That's my >> I can't believe that you're doing this in front of your kids. >> Stop. What are you doing? Stop. >> How can a mother teach her child about love when she uses that very word to justify her anger? >> I'm standing there. She's walking away. She comes up behind her and punches her right in the face from behind. [screaming] >> I don't like THE WAY YOU SHOOT ME. >> I will report your From the driver's seat to the playground to the living room, everywhere echoes the same sound. A child crying, afraid of the one who gave them life. And the body cam, like a merciless mirror, captures how pride can slowly murder the very instinct of motherhood. Everything started off pretty normal, just a traffic stop for tinted windows. But as the officer approached, the mom's attitude flipped. Within minutes, what should have been a routine stop turned into a moment that made everyone hold their breath. >> How you doing? >> What you want, [ __ ] I I don't even I I really don't understand why y'all just follow me. Y'all y'all literally sat there and watched me pull off >> and then come here. >> One second. >> Can't even stop to the damn. >> Ma'am, where you going? Ma'am, where you going? >> Because you JUST YOU JUST I SEE WHAT YOU JUST DID. >> I said one second. What are you doing? Why you Why are you leaving on the traffic stop? >> First of all, we we parked right here. Second of all, is that is that how you want to play? >> You No, because you just watched me. I pulled out from the store. I watched you. >> Okay. >> I pulled out and you hear this. >> Ma'am, I'm stopping you for your 10. How am I supposed to see anyone inside your car for this game? >> You can listen. My You can see right. >> You can see right now. >> Stop. I'm not playing these games. >> You can see right there. >> Okay. So, do me a favor. Sit back down in your car. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> I don't care. We're not playing THESE GAMES. >> HUH? BECAUSE MY FIT IS NOT DONE. >> Stop pulling away. Stop pulling away. Stop. Stop. You aren't in control of the situation. I say you're on a traffic stop. That doesn't mean I'm going to walk away now. >> I don't care if your car was off and you stepped out of the car afterwards. I don't care. >> Come here, Junior. >> That's my baby right there. Come on, Junior. >> Pretty sure we've already done this, too. >> Oh, no. She's absolutely going to jail now. Absolutely. Cuz this is the second time I've had to do this with her because she wants to play these games. >> The first second time he just got here. But you you can call somebody on the phone. >> Stop. Face the car. >> I'm not I'm not even >> Face the car. >> It's It's 239. TORI. TORI. TORI. >> Who's Tori? >> My cousin. She uh >> the blue one. >> Yeah. Tell her to go get >> cuz now his grandma got to come get her. >> WHAT'S THE NUMBER? UH, TORI >> TORI >> JUNIOR. >> All this over a tiny mistake. The cop just wanted to check her window tint. But instead of staying calm, the mom jumped out and started yelling right in front of her kid. That simple ticket turned into a harsh life lesson about how losing control can hurt more than your pride. >> Because my ticket >> I can't believe that you're doing this in front of your kid. >> Come on, stand right here. >> Don't cry, baby. >> Hello. So, I had went to I went to go get junior data away. >> Someone to come get her kid and get somebody to come get >> Yeah. I don't know why your mom did this. >> Yeah. No, this this is this Wait, I am No, this is on the phone. >> Oh, okay. Hello. >> Hey, can I don't need this many people around my traffic. Stop. Thank you. >> I was just going to get a baby. Okay. >> Someone's got to take the baby away from me. >> I was I was leaving, right? >> So, when I left Crawford, I seen him. He stopped in. >> Okay. We're not We're not going to be arguing. We're not going to be arguing on the phone. Come here. STOP. >> STOP. What are you doing? Stop. >> He's out of control. >> She wasn't even arguing with him. SHE WAS TALKING ON THE PHONE. >> Do it. Stop. Stop. >> No. We're not going to be sitting here talking, yelling about this traffic stop when the only thing that you need to do is just stop and be quiet. That's all you have to do. Just be quiet. Be an adult. Be an adult in front of your kid cuz you are acting like a child because No. Stop. BEFORE STOP BEFORE YOU NO. I'm I'm done with you talking. I'm done with you talking cuz all you want to do is try and discredit everything. You are not in control here. My lights were on. You decided to pull all the way in and get out of your car like, "Oh, I'm out of my car. I'M FREE AND GOOD. MY WINDOW DOWN. STOP TALKING. You got out of the car and when I told you to sit down, you said no. You are going to jail now. You are going to jail cuz you wanted to play these games and you just said, "Oh, I could do whatever I want." How old are you? >> I'm 26. >> You're old enough to know. >> Yeah. Okay. But >> you're old enough to know. And guess what? When I test your tint and every single window comes back too dark, I'm going to write you a ticket for every single one of them. I'm going to start writing you a ticket for everything I can because you want to play these games with >> while saying don't do this in front of my child. She didn't realize her own meltdown was the real damage. She thought she was protecting her kids, but what that child saw might leave scars way deeper than any fine or legal charge ever could. >> Why? Why is that of everything here? Is that the [ __ ] up part? Why is that the [ __ ] up part? Not the way that you're acting in front of like your 2-year-old how I don't even a 5-year-old kid over there. Not that way. >> Okay, your six-year-old kid. Not that way, >> right? Not you just thinking I'm gonna do whatever I want to create a situation that did not even have to happen >> because the way you turned around behind me. >> I don't care. >> And I'm like, well then what? What did I do? >> BECAUSE YOU HAVE A car that is super dark tint on it and I'm going to look at it. >> No, I want you Yeah, I want you to go test it. >> And I will go test it. >> Come over here. But this is >> the way that we're doing all of this. >> You just blame me stopping me a month ago. I don't even know you. I don't know you. You never stopped me. >> Didn't cuz I wasn't trying. >> Yeah. You just said I just DIDN'T I JUST STOP YOU LAST MONTH FOR MY I NEVER MET YOU BEFORE. I said maybe the second time. I never met you before. I I don't know you standing right here. >> I don't know you. I never You never put aggressive. You >> I was I told you to stand by so I can go get my tip meter and you got out of the car and said, "Hold on. Stop." You told me that we were done basically, right? Cuz I said I said you are staying right here and you said no. >> No, I never said that. You said you wanted You wanted >> Well, I'm not going to stand here on the road of the RV. >> You said you said you wanted to test the tent. >> So you can you can have a seat in my car, ma'am. >> Huh? Talk to me. >> Talk to me. I'll talk to you in a second. Let me put her inside the car real quick so I can continue with my business on this traffic stop. >> I absolutely I'll absolutely talk to you. But >> can we talk before you put my >> I need I need to put her away so I can continue doing what I need to do with this traffic stop. >> No, not listen. >> No, he said he said the T was too dark and then he straight that he pulled me a month ago. I know I got pulled but I never got pulled by them. I got pulled by state. >> He said because when I got out the car I guess he he came out. I'll talk to you. I'm not doing this back and forth. >> Have a seat inside my car, please. >> Thank you. >> Some people would rather lose everything than admit they were wrong. She wasn't really arguing with the cop. She was arguing with herself. Owning one small mistake meant facing a whole pile of others. So, she pretended to be strong and lost what mattered most right in front of her. >> Any of us work stuff on you, right? >> My I don't know if my >> like no like knives, needles, or anything like that. Like no knives or needles or anything like that? >> No, we don't do that. I don't do that. >> I don't know. You just have scrubbed and you have lead health on your so you >> No, I I check I check the patients in. >> Okay. >> I just got off work. >> Over at which place? >> I just got off work. >> No, I know which place. >> At internal medicine >> at the hospital or down at like Care or >> I think it's just a office. A office. >> Okay, cool. Do me a favor. Scoot in real quick. I'm going to continue with my traffic stop and I'll turn the AC nice high. Watch your hair. Watch your hair. I'll turn the AC nice and high. Watch your knee, please. for obstruction. >> She had got real rude or something. >> Absolutely. She got out of the car, told me that we weren't doing a traffic stop that she had parked and she was all good even though my lights were on and everything was on beforehand. I even told her to stand by and she decided not to. She wanted to start yelling at me about this rather than just maybe getting a warning for some tint. She decided to start yelling at me. Just >> there's nothing to work out at this point. Once my hands go on somebody, they're going to go to jail. I don't like to touch people. I don't like to touch people. She did this all in front of her child. like how she's 25 20 what is she 25 I think >> hushington here I'll step I'll talk to you over here this is your car >> yes >> okay so she's going to jail she decided to start acting out on a traffic stop decided to try and tell me that she's not on a traffic stop she's leaving bunch of stuff she started yelling at me so she's going to go to jail for something stupid just a just a misdemeanor obstruction because she wanted to act out >> this is your car right >> so here's here's the reasons for this cuz this is your car and I want you to know that right so the tint is super dark on all the windows. Did you know that? >> It's like 8% on the back and it's 6% on the front, I think. And then one of the other windows is like a 12 or something like that. >> Because that's the way I buy the car. >> So, understand that. I How long did you buy the car? >> Maybe 2 months. >> 2 or 3 months ago. 2 months. Okay. >> Um, so understand that. I I know you just bought it like that. It's probably a used car, right? Okay. So, you probably bought it like that with the tint, but I still understand that it's still a responsibility of you to make sure the car is good to go, right? >> Yeah. But it was the first stop we ever get with it, too. >> And that's understandable, right? And that's all this would have been just a warning if I would have seen that cuz I still I haven't even checked to see if she's ever been stopped or anything like that. >> A 25-year-old mom just planted fear in her child's memory. Sometimes trying to teach your kid you're right only shows them the moment you're completely wrong. This wasn't police abuse. It was the slow collapse of a woman destroying herself while her child suffered in silence. >> Try this again. You're going to get searched. Okay. >> Why not? You just search me? >> No, I'm going to search you. I'm Sergeant Evson with Fort Police Department. Do you have anything on you that's going to poke me prick me in any way? >> No. >> You got anything in your bra? >> I don't have nothing. >> You do? Are you wearing Are you wearing a bra? >> Yes. >> Are you wearing an underwear? >> Yes. >> Okay, cool. Place this way for me. Thank you. Spread your legs. Spread your legs more. Thank you. There's nothing. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. You got my T. You got my titty. You got my titty. You got my nipples. You got my nipples. >> Cuz I'm pregnant. I'm pregnant. My My nipples are sensitive. She grabbing them. >> Okay, relax. I've never had anybody sit there and scream at me. Okay, come back over here. Calm down. >> You need to calm down. >> Cuz what's going to happen is >> there. >> Thank you. >> Okay. Moving your legs. >> You can stand at 12 this call for now and I'll take the instrument control. >> You can go back inside. I need a puller. >> All right. You see how there's nothing inside this car? Pull motion. If there's anything inside this vehicle when you get out, that's on you. Okay. Go ahead and have a seat. >> There's not going to be nothing in here. I I work at a medical center. >> Okay. Well, >> I work with old people, patients. >> Fantastic. >> Exactly. >> Thank you. Just trying to help. They needed to check your temperature. And >> this none of this had to happen today, right? Are we both on the same page that this probably could have like if you didn't start yelling at me like immediately when I walked up to the car, you understand that like your tint that you're driving is is very dark. Not that Hold on. Not that you had Yes, it does because you're driving the vehicle. So, if I can't see inside of a car and I just do a U-turn to try and check it out, that's not like an I'm not accosting you for doing that. You know what I'm saying? >> In the end, she was arrested and charged with obstruction and failure to comply during a traffic stop. both misdemeanors. The fine can go up to $1,000, and if she has no prior record, she might get out on bail without jail time. Still, the incident goes on her record. A small crime, but a heavy reminder. One mother lost her mind, another her conscience, but in both cases, the ones who pay the price are their children. On May 1st, 2025 in Ohio, police were called after a brutal fight broke out between two neighboring moms. One of them ended up seriously injured after what started as a petty argument about their kid's behavior. But what happened next went far beyond anyone's expectations. >> What's going on now? >> Uh I had an altercation last night with my neighbor. Went down there to talk to her about her kids and he got beat up over it. >> Did you call last night? >> No. >> Was there any reason for that? Um, I wasn't sure uh that I wanted to. >> So, her kids did what? >> Well, we've been having problems with our kids. Uh, they've been coming in our yard. They've stolen stuff. They've kicked over our lights, kicking at the tree, picking up all kinds of stuff. So, last night I was, you know, trying to correct them and the kids got mousy back with me. So, I went down there to talk to the mother about it. And when I rang her Ring doorbell, I mean, she was already had an attitude. She answered, "Can I help you?" Then her daughter ran in the house and I heard them bickering back and forth. Then she came out and was like, "What's the problem?" And I said, "I just want to address your children being down at my house and taking my stuff and picking at my stuff." And she said, "Your your cheap ass windmills and your your sorry ass tree." I said, "It doesn't matter what it is or it's my stuff. Your children are right." Well, I been told them to stay from down there. Well, if you been told them, they're not listening. >> Right. >> Walker and next thing you know, she's in my face. My daughter hears her from down here yelling at me. So, she comes outside. So, she's coming at me, you know, and I'm backing up and I'm still trying to talk. Next thing you know, she hits me. So, I decide to walk away. When I turn around to walk away, she hit me from behind the hand. It all began with something small. Just a few kids playing in the yard. But for a prideful mother, teaching someone a lesson became an excuse to unleash her anger. Sometimes tragedy doesn't start with bad actions, but with adult pride. The kind that forgets how to simply say sorry. >> She The girl was down here messing with stuff. My mom politely asked her to stop. She started getting mousy. So my mom's like, "Stop. Stop." I asked her three times. Nice. >> So then then I start hearing her yelling, telling her to shut up on. >> So I come up outside cuz I got my son. outside with her. >> I'm like, you know, just chill out cuz she's a kid, >> you know, calm down. >> So then I politely tell the girl, >> you know, why don't you just respect our stuff? We're kindly asking you don't touch nothing. You know, she's coming at me crazy. So I'm like, is your mom cool? She's like, yep, sure is. So come on. I said, so why don't we go down there and try to destroy that again? And I just look over and she's kicking her shoes out, ripping her earrings out, [bell] hiking her skirt up and starts squaring up with my mom. My mom's not even trying to fight her. And then they're going back and forth and she just swings on she starts swinging on her and my mom's like trying to grab her hands and trying to fight back. So then she hit her a few good times, at least three or four times. So my mom starts walking away. I'm standing there. She's walking away. She comes up behind her and punches her right in the face from behind. So then that's when I'm like, "Oh no, that's not cool." So then I, you know, square up with her cuz we don't hit nobody from behind like that chip shot. And she didn't she didn't want to fight me. So her daughter, mind you, she's a minor. She came behind me trying to hit me from behind. >> No punch hurts more than the one thrown in front of a child. That's where morality disappears. A 13-year-old girl got pulled into the chaos of adult rage. Her mother thought she was protecting her, but what she really taught her was that violence could be a way to prove strength and a total lack of reflection. >> Take some pictures now. >> No. Straight. >> Which house is it? It's the house right there on the other side. I heard 715. >> This right here? >> No. 755. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Hey, how you doing? >> Hello. Are you Leticia? >> Yes. >> All right. Can you tell me what happened yesterday? Um, she came over here to approach me about something about a situation with my children digging her flowers or something like that and that was pretty much it. And I addressed her about calling my daughter and she had finished saying that and that was that. >> So, what else happened? >> That was pretty much it. >> You didn't fight her at all. >> Um, like we scuffle back and forth with not an actual >> camera recording. Okay. I told you involved. >> Not at all. >> She didn't punch me. I didn't punch her. >> Okay. >> You step on down here, please. >> No. What's the problem? >> Step on. Don't you Don't you like my children? >> I know they're in there. Don't make this a scene. >> Okay. But what's the problem? >> Don't make this a scene. >> I'm not trying to make a scene, but my children is right here. >> Felonious assault. Put both of your hands to her. >> Put both of your hands behind your back right now. >> Are you serious? >> Yes. I'm You think I'm playing? >> No, because I'm like, what? hands behind your back right now. >> Can I call my brother then come? My children are here by their Don't Don't make it a scene, ma'am. >> Can I call you a call mom? >> Don't make it a scene. >> Call that mom. I'm just trying to call my brother. Can I get somebody in the car? 16. Keep stepping up. >> They're here by the car. >> If someone ever called me out for acting stupid, my mom would have set me straight right there. But this mom turned her fury into a shield, pretending it was all for her child's sake. She was angry that someone dared to come to her house, yet ignored the fact her kid had crossed into theirs. Kids don't learn from what we say. They copy what we do. >> Are you Are you going to stop now? [laughter] >> Can you back up? Back up right now. Back up. Back up now. Please back up. >> I'm not even trying to come by you. >> I need your >> 17. I just got her pen against the wall. She's trying to fight me. >> I'm not fighting. My arm is hurt. >> Back up. Back up. My arm is hurt. [laughter] Back up. >> Why is you being so aggressive? >> Because you made it like this. >> I'm not. Are you asking me a question? We talking. I'm like, is you serious? You just going to take her right over mine? >> Cuz she called the police. This was yesterday. Around this same time she wait till the day to call the police to. >> Are you going to calm down yet? >> I'm calm. I'm upset cuz all my daughters is right here, man. >> Go over there, ma'am. Go over there. >> 09 over there. Y'all go across the street. 0916 >> here. Can she get my face so she can call my brother >> here? Check the button so I can turn my face. >> Just push the power button. Push the power button. >> You stay right here. >> You You going to get her You going to get her arrested. >> Stay right here. >> You really at all. I see that you never with children though. >> You don't 916 my pass. Y'all some mother y'all wait till today. Today really y'all came to my [ __ ] >> She cast herself as the victim, the oppressed black mom against those other kids. when the truth was she caused real harm. Beyond assaulting a neighbor, she emotionally scarred her own child. She feared cops might hurt her kid, not realizing she was the one teaching that hurt through her own violence. >> That is serious injury. That is not from pushing. >> She did that to me. She pushing on me. What you want me to do in front of my children? >> You hit her. >> Mushing her. >> Look, it regardless of what? Whatever. >> It's on my camera. I mushed her. >> Okay. I don't that don't I don't I I I don't have nothing to do with her being fragile. She should never came to my house like that then. If she didn't want those issues, why the would you come to my house so aggressive and hostile and fishing on me? I don't understand. Why would you do all that? You came to my home. >> So I'm asking you those questions over there. What were you telling me? >> The same. No, you said nothing happened. Now it's she's the aggressive >> because we both was aggressive. Didn't I? Did I not say we both was tussling with each other? >> But you didn't say tussling. You said no, it wasn't. Nobody threw no punches. >> He didn't th >> No one threw no punches. >> Nobody threw no punches. >> So >> I was mushing her. >> The injuries right now say that somebody threw some punches. >> I I mean I'm I'm tall. I'm big-handed. My I got long nails. Ain't no way I could have bald up my fist and punched it. I would have broken nails. >> I would beg to differ on that one. >> Man, if my dog had like that, my [ __ ] should be broken. So, are they allowed to take the kids or No. >> Yeah. What's going to happen is that uh >> I I didn't realize that she's actually going to jail for not a misdemeanor assault, but felonious assault >> for felony crime which is Yeah. Which is I just sometimes I can understand you're fine. I work in a medical field. I hear >> you used to obviously you get used to that. So this is the reason why we had to involve our JS6 which is 6 calling CSP. Now CSP the case worker they come sometime and then give kids to you guys obviously it's up to them but for us we had to do JFC uh otherwise we'll be in a trouble that's because of felony offense. Uh if there was a misdemeanor then it would have been a different story but severity of the victim's injury that became a felony. That's what I'm sorry. >> In the end, the woman was arrested and taken to jail, charged with felony assault after inflicting serious injury on her neighbor. Under Ohio law, that's a secondderee felony punishable by up to 8 years in prison and a $15,000 fine. Beyond the criminal sentence, she could also face temporary loss of custody as child protective services step in. If that last dispute was a lesson about boundaries, then this next story is a warning about what happens when control is completely lost. On October 19th, 2024 in Florida, police were called to respond to a loud argument between two women. One of them was pregnant and drunk. When the door opened, what they saw wasn't just a fight. It was a family on the edge of collapse. Hey, >> you okay ma'am? >> Hey man, how you doing? >> How you doing? You okay? >> It's my niece. You know, we just came from the ball. Whatever. You know, I guess it's the alcohol. >> Which part? >> Oh, my bad. Um, Roxy. >> Hello, >> Roxy. Hello. What's your name? >> Why you recording that? >> Yeah, you know I'm recording. >> What you doing that for? >> Is everybody all right? >> Yes. I just Oh, that's >> She live in me how I live. I just came to see my niece. >> How's she going to get here? >> She caught a >> and I never have problem. I like >> Okay. >> You understand what I mean? >> So, >> she doesn't live here, right? >> She doesn't live here at all. >> No, she live she came to visit me. That's my niece. >> I know. So, she she does not live here. >> No, I just wanted to go home. She not just she, you know, drinking and drunk, you know. I just wanted to go home. That's Yeah. I just want her to call her lift. Call your lift. >> What? >> That's why he asking you call your lift or you can get home. >> You calling your lift? >> That's fine. I can be on camera all you want. It don't matter. >> Can you call your lift? >> Call your lift. Go ahead. >> That's all he ask. That's all the officer asking y'all. >> Nothing to you. >> Right. >> That's it. I'm sorry. That's all he asking. >> Is she Is she going to pass out? Can you do me a favor? >> Come over here though. And then let's ask you to come to spend time with me. >> That's enough. That's enough. Back on the >> ma'am. Come over here. All right. Come here. Come here. >> Rihanna, >> do you want to I mean I think it might be time to to >> Can you do me a favor and step over here, please? >> I don't want her to go. I just want her to hold your Can you come out here? >> I push you in my pock. No one ever taught her that motherhood starts with protecting yourself, not challenging the world in a drunken rage. She was about to bring a child into the world. Yet, she was putting both lives in danger. Too intoxicated to tell who was helping and who wasn't. She reacted only out of fear and impulse. >> Because because you're being because you CAN GO TO JAIL REAL QUICK JUST BY SAYING THAT. BECAUSE you heard what SHE SAID TO ME. YOU'RE DRUNK. RELAX. >> But she tried too. Yeah, SHE'S REASONABLE. >> I'M REASONABLE, TOO. You know that. >> I WAS IN HER HOUSE. >> TALK TO ME LIKE a person. Talk to me like A PERSON. OKAY. >> GET MY STUFF, BRO. >> OKAY. LISTEN. Calm down. >> And she's drinking, too. >> Stop. >> I don't like him, bro. >> Calm down. I get it. >> I don't like him. Listen. >> Get out of my face. >> I'm trying to talk to you. >> That's what I'm trying to do. >> No. >> So, what are you going to do? >> Well, we've been chitting the whole time. >> Okay. Well, she's done chilling. >> We had No, I'm saying we had an argument and everything. What could happen? >> Okay. Well, I think she's just done hanging out, right? So, like, let's call it a night. >> She wanted to call me over here with that. So, I got my >> talk to me. I know. We'll get it in a minute. We'll get it. We'll get it in a minute. >> Not yet. When When my I know. I know. But >> No, it is not fair. >> When When my When my partners come out, we will get your stuff. Okay. >> No, that's not fair. >> It's fine. Just chill out here with me for a minute and then we'll get it. I'm not telling you you can't get your stuff. >> Not fair. >> What stuff do you have in there? >> Everything. >> Like what? Everything I pay for for $680 and everything. >> Okay, we'll get it. >> Go to jail. >> No, you're not. For what? >> No. To punch in her mouth. >> No, you're not. >> Because she disrespect me. >> She did not disrespect you. >> She did. She's actually being happy for her. I paid $80 and left to come up for her spend time with her. >> All right. All right. Well, >> and waste my time to come and she know I see my auntie and she know that. Can you hold my phone? I don't care if I go to jail. >> You're not going to jail. >> I'm I'm going >> Let's Let's get a lift. I'm going to jail. No. Stop. >> Stop being a child. Go to jail. >> No. No. Stop. Come on. Come over here. Come over here away from the door. Briana, >> I'm good. >> No, you're not. >> You're You're pissed. >> Go to jail. >> No. Stop being silly. >> No, >> you're not. You're not going to do >> Let me go to jail. >> Stop. Here, take your phone. You're going to call a lift. >> Who? Who can we call to come get you? >> Nobody. >> You You're going to call the lift. >> Move. Move. >> No. No. No. >> Please. Move. >> Hey, try to get an address for me. >> What's your address? >> I ain't got no address. >> She's going to get a lift for you? >> I ain't got no address. She talked about the money she'd spent, the effort she'd made, and how unfairly she was treated, but it was all about her wounded pride, not the baby she carried. To her, the officers weren't there to help anymore. They'd become a threat. And the more she felt cornered, the further she drifted from reason. >> Why are you being like this? >> You're you you're really you're being kind of immature right now. >> Please let me >> This is your family. Why are you trying to stoop down to to like >> she she got about this on me for no reason? >> So what? PICK IT UP. [screaming] >> I don't like THE WAY YOU TREAT ME. I know where we >> got your head. >> Too crazy. >> You going to jail? >> What are you going to do? >> I want to go my own. >> Relax. >> She feared losing someone. So, she lashed out first just to avoid seeing another back turned on her. But the price was true loneliness. When her pride broke, she chose drama over silence. Because chaos at least made her feel seen, even if it was through pain. >> No. See you. He already see he already wanted to >> relax. Slow down the damn cuff. Slow. Just >> shut the >> relax. >> Shut the up, bro. >> Shut the up. >> It's too damn me. >> Stop, bro. >> I want to TALK TO HIM. >> NO, you're done. ARE YOU GOING TO CALL right now? Y going to jail. >> LOOK AT ME. >> STOP SCREAMING. >> LET GO OF MY [screaming] >> You just make yourself. When people lose self-respect, they scream just to feel powerful again. She met calm professionalism with petty insults, trying to hold on to control she no longer had. But she wasn't really fighting anyone. She was fighting the part of herself that once deserved respect. [screaming] >> Real funny girl. >> Yeah, funny girl. >> Yeah, funny little girl. >> Yeah, keep on playing girl. >> What you mean little girl? >> 2 feet tall girl. >> Girl, stop playing with me. about 3 in taller. Stop playing me in tall. >> Yeah. And ass nobody wants to see that. >> Nobody want to see your fat BB hair either. >> Stop playing me. QB Spanish, whatever the you say. PUT THIS LEG IN THERE. >> What do you mean? I'm at her house. >> I know, >> but I can't punch. Thank you. >> In the end, the woman was arrested and charged with public intoxication, resisting an officer, and battery on a law enforcement officer. Under Florida law, these are thirdderee felonies, carrying up to 5 years in prison, a $5,000 fine, court supervision, and mandatory rehab after release. If that drunken night marked the fall of reason, the next afternoon was the collapse of morality. On April 12th, 2025, police were called to an indoor playground [music] after a scuffle broke out between two parents. One mother claimed that a stranger had picked up her child without permission. As the crowd grew tense, chaos erupted, and this was only the beginning. >> The witnesses here. Do you have a reason to attack me? >> Charges against her. >> All right, come on out here. Let's go out here. Come on out here. Come on out here. >> All these witnesses. All of these witnesses. >> No one's leaving yet. You're both staying here. What happened? >> She attacked me. I was I was hugging the baby cuz the baby follow me. And that's all. Okay. And she's threatening me about the baby and all of a sudden she just attacks me. >> Who does? >> What is it going to do to the little baby? There's hundreds of people here. >> Okay. Who Who's >> Hundreds of witnesses here? >> Who's the other person involved? >> What was I going to do to a baby? >> Who's the other person involved? >> Oh, she's right there. Give my bag. >> Your bag's coming. Your bag's coming. All right. Do me a favor. What's your name? >> Showing my ID and you really see who I am. >> Okay. >> Okay. Cuz there's like I need to report identity theft to. Maybe she's one of the ones that is doing the identity theft on it. You could jot it down who the heck she is. >> What's a good phone number? >> Maybe she's pretending to be me. >> What's a good phone number? >> So, take care of fingerprints, too. >> Okay. So, I'm going to press charges cuz I she's pretending to be me. >> Mhm. >> Calm down. >> And I have other other calm down. >> Okay, good. >> I already told the officer that you >> She has to be one of the ones that is pretending. >> Officer knows you can get a little excited. >> No, no, no. You bring me my bed so I can show him who I am, who I really am. And you could you could take me to my house, see where I live, everything. See where my business was for 30 years. I can give you a list of my customer. Everything starts identity theft on me. From the start, the woman showed signs of psychological instability. Disjointed speech, shallow breathing, darting eyes. Classic symptoms of a persecution delusion. A defense mechanism where a person convinces themselves they're the victim even when every piece of evidence says otherwise. >> This is the beginning. What happened here today? >> Okay. I was with a baby. I was hiding this baby. No, her baby right there. >> Okay. >> And then I'll put her down and then she comes and starts threatening me. >> Okay. >> Okay. And then she just thought of attacks me. >> Okay. How did she attack you? >> She just put me on the floor. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> What? >> So once I saw she attacked me, I grabbed her hair and Well, that's an extension. She's got on. Okay. So she's a man. Okay. Attacking me. I am a girl. So obviously she was going to beat me. Like if you try to beat me, you're a man. You have the strength of a man, right? >> Okay. >> Okay. Then >> what did you do? >> Then we were on the floor. Well, I was on the floor. Okay. Because she is one of the probably the three people that is using my identity. So that's why she got all insulted because she probably thought I figured her out. >> Okay. There's no other reason for her to attack me like that. >> Mhm. >> All right. So first charges identity theft on her. >> Okay. So you you went up to her child, you hugged her child, >> you both got into an argument, >> and you ended up on the floor, >> right? >> And then you guys, >> she's using my identity. She thought I caught on. >> How did she get you to the floor? What exactly did she >> She grabbed my hair. >> Grabbed your hair. >> So then I grabbed her hair and she kicked me or something to my face, to my mouth. >> You should have the video. And I want a copy of the video, too. >> Okay. >> Yeah, cuz I'm pressing charges. >> Where did all this happen at? >> Right now. Right there. Right in the middle right there. >> Yeah. So I was by identity theft. >> I was getting the pizza when I saw them. >> So you didn't see anything? >> Yeah. >> I was getting the pizza and I saw them like just >> identity >> and a security officer was like in between. >> Her words had no structure. Truth, lies, and imagination tangled into one confusing mess. The playground turned into her stage and the police became her audience. She wasn't just reacting. She was performing, trying to manipulate everyone's emotions so she could stand out as the most wronged person in the room. >> Do you need any medical attention? >> No, I want to press charges. She's using my identity. >> Okay. >> All right. We'll talk with her. We got you. >> It's possible. I need to press >> I just want you to know something. I want to sue this. No, no, I just want you to know the security guard should have been protecting me. suing companies and stuff. That's like a Monday thing. >> That is something beyond >> Okay, then I need identity theft. I needed that. I went to the police. Let me finish talking. >> Hold on. On um Blue Island. They just ignored me. >> Okay. >> So, I got one of the ones that's using my identity. >> Okay. >> Mhm. >> I got to run a name. Can you just stick with her for Let me ask you this. What was the main reason you went up to the to the kiddo and hugged her? >> Cuz if they was trying to play or they I don't have a card cuz he didn't give me a card. The only thing they do is like swipe. So I don't really do that. So I bring literature whatever to read. So she was trying to put it in. So I was helping her like swipe it and then hitting the little thing. That's all. Do you want to sign a complaint of battery? >> You tell me, man. Trespasser as well. I'll talk to the owner on that. Can you guys grab her, scoop her up, bring her to the station, get it going? >> So, right now, probably a battery and the shoulder thing, I think. >> Okay. All right. Yeah, we'll grab her and then I'll get I'll be right there. It's going to be one kind of badly and then I'm disorderly. You wait till the kids start moving out of it. >> It's okay, miss. Here, >> let me let me show you another proof of my identity. >> All right, here. Come on with us. Come on outside. Okay. >> Okay. I have it. Hold on. >> We already have your identity. Okay. >> You can see I'm the real Lord. Okay. >> Cuz I don't know how many are around using my identity. Come on outside. Okay. >> All right. Let's go then. >> Alexa, you can just leave this here. Your brother's going to take care of it. Okay. >> I don't trust anybody with my stuff. >> She didn't trust anyone to hold her own purse, yet expected strangers to trust her enough to hold their child. No parent would allow that without permission. When she began claiming the other woman had stolen her identity, it was the [music] clearest sign yet. A deep psychological break surfacing in real time. Let's go over by this uh squad car over here, miss. This way, miss. This way, miss. What's going over here? >> Oh, over this way. >> Okay, go ahead and take your bag down. Okay. >> Uh, >> you're being replaced under arrest. Do me a favor. You just got to take your bags off. Okay. >> Why am I being placed under a No. No. Officer, let me give this to my brother then. Let me give this to my brother. >> No. No. No. I'm going to No. Why are you placing me under arrest? I didn't attack her. I didn't attack her. I did not attack her. I did not attack No, I didn't attack her. I did not attack her. She attacked me. What are the rules here in Oklahoma? That when you get attacked and you the self-defense, you're not arresting me. You are not arresting me. >> You are under arrest. Now, if you if you continue to do this, we're going to charge you with resisting. Now, get up and put your hands behind your back. >> Under arrest because she's the one that attacked me. >> She's the one that attacked me. >> Okay. You're going to be charged with resisting now. >> I want my penny. >> Let go. You guys >> I got to give this to my You want me to give you >> here? Clap. Bring the bag. >> He's with the kids. >> No, >> he's with the kids and I don't want them to see this, >> right? >> No, because she attacked me. Okay. But either way, we don't want We don't want We don't want them. >> Take everything. Take everything. But guess what, Oakan? Never again. >> Never again, >> okay? I'm going to give this stuff to your brother. >> Okay. He has >> No. Give it to him in my present. >> Okay. Mhm. All right. >> Thank you, >> Oakan. You guys will hear from who the heck do >> protects me. Okay. >> You will hear from them. >> Okay, that's fine. Never again should any Mexican come to Oaklan to be discriminated against to for them to do this to them. Even after being detained, she showed no fear or remorse. Instead, she shifted her narrative toward injustice and discrimination, turning her personal outburst into a social crusade. Maybe because when people run out of excuses, it's easier to believe the world is against them than to admit they lost control. >> What's this? >> No. Why? Cuz I'm Latino. >> Oh, cuz I'm Latino, right? >> She's wearing a >> figure. No, it's it's my it's my super my truck. >> Okay. >> I'm going to call my son, Johnny. >> Okay. I'm going to call you. >> Yeah, I'll call him. >> I'll call his godfather to go get me out of jail. >> Okay. >> Is this what does? >> Is this the discrimination? Okay. >> We will hear from you in Washington DC. >> Okay. Okay. >> Because Oakan is discriminated against. You're trying to arrest me. Okay. >> All you got to do is just be quiet. >> Okay. They're not they're not going to discriminate against me like this. Okay. If I have to stand before Congress >> and so they can see discriminating against me in Oaklan. Never, never should anybody come to Oakan. Hop on hop in the car. >> No. No. Okay. Well, you guys I can't I can't go in there. >> Turn around. Put Put your butt put your butt up here. You got to You got to turn around. >> You got to turn around. >> Well, then if you guys can leave me alone. Maybe I can try. >> No. Here. I want to turn you toward this way cuz we got to guide you in. >> No. >> All you have to do me in. >> There you go. Come on. >> Oh, I can't. One second. >> I am 56 years old. I might look young with a cap. Can you take it off? >> Oh, yeah. >> She can see my real age. >> Okay. >> Okay. That's who the you're dealing with. >> You need to be nice. >> Okay. No, CUZ I'M ALMOST 60. >> ALL RIGHT. HAVE A SEAT. >> 60. OKAY. SO, this So, you know what? Guess what? The discrimination lawsuit discrimination against elderly. I'm already considered after 55. Is this what Oklahoma does to the elderly? >> The disabled. Have a seat, miss. Have a seat, miss. >> Is that what Oklahoma does? >> Have a seat, miss. >> Is that what Oklahoma does? >> In the end, the woman was taken into custody and charged with battery, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and trespassing. If convicted, she could face up to one year in jail, a $2,000 fine, probation, and a permanent ban from the playground where the incident occurred. So, when violence shows up in the middle of a child's laughter, somewhere else, it's already become a way of life. On June 5th, 2025 in Illinois, police were called to a home after reports of a violent family altercation. The [music] caller mentioned there was alcohol involved and children inside. When officers arrived, they realized this wasn't just another domestic dispute. >> It's going to roll away. Now, the female is yelling. Something trying to go to another room. Do we do have fires for domestics as well as batteries here? >> Yes, they're fighting right now. >> Thank you. My daughter rooms >> and then my dad just went out in the garage almost. >> This is overexaggeration. >> No, this is Scott. She's drunk. >> Can you Do you have her camera? >> Who are you? >> We got home. We own a restaurant downtown. >> Okay. >> We had some incidents with our 20year-old daughter. We came home today. >> Is sorry. Is my other partner inside with her? >> No, no one's here except you. You're the first one on the scene that approached me. This patrol off, you know, officer just, you know, came down right now. My wife is inside. My 20-year-old daughter is inside and my 12-year-old son is inside. >> Okay. So, what happened? >> We had problems since yesterday. My 12-year-old daughter disrespected me. Called me father this and this. She continued that today she's calling me drunk this and this. >> Okay, >> we had like a family disagreement. You know, I never did anything to her. I never even put my hand on her as you see my face. She started punching me and slapping me open face >> years old, almost turning 20. This is my brother. They just came home. I got woken up by him knocking on my door and he's saying that she was driving the car. They're both drunk. goes over a almost hits my car in the driveway and then he's and I'm like, "Is everything okay?" I go downstairs and he's like, "Yeah, it's fine." But they're both drunk. I'm like, "Don't do that." He's in the car. He's scared to death cuz he's only 11 years old. >> Just wonder if I can get my init. He's coming in my face telling at me, calling me aut >> family breaking apart under the weight of alcohol and words that were never said the right way. Parents clinging to control, kids refusing to listen. When the officers entered, the mother, drunk, trembling, yet desperate to stay in charge, spoke louder and louder as if volume could hide the truth unraveling around her. >> Yes, he is. If you do a breath, he won't pass it. Neither. >> I drove and I'm fine to drive. And >> No, you're not fine to drive. >> We We got home and I'm fine. I'm ready for bed. So, that's it. Who are you? Who are you on the phone with? >> My boyfriend. >> Okay. All right. So, let me talk to your dad. Are you guys okay up here? >> Everything is going exaggerated. [laughter] [clears throat] >> It's not. >> But um and I'm fine to drive. I'm fine. >> I can already tell. I'm not worried about that. But I can tell you that drinking >> I've been drinking, but I'm fine better than him. And I know that I've gotten fine and that's that. But they overexaggerate. This has happened. This hasn't been like the first time they um this have been the second time >> and they like to overexaggerate, you know. And that's >> where where are you guys coming from? >> In Alurn. >> Yeah, >> like Schmidz or something. >> Um Eddie Gets >> cuz we own Eddie Get Out. So I know my limit and he is over the limit and I have been not and I have drove home and they just like the over limit. >> What I'm what I'm asking is are you looking to get her arrested? >> Yes. >> She needs to learn the lesson. She does. I pay for her car insurance. I pay for her, you know, school. I might not be the perfect father. Mom said she drove and mom seems worse than him. >> I'm just saying it's I'm not looking at that anyways, right? I know, but I see why she might have been upset in a way. >> No, I know. Watch out. >> You know me. >> She's up there with us with >> everything is over. >> Okay, I'm going to tell you. Okay. >> But he's all >> You want to talk to her in there for me? She didn't need to get He's all his face is all tore up >> with my husband. My daughter, >> they had an issue, you know. So, but we've been having issues with her since she was since she turned 18. >> This was a woman who'd been spiraling for a long time, trapped in the role of I'm fine until she became the danger herself. When her teenage daughter spoke up, the entire story shifted. She wasn't a disrespectful child anymore. She was the only person in that house still holding on to a moral compass. >> What did you tell my uh supervisor? >> Um I was sleeping here. I got home from my boyfriend's house and >> my brother right here knocking in distress and shouting and being scared saying that he almost got in an accident and that they almost hit my car. They went over a curb and they're all drunk driving. He's scared. So I go downstairs into alcohol. >> She was in toxic. >> I go downstairs into the garage and I say, "Hey, is everyone okay?" Like I heard what happened. Everything's fine. It's fine. I'm like, "Okay, but it's still not okay to drive intoxicated with your son in the car." They just kind of brushed it off and I go back upstairs and I just try going back to sleep. My dad comes back up trying to put Damian back to sleep, but then he follows me into the room and trying to justify himself saying that and he's leaning over my bed >> and just um use self-defense as my dad at my dad. >> I think it was proper to do that because she was in his face multiple her in her face multiple times. He was saying, "Oh, like showing the Oh, I'm calling cops and stuff." And I'm like, "What?" I'm like, "Dude, stop. It's not proper to do that. Stop. It's your daughter and why are you doing this to your daughter except you could calm her down and not be drunk driving me home and stuff and we almost got in a crash and we almost totaled her car and my mom and dad's car." Can you explain when your dad [snorts] was leaning over you? Could you lay down and show us how you were and show us how he was? >> I was just sitting here and he was leaning over me like this in my face like an inch away, not even just yelling at me. And I have PTSD from him from before because you can even look it up. I bet there's records. He's gotten a DUI and he's had an ankle monitor on for >> these kids had learned to survive chaos. The older girl, exhausted yet resolute, stood as the protector. It takes extraordinary courage to stand [music] up to drunk parents, especially when the father instead of showing remorse chose to blame everyone else like every adult who never actually grew up. >> I left them. >> No, it just hurts, man. You know, I'm like I came here in 96. I'm Polish, you know. I mean, I might have had some disagreements with my mom that was from Poland. I took care of her till her death, till she was here. She died here. >> I might have had disagreements with my mom, but I never told my mom. She was a shitty, you know, parent or anything like that. I wanted always to do better than my mom, but I never said [ __ ] like that. >> Yeah. >> So, since yesterday, she hurt me. And I would on my wife or female or anybody that's on me. One thing that I'm going to tell you. So, my mom told me, she said, "Uh, small kids, small problem, big kids." But >> So, you said you drove home? >> Yeah. >> And I mean, you've obviously been drinking. Did you drink anything here? >> No. >> When you got home? >> No. >> Would you um >> be willing to do fields for me? >> What's that mean? >> Um, it's for like if you're drunk driving, you admitted you drove home. >> Your son said that you guys almost ran into stuff. >> I just drove off the up the hill and just >> from Eddie Goodell's. >> No, >> you said that already. >> I Yes, I drove from Eddie Goodell's, but I just hit the >> and you I can tell you're extremely intoxicated on this one unit 18 unit. >> You are going to be getting arrested for DUI and just so you know and possibly child endangerment. >> Oh, okay. >> And and it doesn't excuse what she did, >> but she also was scared. So, who's here? >> We need to finish that. >> Who's >> Because you're you're going to be arrested right now. >> Who's scared? >> Your daughter and your son. >> She doesn't give a [ __ ] >> Clearly, she does. I think she did the right thing. >> But she doesn't give a [ __ ] though. But at the same time, like I I Yeah, I guess. >> Yeah, she does. >> You guys You You messed up. >> That That should never happen. >> I got home and I'm fine. >> You're not. >> This was the final stage of denial. a mother unraveling. She wasn't angry about being arrested. She was angry the world no longer believed she was a good mom. When the legal truth became undeniable, she twisted reality itself. Because admitting guilt meant admitting she'd failed her children. >> Finish that. >> Okay, we're done. >> Okay. >> I I don't know. >> Okay. >> I don't understand why you don't listen. >> It's okay, honey. >> No. WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. NO, NO, NO. Come here. Can you sit down? Just sit down. Okay. Wait. No. Come here. He's going out the front. Come here. No. No. No. Buddy. Buddy. Buddy. >> I even know you're home like this. >> Oh, no. >> Hey. >> Oh, no. >> No. I know. It's okay. Let me talk to you. Okay. >> Can I talk to you, buddy? Hey. >> Hey. I'm Lieutenant Hoffman. Come here. >> I want to talk to you. >> I want to talk the good guys. Okay. >> I want to talk to you. Can we go inside and talk real quick? >> Cuz I'm sure it's scary. >> I mean, I know you're scared. Okay. But you're a good kid. Okay. Let's go in with your sister and her boyfriend. Okay. >> Hey, I'm bus. Stop. >> Stop breasting on me. Stop it. Stop. >> You're being extra right now. It's She's just down. >> Stop. >> I'm making sure you don't have anything. Okay. We have We have to do this. >> I just don't want you pressing on my bus. >> All right. >> Right here. Right here. Right here. >> I'm going to buckle you in. Okay. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, you want to know what's going on? I'm sure. >> Yeah. >> I'm going to be in this. >> That's why that's why I was saying until you guys let me know. >> I understand what you talked to us about. >> Sorry. >> With your daughter, right? Right. No one should put hands on it on anyone. Right. We We all know that. It's just a rule growing up. >> Your son and your daughter confirmed that you were in her face. That's not a crime, right? I get that. >> Y that's your daughter. >> We were we were having a disagreement. >> And that's why I said putting hands on you wasn't a right thing either. But also your wife and everyone in there as well admitted that you guys came home from Eddie Goodell's both drunk, which you were a passenger. So I mean maybe you should have been the word of reason like we need to get a Uber or something with your son in the back. Apparently, you guys almost hit a bunch of stuff on the way here. No, >> she admitted. So, the thing is with DUIs at home, you know, they're a little tricky. Usually, people don't admit that they were out driving when they're caught up in that. Your wife did immediately when I came here. >> Trolling person saying, "I'm going to drive." I'm like, "Okay, hun." I'm like, "Fine. You want to drive? I ain't going to argue with you because I'm not going to argue with your wife. You want to drive >> about driving drunk with your child in the car?" >> No. No. She was not. She drove home. Okay. Nothing happened. We pulled into here. >> Look at you. That's not even parked correctly. >> That's however that's >> We're gonna handle this. Go ahead and turn around. You're under arrest. >> Had plenty of people tell me that. >> I understand that. >> Endangerment of a child as well. >> It doesn't matter. Is he your son? >> Did you allow him to get in the car with her on you? >> Thanks. In the end, the mother was taken to jail and charged with DUI and child endangerment, while the father faced co-conspiracy charges for child endangerment. If convicted, both could face up to one year in jail, $2,500 in fines, mandatory supervision by child protective services, and court-ordered rehab. In some places, guilt screams at the top of its lungs. In others, it hides behind a polite customer service smile. On November 18th, 2024, an elderly customer handed her phone to a store employee for technical help, trusting her completely. But just minutes later, $400 vanished from her account. When police walked into the Metro by T-Mobile store, they weren't just investigating a theft. They [music] were uncovering a betrayal of trust. >> Is there a Kayla Allen here? >> Hello. So, can I speak to you? >> Yeah. >> Perfect. You have somewhere in private. >> Let me call you back. All right. >> We can step out front if that's okay. >> Uh, do you have a separate office or anything like that or is this just >> Okay. Can we go stop here? >> Okay. I'm officer Torres Police Department. Okay. This is Officer Johnson. Okay. We're over here investig investigating a theft. Okay. Um, so before I ask any questions or anything, I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. >> All right. >> Sounds good. All right. You have this. You have this. You have the right to remain silent and to refuse to answer questions. Anything you say may be against you may be used against you in the court of law. So, we are here investigating a theft that occurred. Okay. With one of your clients that you helped with a phone. Okay. It's an older lady. Her name is Paula or Paulie. >> Paul. I work at a phone. So, I >> Yeah. No, you're fine. I guess it was earlier today. I have to read her statement. Um, she said that she came in here for a phone problem, saying that she cannot download any apps. >> Okay. Um, she said that you um told her that she has to get a brand new phone cuz I guess you can't put a SIM card in or some type of card to help her have more storage. >> So, she said that she gave her your phone. She stepped outside to smoke a cigarette and that you went through her phone, went on cash app and sent her $400. >> Her phone is right there. She did a If that's the customer she talking about, she did a trade in. Yes, but I'm talking about you going through her phone on her cash app to send you $400. >> No, I didn't do that. >> It's honestly just good to come clean. Okay. No, there's no need to lie. I got all the probable cause and evidence to prove otherwise. >> So, this is what she's showing us that was on her phone from her cash app. >> All right. >> She didn't panic. She didn't ask a single question. Instead, she slipped right into performance mode. Calm, rehearsed, detached. That kind of reaction doesn't come from innocence. It comes from experience. She'd been through this before. For her, getting caught wasn't a shock. It was just part of the routine. >> Polits, which is our victim. Payment received. >> All right. >> And I didn't receive that. >> You did. It There's $400 that went to your bank account on cash up. $466. Okay. You already had $66 before that. >> I didn't even I didn't even see that come in. >> You're the one that did it. So, I I just >> I didn't You can watch our C. We have cameras in here. >> This is your MO. I already looked up your your jail history. Okay. You've been arrested for I mean, you can tell me. Roger useful for credit card, identity theft, all the above. Okay. All probable causes. That's exactly what you just did. Okay. I'm going to go contact my supervisor and we'll go from here. Okay. Are you the manager? >> Okay, perfect. >> I'll talk I'll talk to you on here. I'm not sure if you already heard us our conversation or not. Okay, so her name's Kayla, right? Kayla. Okay, so we're here investigating a theft that occurred. Okay, from so the complainant called in, okay, saying that she went to the store for a phone problem. I guess there was no um amount of storage on her phone to download apps that she wanted or she needed help downloading apps. She told her that she needs a whole new phone to do so. And I guess there's I'm not exactly what the policy is or how phones work, but she said she needed a whole new phone. She's like, "Okay, no, no problem." Um I guess the complainant gave Kayla her phone. She came out here to smoke a cigarette, the complainant, and while doing so, Kayla went on her phone, went on her cash app, and sent her $400. Actually, more than that. Um, $400 actually went through and it was process access. I think she tried $500 another time. Okay. Which is really silly because her cash app has her whole face on it. >> So, you guys have confirmed this? >> Yes. When officers brought up her history, fraud, fake cards, identity theft, you could almost see the mask fall apart. She'd stolen identities before, and now she worked in a job built entirely on trust. As for T-Mobile, they might as well have handed a burglar the keys to the vault. >> Okay. Well, I'm not sure who else would go through her phone besides you. >> Me and her both were. I'm not saying she did, but we were both doing her devices. We both helped the lady. >> Okay. Um, are you willing to send the complainant back, the victim back her money? >> Yes. >> All right, let's go ahead and do that. Um, once she does that, when she's doing that, I guess the district manager wants her to close out her stuff for the job. >> I was asking her if she want to happen, so I had she wanted me to close. >> Yeah. And I think that's what she wants you to do. Yeah. So, if you can just stay t with her, I'm going to call the victim back to see what she wants to do now. >> Okay. Okay. >> All right. Um, then we'll go from there. But I want to see make sure you're >> Yeah. I'm trying to see where it came from. A P >> wait here. They come get the key. >> Uh, no. They I believe my mom got an extra key. >> Howard, what company? >> How 28 Julia Tango X-ray Mike 01 >> 1929. >> They say a customer that came in here today. Well, he had a store full of customers. Even my boss been here all day. My boss is the one helping me with the transaction. >> No, my boss, there's nothing to tell. My boss is standing right there. She the one that helped me with the transaction. >> Ma, I don't know this. I'll take >> I'll give them to your manager. No, that was my keys for my car. >> This is the kind of person who'd steal your wallet, then help you look for it. She agreed to pay the $400 back, pretending to be remorseful. But her words, her body language, all of it screamed the opposite. This wasn't guilt. It was survival, a practiced performance to buy time. You're bringing both those phones with you. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I'm trying my arms a little. >> There's no way I can get a criminal citation. No. Like I said, that would have been the best scenario for you, but unfortunately >> you just 57 like you show them. Okay. temple too. >> I can take my phone. >> Yeah, that's fine. That's fine. >> You've been cooperating with us. So, >> you can just hit mom. Yeah. >> Hello, >> Mom. My car is in the back. >> Okay. But um so so what what happened? >> The lady say I cash that myself but me my boss and we we had a store full of customers. We was standing she was standing right there the entire time. >> So okay but if ain't no proof you cashed out yourself her money. >> That's that's what she said when all I was doing was setting up her devices. >> Okay. But wait a minute. So if do you did it show that you cashed out yourself? >> Yeah it was on my cash app. >> Okay. Well, then you did that. >> No, I did not. >> She could lie to customers without flinching. But she couldn't fool her mother. When the cops called, it wasn't the first time. You could almost hear the resignation in her voice. The heartbreak of a parent who's had to pick up that phone too many times and lost a little more faith each call. >> This is answer to us police department. >> Yes. >> Hello, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. Your daughter's going to be getting arrested for theft. Okay. Um, I mean it it just I know I'm sure you understand it just what she's telling you makes no sense. Uh, she went through the victim's phone, went onto her cash app, and sent herself $400. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Um, but I guess she tried $500 after that, but it that's when the bank declined that cuz they thought something got something was fishy. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. So, um, but she did send the money back to the victim. Okay. But the victim was very, you know, she she said if the suspect was apprehended, then she wants them to go to jail. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. So, that that's all that we have. Okay. >> Um she'll be able to call you back in the jail. Uh I think they can give her three numbers to contact with. Okay. >> Charges, you know. Yeah. >> Um I'll let you know at the jail. Okay. Um how's your mom? You >> They got a extra phone extra spare key. Okay. All right. Perfect. We'll come over here. >> All right. All right. She good. >> I'm good. Okay. Go ahead and have a seat. >> It's going to be weird. [laughter] >> Try to put one foot in. >> Okay. >> There you [snorts] go. Got it. >> It comes a little tight. >> It's better than the Impalas that we had. I'm not sure if you seen those or not, but >> I can't sit back cuz tight. My arms are short. >> Okay, no problem. >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with organized fraud. Given the $400 loss in her prior record, she faces up to 5 years in prison, a $5,000 fine, and a permanent mark of commercial fraud on her criminal history. So, when greed ends in handcuffs, blind love begins with a scream. On May 18th, 2025, police were called to an apartment complex after reports of a woman screaming, pounding on doors, and trying to enter a residence she'd previously been banned from. But when officers arrived, they quickly realized this wasn't just a case of public disturbance. >> No, it's big case. >> Yeah. Yeah, I saw that. >> I need you to call see it undercover. >> Okay. >> I got a LLC. They got a LLC. I need a Kang County Sheriff. >> Okay. You can't get in there. So, banging on the door is not gonna help. >> My fish is in there, bro. >> You can't get in there. I can't get in there either. So, >> change the locks for my [ __ ] My fish is in her apartment, bro. >> Okay. Where Where are you trying to go right now? >> I was on a crash. She wouldn't even pick me up. Couldn't get a Uber. Your LGBT ain't good for [ __ ] Y'all lie and cover [ __ ] up. Call her. >> I don't know who that not getting in there and banging on a door is not doing anything. Okay, right now you're disturbing everyone. You're disturbing the peace. >> I understand that. I'm going to walk down the stairs, >> please. Can we Can you go down the stairs then? Cuz you >> I need the main camera to hear that. I did not trespass. Use a lie. You better go in your apartment. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Just >> You better go in your apartment. >> YOU BETTER GO IN YOUR APARTMENT. NO. YOU CRAZY. >> KELLY. KELLY, >> I speak English and Spanish. >> Kelly, >> go in your apartment. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Because I've been moving for months. >> Okay. >> Told me her badge number is 2088. She's an undercover state troop. >> What is she helping you with? >> Moving vacated. You see that LLC on the door? >> Mhm. >> You see that? >> I saw it. >> This This property is protected by a prayer. No trespassing. Kane County Sheriff. LGPD don't do [ __ ] but lie and cover [ __ ] up. move cars around, cover [ __ ] up. All that [ __ ] is my [ __ ] bro. My phone is right here. I've been moved out to the apartment. >> Okay. Can you get a ride? >> Yeah, I'm going to call it right now. >> Okay, let's do that. [snorts] >> Get away from me. I don't trust you. >> I do not trust y'all. >> From the very first moments, she displayed the classic mindset of someone who believes she's above the law. This wasn't legal knowledge. It was an illusion of control through words. She believed that if she talked enough, loud enough, and used enough legal terms, she could flip the narrative and turn herself into the victim. >> Nasty [ __ ] bro. I've been moved out. Y'all better escort somebody else. The prayer changes things. This is mine. I bought this from the thrift store, bro. >> No trespassing. We going to take this to the police station. >> Is there an oil protection or anything? You don't take Kelly to the police station >> 10. >> My whole kitchen is in here. My in here somewhere. >> The I then moved out this place. >> Okay. >> Nobody better not touch my [ __ ] >> Nobody better not touch my [ __ ] >> Do you remember getting served an order of protection? They can't be at this address. >> I know that. That means you can't be here. >> I'm leaving. I'm going to go to my keys to my car, bro. >> No, you're under arrest. >> I am. >> You're under arrest. >> Come over here. >> Stop walking. >> I'm not. >> Thank you. >> Are you wearing your body? >> Yes. >> I need you to be less aggressive. I need you to be less aggressive. I need you to be less aggressive. I need you to be less aggressive. I need you to be less aggressive. I need you to be less aggressive. I need you to be less aggressive. >> I need your arm. >> YOU ALREADY BROKE ONE NOW. YOU ALREADY BROKE ONE ANKLE. >> CAN WE get another unit out here, >> bro? >> You already broke my [ __ ] bro. >> Put your arm behind your back. >> Nope. >> Give me your arm. >> Nope. >> Give me your arm. >> NO. >> YES. >> NO. >> Give me your arm. >> I'm not resisting. >> You are. >> I don't live here. >> GIVE ME YOUR ARM. >> NO. >> YES. >> NO. >> YES. >> NO. >> YES. NO. >> GIVE ME YOUR ARM. >> NO. GET OFF my bed. >> Stop. >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> Yes, you are. >> We have units coming. >> No, >> you already broke up. >> She wasn't a career criminal, just an instinctive rebel. With an inflated ego and the belief that every boundary was an insult, she saw law enforcement as the enemy. And in the moment she was restrained, her fragile pride made her more dangerous than any weapon ever could. >> Break my arm. We're not going to break your arm. >> Break my arm. >> Break my arm. You already broke my nail. You already broke my nail. >> Break my wrist. Break my wrist. Break my wrist. >> Break my wrist. >> No. >> Get down. >> 88. >> Get down on the ground now. >> No. >> Give me arm. >> No. >> Kelly, >> stop. >> You're making this worse for yourself. Get >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. I'm not even on the property. >> You were on the property. >> We're still on the ground with her trying to take her into custody. We need more units. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> No. You wearing a body cam, ain't you? Now we in the dirt. >> Nope. >> Yes. >> Don't get there. >> No. >> Got one cup on. >> Where is it at? >> Right here. I have it. >> Put your hand behind your back, dude. >> Dude, there's no broke. There's no fighting anymore. >> There's no fighting anymore, dude. >> Broke my [ __ ] >> It's done. >> You already broke my [ __ ] >> Well, maybe if you didn't resist. How about that? >> I already broke my [ __ ] You already broke my [ __ ] >> Let go. Let go. >> No. Call my lawyer. >> Are you going to let go? >> Call my lawyer. >> You can call him at the jail. How about that? Huh? >> That [ __ ] hurt, bro. >> Yeah. Well, maybe you quit resisting. >> Stop. Give me enough to walk home. >> You always want to show somebody. >> Okay. You might as well. >> Call 2088. >> Call 2088. CALL 2088. >> CALL 2088. WE AIN'T GOING NOWHERE. We ain't going nowhere. >> We ain't going nowhere. We ain't going nowhere. Call my lawyer. >> Are you going to stand? >> How you going to BREAK MY WRIST, BRO? >> You going to break my wrist, bro? >> Her resistance led to pain. Pain she caused herself. Some might wonder why the officers didn't use a taser or take stronger action. The truth is, every physical struggle carries risk. And with someone spiraling out of control, restraint often takes more discipline than force. >> I ain't going nowhere. >> Let's get out. Drag me. Drag me. Nope. Drag me. Nope. I was out here doing yoga. Drag me. Stand up. >> Drag me. >> Stand up. Okay. >> Drag me. >> Drag me. Drag me. Drag me. Drag me. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Get in the car. >> Stand up. >> Nope. I got a scar right here, bro. >> Okay. You said some >> I got a low white blood cell count. I ain't going to jail. >> I won't close the door for you. >> GO IN THE L WRISTLET and call her. She's my emergency contact. >> Take a seat in the car. I'm not >> I cannot, bro. I cannot, bro. >> I cannot, bro. Take a seat in the car. >> I cannot, BRO. YOU BROKE MY WRIST LAST TIME. Doing all this is not a big difference. >> Nope. It is. >> It's not. >> It is not. >> It is. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. >> What's the difference? Can you explain that? >> The body cam became an unfeilling witness, capturing every movement, every word, stripping away all excuses. By the end, reason had crumbled. Her ego, fragile and desperate, tried to twist reality one last time, as if denial could erase the truth, staring back at her. >> This is This is not good for you. Okay, >> I can get her legs. Uh, does anyone want to be on the other side? >> I think Johnson is >> Okay. >> All right. >> All right. Now, stand me up. Okay. >> Are you going to stand up on your own, >> Kelly? We're going to go inside. Okay. >> We got to go inside, Kelly. >> Well, that's another charge for you. Kelly. Hey, listen to me. Can you sit up? I'm going to be very honest with you. >> It is going to make a difference. >> What's the difference? >> Y'ALL CROOKED. 60123 is crooked. >> Okay. It's in the property. >> In the end, the woman was [music] charged with violating a protection order and resisting a peace officer. Under Illinois law, she faces up to one year in jail, a $2,500 fine, and a possible extension or tightening of the restraining order, permanently barring her from the victim's home. When love ends in screams, somewhere else, Pride is already brewing a new storm. On September 26th, 2025, police were called to a hotel after staff reported a drunk female guest causing a disturbance and harassing others. But when officers arrived, what should have been a minor incident quickly turned into a spectacle no one in that hotel lobby would forget. >> Hey guys. >> Yes, I am. >> Yes, I do. is on the like thing over there. >> It's by the hotel and stuff. >> Yeah. >> Okay. You're going to stay here. >> What's your name? >> Mary Beth. What's your name? >> Mike. >> Mike. Nice to meet you. >> What's going on today? >> Um, I'm just hanging out, having fun. >> You know these guys? >> Kind of. I've gotten to know them a little bit tonight. Oh, you know them. But you didn't know them prior to tonight. >> You didn't know them prior to tonight? >> What was your >> distraction? Um, no, I did not. >> Oh, okay. Where you from? >> Your boy in Wisconsin. >> It's your boy again. >> I love this. I love this. I'm so into it. I'm so into it. Bring it. Bring it. Bring it. Wow. >> Please. >> This is fun to me. This is very fun to me. >> Just give her >> Oh my god. Just like just done. Just done. She's done. >> Why? Why do you want me to be quiet, sir? What's your name? Officer. Um officer. Uh, was her name? >> Kyle. >> Kyle. >> Yes, >> Kyle. [laughter] >> Sometimes what truly strips a person of dignity isn't a single mistake. It's the moment they stop realizing what they're doing. Karen didn't act like someone in trouble. She performed. She thrived on the attention, turning the police response into her stage, as if the officers were just props in her little show. >> Let me get you up to your room. Okay. >> I don't need a room. I don't need it. >> Listen to me. Okay. [laughter] We're going to we're going to escort you to your room. If you leave your room, you start causing a disturbance, you're going to be asked to leave. Okay. >> Do you understand that? >> I don't give a >> So, you want to find a different >> I don't give a Yeah. >> I don't give a You're not going to stay in your room. >> Yeah. I Oh, really? Okay. Okay. Really? Yeah. Let's Let's not do that. Okay. That's fine. It's fine. It's fine. >> You're going to bed. >> I'll fight them then. I'll fight them alone. I'll fight them alone. fight. >> No fight. >> I will fight them alone. >> You have to go to your room. >> Hey, will you do me a favor and ask >> the friend ask what her room number you do? >> I I God damn it. I hate that he knows that. >> I beg you. >> Cuz you don't need to get >> You want We want your best. He wants your best. He's the best man. >> This is such a waste of time. No, >> it's such a waste of God. >> Now we're under arrest. >> Now we're under arrest. >> You shouldn't [clears throat] have done more. >> Before being restrained, she sneered that the police presence was a waste of resources. completely blind to the irony that she was the reason those resources were wasted. But once the cuffs clicked, her tone flipped instantly, she tried to reclaim sympathy, playing the victim in a scene she'd scripted herself. >> I was going on her. >> Stop. >> You're woman. >> Do you understand? Women need help. Do you understand that? What you just did was so brutal. What you did was so brutal. Women need help. >> You just kicked me. >> Yeah. Oh, I just kicked you. I just kicked you. Do you understand that? Like you have more power over me. >> No, we're just trying to help you get to your room. >> Oh, give me Oh, god damn. I had helped in my room. I had I had these boys here. >> Do you understand that? You're >> Do you understand that? >> Another four. Do you understand how big of an you guys are? >> Oh, there's no help. You don't stop moving. >> I don't need it. I don't need it. I don't need it. Are my boys here? >> You're so You guys are Ma'am, do not kick or fight any of us. Please stop. >> Well, then why don't you stab with me, man? >> Stop with me. >> Why the >> What the Yeah, I'm asking the same thing about you two. It's like Jesus Christ. >> I know. I know. I know. I know. >> I know. You know that. You know that. Jesus Christ. Get off my foot. Like, we're not >> I don't want to get kicked. I'm not going to kick you. Just like let me be. >> Why are you guys so aggressive? Jesus Christ. When logic failed, she chose victimhood. Yet the crowd said nothing. No one defended her. Just cold [music] stares from a distance. In that silence, the truth surfaced. She wasn't abandoned by society. She was abandoned by the way she treated people. >> Jesus Christ. or what? >> I I just I I'll do whatever. I just can't be complaining. I guess I should say. >> Dude, you guys are Are you guys bored? Are you guys bored? >> I just don't like getting kicked in the chest. >> Well, dude, [ __ ] don't kick me, dude. >> Hey, how do you think I feel? How do you think I feel? My head hurts. My own head hurts. Is he over there? >> I don't know. >> Your keys are there. >> Hey, did Mike say call him or? >> Uh, yeah. You guys, >> do you mind if I just get a quick statement from you? Just what happened? >> Not to. >> What's that? >> I'd really prefer not to. I just prefer if she can just go. I mean it turned in a little bit more than that. So >> Okay. >> Can you tell me what happened >> um >> before we were here? >> Okay. So she took a beer out of one of our colleagues arms. >> Okay. >> Um I asked her to leave. >> Uh-huh. >> And then she sat here. I asked her several times to leave. >> Belligerent falling out of these. >> I can't tell you how many times I've asked her to leave. Like 10. Then uh we my regional manager here talked to the front desk and the front desk then contacted you folks asked her again several times to leave >> and just would not go. >> That's when they >> What's a good uh phone number at work? >> I mean you guys aren't involved with anything that happened over there. It's just just for the initial call of why we were here. That's >> Yeah, I'm happy to give my ID as well like and and my phone number. >> Is she with your guys company? >> No. No. No. not even related to us at all. >> With them, I think she's with those guys. That's who I saw her with most of the time. >> It's really okay. You don't have to worry about that. I think she she's no longer with them. I guarantee it. >> I appreciate a generator. >> Um, >> yeah, >> so she's out of >> at one point. >> Yeah, she she ended up kicking me like right in the chest >> at at one point. I I'd like to add that she >> accosted Connor. She came over and and >> I wouldn't say assaulted but harassed >> Connor here and he put his arms up and said, "Please don't touch me." >> And and that's when I went to the front desk and said, "Hey, can you please remove her from the property?" >> Yeah, I got you. Before this happened, I saw her approaching guests. >> Oh, >> rambling to obvious strangers. >> It's obvious. >> Yeah, that was insane. >> We're just trying to get her into her room, man. We were walking and >> Yeah, >> right. You're She's in her own, brother. >> Yeah. >> Well, you guys be safe. I >> In the end, the woman was arrested and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. If convicted, she faces 1 to five years in prison, $5,000 to $10,000 in fines, a criminal record, and possible ban from the hotel or nearby premises. On July 2nd, 2023 [music] in Bloomington, Illinois, it all started when dispatch got a call about a major crash. A mom named Kylie had slammed her car into a [music] concrete barrier on a bridge. According to witnesses, it seemed to come out of nowhere, like the car just veered off the road for no clear reason. When the cops arrived on the scene, they found Kylie unconscious, and her 2-year-old daughter was unresponsive. Here's how it all played out next. >> Okay. >> Maybe she could be taken someplace else. >> Yeah, that would be she >> I'll address you guys. The owners Come away my baby. >> Yeah, I know. Let's get out. >> Huh? >> You want Let's get her moved away. >> Well, you shake. Let's just help you. Okay. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. What's your name? >> Kylie. >> Kylie. >> Yeah. >> Okay. I want to help you out. Hey, grab me a >> I believe there's two cars. One went head on into one of the concrete uh bridge things or one of the creek things. Hey C, is it one car? Is that all we got? >> I think so. >> I've checked all the other cars. I'm not seeing anything. >> Just the one vehicle involved, right? >> Yeah. So this lady says she was walking the dog and this vehicle just went >> nobody was even on the road and just veered off. >> All right. >> Right. And in reconstruction come out here before shut everything down. >> Yeah. But so they were in they got when they got their they pulled that out. She was on the on the ground. They began to pull her out. Found that she was on like not moving on as well. The baby. >> Oh the baby. Okay. >> Yeah. Um, my witness here was on the opposite side of this intersection. >> 269. >> Did uh the mom or whoever the adult was say anything, make statements like as to what happened? >> I you could hear at all. Not that I >> No, I was so hyperfocused on that. >> No, it makes sense. >> We know. >> Um, so the blue shirt down there called it in. He heard it, but he didn't see anything. He just heard it and came out. >> Nobody wants to know. Nobody actually saw anything that >> Nope. I've got I've got a witness that saw it. >> Actually saw it. >> Yes. >> Because it sounds I explained it because I kind of overheard. Sounds like either she passed out. >> At first glance, the front of the car was totally crushed. The child's car seat was tipped to one side and the seat belt wasn't secured properly. Because the seat was installed incorrectly, it lost much of its protective effect in a crash. In this case, that meant the child took a severe impact and passed away after being rushed to the hospital. There's hair. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Could be dog hair or something though too with something like here. Go ahead. hospitals or everybody at church. >> Was trying to make sure there wasn't like >> you said the uh the driver was unresponsive uh whenever you got there. >> So my the two females that were the young females that were here, >> they got here driver was unresponsive at the time. She goes to the back, tries to see if there's anybody else. Door's locked. She unlocks it, gets in the back seat. Baby is on the ground, feet up in the air, hood to tilted forward. Car seat is a little bit tilted forward, but still buckled still. Still hooked in, >> but the baby's out of the car seat. >> Baby's out of the car seat or wasn't strapped in out of the car. >> There were strap. There were marks that >> there was marks like here. So, you guys can relay that. So, it's kind of goes off of weight. The weight I didn't see the kid really >> 25 lbs maybe. >> I was going to say there I want to say it's like 40 lbs. By no means should it have been in that car seat. >> You put the car seat in his truck which dropped his vehicle. What about >> the police checked the inside of the vehicle and confirmed that the child's seat wasn't right for her weight and size. Witnesses described the accident and said there were no other cars on the road. And here's what the mom told the cops. This is Officer Hos with Bloomington Police. I wanted to ask you a couple questions. I'm going to see if you consent to us searching your vehicle. >> My vehicle? >> Yes. All right. So, I'm just going to read this to you. You consent to me searching your red 2013 Toyota with Illinois registration. >> I mean, I do, but I feel like I need to ask for an attorney to be here. I I mean, I'm I'm only saying that cuz I watch like Criminal Minds and stuff like that. Not [laughter] >> It's a yes or no question. >> Can I wait until my mom is here? I'm I'm not I'm >> All right, Kylie. I'm going to issue a ticket for DUI alcohol. It's 11501 A2 driving under the influence. >> Yes. >> Next, um, what I'm going to do is I'm going to read you a warning to motorist. It is a little bit long, so I just need you to pay attention to that. Hey, Kylie. Officer Hash again, would you give us consent to search your cell phone? >> Just to go into the car and grab it and secure it at least. >> I'm not I'm not refusing. I just >> It's got to be a yes or no. >> I'm going to wait until my mom's here. Hey, all we're asking for I'm sorry. I I just didn't want to confuse you. >> Oh, I'm just >> I know you've had a busy like this has been a rough rough time. I can't imagine. I just wanted to >> All we're asking for is for consent to go into your vehicle and and retrieve your cell phones we're asking for. [clears throat] >> I'm going to wait until my mom's here. Okay. >> I'm sorry. I'm going to wait until my mom's here. Can anyone give me an update on my baby? Is she Is she still Is she still being transported to St. Francis? We don't know that. We're just officers. We'll let the medical staff talk to you about that, okay? As soon as they come back. >> Do you consent to a a blood and urine drop? >> I'm I'm waiting until my mom gets here. >> I'm I'm not trying to be difficult. I just >> Well, this isn't up to your mom, okay? This is up to you as an adult. >> I know. I'm I'm waiting until my mom gets here. We don't we don't really have that option. Either you consent or we're getting a search warrant. Okay. >> Okay. >> Kylie seemed torn between cooperating and stalling. She kept saying she wanted to wait for her own mom, which suggests she knew just how serious this was, but wasn't ready to face the music. So, the reason I'm here is because what what ends up happening is at the end of this process with you being treated for all the medical things. Um, what likely will happen is that um you will be, you know, technically right now you're considered in custody. Um, and what will happen is then you will be transported to the MLAN County um jail uh for booking on and this is just very standard process, right? It's nothing like crazy that's that's that's out of the norm. Um we unfortunately like you know this happens quite frequently and >> um my ex-husband was David Roxford inappropriate relationships with students. He was at Mlean County um and I feel like he well rightfully so got sentenced um but I don't think he helped himself any um in the process. And so I've watched enough uh crime shows to know >> her blood alcohol content came back at 40, a dangerously high level. After doctors finished checking her out, she was taken straight to jail. >> There's a nurse waiting for Yes. >> Are they both I'm supposed to ask, are they both locked? >> Yep. I lock both. In the end, she was charged with causing a fatal accident and driving under the influence DUI, resulting in serious injury. In Illinois, a felony DUI causing death is a class 2 felony with possible penalties, including 3 to 14 years behind bars for a single fatality and fines up to $25,000 and revocation of driving privileges. What happens if a mom is caught beating her kids and the school finds out? On September 11th, 2024, the cops were called out to a local school after reports of injuries on a child. According to the [music] report, the child had a busted blood vessel near her eye, and two had been hit multiple times in the face just for getting some homework [music] questions wrong. The little girl said her mom had smacked her around the day before. When officers arrived, they interviewed the kids involved. >> All right. Now, tell me what happened with your sister. >> She kept on getting the answers wrong. >> All right. So when she got the answers wrong, what happened? >> She just started. >> So show me how your mom hit her in the face. >> Just like that. >> Mhm. >> All right. Do me a favor. Stop. All right. So when your mom hit her, how she hit her? >> How did your mom hit her? >> With the front of her hand or the back of her hand? How she hit her for? >> Did she hit her anywhere else? >> Like that? >> Not like this. >> Not like that. Okay. >> In the face, too. >> Where in her face? >> How? >> Like that? Just like that. With open hand. Was it with a open hand or closed hand? >> Open. >> I mean, so she smacked on the face. >> She kept on getting the answer. That's how many times she smacked on the face. >> So every time she got an answer wrong, it was a smack. >> She was stuck on one question. >> Mhm. >> And she kept on getting the answers wrong. >> Mhm. So, uh, if you keep on getting started, she did and she kept on getting she and it was the same question she was getting wrong. >> Yes. >> So, how many times did you say she got the same question wrong? >> Probably like 20 minutes. >> All right. How many times did you say you heard a smack? >> Probably like eight times, but I can't count that high. So, I only have 10 fingers. >> You would hear it? You would actually hear the smack? >> Yeah. Like the pound thing >> and it was across the face right here. Right. >> Yeah. >> What side of the face would you say she got hit on? >> Sorry. >> What side is that? >> Your mom hit her on the left side. >> All right. Did she hit her anywhere else? >> On her forehead. And then she just hit her on her head with her two arms. And then she zip her like this where >> on both sides of her face. >> Yes. >> Did you see what she did? >> Uh-huh. So, show me how she did it. >> She crossed her hands like that or she had them like this like like say I'm your mom. >> She came up to her and did like so she would have did like this >> across her face with the back of her hands. So, so she was like this. You put the pants together like this. And >> both hands at the same time? >> Yes. >> Did mom ever grab her clothing? >> Mhm. >> They gathered details about how the mom did the hitting, how many times, where on the body, whether she used her hand, and so on. The fact that the child's story had so many specifics makes it more credible because kids generally aren't sophisticated enough to make up such detailed accounts. Plus, the repeated pattern of this behavior suggests abuse was happening pretty regularly. >> What was she doing with the clothing? >> She was pressing her butt. >> Was she shaking her or >> pulling her? She was shaking. >> She was shaking her. Was it just her clothing she had or did she also touch her while she had the clothing? >> She just pulled her up. >> Just pulled her up by her clothing. >> Yeah. By the uh >> collar. >> Yeah. >> Go ahead. Put your hand on the collar. Mom had And then when What was the action mom did? Okay. He lifted her up and then she stood up. >> You know, she was she was on her knees. She was on her Oh, she was on the ground and she was trying to lift her up by her clothes. >> No, she was on the bed. >> Oh, okay. And then mom grabbed her collar while she was on the bed. >> Mhm. >> And then she lifted her up and sat her back down. >> Mhm. >> Did she shake her or did she pull her or did she strike her? >> She pulled her and then it strike and then she started shaking her >> and then when she was shaking her, was it just the clothing like this or was it I couldn't tell. >> Couldn't tell. >> I was on the floor. >> Okay, that's fair enough. And when your mom was um disciplining your your sister, she was using both hands at the same time and like like almost like a swat fly, but she was doing it to both cheeks. >> And she did it a few like six, seven, eight times. >> No, one time. >> One time with both hands. >> Yes. >> Uh-huh. Okay. Hey, S. >> Hi. How are you? >> So, we're almost to the end of the second interview here, and [clears throat] then as soon as we're complete, we'll we'll hear what anyone want. Go ahead. >> All right, sweetheart. When is the last time anyone got hit in the house before yesterday? >> And probably. Is it a long time ago or >> no? Probably like one at the our old house and one in the apartment. >> How does mom punish you? What does she do to punish you? How does she go about punishing you? >> Guess the belt starts whipping you. >> When she spanks you with the belt, where does she spank you? On your buttocks or on your back or your hands? >> But sometimes we put our hands on our butts. Yep. >> And she still whips us like she doesn't care. And mom does all the uh punishment. >> Yes. And then she tells us, "Don't touch our tablet. Don't touch the TV. Just go in your room and go to sleep." >> Do you love your mom? >> Yes, I love my mom. >> Are you scared of your mom? >> Yes, she is very strong. >> How do you know when your mom is upset? >> When she starts cursing, she starts to yell. Sometimes she starts crying. And I know when my mom feels sad. I know my mom feels angry. and I know that she felt good. >> Punishing a kid for wrong homework answers shows an over-the-top disciplinary style. It's not just a lack of emotional control. This also points to a serious misunderstanding about how to raise children. The mother was called in for questioning right away. >> Explain to us what happened yesterday. >> I don't have to explain anything to anyone. Okay. Well, put your hands behind your back now. >> For what? >> You're under arrest. >> For what? What am I under arrest for? How? Who did I use? >> You don't want to talk to us? THAT'S >> I WELL, WHY WOULD I HAVE TO be arrested because I don't want to talk? That's not a Is that a crime? >> You're under arrest for child abuse on your daughter. And we have the >> Oh, my daughter for what? >> Statements and the and the photo proof from her injuries to her liies. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, come on. Ma'am, please. >> Ma'am, all I'm trying to do is get my kids because I work from home. That's it. I didn't do anything. I didn't abuse anybody. >> Okay. So, there was al there was allegations that came >> Okay. But the allegation should make me going to jail. >> Tell you. So, it came in for physical injury saying that the little girl, your daughter, had um a busted blood vessel in her eye and that she said that you had hit her in the face yesterday multiple times. I got statements from the kids saying that yes, this child got hit yesterday, but there was different statements of how she got hit in her face yesterday of how many times she got hit in the face. Okay. >> Can I explain something? Can I explain something? Yes. Before y'all do all of this because there's no need to do all of this. I don't have no background. I don't have I don't have no charges. I don't have no tickets. I don't have none of that. I take care of my kids. >> So, I did remove these kids back from you in the past in 20 in 2022 for physical injury. It's the same reason why >> 2022 >> when she got that hit on her AC. >> So, you remember I came out then. So, you don't have history. >> No. Having history because you got because someone has said that I did something is different from having evidence. Now I could hold Hold on. I could follow that. Hold on. >> No. I'm the one that dropped her to school. >> I'm the one that took a picture of them this morning before we left our house. >> I can show y'all. >> It turned out this mom had a prior history of child abuse, which really stacked the odds against her in this case. She'd even been through parenting improvement programs before. So, the fact that this happened again raises a red flag about a persistent pattern of abusive behavior. >> We're all adults here. I'm pretty sure you have children. I'm pretty sure you got children. If my daughter, the one that y'all saying is making I abuse and just told you and y'all just heard this from her that she didn't leave her house like that. >> She said she didn't see it. She Well, she has to look in the mirror cuz she brushes her teeth in her face. >> She said she did it. She said she did. >> Okay. Well, she said she didn't. She said she did. >> But she did say that you hit her in her in her face. In her mouth. And your other son said the same thing. >> Okay. Well, I'm I'm here to tell you I did not hit nobody in their mouth. I did not bust nobody's uh make a pink eye or black eye. I didn't do any of that. I can show you. >> Do you discipline them kids at all yesterday? >> No, I don't. I do not because of this. Yesterday during homework, what happened? >> They do their homework here. >> Yesterday when you called them into your bedroom while you was working to have them do >> I don't call them in my bedroom. >> So you didn't call none of these children. So none of these children gave me a live statement. >> I don't know what they gave me. >> I don't know, ma'am. I don't know what they gave in. You already know because of what you talking about 2022. You trying to use this right now to say that I did something. And what I'm saying back then and I was what I'm saying back then and what I said in 2022. If I fall down right now, I'm just going to get a bruise. That don't ne that don't necessarily say my mom bruised me. I don't know. This is my first time ever hearing something about this. The mother kept insisting that when the child left home, there were no injuries. She claimed she had pictures of her kids from that morning to prove it >> and said something about a a red eye and she just told me she's going to send Mala back to her class because she's complaining not complaining that her eye hurt. >> What's your home address? >> Now I come here and then I get that I abused my child. Like this is crazy. >> All right. You have any family members that these kids go with until um we can figure out a plan? >> Yeah, their auntie. This is not even necessary. >> How many How many um kids are here of hers? Two. >> Three. >> Three. >> Sir, please. Please don't arrest me for what, sir? >> So, we need to just make the kids come inside. Have somebody come pick them up because somebody said I did something. Did I do >> The thing is I'm transport >> and I didn't and I didn't get out. I didn't get out loud. >> Have a seat. >> No, because I'm wondering why you're going to jail. You're going to jail because of the injuries to your daughter and their statements here. >> Still, the police decided to move forward with the arrest. They also said the children would be temporarily placed with relatives. >> I didn't I didn't I didn't do anything, ma'am. I swear I didn't do anything. >> All right. Well, that's >> Ma'am, >> we're going to document this. >> This is crazy. This is crazy. Ma'am, please don't do this to me. Can I speak for the sergeant? >> It's me, the >> sergeant. >> That's me. >> I am the sergeant. And we're going off based off the statements from your children and the injuries to your daughter. They they didn't happen at school. Injuries, >> ma'am. Ma'am, >> we're going off what she said. >> Please listen to me. Can you please listen? >> I'm listening. >> You ran my name. I've never ran your name. I didn't run your name. >> Okay. Well, ma'am, if you run my name, I have no criminal record. >> It's not about that. I don't I I've never had I've never never have injured any one of my children. >> Okay. >> Yes, I might have did corporal punishment in the past, but they gave me parenting for that. >> In the end, she was booked into jail and charged with child abuse. If convicted, she could be looking at some serious consequences. Prison time, community service, and mandatory counseling or parenting classes. On November 12th, 2022, officers responded to a fender bender in a park parking lot. It should have ended with a couple of apologies, but nope. Two moms decided to turn it into [music] an absolute disaster. And here's how things spiraled way out of control. >> Banged up into his car. I said something. >> If you're a witness, you can just stand over their side of the story. Okay. >> I said something because this man hit his car. >> All right. No worries. Don't touch. All right. I'll look at the damage. >> I said, um, the little ratchet [ __ ] and this little >> I was getting ready to She got mad because this mother right here backed up. I'm like, "Oh, uh, semi car got hit." >> Somebody car got hit. These black >> Why you calling them that? >> Cuz I can. >> Okay. >> Because I can. Freedom of speech. >> Okay. >> They got mad and said something. I said something, too. But ain't my car. You lucky I even said son cuz that you going to ride off. >> Okay. Well, they're the ones that are involved in fact so I can ride the all she was trying to do. >> That's that's the number one top notch safest car you ever >> That's right. >> What's What's going on? >> So simply all it was was we sat here and told her you can stop >> cuz my dad is right here. >> Somebody hit THE BALL. WE'RE >> NOT HIT. I don't want to call >> girl. All we said was we here now. You don't got to keep yelling about it over and over. But the thing is when people were grow up in a ghetto environment, they don't know how to then change how they act. So she's a product of her environment. Therefore, when we got here, she saw an accident. It was like, "Oh, it's an accident. A nice BMW." No, somebody. >> You ain't got to do all that. It's a simple accident. My daddy got full coverage. His car is paid off. >> You got me. >> You can We all got BMWs. >> Are you guys My two sisters. >> Are you still playing at the park? >> No, not with this loud ignorance. We wait for my daddy to make sure he good because like I said, >> I'm just going to get all the information. >> It's a product of environment. You know what I'm saying? So people don't know how to >> know why she's called. >> You see what I'm saying? And it's what it is. It's you mad because you got a Volkswagen while we walking BMWs. Don't be mad. My dad's a retired cop. Listen, my daughter's a retired detective. >> A good friend. >> No, I can show you like Yeah. So now you know what we're dealing with. >> This lady truly believed that being a detective's daughter and driving a BMW somehow made her above the law. Ironically, the only two people actually involved in the accident were also the only ones acting like decent, reasonable human beings. While she was busy throwing a tantrum straight out of a reality showbody, get in the car. I'm not yelling at me. I'm 31. >> I don't care how old you are. >> Go talk to You're not doing no better. >> Trust me. >> Go talk to the kids. >> You're not going to get me to go. So go do what you got to do. Okay. >> Embarrassment. >> You'll be fine. Go do what you got to car. >> All right. That's all right. Ma'am, are you are you leaving? >> Uh, yeah. >> Okay. Hit your car and you're not willing to provide me anything that happened. So, do you mind leaving? >> Yeah. Shut the up. I'm leaving. >> Okay. I'm leaving. But that little ugly right there, >> we're not arguing back and forth. >> Right here. >> We're not arguing back and forth. I said, "Do you mind getting in the car and leaving?" >> Do you hear what I said? >> I know you're not involved in the accident. >> So, what the You >> You're causing an issue back and forth. We're not fighting in front OF KIDS AT THE PLAYGROUND AND STUFF. Badge number 256. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, >> look at this. >> Yes, ma'am. Ma'am $150. >> Ma'am, what are they? >> Ma'am, go about your Ma'am, go about your business. >> Ma'am, go about your business. >> Uggs in her in her in her wig. >> Ma'am, go about your business. >> Baby, did y'all see the top of her mother wig? Y'all don't see that glue? >> DID NOBODY TELL HER ABOUT THAT? >> LET'S GO. >> WHY YOU LOOK LIKE THAT? >> WHY? >> Let's go. Ma'am, look. >> Ma'am, let's go. >> You know they don't do those type of parts no more, right? Ma'am, let's go. You know that. Don't pull. Oh, dad. Where he at? >> Come on, get out. >> No, I need you to go about your business, ma'am. Let's go. >> My car right there. >> Okay, get in your car then. >> I am. >> You're creating an issue. The two people that was involved in the accident ain't worried about it. I'll have her get in her car. I just need to get in your >> here before she came. That's fine. You mind your business. >> That's fine. This is my job. Sadly, it is my business. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, you go back to your car ride off. >> Go. I'm not. While officers were trying to get statements, she kept barging in, running her mouth, ignoring every single warning. She even shoved her phone right up to the victim's car, filming them while mocking their looks, their family, and their life. Cops gave her every chance to back off. But nah, she slammed that legal coffin shut all by herself. >> Look at what you got. Dirty. >> Look at your kids. >> Let's go. >> Look at your kids. Get in the car, man. >> Your kids, >> they ain't got no hair. >> Bald head. >> Let's go. Let's go. >> Let's go. >> I'm talking about your kids. >> I'm talking about your kids. You >> now get another little >> All right. Now you lock. >> What? >> Now you lock. >> All right. >> Don't resist. >> You're going to get locked up for resisting in addition to being disorderly. You're the one that's ratchet. >> Just listen to us. Scan the car. >> Where's my phone? >> YOU'LL GET YOUR PHONE OUT OF THE CAR. MY PHONE. >> Go get your phone in my door. >> All that. >> You're not going to get my phone. >> I GET IT FOR YOU. >> Now I need my car keys. >> I'll get them. >> Okay. >> GET IN THE CAR. >> YOU BACK TO THE CELL. What's your name? >> Don't have it on your report. >> Okay. >> Why are you doing that car? cuz I want my phone in my >> I have your phone. >> Lock me UP FOR NO REASON. >> All right, I got your phone right here. >> Where's my keys at? >> I have to go get them. >> Let me tell them to pull my car off. >> All right. >> No, no, no. In the car. >> CAN I GET THE SERGEANT? >> Sergeant here. Come back. >> Where's the sergeant? >> You the sergeant. >> In the car. >> No. >> Yes. >> She smacked my phone at my >> So, these two parties were involved in the accident. So this truck and >> this truck and his BMW right here. >> So she paused the whole scene is yelling. She's not involved at all. I'm trying to get her to leave. She won't leave. She's instigating with her over there. This is her dad. She's waiting to see if he's okay. And until he's done, she was going to leave. >> Then she keeps going and going and going. Gets up in her face. >> Who is this lady? >> So this is just some some going off. He hit your car. Hit your car. I said, "Okay, calm down. It's not a big deal." Yeah. All right. She just went off >> and then she kept recording her over there and we told her to leave. She's not involved. She wasn't going to give me a statement. Being a witch. >> Imagine going to jail over an accident you weren't even part of. That's not just stupid. Hey, no. That's world class stupid. Even worse, she dragged her own daughter straight into this mess of shame and embarrassment. A very expensive life lesson for both generations. >> No, we don't know her. >> You were just trying to help her. >> Yeah. >> So, yes. >> Yeah, because she was just arguing. Did you see what happened? >> Bro, this is like we're all sitting here. She's sitting in a car. Me, my friend, and our co-workers, we're sitting here, >> right? Hanging out at the car. >> The car backs up, hits the white car. So, we're all saying like, "Yo, who got a white car?" >> She wasn't in the car. >> Exactly. So, being as though that we kept saying it, I guess the daughter getting mad. >> So, she come over like, "Oh, well, you keep saying it. You don't got to keeping saying it. We heard you." But our point is, nobody's at the car. Everybody's at the park, >> right? No one's going to know your car got hit. They're just going to leave. >> So we keep saying like, "Yo, who white car got hit?" >> So she came over. She's just mad. Now on her defense, she was doing too much in the car the whole time. >> Yeah. Until until the I mean, sorry. The truck hit the car. Then she got out >> the whole time. She was in the car and then the girl came over. So we just argue before y'all got here. They was arguing back and forth the whole time. >> Okay. Yeah. >> So >> So you guys called or they called the police? >> Um the guy called the police. I had thought you knew her. Yeah, because she was arguing with the lady over there. Told her to leave if she wasn't going to give me a statement regarding the situation that happened cuz usually if you're witnessing we got we got kids in the car so we not >> so we didn't want to do all that either. So um I feel bad for her cuz her nephew just got this morning. >> Yeah, >> she was saying something. Where's her keys? >> We took them and I didn't know her window was down like that. >> Oh y'all got her keys. >> Yeah, they got to come back. Round it up. Yeah, >> I'll ask her if she can get them real quick. But um >> but it's going to get told, right, since it's >> We're probably not get told.
