All right. Traffic still light. We're about 100 miles an hour. We're safely driving. >> Come on, drive. Just drive. Just drive. You're good. Still westbound passing 76 Street. [screaming] >> Speeds are coming slowing. We are behind a little bit of traffic. >> Crash. Crash. Crash. [laughter] Crash. Crash. Crash. Crash. Crash. >> Big crash. Big crash. >> Wait, wait, wait. >> She took off with her two little kids in the back seat. All for a can of baby formula. Hard to believe a mother would risk her children's lives over something so small. The crash that followed wasn't a surprise. It was the inevitable price of one reckless choice. >> Hands up. chair to block the tree away. Well found at 76th Street. I got you. Roll down your window. Put your hands up now. >> Go behind my squad. Yep. Go behind my squad. >> Keep your hands [screaming] up. Get out the vehicle with your hands up. >> Hands up now. Get your hands up now. >> Hands up. Hands up. Put your hands up. [screaming] >> Get out the car. Hands up. Hands up. Hands up. >> Turn around. Face away from us. Hold it. >> Face away. >> She's talking to somebody in the vehicle. >> Start coming back to the sound of my voice. Your hands up. Hands up. >> Keep your hands up. Don't put them down again. Do you understand? Put your hands in the air. >> Start walking back to the sound of my voice. Now >> walk back. >> Walk back. >> Walk back to the sound of my voice. Keep walking. Don't put your hands down. Keep walking back. Keep coming. Keep coming. Keep coming. >> Keep coming. Stop. Face away from me. Stay in the car. Take steps to the right. Steps to the right. Ma'am, listen to me. Take steps to the right now. >> Steps to your right. >> I'll take over. >> Step to your right. More. >> I understand. >> Step to the right. Step all the way back toward the sound of my voice. Keep your hands up. >> Keep your hands up. Come back further to the sound of my voice. Hands up. Hands up. Hands up. Face away from me. >> They're just kids in the car. >> How many kids are in the car? >> Come over here, buddy. Come over here. Come over here. Come over here. >> Come. Come. Come this way. Come this way. Come this way. Come this way. Are you okay? >> When the little boy ran straight into the officer's arms without hesitation, that moment said it all. This was one grocery run they'll never forget. And the mother, her first request after being cuffed wasn't about her kids. It was to call her sister. >> How old is the child? Are they able to walk? >> Oh, yeah. She's so pleasing right there. >> I love you. >> Let's go. >> Okay. >> Come on. [clears throat] >> Unbelievable. >> You got coverage? >> Yep. >> Okay, sweetie. >> Come here. [crying] Spread your feet. >> Lift up your back arms. >> Okay. >> Okay. Looked at your back here. Come please call my sister please so she can get >> not right now. >> I love you. >> All right. >> You'll be fine. Are you not injured? >> What hurts? >> Okay. Sit down right here. Okay. Okay. >> Here we go. Are you okay? You're not injured? Okay, just sit tight. Okay, just sit tight. Okay, we'll be fine. Do you want to put her on other side? >> Just sit tight. Okay. >> Anybody hurts, guys? >> Yeah. >> What hurts? >> My lips hurt. >> Your what? >> My lips hurt. >> Lips hurt. Okay. The fire the ambulance is coming. Okay. Just sit tight. Sit tight. >> Come on. One of the kids been playing on the left. >> No persons in the car. everyone. >> Once everyone was safe, officers turned their focus to the children, calming them down, checking for injuries, the older one showed clear signs of fear and trauma. The stolen items were recovered soon after, confirming the report. But what left everyone speechless were the children's terrified eyes, wide, trembling, and broken by confusion. >> Granny house. >> What's that? >> To my granny house. >> Your granny house. Yes. You'll go to your granny's house in a second. Uh, do you know your granny's phone number by any chance? >> Yeah. >> What is her phone number? >> Do you know your granny granny's phone number? >> You don't remember? Okay, it's okay. We'll ask your mama. Okay. Okay. >> Yeah. Just give us a second. >> What's that? >> How do we crash? >> How do you crash? I don't know. Your mommy lose control. Do you remember what happened? >> No. They're going to check you out. Okay. Hey. >> Hello. >> Well, three years old and two years old. She's complaining on the lip pain. You can see on her face she got some scratches on on her face. >> Okay. >> So, and the driver is in the other spot. >> Okay. Um, is the driver in custody? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Do you want to be checked up by the fire department because they're obviously coming for your kids. >> What? >> Yeah. >> Question. Are you the sole person who has custody of your children? >> Yeah. Then um dad will at all. >> So no but like right now they they will come and get them or like they will get them. >> I don't know you here. Okay. >> They'll be fine here. All right. >> All right. So let's go check vehicle. I'm going to stay with her for a second. >> Can you ask your phone number for the grandma because they mentioned about grandma? >> No, they are not in the car seat. >> Uh what else? kids injuries. You just evaluate them injuries up here. >> They were they were not in a car seat. There is no car seat in the car. >> No car seat for the kids. >> Yes, I can. There's no car seat. So, >> okay. >> Okay. >> You guys have any information on the kids? >> Uh, no. Mom is right here >> sitting there. >> Mom is in this spot. Maybe she can >> You can try to get some. >> Did that um vehicle have a license plate on her or not? >> Maybe inside. Yeah. So that there wasn't attached when I tried to start. So it looked like they crashed into that cement barrier with the rear. >> The final blow came when police discovered there were no child safety seats in the car and that Danielle had lied about the car's windows. It showed a complete disregard for even the most basic safety measures. She risked her kids' lives just to cover up a theft. That wasn't just negligence. It was proof of how far she'd fallen as a parent. >> Should be taking custody of your kids, Grandma. Um, >> yeah. >> Okay. What's grandma's name? >> Um, but it's going to be >> Does he take any medications? Okay. Any allergies? >> Was he in a seat belt? >> Grandma. >> Um, was he in a booster seat or anything? >> You want them transported to the hospital? >> Are they okay? >> He got a couple bumps, but nothing's jumping out obvious. Um, we'll let you know if we find anything. Okay. >> Yeah, you can transport. seated. Um, and the back driver back driver side. Yeah. >> So, they were both unrestrained it sounds like where they didn't have any seat belts on. >> No, they both had um the that middle seat belt on and the um so Destiny was in behind the passenger seat. She had her seat belt on. >> Okay. They're both They're both too small to be sitting in the back seat without a car seat. >> So, that seat belt really didn't do anything to protect them. So, they do have some bumps and bruises and some scratches. >> Okay. So, it's up to you if you want them taken into the hospital. >> I say you >> you want them to go to the hospital. Okay. Sounds good. Now, we're going to take them. We're going to show >> So, you want to tell me what was going on? How did it start? What were you doing in uh Walgreens? >> I took some food and some baby from >> to Okay. You know the amount of approximately of how much you took? >> Yeah. just say like 2:30. >> Okay. Uh, and I'm guessing they didn't give you consent. You just took it away. >> No, I sw my car. She said it was okay. >> Okay. So, when we pulled you over, did you know that you were pulled over? Did you see the lights and sirens? >> Yeah. >> I mean, you stopped. So, you stopped and you rolled down the window for a little bit. Um, and you started running away. What was the reason for running away? cuz like I I really wasn't thinking like I was like thinking like I didn't want to go to jail and then my kids not have nobody in there like me running away still did the same things. >> Is it Did you recognize that you were putting your children in danger by running away? >> I wasn't thinking about like all the stuff that could have happened at that moment [clears throat] like it was like uh >> Okay. Were your children with seat belts? >> Mhm. >> Okay. Where were they located when you were driving away? >> And uh >> Danielle was ultimately charged with operating a vehicle, fleeing, eluding an officer, first-degree reckless endangerment, property damage, bail jumping, two counts of child neglect, and one misdemeanor retail theft. But when she faced the judge in July 2025, she was only convicted of fleeing, eluding, and the two child neglect charges. The sentence, 6 years in state prison, and another 6 years of extended supervision. A harsh reminder of how seriously Wisconsin treats putting children in danger. If blind love hurts a child, then blind intoxication makes the whole world watch. On December 11th, 2023, police responded to reports of a hit-and-run crash. The caller identifies the driver as a local elementary school teacher who appeared to be intoxicated. But when officers trace her down, they uncover a story far darker than just a bad decision behind the wheel >> here in the front lobby. >> I don't >> Did you? >> Of course. Uh I didn't look at the name, but they drive they they drive a brown traverse. >> Oh, I don't know who drives a brown traverse. >> Okay. Who's my collar? >> I can totally get them down here. Elizabeth. >> Oh, okay. >> Thank you. >> I'm coming. Good morning. >> It doesn't. >> Good morning. >> Hi. >> How are you? >> Good. How are you? >> Pretty good. >> Doing okay. No injuries? >> No. I mean, I'm just kind of shaking up, but other than that, no. >> Yeah. Do you want to walk and talk? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> What happened? Well, I was taking a left on that corner right there and then somebody hit me and then I took I went down the road and then they never stopped. >> Okay. So, what why didn't you stop when I saw you turn right onto 76th Street from Kazoo? Why didn't you stop then? >> I just went home. >> Why? You obviously saw me car there. Why would you stop then? I guess I didn't know it was the same accident >> that was there. It goes, "That's her." I'm like, "Well, I can't sit here and leave your your car in the >> Hey, no, that No, that's No, I completely understand what you're saying. >> So, where did you stop at? >> No, I never stopped. I went back home." >> She acted like the school was her safe zone, a place where police couldn't touch her. After the crash, she didn't just drive away. She ran from responsibility. When confronted, she shifted gears into clumsy storytelling, trying to paint herself as the victim of circumstance. >> We can we can we can look that up, too. >> Yeah. No, that's fine. >> As far as when you call. >> Oh, yeah. No, I would say I would call within like the within 20 minutes. >> Okay. Why don't you stop right away? Let's get your insurance. Why don't you stop right away? I guess I'm confused. >> No. No. >> I mean, you can. >> No, I'm just going to tell you. >> Yeah. You have your driver's license and your insurance. Oh, definitely. >> So, you didn't So, >> no. When it happened, I thought, "Holy crap, >> he's going to be mad." And I can show you the messages that he's already doing. >> You have a green light. >> I did. >> Okay. >> They hit me. >> Okay. Well, if you had a green light, that means they had a green light, too. And if you're turning left, they have the right away. Does that make sense? >> No, I understand. about what they did. They hit me. >> Oh, your car's right here, ma'am. Miss >> Oh, sorry. >> That's okay. >> I have your plate information. I have everything. >> Why would you say that though? >> Cuz I feel like I smell alcohol coming from you. >> Really? >> Yes. And then I feel like also that might be a reason why you didn't stop right away. >> Am I on the right page here? >> No. I mean I don't think >> you don't think you are still under the influence of any kind of alcohol right now? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. >> No, I promise you. No, I don't think so. >> I mean, that's just that's how I feel. on our block. >> All right. Would you take a pulary breath test? >> Yeah, I would. >> Once she ran out of excuses for leaving the scene, she turned defensive about being drunk. But when the officers mentioned the smell of alcohol, she froze, completely caught off guard. How does someone who thinks of herself as a good person end up here? Agreeing to a breath test was a gamble she couldn't win. >> Do you think it would have been anything on it? So all zeros would be completely so I promise you >> but I didn't I didn't answer my question. Do you think you would have been anything on that on that breath test? >> Oh no I don't. >> Nope. Not by one means. >> All right. Do me a favor. Can you see the tip my finger right now? There's just a temporary. >> That's kind of odd to me that you're doing that at school. I just want to make sure that I'm >> and I want to make sure that you can go teach kids. >> Oh yes. Oh no. Go ahead. That's I just don't want I don't want that to be known by my >> I mean I also don't want to embarrass you in front of everybody >> you are and that's totally fine. >> It's not totally fine and that's why >> it's not but I'm telling I don't want you to make me cry. I promise you I'm not. That's totally fine. Do whatever you need to do. Walk me right around here. >> Oh no. That's not my intent. That's why I'm trying to be as discreet as possible. That's why I brought you over here trying to figure >> All right. I'm trying I'm trying to work with you, but I'm also trying to make sure that you can go back to work. >> Well, I can >> and and and not have this fall on me in my department. >> I understand. >> I didn't do anything. So, wherever you want me to go, I'll go with you. >> There's someone. >> Okay. And they do have someone out here. Uh, we can go inside. >> That way we can stay warm until he gets here. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> I have it. Okay. They're at 60th and Eastern. So, we'll just hang out for a minute. >> Yeah. Let me know how I feel. >> Oh, my I'm always cold. My hands at the worst. Let's go figure this out. Get going, right? >> Okay. >> And if I if you if you're fine, then I will apologize a thousand times to you and get you out of here. Okay. I just want to make sure that I can sleep at night knowing that I did what I needed to do or felt like I should do. >> It's totally fine. >> Yeah. Park over here. I don't want to make this super public. So, just park over here. >> It's fine. >> No, no, >> you I mean to be honest with you, you already embarrassed me. I'm not >> Well, so if if I did enough, then make it better. So, >> yeah, that's totally fine. Yeah, but they also don't need to see especially if it's all especially if if there's nothing there, then they don't need to see you blowing into this thing. You know what I mean? Cuz then they're just going to assume. And if it's wrong, if I'm wrong, then I don't want them to assume everything. >> Right. Come back here. Can you open >> Can you open your mouth real quick? Huh? Open your mouth with her tongue. Lift up your tongue. >> Her fear of losing her reputation outweighed her fear of legal trouble. She begged officers not to let the school find out. To her, image mattered more than consequences. Even as the police tried to handle it discreetly, she clung to what little was left of her respectable persona. All you got to do is just blow in here until it beeps at you or I tell you to stop. I'll hold on to it so that way you don't break it. >> Until it beeps or I tell you to stop. Until I tell you stop. >> Okay. Y I've never done this before. >> Yep. That's fine. Just blow into it like you were until it stop. >> Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Nothing. >> What's that? Nothing. What's that? >> Really? >> That's over That's over twice the legal limit to be driving. >> Really? >> Huh? I don't feel anything. So, >> you don't feel anything? >> No. >> I'm not going to go back inside right now, so I'm not going to tell anybody yet. So, but if you want to have a seat in either my car or his car to stay warm until we figure this out. All right. Um or you can hang out outside. I got to make I got to make a couple quick phone calls. I'll be right back. Okay. Okay. I'll sit in his car, my car, or you good. >> I'm making you nervous. I wish you would tell me what's going on. >> I'm telling you exactly what's going I'm going to tell you exactly what's going on. I'm making a phone call >> after the crash. happened. Is that when you when you drank? >> No. >> No. Not even not even No. >> So everything you drank was before the crash? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> No, I mean they hit me and I was very scared and I went home. >> And when you went home, is that when you drank or was that >> Well, no. I mean, I >> You probably had a couple in the house. >> No, not No. >> Despite blowing twice the legal limit, she still spoke clearly. The kind of composure only a seasoned drinker has. Her excuse, "I drank because I panicked." Didn't hold up. Everyone could see it. When you've been drinking since morning, alcohol isn't an accident. It's a lifestyle. >> I'm sure they did. What'd you have to drink at 3:00 a.m.? >> Wine. >> How many How many glasses? I say three >> normal glasses or or are you like me like that? You like I'm a little fuller like >> that. I think that's nice. >> But I'm very small. >> So I don't really have a high tolerance for it, but I don't feel like anything is wrong. So >> Okay. >> Yeah. Unfortunately unfortunately the car that that uh you guys you >> that hit me. Yeah. I'm pretty sure they hit me pretty hard and I was very scared. >> Okay. Well, again, we won't get into the debate on who was at fault. >> No, that's totally fine. I already know who was at fault. >> It was not me. >> What was the What was the wine that you were drink? >> Um, it was cotton candy. Um, St. Julian. >> All right. [snorts] Unfortunately, this is where it's coming to an end. Okay. I'm a peace officer. You are under arrest >> for the offense of operating a vehicle while intoxicated due to the consumption of alcoholic liquor, a controlled substance, other intoxicated substance, or a combination. Do you understand that? >> I do. But you you're going to arrest me for that? >> Hey. >> Yes, I am. Well, I'm not on anything, though. >> Well, you're well above the the legal limits. You drive. Okay. I'll give you a short synapses of what's going on. You drove, you crashed, you took off. >> You came back. That's that's besides the point. Okay. I I get here. I smell odor of toxins coming from you. I even asked you about it when I when I was talking to you at your car. I even smell on you when I got uh saw you in the office. She was eventually arrested and taken to [music] jail charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her BAC measured at 0.16. If convicted, she faces up to 93 days in jail for a first offense, fines ranging from $100 to $500, a suspended license, and a mandatory ignition interlock device. On top of that, her teaching career is likely over. A hard fall for someone once trusted to guide children. For her, that much alcohol was just a morning warm-up. But do you think she can really quit drinking and turn her life around? Drop your thoughts in the comments below. That crash wasn't the end of the story. It was only the opening act of a much bigger tragedy. On December 26th, 2024, a father walks into the police station with disturbing footage. The video shows the child's mother shoving and leaving their one-year-old home alone for nearly 2 hours. The case is immediately opened as a child endangerment investigation and emergency custody is requested. >> How you how about you guys? >> We've had better days. >> Better days. >> What's going on today? >> So me and her mother split up >> and I've of course been not answering her because she's crazy. >> This was a fight. Okay. >> And she sent me videos of her just messing with her, pushing her in her head, making her cry and I just >> emergency custody or however I go about just getting custody of her or whatever. Okay. Where do you guys >> fighting started yesterday morning? >> 3809 Simpson Avenue over in Fairfax. complicated because technically where you guys are taking residence, where the child is currently is supposed to be the department that's supposed to take the report on this. Um, we can obviously >> been there, but we had >> Yeah, I just went and picked her up. >> You actually live. >> No, >> he used to he was living there. He just moved in with me. Yeah. >> She was doing cuz I wasn't answering my phone. >> Okay. >> And she just keeps doing it. I mean, >> how old? >> She's literally a year in a couple days. 19. [crying] >> She's What's her name? Mom's >> her name kid home yesterday when all that >> Debbie she's stalking my house. I got video of her driving past. >> Do you happen to know her birthday? >> Yeah, it's >> 2004. >> What's the uh phone number that she keeps sending stuff from? >> Oh, they're a bunch of >> text. What's her real phone number? >> 51 My numbers. I mean they go >> her actual number is 513 >> 32. >> Yeah, I got >> I had blocked >> because I'm just tired of her blowing me up on that word, you know. >> Right. >> From the father's statement, it's clear the video wasn't meant as discipline. It was an act of revenge. She turned her own child into a weapon to hurt him and abandoning the baby was the final step in her long chain of manipulation. >> What's the custody situation? >> There is none. >> There is none. Yeah. You should be fine. >> Um, as long as you have legal right to have your child. There's not like a custody. >> Married. >> Are we married? >> Were you? >> No. So, >> all right. I'm going to step in real quick. So, >> her living here, we're going to take initial court. >> Um, also legally, she has full custody over the child. >> Yeah, that's what >> because you guys have never married. However, we are not going to enforce that >> and I have messages of her saying her >> because of the allegations that are at hand and the child's wellbeing and safety. We're not going to entertain her trying to take custody of the child back tomorrow. I would tomorrow morning though, >> go to Hamilton County and seek emergency full custody and show the images that you do have. Yeah, >> get it as if there's potential for charges, especially charges >> on somebody. >> Yeah, >> she's she's respons responsible for the care and wellbeing of the child and and putting soap on the child is not probably >> all to get at me. That's >> so keep all the evidence you have. Also, I would so I would for you guys tonight do the CPS website, okay? >> If you just go on there, you can >> create your own claim, >> okay? with all the information. >> So, what basically what I'll do is I'll send you it'll come via text. Okay. There'll be a little link that just allows you to upload all of that information. Okay. Upload those videos, upload anything that you have, pictures, um if you have text messages in any kind of way, >> yeah, >> anything, right? >> I'm sure he's got plenty that >> all the other messages keep for your protection order, >> right? I got you. But anything that involves the welfare of the child. Okay. Screenshot those text messages and you can upload them all. >> She said that about baby and was gonna drop her off on our doorstep and stuff. >> That would be something to >> legally the mother still held full custody since the couple wasn't married. But officers assured the father that the video evidence was enough to keep the child safe. Ironically, the very footage she sent ended up saving the child from her. After the incident, police tried to reach her for 2 days with no success. She was finally found at a local hospital disoriented and defensive. [music] When questioned, she tried to justify leaving her baby alone at home. So if you have any questions, I want you to ask them and ask me. Okay? All right. So before I ask any questions, you have to understand your rights. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in the court. You have the right to speak with the lawyer for advice before we ask any questions. You have the right to have a lawyer with you during questioning. You'll just sign right there and then you'll print your name on the next line and then I'll sign it and then Candace will do the same. So, let's Can I set the stuff down? Okay. So, you and Stephen, tell me about your relationship. I kind of hurt a little bit right now. It was good. His mom did a lot of damage. She's crazy. Sto, let go. Had his own family. She would [snorts] harass, take pictures of our cars outside. and stuff like that. Well, we would cut her off. It would make it worse. Well, then we can fight. He runs back there and tells her all the business that's been going on since she was >> the reason why. >> Yeah. And now she she's loving everyone of this right now with my kids. She said it the whole time like, "Yeah, I can't wait till you leave your kids or you he leaves you and never comes back." So, I made our relationship really toxic. And if you didn't like that I'm a pretty girl and people text my phone or something doesn't text back or someone looks at me in some way out in public or say something or I'm or and I don't want to I don't want to be with you and tell me I'm ugly and I have two kids. No one's going to want me [snorts] in the video game. He loves and the weed. [snorts] I don't like it. And he does. >> He does. >> Once read her Miranda writes, she slipped into full victim mode, blaming a bad boyfriend, a toxic mother-in-law, and everyone but herself. The fake tears and half-baked excuses only highlighted her dishonesty. >> Want a tissue, too? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You blow your nose and wipe your eyes. I You are remorseful. You know what that means, right? That means you know that you made a mistake. >> I made one and it's okay. So you know the videos I did see them too. >> I know. >> And I'm a great mom. >> You are. Was there anybody else in the house besides you and your kids? >> And that was last night. >> Yeah. No one was. >> Nobody else was there was just you. >> Yeah. [gasps] >> Have you ever videoed? >> I tried reaching out to get help. You wouldn't take her. We had her from Friday to Sunday and got her at 6:00 at night. >> Uh, was that the first time? >> This is the first time >> last night that anything's ever happened with >> within your kids. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Did you in one of the videos you you had said about the dish detergent? >> Yeah. At first I was just playing with her, but no, me and her were playing before that and I just blacked out after that. That was how all this stuff that you were doing. >> Okay. >> I'm some normal person. I'm not showing up one time and this is all over it. >> So, this is just that just that last night was the the lowest point for you. You just couldn't handle anything? >> Couldn't handle I get it. >> Were you just mad at him? Really? >> Cuz he tries to say after that weekend, he said he'll never do it again [snorts] that he was going to go through courts for visitation. parent and you want him to be as well. I need to call my mom right now. >> No, I need to call my mother right now. >> How this works? You're an adult, right? I'm going to search for. >> When she struggles and pleads not to be put in the patrol car, it's clear her emotional walls have collapsed. The fear of losing freedom overtakes all logic, and she regresses into a frightened child, admitting she's underage, but still demanding to call her mom. >> Yeah, this has never happened to me before. I don't know what I did wrong. I was just trying to get my ID back. That's it. And they like >> were very like I don't know. Instead of taking responsibility, she framed her arrest as a personal injustice. Let me give this to you. You better. But you can throw in the car, one nail, one key, and then this trash. >> Yeah, I guess so. >> No, they don't give. >> Oh, where? >> Oh, do you know? Can you call your friend? Her friend needs that key. So, I'm >> I need to call her. >> Can you please not close your door? >> Huh? Can you please close the door? >> Now close the door. I'm not going to close it right now, but I got to go. I'm not on your phone. >> Jenna, who are you? >> Can you come like walk past the supermarket near the tattoo place where the hookah lounge is? You'll see. >> I'm in a popcorn. Keep walking. I see you. >> Where are you? >> I'm right I'm where the lady cop is standing. I'm right here. >> So, you want me to give her the the key? I need the phone. >> My phone? >> Yeah. It goes on property. It's going with you. >> You're okay. You're okay. It's going to be okay. Don't worry, babe. Even then, the officers stayed calm, handing her keys to her friend, treating her with a mix of professionalism and empathy. But she kept shifting her story from, "I didn't do anything." to, "I just touched him lightly." Only when she took a drag from her vape did she finally quiet down. Like that puff was the only thing holding her together. >> Oh, here you go, ma'am. >> What's her name? Jessica, listen. What's your first name? >> Isabelle, listen. Okay. There's nothing to be afraid of. Okay. >> I'm so scared. >> Scared. Okay. I'm going to listen right now. It's done. You're not going to be in danger in the jail. Okay. I don't know what happened between you and me about. Okay? So, I can't tell you that I know something that I know. I wasn't here. I just came to search. Okay? But I need you to just calm down. Okay. You're going to be okay. >> I can't calm down. >> Just go in his pocket. I almost did. I like raised his backside. I didn't go in his pocket though. I never touch I like touch him a little bit, but I didn't like assault him. >> So any touch, even if it's just like that, is a battery. If he wants to press charges, any touch like that is a battery. So I don't know what kind of interaction you guys had, but obviously it was enough for him to warrant to press charges. Okay. So that's something that we cannot work around. They want to press shark. >> I'm not. You're going to be fine. I'm going to get you out. Don't worry about it. I'm going back. I'm going to get Ava. We're going to call your mom. Okay. >> Can I like give her a hug? Is that okay? My mom decides you can go because you don't know how old she is. So get in the car. Get in the car. >> I love you. No, I asked her how old she and she's like, "Oh, um, get in the car." I asked her how old she is and then she's like, "Oh, a lawyer will be able to tell you." I'm like, "Fuck, ma'am. Get in the car. >> Can you talk to me with respect?" >> Get in the car, please. >> Get in the car, please. Thank you. >> In the end, she was booked and charged with assault, resisting an officer, possession of alcohol under 21, and use of a fake driver's license. But I was able to take him to the doctors and everything was okay. I took him to with another lady so she can watch him for me cuz I was I wasn't staying at home. I had problems going out with my parents and they didn't let me in the house. So I um I was staying with another lady. She was super sweet. That's where my son fell and then but but we left so I was like okay, you know. Um so I went to another lady's house and I told her if she could watch him for me. I wanted to come get you know I wanted to to fully recover. I'm an alcoholic. So, um, I was like, "If you can watch them for me for 12 months, that'd be amazing because I'm not talking to my mom." And she's the one that has like just like a notorized paper saying that she has legal custody of them, but I have legal custody of them. She's not letting me see my older son. So, I got to cut it. We got to figure out where he's at. Where can you like tell me the location where somebody could go and check on him and make sure he's okay? >> In um like SeaTac area. >> Okay. >> Seattle. >> More specific. >> I don't have address. >> Nothing. So, how do we find Alikica? >> I don't know. >> Can you describe to me how you got there from Providence? >> So, I just drove from there to Seattle and then that's it. >> You drove from Providence to Seattle >> to Alica's house. >> Yeah. >> There she was standing there staring at her own bloodstained shoes without flinching. A mother whose child is missing yet dodging every question about who had the kid. Let's be real. There are only two possibilities here. Either she's hiding something truly horrific or she is the horror. >> Mhm. >> Okay. Um, how how long did it take you to get there? >> Like 2 hours. >> 2 hours. And what car were you driving? >> My car. So, just like 1 hour or so. >> And what kind of car do you have? >> Um, I have a Nissan. >> Okay. Where's that car now? >> I don't have it with me. >> Okay. And you're expressing how upset you are about what's going on between you and your mom and the custody of him and your older son. >> Like, that's horrible. So, I know that you're not going to go leave your son with somebody and you don't know where he is. You took him somewhere and you're going to go back to him and you know where he is. >> So, tell me where he's at so we can make sure that he's okay or what's going on. >> So, he's not I mean he's there. He's with her. But >> tell me how to go check on him. >> I can give you an address. >> Okay. What's the address? >> I don't know. You have to write it down. >> Okay, I can do that. >> Thank you. She claims she drove 2 hours but couldn't tell them where. No address, [music] no phone number, not even street names. That's not forgetfulness. That's straight up suspicious. Pay attention to her body language. Crossed arms, self-hugging, avoiding eye contact, textbook signs of someone on edge. Meanwhile, the officers are retracing every mile, every time stamp, peeling back the layers to expose the [music] truth. >> Where did you get that address from? just now >> from the top of my head. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, that's where you remember leaving him. >> So, yeah. Did he vomit or anything? No. >> Okay. >> He didn't vomit or anything. >> Okay. So, all right. I'll hang tight for just a minute. >> Well, hopefully we can quickly locate him and move on. Cops needed to confirm if the child was even alive. And Janet, oh, she just made up some random address in Seattle. But seasoned officers know when someone starts pulling stories out of thin air, it's because they're hiding something bad. Really bad. By now they seriously believed little Ariel was in danger or worse already gone. >> Desk or >> just an open desk. >> Was it behind a like a Did they have like a glass wall or >> just an open desk? >> Okay. Was there a lot of people in there? >> Yeah. That's why you didn't want to wait cuz it was too long. Do you think he needed stitches or anything? >> No, he's fine. >> Okay. She's got blood glow on her shoes. She's not really making sense. When talking about her sister, Janet seemed calm, confident, because that was the truth. But the moment Ariel's name came up, she looked down, clammed up, avoided eye contact. Then came the blood. First on her shoes, then on her shirt. At this point, officers started fearing this wasn't a missing child case, but a murder. Janet was cuffed [music] and hauled to the station for questioning. >> If you guys don't like locate my son, what's going to happen? >> [snorts] >> That's what we're working on at the moment. >> Why Why do you think they won't be able to locate him? You're welcome. >> Y I appreciate it. >> Absolutely. >> I can stop and get her a coffee or something. >> Saw her today and um she looked pretty out of it. I mean, she had her haircut, you know, like Britney Spears kind of thing. went crazy cuz she used to have like long big black hair, you know, and um told me that her mom was calling because they can't find her son. And her mom went to her house and saw blood. I don't know how dramatic it was, but saw blood. I don't know where, but just saw blood. >> Okay. >> And they can't find her son. And then she's over here. And my brother, where's your son? She He's with my mom. and her mom's calling over here saying he can't find their son. I mean, she I mean, there's a bad connection there. I don't know if she's lying, crazy. I don't know. That's the situation from what I know. >> Did she seem like uh from the the previous Janet that you knew a couple years ago was it? >> Yeah. >> Um compared to today, how was how many children she has? Two. >> Two. >> Uh do we know where the other child is? >> Um as far as I know with her mother. Okay. >> And I think that was the whole dilemma is they can't find her other son. >> Gotcha. And so her mom went to her apartment and saw blood. It was hysterical. And >> the next day, officers found Ariel's body wrapped in a Christmas blanket, dumped on the side of Interstate 5. The autopsy brutal. The poor child had been stabbed 41 times. Janet was booked into Snowomish County Jail and charged with first-degree murder, seconddegree murder, and first-degree assault of a child. Her bail was originally set at $5 million, later reduced to $3 million. In Washington State, a first-degree murder conviction means life in prison. No parole, no way out. Her trial is set for August 22nd, 2025. And while one mother was busy hiding the blood, another mother was locked in a fight for her life against her own child. On June 23rd, 2022, Georgia, a frantic 911 call came in. A terrified mother begged for help. Her oldest daughter was having a violent meltdown, screaming and attacking her little sister inside a hotel room. You could hear the chaos, the sounds of the fight right through the phone. Officers raced to the scene in emergency mode, but what they found was even worse. >> Get off of her. [screaming] >> Stop. >> Stop. Stop. We're gonna go to the ground if you don't stop. >> Stop being >> Stop. >> Those are fake. >> Stop. Stop. [laughter] >> I'm sorry. >> Stop. >> I'm so You're okay. >> You're okay. No. [ __ ] Look. >> Hold still. Hold still. >> I'm not going to kiss or you hurt yourself. Stay still. Do I feel like I'm getting away? >> Hold still. Hold still. >> Chris, what do I do? What are you going to >> I don't know. It's okay. Hold on. I'll be >> Hey, calm down. You're not that guy. You're my mother. You're a damn veteran. You Chris. One of you is Chris. I don't know. So, I know you're super stressed out and very overwhelmed, which is okay and understand. The suspect, 22-year-old Angel, a sophomore at the University of Georgia. She had come to visit her mom and younger sister at the hotel. Out of nowhere, in the middle of the night, Angel woke everyone up, then went ballistic, lunging at her little sister without warning or reason. Officers had no choice but to restrain her while she was in a full-blown manic state. And this [music] is where we hear the stories from everyone involved. >> Know anything at all? Were you just sleep? >> Yes. You just woke up and she just started attacking us. >> Okay. Is your finger okay with your finger? >> I was calling her hair and then I was trying to get her upper body walk and then she my fingernail broke. >> My whole >> What? Um when you guys were at the friend's house? When you were at the friend's house, did she take anything? Hang. Relax. >> No, cuz you've been kicking. There's nothing going on here, man. >> Hey, you got any geodon? >> No. What? Y'all ain't got nothing. Calm down, ma'am. >> You I want you to call G and I What is that? >> Everything's okay. >> Hey, what's your name? >> Your neck is really beautiful. >> Thank you. >> What's your name? >> I asked your name first. >> Sister has no type of history. Woke up had middle of night, started beating the crap out of her mom. We get here, she's off the rails, but her fingernails ripped off. Um, but I think that's your the only thing wrong like physically like you don't have any other like injuries. You >> No, I mean my head the dresser did >> when she like like came down on me and then my head hit the dresser and I was and that's when you guys came in and the man was telling her to get off of me. She's never going to let this. >> Even after being restrained, Angel continued showing clear signs of a mental breakdown. Completely detached from reality, unaware of who she was or where she was, officers rushed her to the hospital for an emergency mental health evaluation and urgent medical care. >> We can put you up front so you're not in the back with her >> or your mom can drive you if your mom wants to do that. >> I don't I don't think you guys should go to the >> Cuz you just told me. >> You just told me out there. >> Look, I'm not going to wear just yet. Let's go. >> Hey, I want you to relax and tell me. >> Look, Angel, >> I want you to look. I want you to relax. >> Everything's okay. Everything's going to be okay. >> I feel uncomfortable. I feel like >> what's your name? >> I'm Eric. Let's go. >> Eric, no. Why are you >> We're all here trying to help you. Angel, you need some help. >> Um, she just kicked me in the chest. I don't know what she's done with them. Um, they're saying no drug history, no mental health history, but I She's a UG student. She's a sophomore. They just left her friend's house about 2 hours ago. >> Her friend's house. She went with her. >> Oh, where should I? >> I don't know if these are locked, so they might tighten. So, let me try to lock them real quick. >> So, give us one second. >> Okay. I was just going to lock them so they don't tighten them. If you want us to take them off, let me know. But they'll tighten up if we don't hold them. >> Do you guys mind if one of your >> Yeah, one of us will. That's fine. >> One of us should do what? >> One of us or two of us. >> Look. Look. >> I like your earring. >> Look, girl. >> Lean back. >> It's okay. Everything's okay. >> What's her name? >> Kyle. >> What's her last name? >> Here's the thing. Angel had no history of mental illness, no history of drug use, [music] which makes this sudden violent outburst even more alarming. Experts believe it's likely she unknowingly ingested something triggering a dangerous psychological reaction and total loss of control. >> It's like a bed. >> Here you go. >> What is it? >> Earlier you said it's a bed and this is a stretcher. >> And I >> It's like a bed. >> Earlier you look at me, >> Eric, Angel, whatever your name is. >> I'm here trying to help you. Okay. Everything's going to be okay. >> Look at them. I'm okay. >> Everything's going to be okay. >> Everything's okay. I mean, if we pursue it, me, Eric, and Zach, she physically hit. Um, physically hit mom and sister. >> What's is it says bae around her neck? I'm trying to figure >> befy. What the hell does that mean? >> Look at my dad. >> Look at me. Who the hell is your dad? I came down here to check on her. >> Does she live at UG with her roommates? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And so, um, so I came down here to check on her and then I just told him, "Get, you know, get up. Let's go to the hotel so I can, you know, >> Angel, >> who are you?" >> Eric. >> Angel, calm down. >> I'm Eric. You're >> Angel. I'm Angel. >> She's kicking your gonads. >> Calm the hell down. I >> about Tori in the face. I about buckle. I about buckle. >> Oh, when I was carrying her out. I want you guys to calm down. Mommy lift her. I didn't think it was >> the Hey. Hey. >> She was just fighting. You got >> start. What's your name again? >> Kyle. >> Your name doesn't. >> And some folks might wonder, why didn't the mom try comforting the younger daughter? The reality is when the real threat in that moment was Angel, the mom's instincts kicked in. She focused everything on trying to subdue the older daughter. But sadly, that left the younger one feeling abandoned. And those scars, they [music] run deep and last a long time. >> Oh, hey, there's nothing to be sorry about, right? Get just take a deep breath with me. We're going. We're going. >> No. No. Hey, no. You can stop apologizing. All right. I don't want to hear sorry again. Okay. >> Nicole, Cyrus, Angazi, Oyaka from Africa. Hey, what's your name over there? Ma'am, I'm talking to you. I'm talking to your heart. Hey, I'm everyone. Angel, people are trying to sleep. I'm so sorry to bother everyone that's >> So, what I told your daughter is based on how she's acting, I think she might have taken something and we went to see maybe if they did cuz your daughter said they were at someone's friend's house at her friend's house about an hour ago. >> Friend's house. Mhm. >> She didn't even tell me yet. Or she said they just got back about an hour ago. They were at a friend's house in Lincoln. She's aware that she took she drank some Nyquil which I don't know some Nyquil. >> Yeah. Everybody's here trying to help you. Okay. >> Hey, sir. Excuse me. You right there that's turned around. Excuse me. You right there that I don't know your heart >> about that. Got >> what' you say? >> You okay? Hey. Hey. Hey. Look at me right now. Make something up. >> Hey, Angel. >> Sure. >> Angel. >> All right. >> Hey, what's your name? Look. Hey, calm down. I looked at your necklace. Look. Look at me. I'm trying to wash my hands. I feel like I feel something. I don't know how I feel. Okay. Look at me. Hey, Mr. What's your name? Hey. Eric down the dot on the hospital >> with Mr. >> Is that her information? >> Yeah, I'm going to give it to you. >> Lay back. >> Hey, whatever. >> Okay. I'm not about I'm not about to buy. No, no, no. Don't touch anything. Don't touch anything. I'm not Hey, hey, hey. You down there. Hi, drivers. Help. Okay. >> In the end, Angel was taken to jail, charged with simple assault against both her mother and sister, along with obstruction of a law enforcement officer. If convicted, she's looking at anything from fines, probation, community service to short-term jail time. On top of that, the court may order mandatory psychiatric treatment, especially if her breakdown is tied to a mental health crisis. A family torn apart by violence. And just down the road, another couple is about to learn the hard way a bullet never saved a relationship. On April 9th, 2024 in Florida, gunshots tore through the hotel parking lot. A frantic 911 call came in. There's blood everywhere. People screaming, gunshots, it's out of control. Officers raced to the scene and within seconds they knew this wasn't your average domestic fight. >> Just back up here. Let's all be calm, please. Let's all be calm. >> Okay. >> Yeah, let's all be the eyebrows. >> You're getting ready to >> I tried to restrain her and grab the weapon. >> Okay. Just have a seat. Both of you just have a seat for me right now. >> I want my cigarettes and my >> No, buddy. Come here. I'm just Yeah, okay. Just have a seat right there. >> I'm just sitting there. >> I know. >> We're about to go to jail. You know that, right? >> Hang on. Both of you just come over here and >> we're supposed to be vacationing right now. >> I understand. But I need to figure out what's going on cuz she's messed up and you got a whole bunch of blood on you. You got a whole bunch of blood on you. So, we're going to sit. Do you want medical attention? >> Okay. We're going to deal with the truck later. Just have a seat for me. >> Cigarette now. >> Come on. >> I need you to calm down. I need you to work with me. Please. >> I am not going to calm down. I want my [ __ ] [ __ ] out of his goddamn truck and I want him out of my life. >> I need you to work with me right now. Please. >> I am sorry. I'm not going to work with you. >> Well, I I need you. >> My [ __ ] face hurts. >> I understand that. >> You fire a live round off of my truck. >> Please stop. 71 central. Can I get fire rolling this way? Non-emergency. Okay. If it makes you feel better, do you want to just have a seat inside and I'll come talk to you? >> I know. I know. I want my [ __ ] out of his >> I need you to work with me. Okay. I'm going to get your stuff, >> but please. >> And they're saying one person shot a round into a truck and there's one person here with a super bloody face and another person with a bunch of blood all over them. So, >> whatever I can do to help you out, sir. >> Okay. >> You can look at my tag, man. I'm a veteran. I'm not I'm not >> I understand. I'm just waiting. A partner's going to come that way. We can try and figure out what's going on. Which truck is yours? >> Uh the great Tahoe that's running over there right behind the building. >> Okay. >> She she Yeah, she fired live round through my truck. >> Okay. Did this >> My dog is in my truck. >> Okay, ma'am. Can you just hang out over here for >> Both of them were covered in blood. That alone told officers this wasn't a one-way assault. It looked like mutual combat. Kathleen wouldn't stand still. She kept pacing, ignoring repeated commands. Officers warned her. You move again. You're going in the back of the patrol car. >> Get busted up face. You're saying a gun was shot? I mean, where? >> That's That's a little bit beyond >> police. >> Who has the gun? Where Where's the gun at right now? >> I have no idea. It's her gun. >> Where's the gun at right now? >> I need to do my due diligence. So, we're just going to wait for partner to come and then we're going to get everything. Listen, I have fire and evac coming to come check you out. >> She's fine, man. >> All right, ma'am. Will you please just stand out here for Damn it. Ma'am, I need you to work with me. >> No, I need you to wait out here with me, please. Okay, stand out there. Fire's coming to check you out. >> Okay, I need you to please work with me. Thank you. Do you have an ID with you? Do you have an ID with you? >> Yeah. >> I have no idea where mine is. I lost my wallet earlier, sir. >> Okay. >> I wish I could help you out. >> Hang on with him. Ma'am, please stop wandering around. Okay. Please come over here. Do not move from this spot. Please stand in here with a super bloody face. So, you know something happened. >> Can I get my [ __ ] out of the truck? >> Not until you're done talking to me. No, >> I don't know what happened. >> All right. Well, I mean, you know something happened. >> Nothing happened. >> Oh, that's a lie. How did this incident occur? >> I just need to get my [ __ ] out of the truck. >> Well, I don't think you understand how this is going to work. That's not how this works. >> You're going to hang out for me for a second. Where is the gun? How about that? >> My gun is in the passenger seat. >> Okay. >> And if you will let me go over there. It's empty. I'll go get my dog. >> That's their car. >> Do not touch the dog. >> We don't care about the dog right now. >> I do. >> We need you to work with us. >> And I'm working with you. >> You're not. You're doing the opposite. >> Don't touch my dog. >> What happened? >> That's not your dog. That's my dog. >> What happened today? Cuz right now all we have is a >> that truck. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Do not approach the truck, sir. It says that very clearly. Do not approach it. >> There's not a goddamn thing that happened. >> That's a boldfaced lie. Right now, the only thing we have is you're you shooting a gun. So, do you want to go to jail tonight? Is that what you want? >> Whatever you have to do. >> While running background checks, officers discovered the man had an active warrant. No more talking. It was time to cuff him. Meanwhile, Kathleen tried something reckless. She lunged toward a vehicle that had a gun and a dog inside. One wrong move. This could have turned deadly real fast. >> You'll be more cooperative. What happened tonight, >> dude? We got into an argument and she went crazy. She grabbed her gun and fired a round off. >> Where Where did the round end up? >> It went through the floorboard, man. >> She just shot in the >> I I guess so, man. Can if we can walk over there, please. I'll show you. >> Uh >> yeah. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Put your hands behind your back. >> Hey, wait a minute. Wait a minute. Before >> Before you start, >> put your hands behind your back. I just I'm about to have I'm about to have shoulder surgery. I'm the one that did it. I'm the one that did it. >> Well, now you're both going. >> Oh, yeah. You're going to wrap me up like that. Are you a new guy? >> I did not. >> Yeah, you did get a Biochar. >> What? >> Yep. >> You get a what? Charge >> battery on a law enforcement officer. >> I didn't believe in you. >> It turns out you can't push an officer's hand away when they tell you to stay away. >> Your hand. I didn't even touch your hand. >> That's a lie. You want to check her out for me? I'd appreciate it. >> I didn't even >> Sit down here. >> I didn't even touch his hand. >> Sit down. >> I did not even touch your hand. Are you an FNG? >> Nope. I'm tired of dealing with you, though. That's for sure. >> Are you an FNG? >> Nope. Just tired of dealing with you >> cuz I didn't even touch your hand, dude. And this will go to court cuz I did not even touch your hand. >> I'm going to clean your face. Okay. Stop being open. >> I don't want you to touch it. >> All right. >> Okay. Well, then you're going to the hospital and they're going to do it there. So, and now they're going to charge you at the hospital. So, there you go. You get what? >> They're going to charge you for the medical treatment you're about to get. >> You guys going to take her out? >> Yeah. Let's see. >> Push me one more time and your ass is going to have a lawsuit. >> Yeah, whatever. Get in the car. >> I don't know. She won't talk. And I don't know what he had to say. >> Well, he was she started Yeah, I did it. It was me when we started arresting her. >> Well, I arrested cuz she started charging over and I told her stop and sheing >> Yeah. knocked my hand out. >> Yeah, 100% of it. Yeah, I get that. >> At this point, it wasn't just a domestic dispute anymore. Two people were injured. One fired a gun, the other had a warrant. This had officially escalated to a high-risk situation. And right on Q, Kathleen pulled the oldest trick in the book. I can't breathe. These cuffs hurt. Classic move when there's no way out. >> I mean, she's admitting there's a gun in there. I can see it. But >> so now we have to deal with this and figure out what we're going to do with a potentially hostile dog. Yeah. Very much a hostile except the big boy. >> Yeah. >> If he's not arrested, you can't get >> No, he's got and he's got a warrant. >> Oh, >> so they're both what? >> I can't breathe. >> No, you're staying in the car. >> You got You got to clear You got to clear his [ __ ] blood off. >> You had the opportunity. And what did you tell him? >> You got to clear your car. >> You're waiting till you get to the hospital. No, you had the opportunity. >> You have to clear this [ __ ] blood off. >> What should you have done when the firefighter said stay in the car? You have to clear this blood off of my [ __ ] nose. >> I guess you should have let the firefighters do that then, shouldn't you? >> Clear the blood. >> Get back in the car. We're going to take you to the hospital. >> Okay, I'm I'm re I'm resending. I want them to do that. >> No, you're going to the hospital now because we have to get >> clean. Breathe. I can't breathe right there. >> I can't breathe. >> And you're using plenty. >> Breathe out of my nose. >> Breathe through your mouth until we get to the hospital. breathe out of my nose. >> There's a female coming to search you and then we're taking you to the hospital. >> Stay. >> I cannot breathe out of my nose. You don't understand. >> Stop. >> Why are you stoping this? I can't [ __ ] breathe. >> I know. >> Use your mouth. >> Yeah. And it's dry. It's dry. Ow. The handcuffs are way too tight. Way too tight. >> Stop moving them. >> No, then they're way too tight. >> Stop. >> Then they're way too tight. >> She don't have nothing on her, bro. >> Well, she barely doesn't have the keys either. So, now we got to figure that out. >> She don't have nothing on, though. >> Okay. Well, we still have to check. All right. She's done. >> You're going to stay there. I'm going to fix these handcuffs to make sure they're not too tight, and you're not going to move when I'm doing this. Do you understand? >> Why am I going anywhere? >> Do you understand what I'm saying? >> I do. >> Then came the kicker. Officers found the car keys right in the boyfriend's pocket. Turns out he'd been lying all along when he claimed he didn't have them. Game over. Both were taken to the hospital for treatment, then straight to jail. >> Security. >> Yes. And she refused everything. That's >> I did not. >> They said, "Hey, let me clean your face." And you said, "No, I refuse. >> I want to go get the dog." >> Babe, why are they doing this? He hit me. >> Oh, now you want to talk. >> Face the car. >> All right. Well, thank you for that. All right, have a seat. Please. Please have a seat. >> God damn. You guys chuck me in the car. I'm getting the car. God damn it. >> You don't mind. Please let somebody come get my dog in my truck, man. Please. >> That's fine. >> It's easier than us taking the dog. So, >> can I please have a smoke, man? >> I don't I don't have any. >> I got him in my truck, >> brother. That's our whole problem. >> You don't walk in the truck cuz the dog's in the truck >> and we can't get in the truck. >> But, can I please walk there? We can't. >> I got the key fob in my pocket. >> I've been trying to tell you guys that this >> No, you haven't. The key fob is in my pocket. >> No, you have not. Why were you so worried about her having the keys? You have the way to get into the truck. >> Yeah, she had a way to get to that pistol, too, man. She's scared. >> No one's going in the truck except us. Cuz again, there's a gun in there. I mean, >> I guess just tell me about whatever happens with the rest of this. Just fill me in on it. I have to take her to the hospital. Why don't you go to the hospital? >> You have to go to the hospital before you can go out to the jail or else the jail will refuse you and then we're going to the hospital anyway. >> All right, Kathleen, let's go. Where? >> Ow. Ow. Sit up. >> Do that. Sit up. I'm trying to sit up. Don't [ __ ] pull me up. Damn. Listen, I got your six holiday mom, but not what you do. That's [ __ ] >> Don't want you to have my six. Walk this way. >> The woman was taken to jail facing three main [music] charges. Battery on a law enforcement officer, up to 5 years in prison, discharging a firearm from a vehicle, a secondderee felony, up to 15 years, and resisting arrest up to one year. In total, she's looking at 21 years behind bars and over $20,000 in fines. The man was arrested on an active warrant with additional charges depending on that warrant separate from this case. If you think shooting your boyfriend is bad, wait till you see this girl punching her own mom like there are no consequences.
