As I told you, this was very fluid. Even as I walked over here, I knew there was a lot of activity and a lot going on. The suspect was laying prone on the ground in camouflage clothing continuing to pose a threat. The [clears throat] situation is resolved. The suspect is now dead. He was not shot. One of the Bearcats ran over him and killed him. Any questions? Was he continuing to resist the SWAT team up until the point of Oh boy, he was. Yeah. How did this just happen in the past few minutes? So this happened while you were talking? This happened when I was talking to you. When I picked up the phone, they were calling and telling [music] me and I knew I had to answer the phone cuz it's I'm over here. It's an active scene and I'm trying [clears throat] to keep you informed as I can, but I'm letting my teams do their work and >> [music] >> we're happy that this resulted in no further officers being injured. We're happy that no citizens were harmed in any way. This gentleman created this situation and as you indicated with your question earlier, it makes no sense.
