I didn't kick you, bro. No, no, no. I will the I didn't know the >> Today, we're riding along with these drunk Karens as one small mistake snowballs into real full-blown chaos. >> Look for your sister. >> Yeah, you [ __ ] are. Go look for her. >> Where would she be? >> You're going to stop. You're going to stop. You're going to stop. You're going to stop. You're going to stop. From the gas station to the streets to a straightup face off with the cops, why do they always think the rules don't apply to them? And when patience finally runs out, who's really going to pay the price for this drunken mess? On October 23rd, 2025, police were called out to deal with a disturbance involving a drunk woman. When alcohol and raw emotion get weaponized to pressure everyone in the room, reality starts shutting down every false belief she has about controlling the situation. >> Um, the girl in the back, um, she's technically not supposed to be staying there. Her my husband's best friend is actually renting the camper. Okay. >> And her has been visiting and apparently she's been drunk for 2 days. >> She's got a baby back there. She's got a busted lip. >> Okay. and she was jumping my fence earlier. I have it all on camera. She had some dude here. >> I guess apparently she took his phone. I don't know what's going on with that situation. But as I was pulling down the road to bring my kids home from school, she's walking down the street having a full on panic mode and I just saw blood. >> Okay. >> So I'm like, what's going on? Like what's wrong? Are you okay? And she's busted up. >> Okay, I'll go talk to her. >> You okay? Do you need fire rescue or anything to check you out? Are you sure? So, what's been going on? >> Sassy has a drinking problem and she's back there. Um, I got up last night and she was gone. She didn't tell me that she was even leaving and the baby was there. >> Okay. >> So, I'm okay. I'm babysitting. Everything's fine. >> Uhhuh. >> Sassy continues to drink. >> Uhhuh. >> And then starts uh attacking me. >> Okay. >> So, I I I don't want to press any charges. I'm going to my mom's. I just lost my brother last week. Mhm. >> There's not I will tell you right now there's no telling. She's probably back there probably beat of herself because she's drunk. >> Okay. >> So, >> and then obviously DCF has to be contacted, but she's getting hammered with her child and >> right >> not able to take care of >> Is it a boy or a girl? >> He's a boy. >> Not able to take care of a boy. So, >> who's the lady in the back? >> Yes. >> Who's the lady in the back? >> Sassy. >> Yeah, she's in the camper in the back. >> Okay. >> That's the Uber. Your Uber's here, but uh so with domestic violence, >> when we can establish a primary aggressor, we have to make an arrest. Okay. >> The baby's got to go somewhere. Do you mind hanging out for a couple of minutes with us? Um so we can figure everything out and then maybe the baby can go with you. >> Yeah. >> All right. Perfect. >> Yeah. I'm bringing them. That's her mom. Her mom's on the phone. I'm taking the baby over there with them. >> So to grandma's house. >> To grandma's. >> Okay. Do you have any other injuries? Anything on your lip? Yeah, definitely. I >> broke my glasses off my thing. >> All it takes is one cross line and the tragedy curtain goes up. When a family member steps in to protect the baby, she answers with violence. Booze doesn't just blur judgment. It wipes out the mom switch, too. And the victim's compassion, sadly, only feeds her sense that she's somehow exempt from consequences. >> Going. Hello. >> What's going on? >> What the is going on? >> I don't know. I got called here. >> Okay. For what? >> I'm asking I don't know. I'm asking you why I got called here. >> I'm good. >> Who else is in the camper with you? >> What? >> Who else lives in here with you? >> Uh, but I've been out here for a minute. >> Is she in there? >> Yeah. >> Can I talk to her? >> No. >> Well, I have to. I'm not really asking. >> Oh, wait. But what? What? What? Why? >> It's a have to. >> Come on. And now I'm here. >> Okay. So, >> I don't have to explain a single thing to you. >> Yes, you do. >> No, I don't. If you weren't involved in the property I live on the >> Excuse me. I will go here. My name is Sassy and I'll get >> your name Sassy. >> Yeah. >> Okay, cool. Put your hands behind your back then. >> Why? >> Because of the fight that you did. Just put your hand. Don't Don't pull away. >> Wait, what did I do? >> There was a fight out front and you were involved then. >> No, I wasn't. >> Yes, you were. Put your hand out. >> No, I wasn't. >> I'm not going to swing you around and play the game. I was playing what? >> If your name is is that's your name? >> My name is Sassy and I did not fight nobody >> or bit somebody or something. >> I did what? >> Something up. Stop pulling. Stop turning around. >> What are you talking about? Bridget, [laughter] >> stop. >> Bridget, how the did I fight anyone? >> We'll talk up front. >> No. No. >> You were crying back here. I could see it. >> Yeah, my the house. >> Okay. Well, there's somebody up front that is also visiting that something happened with and you didn't want to you weren't telling me anything. You don't you >> what? >> I'm not going to I'm not going to >> Are youing kidding me? >> Okay. >> Is your out front then? Is that your >> bro? Bro, it it doesn't matter. You You You got You're telling me what the I'm going in my house. >> In mying house. I'm asking you what the I'm doing. You have a toddler in there. >> What? >> You have a toddler in there. >> Excuse me. I plead the fifth. >> I didn't see her come back in. >> I plead the fifth. >> At this point, >> back in there, >> she's in there. >> The second the officers don't follow the script she wanted, the aggression flares. To Sassy, the law isn't a set of rules to understand. It's a tool to swing back with. Every quote and half legal claim is a desperate grab to pull control back into her hands. >> That's right. >> Yes. >> Okay. There is a baby. >> That's the >> All right. >> That's That's a problem. So, >> no, she's not the No, she's not the >> What the [ __ ] are you doing? >> Hey, be quiet. There's kids around. >> You're really Hey, >> what the is your problem? >> There's kids around. Watch your mouth. >> I don't give a I didn't do anything. >> Stop pulling away. No. >> Yeah. >> No. >> No. You guys areing a gay [ __ ] No. No. No. No. No. No. >> Are you [ __ ] serious? >> Emily, >> get in. >> Are youing serious? >> What the? >> I'm [screaming] trying to go home. >> What the It's okay. >> No. >> What the? >> It's okay. Calm down. >> Just relax. >> I don't know what happened, buddy. I didn't do anything. Daddy, >> please everybody go. >> I need to go in the house now. >> Where's the baby? >> In the trailer. Have them all stay in the house. Please >> go in the house. >> Put her in your Yeah. [laughter] Key out again. [clears throat] >> We're going to a different car. >> What did I do wrong? I don't understand. >> I was at home. >> What? >> You were fighting with your We're going to go to this. I was fighting with >> Are you serious? >> Weird. >> That's really >> because my my Are youing serious? I have nothing on me. I have done nothing wrong. >> Sassy, I didn't call. She did, honey. >> Oh, Bridget did. >> Yeah. >> Oh, Bridget did. Bridget did. She's in my house. in that room, bro. >> I didn't do anything. >> Coming back here. My kids watching this [ __ ] bro. >> There's kids back there. >> What the are you touching me like this? >> Stop pulling away. You're not trying to do something. >> So aggressive. >> First of all, yes, you are. When I got the bruises next, Nick, listen to you're not going to do that. When she brings up having a kid, it's not coming from worry. It's a moral shield meant to block an arrest. Even here, she still thinks she can boss the cops around and take the upper hand. Only when that strategy backfires does she crash into the nightmare, a reality you can't negotiate with. >> Tell you that you're going to stop. >> You're going to stop. You're going to stop. You're going to stop. You're going to stop. You're going to stop. You're going to stop. You're going to stop. You're going to stop. >> I'm done. I haven't done anything wrong for you. Holy [ __ ] Oh, I can't wait. I can't wait. I cannot wait. >> You can't wait to be >> I can't wait. What? What? [screaming] What? To be retained by aing impulse. >> You didn't kick me. Kicked them. Ready? >> I kicked him. >> You know what? all are bored. >> You did. I didn't kick you, bro. No. No. No. No. >> I will. No. I did it. No. The I did it. You [ __ ] Know the I did it. >> Acting like that was crazy. >> You got nothing else better to do with your life. I got a kid. I got a kid. Hole. >> You got a kid and you're acting like this. >> Yeah. because of you. >> Hey, just doing anything. >> Why are you being so mean? Just relax. [screaming] >> I'm not doing anything. >> So, relax and do not boo. What the is your problem? >> Don't kick him. >> I [screaming] haven't done anything. >> Ridiculous. >> I swear to God, I'm suing you. >> Okay. >> I swear to God, I'm suing you. >> She took the cup off. >> Yeah, you just saw it out. >> You did it. >> Okay. >> Yes, I did. You'reing You hurt me some more. >> Stop. >> Let go of mying hand. Now, [ __ ] >> let go of me before I swear to God, you will never have your name again in your You know what? You little >> It's that why you got youring card? Because >> when the law won't move, her ego flips the table. In her drunken spiral, she says some wild things, hoping the officers slip up on procedure. It's not about justice. It's stalling because she can feel she's lost the driver's seat. >> I'm sorry. >> That's a little late. I'm sorry. >> Yeah. Well, you know what? For for for something that I didn't deserve. >> No. Go yourself. >> If you were cool the entire time. >> No. My mying kid is sitting in mying house and you're going to take me away from my only kid because you >> because of your actions yourself. Go yourself. Go yourself. Nobody Nobody called you. No, I'm good. You caning put my face no matter how bad you want to. >> I'm not trying to hurt you. >> I'm not I'm not resisting. [ __ ] idiot. >> You just spit and I just >> I'm not I'm not resisting. >> Kicked multiple people now. >> I kicked multiple. [laughter] I want to see the video. >> Yeah, you're dumb, bro. >> Excuse me. Are you really pushing my face into the >> You're pushing your head down. So you >> You're pushing my face as hard as you can. >> I'm not resisting. What is your problem that I'm >> Come on. >> Excuse me. >> You're excused. >> What is this? >> Beautiful. >> What is this? >> Are you going to be cool now? >> What is this? >> We confused her with the spit mask. She has no idea what's going on. Yeah, it's crazy. >> Are you serious? >> Ow. Are youing serious? >> Oh my mothering god. Y'all are crazy. Y'all want y'all want attention, don't you? Apparently. Cuz the is all this for when I haven't heard or did anything to anyone? What the is your problem? >> Hey, just a heads up. You're trespassed from the property now. Okay. You are no longer allowed back onto their propert. In the end, she's taken to jail and forced to face charges, including violent resisting. Two counts of assaulting a police officer and battery. A night of drinking might cost a few thousand bucks, but arrogance and total loss of control, can cost you your future behind bars. What punishment do you think would actually fit Sassy? and finally wake her up. One opening swing and what comes next is a brat who refuses to back down. On April 25th, 2022 in Weston, police checked on a woman passed out in her car at a convenience store. But once she came too, the situation was far from over. Her belief that she had the authority to boss law enforcement around quickly pushed things well beyond what anyone first expected. >> Hi. >> What's your name? >> All right, I'll leave you alone. All right, man. >> What's her name? >> I'm Anna. >> Anna. Okay. >> Yeah, we're willing to She was She was parked, but she was She was sleep. We are willing to take her to our house. >> All right. Do you know her? How do you guys know? You guys know? >> Yeah, we'll take her to my apartment if we just put her in my car. >> What? >> And we'll be there. >> What's going on? >> Nothing. Just p We're just taken from our to our apartment. >> That's okay. >> What? I I can't I can't understand you. >> We're just taking her to our apartment if that's okay. >> Taking who? >> Her. Do you just can't? >> Well, I I want to >> just give me a second. >> Okay. No, I want to talk to you. >> I know. I will. Just give me a second. >> Well, why do you need the door closed? >> I get my >> I get it's cold. Well, your ID. You can get your ID with the door open. Can I have the door closed, please? >> Why do you need the door closed? >> So I can get my ID. >> You can get your ID. >> I'm not stopping you from getting your ID. I want your ID. >> Why do you need your eyes closed? >> Cuz I can't hear them anything else. >> You can't what? >> Hear of them anything else. >> You can't hear them? >> Yeah. >> You can't hear your eyes. >> I can't hear my ID. You can't hear. You don't need to hear your ID. >> I don't need to hear my ID. I just need to know that it's there. >> Okay. >> Your name is Anna. >> Yeah. >> Anna, what have you been taking tonight? >> Nothing. >> Yeah. >> I want to know because I want to get you the help you need. >> No. >> You need to take Well, how about you work on getting your ID out for me? >> Then find me. >> Huh? Then find me. >> What? I I can't understand you. >> Finding me. >> Then shut the door, please. Can you shut me out? >> I'm not going to shut your door. >> I'll find my the >> Behind that reaction was the drunk person's last instinct to stay in control. She built a mental fortress to block out the reality closing in. The officers, however, saw something else entirely. Dilated pupils, a strong smell of alcohol, quiet details that steadily tore down every layer of denial. >> You don't need your door shut. >> [ __ ] knew you, [ __ ] >> Hey. Okay, look it. >> He's being no we don't disrespect. We don't disrespect him. >> He's being an idiot. >> Then why can't we do that? We don't Hey, we don't do that. We don't do that. I was an MP and and then I became combat medic% sure that I want you to set my door, please. >> Well, we can't do that. We can we can we can give you a ride >> or they can give you a ride. >> Calling them swear words and everything else isn't going to help. Okay. >> It's too late. It's already >> No, it's not too late. >> Thank god somebody somebody saw you. So, so what do you want to do, bud? Do you do you want to do you want to come home? >> I have someone to call the call the chiefs and then say I'm happy. >> Okay, we don't need to be screaming like that. Okay, >> I'm trying to help you. >> [ __ ] you. I don't [ __ ] like you. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Can you go find my sister? >> I don't know where your sister is. Go ask for my sister. >> Yeah, she [ __ ] is. Go look for her, you dumbass. Go look for her. >> She's not here. >> Go look for her. >> All right. >> Go look for her. >> Get out of the car. >> Go look for her, >> Anna. Get out of the car. >> No. Go look for her. >> I'm not going to look for your sister. Youing are go look for her. >> Where would she be? >> Exactly. Go look for her. >> Stop. >> She didn't just disrespect the police. She dismissed the people trying to help her avoid even bigger legal trouble. The breaking point came when she used the car door as a weapon against an officer. In that moment, the line between safety and criminal conduct was crossed clearly and unmistakably. [screaming] Stand up. Put it on. Don't look for her. >> Go look for her. [crying] Go look for her. >> Okay, we got her. >> Hey, sorry. >> No, appreciate it. Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> Thanks, guys. Hey, you you guys have >> Thank you. >> Look for her. >> What's wrong with you? >> Stop grabbing. >> Right here. >> My handcuffs. He's laying on a girl. >> Let me go. Let me go. >> Stop kicking. >> Let me go. [screaming] >> Stop kicking. >> Let me go. >> Knock it off. We'll find you. Don't worry. [screaming] [crying] [screaming] >> Stop kicking. [screaming] [crying] [screaming] >> All right. Slide back on the seat. Well, find your sister, but you got to slide back on the seat. Yes, we will. >> You got to slide back on the seat. >> Stop resisting. You're just making us worse. >> We can't let you go at this point. Stop kicking. Stand off. Please let me go. Please let me go. When tough tactics stopped working, she switched gears, screaming, calling her sister, then her mother. It's a familiar panic response, reverting to the mindset of a child. Inside the patrol car, her behavior became dangerous even to herself, forcing officers to stay on high alert. >> [screaming] >> Hey, stop. [screaming] Jesus. >> Hey, stop. Stop it. of an interesting video. We'll have to try to get a PBT from her. If not, we're just going to have to take her to the hospital, get medically cleared first. >> She punched you in the balls, right? >> Battery to law enforcement. >> You cause your pain? >> Yeah. It hurts. >> All right. >> 18, huh? >> She was 18. >> That's what dispatch said. But regardless, she's even she's 17 for sure, at least. >> What's her first name? Anal NA. >> It's something else. There's an R in it. >> I'm pretty sure dispatch said Anak. >> It's something else. >> Stop doing that. >> All right. Well, >> try calling dad. I guess >> Well, it's not going to do any good right now. Unfortunately, um >> we're going to have to get a PBT on her at minimum. Let's Where's her purse? Find an ID in it. >> We're going to help it, but you got to stop hitting your head. Anna, sit up and look at me once. Anna, it's >> still hanging out. >> Yeah. >> Anna, sit up and look at me once. You got to sit up and look at me. How How are we supposed to help you then? How are we supposed to help you then? Well, that's not going to help. Hannah, sit up and look at me. [screaming] >> Here, we need to get a PBT. Hannah, sit up. >> No. >> All right. Well, then you know where you're going after this then? If you're not going to work with us. >> No. [ __ ] off. >> You're going to go to jail. >> Go. >> You're going to go to jail. >> Despite her young age, she already had a history of heavy drinking and picking fights. That tells a bigger story. This wasn't just a one-off fueled by alcohol, but a repeated personality pattern. Chaos had become her go-to tool for dodging responsibility when cornered. Knock it off. Stop doing that. >> [ __ ] off. >> You're going to make it worse for yourself. Knock it off. Mom, please. So, we've got Anna Costki. >> Okay. >> She is intoxicated. Could not get a PBT from her. >> Okay. >> Um, before we went hands-on with her, she was pretty big pupils, but sitting there talking just fine, but then she threw a tantrum at one of my officers. So, she refused to give ID. So, we went hands- on with her, got her out, and then ever since then, she's just been a screaming mess. >> Hi, Anna. My name's Lorraine. I work up here at the jail. We want to get you upstairs and get you settled in. All right. Can you take a deep breath for me? This way. [screaming] >> She's out of it. So, >> perfect. >> All right, Anna, let's go. We're going to go this way. Sit back. >> Sit back. I've got a wheelchair here for you. Come on. Sit back. >> All right. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hey, do not fight me. >> I'll bring I'll bring the wheel over here. >> In the end, she was arrested and taken to jail on charges of assaulting a police officer, resisting law enforcement, and underage drinking. Facts don't argue, and the numbers say it all. Her blood alcohol concentration came back at 0.20, more than 2.5 times the legal limit for adults and completely unacceptable for someone underage. A young woman spirals out of control. And right after that, an old relationship explodes into full-blown chaos. On January 6th, 2024 in Orlando, police were dispatched after reports of an assault at a bar. The fight didn't just leave marks on [music] someone's face. It exposed a dangerous sense of entitlement. And this is what actually happened. >> Do you know which person did it to you? >> Yeah, I can tell. I can put them out. >> Are they myself? >> Are they Are they out here right now? >> Are they outside now or no? >> I don't see them, but if I see them, I swear to God. >> But which one is the one that the long hair? They both >> They both jump. >> The one with the hair down. They both jump. >> Stop. Swear to God. I've seen them. I've seen them and I know the girl with the long hair because I had an ex-boyfriend and we broke up and I don't give a [ __ ] Look, I seen her and look after her like not running but I was going to throw her and I went to like like this and then that's why she turned she hit me and then her best friend like pushed me and then that's when they jumped me and then I just like you didn't hit her at all. You just I didn't help the situation. Okay. We're trying to figure out what happened. >> Okay. Do you want to press ID? >> We're already on you. What do you got to do? >> Okay. Can you give it to this officer? I'll take care of their ID. Okay. >> She She's saying the one with the long hair sprint, girl. >> All right. >> So, we're just >> Yeah, I'll take it because it's >> Let's just wait for um the bouncer cuz they're trying to confirm with the bouncer cuz he's the one who observed it. >> So, he would be an independent witness. Okay. >> So, they're just trying to confirm that cuz he's the one who said that she attacked other girls. >> She she attacked her. >> Yeah, that's what that's that's what the bouncer is saying. So, >> okay. >> Um that the girl with the jean jacket, I guess the jean jacket attacked the tip of the >> As instead of checking on the bleeding victim, she stood off to the side acting busy as if to signal she wasn't part of the criminal crowd. But once officers approached, her story started shifting fast. She gave contradictory statements and reached back to old grudges using past beefs to justify herself. >> What's your name? >> Cameron. >> Okay. Do you mind walking over here and talking to me? >> What? What happened? >> All right. So, me and her got some beef or whatever because she was Okay. So, I have an ex-boyfriend, right? >> She was with him for 2 years. We were no contact for 2 years. And >> boyfriend and you were no contact or her? >> Me and him. >> Okay. >> So, um Hold on. I'm sorry. >> No, no, no. You're going to talk to me. This is an investigation, okay? You're going to adopt me and nobody else. >> Okay? So, me and her had beef or whatever. We never seen each other, never spoke. Don't >> just know that you have a mutual ex. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> That's that's literally it. >> Okay. >> And then um so she had texted me or whatever. She thought I was trying to get back with him. I wasn't. So, she was like, "Oh, when I see you, I'mma slap you." So, we're in the club or whatever. I guess I passed her. She seen me. I was walking up the stairs. You can pull the video footage. You can pull it. I was walking up the stairs. She pulled my hair from behind. I turn around and see who it was. And then she swamped. >> She swamped. So, of course, I'm going to defend myself and hit back. And then nobody was breaking it up. Her best friend hit my best friend. And then she tried stopping it all. My nails are [ __ ] up. As you can see, she's bleeding. Like, >> this was unfucking called for. She did not have to do that ass. >> I got you. Let me see your hands real quick. All right. So, that's the one that got messed up. And that one? >> That's um >> Okay. I appreciate it. And you've never met her before? Like for anything? It was just all via online >> online. I've never seen the never talked to her, nothing. >> Okay. Is there any reason that it escalated to this point? >> I didn't see her at all tonight until I turned around after getting my hair pulled on the stairs and seeing it was her. >> Okay. >> So, >> all right. Do you think that she was purposely trying to pull your hair or do you think she was trying to get >> She literally seen me. She cuz I was walking up the stairs. She must have lost eye contact with me or something. I was looking around. I wasn't looking at people's eyes or whatever. And then literally as soon as we turned the corner to go upstairs, I feel like a tug on my hair. I'm like, "What the fuck?" I thought it was my best friend at first. So I turned around, I'm like, "What the fuck?" And then she was like, "What's up?" And then >> she claimed she didn't care yet went into great detail about the past. That contradiction gave her away. The obsession and the need to control old narratives was still very much alive. The truth wasn't in the words of the aggressor, but in the cleareyed accounts of those not caught up in the emotional chaos. >> So they he doesn't think they have cameras in that area, and they don't have playback right now. This dude saw it only halfway through, so he didn't see the initial, but what he saw was Girl with a Bloody Face. So this girl in denim was holding Girl with Bloody Face's hair and just pounding on her face. And he said it looked like that one was just trying to get away. That's what he said. He saw defensive marks, but she's got like >> Yeah. And her fingernails broken, too, if you saw. >> If we can get a picture of her injuries, please, before FD either takes or cleans it up. Um, and then we'll take a picture just based on the >> Do you need his info or anything from him at all? It's just >> they've got his his 104. I'll make sure. >> Yeah, just make sure this this uh the bouncer right here. I'll get a photo of her real quick. photo of this and then I'm going to read her Miranda real quick and then >> why are you going to What's the point of >> Take a Just take a take a seat. Take a seat. >> No, I'm I'm telling you an order. Okay. I I have to read you something and I have to ask some questions. >> I I Are you in handcuffs? >> Okay. So, let me do my job. Okay. >> Okay. Perfect. All right. You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand? >> Yeah. >> Anything you say may be used against you in court. Do you understand? Yeah. >> Can I need a pace? Can I like stay open? >> We're going to have a conversation. Okay. And I'm going to ask some questions. >> All right. >> So, you're in the club. You see her. You guys have a mutual action. We already talked about this, correct? >> At what point did it become like, "Hey, I see her. I'm going to start like hitting her." >> Nothing, bro. She literally pulled my hair. That's when I turned around and seen her. >> Okay. And the What was the manner in which she pulled your hair? >> She pulled my like gangster. Like you can pull the cameras back. She's literally ganged my hair. I I fell back like two steps. >> Okay. All right. And then from that point, what happened? >> I swung. >> Okay. Did you swing like intending to hurt her? >> No. Like I didn't know who was there, so I just swung because my best friend wouldn't pull my hair like that. When she yanked it, she >> panic set in when she realized she was losing control of the situation. When talking no longer worked, she switched to passive aggression, a hollow apology aimed at pleasing the officer. while turning around to threaten the victim. Two completely opposing behaviors at the same time. >> People that saw it and what they said was you were grabbing her hair, wailing on her, and punching her. >> She grabbed my hair first. She was literally attacking her. >> I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. You don't need to be >> I know. I'm I'm just I'm just I'm just mad right now. I understand your point of view. I know you're a cop. You're just trying to get the story. I get it. Like, I know. Okay. >> But I'm just like heated right now. I'm sorry I'm getting an attitude. Like, I don't mean to. From losing control at a gas station, the next chapter is speed, relapse, and consequences catching up. On September 22nd, 2024 in Wisconsin, what should have been a simple speeding stop turned into something nobody saw coming. The moment the smell of alcohol hit and her attitude started to shift, the story behind the wheel began to surface in the worst way. Chief Felman with the police department. It's 25 miles an hour. Can't have anything. Nothing. a goddamn thing. But I still got to pay my taxes for the land. Still got to make ends meet. Still got to make my rent payment. So, I'm going to read you a list of five questions. I need a yes or a no. Being scared is unfortunate. When you break the law, you have the right to remain silent. Do you understand? >> I need a verbal yes or no for my camera. >> Yes or no? >> Can you repeat that? >> Yes, of course. Anything you say may be used against you in court. Do you understand? >> Okay. You have the right to talk to a lawyer before enduring question. Do you understand? >> I want one. >> You want a lawyer? Perfect. I have to read you your rights as well. Yes, sir. >> You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand? Yes, sir. >> And then you say maybe use in court. Do you understand? Yes, sir. >> You have the right to talk to a lawyer before and during question. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. >> You cannot afford a lawyer and want one provided for you before question without charge. >> Yes, sir. >> Has anyone threatened you prom? >> No, sir. >> Okay. Your first name is Jason, right? >> Yes, sir. >> Because she wants because she wants a lawyer. I'm not going to speak in front of her. We're going to come over here. The moment her rights were read, her face drained of color. As officers explained to the man what they'd found, the picture sharpened fast. She had talked a big game about constitutional rights, but in reality, she tried to hide evidence with her own body. >> Cup holder, you got a bomb. This car smells like weed. She's sitting on top of a THC pen. There's another one in the cup holder. And I found one in the back seat in a Lululemon deck. Yes, sir. I know one of the pens is hers cuz she's sitting on it. I know one of them is yours cuz it's in the cup holder by the bond where the media reaches to you and there's one in the back seat. Does anyone have medical marijuana card? >> Yes, sir. >> Which pens belong to you? >> Am I allowed to stay silent? >> You are. >> Okay. You you you're done talking, right? >> If you have any other questions, I'd like to answer them. So I once you choose to not answer a question, my line of questioning is done. >> Okay. >> Are you invoking your rights? >> Can I question the clarifying question? >> You could clarify the question. Yes. >> Okay. >> Would um me agreeing to answer questions make this investigation go smoother? >> So at the end >> at the end of the day, you both are still not under arrest. You both are detained. >> But like he said from the beginning, I have to do a caric investigation. There is three weed pens in the car, which is tetra cannabis, which is illegal in the state of Florida, unless you possess an active medical marijuana card that shows that that's on your script, >> as well as a bong. The car smells like weed. You guys must have just finished using the bong in there or it's still fresh residue. >> Yes, sir. >> Either way, that's why we're here. That's why we're travel searching. That's why I'm up to this point of asking you questions. >> I sir, >> at the end of the day, >> I have to investigate my crime. Yes, sir. My question to you was, what inside that vehicle belongs to you? If you choose to not answer, that is completely okay. I go off my own inference. >> Yes, sir. Um, I've been I've never been in this situation, but from what I've understand, I've been taught to um to like not mention anything. That's that's out of respect, not like towards you. >> It's completely fine. We'll send you back over there. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> We're doing an investigation, so you cannot be just stand here. I'm not I'm not dragging him, so please stop. >> He's so good to me. >> Okay. Well, then move over here. >> Once the My mom is a lawyer life raft stopped working, she switched roles, suddenly cooperative, hoping for leniency. But the law doesn't respond to feelings, it responds to actions. That was the moment her ego finally caught up with the truth. Emotion can't replace accountability. Take deep breaths. >> I'm really trying to >> I don't see you taking a a deep breath. I would just try to take deep breath. One deep breath. Slow it down. Just slow it down. That's it. Just slow it down. It's going to be okay. >> No. >> It's going to be okay. >> So, bring it up. >> Ju just so you have some information. It might be useful for your life going forward. >> You don't know as much as you think you do. >> You probably watched a few videos online and you think that you're an educated lawyer. >> Okay. >> Well, then she's going to help you out cuz you're going to jail for a felony for having the THC pen tucked underneath your leg. And I don't think she's charging you with resistance, but she has every right to. Cuz when you're given a lawful order to exit the vehicle, you exit the vehicle. >> But that's her. >> I'm just charging you for the drugs. >> You can once we have a car here, it's on its way. That car doesn't transport people. That that has no >> In the end, both individuals were arrested and taken to jail, facing charges of possession of a controlled substance and nonviolent resisting law enforcement. If convicted, they could face fines of up to $1,500 and probation for up to 18 months. The begging phase is over. What's left is patience put to the test. On September 8th, 2024, during routine patrol, police found two individuals sleeping on private property. When asked to leave and offered guidance towards social support services, what should have been a straightforward encounter quickly took an unexpected turn. I don't know about you, Officer Boom, but that looks like sleeping to me. Young lady, you need to wake up and sit up or you will be arrested. >> This is your second time, man. >> Young lady, this is your second time. There are services that the city provides at 808 West Central and at 18 North Terry. If you guys are back here sleeping, you will be subject to arrest. >> You were asleep. We stood here for 5 minutes before we said anything. >> Yes. I don't know why you have to argue every time. All you have to do is wake up and walk. >> I don't feel good. >> I don't feel good. Yeah, she she felt good. >> Delta 43 alpha. You guys need to go. Let's go. >> Anyways, are you ready? Like I just told Bro, I'm staying here because I know you don't feel right. So, it ain't even you, bro. Like I said, I don't know. Y I'm waiting because she don't feel right. ready or she's going to go to jail. >> She ain't going to jail. >> She will go to jail. >> She ain't with my girl, bro. >> Same way you let me take my time to get up, she going to take her time. >> I I'm not giving you any time. >> I'm telling you she needs to leave or I'm going to put her in handcuffs. >> The only reason why you mad is because you you came over here and I got out your ass. So you can be tight. >> I'm not mad at you at all. >> Nobody, bro. >> Nobody's mad at you. >> You don't face nobody, bro. >> No, you don't face me either, dude. That [ __ ] ain't f nobody. He's about to go to jail, ma'am. So, I would suggest you leave. >> In their minds, feeling unwell automatically made them victims and turned the officers into the problem, even after being offered softer options like social services or an ambulance ride. She flatly refused everything. That outright rejection only boxed the situation in further. >> Ma'am, I don't know what's in your purse that's keeping you from getting up, but you might want to do it. >> Phil, she's on her p. I asked her if she wanted an ambulance. Did she say she wanted one or not? >> Said she's on her period. >> Marvin, I can't hear her from here. Did she say she wants an ambulance or not? >> I spoke to you. >> Does she want an ambulance? >> I said that she five times. Donna, listen. >> God dam. >> How we doing, brother? So, there's some people on your property that uh are right now refusing to leave. >> Would you like to come over and tell them they need to leave the property? >> Bro, y'all not listening to [ __ ] I'm saying. I said she don't feel good. You see how she fing moving? Y'all see how she moving. >> So why don't you help her, >> bro? I will. But she know her payments not in the bag. I know where is at. >> And you see you see how she is. Y still going to get her son. >> Say her medicine is not in the back. >> I know where it's at. You hear what I'm telling you? >> Bro, if it's in the back, I would have been put the [ __ ] out already. >> Then help her. Why is she looking in the back? It's not there. >> Hey, come on, bro. >> Talking about you, but you're not care. Babe, you want Babe? If I wasn't caring, I wouldn't defend her. I just stopped. >> No, if you were carrying, you shut up and you would help her. >> Give her the medicine then. She's looking. >> She don't have it in theing bag. >> Then tell her to stop looking in the bag >> and get up and go. >> Bro, get the is the one who's in peace, bro. She's in peace. It's me. >> All right. If she doesn't get in pain, she's literally telling you she in pain. >> She's so annoying. >> Oh, damn. Y'all feel soing stupid. No, we're trying to get you to [ __ ] >> All right, you need to leave the property now or you're going to jail. Let's go. >> Ma'am, you need to get up now or you're going to jail. Let's go. We're done. >> I'm getting tired of these stupid. >> All right, let's go. Let's get moving. >> Bro, they don't do their job. I told you they don't do their job. They >> She ain't even talk about you. Bro, she ain't going to even speak, my [ __ ] >> Okay, let's go. >> Stop putting words on her mouth. She ain't even speak to you. The out here. >> Harsh language became a stalling tactic, forcing officers to explain the same basics over and over. But in a split second, the victim's mask slipped. The woman who claimed she couldn't move suddenly jumped up and grabbed an officer's shirt, trying to stop the arrest. >> Telling you, she don't feel good. She literally tell you >> we offered her medical assistance. She declined it for it. So guess what? >> She didn't. >> Dude, shut your mouth or you're going to jail. >> Let go. >> Let go. Please do anything. >> Let go. >> Let go. >> Back up. >> Oh, back up. >> That's what I'm saying, bro. >> Put your hand behind your back now. >> Back up. >> That's what I'm saying. Get up and move. >> Bro, you >> like come on. >> Y'all making no sense. Only thing I'm doing is trying to make sure that my son is safe. >> Y not doing nothing. [laughter] Doing nothing. Stop. >> You're saying that she can't move. You saying that she in pain and you're not helping. >> We offered to help. Bro, you been offering nothing. >> You can't even barely talk. >> I'm trying to help her out. Yo, [laughter and gasps] y'all not even understanding what I'm saying. >> Like, maybe time to get up. Let's go. >> Is there anything in your pocket? >> I'm not even >> Is there anything in your pocket is going to poke or prick me? >> Yeah, we're 104. Can we just have an extra unit? [laughter] >> Ma'am, seriously, stop. Relax. >> You're playing games. You ever so me? >> Well, maybe you should have left. >> Crap. >> Listen. Sit still. >> No, bro. >> Stand still. >> Lang, >> stand still. Please. >> Maybe she should have left and she wouldn't be going to jail for the first time. >> She's in pain. I just said she's on hering period. >> She's on her period. >> Yeah, women do that all the time and they can walk. >> Her period cramps are different from othering women. That's what I'm trying to make you realize, bro. God damn. >> By switching to a pitiful tone after turning violent, she managed to shake the resolve of the person affected. The security guard, who initially wanted to press charges, suddenly changed course and asked officers to give her a chance. One emotional moment was enough to steer a decision away from the facts. >> What's up? >> I have a question. Just have a question. Um guys, >> yeah, >> the guys resistant. >> Yeah, but she's trespassing as well. >> Okay. >> Are you going to write a statement for both of them? >> No. I mean, if you guys can give her a chance. >> Yeah, he Okay. >> He doesn't want to press charges on her. >> Why? >> He wants us to give her a chance. >> Hey, he wanted to press charges before she's going for resisting. Okay. Property. This is private property. Do you understand that? >> Okay. We asked you to leave several times. You did not want to cooperate. I >> I was scared of my papers. Y >> I have no idea what you're saying. >> Y'all wasn't talking to me at all. Y'all was just talking to my eyes. >> No, we were talking to you, too. >> Looking for [crying] my boo. And now I'm trying to save resisting. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, you're fully grown. Stop crying. Talk to us normal. Stop. Stop crying and talk to us normal. Okay. Were you asked to leave? >> Yes. I was scared. But >> were you you were asked to leave, right? >> Okay. This guy asked you to leave. I haven't [crying] seen it with >> Did he ask you to leave? Did he ask you to leave? Any one of these officers here? >> Cuz he said he would press charges on both. If he doesn't want to make sure we do a report, document that at the time we asked him, "Does he want to press charges for not trying not trespassing?" So when we go to take her into custody, she resists it. You know, we do that. Okay? Cuz that's ridiculous that now he doesn't want to trespass. Eventually, she agreed to be placed on a stretcher and taken to the hospital before facing legal consequences. By then, the picture was clear. Arrogance had been driving for far too long. When reality finally knocked, there was no safe exit, only consequences waiting on the other side. >> She's saying she has menstrual pain. >> You have menstrual pain? >> Menstrual pain. >> You normally have menstrual pain that makes you act like this. >> Yeah. So, every month you get you go through cramps this bad? Yeah. >> Do they give you any medicine for it? >> They don't tell you to take anything like or anything. >> Huh? >> I don't have anything I can give you for it. >> I don't The only thing we can do at this point is offer you a ride to the hospital. And I don't know if they're going to be able to do anything for you either. >> But that's totally up to if you want to go. We have an animal here that can take you. And you going to the hospital does not mean you're not going to jail. >> Just just a heads up. >> They also have nurses at the jail. >> If we're going to put you on the stretch, you're going to have to walk over here. Can you hear? >> All right, let's get you over to the to the gurnie first and I'll take the cuffs off. >> I wrote down the list. That's why I'm going to ride the hospital. Makes the most sense that way. >> [laughter] >> See you guys at the hospital. >> Listen up, sir. >> We've offered you services a whole bunch of times. Just you're It's time for you to listen. So, I'm just going to talk over you. I'm going to tell you exactly what I told you all the time. We've offered you services. We've always told you that you cannot do certain things. You cannot trespass on private property. Okay? When we ask you to leave, you need to leave. Okay? >> So, listen. >> Check it out. Bro, I would have left, but I was more worried about my show. You're more concerned for my >> You could call her whatever you want. She's an adult. She needs to move, too. She needs to verbalize what's wrong with her. We And we offered her medical services and she declined. Okay. Well, guess what? >> How one you know one the whole time that everything was going down. The whole time everything was going down. >> You want to know? You want to know what her problem is? Her problem is you. That's what her problem is. >> Me. In the end, both were taken to jail. The woman faced charges of criminal trespass and nonviolent resisting law enforcement, receiving 11 days in jail and $949.52 in fines. Her boyfriend [music] was charged with criminal trespass and fined $280. Neither of them showed up to court and neither has paid their fines. The testing the police phase is over. Next up is a $2,000 theft and a sloppy plan that falls apart. On September 12th, 2023, police stepped in after three young women were caught stealing roughly $2,000 worth of clothing from multiple stores inside a shopping center. But the real story wasn't just the theft. It was how they hid greed behind a carefully crafted moral mask. >> What's going on? Well, what just happened? >> What? >> You came running out of the store? >> No, my daughter my um my babysitter. >> Your daughter's having a fever? >> Yes. >> Is this your car? >> Yours? >> Yeah. >> Do you have your license with you? >> No, I don't have my license. First off, sir. Okay, sir. Yes, sir. We want to fight the store, sir. be honest or like I I tried to get something but then after that oh no she like she like don't come back there. >> Which store? >> The store that's um over here. >> Okay. So, did you guys take anything? >> No, I don't have anything good. and his stuff. >> Well, sounds like that's a little different, right? >> Well, I'll have you step out there and we'll talk for a minute. Okay. >> Do you have your ID? No, but you can look me up in the distance. >> Okay. >> What's your name? >> Tiger. T A N I J A. >> All right. Well, while we investigate this, I'll have you step out here with me. You can just leave that there. >> The 19-year-old stayed unusually calm. No driver's license. Still driving and claiming she was rushing home because her child had a fever. What she didn't mention, the stolen bags. Instead, she leaned hard on the role of mom, as if that alone should make everything else disappear. Do you have any marijuana on you? >> No, I don't got >> Did you guys smoke earlier? >> Um earlier before we came here when we was at our hotel. But >> okay, >> I hope I don't let it go cuz I got to go get my baby. >> I'm going to put you in handcuffs from here tonight. You >> I'm not going to go >> uh as long as you're cool. Probably not. Spread your feet out there for me. >> Okay. Do you have any weapons? No. It wasn't two person. It was only one person. There's a whole purse full of stuff. So, give me one second. All right. >> Can we get a total for that, please? Can we get a receipt total for that stuff, please? I need her check for whenever she's done. >> When you're done with her, will you check her? >> Sir, I don't have no problem with you checking me. >> There's no problem with you. >> I just want to get this over. >> She even volunteered to be searched by police. Why? It was a lastditch move to regain control. By acting like she had nothing to hide, she hoped attention would drift away from the truck behind her. The one packed with merchandise she desperately didn't want discussed. >> You guys all from here? >> No, I'm not even from here. I'm supposed to be driving back home so I can get my baby from my babysitter. We're from Michigan. >> You're from Michigan? >> We're not even from here. We was going to leave. I was going to go back to the hotel and change my clothes. My clothes that I already brought with me. Didn't you guys see me parked earlier over there? >> No, I wasn't driving. I didn't see park nowhere. >> Uh, is your ID in here at all? >> No, but I have a picture. I have a picture like a paper ID or anything? >> Yeah. >> Are we going to go? >> Probably not. Do you have anything on you? No. >> Shirt under here. Yeah. >> Yeah, I have a shirt. >> Spread your feet apart. >> Okay. >> Come on out here, man. Like just like >> bring that purse with you. >> Okay. >> What's your name? >> You said what's my name? Hold on. Let me give you the stuff that was sold there. I'm I'm sorry. I didn't mind no business in it. I could have really just bought this stuff. >> So then why did you >> Huh? >> Then why? >> Cuz sir, I just really I wanted this for my kid. Okay. >> Huh? >> Is that the car key? >> Yeah, this is our key. >> Okay. >> We just >> You have anything else in your pockets? >> No, that was just all sir. That was just it. >> How old are you? >> You said what am I? >> Yeah. >> I'm I'm 19. >> You're 19. >> Yes, sir. I really didn't. >> Come on back here. Listen, I'm going to just have you have a seat in my car. All right. I'm going to put you in handcuffs, but we're we're going to you're not going to be free to leave. Okay. Officers found a bag with no receipt. Instantly, the child became the excuse again. But the truth was simple. This wasn't about being broke. It was about the thrill, the rush of taking something without paying. That feeling was the real motivation. >> What's your name, young lady? >> Hi. >> What's your name? >> My name Diana. >> Diana or Diana? >> Diana. >> Diana. Okay. Diana, just sit next to me. I'm going to close the door so I can get this back to the uh store. Okay. >> No, you got the rest. >> There's a couple things that don't have tags on them, but I'm not sure. >> Okay, >> that one. >> This is ours. >> Okay, that one's not. >> This is what I saw in that one bag. >> This thing that Yeah, most things had tags on them, but >> I'm going to assume this one. >> Yeah. Okay. >> I seen one they was doing. They just got to the door before I did. >> So, if you can get a total print your receipt >> and then we can [music] work on any kind of video. >> Oh, a little more time. I need your help. >> All right. We'll be back down the way. Okay. >> Appreciate it. You know what's sad is is like I wish we got to a point where this was the most exciting thing that happens to us in a day, but it's not. >> Everybody here, but for us it's like oh god. Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. There were some other items in there. He's like I really should. [screaming] I was like probably Yeah. >> You know, you know what though? We actually come across that a lot more than people think. >> Riding a car. >> Had a had a guy earlier this year riding out of the moped with gold license plate. Had a or Jana, the owner, not Jay. >> Yeah. Hey, Holly. You want to come down here and search here for me real quick? Hey man, come on out for me real quick. I want to have you searched by your seat officer. But before that happening, you turn around and put your hand. Bring it back for me. Put your hand. Bring it back for me. I'm going to put you in a handcuff doesn't mean that you're going to jail. Okay. In the end, two of the women were arrested and taken to jail on theft charges. [music] Every excuse about having a small child or making one mistake collapsed when police laid out designer items from multiple stores. [music] This wasn't desperation. It was arrogance. the belief that the law is just a suggestion meant for everyone else. On January 15th, 2025 in Florida, police responded to a 911 call from a woman claiming her boyfriend had assaulted her inside a car. The initial report framed it as a domestic violence case. But when officers arrived, the truth turned out to be far more tangled than expected. >> Okay, what's going on? >> Oh, he hit me in the face. >> Okay, well, I need more than that. Can you tell me can you give me a little bit of a story? I am ready to press charges. I am done. >> What do you What happened tonight? What's your name? >> His is Chloe Ron. He slap me in the face cuz he don't like what I'm saying to him. >> Okay. What's uh what's what's history to you? >> That's my baby dad of 5 years. We got two kids. >> I'm done. I'm I'm over it. You can take him. Take him. I'm not protecting his eyes. >> So, what was going on tonight? Have you guys been drinking? Yes. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. And I am done. You I never press charges on this man. I am done. I will write a statement. I am done. I want to bury his ass. I'm done. I am done. I'm going to my mom's. I want to bury him. He is in his mama's house right now. >> No, my kids are with my mom. We are in a DCF situation. >> All right. Uh what's his name? >> I just had my kid. I am done. >> Not being very for my keys. I'm co at >> inside. I have my keys. I'm cold on the car. >> I'm close. >> Okay. Listen listen listen. >> I'm trying to I'm trying to understand. I just need you to try to calm down a little bit so so we can get everything. So where in the face? >> In the face. Right here. Right here. It's nothing new. >> Listen. I got I wasn't there so everything where it on your face >> in the fa right here. Right here. >> Right here. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. >> He struck out. >> She quickly showed the signs of an abuser, flipping the script and playing the victim to manipulate the situation. Even though she was the one who called the cops, her exaggerated words and heated behavior exposed glaring contradictions. Sensing this, officers immediately checked her boyfriend's side of the story. Come on inside, boss. >> Can you tell me what's going on? >> We had a voucher for the last two and a half months at um Wmore Hotel. She's upset. She assaulted me the other night, the other afternoon. My eye was all black. I healed it. I didn't call the cops. I left. >> I'm pretty sure you guys got the report. Maybe I'm not up to date. I'm done. I can't my family's house. I'm not with it. >> So, what happened tonight, though? >> Nothing happened tonight. She's upset on me in the car, right? >> And I pulled at my mother's house. >> I was more, I guess, trying to get educated on the situation. >> I She She hit me in my vehicle >> and my face again. You see my tooth is cracked out because of her >> that tonight? >> No, this was, you know, a couple months back about almost a year. But I avoided conflict and I came to my mother's house. >> The front passenger. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. You guys are driving down the road. >> Yes. I said I sucked his homeboy's. >> Maybe true, maybe not. But I usually never report on him. >> Okay. Listen. Can you just >> And I've been waiting. >> Listen. I need you to lower your voice a little bit. Okay. >> I did not put my hands on her. I didn't touch her. >> How did she strike you? >> She swung and hit me while I was driving. like the hand or fist with >> I won't know I don't can't tell you if it was hand or slap or fist but >> you got hit in the face >> I tried to drive to here got here my stepfather opened the door and I came in here and sat down. >> Do you want to press charges tonight? >> I don't want to press any charges but I would like her to leave me. I don't want nothing to happen to her. I just would I would I I would really appreciate it if you can either um >> So she says she's co-signing the car. If she were to leave, are you okay with her taking the car? >> No. If she's co-signing the car with this license, >> the sad part is she had her license suspended. >> The bruise around his eye and his testimony flipped the case on its head. Khloe could no longer keep up the victim facade. She tried tearing him down to discredit him, but her rambling lies only revealed the violent history she'd worked so hard to bury. >> My mother and my stepfather and my father that's been in my life since I was two is trying to help me and her and she's fighting it because her family, >> you feel me? right, >> has put her to the side and she's taken out on me and my family. I love her and I care for her. We have two children together, but at the end of the day, her common sense ain't there >> after you said that he hit you. >> Yes, sir. >> Before that, at time at any time, did you hit him? >> Absolutely not. >> You didn't slap him or anything like that? >> Not one time. >> Not one time. >> No, I did not touch him. >> Okay. >> I did not touch him. And I would I admit to police. >> So you you said with a closed fist he hit you, right? >> Yes, sir. >> How hard of a hit? >> I'm not trying to say you're lying on cuz like right now as of right now you >> No, cuz he hits he hits to insult feelings. He doesn't hit to injure. He hurts to hurt feelings. That's what he does. >> In two different stories right now. >> Okay. >> So >> yes, sir. I did not hit him. I mean, you could slap someone and not not show anything. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, that's probably what's on his hands, too. This time, I did not hit him. No, >> the only marks he has is a black eye that he says you gave him the other night. >> Correct. But you're going to arrest me tonight for the other night. No, he hit me tonight. I know you can see that, but I did not tonight cuz I'm sick of it. I want him in jail. I don't want him anymore. I want my kids. And I want him to go away. I want him to face consequences for his actions. I'm done. I am so >> Okay. I You're very frustrated [laughter] and everything like that. >> Done. >> What happened to your leg? >> I I told you I kicked it through. You didn't tell me. >> Oh, I told him I kicked this through a window at the main stage. >> Oh, >> yes. I kicked that through a window. >> How long ago was that? >> In November. Her frustration peaked the moment she realized she'd lost control. In a desperate outburst, she tossed out blatant lies to claw back the upper hand. But officers took note of her past record, building a stronger case against her as the real aggressor. >> What happened? Was there something between you and his mom? >> I talked to his mom. Yes. And nothing physical, but she was just like, "Chloe, if you know your worth, you will separate from my son." And I'm like, "What the you knew this all? I'm telling him you knew this the whole time and I don't have two kids with you and your mom is saying this to me in front of you and you're not saying anything. >> And then what happened after that? >> I got pissed. I said bring me to the liquor store. >> Just stop yelling. >> I can. >> All right. >> Can I sit in the car? >> I'll let you sit in the car. >> Cuz there is no way out. >> Any weapons in the vehicle? >> No, sir. You can search. There is no way. I'm getting arrested tonight cuz if I get arrested tonight, I'm suing all of y'all. You look up my name. Look up my name. You can put the pieces together. >> That new account. But if I was, that would just make you look like an aggressor regardless. >> How? >> Cuz you sounds like you have a history of being violent with with multiple people. >> No, it's not me. It's self-defense. >> But you see why that doesn't make any sense why I would look at that. >> Sir, it's self-defense. >> Okay. She just got off probation for assaulting me in front of my mother's house. >> So she got off or got on? >> Excuse me. >> You said she just got on or got off probation? >> She just got off. >> All right. Go ahead and stand up for me. >> Yes, sir. >> Step away from the the door, please. >> Oh, >> so tonight you are going to be the one going to jail. >> No. For what? >> Turn up. Put your hands behind me. >> Sir, what did I do? >> Explain it to you. >> Officer, >> give him a second. >> What? Don't you >> What did I do? What's >> up? Are you kidding? What did I do? >> I didn't do anything. >> Give me your hand now. >> What did I do? >> I didn't touch him. [laughter] >> [screaming] >> When the arrest was announced, she snapped, lashing out, resisting and violently fighting back. It was the breaking point of her criminal behavior. All the screaming and thrashing only made things worse. She was dragged into the patrol car where her meltdown hit full throttle. >> Officer, stop. >> What did I do? [screaming] >> The other hit me. Okay. >> He hit [crying] me. [laughter] >> Are you serious? [laughter] >> Oh my god. No. [screaming] >> Yes. What did I do? Officer, please. Yeah. Yeah. You didn't even have a message in another day. Hello. Oh, you can't. I [snorts] am never speaking you again. >> Stop. Stop. If you kick him, there's some bad LEO. It's going to be a felony. >> Oh, yeah. Yes. >> What did I do? You >> just kicking his window. >> I didn't do [ __ ] >> Okay. >> I didn't do [ __ ] I didn't touch it. >> You know it's a camera back. >> I didn't touch it. >> You kicked the window. >> Yes, I know. I didn't do [ __ ] to be arrested. >> I am done. >> Mom, I'm coming back to your house. Signing over my rights. So, he loses his kids. Yep. I gave him enough chances. Sign a number of my rights. I'mma live with you. I'mma work stang money, live in your house, pay a hundred bucks a month. That's what I'm gonna do. And live. Huh? Excuse you. No. No. Excuse you. I tried. I tried to live with a dumbass. >> In the end, the woman was booked into jail and faced charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct while intoxicated, and assault. At first, she was charged with assault based on evidence and testimony, but those charges were later dropped. She plead guilty to resisting, racking up fines of $5,158. When she didn't pay, her license was suspended for 4 months until the debt was cleared. On April 1st, 2025 at Tampa International, what started as a normal flight spiraled into chaos when Lauren Nash, drunk and out of control, stormed onto the plane after being denied boarding. She refused to leave, stirred up a scene, and resisted until police had to step in to get things under control. >> I just observed her because obviously she's drunk and I I just watched her and say, and then she ran up the jet bridge to go get a bag because she left her bag at gasilla. Then I was going to have a conversation with I know she'd been drinking blah blah blah. Well, I told her she wasn't going to board until we had a conversation. She ran down the jet bridge and kept going after I told her repeatedly to come back up here and continue. Now, she refuses to get off the aircraft. So, we're removing her off the aircraft, but she will not come off the aircraft. That is what you >> Yeah. >> We have already been informed. Can you tell her police tell her to go? >> No, I've already told her that she ran back on the airplane. >> Well, police are here. Can you >> I know, but here's what if you could kindly do this. If one of you, she's sitting right in the first class. So, if one of you could kindly go behind in the island and the other one asked her to come off. >> We cannot go in the plane. Only supervisor. >> So, you can, but your supervisor can. >> She's the second seat in the green. And what's your name? My name >> first. >> What's your name? >> Lauren. >> Lauren Nash. Okay. >> Okay. I'm going to stand behind her now and then you can talk. >> All right. >> Hi, Miss. Can you come off the plane with me? Um >> Oh, well, if you can explain to me the reason why >> I'll explain out there, but >> Nope. Huh? >> Miss, this is what's going to happen. Everybody's going to get off the airplane and then we're going to have to take you against your will. And we don't want to do that cuz you're going to upset all these other passengers. >> Here. Now, here's the thing is I'm not really worried about the other passengers. What I I am worried about is my rights. >> And my rights are that you are to explain to me what it is that is going on. I have done nothing wrong. Okay. So, let me explain it to you. >> Nope. But you are going to listen to me. I'm going to explain it to you. And you can after I'm done. Okay. So, I'm very well aware of my rights. I'm very well educated. Clearly, I'm sitting here. >> I paid for this seat. >> Uh-huh. >> The decision to stop her from boarding came down to one thing. She was clearly intoxicated. A ticking risk for flight safety. When officers approached, she acted like she was the victim of unfair treatment. Being denied that first class seat set off her defensive fire. >> Absolutely nothing wrong. There is something wrong with people that work for this airline that are outside which have made the complaint against me. I've done nothing wrong. So, if you guys want to tell me what it is that I did wrong, then maybe it'll cooperate. >> Well, well, the the the captain of the >> No, the captain of the airplane is right there and him and I had a very clear conversation. He does not believe that this should be happening. Well, he's he's there and we're here >> and he's right here and he told me to my eyes he said this is out of his control. First class miss >> miss there's something going on you exhibited Miss Nash you exhibited some some behavior that's not conducive to them. >> Am I exhibiting that behavior? >> There's you you've either ingested or taken something that's getting in the front of your judgment. That's all I'm saying. >> I have not. >> So we're going to have everybody come out and then we're going to have to take out. >> That's fine. Can you take my bag? That is >> No, ma'am. You're refusing to You're refusing to come off. >> I'm not leaving here without my bag. >> We'll grab your bag and we'll take it. We'll take a look. >> You can do that. >> You can do it cuz that's your bag. That's your bag. So, you do it. >> Are you guys really this sick? Are you Are you wanting to get your bag conversation? Are you kidding? >> And it's beyond his control. >> No. Listen to him. You're gonna want to stand up at this. If you don't, it's going to be worse. >> Are you kidding me? >> No, he's not. >> You just grab your bag and I haven't done anything wrong. >> Well, you've exhibited some kind of behavior and that's concerned. >> No, what we're going to do right now is we are going to start recording this. >> I'm recording YouTube, so that's fine. I have no problem going on YouTube, but grab your bag and let's and let's get off the plane so you don't upset the rest of the airplane. >> I've already upset the rest of >> You have. Yes. So, let's just get out, get your bag, and we'll leave. >> She kept pointing fingers, leaning on words like rights or first class to justify her actions. She truly believed her social status would shield her from trouble. With that attitude, officers had to switch gears. This Karen wasn't going to be talked down to, so they hit her with sterner warnings. >> Um, let's see if first class is okay. Do we leave her? >> Uh, you don't have to unless you want to. >> We can though. >> You don't have to. >> Is this your green one? >> There we go. >> All right. >> Don't you guys have more important things to do? >> We do. Yeah, we do. But this is one of the important ones. >> No, it's not. >> It is. >> No, it's really not. It's You know what it is. Okay, we'll tell you what it is. >> All right, grab your bag and we can talk while you're walking. >> Grab your bag and let's go. >> What's going to happen? >> What's going to happen is in about 5 seconds you're going to hand get in handcuffs. >> What are you going to do? >> We were going to arrest you for disorderly conduct. How's that? >> Thank you so much. >> One more. Can you just give me a second? Just give me a second. >> Walk. >> Give me a second. >> We can get a second. We're going to walk. >> Listen, I'm not >> Don't resist, man. Relax. >> Control 146, show us 105. >> Control 12:15. >> Are you kidding? 17. >> You go down to not okay. >> It's not okay. >> Ma'am, you got an ID in this purse? >> My ID is in my purse. >> In your other purse, [laughter] this what you guys are paid for. It's not okay. [laughter] >> The girl [snorts] with the red hair. It's not okay. The second the cuffs went on, all that fake confidence vanished. She flipped into victim mode, screaming, hurling accusations at the cops, trying to spin it as abuse. She may know her rights by heart, but she's never once admitted her wrongs. >> You're crazy. >> I'm not a criminal. Trump in the art of the deal. He'd be like, "This is so tough. >> This is not right." I Listen, can you do me a favor? I won't walk wherever you guys want me, but just let me walk on my own. >> You can. All you got to do is walk. >> I am, but you don't have to hold me. >> We have to hold you. >> No, you do not. >> I'm not pushing you. >> No, you do not. You do not have to push me. You don't have to hold me. I'm not. >> Are you kidding me? Just let me just give me Let me breathe for a second. >> Where's your car? >> No, I I can't. >> Okay. All right. Stop. Let go. >> Stop. >> Let go. >> What's your name? >> All right. >> Listen. >> Please just have him let me go. I just want him to let me >> Lieutenant Porter. I'm Lieutenant Porter. Listen to me. I'm their supervisor. Listen to me. Okay. >> I have to patch you down. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, he's going to study you. >> Okay. >> Because you're handcuffed. >> I understand. >> Okay. So, give me Is there anything on you that is sharp? Okay. >> Look at me. Are you kidding me? >> I know. >> Okay. So, just stay calm for a minute. Yep. Exactly. You're doing great. Just breathe. >> Perfect. Perfect. Ma'am, hop in. >> I can't hop in. I need to >> I'm holding you so you don't fall. Put your left foot on first. Good. Good. >> Does this make you guys get off? Like, what the >> Are you kidding me? >> Do I deserve this? You can't even look at me in the face. And you know what's wrong? >> It's not. >> If you scoot up forward, it's easier on your wrist. It's not right. Why the an airline have the capacity to have a conversation with people when they they're justed up cuz they have to sit there and work every day. They don't understand that other people work harder and they work differently for money. She couldn't pin this on the booze. Sober or not, her judgment was already way off. On the way to jail, she spat out racial slurs, claimed she was a military wife, even dragged politics into it. All of it. Just smoke and mirrors to cover herself. >> You know, you don't like to go home at night thinking about this. This is so up. I voted for you. I voted for Trump. I voted for you. It's so up. I didn't do anything wrong except for speak up for myself and I only spoke up for myself under me. She wanted to say all these things about me and up and she should be fired and American Airlines should be sued for the way I'm being treated. It's so up. >> I need you to bring me somewhere else than where you bring everyone else because I do not belong where it is that you think that I belong. I'm upset. I would have already been home already. Don't think of for a second second that I don't recognize that you and your partner here that's driving are human as well as I am military wife. If she speaks your mind and somebody at the airport that's black doesn't like her. Yeah, you heard me. racist. Put it on record, mother. You need is some water and some fresh air. Listen. Listen, sir. I >> got a lot of fresh over lot of fresh air on the ride over. >> That's fine. I want to be let out on this side. >> You're getting out on that side, >> sir. Sir. >> Yeah. >> Um, were you the one that drove with us here or are you new? All right, Laura. Come on. >> Now, listen. I'm not comfortable with any of the officers that drove me here. I'm not comfortable. >> Just follow them in there. Okay. >> Thank you. What is your name, sir? >> I'm Deputy Farah. >> Thanks, buddy. >> Just follow them. Okay. >> No, listen. You do not have to Listen, stop. You do not have to grab me. Stop it. >> You do not have to grab me. You are being throw up. Are you kidding me? In the end, Lauren Nash was arrested, taken to jail, and charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated. Because she resisted, and caused a security mess, she could be looking at fines, community service, or even jail time, depending on how the court rules.
