this young man was peacefully protesting when law enforcement arrived they blatantly infringed on his first amendment rights but things took a turn when they lied about not knowing him only to call him by name moments later breaking a city court ordinance I'm protesting you can't make a crime out of the First Amendment what ordinance am I breaking do you have any identification well what's the ordinance what crime did I commit is it civil or is it criminal you violated city code ordinance because of the use of the bullhorn is it a criminal offense or is it a civil offense it's a city code violation it's a civil civil thank you so it's not criminal that means I've not committed a crime so what is your reasonable cause is sufficient for the ID then wait didn't we talk on um no I've never talked to if you refuse to stop the bullhorn you will be arrested for obstruction but it's protesting will you respect your protest right clearly not here listen Le how do you know my name cuz I know you're from two weeks ago when I thought we didn't talk though I I'm I'm paid to know people okay so I know who you are so if you know who I am then why are you asking me for my ID cuz I don't know who you are he just said don't remember your it's clearly unconstitutional take it to the board I will be taking it to the board
