How do you want to die? >> All right. Okay, what I want to do is um >> What do you want to do? >> Human rights, that is the bare minimum y'all can do so I can go to my money up phone is a right there. >> Delusional women think they're above the law until these shocking police interactions. >> I love you more. >> No. >> Hopefully you don't leave me stuck like you did last time. >> I'm taking That wasn't me. >> That was you. >> I don't know what you're talking about. >> I don't care. >> Ma'am Let's >> Listen. [ __ ] you. >> Watch unhinged behavior, [music] lies, and arrogant showdowns lead straight to humiliating arrests. Turning the bushes behind a store into a daytime rendezvous spot. Back on March 22nd, 2023, Washington police had to step in and put an end to the nonsense. Let's see how Miss Erica's utter disregard for the law got cut short. >> Hello, police department. >> Hello. >> What are we doing? >> Hello, who are you? >> I'm good. What do we got going on? Someone called and said that you're having sex back here. >> came here? >> Okay. [cough] >> Yeah. >> Do you have an ID on you? >> I don't. >> What's your name? People called and said you were having sex back here and the business doesn't want you here, so >> Having sex with who? >> That's what they said. But they don't want you here regardless, so I'm going to trespass you and then we'll be on our way. >> Okay. >> What's your name? >> Harris. How do you spell Harris? H A R R I S? >> And your birthday or your last >> I'll get that but like I'm by myself. >> Are you saying you're not having sex? >> Yeah, well, I love you. >> Put on this all. >> Yeah. >> And your birthday or your last name, sorry. >> My last is Nelson or something. >> Nelson? >> Nelson, N E L S O >> What's your birthday? >> March 10th, 2022. >> March 10th of what? >> 22. >> 22? >> Yeah, my license is out of Michigan. >> March 10th, what year were you born? >> 2022. >> Mhm. >> Yes, you heard that right. Instead of giving her real age, this woman had the nerve to claim she was born in 2022. Realizing she was far too out of it to reason with, the officers decided to just arrest her. >> It's not It's not 2022, 2002. I'm so sorry. God bless. I smoked some weed. >> Okay. Well, you're detained, Erica. >> You're going to have to wait there. >> Erica. >> You have warrants. Erica, stop. >> Erica. >> 25. >> Erica, Erica allows me to fight it. >> Stop. You're good. I got you. Erica, stop. >> Erica, you have warrants. >> Erica. >> Erica. >> Stop. >> Erica, stop. Erica, come on. >> I want to give you my hand. You stopped me. I'm coming. >> Yep. >> I'm going to die in here. >> Goodness. >> 25, 10 of 10. I need to see your license. >> Where you been, girl? I haven't seen you in a while. I swear to God I saw you get clean you were walking downtown. >> [ __ ] >> That was like 2 years ago. >> But they didn't have to go and bail me out. They wanted me to turn myself in. Because they wanted me to do a year in counting. They didn't have me there. I just got out of I just got bailed out of jail. >> Being in the bushes. We want to make sure you're not hurt from the >> No, but I saw you coming from afar so I kicked that pill so I D.I.O.D. >> Yes, yes. >> No, I did too. Obviously, that's why I hid my foil. The Next time you're acting like you don't know me. >> Well, we did know you. >> me some medical attention because I was loaded. >> Okay. All right, I'll start BLS too for a fentanyl intake. Erica, we're going to give you some Narcan, okay? Need some Narcan? Okay, I'm going to get you to go try to get Erica. Erica, please. We're going to put you on your side, okay? You okay? Okay, cuz you're overdosing. >> Okay, give me my Narcan. >> Are you overdosing? >> Yes. >> Okay, well, let me let me let me put this in your nostril then, okay? >> Hey. Best way to withdraw. >> [snorts] >> I'm not overdosing, but the quickest way to withdraw in 3 hours I'll be off Benny. So, can you put me in the car, please? >> Yep. >> Erica tricked herself into thinking that faking an overdose would get her a comfortable ambulance ride instead of a cell. Unfortunately for her, with her eyes wide open the entire time, officers gave her a quick spray of Narcan right up the nose to save her life. >> Oh. >> Oh, please don't leave my stuff like you did last time. >> I'm taking That wasn't me. >> That was you. >> No. >> You and Coats are the ones that arrested me. >> No. >> Oh, yeah. Daphne's. Oh, anyway. You think I'll get bail? >> You see a judge, probably. I don't know. Is this Is this like your final one where you'd have to go to jail? >> This this was um this was a what do you call that? You get a sentencing. They wanted me to turn myself in and then have a next day >> [clears throat] >> uh in custody court in Huron and then 5 days later have a sentencing. >> What's going to be like able to stop it, sleep? Or what are you going to try to do when you get to the jail? Just go to sleep? >> doing this and stretching and [ __ ] and like it'll be uncomfortable, but I'll get exhausted and I'll pass out. And then when I wake up, I won't be withdrawing at all. >> That's good. >> Narcan though. Cuz of the Narcan. That's what I was trying to get you guys to do last time I got arrested because [ __ ] 3 hours of withdrawal, I'd rather do that than 14 days of withdrawal and like >> Is it that bad, huh? >> Is it 14 days? It takes me 14 days to go through it, yeah. But Narcan, every time when I got out of jail, I was in jail for 56 days. When I got out, I OD'd four times. And uh >> You have that name in there? >> Destiny Effinger, but No. >> it was us? >> Oh, yeah, I knew it was you. >> Wasn't that the girl >> Oh, I knew it was. >> Isn't Effinger the girl's name you gave me when you that guy ran up behind you and like smashed in the face? >> my hash. >> Ha-ha, wow, you remember that? Damn, yeah, that was >> We just know >> Peace and you know what >> Michigan, you're the only one to give the name out of Michigan. [laughter] >> Yeah. It's her actual name, it's my sister, but she lives in Michigan. >> She wasn't born in 2002 this time. >> No, I said that. I said that. >> [laughter] >> Maybe the biggest I ever lied, too. So, I wouldn't guess you your birthday. >> Was there anybody back there with you or not? >> Huh? >> Was there anybody back there >> dude. I don't know why the [ __ ] they said I was Yeah, I was having sex with the tree. >> Maybe she just saw your shorts and >> Saw my shorts? >> legs, that's what she saw. There's the way you're sitting, lady. >> The way I was sitting. >> That hurts. Let's go have a seat in the back car and then the nice sergeant here will talk to you. >> Yep. Yo. >> You know that person? >> No, I'm trying to tell him, "Hey." >> You want to take your stuff? >> No. You all not taking my stuff or anything. Oh. >> When the sergeant arrived to check on the use of force. Erica was still playing the victim, claiming the officers never announced themselves and stepped on her knee. Too bad for her, witnesses saw the whole thing. >> The reason I'm talking to you is is in regards specifically to the use of force that happened cuz the officers had to take sounds like they had to take her down to the ground. Can you describe a little bit of what you saw? >> So, most of what we saw was through all that window and over her car. >> Okay. >> Cuz we didn't want to be a distraction. >> Sure. >> Um we definitely saw the officers pull up. They called. >> Mhm. >> Um I answered because I'm the one who called it in to dispatch. >> Yeah. >> Cuz it looked like two people [ __ ] I'm sorry. >> Yeah. >> And so we're like, "Hey, that's not okay." And they called and they said, "Hey, where's this happening?" We said, "Oh, we're in the back of the store." And he goes, "Oh, okay. I see." So, they ended the call and they approached the person and they got up and they attempted to run away. >> Okay. >> And they used what I considered was a safe and necessary amount of effort [snorts] to stop someone from fleeing. And that person was rather violent with them and has been yelling and screaming at them. >> Okay. Could you tell what the officers like how they were grabbing onto her anything like that? Like the tactic that was being used or anything? >> It was very like open-ended. It wasn't anything violent. They didn't punch. They were just trying to stop the person from running away. >> Okay. >> Just to >> Did you see where the the person like landed when they took her down to the ground? >> They actually stopped the person from like face into the ground. Like caught them. They didn't want them to get hurt. >> Got you. >> So, they into the bushes right there. Uh we didn't hear anything that was said, but I could see them screaming and they had very angry facial expressions when they were attempting to communicate with the officers. They were very not acceptably polite in any way, shape, or form. >> Got you. >> Okay. >> That's really all the questions I have for you. Thank you very much. >> Absolutely. Okay, hold on. I can get up. Guys, I What do you need us to do? >> Yep. >> It's so cold. >> Can you lay on your belly? Here, you're going to roll over on your belly, though. >> On your butt. >> All right. Sit up. >> Yeah, if I could sit up, I would, [ __ ] >> All right. >> Still want you to know we're helping. >> After being wrapped up like a burrito, she was taken to the hospital for treatment before heading off to jail, now facing charges of assault, resisting arrest, and giving false information to police. Public humiliation wasn't enough, so this ungrateful Karen [music] literally attacked her own heroic savior. On July 29th, 2023, police stepped in when a woman was casually walking down the highway median. What started as a simple safety check quickly turned into a tense confrontation, all because of her stubborn refusal to follow the law. >> There you go. Hey. Come on. Come over here. Come on. This way. Let's go this way. Come on. This way. I got you. You okay? What's going on? >> They're trying to use their hair. >> Come. Come. Let's sit on the sidewalk. Right here. What's going on? >> They hate me. They hate us. And they hate everybody. >> Why you hate everybody? What's going on today? >> Um why would they talk to you? The sun is right here. >> Okay, well, let's go this way. Why you hate Why you hate everybody? >> hate us. >> Ma'am, come over Come sit over here with the shade. Hey. Hey. Hey. Can you Come Come sit down in the shade. Okay. Why Why you >> your name? >> I'm sure you're looking at us. >> What's your name? That's what I'm trying to figure out. Why do you have blood on your on your side? >> I don't know. >> Do you need the fire department? >> No. >> What's What's your name? >> I don't even know who you are. >> Well, what's your name? >> Daniel. >> Daniel? >> Yeah. >> Spell that. Spell it out for me. >> Daniel. D A N I E L. >> What's your last name? What's going on? What's going on today? What's What's happening? >> I don't have I don't have a sergeant. >> You don't, but we hear about your welfare. You was walking in the middle of the road. >> I got really good friends over there and then they're over there and then >> Who's your friend? Who's your friend? >> 2581. >> 2581. Who's your friends? >> Why would I Why would I even speak to you? >> Danny, I'm just trying to help you. >> I don't even get No. >> Danny What's your name? Listen, I'm actually I'm I'm really concerned about you, okay? >> Oh, you know what? >> Have you been drinking? I can smell it coming out for you. What What do you Why do you live at? >> No. >> Huh? Call >> It's going to be a county issue. >> Okay. Hey, call call FD. Uh this this going to turn into a Marchman. >> What is it going to turn into a what? >> A Marchman. >> Why? >> Because you walking in the middle of the road. You You Listen. Listen, you highly intoxicated. I can smell it coming >> But I got friends growing. It's like you can't grab me grab me. >> Officers were about to place her on a mental health hold as she began losing control. Just like that, she snapped right out of it, magically cured of her depression, and flat-out denied the suicidal thoughts she'd made up just 2 minutes earlier. >> What makes you say that? What >> Cuz I wanted to be dead and I hate life. >> Why do you hate life? >> Cuz >> What what what got you What got you to that point though? I'm trying to help you. >> Well, like the fact >> Life? How do you want to die? >> Um I'd Okay, what I want to do is um >> What do you want to do? >> I want to not think about I'm going >> You just told this officer that you want to kill yourself, okay? >> Well >> me you don't want to live anymore. You want to die. >> All right. Never mind what I was saying. Okay. Yeah, have have have you ever felt like you had situations where you felt like sad things? >> So, you sad Are you depressed? >> Well, I guess I was depressed. >> Okay. Are you saying you're depressed right now? >> I'm not. >> So, why did you tell this officer you want to kill yourself? >> Cuz I wasn't depressed anymore. >> Cuz you said Okay. So, thank you. That's all I needed to know. >> I want to know what happened. How did you get the blood on your leg? >> What blood? >> On your left leg there. Right there on the side. Uh is that bruising or >> What kind of wear is it? >> Right there. Right there, there's blood. Who who's the person who can pick you up? >> I got no people. >> No people to come pick you up? >> No, everybody's family. You hear that? >> Okay. So, based on what you told this officer, I'm placing you under Baker Act or protective custody under Baker Act, okay? You understand that? So, when the fire department get here, they're probably going to transport you to St. Anthony's, okay? All right. You just stand by for her. I'm I'm done with the paperwork. I'm just waiting for them to get here. >> Well, can I just run in them? >> No, No, no, no. We got to get you checked out. >> [ __ ] bro. What's that? >> Sit Stay on the ground. this? It's not fair to me. He's fine. He's fine. >> I got you. >> I just want to do that. >> Listen, from what you told me and your looks like you're running out in the street, right? >> Well, I didn't run in the street. >> Hey. We got to get you checked >> you. >> We got to get you checked out. You're not in trouble. You're not in trouble. >> Realizing she was out of options, the victim act completely dropped. She dropped to the ground throwing a tantrum, cursing up a storm, refusing to cooperate, and unleashing a barrage of racial slurs. >> Hey, so she's highly intoxicated. She's making uh some some statements about hurting herself. >> Like zero. Yeah, I know. >> Hey, no, we're not going. >> that's >> No, we're not going. >> I hate that. That's harassment. She actually believes she was tough enough to go head-to-head with the police. >> Man. >> Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Hey, grab my bag up there. >> I love it. I like it. >> Yep. >> I used a person. He's a boy. Where else am I You can get it. I want it. Air for a boy. >> Get up. Come on. >> No, officer. >> Let's >> Blame me. Blame me. Blame me. Do you want to stand up? Do you want to sit on the ground? Just chill out. Relax. I'm trying to help you. You're going to hurt your wrists. >> In the end, she was arrested and taken to jail on charges of assault on an officer. Drugs and alcohol might cloud your judgment, but it's pure arrogance and disrespect that will dig your own grave. If hitting officers wasn't bad enough, watch this caught red-handed woman refuse [music] to back down. Swerving around and hitting a string of obstacles, yet genuinely believing traffic laws are just suggestions. On April 23rd, 2022, in Florida, police pulled over a heavily intoxicated driver. Let's see how her delusional little world comes crashing down. >> in the left lane and was head-on with cars that were parked on Scenic going south, and there was a police officer on the >> Yeah, that was me. >> That was you? >> Uh-huh. >> But she was like twirling her hair, and then she's like going like this. >> Like not a care in the world, you know? What's How's it going today? >> It has been going pretty well. Just trying to >> Yeah. What kind of errands you running? >> You know, grocery shopping, paying bills, just adult adult things. >> Yeah. So, where were you coming from? >> If we're being honest, I am um on the way to pick up one of my friends and cuz like I don't like doing things by myself because I have anxiety, so I like people coming on rides with me. So, I was going to go pick her up so I can go to the dispensary, get what I need, and then bring it back home. If you want to, I can show you my medical card. >> Help me ask a question for >> Do you have a prescription for Xanax bars? >> Uh no. >> No? Have you taken any? >> I do. >> All right. Hang tight. I'm going to get some gloves because I believe there's different right there in the driver seat. >> For me, it pretty much stays the same with the Tylenol and ibuprofen. Not really. >> Okay. Ma'am, is your ID in your purse? >> Yes, it is. >> All right, I'll get it. I'll get it. Hey, I said I'll get it. Stand over there at the end of your car. >> Just stay >> Do you hear me? >> Okay, but if you were more respectful about it, if I'm just saying I'm just saying >> All right, I'm >> If we're all humans here, if you were more respectful about it, I'm just saying. >> Where's your ID at? Is it in here? >> Can I look through my wallet? Well, like why do you think my wallet? >> Just trying to >> If the thing is that's my property, you have no choice. >> Actually, I do because I found freaking Xanax bars on your driver seat. If you want to explain something, explain those. >> Things turned into a complete comedy when the officer spotted a pile of Xanax sitting right there in the driver seat. Realizing there was no hiding it now, she grew increasingly anxious about what else the police might find. >> Hey, will you do me a favor and go sit on the bumper of that car over there. >> Um why Okay, I just want to know what I was doing in particular. >> Okay, the reason you were pulled over, um you were called in as a possible drunk driver and from the people that were calling in said that you hit multiple things. I haven't been to the other side of your car or really inspected your car yet to verify that. But, um you were found you're you were found here. She's getting out with you. We you were called in as a drunk driver, okay? Upon contact, she's finding things that are illegal in your car. So, this is kind of the development that we're going, okay? So, for right now, while she's doing her job, we're going to give her some space and we're going to go sit at the front of that car, okay? >> I don't understand. >> Okay. Right, it is your car. >> I said it was my car. >> Did she say yes or no or she started talking? >> talk. >> Okay. Hey. I've asked you nicely. You asked me to be respectful, didn't you? Have I not been respectful with you? And you're not doing what I asked you. Okay, would you like to sit down on the grass over there? >> Why can't I sit down in my car? >> No, you cannot. >> have like two months, hands up, >> No, you're not getting back in your car. You can sit on the grass over there or we can sit in the back of this car here, whichever one you prefer. Okay? >> What is it you were spraying? I'm alone. >> The only thing I'm seeing is there's some scratches stuff right there. >> Uh I'm going to get my phone too. >> No, you're not. You're staying right here. >> but why can't I get my phone to like at least have >> You're not getting back in that car until they're done. >> Okay, but I feel like I should be able to It's my right to like record anything that's happening in my >> Everything's being recorded right here. >> but why can't I for record it for myself? >> going back in that car. >> can't I record >> You can request this recording. >> You cannot come with me to my car. My phone is right on that seat. One of y'all can come with me to that seat to get my car. Um so, do you have any idea why we're here? >> I apparently what man saying was I was drunk driving. >> Okay, I'll take you wasn't drunk driving. >> No, I'm not drunk driving. >> Out of curiosity, has your car always been like that in the front? >> Yes, it has. >> To cover up her disastrous driving, she started spinning a wild story about a classic Chevrolet. >> Yeah, honestly Okay. What happened first? Okay, you see this is on my phone. >> I do. >> Um one day I came back from work like just like was like getting off and [ __ ] >> Mhm. >> That was missing. No clue how it was missing. It was missing. Um this side of my car. Uh we have a Chevrolet truck that's in its vintage like >> It's my grandpa's like old school Chevrolet truck. >> Got you. >> So, it's like you know, it's the biggest truck. And then my grandpa got a like a Jeep Cherokee >> Mhm. >> that's also just like built in the 1990s. And then they got a psychic to see >> Okay. >> See or whatever it's called. >> Yeah. Um so, >> Yeah, do I need to kiss that food? >> No, I'm just curious. I'm talking to you briefly here. When I got here, I saw your demeanor, your actions, and all that stuff, okay? Um now when I talk to you even more and I'm looking at some indicators right now, okay? I'm looking at your pupils, I'm looking at your eyes, and I think that you might be on the influence of some type of narcotic, not alcohol, but I believe a narcotic. >> I understand. >> Okay. Um so based off what I'm seeing so far, would you be willing to do a sobriety test to dispel my suspicions that you're under the influence of any type of narcotic? >> Okay. >> You willing to do that? >> Yes. >> Okay. Do you have any injuries I need to know about? Head injuries? >> Like head injuries? >> Have you had any previous concussions? >> Not that I medically seek attention for it. >> Yeah. >> I mean uh medical-wise Have I had a concussion? Never had a >> Have you had any had any concussion within the past I'd say 10 24 hours? >> 10 24 hours? Um Uh no. >> She officially dug her own grave when she failed to pass even a single basic sobriety test. At this point, there was no saving her, and the officers pulled out the handcuffs to wrap things up on the spot. >> I'm under arrest? >> Yes. >> Face the car. >> Face the car. Spread your legs for me. Face the car. Spread your legs. Spread your legs. >> Ooh, I've lost my breath and I I can't breathe, miss. Ooh, damn girl. Everything she Y'all are so creative. Face down. Yes, ma'am. I said face down. >> Uh she's hurting me. >> Huh? >> She's hurting. You're touching my titties, bro. >> It's all on camera. >> Get off of my titty. It's wrong. I mean you're Oh, you guys are going to steal my lavender. >> You got her? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Come on. >> Yeah. >> Ooh. YOU WANT TO TRY THAT? OH, YOU WANT TO CHOKE ME THE [ __ ] OUT? OH. OH, YOU WANT TO CHOKE ME OUT, GIRL? DO YOU WANT TO CHOKE ME OUT, GIRL? HOLY [ __ ] OH, YOU REALLY WANT TO CHOKE ME OUT, GIRL? I WAS NOT DOING NOTHING TO YOU. YOU WANT TO CHOKE ME. >> Said they had >> My grandparents phone number because last time ONE OF YOU GUYS TOOK ME TO THE MENTAL HOSPITAL, MY GRANDPARENTS COULD NOT FIND ME FOR WEEKS. OKAY, AND YOU BIG ASS COP OFFICERS WERE LIKE, "OH, YOU'RE GOING TO BE OKAY. You're going TO SAY THIS IS BUT ALL YOU GUYS DO IS [ __ ] BIG LIE. [ __ ] ASS [ __ ] >> THAT'S GOING TO BE A FUN RIDE about that. >> Yeah. >> Man, I can still hear her screaming. I can still hear her screaming. >> I CAN'T TALK TO >> [laughter] >> JEEZ. >> [ __ ] GOD. WASTING YOUR [ __ ] TIME CUZ YOU GET TO SEE A BEAT. YOU'RE [ __ ] FOLDER. HA HA HA. IT'S NOT A [ __ ] LIFE. >> She actually cheered and screamed thrilled about getting a two-week vacation to escape the exploitation of capitalism. She wanted a free getaway and the police were kind enough to sponsor it along [music] with charges of DUI and possession of a controlled substance. Refusing to surrender was foolish but this next drug-fueled mistake cost an innocent life. Behind the horrifying crash on January 5th, 2022 along US Highway 1 was a reckless decision driving completely high. Police immediately stepped in kicking off a confrontation that exposed Christine's cold stubborn refusal to take responsibility. >> Stop doing that. Turn the body over. All right, well we're going to keep we're going to keep >> trying. No, please stop. >> Well, we're going to keep trying. All right. >> We're going to keep trying. I did one second of CPR. >> All right, good. Just keep it going. >> Six minutes. >> Once we get our gloves on, we'll continue. >> I didn't give any respirations cuz I don't have any mouth guards. >> That's fine. That's fine. >> Sorry, I'm just a civilian. >> You're doing great. Hey, you are doing great. Just keep it up, all right? >> Okay. >> This one? Or either might be formality of this, okay? We're getting information about her driving weird, or on drugs. >> You okay? Are you okay? You were driving? >> Uh yeah. >> All right. Okay, no problem. We'll figure it out, okay? No, we all right. We'll figure We'll figure this out. Hey, listen. Listen. I know it's scary. I know it's scary. I know you're scared, okay? All right. No problem. No problem. No problem. Listen.
