WE'VE seen their mask of pride finally slip. >> You're kidnapping me. >> Now, just watch how justice begins to close in on these reckless souls. >> Give me my ID. >> Where are you going to walk to? >> You don't care. You don't care. You don't care. It's my business. Give me my ID and that's it. Starting April 22nd, 2023, a rather bold guest decided to turn a local restaurant into her own private fortress. She brought her own liquor, refused to order a single thing, and conveniently went deaf for all 10 requests to leave. Well, it didn't take long for the police to join the party. >> All right. >> So, she So, she doesn't want to leave. You want her? >> Just I want her out of here. I don't want her back here up. So, they just gave her a couple bites and now she has a drink. pouring her own drinks as well. >> Mhm. Yep. Not buying anything, not tipping our people. And she's been Thank you so much. She's been argumentative all night. >> And you've already told her to leave. >> Yes. Several times. And I don't want her here. >> Did you tell her that you work here? >> I told her I'm the owner and that, you know, I really tra the sheriff's office. I'm like everybody else. >> You have somebody that can come pick you up. >> Exactly. >> You do? >> Yeah. If you know what happened, >> can you call them? What? Call >> Call the Ride cuz you can't stay here. >> No, no, no. Okay. What do you want to >> What do you want to What do you want? What do you want? I know. I'm not doing anything. No. >> I know that. >> They asked you to leave and you said no. >> Hello. >> You were here when she asked me. >> Yeah. >> You were here. >> You were a witness. A police witness. >> They've been asking you for a while. So, Okay. Do you have flu? Do you have Do you have flu? >> Yeah, I can I can get a statement from her. >> Oh my goodness. >> And you can go to jail. You don't understand that. >> Now, instead of saving whatever dignity she had left, this woman chose to pick a fight with the officers. Honestly, if she'd put half that persistence into a career, she probably wouldn't have needed a police escort to end her night. >> Why are you refusing to leave the restaurant? >> Because I don't have >> Do you want to give me >> You do have to leave the restaurant. Okay. Give me an ID. >> Ma'am, >> I will give him an ID. >> You've already you've already committed a crime because they've already told you several times. >> You don't have any crime. >> Don't watch me crime. >> You have you are crimeing because you already told me my my face, my identity, my identity. >> You have somebody that you're going to call. >> Hello. You don't care. It's my business. Give me my ID and that's it. >> They've already asked you to leave several times and you >> give me my ID. >> I'm not done with it yet. >> You This is my first time that you tell me. You say me that I have to go. Give me my ID. We're going to go walk over here by my police car. I got to give you some paperwork. >> I'll give it back to you when I'm done. So, come come walk over here. >> Okay. You're committing a crime. >> You're going to go to jail. >> You are. >> You understand? >> You are committing a crime. You are committing a crime. >> A little cooperation would have sent her right home. Unfortunately for her, she ran into an officer who was all business. He wasn't about to waste his evening going in circles with her. He just went ahead and made the arrest. >> Turn around. Put your hand behind your back. You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand Put your other hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back now. >> Now you're resisting arrest. >> I am not. >> You are. Put your hand behind your back. >> I am not. >> Put your hand behind your back. You're resisting arrest. I'm trying to put my phone. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> In my hand. >> Okay. I have my phone in my hand. >> Okay. You're resisting arrest. >> No, I'm not resisting my phone. My phone. Give me my phone. Give me my phone. You are committing. I can't. Give me my phone. Give me my phone. Give me my phone. Give me my phone. It's not moving. >> They're still committing a crime. They're still fly. I got one my female in custody. Give me my phone. >> Ma'am, >> give me my phone. >> Okay. >> Give me my phone. My phone. No, no, no. >> Have a seat. >> Call the police. >> Have a seat. >> Call the cherries. Don't do it. Call the cherries. >> All right. Let's walk to the car. >> Call the cherry. >> Come on. Stand up. Stand up. Come on. Come walk. >> Give me my things. >> Come on. Walk. >> Give me my things. >> Walk. Don't try Don't try to scratch me. >> Give me my things. >> Walk. >> Just walk. Don't Don't you >> you're under arrest. Do you understand? >> No, you are under arrest. >> If you try to scratch me again, >> you don't me you. >> Instead of acting her age, she had a full-blown meltdown for all the world like a 5-year-old throwing a tantrum. I suppose now we all know why she was dining solo. >> You have to walk. >> Stop. Stop. Give me my sense. Give me my ID. Give me >> You're under arrest. Shut up. You say that I am your arrest. >> Have a seat. >> You are my owner. >> You are. I am. No. >> Have a seat in the car. >> Give me my poses, my my things. >> I will get your things. >> Give me my ID. Give me everything that belong to me. >> Okay. >> That you stole me. >> Let me have this up. >> Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. >> Okay. You calm down now. Okay. You're going to jail for trespassing. So, you understand? >> I I don't believe. >> Who do you live with? >> You know what? I I live here. It's my town. It's my own house. I don't believe you because you >> you you hit me. You hit me. You you you push me. you do any things that is on then the law the law so I say give me my I my identification I don't okay my voice is low to you it's still low to you is still >> I have I have all your bags I have all your things >> I I don't do you think that I believe in you >> I just put them in the kids. >> It wasn't until the owner spoke up that we learned the real kicker. This woman in her late 40s decided her big star moment would be showing off. Well, things nobody wants to see in a fine dining establishment. >> What happened tonight? >> So, this woman came in. I saw her right away. She was here about a month ago. She was a problem a month ago. Um, she wouldn't leave. Uh, she was acting very crazy. She was going up to our tables, dancing in front of the women's the other wives husbands, shaking her stuff and just acting crazy with her hands and and every time I tried to approach her, she would not listen to me. And then I would tell her, "I think you should go because we wouldn't serve her, you know." And I asked her if she wanted to eat. No, I just want a drink. I just want a drink, you know, and she'd yell at me. So I told her, you need to leave a month ago. >> So she was being disruptive, >> totally disruptive to the whole restaurant. So, I did call the police about a month ago, but she left. She ran out of here cuz somebody told her that the police were coming. So, she left. >> Except it was the same lady. >> Same exact lady. All of my staff knew. They're all, "My god, Jill, look who's back tonight." So, I just kind of watched her. She'd got a beer from one of my girls. And one of the girls, her name is um Katie, said, "My god, that lady is the meanest lady." I'm like, "What is she doing?" She's like, "She's giving me exact change and she's going to sit there. She's not going to, you know, eat anything. She just wants a beer." So, she had two beers, two Stella Artuses. I said, "That's it. She's acting crazy." She was ruffling her hair, taking her clothes off, changing her clothes while she was sitting there, standing there, going through her bag, taking lipstick, putting lipstick on, taking a pillow out of her bag, stuffing it on her face, and blotting her lipstick with this pillow. And she was just acting very strange. >> Did she get naked or anything like that or herself? >> They just said they she the last couple of the night at the other end said she pulled her pants down and they just like asked for their tab and I said, "I'm so sorry." And they said she just exposed herself. They said, "We're out of here. This is crazy. We come here all the time." I'm like, "I'm so sorry." And they're like, "You should call the police now." So, I did call the police because I've been trying to deal with her all night. And I've asked her probably 10 times tonight. You should leave. >> Life has a funny way of reflecting how you treat it. If you treat the world like a cheap stage, you'll find yourself trapped in the audience's contempt. Real freedom only starts with a little respect. >> Now, you won't leave. >> How many times did you you think you asked her to leave? Um, she moved about 10 times to 10 different seats >> in the restaurant. >> Mhm. Yep. She kept moving around. >> So, you would ask her that she moved to another table? >> Yep. And she kept moving and moving and moving. Yes. And then >> did she understand that you asked her to move to leave the to leave the restaurant? >> She acted like she didn't understand. So, I bought one of my Spanish speaking employees out and they they spoke to her and he told her, "You need to leave. You need to leave. She will call the police if you don't leave." And she goes, "Call the police. Call the police." you know, haunting you. >> Yes. >> Yeah. She didn't care. She doesn't care. There's She's not right. >> So, >> okay. So, then uh looks like she brought some somebody brought her a cup of ice and she proceeded to pour herself. >> Right. When you pulled up, she asked for a cup of ice and then when I walked back with you, she had a drink. So, she's been pouring her own drinks all night. Somebody told me that they saw her with a brown bag with vodka, like a little clear bottle, and she was drinking it cuz we wouldn't give her anything cuz that I thought something was wrong with her. I thought she was on drugs or something. >> So, I just didn't want to give her anything else to escalate her, but she was already, as you could see. >> Well, at this point, she's going to be trespassed. You want her to be trespassed? >> Absolutely. >> She's being arrested for trespassing >> as it is, cuz she refused to leave when you asked her and when I asked her as well, >> and he spoke in Spanish to her, so it's not like she couldn't understand. >> She speaks perfectly English. She's talking to me in English. And >> well, she wouldn't to me. She kept arguing with me, but she would, you know, say no. And then then she then she gave me a little bit of English. >> And I was just like, "Do you understand what I'm saying?" And I'm like, "You don't? Let me go get somebody." So I went and got one of my guys, please tell her she needs to leave now. We're done. We're not doing this all night. Cuz the last time I dealt with her, it was crazy. It was the same charade. Everybody was watching. Everybody was talking because she was acting nuts. >> After being hauled off to jail, she's now looking at charges for trespassing and resisting arrest. Turning a night out into a criminal record. That's just plain madness. Which part of her little delusion do you think was the most far-fetched? The pants optional lady was just the warm-up, though. Our next queen managed to turn a simple drink into a felony. On August 15th, 2022, down in Florida, a quiet little bar turned into a battlefield. It all started when a woman named Joyce, who apparently thought her membership card was some kind of get out of jail free pass, decided to slap the hat right off an employese's head. The police showed up and well, that's when things went from bad to crazy. >> I'll wait for this. >> Get up. >> STOP. Get up. >> Get up. >> He's going TO KICK YOU. SHE'S GOING TO KICK YOU. >> Get up. >> You got her. >> Watch that thing in her throw there. >> Give me your other arm. >> Give me your other arm. >> Sit up. >> Walk to the car. thing here. You see that little thing up top? Okay. >> You just had to be difficult. Get in. >> Have a seat. >> Have a seat. >> Hang on. I'm not taking her out. Crow guard. >> OUCH. >> Get in. >> Have a seat. >> Get in. >> Get up. Have a seat in the car. >> Get in or I'm going to put you in. >> Give me THIS ONE. >> OH MY GOD. Forgive me. God. I forgive my father. I don't. You'd think a woman of her age would know better, but all that stubbornness didn't make her look any classier. Instead of acting like a grown-up, she threw a full-blown tantrum for all the world like a toddler who just had her candy snatched away. >> Come on, sit up. Put your bottom in the seat. >> Come on. >> Just relax. I'm putting your seat belt. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Sit all the way up. God, they don't know what they're doing. >> Just relax. In >> Jesus name, I'm sorry. Amen. But all that screaming was just the tip of the iceberg. Once the staff started talking about her history of causing scenes, it became crystal clear. This wasn't just a one-time slip up. It was a lifestyle. >> Okay. And what's your title here? >> Bartender. >> Bartender. Okay. We're here in reference to a patron, Joyce. Are you familiar with her? Yes, I am. >> Can you describe her to me? >> Oh, 57, 5'8, um, blondes, straight nose, very skinny, very outlandish, wild kind of human being. >> Okay. And you asked this individual to leave the property? >> Yes, I did. >> About how many times did you ask her to leave? >> Oh, two to three times today. About three times yesterday. >> Okay. So, she's in the inside bar area where we just walked from and you asked her to leave. She refused >> and she flips my hat right off my head. >> Okay. >> I saw that. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> And right now we asked her to leave as well. She refused to leave. Is there anything else that you can add to our investigation? >> Not as far as I can tell, honestly. She just >> she has been a nuisance at this bar since I've I've been here. I've only been here about a month. >> Okay. >> But everybody, you can ask anybody around here. She everywhere she goes, she's basically either trespass or she's a gigantic nuisance. >> Okay. >> Yeah. He said if you want to get that video together, he'll add it to the location. >> Okay. >> He's got it. >> I had a video running. This is Look at her up on the top of the bar. That's the moment the hat had been flipped off 10 seconds before that. He called you guys. >> Yeah. But if you have surveillance here, there's a camera right up here. That would be the best because it's not starting in the middle. >> That's right. >> He was literally sitting right there. He He literally just walked through here. Hey, what's up? I even said, "Hey, what's up, guys? You know, his hat's down there. What's going on?" >> Turns out she's the neighborhood's resident troublemaker. Even with the CCTV footage caught in 4K, she still had the nerve to play the part of the innocent wronged citizen. Some people really do believe their own lies, don't they? See gets very intoxicated. She's combative. She tried to punch him. Almost kicked him. >> Yeah, she got me in the arm once. >> And uh almost kicked him with with those high platform shoes that she has on. So this is how she's behaved with us before. So >> Okay. You guys have had history with her? >> I have. >> Have you guys searched her yet? >> No. >> Okay. >> I'm going to grab my glove. She's greasy. >> Yeah. Give me a second. >> She's greasy. >> It's all that oil she has on. >> Joyce, wake up. >> Wait, wait, wait. >> She's got to take the seat belt off you. >> Come on, Joyce. >> Really? You want to do this? Walk. >> Stand up. Stop. Come on. >> Why are you acting like you can't walk? >> I can't. >> You can. >> I can't walk. My hands are done. >> YEAH. >> STAND UP. >> GOD, that hurt. >> Sit down. >> Sit in the car. >> Get in. Instead of just keeping her mouth shut, she started shouting as if the loudest person in the room automatically wins. She even started dragging politics and her faith into the mix to make a point. As if mentioning Trump or the Lord would somehow wash all her bad behavior away. >> Sit up correctly. Ow. >> There you go. If you lean forward a little bit, it'll take the pressure off those handcuffs. >> All right. Since you're in her car, she's going to double check. Make sure you have anything on you. Okay. >> Can you check to see if >> I have some? I I have mace. >> You have mace on you right now? >> No. >> In your purse? Okay. >> She She has her purse up there. They're just making sure there's nothing illegal inside of it. I don't know. >> I'm just letting you know. >> In Jesus name I pray. Red, white, and blue. That is so funny. Trump 2024. In Jesus name, Lord. >> All right. >> So, do you understand what you're going to jail for? >> Nope. >> All right. You're being charged with battery on a law enforcement officer? >> Nope. >> And trespass at the court? >> No. What do you mean? No. >> I didn't do anything last. >> Okay. Well, that's what you're being charged with. >> Cool. >> Take me a little. >> All right. Once she's done inventory your purse, she will, like I said, check your person and then take you down. >> She's actually going through my money. Are you serious? I have $85 on me. >> Okay. >> I don't have anything illegal on me. >> Okay. Do you got my chapstick? >> If it was in your purse, it's still in your purse. >> Well, I need it. >> Why Why do you got such a heart on for me, baby? >> I like your eyes. >> Nice tattoo. >> What's going on with your eyes, Joyce? >> Nothing. Are you sure? >> Okay. >> After her grand performance, she was hauled off to jail facing charges of battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and trespassing. If convicted, she's looking at up to 36 months of probation and a very necessary anger management course. I suppose the lesson here is simple. Don't try to make an impression by making a fool of yourself. With the regular now behind bars, it's time to move on to our next act. a certain snobby lady who's about to lose her grip on reality completely. >> Not you. >> You >> get off the property. >> You seem like the gangstalking type. >> You're about to go to jail is what you're about to do. >> On August 27th, 2024, police were called to handle a female guest who with a ridiculous level of stubbornness believed she actually owned the bar. And this is what happened when the officer's patience finally reached its breaking point. >> Can you guys please water? They don't have any res water. >> You are from here on out trespassing not allowed here. >> If you don't mind, >> you're formally trespassing. >> Who is the guy with the cute trespass? >> It's the guy with the cute pompador. He has a cute pompador. I'm a barber. >> It's a guy with formally trespassed. You need to vacate this premises. If you come back, you will be arrested. Do you understand? >> Water. >> Leave the property. >> There is a speedway where you can get water right now. What are you not understanding? Do you do you want your dog to go to the animal shelter? >> No, I just want water. >> Okay, then you need to leave >> because what will happen? What will happen is you're going to go to jail >> and your dog is going to go to the shelter. That's what's going to happen. >> Water. >> Not getting water. Get off the property. >> What's your name? >> Do you mind? >> If we give you a glass of water, will you leave? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Thank you so much. Not even a glass of water, but a cup of water from my >> That's exactly what you're gonna get. >> Thank you so much. >> It's a guy WITH A CUTE HAIRCUT. >> I'M A BARBER. >> Just understand you will go to jail. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. I'm going to >> Thank you. >> After getting her water, she suddenly imagined she was the officer's boss. Instead of leaving, she circled back to test the fire of their patients. >> I'm telling you, don't come back to this. >> Not you. Not you. Not you. Not you. But you >> get off the property. >> You seem like the gangstalking type. >> You're about to go to jail is what you're about to do. >> It's shutting. >> Shutting. >> Oh, and after I go to jail. You seem like the gangstalking type. >> Get off the property. >> And I will. I just want the water. >> Super. >> And you made it hard for me. I just wanted a water. >> Get off. >> And I will, but I just wanted a water. >> Perfect. >> I just WANTED A WATER. BUT YOU SEEM like the gangstalking type. >> Thank you. Have a good night. >> Let me let me see that name. Let me see that name again. Sh. cuz you just seem like the type to just stop >> and possibly after the case may after everything may be >> shutting shutting. >> That's correct. >> Awesome. Thank you. All I wanted was a water, but you had to make it hard for me >> just like another female. >> Thank you. Have a good night. Okay. >> Shington, >> you going to gangstack me? You going to get your friend? >> She's going. She's >> just leave. >> You want to get your friend again? [ __ ] me. Guess what? I got your name. >> Shut. Yes. >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> Forget me and I forget you. >> Perfect. >> It'll keep going for generations and generations because we already know. >> Ma'am, you're going to end up going to jail. Just leave and then nothing. You're >> not going to go to jail. I'm not going to go to JAIL BECAUSE GUESS WHAT? >> You've been trusted. >> This is not between me. This is not between you, you you and you. It's between me and her shedding 10. >> Just just leave. >> I just wanted to water you trying to be disrespectful. >> YOU TRIED to be You personally >> stop causing a problem. >> You I'm not CAUSING A PROBLEM. LOOK AT ME pointing my [ __ ] [ __ ] with my >> baby. If you thought that stubbornness was the peak, you're dead wrong. The situation is about to escalate faster than gas prices. It was a display of extreme brazeness as she tried to make herself the center of all the trouble. >> I literally only wanted a water and you were disrespectful to me. >> You want to >> You're acting like a Karen. >> What's your name? >> And you know when it comes to Karen's >> when it comes to Karen, you know how I'm sorry stereotypical Karens go. little puppy. >> Do you know how stereotypical parents go? >> Listen, I really don't have to do >> I'm sorry. Hold on. Hold on. Let me come correct. >> Hold on. Let me come >> over here. Look. >> Hold on. I'm sorry, mommy. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> Look at your baby. >> But let me come correct. See, look at this [ __ ] >> Just walk away. >> Look at this [ __ ] >> Going to go home. >> Look at And I'm going to go home regardless. But stereotypical. You're you. Not you. Not you. >> I'm not trying to help you here. >> Not you. >> Got her name. >> You're triggering. >> And I'm not trying to yell at you. But look, I got the [ __ ] >> I'm sorry I've triggered you. >> Thank you. >> I am not trying to be disrespectful. >> Thank you. >> I have the wishes of business >> because WHAT IS YOUR JOB? >> WHAT IS YOUR JOB? >> TO TRESPASS YOU AT THIS POINT. NO, YOUR JOB IS TO PROTECT. SERVE. >> PROTECT. SERVE. >> Stop it. >> Just your fault. >> And what? >> PROTECT. SERVE. AND WHAT? >> WHAT ELSE? >> You're You're going to have to go to jail because you can't leave. >> I got to go TO JAIL CUZ I'M YELLING AT YOU. >> BECAUSE YOU WON'T LEAVE. >> I'M ABOUT TO LEAVE. MY JOB IS MY ISSUE WAS NOT WITH HATE. MY ISSUE was not with you, you or you. IT'S WITH HER. >> JUST LIKE ANOTHER [ __ ] IN [ __ ] AUGUSTA. >> SHE PLAYED the victim role like a total professional. Unfortunately, the police audience had run completely out of patience. This was the moment she bitterly realized that they were protecting the world from her own mess. >> Arrest now cuz you keep you don't want to leave. STOP RESISTING. STOP RESISTING. >> I'M ABOUT TO LEAVE. >> I'm about to leave. >> I'm about to leave. >> I'm about to leave. >> I'm about to leave. >> Your water. >> I'm about to leave. >> Oh, your poor dog's going to go to shelter now. Good job. >> For what? >> IS IT CAMERAS OUT HERE? >> Is it cameras out here? I want camera. >> I tried to help you. >> Where's my No, wait. Where's my No, >> I'm going to go. I Listen. Listen. I'm going to go. But where's MY FREAKING >> got Don't kick me. I swear to God, you kick me. >> Come on, man. >> Have a seat. >> Have a seat. >> Wait. >> HAVE A SEAT. >> BECAUSE GUESS WHAT? >> HAVE A SEAT. >> [ __ ] that. Where's my [ __ ] bonita? Where's my baby? >> YOU CAN'T. HEY, HOLD ON. HOLD ON. >> NO. >> Excuse me. Have a seat. >> Excuse me. >> Have a seat. >> BUT YOU'RE NOT GOD. >> YOU'RE NOT GOD. I CAN HAVE A SEAT OUT HERE. >> DON'T [ __ ] do that. >> You're kidnapping me. Kidnap. KIDNAP. KIDNAPPED. AND GUESS WHAT? AUGUSTA, GEORGIA WAS THE ONLY PLACE, BUT NOW YOU ARE ABOUT TO BE PUT YOUR FEET. >> KIDNAP in the >> kidnap. KIDNAPPED. WHAT AM I BEING WHAT AM I BEING RETAINED FOR? AND DID YOU READ ME MY RIGHTS? >> DID YOU READ ME MY RIGHTS? Her hard-headedness forced her poor dog to face animal control. The height of her nerve was when she invoked the names of actual victims of violence to use as a shield. Do you think this dirty script is going to help her? >> What? If you get in the car, we can roll the window down and let you say hi to THE DOG. >> SAY HI TO THE [ __ ] DOG. >> WHAT DID YOU THINK WAS MY BABY? >> WHAT DID YOU THINK WAS GOING TO HAPPEN? >> DON'T [ __ ] PUSH ME. YOU'RE NOT GOD. YOU'RE NOT GOD. YOU'RE NOT GOD. DON'T [ __ ] DO THAT. YOU'RE NOT GOD. YOU THINK YOU'RE GOD. AND YOU GET >> OH, YOU THINK YOU'RE GOD? OH, YOU THINK YOU'RE GOD? OH, YOU THINK YOU'RE GOD? OKAY, KIDNAP. >> I'm kidnapp. >> Hey, let's get YOU OUT OF HERE. KIDNAPPED. NO, THEY'RE GOING TO KILL ME. >> We got to GOT TO GET IN THE CAR NOW. >> THEY'RE GOING TO KILL ME. >> WE GOT TO GET IN THE CAR. >> Get a supervisor. >> There's a supervisor here. >> There's a supervisor. >> HELP. HELP. KIDNAP. I DIDN'T GET RID OF MY RIGHT. Freaking bite. >> Did she bite you? >> I think she did, but I'm good. Just stop. Just stop. Please. Just please just stop. >> Just stop. >> Ma'am, stop. >> No, you are illegally. >> After a fair bit of wrestling, the police finally got the cruiser door shut. She was taken to jail and faced a laundry list of charges brought on by her own stupidity, including trespassing, multiple counts of battery on law enforcement and resisting arrest. The most interesting part, though remains the perspective of the viewers once this footage was released. Some people will pick a fight in an empty house. The real victim here is her dog. Imagine living with that insufferable hyena every day. The ones where people just refuse to simply walk away are so freaking bizarre. So, what's your take on her? Leave your thoughts in the comments below. Just as that pride finally crumbles, another lady steps into the spotlight with a reckless, wararmongering ambition. >> Come pick it up so I don't have to drink and drive. I don't care. >> Okay. Okay. Put it behind your back. >> On January 5th, 2024 in Florida, 38-year-old Ashley turned a bar into a battlefield by casually assaulting guests and flat out refusing to leave. This self-proclaimed queen is about to get a reality check as the officer's patience runs dry. >> You don't care. Come. We'll walk this way. Come on. >> All the cameras. We're not calling you over here. Hang on over there. >> Instead of looking for her keys, she chose to dig her own grave with a string of nonsensical explanations. Honey, don't try to play the responsible adult when your breath is strong enough to break a breathalyzer. >> I just need my car. I will have a three goddamn tow trucks come pick it up so I don't have to drink and drive. I don't care. >> Okay. So, >> but I do want to be an appropriate adult and make sure my cousin gets home. Hey, I'm just You want to know there some crazy [ __ ] from the ball? >> As the officer's patience hit rock bottom, Ashley opted for self-destruction through crude insults. When told to be quiet, she erupted like a volcano and earned herself a pair of handcuffs immediately. >> Did you ask me for the keys earlier? >> Why stop? >> Put him back on for a key. You put him back on. Why? >> I table and >> we don't know where they're at. >> Why are you putting me in? STOP. >> STOP. WHAT the [ __ ] >> Okay. Okay. Right pocket. >> There's nothing in my pocket. Just Okay, that's it. 2. Oh my god. Stop. I'm not stop. I'm resisting. I'm not resisting. >> Turning a minor scuffle into full-blown resistance was certainly a mad move. While she was busy screaming her head off, the witnesses got to enjoy a comedy show completely free of charge. >> So good or she asked her. >> She asked her name. The first time I met her, she said, "I'm Ashley." And she gave me a cigarette and I don't know what was wrong with her after that. >> She was sitting behind me and the music's on. >> She's been acting like a lunatic for I've only been here for an hour. >> I just got here and she just scout with her. >> Nothing. That nasty attitude certainly won't take her far, except for a direct ride to the detention center. >> All right, dear. Here's uh your report number for your battery. Okay. Where did she slap you on the face? >> Point. >> This is This a birth mark and I got burnt here. So, she slapped me here. She slapped me four times. >> Both hands? Both hands or just one? >> Just I don't know. But she stopped me just inside of there and outside. >> Okay. >> Um >> four times. But I wasn't going to hear. I just got out of jail. I just bonded out. I'm not going to get in trouble. >> I got you. >> Uh here's your report. >> And you can see I just got out. >> I'm not worried about that. >> This is tight. So just be patient. >> Yeah, they're about to take them off. >> Yeah, be patient. He's got to get He's got to get all of you. >> There it is. >> All right. Try and flip your hands about. >> Yep. >> Okay. Your hands. Is that the only complaint of injury you have? >> You want to talk about a mental state? I don't know if you can put that on the camera. I'm going to give you a warning. >> Okay. All right. Have a good night. >> Ashley finally got the mandatory vacation she worked so hard for. She faced charges of non-violent resisting and disorderly intoxication. After her conviction, she was ordered to pay a $350 fine or complete 12 hours of community service following her guilty plea. Now that her aggression has been subdued, the lens turns toward a level of bizarre that goes far beyond any limit. Are you injured? >> Candace, are you able to stand? >> On October 15th, 2023, a woman made herself the center of a scandal when she smashed a glass door simply because she was refused service. But when the police arrived, they didn't realize that her sheer rudeness would be the hardest thing to control that night. >> Hey, can you open up the door for me? Say 150. Go ahead. Hey, >> that's not fair. >> Are you Candace? 750 104 102 here. Are you Candace? Yes, >> there. >> Okay. Hey, Candace. What's going on today? I just want to go home. >> You just want to go home? Okay. >> Yeah. >> Remember how you're going to show me that you have cash? >> Yeah. >> Well, it's your wallet. But I don't I don't need to go through it. If you have cash, just show me so that way I can get the taxi started here for you. >> Okay. >> Candace, did you come here with anyone? >> No. >> Okay. Maybe you can try going into your phone, see if you can find a number, and giving someone a call. Okay, your phone's behind you. >> It seems her decency vanished right along with the alcohol dancing in her bloodstream. The situation turned incredibly tense as the officers began taking damaging statements from the bar staff. >> So, what was going on? >> So, she came in and she had a beer, a shot, another beer. She didn't finish the last beer. >> Mhm. >> And then she all of a sudden got really drunk. And then she I had a card and it wasn't it wasn't running. And then I asked her for another form of payment and she just kept saying no, she doesn't have anything. >> Okay. >> So then I like gave her a card and I thought she was going to give me one but she >> she walked out and >> she started asked like she came back in all angry >> said, "Where's my [ __ ] face?" >> Yeah. Yelling at everyone. She got in their faces. >> I was kind of pushing her off before the bar stools cuz I didn't want to touch her, you know. Oh, she's coming after me and going to kick my ass and everything. So, she she's belligerent and everything else. >> Okay. Were you able to call someone to come and pick you up? >> Yeah. >> Who did you call? >> I can't hear you. >> Okay. >> I just want to go home. >> And and Candace, remember, we've been trying to working on getting you home, but you don't have any money for a cap. Okay. You can't drive cuz you're intoxicated. All right. So that's why I asked if you can call a friend to see if someone can come and pick you up. Who did you call? >> No one. >> Okay. So I need you to call someone for me. Okay. >> Okay. >> Cuz if not, then the next thing is I'm going to have to take you. Okay. >> Okay. >> The owner's decision to ban her was completely justified given her delusions of grandeur. Yet, she confronted the police with an arrogant attitude that, considering her messy financial reality, only served to pile on the trouble. >> Why? >> Well, I'm just trying to figure out I just want to go home, >> right? So, Candace, let me just explain this to you. Okay. So, right now, I'm just trying to figure out how you got so intoxicated because I spoke to the bar staff here and they said you had one beer and a shot and you didn't even finish the beer. >> Okay, regardless, I want to go home. >> Okay. Candace, do you know what day it is today? >> I just want to go home. >> Okay. You got to ask answer some questions for us, though. Okay. >> Okay, fine. >> Okay. >> I don't have to answer those questions without an attorney. So, let me go home. >> Candace, how are you going to go home? >> I want I don't have to answer those questions without an attorney. >> Okay. So, this is what we're going to do. Candace, right now you have conditions that you're not supposed to consume or possess alcohol. You're not supposed to even be in a bar. Okay. >> Like stop with the stop and let me go home. >> We have a job to do and that's what we're doing. >> That's fine. >> Okay. >> You don't have a right to do anything else >> besides >> let me go home with an attorney. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Hey, Candace. So, I I want to make sure that you're okay to care for yourself out. So, I'm going ask you to answer some basic questions. >> No. >> Okay. Do you know what today's date is? >> No. I want to You can't answer me ask me any other questions besides an attorney. >> Let me go home. >> Go ahead and go home, Candace. You can't drive. Go ahead and go home. >> So, Candace, you're no longer welcome at this bar anymore. You're banned from the property. Okay. >> Okay. Bye. The police gave her a way out, but she chose to bolt straight into some nearby bushes and take a tumble. From the middle of the dead leaves, she started screaming and weaving blatant lies just to save what was left of her hollow pride. >> Come on, you can do this. Help me. >> I can't go down there. >> Are you injured? >> Are you injured? >> Are you able to stand? Candace, are you able to stand? Are you injured? Did you fall? Are >> you okay? >> Candace, you're just going to the hospital. Okay. >> Leave me alone. >> Candace, >> no. CANDACE, >> NO. YOU'RE GOING TO TRY TO [ __ ] GET ME. CANDACE. >> NO. >> GOING TO THE HOSPITAL. >> JUST RELAX. OKAY. >> NO. >> CANDACE. >> WE HELPED YOU FROM >> CANDACE. Come on. No. No. Where's my daughter? No. >> No. >> No. YOU'RE GOING TO TAKE ME. >> I AM GOING TO YOU DON'T STOP. OKAY. >> You have two choices. >> You're not going to take me. >> You have two choices. You can go to the hospital or jail. Which one do you want to go to? >> Did you hear me, Candace? You have two choices. Hospital or jail. Which one would you like to go to? >> We're trying to help you out here, Candace. >> You're going to take me Hospital or jail? That's our only options right now. >> Candace, you need to decide. >> Using the image of a child to justify her own debauchery is a real moral law. This right here is the strongest evidence that she could very well lose her parental rights. >> My baby, you took my time. I CAN'T [ __ ] TOUCH HIM. YOU [ __ ] [ __ ] YOU TOOK IT FROM ME. NO. NO, NO, NO. >> Give me my daughter. >> GIVE ME MY DAUGHTER. Where is she? >> Give me MY DAUGHTER. YOU DON'T HAVE ANY RIGHT TO TAKE CARE OF ME. NO. NO. NO. Don't [ __ ] do that to me. No, no, please. If she were truly worried about her daughter, she wouldn't have gotten this drunk. She was taken to jail to sober up and now faces charges of disorderly conduct. The lesson here, leave whenever you have the chance. It'll keep you out of trouble. Leaving the bar in total chaos, our next woman chooses an even bloodier end. >> Help! I'm going to stop my I'm going to stop myself. >> On June 22nd, 2023, a walking disaster was stopped by police just in time. Despite all warnings, this drunken woman stubbornly climbed into her car, turning her arrogance into a deadly threat. >> Hey, ma'am. Go ahead and turn that off for me. >> Go ahead and turn the car off for me. Hello. >> Yeah. >> So, why are you why are you driving if you've been drinking? >> I'm going home right now. >> Okay. Well, I can tell you're extremely intoxicated right now. >> Can you >> You're slurring your speech. You're You're here at a bar. They're telling me that you're stumbling out of here. You can barely park your car. >> Did they tell you that? >> They're the one that called me. >> Talk to them. >> They're the one that called me. You can barely stand right now. Are you sure? >> Yeah, I'm I'm sure. >> Are you sure? >> I am sure. >> Let's go talk to them. >> No, we're not going to go talk to them. We're not going to do that. >> All right, I'm going. >> Ma'am, no. >> Ma'am, step over here. >> Sir, please. >> 334. Please send me 94. >> Please don't. Please don't. Hey. Hey. >> Do not address me. Do not. Instead of staying quiet to keep what was left of her self-respect, she chose to push herself into a dead end. That outofc control performance in the parking lot didn't solve a thing. It only made her look even worse. >> 334 I'm going to stop myself. You're Stop. Stop. Why are you doing this? >> Hold down. Hold down. >> Why are you doing this? >> Roller. Take a deep breath. >> All right. >> You lean back. Lean back. >> Help me. >> Whatever. Do whatever you need. Help me. >> She went looking for attention by hallucinating about her own influence. It's truly ironic to hear her claim ownership of the community when in reality, everyone just saw her as free entertainment. This is my community and I am having a good time >> and he attacked me. Let me go. I will walk. >> Now we're doing an investigation. >> It's okay. Whatever you have to do. And don't listen. You're going to stay in handcuffs until he's done WITH HIS INVESTIGATION. >> EXACTLY. DON'TING talk to me. Look at him. Look at him. Big ass. Don't you try and bite me. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Yeah, she just kicked his head.
