uh has a ponytail that is black and blonde uh black top with light blue pants. >> Okay, this me. >> Huh? >> And she was on top of me. She slam me into the wall into the ground and I couldn't breathe. >> She goes like this. >> Yeah. >> Then hits herself in the head. >> Okay. >> What's truly scary isn't the anger. It's that moment a toxic girlfriend convinces herself she's right while completely losing control. because that's exactly when everything starts falling apart faster than you ever saw coming. >> Babe, please. I love [screaming] you. I love you. Please. >> On September 8th, 2025 in Akran, Ohio, police responded to a report of unlawful restraint. The victim said his girlfriend Tiana had held him against his will and smashed his phone to stop him from calling 911. And here's what really unfolded. >> Freio, she was on my throat. Where's she at? >> She's in there. [crying] >> Tell me what's going on. >> I [clears throat] wanted to leave and she wouldn't let me and now I can because of this. >> Did she break your phone, too? >> Yes, she broke my phone. She us Can you please get in there without me? >> Hold on. We're just trying to figure out what's going on right now. Okay. You got to >> She was on top of me. She slammed me into the wall into the ground and I couldn't breathe. >> What? What happened? Were you guys arguing or something or >> I told her I wanted to leave and she wouldn't let me. >> Okay. Do you have any injuries? >> I don't think so. >> Did she hit you or she choke you? Anything? Like what? >> She I was my mouth cover. Okay. Did you lose consciousness at all? >> I almost did because I thought I was going to die. >> Okay. Do you need EMS? How How'd you get away? She got she was done on to me like she got tired or something cuz I couldn't breathe or something. >> Okay. >> Are you okay? Is this your vehicle here? >> Yeah, I turned into the >> Hello. >> Hi. Did you hear anything going on upstairs? >> Yeah. What happened? >> I don't know. >> Okay. Did you hear anything? Okay, >> Lyanna. Amber, please come to the front door. >> Come over here and sit. All right. >> Lyanna, it's the Ara police. Come to the front door. While the victim stood outside trying to catch his breath, a very different story was quietly taking shape inside. One where responsibility started to blur and the evidence was being reframed into something easier to live with. >> What's going on, Tiana? >> She's still normally when she clips out, I try to um normally when she slips out, she's got hyper thyroid, whatever. She has meltdown. So, normally I try to like pin her down until she calms down and stops crying. >> Yeah. when I let her go because she's calmed down and told me that she was going to stop crying. She started breaking [ __ ] She's trying to Last night it was her PlayStation. This time it was her phone. >> She broke her phone. >> Yes. And now she's running outside like crying and creating a storm. >> She got mad at me for going to Panera Bread. I was on the phone and my phone was overheating. So I couldn't call her back. >> It wasn't working. I got home. I was on the phone just chilling in the car. She runs up to me creating a huge hissy fit. Says she's got to call 911. So, she's going to do all these things. Break all the [ __ ] in her house, like everything. >> No. >> Holding her down like >> Yeah. I just s like you know like when we're kissing and I'm on top of her and we we're kissing. That's what all I did. I just sat horn her. Normally it calms her down. I told her that I love her. She calms down and says that she loves me back. That's what she did this time. Except she lied to me when I let her go and I was like, "All right, we're calm now." I let her go. She broke her phone. She ran outside and begged for the police. >> Okay. >> So, I'ming I don't know. >> Yeah. Where were your hands at during this? So when you were on top of her, like where were your hands at in relation to her body? >> Wipe off her hair. I was trying to kiss her. I was trying to help her not hit herself in the head. She goes like this. >> Yeah. >> And hits herself from the head. >> How can we resolve this? Like I mean, I've been out here. I know this >> a million times. I thought I did resolve it by calming her down every time. >> Yeah. >> And it normally works. We haven't called the police in ages because I've been trying to like get her She's getting her surgery soon. She should be better. Yeah, >> she's going to be better and I'm not leaving her. >> Well, the problem here now is she's claiming you assaulted her. >> I didn't assault her. >> Okay. And so now not she's not saying you punched her or anything like that. She was saying she she was claiming that you held her down and she was scared. >> I held her down. >> That you were that you were physically hurting her. >> I wasn't physically hurting her. >> Covering her mouth. >> I Yes, I did. Because she was trying to bite. >> Tiana seemed to cast herself as the healer where control was dressed up as care. But once officers began breaking things down piece by piece, that whole I'm helping narrative started to fall apart, revealing what was really going on underneath. >> How old are you? >> 22. >> 22. How long have you been uh with her? >> Over a year. >> Over a year. Have you guys have been having issues like this before or >> not? until she like um it's like I mean not like this bad. I didn't I I couldn't breathe this time. We had a domestic violence case. >> Okay. >> But she like I think she's done with that. Was that something you were involved in or? >> No, she beat me off. >> Okay. >> But I never been able not to breathe when she beat me up. >> Okay. >> So, did you did you have to go to court and stuff for that or >> No, she did. >> She did? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, nothing on your neck, side of your neck? >> I didn't hurt her. I would not >> Is this Is this from picking your face? Okay. What about the little blood up top there? >> She like hit me or something. What' she hit you with? >> She like tried to get me off. >> Can I get a look at that? >> It's fine. >> I know. I just need to see it. >> Okay. What' she hit you with? >> I don't remember. She just like got up. That's when she broke her phone. She like got up really angrily cuz I thought we were like cool cuz she was like settling down and she was telling me that everything's fine. So, I let her up and then she like exploded up, hit me in the head, but >> it's fine. >> I'm not leaving her until I see after the surgery and she's better. >> Okay. Yeah. Well, there's not. This clearly is not working. >> It is working. >> It's not working. >> If if if we're out here this often, it's clearly not working. >> She's sick and that's wrong. >> Don't you guys have another apartment? >> But she doesn't have the keys to those apartments. She would probably have to go to her uncle's. >> All right, sit tight for a second. Uh, just hang out right here on this front porch. Right here. These blue chairs are either out on these steps. Can you tell her to just um give me my money so I can fix my phone cuz she has some of my money. >> Okay. Well, we're going to figure it out. All right. Like I said, I don't want you to worry about what's going to happen. >> When love starts showing up in court records and bruises, it's no longer love. It's evidence. And Tiana's ego seemed too locked in to realize she was practically building the case against herself right there on the front porch. >> If she prevented you from calling 911, it's going to be a bigger issue. Okay. >> No, I don't want her to go to jail. I don't want her to go to jail. I don't want to go to jail. >> All right, miss. Go ahead and stand up for me. >> Am I being arrested? >> Yes, ma'am. You're under arrest. >> Babe, PLEASE STAND UP. >> PLEASE DON'T ARREST me again. >> STAND UP. STAND UP RIGHT NOW. >> STAND UP RIGHT NOW. TURN AROUND. >> TURN AROUND. TURN AROUND. FACE THE WALL. >> FACE THE WALL. >> I LOVE YOU. I LOVE YOU. [screaming] >> I love you. Please, babe. Please. I LOVE YOU. I LOVE YOU. PLEASE, BABE. PLEASE. >> BABE, PLEASE. >> I love you. >> I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. Easy. >> I love you. I love you. I'm so sorry. I love you. >> No, she's saying don't arrest me. >> It doesn't matter. You can't. >> She's saying don't arrest me. Please. >> It doesn't matter with domestics. In the car. In the car. >> In the car. domestic violence is a preferred arrest in the state of Ohio. >> No. Sh. Please, please, please, please, please run everything. Can you please the first time we've been out of here with you guys? >> Okay. >> Please. I know. Please, please. Okay. I will shut my mouth. I don't care if I get beat up. I don't care. >> Okay. Well, well, I care. Okay. >> Can you please arrest her? Please, please, on everything. Please. You can clearly see how toxic this relationship had become where tears weren't about remorse but about consequences. And somehow the victim was still being pulled back into that cycle almost instinctively sympathizing when he should have been protected. >> I'll do anything please on everything. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I I don't care about my phone anymore. I don't care about my phone. Please. Okay. I'm sorry. I should have never said anything. Please. Okay. You made a mistake. It's fine. Can you please Please. >> This isn't the first time. This is going to continue to escalate. >> Okay. Well, the bar, please, can you not arrest her? >> We cannot do that. >> Is there any way can you please not arrest us, please? >> No, ma'am. >> We cannot do that. She She's going to start uh Summit County Jail. >> Please. Please. For what? For what? >> Domestic violence. >> No, she didn't. B. It wasn't that bad. Please. >> I I I think you need help. >> I'm sorry. Please. I just want her to be back with me. She will forgive me. I'll forgive her. But please she'll forever. >> You guys have only been together for a year and this is like escalating. >> Okay. Well, she she'll just say sorry. It's not healthy. >> It's not her fault. >> Your relationship is not healthy with her. >> I know, but it's not her fault. Please, can you please >> Okay. It It's never okay to put your hands on on somebody. >> It was just holding me down. Okay. This is our time. This is my time. We're never going to do this. Please. >> I don't believe that. >> She will she will straighten up. Please. >> No. This is not the first time we've been out with you guys. >> We will never happen to you. >> I've been over here several times and your relationship is not healthy. She's controlling of you. >> Is her anyway. >> And uh I'll go through. >> Please. Please. >> Have you ever been arrested on domestic violence before? >> Yes. >> Um did it ever go through? Have you ever been sentenced or anything like that? >> Yep. She wrote a letter to the judge and I got out with community service. What? Did they reduce it from a DV or they keep it a DV? >> They did it disorderly. >> They dropped it to a DLC. [snorts] >> Yes. >> Tiana was arrested and charged with domestic violence and unlawful restraint with a prior record and another serious assault case already pending. She's now facing real jail time, not just a slap on the wrist like before. And after this footage made its rounds online, let's take a look at what people had to say about this couple. They both need to grow up because this is ridiculous. I never will understand how you can assault somebody that you love. Both are toxic if this was cringey to watch. There's something that ain't right with these two. What do you think about this toxic [music] couple? Drop your thoughts in the comments below. You think holding someone hostage is already bad. Just wait till a girlfriend stabs her own boyfriend over a laptop. On August 27th, 2025 in Ohio, police responded to reports of a serious assault. The suspect, a pregnant woman, was accused of attacking her boyfriend after an argument over a laptop. And here's what really went down. >> Hey, where's the suspect? I'm pregnant. Please be careful. My baby is picture. He broke my jaw first. Be careful. Please. >> Hey, I'm trying to tell y'all. Look at my >> I'm going to roll you toward towards my face. >> Look at my face, though. Please. >> Okay. Have a seat on your butt. Okay. >> I'm going to roll you to your butt. Okay. Can you do that? There you go. All right. We have more. You okay? >> No. >> Okay. You said you're pregnant. >> How many I've been making reports on him. Y'all didn't believe me. >> And you can see what I was doing before he got here. >> You have any weapons on you? >> No. And the knife is in the grass. >> Where at? >> Over there by his. >> All right, let's have a walk over to the car. Okay. You want to show us where the knife is first? >> Where's it at? Over here. Over there. >> I'm not about to act like no suspect. I'm a victim. I didn't call y'all. I'm about to put Okay. >> So, can you let go of my pocket and my arm? >> It's just part of the policy >> and my jaw broke. >> All right. >> Okay. Check it out. >> She said somewhere I thought >> All right. >> I got y two seat or one? >> Don't get his tablet. That's his That's his property. >> Get the tablet. >> Got to get his property. >> Okay. >> It's his property. >> Where's this knife at that you said? >> I don't have a knife. >> Where's the knife at that you told me? They don't have a knife. >> Go in his house. >> I said, "Where was the knife?" >> 13. You see the door open? That house. >> For this woman, the unborn child seemed to become a bargaining chip, pointing out where the knife was in the grass, then quickly denying any involvement. The psychological tension starts to show as her words stop lining up with reality. >> One or two for a protective sweep. >> Hacker police. Hey, buddy. Make yourself known. >> Is there anybody else in that apartment? >> I don't know. He lived there. I don't. >> Okay. >> Any animals in the house? >> That's him. That's his house. >> [ __ ] >> The three-year-old daughter in the park. >> Hey, can you unlock that door? >> He didn't have an apartment. He came to the door. >> I'm just going to put her in there for right now. >> You can hold me too. >> All right. I'm going to just search you real quick. Make sure you ar >> huh have a bra. >> Nothing in the bra. >> This is wide. >> Okay. Let me check this. All right. I got a double lock, please. >> Please. >> Which one? The left. >> All right. Relax. >> I'm not. >> Go ahead. Step up a little bit. Just step up a little bit. I got to go straight. >> Okay. We'll deal with that in a minute. Go ahead. Step forward for me a little bit. >> Even on my nose, right? >> No, I got to fix this cuff. It's all messed up. >> Put one foot in there. [clears throat] >> I'm put as you loosen it. >> I'm just worried about that more than me. >> Ma'am, I got to fix the car. >> Leave me alone. Please close the door. Please take me. Close the door. Close the door. Close the door. >> You need to look that way. >> Close the door. 22. >> You don't care about your hands and the cuffs there. >> I just want to go. >> I'm going to have an ambulance check you out, but I got to >> take me. Take me. >> Huh? >> I'm cool. No. >> I just want to go. >> Okay. Well, I got to fix your hand. Find a knife. Leave me alone. >> We leave alone, please. >> Ma'am, it's not double locked. It's going to tighten on your wrist. It's going to hurt you. >> It already does. >> Yeah, that's why I said I'm going to fix it. >> When I asked you to, you said don't run. As the lies begin stacking up, she shifts gears, now questioning police procedure. Her tone moves from cooperative to irritated, brushing off instructions before suddenly admitting a detail that flips the entire narrative. >> Just being detained right now until we figure out >> and I don't care. I want to leave. I don't want to be here. I've been calling mothering all type of support, all type of shelters to get away from turn you a little bit to the side. You're low uncomfortable. No move. >> Whenever you done, I'll be done talking. Y my rights to you ain't supposed to. >> I can get her out anymore. >> No, y'all can take me to jail since I did something. >> Well, we don't even know yet. What is going on? I see you. Hey, >> what kind of knife you use? >> I don't have a knife. >> What' you stab him with? >> I don't I didn't I didn't stab him. I was sitting in the house doing cocaine. who came in upset because I left him where he was on Cresby Street where I told y'all he come in thising. >> Please look at the reports. I don't have a knife. >> Okay. >> Ask him. >> This didn't happen to him on his own. >> Please ask him. >> You sure? >> I just need to know. >> You don't know that man? >> I just need to know so we can get him the right kind of treatment. >> Maybe I don't know. >> You don't know how big this thing was? The knife was >> I didn't stab him. I don't use weapons. >> Okay. All right. I got you. >> He got hands for he punched her in the jaw. Look at my mouth. Self-defense. See, it looks like you got little blood there. >> No, I've been making reports for months. >> You tired. I told y'all something. >> We got another check out. >> Why would I stab him for a >> notepad? Go and take me to jail and book me so I can get three meals in a c and worry about a mother. >> Did you say you got punched in the mouth, man? By him? >> He No, he attacked me first. He grabbed me real hard and he slammed me on the couch and he showed it. >> You need an ambulance to check your >> No, I want to go to jail. I don't >> You don't want You don't need an ambulance? >> No. >> I'm going to follow him down to the hospital. He basically got his phone and went over here and called us. That's why there's a blood where the knife went. >> Uh he says she threw it. >> She seems to think admitting drug use might make her more credible, but instead it highlights just how unstable her decision-m is, especially while pregnant. If anything, it only makes the situation worse. Um, I got the cell locks and tournament, but he's standing out here just like bleeding like crazy. I pull up, she's standing down there, and she just gets on the ground. And then the rabbit came up and went and got her. >> What's the relationship? >> I think they're just friends. I've had them before. She um >> All right. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can or will be used against your court law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, when will be appointed to represent you for any questioning if you wish? You can decide at any time to exercise these rights to not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand these rights that I explain them to you? Can I get a verbal yes or no? You won't answer verbally whether you understand it. You're just going to shake your head. Is it correct that you're shaking your head in the affirmative that you understand your rights? >> Okay. Having those rights in mind, do you want to talk with me about what happened today? You do not. Okay, that's fine. You said you just want to go to jail. Okay, it's good. >> Hey, J, real quick. We're going to have a female officer search you. Is there anything on you that the other officer didn't find? No. >> Where's Where's the knife at? >> I don't have a knife. I'm trying to I don't know. >> You don't know where the knife is at? >> Please ask the motherucker in the ambulance. Ask the ambulance. >> The person that went in the amul. >> No. >> Nothing in your pants. >> Never know if you can put your arms in your pants. >> Is on the table. >> Please there. >> Yeah. Where are you at? Are you at home security? >> You want to show my friend again? Why would I want to do that? >> Cuz there's a way that he's in my blood. >> The knife is recovered. And if jail once sounded like some kind of served vacation in her mind, reality quickly sets in. No freedom, no control, and her body starts reacting in ways she can't ignore. >> Well, that gentleman eyebrow bleeding very heavily from his arm when he arrived. >> And did you stab him? >> Can I explain what happened? Yeah. When I need my money. >> Okay. >> If you want your lawyer, you need my lawyer. >> Can I go along with all this stuff? >> All right. J, we're going to transfer you over to the back of my police to be transported to jail. All right. >> This is why I care no more. Cuz y'all get the off of me. Get off me. Get off me. >> Yeah. Get him off me. Get off me. >> He's double locking them. >> There you go. >> Stop doing too much. Who the is running though? Close the door. myself up. Promise I will. >> And off of me, man. >> It's okay. >> Off my baby, too. >> Off me. >> Sure did. >> Proud of y'all. >> Thank you, >> [ __ ] Can't find nothing. I never had the man. >> All right, dear. Do you feel secure with the way that seat belt is or do you need me to tighten it before? >> I should have loosened it, so I did it myself. It's not >> Okay. So, you unbuckled yourself. So, if I buckle you back in, you're just going to unbuckle. >> It's not escape. No, it's not escape, is it? >> No, no, no. It's not escape. >> All right. I just I just wanted to let you know I did it. >> Oh, well, if you could buckle it back up, that'd be great. >> Is it okay if I loosen it, sir? >> Yeah, you can roll. >> God damn, I don't like your voice. I keep getting high and low. Can you drive off, too? >> God damn, bro. This [ __ ] is weird. >> Or roll me the up because y'all don't got no evidence against me. >> Redhead, what's your name? >> Officer Markham. >> Officer Markhamm, can you please get my two purses? I have my IDs and my socials in there. I don't want them in his house. That's the property I need. I just got everything transferred. Just got out of prison behind this motherucker. >> Please be my >> She's taken into custody and charged with felonious assault with a deadly weapon. That charge alone could mean up to 3 years behind bars and a significant bond. While her unborn child is now set to enter the world under extremely harsh circumstances. So, what do you think about someone using their unborn child as leverage for special treatment while committing a violent act like this? An argument turns into a stabbing. And what follows doesn't just stop there. It escalates into resisting law enforcement. On December 10th, 2022, police arrived at a hotel to remove Casey following a disturbance at the bar. Outside the room, the quiet felt forced, like something was about to snap. And here's what really unfolded. >> Yeah, you're good. >> Come on out. Hey, >> no one's with you. >> Where you at, man? >> I'm here. My wife's in bed. It's gone. >> Look, staff doesn't want you arrested. They just want you gone. So, >> we're not doing [ __ ] >> You're rolling. >> My wife's in bed. >> Okay. She can stay here, but you got to go. >> What's your name, bud? >> My name is Casey. >> Casey. All right. >> My name is Casey. I've done nothing wrong. >> So, what happened downstairs? >> Talk stupid and I stepped up. That's all. >> No, I I may have done something stupid. God, >> I know it sounds, but I'm not the one who's in the wrong here. >> Regardless, regardless whatever happened downstairs, they determined that they wanted you gone. >> Okay, that's fine. >> So, and that's what we here to do. >> I'll get my wife. I'll get her up. Okay, she's >> Before we do that, just want to make sure for our safety. Are there any weapons inside the >> I have no weapons. I have no nothing. >> I am 100%. >> She's sleeping. >> I went downstairs just to have a drink. Get somebody for >> said something stupid to me. >> What they say to you? Doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. Okay, >> let's try to get some context to what happened. What happened was I went downstairs. I tried to have a drink. The bartender and I had a conversation. Her and I had a a good talk. Somebody from the other side of the bar said some things. I don't let things go easily. I'm sorry about that. I'm supposed to be better than this. And so I did make a confrontation with somebody in the bar. I did do that. I'm sorry that I did it, but I did it. And once it was done, I tried to step away and walk away. And that's when everything escalated. It was never anything that I wanted to happen. I wanted to get back home to my wife and just be here. I go to therapy, but it's hard to step away when people confront you, you know, and they want to be [ __ ] to you and they want to confront you and be tough. And I don't want to do that. I don't. I'm I'll get her. We'll go home. We'll never This will never happen again. I'll just get the out of here. Okay. We have to hang out until you guys do what you want. >> The husband initially comes off like the one at fault. But the moment Janine is woken up, the tone shifts. What started as a personal dispute quickly turns into something far more tense and much harder to control. >> The police are here. We have to leave. We can't stay here. Janine, >> no. The the police are here. We have to leave. >> What are you talking about? >> We can't stay here. >> Not going to wake you up because you were welcome to stay. However, he wanted to wake you up and >> we have to leave. >> So, he's being trespassed from the property for an incident that happened down in the boat. >> What? >> Yeah. So, >> yeah, we have to go. >> Oh my god. What? I have to leave. >> Yes. >> What did you do? Look, I didn't do any [ __ ] thing. [clears throat] >> What do you mean he didn't do anything? We're leaving. >> Somebody was a [ __ ] to me and I slapped it in the face and I >> What? >> Broke some glass and stuff, too. >> No, I didn't break any glasses. I slapped somebody in the face and my glasses fell. Ubered here. >> Okay, let's gather our stuff and then let's make our way down to the main lobby. Okay, cuz it's a Friday evening and there's a lot going on in town. Yeah. And that's >> I didn't I didn't do anything. >> Guys, you guys can have this this discussion, this marital dispute. >> No, how you sitting here? [laughter] >> Can you imagine if it was >> I I don't just just gather your stuff. >> I understand that. I mean, just look >> Are you serious? >> I had to wake my wife up out of a dead sleep because I was downstairs having a drink and somebody got with me. >> Okay, let's please gather our belongings. It's not my [ __ ] problem. >> Are you serious? >> They got with me. >> I'm waking up to police officers in my room. We're being asked to leave. >> Yes, we're being told to leave. >> I'm both of your own work. I get it. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm just >> You WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED? Those downstairs is what happened. >> I'm sorry I did it. It's my fault. I didn't do anything wrong. I'm telling you, >> I lose my job because of you. >> I didn't do anything. >> I stood up for myself and I said what I needed to say. That's it. >> That is the stupidest I've ever heard. Now I have to drive >> 2 hours to go home. >> Yes. >> You >> and crash our car. >> Drive drunk. >> 40 hotels in town. >> So we'll go crash our car and we'll end up dead. >> Or you could choose another hotel and you can make you can make an adult decision. You choose one of the other 40 to 50 hotels in town. >> Janine's anger isn't about what went wrong. It's about being interrupted. That sense of entitlement shows loud and clear. One wants to go back to sleep. The other drifts into personal grievances and suddenly the situation starts going sideways. >> I'm a Native American. My father is a full-blooded Native American and they want to talk about me in the [ __ ] bar in some place. I will stand up. God damn it. Yeah. This is my land. >> I just want to go to sleep. >> Always been our land. You guys >> stand this. I mean, >> we're trying to be a safe people and and and sleep in a hotel. >> No, your husband >> are you doing Casey? This is stupid. >> Well, you know what? Those people in the bar were [ __ ] So, I STOOD UP AGAINST >> WHY WERE YOU EVEN THERE? >> BECAUSE THEM. THAT'S WHY. Anything [laughter] they want to sin against me THEM AGAIN A THOUSAND times over. >> Okay. >> Who the you guys are just kicking us out while we're drunk. So now what are what? Seriously, what are you doing right now? >> We're going to go drive drunk. Then we're going to go crash a car or >> you could be a responsible adult. Let's go. Let's drive our car drunk. That same Uber service you used to get over here can take you to another hotel. You can obtain another room and not HAVE TO DRIVE. IT WAS YOUR BOSS THAT DID THAT. >> IT WASN'T US. >> It doesn't matter. The point is, >> no, we're going to GO DRIVE OUR CAR. I'M GOING TO DRIVE MY car 80 m hour. >> NO, YOU'RE TELLING US WE HAVE TO DRIVE DRUNK, >> CASEY. NO, I'm not telling you HOW TO DRIVE DRUNK. [screaming] >> WE HAVE TO LISTEN. >> WHAT IS IT? WHAT IS IT? >> Like my children, I'm going to start a countdown. Okay, >> fine. >> And if you guys need that countdown and remove yourselves from this HOTEL ROOM, >> WE'LL LEAVE. >> YOU'RE GOING OUT HERE, TEAM. LET'S GO. >> ENOUGH. OKAY, this >> their refusal to cooperate becomes obvious. They had a clean chance to walk away peacefully, but wounded egos kept them rooted in place. And once that countdown starts, things move from words to action real fast. >> No, Casey, let's go. >> I mean, what are we supposed to do? >> Casey, let's go to my wife. You have about 4 seconds. You're going to go hang back. >> Are you serious? >> Get back. I'm not doing anything. >> This is what you're doing, Casey. >> I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. >> NO. NO. I WILL NOT. >> I WILL NOT. I will not. You guys are coming into our hotel room. >> I didn't do anything. >> No. >> I didn't do anything. >> No. No. Don't do this. Don't do this. >> Stand up. Put your hands behind your back. >> I won't. I won't. >> Then you're going to have to put me back, too. Are you serious? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No. >> You fight. >> No, I won't. YOU LEAVE HER SERIOUS. >> OH MY GOD. >> WHAT THE YOU DOING TO my wife? >> What the Get your hands behind your back. >> What are you doing to my wife? >> What the [ __ ] are you doing here? Are you serious? >> Stop. >> CASEY, YOU STAY RIGHT THERE. >> I'm standing still. What are you doing TO MY WIFE? >> STAY. >> I'M AN EVIL CITIZEN. >> I can't believe you did this to me. >> I'm actually doing this TO YOU, JANINE. WHAT THE [ __ ] ARE YOU DOING TO MY WIFE? >> YOU'RE GOING TO STAY THE OFF THE GROUND. >> TELL HER TO STAY. TELL HIM TO GET OFF my wife. >> I AM NOT GOING. YOUR WIFE JUST BATTERED A POLICE OFFICER. >> TELL HIM TO GET OFF MY WIFE. >> HE is off her. >> Tell us my wife. Don't with my wife. >> That's my wife. >> I'm not messing with your wife. >> You [ __ ] you. >> Don't you spray me. >> I'M GOING TO SPRAY. STOP. >> I'M NOT FIGHTING. STACY, I don't want to be held. >> You got me in handcuffs. YOU GOT ME. >> LET US PUT YOU IN A POSITION WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY BREATHE BETTER. >> HANDCUFFS. You don't need to hold me. You got me in handcuffs. YOU DON'T NEED TO SPRAY ME. DON'T DO to me. You got me in handcuffs and cooperate. >> The physical clash settles for a moment, but it's quickly replaced by a heated verbal standoff where heavy accusations aren't about uncovering the truth. They're about soothing bruised egos. when I was younger. I don't want to BE TOUCHED BY YOU. I WAS I was younger. I don't want TO BE WITH ME. >> You're with me. >> You're [ __ ] with me. >> RELAX, DUDE. [screaming] You're trying TO ME. OW. OW. YOU SERIOUS with my husband? We'll never come here ever again. Never again. Never. Ever. Ever. relax. >> No. >> Yes. >> Well, [laughter] >> you guys are adults. You made adult decisions. Here's adult consequences. Okay. >> I aming pulling charges against you. You son of a [ __ ] I cannot believe this. I am. >> Oh my god. Look at you. >> STOP. >> STOP. WHAT? I AM NOT DOING ANYTHING. >> GOOD. Her shoes are back at her. You want to grab them real quick? >> Where? >> Uh, somewhere back here. Right there. All right. >> Are these your shoes, ma'am? >> Yes. They are my husband's soup. >> We're getting it. Let's go. >> What did I do? I'm sleeping in the room. >> Resisting arrested patter. Let's go. >> Are youing kidding me? >> Yes. I'm dead serious. >> Is my wife okay? >> Your wife's fine? >> Is my wife okay? >> Your wife is fine, Casey. You just got to understand that you guys can't kick and head butt punch spoo. Please. Oh, you can't grab me. >> This is not a police statement. >> I need you to sit in the car. >> I handcuffs. >> Can you loosen the handcuffs? >> I'm not loosening the handcuffs. Casey, you're going to get in the car. Kick me and I will take you. >> I'm not kicking you. I'm not kicking. >> Both are taken into custody. Casey faces charges of criminal trespass, aggravated assault on an officer, and resisting arrest. Janine is charged with aggravated assault on an officer and resisting arrest. Once the footage hit the internet, reactions blew up. And one comment in particular got people talking. This dude 100% started the [ __ ] in the bar. These clowns are truly soulmates. Never seen two idiots so compatible. I've dealt with raccoons and trash bags that are more reasonable than these two. What do you think about this couple? Drop your thoughts in the comments below. A couple just assaulted officers at a hotel. And up next, another woman spirals just because she was denied a hug. On July 25th, 2025, police responded to a domestic violence call after Amber attacked her boyfriend and his aunt, reportedly because she was denied affection. When officers arrived, the victim was running while Amber stayed barricaded in a car with a knife. And here's what really unfolded. >> My ex-girlfriend now. >> Okay. Do you guys live together? >> Not really. No. >> What does that mean? Me and I stay with her, but I have my own place. >> All right. Well, we don't need to walk over there yet. >> All right. My aunt's over there. >> Okay. So, you guys live in 804 together? >> Yes. Her name's on the lease, not mine. >> Gotcha. But that's your truck. >> Mhm. >> It's in your name. >> Mhm. >> Okay. What's uh what was the fight about? >> 15 clue. Me and my aunt were watching TV on the couch. She came in screaming her head off. >> We packed our [ __ ] tried to leave. She stood in front of the door, got in your freaking >> So your aunt's been staying >> tried to stay. Yeah. For a couple of days. >> Dwight needs an ultimate. >> Did you threaten her at all? >> No. >> All right. Anything physical between you two? >> Yeah, she put her hands on me trying to get I finally got out the door cuz I didn't figure y'all were coming. >> She grabbed my phone from me when I was on the phone with you guys and >> she my phone smashed. Is that that happen in the hallway or in the apartment? Let me ask. Do you want to go talk or be my desk? >> All right. So, let's start here. Boss >> phone right here with everything on recording. >> Do you have injuries? >> Yes. All over me. >> What? What is that from? >> She attacked. >> She have any weapons? >> She has a knife in her hand. A fetcher knife. >> Hey. Smashing the phone and blocking the exit wasn't about love. It was fear of abandonment. And the moment she faced officers through that car window, Amber flipped the script, stepping straight into the role of the victim. >> Hey, I can't I can't hear you through the window, dear. Okay. Can we talk? >> Maybe. >> What's going on tonight? So him and his aunt was whispering and I already told him I have trust issues with that because of things I've been told in the past. >> Okay. >> And keep in mind I've been up for 24 hours. So I was heading to bed at 11:40. And he decided to ignore me. And when I decided, you know, since it is my house, >> I said the whisperings cuz that I I said it very whispering to stop. And then I'll find his >> She put the knife down >> and then I'll find his aunt. uh almost leaning into his lap. >> How am I supposed to react to that? >> Sounds like they were trying to leave, right? >> Yeah. After I told him to leave, >> you just can you just leave the knife over there? >> Like, just leave the knife over there, please. >> We don't need to touch the knife right now. Okay. We're just talking. >> Attack me. We tried to shut the door and hold it shut just to get our stuff together just to get my toothbrush and toothpaste out. >> Are you guys blood related? Her and I know my nephew over there in her truck that she's in. Yes, he and I are Klein's >> are what? >> Klein's K L E I N. We're related by blood. His brother, my brother is his dad. >> His girlfriend is in my truck. >> Yeah, his dude over there, right? >> That's my nephew. >> Yeah. Know >> I'm just up here from Ohio >> because I had a fire. >> Okay. Um >> and she was helping me get she housing and get information. Yes. She's been so nice. She's been absolutely 100%. >> They have decided to say I do drugs and officer. I've never done a drug a day in my life. >> I don't feel good. >> Either one of them is actually technically supposed to be here. >> Do you do you do you have treatment for anything? Do you talk to a counselor? Do you take medicine? >> Talk to a counselor. We're supposed to have a counseling session Monday. >> Okay. What do you get seen for? anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. >> As her list of mental health struggles grows longer than the visible injuries on the victim, a familiar, it wasn't intentional narrative starts forming. But officers aren't there to provide therapy. They're there to enforce the law. >> I have a sleep because if it's not one, it's coming out one other. >> Okay. All I wanted him to do was lay down and [ __ ] and cuddle me like he should not be a part of your movie. >> All right. Did you try to keep him out of the or did you try to keep him from leaving the apartment? >> Yeah, because he's already changed his mind. He already made up his mind. He's leaving me and I can't deal with that. I can't believe myself. >> Let's just take a couple deep breaths. >> [ __ ] whispering. >> Hey Aron, do you mind taking her over there? I'm good right now. I think it's I'm trying to talk to her. It's >> Yeah, I think >> all right. Appreciate it. >> So, what do you what do you want to happen today, Amber? >> I'm tired and I wanted him to come lay down with me, but it's Andy was moreing important on my mind and thinking of things. >> Amber, we got to take a couple deep breaths. Okay, I understand you're upset about what happened, but it already did happen, right? >> I want to leave. >> Well, Amber, listen to me. What you're doing right now isn't helping the situation. Okay? You understand that, right? >> I don't listen. Listen to me, Amber. >> What's already happened today, that's not something that we can fix right here, right now. Okay. If he's decided that he wants to leave. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. 48. I can start that way. >> You don't know that. >> Okay. Amber, >> Amber, you don't know that, but what you're doing right now is >> he already told me he's not coming back. >> People change their minds all the time. >> Not going to, >> Amber. Things change. But what you're doing right now isn't helping the situation. If you want you two to stay together, this is not the course of action to take for that to happen. >> Amber keeps trying to present herself as a misunderstood, caring partner, but the scratches on Zach's aunt tell a different story. >> [music] >> one of instability where her ego can snap the moment control slips away >> because she's supposedly helping me. I had a house fire in Florida. My ID and everything is from Florida from a homeless shelter and she is knows how to do section 8 and all these housing authority. I already got Ohio Medicaid because I have seizures and I've had seizures and had problems and I've um never had to apply for any kind of help before in the past and she had experience with it. Everyone I talked to couldn't help me and she could. She's been helping me and my mom's coming in tomorrow from Florida and we're >> So you've been staying with them >> for three days. >> Yeah. No, it's cool. Let's figure out Look, I kept my word, okay? I just wanted to talk to you. Want to be face to face. I want to make sure that that that knife wasn't around. But I'm going to need you to step out here to continue this conversation, okay? and we'll figure it out. >> Do not put handcuffs on myself. >> What? What is your mom saying? >> Don't put me in handcuffs. >> Okay. Well, listen. I need to talk to you and not your mother. Okay. >> Mom, I'll call you back if I don't end up in jail. [sighs] >> I got to ask cuz they've got a couple injuries. Okay. How did How did the aunt get all scratched up? She came after she uh I blacked out after she said I'm a drug user and he didn't even stand up for me either because he knows better than that. I don't even like taking my antibiotics officer but I have to at the moment because I have a yeast in bacterial vagabinosis along with something else because I haven't had time to go to the hospital cuz I have bills. I'm trying to help her get her life back in order and everything else. So I blacked out. >> Okay. Do you think you might have been scratching her when you blacked out? >> And then I stood in the way because that and that and then she attacked me a second. >> Do you have any injuries? >> My right here hurts. >> She shifts again, this time pointing to her health and antibiotics to gain sympathy. It's not just denial. It's an attempt to reverse roles, [music] framing her actions as a reaction to being startled. >> How many times did you black out? Three times. So, you think all of their injuries came from when you were blacking out? Okay. Now, look, I'm not saying you're going to jail. All right. I don't know exactly what we're going to do right now, but obviously they've got some injuries. You've got what's going on with you. >> And then he restrained me. And yes, that's why I punched him because you do not put your hands on me when I'm in a blackout. And I've told him this. Keep your hands away from me when you think I'm being aggressive and I'm really not. PTSD moments go through my head because that's all my mom used to tell me I was a kid. Oh, you're just going to end up on drugs like me. So, yes, I push the button. >> Okay, I need you to look at me, okay? Cuz I've been honest with you this whole time, right? I am I'm going to tell you right now, >> I am going to I am in a couple days cuz I'm not used to having more than just being my dog at my >> Amber, listen to me, okay? I need you to look at me. I am going to have to put you in handcuffs right now, okay? But that doesn't mean you're going to jail. We're gonna work through it. Okay. >> Could you please tell them I'm sorry? I have PDSD moment. >> Listen, I'll let you tell them you're sorry. Okay. But right now, >> listen [crying] to me. >> Okay. All right. Hey, Zach. You guys don't have any kids together, right? >> No. >> No. Okay. Um, did you say you're still interested in pursuing charges? >> Would you be willing to come down to the station and and sign? Here's where we're at, right? So, >> smoke a cigarette before she goes before she's going. >> We're more than happy to work with her. All right. But with you guys being boyfriend and girlfriend living together and the fact that you have injuries >> cigarette for for her to smoke, she's got no >> Okay. So, yeah, she's getting arrested for domestic. Um, >> she's able to smoke that cigarette, though. >> I don't see a problem with it, but I don't think she'd be able to right now. In the end, Amber is arrested and charged with assault, domestic violence, and unlawful restraint. And once this footage blew up online, let's see what the audience had to say about her. This is why nap time is so important for toddlers. Just to be clear, depression and anxiety does not make you crazy. Pulling a knife on someone for cuddles does. She is way too immature to maintain a normal relationship. If you're tired and going to sleep, people whispering is a nice thing. She needs a stuffed animal, not a boyfriend. If you were Zach, would you have the strength to send someone you love to jail so they might finally be corrected by real consequences? Or would you stay trapped as the victim in a cage called sympathy? Being denied a hug was already enough to set things off. And the next one, she loses it just because he texted his own kid. On June 15th, 2025 in Illinois, on Father's Day, police responded to a domestic violence call after a jealousyfueled argument spiraled out of control. And here's what really unfolded. >> Come on, dude. >> Come in. >> What's going on? >> He had you. >> You want to step out with me, please? >> No, I don't want to step out. This is my apartment, too. >> I All right. Well, we me to get separated. >> Cuz uh I need to talk to one at a time. >> She wanted to put her hands on me and and hit me. >> Tell him what? >> No, you [laughter] right. Cuz you don't want to tell her >> cuz I went to sleep. >> No, cuz she cheated on me. His bae mama. Let that be known. Don't forget that part. >> I'm going to show you messages with me and my baby mama. I'm not cheating on her. >> So she want since she want to think I'm cheating. >> I'm going to call her myself. >> Yeah, just just step over. No, no, I'm going to call her myself. >> That's cool. You mind stepping out with me? >> Well, I didn't call you. Make him step out. Stop talking. >> Stepping out. >> Baby, baby, baby. This is real. >> This officer, she think she think I'm cheating on you. Cheating on you with her. >> Can you [laughter] ass Do me you kick it? Do me and you kick it on any type of level. Don't you got other men, right? >> I just got Is that What' you say? >> I'm always Chicago, bro. >> All right. Exactly. I don't want to step out no more. Thank you. >> Just Just talk to me, though. And what happened, >> man? That's That's the reason right there. >> Are you okay? >> I'm cool. You can get out my face, you can get back CUZ I AIN'T CALLED YOU. Go talk to him. He called you. Get out my face. Thank you. >> So, what happened? You going to tell me what's going on or what? >> She She stopped throwing airs. Look. Look. >> I don't hear. I don't just >> I see you're bleeding though. Where's that coming from? >> You said what? She hit you. >> Yeah. >> I only want to press on my charge. I did I never did hit. >> So, who hit who first? >> I hit him first. >> Okay. You hit him first. >> All right. >> She seemed to confuse owning the house with being above the law. Showing not just stubbornness, but openly admitting to striking first, as if that somehow made sense in her world. >> Yeah, I hit her leg. I don't I don't hit you nothing. >> No, I hit him in my eye. Let that be gone, too. Don't turn around. She definitely did hit me in my eye, too. >> Okay, I got you. Where at? >> Both my eyes >> just to prove a point. >> So, how is she going to give me some? >> All right. So, how' the argument start, man? It's all this from your mouth. >> Huh? >> It's all from your mouth. >> Yeah. >> So, how' the argument start, bro? >> How? >> Yeah. How did it start? I was sleeping. She end up catching attitude cuz she It's Father's Day. I'm a father. So, she end up asleep all day. I played the game. By the time she got up, I end up going to sleep. She was already asleep. She just woke up. >> Okay. >> Then I don't know. All I know is she tried to wake me up. I get up, but I was going to get up. So, she end up leaving the house. So, I ain't going to lie to you. I did not chase after her. I ain't chase after her like physically. I just want to see where she's going. I ain't found her. Whatever case it may be. I went through. I came back. >> She was sleeping. She came in, started accusing me of cheating with your baby. >> Yeah. >> Your version of what happened. >> Oh, he just told y'all what happened. What do y'all want to keep? Like, why do y'all keep coming to ask me if he just told y'all what happened? >> So, >> you see they keep talking to me like you telling me not to talk to him, but they talking to me. >> I want to tell y'all everything that happened. >> We heard it from him while we were here. >> That's what happened. WHAT Y'ALL WANT ME TO DO? TELL Y'ALL THE STORY. WE MAKE WHEN WE change the story around. So, whatever he said, he was sleeping. >> He told you what happened, I guess. Go ahead. Go with it. I don't tell my >> That's what we're asking you. That's what we're asking you. >> Go ahead. >> So, he's telling us that >> he was sleeping. You came in and you got upset because he's talking to baby mama. So, then you punched him in the face. >> That makes sense. So, that's what happened, Nancy. >> I'm asking you. Is that what happened? >> Ask him. He He told y'all, right? >> Told me. Yes. >> Okay. I guess we go with that. We go with that. That sound good. >> But you see my big >> That sounds good. Yeah. >> Okay. >> If hurting someone is your way of proving love, things were already broken from the start. And the moment officers decide to make the arrest, [music] this stops being an argument and turns into something far more serious. >> You stand up for me. Okay. >> For what? >> You're going to jail. >> I'm going to jail for what? >> I'm going to jail for what? >> Take me to jail. Stop. Don't touch me. >> No, don't take me to jail. >> Stop. Stop. They trying to take me to jail. Stop. He said he want to press hard. Stop. That's not how this works, though. >> Okay. Stop. Stop. Stop resisting. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop resisting. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. I'm not resisting. I'm not New York. >> Stop moving. >> Stop. >> Okay. Stop. >> He just said he didn't want to press. >> This is what he said. You're going to catch extra charges. >> Stop. Put your hands behind your head right now. I'll put your hand. Okay. Right here. >> Here. >> Stop moving them. I'm putting my hand behind [laughter] my back. >> All right. JUST FACE THE WALL. >> Just face the wall. That's it. >> You just said you want to press hard. You can LOOK AND PRESS CHARGE ON ME. >> That's not how this works. >> That's not how this works. State of Illinois. The victim doesn't get a choice. Okay. >> All right. Let's go. >> Somehow pressing charge. I'm going for the best. He didn't press charge. HE TRYING TO HE SAID THAT HE DIDN'T WANT TO press and he said that I domestic >> all because I didn't want to tell him outside of the store. >> Come on, bro. I'M NOT GOING. YOU DON'T HAVE TO GRAB ME THAT. >> I'm a whole female, bro. Can you grab me? Cuz I don't want him touching me. Please. >> We're right here at the car. Can you tell grab me? I don't. >> You manhandling me, bro. Please chill out. I'm sorry. >> You already ain't nothing on me. I got you. Obviously, >> it's fine. She still has to pat you down. >> Okay. I want her to touch me. I want you. >> That's fine. Just face the squad. >> Hold stick her, right? >> No, not let me just get situated real quick. >> Just face the squad car. >> Even in panic mode, she tries to influence the victim to soften the legal consequences, revealing a strong need for control. What follows highlights a major lack of legal awareness on both sides. and walking up behind you. But close the door. Close the door. I didn't I didn't say take her to jail. >> So again, in Illinois, domestic violence victims don't have a choice. If they tell us that the battery occurred, we can confirm that they're going to jail. Okay. >> I hate cuz she I know she would have called you out first and it would have been I would be in cuffs. That's not how it works. Just because someone calls first, that's not how it works. >> Yes, it do. >> No, it does not. I've been doing this for over 20 years. I'm telling you that is not how it works. I don't know why everyone has this misconception of that's how it works. I called first. That's not how domestic violence arrests work. Okay? If she doesn't want to tell us her side, we're going off of your side and you said that she came in and struck you first, so you hit her back. You have an injury. She doesn't. >> Turns out 911 isn't a customer service line. And while she's being taken away, the very person she assaulted steps in to defend her. A familiar complicated pattern in toxic relationships. >> I don't have a better way of explaining this to you, but usually the victims of domestic violence, >> they let domestic violence go on for far too long before they finally call. I'm not saying that's the situation here, but that's why the state of Illinois is the way that it is. Okay? They take the they take it out of the victim's hands on whether or not they want to pursue charges. Charges can be dropped at a later date, >> but for now, we're trying to keep the victim safe. That victim is you. So, that's why she's going. All right. If you don't feel safe in this home around her because of incidents like what happened today, you can call safe passage. The ladies there can help you out. Possibly get an order of protection if you feel that you need to go that route. If you don't want to deal with safe passage, instructions are right here on how to obtain one. Okay, so that's yours. This is also your cell phone. Um I have another sheet that has a bunch of questions on it. Um, I'm required to go over with you, but it's completely up to you. Do you want to answer any more questions about what happened today? >> No. All right. >> Do you feel safe here? >> Even if she not, I still feel safe by myself. >> Okay. What about when she comes back? >> I don't know. >> I know. I know. It's a stupid question coming from one man to another. I get that. >> I don't know. I'm going have to get some dick cuz she leaving. Has he ever been arrested before? No. >> She'll probably be out within like a day or two. That would be my guess. I don't know. She's taken to jail and charged with domestic battery and resisting a peace officer. If convicted, she could face fines up to $2,000 and 2 years of probation, leaving a permanent mark on her record. It all started with a text and escalated into violence against someone more vulnerable. On June 25th, 2025 in Ohio, police responded to reports of an assault and a crash. Driven by jealousy, the suspect attacked her boyfriend's pregnant sister, then caused a chain reaction collision. And here's what really unfolded. She get the holl to my sister and her peoples doing all this weird [ __ ] So, she's trying to fight my sister. My sister pregnant. I'm standing in between them. No, this not that mother jumped in the car, threw that [ __ ] in reverse, slammed into her [ __ ] threw it in drive, peeled all up the street and smacked this pole. She over here. >> So, this is his car? >> No, that's my baby mom's car. >> She over here. >> So, where's his car? >> So, who cr who crashed this car? >> My baby mom. >> Okay. >> She Okay. >> Your baby your baby mom gets mad because she finds out you're messing around with somebody else. >> Exactly. >> She jumps in this car. >> Jumped in. Uh, she was arguing with my sister. That's my sister in the black. Okay. She's pregnant. That's her peoples. They was sitting there. Uh, we was about to smoke. I'm damn near about to get ready to go to work at 11. >> She reverses out and hit. >> She jumped in the car, reversed floor. >> Dear, I'm going to You're going to be under arrest if you go inside. Come here. >> Okay. But don't don't don't manhandle her. Okay. She needs >> I'm not I I just need I just need her to come here. >> He got to go to jail. Look on your computer. It's a protection. >> Wait. I'm just trying to >> Okay. Sorry. >> I need help. Sit down. >> I cannot breathe. Just sit down. You got to call for EMS. >> What's this street right? >> This is Avenue. >> Not my address, but it's Raj Avenue >> cuz the car is the the vehicle is around the corner right there. She needs some help. >> We going to get you. We got you some cold water. >> Can I get some real >> She say she got m Can I get some drink? Drink some. >> What is going on? >> You have her sit down, please. >> I want I want her to change her shirt because she KEEP HOLDING IT. SHE WALKED around here. >> She did. She hit that tree hard as >> I'm about to change your shirt. You got to calm down. Calm down. [screaming] >> She might need to SEE A PARAMEDIC. MY HEAD. >> Come here. Come here. >> After a failed attempt to control the vehicle, she quickly shifts into I need help mode. It sounds reasonable until the people around her start talking and the cracks begin to show. >> I didn't do nothing. Come here. Just come here for a second. Just for a second. Just for a second. Just for a second. >> Where you need help? No, she don't know her either. She lives right there. Don't none of us know her. >> Stay right here. I was going to change your shirt. All right. >> So, but you can see her forehead, right? She probably needs some type of help cuz she probably hit her forehead hard as she smacked the [ __ ] out of the damn tree around there. That was her driving that. And all we heard was a big boom. And when we went around the corner, you know, she was in the grass coming out the grass from over there. >> Out here, honey. >> Put some clothes on or you're going to go in the cruiser. >> Put a put a shirt on. My grand my grandkid is out here >> now. She's probably out of it a little bit though. I mean, you can really tell she is. That's sad. >> Does she say anything else or she >> No, she just was like she can't breathe. We was just trying to help her. >> Did y'all see the choir on there? >> Yeah, but that was her driving. We don't know where we don't know where she cuz like they basically >> put your clothes on or you're going to go in the cruiser. I know, but I need to put clothes on. The evidence was already solid, but she doubled down, minimizing her actions and repeating the same denials, while her anger fixated on a minor detail, making her story even less convincing. >> Okay, >> I'll tell you. >> So, what happened today? >> Nothing. I came around and asked him why he take my cousin cigarettes and he gave you something. He gave me 10. He gave you something. >> Okay. So, what do you think? Was calling 911 first a clever attempt to get ahead of the story or just a rookie mistake from someone who thought they could outsmart the system? You think that's already as absurd as it gets? Just wait. The next story starts with a single key. On September 22nd, 2025 in Ohio, police responded to a theft report after a man claimed his ex-girlfriend Ashley took his phone and car keys, then barricaded herself inside with a 3-month old baby. And here's what really unfolded. >> I can't start car. So, she's in there with the keys and my stuff. Took my phone and my keys and ran in there. Locked the door. >> You guys live together? >> No. >> She to your children. Okay. >> Anything physical or just all verbal? >> Do you need EMS? trying to take all my stuff. >> I just >> Ashley, attack her, please. >> Yeah, now she's talking to the police on the phone saying she ain't here. >> All right. We would like to leave. They could tell that they in there >> and they know that you in there. >> So, is this not your car? It's your girlfriend's car. >> Yes, sir. I just pulled up to see my daughter real quick and then >> I got you. Okay. >> Um, actually, hold on one second. >> Hello. >> Yeah, she wants to come up here and talk to us. >> All right. So, she says she about to get a Uber. >> Okay. I I rather her just get charged with. I don't do >> I rather I'm ready to I'll press charges. >> Did you find her yet? >> No, I just number from the front. You said uh Ashley. >> Okay. She's black female, white female. >> So she has both. Okay. >> You need both of them back. >> She has two keys. >> But if she gives the keys back, do you still want to like >> If she get both of them keys back and my phone, I want my phone and both them keys back. I won't press charges my daughter in there. I'd rather her take care of my daughter today and stay free. But if she don't get my stuff back, she got to >> What's the uh the uh custody? Is there like an agreement or anything in place? >> No, it's both. We It's in Okay. Okay. >> Here. Why don't you just give him the keys and we can be out of here? And something happened to my foot >> and so I scratched them >> like with my nails. >> Okay. What happened to your foot? >> It doesn't matter. >> It It does because >> it doesn't because that this is him calling y'all. Like I don't want to do this. I'm just trying to be respectful to you because you're showing me the same courtesy. So, I'm just But I don't want to talk about that >> cuz I don't want him to get in trouble. >> She tries to handle it over the phone, but the law doesn't run on you hurt me. So, I keep your stuff. It's clear she's operating on her own version of fairness. >> You're saying a cross cling. Keep looking. >> So, you're talking about I'm trying to >> Well, keep looking. >> That is what the [ __ ] he's here for. >> I know. >> What do you think? >> I sign the sign. >> We're just playing games. Okay. Um, with theft, just wait for the other person. >> Want her charged with grand theft or whatever. I want her charged. >> All right. That's why I'm glad you're here. I'm going to go tell the reporting officer. >> Amber, don't go anywhere cuz we >> can't go anywhere. >> Well, okay. >> I know. >> I took my baby to our appointment this morning and he was posting. He was calling telling me he was going to pick us up. >> Mhm. >> We together. That's one of his hoes. He drive her car. I don't care. You know what I'm We've been together 12 years. It is what it is. So he was coming to pick us up and um so I got in the car, but he got mad because he thought that I was coming from somewhere else, >> but I was coming from the wick office. So he pulled off all crazy and another officer stopped >> stopped him this morning. So I ended up talking to the other officer like that's my bad. I kind of pissed him off like it's not that big of a deal. I just wanted to take us home. >> So he let us go. So when we get to the house, still kind of bickering, not physical. Um but he ran on my foot like so I'm mad like bro. So he was like, "You want to go to the hospital?" I'm like, "No, I just want to go home. It's not broken, but it's swoll like it hurts really bad." >> Mhm. >> So I'm like, "No, I just want to go home." >> So we get here still kind of bickering, going back and forth. Um we end up squashing it and I the neighbor be letting us wash clothes next door. So I grab his [ __ ] from the back seat. Mhm. >> He had like a pair of pants and a t-shirt back there. I grab it all and I bring him in the house and he was like, "Oh, I can't find the keys." Boom. When I pick up the clothes, we both standing there. >> Ashley seems to believe that 12 years together gives her a pass. Instead of seeing it as wrongdoing, she frames it as justified, like she's settling a score her own way. >> So, they could be anywhere. Maybe somebody else picked him up. I don't know. But I threw him because I have no need for him. I knew he was around here lurking. >> The the scratches on his arm. >> Mhm. >> How How did that all transpire? That's when I grabbed his I grabbed his arm. >> Okay. >> I grabbed him and then like my nails just kind of went like that. But I didn't do it on purpose. I just was grabbing his arm >> and I scratched him. >> You guys were somewhere else. Came here. When did he run over your foot? >> While we was on Arlington. It hurt a little bit. >> Okay. >> Okay. Have him charge me. >> And I'm going to have him charge you. >> Nope. >> Stop. >> We're not doing this. >> I'm going in the house like >> We're done. >> Please stop my baby. >> I understand. >> Okay. I won't do nothing. Please, officer. Please. >> Yeah. Come get the baby. >> Stop. Go. Stop. >> GET THE OUT OF HERE. >> DON'T LET HIM GET THE BABY. OH, >> JESUS CHRIST. >> The moment a third party gets involved, everything spirals. [music] Ashley backs herself into a corner she can't talk her way out of until the sound of handcuffs says more than any explanation ever could. >> You guys can't act like it's >> And the boys, you got to go get the boys. >> Just please back up. Let's go. >> Can I put off the shoes? >> No. Let's go. >> Okay, baby. Amber, >> shut up. Please don't say please. >> Those are your boy boy girls or I'm sorry. Two boys. So, she's going to get arrested for the the domestic violence. >> Oh, man. >> It's a preferred arrest state in Ohio. >> I ain't allowed I ain't allowed to deny and say I don't want her to arrest you. >> You can talk to the courts after that. But we It's a preferred arrest. So, we have to make the arrest. >> Okay. >> My baby is noob. My baby is noob. She's noob. >> I understand. >> And it scratches on his arm. I got I got I don't want him to get in trouble for running me over. >> I I >> But it was just a reaction. Like I wasn't I was trying to get him to come in the house and I scratched him and I I just scratched him. >> She's taken into custody and charged with domestic violence, theft, and obstruction of justice. So, what do you think? In long-running domestic disputes like this, should police stick to a strict mandatory arrest approach, or is there room for a more measured deescalation first response? On October 7th, 2025 in Fort Myers, Florida, police responded after a series of frantic 911 calls from a 17-year-old girl reporting that her sister and the sister's boyfriend were fighting and that the man was bleeding from the head. Um, the female said she was hid in the bathrooms. Heard a verbal 22 occurring in the kitchen. >> Multiple 911 calls about domestic violence. Visible blood at the scene and the occupants refusal to open the door gave police legal grounds to enter the residence without a warrant under exigent circumstance doctrine. Her denial and passive resistance weren't about calm. They were about control, driven by the fear of being exposed. I have no idea. >> Watch out for these dogs. Yep. >> Someone have a taser or a pepper spray out for these dogs. >> I got a video. >> You can open the door. >> We're going to break it. >> Who's got a visual? >> I should have got a visual on back. >> I got a video. >> Coming towards the door. >> We're going to break it. >> WE'RE GOING TO BREAK THE DOOR. >> YOU GOT THE VISUAL. >> YES, WE ARE GOING TO BREAK THE DOOR. >> Two >> hands. Keep coming. KEEP COMING. KEEP COMING. >> WE HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING. >> STOP RIGHT THERE. [snorts] >> The moment the officers breached the door, her control shattered. Even while being restrained, she kept arguing and denying everything. Her anger colliding with the quiet compliance of her boyfriend, a man who understood all too well how bad this could get. >> My dog. MY DOG. PANTHER. DON'T. Don't >> sit down. Right. >> MY DOGS ARE MY BEST FRIEND. PLEASE. PLEASE. >> NO. MY DOGS AREN'T FRIENDLY LIKE THAT. MY DOGS AREN'T FRIENDLY like that. >> YOU STAY THERE. WE TRIED UNTIL YOU GUYS OPEN THE DOOR. We're secure for control. >> You're so aggressive. >> Not aggressive at all. >> No, I'm just making sure nothing open door. We refuse to open the door because there's no there's nothing wrong. My dog has cancer. That's the reason why anything going on right now. >> YES. THAT'S WHY THERE'S blood on the wall because my dog has inside the car right now. >> I'm not getting in the car. I didn't do anything. >> She tried to explain the blood away. It's the dog's blood. He's got cancer. No one was buying it. Then came the final blow from the officers. Your little sister called 911. telling that to someone already raging like pouring gasoline on an open flame. >> Sheriff's office, I want to have a conversation with you about what happened here tonight. Before I do that, I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. Can you hear me? Okay. >> Yes. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. >> You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions and to have him with you during questioning. >> If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish. If you decide to answer questions without a lawyer present, you will still have the right to stop answering at any time. You also have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to a lawyer. >> Do you understand each of these rights if I explain them to you? >> Yes. >> With these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me now? >> No. >> Okay. Okay. >> So, we come here. All right. Uh not try to knock on the door. Don't want to come to the door. We look inside. We can see blood on the wall. All right. >> You seen blood on the wall? >> Yes, ma'am. Uh the young man has a pretty goodized gash on the back of his head. All right. Uh one of the young ladies came downstairs. She's crying. Something's going on this this this house. >> Uh >> again, the type of 911 calls we're getting over and over again. All right. Due to the circumstances, we we need to make sure everybody's okay. So, we got our way into the house. They agitated. Okay. So, right now, right now, nobody's under arrest. Right now, they're just being detained. Okay. Uh EMS came and check checked him out. He declined to be any treatment. >> All right. >> Uh that that's all we have right now. All right. Um >> the front door window was broken. >> Yeah. Reasonz had long left this household. The man, bleeding and bruised, still defended her, refusing medical help. Sometimes in toxic relationships, love doesn't save you. It just teaches you how to suffer in silence. >> Yes. Yes. >> Did they explain to you why we busted the door and went in? >> Yes. Yeah. >> Do you have any questions for us? >> No. Just real quick, there's exceptions to entering a residence without a war. >> If anyone's in imminent danger that we believe needs help, you have all the right to go in. With the way the call came in with the other sister, Ivy, saying they're fighting, one's bleeding, us getting here from the back door, seeing blood in there on the walls, him with an injury, them refusing to open the door. We're not going to walk. We got to make sure somebody's kill somebody or something's hurt. So >> that's what we have right now. We're just taking photographs of the inside of the residence because there's blood downstairs, there's blood upstairs, there's blood in the bathroom. So we're documenting that. >> Okay. >> At this point, neither one of them are wanting to really talk. We're going to give them another opportunity to see if they want to tell us what happens. If neither one of them want to talk, they're both going to jail. Because in the state of Florida with domestic violence, if you can't if I us can't determine who the primary aggressor is, then we both know. So that's just the way it is. So we're going to talk to them. But up to this point, neither one of them will tell us anything that happened. So >> going third party. >> Yeah. Or the sister. She won't give us a statement. Even though she's the one that we have everything she said on recording, but she still don't want she, you know, I understand it's her sister. She don't necessarily but we have to make sure when we leave here that no one's going to get hurt. >> Yeah, we can take somebody home with us too. We live in Cape Coral, so if whatever touse the situation or whatever. >> Um so that that's where we're at, you know. So this will be a few more minutes. >> All right. >> Thank you. >> And depending on the outcome, >> let me let me interrupt before we even get to that part. I don't know how long they've been together or this and that. >> 10 years. >> Like my captain just said is if you want to speak to him real quick, I'll give you about 3 seconds to talk to him and be like, "Hey, just be honest and tell him because we are going to probably >> Both were arrested and charged with domestic battery and resisting arrest.
