Got to picture you. >> Don't do it. Don't do it. >> Not going to lie, after she pushed me I threw my food. And then she punched me in the face. >> Some customers walk in believing they can scream, threaten, and bully their way into getting whatever they want. >> She scratched me. She kicked me in my stomach. She hit two of my employees. >> She started it, not me. She punched me in the face and pushed me, officer. >> But these stories reveal what really happens the moment the police arrive, when attitude collides head-on with reality. >> All right, step away. Step away. >> No, I've been telling you to step away. >> You're not doing this again. >> You're not allowed to. >> YOU'RE [screaming] NOT STEPPING ON THIS PROPERTY AGAIN. >> ON February 4th, 2023, at the hotel in Lucas County, Ohio, police were called after a guest refused to leave her room, even though her stay had already ended. But as officers began looking into the situation, it quickly became clear the story was far more complicated. And here's what actually happened. >> She uh she's been coming in and out like just multiple times in like in like in like in like a half an hour period, and she's like yelling at everyone in her path. And it's just like you can't can't have that. >> All right. >> In and out of the office or in and >> In and out of her room. She'll come to the office. She'll go out >> Told her that she had to leave? >> Yeah. >> So you guys have told her she had to leave? >> Yeah. >> All right. Um >> She was leaving at 11, right? >> Yeah. >> Does she owe you any money or do you owe her? Nothing? All right, so she's paid up till >> Today. >> Yeah. >> Mommy, please. >> Stop. Stop. All right, so what's the deal? >> The deal is you guys are supposed to help me find a place because I put out applications to find a place to live and to have my dog and find a job but there's nothing. >> [clears throat] >> I'm drug tested because I'm diabetic. I'm trying to get my CDL. I've asked for no smoking around me. There's a lot of drugs going on. I've asked for another week because I have stuff in storage and I'm moving stuff here and back and forth. My kids have learning disabilities. I have them on certain days of the week. So, I asked them not to go in my room. When they do, they search my belts. >> Okay, but you can't stay here. They have told you >> asked them for another week. And they told you no. >> Okay. >> Because they're going in and stealing. So, THAT IS THE POINT. YOU WERE HERE YESTERDAY. I told you that I needed help finding a place that I can have my dog. >> Ma'am, that is not the point. >> NO, THAT IS THE POINT. >> NOT. It's >> Yes, it is. >> Right from the start, she treated the officers like they were part of a personal concierge service, asking them to find her another place to stay. But cops aren't paid to house hunt for hotel guests. And when they didn't play along, the blame game started immediately. >> You're doing your job. THEY'RE NOT DOING THEIR JOB. YOU GUYS ARE NOT HELPING ME FIND A PLACE to live. You guys need to help me find a place TO LIVE AND I TOLD YOU THAT YESTERDAY. >> What places have you uh put applications in to what? >> I went there myself and asked them because >> Where? >> Um Cherry Street. I've asked them before. Is it uh Cherry Street, where? The one just on Cherry Street, right across. I put in a a while I went there, I gave them my ID and I gave them all my information and I told them I have a pitbull. And I asked them if they take pitbulls. They said no. And I told them that he is uh emotional support animal. They told me no, but there's pitbulls all over the property. I was given a list from Lucas County on where to go to put in applications for apartments. I get I'm diabetic, I have insulin and needles in there. I do not want them in my room. I have um my guinea pigs, my dog. I do not want them in my room because they're going through my bills. They're getting my name, my first name, my last name, where I used to live. Where I used to live is getting trashed. So, again, you guys need to help find me a place to live because I was wrongfully on Channel 11 News. I was not supposed to be When I was missing, I was in the hospital. So, that's Channel 11 News fault. The police's fault. I was not supposed to be. So, again, you guys need to help me find a place to live where it's safe for my kids and where I can >> Okay, ma'am, I have a question for you. If you knew there were the drugs and the cigarettes and everything, why didn't you move to like another hotel? >> I didn't know one so I was here. I'm here for 3 weeks. I cannot be around drugs. I'm here because I'm putting stuff in storage. >> Okay, but there's >> Okay, 15 I have to go down and they're locking me out. >> Okay, I'm not >> No, I already No, I'm not playing this game. >> Uh just turn it off. >> My dog and my guinea pigs are in there. Buster. He's a pitbull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler mix. He's a really good dog. Just he had a rough start and he bit my ex-boyfriend because he tried my keys on my hand, my car keys. So, my dog bit him. So, yes, he's bit one person. But, only one person. >> The situation took a more serious turn when officers learned the dog traveling with her had a history of aggressive behavior. In a public setting, that detail changes everything. Patience was wearing thin and the standoff seemed ready to boil over. >> My dog just got bit a little while ago before You guys need to help me find Neil Flynn. That's not the police. Well, the county's No, I'VE BEEN THROUGH THIS BEFORE. YOU'RE NOT DOING THIS AGAIN. >> YOU'RE NOT. >> NO, YOU GUYS HAVE DONE THIS TO ME AGAIN. NO. >> HERE YOU GO. >> NO, you're not doing this again. This is wrong. [screaming] No. I already been through this. You guys said YOU WOULD YOU GUYS HAVE DONE THIS TO ME BEFORE. YEAH, YOU GUYS GET OFF ME. NO. GET OFF ME. Do this. No. You guys aren't doing this to me again. No. No. You're not doing this to me again. I'M NOT LETTING YOU DO THIS TO ME AGAIN. NO, YOU GUYS ALREADY DID THIS TO ME BEFORE. And then I got in the car accident and then I heard everything. So. >> What do you Who is Neil? >> You shouldn't have touched me like that. Seriously, stop. >> Stand up. >> No. >> We're going to come back HERE. >> NO. NO, I'M NOT GOING through this again. No. No. No. Am I wrong? I know you guys are GOING TO BREAK MY ARMS. >> YOU NEED TO stand up. >> I'm not standing up. I'm going to pee my pants. >> Stand up. >> No. >> All right, she's going to pee. >> Ouch. I'm not going through this again. >> No, I'll let you go in THE BATHROOM. >> NO, STOP. I WANT YOU TO LET ME WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO TO YOU AGAIN? I WANT YOU TO LET ME DO >> [laughter] >> YOU GUYS CAN'T DO THIS TO ME AGAIN. >> AND YOU had all You had all day yesterday, last night, today to move. >> You keep locking me out of my room. I need to go pee. Seriously. I need to go pee. >> We're not going to cuff you. If you come back, you're going to be in trouble. >> let me out and I can do it real quick. But you guys have already done this to me before. >> Despite having been arrested before, her reaction showed that the lesson clearly hadn't stuck. Cooperation wasn't the priority. What officers were seeing instead was a pattern of resistance. And this time the tension was only escalating. >> The bathroom. Excuse this. >> We're not We're not going into the room. >> I need to go to the bathroom. I need to seriously go to the bathroom. >> going in that room with the dog in there. >> Okay. I can control him. >> Is he going to bite us? >> No. If one of us stands off to the side No, he won't bite. >> Or if you lock yourself in the room >> You guys have the handcuffs. I need to pee. I'm lying. Seriously, I need to pee. They're lying. I need to go pee. You guys I need to go pee. >> Stop struggling. Let us get to the station and we >> I need to go pee. >> Let us get to the station as quick as we can. We're not doing that in here. We're not going in that room with that dog. >> He's not going to bite you. Just open the door. I won't let him eat myself in. Please. I need to go pee. Yeah, BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE LYING. >> CUZ THIS is all slowing THE PROCESS. >> YOU GUYS I NEED TO GO PEE. I seriously need to go pee. You guys have done this to me >> We're going to get back to the station. >> I need to go pee. Seriously. >> So let's get going. >> I NEED TO GO PEE. I need to go pee. Stand up. YOU GUYS HAVE DONE THIS to me before. I need to go pee. >> Turn around. COME ON. TURN AROUND. JUST do what we're asking you to do. Stop making it difficult. >> AND YOU GUYS ARE DOING IT AGAIN. NO. >> ALL YOU GOT to do is stand up. >> Nope. asked to go pee. >> You just created this situation yourself. >> No. No, I'm not. You guys What? I need to go pee. You guys are lying. Lying. I need to go pee. I can't lose my dog. >> Eventually, all the excuses collapsed into something much simpler, a basic personal need. But, the moment officers mentioned calling animal control to deal with the pitbull, her tone shifted almost instantly once the potential consequences became real. >> Hey, listen to me. >> I need to go pee. >> You have We're not Listen to me so I can tell you something about the dog, okay? We're going to call animal control officer in. We'll get the dog. And we have a kennel. >> Okay, I lost my >> Calm down. Let me explain to you. >> Are you seriously Are you >> You're not getting it. And listen to your station then. >> My stuff is in the bathroom. >> We'll get you what you need if I can get you >> You guys did this last time. I just need to go pee. I'm lying. >> We're not doing that here. >> I need to go pee. >> We're not doing that here. >> I don't want to lose my dog. I don't want to lose my car. I'm about to lose my car. I'm not resisting. I need to go to the bathroom. I need to pee. Yeah, never mind. I'll ask the front desk. >> Instead of cooperating and heading to another hotel, she ended up spending the night in the county jail. The charges included criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and resisting law enforcement. If convicted, she could face fines of up to $2,000 and as much as 1 year behind bars. Sometimes the lesson is simple. When you work with officers instead of fighting them, life usually gets a whole lot easier. After this footage was released, the internet had plenty to say about her behavior. >> [music] >> Did she really think that standing at the hotel door screaming orders at the police was going to work out for her? Perpetual victimhood. She has no business owning animals. She can't even take care of herself. The dog has to suffer because of it. It's hard to believe she's divorced and unemployed. She seems so charming and intelligent. What do you think about this woman? Drop your thoughts in the comments below. But the chaos at that hotel was only the beginning because another Karen is about to make a scene all over a free beer. On October 31st, 2022 in Florida, officers from the West Palm Beach Police Department received multiple calls from a public supermarket about a woman casually opening and drinking several cans of beer right in the middle of the aisles while shopping. And here's what actually happened when police arrived. >> We told her to pay for the stuff and leave. Can't drink in the store and she just gets nasty. How you doing there? Sorry about that. Where she at? Right here. >> This lady here? Ma'am. Hi. >> Hello. >> Did Did they ask you to leave? >> Uh no, just to check out. So, I'd already had some to drink so he was touching what I had and I'm buying the sanitizer. So, I didn't want him to touch what I was going to buy for my dog. >> Okay, but the Here's the deal. You can't drink alcohol in the store. You can buy it and you can take it home with you. Okay, so why don't we just go ahead and pay for what you consumed? >> All right, but I was going to look for a while. >> no, you're not going to look at anything for anything else. It's time to go. >> Okay, but this is >> Is this You guys want this lady to leave? Okay, ma'am. You got time to go. >> Upon arrival >> 1526 hours >> No, no, no. I'm only I didn't even touch it. It hasn't even been opened. >> Why you why you opening the containers? >> Listen, this is the only one that came from that. So, take this one out right here. See this one? >> You're Okay, do you have Do you have identification? >> Yes, but look. >> Okay, let me May I see your ID? I got you. Let me see your ID, please. It's unacceptable. You cannot open there >> I didn't open it. You would have to Let's see you crack it open. No. >> Listen, you opened this to take that out. Let me Let me see your ID, please. >> Oh, I always complain. >> Do you have your ID? >> Um Just go ahead and start checking me out. >> No, no. I want to see your identification because I need your name. >> You know who I am. I'm Danny Smith. >> None of us know who you are. So, let me see your >> When someone's wallet feels thicker than their sense of responsibility, they sometimes start thinking the law is just another bill that can be paid later. But, watch how that high-class confidence starts to wobble the moment the officer asks to see your ID. >> Listen, I don't work for Publix. I don't need to see your identification. And if if this if it continues, you will go to the county jail. >> Yeah. >> So, let me see your ID. Do you have a a Florida ID? >> You want I just have to pay for this stuff, right? Why don't you just take my credit >> Because you're you're being Let me see your license, please. Because this is a separate matter. You're going to be trespassed from this property. If you return If you return to this property, you will be arrested for trespassing. Yes, ma'am. >> This place I've been shopping for my whole entire life. >> This is unacceptable. You can't walk through the aisles drinking and opening other stuff and and ruining another 12-pack of or whatever it is. >> No, I didn't even touch it. >> You opened that. You guys want to check her out, whatever she paid for? She's not going to Oh, is she trying to get someone? >> Earlier, she hadn't just been drinking beer inside the store. She had also quietly grabbed another can from a sealed pack and tried to hide it. Even when given the chance to simply pay and walk away, that agreement looked less like cooperation and more like the opening move of a getaway plan. >> I'm not going to chase her around the store. You want to grab her? Turn around. Stop playing around. Turn around. Don't do it. Don't do it. Russ, she's going back to you, Russ. What are you doing? You're not stopping. Stop. Stop. What about throwing stuff? Stop. Stop. Stop. Where's 10-4? >> Relax. Why are you >> You're going to You're going to pay for this stuff and you're going to leave. Stop. >> I already had this happen last night. >> Listen, you need to >> No, you don't have to hurt my arm. >> to detain you cuz YOU'RE ACTING CRAZY. >> STOP. >> STOP. >> YOU CALM DOWN. You calm down. >> We're good. You're just being detained right now cuz you're running around the store like you ain't you ain't making no sense. Why are you running around the store? >> This stuff smells. >> Relax. Listen, you're not Okay. You're just being trespassed for Why are you running? >> Because >> You're not going to jail. >> for days now. Every time I go to buy something, it was paid for. And then when I get to the front, it's not paid for. Credit cards have been switched on me. Because everybody knows me and you act like you don't know me. >> I don't know you. >> Oh, well, this keeps getting tighter and tighter. No, please. >> Listen, you're just being detained cuz you're acting We don't want to hurt you. You're running around the store >> Once the excuses ran out, she switched roles and stepped into a brand new performance, the victim. Suddenly, the shouting started with claims that her head had been slammed against wood. What she didn't realize was that several people nearby had already seen exactly how the whole thing played out. >> Please stop. >> I'm just going to tie them up so they won't hurt you. We're not I know you're not >> You're going to untighten them? >> I'm going to yes. >> Yep, that's all we're doing. >> Look, it's loose here. That's it's loose here. >> So, I'm going to tie them up so they won't tighten up. >> Oh, you're going to tighten them up so they >> I'm going to lock them. I'm sorry. I'm going to lock them so they won't get any tighter. >> You're locking them. >> Stop moving around. Can you please stop moving around, please? >> Yeah, you smashed my HEAD AGAINST I HOPE EVERYBODY saw that. You smashed my head against the wood. Did everybody see that? Is there blood? Yeah, you smashed my head against THE WOOD RIGHT THERE IN PUBLIC. OH, it's not over. Everybody witness this. >> Stop. Just come on. Stop. >> No, he smashed my >> Just stop. >> I'm not leaving yet. >> You got to go. >> No, you smashed my head. >> You're not in trouble. >> Everybody stop. I would have liked to have finished my riot. >> You taking I'm just a serious question. >> No, I'm cool. >> You don't take any meds? >> I don't need to go in the hot car yet, please. >> Well >> Please don't touch >> We got to get you to safety. Sit you in here, honey, so you don't hurt yourself. >> You already hurt me. >> You're not going >> My head is smashed. It is smashed. >> Just have a seat. You're not under arrest, okay? >> Relax. >> You're not in trouble. We're trying to get you some help. Okay? >> I'm fine. >> How long have you been in West Palm? >> 4 days. >> Okay, from from Margate? >> I live there. >> How'd you get here? >> I drove. >> You have your car here? >> You have it here? >> It's in West Palm. It got towed. >> Well, who towed it? >> Police. >> Why? >> Because I didn't pay for parking yet. >> From your location? >> Palm. >> Okay, do you have any family members here that we can call? >> Yes. >> Who can we call? >> You can call There's plenty of people you can call. >> That could come over here and verify who you are and all that stuff? >> Even after being placed in the patrol car, her confidence hadn't cooled off. Powerful names began getting mentioned as if connections might change the outcome. But in a law enforcement report, those kinds of claims rarely carry much weight. >> right now so we can figure out what's going on. >> You you spitting on me. >> I'm sorry. I didn't mean to spit on >> I do not need you to spit on me. >> You just sit in the car, please? >> No. >> Please. >> It is a hot car. >> No, I don't want to put my hands on you again. Just put the Just sit in the car. >> My head isn't bleeding. Can you >> No, your head's not bleeding. There's nothing on your head. >> No, you smashed my head on that wood. Yes, you did. You smashed my >> Can you sit in the truck, please? >> Yes. >> We're asking nicely, ma'am. Just so we can roll the window down so we don't get hit so you don't get hit. That's all I'm trying to do. Are you a doctor? >> Why can't I just stand? >> Because we're in traffic. >> We're and we're going to let you stand once we get all this figured out, but you got to help us out. >> to figure out. Everybody knows you've been trying to arrest me. >> Who is? This is the first time I ever meet you. What do you want, ma'am? >> I don't care. That's fine. Just take me to the police station at the courthouse. >> Who? >> Ask Ask Ask Governor Ron DeSantis. He's been harassing me at the courthouse. >> Okay. >> He's been uh walking around West Palm where they're kicking me out of every store I'm in and telling me I don't have credit. >> Well we want to help you, honey. Okay? So just >> No, you don't. >> Sit in the car for us. >> They don't care of what people say. >> in the car for us and we're going to get you some help, okay? And then you'll be out of here. >> There's no help here. >> Go ahead and sit in the car for us, okay? Go ahead and sit in the car. >> Can I just sit in the shade somewhere? >> Well, if you sit you slide over we'll open up the other side. >> going to be shade and I know it. >> We'll open up the other side. Yeah, in the shady inside with air conditioning. >> It's not going to be shade. >> I don't know. The manager said he'd give me a ride. >> Okay. >> Can I please have my things? >> Come here. Come here. >> No, I need my >> I'm I'm going to I'm going to give it to you. I'm going to give it to you. You got meds here. What kind of meds you >> The woman was taken to the local jail and faced charges of petty theft, trespassing after warning, and resisting an officer without violence. According to court records, she later claimed she planned to sue the police department for excessive force, but then missed every scheduled court appearance. As of now, she's wanted and currently on the run. And here's how the internet reacted to her behavior. >> [music] >> If you're a middle-aged woman walking through the store double fisting a Bud Light and a malt liquor drink, you need to rethink your life. Seeing [music] someone drinking alcohol in a grocery store is a first for me. She was going to drink as much beer in the store [music] as she could get away with and then leave without paying. So what do you think about a wealthy woman stealing a single can of beer and then choosing to run from the law instead of facing it in court? And if a meltdown over beer already sounds unbelievable, just wait until Ego walks into a restaurant. >> Stop >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Stop. >> I'm not doing anything wrong. I'll give you my name, but don't touch me. >> On August 7th, 2022, in Las Vegas, Nevada, police were called to Lotaburger after reports of a disturbance inside the restaurant. A woman had allegedly threatened to throw a milkshake at an employee after a minor argument over service. And here's what actually happened when officers arrived. >> Ma'am, I know you hear me. Get off the phone. Hey. Come here. Hi. >> Oh, [ __ ] >> Hello? >> Hi. >> Hi. >> Hi. Uh what happened? >> That manager [ __ ] started yelling at another girl for helping me. >> Okay. Ma'am, I have to give you information cuz you're getting trespassed from here, okay? Ma'am. Okay. Okay. Let me get your name. Ma'am. Ma'am, yes you do. Yes, you do. Listen, ma'am. Because you're being trespassed here, okay? You have to. Ma'am. Okay. Stop. >> I'm not doing nothing wrong. I'll give you my name, but don't touch me. >> Put your hands behind your back. Stop. Stop. >> I'm not doing nothing wrong. >> Stop. Stay in your car. Stay in your car. >> Here. Where am I going? >> Stay in your car. >> Why are you doing Why are you doing this? Why are you doing this? >> Put your hands up. >> What time you want? >> We're past that point, all right? Put your hands behind your back. Stop resisting. >> I'm not doing nothing wrong. I came to get a burger. >> Ma'am, stop. Stop resisting. Put your >> Then tell me I'm getting arrested. >> You're getting detained. Put your hands behind >> What does that mean? >> Can I get a >> I don't KNOW WHAT A I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE [ __ ] MEANS. I'M BURNING. And I'm pregnant. >> Her ego was simply too big to accept being told what to do. At first, she tried to dodge the situation and walk away. But the moment officers took her to the ground, the script flipped fast. From loud defiance to sudden tears. It seems the I'm the victim card was always ready to be played. >> I'm smashing my glasses. >> We're going to sit you up. All right, just lay down. We need to sit you up. We'll get it. We'll get it. Okay, we'll we'll send you up. >> We need you to send up 1 2 3. >> All right, let's walk over to our car, please. Walk over here. >> My purse, we'll make sure we get >> We'll grab it. We'll grab it. We'll grab it. >> Why? Cuz it seems like I'm going to burger and I pulled the fire out. Let me give you my receipt. I got her name cuz she called the girl off. >> We'll get to that. >> You're really going to put me in jail? >> Yeah. Sit in the car. >> Can I clean my face? I have dirt in my mouth. >> We'll clean it off in a minute. You need to sit down in the unit. >> What the >> We told you plenty of times. >> What? For what? For coming in a burger coming in to get a burger? You're going to really arrest me? >> Get your feet in the >> Just answer my question. >> You're detained right now. >> What does that mean? >> What do you think it means? >> Going to jail? >> No, detained is you're detained. Your hands >> Going to jail? >> pending our investigation. Kick your feet in the car. You're not free to go right now. Doesn't mean you're going to jail. >> Wow. >> What medical attention do you need to get? >> My eye is bleeding. Blood in my nose and I think I'm >> Okay. If you would have just gave me your name >> I don't have to though. Legally, with my amendments, I do have to give anybody my name for any reason. >> Okay. >> And I don't feel comfortable because of what she happened to me by cops before in my ass. >> was being nice to you. >> care. They've been nice, too. And I was just about raped by one >> Okay. >> and tased by another. I don't like cops. I don't care what reason. I don't care. I I don't I would If I was dying, I wouldn't call cops. >> Okay. Give us a minute. We'll be back, okay? Let me take the stuff out of your pocket, your backpack, so you can sit on it, okay? And then I'll fix that You want me to fix your hair for you? Look, we have to take your stuff out. >> Don't touch me. >> Even then, she still insisted she was the one being wronged, claiming she had only been defending another girl when she started yelling at the restaurant manager. But the moment an officer tried to help her get comfortable by removing items from her pockets, her attitude snapped right back to aggressive. >> Give me a second. I'm trying There you go. >> So, you're arresting me? >> You are now placed under arrest, yes. >> Why? >> For concealing your identity and resisting arrest. >> That's not concealing your identity. No, I didn't. Don't we have an amendment that we don't have to tell who are we are to people? >> An accurate, actually. If we If we're called for >> You're a liar. >> Ready, listen. If we're called here for a call for service and you refuse to identify yourself to us, okay? That's concealing your identity. You go to jail for >> Well, how am I supposed to know? >> I'm telling >> And what else? >> We told you that >> Really? What How am I going to be able to bail out? >> That's up to the jail and the judge. We're We don't decide that. >> And my husband? Where's my phone? My purse? I want >> Your phone and your little smoke thing are right here. >> And my purse? >> Your purse is right there. You want all that to go with your husband? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Stay right there. I'm just going to give you some water, you >> Yeah. >> Are you okay? >> No, I'm not. I came over here to get a burger and the manager What is it called? The >> The manager? >> manager. >> Yes, ma'am. >> She started yelling at the girl for helping me cuz she wasn't at the register. And I'm being arrested? >> What happened here, Isaac? But I I mean like I said, do you need medical treatment medical assistance or anything like that? >> I don't understand. >> I'm I'm talking to my head. I don't know what's happening. I just came you saw me I came directly to you. I haven't >> chasing me down here. I was going over there to the other store real quick. Just say that I can't breathe. >> Did you Did you want medical attention or anything? >> I did. >> Okay. Well, we'll just go and take you to the hospital or somewhere they can treat you whatever you need, okay? >> Well, what's going to get me out faster? Not going to the hospital or going to the hospital? >> Well, we still have to get you if you want medical treatment at least we'll have to get you to the hospital. >> Then I don't want medical treatment. I just want to get out. >> Meanwhile, another officer returned to the restaurant to speak with witnesses. And that's when the picture started to come into focus. The story of a supposed protector slowly began turning into a report about someone who had actually been causing the disturbance all along. >> Um what happened? She started getting a little aggressive cuz we didn't have goat chicken. >> Okay. >> I was like, "I'm sorry, we only deep fry." And she's like, "This is ridiculous, blah blah blah." And then um she's like, "I want corporate's number and your boss's number." And I was like, "Well, she is my boss. You know I can't >> Okay. >> do anything about that." And I gave her her name and then um when she was like, "Oh, it's cuz I told her I was like, 'Well, you're also being rude. You know, you started talking to me ugly.' And she's like, 'Well, I can act ugly if you want me to. I'll throw this chicken in your face.' >> Okay. >> And I I too I was like, "Well, do it. Do it." >> Okay. >> And then she walked off and I walked off. >> Okay. >> And then she came back and she's like, "I need your name." And >> Did she ever leave the building and come back? Or she just like walked away and >> No, she's just in here talking >> Okay. Did she ever order food? >> Yeah, she ordered food but we were trying to get her to order >> Okay. >> We don't want to serve her. >> I got you. Um you guys just want to >> or >> What's your name, ma'am? >> Brandy. >> Brandy Brandy Flores. You are being trespassed from this location. You are no longer allowed here, and then you will understand so that if you come back, then you can get arrested for trespassing. Okay? So, that's why the officer was asking you for your your your information. >> detained. I don't know what that means, and so he throws me on the ground. >> What What What What detained mean? Did he throw you on the ground or did they push you to the >> me down to the ground and made me eat dirt. It's like completely >> So, that's what I'm saying. So, when you say throw, please explain to me cuz when I throw, I'm This is a throw or is it that they help you down They They hold you to the ground? >> me down nothing. >> Did you witness the officers deal with her out here? >> Um she walked out She like ran from the officers and they had to follow her all the way over there. >> Did you see them their interaction with her? >> Um no. >> You didn't You did, though. >> Um I just saw her run out and then they were going after her. >> Okay. Did you see them fighting with her or anything like that? No. So, definitely we're We're going to take you to get some Just medical treatment, but that >> medical treatment. I want to go in and see a doctor and get out. >> Please just let us Let us do this. And then you can And then >> I want to get out of here. I want to go to >> The so-called hero act fell apart quickly when the very people she claimed to be protecting confirmed that she was the source of the problem. In the end, nobody needed saving except maybe the restaurant from an unnecessary meltdown and a flying milkshake. >> She was giving us a hard time. >> I don't I really do believe from the bottom of my heart that your officers didn't do anything. She's just being dramatic. >> Well, so they basically said that they saw when she took off running, but they didn't see you when they went hands-on with her. >> Okay. No worries. >> Or do you want to say Do you want to explain that if you if they When she was trying to throw the shake at you, did you feel threatened like she was actually going to throw it at you? And And honestly >> She was being aggressive, yeah. And then the customers in here were like she was causing a scene in here, and I'm like yeah, to be honest with >> Okay. So, we basically detained her and now she's in the police car. Would you be willing to press charges just for assault, a simple assault? >> Yeah. >> You going to hold your husband or not? >> No. Um. Oh, [ __ ] I can't tell if those are actual sleeping pills or if those are just some new pills. >> Um. >> And they don't have the stamp on them. So, that's making me think they might be boots. >> Maybe. I would just seize them and then send an email to Metro. Or I mean, we can I don't know if anybody has a test kit and test it. Might be worth it. >> So, here's a trespass card for her. >> Okay. >> So, if she comes back, just call us. >> Okay. >> Um, but she's going to be She's going to go to jail today. >> Okay. >> She's got a couple charges that she's going to get hit with. So, if she calls back, just keep that in a place where your employees can find it. And then if she comes back, just call us. >> All right. >> Okay. >> So, what's going to happen next then? >> We'll take you to the jail and then you'll have your chance in court to to present to the lady this I don't know how she felt assaulted, but she did. And she honestly she's a little girl. She's like, I felt like she was going to throw the shake in my face. >> I wasn't even mad at her. I was telling I was telling a manager >> Lunch ended with a free ride to jail, where there were no burgers and definitely no milkshakes. She now faces charges including battery, resisting arrest, concealing identity, and trespassing. If convicted, she could face fines of up to $4,000 and as much as 2 years of probation. Once the footage was released, the incident quickly grabbed the attention of viewers online and the comment section filled up fast with people sharing their reactions. 90% of arrests occur because people can't follow directions. [music] Doesn't know what detained means, but knows all her rights. Listening and comprehension skills are in short supply in today's society. What do you think [music] about this situation? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below. Just when it seems like the story is over, another meltdown is about to begin because this time a grandma is about to turn a burger into a weapon. On July 7th, 2023, a Wendy's in Ohio. Police received a call about a disturbance at the drive-thru after witnesses reported that an older customer had thrown a hamburger through the window following an argument over her order. And here's what actually happened when officers arrived. >> I understand that doesn't give her the right to cuss at anybody. >> What do you got so far, Danny? >> Is cussing me? >> Yeah, that's cussing. >> Okay, she's a vagina. Is that better? >> [ __ ] [ __ ] or something like that. >> Roll your window up. Stop. This is mine. Stop. >> You get out and I want to see what happened to them real quick. >> Yeah, she's lying. >> The what what all started? >> Uh she was walking around the building and knocking on the windows when our lobby's closed. >> Okay. >> And so when we didn't go and open the doors for her because the lobby's closed, she walked around into the drive-thru and she was leaning over some other person's car and so I was opening the window to tell her like, "Hey, you can't be walking through the drive-thru. It's a safety hazard." And then she started talking about how her order was wrong. So I was like, "Okay, I apologize, you know, uh if you go through the drive-thru, we can fix it for you, but you can't be standing in the drive-thru." And that's when she threw her sandwich at my face. >> Okay. It hit you in the face? Oh yeah, okay, that's good. >> in the face. >> Okay. >> And there was customers behind me and they saw I don't know if they're still here because there's >> I was right behind her. I was >> Okay. >> You saw her You saw her chuck it at >> I saw her that is totally disrespectful. Not everybody >> is perfect. >> Right, I got that stuff, but >> she did that, she started tearing the stuff off the windows and stuff. >> Okay. >> Well, I don't know. >> What all did she tear off the windows? >> It's laying right there. It's our little advertisements. They're still laying on the sidewalk. >> Okay. Did she damage them or just pull them down? >> I don't know if she ripped them or not. >> Okay. Are you wanting to proceed with any charges possible or what what do you guys want to see? >> That's that's a you question cuz >> Oh yeah, but she that's freaking ridiculous. Like I understand you're mad that your order's wrong, but everyone has to wait in the line. Like you I can't just prioritize people if they're walking through the drive-thru and screaming. >> Sometimes a wrong order just needs a quick fix, but for this woman, it turned into the spark for a surprisingly intense outburst. In the end, that single hamburger caused far more trouble than anyone expected. >> Did you get her ID yet, Dane? >> No. >> Okay. You have your ID? Do you have your ID? Right now you're detained. You're not going anywhere. Let me see your ID, please. >> I'm not talking to you guys. >> All right. Okay, you're under arrest. >> What's my charge? I'm going back. >> Fine. You're under arrest. Car, you go, too. Get back in there. You're going to jail. Get back in there. You step out of that car, I'm taking you to jail. Get in that car. >> No. >> Now. Get back in the car. >> They're not going to let them take me to jail. >> Female 21. Get in that car. Now. >> Let me Let me take me to jail. >> I'll talk to you in a second. >> You can give me the evil eye all you want, but I'm not >> Ma'am, you'll get You'll get charges pressed against you. >> Chicken nuggets? I'm putting I will find out who that is. >> Have a seat. >> The little that is is pressing charges against me because she is crying cuz she got hit with a hamburger. >> That's assault. >> Yeah. How old are you? You should know better than to throw sandwiches at people's faces. >> Okay. Hop in the car. >> I'm not telling you my name. I'm not telling >> Okay, that's just another That's just another charge. If you don't want to identify yourself, you can sit in jail until we identify you. Last chance. >> supposed to get in here? >> Last chance. What's your social? Last chance. What's your social, ma'am? You're getting an additional charge. >> Go ahead. Charge me all you want. >> Okay. 12-14 signal 7. Get out of that car. Get out of the car. >> Put your arm back behind >> Put your arm behind your back. >> Put your arm behind your back. >> My shoulders are bad. >> Put your arm behind your back. Give me this arm now. Shut up. >> [screaming] >> I got cuffs on her over there. >> Holy you really pulled a gun. >> Kind of gun? Taser. >> You get a hold of my daughter. She'll come and get the kids. And I know you guys know her. >> Sit up for me on your butt, please. Here. >> I can't >> What shoes you got on? Red shoes. >> I'm 73 years old. >> Sit right there for a second. >> Well, you're awful rough, aren't you? >> An ugly scene unfolded right in front of children. The woman being handcuffed while her husband struggled with officers. Yet even then, she mocked the employee for crying as if throwing food at someone's face were perfectly normal behavior. >> Yeah, your kid No, your kids are fine. I'm just wanting to make sure I was talking to the right person. Are you able to come up here and take custody of them? There was an incident and we've had to place the female under arrest. So, are you able cuz they're they're kind of scared. Um are you able to come to Wendy's right now? Uh so, she is your mother. I'm guessing that's who they're with, right? She She got upset over her order and then threw the sandwich into the worker's face. Okay. Sorry you guys had to witness everything here today, okay? That's not None of this is your Don't even think anything's You guys didn't do anything wrong. You just happened to witness it. My good buddy, Deputy Boyd here >> They might be a little hot, so be careful. We've got you some nuggets for you. And your mom's on her way, okay? If you need anything, you just holler out here at one of us cuz we got to try to get everything else going on, okay? Pappo's back here for a minute, okay? So is Memo. Memo They're fine. How you doing, sir? Are you picking up the boys or you just >> I guess. I'm uh their son. >> Okay. >> What was going on? >> So we got called up here for disorderly. They went through the drive-thru. Uh something was wrong with the sandwich or the order. There was a line. So they're guessing it's your mother that was in the car. She walked up to the window like leaning over another car that was already at the window. Was telling them about the order. They said it's fine, you'll have to go back through. Well, your mom hit the girl in the face with the sandwich. So. >> Okay. It's okay. >> So. We got called. She was not very nice. She's not cooperating in anything. So she's under arrest. She's going to jail. >> At this point, she still seemed convinced the situation could be turned around with help from her daughter. Instead of addressing the assault on the employee, she tried to frame the officer's lawful actions as some kind of attack. >> She She hasn't She hasn't cooperated at all. She won't tell me her name or anything. So she's just Unfortunately, she That's She's already She's already got another charge, so we're beyond that. So if she God needs herself into jail, that's fine. But if she doesn't, she'll sit in there until they run her fingerprints. >> Well, I'll talk to her and like try to >> Yeah, I'll give you a few minutes if she If If If it'll calm If it calm But if you want to keep the kids up there, though. So. >> They can't detain me like this. >> Ma'am, you me, they have to cooperate. Because the quickest way we can get you out >> I don't have to tell them anything. I don't have to tell them anything. >> I guess you need to tell them your name. You need to ID yourself. >> They pulled dad out of the car and threw him on the ground. They probably [ __ ] up his shoulder. Cuz they put him in handcuffs behind his back like they did me. And it's hurting my arms. Can you imagine what it's doing to him? >> I think he can't. I received That's why That's why he doesn't have to He's already got him up there. I guarantee he's already out of handcuffs. >> He By now, he should be out of handcuffs. Dad will be fine. I will I'll pay for his medical bills to fix >> What we got to do? >> I don't know. It's Dana Craig. >> Say? >> Is that all you need? >> What's your social? >> D E N A. >> Ma'am, tell me your social, please. >> This is such bull. All they had to do >> What's your phone number? >> You're going to get more charges. >> What's your phone number, Miss Craig? >> Even when officers ask for basic information for the booking process, her attitude remained a mix of arrogance and tension. That's often the moment when people begin to realize the situation is no longer under their control. And tell me why you need that. >> It's for the paperwork that I have to give you here after a while. >> fill out the [ __ ] paperwork, I can't get you out. You couldn't get it? >> I didn't I didn't go through your >> going to catch more charges. Stop. >> I didn't go through your phone. >> You've already got two. >> I had your grandson call his mother. That's the only thing I touched your phone for. So, and then just verify your address, please. Um >> Stop, because you're going to catch more charges. It's going to cost me more money. I don't even have money for this. You don't care. >> Shut up. >> Okay. They can just leave me in jail. >> Oh, Jesus Christ. We'll shut this and then we'll talk about the van real quick. So, >> You're traumatizing my kids, dude. >> Um you guys are more than welcome to, you know, take van parts of van I don't know that I know they want her trespassing here so that's the other thing I got to tell her other than that we're good. I really didn't want it to go down like this but she she continued to and called that little girl in there a vagina and like she's she's pressing charges you know. >> Is there any way that we could probably talk to him and maybe get it dropped at all? >> I don't know we're the only way to do that now is is in court you know what I'm saying like we're already we've already we can't unarrest somebody right now. So if if you want to go in there but it's got to be brief cuz I got to get her up to the jail Dane I think you're good now. If they've re-locked it then then we'll just then we'll just not worry about it so but if one of you guys wants to pull the van out of the way so yeah you can yeah they'll get a phone call after they get they go through the booking but you can call up to the jail here in like I don't know give it an hour or so and they should be able to by then we should have the charges in and they can tell you the bond amount. >> Both husband and wife were eventually taken to jail. The wife faced charges including obstructing official business criminal mischief / endangering and assault while the husband was charged with obstructing official business. Both pleaded not guilty in court. With these charges they could face jail time fines of up to $3,000 and a permanent criminal record late in life. And after one angry hamburger the next incident involves a Filet-O-Fish that's about to bring police to a McDonald's. On March 3rd 2022 a McDonald's in Nassau County, Florida police were called after reports of a fight between a pregnant female customer and several restaurant employees all sparked by a Filet-O-Fish sandwich she wasn't happy with and here's what actually happened when officers arrived. >> Okay. >> Hey Jeff 6177. >> Thank you for listening. I apologize. >> What's going on? >> Okay, thank you. Um so McDonald's staff jumped me. Like period. >> Okay. >> Asking them to recook my food. It's personal. They assaulted me on the island before when I was pregnant. Like almost 2 years ago. And then after I had my son over a year ago, probably a year and a half ago, went in came in here. [ __ ] same [ __ ] that did that gave me an attitude blah blah blah blah blah. Gave me an attitude so I flipped her off. >> Hey Jeff 6177. >> She's so mad about the incident that occurred over a year ago. >> Okay. Talk with this never mind. Scream at her. >> Sorry. Like she attacked me. I'm trying to talk to her. I've been nothing but nice and respectful since every time I come in here. >> don't care about what >> me and hit me in the face. >> Stop yelling. >> She pushed me and hit me in the face. >> Stop yelling. >> There's nothing else to say. >> Talk You're going to talk >> There's literally nothing else to say. >> You can look at the camera. >> There's nothing else to say. What does it look like happened officer? >> Yeah, she just came in here and jumped on me and I just whooped her ass. >> Okay. So >> So it was it was me. >> Okay. So y'all two got into an argument? >> Yeah. A couple months ago y'all guys were called out here. >> Uh-huh. >> She pulled a knife out on me. >> Okay. >> So I told her they told her that she can't come in no more. So she came in today. I was going to the bathroom. She wanted she ordered a fish cooked for order. I had already said don't serve her. I guess they didn't hear me. Cuz she knows she not supposed to be on the property. So she said her fish wasn't cooked right. So I told her I'd give her a refund because I didn't want to serve her. So she got loud. I'm right here. She come walking up to me and swung at me. And I swung back at her. And I whooped her ass. I did. >> Okay. >> I'm not going to even lie. >> At first Samantha insisted the whole thing was simply about bad customer service. But when the officer spoke with the staff and learned she had already been banned from the restaurant, her version of the story started showing a few cracks. >> I'm telling you I got attacked. You can look at the camera. There's nothing else to say. What does it look like happened, officer? >> I don't You have blood on your hand. That's all I can see. >> punched me in the face. And then the other manager jumped on me. You can look at the camera. I don't know what else to tell you. I just got done talking to this guy. >> you to tell me what happened that caused all this to happen. >> obviously so mad that they're yelling, calling me a ho. Sorry, I'm worked up. I will lower my voice. >> I don't need you screaming and causing a scene for all the >> I Well, I'm not the one causing a scene or screaming. >> I'm not the one causing a scene or screaming. Got it? It's them. >> Okay. >> I came in here peacefully and >> to me like an adult, I'm going to put you in handcuffs and put you in the back of my car until you calm down, okay? >> calm, first of all. So, you're going to put me in the cop car when I'm pregnant and got jumped? >> You're not talking like a calm person. >> I am talking like a calm person. >> my tone of voice? >> I am talking like a calm person. I was screaming with this guy and he was fine. >> You keep screaming. >> I'm not screaming. >> So, you're mad because >> I'm not mad about anything. She's Obviously, I should have called you all. Obviously, I shouldn't have called you all. >> Okay. >> I'm telling you I got attacked. >> Okay. >> By the staff. >> So, you're still screaming at >> What was you I'm not screaming. I walked in, I ordered my food, I went sat down to eat. It wasn't cooked to order like I requested. >> Okay. >> Right? >> Okay. >> So, I went and I asked, "Hey, can I get either a refund or can I please get um can I get either get it re-cooked or a refund?" She's like, "I'm just going to give you a refund." I said, "Why can't you just re-cook it?" Cuz I don't feel like it. >> Okay. >> Am I getting arrested for getting attacked here? >> I'm trying to figure out what's going on. >> Okay. So, I go So, I She's like, "You're the one that pulled a knife out on me. You're the one that pulled a knife on me." Ma'am, all I did over a year ago was flick you off cuz you had an attitude problem with me. I flicked her off and I've actually apologized to her since then. And I've been At the counter, when I went to go get my food or went to get my food back cuz I was just going to take it and leave. Not going to lie, after she pushed me I threw my food. >> Okay. >> And then she punched me in the face. >> During the conversation, Samantha admitted one key detail. She had thrown food first. That moment changed the entire narrative because in the eyes of the law, the person who starts the violence rarely keeps the upper hand. >> So here is what I'm going to do. I'm going to put you in handcuffs, put you in the back of my car for now. Okay. I'm just put your >> Am I being detained or am >> Yes, you're just being detained. >> Why am I being detained? >> So I'm going to go inside. I'm going to go inside and talk with them for the time being, okay? Put your hands behind you like you're praying. >> So you guys are arresting me because I got >> Let me know if these are too tight or they're >> You guys, can you bring my bag in there cuz >> Yeah, I'll grab your bag. I'm not going to leave it, okay? >> Are you guys going to arrest me for me being detained? >> For once again, I just said I'm going to go inside and talk and get to the bottom of it. >> And you can look Are you guys going to watch the cameras? >> Yep. >> Are you guys going to watch the cameras? Okay. >> See. >> It was It was this one. One just left. >> Okay. >> The one over there in the window, and there's a little one, and then I got a manager in the back. She came back because she's doing a class online. She came back, her too. And then I got a grill boy, another grill boy, and then one in the back cashier. >> Okay, did they see it? >> Yeah. Are you the one that was in the fight? >> Yeah. >> Can you go ahead and walk me through what happened real quick? I haven't heard your side of >> Okay, a couple months ago. >> I just want to know what happened today. >> Okay, but I'm going to tell you how it escalated. >> She's Yeah. >> A couple months ago she put a knife out on me. I made a report, a ban. She was told not to come in here no more. Ban. I came out the office, go to the bathroom. She on front counter order. I come out the bathroom, I see something that she want to cook fish cook to order with her. So I said I had already told her months ago she's not allowed on the property. We did report on her, no. Um a blah blah blah blah blah. I'm standing right I'm right here. I'm right here. Where she at? Right here. She walking up to me and she hit me. And so, that's when I hit her. >> Hit Hit you how? >> She swung at me and hit me. >> Can you come back over here? >> She hit me and I hit her back. >> I How was the hit? Open hand, closed hand? >> hand. >> Did you close fist where at? >> She scratched me right here first. Then we start tussling. We ended up over there. She picked up her chair. The chair way over here where she broke. She scratched me. She kicked me in my stomach. She hit two of my employees. >> Hit two of your employees? >> Yes, she did. >> Where are they at? >> Over there with me. She hit my damn baby. >> According to witnesses, Samantha didn't just argue. She allegedly attacked multiple employees. Reports say she threw chairs, kicked the manager in the stomach, and even struck another worker who was also pregnant. All of it stemmed from her refusal to accept the ban from the restaurant. >> I really thought everything was fine and I said >> And you got anything on you that I didn't cuz I didn't search you. That's why I'm asking. >> No, sir. Am I being arrested? >> Yeah, you're going to be arrested today, okay? >> Why Why am I though? If she attacked me. >> So, I've gotten witnesses in there that are all their accounts go against your story. >> Well, obviously, but did you watch the video? She punched >> There is There is no There is no video. >> How was there no video? She attacked me. >> They say there's no front lobby video. They have only video >> Of course, sir. You're going to tell me that it doesn't look like I was attacked. >> the witness statements in there that are all stating that you >> they didn't attack me? >> They're all stating that you attacked her first. >> They all work Sir, she lunged at me and punched me in the eye. >> Okay. >> I did not attack her. There is definitely video. >> understand that there was a scuffle between you two. >> I did not touch her. >> started is the reason that you're going to be placed under arrest. >> No, she started it, not me. She punched me in the face and pushed me, officer. >> saying that you punched her first. >> No, I did not. I'm pregnant. Why would I punch her? WHY WOULD I punch her? >> I >> I don't have that answer. >> Officer, you're not going to look at the video. There's definitely video. >> Samantha, there is no >> And there was a girl on camera filming the whole thing. >> Okay. So, this isn't up for debate, okay? >> that, but why am I going to jail? She attacked me and I'm pregnant. She attacked me. >> Right. It's like I said, >> You know she attacked me. No, I did not. How are you going TO GO OFF OF hearsay over five They obviously all work together, sir. >> word against >> Yeah, but they all work together, sir. And there's a video. >> You keep talking about this video. What video are you talking about? >> you go look at it? There's video in the lobby. It's not funny. And I'm pregnant. There is video at McDonald's on in the lobby. >> Okay. Well, I'll double-check that, but for now, we're going to walk over to that car, okay? >> Okay, but you're going to tell me there's You don't see the physical evidence. Why would I punch somebody in McDonald's over food, sir? >> Samantha, step out. >> Why would I do that, sir? >> I don't know why you would do that. >> And why would I have to go into another car? >> Cuz he's going to take you, not me. >> Okay, can you please just reconsider because I'm Just hear me out. >> Samantha argued that the five employees were all on the same side, so their statements couldn't be trusted. But when one person ends up fighting nearly everyone in the room, the problem usually isn't about sides. >> How many times I've been coming in here and I've had no issue. I've had no issue coming in here, right? >> Okay. >> Why Okay, first of all, why would I call Just hear me out. Why would I call the cops? I already knew I was going to jail, but she should be going as well. Why would I call the cops on myself if I attacked her? Why would I do that? >> I don't know. >> Are you going to bring my bag and my bike? >> to grab it. I can't grab your bike. >> So, you're just going to leave my bike up here? >> No, we'll make sure that it's okay. But I'm not >> my So, how am I going to get my bike back? >> That's not for me to figure out. >> There it's obviously not You're to be here when I get back. >> Okay. >> And if I can't come back up here are you going not for me and take >> I will. Absolutely. >> I'm going, but my question is why would I logically why would I come up here and punch a worker in the face and then call you guys? And then call you guys and then you show me no medical attention when I'm pregnant and I got attacked. >> You didn't ask me >> You didn't ask me if I needed medical attention. There's definitely camera There's definitely camera. >> Have a seat in the car, Samantha. >> Okay, sir. Why would I call the cops if I attacked her? Don't push me. >> Then have a seat. >> Don't assault me, officer. I'm pregnant. >> Samantha. >> Okay, but I'm asking you logically pencil logically why would I call you guys if I attacked them? >> Don't make us put you in there. >> I'm already in here, but logically why why would I >> But I'm asking you ma'am sit in the car. >> logically pencil logically why would I call you guys if I attacked them? >> Don't make us put you in there. >> I'm already in here, but logically why would I I am But logically why would I attack them in McDonald's? Why would I attack them in McDonald's? >> Put your damn foot in the car. >> Logically why would I attack them? Don't push me. I'm pregnant. Don't push me. I'm pregnant. Don't push me. I'm pregnant and I know I'm stronger than you and I know I'm stronger than you. >> She was eventually taken to jail and faced multiple charges including four counts of battery, trespassing, criminal mischief, and resisting an officer. So here's the question. What do you think about Samantha claiming she was stronger than the police only to later ask for leniency because she was pregnant. Was it a genuine emotional breakdown or a calculated tactic that simply didn't work? And the chaos doesn't stop at McDonald's because next an aggressive woman is about to stir up trouble at Paco's Tacos. [music] On May 12th, 2025 in Paco's Tacos, Las Cruces, New Mexico. Police were dispatched after reports of a serious assault involving a vehicle. The suspect was identified as Tracy Hartman, and here's what actually happened. >> I'm Kim and they're trying to order food. Um usually when it's to go you have to order it here and pay and then I can send the order cuz the machine won't let me otherwise. >> Right. >> Um so then they just asked if they could look at the menu first and I was like, "Okay, you can have a seat and like come back up here and order whenever you're ready." And she like wanted me to go and like take their order at their table and I kept telling her she has to pay first. >> Right. >> It was her and this older gentleman. Um and then they called me over. She started getting aggressive real quick saying that I wasn't getting a tip, bunch of things and I was like, "Okay, that's fine. He was coming back up here to order >> Right. >> and I was taking his order and she kept asking me to spell my name again and again and again. And so I kept trying to do that for her but she kept interrupting me. >> Right. >> And so she got really, really aggressive and I asked her and the guy to leave before I called the cops and had them trespassed cuz they were being aggressive. Um then she got up and threw his food at me. >> Did it hit you? >> Yeah. >> Where did it hit you? >> Right here on the chest. >> Do you have any injuries? >> No, I'm good. She was recording me saying, "Oh, can I have a table?" And I said, "Yeah, you can have a seat and I'll be right with you." And she was like, "Oh, well, some people came in earlier and you were very rude to them." And like she was, you know, acting. >> Sometimes a meal is just a meal, but for Tracy it quickly turned into a power struggle. From the very beginning, it seemed less about eating tacos and more about winning an argument. >> I had it right here. Yeah, it's a mess. >> Okay. >> Uh oh, not perfect. >> Perfect, but are you are you Do you have um What is it? Juice soda on you? >> Um just my hands. She like just >> Okay. >> Yeah, it's all over here. >> So, she This is already in the second time when she comes back. >> Yeah, both times. She just grabbed it and threw it at me. >> And she chucked it. >> Yeah. >> Got you. >> It went everywhere. >> Um She did that. And then >> She was leaving and she was She kept saying weird things. And then she like peeked her head back in and she was like, "I was just asking you to spell your name." And I was like, "Okay." And she was like, "I have a lot of bad reviews. You guys are going down." >> Hi. >> Hello. >> Did you guys see what happened? >> Yeah. So, she That lady and that other man, they came in here and they were just sitting fine at first, but then they started watching over here and the lady just raised her voice. And then she ran away. Um she went to this white truck that was over there. And she tried to get the license plate number. Um and so she was like behind the truck and my dad was like watch out make sure she doesn't like get run over. And then like half an hour later Yeah, they they >> So they tried to to I don't know to kill her kill her? >> Yeah. >> Witnesses soon realized the situation was no longer normal when Tracy deliberately steered her pickup truck toward an employee who was trying to record her license plate. Several people immediately pulled out their phones and the footage they captured spoke volumes. >> I need your manager. I need the manager, please. >> Ma'am, I am the manager and I'm asking you to leave the >> I need whoever is above you. >> He's not here. I'm the one that's in control here. >> I need somebody to talk to please. Excuse me. Wow. [ __ ] Everything there is Bye. Yeah, you guys are getting [ __ ] I got a lot of reviews. I'm going to get a picture of you so I can watch find out where you [ __ ] live. Look at me, [ __ ] Got a picture of you. >> Using the license plate, officers quickly traced the vehicle back to an address. But when police arrived at her home, the earlier aggression had vanished. Tracy calmly admitted to the incident, except for one detail she seemed to skip over, nearly hitting someone with her truck. >> How are you doing today, ma'am? >> I'm okay. >> All right. Uh do you happen to know what what I'm talking about? I guess there was something that happened at a a restaurant over on Main Street a little bit ago. >> Yeah, I uh I knocked a Dr. Pepper out of her hand. >> Oh, okay. Yeah. So, um we do we do have to to take you right now. If you'd like to talk to the the officer in charge of the investigation, you can, but that's uh it's kind of what's going on right now. >> Okay. It's already filed with the court system. >> Okay. When you pull up court cases, you can view all of the disposition of the cases. >> Right. So, it sounds like there was It says dismissed as of September 30th. >> Okay. So, this this case was actually charged uh on October 2nd is is when this new warrant came out. So, it sounds to me like what happened was it was originally filed with the the officer that took the information from you. And then it was dismissed and the detective filed an additional charge. >> Um Can you stand up? We're just going to put handcuffs on you just to detain you for right now, okay? >> Inside the house, officers noted a strong animal odor, and records dating back to 2015 suggested a long history of unstable behavior. Tracy may have believed the incident would fade away like soda fizz, but consequences have a way of arriving late, not disappearing. >> Oh, you want the Oh, yeah, that's right, cuz then they do the processing and everything. You can borrow the socks, right? Okay. Uh no weapons inside the residence or anything, right? That he can Okay. Do you want to take You want to take that off? You want to just face right there. >> She was eventually taken to jail and now faces a charge of aggravated assault with a motor vehicle, a felony offense that could carry years in prison if convicted. So, what do you think pushes someone to risk their freedom over a dispute at a taco restaurant? Extreme arrogance or a genuine psychological breakdown? But Paco's Tacos wasn't the final stop, because next another customer is about to stir up trouble inside a CVS. On July 28th, 2025 in Ohio, police were called to a CVS after a man refused to leave the store despite repeated requests from employees. What should have been a simple situation quickly turned tense, and here's what happened when when arrived. >> Evan. >> He's not going to touch me. He's not going to touch me. So, go. >> Devon, go. >> Devon, get upstairs because it's an escalation tactic. >> Got you. Come on. Let's go. Punk. Yeah. Run. Snap. And what? Punch like this. >> Oh, my god. Oh, that shit's gone. >> Look, you do that? Huh? Police. Police going to do Look, what he's going to do to my leg? Stupid. Huh? Oh, [ __ ] I'm stupid. Get back. Slow. Like a little dumb dead dog. What the [ __ ] wrong with you? >> Oh. >> Look, look. >> You said you got to go to >> Look, look at that sloppy dog. >> And go. >> What is that? >> You go. >> You said you got to go get your paper? >> Look at that sloppy ass [ __ ] Huh? I wish you would, bro. I'll knock your [ __ ] head off. I'll knock your head off. >> Yeah. >> Oh. >> Thanks, baby. >> What? >> What's up? >> Morgan. >> Huh? >> I'm going to need you to go. >> Sure. >> The man's behavior made the whole scene unusually lively. Meanwhile, the store manager quickly turned the entrance into a makeshift spectator zone, keeping customers and children outside until police could get there. >> Sorry, Coke rap. >> It's okay. >> I have video for you. I'll send it to you. >> All right, he's over here. >> He's hurting our entire team. >> What's going on, man? >> What's up, bro? >> How you doing? >> Where you going, bro? >> Huh? >> Where you going, bro? >> The police department. >> you? >> Yeah. >> Okay, you're after? >> Yeah. What's going on today, man? >> Hey, how you doing? >> Good. Did they ask you to leave? >> Yeah, man, they did. >> Okay, why didn't you leave? >> Not me. >> What? Okay, that's nice. >> You didn't want to leave? >> Yeah. >> Okay, come on. >> I'm going to head out. >> You're going to head out? Get on your stomach, man. >> Stop it. >> Get on the All right, all right, all right. Turn over. >> Get on your belly. >> What? >> Get on your belly. On your belly. >> Hey, hey, hey. All right, on your belly. Roll that way. Roll that way. I can't >> Jerry didn't just refuse to cooperate. When officers ordered him to lie face down, he went from aggressive straight into violent resistance. From that point on, every attempt to calm down looked less like control and more like panic. >> [groaning and clears throat] >> You're going TO GET TASED. >> ALL RIGHT, TURN IT BACK. >> [screaming] >> ALL RIGHT, BRING THAT OTHER ONE BACK. OKAY, TAKE IT BACK. THERE WE GO. There we go. >> Jerry, right? That your name? Jerry? On your side. Well, we're going to sit you up, okay? Fight's done, okay? You with me? Hey, you with me? All right, let's sit you on your butt. Get you in the back of this car over here. >> After officers finally restrained him, Jerry suddenly became very quiet. With the situation under control, the officers quickly turned their attention to the store staff, where several witnesses had seen the entire incident unfold. >> I don't please have to walk the store, but >> No. >> I think he's I try to do it in certain clips. I'm the union representative for this location. >> leader. >> And she's a district leader for >> I'm a district leader, yeah. >> Yeah. >> This guy been here before? >> That would be probably a key question. Has he Has he behaved like that before? So, he's a little bit skittish. >> Okay. >> Well, it's gets pretty good. >> Hey. You said you have your video? >> I mean, I was here. I mean, I was just showing you what he was doing in the store before I called you guys. He chased you out and went out of here, but I I have to pull it up first. >> Okay. >> All right. >> And then he was getting near your gun, and I was like, "Oh, I didn't want to say the gun word." I mean, it was also like 5 and 1/2 minutes. >> Do you remember what part he said you guys would be >> Yeah, he said, "I'll [ __ ] the whole team." I don't remember what part it was, though. >> Yeah, I think >> Yep. >> Tase? >> No. >> Tackle? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You You got to take him. >> That's right. >> Good witnesses for Jamie? >> [laughter] >> You guys have a video? >> No. >> Yes. >> Perfect. I imagine it's a mix of mental health and drugs. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> So, what happened? >> Uh We was having a meeting in the back room when the office I visualized them to her. Him and then the dude y'all got in the car. Manager. >> Yeah. >> So, I said it aloud. She came down, tried to like mediate. Yeah. I stepped in between him and her cuz he was getting aggressive. He pushed me. I pushed him. He punched me. I pushed him again. And then he kind of just like backed up. And I was >> All right, do you want to press charges? But you wanted to go for whatever you got now. >> Yeah, whatever I got now. I ain't tripping. It wasn't like we got into a fight in the first place, so. >> Yeah. >> He needs to sober up. That's all. >> Okay. Appreciate you. All right, you you sure you don't want anything done? >> The manager remained surprisingly calm and didn't seem eager to push the situation further. In fact, he suggested Jerry might simply need help. It was a brief moment that showed the clear contrast between adult composure and impulsive chaos. >> Yes, sir. Can you hear me? Sir, I'm starting to doubt you. Can you Can you hear me, sir? Do you wish to talk to me? I can't tell if I'm staring if that's a response or not. >> Hey, hey. Jared, read I'll eat you. Yeah. It's not a game. I feel my god. Oh my god. This is strength. Oh my god. I'm going to just going to have to you're going to touch him. >> Do you want to be placed on a cot and walked strapped in? >> Okay. We don't need to spray anymore. Come on. All right. >> Jerry was eventually taken to jail and now faces charges of resisting law enforcement, criminal trespass, and assault. Based on similar cases, he could be looking at up to 90 days in jail, as much as 2 years of probation, and fines reaching $4,000. And after the drama at CVS, another customer is about to call the police. This time over a Burger King order. On August 13th, 2024, police were called after reports of a man carrying a knife. The suspect, identified as the father of the victim's child, was accused of trying to pry open the door to enter the home following an argument. And here's what actually happened when officers arrived. >> Do you know where you which way he walked off to? Do you remember? >> just that way. So, I couldn't see where he go past that building. >> You said he walked off that way down that direction? >> Yeah. >> So, the call taker was listening in the background to the argument that you were guys were having with each other. And she heard the it sounded like the male half was inside and >> No, he was literally right right here. >> Talking about tearing up the home. What What portion of that of that was like How did that happen? >> Cuz he wanted he wanted to tear my home so bad. He wanted to tear everything up. But that's just how he is. I ain't really been dealing with him for almost 45 months. >> Mhm. >> So, he don't come to my address. Normally my address me and my sister. So, but he want to though. It's nothing to it. You welcome to come in. Come through. You see how that is. And if you >> cut it, you'll unlock the door. >> So, he's just trying to uh wiggle the knife in to like pop it open. >> Yeah. >> Uh does he normally do that or >> No, he don't. But he upset right now cuz it don't got back to him about some other news with me and another dude. He ain't going to He'll go front and the back door. Banging. I'm not finna hear that [ __ ] I'm sorry. So, it's like I have no choice but to call y'all. And I hate to do it cuz I know he's working already. >> The suspect seemed unable to accept that his ex had moved on. So, before heading to his morning shift at Burger King, he decided to stop by for a conversation armed with a small folding knife. A rather unusual way to start the day. >> He's over here. He's over here. Hey, turn it off. Stop. Hey, stop. Stop. Hey, stop. Stop right now. >> NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO. >> TAKE YOUR HANDS OUT OF YOUR POCKET. TAKE YOUR HANDS OUT OF YOUR POCKET. Soon after, [music] he shifted into a different approach, portraying himself as vulnerable. It's a tactic that often appears when the original plan stops working. >> Y'all, please. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Stop talking. Stop. No more words. He's got something to read. >> So, how you going Cuz I'm trying to tell y'all this not what's going on. [music] He admitted he had been there and that there had been an argument, but according to him, the real issue involved a phone and another man. >> Really know like that. Y'all got kids together? >> Oh, you got >> You got babies with this girl? >> This girl that you're with now? >> bro. Like, supposedly. >> Supposedly.
