this man was stopping to make a phone call when these cops showed up without a clear reason for the stop the officers demanded his ID ripped the door open and forcibly removed him all over a vague suspicion of prowling you have no reason to pull me over turn around no you can't I have a reasonable suspicion to of what of what no you don't turn around no you don't you can't pull people over like this you're under arrest give them a reason resisting resisting what no you R me out of my C give him a reason you can't arrest him for nothing dude you're losing your job you up get out of the vehicle get out of the vehicle you can't arrest somebody for no reason as I told you you're detained as part of Investigation trying to determine that what was try stop for reasonable suspicion you guys are prowling lurking lurking lurking and prowling bus lking is illegal suspicion for a traffic stop driving around is illegal
