You're not chubby. And don't call us chubby, woman. All right, just put your stomach up there. Your dress is so cute. Yeah, thank you. All right. I need my bag. >> Go ahead. We're going to get it. Go ahead. In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with defrauding the restaurant. The potential penalty for that charge can include fines of up to $500 and as many as 50 hours of community service. But when it comes to refusing to pay the bill, the woman you're about to see take stubbornness to a whole new level. On October 24th, 2022, in Georgia, police were called to a bar after a customer became aggressive and refused to leave. What started as a simple request to step outside quickly escalated into a tense confrontation. And this is what happened next. Corner right here. Come here. I'm here, ma'am. Ma'am, come here. Ma'am, come on. Come talk to me outside, please. Come talk to me outside, please. They don't want you in here. You need to leave. No, I don't have to leave. Ma'am, come on. For what reason? Ma'am, I'm telling you to step out, ma'am. I don't have to leave. I'm a paying customer. Did you pay your tab? Yes. Yes, so you don't want her to leave? No one wants her to leave. So, where's the manager? Who should I call? Okay. Come on, ma'am. I need to hurry up, please. not a Ma'am, they don't want you in tonight, believe me. I'm a paying customer at Applebee's. I don't have to leave. Okay. All right, I got it. All right, so when they tell me that they want you to Jeff Stacy is not a lawyer. So, you going to tell him? So, yes? Yes. Okay. You need to leave. For what reason? Because I'm telling you to. You need to step out. For what reason? They don't want you here. They have a right to refuse service. I need you to leave. For what reason? Because Jeff Stacy is not a lawyer. You need to leave. I don't have to leave for a reason. I need a reason. Need you to step out right now. No reason. You can't do If you don't step out, I'm going to put you in handcuffs. >> need to You put me in handcuffs. I'm fine. It's your service. Jeff Stacy is not a lawyer. I don't know why you're doing this to Ma'am, you want to go this route? I don't give a You're doing this to me. You put me in handcuffs. That confidence began to crack the moment the cold steel cuffs touched her wrists. But, instead of cooperating, the woman searched for a new way out, suddenly raising complaints about physical discomfort. I can't believe you're not going to help me. Get in my butt. Give my purse if you want. I don't give a Turn around. Turn around. I don't give a There. Give my purse, mother Turn around. If you want to handcuff me anymore, just leave me I need a Come on. Hey, I'm revived. >> Okay. All right, come over here to the front of my car, please. Come to the front of my car. Ma'am, please. I'm going to I'm going to end up pulling you over to my car. Please, come over here. Where you taking me? >> All right. Come on. All right, stand right here, please. I will bend that I know. Stop. Stop. Okay. >> I'm serious. >> All right, listen to me, okay? I'm going to need to conduct a pat-down. I will be using the back of my hands since you are female. Okay? I need you to turn around for me and face right here in front of my car. You're hurting me. Ma'am, please turn around. Careful, ma'am. Any knives, anything in your bra area that you need to >> are kind of tight. I will fix those momentarily. Do you have anything in your bra area we should be aware of? I can't remember, actually. You want me to check? Go ahead and check. Uh I'm not going to search, ma'am. Why not? Cuz I don't want to reach in there. You said momentarily, so why not check? Okay. You're You got small wrists, ma'am. They're comfortable like that. >> They're not comfortable at all, actually. Okay, you're actually moving them and rotating your arm full hand. When the delay tactics stopped working, [music] she quickly shifted to a familiar move. The woman started talking about million-dollar lawsuits, a classic psychological play from someone who believes power and intimidation can change the rules of the game. I'm cuffing cuffs that are too uncomfortable. Oop. I will broke I will [ __ ] break my leg over here. You don't understand. My arm is too tight. I have a metal arm. You want to You want to Get a lawsuit? All right, ma'am, please come on. >> Have a seat. You want to get a lawsuit, dude? Take a seat for me. >> I'm cuffing my handcuffs one one notch. One notch. >> Take a seat for me, please. >> No, I won't. force you in the car. a seat for me. >> One notch. >> All right, so take a seat for me. No, I won't. I won't [ __ ] walk. >> Ma'am, uh ma'am, I I can >> I have a metal arm. I have a metal arm. Okay, this is your last chance. You can take a seat voluntarily or I'm going to force you. I won't. For a lawsuit? 10-05 Cuz I have a metal arm? >> you can go outside. I'm just I have a metal arm? >> or last chance. I have a metal arm. You want to get a lawsuit, you mother Got her. I have a $3 million lawsuit going against me. Okay, so what happened first was like I heard like yelling and stuff cuz I mean I was I think I was on the phone taking an order. And then like she started getting like snappy with everyone cuz I know it started with a fight with her boyfriend that she came with. And so he's gone now. Oh yeah, he's already he's been gone. And when he showed back she yelled at him again and stuff and he he got out and um they were like crazy. She kept screaming. She kept saying shots and all this stuff, being crazy. And I mean the people on the side right here that come all the time, they're looking at you crazy. They're looking at me crazy. They're like, "Woah, what is going on?" And they're like trying to avoid her. Trying to talk to me more and then all of a sudden I went to go take a to go order out and then she like I walk in and she takes her shirt off. So and I was like, "Woah." And then yeah, she was just fighting with the manager when we told her to get out. Statements from bar staff revealed that everything had started with an argument with her boyfriend. From there, the frustration seemed to spill over onto anyone trying to restore order. And that sense of entitlement only grew stronger. Ma'am, I can assure you I do not want your money. Well, I bet you make like $30,000 a year in Okay. I make more than that online and five weeks. I'm happy for you, ma'am. I bet you are you sucking Very appropriate, man. Okay, look. So, if you have a gun in your car, we don't want to leave it there. Someone break in your car, so Mind if we go into your car and get that gun out if there's one in there? >> I don't have a gun in my car. Okay. So, you don't you want your car to stay here? Okay. Okay, we'll just leave your car here, then. All right. So, you're going to be charged with obstruction. Obstruction of what? Of law enforcement, all right. And um you're going to be charged charged with public indecency for exposing exposing breasts. And then you're going to be You're going to be charged And you're going to be charged, ma'am, for public intoxication cuz you're highly intoxicated. Okay. Who are you talking about? What are you Are you making threats towards me? You're talking about taking shots towards my ass. Are you making threats towards me because uh I would highly Okay. You don't want that charge. Okay, you don't want that charge, ma'am. Please do not make threats. Well, you you do now, ma'am. Jeff Bliss, my uncle. As the charges began to pile up, she showed no sign of backing down. Instead, she leaned on supposed powerful connections and shifted her focus toward punishing the officers themselves. Even after arriving at the jail, the resistance continued. You want to bend me over the back? No, ma'am. I do not want to bend you over the back. I wish you would bend me over the back, Mr. Man. You wish I would do it? Again, that's inappropriate. Will you go ahead and step out? That's inappropriate. Put your shoes back on. >> No, I ain't putting shoes on. Ma'am. No. Will you stand up for me? >> Uh-uh. Can you get your shoes on for me, please? >> I ain't. Ma'am, please do not make me do this. Please step out of my vehicle. I'm going to have to give me a minute. Please step out of my vehicle. Get your shoes on so we can walk inside. >> You want to charge me extra charges so I get a drop? >> You know what? I I might just do it. Actually, I may. You can charge me. I may charge for an additional thing. Get your foot down. I got I got five felonies. I got a drop. So, let's Let's do that [ __ ] Please step out of my vehicle. Get your shoes on. I don't have to step out. Ma'am, what are you doing? Step out of the car for me, please. >> This is my car. You want to take my pants off? No, I don't want you to sit like that. Sit up. You want to take my pants off? Ma'am, come on. Stop. Come on. Stop. Oh, I'm sorry. Oh, sit up. >> I'm not ready. I'm not ready. Sit up. Put your foot down. Come on. All right, 5995. Quit. You want to call the bruising on my arm? I was like Ma'am, you're resisting. Quit. >> another lawsuit. Let's do it. >> Ma'am, come on. Another lawsuit. Let's do it. Ma'am. Another Another bruise. Let's do a lawsuit. Lawsuit. Another lawsuit. Let's do it. All right, stand up. Thank you. There you go. You got it. Now, put your shoes on. >> Let's have a lawsuit on you. So, I just called a lawsuit. Let's call the bruises. Go on, do it, [ __ ] Stop. You stop. >> Action 28. You think I'm stupid? You want to look up Jess Liz? Do not walk up on me. >> Do you want to Do not walk up on me. Stop. You me and just caught yourself a new charge. I don't give a about a new charge because I'll get it dropped and you will never have a police officer. You want to be a little You want to be a pu- badge? Now you're going to be charged. Stop. >> give a about a charge. Stop. You want to give a about a charge with Don't walk up on me like that. I don't give a about a charge. Stop. In the end, stubbornness brought real consequences. She now faced multiple charges, resisting arrest, defrauding an establishment, public indecency, and disorderly conduct while intoxicated. If convicted, the penalties could reach up to $3,000 in fines and 52 hours of community service. When the footage finally made its way onto social media, the internet had plenty to say about her behavior. Imagine wanting to stay somewhere they don't want you. Imagine people in a bar cheering when you get dragged out by the police. How bad do you have to be for that to happen? She's despicable. She's so bewildered because her tactics usually work with her dealer. What do you think about this woman? Drop your thoughts in the comments below. But compared to what you're about to see next, the next customer [music] takes boldness to a whole different level. Get down. You don't get to have On January 8th, 2025, police were called to a gentlemen's club after a customer refused to pay for a private dance, claiming the dancer had made inappropriate offers. What could have been a simple dispute quickly turned into something far more complicated. I need to ask you to do me a favor. Take your hands out of your pocket for me. Yes, sir. That's okay. What's going on? So, there was a female in there. She goes 35 for 30 minutes. I get to the back Mhm. and she wasn't being clearer on the instructions. She starts telling me that's the first song, that's the second song. And then I was like, okay, after 30 minutes, I was like, okay, I'll pay you my 35. And I get up to pay her the 35, and then afterwards, she's like, "You owe 175." I was like, "That's not what I agreed on. That's not what we negotiated on." Okay. So, I don't know how it increased by that dramatic of a number, from a 35 bill to a a 175 bill. Okay. So, you're >> clear. Okay, so you were under the impression that you were to pay one $135. >> No, 35. >> $35. >> And then it increased to $75. >> 175. 175. >> And then she was offering prostitution in the process, a $900 [clears throat] prostitution bill. Okay, so you're >> she was offering a room for 200. I don't know what the heck's going on. Got it. Okay. All right, so you didn't pay the tab at all? No, I I said I'll pay the $35. And that's what I was trying to tell them, that's that's fair to me. Okay, so it's not about what's fair, it's about what's owed. Yeah, well, that's what was she negotiated with me. She told me 35 for 30 minutes. There ain't a girl in the >> Yeah, well, I already read it online. You guys are literally like some sort of prostitution ring. All right, you >> recorded. She was offering me a $900 prostitution bill. Okay, where's the recording? So, what are we supposed to be listening to? Well, you need headphones, but you can hear her talking about prostitution in the background. His ego wouldn't allow him to admit the obvious, that he had enjoyed the service and simply didn't want to pay for [music] it. But once the officer asked a few straightforward questions, his story began to unravel, and the logic behind his excuse started falling apart. We need to get that cleared up. Yeah, I I paid I told her 30 She told me 35 right at the start, and I have it recorded, too. Like how much did you pay? What do you owe? 175. Let's see, we got a timer back there, 30 minutes. She wasn't clear on the instructions at all. He even just said that the girl notified him at the end of every song. Yes, that's what That's not okay. So, that's not what occurred. What actually occurred >> She told me 35 for 30 minutes and then she said that when we getting back there, that's what and I I wasn't I didn't know what was going on. She's like, that's song number one and song number two. And she said they're 3 minutes per song. So, I'm sitting here Yeah. Yeah, so when you lie straight out your teeth, yeah. No, you guys are lying. I'm not There is no negotiating here. I'll pay $35 what she offered and that's all I'm paying. Sir, it's your second time. Okay, so if he doesn't pay, what what do you guys want to do? Vacation with y'all and trespassing, I guess. What what what do we want to do? What can we do? I don't know. Do you guys have anything in say like on paper saying that it's that's a clear policy of $35 per Is that on the back wall? What's on it? No. See, look at that. He shook his head no. Yeah, I said no. Yeah, okay. So, you don't even notify people what's going on. No, but But she notified you. She didn't know me. She She said She said 30 minutes. But she kept notifying you after each song, which is an indication of >> Yeah, I don't know what the heck's going on. That's not a clear Listen, so listen to what I'm going to tell you. You can't be ignorant and use that as an excuse of not knowing or not paying. You can't walk into a store or to a a place of business Listen, and and and say, "Oh, well, I didn't know." It doesn't work that way. You understand? Yeah. Because of your ignorance doesn't negate the fact that you owe a tab. I mean, I'm willing to get trespassed, but like I'm not going to pay no charges. He seemed to believe he could set his own rules inside someone else's business. But the club manager and the dancers were clear-headed, and according to them, the pricing process had been fully explained to every new customer. Okay, so the guy was sitting there and I was like, he's like, "How much?" I was like, "Would you like a dance?" He's like, "How much for a dance?" I'm like, "$35 for a table dance, which is like the most shitty dance." And I'm like, "Or $35 as well for a lap dance." And he's like, "Okay." And he's like He's like, "How much for private your private?" I'm like, "Okay, private room is going to be up half an hour or the hour." I'm like, "It's going to be a hundreds of few hundred dollars." He's like, "Okay." He's like, "Oh, that's a lot." And I'm like, "Okay." Then we talked a little bit more. "Is this your first time?" He's like, "Yeah." I'm like, "Okay, well, would you like to do a dance?" I'm like, "It's $35 a song." And he's like, "Okay, yeah." He's like, "Okay, let's just do that." So he gets up, goes to the lap dance. Every song cuz I know that it's his first time and I tell him, "Okay, this is the second song. Okay, this is the third song." And they're monitoring me. Like the guy standing at Yeah, there's like a buzzer like at the time timer. It's going beep every song. After like five songs, and I was updating them every song, five songs, and the guys were going like this to me like five. And I was already updating them. I'm like, "Okay, now we're about to start song song number six." So once I say "We're starting song number six" and he sees the guy going like he did five. He's like He's like, "Oh, well, like well, how much is that?" I'm like, "Well, you know, I'm like it's $35 a song like I had already told you." He's like, "Oh, you said it was $35 for 30 minutes." I'm like, "Bro, I told you upstairs was a hundred was only upstairs is 30 minutes and that or an hour and it's hundreds of Right. like plural of dollars and you were like, "Whoa." And I had told you it was $35 for a table dance. And a lap dance. So if anything, the lap dance in your mind would be more. But like so you already knew the table dance and the lap dance was $35. He's like, "Oh my god." So then I'm like, "Well, you have to pay me because like I have to pay $10 a song for every song. Like we're being monitored. It's an open room. It's not like we're in private. Like everything's on camera." So he's like So then the guy's like, "Well, you're going to have to pay. We're going to like you have to pay her. We're going to call the police." He's like, "What?" I think he just pressed record right after he said it. He's like, "I've been recording at like she said it was 30 minutes for 35." I'm like, I never in the world would say that. I've been coming here like I've been here for a long time. He like pulls out his phone. So, I was like, "Please He had clearly heard the reminders and the signals to wrap things up, yet chose to stay silent and continue the service. >> [music] >> Perhaps hoping he could negotiate later. Even after the procedures were clarified, the man kept arguing and refused to pay the bill. How she explained to the new customers the process. >> it properly, though. Okay. So, when you're in there and you hear the buzzer, what do you believe that means? I don't know what that means. So, you just sit there for roughly 30 minutes? >> 35 minutes. >> 35 minutes? >> from front to back and me going inside. Okay. If you like plump and curvy women, you need to stop scrolling. All right. So, um your tab is 175. Yeah, I'm not paying that. >> I'm sending this off to the FBI, too. I'll have you guys >> just send it to whoever you want to send it to, sir. >> Yeah, that's sex trafficking. I can literally send that off to the FBI. Okay. Is she going to be a paid? Hm? Is she going to be a paid or she Cuz she has to pay the for the time to to them. It'll be a misdemeanor, but cuz of the your mouth, but Yeah, that's not a crime, buddy. Yes, it is. It is a crime. So, calm down with the attitude, bro. Hold on. Hold on. No, you hold on. Shut up. >> offering prostitution. >> Shut up and listen. It is a crime. Yeah, she was offering the prostitution. >> denied the crime. Okay? You are denying goods and services for payment, okay? It actually falls under the statute of defrauding an innkeeper in Florida. So, you either pay the 175 >> crime. We'll cut you a court date. Right. >> But, we can put you in handcuffs and throw you in the back of the car while we write it, or you can stand here. Or, you can pay your tab and you can be on your way. So, those are your choices. What do you want to do? Hold on. No, I'm not going to hold on. These are your choices. What do you want to do? Do you want to pay him, or do you want to go in the back of the car while we cut your court date? Hello? Yeah, I got it. In reality, the officers gave him an easy way out. Pay the bill and walk away. But, with his pride on the line, he refused. [music] And just like that, a very simple situation ended with handcuffs. Get down, you're going to get tased. Get down, YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. Get down, you're going to get tased. This is your last warning. Get down, you're going to get tased. Put your hands behind your back. In the end, the man was taken to jail and faced charges of resisting an officer and defrauding a business establishment. If convicted, he could face fines of up to $1,000, restitution, and as much as 100 hours of community service. After this footage was released, viewers online shared a wide range of opinions. And here's one perspective that stood out. Getting arrested because you won't pay a stripper is a pretty pathetic reason to get arrested. I wonder what he told his family. I've never been to a gentleman's club, but I know it's not $35 for 30 minutes. He thought a human being would dance for 30 minutes straight for $35. That's a whole sitcom plus commercials. What do you think about this case? Let us know in the comments below. But the chaos at the club was only the beginning because the next story takes a much darker turn. What you guys can do is keep the electric Okay. Yeah, we're going to run the camera on you. Okay, you can do that. That's fine. No, you stop. What are you doing? On May 7th, 2025 in Rosemont, Illinois, a local hotel called police after a housekeeper reported inappropriate contact from a guest staying at the property. It seemed he knew his cover was about to fall apart and tried to leave, which only raised the officer's suspicions. He refused to drop the skateboard he was holding and even attempted to walk away after being told to stop. That decision quickly pushed the situation toward escalation. Over here. Okay. Stay away from me, man. Dude. Why are you getting close to me? That's weird and You guys aren't free to leave. Just chill out. Relax. We're investigating something. >> man. Then why were you acting all shady? No, I just don't understand why you're not >> We're going to explain it to you. Hey, put the skateboard down. Why? You are not free to leave. What is the charge? We are called here today because a house cleaner Oh, yeah. was put into a situation that she was in feeling like she was going to get hurt. All right. Or and also she was battered. Help me. Help me. Dude, stop resisting. Almost everyone who resists says the same thing. Usually, the sound of handcuffs snapping shut marks the end of the defiance. But for John, that was only the opening act. He quickly switched to a familiar tactic many people pull when they're being arrested. Help me. I can't breathe. You're talking, you can breathe, man. I can't breathe. Help. Breathe. Help me. Dude. Help me. HELP. BREATHE. >> [screaming] >> WHAT THE YEP, YOU'RE GOOD. YEP. GAME OVER. DUDE. I asked you numerous times What the [ __ ] bro? No. Then don't do that [ __ ] >> Okay, why are you recording me? We're going to send you up. Why are you recording me, bro? Come on. From aggressive resistance, John suddenly changed his tone. Just minutes earlier, he had been confrontational, but now he was crying and asking about his hat and skateboard. Almost like someone who had just had his favorite toys taken away. Dude, you guys did me wrong, dude. Here's your skateboard. You can have your skateboard. Where's my skateboard? >> [sighs] >> Where's my [ __ ] skateboard? Hold on. Can you guys get my skateboard? Um they're a lot more proper than he is, but they don't want everyone to I'm going to assault you, dude. I don't know what Once he arrived at the jail, he shifted again. This time bragging about supposed family connections and influence. But the more he talked, the clearer one thing became. His concern seemed focused only on his own feelings, not on any respect for the housekeeper involved. I'm going to skate and spin point and spin fire [ __ ] >> sit back. Sit back. Yeah. My bad, bro. >> to put the seat belt on. I'm a piece of [ __ ] huh? Did I say that? Yeah, I'm a piece of [ __ ] huh? We'll see how my aunt handles that [ __ ] My aunt is a lawyer, [ __ ] You better recognize, son. My grandmother is a [ __ ] one of the most well lawyers in this country, [ __ ] I I asked her. I was like, "Do you want to put the thing on or do you want to put it on yourself?" She was like, "I'll put it on." I was like, "Okay." You all see on camera. She's walking by, goes in the room. Goes in the room and then as she's going in the room, I like go behind her, but like I didn't touch her at all. I did not touch her at all. So, there's no case there. So, why did I mean what So, I don't understand why I don't understand You said you just said I don't understand your house anyway, bro. Okay. What do you think? What would you do? Not that. Okay. >> Okay, so continue your story. Okay. If you see a Mexican woman as housekeeping that potentially Have you never seen Have you said you've never seen Miss Deeds? >> [laughter] >> In the end, he faced charges of battery and resisting an officer, while the allegation of sexual misconduct was dropped due to insufficient evidence. >> [music] >> If convicted, he could face fines of up to $2,000 and around 60 hours of community service. After the footage was released, the internet had plenty to say, and the comments about his behavior have been pouring in ever since. Now he knows what it feels like to be [music] touched when he doesn't like it. I never knew emotional support skateboards were a thing. It's hilarious how many predators scream and cry like little babies when they're arrested. Someone check that dude's laptop. What do you think about his behavior? Share your thoughts [music] in the comments below. And just as the hotel incident comes to an end, another problem is already waiting at the checkout counter. On November 9th, 2025, in Hapeville, Georgia, police were called to a local restaurant after a customer refused to pay her bill. She walked in with the confidence of someone who owned the place, but in reality, she didn't even have the money to cover the meal. Hello, ma'am. Officer Otto. Yeah. She's on the phone call. I'm trying to get some of the cash off. Okay. Yeah. So, do you got somebody that's going to take care of the bill, ma'am? No, we talked about it. Ooh. No. No. It's personal to you, but I got >> Okay. You got somebody that's going to take care >> I got the Okay, let's go ahead and take care of that. So, what we going to do? They're closing. Yeah. How much is the tab? That's what I'm asking you. She said 189. 189.63 189.63 Ma'am. Ma'am. It talks. What did she say? It doesn't It doesn't work with tap pay. No, you got to do it three times and it's the problem is Ma'am, you got to get somebody to pay or you going to go to jail. Simple. You said so. So, I'm going to find somebody to pay tab. She She can't pay? It's It's real funny, isn't it? No, we're not going to jail. No, baby, you going to relax yourself. Relax yourself. Relax yourself. Relax yourself. No, cuz you You in a rush to get me a No, you are too slow to pay your bill. All right, wait. No, was No. Never was slow. All right. All right, you good? >> [laughter] >> Instead of dealing with the bill, Karen tried to dominate the situation with sheer confidence, but the officers quickly saw the real issue. She had no intention of paying, and from that moment on, the situation took a very different turn. It's not like you're going Woo! You're on the phone with him. >> I know. I I understand that, but when you lock the phone it's locked. I got it. What? The phone is locked. No, I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. You're talking to him right now. No, that's what I'm going to That's what I'm going She's not able to pay. That's why she's back here. And besides her Officer Odom even paused the arrest process to call Gina's family trying to arrange a remote payment, but a bill of less than $200 was slowly turning into a much bigger problem as the possibility of Fulton County Jail began to loom. Hey, this is Officer Odom with the Fayetteville Police Department. Who am I speaking to? This is her boyfriend. Hey, so we have a Miss Gina in the back of our patrol car because uh she has a bill of $189.64. All we came for is just for her to pay the bill. However, she became very belligerent. We just need somebody to take care of the bill. If nobody take care of the bill, she's going to go to jail for multiple charges including theft of services. So, we want to get this bill taken care of. Can you help? If she pay the ticket Correct. >> But she still getting charged for assault. Not assault. >> Not assault, but obstruction. And this is all because of her. >> is all because of her because the way she acting like that. All right, I get it she's drunk, but come on, bro. Like it comes to a point where you need to act. I go do that immediately. That's the thing. I go pay her bond immediately after I pay the ticket uh for the food. I The I'm going to have to go to a We're We're Fayetteville right down the street. I'm going to go to Fayetteville. We're in Fayetteville. It's a cash bond. >> have Yes, it's a cash bond. So, I'm going to pay a cash bond to get her out because >> about $600. About $600. >> She'll be released today. As soon as you bring the cash, she is released. I can sign her bond. I don't have to pay the bond. >> about an hour and a half to get her out after she's processed. How long do you think it'll take to get $500? >> Correct. If y'all want her to go home tonight. This is This is in Hapeville, but let's let's focus on sending the 190 so we can get out of here and go ahead and start her process. That way y'all can come get her and just y'all have the $600. Yeah, we're we're in Hapeville. So, we're in Hapeville, but if you guys are not able to make it within a certain time frame, she's going to be at the East Point Jail. But, you can still bring the payment to Hapeville. The attempts to pay through PayPal started to look more like a clumsy performance. The officer's patience was wearing thin. While Gina's friend struggled with Cash App transfers, she remained intoxicated and the situation became harder and harder to salvage. No, they got that. I I understand that. So, they got to close that register. Yeah, he was like, "Will she be released from here?" He got to We've been chill No, when I saw you guys We tried to figure out if she going to be Basically, if she paid the bail, she's going to be released. Yeah, we would have we would have let her go. So, listen, this is not a Listen, listen. Sir, this is Officer Odum. This is no longer a negotiation, okay? She had came in here Mhm. Because at the end of the day, a crime has been committed. Sir, are you going to pay the bill or not? If you're not paying the bill, I'm about to go ahead and take her to Fulton County. One second. I don't I don't She should have been at the station. She could have been already processed and on her way to East Point if you would have just paid the bill. Now she's about to have warrants on her. She's about to go to Fulton County. No, she's not going to be let go. One second. One second. She's not She's The reason she's not going to be let go is because she obstructed us. She was refusing to put her hands behind her back. She was causing all this commotion. She calling officer [ __ ] and stuff. That's not going to fly, okay? So, I can't take those charges away. Once the officers stopped negotiating and started doing their job, Gina's last hope rested on a payment app. The problem was she couldn't even remember where she had left her phone. Oh, so yeah. So, you don't know where I got it. Y'all Listen, y'all got to stop drinking if y'all don't remember stuff. That's not good. All right, can you check the Cash App, too? We'll worry about the phone in a minute, okay? You did Cash App? You got him on mute. Yeah. Hello. Zentile. Yeah, Zentile Cash App. The Cash App still? Look, this how you do it. Yes, y'all left your phone there. 10-4, they said 166 as payment, but they need her Face ID, so we're walking back out for the PayPal. I looked at her on her PayPal, she got $166. I said, "Will Will y'all take this?" Yes. What did they say? They said, "We will take it." Okay. Is that my brother? Hey, hey, just let her I just told you not to talk to her. Just put her face on it. He don't got to send no money. They're going to accept your balance that you got right there. Once you put it >> they is, y'all. Just put your face on it. Ah. Yeah, with PayPal, you got to have a face. Say it again, bro. Did it work? How much you need? They said they'll take 166. That's my brother speaking. Hey, hey. How much is that balance? Yes. Yes. >> Yes, she just got it cuz she had 166, so then now she has 167. Every final attempt to pay failed as her card kept getting declined. In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with theft of services, obstruction of an officer, and disorderly conduct. With an $800 bond, she effectively turned a dinner bill into a cost nearly four times higher. So, what do you think? When officers try to help a suspect pay the bill and avoid arrest, is that a necessary act of humanity or a waste [music] of public resources when someone clearly has no intention of cooperating? And after the argument over a restaurant bill, the next situation escalates even faster, this time at a Chevrolet dealership. You're going to get tased IF YOU DON'T STOP. YOU'RE GOING to get tased. On September 20th, 2024, police were called to a Chevrolet dealership after reports of a customer becoming highly agitated over the cost of replacing a car key. What seemed like a minor dispute quickly turned into a situation requiring police intervention. Margaret, can you come here, please? Okay. She's under doctor's care. No, no, she's under doctor's care. Yes, ma'am. Okay. I'm talking to her, you. Okay. You Officer, my mom my mom is under A DOCTOR'S CARE. YOU need to leave her alone. WE WE HAVE 20 YEARS OF WATER LEAKS into our apartment. WHERE'S THE POLICE? WHERE ARE THEY? WHERE ARE THE POLICE WHEN YOU NEED THEM? HE claimed he had dealt with leaking pipes for 20 years, but instead of calling a plumber, he apparently expected the police to show up because they're free. The female officer understood that arguing wouldn't help. Within seconds, the situation began escalating in ways no one expected. You're going to get tased IF YOU DON'T STOP. YOU'RE GOING to get tased. Stop, Louis. Stop resisting. Get down. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK NOW. NOW. MA'AM, you are shooting me. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. NOW. I AM TELLING YOU LISTEN. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. STEP OUT OF THE CAR AND PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. I AM THE ONLY CARETAKER FOR MY MOM. >> NOW. STEP OUT OF THE VEHICLE NOW. LOUIS. YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED AGAIN IF YOU DON'T STOP. >> WELL, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO HIT ME, MA'AM. Get out the vehicle. Out of the car. Get out of the car. Put your hands behind your back. IF YOU AREN'T THE POLICE IT'S SOME OLD LADY. AH, WHERE ARE YOU, COP? >> WHAT? You're hiding. You got to beat up an old lady. 33 And her son trying to protect As he realized control was slipping away, his tone shifted to something far more extreme. Conspiracy theories and wild accusations started flying, an all too familiar tactic meant to turn the officer standing in front of him into the enemy. I need nothing. You can knock the keys, sir. Slow it down. My mom IS UNDER A DOCTOR'S CARE. MY MOM IS UNDER A DOCTOR'S CARE. YOU CAN'T leave her alone. You can't You did that already to her. Let me try and hit you with that statement again. four times. You need to shoot me four times. Is that what you need to do? Kill me four times. Is that what you need? Get on your knees. Get on your knees, all right? That's what we do. What was that for? WHAT FOR? NO, NO, NO, NO. JUST LET GO OF ME. SO, YOU STAND UP. Let go of me, please. Sir, let's go. Come on. Sir. Why do you want me on my knees? So, you can stand up on your knees. >> NO, NO, NO. LET GO OF ME. MY MOM'S UNDER A DOCTOR'S CARE. YOU'RE LEAVING MY MOM ALL ALONE. SHE HAS NO ONE TO CARE FOR HER. Let me go. Let me go. Time for Time for You better let me go. All right, if you sit up, we will will talk about it, okay? But laying down like that I don't I'm fine, sir. I was in the military. >> All right, man. >> Don't worry about me. What branch? >> I WANT MY MOM be safe. >> WHAT BRANCH? NO, YOU NEED to let go of me. No. You're not Let's sit. I don't speak [ __ ] You got to speak English. Let's sit. I can't hear you, sir. Speak English. Sir, he wants to know if you want to sit up. I don't need nothing from you. Do you want to at least get on your knees so you can breathe better? >> I don't need nothing from you. Leave me alone. Leave my mom alone. YOU LEAVE US ALONE. YOU'RE THE ONES THAT UP UP. AND YOU'RE THE ONES THAT ARE GOING TO PAY. He repeatedly insisted he was the only person caring for his mother, but his own resistance created a clear contradiction. The very person he claimed to protect was now left behind at the scene with no one watching over her. No, let go of me. Let go of me. Sure, you got to get up. >> you need to let go of me. Whether he wants it or not, he can't be >> Hey brother, you're under arrest. >> No, you need to let go of me. >> going to let you go. >> UNDER A DOCTOR'S CARE. OKAY, WELL YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> COME ON. SHE'S UNDER A doctor's care. Come on. Talk with the man in adult now. You're under arrest. My mom's under a doctor's care. Who's going to take care of her? She's I'm the only one that can take care of her. Why are you arresting me? No, why am I being arrested? Why am I being arrested? Why am I being arrested? Who's pressing charges? Who's pressing charges? The state. I want to know. No, you got to tell me. I WANT TO KNOW. COME ON. IT'S YOUR FAULT. IT'S YOUR FAULT. YES, you remember? I talked to you the other day. You good? Relax, okay? Well, you know my mom's under a doctor's care. Come on, let me go. There you go. While he was being transported to jail, witnesses behind the showroom began sharing what had happened before the body camera started recording and their version of events painted a very different picture from the one he had just told. I got one more minute or so. Just get a statement from him on what happened before I got here between them two. Okay. Okay, thank you. All right, so Angelo, could you just raise your right hand for me? Do you swear that the statement you're about to give is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? All right, so just give me a breakdown what happened from beginning to So, the gentleman had an appointment to come and get his keys programmed. Uh-huh. Uh to get his keys cut. So, he came to get his keys. Yeah. So, she paid the $220 for the two key fobs. They're like $90 each plus taxes and all that. When Natalie, the service advisor, told him that we should we have to program the vehicle and cut the keys. Another additional charge. That's when he went off. And that's when all the uh the the yelling happened in the showroom. I was in my office. And all I know is it was getting by me louder and louder, at which point I think here was probably louder than it was a few minutes after. And afterwards, it just escalated to the mom hitting the son, uh asking him to apologize. Mom, I had no idea what what what what got into the son. And then she said, "Get in the car. Get back inside." And uh it was like a 20-minute ordeal before they left. In that time, she probably hit him no less than 10 or 15 times. So, repeatedly smacking him. In the end, the woman was taken to jail and faced charges of criminal trespass after warning and disorderly conduct. If convicted, she could face fines of up to $1,000. And after a chaotic night sparked by a bar trespass warning, the next argument erupts somewhere far more familiar, inside a McDonald's. She was trying to grab me and I pulled away from her and I returned around and I was facing her and then she grabbed me by the throat and put me on the ground. Yeah. And then when you say they started fighting like >> Well, she just pulled her to the floor. On April 4th, 2025, police were called to a McDonald's after reports of an assault. What began as a dispute over a few packets of sauce quickly escalated into something far more serious. I took a picture. I took a I took a picture of the Yeah, so I was in there. I was I asked for ranch four times and everybody was ignoring me. So, I went behind the counter and I grabbed it. It's nowhere near the register. I was back out in the lobby and the one of the workers grabbed my arm and was trying to grab me and I pulled away from her and I turned around and I was facing her and then she grabbed me by the throat and put me on the ground. So, you were at like the front counter. You had asked for ranch. Nobody's paying attention. How did you get behind the counter? I So, the You You've been in this McDonald's before. I have, but just >> So, there's like >> I'm I'm assuming there's a door you have to go in to get back there. It's an open entrance and you can see the ranch. I think it was in eyesight with the ranch and it was like four steps behind the counter. So, you So, you grabbed the ranch and then you came right back out. >> Yes, I didn't do anything else. >> Okay. And then this employee approached you and did what? >> Attacked me. She grabbed my arms like to try and keep me from walking away. I pulled away from her and then we turned face-to-face because she was behind me and she grabbed my throat and put me on the ground and she would not let go. She held you on the ground? >> Was she choking you? >> Yes. Okay, were you Could you breathe? >> No. For how long do you think that happened? >> Probably about 10 seconds. And then And then she let you go and She I don't even remember what happened like after that. I was nervous like I like I'm starting to get like my vision was going white. Right. Um other Did she Where did she grab you on your arm? Like >> [sighs] >> Like probably right here. No, but I landed on my elbow when I was trying to get The spark started with a feeling of being ignored which led to a moment of self-service. But that impulsive decision triggered a chain reaction starting with a clenched fist and ending with an attack that left everyone stunned. Yeah. And they did they see what happened? >> uh the Travis was in the car. Kyle lost everything he had. Okay. So, when she actually physically attacked you, you were already back >> in the lobby. in the lobby. I was in the lobby. Everything happened >> there any other customers around that saw that? All customers. Okay. This happened about 15 20 minutes ago, so everybody else was probably in the lobby as well and they and then all of the workers were in there. And then one of the workers looks at me and she goes, "He didn't put your She didn't put her hands on you. Stop lying." when he literally watched everything happen. And there's a video of him watching it. Okay. Uh what does the lady look like? She's black. How old? Probably about 30, maybe 35. Okay. Yeah, okay. Were you inside when this happened? Yeah. What did you see? I just we were waiting at the counter. She asked people for ranch working behind the counter. Yeah. And they just kept ignoring her and walking by, so she just set her food down, went back there, grabbed like two things of ranch. And then as she was walking back, that lady she said, "Hey, you can't do that." and just grabbed her. And she said, "Hey, don't touch me." I just >> started fighting. So, was she already back out from getting the ranch, like back in the lobby when this happened? She was on her way out. She was almost out in the lobby. And the lady grabbed her arm? Yeah. And then when you say they started fighting, like what >> Well, she just pulled her to the floor. Okay. And then they they were just So, fighting her, but or was Well, I mean she was trying to get her off of her. Yeah. But the lady grabbed her arm, did she or choke her at all? Yeah. She was holding her on the ground like that. And pulling her hair. When officers began questioning the woman who had styled herself as the store's unofficial enforcer, the story started to unravel. Piece by piece, the details revealed that her original version of events simply didn't hold up. Okay. Um So, since like I said, the allegations that she's making are criminal, um so, I have to get a statement from you. Um so, I'm going to read you your rights. It doesn't mean you're under arrest or anything like that. It just means I want you to understand your rights before you answer any questions, okay? Um you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand each of the rights as I've explained to you? Yes. Okay. Having these rights in mind, do you wish to speak with us now? Yes or no? >> Yes. Well, no. No? >> No. I I understand. Okay. Can I talk to you outside just real quick? Is this your family over here? Yeah, that's my Is that where your Is that your item? Yes. Okay. Okay. So, you are under arrest, okay? So, just place your hands behind your back now. >> get my phone my Okay. We'll We'll take care of it all. Just place your hands behind your back now. Oh, I got to take her phone. Hey, I need you to stay back, please. Stay back. I already made the phone Who the [ __ ] is she? I don't know the girl. She right there. Where is That's Where is That's Where is Put your palms together What? They taking my Put my Put my bag DOWN AND HIT HER. Just minutes earlier, she had spoken as if she were enforcing the rules. But, once the handcuffs came out, that confidence quickly turned into defensive explanations, and the charges involved were far more serious because the victim was still a minor. Okay, can I call my mama real quick? Uh not right now, but let's step over here to the car. Okay. All right. So, what this comes down to is you can't physically put your hands on somebody just for coming over the counter and getting something. >> But I ain't touch you. Yeah, well the video looked like you did. >> I didn't. All right, you need to leave before you go to jail. Keep driving. And what the charge is? It's going to be a child abuse cuz she's a minor. 80 for Charlie and 10-15 if you make it a child abuse. 15 for child abuse at 1507. You got some bags? Oh, I ain't got We're going to put everything My feet just in my pocket. We're going to put every We're going to take everything out and put it in a bag for you and your personal property, okay? Officer I'm just going to stand by with you if you need anything. Just going to be just a few minutes, okay? While she sat in the back of the patrol car, her brother made a risky move of his own, chasing after a random police vehicle, believing his sister was inside. >> Off the car. Why are you here? I'm asking how long before she goes to the place. I'm on the phone with my sister. We're trying to get to the jail. Who are you talking about? She's not in the car with you? No. I'm sorry, but I thought my sister was in the car with you. You guys follow this car again, you're all going to jail. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. That is not It's called tampering with a witness. >> trying to make sure my sister was in the behind them and you're yelling and stuff. >> I didn't yell at them. I swear to god I didn't talk to them not once. So, why do you think we pulled over? I'm not sure. I just told my sister I said, "Why is my sister going to the bank and not to the jail?" >> Your sister is not here. Okay, I'm sorry. I apologize for that. That's not cool. Yes, sir. All right, you need to leave. In the end, the suspect was arrested on the serious charge of child abuse, as the victim was only 17 years old. The lesson here is simple. The law doesn't care if you felt ignored or frustrated at a restaurant counter. It only cares that you put your hands around the neck of a child. A meal should end with a receipt, not handcuffs. Yet, when ego replaces common sense, a simple bill can spiral into police calls and jail time. What's your take on these customers? Drop a comment below and subscribe for more real body cam stories.
