Ma'am, ma'am, I want to know questions and ma'am, ma'am, you have to answer them. Ma'am, ma'am, >> I have problem with >> ma'am. >> It's a long fall when a lifetime of entitlement finally crashes into the cold, hard reality of the law. >> Strike an officer. >> Strike an officer. Two 250lb men were sitting on me. WHO THE I STRIKE? >> Get out. You got anything on you? No. >> Watching these spoiled egos realize they aren't untouchable is a lesson [music] they should have learned years ago. >> I'm working the road. Okay. >> I know. I'm married to I was married to a cop. I know. You have to answer. >> Step over there. >> No, she come at me and you didn't do nothing. >> I'm asking you to step over. >> She did the same thing and you didn't do nothing. On July 29th, 2024, a routine traffic stop spiraled into a heated standoff when a mother decided to intervene. Instead of protecting her child, her actions landed them both in handcuffs. Here is how it actually went down. He just told me to stand right here on the sidewalk. >> That's not a brake light, ma'am. That's not a brake light. Watch out. >> So, who's the sergeant? >> Who's a sergeant? So, ALL OF Y'ALL, NOT ONE SERGEANT SHOW. I KNOW SHE ASKED for a sergeant. I know for a patient get a car. >> We will get you a supervisor. We going to wait inside your vehicle. >> I'll wait right here. >> Okay. I'm in a saddle. >> Will you uh Will you do me a huge favor? >> Will you do me a huge favor? >> Will you do me a huge favor? Just stay away from your door. Either get in or stay away just cuz I don't want cars coming up. >> We're going to get our answer. >> Are y'all? I'm not yelling. I'm talking. There's cars coming. How about this? You don't own that. That's That's private property, right? In an apartment. That's not your house. In an apartment for an apartment, >> right? We weren't in your apartment. You were in the complex that does not belong to your >> It doesn't belong to It's not yours. >> Are you ready? >> How many police officers did you take for somebody else? >> We were We all right together. with detective. >> Oh, you ride deep like that? >> Yes, we do. >> No, absolutely not. >> Yes, we do. >> So, you ride with them everywhere you go? >> He's not. >> I'm in the back car by myself. >> Okay. You going to pull him over? You can pull her over by yourself. >> I wasn't out here. >> All right. It's wast. >> Right from the start, she demanded a supervisor. Not for the sake of fairness, but to gain the upper hand. But as more officers arrived, her leverage vanished. That's when her pride took over. a desperate toxic attempt to save face while being backed into a corner. >> Will both of y'all come here? No. Will both of y'all come here, please? >> So, basically to give my rundown of what I'm where I'm at. >> Yeah. Am I not having a problem? Do you not see this as a problem? >> Can I both y'all come over here? >> Come. Hey, come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. All right. No, you come here. Come here. Hey, come here. No. No. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am, you're coming at me. Back up. Back up. >> I need you. Look. You're coming at me. Just go. >> Tell her to back up. She keeps coming up to us when y'all car. Please >> tell her to back up. Do it now. >> Come up here. Come holl at me. >> Come holl at me. All right. Okay. From my understanding. Okay. I'm on patrol today. Okay. These are investigators. They usually do on certain cases. They do ride quite a few investigators in one car. >> Yeah. >> Okay. They performed a traffic stop. Um your daughter, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. Your daughter, you can't even ask them because they want to see here and they don't want to answer nothing. >> I'm working the road. Okay. >> I know. I'm married to I was married to a cop. I know. >> All right. They call me out here because investigators, they don't usually carry around ticket books. >> So, y'all gave her a ticket for life and >> all that? I didn't. I They just asked for the paper. >> You know why? You know why? because they want proof of why they stopped her. >> So, what I would do, all right, >> she asked for a sergeant already. They did not give her. >> I'm not a sergeant. I I'm >> understand. They say they're waiting on you to go. >> I'm an NPO. Okay. So, I I'm a little something. I'm not there yet. Okay. >> But they asked for you because they said they didn't have their tickets and she asked right then because her dad's a police officer. >> So, that So, that's b So, that's basically what I'm doing. As far as I know, they were investigating another case >> and they won't even tell when they're out. >> Referencing referencing the apartment complex right here. Okay, >> she tried to hide behind the fact that she's an ex- cop's wife, as if that put her above the law. But that title wasn't a shield. It was the very spark that let things get out of hand. Her arrogance didn't help her case. It just dug her a deeper hole. >> But I got a question for you. >> Okay, go ahead. >> If I come at you like this, are you going to be afraid? >> No. >> If I come at you, why is it okay she comes at me? Why is it okay that every that she walked up here to us and if I walked there she goes you can get arrested too. I was in the middle I had he asked me to move it out of the road. He goes she goes you had to get in here or you going to jail. >> So what I what I will say and in in nonbiased as possible I'm not going to condone anybody's behavior right here thus far. Okay. Can we >> Yes. But don't don't surround my daughter and don't ask when I was on the phone >> and I'm on the phone and I hear none of them get a sergeant. We're in I come from Jackson and I still haven't got a sergeant out here. 30 minutes. >> I That's something I was also unaware of. Okay. I was unaware of the notification. >> They even talk They even talked to her father. He's a police officer. >> Uh and they didn't do nothing about it. They're still sitting here like a I mean >> what you need to do if you have any reason. Okay. >> Where's the sergeant? >> Um I guess stand by wait. >> Why is it okay? And I'm not trying to call. Why is it Every time a white girl and a black guy get together, there is a problem down here. I understand. But they say something every time to her with a black guy. >> Every time. Are you >> It's 2020. >> Why I have a black guy in my car? >> She's done got pulled over like three times. >> This is my family. Like this is my family. Is it because we're different? Like they have >> Do you have uh So how many times does that three? >> A lot. Three so far. >> What I'm going to say in the same reference to what you're arguing with over here, you need to go to PD. Okay. If you have any issue with anything that's been going on, any record of it, if you have anything back, so what I would do, so what I would do is I would go to the PD. Okay. >> Did you show your ID when she asked you? >> They identified themselves in the police officer. You want to see my ID? I'll show you my ID. >> Did you show my daughter when you pulled her over? >> I didn't pull her over. >> Are you in that car? >> She's in the car behind them. >> I left Jackson and you still haven't got a guard in here. >> I was 30 minutes away and still beat your sergeant. [ __ ] Then she tried to flip the script, using social issues to deflect from her own behavior, playing the victim of the system rather than the one causing the scene. In her mind, she was untouchable. But questioning the police like that was the exact moment she ruined everything. >> I need a card. They've been on the way this whole time. Can I have y'all's names and everything since y'all don't have nothing on? >> I I let her know. I asked for her. I asked, "Can you Can you give me a bin?" >> How do you pull some over here and you don't have a card? >> You're You're not even in full clothes. >> Ma'am, can you step over there? >> Ma'am, ma'am, I want to know questions. And ma'am, ma'am, you have to answer them. Ma'am, ma'am, you have to answer them. >> Step over there. >> No, she come at me and you didn't do nothing. >> I'm asking you to step over. >> She did the same thing and you didn't do nothing. >> I'm giving you an order to step over there. >> I asked her to step away from me. Step over there. >> I want y'all's information >> and we will give it to you once our sergeant comes. >> When is your sergeant coming? You got to Can you step over there? That's the last time I'm going to text you. I'm leaving. >> Step over there. >> Bro, calm down. >> No. Get off of you. >> She cannot GRAB ME LIKE THIS. SHE CANNOT GRAB ME LIKE THIS. SHE CANNOT grab me like this. >> But I'm going to go 108. Okay, >> bro. Tell No, get somebody else out. Get in your car. Yeah, I'm going to the place. >> Don't touch me. >> Stop touching the car. Let go of the time. >> Let go. I'm a receptionist. I want you to get off. >> I don't know how they're good. When I asked her multiple times to step back >> and pilot was like, I'm going supervisor here. Back up. Super. >> Instead of walking away when she had the chance, she chose to play the oppressed victim to manipulate the crowd. It was a poor calculation. Her aggression turned her last chance at a warning into an immediate arrest. >> What do you want with me, man? >> I want to know one, why my daughter was pulled over. Two, why they were at her apartment. >> Are you part of this record? >> Don't take her to >> for what? I'm asking a question. Do you have all these under Obstructor. Stay in the car. Stay in the car. >> Get back in the car if you WANT TO GO TOO. >> GET IN THE CAR. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car if you want to go. If you want to go too. >> You're going to jail for instructions. >> Are you serious? >> Get back in the car. >> Get in the car. Get in the car. >> Get her in the car. Get her in the car. Can you tell me another >> Do you want to go with your mom? >> Do you want to go with your mom? >> You was about to be on your way. >> All this is extra. >> You was about to be on your way. All this is extra. >> Sir, >> do you have anyone that can drive? This is ridiculous. >> I was asking a question because they WERE AT MY DAUGHTER'S HOUSE. >> OKAY. >> Pull up on a traffic stop and interfere with law enforcement. >> Yeah. Look, it took me to get here. I've come all the way from Jackson to 2011 here and you still haven't showed up. >> I'm telling you, if I would have heard your daughter ask me before I caught my She got my husband on the phone. He's a police my ex-husband. He's a police officer. >> She said, "Can I have a sergeant?" So, ma'am, I promise on my life I promise on my dad. >> The moment the sergeant showed up, her illusions of power crumbled. Both mother and daughter seemed ready to burn it all down rather than simply admit they were wrong. That kind of stubbornness turned a petty argument into a real criminal record. >> You're all up in it. How can you not be wrong? >> My daughter is scared because they come. They're >> They're on the phone with me and all I can hear is you yelling. >> They won't even get their ID. They won't even get their ID. You did. You did. Yes, ma'am. You did. And you have ID. >> They don't. You got this one and this one that doesn't have it. >> Can you please stop touching me? >> Please put her in the car and get I'm trying to clear the scene. She needs to get in the car. >> Can you please get her in the car? Please get her in the car. >> You need to leave. You need to car to the car. To the car. Please leave. >> Leave before you go, too. Now you can smell older marijuana. >> I'm going to take you to jail. Ladies and gentlemen, I've given you a order to leave. >> Now leave. >> Thank you. >> You have a good rest of your night. >> And I hope you enjoy your night. >> Crank up your car and leave. >> Stop talking to me. Can you still keep talking to me? What? >> Leave. >> Can y'all step away from my car? Please step away from my car. Step away from my take one more time. Go. >> I can't move. I can't. >> I'm telling you right now. >> Open the door. >> Open the door. >> Open the door. >> Open the door. >> I cannot move. Move, sir. I cannot move. >> Get out the car. You're under arrest. You hurt me. >> You get off. Watch this [ __ ] Oh, let me I tried to leave and you wouldn't let me leave. >> In the end, they were both taken into custody for obstructing justice. If convicted, they could face up to a year in jail and fines reaching $2,000. It makes you wonder, don't these two need a serious lesson in respect? Let me know what you think in the comments below. Like a mother, like a daughter. But this level of disrespect, that's just plain shameful. On March 26th, 2024, officers were stunned to find themselves up against a whole ecosystem protecting a young woman with a violent past. Why would a family risk everything to defend the wrong side of the law? Let's look at the facts. >> Yes, sir. >> Hey, how you doing today, sir? >> Okay. Well, help me out. >> Yes, sir. >> Yes. Is uh Analisa around? What's your reference? >> There's a a warrant service for her. >> We just got her out of where? What county? >> It's going to be out of >> It's out of Franklin. So, we have to >> She was If I could put the dog away. >> Okay. Is she home? >> Listen, we >> just want to speak to her. >> She went She was locked up for this. Okay. For a week. >> Okay. >> Okay. From Bergen. My heart's beating fast. I got a bad heart. You got to give me a second. Take a deep breath. >> Mammoth County. Franklin. >> Bergen. Hudson. >> How many cop cars you got here? >> We're doing a warrant service, sir. >> You're not taking her in. >> Excuse me. >> You're going to take her in? >> We have a warrant for her arrest. >> And where is she going to go? She's going to go to our headquarters and then Franklin Lakes is going to pick her up. >> How could that be if she has court tomorrow morning? >> Franklin Lakes. When is this warrant from? >> We just got it tonight. >> Okay, sir. No, no, no, no. Listen to me. We went to court Friday. She was locked up in in in Mammoth County for a week. We went in front of the judge. >> We're here to take Anna. >> The whole nine cop cars here. >> We're just the messengers for Franklin. Has nothing to do with us. >> We have court tomorrow morning at 10:30. >> And they did tell us about that. So that's why we're confused as just as much as you are as why there's a warrant. >> It's not making any sense whatsoever. >> Just called us. This officer spoke with the advisor. >> You don't I don't understand. >> This is a bad circle. Why don't you take the machine guns out? This guy's circling the house like he's running out of. >> Oh, come on. >> Oh, we got to put the dog away. >> We She was released on this one. >> There's a mistake. We have We have in in Bergen County. You know, and he spoke with the patrolman. He advised that she had court. For some reason, a warrant was issued. >> It's not making any sense. >> This doesn't make any sense. >> It just doesn't make any sense whatsoever. >> We have a lawyer. Can you let me explain? >> These parents thought they were protecting their daughter, but they were actually just trapping her in a fantasy. Their polite behavior at first was nothing more than a tool for manipulation. But the second the police stood their ground, that mask of civility slipped and things turned incredibly tense. Where the [ __ ] is Reno? >> WHERE THE [ __ ] IS RENO? >> BRUSH YOUR TEETH. >> WHERE THE [ __ ] IS RENO? WHERE THE [ __ ] IS THE We're done. You idiot. >> You was wrong. You didn't have to smack piece of >> Good job. Good job. Good job. Good job. Give me two seconds to brush my teeth. I hope you all have daughters that get get abused. I hope you all have daughters who get mentally abused. I do. >> I do. I hope I hope you haveing daughters that get abused. >> So, we got local charges now. >> Had to punch me in the nose. I have a nose job. [ __ ] hit me right in the face. Hit me right in the face. >> Don't kick me. >> I didn't kick you. I didn't kick you. I was aing over going over the stair rail and you [ __ ] grab me and punched me in the face. >> Well, this time you're placed on arrest for a warrant. Aggravated assault resisting arrest. >> Aggravated assault. >> That's a law enforcement. >> Aggravated assault. Aggravated assault. I'm sure 115 lb girl. I know. >> Can you just search it real quick? >> Okay. Okay. 115 lb girl. Aggravated assault. Aggravated assault. when you punched me in the face. I had a nose job a month ago. Yeah, I got hurt. So, I kicked I didn't kick you. Iing kicked the air. >> Kicked us. >> I didn't [ __ ] kick you. Where did your body cam? Why aren't your body cams on? Sorry. When you when your nose is broken in three different ways 3 WEEKS AGO, IT HURTS WHEN I GET PUNCHED in the face and your whole elbow laid on my face. >> Have a seat for me, please. >> Aggravated assault. Aggravated assault. Good job. her [ __ ] job. >> Ana Lisa's lack of impulse control has made her a slave to her own whims. Her aggression didn't stop, not even on the way to jail. It's the hallmark of a lost soul. Someone who'd rather end up in chains than simply learn a little self-restraint. >> Oh, that feels good, right? Aggravated soul. Team girl beat the [ __ ] out of laying on my broken nose. It's aggravating the soul. That's aggravated assault. >> I wasn't there. >> Yeah, it's aggravated. Why don't we watch the body cam footage? All three of us, all four of us can watch it. >> If it's a minor assault on an officer, it's considered. >> And he smacked me in the face on my nose. Like I said, my nose operates on 3 weeks ago, not even a month ago. I'm supposed to say sit there. It feel it feels good. Is my reaction to junk when you're laying on my broken nose that was just broken in three different positions. You want to call my doctor and see that that's true? You want to call my ENT and plastic surgeon? Do you need first aid right now? >> Yeah, cuz he laid on my nose. I do. Why would you lay on my nose when you look like they're about 250 I think 200 250 lb men can't feel the need to to tackle 250 lb girl. He said force was used. This is all going to be reviewed by smack my knee in the face that I just had surgery on. I'm going to have to subpoena from my from my plastic surgeon the paperwork that I just had my nose broken in three different spots and he laid on it. >> So like you said like obviously were telling me force was used. We're going to have an admin review everything. >> Yeah. 200 250 lb men laying on my nose. Township police said, "Why don't we look up the complaint police report? Let's look it up." >> That has nothing to do with tonight. >> Really? It doesn't? Cuz it would have been a warn out for his arrest. Well, it would have been it does have something to do with tonight. Cuz guess what? The same person, same situation. Guess what? You come 10 cops deep to come to arrest me. But when when I when someone's coming to threaten to kill me and my parents every night, you know what you say? Oh, we can't prove it to him. >> Okay. I wasn't there for that. Neither was he. >> Pull up. So like why don't we So why don't we pull up the >> Yes. We were We were at your house tonight for a warrant arrest. >> Okay. Yes. BUT WHEN I COME to you for help. When I come to the police for protection. No one wants to protect me. Do you want to come arrest 115 >> to dodge an assault charge? She immediately tried to play the victim. Every word out of her mouth wasn't meant for communication. It was an attempt to manufacture evidence for some imaginary lawsuit, hoping to bury the truth under a pile of lies. >> Strike an officer. STRIKE AN OFFICER. TWO 250LB MEN WERE SITTING ON ME. WHO THE [ __ ] DID I STRIKE? TWO 250LB MEN. WHO THE DID I STRIKE? I'M NOT EVEN A FOURTH OF WHAT THE TWO OF THEM WEIGH COMBINED, you know. And and and YOU WANT TO CHARGE ME WITH AGGRAVATED ASSAULT? I'M NOT EVEN I'M A FOURTH of what the two of them way. And you think that I AGGRAVATED ASSAULT? YES. AGGRAVATED MOTHERING SUCKING ASSAULT. >> YOU don't need to use that language. We're not >> Yeah. aggravated assault against them. Are you okay? Are they okay? They're over 200 lb each. Are you going to give him a chance to explain or you just going to keep yelling at us? >> I want to know why I'm BEING CHARGED WITH AGGRAVATED ASSAULT. >> WE'VE TRIED TO explain it to you many times. You just keep yelling at us. >> Okay. Well, I don't be charged with something unless it was unless it aggravated assault. Aggravated assault. >> Would you like it explained to you or you want to just keep yelling at us? >> Aggravated assault. I weigh about not even a quarter of what the two of them weigh combined. And they think that they're going toing smack me in the face and I'm not going to react. >> Like you said, obviously somewhere say you're under arrest. I just grabbed my wrist. You're supposed to say you're under arrest, aren't you? >> Probably should have. >> YEAH, PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE. I WOULDN'T HAVE HAD AN AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, CHARGE. PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE DONE YOUR JOB. PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE DONE MY JOB. NO, LOOK, there he is right now, right? You should have said you're under arrest. >> We haven't even had a chance to talk to them. You're just yelling. >> Body cam footage. Let's review the body cam footage that you want to SEND TWO ROOKIEING COPS to my house and have them tackle me. Are youing okay? And then not to say, you have to smack me in the face. Because I'm Hello. You want to charge ME AND SEND TWO OUT? YOU YOU WANT TO SEND TWO ROOKIE COPS TO my house and arrest me and punch me in the face and not say I'm under arrest and then tackle me and want us to charge them with aggravated assault. Really? >> You're the video might exonerate you from what you're saying, but you're going to have to wait to court. We're not going to hold court right here, right now. Like you said, the out of [ __ ] >> what happened happened there. >> Yeah, I guess they should have said YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. I GUESS THEY SHOULD HAVE done their job. When her perceived power finally crumbled, she played the mental health card. Demanding a hospital visit for negative thoughts wasn't a cry for help. It was a calculated stall tactic to avoid those jail house doors. >> Like you said, you >> I want to go to the hospital. I want to go to the hospital. I'm having thoughts. I want to go to the hospital. >> All right. I guess you're going to the hospital. >> I want to go to the hospital. Two 300lb men were attacking me, smack me in my face if I just had my eyebrows operated on 3 weeks ago. And um do you know you're supposed to take police brutality? You're just supposed to take it? Yeah, I know, right? So two 300lb men tackle me and I'm supposed to sit there and say yes. Good. Without saying I'm under arrest and then they want to charge you with aggravated assault. Yeah, that's that's good. That's really good. How about you say I'm under arrest? You like your job? You want to keep your job? Why don't you do your job right and say you're under arrest? What? Why don't you do >> a little rundown what happened? So uh I guess the guys were there for quite a bit. You know, they they did talk to yourh parents and that's how they got in they got into the house. I guess you were up in your bedroom, correct? >> Yeah. I went to the shower before they took me into jail. >> So, yeah, you said they spent a lot of time there. They were trying to, you know what I mean? I guess like you said, they you asked to brush your teeth. They said, "Okay." I guess you went in there and you started hitting the wall. >> And at that time, you know, we can't, you know, we're watching you do criminal mischief to your parents' house. >> So, that's why uh they they stopped you. >> They tried. That's not what happened. >> They tried put you put you to stop you from doing it. They tried to put you in handcuffs. >> They aggressively grabbed me and threw me to the ground. >> Then you tried jumping over the railing. >> You got a leg over. That's what they said. You had a leg over. Yeah. You they don't want you to get killed. >> That was before they stopped. >> After they hit me after they hit me. >> Well, they they were trying to put you in handcuffs to stop you from doing damage to the house. >> They hit me in the face. >> Then you tried jumping over. >> In what way? In what way do you need to hit someone in the face? And my hands are back here. What way? In what way, shape, or form do? There's four legs with Evans, four arms, and they want to strike me in the face and think I'm going to sit there. >> Yeah, I don't I don't see >> all here. All here. Feel how swollen it is. >> The irony of worrying about a fresh nose job while actively assaulting an officer is almost like a dark comedy. The police remained professional, but her sheer entitlement pushed everyone's patience to the limit. It's hard to wrap your head around that kind of mindset. >> Three weeks ago, first by myself and I tried to file a complaint and they said, "Oh, sorry." cuz they didn't want to do paperwork. And then guess what? The day later, the threats continue. My mom came here for protection, not to waste anybody's time. And guess what? You said, "Sorry, there's nothing we could do here." >> I would We were not involved. >> Look up the report. >> I believe that you should. >> I sat there WITH THE LIKE THIS. PLEASE HELP. LOOK. And he goes, "Oh, well, how can I know it's him?" What? >> Yeah, they didn't do anything. >> After being cleared at the hospital, she was finally booked into jail. She's facing serious charges. aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, and an outstanding warrant for domestic violence. If convicted, she could be looking at 18 months behind bars and a $10,000 fine. Assaulting a cop because you're worried about your plastic surgery. That was just the beginning of this disastrous afternoon. On April 19th, 2024, down in Florida, a lively festival turned into a total embarrassment when a young woman named Ashley tried to hop a fence while clearly having had a few too many. When self-control goes out the window, the law usually comes knocking. Here's what really happened. >> All right. Yeah. Get medical. >> Yeah, we're good. She's She can't come over. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> She medical. No. Why did you just say that? Ashley, >> hold this for me. I got it. >> Okay. First of all, >> the boat. You come with me. >> Come here. I'm talking. >> You're coming out here. >> Come here. No. >> No. You're coming out here. Where's your friends at? They going out. >> Dude, do not do that to me. Do not. I'm not thated up. It's the fact that they literally just tried to drag me down in the middle of the >> You don't need EMS. >> No, I'm fine. What the do you mean? I literally am. >> You are not going in. If you continue to cause problems, I will formally trespass you and you can never come back. >> Okay, that's fine. 100% fine. I 100% agree that. >> Do you have something to take care of? Get her home? >> Yeah. Do we not get our tickets? >> Even if it's us and we're not. We didn't do anything. Okay. >> We're not going in there. >> Sir, my best friend deserves to have a good night. >> You can have somebody come pick her up. You have someone come take care of her. You can go back in. You're fine. You're able to go in there. >> SHE CAN'T GO. >> WHAT DID I DO? I didn't do anything. I didn't. Dude, my boyfriend just literally another [ __ ] in front of me. Like, I'm sorry that I'm upset. Like, I'm sorry. Like, how is that a bad thing? >> Well, it's a safety issue. >> How is it a safety? Okay, you watch your girlfriend another in front of you. What are you going to do? What are you going to do? >> What? I'm a little upset. I'm a little upsetty. Spaghetti. >> Hey, you have every right to be upset, but given you're intoxicated, couldn't even stand over. >> I'm fine. I'm literally fine. I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm literally fine. And I will literally lock in so hard. This is my only night going out. I literally just turned 21. I don't want to go out after this. I'm >> At just 21, her pride wouldn't let her admit she'd lost it. Being labeled dangerously intoxicated in front of a whole crowd was a bitter pill to swallow. It was a direct hit to an already fragile ego. >> I am literally >> Come get her. >> What? Who? >> Landon. >> No. Get the out of my face. He's not getting me. One of them needs to watch you. >> I can't. >> You're going to She's Get the out of my face. Go. You You're dumbass friend. Go. Get the out of my face. >> I'm sorry. Just go. >> You are this close to getting arrested. >> I know. You're going to go to jail. You [ __ ] idiot. >> For disorder intoxication. All right. >> You're literally >> trying to do that. >> Yeah. Honestly, just >> Okay, >> I pushed her. I pushed her down. >> No, we're going to sit her down over here. You're going to stand up. You're going to sit down over here. >> You're embarrassing. This is embarrassing as >> I really don't give two. >> You are about to get detained until you get over. >> I know. Get away. >> If you just walk back to the car with me, it'd be >> It's Madison. It's you. >> Madison real quick. >> You want to walk back? >> Actually, let's wait for EMS to get here. They'll grab a wheelchair for they'll wheel her out there. >> That's crazy. She's not >> What the EMS? What? >> EMS? What? Wheelchair? What? >> Let her walk that way with us. She'll be fine. >> She's fallen over twice just standing here. >> She walked all the way here. >> Give it to me. >> Give it Ms. Why? >> I can't help but like cuz it's obviously funny. >> Stop. It's really hot. >> You sound like a [ __ ] idiot. >> Keep her there for 2 minutes. >> She was so drunk she could barely stand. Yet she was somehow sober enough to pick safe targets to take her anger out on. That chaotic behavior was just a desperate attempt to feel powerful. Even though to everyone else she just looked like a mess. >> Can you hold her for two seconds? >> All right, we're done with this [ __ ] What are you doing? >> Please let me go. >> I like that. >> Yeah, that's great. >> Please let me go. Please let me go. I need to hit my bait. >> You want to I'm going to grab heart first. I'm going to walk. You don't have to deal with it. What's 5200 EMS to the main gate? This is her. >> Get away. I'll be right now. Get away. >> Put your feet in. >> Put your feet up. >> Okay, then you're going to get hurt. >> Keep eyes on her. Uh, San drinking disorder. >> No, actually, my brother's in the department. I don't give a No. GET ME OUT. MY brother's in the department. I don't care. He can figure out. He can figure it out. No. Let's go. Let's go. Let'sing go. Let's go. >> You guys good? >> Let's go. >> Want to go get my computer? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Do you know what's like the right now? >> She's going to jail now. She's fighting me and EMS back there. She's going to jail for disorderly intoxication and she's being permanently trespassed from these premises. >> She can never come back. >> She can never come. Nothing strips away your pride quite like being wheeled out in a wheelchair. And the moment her secret that she wasn't even 21 yet came to light, her grown-up persona completely crumbled. You could see the panic start to set in. >> You're going to start. You're going to get more. >> It was about toing literally stress the out of my >> I wish I wish. GET THE OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. Get the off of me. Get off of me. >> You need Ashley. You need to stop. You're You're about to get yourself in some serious trouble. >> I DON'T GIVE A >> OH, you will care. >> I'm going to go the home. Oh, so she's 21. >> No, >> actually, what's your uh what's your name? >> All right, stand up. >> Ready? Come on. Put your leg up under you. Stand up. >> Stand up. There we go. >> There you are. So, walk for me. Stand up. Stand up, Ashley. >> Stand up. >> I just want to see my brother. He's literally I got to search your I got TO SEARCH. >> I GOT TO SEE MY BROTHER. I WANT TO SEE MY BROTHER. I WANT TO SEE MY BROTHER. >> I want to see my [ __ ] brother. >> I want to see my brother. I want to see my brother. >> I want to eat. I'm literally a firefighter. My brother. Touch me. I'm not literally charge me so much. I don't care. I don't care. Literally like Oh my god. Put me in the [ __ ] car. Put me in the car. Put me in the car. Put me in the car. Put me Ashley. What's your last name? >> Put Just put me in the car. >> I need to know your last name. >> No. Ash. Reinhardt. Put me in the car. >> Put me in the car. Reinhardt. >> Yeah. How do you spell that in the car? >> No. Put me in the car. I'm going to put you in the car. Put me in the car. Put me in the car. >> Put me in the car. Put me in the car. When faced with the music, she regressed right back into a child, clinging to her family's influence like a life raft. Inside the patrol car, it was a total emotional roller coaster. One minute up, the next minute down, showing just how unstable she really was. >> Come on, sit. Sit up. Push. I'll take Ashley, sit up. >> Ashley, get up. >> No. Bet. Bet. >> What? >> You guys are [ __ ] >> Bet. Sit up. >> Put your feet down. Put your feet down. Sit on the seat like an adult. What's your last name? >> No, it doesn't matter. >> Respect. >> You said you'd cooperate with me, right? Look at me. >> Oh, she's homeless. >> So, essentially the long story short of what happened was is your daughter got incredibly intoxicated and we denied her entry into the concert because she could not stand on her own. Fell over three times just standing there. And as we were trying to escort her to just sit quietly and go with EMS to go get checked out so Ry could come out, she decided to start fighting us and EMS. So, your daughter is under arrest for we're not charging with bat Leo or anything crazy like that, but she's going to be charged with sortly intoxication as well as obstruction without violence. Someone just take my hand, please. >> Uh 10:15, what female adult might be mildly combative? >> Please just take my hand. >> Someone just take my hand. >> In front of the booking door. >> All right. Your trunk is lined up with that book and door. You carry a weapon. And when we got your arrest inside, go ahead and park your vehicle. >> Fantastic. Thank you. >> Incredibly intoxicated. Fell over about three times before I detained her. And that's when we started fighting me, fighting EMS, and then kicked Captain. >> She wants the cough. She can't breathe. She feel about it. >> No, she's she's literally just in leg irons. She is not hobbled at all. >> So what does she have legs on? Yeah, she leg irons. >> In the end, she was hauled off to jail and hit with charges of disorderly intoxication, resisting without violence and battery on a law enforcement officer. Since it was her first offense, she caught a bit of a break. 50 hours of community service, some hefty fines, and court [music] costs. But the kicker, she's been banned for life from the festival grounds. You know, hanging out in the wrong place is one thing, but moving up to armed robbery, that's taking stupid to a whole new Olympic level. On January 29th, 2025, a highstakes chase uncovered a heartbreaking reality about young girls carrying weapons. Behind the wheel of a stolen postal truck were lost souls who put the police and everyone else in serious danger. Here's how the whole thing played out. >> Looks like they took out the uh driver. Looks like they took out the uh driver side fire public library. Approaching South Avenue standby. It's going to be a left. You're going to bail out street main street. Where are you? >> Make this one more vehicle. >> You know, youth often borrows a bit too much recklessness in exchange for a fake sense of freedom. Once that truck gave out, they actually thought they could outrun the law on foot. But let's be honest, reality always moves a lot faster than a fugitive's heels. Put your hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. >> That's the driver. >> Yep. Puffer up. Puffer up. You have a gun on you. You have A GUN ON YOU. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. Get on the ground. Get on the GROUND NOW. GET ON THE GROUND. >> Hey guys, you got anything on you? >> No. >> Their first instinct was to save their own skins. Yet, they still tried to mislead the officers about how many of them were actually in that truck. It's that misguided sense of loyalty, a final desperate attempt to protect one another that really just ends up tightening the legal noose they tied themselves to. >> Do you have a gun on you? >> Tell us now. >> You ready? One, two, three. To your knees. Go. Let's search it. >> Stand up. Stand up. Who's got the gun? >> Get up. >> Come on. >> You ready? >> Come on. Nope. >> Anything? >> No, he's good. He's got his phone. >> All right. Earned. >> All right. I'll check him one more time. We'll put him in the car. Sounds good. >> You want to hold on to him? Yeah. How many are large? >> How many bell do we don't have? We got a female >> one out large. >> There's four, I think. >> He have A BLUE ONE RIGHT THERE. >> You still have one in custody? >> How many came out of the car? He said four. Was there three or four? >> He said four. >> Was there a fourth one then? >> I don't think so. He said he says he doesn't think there was a fourth. >> No, there might not be. >> Yeah. So, before we start Tom, >> you said on the air you said three heads. >> I saw three heads in the car while we were driving. But that doesn't mean four didn't pop out. >> Why you guys running? >> We got a car. Control car. >> This is mine. I don't >> pat him down. Pat him down. Let's secure this. >> I got his thing right here. Then they shifted from a physical chase to a calculated game of silence. It's a shame really. If they had put half as much effort into their education as they did into twisting the truth, they might have built a career instead of building their own prison walls. >> Where's your shoes? >> Front seat where you were driving, right? Yeah. >> You're not a very good driver, I have to be honest with you. What's that? >> This one. >> One's up this way. >> Walking. still there. >> I keep my ID, please. >> What's your name? >> Three. Three. >> How many people are in the car? Honestly, there's at least three. >> Listen, if you want to help yourself, listen, ma'am. Ma'am, miss. Hello. Look at me for a second. This is Sergeant Morel. Detective Lux. You want to help yourself? Okay. Okay. For anything today, for our safety, how many people in the car? And is there a weapon in the car? Okay. So, I haven't seen the car then take headquarters. Okay. >> You're being placed under arrest right now. Okay. >> I made contact with the car to trap him in the car. This is an armed robbery. We prevented a bailout. That was a good I didn't I didn't smash into it. I just >> Right. You bail out. >> Okay. All right. So, I can move it. >> There's no accident here. The star is not scene of the crash. It occurred. >> The victim was there in the car. >> No accident. >> A minor accident. >> Yeah. I mean, yeah. They didn't like smash into the back of them. They just trying to squeeze and and kind of bumped both sides of the car. >> So, it was a bump. >> Yeah. I mean, they went through pretty fast, but >> And they were only doing 25 30 m sometimes. >> But a witness stepped up and ripped right through that web of lies. Even when she was found huddled in a dark corner, one of them still tried to pull off this ridiculous innocent girl act. That fake naivity was probably the loudest confession of cowardice I've ever seen. >> I see. The other girl in the the cart you >> She went in here. >> Yeah. Down corner here. Corner here. >> Right in there. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> She's saying that there was a girl that went in here. >> That's the girl we got. >> She said that there was another girl that went in here. >> Really? Get out. >> We got one more. >> Who's got cuffs? >> Cops? >> I got you. >> I got you. >> What's going on? >> What's going on? What were you doing? Checking the radiator. >> I actually do remember see her now. She came out with the other one. >> She did a good job. Yeah. >> Good job, T. >> Well, thank God. >> We got the I got a few more Just check under here, please. >> Can you search her real quick? >> Good job, man. Thank you. >> She's got a lot of money on her. >> Confirm that, please, that you have there. Lo, >> stand by. >> That's our property. All right. >> I got my >> No. No. >> No. Good job. >> Go for a dog. >> Well, no saying that there was no gun now. >> So that's why we're not going crazy. But you know, >> it's crazy now that I see it from I remember like like for like a split second they both came off. They did come off. >> What? >> I went like this at the corner and I saw you by yourself. I'm like, let me go that way. >> In the end, all four suspects were hauled off to jail. They're facing charges for receiving stolen property and resisting arrest by fleeing. The driver, Kana, is looking at an extra charge for fleeing from the police, which could mean up to 10 years behind bars and a staggering $150,000 fine. As for the other three, they're facing up to 5 years and a $15,000 fine. And that's the end of the line for that robbery. But wait until you see the next one. Her absolute dead-end situation is a total disaster. On January 26th, 2025, the piece of a quiet neighborhood was shattered by an absurd standoff between roommates. When a simple door key became a weapon of stubbornness, the police had to step in to set things right. Here's the real story. It's >> the police department. Come to the door, >> ma'am. >> She's in the kitchen right there. She's in the kitchen just like right there. >> Hello. >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. >> Can you come to the door? >> No. >> Why not? There's no one over there. >> I just want to talk to you. >> One more time. >> I said I just want to talk to you. >> Just kick the door. >> Don't. No, we're not going to kick any door down. >> I have to pay for that. >> Ma'am, can you put that pan down, please? >> That's also my >> Well, two, so patience. >> You're real good at your job, man. >> I didn't put that up. >> Ethan, Ethan, just sit in the car, please. >> Can you come to the door, please? >> There's a bunch of nuts right there, too, and it's disgusting. Okay. If if you open the door, I can come look at the gnats. >> Can you come to the door, please? >> It's another cop. Thanks. >> 1 2 3 1 2 3. >> So, she she has the You guys don't have a key to get in the house? >> No, it's not a code. It's an app on the phone, but there's also a deadbolt. So, as we were opening it, she pushed it back closed and deadbolted. for. >> Okay, so it's a dead wolf from the inside. >> She locked that door tight, trying to shut out the law and hide her own messy reality. But honestly, the psychological walls she built were far more solid and frankly scarier than any brick and mortar. She turned her own home into a prison of her own making. >> Aa, >> uh, can I talk to you real quick? Can you open the door? >> No. >> Can I Can we talk through the window? >> The police. Can I Can I come inside and talk to you? >> Well, how are we how are we going to solve this? Because your roommates need to go inside >> for what? >> They live here. >> They don't clean. >> That's not That's That's not the problem. They live here. This is where they lay their their heads at night. >> They pay less, but they don't clean. So, can can we >> Okay, Miss Martinez, is there a way we can solve this? Can I come inside and talk to you or can another >> No, this is >> Who keeps trying you? Who keeps trying you? >> All right. How long has you've got How long have you guys been dealing with her? two months. Well, she moved in in December cuz our roommate suddenly got >> So, how did how did this come out where she kicked y'all out? What's >> We went Okay, so this morning she was having an episode thinking I stole her stuff, but really her boyfriend came yesterday and said the stuff that he bought her >> and left. >> So, she came banging on my door. I opened it. She screamed in my face. Can't even skateboard. Called the police. Well, she called the police and they already knew what was going on. I've never been to this episode. >> This has happened so many times. like not locked out, but me dealing with her like this. So, >> in her twisted mind, she became a self-appointed judge, handing out justice based on her own warped standards. Drunk on a fake sense of power, she used every ridiculous excuse in the book, blindly trampling over reality just to protect her own interests. >> Hey, >> can you open the door? >> No. I'm sorry. My officers, they're crazy. They knew how to open this door from the outside. >> Can you open the door? >> Yeah. >> For me? Why not? >> Because I was blind. You need to go talk to him. >> Yes, ma'am. I'm trying to talk to you so we can kind of figure everything out. >> Okay. Because I saw him literally open this sliding door. >> Mhm. >> And I was like, "How the [ __ ] do you >> Oh, okay. I see. You want to open it for me so I can come talk to you? >> And I was like this open sometimes. >> Maybe open the front door for the other officer if you can. >> Oh, hold on. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Why am I getting a random bill? >> It's a good question. >> Look, if I can come look at the bill. >> What's your name, ma'am? I cannot if I can come inside. I can look at the bill and kind of help you figure everything out. >> But I can't do it from out here cuz I can't see >> here. I can open the door and hand you the bill and you can look at it. >> No, ma'am. I have to come talk to you. >> Why not? >> Because it's mine. >> Come here. >> Come here. Where are you going? Can I come and talk to you? >> Are you in that room? >> Here, go. Go to the other side. >> Do you have like mental health issues? >> Do you have mental health issues? >> I know how. >> Whoa, >> that was not nice. >> Oh, I'm not a celebrity. To make herself feel safe, she tried to flip the script and act like the officers were the ones who had lost their minds. But when that manipulation didn't work, the police had no choice but to end her little drama and drag her out of that fortress of excuses. >> Is that window kind of loose? >> My window? >> Where's your window? >> Oh, the one right now. >> Is Do you know if it's loose at all? >> No, the screen. Yeah, >> I pulled the screen out, but the window is locked itself. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Yeah, she's she's going to do >> uh right there. You did you fix the car? >> Yeah, I tried that one. Yeah. >> Scared me. So, >> we had carving equipment in the uh for this pumpkin right here. >> I haven't seen any guns. >> No, just carve it up. >> I think it just [ __ ] ran through the door. >> I think it just ran the door in my way. I >> hate that they put those things on the door. Yeah, the dead bullhead pretty. >> Hey, what's up? >> I got it. >> You're wearing my >> Here, just hold it. >> You have it. I have it while it's recording >> on my phone. You guys don't know me. >> Oh my god, you're hurting me. I'm actually >> It's okay. They have their thumbs out. Well, she flipped them off. >> Put her in my car. >> You good? >> We're coming out here. All right. >> Even in handcuffs, she refused to face the music, clinging to this victim fantasy. Instead of owning up to her own aggression, she actually convinced herself that the whole world was in on some dark conspiracy against her. >> Thank you. >> Come on. >> Hey, shut up. >> Get it. >> They're detaining me. [screaming] >> You're not detained. You're under arrest. >> Can you put me on that car at least? Ouch. She's trying to her gun. >> Can I get on that car at least? Please. >> Please. my shoes. I >> got some >> uh rip. >> Oh my god. >> You got a rip? >> You got it here. Grab >> I got it. >> Where's your rip? >> It's in my bag. I'll grab. >> You want to grab it? >> I'll get it. I got it. >> You got anything on you? >> Uh, no. >> It broke. >> Go check it out. >> Hey, you supposed to been out of this apartment. What are you doing? >> I don't know. Maybe because people been trying to me out. >> Yeah, because you've been having some many issues going on. >> No, I haven't. See what I mean? Everyone thinks I'm crazy. You're not you but you're not letting us inside the house. That says otherwise. >> 3. Yeah, that's what they just told us. >> You good? >> Can you get my shoes, please? >> We'll grab them. Just sit inside. >> Wait, it's cold. >> Sit inside. >> Okay. >> It's warm here. >> Oh. Oh, >> make sure you check that unless she >> What about put her seat belt on >> so she doesn't >> In the end, she was hauled off and charged with resisting without violence and depriving a resident of access. It really makes you wonder in a situation like this, where is the line between someone having a real mental breakdown and someone just playing a calculated game to get their way? That's one way to reach a dead end. But this next lady, her arrogance behind the wheel is a fast track straight to a jail cell. On March 31st, 2024, a routine speeding stop spiraled into a heated standoff when an arrogant young lady decided she was above the law. Instead of just taking the ticket, her defiance led to an ending no one saw coming. Here's how it all went down. You can put me on Facebook traffic. >> Ma'am. >> Yes, sir. >> How you doing? >> I'm doing well. How are you? >> You got your license, registration, proof of insurance? >> I'm trying to find it right now. >> Here's my license. >> Thank you, ma'am. You know why I stopped you? >> No, sir. >> No, you were driving pretty fast. You know what the speed limit is here? >> I see it says 55. >> You You were doing upwards of 80. Okay. >> Do you have your registration? >> I don't think so. I don't know what it looks like. >> Okay. >> Well, just do me a favor. Just see if you can't find it. I'm just going to go back here and run this. Make sure everything's good on our end. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. So, just hang tight and see if you can't find that registration. All right. >> I can't ask why. >> Yeah. Why am I going to go to jail? >> The moment the officer took charge, her cooperative act vanished, replaced by pure instability. That polite mask of hers was nothing but a tool for manipulation. When it stopped working, her anxiety boiled over into a full-blown meltdown. >> No, no, no, no. >> Just Just hand me your keys. Just hand me your keys. Give me your keys. Give me your keys. Give me your keys, ma'am. Give me your keys. Get away from me. >> Give me your keys. >> Give me your keys. >> He has my keys. I told you. Give me your keys. >> I asked you why. >> You don't have to know. You don't have to know. >> Why don't I have to know >> what? Can you please let me call somebody? >> She immediately looked for a bailout from her family. the one place where her mistakes were always excused. It's a toxic kind of innocence, believing that family influence is enough to bend the law or turn justice into a game of compromise. >> Oh my god. >> You have a female first. >> No. What are y'all doing? Hey, stop. >> No one's slamming you. >> Yes, you are. >> Just relax. >> Just relax. No, I'm not doing anything. >> I'll be able to talk with you. Just >> But why are you searching my car? You don't have to kick my ankle. >> Okay. All right. >> Uh, can she set yours? >> Absolutely. >> Can I please my aunt? >> Not yet. Back over here. >> Can I get my stuff, please? >> Nope. >> We're going to go around to the passenger side. Stand tight for me. All right. >> What stuff did you want? >> My phone. >> Your phone? >> Yes. >> Okay. You have a >> stubborn to a fault, she didn't even realize she'd crossed the line until the handcuffs came out. But when her uncle showed up and the police gave it to her straight, she was finally snapped out of her power fantasy and forced to face the real world. I just try. You don't have to. You're right. You don't have to. >> You don't have to. We're not going to do this >> tit for tat. All right. I came down here to ask you a question. Maybe you was the wrong one I should have talked to when I got out. >> All right. >> Okay. You can, >> sir. Sir, what sir? What can I help you with? >> Yes. I'm trying to figure out. I just got a call. My niece traveling from Pasco back to Sarasota's been arrested and I drove all the way down here. I'm trying to find out why. >> I'm driving the highway to see why. >> Yeah, I can see. And once I see, could you please tell me if you don't mind? >> Absolutely. So, your niece was traveling at 25 mph over the speed limit, weaving between heavy, congested US19 traffic, causing dangers to other vehicles on the roadway. >> Okay. >> We conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, complete cordial encounter. Our initial intent was to release her with what's called a notice to appear, which is like a ticket to show up for court. >> Okay. >> All right. At that time, I asked her to hand me her keys for the vehicle because of the nature of how she was driving, and I didn't want her to drive away from us. I It was a lawful request. She refused that lawful request. I asked her multiple times without getting in her car without pulling her out of the car. She continued to refuse. At that time, I told my partner, Officer, Compodor, to go ahead and have her exit the vehicle. I attempted to pull the keys out of the vehicle. She made she swatted my hand away to try and keep me from pulling the key out. I still pulled the key out. We went pulled her out of the vehicle, placed her under arrest. She's currently under arrest for reckless driving and resisting an officer with violence. >> The real tragedy here isn't just the arrest. It's the realization that she threw away a perfectly good chance at leniency. All because her ego was just too big for her own good. >> Your card cuz I'm going to write all this down and all that. And that was very sad. So it would if if you have a relationship with her, I would advise that you tell her that this could have all been avoided and now she has a criminal record. So I will absolutely get you a card with all of our information on it. >> Record, man. If she's convicted, she's looking at up to $5,500 in fines, 90 days in jail for a first offense, and a 6-month suspension of her license. At the [screaming] end of the day, respect isn't optional.
