Perfect. You're doing good. All right. >> You guys are [ __ ] weird. >> Can you walk? Yeah. Can you talk? >> Yeah. >> Perfect. >> Do you feel good? >> All right. >> No yelling, no warning signs, just women waking up at a gas station, already sliding into a chain of choices, spiraling out of control. >> Okay. Can I look at my phone? I I need to look at Tik Tok. >> Huh? I can't I can't look at Tik Tok right now. >> Oh god. >> And by the time officers piece it together, it's no longer just a mistake. It's a line crossed into something far more dangerous. On April 11th, 2021, at a racetrack gas station in Fort Myers, Florida, police responded to a 911 call about a woman passed out in her car, blocking traffic. What seemed like a simple welfare check quickly took a turn. And here's what actually unfolded. >> You need EMS at all? >> Huh? >> Do you need EMS to check you out? Do you feel okay? >> I'm a paramedic firefighter, actually. >> Okay. >> What are you guys? >> You don't need EMS? >> No, sir. >> Okay. What? What's going on? I got We're stopped here in the middle of um >> I just backed out of this parking spot. Then I was talking to this gentleman. >> I I didn't hear you. Say it again. >> I just backed out of this parking spot. Talking to this gentleman. I was talking Who is the other gentleman I was talking to? Wait, what? >> He left. I was talking to another gentleman. He left >> and then he was there. >> Okay. I >> I mean it wouldn't matter if he's here or not. Um >> so what what'd you come here for? >> To get a pack of cigarettes. >> To get a pregnancy test. >> Cigarettes. >> Oh, a pack of cigarettes. Okay. >> Okay. My name is Kim. What's yours? >> Smith. She knows. >> Smith. >> Yeah. >> That's my last name. >> Really? >> Kimberly Smith. I never took his last name. Go ahead. >> Thank you. >> You have you have your driver license? Well, you know, get back in the car. Is it in the car? >> Scared you. >> Yeah, you can. You can grab grab your purse. >> Don't treat me like this. I'm a paramedic firefighter. I'm one of you guys. I'm on your [ __ ] team. Okay. >> Okay. I didn't say you weren't. >> I saw you dump a drink out before we pulled up. What was it? >> I don't drink. First of all, >> I saw a cup that you poured out and I saw liquid come out of it. What? >> You saw liquor come out of my drink? >> No, it's liquid. Okay, I was just I just getting >> You said your last name was Smith. No, >> I'm Kimberly Smith. I was married to Jim Smith for I probably didn't take I was so sorry. >> Okay. a kind of misplaced confidence, like she believed being on the officer's side would somehow keep her out of trouble. But once the officers started noticing the red flags inside the car, things shifted fast. >> Okay. >> I can't go to the Buddha today. >> The what? >> I can't go to the Buddha tonight. >> The what? >> Buddha. >> What's the Buddha? You don't know the Buddha. >> Okay. I don't even know what I don't want to know what that is. >> Not going to the Buddha. Huh? >> The Buddha cub. >> I'm kidding. >> Here here's the thing. All right. Um, just based off of, you know, them observing that you are um you know, >> you don't drive no more. >> What? Calm down, Kimberly. Right. >> Yes. >> Officer Smith. Okay. I just want to make sure you're okay. That's You said you're a paramedic. You know, we help one another. Okay. So, I just want to make sure you're okay. All right. Really? >> Hey, listen. >> I never do this. >> You never >> 21. >> It's the first time for everything. Okay. >> You going to let me drive if I do this? >> If you're able to pass me. >> Okay. Tell me what you want me to do. >> All right. Heel to heel, toe to toe, just like this. Hands right by your side. I want you to look straight at me. And with this exercise, I want you to follow the tip of my pen with your eyes and your eyes only. >> Sorry. Okay, go ahead. It's a new test. >> Keep your head still. I want you to look at the stimulus and I want you to hold it. I want you to follow with your eyes and your eyes only. Okay. >> Eyes only. >> No, don't move your head. Eyes only. >> Perfect. You're doing good. All right. >> You guys are [ __ ] weird. Hold >> up. Keep your head straight. Okay. Look straight at me. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. No one expects a gas station to turn into a stage. She tried steering the situation with over-the-top friendliness, but her shoes weren't exactly cooperating with the plan. >> I've never seen anything like this in my life. Okay, >> I'm going to tell you how to do it. And from that point, what we'll do is I'm I'm going to show you how to do it and then I want you to demonstrate for me. Okay, >> it's so good that you're so cute. Cuz I wouldn't be [ __ ] with anybody if you weren't cute. Thank you. I appate. >> I'd be like honest. I'm serious. I'm like, >> okay. So, are you comfortable with doing this exercise in your in your shoes or you want to do it barefoot? You want to do it barefoot or you you cool with doing it in your shoes? I wear shoes all the time. >> So, you want to do it in your shoes? >> Yes. That's yes or no? >> Yeah. Yes, please. >> Okay, that's fine. I just want to make sure you're comfortable doing it. Are you uh are you under care of any any uh doctor at all for any medical reason as far as mobility? No. So, you're you're pretty fine. You don't have any limitations? >> I I don't know. I I we need my attorney for all this [ __ ] But I'm I'm I'm trying to answer you straight up. I don't know if you're giving me trick questions. I never had these questions before. >> No, I'm asking you that way. I don't >> Can you walk? Yeah. Can you talk? Yeah. >> Perfect. >> Do you feel good? >> All right. So, I want you to do put your put your left foot on the line just like this. >> Put your put your left foot on the line just like this. >> All right. I want put you I want you to put the heel of your right foot in front of your left toe just like this. All right. I want you to put your hands by your side like this. I want you to maintain this position until I tell you to start the test. Okay. Do you understand the instructions? >> Pretty much. >> Okay. Uhoh. >> All right. >> Take a look at this performance. She's acting like she's still in her 20s. The attitude is bold, even a little foolish. She insists she can walk and talk just fine, yet can't manage a straight line. >> Okay, >> hands are tight. >> Okay, I tell you to start. I want you to take nine heel to toe steps on the line, turn, and take nine heel to toe steps back down the line. Okay, >> go that way and then turn around. >> Right. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. When I tell you to when you turn, keep your front foot on the line and turn by taking a series of small steps back down line. Okay? While you're walking, keep your arms at your side just like this. Watch your look down at your feet at all times. I want you to count each step out loud. I want to be able to hear you. Okay? Once you start walking, do not stop until you have completed the test. Do you understand the instructions? kind of not. But >> what what you go down there, >> heel to toe, heel to toe, back, back and forth, 9 to 10. Count one, two, I want you to take each step, >> nine steps down and nine steps back down. Okay. >> True. Can I do it again? Did I do it again? >> No. So, I have I have one last exercise. Okay. This exercise is called >> CAN I GO PEE NOW? >> WAIT. ALMOST. One last exercise. Okay. It's called the one leg stand. Pretty simple. I'm going to demonstrate myself. Okay. So, >> oh, I'm winning at that. >> Okay, we'll see. So, keep I want you to put your YOUR FEET TOGETHER. >> YOU'RE going to get to pee, right? >> Yes. >> Don't lie to me. >> I won't lie to you. So, keep your your feet together just like this. Heel to heel. Toe toe. >> I'm taking my shoes off for that. >> All right. Yep. Go ahead. Take your shoes off. Okay. >> Heel to heel. Just like this. >> This is embarrassing and [ __ ] by the way. Thank you so much. >> Seems like alcohol and basic math don't mix. Once her mouth starts running unchecked, things spiral quickly. And there are some situations even charm can't talk you out of. At this point, it's all tipping into pure absurdity. >> Okay, keep your hands by your side. >> Okay, Bryce, I have to pee. >> Do not start. Do not perform the exercise until I tell you to start. Do you understand the instructions? >> Sure. >> Yes or no? >> You're [ __ ] filming me. You're trying to [ __ ] me. But go ahead. I'm gay. >> All right. When I tell you to start, >> I'm on board. When I tell you to start, I want you to raise either leg approximately 6 in off the ground. Don't start. Don't start till I tell you to start. Okay. >> Keep keep your hands by your side. >> All right. >> Thank you. All right. By by your side. >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. That's all right. All right. I want you to keep both legs straight and your arms at your side. >> Hold on. I fractured this femur like >> Okay. So, can you do the other leg? I can't do it with the other leg because I would put all my weight on this femur. >> Well, if you do it on the opposite way, >> the same femur. >> Okay. Well, that's fine. >> All right. While holding the position, I want you to count out loud in the following manner. 1,00 1,002 1,003 and so on until I tell you to stop. Okay? Do you understand? >> That's how you tell me to stop till I fall over, bust my arm. >> No, you won't fall over. Uh, do you understand the instructions? >> Hold my one leg up. I want you to hold one leg up just like this. >> I CAN'T STAND ON THIS femur cuz I fractured it. I'm going to put all the weight on that. >> Okay. So, so you you can stand on your left leg. >> 3 1 4 1 5 1 6 100 7 1 8 109 1 I don't know. I'll try number 1 1,00 1 2 >> So this is how this how this is how I want to explain how you got so far. Okay. All right. So your car is parked where? >> Really? >> Yep. You're going to arrest me. Do you lie? >> Are you serious? >> Can you wet my hair? >> No. Rub it. >> All right. That little show at the gas station ends with Kimberly being taken to Lee County Jail and her car hauled off by alligator towing. She's now facing DUI and obstruction related charges. And it does make you wonder how does someone in the medical field who should understand the risks better than most end up using that very background to justify this kind of behavior. But for another woman, waking up at a gas station would spark an entirely different kind of crisis. On May 11th, 2023, at a local gas station, officers were called in after a woman was found passed out in her car with the engine still running. What started as a basic safety concern quickly took a turn. And this is what really happened next. >> Hold on. Put your window down. 23 out there. >> Do you need an ambulance? >> By the way, ambulance here. >> What are you doing here? >> I was getting gas. This is two time. Um >> I I heard you were sleeping here. >> I was sleeping. I was sleeping. I'm >> Oh, there it goes. >> Who said I was sleeping? The people working here said you were sleeping. >> I wasn't sleeping. I was sitting here looking at Tik Tok. >> Why were Why was I sleeping if I'm looking at Tik Tok? >> I don't know. They said you were passed out here and they got the ambulance coming. >> Okay. We don't have to get upset. We don't have to get upset. >> We're just making sure you're okay. >> I am not passed out. I just look at Tik Tok. I look at Tik Tok. Hey, I'm sitting here. Look at Tik Tok. >> Where's your phone at? Oh, they ain't got to worry about me coming back here. I come here every day. All day. >> What's your name? >> Rhonda. >> Okay. You got your driver's license? >> Yes. >> Okay. Oh yeah. And when I get to talk to you, I'm going in there. >> Okay. >> An unbelievable lapse in judgment right at a gas station where awareness is everything. Instead, she's glued to her phone, oblivious to the risk around her. This isn't just careless. It's a disregard for public safety. >> Usually, drivers, I I just need to see the the hard copy. >> Excuse me. Excuse me. >> Did you go in the store? >> So, you didn't go in the store? >> No. >> You just pulled right up here and talked on the phone. >> I ain't going to keep telling you what I did. I just told you what I did. >> I'm trying to figure out what happened. You didn't try to buy wine in there. I will battle, but I didn't. But >> what's in that brown bag? >> Okay. Yeah, there is a bottle of >> Okay. So, you went in there to bought wine, right? >> All right. >> How much wine did you drink before you got here today? >> I ain't drank no work, >> Ron. To be honest, come on. You didn't just get off of work because it's not even 3:30 yet. You told me you got off at 3:30. >> I told you I just got off work. >> Yeah. And I asked you what time are you? >> Deputy And I asked you what time you got off work. You said 3:30 and it was 1:00. >> I did. >> How about you step out of the car so we can >> No. So you're refusing to get out of the car? >> No. >> No. >> Why are you refusing to get out of the car? >> I am. I don't even like talking to you cuz you It's the way you talking to me. >> Well, I've been trying to deal with you for a long time. >> Deal with me. You ain't got to deal with me. >> Yeah, we do. >> Oh, you ain't got to deal with me. >> You're not cooperating. >> You You ain't got >> The medics want to talk to you still. Ron, go ahead and step out of the car then. >> Oh, well, what? >> Well, I'm going to place you under arrest for DUI. I I have drink I used to know where I had >> cuz I believe you're under the influence of alcohol. >> I'm not under the influence. >> Now prove me wrong. >> Prove me right. >> I just gave you a list of everything. >> You just don't like >> She refuses to cooperate, trying to stay in control by staying put inside the car. But once her answers stop lining up, the situation starts unraveling fast. And when she plays her last card, it doesn't save her. It just speeds up the ending. >> Okay. You have third speech. >> I I talked like this. >> Okay. People saw you passed out over at the car. >> I wasn't passed out. >> You had a hard time putting your window down. >> I did. >> You had a hard time giving me your driver's license. You're refusing any tests. I can smell alcohol in your breath. And you went in there and you bought wine. >> The wine was already bought. So now you tell me. >> Well, you got a bottle of wine in your car. Is it open? >> No, it's not open. It's not open. >> Where'd you get the wine from? >> In there. Is it open? It's not open. >> Okay. >> We're not going to start this cuz you're going to get another charge. >> Rhonda, you're going to get charged with obstructing and we don't want to do that. >> You're trying to do this. It has nothing to do with it because you drunk or drunk >> and you car. >> I JUST GOT OFF OF WORK. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS to me, David? >> You've been drinking and you were driving. >> I JUST GOT OFF OF WORK. I GOT TO GO BY right now. >> You need to get out. >> No, I got to call my husband >> right now. You're resisting arrest. >> Can I call my husband? >> No, you're under arrest. >> You are under arrest. >> Rhonda, if you do what he's asking you to do, it will allow you to call your husband so you can explain what's going on. That way he can come and get the car. >> He can't come. He's in the hospital. >> Okay. >> He can't COME AND GET HE'S IN THE HOSPITAL. HE CAN'T COME and get me. >> We're trying to work with you so that this doesn't turn into anything more. We really are. >> We are trying. It's Smith. >> Oh, David. I got cancer. I can't do it. David, I can't. I got cancer. I can't do it. David, I got cancer. No, I can't do it, David. I got cancer. No, I got cancer. I CAN'T DO IT, DAVID. I GOT CANCER. When her ego hits a wall, she's willing to risk everything to hold on to control. In a split second, she starts the engine, throws the car in reverse, reckless and desperate, nearly hitting the officer standing behind her. >> I can't answer, David. I can't do it. I can't do it. >> Sorry to hear that, Rhonda. >> I got I can't I can't I can't move. Move, David. I don't. >> You are not driving from here. >> No. >> No. >> SHUT THE CAR OFF NOW. SHUT THE CAR OFF. >> You guys stop. >> Open the door. >> No. >> No. Open the door, >> Rhonda. Step out. >> Step out. >> Step out. >> Nope. >> Step out. We tried to do this. Okay. >> I don't want to do this. Let me do it. >> Step out of the car. Step out of the car. >> Okay. Let me Let me >> Now, David, >> we're trying to do this now. Okay. So, don't do it. >> Okay. Stop. Stop. >> Step out. Please turn. Face the other way so he can put handcuffs on you. >> We'll take care of the window. Don't worry. >> Don't worry about the car. >> If I could help you any further with you being able to just go home, I would do that. But I can't. We are past that point now. We're past it. >> I didn't do anything. >> The problem is What did you just do? >> You I was going >> Listen, we've been extremely patient with you as well. >> Well, there's a point where we can't be patient anymore. We have to move on. >> I didn't do anything. >> You'll have a day in court to explain. >> I didn't go to court. I didn't do anything. >> You'll have a time to do that. But you have to work with us right now. You make this easy. And then maybe we'll look at the other charges that are potentially sitting there. >> What other char? I didn't do anything. >> You tried to drive off and you hit him with your car. >> I really didn't hit with the car. I just said I'm not going to >> It doesn't matter. >> I got to go home. My husband. >> But this is prolonging you going home. You are not like, look at it this way. If you go if you go to jail, you are not there all day. You're not there permanently. You can get bonded out. >> You don't understand. No, you understand. You don't understand what I'm going through. You understand? >> Any sympathy for a bad day ends the moment that engine roars. She's lucky she ran into officers this patient. Because given what she just did, things could have escalated fast. >> I get it. You're up against it. >> We talking 45 minutes now. grandkids and stuff. >> Once I go home, >> I don't want you to fall. I'm just going to hold on to you so you don't fall. >> I don't want you to touch me. >> That's it. >> I don't want I don't want >> Stop. >> Hey, >> you need to You know, you know, you need to go with these guys. Don't put up no problem cuz then you get another charge. >> So, just he's trying to help you to the car. >> No, David is really good, but >> he's trying to help you to the car. That's all he's trying to do. Quicker you get to the car going on down there. >> Oh, so now you can look at Tik Tok. >> Ain't nobody talking about Tik Tok. Pay attention. >> When I pulled up, I >> you go down there. The sooner you can get this off with your back. >> You going to back there? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Hey, here we'll take care. >> We'll take care of your stuff. >> Back seat over here. I'm going to go on the other side. I'm >> going pet you down real quick. Okay. >> Yeah. Do you have anything on you I should know about? Hey, can can I look at my phone? I need to look at Tik Tok. >> I can't look at Tik Tok right now. >> Ah, guys. David. >> Yep. >> You know, it's back here, right? >> I know. I got his but you David. >> What's that? I I just I just want to tell you I appreciate you. >> A bitter ending to what started as just another afternoon scrolling at a gas station. Tik Tok might keep you entertained, but it won't bail you out of jail. She now faces charges of DUI and resisting and obstructing an officer. And once the footage went public, the internet had plenty to say. This damn generation and their Tik Toks. Rock Bottom passed out drunk at a gas station. Those officers were kind, compassionate, and treated her respectfully. What do you think about this woman? Drop your thoughts in the comments below. The meltdown may have just begun. But for the next woman, things don't just spiral, they turn violent fast. On July 3rd, 2022 at an Exxon in Florida, officers responded to reports of a woman falling out of a moving SUV, showing clear signs of intoxication. But instead of cooperating, the officer's concern was met with arrogance. And this is what really unfolded. >> Hello. Are you uh you want to come talk to me, >> man? >> What's going on? >> Nothing. I didn't do anything. >> Okay. Well, someone called cuz they were worried about you. >> I can't someone else. >> You don't know where you are? >> Okay. Like this is the last thing in my family right now. >> Okay. Did you come from the beach today? >> No. >> Okay. >> The beach went to the beach. >> The third time we're at the beach after it's raining. >> I'm just like go on vacation. >> We're going. >> Well, fire rescue is here to check you out. Then you're not in any trouble. They call you can refuse home. >> Okay. Did you um never take away if we check you out first medically and then >> I'm fine. I'm fine. I should justing go home and lay down. >> Can we start? >> Okay. >> What you doing? >> I don't want to do this. This is um >> I can give you a ride home, but I got to ask some questions first. >> I can't give a ride home. >> You said you just needed the ride home. >> We should talk to this fine parame about any medical issues you may have or not want to talk about. >> I'm fine. >> My neighbor's an EMT. >> I'm fine. I'm not going to die tonight. >> I'm not saying that you're going to die. I was asking if you would like to do >> Where do you live at? >> Oh, all the way over there. >> Where's there? >> Her attitude feels like someone getting annoyed over a simple wellness check. Like she's being bothered during her me time, not questioned in a potentially dangerous situation. >> Are you going to arrest me? >> No, I'm not going to arrest you, but I would like to go to the hospital to get checked out. >> I'm not going to the hospital. >> Not going to go to the hospital whatsoever. There's no reason for me to run. >> There's a little bit of a reason. >> Is my blood pressure low? >> Worried about I know you said you haven't taken anything. You obviously Okay. You're not drinking. >> All right. Well, and your eyes are also pinpointed. It's pretty overcast. So, >> I'm also a little distraction. >> I understand. You also could not stand up when I was standing here. You also not want to see. >> You're on a little bit. on drugs. >> Okay. >> All I did today was drink. >> I had five white claws. >> You don't have anybody to come get you. >> No. That that's my problem. You can't say anything. I didn't do anything. >> Intoxicated. >> Crime. Give us that for a second. >> Alissa, here's the problem. If we leave you here and we go and we get a call later that you fell and hit your head, we are personally responsible for that. >> That's not going to happen. >> You can't say that cuz you can't see the future. Did you forget that I >> did that the other day and my sister got arrested and now that's why my dad is upset cuz he literally the house >> we want you to go somewhere safe. That's it. Somewhere safe, right? >> Either a friend or family is going to come pick you up or you go to the hospital. >> Okay. >> Right now I'm going to stay with you until they pick you up. You got another number besides the uh your dad? >> Yeah. >> Who else can you call? I'll call him right now. >> No. Yes. Y'all like this is like either phone number. You're serious. >> Even her own father refuses to pick her up after previous incidents, making it clear this isn't her first time. Once officers realize reasoning isn't working, they're left with no choice but to step in and take control for everyone's safety. >> What we're going to do, Marchman, I think they're going to go to the hospital for us. >> No. Stop. >> I'm not. Don't fall over. >> Stop. We're going to go to the hospital. Stop. Stop. >> No. Put your hands behind your back. >> We're just taking my >> Bring your hands behind your back. >> I don't want to hurt myself. >> That's not what this is. It's because you're intoxicated. >> No. Stop. >> Bring your hands behind your back. All right. >> Are you serious? >> Alissa, stop. Stop resisting us. Okay. Put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. Stop resisting me. Just take me to hospital. >> We're taking you to the hospital. That's it. You're not in trouble right now. But if you if you start resisting us, you're going to be in trouble. Okay. >> Stop resisting. Now you're going to jail. two notes. I'm sorry. Can you add two? >> Why? >> Shut up. Get out of me. Please don't do this to me. No. No. How do you get out of Stop? Get me out of here. Get me out of here. This is not okay. Just call my mom. Just call my mom. Just call my mom. How did you get out of your handcuffs? >> I I just I did it because I'm not crazy. Just call my mom. >> Step out and we're going to put handcuffs back on. >> Sometimes the harshest part isn't getting arrested. It's when your own family stops showing up. Inside the patrol car, she somehow slips out of her handcuffs and treats it like proof she's fine. When in reality, it only makes things worse. >> What am I going to jail? >> Bring your hands behind your back. No. >> Bring your hands behind your back. >> Why am I going to jail? >> Why am I going to jail? Why am I going to jail? >> Disorderly intoxication. Stop resisting. >> Stop. I asked you TO CALL MY DAD. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop. Stop. No. >> Stop. No. Now you're not going to be a me and [ __ ] Stop. My mom lives right down the road. You're supposed to be civil. Just Just drive me down the road. I'm right there. I know where to go. Just leave. I I'm lost. Like, just leave me alone. Stop. >> Really? Really? Really? I didn't even do anything to y'all. Y'all have a seat. >> I didn't even do nothing to y'all. Y'all won't. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. This is so dumb. Do it. Like, leave me alone. Why did I get out of my handcuffs? Why did I get out of my handcuffs? Cuz I'm surrounded by egotistical f like my mom lives down the street. Just help me. Stop. Stop. Please help me. Please help me. Please help me. I didn't do anything. It's just It's just another another crazy [ __ ] That doesn't make sense. Get the Get out of here. Come on. My phone was stolen. I don't know where I am. And I'm drunk. I'm 29. I haven't been a Russian since I was 20 years old, 19. I'm okay. >> Once again, she manages to get out of the cuffs. Almost like she thinks this is some kind of escape room, not a real arrest. At one point, she even compares herself to a homeless person walking free, questioning why she can't do the same. >> I need to breathe. Open the door. >> Are you going to take this thing? >> Well, we're going to take that handcuff off since you keep on falling out of it. was. No, I didn't fall out. I like got myself out >> cuz I was held against my will. >> Okay. Well, let's get this one off. >> No. What's going to happen if I [ __ ] come out here? Cuz honestly, I feel like it's a trick. Come out >> and we're going to take that one off >> and >> and we'll put more comfortable ones on. >> No. >> No. I'm going to go home. >> No, I don't think so. How come you don't let homeless people? >> What? >> You don't let homeless people around. >> Step out. Put your hands behind your back again. Stop. >> No, we're not doing that. I'm not homeless. I >> bring your hands behind your back. Take this one off. >> Stop. Why is >> No. No. >> You want that one secured? >> Yeah. >> I have my Stop. Why am I being arrested? >> This early and I don't think she can make this. Go ahead and sit down. >> Oh, so you you like locked me up >> on purpose? >> Sit down. >> No. >> You were like, "Oh, wow. That is strong." So I'm not going to do it. >> Alissa, sit down. >> Oh, that's what you did. >> Oh, now you face. Yeah. Now I can turn out [ __ ] >> I did nothing. I did nothing. Make it make sense. Make it make sense. If you can't figure it out, I will order an Uber right now and I will go home. She'll eventually be taken to jail to sober up and faces additional charges for disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer with violence. So, what do you think? Does slipping out of handcuffs twice point to a lapse on the officer's part? Or is it just the result of someone too far gone in their own ego to face reality? And this moment still isn't the peak because the next woman's choices take things even further downhill. On September 29th, 2025, at a gas and save in Akran, Ohio, officers stopped a vehicle during a routine check. The driver didn't have a valid license and whatever cooperation there was quickly fell apart. And this is what really happened next. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> How you doing? I'm Sergeant Sebastian with the Aken Police Department. How are you? >> I'm good. How are you? >> Pretty good. Are you the registered owner of the car? >> Yes. >> Do you have a valid driver's license? >> Yes, I Yes, I do, but it's not. >> Okay. You mind sitting back down in your car there for me and we'll kind of get it figured out. >> Are you Miss Jayla? >> Yes. >> You know you don't have a valid license, dear? >> Yes. >> I was taking I was taking my cousin down. I don't know drive. >> It's all good. You got a driver's license on you, dear? You got any info, hun? >> On my car? >> No, on you. >> Like a driver's license, ID card, anything? >> No. >> You good? Where you coming from? >> My mom's >> What's that? >> From my mom's >> from your mom's house. Yeah. >> Where's your mom live at? >> Okay. >> What's that? >> Around the corner. >> Well, scared me. I'm sorry. >> You don't have to be scared. I promise you. I promise you. Like I said, you ain't got nothing crazy, then you're going to be out of here. I promise you. >> Cuz you don't have a valid license. >> When you run your tag, you're coming back. Not a valid driver. Okay, >> that's fine. I got I got my tent, but I got to I had to take my driver's test. >> How old are you? >> 20. >> 20. I'm coming from my cousin house right around the corner. >> I stay down the street. >> Is this your cousin? >> Yeah. >> That's where you picked her up from? >> Yeah, it's right down the street. I was just trying to hurry up, but it's all good. >> I'm sorry. Give me one second. Okay. >> Okay. >> You just told me your >> So, like the officer was saying, we're >> What's going on? >> Hey, hun. >> Like the officer was saying, we all work together. Um there's no guns or drugs or anything in the vehicle neither. >> Yeah, if you wouldn't mind. >> Just do me a favor and step out. Technically, since you've already verbally told us you don't have a driver's license, we can detain you. But you're being cooperative, so we're not going to do that today. >> Okay. >> I'm stepping off. >> Listen, you're lying to me. >> Step out the car. >> Cuz what the >> Why are you lying? >> Cuz what the >> I'm trying to get you out of here as soon as possible. All you don't have to lie to us. >> So, are you going to tell me the truth or do I put you in cuffs and arrest you? >> No, you don't. >> All right. So, >> I already told you that's my >> Have you got some petty warrant? >> It starts off sounding somewhat reasonable until the story contradicts itself. The moment she mentions her age, the first cracks appear. And from there, everything begins to unravel. >> Why would you say you're 20 if you're only 17? There's something that you need to be 20 for. >> No, it ain't. I don't know, bro. It's just This was just kind of like I've been on Facebook and I just just hella pulling out on just pulling out. It was weird. So, >> when he comes back over here, tell him this is a terrible job here. You could have easily gotten around him and took off if you wanted to for real when he comes back over here. >> Just do that. Do it for me, please. It'll it'll amuse me. >> All right. >> Hey, were you ever on Louisiana? >> Louisiana? >> Ever have police contact on the street of Louisiana? >> Don't know where that is. >> Why are you asking them? >> Because we're making sure you're you are who you say you are. When did you get your ID? Were you pregnant? have a kid? >> No. >> Did you have a kid? >> Yes. >> And when you had your ID, when did you get your ID picture taken? >> Probably like a year. >> Your ID picture? Don't that you gave us don't look like you? >> When was the last time you got a driver's license? >> Never had a driver's license. >> You never had one? >> Oh. Have you ever got an ID then? >> Why you keep lying? There's no worse move than giving the wrong age to someone holding your record. And the passenger is about to learn. At this gas station, the most expensive thing isn't the fuel. It's the decision to run. >> Okay. Come back over here for me. Come here. Come here. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Don't make it worse. Don't make it worse. Relax. Relax. Are you are you a missing person or something? >> Okay. Why' you do all that? >> Okay. Well, you just made things a lot worse for you. Why would you make us do that? Huh? >> I don't know. >> Come on, have a seat. >> No, sorry doesn't cut it. You know, the relationship between the police and the community out here ain't great. And you out and doing stupid stuff like that, that's dumb. Why would you do that, cousin? >> Why would you run, bro? >> Who are you? Actually, >> that's my name. You could >> Okay. Yeah, you're not you're not coming up as a missing person. >> Cuz she didn't call you. I just got into my Listen, then you Miss Summers, listen. Then you would have been out of here. If you're not labeled as a missing person, we don't do anything. >> I didn't know that. I just forgot to mama. I'm just kidding. >> But listen, we can help with that. If there's concerns about you and your mom, there's stuff that we can do to help with that. But running from the police like you just did, that's that's not good. Okay. So, >> this happened at >> this happened over on Louisiana. >> Come on. >> Yes. >> Did the cops come? >> I left. I don't know. I left before. >> What? Why? Why' you run? >> I don't know. >> I still don't think that's her. cuz you obviously know who she is and you're refusing to tell us. >> I'm not refusing. >> We've asked you how many times. >> If anything, you're probably going to help. >> Can you grab my phone? Go with my mom. >> And they can fingerprint you and we'll find out who you are. >> Are you take you to the dance and they fingerprint you? You're going to come up and we could just go to my mom's. I could take you around the corner and she can >> Well, it doesn't seem like you want to go to your mom's. >> I do. You can go there. I can take you there. I promise you I'll take you there. This is >> hiding your address and hoping for sympathy is like turning in the wrong answers and asking for extra credit. And when the pressure builds, she reaches for her mom like there's still a help button in adulthood. >> What part did you think that this is going to help you in your situation? >> I don't know. I wouldn't think that I'm >> You can't be doing that stuff. >> I got a baby. A little baby. If I go to gym, I don't know what the happened. My mom work all day every day. I'm sorry that I ran, but really honestly, that's why I ran because I got a baby I'm thinking nothing about but my kid. >> I can't >> Well, listen. All that stuff could be sorted out with us. >> You can tell us that stuff. Okay. >> Go ahead. >> And plus, if you came up as a missing person, we just take you home. >> We don't take you to jail for that. We just take you home. >> I'm going to I'm going to call EMS to take a look at you. Okay. We have to Well, I understand, but we have to do it just so when they show up here, you're not freaked out. >> Did that? >> I did. >> Yeah. I wasn't going to push you down or nothing. >> I'm so sorry. Like, I don't need >> We just need to do We need to make better decisions. Okay. >> Um, so when you see EMS pull up, that's what they're doing. They're here to check you out. You don't have to freak out or be upset. Um, you do your thing. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Miss, >> what? I don't want your phone in my face. No. >> Listen, I need to take a picture of you. We We got to identify you. >> I don't care. >> Crazy. >> I don't want that phone in my face. You already got all these cameras in my face. Move. >> I'll stand here all day. >> Well, I can too. So, what? >> Why can't we just work? >> I don't want your phone in my face. You already got all these cameras in my face. Leave me the alone. >> All right, man. I'll just use your picture from the camera. >> Okay, cool. Cool. I ran cuz all I pulled up all over this thing. >> No, you ran because you thought you had a warrant or were coming up as a missing person as you originally stated. And if you remember me telling her that if everything was okay, you guys were going to get let go. So, I don't know why you're acting like we're the devil here. You're the one that decided to run. This is her. I found her. Elena, >> she's got a warrant contempt of court and she's 22. So, she's going to county today. >> I'll start her care. Just got a warrant for improper discharge. Contempt of court. Improper discharge. A theft. >> Leave me alone. >> Improper discharge. >> 2021. It's 2026. Leave me alone. >> Finally. >> Once the truth comes out, that victim image falls apart fast, revealing a record that's anything but simple. The gas station party is over and Elena's about to realize the cost is higher than she ever expected. >> Disrespect time. >> No, I don't give a about none of that. >> I'm tired of you all dumb ass white people. My kids will never go evil ass people. >> I'm not white. I'm racial. >> And I ain't talking to you then. My kids will never get took away slow or high. What you talking about? I got more, man. My support system was great, >> buddy. All right. So, uh, improperly discharging, theft. Anything else? >> Filled up here on Larseny. And then she's got a filled up here on uh Sinsley. It's 504. I'm still at exchange and dodge gas and safe rear of 214. Ma'am, what's your name? >> What the >> I got to interview about what happened. What is your name? >> Oh, I'm not no This is not no about no interview. What? Y'all trying to put me on YouTube or something? Bro, watch out, bro. >> This is for our body warning camera, man. >> No. Y'all got all them cameras. Move. I'M LIKE, THANKS. NO. >> DID the noing interview, bro? What the >> Did the damage to the vehicle? >> She's ultimately taken to jail facing charges including theft, unlawful possession of a weapon, contempt of court, and probation violation, along with new charges for resisting an officer and fleeing. Her biggest mistake, thinking she could outrun the situation while surrounded by police. What do you think would be a fair consequence for her? Let me know in the comments below. One decision is about to ruin everything, and next time it involves three children. On July 6th, 2024, at a gas station with a convenience store, officers responded to reports of a mother who had left abandoning three children behind. But behind her explanations was a story that didn't quite add up. And this is what really happened next. >> What's going on? my sister with a kids not so I got upset with them because they're rude and I just didn't I had a date the manager the employees they are very rude >> okay why did you come park over here >> because I don't have my license >> and you left the kids over there >> yep they're not my kids they're my sister here >> so where's the mother >> I don't know she doesn't have [ __ ] of them they were here visiting and nobody has came to me >> so how did you get them >> cuz they were supposed to be with me to be able to visit their parent >> okay so you mean you agreed to watch Okay. >> Do you have an ID or something on here? >> So, what was your plan here? To just park over here and then >> No, to park over here and walk back over there. Y'all got I called you guys like a whole while ago. So, I got here fast cuz a white person called. >> That's not how that works. >> I'm not talking to you. What you come for? >> Adam 1322 and saying that I was going to slap people. Is that like which one did you just confirm that you block? I was right down the street. >> Oh, that's amazing. >> Has nothing to do with your skin color? >> No, it's probably >> the ID. >> Yeah, they didn't car me. This My name's Alexander. >> You have an ID or >> Yes, I do. My name Alexander Kirsty. It's not my car. It's my baby. >> How many kids did you have with you? >> Three. >> I'm going have to go back over there and get them. >> Don't you think that's a problem that you just kind of left them over there? >> Don't you think that it's a problem that their mother just left them? I left them right there. They're they're old enough to watch your children. Two nine year olds and a 5-year-old. I said Ti's about to go park the car. I don't have a license. So, what you want to do about you? You can't catch me in the car. Okay. >> So, if you would like to take me to jail, I will go and you can take them to see people. >> Okay. Well, we're going to we're going to start here. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> You're detained at the minute. >> You don't have >> a shocking decision. She admits to leaving three kids in a strange place just to go hide a car she wasn't legally allowed to drive. But once the little witnesses start talking, that image of a caring aunt begins to crack. >> How you going? >> Are you guys okay? >> Okay. Where's mom? He's >> mom is at She's coming right back. She's going to get us to the hotel. >> Is that mom or aunt? That's not the mom. >> That's aunt. >> Our mom went to a fish. >> Yeah. >> Your what? >> Our mom went to a fish fry. >> They're in town for a fish fry. They're from Milwaukee. >> So, they were with their aunt and their aunt was supposed to be taking them to this fish fry to their mom and dad. >> Well, she wanted to buy us a phone and all that stuff. So, we have to wait. >> Okay. Was aunt gonna leave you guys here? >> No, she just wants to go meet a hotel. >> She just scared us. >> So, where do you guys live? >> Milwaukee. >> Milwaukee. Okay. Who do you live with? Like, who's the boss of you? >> Um, the boss right now, she got to see your boss. >> And what's your auntie's name? >> Her full name. >> Yeah. Is it is it her that we were with today? >> No, but our um our mom and our other aunt. >> So, who is this lady you're with? Um, RCT, she's going to buy us a hotel. I finally go swimming. >> They're with their aunt >> and she was flying by us phones. She is buying us. She's buying those phones in a hotel. >> She just came in here and started making a scene or what? >> Yeah. So, she came in and she was looking for a cell phone charger. So, I was over by the phone drinks and Roman was like, "Hey, we have iPhone 15 chargers." And I was like, "I'm not sure." And I was like, "Oh, the iPhone 15s is when they changed the charger." And he was like, "Yeah." So, I walked up and I don't know. >> She's trying to say that I said I'm not a tech and I don't know what she's looking for and none of this happened. Like, I didn't say any of this. Okay. So, when I came up, they were already arguing. I told Roman to stop. Julia and her started arguing. So, I told Julia to stop and then it became a race thing. And then it became a I'll take my kids out to bar right now and just leave them here. I'll slap you. I'll beat your next thing you know, the kids were in the store crying and she stormed out. She wasn't kidding though. She really went and got them out the car and left over here. She told him that she was just going to go get a hotel room and come back. Like she's the one that told us to call you guys. And then that's when Evelyn called cuz I was just trying to let it die down. But then she kept yelling. She kept walking out. She walked out with her black and mouth. She didn't pay for it. So then she came back in calling us all kind of names like and I'm paying for my black and mouth. She ended up paying for it. So like I don't I truly don't know. >> At a place people stop for a quick refill. She brings hostility, spitting, calling employees racist simply because they were concerned about the kids. And then like clockwork, she pulls her last card, a health excuse. >> Jasmine. Okay. And she's at the fish fry. >> Yep. >> And then what about the dad? >> He got shot. >> Like, can I get out of this car? I'm telling you right now, I'm having I have asthma. Like I have a >> You're talking I'm going to catch a charge. >> You already caught a charge. >> Disorderly conduct. >> Can I Can I like just step out the car and breathe? Call the ambulance. I can't breathe. >> What do you want an ambulance for? >> Cuz I can't breathe. I would like a breather in my hand. So you can call the ambulance, please. >> What you mean I ain't Hey, I'm so glad you reporting this conversation. Like why y'all ain't call no backup? Y'all want me to start like picking and punching and fighting and spinning? Stop do that. Even if you did, we wouldn't need backup. >> No. Why? What'd you do? Is it good? >> No. >> Why? Why would you need backup? >> Cuz we don't need it. We're fine. >> Tell me why you don't need backup. >> We're fine with two of us. >> Why? >> Just told you. >> No, you didn't. Explain to me. >> Explain to me why. Cuz I'm being cooperative, right? Exactly. You can't even answer me. You're you're you're >> We responded. >> What could the Williams have? He advised that he's not able to pick up the children. Uh, that those are going to be her nieces and nephews. He's requesting a 21. >> Hey, hey, hey, hey. Run for your life. Y'all take me to jail cuz I'll be bed out in a couple minutes. I don't have no probation officer here. I am on probation though instead of Tennessee for taking y'all on the run. Run, run, run, run, run for your life. You want to know I run? >> 23. >> Cuz I had them two in my back seat and I had on me cuz somebody there was somebody else. Cuz I'm a >> You feel me? >> My mom didn't love me. My mom don't love me. She's saying that she's not arrested. She's going to jail. >> Oh, no. He's going to jail. >> I don't know that she knows that yet. So, who should we give them to? >> We can't get a hold of him. >> Okay. >> But where else can they go? >> To the fish, >> which is where y'all want to take me to the hospital? >> Yeah. They just got to finish up with that one. >> Okay. Can you go talk to my nephews in there? >> They they need help, too. They can't breathe. They just They've been touched. >> She claims she can't breathe yet still finds the breath to mock officers for calling backup. It becomes clear this isn't a medical emergency. It's a tactic to stall, resist, and disrupt everything around her. >> Use my inhaler. Can you tell him that I need to use my haler? I don't want to put this in my mouth. If you got to put it in my mouth, I guess I don't want Could you ask me if I can use my hand? >> She's asking for >> Yeah. Yeah. I offered it to her before, but >> Mr. Williams, we have um Alexandra here and then uh the three kids that were with her. We need a place for a place for the kids to go. >> Okay. So, what's what's going on regarding her? >> Oh, she's going to be going in jail. >> For what reason? >> For disorderly conduct and child neglect. >> Child. >> Yeah. Well, she left him at the store and drove away. >> Left him at the store. >> Boyfriend. His name. His last name is Williams. His first name starts with a C. >> Cle. Yeah. Are you guys okay with going with him? >> Yeah. >> Do you like him? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Is he nice to you guys? >> Where's Alex? >> So, she's she's going to go to jail. Okay. cuz she was she kind of acted up today. She did some stuff she wasn't supposed to do. Okay. >> Doesn't mean she's a bad person. >> No, she she messed up the store. >> She How long did she make a mess? >> Where did she do that at >> a store? >> Yeah, today. >> Okay. I'm sure she did. She told you guys that she was going to go away at a hotel. >> Yeah. >> And she worked from Bay. >> Did she do that already? >> No. I think the beach is going to take us there. She was from Bas too. >> So did were you guys like afraid of her at all today? >> No. >> No. Okay. >> Yes. >> What caused you to be afraid of her? >> Because she kept yelling at me like at this >> and then she was at the machine. >> Maybe she talking to him. I can take these two because he was really emotional. >> Does he? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> You guys want to come with me? >> So she was yelling at you today. >> Yeah. Because she kept telling us. She was like on Monday. Wait, how long is she in jail for? >> Uh, I'm not sure. >> I don't want to go there. >> Yeah, I know. >> That doesn't mean you're going to just cuz she said that, she might just be kind of upset today. But, uh, police is never like nothing like that. Like, he's nice to you guys. >> When sarcasm stops working, she switches to pretending to pass out in the patrol car. Another attempt to avoid the reality that she's lost control, but it doesn't last long, and the chaos quickly returns. She said, "I didn't want to go with that." I was like, "Have a seat." She was like, "I'm not sitting down." I said, "Why are you acting like that? Why you acting like a child?" She's like, "I'm acting like a 27y old woman." Sit the down. >> Alexandria, can you wake up for me? >> We're supervisors here. >> Get Get an ambulance here. You got to wake up. Wake up. >> Yeah. Wake up. >> There you go. Sit up. >> I got it. Move. Get off. Sit up. Get off me. I got it. I got it. All right. I got to move. >> Get up. >> Stop talking to me. I'm going to get up. >> Get on the ground. >> All right. >> Get on the ground. Stop playing with you. >> All right. I said all right. Right. You weird. >> Could you stop? WHY YOU DRINKING? I'M NOT resisting you. Yeah, you are. >> No, I'm not resisting. Don't move. >> I won't. You cracker racist. >> Your name is A Will. N Willis. I bet you I guarantee you somebody be at your crib. And >> can you get off my legs? You're hurting me. >> No. >> Okay. >> Hey, you move back, Miller. I'm going to spit. Okay. >> No, you're not going to spit. >> Release my ankles now before I start smashing my head on the same on my daughter. IF YOU DO NOT LET GO OF MY LEGS, YOU'RE HURTING ME. YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> HEY, any black person, if you're hearing me, I'M NOT RESISTING THESE WHITE officers are doing this because they're white privilege. My name is Alexandra Ksy. My daughter's name CALL MY BABY DADDY 262. IF NOT, I'M GOING TO KILL MYSELF and that's on MY DAUGHTER. IF DON'T NOBODY CRYING WHEN THEY TAKE ME TO THE COUNTY. I'M myself on my daughter. >> I got a lawsuit on y'all hands boy. >> Tied the whole seat belt around my neck off. >> Damn. Like like I swear to God. I'm not resisting but I might. I'm about to start resisting cuz SHOULD I SPIT ON ONE OF THEM? >> All right. Watch. They going to pick me up like I'm a swing. Watch. You going to see me. ready. >> Put your feet down in there. >> There we go. >> Somebody will see you. >> What started at a gas station ends with a long list of charges, including assault or threats against a law enforcement officer, a prisoner expelling bodily fluids, three counts of child abuse/ neglect, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. If convicted, she could face up to a $10,000 fine, 3 years of probation, and 100 hours of community service. One person walked away from everything. Another woke up and pushed it all past the point of control. On April 6th, 2024, in Lakeworth, Florida, officers approached a woman passed out behind the wheel at a gas pump next to an open bottle of alcohol. But once they made contact, the story quickly went off track. And this is what really happened next. Hello. >> I hear she's been giving you a hard time. >> It's not so much officer that are giving me a hard time. I'm 50 years old and I've never sucked up the system and I've worked very very hard. And the bottom line is so my friends that live right there, they said I can go like that. And she got up in my face like this like young girl. Okay, whatever. My friends Miami. Yeah. Lakeworth Del they they would look at this [ __ ] and be like are you [ __ ] kidding me? But she's like this. >> Do you have Do you have a pair of shoes in your car? >> You want to put them on? >> No. Well, even more comfortable when you're walking around barefoot if I >> You stop. >> Stop what? I'm asking if you want to put some shoes on. >> Doesn't matter. That doesn't matter. She is like that in my face. >> When I got my dog like this and my friends up right here, >> it doesn't matter. >> Okay. >> At this point, >> what's your first name? >> I'm calling a lawyer. >> I'm going to call my lawyer. >> I'm calling my lawyer because I don't like what you're >> I can tell you this right now. I already have a class action lawsuit for Lake Burke. >> That's awesome. >> Come on and join on board. >> So, here's the issue on board. >> You're passed out behind the >> No, I'm not passed out. >> You have a bottle of over there. >> I I am not passed out. Do you want to Do you want to show me? You want to show me I'm recording? >> Instead of cooperating, she comes in with an attitude. Arrogant and aggressive right there at the pump. She keeps repeating how hard she works, how she's not living off the system, as if that somehow excuses what's happening in front of everyone. >> Really? Show me. Show me the body kind. >> Well, I can't. I see. Look, I don't have a screen. >> Oh, you can't say that, can you? >> No, I can. Yeah. >> No, you can't. >> Fellow officer says I can. >> So, so we have all this going on. I'm getting a strong odor of alcohol coming from you. You have >> I'm not driving. >> You have very Well, you're have the ability That's why I'm not driving actual physical possession of >> So it should be better if I would like to conduct I'd like to conduct a voluntary roadside [ __ ] tell me what the [ __ ] I do. So you saying that I should [ __ ] be driving drinking drunk then pull the [ __ ] over? Are you [ __ ] serious? >> Okay. Are you done? >> Well to conduct voluntary roadside field >> what you say to me. I would like to conduct voluntary roadside field sobriety tests to determine a level of impairment. >> Are you willing to perform those tasks? Yes or no? >> Are you Let me record this right now. >> Are you actually saying that? >> Yes, I am. >> Are you willing to perform the tasks? Yes or no? >> Honda. >> Okay. If you continue to remain silent, I'm going to have to base my arrest decision off the problem as I've already developed. >> No, I'm not holding on. >> Oh, no. You will be recorded before you >> That's fine. I'm recording right here. So, you're saying what? You're saying >> I'm asking you to conduct voluntary roadside field soiety test. >> Okay, ma'am. If you continue to back into this, deputy, I'm going to have to assume that you're taking this as a refusal. If you continue to refuse to answer the question I'm asking you, I'm going to consider this whole thing as a refusal. >> I'm going to have to base my arrest decision off the probable cause I've already developed in my short time of being here. Okay? >> Let me see here. And by continuing to refuse the tasks, the refusal itself will be used against you in court. Do you understand? >> Constant interruptions in trying to film the officers show her attempt to take back control. But when she refuses field sobriety tests, that resistance hits a peak and that decision leads straight to arrest. >> You going to do the tasks? Yes or no? >> Test what? >> Are you going to do the tasks that I am requesting of you? Yes or no? >> Test what? Test what? to show a level of impairment. >> Have never been pulled over. >> Okay. Are you continuing? Are you going to refuse the task? Yes or no? >> Can you come down here right now? I'm being late. No, I'm going to have my boyfriend come here right now. >> That's fine. I'm considering this is a refusal. You are being placed under arrest. >> Stop. >> Get Stop resisting. >> What are you resisting? >> I've got my dog and Why are you doing that? This is what you do. Oh my god. How cheesing. How cheesy. How cheesy. My dog right now. I want to go home and this is what you're doing. >> Fat ass. You're such a [ __ ] [ __ ] I wish you could have home. You're such a [ __ ] Are you serious? You're going to be able to go home. Spongebob Squarepants, [ __ ] I don't care. I will. You are Spongebob Squarepants. Get my dog. >> Can you get my dog? And guess what? It shows that you guys in Lake Worth have been coming to my next door neighbor's house. >> Have a seat. >> All day. She even kicked one of the officers. But consequences were bound to follow. She was charged with basic traffic violations, DUI, resisting arrest, and assaulting a police officer. Now she's facing possible jail time, heavy fines, probation, and losing her license. All for a mess of her own making. On February 8th, 2025, at a concert, the music was meant to bring peace. But alcohol had other plans. Outside the venue, what started as a loss of control spiraled into chaos, trouble, and heavy consequences. The kind of night nobody wants to remember. >> What do you want me? Do you want to >> call me? Just please relax. Why are you wasting this time? >> I'll go for it. >> Don't threaten people. The man's anger was a natural reaction to being attacked. And amid the shouting, the officer's calm presence became the only thing standing between order and total chaos. You're acting out. Things escalated fast as the suspect screamed incoherently, ignoring her boyfriend's desperate attempts to calm her down. The level of intoxication left her completely detached from reason. Every move she made only built the case against her for disorderly conduct in public. >> WHY ARE YOU THAT >> what you coming at me? But I guess she's got some other issues. >> As the chaos reached a dangerous peak, restraint became the only safe option. Officers acted swiftly and firmly while in the middle of that emotional wreckage. The husband's patience and quiet help stood out as the one faint light left in the scene. >> Hey Lana, what are we drinking? >> Doesn't matter if curiosity >> if you guys keep me in like this. >> They're going to come off eventually. >> I'm just going to get when that blood pressure >> now. >> All right. In the end, the woman was arrested for resisting arrest, and causing a public disturbance while intoxicated. She's now facing a few nights in jail, fines, up to a year of probation, and mandatory alcohol education courses. On June 26th, 2023, in Florida, a woman, clearly drunk, stormed out of a store in a fit of anger. No one knew that just minutes later, that same drunken rage would turn into a full-blown tragedy when her own lack of control stripped away what little freedom she had left. >> They just want her trespassing. >> Um, >> [ __ ] trespassing. She only spiraled further, crossing the line from defiance to breaking the law, forcing officers to keep their distance for safety. >> Your ID for me, please. >> [ __ ] you got a right one here. >> I don't NEED THAT. >> HERE. A clear sign she'd completely lost control. At that point, arresting her wasn't just protocol. It was necessary. Letting her go in that condition would have meant risking an accident or worse, someone taking advantage of her. >> They say I don't give [ __ ] what they say, [ __ ] UM, I KNOW I KNOW, [ __ ] I KNOW I'M [ __ ] RIGHT AWAY. >> YOU You have a minute to leave. But at the same time, it's like I >> going to call 911. >> I'm not trying to press under 911. I'm not trying to press. >> The moment those handcuffs click on, every gap between a person and their actions gets laid bare. The woman shifts from defiance to pleading. Her eyes darting around, lost. The whole scene becomes a stark reminder of a familiar cycle. Booze, losing control, fighting back, regret, and finally facing the legal fallout. >> Is there somebody that can come get you so that you don't have to go to the Palm Beach County jail today? >> My friend. >> Okay. Give me a name. Give me a number. Okay. Who am I calling? >> Zero. >> Who? >> Zero. >> Zero. >> Yeah. Her name is um Zumari. But her name is Zero. >> Zumari? >> Yeah. >> Zumari. >> Okay. Um, take your shoe off. Take your shoe off. >> Who was having sex in the bathroom? Like, you're telling me I had I had sex in the bathroom? >> Despite the officer's efforts to cut her some slack and keep her out of jail that night, nothing seemed to work. She was booked on charges of trespassing, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. Odds are she's looking at a few nights behind bars, a fine, and up to six months of probation. From quiet denial to a full public unraveling, these moments expose how quickly control can slip and how real the consequences become.
