America, men don't lay their hands on women and just get told by another lady in a uniform. >> When that illusion of privilege finally shatters, you're left with nothing but the sobering truth of the law. >> I did not give you permission. You don't have a warrant. >> Yes, we do have a warrant. >> For what? >> Oh, this is you. >> I >> You were evil. >> Don't touch me. >> You're touching me. You suck. back. >> No, she get in the door. >> Oh, get back. Get back. Get back. >> Join us as we look at these vital lessons in accountability. The kind that keeps a community safe, civil, and truly decent. >> I'm not waiting, right? >> No, I don't think so. >> On June 15th, 2022, a family dispute in Florida boiled over when a woman accused her ex-husband of kidnapping their son. But instead of seeking help, she chose to turn it into a bitter showdown with the officers. And honey, this is where the script goes sideways. >> Calm down, though. >> [ __ ] >> Worse. >> I'm not trying to. This is [ __ ] up. I talked to you and your eyelashes. You're [ __ ] up. Two days ago, I [ __ ] her >> two days ago. I don't even work two days ago. >> Well, I [ __ ] I'm stopping. I'm going to go in my I'm going to change. Yeah, I talked to you. >> I don't know you. It's okay. And it's okay. >> But I don't need this [ __ ] right now. am I am for a reason. >> What is your name? >> Hold on. >> Do you need another eye to open up so you can see? >> Yeah. >> Can you be wearing some special stuff? >> No, I need some more cuz I'm hurt. >> Done. You guys can go. I'll call the police. I don't want you. >> I think this is a >> I'm regressing it. >> You see, she was looking for a fight from the get-go, trying to bully the police into backing off. When you're that fueled by liquor, you tend to think a loud mouth is all you need to take charge of a situation. >> I talked to you two days ago. I told you everything, but I need help with not helping me with it. What? Even >> if you want to tell me what you need help with. >> Oh, no. Wait a minute. No, stop. I just had a surgery, please. >> Okay, let's talk. Let's talk. Let's talk. We can talk. >> Let's just not play games over and over again. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch. >> You're not going to run back in the house and slam the door >> and over and over again. Your dogs are already outside. >> You don't have to [ __ ] push me like that again. He does this all the time. >> Where is he now? >> In Orlando. >> Okay. And why are you saying that he's been kidnapped? Do you guys have like a court agreement or >> She's treating her personal pain like a get out of jail free card to justify her behavior. Now, the pain might be real, but she's weaponizing it, clinging to motherhood to try and wash away her record right in front of the law. >> Is that like he has waiting for Are you asking me questions or is he now cuz for one second I'm going to stop and I'm going to get recording. Hold on. >> Do not >> Oh no. Don't push me that hard. I know. >> Even recording. Don't ever [ __ ] touch me like this again. You touch me hard. I want a phone for a question. >> You're not. Keep putting your hands in my face. >> I'm not going to. I want to get my phone. No, I'm not. He's hurting >> right now. Who's hurting you? >> He just did over here. >> Him. >> He pushed me hard. I'm talking to you. >> Back up and you won't get pushed again. Back up. >> I'm talking to Don't talk to me like that and don't talk to me again. Oh, cuz you have authority. Cuz you have eyelashes. Let's go talk about your backup. Let's go find who you are and your >> My name is Deleó with the Indian River County Sheriff's Office. That is exactly who I am. Thank you. Okay. And if you run up on me one more time, you're going to get pushed a lot harder. Do you understand? >> I never touched you. By the way, you want to figure out what's going on with your son or not? Twice. You need help figuring out what's going on? >> Do you understand? >> Do you need help? >> BACK UP YOUR [ __ ] RIGHT NOW. Do you understand? >> Do you need help WITH YOUR SON OR NOT? >> Do you want to help to understand? Yeah. I want four more cops out here right now because neither one of you are in doing this. And don't ever touch me. >> You're too close. If I can touch you, that means you're too close. >> No. I walking towards my house. You're not welcome. >> Do you need help with your son or not? >> No, you guys can go. So if you call back again, it's us that's coming out here. >> That's fine. Thank you. >> So if you don't need our help, don't call us. >> Well, guess what? I will call because >> Okay. Well, if you call us coming out, >> okay, >> then do your ma'am. >> If you call, it's us coming out. >> You ready? Then do your [ __ ] job. >> When playing the victim fails, she switches to the queen, looking down her nose at the officers as if the law doesn't apply to her. She's not trying to solve a problem. She just wants to win an argument. But that kind of arrogance, it's a fast track to regret. >> Touch me again. >> Stop. Please stop touching me. >> I just got a [ __ ] surgery and you're [ __ ] touching me when I [ __ ] can't [ __ ] feel anything. DON'T [ __ ] TOUCH ME. YOU'RE TOUCHING ME. You suck. >> Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. >> Hands behind your back. >> Hands behind your back. You're hurting. >> Stand still. >> Stand behind your back. >> Stand still. Just stand still. >> No, they're hurting me. >> Stand still. >> They're hurting me. >> Stand still. >> Stop thinking hurting me. Please stop hurting me. You really They really are hurting me. Just stop hurting me. I will not hurt anybody. Is there not is hurting me. is this is hurting me. I would never stop, please. I doesn't want no one. >> What is your name? >> I'll tell you the truth. >> I am not. >> Stop. You're out of control. >> I am not. I'm [ __ ] >> You're totally out of control. >> I have a question for you. Can I have all my [ __ ] back? That's like I will never hurting somebody. Just please let me go [ __ ] talk to somebody. >> You know, I think that you need to talk to somebody, too. I always talk to somebody. I don't [ __ ] lie about [ __ ] >> Can you let >> No, I'm not. >> Can you let her go? Let me talk to you guys, please. >> Just let me let her go cuz this is the [ __ ] life of her. Just please stop. I just >> Careful. 1026. >> At this point, the consequences haven't even sunk in. That quick little apology was nothing more than a bargain to find an exit. The meltdown that followed just showed how little control she actually has over her own emotions. WHAT THE [ __ ] ARE YOU DOING? WHY THE [ __ ] WOULD YOU DO something like that? >> Stop. >> I know. Let's go. 13 such and walk with them. Just walk with them. Just walk. >> No. Stop. You guys don't understand. I'm feel my sto can just hear me from my second. Please. You're a safe person. No. >> All right. Have a seat. >> Let me go back in. >> Turn around. Have a seat. >> Not yet. I'm not ready yet. Please don't use the car. Of course. Please. >> Have a seat. Just have a seat. >> Please. I never did anything to you. >> Have a seat. >> Please unstop this. >> Ma'am, have a seat and we can work. >> My dogs back away. >> No, let me take care of my things. >> Have a seat in the car. >> Just ask a seat. >> Okay. We'll take care of everything you need help with. >> I know you have a seat because you That's why you moved over here to be. >> Okay. Have a seat. >> Stop touching me. >> STOP HURTING ME. >> STOP TOUCHING ME. HAVE A SEAT. >> SHE'S TOUCHING ME. I just had a [ __ ] surgery. >> Are you okay? >> I just had a surgery. Am I okay? No. SHE KEEPS [ __ ] HURTING ME. >> GET IN the car. >> Oh, get back. Get back. Get back. GET BACK. >> YEAH, CUZ SHE KEEPS HURTING ME. Am I okay? >> You okay? Nicole, are you okay? >> I'm okay. >> You're getting in the car. >> She keeps hurting me. >> Nicole, are you okay? >> Yeah, I'm >> sure. Yeah. I'm not bleeding, right? >> No, I don't think so. >> Okay, I'm good. >> Okay. >> I just got I know. I know. I know. It's okay. >> That kick to the officer's face turned a simple disturbance into a serious felony. She was hauled off to jail facing charges of disorderly conduct, resisting with violence and battery on a law enforcement officer. If convicted, she's looking at up to $3,500 in fines, 60 days in jail, and three years of probation. And let me tell you, that takedown was far more gentle than the all-out assault this Karen had planned next. On May 19th, 2024 in Santa Rosa, things took a suffocating turn when Amanda completely lost her grip in front of the officers. A broken soul pushed everything way past the breaking point of reason. And honey, this was the scenario nobody wanted to see. >> You want to take somebody to jail? This man's put his hands on me more times than I can count. I have the bruises to prove it. >> What's What's going on today? >> Nothing. I didn't call. He did. >> Is he in the truck? >> He sure is. >> Okay. >> Didn't call though. He did. >> Okay. >> Remind that. >> Can you explain to my partner what happened? >> I would explain to anybody what happened. >> All right. >> Thank you. >> It again. She's I mean, she grabbed me trying to get me to hurt essentially. I got her mom on the phone here. >> How did it start? Yeah, I know. How did it start? I mean, she's just been drinking all day. She's I'm trying to keep her like calm so she can go get her biopsy results on Tuesday, >> but she just loses it >> and then she says all these insane things >> and she posted on Facebook the card. >> She's posting on Facebook. Amanda and Brian are both in the card. >> Like I I don't know what to do. I try to protect her. >> What' she post on Facebook? I mean, I don't even know what is this. Jane, >> what? >> I don't even know what this is. Says, I don't know if anyone told anyone, but I had a daughter. She's a whole different girl. >> And we will never ever get over her because she is a little man who is not a joke to her own name. And she dazzles of two money, baby. But she's like, she's breaking all of her own [ __ ] She's throwing stuff away in the trash. Like it's all like suicidal ideiation stuff. Like like the world is over. >> And she goes after you. >> Has she said anything about wanting to hurt herself today? >> No, cuz she is covered in bruises cuz I tried to keep her away from me like three nights ago. >> Hang tight for me. >> What's going on today? >> Do you want to see my bruises or you want to talk about it? >> What's going on today? That's what I'm >> heard the question before I ask. >> Ma'am, stop walking away. We'll walk over. I'm walking as far as you can and I'm not running and you can probably beat me in a race, especially with that camera. >> She tries to use a bruise as a strategic play to distract everyone from the fact that she's stumbling drunk. When the law doesn't budge, she starts lecturing them on America and women's rights. A desperate attempt to steer the investigation in her favor. >> What's the question? >> What's going on today? >> That man who I unfortunately happened to marry. >> Mhm. >> Horrible mistake. You guys have been here ever since. um keeps calling the police on me. >> Mhm. >> And laying his hands on me. >> Okay. >> And in where I'm from, America. >> Okay. >> Men don't lay their hands on women and just get told by another lady in a uniform. >> Good job. >> Don't touch me. >> I didn't. >> Yes, you did. >> Oh, now I'm arrested. >> So, don't touch me. >> But he does all the time. You want to see? I can take my clothes off and show you. >> No, I'm going to show you. >> We're done taking our clothes off. >> We're not going to No, we can. >> That's the only Then we'll go inside and I'll show you. >> Ma'am, stop. >> No. >> Stop. Or I'm going to put you in handcuffs and this is going to go a different way. >> Put me in handcuffs and let's go. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Oh, you smell good. >> Stop tensing up or you're going to go to the ground. >> He broke >> Stop tensing up or you're going to go to the ground. Sir, he broke. >> I'm not playing. >> This man broke. >> Keep your hands together. >> Broke my right pinky. Can you not hurt it, please? >> You're the one that caused this. >> Just you're a mother. Me. I got you dead. Can you at least go my ass? Please turn back. >> Stand up. >> I'm just saying. >> I'm trying. So, >> okay. Can you just give me one second to breathe, please? >> Can you please I will. I promise you I will. Can you just give me one second, please? Let me catch my breath there. Please. >> She's living in this bubble of exceptionalism, thinking she can just ignore orders. Once she realizes that playing weak won't manipulate these seasoned officers, she decides to declare war with pure aggression, letting her true jagged nature show. Sit down in the car. >> Is that a no? >> It's a no right now. Sit down in the car. >> Sit down in the car before I make you sit down in the car. >> I'll put you in the car. >> Put your feet in the car. >> Can I just have some water? My hair >> and please. >> I'm like I can't breathe. I am sitting in the car. >> EMS is going to come check you out for the whole can't breathe thing. I need you to put your feet in the car. >> Can you wipe my tears? Cuz I can't. Can you wipe my sweat? >> Put your feet in the car. I will turn the air up so you stop sweating. I need you. >> I'm about to pull you into the car. >> I'd rather you do it than him, please. >> I'm in. I'm in. I'm in. >> I don't know. >> So, what set her off? You want to know what set her off? We're literally sitting on the couch watching a movie. >> 141. >> Yesterday, I was having so much anxiety >> that my chest was like tight. Yeah. >> My mother-in-law is like, "Dude, you got to go to the >> doctor. Like, you're probably going to have a heart attack. Like, so much stress." >> So, I'm sitting on the couch with her and she's like, "Did I take you to the hospital yesterday?" They said, "No, you did not. You forced your way into the car with me." >> Came to the hospital with me. >> What I'm doing? >> Yeah. >> She came to the hospital with me and then left me at the hospital. >> And she's like, "So, you owe me a like, you should say thank you to me." I'm like, "Say thank you." Then she drove away, ran out of gas somewhere in Pensacola, had some random person give her gas, and came home at midnight. >> Do you have any injuries from >> I don't have any injuries from like I have stuff from the other day. Like that's a bite mark. >> Okay. >> With Amanda out of the room, the naked truth finally starts to come out. Her husband is exhausted and terrified. He didn't want his wife in jail, but he's left with no other choice if he wants to protect their baby from her path of destruction. I wouldn't let her come out. >> You You know her better than I know her. Is this Is she having like a mental >> It's got to be It's got to be some sort of psychotic >> break. There's something with medicine just a month ago. >> What is she Is she taking her medication? Is she >> She's taking medication that I think she shouldn't have. >> Not helping. >> It's making it worse. >> Okay. >> She was diagnosed with ADHD anxiety. So she's taking bioance and then drinking >> and she's marijuana. She smokes marijuana marijuana card. >> Does she have any like >> we don't diagnoses mentally stuff like this? >> I've had her committed three times now within >> and none of that helped. >> No, they just let her out. >> So at this point it's like so now I have to have her come home or put her on the streets. Like that's where she's at. I don't want to put her on the streets. I'm trying to be like as nice as I can. I don't know if she needs to go to jail. And now we have like the child protector service. We're trying to figure out right now if she needs to go to the jail or if she wants to go to the hospital. >> Oh, I mean >> I don't know. The hospital hasn't helped. She goes in there for 4 days. >> And then she's going to come back to me. >> Whether or not there's like >> and then she's going to do this [ __ ] again. >> That's what I'm saying. It's if it's if there's intent behind it or if >> she's trying to get me in jail. She makes me scared because she has bruises on her from when my mother-in-law was here. She was throwing herself around throwing dishes in front of our daughter. >> Is uh >> this caller >> the redness on your neck. Is that from today? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you want EMS to look at any of that? >> No. >> Okay. >> I just I want to figure this [ __ ] out. >> Amanda is stuck in a self-destructive loop. Behind the walls of that beautiful home is the tragedy of a man emotionally drained by the very person playing the victim in the back of that patrol car. I mean, the only thing I've seen for no drinking is is from like a judge as a condition of release if you get arrested or from child protective services for custody. And that's the only time I >> That's what I honestly was at the point where I was hoping that child protective services is going to step in. >> Is it her kid or is it y'all's kid? >> It's her kid. >> Okay. >> Hello. >> Thanks. >> Where are you yelling? >> What the do you mean, [ __ ] Let me out of here and you will see me stop yelling. >> Sit down. I I have been sitting. I'm sitting. >> Stay right here. >> Oh, finally I get fresh air. Check you out. >> I would love that. Can you get these cuffs off me? >> No, they're going to stay. >> You said when the EMTs got here, I could get the cuffs off. >> No, I did not. >> Okay, you guys want to see the bruising? I can't show you unless the cuffs are off. So, ask her to take the cuffs off. >> Well, we just need to get a set of idols. We can do that right now. >> You want to take my pants or my tits out? >> Neither. >> Well, guess what? I have the only panties on. Okay. >> My hands are tied behind my back in a way that is very painful, excruciating to the bruising that was done by my own godamn husband. >> Okay. >> What's your name? >> Not interested. >> Okay. >> My name is Morgan and >> my name was >> I I don't identify that anymore cuz you won't let me get my ID and you clearly identify with my husband more than you identify with an abused woman. >> What can I call you? >> Amanda. >> Amanda. Amanda. >> Yes. No. Mrs. which is fine. >> Okay, Mrs. We just need to take a set of vitals. >> Fantastic. Which arm do you want, honey? >> It's up to you. >> No, it's not. >> Okay. Your left arm. >> All right. You see this right here? >> You look a little hot in a uniform. >> It's cuz it's hot outside. >> No, it's just girls look hot in uniforms. >> Oh, I think it's hot outside. >> And I think your gloves make you hot. I'm being rude to women >> makes you even hotter. >> I don't think I'm being rude. Sit down in the car for me. >> No, thank you. >> I'm not asking. >> Sit down in the car. >> Car 011 983. >> Sit in the car. In the end, she was hauled off to jail on charges of domestic battery, battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting with violence, and child endangerment. If convicted, she's looking at fines up to $3,000, the potential permanent loss of custody, and additional time behind bars. Kicking and screaming is old news. Now, let's see what happens when a keyboard warrior Karen gets a surprise house call from the police. On September 19th, 2025, the officers showed up to prove that the digital world isn't a hiding place from the law. Mariah was hauled away for using fake images to tear down someone else's reputation. And honey, this is the price you pay for being clever for all the wrong reasons. >> No, you guys, no. You don't need to be around the house. You don't And don't come in. Do not come in. Do not come in. Stay. We just need to talk to her. >> I don't care. I don't trust you all. Get out. Out. That's not how this works. >> Get out of here. YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO BE ON THIS PROPERTY. >> Oh my god. >> IT'S THE COPS ARE HERE. >> WE JUST NEED TO TALK TO MARIAH. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? >> YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO BE ON OUR PROPERTY. GET OUT. >> GET OUT. >> EXCUSE ME. I I HAVE NO CLOTHES ON. WHAT'S GOING ON? WHY ARE YOU IN MY >> MARIAH? JUST PUT SOME CLOTHES ON. WE JUST WANT TO TALK TO you real quick. I don't KNOW WHY YOU GUYS ARE OVERREACTING. >> I'm I'm not I'm simply >> No, no, not not you. your sister. She's all >> Yeah. Will Why DO YOU DO THIS? >> CONSIDERING WHAT WE'VE BEEN GOING THROUGH LATELY, I DON'T GET TRUST YOU GUYS. >> YOU STILL need to be in the garage. They don't need to be in the garage. >> You can stay out here and calmly talk. >> I don't want to TALK TO THEM. NO, I don't WANT TO TALK TO THEM. >> DON'T SHUT MY GARAGE DOOR. >> I DON'T WANT TO TALK. THEY SHOULD BE ON OUR PROPERTY. I'm sorry. >> Please don't be in our garage. Please. I You do not have permission to be inside our premises. Like you don't have permission AND YOU'RE STILL STANDING INSIDE OF A GARAGE. PLEASE GET OUT. >> OKAY. We're here to talk to Mariah. You don't need to talk to her inside the garage. You can go to our front door. >> Okay. Well, she's right over there. >> Please get out so I can close the garage. >> That's not happening. >> You don't have permission to be in our garage. >> Okay. >> Why? You do not have permission to be in our garage. Please get out of our garage. You do not have permission to be in our garage. You have a warrant. Should you be in our garage? >> Yes or no? >> Willow, we're not here to speak to you. >> I DON'T CARE. YOU DON'T WANT TO BE IN OUR GARAGE. >> IF YOU JUST WANT TO TALK, there's no reason to show up this game. You're not going to intimidate me. >> Drop the situation that's been going on. >> This is Oh, yeah. >> The moment her freedom is on the line, the sister clings to her own madeup rules for protection. That over-the-top aggression just escalates things, turning a simple argument into a very real arrest once the police decide the games are officially over. >> So, we're here to discuss whatever's going on with >> Why are you stepping so close to me? >> Okay, we're done playing this game. Put your hands behind your back. >> I didn't do anything. STOP. >> What is she being arrested for? CALL RIGHT NOW. >> WHAT IS SHE BEING ARRESTED FOR? >> WHAT IS she being arrested for? >> We'll get the information. We did not give you permission. You don't have a warrant. >> Yes, we do have a warrant. >> For what? >> Her arrest. >> For what? >> Her arrest. >> For what? >> Her arrest. We'll fill you. We'll fill you in. >> You need to tell me what you are doing. >> Just walk. YOU HAVE A WARRANT. >> FOR WHAT, MA'AM? YOU NEED TO TELL ME FOR WHAT? I'VE BEEN BEING STALKED BY ONE of your officers. >> I'm telling you. >> Have a seat. >> HAVE A SEAT. >> I HAVE NOT COMMITTED A CRIME OR DONE ANYTHING TO YOU. >> YOU HAVE A WARRANT. SO, >> for what, ma'am? >> For what? >> Explain everything to you in the car. There's not a possible WAY FOR ME TO HAVE A WARRANT. >> Get in the car. You need to TELL ME WHAT YOU'RE DOING. >> PUT YOUR feet in the car. >> There is nothing I CAN HAVE A WARRANT FOR. >> OH, you're all going to BE SO SCREWED WITH THE FEDS. Going on. >> We're going to talk to you. I'm asking about your son right now. >> No, actually, she's very not capable. I'm taking care of both of them. >> Okay. So, who do we need to call? >> You need to tell me what's going on. >> We're going to, Mariah, but we're asking about your son. You haven't done anything illegal for there to be a warrant out for my arrest. >> Okay. He's he has a piece of paper and he's standing in front of me right now. >> Would you be willing to talk to her attorney? >> I don't have to talk to her attorney. All I >> She doesn't have to. >> I could She could be on the phone or he whoever it is while I talk to you. I don't care. >> Willow's hostility is just a defensive stunt. She's using halfbaked legal knowledge as a shield. Stalling for time so Mariah can destroy evidence or get her story straight for the officers. >> What's our next option? You're going to have to explain that to the judge then. >> I don't think a judge signed off on this. There is something very fishy going on. I've been dealing with extortion from a police officer. >> Okay. >> Are you not understanding that? >> Your officer could have very much done something illegal just like he's been doing in my phone with all the pictures of me on my phone and my child in a device. >> Okay. >> So, whatever he's done is this. I have not committed one crime. >> Okay. >> Not a single day since I got >> Mariah. Who is going to be responsible? >> Until I am going to immediately get home. She will have to be. >> Okay. So, you're giving your sister permission to take care of him then. >> He says he >> This is an arrest warrant. >> Charge for cyberstalking and false reports of communication of crime. >> Oh my god. All right. >> They're charging her for cyberstalking. the guy who's been stalking her. Oh, this is you. >> I >> You are evil. You are evil. >> I was given a warrant. We served the warrant. >> SHE'S BEEN STALKED BY ONE OF YOUR OWN COPS. >> I KNOW NOTHING about it. >> Oh, you guys. Yeah. Yeah. Cuz all you do is uphold corruption. Oh my god. >> Well, both the charges have $5,000 bonds on them. >> So when she's booked in process, >> you cannot. >> Can I have a copy of it? >> She can get a copy of it at the jail. >> Can I film that, please? I would like to. >> Absolutely. here. >> I have I have zero involvement in this entire case. So So no, it doesn't >> read into what you're doing and see that that it's not an app. >> We're here to serve a warrant. That's it. >> And Okay. So what is the warrant on now? >> It is charges for >> what's your name? >> Cyberstalking. >> Stalking >> and false reports in the commission of a crime. >> And false reports. >> I'm being cyberstaled. It's not false reports. This is false and I'm going to FIGHT THE CRAP OUT OF IT BECAUSE IT'S NOT I'M BEING CYBERSTALED. THE POLICE have my whole phone and everything in it, saying if I don't meet him, he's going to to leak everything to everybody. How will they're saying I WAS CYBERSTALKING HIM? >> Mariah seems to think that screaming about police corruption will somehow wash away her own guilt. She's trying to flip the script on being a stalker, trying to convince herself she's still the good guy instead of facing the cold, hard truth. >> I didn't commit this crime, >> SIR. I DID NOT do this and this IS A FALSE CRIME. THIS MAN HAS BEEN EXTORTING me for a long period of time. >> Okay, you can have your moment in front of the judge. I'll be >> Do you understand how corrupt this is? >> 51 CJ, one female, starting mileage 53. >> I don't know what's going on. They are going to go to the news. >> I have This man has been tormenting me for weeks, turning off the notifications on my Ring camera, deleting posts on Facebook, reading every message between me and the man I talk to, SO GETTING EVERY NUDE PICTURE OFF MY PHONE. EVERYTHING I'VE DONE IS A FALSE POLICE REPORT. THIS MAN HAS BEEN dodging me. >> You'll have to bring that up to the judge. >> This is THERE IS ENOUGH CLAIM up to say what you're doing to me right now. >> All we know is that we got told you had a warrant and we were coming here to pick you up. >> Sir, I have been in the police station every single DAY THIS WEEK TALKING WITH DETECTIVE MASAKITIS. I'M THE VICTIM in this case. I filed THIS STUFF AGAINST THE OFFICER AND IT'S NOT FALSE. It's all real. I am a victim in an ongoing case. >> Yeah, it is. >> Oh, use that case number. >> I AM THE VICTIM IN AN ONGOING CASE. OFFICER, this isn't just >> How can you arrest someone WHO HAS FILED REPORTS? I HAVEN'T EVEN FINISHED SPEAKING WITH A DETECTIVE who's been t Oh, everybody, this is going to go to the news. It's like you guys are going to get in so much trouble. Sir, why do you not care if you wanted to be a police officer and help people and what you're doing right now is is wrong. Why do you not care to listen? >> I have a warrant. >> You think that because you're an officer, YOU'RE ABOVE THE LAW AND THAT YOUR COLLEAGUE IS ABOVE THE LAW. >> ALL RIGHT, MARIAH, we have a warrant signed by a judge. warrant is you need to explain TO ME HOW AFTER I'VE JUST been with the police yesterday, the day before, the day before that, every day, even this freaking morning. >> She tries to turn that patrol car into a courtroom, acting as her own lawyer and judge, but once she realizes her words have no power, the mask slips. She starts lashing out with the nastiest words she can find in a desperate last ditch effort. I don't even know. This was so wrong. >> Who is the officer who reported these crimes? Where is the detective? >> You need to No one's explaining anything to me. This isn't okay. I've been directly talking with a detective. HOW CAN I SUDDENLY go from being the victim to the perpetrator? >> All right, so the warrant was filed by Detective Madakitis and was signed by Judge Brown. You will have your moment in court. >> Are these felonies? I didn't. >> No, they're misdemeanors. >> Will there be immediate bail on it? >> Yes, you have bail. >> You have a bond. >> The total >> 5,000 per. So 10,000 total >> with what about with the bail hanging? What? $1,000. You pay 10%. >> I I really want you when I need it out on you. I'm going to legally very everything I've done is illegal. Proof. And you guys are all going to be implicated legally. The entire department. The whole video. Everything you guys have did. >> We're doing nothing but serving a warrant. So, >> in the end, she was arrested and booked on charges of cyberstalking, filing a false report, and resisting without violence with bail set at $10,000. It really makes you wonder what drives a young mother to risk her freedom just to stalk and harass an officer's family. She only got a house call, but this next abuser is about to get a free recharge from a taser. On November 24th, 2024, a domestic disturbance call brought the police straight to Jolene's doorstep. Right there on a quiet curb, tensions that had been simmering for years finally boiled over. And when reason leaves the building, honey, the painful truth starts to show its face. >> What's going on? Take a deep breath. >> You want to sit by my car? >> I can't. No, no, no. Just >> so if you have to sit sit on the curb. >> I can't take you anymore. Excuse me. >> Okay. What's going on? >> I I can't >> I want him out. I let him out. >> Okay. What happened? What's your first name? >> Jolene. >> Jolene. Okay. Miss Jolene, what happened today? >> He's um mentally abusing me. >> Okay. >> Physically abusing me. >> What What started the incident? >> Um his mouth. I'VE BEENING ABUSED. DON'T TALK TO ME LIKE THAT. >> I'm trying to talk to my talk to me like that. >> Hang on. >> Don't talk to me like that. >> Or what? >> Or what? >> My investigation through. >> I don't care right now. I'm trying to ask you a question. So, I step away. Step away. What's your name? >> Natalie. I'll give you my card and everything. >> Step away. NO, I'M GOOD. >> STEP AWAY. >> What is the main allegation? >> Step away. No. I don't talk to me like that. You don't know what the [ __ ] I've been through. >> JOLENE, >> NO. YOU DON'TING KNOW WHAT I'VE BEEN THROUGH cuz he's aing. >> Okay. Talk to me what's going on. >> Get his out of my house. >> Well, I can't do that right now if you don't tell me what's going on. He um abused his mentally he's using me. He's verbally abusing me. Financially um mentally he'sing nuts. >> So what did he do today? >> Um mentally he'sing nuts. >> So what did he do? Just because home and abuse me. >> She tries to weaponize the investigation just to punish her boyfriend. With that bossy attitude of hers, she's busy trying to lead the officers down a trail of her own making, but the man's calm demeanor and solid evidence are already starting to flip the script on her. >> What's going on? Um, so I'm sorry about all this. Um, so she was I don't I mean she's been going through a bunch. She started this afternoon like, you know, just ranting on me through text messages and stuff. And then, uh, by the time I got out of work, you know, it was phone calls and it was, you know, um, screaming and yelling. And so, um, I just said, "Well, look, I'm not coming home until you calm down, you know." And then it was, you know, move out. And then it was, "You better get home." And so, I waited a good hour or so. And so I finally came home and I tried talking to her and yelling and screaming at me. I said, "Listen, I said there's no need to yell and scream, trying to talk to you." >> 135 that any way you're feeling, I did not intentionally do any of this, you know, and it >> you know, she started, you know, talking about accusing me of, you know, sleeping with a friend of mine that it's a woman, you know, but it's totally bama. Um, they know each other. Uh, >> okay. But you guys both live here >> because he can't take any negative that he's done anything wrong. >> How long have you and him been together? >> Um, for a year and a half and lived together for 2 months. >> I want him out. >> Okay. How long has he lived here? Two months. >> Uh, two months. Yeah. >> Does he have anywhere else to go? >> No, he doesn't have anywhere else to go and I don't give a [ __ ] >> Is a house in your name? >> Yep. >> Okay. Um, so with the established residency, you know, he he explained like you you said he's been here two months, you know, he has nowhere else to go. This is where he >> res. Yeah. Like when I wanted my son to come here and he told me no. So, you know what? I want him out. >> Well, the law doesn't work that way. >> Yeah, it is. Because I paid the rent. >> Just because you pay rent doesn't mean that's how >> I'm just telling you how law works. I can't >> Yeah. I'm going to go to my house right now. We're not >> You're not allowed to go in the house. If you go in the house, I will detain you. >> Yeah. Now in Florida, residency rights are strictly protected by law. The way Jolene just brushes that aside shows a serious case of entitlement. In her head, that house is her personal little kingdom, and she's the one making the rules. >> It's my house. I pay for it. >> I'm working on the investigation. Okay? Cuz you could close the door and lock the door on me. >> Okay? >> He'sing nuts. He'sing nuts. And you're going to take that [ __ ] >> Did I talk to him? >> Did I talk to him? IT'S MYING HOUSE. I'M PAYING the [ __ ] rent. >> If you look up the landlord tenant, >> I am paying the [ __ ] rent. He doesn't pay. >> Can I see your back? Can you just lift the shirt up? >> I don't really don't want to press charges or anything like that. I have a little back. Yeah. >> Pretty big one there. Okay. >> So, I just want to get my stuff and leave. I don't want any problems. I don't want I just I have a piece. I >> Do you have your ID on you? >> Yeah, I do. >> Grab that for me really quick. >> I was trying so hard to, you know. Thank you. >> Yeah. He's a [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Okay. And what's your phone number? >> Hey, I I'm getting kicked out of my owning house and going to get arrested. So, >> did I say you were getting >> Yeah, you were. You did. >> I just said you couldn't go back. >> I couldn't go back in my house because I wanted investigation. >> No investigation. Nothing >> because if you go in there and you close the door, then I can't investigate. >> Yeah. Okay. I'm telling you everything. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I'm telling you everything. I don't want him back in my house cuz I [ __ ] pay the rent. >> Okay. What's your phone number? When did he move in with you? Two months ago, correct? >> A month ago. >> A You said two months ago. So, I'm trying to figure out the timeline. >> October 11th. >> Okay. Would you like to write a statement form of what happened today? >> Yes. >> Okay. Let me get that statement form for you. Okay. >> I I don't perish in my house. >> Huh. >> He does not pay rent. I don't allow him. >> So, she >> she was screaming at me right here out in the street. I'm sure the neighbor >> she ripped it inside or outside. >> Outside. >> Was it in front of your guys' place or anywhere that was >> my shirt? >> Oh, yeah. So, it was right here then. Okay. Um, and then what? You said she pushed you against furniture. Yeah, >> that was inside though. >> Yeah, inside. Yeah. >> Okay. So, it pushes you inside. >> Pushed me >> in the bedroom. You come out. >> Yeah. >> I said you'd be detained, not arrested. >> Uh, yeah, he's gay. >> The moment those scars on the man's back came to light, it was curtains for Jolene's victim act. When the officers told her she was being detained, her over-the-top reaction, combined with a clear lack of sobriety, cost her the one thing she thought she controlled, her freedom. >> All right, Jolene, >> you're right. >> Jolene, I need you to stand up. Put your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> You better not. >> Broing what? >> Broing what? What? you. >> No, you're good. >> Foring what? >> All right. >> For [ __ ] what? >> If you resist, you're going to get tased. YOU NOW >> [ __ ] WHAT? >> ALL RIGHT. >> For [ __ ] what? >> Your hands behind your back or you're going to get tased. >> For [ __ ] Foring what? >> 11:07976. Taser deployed. So, I know you said that you don't want to do anything about it. The only issue is the state of Florida when it comes to um anything domestic related. >> You guys don't have the say, we do. So for us, once we have probable cause established, >> we're not allowed to turn our backs, right? So she admitted to us that she ripped her shirt. Um I see the injuries on you. Everything corresponds to what she's saying. She's admitting to put her her hands on you. >> So at that point, >> she already gave us the PC, right? So unfortunately, I understand that you don't want to press charges, but we can't look away from what happened. >> When a man's breaking point is finally reached, the heartbreaking reality of male domestic abuse comes out. While he's standing there in fear, she just explodes in a fit of rage. The kind of cruel, frantic lashing out you only see from someone who's used to being the bully, >> the main officer, right? So, he's going to come. He's going to talk to you. Pretty much just tell him everything that you already told me. It's on my body camera anyway, so there's no point in trying to hide anything because it's not gonna change what's going here. Okay. All right. So, he's gonna >> Yeah, he's gonna come over to you. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, what I'm going to do, I'm going to get the stretcher out >> and we'll just have you stand and sit on the stretcher. >> I'm probably going to have them if they can. >> Wait, can you answer my phone? >> No. >> Hey. >> No. So, like nobody like questioning me that I'm okay, right? >> Are you okay? >> No, I'm not. >> So, can you answer the phone? >> Okay. This is not your world. It's my world now. >> Oh, okay. >> Now that you're in my custody. >> Okay. Okay. You didn't even ask me if I was okay before. >> Is there another guy outside that we're supposed to be knowing about? >> No. >> Did you call somebody else? >> Yeah. >> Is it your other boyfriend? >> No, it's not a boyfriend. >> Oh, okay. He said he was your boyfriend. >> No, he's not my boyfriend. >> Okay. >> All right. Take a step out. >> Get off here. >> Here. I'm going to lower it down for you some more. You're abusive. >> I'm body camera. >> Yeah. Okay, whatever. >> I'm bad camera. >> Well, don't worry. Wait till go get you. >> This is Florida. >> Yeah, I don't give a Florida. >> After a quick trip for medical clearance, she was finally hauled off to jail. She's facing charges of domestic battery, resisting with violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer. Under Florida law, a conviction could land her 5 years behind bars and a fine of up to $5,000. That taser shock was a walk in the park compared to the category 5 meltdown from this next Jersey Karen. On May 15th, 2023 in New Jersey, a hit and run led the police straight to a middle-aged woman who was just a little too full of herself. Behind the scent of alcohol was an ego so big it thought it could defy common sense and the truth. But when faced with the law, that mask started to crumble. >> What are we doing here? Pier, do you know the damage is supposed to be on this vehicle >> right there? >> I'm assuming that's it. >> Driver rear. >> Copy. This is definitely it. Then stay in the car. Stay in the car. >> Stay in the car. >> Okay. Go to the front of the car then. If you're not going to listen to commands, go in the front of the car. Go to the front of the car. Okay. Go to the [ __ ] Ma'am, don't put your hands on me. >> Don't put your hands on me. Get your hands off of me, ma'am. And >> you relax and let me pick my license up for you. >> We're in the roadway. Okay. So, please come over here. Okay. Just come over here. >> I didn't mean to. Let me get my license. >> You got to understand you don't you don't get out. Okay. No, I don't want you to get in the car anymore. Okay. >> Where would you like me to stand? >> I'd like you to stand over here. >> Would you like me to go like this? I don't want you act like an adult and come over here. That's what I'm doing. >> Okay. So, then listen. >> Whatever you're running, run it as some [ __ ] >> Can you come over this parking lot for me, ma'am? >> Over the line and ille We have We're just We haven't even >> No, do your run. >> No, ma'am. What she's truly terrified of is the cold realization that she is no longer the center of the universe. Ma'am, if you don't if you don't stop listening, I'm going to arrest you for obstruction. Okay. >> Arrest me, [ __ ] >> Ma'am, stop. Stop. Ma'am, stop. Arrest me. >> What is wrong with you? >> Arrest me. I'm tired. >> Stop, ma'am. Okay, you're harassing. Arrest. >> Get on your stomach. We're going to have it. >> You know I don't have a gun. >> Enough. >> You know I don't have a gun. >> Nobody said you have a gun. >> You know I don't have a gun. You know I'm just giving you my license. >> You want to go attitude about it. >> You want to go all dumb and attitudy. She tries to set everything around her on fire. A desperate extreme attempt just to feel noticed and powerful again. >> I don't care cuz they're mean and they like to have their little power tri. >> Watch her. Watch where you're walking. You're going to trip. Ma'am, listen. >> Just walk. What are you doing? >> I have varicose ve things. >> Ma'am, just walk. >> Aren't you taking me to jail? >> Just stand up. What are you doing? She weaponizes fake pain, making herself the final roadblock to stop the feat of justice and truth. >> Just get up. >> YOU DON'T THINK I'M GOOD? >> Get up. >> Not drunk. >> Necklace. I'm picking up this wood. >> Now she's getting another charge for obstruction, resisting everything. >> I don't care. Go ahead and color you with your crayons. AND YOU'RE HURTING ME. She just can't stomach the idea of her successful image rotting away in the back of a grimy patrol car. With that sense of entitlement, she truly believes her past glory is enough to wash away her crimes and this humiliating reality. >> Well, you're getting finger double finger >> thing is when I get in my jail. Yeah, cuz you don't live in a real crime area, so you got to [ __ ] with like normal people. >> In the end, she was hauled off to jail and faced charges of DUI, hit and run, obstruction of justice, and assault on a police officer. If convicted, she's looking at fines up to $4,000, a 12-month license suspension, and up to 3 years of probation. Your everyday Karen is bad enough, but a Karen with connections like this next one, now that's a real disaster. On February 11th, 2023 in Florida, a 46-year-old woman walked into a gas station, not to buy anything, but looking for a fight. When common courtesy was tossed out the window, the police had to step in to handle her unbelievable arrogance. You have to wonder what was really going on here. >> No, it says this. All right, let me get your blood stand right here. >> Yeah, just just clean it up. Antibiotics. >> You don't want to get lost? Okay. >> You work here at all? >> I'm the manager. >> Oh, okay. So, she's basically a known thief and yesterday she came in, she bought a bunch of stuff and then she turns around and she'll go to the back and get a drink and walk out. So, my employee approached her yesterday and told her like, "You can't be doing that. You got to buy your drinks." So, today she came in and she's like, "Oh, you're going to be a snitch today." So, I'm making pizza. So, I'm not I'm trying to figure out what she talking. I'm like, "Are you I'm like, "Excuse me? Are you talking to me?" And she was like, she was like, "Yeah, are you going to be a snitch today?" I was like, "What? What are you talking about, ma'am? Like, I don't understand." And she was like, "Yo, you heard me." I was like, "Are are you sick? Are you talking to me?" Like, for real. Like, are you really talking to me? Cuz I'm so confused right now of are you really talking to me? She was like, "No, I'm talking to the person behind you." I looked behind me cuz I thought there was somebody standing behind me and I'm like, "Well, who are you talking to behind me?" That's what I'm trying to figure out. Okay. Oh, what? >> Being reminded of a previous shoplifting incident triggered a deep sense of shame in her. But instead of owning up to it, she turned that shame into pure aggression just to protect her ego. The manager's firm stance eventually led to a confrontation that nobody needed. >> I'm getting my coffee. No, ma'am. You don't need to get your coffee. Just, you know, go somewhere else. It's best you just leave. Like, I don't want no issues today. Can you please just leave the store? She wouldn't leave. I asked her a third time. Ma'am, I'm asking you again. Please just leave the store. She wouldn't leave. I asked my coworker. I said, "Can you just talk cop? I'm just going to have her trespass. We'll just leave it at that." And she stepped in my face. I told her straight up, "No, just leave. Just leave the store." She wouldn't leave the store. She kept trying to get the drink. I told her, "No, you're not getting a drink. You need to just go. If you do not go, I'm telling you, I'm going to have you trespass from the store." She wouldn't leave. She kept trying. I'm still doing my job. You're not getting anything, ma'am. You need to go. So then she act like she was gonna spit on me. I told her straight up, if you spin on me, I'm going to slap the [ __ ] out your ass if you spit on me. So she had to spit coming down. It's all on camera. She got the spit coming down her mouth. But she wouldn't spit on me. So she mushed me. I told I stepped in and I mushed her back and I told her, "You need to go now. She wouldn't go. Next thing you know, she swung on me. Next thing you know, I'm grabbing this [ __ ] and I'm dragging this [ __ ] out the store." She wouldn't go. We tripped over. The basket's right there and I'm holding her. She's scratching at my face. I'm gonna put my head back like this because you're not digging at my eye. So when I put my head back like this, huh? Good. Thank you. So, um, when she was reaching out my face, I had her like this and that's when everybody came and split us up. But everybody that was in there with us, she swung on me first. That's just what it was. And I got I asked her several times to leave the store. She would not leave the store. She kept on calling me a monkey, calling me a [ __ ] calling me this. I don't give a me all the names that you want. Just don't put your hands on me and we good. If I'm asking you to leave the store, just leave the store because now you're making it a hostile environment and didn't need to cuz you came in and you started with me first. I didn't even know she was even in the store until she said. >> That fake spitting gesture, that's the ultimate insult. And it shows just how little self-control she has. When she swung her arm, she wasn't trying to save her coffee. She was making a desperate attempt to hold on to her crumbling pride. You got some video? >> Yeah. I mean, you can hear volume. He grabbed the cup and like the face manager >> you said the girl hit the manager in the face or the cup >> and that's when it started. >> Okay. Could you uh email that video to me? >> Yes. So I got two um the one witnesses former sheriff's office guy. He said that he witnessed >> this lady slap the manager first and what prompted the whole thing.
