I was trying. >> In the end, she was taken to jail facing charges of disorderly conduct and nonviolent resisting arrest. The takeaway here is simple. If you don't want to get caught, just don't use drugs. Now, as for the lady in this next situation, she's actually quite a familiar face to regular viewers on the channel. On August 21st, 2023, New Mexico, panicked witnesses called in as a barefoot woman was chasing passers by with a stick and trying to break into homes. Her total loss of control sparked utter chaos. >> No, I just I can't voices. I know the other girl. I know the roommate, but I don't know the one who lives there. You know what I mean? So, I went up there. I was like this. I was going to run for light. I was going to get lighter, but she didn't have one. So, >> hey. Yeah. So, listen. We've been getting a lot of calls on you just now. >> Yeah. One of the calls I guess you were chasing after somebody with a bat. >> No, that was another girl. She was chasing me with the bat. >> She was chasing you with the bat for no reason. >> And then there was a call just now that you were trying to get into somebody's house. >> No, sir. No, sir. >> No, sir. >> What happened to your face? Why are you bleeding? You have blood all over you. Really? >> Yeah. Look at your arm. Your left arm. >> Oh, she was stretching the back. I don't know. >> You get hit? >> Yeah. No, not really. >> Okay. >> Well, but dude, they arrested they rested my home for no reason, you know. You want to go see >> what it is that uh >> just as far as being up this way. >> Yeah, they were pointing at us. It's going to be that house right there. You want me to go talk to him? >> Oh, you want me to go talk to him? >> I stay with her. >> When the police call you out by name from the very first second, you already know what kind of troublemaker we're dealing with. And yes, she's another familiar face you've seen right here on our channel. >> How's it going? Hello, bud. Did >> you guys call? She did. She didn't give her the house. >> Who did? >> I guess her. We didn't. We kicked her out of that house. >> You guys kicked her out of this house. >> She was trying to break into our neighbor's house. We're the ones that went over there and told her to step out of here. >> What did you guys see when she was over there? >> Uh she was on top of the the porch right there and she was trying to open the door. >> Okay. >> And then we went over there cuz I mean they're girls. >> Hey, what are you doing? Keep walking. What are you doing there? >> And that's when she she saw she was getting she backed up and told her don't wait up. Let's kick her out of here. But she was just there just sitting there just trying to open the door. >> Was she kicking the door or >> I was just jiggling the door just trying to get in there. She's whacked out of her mind. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> I mean, but still, >> luckily, we were out here, you know, she was doing her thing and she's like, "Hey, babe. Babe, what's up?" And he came out. I was in the restroom. Then I came out and I was like, "Oh [ __ ] let's go." >> I'll go talk to her right now. Yeah. Thank you. >> You're welcome, buddy. >> Are you the one that called us? >> I am. >> Yes. So, what happened? Um, I was pulling up. Um, I came home and there was this lady on my porch and they were talking to her trying to get her off and they said that she tried to get into the house. She took off after that. >> So, you said you saw her on your property? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. There people inside? No. >> When she was trying to open? No. >> Okay. >> All right. If I need anything else, I'll give you a call. Okay. All right. Thank you. >> Okay. Thank you. >> So, we'll get her. The neighbors viewed her as a serious threat. While Chloe thought she was just taking a harmless stroll, she had zero awareness that prying open a door is illegal entry. Right up until the handcuffs came out. >> Chloe, >> do me a favor. >> I don't have no reason to wait. Can you tell? Wait. Back up. Back up. First, relax. >> SIR, WAIT. GUYS, STOP. BACK UP. SIR, STOP. SIR, I'm asking you to stop. I didn't do anything. Sir, wait. Sir, stop. >> Hey, >> turn around. >> Hey, SIR. BROTHER. HEY, RELAX. STOP. I don't. Brother, stop. I didn't do anything. STOP. No, I didn't. >> I will have a blue team and a supplement for this call. [screaming] >> She's acting aggressive. >> You guys are stupid. >> Take me to another jail. A whole different jail, you [ __ ] Hey, what are you guys? What are you guys doing? Huh? >> All right, let's go. >> Bro, bro, don't let Don't let it, BRO. WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. I want to help. Hey, wait. I AM THE TREASURER. >> I'm not kidding. >> I don't want to. I don't have a reason to go to jail, guys. Chloe, we're going. So, >> Sir, sir, please. I'm begging you guys. Please relax. Let's go. >> Sir, please. I really don't want to go. I have no reason. I HAVE NO REASON. I literally didn't do anything, though. >> TURN AROUND, >> SIR. I DON'T WANT PLEASE. I have another charge >> and I didn't do anything. >> If you keep resisting, you're going to get another charge. >> Sir, please. Please don't charge me, sir. >> Okay. Well, then calm down. In the end, she was taken to jail and faced charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass. Do you think she still has a chance to turn her life around? Let us know in the comments below. [music] Meanwhile, the lady in this next story, she's on a whole different level. On September 22nd, 2022, Ohio, a female pickup driver collided head-on with a tow truck, flying a wheel right off, then hit the gas and fled before abandoning the vehicle on foot. As police closed in on the woman casually strolling nearby, her little act to fool the law began. >> Put your bag on the ground. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Said you just hit somebody. Put your hands back. >> Hit anyone. >> Put your hand behind your back. Put your hand out of your pocket. Put your hand behind your back. >> Okay. I didn't hit anyone. >> Stop. >> Can I call my stepdad? >> No. >> He owns that truck. >> You're just getting an accident. >> No. >> Okay. Well, you just said he owns the truck and then you >> he owns that. He owns that truck. >> Let's go. [ __ ] >> What are you doing? >> Ow. >> I hurt my leg today, sir. >> Hand out your pocket. You're going to sit back. You're going to sit back in the back of our car. Stand up. >> Okay. I didn't do anything wrong. Is >> this door unlocked? >> Ouch. Ouch. I'm stuck. >> All right. Well, have a seat back here. >> I'm not hurting anything. >> I know you're not hurting anything. Like I said, have a seat in the car. >> Sit up in the seat. >> Can we call my stepdad? Yes. >> Sit in the car. He's going to want to be called. >> Okay. >> He is going to >> You have to sit in the truck so we can call people. >> Do you don't even have his phone number? >> Sit in the truck. >> You don't know your social security number. >> How old are you? >> So, you're almost 30 years old and you don't You're almost 30 years old and you don't know your social security number. >> Red Hood, can you come here, man? That your dad? >> That's not my dad. >> Were you in the tow truck? in a tow truck and they were bringing me to the mechanic shop and >> you >> I don't know [ __ ] >> Yeah, that's her. She >> She's a 13 for >> refusing to say a single word about her identity. Her appearance was a funny contradiction. Part rebellious 13-year-old, part weathered 70-year-old woman. >> What's your What is your name? >> My very name is Sound Street. >> What What What are we going to find in the system for you? Because if you keep lying and bouncing around, you're going to jail for obstruction. I'm giving you one more chance. What is your name? Put your hands behind your back. I put those handcuffs behind your back, not in front of you. >> I swear to God. >> Yes, you did. >> No, I did. >> We're playing games. I'm tired of playing games with you. >> Oh my god. I didn't >> put your foot in. >> I switched them. >> Put your feet inside. What is your name? >> My married name is S Street. >> My not married name. >> What's your first name? >> It's Stacy. I will charge you with misrep. I don't care what. >> I will charge you with misrep. I don't believe you are who you are. >> I am. >> Okay. Why do you have a gun in your purse? >> I don't have a gun in my purse. >> Which is her purse before >> got a gun in the gun in the purse. Knowing full well the price of her dark criminal record and a stack of dangerous warrants, she chose to play dumb. Conveniently, forgetting her social security number to fool the police and hide her true identity behind a foolish act. >> Figure out who she is yet. >> She merized yet? >> Oh, I didn't merze her. >> Okay. >> Where do you Where do you live? >> Right. Just moved over here off of Shaw >> from >> Deerfield. >> Deerfield. What's the address in Deerfield? Can't remember. It's a trailer park. >> Trailer park on beer >> on what's that? 43. Did have a gun on her. >> You either understand or you don't. You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand? Yes or no? >> No. >> You don't understand the right to remain silent. >> No, I don't understand what I did. I will we will get through all of that right now. I have to question you about a crime and you under arrest. We have numerous witnesses saying that you were and then you fled. >> I'm not flee. It was a fleet. >> That's also obstruction. >> Obstructing and then we can't verify who you are. And you have a gun. >> The gun was in your purse. >> Stacy Stone Street. >> No, you're not. >> Yes, I am. >> Then why can't we find you in our system? Have you ever had an Ohio ID? >> Yes. >> Where's your ID at? >> Yeah, I absolutely. You pulled out a bunch of cards. There was none in there. You should absolutely have it. Unless you're spelling it incorrectly. >> S. How do you spell your first name? >> S T A C I. >> I found her. >> Hey, I found her. So, >> Stacy. >> Yeah. >> Well, she had a gun in her purse. >> Did she give her? >> No, she What? Did she give up her identity or did >> she did she supposedly didn't know her social warrant? >> No, I we brought her up. >> When she saw the officer touch an acquaintance's file, she grabbed it like a lifeline, suddenly becoming polite and overly talkative, delusionally trying to build an innocent identity out of someone else's name. >> You don't have your bottom lip pierced. >> Okay. Well, >> Stacy has her bottom lip pierced. >> Mine peeled up. I my nose is pierced. >> See, I used to have mine pierced, too. >> My nose was pierced and you can't see my hole. >> No. See, I got a I got a hole where mine was pierced. Good catch. >> That's where my nose pierced and you can't see a hole. >> No. No. >> I promise. >> Hold on. Watch your toes. >> Does she have a tattoo on her chest? >> It's like right here in the same position, but I can't tell if it's the same or not. Oh my god. So, I don't know. I have one over here, too. >> Turn this way. Turn this way. Look up to No, turn. Look up to the ceiling. >> You have a tattoo on your right shoulder? Yes, you do. >> And I have one on my left, too. >> Straight up. >> I had new ink added to this. I had new ink added to this side as well. >> And the >> What's it say? >> It's a schizophrenia. >> And the wrath consumes you. And when the wrath consumes you. >> Is that Are you sure? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. I'm pretty sure that's what it says. >> When was your driver's license issued? >> Um, way back in the day. >> You read them random, right? >> I did read them. Okay. >> Do you mean like way back in the day? >> No. When was the most recent time you got your license renewed? >> It would have been on Well, on my birthday, right? >> You tell me. >> Well, yeah. Your license always needs to issue on your birthday. When when did you physically go to the BMV to renew your license? Oh >> [ __ ] I don't remember the exact date, but it would have been right around September 10th. >> I used to drill on my eyebrows. She'll make fun of me at least. The picture we had >> I looked at the picture that was issued by the BMV. >> Yeah, I was fat >> three weeks ago. >> You're lying. Fat. You're lying. You're lying. So, here's the deal. You're going to Summit County Jail as a Jane Doe. >> Okay? As a Jane Doe. They will fingerprint you. If they cannot figure out who you are by fingerprint, then you will stay in jail until we figure it out. >> Drowning in lies, the officer completely ran out of patience. Cornered on the ride to jail, she threw out her final wild card only to get hit with a cold reality check from the female officer, a reaction that spoke louder than words. >> No, listen. I have been as nice as I CAN BE. SHUT UP. Shut up. Now, I am like working really hard on the way that I speak to people and you are really testing that right now. I've given you every benefit OF THE [ __ ] DOUBT THAT there is to give right now. >> So, no, I'm not calling your kids. I'm not going to show. You're going to jail. So, you're going to sit there and you're going to shut up and we're going to have a quiet ride cuz you're REALLY PISSING ME OFF. IT'S A >> SHUT UP. >> You are going to jail. You are under arrest. I'm doing you no goddamn favors. >> Shut up. You already know. Shut up. >> Shut up. >> Yes, you do. Cuz I'm done talking to you. >> So, you don't have scars of a lip piercing. You don't have scars of a nose piercing. You don't have scars of laser laser removal of a tattoo. The tattoo that you have doesn't even You don't have scars of lip piercings. You don't have scars of a nose piercing. You don't have scars of having laser remal tattoo removal. Your tattoo that you have doesn't even match what we have in the picture. And you also don't have red hair. >> I can still take off the misrep of identity. >> I can still take that off if you want to tell me who you are. Cuz the mole got you. I I could You know what? On a really bad day, I could probably believe you had some tattoos added and removed. >> I did. How do you keep getting your cops to your front? >> I don't know. I'm pregnant. So, in the end, she was taken to jail, facing charges of identity fraud, hit and run, obstructing official business, and weapon possession under disability. The lesson here, don't try to outsmart the police if you don't have what it takes. Still, that's nothing compared to the one who hit her boyfriend and went ballistic when the police didn't take her side. [snorts] On December 26th, 2022, Indiana, police arrived following a heated argument between a couple where the man was openly assaulted by his girlfriend. Her out of control rampage serves as a living wake-up call for the don't do drugs campaign. >> What What's going on? >> Um, we had a fight and um >> who's we? my my fiance and I. >> Okay. What's his name? >> Nick. >> Nick. What's the last name? >> Okay. >> 61. Local check. How old is Nick? >> He's right outside. He's 42. I I I just I fell really hard and >> Okay. >> Um, somebody called police and >> Okay. >> I I can't find my secret. >> Okay. >> Do you care if I come in here with you? >> Yeah. >> Talk to you. You the one here? >> Yeah. >> What What happened in New York? Can you kind of explain your argument to me? Did it get physical or was it just verbal? >> Just verbal. >> Okay. Then how did you fall? >> I was um [clears throat] I I don't have a lot of balance in my mind. >> Okay. >> Really frustrated over that. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, describe the things that were said during this argument. What hurts, Amy? >> My back. >> Okay. Why does your back hurt? >> My life. So, did something happen that kind of inflamed your back pain? Did you get pushed, shoved, anything like that? >> No, he didn't push or shove me. >> Okay. Did he hit you anyways? >> No, [clears throat] I fell. But it was me because my body's been through a lot. >> I know you have. >> He has one scratch on his eyeball. >> Okay. >> You guys have come and I've had my entire head ripped open and you didn't care. How did he get How did he get How did he get punched? Or >> We both fell. >> You both fell. He's saying that you punched him last night. Is that true? >> Yeah. I was punching like trying to get out of the situation. >> Called out over the marks on Nick's face, Amy quickly shifted her story to self-defense, downplaying the scratch on his eye while pointing fingers at the police for allegedly ignoring her own injuries in the past. >> Amy, Amy, I can't help you. If something happened to you, >> if you want a consistent statement, then yes. He um him and I got in a fight and I I smacked him in that. >> That's your consistency. >> When was that? >> Um last night around 8:00 at night, I was upset with him because he was talking to another girl online. Her name was Carrie Murray. >> Okay. And then you slapped him because you're upset about that? >> Yes. >> Okay. Did you slap him or was it a punch? >> I slapped that >> I slapped him in the face and apparently resulted in an eye wound. >> What's on your What's on the left side of your neck, Amy? Or is that like a >> It's a rash. >> Okay. What's that rash from? >> Can I see it? What's that rash a result of? [snorts] >> Um I don't know. It's been out of >> What's that? >> It's been a minute. How much have you had to drink today? >> And nobody's saying it's illegal to drink. Okay. You're a grown woman. You can drink it. >> The rest of that beer. >> You had the rest of that steel reserve. Uh, let's say methamphetamine >> a couple weeks ago. >> Okay. What about heroin? >> Never. >> Okay. Cocaine. >> Uh, 20 years ago. >> Okay. >> People still do that? >> Yeah. About like uh any party drugs or anything like that? So like LSD, acid or anything like that? Nothing like that. >> Oh jeez. Um, [clears throat] >> so you said it's you said it's been a couple weeks since you used meth. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Can I see your eyes real quick? This is the first >> It sounds like he was just talking to another female, which shouldn't be doing. Okay. If he's in a relationship with you, that's not cool of him to be talking to other females. >> I know it's fine, but it was just it happened to be like while we were having sex. >> He started while you were having sex. >> Yes. >> But >> interesting. Okay. >> Yeah. Um, you can check the [clears throat] messages on the phone. I I don't need to see that. >> What you need to understand though, Amy, is we have I don't feel like you're telling me 100% the truth. Okay. >> Admitting to drug use completely ruined her credibility. On top of that, she twisted logic to justify punching her boyfriend as legal simply because she was bitter over betrayal. But the law doesn't work that way. >> Yes, I am. You're going to be placed under arrest. You are under arrest at this point for domestic batteries. I am. >> Okay, Amy, let's just grab your shoes. >> Grab your shoes. Grab your shoes, Amy. Okay. Okay. No, no, no, no, no, no. Amy, >> I didn't do anything. >> Let's not make this any harder. >> You did. Okay. You slapped him and he has cuts on his face. Okay. >> I HAVE BRUISES ALL OVER MY BODY. >> AMY, this is the point I told you where if you're not transparent, this is how things happen. >> At this point, you you haven't told us that anything like that happened. >> You told us nothing today happened. >> That's the option you chosen. Okay. >> Okay. This is your time to be transparent. >> I can't do this to my mother. She's dying. >> Amy, you can't do that. >> Come on. [screaming] >> Just stop. Just stop. Just stop. >> Get up. And you're going to be placed in the handcuffs. Okay. Stand up. >> Okay. You need to do the double. You need to do the double handcuffs. >> That's We can do that. >> But you got to stand up. You can't be resisting. Once you resist, you're going to get extra charges. Okay. >> Okay. >> Simple as that. Amy, stand up like a grown woman. I'm going to PULL YOU UP. OKAY. >> AMY, stand up. >> Amy, you're not helping us at all. >> You're not helping us at all. >> Well, then why are you acting like this? >> All right. If you just want to lay on the bed, that's fine. >> We're going to stand up. >> That's what we deserve. Stand up. Syringes are in here. >> What? >> Where's the syringes at? Amy, you already said it. You might as well finish it. Okay. Because of those syringes, >> I don't know what there what's in there, but there's a syringe in that bag behind you to the left. >> Whose bag is that? >> This bag right here. >> Okay. >> The one with the blood. >> The one with the blood. >> Plaid. >> Oh, the plaid. Well, hold on. Is this his Well, why would there be a needle? >> Is there meth in in Is there meth in there? >> Um, there probably >> I I don't know what's in the needle. >> What do you think is in there? >> I would say meth, but I don't. >> So, some kind of drug, you believe? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I believe we're being told that narcotics are in there. So, >> uh, I don't wear gloves, so I I really Can I sit down, please? >> You can sit down. Yeah, please. I was also just released on charges. >> It's something that cleans out. >> You understand your Miranda warn is okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can anything you say can we be used against you in court or other proceedings. Okay. You have the right to an attorney to have him present with you while you're >> with her cheap trick failing. Her revenge instinct took over. She pulled out Nick's bag of syringes to report him, trying to drag him down with her. Even on the way to the patrol car, she kept squirming and resisting. >> Oh my god, his car is not here. Here's the deal, TOO. >> AMY, >> CALL MY MOTHER RIGHT NOW. >> AMY, here's the deal. OKAY, YOU >> CALL MY MOM RIGHT NOW. CALL MY MOM RIGHT NOW. [screaming] >> WELL, you need to stand up. Don't kick me. >> I didn't kick you. >> You're flailing your arms like you're about to. >> I didn't touch you. I'M HURTING. >> Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. >> I need my medicine. >> Stand up. >> I'm not hurting anything. >> Come on. I don't know. I don't know what's going on. I don't have >> WHAT IS GOING ON? >> WHAT IS GOING ON? >> You're under arrest and you're going to jail. That's >> You have YOUR WHAT? >> MY CANE. >> YOUR CANE? >> YES, I WALK WITH A CANE. >> WELL, THEY'RE NOT GOING. >> THAT'S RIGHT. >> YOU HAVE PLENTY OF HELP. >> YOU'VE BEEN THE ENTIRE TIME. >> YOU HAD NO PROBLEM. >> NO, I HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM. >> NO PROBLEM STANDING UP. >> I've had a PROBLEM THIS WHOLE TIME. >> ALL RIGHT, we're going to turn around and walk this way. Okay, >> Amy. Amy, stand up. DON'T COME. [screaming] [screaming] >> AMY, SIT DOWN. >> SIT DOWN. >> You're going to be pushed in there. >> Sit down. >> Sit down. Turn around. SIT DOWN. >> ALL RIGHT. WATCH your head, Amy. Watch your head. Amy, watch your head. Sit down. >> Turning into a throwing a fit child out of sheer terror of jail, her substance clouded mind, lost all reason. Every piece of advice fell on deaf ears as she resisted an utter exhaustion until the very end. >> Amy, just sit right there. >> Put you in a SEAT BELT NOW. THEY HAVE DOUBLE COPS ON. >> AMY, we transport people in this vehicle EVERY DAY. >> YOU SUPPOSED TO BE DEVIL. >> STOP MOVING. AMY, >> DOUBLE CROSS. >> AMY, >> DOUBLE CROSS. >> HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO TAKE YOU OUT OF THOSE cuffs when you keep fighting us? Why would I do that? >> YOU SHOULD HAVE PUT HER IN THE FIRST PLACE. >> YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE FOUGHT US. YOU SHOULD HAVE RESISTED. >> YOU I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. >> YOU THREW YOURSELF ON THE GROUND. YOU THREW yourself back. I WAS ASSAULTED. YOU SKET YELLING. >> I was assaulted. Amy, >> what did I do wrong? >> Face forward. Put your back towards the seat. >> I need to put the seat belt on you. >> I'm not going to have this conversation with you anymore. Amy, you've been advising Miranda rights. We've already told you what happened. You were given ample opportunity. I stood up there for almost half an hour trying to get you to provide ME WITH A STATE AND YOU SAID NOTHING HAPPENED. >> YOU PROVIDED ME with Exactly. You admitted to hitting Nick. Okay. Domestic battery. ENOUGH. ENOUGH. AND I ADMITTED HE DID NOT PUT YOUR FACE IN MY FACE. HE HIT ME. >> YOU NEED to sit back. >> DID YOU NOT see the bruises on me? >> NO. [screaming] NO. NO. >> AMY, IF YOU KICK ME, AMY, DON'T. >> I didn't kick anybody. I need my >> Amy, sit up. >> I need MY DAUGHTER. >> AMY, [screaming] >> STOP SCREAMING LIKE A CHILD. SIT UP. >> SIT UP. AMY, THIS IS RIDICULOUS. >> AMY, you're going to catch more charges. You break that and you're going to be sitting in jail for a LONG TIME. JUST LIKE ARRESTING ME WHEN I DIDN'T HAVE EVERYTHING on me. >> We're not arresting you for drugs. >> I know. >> Okay. So, >> let me go back to my hotel. >> Sit up so that the seat >> Let me go BACK TO MY HOTEL. >> I DON'T WANT THE SEAT belt on her neck like that. If she's going to keep >> I cannot sit like that. >> Amy, sit up so that the seat belt actually helps you. Sit up. >> Amy, there's only one other way to get you to comply. Okay. I will spray you. And I can promise you that if you're going to get pepper-sprayed, you are not going to like it. >> In the end, she was taken to jail, facing charges of domestic battery, resisting law enforcement, and possession of a controlled substance. It's clear how substances severely impair a person's ability to control their actions. Her dramatic breakdown pales in comparison to the stubbornly lying, high as a kite performance of the next young lady. On May 10th, 2023, police rushed to an apartment complex after a 911 call reported a woman assaulting a teenager in the hallway. When officers arrived on scene, the woman's behavior only made things escalate further. >> What can I do for you? >> I got a few questions. Are you involved in this uh incident that happened earlier with the kid or whatever getting pushed around? >> No. >> That kid came to our property knocking on my mother's door. So, it was your mom who was involved in it. >> Um, yeah. But >> where's your mom at? We'll talk to her. >> She's actually not. >> So, that lady yelling right there is officer. >> So, your mom is here. >> Yeah, she's here. >> So, you're lying to me, right? >> I'm not lying. >> She wasn't lying. I just got here. >> Okay. So, what's going on between >> I was here and that little boy came to my house and put his fist up to me. He went like this. Okay. And I'm not going to let no boy disrespect me. I don't care how old they are. He came knocking on my door >> for no reason, >> right? For no reason. Knocking on my door, babe. >> Knocking on my door. Look, they vandalized my car. First they scratched my car. First they scratched my car and now they took a piece off of it. >> I'm putting up enough. Okay. >> And then he comes to her door. >> And then he comes to my door and he's saying, "I'm not going to just cuz he's a little boy, I'm going to let him hit me or threaten me." So, you're saying that he walked up these? >> Yeah, he walked up these stairs. He knocked on my door. >> He told me not to. >> Yes, of course. >> Why would he? >> Why is he knocking on your door? >> I know. He knows. Cuz you think he's bad or cuz he I don't know. >> He knocked on my door. He came. >> He told me that, too. >> He came up my house. >> Okay. >> Put your hands on a kid out here, >> huh? >> You putting your hands on a kid out here? >> No, I didn't put my hands on the kid. He came in my house. Inside my house. granting herself a license to use violence. She tripped over her own lies with an inconsistent story. One moment claiming the kid was standing outside her door, the next spinning a tale about him barging right inside. >> Came in my house and started threatening me and talking [ __ ] to me. And he's only 14 years old. >> He went inside. >> Yeah, he's he usually comes in my house. He's usually a friendly person. My man knows him. My old man knows him. My daughter knows him, you know. But I don't know what's going on, but someone vandalized my car. You want to see where they vandalized my car? >> You can see the piece. >> Look, they took my piece off of my damn car. They scratched my car and I'm supposed to live with it. Okay. Like nothing ever happened. Okay. Anything. That little boy came in my house and he's fine. And he told me that right now for a second. >> Oh my god. >> No, you're not going to be dictating me. You're not going to touch me. You don't touch me. You tell me why I'm being detained first. Be Tell me why I'm being detained. Put your hands behind your back. No. Tell me why I'm being Put your hands behind your back. >> [ __ ] that. You tell me why I'm being detained. Call the lawyer. Call a lawyer. >> Put your hands behind your back now. >> Why am I being detained further investigation? As of right now, you need to do what I'm telling you to do or you're going to get. >> I'm not doing Do what you want to do. Hit me. Turn around. Tell me why I'm being detained. THAT KID CAME TO MY HOUSE. >> AND PUT YOUR HANDS BACK. >> THAT KID CAME TO MY HOUSE. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR back with you. Why you put your hands behind your back with me? >> Cuz she was being quieter. >> Cuz I didn't do nothing wrong. Really? >> Decent people just don't act like that. Deliluding herself into thinking it was self-defense against a disrespectful kid. She only wore down the officer's patience even more. >> All right. >> Okay. I'm recording your music. Oh my god. >> Bobby. Bobby. >> Back up. >> I'm not doing anything. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK NOW. >> CALL THE COPS ON YOU. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND your back now. >> Put your hands behind your back now. >> I'm calling the cops on. >> Put your hands behind your back now or you're going to get tased again. Put your hands behind your back now. You're going to get tased again. >> You got it. >> I'm going to tell you one more time. Put my hands behind my back. >> Both of them. On your stomach now. >> On your stomach. Behind your back. >> You got it. on your stomach behind your back. You got it. >> You Paulina, you and your friend. I hear what she was talking about. What you Why you had to do that? >> I don't care. It didn't even hurt. >> Video video. She was talking to the officer and then he decided >> I'm going to call the lawyer on you. That's perfectly fine. >> His name was your name. >> As of right now, you're being placed on arrest resisting. I want your name. You'll get it all in a minute. >> Stand up all the way up. >> Don't [ __ ] grab me. Do noting grab me. Do you understand that? >> It's going to end real bad for you. >> Can I get >> No, you're not going to get anything. >> Don't [ __ ] grab me. >> What's the matter with you? >> Cuz I'm shaking. My legs are shaking. >> That has nothing to do with grabbing me in my crotch. Don't grab me in the crotch. >> My stomach hurts. >> I don't care. You don't grab me like that. >> Me in my chest. You could have asked me to move. >> I told you multiple times to back up. It's all on body cam. Walk. >> Yeah. Want told me to record that >> walk. You >> Yeah. >> You're an [ __ ] >> You're an [ __ ] >> Okay. >> You did not at all. >> And you are done. You're done. >> I did not hit your son. Your son came to my house. >> Stop talking to him. >> He came to my house. >> I don't care. >> Her daughter swore one second she had no idea her mother was even there. then contradicted herself the next by claiming she saw everything. The motheraughter duo's clumsy coverup attempt was nothing short of a hypocritical joke. >> Let's go. >> Back up. >> She was talking to you >> on the other side. You're going to go for obstruction, too. >> I am. >> Back up, please. >> Back up. >> Back up, please. Back up, please. Thank you, >> buddy. He didn't hurt me. That [ __ ] didn't do nothing to me. >> That taser didn't do [ __ ] >> Decided to do whatever you wanted. >> That taser didn't do [ __ ] Stop yelling at your daughter. >> I know, but I'm stronger than that. >> That's fine to you. >> That's all right. >> And you decided to tase her. You took out your taser like a weapon. But she doesn't even have a weapon. >> That's okay. I go to jail. I don't give a me. >> Stop saying that word. >> No, I'm done. I don't want Stephanie. >> You decided to do whatever you wanted to say. >> Yeah, you're apologetic. You're going to jail for resisting now. I want to know. >> Do not move from the front of the car. Back away from my patrol car. I'm not going to give you one more warning or you're going to go under you're going to get under arrest, too. >> I don't want you to go to jail. >> I don't want you to go to jail cuz if they ask you, >> I was I want to know why he decided to pack you in >> when you was talking to him. >> I don't know. >> He didn't give you a reason to turn your back for no reason. He did it. It's okay. Just let me go. >> Let me go to jail. >> I don't like me. Ask me to move. >> Okay. >> Daddy said you to really knock my ass out. >> That being said, I'm going to read your Miranda rights. You got three questions that follows. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions. And to have him here with you during questioning. >> Your father's a crackhead. If you cannot >> father's on drugs on drugs and I'm going to let the court know. >> Are you done? >> Maria naively believed that dragging the victim's family through the mud would somehow turn her punch into a righteous act. But the victim's mother told a completely different story. >> So we're going to go to the store to go do groceries. A boy went upstairs. The boy that was assaulted went upstairs cuz she was talking to them while they were fighting. They were talking I think a verbal discussion. He went upstairs and she said, "You better not come into my house." >> She choked him up. >> So, was he did he ever go into the house? >> He stepped right here to the doorstep. >> So, he was standing in there. Yeah. Were they just arguing back? >> Arguing back and forth and then she pushed him >> in the process of in the process of pushing him like, "You better not [ __ ] with me." Started doing disrespectful racial slurs and calling him a piece of [ __ ] and so is your brother and started basically choking him right here. >> She with Do you remember what hand? >> Right hand. >> Her right hand. >> Yes, sir. So she grabbed him by his neck. Did she back him up? >> She backed him against this little corner wall right here. >> Against the corner. Okay. And then was she hitting him at all? >> She was choking him. And then my son and I went upstairs to release him from her. And she started to harass us and said, "You don't want to mess with us. We're just trying to take the child." We told the child, "Go home to your parents. This lady's crazy. Don't even bother her. Just go home." She didn't even bother her. And she's like, "Yeah, but he started talking about my parents. Don't listen to this lady. He's crazy." Yeah. >> And from there, she kept talking crap with the neighbor downstairs. I don't know if that's her daughter. I don't know if they're unrelated or not. >> And she started disrespecting them, disrespecting me >> and just screaming to everybody that we're all piece of shits and just >> What was What was the conversation before the kid went upstairs? >> Um that he broke something on her car. >> Okay. And she was just screaming and then when he went upstairs, did you ever see him like bow up on her? Did he ever do anything? >> No. He looked like he was trying to figure out trying to figure out his name for her car. >> So he was like just basically telling her I wasn't the one that did what? Okay. And at any point from your observations, did it seem unprovoked that she just put his hand her hands on him? Like >> she didn't need to do that. >> No, >> that was not necessary. It was a child. She could have just told him, "You need to go get your ass home and close the door and then call the cops if she felt harassed." Okay. >> There's ways to handle that, >> right? All right. So, that being said, um you and your son were the ones who basically released the kid from her grip, right? >> In the end, she was taken to jail facing charges of child abuse and violent resisting of law enforcement. She was sentenced to 24 months of probation, community service, and a fine. Bad choices always catch up to you folks.
