My dad needs to know what the what's going on right now. >> But today, these elite Karens are about to find out that a badge doesn't care about their status, and reality hits hard. On February 10th, 2026 in Florida, a hit-and-run led the police straight to a family's front door. The woman behind the wheel wasn't just fleeing the law, she was driven by an arrogance that made her feel untouchable. And here's how it all unfolded. >> So, I'm from the Key West Police Department. >> Okay. >> You doing all right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You have an ID on you? >> Yes. >> All right, is this your vehicle? >> Yes. >> Registered to you? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Why are you here? >> Okay, just step out of the vehicle for me, okay, so we can speak. >> Why would I speak to you right now? >> Okay, so right now we're investigating a hit-and-run, okay? So, I just want to speak to you outside of your vehicle, so you can explain to me what you remember or whatever happened, and then we can go from there. It could It doesn't have to be a hit-and-run, it could be a traffic crash if you wanted to exchange information. So, if you don't mind providing me with your license, registration, and insurance. >> First of all, I have nothing to speak to you. >> Okay. >> Second of all, I'm not running of anything. >> Okay, well, you're not free to leave, so >> Third, what are you searching for? >> I'm not searching, I am investigating. There's a difference. Just to you one more time, you are not free to leave. I need your license >> let Let close your mic. >> Okay, close it. If you walk away, you're going in cuffs, okay? It's going to be that simple. >> Okay, I have a another job. >> We can talk You're not leaving anyway, okay? Listen. Don't leave anyway. Listen. Listen. Look at me. Look at me. >> Look at me for what? >> want to go to jail? >> For what? >> For a hit-and-run. You crashed into someone's car and didn't stop, okay? All right. Listen. We can talk about it again then. I'm usually not like this. I'm simply trying to investigate this and just turn it into a traffic crash, but you don't want to give me your information. All I needed was your license >> did you ask? >> I did. I said license, registration, and insurance. >> me a chance. >> I gave you a chance, but you wanted to pull your phone out. >> No second chances, man. >> And I warned you, and then you tried to close your door on me, and I sat there politely and requested these documents. It was It could have been that simple. So, are you willing to give me those documents? >> I have everything in my car. >> So, if I take these handcuffs off you, are you going to give me >> When the officers removed her handcuffs, it only fed her delusion of being above the law. She mistook their basic kindness for a sign of weakness or a nod to her social standing. But that kind of pride only makes a bad situation worse. >> Okay, so I'm going to take the cuffs off you, and then I'm I'm going to need you to just give me the information. >> you need to do. >> we go from there, all right? >> Sure. You do whatever you need to do. This is very, very random. >> It's not random. >> It is random. >> here for no reason. >> I'm not here for a reason as well. >> So, I simply was asking >> for a reason, sir. >> for your license, registration, explained you what happened. >> need to do. You didn't explain me to do >> So, >> You didn't explain me to You just ran over, came at me >> Okay. >> whatever you need to >> Go ahead and give me your license, registration, and insurance, please. >> Very personal, you know? >> Personal? How? >> I don't know. You tell me then. >> I don't know. I didn't say it. You said it was personal, so I'm trying to I'm trying to understand where you're coming from. >> There's like a three vehicle like a police has to be a personal thing. >> Like Like personal? >> like right here. >> Like personal against you? >> I don't know. >> Think for So you're saying like we're coming for you? I don't see how that could be. >> to do with nobody. >> What? Well, again >> in this neighborhood. >> Okay. I can tell. >> So what did I do to somebody if I knew? >> what We're investigating there's a hit-and-run. A hit-and-run means you >> Uh-huh. Okay. >> Can I Can I Can I explain to you, please? >> Sure. >> What's your name? Yovanna, right? >> Do you have a a body? >> Yeah. That's why it's blinking red. That's why it's blinking red. >> So Mr. Osborn >> Yes. >> you have a camera that So you know who the run is. >> I do. >> the running >> Wait. >> You are >> So you have your running You have any camera. >> Okay. >> So you investigate your camera. Who the running person >> investigate my camera. I investigate what I am provided with. >> my laws in this US. >> You know your rules and your laws? Um I I I think this isn't a rule a law thing. This is a traffic crash. So right now we are investigating that due to the fact that someone isn't just going to call and say that their vehicle got struck and give your license plate and a description of your vehicle. You know, I don't think >> you need to do. >> I will. >> I will do whatever it needs to take to defend myself and you have a camera. >> What you're seeing now is the desperate resistance of an ego pushed into a corner. She tries to play lawyer to challenge the officers, but as we know, arrogance is never a substitute for the actual law. >> in the police in one year, but I don't think I would consider that career anymore. >> I understand. A lot of people just don't understand the circumstances of >> No, I'm more like a person human being. >> All right. >> And the right. But I think in my career I'm probably I'm looking for that area anymore. >> All So, you just saw me, you know. >> It's It's just >> It's not what you see on TV. >> No. I'm living the reality right now. >> Yeah, this is this is a realistic when when people don't listen to the commands that officers give, then we have to act in such way, you know. >> Yeah, yeah. >> I was quite polite with you. >> I'll be honest with you. >> You were arrested for getting something. That's fine. And I didn't treat you like you weren't. I can care less if you were or you weren't. >> cuff me and you did. >> I know cuz I have the right to. When you're refusing When you're refusing to obey my my verbal commands, I have the right to put you in handcuffs. >> Have the >> Anything else? >> power over everything else. >> I don't. >> You do. Because the humanity over you, over your power, and you're working for it. Is it worth it? >> Excuse me? >> Is it worth it? >> Excuse me? >> Is it worth it? >> Is it worth what? >> Your peace. >> My peace? I have peace every night. I sleep very well after a shift. Hey, right here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Stay over here, please. >> Don't touch me. >> Stay over here, please. >> Don't touch me. >> Stay over here, please. >> Do not >> Stay over here, please. Stay over here. Just stay right here. Because I'm telling you to stay here. >> But why are you pushing me? >> Because you're not listening. Okay. I'm telling you to stay here. >> You're a man of your words? >> What? >> Go [ __ ] yourself. You belong over there. I just wanted to close my door. >> Okay. So, you could have said that. But I told you to stay here. >> Man of a man of the law >> Then she tries to get philosophical. She attempts to turn her own misconduct into a systemic failure of society. Blaming the police for a lack of compassion is the ultimate way of dodging responsibility, but she's about to get exactly what she deserves. >> I don't know. I need My dad has no know number. don't know. >> know your >> number? >> No, my dad has no my number. >> Okay, so you can pull up your phone. You can pull up your phone number on your phone. Don't call your dad. >> But let me I have to call him because he doesn't know my >> That you will look it up on the Don't Don't pull my thumb. Don't pull my thumb, okay? Stay right here. You can look it up in your phone under my settings. You don't need to call anybody. >> You're like right here. This is my house. >> Okay, well, we're not calling anybody right now. >> call him because >> Okay, so you don't know your phone number is what you're saying. Is that correct? >> But I can also just get it later. >> Yeah, that's what I was going to say. >> Okay, I'll get it later. No big deal. >> Listen to me, okay? I need you to relax and I need you to just listen to >> No, I don't need to relax. You're accusing me of something that I never done. >> so listen. >> And you follow me with like with three police cars that I never done. >> so listen. That's Officer Florin's, the one who just spoke >> Who the >> Okay, again, listen. He explained to you the crash scenario. So now his crash investigation is over, okay? >> Okay, and what does that mean? >> So now we're going to start a different investigation, okay? >> Oh, so this is your whole plan all the entire time? >> Remain silent. Do you understand these rights I've explained to you? >> No, I have a lawyer. I need to talk to you. >> Okay, so do you under Do you understand these rights I've explained to you? >> I have a lawyer. >> Okay, so that's not the question. The question is if you understand your rights that I've explained to you. >> will talk to you. >> Okay, so I'm going to assume that you do understand and you know you want to talk to a lawyer. So do you don't want to talk to us right now? >> My lawyer will talk to you. >> Okay, so >> know this law by by heart? >> So listen. So listen. >> No, can I have your card then? >> No, no, you can't, okay? >> Okay, no, then >> So you don't want to answer any of my questions or talk to me. Is that correct? >> now? >> No, you're not free to go. So you don't want to answer any of my questions or talk to me? >> No, no, maybe tomorrow when I speak to my lawyer she will explain to you. He >> What do you have in your hand there? Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Do you want anything else to go with you to jail out your car? Do you want anything else out of your car? >> for me to go to the jail that makes you money. >> Nothing's going to make me money. Please, have a seat. >> Oh, thank you, sir. >> You're welcome. >> On her way to jail, instead of showing any regret, she hides behind her father's name like a final shield. It's truly sad when someone's only dignity is power they didn't even earn. >> So, romantic. I will need my phone and call my father. >> Okay, you'll be allowed to make your phone call in a little bit after >> I need to call him. >> Well, that's not happening. >> Now, I let him know what the what's going on because none of this [ __ ] >> going to happen. Okay, so listen. Listen. So, listen. You said >> Give me my >> Listen. >> my phone. >> going to give you your phone. >> Give me my phone right now and then I'll call my lawyer right now and my dad. >> Please stay seated, please. >> No, no, I'm sitting. >> So, you understand? >> Yes, sir. Andrade. >> Okay, so you understand? >> I understand. >> Okay, good. >> So, there's no chance to my lawyer or my dad. >> When um we're done, yes, you you're going to be afforded opportunity >> to go before I die that you have to tell me all the things that I have to do do here. I would like to say goodbye at least to my dad. >> Okay, like I said, when we're done you're going to be afforded to call whoever you wish. Okay, if that's >> Why when we're done, why not now? I have to say >> Because that's not how it works. >> So, I want to call him now and tell him why I shouldn't be doing that because apparently you're doing something the opposite that something that I have been not done that means you're in cuffs which is something incorrect. Sir, Mr. Andrade. >> What's that now? >> Yeah. >> You have a question? Go ahead. >> No, never have a question. >> Okay. Just observing you with your own cuteness. >> [sighs] >> Getting comfortable with the situation. >> We're not going to go You will have that opportunity, okay? You will have that opportunity. Right now, you're being charged, and these are the charges. We already went over with you numerous times, okay? We're not going to litigate it here. >> I have a need to speak to my dad. He's a lawyer, and if he says sign this document, >> Okay, so your dad isn't here right now. You're an adult. The decision is yours, okay? >> She threw away every chance at a lighter hand and is now facing charges for a hit-and-run DUI and resisting arrest. [music] If convicted, she's looking at a $2,500 fine, a 1-year license suspension, and 6 months of pro The police were exhausted by that spoiled young lady, but now they can't help but laugh at this next one. A legal assistant who thinks she knows it all. On December 6th, 2023, [music] in West Palm Beach, police were called to the scene of a traffic accident. The suspect, Erica, clung to her title as a legal assistant as if it were a hall pass for her mistakes. But what she didn't realize was that her little performance was about to come to an embarrassing end. >> I don't have insurance. I don't have I don't have any of that. >> So, she's not going >> I'm sorry. It's never I've never been in any type of >> That's what I mean. You're working yourself up. Deep breath. Hey, look at me. There we go, like that. Nice and >> I'm sorry. >> It's okay. It's all right. Deep breath. >> I'm sorry. >> You're doing all right. Deep breath. We're going to ask you some more questions, okay? >> I've never been like this a car accident >> Just sit down. I'm not going to shut the door. I just need you to sit down, okay? Deep deep breaths in, not slowly out. There you go. I need you to breathe. I've never done anything wrong in my life. It's just an accident. It happens, okay? I see it's your first one and you're upset and you're nervous. It's just an accident. I'm 25. I just got my license like I work in a law firm. Like I can I break my [ __ ] All the sobbing and heavy breathing, it was just a script to dodge the legal consequences staring her in the face. She tried her best to play the victim hoping the officers would take pity on her. However, her nonsensical explanation of the crash told a very different story. I want to be honest with you. Okay. I had a ticket Mhm. Okay. And I did not pay it. Okay. I did not pay it because I didn't have the money to pay it. Okay. I am somebody that is a law a law firm so I don't have the money to pay that [ __ ] I understand. Money's hard for everybody right now. I get it. I am a receptionist. I am a legal I work for Ward Damon. Look the Look like you can literally look up the law firm. Sorry, bro. It's okay. Look, it's an accident, man. It happens. Accident? It's not an accident. At the end of the day, I take full responsibility for what the [ __ ] I did and what I did not take control what I did not take control of. So, what happened now? I I waited for you to get up, you know, you were very upset. I wanted you to breathe and calm down. So, can you tell me what happened? Okay. As I'm coming Which way were you coming? >> I was coming >> What road were you on? >> I was on this way. >> The accident occurred on Palm Beach Lakes. Okay, that's where the accident occurred. Coming this way. >> Right. >> So you're coming down Palm Beach Lakes. So what happened? >> So as I'm coming out on Palm Beach Lakes, the car Where's the car that >> The car is still sitting where it was sitting when you got hit. >> Yeah. >> The car was parked. The car was stopped. >> Yeah, and as as I was coming across them my brakes went out. >> But they weren't stopping? >> No. >> So can you finish telling me what happened? >> No, as I'm coming onto the oncoming traffic, a car hits me. Bro, I don't have any control of that. >> How did the car hit you? >> Bro, as I'm coming on as I'm turning, the car hits me onto the right. What am I supposed to do in that? >> You're playing a game, man. What's wrong with you? Sit back in your seat like you were asked for, okay? Sit up. And don't move. It's ridiculous, man. You're like a 2-year-old kid. I got to deal with >> When the victim act failed, she suddenly promoted herself to investigator and started questioning the police. She even tried using her law firm's name to boss the officers around, demanding they listen to her on her own terms. >> So the crash portion of the the crash portion's done. So we're already doing the report for that and everything. I guess both of the cars are getting towed because they're both totaled. Do you have any questions or anything about that? No. No, okay. All righty. And you're Erica, is that correct? Is that am I pronouncing it correctly? >> Do you think that You think that's correct? >> I don't know, you tell me. That's why I'm asking. >> You tell me. >> Well, well, it's your name. I don't know your name, so I just want to make sure I don't butcher it. >> know my name. >> You don't know your name? I'm from Puerto Rico. >> No, I'm not asking that. I'm asking like as far as like you being a police officer, right? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So, like, where is your >> So, this is West Palm. So, we're West Palm Beach police. >> Okay, so you work for West Palm Beach Police Department. >> Yes, ma'am, correct. >> Yep. So, I'm going to just go ahead and um cuz we don't give our last names if you shouldn't >> What's your name? >> I've already told you. I've told you three times. My last name is >> No, it doesn't it doesn't it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter how many times I've asked It doesn't matter how many times I've asked you. For what? For what, though? So, we're done. We're done. >> We tried with her at this point and I'm not >> Because I've asked you your last name and what's your name? >> She truly believed that her legal jargon could put her above the rules everyone else has to follow. But in the end, her weak resistance led to an unexpected confession. It's the inevitable result when an ego grows larger than one's sobriety. >> Pull away from me again. >> I didn't pull away from you, babe. >> Okay. Okay. Give me my Give me my Give me my um So, let's search your purse. So, we can take you out of cuffs if you're going to cooperate with us. >> to cooperate. >> Okay, so then we're going to finish reading you your rights like we were trying, correct? And then you're going to cooperate. Or you're going to sit here and go, "My name is" >> Sergeant Yost. >> Yes, ma'am. How can I help you? Before Before Before No. No. No. What I want to tell you No. >> Do you want to cooperate or not? >> I do. I do. But what What I want to let you know is before all of these officers came here, prior to coming here, you were a different type of greed. You were a different type of greed. >> I don't know what any of that means to you. >> So So what that means is at the end of the day I work at a law firm. Okay? So I'm not saying that to like sit there and try to like >> What? >> reprimand you or anything of that sort. So what I'm trying to say is that at the end of the day >> Eartha, do you want to have a seat in the car? >> No. >> No? What did you have >> No. >> No. >> Uh um I'm 100% responsible for whatever it is that it is. Um but whatever it is you're asking for, um yes, I'm 100% >> Well, we're we're not just I'm just asking if you had anything to drink. >> Yes. >> Yeah? What did you have to drink? >> I had wine. >> You had wine? >> White wine. >> White wine? >> Yes. >> Okay. Was it good? >> What do you mean that >> Did it taste good? >> No. >> No? Or do you like red wine more? >> White. >> You like white wine more? That just was nasty? >> I mean like I went I went to go and celebrate. They're realtors. I'm realtors. I'm a real estate agent. And we celebrated, you know, just like a win. >> Okay. It was good. So it was nasty? >> Even though like I'm 25. I'm not from here. I'm from Connecticut. >> Connecticut? Okay. >> I'm not from here. I live here. >> Were you born in Connecticut? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Where in Connecticut? >> Hartford, Connecticut. >> Hartford? Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> Got you. Listen, we appreciate your honesty. >> And I'm being honest. I work for Austin I work for Ward Damon. You can look it up. Ward Damon Law Firm in West Palm Beach. >> What do you do there? >> I'm a receptionist. >> Receptionist? Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> So at the end of the day, like, yeah, like I know I need to get that [ __ ] like fixed. You know what I mean? >> So, I know this uh officer asked you a question earlier, and I asked you too, are you willing to do some exercises to see if you are okay to drive? >> Yes, sir. >> You are? Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. We'll go ahead and arrange that for you, okay? >> We can do it probably over there where there's like or Nope. >> Wait. >> Yeah. So, maybe like in front of here, or do you think like where the yellow lines is somewhat level? You know what? We could walk over there. That looks like it's a leveled over there. So, it will work. >> When we do the exercises, we have what's called an instruction phase, and we explain everything to you, okay? >> Despite everything, she still thought she could just drive away like nothing happened. But the moment she heard her car was being impounded, it triggered a complete meltdown. She decided to just walk away from the scene as if she could simply walk away from her guilt. >> I'm okay to drive. I'm going to drive. >> Okay, but we have to we have to do these exercises. >> I want to go home. >> It's okay. You're okay. >> Erica. >> You're not >> Listen to me. >> Erica, you're walking away from us, Erica. >> Why are you all touching me? >> Cuz you're walking away from us, Erica. >> Okay, so Erica. >> Yes, it is. >> Erica, you're not free to go, okay? >> to leave right now. >> Right now, you cannot leave. So, you have to stay here. You're not free to go. So, if you walk away, you're going to get charged. So, you're not free to walk away. >> Charged for what? >> Resisting. >> For resisting. Resisting for what? >> Resisting. >> Resisting for what? >> Are you going to listen, or are you going to continue speaking? >> I'm asking you a question. >> you. Are you ready to >> you going to answer? >> Are you ready to answer? Are you ready to answer? >> I asked you. And you asked me a question. >> Okay, let me know when you're done. Let me know when you're done. >> I'm done. So, what's up? >> Who is this? >> Why are you looking at her? >> What's going on is >> Who are you in regards to her? >> He's my boss. >> Oh. >> Okay. So, this is what we're going to do. >> He's your boss. >> Yeah, he's my boss. He's your what? >> He's my boss. >> I don't give a [ __ ] >> What's up? >> Come here actually. Come here. >> We're going to stay right here. Nope. Nope, we're going to stay right here. >> Why are you touching me? Why are you touching me? Why are you touching me? Why are you touching >> That's it. You're done. You are not going to hit. Nope, you're not going to wave your arms at me like that either. Absolutely not. Nope, you're done. We told you you're not free to leave. You tried to walk away. You are done. Nope. Nope, you're good. You're going to end up getting another charge. Get in the car. Get in the car. >> Put me in the [ __ ] car. >> All right, come on. I'm going to help you sit up, okay? >> So, here's what's happening. All right, I don't >> Yeah, so we are She is She admitted to drinking quite a bit. >> [screaming] >> Then she became aggressive again with the officers, so at this point we're not going to continue to do that. It's She's been very uncooperative, very unsteady on her feet, smell of alcohol, she admitted to drinking at least three bottles of wine. >> Erica ended up in a jail cell facing charges for DUI and resisting an officer. So, what do you think? Did she truly believe she was the victim or was this just a clumsy act staged in a drunken haze? Let me know in the comments below. You know, when power turns into arrogance, even a city councilman can't talk his way out of trouble. On March 15th, 2024, [music] a 911 emergency call stripped away the facade of a drunk driver. Believing her respectable appearance placed her above the law, she had no idea that her own vanity was about to lead her to a very humiliating dead end. And here's how it really went down. >> 911, what is your emergency? >> I've got a car in front of me that it looks like they are definitely drunk. At one time they were on the other side of Del Prado back there. Um this car almost caused an accident and it was coming through a red light on the other side of Del Prado facing traffic coming at it. >> Hello. Where do you live? >> On 28th, right up here. >> Okay. And where are you coming from? >> Well, I was coming from Open Stone, Southeast Gate. >> You having dinner over there or what? >> We had appetizers, pop, yeah. >> All right, Rachel, can you take your seatbelt off from the rear of your car? I'm going to chat with you back here. Come come to the rear of your vehicle, out here. Exit your vehicle and come back here, please. Just back here, ma'am. So the reason I had you can face me. The reason I asked you out of the vehicle is based on the totality of circumstances. I'm going to do a DUI. I'm trying to give you an opportunity to spell my first name and your last name and such to the point we can't legally and safely operate a motor vehicle. I'm asking that you voluntarily participate in some standardized field sobriety maneuvers. But you're shaking your head no. >> I'm just shaking my head no because I think it's ridiculous, but whatever. >> It's up to you. I can't I can't force you to participate, but if you choose to participate, my decision is to arrest you for a DUI. >> Okay. >> voluntarily submit to my observation at this point? Your refusal will be used against you in any criminal proceeding. Do you want to participate? >> I'll participate. >> Okay. I have a few questions for you. What we're doing is are you sick or injured? >> I'm sorry, what? >> Are you sick or injured? >> I'm not sick or injured. >> Are you taking any medications or drugs for that? >> I do not, but I could if I wanted to. >> Um I know you're not wearing eyeglasses. Do you wear contacts? >> No. >> Do you see out both your eyes, yeah? >> Yes. >> So what I want you to do is >> She was confident that her acting skills could mask the alcohol in her system. With a condescending air, she granted the officer her reluctant cooperation. However, those glassy, unfocused eyes betrayed every calculated move she tried to make. >> Show your constitution. Do you see my pen? >> Yes. >> Okay, what color is my light? >> Red. >> What I'd like for you to do is to stand still. Don't move your head. I'm going to move my pen left and right. You follow the tip of my pen with your eyes and your eyes only. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> I'm going to move my pen and you just follow the pen with your eyes, okay? Use your eyes. Follow Follow the pen with your eye. You're not moving your eyes. You got to follow the pen with your eyes, okay? When we get here, just move your eyes. You're not following the pen. Do you want to participate? >> Yes. >> Okay. I'm trying to give you an opportunity to participate here and just follow my pen. All that I need for you to do is to follow the tip of my pen with your eyes and your eyes only. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Okay. Follow my pen. Okay, you're not following the pen. All right, I'm I'm going to understand you. Are you unable to? >> I don't know what you're asking. >> I'm moving my pen and I'm just asking that you track the tip of my pen with your eyes, okay? But you got to move your eyes as I move my pen. Like that's all I'm wanting you to do, okay? Just track a stimulus, like the tip of my pen or a flashlight with your eyes. What I'm wanting to see how your eyes are acting. Okay? Very important. We use your eyes when we operate a motor vehicle. This is one of the most important evaluations that we can conduct. All you're doing is moving your eyes left and right with my pen. That's all you're doing, okay? >> Okay. >> You're looking at my pen. You're looking past my pen. You're looking at my partner. >> No, I'm looking at the pen. >> Focus on the pen. Here you go. So, hey, just I'm going to wait for this car to pass before we get into the We do three evaluations, okay? >> The way her eyes failed her was the clearest proof of what the alcohol was doing. Even as her pride kept her in denial, her own body was betraying her lies. And let me tell you, the sobriety test that followed didn't go any better. >> Face down the line. Okay. Take a couple steps back and put your left foot on the line. Take your right foot, put it in front of left, heel touching toe, and rest your hands to your side just like so. I need you to bring your right foot onto the line so that your right heel is touching your left toe. When I tell you to begin, I want you to look down at your feet and I want you to count out loud. You're going to take nine steps down the line, turn around, and take nine steps back. It'll look just like this. 1 2 3 4 5 all the way to 9. On your last step, keep your front foot on the line. Take your back foot and take a series of small steps to turn yourself around. And then once you've turned around, take nine steps back down the line in the same fashion. So, 1 2 3 4 5 all the way to 9. Be sure to look down at your feet and count your steps out loud. Don't stop or pause until you've completed the entirety of the evaluation. Do you understand the instructions? >> I do. It's also 70° outside. >> I understand. Whenever you're ready, you may begin. >> 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 >> Go ahead and complete it whenever you're ready. >> Complete what? >> The last of the nine steps. You take nine steps down, turn around, take nine steps back. You take nine steps back down to where you originally were. I'm going to have you come down this way just a little bit. Take a step back. I'm going to have you stand right here. All right. So, bring your feet together and rest your hands to your side. When I tell you to, I'm going to give you the choice. You can raise your left foot or your right foot 6 in off the ground. It'll just like this. Both legs are raised. Your raised foot is pointed so that the bottom of your foot is parallel to the ground. You're going to look down at your raised foot and count out loud by thousands. 1,000 1, 1,000 2, 1,000 3, 1,000 4, 1,000 5 >> Even with her lack of control on full display, she still tried to maintain the status of a paying customer. Demanding special treatment as if she were at a hotel only showed a personality distorted by a sense of entitlement. >> Officer Myers. >> Yes, ma'am. >> I need to use the restroom. >> Which restroom are you going to use, ma'am? >> I know. >> We're almost done. We are. >> I'm very close to home. >> Yeah, we can't let you go. >> I understand. >> I'm under investigation. >> I'm a Chris Kringle assistant of the year. >> Do you what? >> Do you what? Do you what? >> Do you what? >> What do you mean, buddy? >> I'm under investigation. What I mean is I don't understand what you're asking. >> You do. >> I'd love to answer your question and address your concern. I literally don't understand what you're asking. >> I think you do. >> Can you ask it Can you ask it over again? >> I already did. >> Then continue with the instructions. >> It's 65° outside, so I'm going to go wash my hands and I'm going to drive home. >> I refuse to continue to participate in this field sobriety test. >> I've done a great job. >> And I And I will remind you if you refuse to participate in further my decision to grant it. >> anything. >> So, you're willing to participate in the one-leg stand evaluation. >> It's 9:20 at night. >> Okay. >> I've participated in everything that you've asked. >> Well, you're stopping me as I'm providing the instructions for the third evaluation. >> I'm stopping you because it's 60° outside. >> It's actually -21 in Iowa, from where I'm from. >> Well, I'm from Cape Coral. I grew up in this exact school district that I'm representing. >> Right. What is it that you're asking me? Because right now >> I'm not asking you for anything. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to ask you >> actually leaving because you have found nothing. >> You're under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands together like you're praying. Based on my observations up to this point leads me to believe that you're impaired and unable to safely operate a motor vehicle. As such, I'm placing you under arrest for DUI. Walk over here, face my vehicle, please. >> When her personal power evaporated, she turned to motherhood as a tool to bargain for leniency. It's a bitter irony, claiming to worry about her own child while being perfectly willing to put so many other families in danger. >> Well, let's uh let's take a side step here. Do you have anything on you that you're not supposed to have? Do you have any guns, knives, weapons, any contraband? >> You know I don't have anything. >> You does not, but I'm going to ask you anyways cuz you're going to be going to control facility. It's only just to have something on you. So, it's two felony charges as opposed to one if you have like drugs or something. >> Of course I Why would I have that? >> I don't know. I'm going to give you a quick pat down. >> My daughter is calling. I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry. >> I mean that. She's 15 and she's calling me. >> Who is she? Is she home alone? >> Yeah. >> I'm going to take your right hand out. And I'm going to take your watch off. All right. I'm going to let you talk to your daughter for a moment and let her know that you're going to be in jail for the night. >> I shouldn't be in jail for the night because I shouldn't be talking >> She's 15. So, she can take care of herself. As long as she's in high school at this point. >> She shouldn't take care of herself, but yes, I should >> member or something? >> I have my husband who's right up the road. >> Okay, so she's he's home as well. >> Well, he should be. >> Okay. I'm going to take this hand out. We're going to take we're going to take this watch off. Just watch your step. I'm going to go back here. I'm going to have you grab a seat in the back of my car. Before you step, there was an amp up here, okay? >> I understand. >> The woman was ultimately hauled off to jail facing charges of DUI and obstruction of justice. In Florida, a first-time offense can lead to fines between $500 and $1,000, a license suspension of 6 months to a year, and potentially up to 6 months in jail depending on the severity. Now that the councilwoman has fallen from grace, let's see this next teacher get a real lesson in basic decency. On December 14th, 2025, a quiet neighborhood was suddenly turned upside down by a call from Jessica's home. Behind her title as an award-winning teacher lay a raw and deeply unsettling reality. And here is what actually took place. >> All right, what's going on? Sorry, we just got to We have kind of have to separate both of you so we can talk to you individually. >> I don't want to say anything right now. >> Sorry. >> There's blood all throughout the house, though. >> Okay. Sorry, you said you kicked as y'all were arguing. >> Yeah, so as I'm opening my door, she knocked my [ __ ] over. And I'm like, "Bro, why would you break my [ __ ] Because you live in Fort Myers and Buckingham. I wouldn't come to your house. I know exactly I don't come out there in that neighborhood and do nothing. If we argue, we argue, but we're not going to tear up each other's [ __ ] Now, that's going too far. I don't even touch your car." So, yeah, I said she was like, "Well, oh yeah, I told her to come lay down." I even after she broke the [ __ ] I started picking up the pieces as you can see. I kind of put them together. Because you broke your foot I said you broke your foot. I mean, you you know you cut your foot. You need to lay down. You you're drunk, man. You started talking [ __ ] So, now you're like, "Well, I'm going to call the police to your house." I said, "Well, call cuz I'm so used to it, but this time you're going to because you're tearing up my [ __ ] and I'm telling you to lay down. Realistically, at this point, I don't even want to date him no more. I'm just at the point of I'm trying to help you as a friend. And even if you it was one of y'all if I see somebody drunk, you're fumbling, you're opening up the car door, you each light and I'm hoping the light turn green because I'm tired of them reaching over, passing the little car, slamming the damn door. It is just like, "Come on." So, yeah, it's just a really little thing. I'm not even mad at her, but I am upset that you you I'm more This point I'm more I think it's more the fact that you're like, "I'm sick of it." >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> I'm sorry you're having to get this done today. >> I'm pushing charges. She needed like she needed to get on whatever she needed to do, but she cannot be in my yard. >> Okay. And is there anything else you wish to add, change, or delete from what we just talked about? >> she I just need her off my trash bags and get you go. This I don't even You can't even stay here for 20 minutes. >> Being kicked out by her own family was the final straw, a clear sign that their patience had run out. Yet, she still assumed that getting her things gave her a free pass to violate their privacy. It's that same old sense of superiority, acting as if other people's rights simply don't apply to her. Here's where we're at. So, since it is her property, she has every right to request that you are trespassed off the property, so we're going through with that. She can request you trespass off the property. >> the keys. >> We're We're past the keys. >> Okay, can we take >> Stop, we're past the keys. We're past the keys. We're past the keys. We're past the keys. Now, listen, just listen, Jess. Okay, here's where we're at. She's going to have you trespass off the property, which every property owner has every right to do. Okay? >> go through the courts first because >> No, it doesn't. No, it doesn't. I We can >> I have no keys. I'm not bothering her. >> not Jess, Jess, Jess, Jess. Dominique, not going to help. I just want you to know because I didn't leave here willingly. I didn't leave All Stars without my keys. >> a desperate move to save her professional image, she tried to flip the script and play the victim of an assault. She even attempted to use the law to belittle the officer's competence, all in a clumsy effort to cover up her own disruptive behavior. >> Here's the deal. >> Okay. So, I'm on Can I record >> It's It's recording. It's recording. Hold on. >> Okay. Can I talk >> Listen. Listen. >> Can I please talk to the camera? >> See, your son's already here. And >> Despite her son's obvious embarrassment, Jessica didn't hesitate to use the boy as a bargaining chip for her own benefit. She staged a scene claiming her property was being stolen just to hide her own wrongdoings. It's a sad moment when arrogance completely smothers a mother's instinct. >> And I'm going to file a lawsuit because there's It has to be footage from All Stars to Patty Wagon to here. But her stubborn refusal to leave led to the one thing she couldn't talk her way out of, an inevitable arrest. >> And you're not signing no papers. >> He's asking me a question.
