sorry. >> I have a child at home. >> You get You'll get to make phone calls. >> How old is your child? So they can take care of >> the car's there. >> Again, that's something you probably should think about before you're doing your one woman. >> Yeah. If you have a spree, >> an hour or so. >> Absolutely. >> How long are you here tonight? Cuz I got to go to Tower Road. >> I'll be here all night. I'll be here until he's 9. >> I'll figure like seven there. So that night later. >> Okay. >> Get those from you. >> Yeah, I'll be here. for this one today. All just you want me to be put al in one thumb drive. >> Police confirmed she had already been involved in four thefts in Gainesville and this made her fifth. She begged to be let go, saying she had a young child at home, but with a record like that, no one was buying it. The stakes had gotten way too high. >> Um, do you have anything in your purse or on you that's illegal any drugs or have you got medication prescribed and that's a sign? Okay. >> So, what I'm going to recommend is that you take off all your jewelry cuz they're not going to let you take it in the jail. I mean, it'll go in, but you're going to have to take it off when you get there anyways. >> I would put it all like in your purse, but do you want me to search her purse real quick? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I'll throw that together. Put on flashlight. >> Okay, that sounds good. Actually, I'll search your purse if you want to do her. Just set your jewelry right here for now. And then after he searches it, we'll put it in there. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Are you married right now? >> Yes, ma'am. >> That's another person that's going to be freaking out with something. >> But which pocket has your driver's license on? >> And I have the old Alabama one has a hole in it. Do >> you want me to get your watch and everything? >> I'm sorry. this to you. >> Yes, these two. >> Yeah, I would say probably. Do you have an envelope or um a little bag maybe that we can just stick? >> I thought Do you have any bags? >> We We have some out in the car. If not, it's fine. Let me let me stick around. Whatever. Can you stand up for me? >> You don't have anything tucked on you underneath the bras or anything. So, just so you know, and I'm not saying you do, but if I search you and there's something I don't find like tucked somewhere, that would be the introduction of contra. >> Her bag was searched. No drugs, no weapons. She remained oddly composed, never resisting. But there was something off about that calm. Educated criminals tend to be polite and often far more dangerous because they know exactly how to hide in plain sight. >> What's that? >> Um, all right. I'm not going to go digging in. They'll x-ray you at the jail. >> For a long time, I've used somebody else's computer to type a notes. I don't know why they take that on the spot. It's this come over here. >> It should be good. I'm pretty sure you want to call your husband maybe. >> Yeah. >> Where do you guys live at? >> Come down here. It's not We're not going to >> She was ultimately charged with shoplifting and fraud with repeat offenses across jurisdictions. Her penalties could include jail time, fines, probation, and a permanent criminal record. Especially since this wasn't impulsive, but calculated and systematic.
