Wisconsin a Brookfield police officer
pulled over a black Infiniti at
Brookfield Square mall around 6:45 p.m.
the cars license plates were not
registered to any vehicle and had
excessive window tint

2018 as the officer approached the
vehicle the driver put his hands out the
window and stated he was 16 with no
ID he identified himself as level Hicks
with a birthday in
2018 he then later stated it was in
2008 she just walked

driver seemed extremely nervous and was
on a FaceTime call with a woman later
identified as Serena

then approached the vehicle as the
initial officer ran the driver's name
and birth date

as the initial officer stated his
information did not come back on file
two people approached the car and said
this was their ride the officers told
them to leave due to them not leaving
when asked the officers began
questioning them on the driver's
identification which led to the driver
opening the window and screaming that he
was
16 police ordered him out of the car but
he instead immediately reached toward
the gear shifter the officer reacted by
reaching into the car in an attempt to
pull him out the driver identified as
Bruce hinden put the car into drive and
sped off dragging the officer
the car soon crashed into two other
vehicles and the officer's body and head
slammed into the
windshield

southbound once out of the car hindon
punched the officer in the head and ran
another officer noticed a different
vehicle that was traveling with hinden
had started to circle the parking lot
during the traffic
stop police checked with the people who
were in one of the vehicles that that
hinden crashed into one victim was
bleeding and the other complained of
neck pain they said after hinden ran off
they saw three people walk up and grab
things from the black Infiniti
investigators use surveillance video to
identify Hicks is taking a black bag
from the car's glove box her SUV was
later searched and a handgun was found
in the black

questioning him on it he started putting

out he smashed into somebody else now

vehicle revealed 15 G of
tht hinden was charged with first degree
recklessly endangering safety vehicle
operator fleeing alluding police times
to
battery to a law enforcement officer hit
and run resulting in injury possession
of a firearm by a felony obstructing an
officer resisting an officer and
possession of THC hendon's cash Bond was
set at
$300,000 and this case is still open
Hicks was charged with harboring ating a
felon possessed firearm convicted of a
felony resisting obstructing an officer
and Carri concealed weapon she was found
guilty of possessed firearm convicted of
a felony and was sentenced to 1 and a/2
years of

frer hospital to be treated for his
injuries if convicted hinden faces over
30 years in
