So that way we get everything straight. We're going to I've got more officers coming. We're going to talk to everybody one at a time. Okay. You guys cool with that? >> Y put hands on. >> Okay. Yeah. Let's all talk over here, guys. Hold on one second. You break out my window, you're getting a felony charge. Do you understand that? >> You're a real hot ass. Hear that? >> Do you understand? >> Yeah. You're what? 21? >> No. >> What? You're 22? >> No, I'm 35. >> Oh, hard ass. >> So, you were just riding your bike and she just pushed you off willy-nilly. >> 36. If you could step it up. She's trying to break out my window. >> Give me just a second, guys. >> Don't let him stop. Give me a minute. >> No. You need to stop. Act like an like a grown-up. How old are you? >> I'm trying to. How old are you? How old are you? >> Your age. >> Okay, then you need to start acting like >> a minute to act like your age. >> Okay, then I'm telling you, sit in the back of this car, relax, and I will come talk to you. >> I'm giving all these children a minute to >> Correct. Because they're the alleged victim. So, you need to >> She was in full-blown meltdown mode, screaming, flailing, and flat out refusing to follow orders. This wasn't just a case of ignoring the cops. It was her own twisted defense mechanism, denying reality and blaming everybody else. Meanwhile, the officers stayed calm and kept working through each witness one by one. >> She put her hands around your neck. That's what Tom said. Did she was choking you? >> Did she choke you out? >> I think she was trying to >> So, she put her hands around your neck. Do you remember that? Or did she just like grab your chest or your arms? >> She put one of her hands around my neck >> on the front or the back? I think um on the side then she pushed me on the side. >> Then she pushed me off my body. >> Okay. >> And this what she was saying but she she was saying cuz my grandson he had going to get his haircut but she was calling me and she was calling me about that statement. >> No I understand. >> Absolutely. So what's going to happen is cuz we got a lot of witnesses that we got to interview. We'll get you guys some paperwork. We're going to be here for a little bit. Okay. But >> don't worry. Just justice going to be served >> cuz I got to get to work myself. >> Okay. All right. Um, I'm assuming you want to press charges. >> Of course you want to press charges, Mom. >> Might as well. >> Okay. All right. That's all I need to know. >> Absolutely. Absolutely. So, give us a few minutes. We got to get some paperwork. We'll get you guys all squared away and then we'll get that figured out. Okay. >> So, what happened today? What h what happened? Why? Why are we here? >> They're they're terrorists. >> What do they do today? >> Well, today I mean listen, I pay money taxes and all the things. Like trust me, I've gone to jail. You can look me up. I know that it's not a sh like you can look me up Alexander. Like you can look me up and call your county. Like you can see like I've been to jail and call your county. Like it's not a shame. I have But these kids what did they do to your day or what? >> Today they just they just they just literally >> Tonight we were we were it was a it was like a >> Do you know these kids? I don't know these kids. >> You called? >> I'm the one that called. >> Okay, perfect. Let's talk over here real quick. >> So, we were we were all just chilling at home and then we seen this little >> Oh, yeah. Outside or inside? >> We were outside. [laughter] >> Outside. >> We were all like chilling outside and then we seen the kids running from the park. >> Okay. >> We could see her chasing them. Like we What I seen what caught my eye was she was trying to get like a branch from a tree that's out here. >> Okay. >> She couldn't get it. So, she continued chasing the kids. He ends up yelling at the kids to like go home. They're running. She's chasing them. And then they turn this corner, lost her for a bit. And then we see her walking back. >> They're being kids and following her, thinking it's fun. But the little girl was on her bike, not even bugging this girl. And she just comes up and pushes her off the bike. And then she's off the bike. She's grabs the bike and then pushes the girl and everything. >> Witnesses backed up the story. She'd gotten physical with kids and thrown around racial slurs. While she tried to spin it like the kids were the problem, the cops just kept gathering statements, piecing together the truth. >> Okay. >> What else happened? >> Don't leave. >> But what physical? What did you see physical? >> I'm going to talk. >> I seen a stick or something get thrown. >> She threw a stick at them. >> Something. >> Okay. Did you see who specifically she threw it at or was it just kind of the group as a whole? >> Hey. Hey. Which one of y'all she threw that stick at? She was throwing at the group all. Okay. >> She was throwing at all of them. >> At all of them. Okay. Okay. Clearly. >> She racist. >> Well, clearly. >> Yeah. She We was running away >> and she was chasing after >> picking up items. It she kept picking up items. She even threw leaves. >> All right. >> Said on my porch. >> Okay. >> Seen her trying to throw sticks at the kids. I We yelled and told her to stop. I seen him come up. He said, "Did you guys see that?" I said, "Yes." I was like, "Ma'am, quit throwing his kicks at the stick." She's like, "Well, these kids are out of control. It doesn't matter. Stop doing, you know, leave the kids alone. They'll leave you alone. Walk away. >> And when I seen her push the little girl, when my daughter seen her push the little girl, I ran over there to make sure the girl was all right. And that's when >> you saw her push the girl off the bike. >> I seen my daughter seen it. I leaned over. I seen her on the ground. So I ran over there and then that's when she pushed her when I was going over there to stop her, but I didn't see I didn't see a lot of it. I was just >> So we were going back to my house and then the lady Mhm. >> had um was chasing the little kids. >> Okay. >> So, I'm like wondering why >> was she saying >> I don't know if she's drunk. >> Okay. Just screaming drunk. >> So, usually when people are drunk, I don't mess with people that are drunk. >> Then we're we are laughing. >> But we're laughing at something else. >> Okay. >> She's like, "Oh, you think it's funny." And we're over here saying, >> "We're not laughing at you." And then out of nowhere, she sees her laughing and she pushes her to the gate. >> What game? Yeah, this exact gate. >> Soon as I got there and the gate open, I can see them like I'm like, "What's going on?" So they told me, "What's going on?" So I took my car and park. >> This is your car here? >> Yeah, I parked it. >> So I The fight was right here. >> No, she was up in the corner of that fence when I came up, >> but they was way away from the fence. Then they started telling me what's going on with her. >> So I stopped my car and got out cuz I got to step on. So then I'm telling them, so as I turn my back, she don't shove the hell out of me. No, not on me. Green. >> A male witness sealed the deal. Confirming the violence and the racist remarks. She was clearly drunk or high. Slurring her words and acting completely out of control. Shoving grown adults who tried to step in showed she was ready to use force on anyone who got in her way. >> So, I want you to listen to me. You were kicking this window earlier. If that happens again, we're going to tie >> kick any windows. I won't. >> We're going to get you out. We're going to check your Hank house cuz now you're calm and we can do this the right way. >> All I wanted to do is tell these kids that like listen to me. Listen to me. Listen to me. >> I need to know that like >> Are you listening to me? >> I'm this way. >> Okay. I'm going to have you step out. She We're going to help you. We're going to check the handcuffs. We're going to adjust them properly. Okay. That doesn't mean they're going to come off right now or that they're going to come off, but I need you to cooperate. Okay. Step out. Right. >> I don't I don't want to I don't want to make problems for anybody but these kids. >> Can you put your chest against my trucker? >> Yeah. >> Thank you. I'm going to check your handcuffs. Okay. >> These kids, they don't they just don't know the problems that are like wrong in their community. >> It's so bad. >> There you go. >> Have you ever been with a black person? >> Okay. >> Have you ever been with a black person? >> I don't know how this relates to today. >> Have you been with a black person? I >> Again, I don't know how this relates to >> I just want to know. I want to know you're white. And I know this is the last this is the last reason that's like gonna put me out on the street like but like look at them. >> Like just >> I see a bunch of kids. >> No, no, no. Put a peek over on the No, no, no, >> no. I >> listen. I would never hurt these kids. These kids like deserve everything in the world. Like they deserve all of they deserve everything in this world. >> Alexander given to them. >> You said you didn't understand these rights, so I just have to read them to you. Okay. >> No, it's so >> We're done here. Um, so here's here's what's happening. Okay, I'm going to slide in a little bit for me. >> You have no kids. You have no >> slide in a little bit for me. Okay. I want to explain your charges to you. Okay. Just slide in for me. >> What are my charges? >> I'd like to explain it to you, but I need you to slide in a little bit. Okay. >> Dick. >> Yeah, that's fine. I just need you to slide in a little bit for me. Okay. Once she realized she was headed to jail, she screamed about being innocent and blamed the kids again. She even tried to kick out the cruiser's window, forcing officers to hold her down. She refused to get in the car until the cops spelled out the charges and warned they'd use force if she kept it up. >> But please help me. >> We are helping, >> you know. No, but he's pushing he's putting hands on me. >> I haven't touched him. >> Resisting. So, you're going to go in. Relax. Just slide in. >> No, this is >> There you go. Perfect. >> Come towards me. >> There you go. Hold on. Easy. Easy. Easy. >> This is not This is This is not right. You know this isn't right. >> No way. >> Ma'am, we're trying not to use any additional force on you. Okay. >> You do understand that if you keep this behavior up, we will have to put your feet in a pie. >> I would rather do it preventatively if we could. >> You just want to do it now? >> Okay, sounds good. >> I'll put on my >> I'll give you my feet. That's fine. Okay. >> But I've been I >> will follow you. That's cool. These people have nothing to hold me. I have done nothing. >> Okay. >> Yeah, that's cool. >> 1940. If he has anything to do with this. No. 1940. Ray. >> No. >> You can. >> No. You can you cannot bite my then you can you can you can trust another one. No. 1940. No. Get him out of here. I don't want >> Let's go. >> No, not 1940. You want to lose your job? >> Do you want another charge? >> Do I want another charge? >> Yeah. Assault Leo for trying to bite me. >> Go get another one. >> No. >> I'm right here. Alexandra, calm down. >> No. You >> Wow. >> Is that what you want? That way or this way? >> You guys back that much? >> Do you want >> He's a rapist. He's a rapist. >> You don't even know him. >> I actually do. >> No. Do you? >> Yeah. I've been working with him. Let's go. Did you? >> No. Let's go. >> You want to go that way or this way? Yeah. >> Which way do you want to go? Come on. School. Here we go. >> Push me out. What's your valve number? 1969. >> In the end, she was cuffed and booked on two counts of child abuse, [music] disorderly intoxication, and resisting an officer. The child abuse charges are no joke. They can bring sky-high bail, and serious prison time. But while the crowd was still catching its breath, another so-called queen was already stepping up to take her turn with reality's cold, hard slap. On September 29th, 2024, [music] police were called to a restaurant after a scuffle between an older woman and a man. Witnesses swore the man had shoved her during the argument, but the second the cops stepped in, things took a turn nobody saw coming. >> How you doing, man? >> How you doing, man? >> So, what exactly is going on here? >> So, we're here. How you doing? >> I guess I'm the bad guy here. Just give us a minute. >> Robert's going on today. >> What's going on here? They were drinking. I don't know their relationship. Uh the man started yelling at her. Put her hands on her. Made a complaint as I was coming out the boundary. >> I think this guy made a statement with him. Well, I'm sure he practiced deescalating the scene. >> Um, after he left, he then got more aggressive after he kept drinking and he came over toward the ship and started looking for protection from us >> and the guy came over and grabbing her. >> Mhm. >> So, >> so the first like initial physical, what occurred specifically between like them two? >> Uh, they were verbally abusing each other and then he shoved her. >> Okay. So, who are you to him? >> I'm Audrey. I don't know his name. >> Okay. Um, he was talking to my friend >> who's clearly drunk. >> Um, I've been trying to get her to come out. >> Is this your friend? >> This is her. This is Linda. >> I've been trying to get her to come out, but she keeps drinking and she keeps yelling. >> Yelling. >> Linda, prove my problem. >> You don't need to yell right now. Okay. >> And he was helping her. She's fine, but he doesn't ask everyone in the ball. >> I'm right here, right? So, who is that? Who is that man? Hold on. Hold on. Mad. Have I been yelling? >> Can you talk to me? >> They've been yelling, not me. >> Can you talk to me? Yes. >> Can you get out of the sun, though? >> I can take two steps over here. I can't go that far. Who is that man to you? >> Who in the red? >> No, the dude with the um the floral t-shirt or the floral buttonup. >> Robert, who who is he to you? >> That's my gallery coordinator for my antique shop in my art gallery for 10 years. He married this little girl that um >> Doesn't matter. Answer these questions. >> Oh, and his mother that I fell in love with. doesn't matter. >> At first, she was all calm and collected, chatting with friends. But the moment the officers showed up, her mood flipped like a switch. She spun a story about some kind of business relationship and flat out denied any assault by dragging the conversation toward her work and personal losses. She was clearly trying to steer it into safer territory for herself. >> I don't need this. >> Okay. Well, it's too late now. We're already here. All right. >> Yeah. I didn't call them. He did. >> That's perfectly fine. Yeah. And that's that's within the law. That's all it is is Italian Irish people. That's how we act. >> Okay, that's perfectly fine. All right. So, that man is just like a business partner partner to you. >> Correct. >> Okay. You don't live with him. >> No, I pay him to take me. >> Can I please ask you questions and you can just answer them like a normal person? If you point at me like that again, you're going to go to jail. You understand that? >> If you come over here like you're going to touch me, you're going to go to jail. >> Okay. I did not give you permission to do that. So, you need to control yourself. All right. I understand you guys have been drinking. I'm asking you questions. I'm conducting investigation. >> I'm going to death. My husband dies, right? My mother died. My dog died. And I'm trying to visit my h my kid and my wheel falls off again. I'm under extreme stress. >> So they're saying that that he grabbed you, he pushed you, he was pulling on you. >> No, he did not. Okay. So So none of that was outside of your consent. >> None of that was true. He never even touched. Do >> you have your driver's license on you? >> He never touched me. >> Do you have your driver's license on? >> This boy is a a Do you have your driver's license on you? >> Yes. that I do have to go with. >> You can just put your drink down on the ground. You can just get your driver's license out of your bag. Or >> you can hand your your drink to her. >> No, never. Well, can you hold it? >> I don't want it on the ground. Unbelievable. >> I need your driver's license. >> So, what's your guys' plan after this? >> We're going They're dropping the bloody car that the tires come off five times. This is a five times, >> right? We're taking it to Tire Plus, D. >> Okay. taking part, right? And that boy decided to call the police. Not that I have anything that's police. Believe me, my family was police. I give chocolates to the police. >> Then came the shift. She went from defensive to downright aggressive. Marching right up to the tow truck driver. She started yelling in his face. When an officer stepped in, the whole thing escalated instantly. [ __ ] walk. >> Hey, watch your turn. >> I didn't I didn't mean I didn't mean to have my shoe off. You cannot take me to jail. >> You just hit a law enforcement officer. >> I didn't know my shoe was going to come off. You can't do that to me. I'm a lady. >> Let go. >> No. I'm a lady. I'm a lady. You cannot do that. >> I'm going to drop you. Give me other hand. Give me your other hand. >> You cannot do that. >> Give me your other hand. >> No ma'am. >> No. No. I don't belong in a jail. I'm a lady. >> Well, you're going to go to jail today. >> Just grab your gun. >> No, you cannot do that, >> darling. You cannot do that. My shoe fell off. >> No, you can't do that. >> Stop. >> Stop resisting. >> Daddy. Daddy. Daddy. Daddy. I can't do that. I'm not bad. I'm a little girl. Are you able to drop the car off of property or >> Yeah. Where do you want me to leave it at? >> Just anywhere that's not here. >> Anywhere that's not here. >> You can do You can do the next building's property. Just not here. >> So that way when they're waiting for their next tow truck, they can do not here. >> My shoes off. >> I didn't mean to hurt you. I love the police. Please don't take me to a police station. >> No, you're going to go to jail. >> No, that's not Papa. >> There's a difference between a police station and >> No, you're not taking me to jail. Okay. >> No, you cannot. >> She's going to jail. She's >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's That's what I'm saying. I'm trying to talk to them. >> I I never even leave my house. Please stop this. >> There's a reason probably why you don't leave your house. >> Yeah. And you know, I came to see my son and my my freaking tire came off in fifth time. I'm I'm stressing you. My daddy died. My husband died. Please. Once in cuffs, Linda fought back hard, verbally, emotionally, and mentally, refusing to accept she was under arrest. She clung to some imagined social status like it was her golden ticket out, tossing out lines to flip the situation in her favor. >> You can't be. >> Oh, you hurt my back. here. Do you have any pockets? Anything on you at all? Just do like a patch on her waistline back. >> Linda, do you have anything on you at all? >> What? >> Anything? >> Like what? >> Any item? >> You're going to jail. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> Have a se in the car cuz you are under arrest for battery on law enforcement. >> I did not do that. >> Step up on the sidewalk. >> Step up. >> Step up. You got to step up. Step up. I need my phone. >> You either step up or we're going to have to pull you into the car >> thing off so I can call my lawyer. >> You're not talking to a lawyer right now. >> I can. >> Nope. >> I called him to pick me up. >> Okay. >> Seat belt. You got a seat belt. Can >> you take this off of me? >> No. >> This is not fun. This is >> It's not supposed to be fun. >> Boy, my Where's my thing? Where's my >> Is it locked up? >> Where's my pocket book there? >> Is it this? Yep. >> Is it in here? I've got it. It'll go with you. >> Take this thing off. >> No. The cuffs are going to stay on to you until you booked up the jail cuz you're under arrest. >> I need to call my lawyer right now. Take this thing off. >> There he goes. >> Sweet. >> I can't. Give me call my lawyer right now. I called him early to see if he could pick me up. Sit over there. >> I never did. I I I >> Once you're back to the back of the car, I want to adjust these cuffs for you. >> Take them off. >> I'm not going to take them off. >> You have to take them off. >> No, I'm not going to. >> Her refusal to follow even basic instructions made it clear. She wasn't about to recognize the cop's authority, but the officers kept control, using only the level of force necessary to end the standoff. >> It's not. >> You are intoxicated. >> I have been gone through stress. >> You are intoxicated. Okay. I'm not saying that. No, >> please. Sweet. I did not mean to hurt you. >> It went. Linda, look. Linda, look. >> Are you going to do it again? >> Cuz if you do it again, we're going to start charging the second guy. >> Move out of the way. I just want to I understand what you're saying. I don't need you to show. >> I cannot go to jail. >> Okay. Well, put your feet back in the car. I'm not going to adjust your hands. >> But please don't let me adjust your hands. >> I can't be with those people. I'm scared of those people in the car. You cannot do this to me in the car. Dear Jesus. Dear Jesus. Dear Jesus, please don't let them do it. Take it away from me, darling. Please. It's too hard. >> Are you going to resist some more? Would you like to receive an additional charge? >> Put your feet in the car. That's lawful order. >> Are you wanting me to adjust them? This is your last face left side of the car and continue to face the left side of the car. >> And I want my phone so I call my lawyer. >> Well, you will not be calling the lawyer right now. >> I'm calling my lawyer. >> Linda, we're going to have you step out. Hold on. You got to get the seat belt off. >> I'm sorry that my skirt's up, but I have no control over that. Just watch you step on the curb. >> You got it. >> Watch you step on the curb right there. >> I do not belong in police custody. >> Okay. Well, as of right now, you are >> Well, I did two crimes in the state of Florida. >> My shoe fell off. >> Watch out. He's trying to shut the door. Have a seat in the wheelchair. I'm not going to goddamn pulling my >> I'm not going to goddamn hospital. >> Have a seat. >> Get me my pocketbook. I call my lawyer. >> Screw you. >> Get me my pocketbook. >> Have a seat. >> You scoot yourself all the way back. >> Act like an adult. >> Can I please have my pocketbook so I can call my damn lawyer? >> Nope. >> All right, good. I need >> You'll contact You'll contact them as a jail. >> I did nothing wrong. Nothing. I was trying to get my people home safely because for the fifth time the wheel of my Jaguar came off and I was just stipulating and look my shoe came off and they thought that I I I did a thing on. >> In the end, she was hauled off to jail and charged with resisting an officer and battery on a law enforcement officer. Charges that in Florida can mean up to 5 years in prison, 5 years of probation, and a $5,000 fine. Depending on the severity, it could get even worse. And once the so-called special privileges were stripped away, another roadside showdown was already gearing up to explode. On May 4th, 2023 in Orlando, Florida, police spotted a gray Jeep suspected of running fake tags with an underage passenger inside not wearing a seat belt. What should have been a routine [music] traffic stop quickly spun into a chain of unpredictable events. >> Can you roll your window down for me? Uh, no ma'am. Can you roll your window down for me? >> No. >> Okay. >> I need to talk to you a little bit more, so that's why I wanted it. And can you also turn your music down? >> Okay. >> Is there an accident? >> Ma'am, I'll be asking the questions. Okay. >> I'm offic with Orlando Police Department. The reason you're being pulled over >> 47245. >> I'm not I don't feel comfortable with y'all. This is like No. No. Do not open that car door. >> No, ma'am. >> No, I am not getting out the car. I don't I'm not done. I'm not doing anything. >> Turn the call for me. >> I don't feel comfortable with y'all. I have no fine. >> I have my rights, >> but I do not feel comfortable with any of this. I lost all my dangling information just a few days ago. >> Well, ma'am, the first thing you don't You don't dictate us how we do a traffic stop. I >> Yes, I do. I don't feel comfortable. Yes, I do. I already went through this with somebody else. I >> understand that. >> No, I don't feel comfortable. Okay, we need to step out in front of my kids. No. >> Okay. >> No, I don't feel comfortable. >> No, thank you. >> Ma'am, you you you really don't want to do this. >> So, y'all going to yank me out my car? >> Ma'am, we're telling you by law to get out of the vehicle. We are >> by law. >> By law, we're allowed to control the occupation of the vehicle. >> So, you're you don't have registration information for you. >> You won't turn off the vehicle like we as >> So, now we're asking you to step out of the vehicle. No, >> bro. I'm calling my husband. >> Ma'am, >> I don't feel >> I've already told you why you've been pulled over. Okay. >> Okay. Give me the ticket. >> Okay. I can't even confirm who you are right now. >> I just told you I >> Things escalated fast from simple non-ooperation to flat out refusing a lawful order, giving officers grounds to use force. She kept throwing around my rights, but wasn't following basic instructions, showing she either misunderstood those rights or twisted them to suit her narrative. I can see my name. >> Don't touch your hand. >> Stop it. Stop. Stop. >> Stop. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> You don't make no goddamn sense. I'm screwing the [ __ ] out of y'all. You better put my dress up. >> Yes, ma'am. We have a female that'll be able to collect you. Okay. >> All right. Let's get her up. No, don't get me up cuz I'm fix. >> Do me a favor. Double lock those. Yeah. Pull something. Oh, it's just a cramp. >> All you need to do is >> I already went through all this [ __ ] with y'all before. the same damn concept. I told the other officer the same thing. >> I told the officer, "Get my um Marine Corps um tag off of there." >> Sit up. There you go. >> Come on up. >> There you go. >> Do you have any identification in that car? >> I got a log tag. >> Okay. That's not an identification. >> It is. Y'all got five of y'all >> for one little bitty person. This would have went a whole different way if you just gave your ID. >> I didn't have no ID. >> Okay. You got to be able to provide an ID. If you don't have one, I have a common law and I still not answer. >> That's not be able to show us who you are. You can't just drive a vehicle and not know who you are. >> So now you're going to jail for something so simple cuz you don't want to listen. It's not because of us. It's because of you. >> It's not because of me. >> You could have been All right, guys. Two lawsuits against y'all about this. Just put that on my uh prosecute. >> It's the same thing. >> Violate every constitutional right. That's fine. >> Promise you we're not violating. >> Yes, you are. My right to travel. My right to privacy. You yanked me out of my car. You reached your hand inside of my private vehicle. >> Even after being cuffed, the driver kept arguing, insisting the police had violated her rights. Once the confrontation ended, officers read her Miranda rights to keep the arrest airtight. Still, she was convinced she'd done nothing wrong and was already laying the groundwork for a possible lawsuit. >> All right, ma'am. I'm going to read you something. Can you hear me? >> I can hear you. >> You got a right to remain silent. Do you understand? >> Mhm. >> Anything you say, maybe he's in court. Do you understand? >> You have the right to talk to a lawyer before and during question. Do you understand? >> Mhm. >> If you cannot afford a lawyer and want one, one will be provided to you before question or without charge. Do you understand? Mhm. >> Once he gets here, I'll let you talk to him. But do you want to talk about why you're in the back of my car in handcuffs? >> Nope. >> No. >> No. I do not want to talk about that. >> All right. Uh to let you know, you are under arrest right now. Um in the state of Florida, you must have the vehicle properly registered. I ran your tag that says it seems to have some type of characters that look like private. Um that's not a tag that somebody is going to give you in the state of Florida. Um, also when I'm asking for your driver's license, um, and I'm asking you to turn down the vehicle so I can hear your name and your date of birth a little properly, instead of you having the music out loud, that's just so I can hear you a little bit better. Um, you have not been identified at that time, I still need to make sure I get a photograph of you. Um, just because you give me some information that says, um, >> I didn't give you any information. In fact, you didn't even ask me my name. You just kept asking to have my music turned down, which I told you no. >> Everything's on body camera. >> I know it's on body camera. So, we can talk about that when we go. >> I ask you for your name and ID. You know, >> I rather have your ID so I can get a picture. >> I give you my name. I don't have any ID. I told you that I lost it. So, if you want to sit here and continue to make up little stuff and make your case better, then go ahead. >> Well, there's no case that I need to make. >> That is the case because it's going to be a big case. This is fine. 81400. >> I gave you my name. >> Okay. >> Well, I'm just letting you know why you're in the back seat. Okay. When we tell you that you also need to cut the car off and that you need to come back to us, we're allowed to do that. >> I don't need to come out of my private automobile to >> But that's your opinion. But I'm telling you what the law >> opinion. That's a no. Not by constitutional. >> She seemed uneasy about following constitutional procedures. Constantly debating the legality of the stop as if trying to claw back control. Then her husband arrived ready to give his side of the story. >> Not really good. >> Yeah. >> Okay. I know what I'm supposed to do, sir. >> I understand that. >> Understand what I'm supposed to do. >> Okay. >> But you said one of you said that my wife resisted. >> Yes. That was >> You follow what I'm saying? We wouldn't even be here if she would have just gave the the officer identification uh and just complied with what he what we were requesting. >> So that's the thing last >> Are we done with the traffic stop? >> I am. >> I don't I don't want to be around the deal. Okay. >> All right. This is common law. >> His appearance added personal context to the mess. Yet, even he admitted she was wrong for resisting. When he pulled out a so-called universal ID card, it revealed a belief that they were under some alternate legal system, a concept not recognized by any court and with zero legal standing. >> Thank you. >> All right, sir. Um, but the only thing is that you can't drive this on the roadway. Okay? So, we don't want to be back in this position again. Okay. Thanks, buddy. >> You want to give a water now? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Hey, man. That's some nice football you got on there, man. >> Oh, I appreciate it, buddy. All right, man. You want a couple drinks? >> Yes. Thank you. >> All right. Your husband's here. He's going to take your sons. Okay. >> Okay. Can I speak to him? >> I'll roll down the window real quick. I'll roll down the >> You want them to work? >> All right. I'm going to leave from here and I'm going to go post your bail. >> It's going to take like 3 4 hours just to let you know, processing and [ __ ] >> Okay. And I'll get that straight away. And uh and I'll come get you when they let you go. Okay. Babe, just just relax. >> I'm I I don't have my blood pressure medicine. So, >> you don't have your medicine? >> No, I don't have my inhaler. So, >> we'll address all that at the jail. I'm trying to go I will try to work with her on the bond, but we'll address that at the jail. >> In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with resisting an officer with violence and driving with a suspended or revoked license. These are no minor charges. They can mean prison time, probation, and hefty fines. The kind of legal trouble that doesn't just fade away. One reckless move closed the chapter just in time for a family tragedy to take center stage. On July 6th, 2025, police responded to a crash involving a drunk woman with her young child in the car. The initial goal was simple. Secure the scene and figure out what happened. But what followed went far beyond anyone's expectations. reference. Watch out. >> At first, the woman tried to walk away, showing she had no grasp of how serious things were and putting her own safety ahead of her child's. Tensions spiked when a gas leak was discovered, but a few quick acting men at the scene jumped in to help before rescue crews could arrive. >> I got everything on video. [screaming] >> Lift her up. Do you want me to grab hands? >> One vehicle is on it side. So I'm sure you please. >> Let's move. Let's move down here. Okay. Cuz there's gas. just sit right here. That refusal was a huge red flag, pushing police to widen their investigation into both the crash and a possible DUI. >> All right, Miss Harris, step out for me real quick. 33 division one. >> Come on. >> And I think the two units are coming from west 23 for a minute. >> There you go. But you had two glasses of wine prior to driving? >> Yes. >> You smoke any marijuana or take any THC or anything like that? >> I don't smoke really. >> Okay. All right. Do you still feel the effects of the wine? >> No. >> No. Okay. All right. Would you be willing to conduct field sobriety evaluations to see if you're safe to drive? >> I could drive. >> Her eventual admission became a key piece of evidence in the DUI case, confirming the officer's suspicions and making it clear further testing was necessary. [music] They carefully explained that the tests were voluntary, but also spelled out the legal consequences if she refused. >> The voluntary evaluations. I'm going to check your eyes. I'm going to have you walk. I'm going to have you stand on one leg. >> Go. Go ahead. >> Okay. You're good with doing that? All right. So, first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to check your eyes. However, if you refuse to do them, it can be used against you in court. All right. It can lead to arrest for DUI. >> Okay. >> All right. You understand that? Okay. >> All right. Just let me know right now. >> Miss Harris, I need you to listen to me and follow instructions. >> Okay. >> All right. If you don't do that, I'm just going to say that you're refusing to do them. Miss Harris, put your left foot on the line. >> All the way on the line. >> All the way on the line. Okay. Your right heel touching your left toe along the line. Nope. I did. >> Based on the footage, she was charged with DUI and child endangerment. Serious offenses that can mean prison time, heavy fines, license suspension, and mandatory rehab programs. The video didn't specify the exact penalties she could face. And just as one young life was shattered, another youth was about to throw theirs straight into danger. Police rushed to the scene after reports of a serious crash. A car had flipped after flying down the road, putting the driver's life and everyone around her at risk. But what was really going on behind the wheel was even [music] more troubling. >> Who was driving? I don't know which one of them was driving, but whichever one of them was driving, they was running every bit of 120. >> That's what I That's what Travis said. >> Every bit of 120 when they drove past me. >> I was right behind them when it happened. >> All lucky to be alive. I I got it two years ago and I'm about to get off in November. I know how this goes. >> Okay. >> I mean, you don't have to do anything. I'm asking you to submit the voluntary evaluation. >> I'll do it. >> Okay. >> So, do you know your alphabet? >> Right. What I want you to do is I want you to recite your alphabet for me. Okay. Don't worry any rhythm, just nice and slow. >> At first, the young woman seemed cooperative, though a bit rattled. Admitting she'd had a prior DUI revealed she wasn't new to this, and that familiarity with the system only deepened her inner anxiety. When asked to recite from the letter D to X, she stumbled and couldn't get it right. >> D'all already going to take that as that. >> I'm not. I'm listening to you. D E F G H I J K L M P Q R S X. A self-coming remark that showed she knew she was blowing the test and that the outcome was inevitable. >> How fast were you going? Very fast. >> I heard >> somewhere in the neighborhood of 120 mph. >> Why that fast? >> See what happens when you travel that fast. Hang tight right here for me. Okay. Augusta valid. Sir, is there any way I can get air? >> I'm sorry. >> Is there any way I can get some air? >> Yeah, I'll roll the window down for you. >> Now, where are your parents? >> In Albertson. >> All right. You want to call them? Let them know you're okay. >> No. No. >> Huh? Where'd you get your first DUI at? >> In Athens. That was 2 years ago. [snorts] >> Once cuffed and in the back of the cruiser, she spiraled into full-blown panic. She reached for sympathy from the officers as if it were a lastditch bid to escape the inevitable. This marked a sharp shift from anger to total defeat. Meanwhile, police turned to other passengers for their statements. >> Parents. >> Yeah. Me. >> Parents. Which one? Perfect. You've been drinking? >> No, sir. >> Not at all. >> Not at all. >> I'm going to have her blow into this. You good with that, Mom? Since she's 16? >> Uh, do I have to consider? >> You don't have to. And because she had a prior record, this was a repeat offense, meaning at least a one-year license suspension, fines, and possibly jail time, depending on local law. But a repeat offense was just a shadow compared to the tragedy about to surface. On April 10th, 2022, police got a 911 call from Stephanie, who openly admitted she'd just been in a crash. At first, the plan was simple. Offer medical aid, and figure out what happened. But once they got to the scene, the details that emerged were anything but ordinary. >> Grab some gloves, take over CPR for Pyro. >> Come over here with me, man. Okay. 10 100 11 100 1200 >> The pressure of field sobriety tests slowly chipped away at her cool facade. She failed every step and the breath test results hit like a hammer. Undeniable proof she was way over the limit. >> The drive in Illinois. >> I do not see. >> Okay. 08. Okay. What I have you do is take a deep breath. A long hard steady blow into the straw just like you're blowing up a balloon. Keep blowing till you hear the machine click. Okay. All right. >> Blow him away. >> Yes, ma'am. Take a deep breath. Long hard steady blow. A little bit harder for me. A little bit harder. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Okay. I'm just telling you that information. Okay. We're going to go in here. We're going to do the thing. I appreciate you being cooperative so far. I'm just tell I got to tell you what's going on. You understand? >> Yes. >> Okay. Come. All right. Come on out here this way. >> I'll let you talk today. >> All right. Right over here. Here. I'm going to get Vegas. Take me to Vegas. It's going to be so fun. I'm going to spend at least $500 cuz I'm going to start off with two Long Island. Here's >> You haven't had enough of drinking already? >> We're talking about Vegas. They're still women at Vegas, right? Have you been there? >> When told two people had died, she showed no remorse or grief. Just kept smiling, talking about going to Vegas, worrying about her car and school. That level of detachment could weigh heavily against her in court. >> Okay. Well, you're being too quiet, so I'm going to start seeing him cuz I hate quiet. So, >> got to figure out all your paperwork. That's why the bees you shout out to you. Oh, hey. You never answered me about my car. I have school tomorrow. So, how did I get my car for tomorrow? >> Well, your car is total. >> It's what? >> Your car is total. >> Total total. >> Total wrecked. Did you hear when I said that you >> I'm going to jail tomorrow? >> Did you You're going to jail when we're done here? Yes. >> Did you understand when I told that you killed two people tonight? >> Yes. I'm just wondering when I can go to school. >> Okay, we're done. You're all on body camera being completely careless about killing two people tonight. You could care less. That's sad and pathetic and horrible all at the same time. >> Can you say that every time? >> Yes, ma'am. I can. >> Okay. So, can I ask when I can go back to school? So, I can't wait to join a do club and my co-workers have them. Oh my god, all of them have them. They're going to be like after a medical check, she was booked into jail facing multiple serious charges. What started as a DUI arrest, her BAC more than tripled the legal limit, was upgraded to vehicular homicide and aggravated DUI once officers confirmed two fatalities. She's now staring down the possibility of a long prison sentence. One bloody case had just closed when foolishness reared its head somewhere else. On March 21st, 2025 in Florida, police clocked a car tearing down the road at 85 mph in a 45 zone. What should have been a straightforward speeding stop quickly spiraled into a tense standoff. >> You were at 85 mph and you actually encroached into the 45 mph zone. >> Back there says 55. >> Even Even if the speed limit back there is 55. >> Yeah, that's what I was going on at. >> No, you're going 85. >> Yeah, you're you're cruising. Do you have your license on you? >> Sure. This section now is 45. >> Right. Right. Cuz I'm almost home of that. >> Thank sorry. So this is a citation for that speed. Okay. The 85 and the 45. It does not >> with that. >> You don't get any of the three options. You have to contact this number on the front and schedule a court hearing. Okay. It doesn't allow me to give you a fine amount. >> All right. >> All I need from you is a signature. >> What do you mean? What do you mean? >> Deputy Davidson. It's right there on the bottom of the citation right there. >> You didn't hear what I asked. >> Yeah. You said, "What is my name?" I said, "It's Deputy Davidson." >> I did not ask you. That's >> okay. >> You said that I have to go for a court hearing. I said, "What do you mean by that?" >> It means you got to contact that number and schedule an appearance in front of the judge. The speed is too great for me to issue a fine amount cuz you're over 30 mph over the speed limit. >> In the roadway, one appears to be in. When told she'd been going over 30 mph above the limit, she flat out refused to accept it. Instead, she built her own version of the truth, casting herself as the victim of an unreasonable police stop. >> See if I should sign anything that I'm not stupid. >> I'm just going to tell you a refusal to sign a citation is an arrestable offense. >> So, you're going to arrest me because I do not understand what you're talking about. >> I I don't understand what you don't know what I'm saying to you. I had your speed at >> Hold on. Let me call Let me call my >> Okay. So, this is the ideal deal. You were doing 85 miles an hour in a 45. >> I just I just told you I am making a phone call. >> You listen. I'm not here to make phone calls. >> Okay. So, you want me to sign something that I'm not comfortable family member. >> You don't have to call your family member. You're an adult. I do, sir. No, you don't. >> No. Yeah, sir. >> I'm telling you right now. >> Legal right. I have my rights. >> Okay. You're >> my right. >> Driving is a privilege, not a right. We're going to start out with that. So again, you were doing 85 mph and a posted 45 mph speed. >> And I said I was not. I was 55. >> We're not going to argue road sign. That's something that you go to a judge. >> Correct. >> And in this case, you don't get three options like a normal speech citation. You get the option of calling the number and scheduling a court hearing. At that time, you can make your argument with the judge that you were not speed. Okay? That's the time that you get to argue. You don't get to argue roadside. >> I'm not arguing with you, sir. >> You are arguing with me? >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, you're going to arrest me because I'm not arguing with you. >> I'm not saying you're not I'm arrest I'm not saying I'm arresting you for not agreeing. I'm saying if you fail to sign a citation for a court date. >> I am picking up the citation. I will go to the court, but I'm not citing something that I do not understand. >> Do you want my supervisor to explain this to you? He's right behind Do you want me to call my family member cuz it's right? >> Nothing what your family is going to say is going to change what I'm about to do. >> Calling for a supervising officer showed the first cop was trying to calm things down and keep everything by the book. But her repeated refusals only cranked up the tension until it peaked when she tried to drive off while the officer still had her paperwork in hand. >> Arrest me for that, sir. >> I'm going to let you talk to my supervisor. He's going to tell you that I can arrest you for not signing the citation. >> No, you cannot arrest me for that. >> All right. It's called failure to sign a summon. >> No. Okay. >> I'll be right with you. >> You can't leave. >> You want to go to jail today. You want to go to [ __ ] jail today. >> You want to stop your car and put it in park right now. >> Okay. >> Get out of the car right now. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the [ __ ] car. >> Don't Don't swear at me. Don't swear. You're not. You're not. Sir, he's not allowed to open my vehicle. >> Yes, he is allowed. He's telling you. Why are you driving away from a traffic stop? >> Because I'm talking to him. He walked away from me. >> I said, "Hold tight right now, >> sir. I was talking to him." >> So, you would drive away while he's got your driver's license and your all your paperwork? >> He gave me my driver's license. He gave me my paperwork and then he told me something that I don't agree with. He said, "If you do not agree with that, I said to you, you will go to jail." I said, "No, I want to call my family member to see why I'm going to jail for. I'm a citizen in here. What am I going to jail for? You give me a citation, sir. You give me a citation, sir. I said I will comply. I gave you my license and everything. So, now you tell me you're going to put me to jail. >> So, was it 30 over? >> 85 and 45. >> Okay. So, yeah. >> I was doing 55. >> Hey, listen. It doesn't matter if you're doing 55. It doesn't matter. You have to sign that, >> sir. >> Are you not going to sign it? Yes or no? >> No. >> Okay. >> And then I will go to the judge. >> Okay. Do me a favor. No. No. Take your hand off of me, >> sir. I'm not putting >> Step out of the car. Step out of the car. No. >> You're going to jail. Step out of the car. You're going to jail. >> Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. >> Let me sign. Let me sign the papers. Too late. Too late. You're going to jail. >> Step out of the car. >> You're going to get tased in about two seconds. Step out of the car. >> Wait a minute. >> You're going to jail. >> Wait. Wait a minute. Why y'all doing this? >> Yeah, we are. >> Okay. Wait. That act of defiance forced police to use physical force to keep everyone safe. Even in handcuffs, she kept resisting, accusing officers of punching her in the face. Claims they denied, warning her she could face an additional resisting charge. >> Not right. This is not right. >> This is not right. This is not right. >> Okay. You were >> Sir, this is not right. You just >> Listen, you were just punched me on my >> Listen to me. No, nobody punched you in your face. >> So I can [ __ ] >> Stop resisting. You're going to catch a resisting charge. >> Put your hands behind you. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> I am. >> I don't What are you reaching for? >> I'm not reaching for anything. >> Sir, I'm going to take your license. >> No, no, no. These are my property. >> This is my property. No, I'm putting the set. >> Ma'am, let go of your license. >> Set. >> Hey, let go of it. You're under arrest. You can't have anything. You are under arrest, ma'am. Listen to me. Don't make it any harder. It has to be. You're under arrest. You're going to jail. That's it. >> Okay. Can I have my wallet? >> We will get your wallet. >> No one's pushing you. >> That was so rude. >> You're being rude. >> You were given several orders. You didn't go. We're going to we're going to seat belt you. Okay. >> Hey, put your real camera on. >> Oh, yeah. >> Okay. Watch. I'm going to reach over and grab your seat belt. Put your camera on. >> Did you put your camera on when you punched me at all? >> Sit back for me, please. >> I am sitting back. >> Okay. I need to reach around you. >> Sir, can you stop pushing me, please? >> Where's your Hold on. >> Sir, can you stop pushing your >> You want to hand it to me? Once arrested, she stayed combative, complaining non-stop and tossing out more accusations. The officers kept their cool, avoided arguments and handled the situation professionally. She showed no sign of remorse, insisting she was a victim of an unjust system. >> How do you know? >> I did not do anything. >> Okay. >> So, you guys handling me like that? >> Why you men handling me like that? >> You were explaining you have to sign the option or or it's jail. And you said no. He told me that. I said, "I do understand what he's saying. I just need somebody to explain to me what he's saying." And then you called you, pushed me, >> punched me on my face, and then put me in in in here for what? What have I done wrong? >> Okay. That thing is really tight. It's breaking my arm. >> It's breaking. We'll sit down. >> No, no, no. The the the the the the hoff. >> Okay. They're not They're not comfortable. They're not They're not designed to be comfortable. >> Jesus. >> So, >> she just >> I got my camera still running cuz I'm inventorying. >> Yes, absolutely. >> I had her for 85 and the 45. >> Mhm. >> Gave her the 30 over. >> I told her I explained it numerous times. >> So, I She kept going. I'm like, "You know what? You think I'm lying? I'll call my supervisor. [snorts] Um, I'll do the toshi. Just want to make sure we don't let this thing go with >> Yeah. or a fire alarm or something. >> No, [snorts] it's all all fruits and stuff back here. So, >> I'll get her to jail. >> In the end, she was booked on charges of speeding, refusing to sign a citation, and resisting an officer. Penalties could include mandatory court appearances, hefty fines, and possible jail time for obstruction and resisting arrest. But that roadside stubbornness was just the warm-up for a full-blown meltdown waiting inside a hotel lobby on July 12th. >> Was even more explosive. wings, device, the glass container, the wine glass down the stairs. At this point, it's a no. No. >> She need weapons or anything? >> No. No. Okay. >> We travel here for use. >> She pushes our bartender and as I'm coming to her to get her information and she takes off her shoes, shows us the cops. Can you just let her go to sleep? >> Huh? Any help with the lady? Oh, she found her. She is in the employee area naked trying screaming that somebody killed somebody. >> You can't come. She's in the area. >> Sir, stay here. >> Watch out cuz she threw that glass. They went downstairs, man. They went downstairs. >> I appreciate you. Thank you. So >> I haven't done [ __ ] but my [ __ ] is like um in front of me. >> From the start, officers approached cautiously, dealing with a clearly intoxicated suspect. Her immediate resistance might have been an instinctive fear-driven reaction rather than a planned escape. Still, once told she was under arrest, she fought back hard. >> Don't pull this [ __ ] >> Relax, >> sir. You just said, >> "Is there staring?" No, that's fine. >> Sir, you just said So, I said, >> you know how long she been like this? >> Stop. >> I've been up there the whole time. >> No, I'm just saying. >> I ain't serious. >> Did you guys see cops walking through here? [screaming] [screaming] shoulders. [screaming] >> Grab her. I'm going to hobble her. >> We're going to pull her legs in. Just stay right there. [screaming] She screamed, thrashed, and kicked at the officers. In her drunken state, she may have truly believed she was the victim and the cops were the aggressors. This was a classic sign of severe behavioral breakdown where emotion completely overpowers logic. >> Give me your leg. [screaming] sit [crying] on the floor on you. [screaming] [crying] [crying] [screaming] >> All right, put her on the ground really quick. Put her in the ground. >> You get it together, you [ __ ] >> Okay. >> All right. Let me go on that side. After a physical struggle, officers finally got her into the patrol car. They checked her condition to ensure she wasn't seriously hurt, then collected her bracelet and personal belongings. [music] Yet, the defiance didn't stop. She kept making noise and repeating the same nonsensical questions. >> They were all sitting here in the circular big. So, there's probably about 20 people here. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I got one. She's kind of resisting, so we might have to pull her out the car. Okay, stand by right now. Come get you. >> All right. You all right? >> All right. >> All right. God, you going to start screaming again? >> She got wild. They came and told her to shut up. She wouldn't shut up. She threw her glass. >> She went downstairs and nobody saw her after that. And then you guys came and done. >> Got it. >> Yeah, she does. You guys >> What? >> Come on. Though she stopped physically resisting, she shifted to verbal non-ooperation. When asked about medical issues, she drew out her answers, subconsciously [music] stalling to avoid facing the consequences. Even if she understood exactly what she'd done, her self-preservation instincts pushed her to hide or deny it. >> Medications you took? >> Uh, with what? >> In your body. >> With what? >> Your mouth. >> With what? >> She >> with what? And because she was already on probation, the penalties could be far harsher, including a lengthy prison sentence and significant fines. On July 13th, 2024 in Alop, Florida, police were called in after a [music] suspicious report came in. A stack of fake $100 bills had just been passed around earlier that morning. Someone was testing their luck, but ended up grabbing the attention of law enforcement instead. >> Ma'am, ma'am, >> five, six, I got one, right? I don't know. I don't know anything. Fear was written all over her face. She denied everything over and over, repeating, "I don't know anything." It was less of a defense, more of a reflex, a mental shield. When someone feels backed into a corner, >> they called us up for or they called long ball because somebody passed the pay 20. We got here, they're like, "That's the pass or I'm sorry, the fake $100 bill." We we told the female, we had the male and the female with this. We told the female, "Hey, come towards us."
