They first grew concerned for the young woman's well-being when she stumbled and had to be reminded to tie her shoes. She thought she was just causing a small inconvenience, not realizing how dangerous the situation really was. When officers offered her a wheelchair for safety, things escalated fast. >> The other side's security. Either get a cab. I'll see if I can get a CCS to help you >> or you can you can go sit on the other side. >> What's your name? >> My name is Officer Davidson, ma'am. I'm sorry, >> David. >> Yep. >> I am going to write a good review for you. Amazing. >> Um, I really appreciate you. >> You want to sit down over here? >> Give you some first class ride. Okay. >> I I can walk. >> No, I think you should ride this. All right. >> You should take a seat cuz you were stumbling earlier. We want to make sure you're okay. Because if she was that if like let's say if she was that intoxicated, you'd be able to smell it, >> right? You're not smelling anything. >> Nothing. >> There's there's no smell. These eyes are dilated. Uh and basic based what they're saying, whatever she took, she took right before she like got on this plane. I think it was probably like um Xanax. >> We can't sit here all day. I just need you to do me a favor. >> I'm not asking. >> No, no. I'm asking you. Look, you're not in trouble yet, but I need you to start listening. You can call your father and I'll talk to him and then he'll probably talk to you and not know the way you want to be talked to. Or you can just hop in this chair. We'll take you on the other side. You can sit down there. No. Well, then you need to stand up and show us that you can actually walk without any problems cuz right now you you've wavered. You're So stand up. Stand up, please. I want you to walk to that officer right there. You can't. Ma'am, excuse me. >> Okay. Sit down, please. Sit down. >> Sit down, please. >> Ma'am, sit down right here. >> Ma'am, just sit down right here. >> There you go. >> There you go. >> See? >> Whoa. Ma'am, listen. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. First stop. >> I got her. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Want to be in handcuffs? >> Go ahead. >> No, >> you got yourself. >> All right, >> Jess. >> All right, come on. Rest. >> Come on. >> You're under arrest. Republic intoxication. Stop resisting. Give me your hand. >> Please. No. Stop. >> Go ahead. Hit hit the latch. Hit the latch right there. Perfect. Her body gave out before her mind did. She couldn't stand straight or walk right. In that moment of arrest, fear turned into resistance. She didn't see law enforcement. She saw a threat. But what she failed to see was that this was the consequence of her own actions. And she was too impaired to realize it. >> Please. >> Show me one white female 1095. No, she >> I just want to talk to my dad. >> I want to talk to my dad, please. I want to talk to my dad, please. >> And get up and sit in the chair. You got There you go. There you go. This >> We got the hat. We got that. Here's your shot. >> Is what it is. >> Shoot your feet. >> Push your I asked you for this. I asked you for my channel. Put your feet up right now. >> No. No. >> No matter who her father was, she had just humiliated him in public. She tried to use her family's name to pressure the officers, but when that didn't work, she switched tactics, accusing them of discrimination, hoping to stir sympathy from onlookers. >> Can you stop? >> No. No. No. You're treating a woman like this. The >> is wrong with you? >> We're trying to be nice to you. >> No, you're not. Guys, I don't care right now. >> No, I'm not going to kill you. >> Just relax. >> Somebody help. >> Different colors. >> That's why she's so jacked up. >> Yep. >> 1630. >> And she doesn't have a prescription bottle. >> Nope. >> Why did Why are you putting me in handcuffs? >> Cuz you weren't toxic. Please. >> They try to we try to work with her. >> My grandfather Chicago PD and so is my father. So they know what's up. Just please let me speak to him. >> Xanax might explain the chaos inside her head, but it can't erase what she did. When the illusion of family power finally crumbled, all that was left was the raw truth. Her mistakes and her responsibility. Status won't save anyone. Especially when it's the very thing that makes you forget who you really are. >> I'm I'm >> What did your father say to you? Did we follow our instructions? So, right now, just sit here. >> My father did not say that. Are you [ __ ] [ __ ] >> That's what he told me before. >> Put in the car. >> Yep. I got to make sure. >> Listen up. Listen up. >> Stop. >> My phone. Let me talk to my dad. >> Talking to my dad. Please. No. No. Let me talk to my dad. Please. I need to my father. >> No. What are you doing? >> I got to go. No, >> I don't want to talk to my dad. Come on. No. >> In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with 13 felony drug possession counts, resisting arrest and public intoxication. What do you think would be a fair sentence for the police officer's daughter? And tell me, would her father still be proud to hear his name coming out of her mouth? She fell for being young and foolish, but this one she crashed because pride became her addiction. On February 24th, 2024, police pulled over an SUV after it was seen swerving and drifting out of its lane. When the officer suspected the driver might be under the influence, he decided to run a sobriety test. And from that moment, nothing went as planned. All right. Reason I stopped was you were uh weaving all over the road quite a bit. And the reason >> I thought I had my blinker on. >> You what? I thought I had my blinker. >> Well, no. I mean, you were drifting over the line and you drift back into your lane. You did that a few times. Got your license and a copy of insurance with you? >> Yes. >> All right. Where you headed to tonight? >> Okay. Where you coming from? >> I'm coming from Penwood. >> Can you grab a coat? Can you meet me out back real quick? >> Yes. >> All right. You'll have to grab a coat, but it's a little chilly. If you'd like to grab a coat, >> all right, >> I'm going to pull over a little bit more. >> You're good right here. You're good right here. >> You don't have any weapons in your vehicle, do you? No. Okay, perfect. >> No, no weapons in the vehicle. >> No, no problem. No problem. Hey, um, so how many drinks have you had tonight? >> I didn't have any drinks. >> You had nothing? >> Okay, cuz I the way you were driving and what I was seeing, I just want to make sure everything's good before I send you on your way. >> No, everything's good. >> Okay, perfect. You can you uh chop the gum for me? >> You can toss it over there. There's way more. Look, way more than gum out here. We don't have to worry about that. >> All right. Good. Good. Um here. Um have you been to the doctor recently for any head injuries or anything like that? No. Nothing like that. >> Okay. Do you wear contacts or glasses? >> No. >> Okay. Good. Good. Would you mind if I uh just do like a eye test for you real quick? All right. Can you put your feet together like that and hands and arms down at your side? All right. And just stay in that position. I got to get a little bit of light right here. And I need you to look at the tip of my pin right here and follow that with just your eyes and keep your head still. You understand? >> Mhm. >> All right. >> I'm not drunk. I don't know why you're giving me this test. >> You could have asked me was I in my phone when I was driving. >> Is this a routine test? >> I get that. She tried to justify herself, saying she was just changing the music. But her shifting story and constant attempts to control the conversation revealed a defensive arrogance. She believed she could talk her way out of trouble, questioning, blaming, and accusing the officer. What began as a routine traffic stop quickly spiraled into a heated argument. >> My phone cuz I like to listen to music. >> Well, you know that's illegal, right? >> No, it's not. Cuz I say, "Hey, Siri. Hey Siri, play R. Kelly. >> Remember when I asked you the first thing I said, why were you uh serving? And you said I thought I had my blinker on. >> I'm not drunk, though. >> Okay. Well, that's what that's just let me rule everything out. Okay, >> do it. >> All right. All right. >> I'm sorry. I can't keep a straight face. Like I am obviously pretty serious right now. >> No. And I get that. I get that. >> Are you going to finish the test? >> And I'm finishing the test. But you would see if I was if I was inebriated, I would have already failed the test. >> Ma'am, I haven't even finished the test yet. >> But you have you have >> Do you want to perform the test? >> I am performing the test. >> And I'm killing it. And you're [ __ ] playing. You're you're being a puppeteer. >> Okay. >> Don't Don't do that [ __ ] >> Okay. >> You look at Look at me in my eyes. I'm looking at you in your eyes. Your eyes is more dilated than my pupils. >> Okay. Are you trained in this test? >> Well, no. No, but but I'm aware but I'm aware that the test is built to make somebody fail. You're you're going to do the till I until you think >> we're not going to argue. Okay, let's stop arguing. Are you going to perform the test? >> I'm I'm doing the test and I'm I >> go what? What's next? >> What's next? >> I'm not walking. >> I'm not I am not inebriated >> and I and I know my rights and I passed your eye test with playing colors. Did I not? Okay. >> Cuz you're doing a lot of Why are you Why are you doing this? >> Because we're on to the next test. >> And I don't see me swerving. >> You what? >> And if you saw me swerving, you should have asked me. >> I did. >> But you should have been a little bit more direct. >> I think that you're inebriated, ma'am. And we could have had that conversation. >> Oh, >> because now and and I hope this is on body camera and and um dash cam because you want to know that's okay because my attorney >> Uhhuh. >> is going to represent me very well in that that it's not so is her intention to take me to jail. >> She wasn't fighting for innocence. She was fighting to protect her self-image. Threats about calling her lawyer and mentioning recordings were the last shield of her ego. When those defenses collapsed, she switched roles and played the victim, but her unsteady stance gave her away. The truth always does. >> Please stop. We got to do this. >> I already do. You want to or not? >> Here's my thing. Why did you tell me? >> I passed his test. And he's not going to let me stop until I fail something. >> Why you >> Because I passed your test. You're not going to let me go until I fail something. And that's the truth. >> That's the [ __ ] truth. You see that I'm naked and it's cold as out here. >> That's why I said get your uh coat. >> And I have my coat. It's also kneeh high. Moving on. >> And I'm freezing cold. >> Just put your left foot on the line. Right foot in front of your left foot. Stay there. No. Put your Stop. >> It's [ __ ] cold out here. Put your left foot with your right foot in front of Okay. >> I'm never going to be good enough no matter what I do. >> Left foot on the line. Right foot in front of your left foot. Hands and arms down at your side. Right foot in front of your left foot. >> It's snowing. And I'm naked >> and I'm [ __ ] shiver. >> Hands and arms down at your side. Stay in that position until I tell you to begin. Do you understand? >> Okay. When I tell you to begin, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps. You'll turn and take nine more heel totoe steps where you started. It's going to look like this. One, two, three. >> I I got I got it's going to look like that's for you. >> When you get to nine, you're going to turn around taking a series of small steps like this. >> I'm naked. Listen. Listen. Nine more to where you started. One. >> Did I not pass your 10? >> 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. The whole time you're doing it, keep your hands and arms by your side. Keep your eyes on your feet. And Kelly, step out. When I do this [ __ ] and you have me in here shivering and freezing and I pass this [ __ ] you're going to find another reason to take me to jail. >> Okay, >> I don't do drugs. I don't sell drugs. >> Let's get you back in that starting position. Right foot in front of your left foot. >> Right foot in front of your left foot. Hands and arms down your side. But you don't start yet. >> Put your right foot in front of your left foot. >> She stopped trying to prove her sobriety and started trying to prove her worth. She told the officer he was jealous because she was young and smart. Sadly, that moment proved the opposite. that no amount of money can buy composure or even a hint of common sense. >> Arms down at your side. >> It's snowing and I'm naked. I'm cold. >> Right foot in front of your left foot. Hands and arms down at your side. Now you may begin. >> 3 4 6 7 8 9. Do you want me to turn left or right, sir? Left or right? >> I'm going to just go this way. Is that okay with you? >> Mhm. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 >> Thank you. All right. Next one. Put your feet together like this. Hands and arms at your side. Stay in that position until I tell you to begin. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Very good. When I tell you to begin, you're going to lift one of your feet approximately 6 in off the ground. Keep your leg straight, toe pointed forward. You're going to count out loud like this. 100,00 1 100 2 100 3 100 4 and so on until I tell you to stop. >> Hold on a second. Is this a real [ __ ] thing? >> Yes, it is. Standardized. >> No, it's not because So, let me ask you something. Let me ask you Let me ask you something, sir. >> Are you going to perform the test? >> Can I have your name? >> Are you going to perform the test? >> I'm going to perform the test. Let me ask you something. Did I pass your pupil test? >> No. >> How did I not How did I not pass your pupil test? >> We got one more to do. Okay. Feet together like that. hands and arms out your side. The whole time you're doing it, keep your hands and arms out your side. Keep your eyes on your foot and count uh count out loud. You understand? All right. Whenever you're ready, you may begin. 1,00 1,002 100,00 >> You can continue. [Applause] Do you want to continue? >> I'm going to continue. >> Okay. >> You have me out here in [ __ ] snow. By the way, >> there's no snow. >> Are you coming to court for this trip? >> There's no snow. >> Are you going to show my back? >> Face the face the vehicle. Put your hands on your back. Interlace your fingers, palms together. You are placed under arrest for OVI. Okay. Her clear failure in the one leg stand test was undeniable proof. But instead of worrying about the consequences, she was fixated on where she'd sit inside the patrol car, as if comfort could somehow soften reality. Get that out. Get that off. There we go. Make sure they don't double lock them so they don't close up on you. All right. So, you are under arrest for OBI operating vehicle on their influence. Hold on. >> Let's go right back here to this car. >> Let's go. >> I can't sit in the front seat. >> No. Sit in the back. Come on. Come on. There you go. There's no laws when you're drinking the claws, right? >> All right. That is blackberry white claw 5%. I'm going go ahead and pour it out. Finish it. >> No, I don't drink that. >> Sitting on the floor behind the driver's seat. >> Oh. Oh, probably. Yeah, I had I had some people in my car last week. >> Last week? >> Yep. >> All right. Well, that >> Well, maybe the week before because it's for the Super Bowl. I have people in my car. >> You don't have one? >> No, I don't drink. I don't drink White Claw. So, >> sitting up like this. >> I think it had to be cuz it was like full like that. >> Oh, then yeah, I had to I'd have to >> Yeah, I have people in my back seat when we do special events like Super Bowl. We had a We had a party for Super Bowl. So, >> doesn't surprise me, but that's not from me. I don't drink White Claw. You told me you didn't drink, but I can smell it on your breath tonight. >> I don't know what you're smelling on my breath, sir, but I'm damn sure not inebriated. I can't wait for my lawyer to beat the [ __ ] out of y'all in court. >> Thank you. >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence, OVI, and failure to maintain lane. If convicted, she faces up to $1,75 in fines, 72 hours in jail, and a license suspension from 6 months to one year. Because if money makes some people hold their head high, alcohol has a way of teaching the next woman how to fall hard. On August 25th, 2025 in Florida, a bizarre crash left an elderly woman's car dangling in the air, balanced on power lines after slamming into a pole. When police arrived, one thing became immediately clear. This wasn't just an accident. It had all the signs of a DUI. And it marked the beginning of a night no one would forget. >> Until the fire department gets here. Okay. They're going to be here very soon. But I don't want you to move. >> Coming too fast is probably how the car ended up there. >> Probably. >> We get one of these like once a quarter. >> No way. Really? >> The last time it was here. They were coming that direction, hit the rock wall, and ended up over here. >> That was not that long ago. >> That's scary. Did you see this one happen? >> I didn't, but I think maybe someone made me. >> Okay, I'll check in with them. Thank you. Appreciate it. 611 vehicle's vertical in the power lines. If we notify PV, you got a phone or you want me to for you? That'd be great. >> Yeah. Can you tell me what happened? Yeah, we were coming around the corner going this way and she was behind me a ways and then I I just heard a noise and I looked in my on the right side and she just went flying past me and then up there and that's me. I turned around and parked. >> She passed you on the right side. >> Oh, onto the curb. Yeah. >> Um, >> okay. I think she went to the inside of a car she was coming up on and maybe couldn't look like maybe couldn't stop and just chose because I was coming this way to go to the right side >> to go. Okay. Was she going pretty fast? >> Yeah. >> Okay. What's your first name? >> Almost like seemed like couldn't control it like didn't >> try to break or something. >> Do you have time to fill out a quick statement or do you have >> Okay. Let me grab a statement real quick. >> Thank you. Just your information up top and then exactly what I want to go over there. Perfect. >> I saw that car, that car speeding fast and then it was going like this. >> Okay. >> But it should have been the way it drove so fast. It should not have even been there cuz that's how fast it drove. But looks like something stopped it. >> Yeah, that sounds like what everybody else has been saying, too. >> Yeah. >> Driving a little. >> Witnesses all said the same thing. Her car never slowed down. Based on what they saw, officers quickly suspected impaired driving. Once the woman was safely rescued, the DUI investigation began right there at the scene. >> Okay. Well, I'm gonna be out of the ridge. Again, >> you okay? >> Yeah, I'm good. >> What's hurting you? >> Oh, I'm okay. >> You sure? >> Is that normal for you? My back hurts. My >> But that's chronic pain. Chronic pain. It's just this. It's just constant. >> So, yeah. >> I know I'm good. I just I don't know what happened. >> Yeah. >> Losing consciousness. Were you going pretty quickly? You remember speeding up? >> I don't. No. I'm just concerned obviously with the collision that happened, the driving. You kind of don't have a recollection of it. Would you mind doing some field test just to make sure that you're okay? >> Yeah, I'm fine. >> Okay. Obviously, you're not going to be able to do like the walk and turn and stuff since you're not walking too great. So, just the [Music] >> See the tip of my finger? Yeah. >> You're going to follow it with your eyes. >> We have a tow truck on the way. And then just >> Yeah. You see the tip of my finger? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you're not following it. You're kind of like looking all over the place. I need you to follow it. [Applause] Touch your head down for me. Tuck your chin. There you go. Now, look up. Follow my finger. Okay. We'll walk over to my car where you can take a seat on my bumper. Okay. And then I'll have you go on my PVT. >> Her eyes couldn't follow movement. Her memory was scattered. Her speech rambling and defensive. She clung to chronic pain as her excuse. But when she admitted to taking hydrocodone, her wall of denial started to crack. Even though she agreed to a breath test, she kept insisting she hadn't been drinking. >> Breath test is not evidentary. It's not admissible in court. It doesn't take place at the BAC. Would you be willing to take a breath test for me? >> Sure. >> I'm just going to take a deep breath and then blow into the straw like you're blowing up a balloon. Okay. What does it say? >> What do you think it should say? >> I don't know. >> Did you have anything to drink today? >> I don't think so. >> Don't think so. >> Well, Diet Coke. >> Okay. What about alcohol, though? >> I don't think so. >> So, you are under arrest for DUI at this time. You are over the limit. Um, I'm just going to put you in handcuffs to the front because you're kind of hurting now. Ouch. Ouch. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in the court of law. Do you understand? >> I'm not sure I comprehend all of that. I mean, do I get a lawyer? Do I not get a lawyer? Yes, you have a right to an attorney. I can read them again for you. >> But I don't I don't I've never done this before. >> Yeah. >> So, I don't know what to do. >> So, if you can't afford one, there's public defenders that'll be appointed to represent you um at no cost or you can hire a lawyer. >> But I if I hire a lawyer, do I know do I get a phone book or what? Yeah, you can look one up or take, you know, a friend as a reference or, you know, recommendation for you, but I can't help you there. >> I don't know what to do. >> Okay. Well, first things first, we got to take you into the hospital. I'll get you checked out. >> Okay. [Music] >> I'll be hungry. >> She didn't seem to care about her rights or the legal consequences. Instead, she kept talking about her medication and her pain, as if that could change the outcome. Maybe she knew the truth deep down, but couldn't accept it. Complaining about a rejected prescription was her way of finding someone else to blame. >> Thank you. >> You didn't have anything in your pocket, did you? >> No, ma'am. >> Okay. Check. I was just so frustrated in my prescription not being filled. >> Yeah. >> And they they weren't communicating. One would say that it was approved and the other one would say that it wasn't. >> Yeah. Well, we're here with a bunch of doctors. Maybe they can help you with that. Um >> I hope so. >> Officer Syson's going to take you inside and get you checked in. Okay. >> Okay. This way. In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with DUI, no proof of insurance, and failure to maintain a lane. If convicted, she faces heavy fines, license suspension or revocation, and mandatory alcohol and drug education courses, penalties made worse by her high BAC and uncooperative behavior. The next woman thought she was strong enough to defy the law until her own body turned against her. On August 9th, 2025 in Washington, a local hotel called 911 for urgent help. A woman later identified as Leah had become aggressive, yelling and throwing objects at the staff. When officers arrived, the situation quickly spiraled out of control. >> Wait, do you think she went? >> She went towards the flag here. >> Hello, Leah. Right, >> Leah. >> Josie. Josie >> and the pussycats. >> Okay. So, Seattle, there's a report that says you're missing, endangered. Where do you stay in Seattle? >> My house. >> Your house? >> Where people crawl around on the back porch and the police never come. >> Okay. >> A week later, they come >> and you call the fire department cuz your friend's having an emergency. They mock you. >> Who do you think um called and listed you as missing? Probably my daughters. >> Probably your daughters. Okay. >> Is that license? >> How'd you spell the name? I'll try calling that one. >> Yeah. Thanks. >> Hello. This is Officer Ballard Birminton Police Department. I'm calling about Is it your mother who's missing? >> Okay. Well, I have her here with me. So, well, she's here in Breton. Um, we >> not for long. Not for long. She says, "Not for long." Uh, let's come and hear the shade so we don't burn to death. Um, but um, you know, we saw she was enter from Seattle as a >> my hotel broke into my hotel room in Ballard. They stole stuff. I I got one of your concerns because they were hanging out outside my door. >> And what would you like us to do? >> They don't have a choice. The choice is mine. >> So, chill. I'll talk to you later. You know, I'm okay now. >> Well, >> I don't know that. We're a little concerned. >> Hotel called us. The store called us. >> Yeah, they broke into my room. They broke into my room at Hotel B. >> They were saying you were erratic and not making sense and you were scaring them. >> I am scaring them because they keep breaking into my room. They're on the staff. >> My concern is I want to make sure cuz you can't go back to that hotel. >> Oh, they have my they have my property. >> We can we can get your property for you. >> Okay, cool. Anything that was left in your rooms? >> I already I already told them anything that was in your room, you can have back. >> So, they'll have it in a bag. We can go over there and we can get it. >> Perfect. Oh, no. >> They can leave it in a bag. I'm not going over with you. >> No, perfectly fine. Perfectly fine. They can leave it in the bag. >> I can meet you over there. >> Shut up, Stasha. You don't know what you're talking about. >> She spoke as if drifting between different worlds, cars, her daughter, music. Nothing made sense together. Everyone around her could see she wasn't okay except her. Leah truly believed she was the only sane one in the room while everyone else had lost their minds. Still, she tried to sound cooperative, at least on the surface. >> Okay, Sasha, you did the right thing when you called the crisis team, but they sucked. And you did not know that. >> Everyone sucks according to you. No, you >> Shut up and let me talk. >> Agree with you. >> Shut up and let me talk. You did not realize that the SPD came and banged on my door before that and I ignored it because I was taking a hot bath trying to relax. Then they came and banged on the bathroom window like SPD. >> That was Rhonda. >> Well, Rhonda, she knows I hate the SPD. Did say I would scratch someone's eyes out, shove them up their ass, rip their arms off, beat them with it, set their body on fire. I did. Okay, >> that's how much rage I have. That's how much rage I have. And it's because of you. It's because of you and my friends. My friends. End quote. >> Oh my god. >> Shut up. You don't know what the talking about. I love you. With all due respect, you do not know what you're talking. Leave me alone. Just leave me alone. I'm fine. I want peace and quiet. I want to process. I want to journal like stressed out people are supposed to do. Can I journal? Can I file my claim? Can I renew my Washington driver's license? Can I do my personal >> Yeah, if you can. If you can, if there Yeah, that way we could talk. We're not >> I want to take care of my personal business and they won't let me. They won't leave me in peace. >> So, you know, I'll I'll call you back as we as we get more information. >> They're just not smart enough to figure it out. I'm sorry. >> I got you. Well, we'll see what we can do. Okay. But I'll call you back in a little bit. So, we have two hospitals. We have one in Silverdale and one in Gig Harbor, and they're both good. Um, >> I would do Silverdale because that's an you take a ferry to get there, right? >> Um, >> it's across the water from Seattle. >> It is. Yeah, it's it's on the same side of the water as us. >> Get an Emmon started for voluntary. >> Well, actually, no. I >> tell you what, let them come here and talk to you. >> I don't know where you're going to take it. >> You can always say no. >> No, I don't want the ambulance. I'm at the corner of Kidsap. >> I don't know where the ambulance is going to take me. I get in the nut house and then I never get out. >> Okay. Yeah. I tell you what, they'll come here and you could talk to them because if you talk to them, you might believe them different than me cuz I'm a police officer. >> Um >> Okay. Yeah. Because >> it's it's definitely not the nuts. >> Her words left people speechless. She didn't plan to hurt anyone. She just didn't know any other way to express her pain. For her, talking was survival. It was the only way to quiet the chaos inside. But ironically, that same desperation made her appear more dangerous to those around her. >> She needs her meds. That's why she does want to like, oh, make sure that we have money, how to get the meds. We know how to get the meds. She actually knows how to get the meds. She says at least I don't know if she does that. So, there's really not like >> Yeah. >> What else now? She's >> rocking my sexuality. Well, >> bring them both over here. Then bring the rock over here, Leia. Now come here. >> I am pretty nice, too. I have red hair. Very nice, too. >> Let me see. Don't throw stuff. Stay where you are. Okay, here's the deal. Right now, you're under arrest. >> You're not free to go. I'm telling you, you're under arrest. You're not free to go. >> Are you sure? >> 100% sure you are under arrest. You're not free to go. I need you to turn around and put your hands. And she's running towards subway. She entered subway. Put the rods down. You are under arrest. >> Turn around. >> Under what ground? >> Turn around. >> Under what ground? >> Step away from the rocks. Put the rods down or you will be tased. >> Put the rocks down or you will be tased. >> Tase me. Tase me. >> Put the rocks down. >> Put the rocks down this crystal. [ __ ] you >> go. >> When she felt cornered by police and medics, her survival instincts kicked in. She grabbed rocks, not just as weapons, but as shields against a world she believed was attacking her. That act wasn't violence. It was self-destruction disguised as defense. >> Okay, listen to me. You don't want to get >> You don't want to get a rock in the head. >> I'm giving you an opportunity. >> You're shaking. You're scared. >> I'm giving you an opportunity to put the rocks down. >> I'm scared, too. >> I am. >> Put the Thank you, sir. Get down. Get down. Get down. Paul is a pervert. He's sex trafficking children. He's a pedophile. >> Hey, listen. You over. >> He molested my daughter. He molested my daughter. >> Got that arm. I got this arm. >> Molested my daughter. This is not a movie. This is a documentary about psychiat. I took criminal justice classes. >> All right, listen. >> We're a law firm. >> I know you know your rights, but I'm going to read them. >> You have the right to remain silent. >> I know my rights, >> not answer any questions or make any statements. >> Okay, >> that one. >> You're going to get so soon. >> Get so soon. You better be gentle with me. >> All right. >> You better be gentle. If my arm's broken, you should tase me in the flip over. Okay. Okay. Let's see what happens. >> You got the eyes. >> I got the eyes. >> He has the eyes. >> All right. So, are you injured? >> Yes. I'm about >> to be in the heart. >> Come on. Put in the gar. >> No, you're not. >> Yeah. Come on. >> Listen. Listen. >> You're not taking me anywhere. >> Once she was handcuffed, Leah stopped fighting. She began to complain of pain, repeat her injuries, and plead for attention. Maybe she really was in pain. Or maybe exaggeration was the only tool she had left to remind herself she still mattered. >> Mine are green. My hair is red. >> Hair is red. >> We'll see what happens. >> Put me in the car. Let's see what happens. >> Get pictures of the >> How many times did I get tased? >> Did I fall down after? Let's get pictures of that real quick in the car. >> Hold on. >> My heart. >> Take a picture of my heart. >> Look at my shirt. Look at my tits. I'll show you. >> Leg pants. Want to wrap your legs up and pull. >> Look at my eyes and look at my hair. >> Okay. >> Say Christopher metal on my finger. And I just threw a crystal at him. Guess how many times. Guess how many times they taste. >> My name is Leah. >> Leah, please. >> You know what it means? It means crying angel >> to them or I'll get a hunt. >> Thank you. >> Thank you so >> Yeah, I think that's where does your arm hurt, hun? >> Um the whole upper above the elbow they I heard it crack. >> I heard crack. >> I'm going to go like this. Okay. >> No, you're not. I heard it crack. It's swelling. It's broken. I've broken my arm before. >> What's your name? >> My name is Leah. >> I'm going to touch your arm lightly. I need to feel if there's any deformities in there to medically clear you. Do you understand? >> Please touch me lightly. My arm is broken and it's starting to really hurt. I need pain meds for my broken arm. >> In the meantime, >> the adrenaline is wearing off. Okay, my adrenaline's wearing off and my arm is starting to really hurt. Just like when I broke my If your arm is hurt, don't pull away. You're only going to make it worse. Don't pull on it. >> What's your name? My name is Leah. It's Crying Angel. >> Yeah, that's a wonderful name. >> You have a beautiful name. Will you do me a favor? >> Would you get in the car, please? >> Nope. >> Thank you. >> This one right here. >> No, >> please. It's a very nice car. It's cleaner. >> Nope. I'm getting in this car. >> No. No. Please get in this car. >> Nope. >> We're going to drag you to the car. I don't want to do that. >> No, not I have rights. >> Your right is to get in that car. You're in custody. >> There is no cause for this. >> Yeah, there is cause. Move your leg. This is just weird. It's comical. It's like It's like >> In the end, Leah was taken to jail and charged with assault, property damage, and resisting arrest. Her story raises deeper questions about the state of mental health care, the role of police in crisis response, and the tragedy of those who live with a mind they can no longer recognize. Onefall doesn't just break the body, it tears off the mask of power. On January 27th, 2025 in Springfield, Illinois, police were called after an evicted tenant returned to the building, pulled the fire alarm twice, and got into a fight with another resident. What seemed like a minor disturbance quickly turned into a chaotic night no one would forget. >> I haven't been out there for a couple minutes. I got maintenance up there. I got one of the maintenance guys out there on my train there. >> Okay. There was a physical altercation up there and she's been >> she pulled the sheet, got into the building at some point, pulled the fire alarm, fire fire department was here. They just turned it off and just a couple minutes ago she pulled it again. She hid out in a locked room which is the tough room that's over this corner. Okay. So, I called the police and then they started getting in her and another resident started getting into a physicalation. >> Okay. >> I don't know what's been going on up there since the last few minutes, sir. >> Whether somebody still up there, one of you guys How you doing? >> Huh? She's in 408. Who? >> Charlene. >> Who? What? Who? >> Is it you we're looking for? What's your name? >> My name is Camille. >> Is this who we're looking for? >> No. >> Who are we looking for? >> I don't know who yall looking for. >> It's her. Okay. What are you doing? >> What are you looking for me for? >> Cuz you pulled the fire alarm. >> I didn't pull no. Standing before the officers, she denied trespassing and setting off the alarm twice, but her actions spoke louder than words, showing open disregard for the law and social boundaries. Investigators later confirmed her motive to harass another resident. This wasn't just a tantrum. It was personal revenge disguised as defiance. >> Fire alarm. >> Did somebody watch her pull the alarm? >> No. Nobody watched me pull the alarm. That was on the camera. >> Stop. Did somebody watch her? >> Excuse me. You have no right to touch me. You have no right to touch me. >> Yeah, right now I do. You're being detained for >> for what? >> Because I told you. >> Why? >> Stop. >> It's not. No. Stop. Why? >> You're under battery now. >> How? I didn't touch my body. Why? >> Stop. >> Just stop. >> Stop doing it. >> I didn't even do nothing. I'm leaving a proud house and y'all detain for what? Because >> an investigation and now you're under arrest. >> I investigate for what? For what? For what? For what? For what? >> Huh? >> Don't you spit on people. You understand? >> Don't you spit on me? >> Why don't you kicking me? >> Why? >> Let me go. Let me go. >> [ __ ] kick me. >> Let me go. I didn't kick you. >> I didn't kick you. I did not kick you, sir. I just got my last. I did not thank you. I've been I've been armed all night and I've been trying to I've been running. >> Can you start one more, please? >> That's all I >> Sorry. Stop moving. >> Trying to get away from somebody that's trying to hurt me. >> Well, then why would you act like a fool? >> I'm not trying to look at my lip. Do you see my face? >> Yeah, it looks fine. >> Do you see my face? I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> Are you done? >> I'm sorry. >> Are you done kicking me? >> I'm sorry, but I did not put an alarm. You got to look at the camera. >> You can look at the camera. >> She thrashed, screamed, and attacked the officer trying to handcuff her. That burst of fury wasn't resistance. It was desperation. When power slipped away, she turned to lies. Every excuse, every accusation only made her victim act crumble faster. >> My kids just beat the out of me. >> So, can somebody tell me what happened now? >> And I just got beat up and breaking. >> I don't know what happened. She came I was on break on his lunch break. Some resident downstairs said she came. She was talking to one of the residents TV room whatever >> and they said she was yelling cause confusion and she pulled the fire. >> Well, let's go downstairs. I didn't even know anything. I was trying to get away from people. I just got out the hospital. I'm getting hurt. >> All right, let's walk downstairs. If my brother would defend defending me, >> you put my pants up, please. [Music] Mom, just up there with my brother >> on the sixth floor. >> Six. >> We're going to go downstairs first. I'm not trying to move to going through that. You always do this to me. [Music] >> I'm so tired. I'm kind of >> She tried to claim she'd only reacted because someone else had hurt her, but witnesses told a different story that she was the instigator. Two versions collided and the truth began to surface. Still, she clung to the role of the victim, repeating her denials like a broken record, as if words could erase guilt. >> Can you tell me what happened now that we're good with her? Who saw her pull the alarm? >> I didn't see. >> But who did see it? >> I'm sorry. I'm at this. >> So, she I didn't see anybody. I got to talk to >> What happened? She don't she been pulling the alarm because she [ __ ] with a dude that's still on my floor and when she take it away she the alarm she pulled it twice a dude that's still my friend of mine >> he don't want to be bothered with her she don't live there she stole on me see her pull the alarm but we have that tub room open up there it's been open for days I come downstairs mainly guys just ask him can you please go check the tub room we have locking shoes hiding out there So I told her, "You need to go. I'm going to call the cops." She didn't want to budge. I just called you guys. Then they started getting into a then and her starting get into a physical altercation. Then I came downstairs to let you guys in. >> Mhm. >> And uh the fire alarm started going off again. So I wasn't there for either hole. >> Okay. >> But my trainee was there for the second one. >> Yeah. He said he didn't see >> Well, he told me not. You want to take her outside? No reason to stay here. [Music] >> Yeah. What did he say? >> She doesn't live here. Uh, she's here trying to see some dude who doesn't want to be bothered with her and he came out of the room and saw her. >> Okay. >> Reports later revealed she was a former tenant with a history of harassing a male resident. The false fire alarms were her twisted way of seeking revenge when she could no longer reach him. Even when she knew arrest was inevitable, she fought back until the very end. >> Easy enough. Thank you. Arrest him like this. I didn't do anything. >> Yes, she did. >> I'm the one hurt. >> You pulled the fire alarm and then you killed my officer. >> I did not. >> So that's why you're going to jail. >> People saw you do it. Can you look? >> Have a seat. >> Sit in the car. >> Please put your feet in. >> This is the second fight that I've been in in two days. >> Put your feet in. >> Put your feet in. >> Why am I getting >> Because you can't fight the police. >> I can't get help. >> That's not what you did. >> I was in the laundry room barely breathing. >> Put your feet in. >> I didn't >> get into the car. I was in the laundry room >> into the car. >> Stop hurting me. >> Oh my god. >> He's going to drag you across the car. >> What the >> Why are you Wait. >> Get in the car. Sit down. >> I'm getting in. Oh my god. >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and aggravated battery to a police officer. Her sentence could include jail time, probation, or fines depending on prior offenses and the court's ruling. But when Karen finally falls, two more queens of chaos are already waiting to take the stage. On May 15th, 2025 at Orlando International Airport, police were called after two sisters were asked to leave a flight for suspected intoxication when they resisted and assaulted airline staff. The situation quickly spiraled beyond control. >> I can't I can't I literally can't. >> Okay, >> I want that. I want stay over here. I have anxiety. >> She has anxiety and depression. >> Medical there's a cop here right now. Okay. Okay. Stay right here. >> All right. I will I can my whole like >> Do you have a boarding pass or anything? >> Yes, >> she does. >> Can I see it? >> Yeah. Where's that boarding pass? >> Wait a minute. >> I just I told her she's got really bad anxiety, so you got to let it come. >> I'm literally just lean against that for me. >> Okay. >> You want me to go against your head? >> Just lean against right there. They gave us >> the flight attendant. I pushed her. Push me. Push me. >> 10 for so far. We have one and possibly another one. >> You need medical attention. >> Yeah. >> Oh, how old are you? >> She's 26. >> 24. I have another one. She's 26 leg pain. [Music] >> You are the person that was dealing with. So what happened? >> I don't want to say, but don't >> And do you have an ID? >> I'll get that in there. So please just explain to me why >> the best way. The flight attendant informed me that that the girl was drunk. She was in the restroom for a while. >> Which one do you know? >> The youngest one. The little short one. >> Not the one with the tattoos, but the other one. Correct. >> Yes. >> So, go ahead. >> When they informed me that she was intoxicated, I had to call GSC, which is my supervisor. >> Like, >> he showed up. >> They started screaming. They were in the aircraft. I got asked to call you guys because they weren't leaving. >> Told her >> she finally left the jet bridge. I was kind of following them out a little bit. I told him to retract the jet bridge. She turned around, got in my face and said, "You you fat." I said, "Thank you." She turned around or when she was facing me, she to push me and then turned around and then the sister came up and shoved me together. >> They claimed they'd been pushed first, but witnesses told a different story. The younger sister was drunk, loud, and completely out of control. When told to deboard, both clung to their father's reputation and their soon-to-be degrees, as if those could save them. But this time, the perfect image couldn't buy them a way out. >> My dad doesn't matter in Florida. >> My dad I'm not trying to do anything. My dad works in New Jersey. He's for the state. Yes. Like like I promised you I graduate tomorrow school at college. >> The guy Jose pushed her and said like Jose Frontier and I'm psychology like I understand just relax you guys. What are you guys >> and she gets anxiety. >> So every airline is different right? >> So airlines are private entities. So they have their free will and they can decide whether you want to fly or not, right? It's a security. So let's say she's intoxicated. They don't know she might create a disturbance or anything on the aircraft. So that's why they decided to take out the aircraft. Okay. >> But what about Jose pushing? >> Let's try to keep her calm like she is so we can try to see what's going on right now. Like I said, medical is coming to check up on her since she's intoxicated. Right now obviously she gets nervy. She's obviously going to have a couple of drinks to go fly, you know. >> Yeah. The thing is that you can have a couple of drinks, but once you start getting like a little cloudy or whatever it is, No, no, I'm not saying. I'm just saying once they can see invisible or anything like that, they're not going to >> Totally. I'm saying my boyfriend's literally going to say droop around. >> I got you. So, you're on the plane, you have to go to the bathroom. >> You go to the bathroom, they stop you, they say you need to be escorted to the bathroom. >> Yes, they No, they say escorted off the bathroom. and I graduate Stockton University, right? Literally tomorrow. >> And I I I'm like I got >> So you needed to be escorted out of the B? >> Yes. >> Even as things unraveled, they held tight to their family name as if their father's badge could erase what they'd done. But witnesses stepped forward and the story flipped. Consistent statements from staff and bystanders painted a much clearer, much uglier truth. >> Okay, so then what's the what happened? So I went out and I was like okay I'm going to do some scene and they're like oh you need to go out out the bathroom and I was like what like why and I was like okay like that's like whatever and then like I don't give any my boyfriend literally like when I tell you that my boyfriend is state trooper and then my boyfriend had literally like been with him for 5 years state trooper um they begged me to take safer test which is they didn't say I was drunk there was like you have to get off and I was like I don't understand why I'm getting off like I have graduation like I'm graduating forensic. >> I understand. So, they're telling you you've been drinking. You need to get off the phone. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. >> What happened next? >> The next day I tried to I was like, "No, like I'm fine. Like, I'm good. Like, I'm not going to get sick or anything." Then he pushed me. >> He pushed you. How? >> He pushed me like I was like, "So, I'm coming off the plane. I I'm just going to reenact it like that." He was like, "No, you have to get off the plane >> to your chest." >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yes. And so, he he assaulted me in that way. And I was like, "No." Especially cuz it's my boobs. So, like I can go further that way if you if you would want me to. >> Yeah, I can get it for uh relax. I'm relaxed. I'm good. >> It's fine. If it works, stay another night here and we'll fly home tomorrow. >> It just sucks that >> she was saying it happened on Jet Bridge. >> Okay. Did it happen on the jet bridge? >> Yes. >> So, it didn't happen on the plane? >> No. >> The jet bridge? No. I was So, I went to the bathroom and then I came off and they're like, "You can't get on the plane." And I was like, "Okay." Like, why can't I get on the plane? Like, I'm fine. like >> I was dropped. I'd be like, "Okay, I don't want to fly." Like, obviously, I already have anxiety. >> Didn't even ask me if I had what I'm trying to make. What I'm trying to figure out was it if it was like him trying to guide you guys off the plane or push you guys. >> No. >> No, it was it was to my boobs. >> Yes. >> Did you I'm And I'm sorry because I understand. >> So, did he push you with the intent to hurt you? >> That's all right. with the with ill intent. >> He was just trying to get us off out of >> He was just trying to get you guys out. >> Got me fired up. >> Put my hands on my sister. >> To escape being labeled as aggressors, the sisters twisted the narrative, exaggerating a shove into an assault. But according to airport employees, they were the ones attacked. Same place, two stories, one tragedy, one excuse. Michael, >> why you being detained right now? >> I am. >> Why am I deceived? >> I'll let you know in a second. >> Why am I detained? >> Nikki, >> why am I the Okay. Okay. >> What? Why? >> All right. We'll get we'll get everything from >> Can I tell them or can you tell them at least? >> No. Let's Let's go over here. >> Let's go over here. >> Are you here? >> Relax. Relax. Relax. >> It depends on that that person that is injured right now. >> Yeah. But the girl that faked it that >> there's other people and there's witnesses. You know what I'm saying? >> Yeah. All them. >> It was you guys that pushed them. Okay. >> What? >> No. Okay. >> You were not handcuffing my sister. I'm calling No, no, no. >> Okay. Wait a minute. Okay. >> Don't worry. I'm calling I'm calling Steuart. I'm calling. Stay down. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Leave me. Are you kidding? >> Stop. Stop. >> Are you kidding? [Music] >> Okay. >> Be cool. Here. Give her back up. Give me your back up. Are >> you okay? >> Take a breath. >> Back up. >> I'm sorry. >> Thank you. >> All right. I'm gonna take it. >> Are you close to her? Close to her. Close to her. >> Are you freaking kidding me? I'm >> sorry about you. >> I can help. Why am I getting arrested? >> We'll call someone to help her like real it out. >> Why am I getting arrested? >> It wasn't panic. It was fear of the consequences finally catching up. The arrests were based on solid evidence and matching witness accounts. The screaming, struggling, and denial were just the last reflexes of people losing every ounce of control. This is so [ __ ] bad. >> Can you at least take my coughs off when I sit in the car? >> No. No, you can't do that. I'm sorry. >> I'm not a criminal. >> I understand that you guys are going to go together. What I need to ask from you is do you have anything else on your person? We're going to search you. Okay. >> Search me. >> Yeah, we'll have >> search me. I don't care. Just come. >> I need you to just relax. [Music] Did you do Is there cameras in the flight plane? Like is there cameras there? Did you guys just look at them? >> Why can't Why are these on me? Why are these on me? Please. I'm going to hair dry their hands. >> It's fine. Just put her in the car. It's fine. We're fine. >> They're going to take their nicotine. No, right. Nicotine, right? >> Probably not. >> No nicotine. >> No. >> Whatever. big one. I don't really care. >> If if if you want, you can try to go to the on if you want. I like >> Okay. Yeah, I can give it to >> Are you going up there? >> Yeah. I'm going to go back with her and see. >> You can take her with the bag. We don't We don't have her ID, though. Obviously, it's in the bag. >> Where's your ID? >> It's in the bag. They were up there. >> I sent him photos of it. >> Why are we getting arrested? My sister was assaulted. >> You have video? You know, I have a video of him yelling at us, but with a girl pretending she freaking broke her wrist. >> I'm not worried. >> Okay, I'm not worried either cuz we didn't do anything. >> In the end, both sisters were taken to jail and charged with battery. Based on testimonies from staff and witnesses who saw them push an airline employee to the ground, possible penalties include jail time, probation, fines, and restitution for the victim. From the airport to the streets, for some Kairens, chaos seems to be their final destination. On August 22nd, 2025 in Ohio, police were called to a Family Dollar after staff reported a woman stealing merchandise and hurrying toward the exit. But what seemed like a small incident quickly unraveled into a chain of events no one saw coming. >> Stop backing away from me and come over. Ma'am, stop backing away from me and come over here. >> No, it's not. Come here. Stop. You're walking away from me. I don't like you. >> Then get over here. Stop walking away from me. >> There's a hotel right there in the back seat. >> You have ID on you or NoD. >> If I find out you have ID on you, you're lying to me. Then you're on charge with that. >> I found what's last night. What you did to bird? >> All right. You want to watch her? She's like moving and squirming all over the place. >> I'm She has She's claiming that token. There's also stolen items. >> She was really running out. She ran up to my car as I was driving past him cuz I wanted to stop him cuz he has no license. But she ran upside stole. So she's squirming like trying to back away from me multiple times. Just watch her while I run her information. >> I remember you had a receipt. >> Where's the receipt? >> Put it right here. >> Let me see your receipt. What? What's in there? What's in there? How about the receipt? I promise you. >> Okay. Let's just wait. Okay. >> Okay. So, [Music] >> so why did you have like It looks like those clothes. That's just >> So, why would they say that you're stealing if >> All right, come here. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. You're going to get tased. We need another unit here. She's fighting. I'm going to tase you. Taser. Taser. Taser. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> I'm going to tase you. >> The moment officers approached, she backed away, insisting, "My receipt's in the car." That excuse said it all. She wasn't just afraid of getting caught stealing. She was terrified of being arrested. Her fear hinted at something deeper. Maybe a warrant. Maybe in the past, she couldn't escape. And the instant she refused to step out of the car, her fate was sealed. Please get out. Don't save me. >> Get out of the car. >> I'm scared. >> Get out of the car right now. I'm going to save you. >> I'm scared. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. I'm ordering you out of the car. I'm >> scared. Please. I'm getting out. I'm getting out. Please. >> Get out of the car. >> Please don't tase me. >> Get out of the car. You're getting tased. You keep your hands up. Keep your hands up, sir. Sir, keep your hands up. Okay, there you go. >> Get out of the car. >> I'm getting out. I'm getting out. >> Get out right now. You >> ma'am. >> Get out. Ma'am, >> get out. >> Get out. I'm getting out. >> I'm getting out. >> I'm getting out. >> Could have all been avoided >> now. Who are you really? Cuz that social is not a good social. >> Can you please let me go? >> Nope. My arm is really really tight. Please stop. It's really really really really tight. It's heavy. It's really heavy. Go. You don't move. >> He's the driver. He's cooperative. Just watch him. >> You could have avoided this. >> 5120 radio, one female detained. Ow. >> Now, I bet you your ID is in here, isn't it? >> I have to adjust. >> That's right. >> I promise you. That's your ID. Stop turning your your wrist. Okay. Just stop turning your wrist. >> I'm not turning. >> Okay. I can get a finger in both of those. >> She spot off. >> Now, watch your real social. Matter of fact, sit in my car. I don't want you squirming. >> You're going to sit in my car. You're going to sit in my car. >> Once restrained, her attitude flipped from aggressive to fragile, begging for sympathy. But when officers found her real ID after a false name, the truth became obvious. She wasn't scared of theft charges. She was scared of her past catching up. >> I want to stop. Yeah. She gives me a bad social. I tell her to place her in handcuffs. She immediately starts fighting us. Jumps into the driver's seat. Tries to start the car. I stash the keys out before she can start the car. Otherwise, she was going to land my [ __ ] >> Well, fighting the cops doesn't help. >> You got a lot of charges now. So, do you want to add on to it or do you want to give me truth? >> Do you know this lady? >> She was a friend. >> She was a friend. Hi. He's the owner of the car. I ran him. >> Yeah. Just give me the ID anyway. >> I'll take the ID. >> Yeah, you're the guy. You know you don't got a license, man, while you driving. >> I'm about to go get her, man. I already got a problem. I got >> Yeah. >> I don't know. What the hell? Who is she to you? Well, it's a friend. >> Why she hell, bro? I don't even have So, what's your what's your name? >> I know my friend's names. All I know is Tiar. >> Listen, listen. We got We got an ambulance coming. Okay. But if you have asthma, why would you fight with the cops? >> Like, I mean, I'm not a genius here, but that's pretty stupid. >> So, you're not going to give us who you really are? You're terror. Okay, let's try this again. Okay. Do you have a warrant or something? >> Is that what you're worried about? >> Is you're just worried about a warrant? >> No. Oh, we have a We have an ambulance coming. Okay. >> You're going you're going to go to jail. Forget about her. >> What's the deal with this guy here? >> He's just there driving. This is his car. She >> Well, just so we You're going to need it for the hospital anyway. So, >> and then if you don't, then we book you in under Jane Doe. You're going to sit in like you're going to sit in the jail for a long time. This could be just a sight and release. >> She thought a few fake numbers could hide who she really was, but when the truth came out, it hit hard. Even her complaints about asthma seemed more like a distraction than a real concern. One last attempt to steer attention away from her resistance. >> All right, very easy. >> 48 radio. >> Anything good? >> Well, she's also showing us a missing person. Oh, you're missing. Well, we found you. >> 1348 radio. >> Okay, I just scroll down. I see that she's a missing person in danger. >> She checked the cuffs. You're fine. >> I can get it to >> I'm trusting my sergeant over your word at this point. So, >> I was checking to make sure anything was right on it. This is going to be a missing person. We have third district. Looks like they haven't heard from her about 3 months. >> Where do you guys do you stay with her? >> Oh, >> okay. Copy. >> Okay. Ambulance is coming. >> All right. So, look. You're going to get checked out by the squad. >> All right. >> Did you look in her purse at all? >> A little bit. >> I didn't see any bands. It's mostly makeup and >> All right. Dispatch 2142. All right. You guys >> don't know yet. >> Yeah. I don't know what we're going to do yet. >> Gotcha. >> Uh like I said, boss, I'm just waiting on my partner to watch the video. If you have nothing actually to do with the pep in the store, I'm going to cut you loose. >> Manager, you have access to video or at least know everything she could. Um I don't know if she had a tote full and stuff that she walked out to register with me and my reser my pointed out said look you got to be kidding me. So I'm like all right so I walked out luckily you were with us there's my grab let it go from there. I think that she had clothes with clothes on top and clothes on the ground. >> Then came the twist. Police discovered she was listed as a missing person. Suddenly she wasn't just a suspect. She was someone who might need help. As officers gathered evidence for theft, they had to see her through a different lens. Not just as a criminal, but as a woman trapped in a cycle of fear, denial, and survival. >> So, question, did she pay for anything at all, or did she just walk out? >> She walked out. >> We were both at the register. >> That's why I told her, "No, you did not. You walked straight out." [Music] It's got to be around this time cuz it was only like 6:08 when we walked back here. That's her right there. >> Okay. >> Out. >> All right. I doubt we're going to be able to tell everything cuz the way the tote's organized, it looks like she just grabbed a bunch of stuff and threw it in the tote and walked out. >> All right. I'll let them know. >> Cool. Thank you. >> You're welcome. Tossler, it's going to be the big clear tote filled with all the clothes. >> I don't doubt the employees information. >> Well, yeah, that's from the camera. >> Back up. >> Yeah, all of that. >> Yeah. You want to grab it? >> Where? >> Really? Close, man. What? >> All right. >> And then if we can get that out, I'll take it in. We can get a price. >> Yeah. >> We get a value. >> Thanks. There's all your stuff. It's a lot of stuff. >> Yeah, it's mostly It's all clothes, too, like I assume. >> In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with theft, obstruction of official business, and falsification. Possible penalties include fines, probation, or jail time, made worse by her resistance during arrest. But if you think that's where the madness ends, wait until you find out who the next woman really is. On August 15th, 2024, police were called after reports of a woman throwing trash while intoxicated and possibly about to drive. What should have been a routine disturbance call quickly turned into a night of chaos that spun far beyond control. [Applause] I just told you to dump that out. You need to dump it out. You need to get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. Get out of your car, >> sir. >> You with her? >> Yeah, she's dropping off. >> She's dropping you off the place. >> Okay. She can't be driving. >> I know. You going to take over? >> Yeah. >> That's a lie. >> Only Nixon can say that. No. Sorry. >> Whose car is this? >> Okay. So, look. >> My car. >> Somebody called it. >> Give me your keys for now, please. >> Uh, no. Excuse me. You can call my um my future husband if anything. Hi. How are you? >> How are you doing today? >> Oh, no. He's good. He's at the house, right? >> Who's that? >> Nixie. Timothy. >> Jimmy. >> Timothy. Oh, >> Jimmy. >> Timothy. >> What's your name? >> Hannah. >> And >> how you feeling today? >> Why do you have a baby? >> The moment she refused to step out of the car, the tension skyrocketed. She clutched her keys like they were her last bit of control. In her mind, this was just an inconvenience. But to the officers, it was the first red flag of something much more serious. >> What do you got, boss? >> Signal 20 or EO or >> a little bit of everything. >> Yeah, I can I can I can smell the smell the the herbage. >> So, listen. Um, what is your connection? You guys live together or what? >> No, I met her today. >> Sorry. >> I met her today. >> Can't hear you. >> I met her today. >> You met her today? So, you don't know her? But no, but I will let her drive. >> Getting ready. >> Where you going? >> Going out. Where you going? >> Yes. I told you. >> Are you feeling bad? >> No, but I'll throwing up before. >> No. Cuz we heard that he was throwing up. I don't see any throw up. Do you do you take medication every day? Do you have your pill bottles on you? >> What were you drinking this morning? >> I mean I I >> She doesn't want to go to the hospital, >> right? I you know I I I but and she definitely shouldn't be driving. >> No, she's not going to drive. So either she's going to go to jail or she's going to get an Uber. I told you to please get out of the car, please. >> Oh my god. >> Young lady, step out of the car. >> Despite repeated attempts by police to deescalate and offer safer options, she resisted, forcing them to use physical restraint. Under US law, resisting arrest is a separate criminal offense. When the outburst finally subsided, she was completely drained, both physically and emotionally. from what? >> Don't do that. Don't resist. Please. Please don't resist. >> Excuse you. I'm not Timothy. So, get your hands off me. Excuse me. Get off of me, sir. me. Sir, you look look. You can get your hands out. >> My shirt is going to kill me. Stop. Ouch. Can you stop him, please? Ouch. Stop. Help me. >> Excuse me. This is Beyonce. >> Do you have any question offer me, please? Can you add? >> Sorry about that. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. >> What happened to the party? >> Sit here. >> Good. >> Yeah. Yeah. I'm just making sure you're good. >> Thank you. >> Are you uh good? >> Yeah. I don't have a cage, so yeah, I'm taking you. All right, guys. You let me know if you're taking >> I'm sorry. >> See if you don't take her for She's going to go, but I still need you. >> Yeah. In my opinion, you seem like a concerned person that you didn't want me to drive. >> Right. >> Oh, you just met her today like 30 minutes. >> Okay. >> That's why I didn't even see her puking. We pulled up right here from the other spot and then we stayed for like 20 minutes. >> Once detained, her demeanor shifted. She calmed down, allowing officers to gather statements from the male passenger. It was her least threatening moment of the night, but the decision to charge her for resistance sealed her fate, ending any chance for leniency. >> Um, can you fall for a female? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Oh, you did already. >> Hey, when you showed up, where >> where was she? In the driver's seat. >> She was here. She was driving for DI, right? I'm sorry. >> She was driving. >> Oh, she was driving. >> She drove from here to here. >> Where was she? >> He was in a different car. >> Yeah. >> Hey, is he good to go? >> That Yeah. Did I give you your ID back? >> Yeah, you did. >> Yeah, you're good. Thank you. >> That's fine. >> Sorry. She's DUI, but I'm going to get her for uh for the drugs. >> I'm just asking cuz uh from what he was saying, she was already >> No, we're both here. >> I'm just I'm just asking. >> And then she refused fire rescue. She refused to get an Uber. All right. What's your date of birth? >> Uh 8th >> 8 what? >> April 15th. >> What year? >> So you just had a birthday. >> Your birthday today? >> Oh [ __ ] Yeah, it is. >> Oh man. >> That's what I was trying to get ready for. >> All right. I'll read her Miranda. He wants me to >> look. >> Hey, you you know what a uh you ever heard of Miranda writes? So, I'm going to read your your your Miranda. I'm going to just read it to you, and at the end, I'm going to ask a question. You answer yes or no. >> Her birthday ended not with candles, but with handcuffs. When asked about drug use, she admitted to taking a mixture of substances before shutting down completely, numb, detached, emotionless. As the Miranda writes were read aloud, her expression went blank, as if she had already surrendered everything she had left inside. Miss, >> do you want help for your addiction issue? >> No. No. Oh, no. I have >> Huh? >> No, thank you. >> You know, the um the addiction part. >> You're trying to get help? >> When was the last time did you smoke? >> Um, whenever I smoke, I probably >> Well, how long ago did you smoke? >> I don't know. >> You don't know? >> I don't know. What is this? Is this uh crack or is this other stuff? >> I don't know. You know, it's probably a mixture of layers down there. It's a little different for me and maybe for you guys maybe I have like [Applause] >> Look, nothing of significant value. I got I got her her social and her deal. >> Cool. >> If we leave this car here, it's on your It's on It's on you. >> You want the car towed or you want it here? >> You want the car towed or you want me to leave it here? >> I'm sorry. You We're going to leave the car here. Yes or no? >> Yeah. Congratulations. [Applause] >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with possession of cocaine, resisting an officer without violence, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to 364 days in county jail, credited for 35 days served, and ordered to pay fines and court costs. On January 19th, 2024, officers were dispatched to the scene of an assault. Upon arrival, they attempted to arrest a man, but things quickly escalated when a woman, later identified as the primary suspect, aggressively intervened to stop them from taking her brother into custody. She was so out of control that even her own brother had to help the cops restrain her. And now, let's see exactly how it all went down. >> I got it. I got her. I got her. Look, I'll put here. Take these off. I'll >> take Let me get her. Let me get >> I got you. I got you. >> Look, I got it. Here. >> Say I got it. >> I got it. Here. Let me hold her. Just take them off. >> Here. I got it. Here. I don't >> touch. >> What did I do? Trying to hit her. I was going to calm everything down. >> Get the off of me. You get the off of me, mother. >> I was trying to I was trying to prevent all this. >> I understand. But arrest me. I was trying to detain you. I was just telling you something happened and I knew if you get that >> you'll be all right. You'll be all right. >> Standing around. >> You'll be all right. [Music] >> Harley, you're too far gone now. Relax. It's over. >> It's over. 436. I got 110. Harley >> stop on the ground. >> You want to help her get in the picture? >> I'm going to hold her down till my 94 gets you. >> Can I help you get in the forest and then tank her? >> No, don't talk to me. [Music] >> All right. Go on. Yo, let go of my radio right now. >> Let go of my radio. Let go of my radio. >> The officers tried to arrest the woman, but she fought back hard. So hard that she even grabbed one of their radios. This kind of behavior, that's obstruction of justice, and it only stacks up more charges against her. [Music] here. >> Please. I don't want to go inside over there. >> Thank you. >> You got your You boys. Get off. Get off my so perfect. Get off my >> All right, we're going to get her up. She She battered me. She punched me. >> You are going down. I promise you. Stand up. >> Wyatt, stop. Wyatt, get off of me. I promise. >> In the back. Have a seat. >> Why you me? >> You kicked me. >> Stop. Just get in the car, please. >> Can I push her in there? Hold on. >> No. What? >> Are they to kill me? >> What is me? I'll hit by you. I will. >> When someone's wasted and out of control, they can turn dangerously aggressive just like we're seeing here. Eventually, the woman was restrained and placed in the patrol car. But now, it's time to hear from the witnesses. >> And they're just trying to and her phone. She threw her phone at her. That one threw her phone out of the car. >> And there's a man on the dock over there that's working who works over there. Um, she beat the crap out of him when he tried to prevent her from beating that girl anymore. She I mean pummeled him, kicked him in his nut, headbutting him like >> So you guys weren't involved in this fight? >> No, we were trying to stop like in the middle of traffic. >> So I came out and she was hanging out in the car beating the crap out of this other girl driving. Bad ass on that [ __ ] >> Yeah, >> I'm trying to explain what was going on. Come in here. >> They were fighting and who is that? Calm down. >> Her and that other girl there. She was just pummeling her to death. She was driving the other girl over there. This is her vehicle. I pulled it over here to get around this Range Rover. >> She So she couldn't >> whoever's it is. That's what she was driving and she was trying to She was trying to get out of there. The girl was hanging on her, beating her while she was on the driver's >> wheel. Um, multiple people tried to stop her. >> Was the door open when she was doing it? >> Door was open. She was just swinging on her. >> The door opened. Something flew out cuz I was right behind the other. >> Something flew out and then hands were being thrown. I don't know if both parties are just >> And then she gets >> Where's this other woman at? >> She caught over. She's right over there behind the >> Who were you just talking to? My grandma. >> Your grandma? >> That's the only number that I remember. >> And where's your phone? >> She threw it. She took my phone out of my hand when I was talking to Wyatt. >> I was calling Wyatt and saying that she was so upset. She was literally like, >> "What was she so upset about?" >> Dude, I have no idea. Like, all of a sudden, she just switched. So, she punched me as I was driving before the gas station. You know where that intersection hits where Duncan is? I do. So, I was driving down this way obviously to come here and she punched me and so I was just going to eat it and I was like, "All right, she just drank too much. Whatever." She I called her brother trying to tell her brother what happened. She took my phone, rolled the window down, and threw it out. And that's why we were trying to find it. That's why I was using that girl's phone trying to call my phone and I couldn't find it. So, I called my grandma though, tried to let someone know what's going on cuz my grandmother's over by Santael. I live over in North Fort Myers. And so >> punching someone who's behind the wheel, that's a recipe for disaster. This could easily be considered reckless endangerment because if an accident had happened, she'd be looking at even more serious charges. >> I was I mean, she's going to jail. >> No, I get it. But like, dude, what the I don't know what h I'm sorry. I'm I'm trauma duffling, but like dude, what the >> alcohol, I'm sure, is a pretty big factor in most of this. >> No, I get it. But like she beat the [ __ ] out of me to the point where people behind us saw her beating the [ __ ] out of me from the back of the car. >> Well, this obviously isn't the first time she's done something like that. >> She's never touched me. She's never touched I was taking her here to her mom. Her mom's right there. >> Well, sometimes when you drink when you're drinking liquor and stuff like that. I mean, crazy things. >> I don't know what happened. We literally went >> She just punched her over and over. She just couldn't even get away. So, she's going to go tonight and you guys are going to arrest her. She'll have first appearance in the morning >> and I can bail her out in the morning. >> That's up to what the judge. >> You're a little short cop over there. I don't know if you're ahead of him. >> He He caused half of the situation. >> I don't know if you're ahead of him or below. >> The charges that are being pressed on her right now are they drunk and disorderly >> right now. It looks like battery on Elio and battery against her. So, she's got two battery charges and is she going to have a drunken disorderly, too? Do you know? >> That's up to >> Oh, because your cop wants to run into a situation. He don't know what the on. >> Okay. Wait. >> Well, he don't He put me in handcuffs. I was talking to him. >> Okay. Well, he can't help that. So, >> no, but someone above him can tell him he's a >> Well, they're scared if they don't. >> He's got the little man syndrome about 5'4. Just know >> my ass. >> What the hell, man? >> Let me out. >> You can't. There ain't no getting you out. >> I don't give a Let me through all this [ __ ] >> I don't I made more money than all of you, mother. Harley, >> I'll drive you. >> I always >> I've never seen what the >> And if things weren't bad enough, she actually spit on her own father and hurled some pretty nasty insults his way. Meanwhile, her dad tried to downplay her actions. But no matter how much he defends her, it won't change the fact that she's facing criminal charges. >> Listen, I'm going to calm them down. >> I'm sorry. All right, I'm not pressing choices. >> Okay, I'm sorry. I know. I know. I'm sorry. I'm not. >> They have been drinking since 3:00 yesterday. This was my daughter that's in there. She's never been in trouble in her life. >> I'm having a heart attack. >> Everybody just has to realize everyone's freaked out, right? No one. None of them have ever been in trouble. Okay, >> you got to calm down, partner. Hey, come here. He's going over there to intimidate him. >> Hey, come here for a minute. >> Hey, just you and me are going to talk. Hey, me and you don't have to talk about nothing. I just pulled up. There's my daughter in the cop car. >> I understand that. Listen, Mike, I'm having a heart attack. >> Okay, go. >> He's already having this heart attack, please. >> Just calm down. >> I'm not doing nothing. >> Listen to me real quick. >> Mike, listen. >> No one. >> I'm Sergeant McCrae with the sheriff's office. Okay, >> Sergeant. You're over him? >> Cuz he's going to start a >> I'm over the Marine Patrol unit. >> All right. Well, then you need to talk this way. >> We're not going that route. Talk to me. We're leaving. No, stop it. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, please. >> We're leaving, Mike. I don't want anyone else in trouble. >> There's nothing we can do. >> I'm not doing nothing. >> I want to go. I want you guys to go. >> Just come over here. >> Let's go. >> I'm not doing nothing. I'm fine. >> I know you're not, but >> All right, check this out. >> I know she's drunk and be idiot. >> Let me talk for a minute, brother. >> Okay, go ahead. >> You're a father. I'm a father. I get it. That's your young in there. That's the last damn place you want to see your young in the back of that gdam cop car. >> So, here's the problem. >> Her and her girlfriend were down there at the bar drinking and they obviously drank too much. And you know how people get sometimes they can't hold your liquor and they start getting mad or something triggers them. Well, apparently that's what happened. >> There was a triggering down there and then your daughter started punching this girl in the head. >> So this girl decided it would be the safest thing to stop here. When she stopped here, these people tried to help >> the other girl. >> That's my boss. >> And and that's fine, brother. Okay. >> Her mother in tears begged the officers to let her go, forcing the police chief to step in and calm the family down. Eventually, even her father had to admit that she needed to be arrested. The law was about to teach her a lesson. >> I heard that wife had her in a truck and calm him down. And then he comes up, which was fine, which she needed to go to jail. That's what she needed to do. >> But a lot of times people don't want to prosecute. But when you're drinking and you're so far drunk like that, you don't have the ability to say, >> "Yeah, >> I'm gonna wear this hat and be good with it." >> Yeah. >> I don't I don't think it's it's not the police against the citizens today. I know >> your boy was trying to keep your girl out of trouble and she just couldn't look a gift horse in the mouth and and appreciate the situation she was in. Cuz >> I wish you go talk to him though cuz that actually shook his hand and the cop said, "Listen, I'm sorry if it was a misunderstanding to you, but I literally was trying to do my job and Wyatt and him shook hands and you know cuz Wyatt was fired up. I'm trying to help." >> I'm sure he is. I mean, >> if this was my sister, I don't have a sister, but if this was my brother in the back of this car, I'd be feeling this back. >> I have never seen her act like this. So I don't even know what >> who knows what the hell I mean she spit on you or something what they're saying. So >> I have never never seen her act like this ever in my entire life. >> So Mikey's my wife and that's my ex-wife. >> I think that was a great plan if she would have just got >> she'd have just studied the idea of that being a good plan and go for her mom. >> Just for now just let these people cool down over at the fish house over there and and you do what you got to do here. We're going to get her up and get her evaluated at the hospital. Obviously, she's >> take her to the >> She needs to be drunk, too. >> I agree with you. I ain't never seen her act like that. So, I mean, I don't know what the hell she was drinking or what the hell her and her boyfriend broke up. >> Everything good with you guys know. >> Deputy tell you everything. Tell you what the reason it was. >> Yeah, I know. >> This is your pops, right? >> I just explained to him. >> Well, the only thing I was mad about is I told him I said, "Let me let me help you get her in the car." I said is and he's like he grabs me and puts me in handcuffs while I was trying to help stop that from happening. Now she's got a charge on a because he didn't listen. >> So what? >> By the way, I told your dad I'm Sergeant McCrae. I work with our marine unit. I just happened to be up the road and they got the call out. We were getting multiple calls that girls fighting in the in the middle of the road and everything. >> Literally 2 minutes that I was right there. I was coming. >> When the deputy got here, he didn't know who you were and everyone over there was pointing. They're getting away in this truck. So, at the time, he didn't know that you weren't involved and it was just her. He didn't know you were being a good brother to come get your drunk sister out, try to get her out of trouble. That's why he was going to put you in handcuffs to detain you, not to arrest you. >> He's smart, ain't he? >> Point says, >> "I'm just pissed about the hering the cop because the dude came in not knowing." >> Probably won't end up pressing charges. >> Yeah, he will. It's automatic charge. It doesn't matter if he presses charges. >> No, cuz they drop the They drop it on people that you can drop the charge on. >> Yeah. I mean, it all depends on what state attorney looks at and sees and goes. >> No, she's on me. >> All right, guys. >> I appreciate it. >> Yes, sir. Good luck. >> Wait, I don't want someone to get run over. >> In the end, she was hauled off to jail, now facing charges for assaulting an officer, disorderly conduct while intoxicated, making threats against law enforcement, and resisting arrest. Alcohol was clearly a major factor in her outofcrol behavior. Now it's up to the court to decide her fate, factoring in her level of intoxication, any prior offenses, and just how serious her assault was. So, what happens when Karen finally faces the consequences of her actions? On April 9th, 2024, police were dispatched to a car wash after an employee called 911. The whole thing started when a woman came in for a car wash and was given a few free towels. But that wasn't enough. She wanted more without paying. When the staff refused, she got rude, grabbed extra towels anyway, and left. And now, let's see what happened when the cops showed up. >> What's going on? >> This lady here in the Jeep, she came in her store. Um, as we gave her six package of our sample lights, she came in, said they weren't enough, took wipes and spray, told my coworker to get the out of her way. She said, "If I wanted to pay for them, I would." And walked out the way. won't pay or anything. >> How much you >> $10? >> Ma'am. Ma'am. Hello. What's going on? >> Well, clearly something. The workers are saying you took things without paying. >> You going to talk to me or you just going to keep working with your car? I have some >> You guys want to pursue charges on it? >> But I don't know. I just don't I just don't think it's necessary for a place of business and we gave her free bites already and then she came back in trying to get more stuff and then just walked out with the the the items like never come back and they're canceling her membership. Ma'am, >> don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Okay, you're you need to leave the premises or you're going to be arrested for trespass. >> So, you what? >> You need to leave the premises immediately or you will be arrested for trespass. You are hereby trespass locations. >> They're canceling it. >> They can't do that. >> Yes, they can >> without notice. >> Yes, they can. >> Well, then I just purchased the wash. Doesn't matter. >> Unless they're refunding my right now. >> It is time to put that down and leave. >> I They owe me money for the month. Then you're going to get arrested for trespass. >> Not trespass. >> Put it down. >> The car wash employees made it clear they didn't want to press charges. They just wanted her banned from returning. But when officers approached her, she flat out ignored them, refused to talk, and just kept washing her car like nothing was happening. Bad move because that only made things worse for her. >> No, don't touch me. I'm letting me get my camera. Are you >> Are you arresting me? Are you under? >> I'm not under arrest. >> I'm not under arrest. Do not touch me. >> Help me. Help me. Help me. I'm black and they're hurting me. I'm black and stop pulling on me. Stop pulling on me. >> Put your hands behind. >> Help me. Stop resisting. I'm not resisting. You're hurting me for no reason. I came to wash my car. >> Get on the ground. >> I came to wash my car. Get on your stomach. >> Help me. >> Help me. Help me. Help me. Help me. Call 911. >> Get on your stomach. >> Call 911. You're hurting me cuz I came to wash my foot. I came to wash my car. I came to wash my car. Please help me. Please arrest me cuz I put my arrest on walk. >> Stop pulling pushing me. I'll walk. >> Then walk. >> Then walk. Stop pushing me. You're not giving me a chance. >> Go ahead. I'm giving you a chance. You're putting momentum. >> I'm giving you a chance right now. >> You guys, >> no, we didn't. >> Yes, you did. >> Stop pushing on me. I'm walking. >> I'm walking at my speed. I have injuries. >> Walk. >> I have injuries and you're hurting me. Instead of cooperating, she kept looking for an audience, trying to provoke a reaction from the people around her. Meanwhile, the officers stayed professional and followed procedure. >> Don't have to twist it up like that. >> No blocking your cuffs. They don't tighten up. >> Do you have anything illegal on you? >> Discarding my wrist. >> I have carpal tunnel. >> Well, you resisted so we couldn't do them properly. I never resisted at all. >> Have a seat. >> I came to wash my car. Have a seat. >> You all three. >> We're good. She's in custody. >> Lean back for me. >> My stuff is going to get stolen. Lean back. >> You're leaving my minor abandoned. She's waiting for me to pick her up. >> Where's she at? >> She is at school. >> Okay, we'll alert the school. What school is it? >> Yria High. >> Okay, we'll let them know. What advice? >> She walks down to the square and meets me at the square. >> Okay, we'll advise the school. >> The school to do what? To go walk down to the square and search for my daughter. >> Lean back. >> You're leaving my minor child abandoned. This is as far as I can lean back and my stuff is exposed. Well, we'll lock it up for you after being told. So that's your criminal trespass >> and then uh obstructing resistance. >> Yep. >> So any information other than she's at the square asked me to describe her. >> We'll have an officer go check the area. >> He asked me what was she wearing today. >> Do you not know what >> how tall is she? What color hair? He said what was she wearing? >> Well, we can't when you talk over us at every second to >> because my child is abandoned downtown. Wouldn't you be concerned or that's not an issue? >> It's not an issue. >> So if a stranger kidnaps my child or does something to my daughter, it's okay if there's no sense of urgency. >> No, of course it's not okay. That'd be terrible. You >> sound very condescending. >> I'm not. That would be a terrible thing to happen. >> I hope your camera >> It is on the whole time. of any minor child. >> That's due to your own behaviors today. >> It's nobody's fault but your own. >> I told you you were criminally trespassed and you had to immediately learn. >> How would I be criminally Henry Adam? >> There was a discussion right when I told you that you were criminally trespassed. >> Have a subscription. They cancelled it and I told you what they need. >> Well, it's all on camera so I didn't I wasn't informed of that. >> Okay. Well, it's all on camera so you can argue it all you want. I'm glad it is. It wasn't until she was actually being arrested that she suddenly started worrying about her daughter. Maybe she should have thought about that before pulling this ridiculous stunt. But even then, the officers remained calm and assured her they'd contact the school to make sure her child was safe. >> My daughter's safety. Can you please find out something about her or let me call? >> You could not call. And I have no further information. >> Me, I could call my daughter. >> Yes. Okay. >> And that might be my daughter. >> You can't have a phone on in here. >> Hello. >> I'm looking for Jasine, too. Okay, we got to end this phone call. Where is my daughter? >> Yeah, she's in jail right now. >> I'm looking for my daughter. I was supposed to pick her up from downtown square and >> she called. >> I I went to I went to wash my car. >> Ma'am, they already know. >> They arrest me >> and I told them repeatedly that my minor child is downtown. >> I I don't get service. Okay, ma'am. Give her the >> ma'am. She's in the LA County Jail at this time under arrest. >> She's saying something about my daughter. >> I know, but she needs to know that you're under arrest right now. >> You cannot talk to them. >> What's going on with my daughter? >> They're telling me nothing. >> They're not telling me anything. >> She's alone. She's by herself. Somebody could have taken her. I understand that, but I was told by my officer charge to contact. >> This is her mother. >> I understand that this is the only number we have for you. >> I don't >> She does not. >> It's in my phone. >> She You guys need to hang up now. >> Let me call her.
