the sick of it, man. I'M NOT GOING TO CALM DOWN. YOU'RE [ __ ] TAKING my kids, bro. Not every mother chooses to stand between her child and the world. Some surrender to ego, to unchecked anger, or to a toxic attachment, placing their own impulses above the quiet daily duty of protection. Come out. Show me your hands. GET UP. GET UP. GET UP. WON'T COME OUT. What are you doing? >> And when children are the ones left behind, the debate is no longer about who was right. It becomes a far heavier question. Who failed them first? On July 19th, 2025 in Florida, police were called to a movie theater in Hillsboro County after a woman caused a disturbance and refused to leave. Staff reported concerning behavior involving her child and officers noted a strong smell of alcohol. And the real story, there was a lot more going on than people first realized. >> Word advised body cam. >> We don't we don't put up with that here. >> Please, please ask her out. Please. >> So, who's the issue? So, >> I got a complaint from the lady out that's standing by the bar saying that this lady was hitting her child with the long black hair. I could smell the alcohol on her. We asked her to come out to talk to us and she >> Okay, I'll talk to the parents afterwards. >> Hey, ma'am. >> I'm Deputy Dollar with Israel County Sheriff. We need to take off. >> You need to leave. >> You don't need to talk to me that way. >> All right. Listen, they already told you you need to leave. >> Who told me I need to leave? >> The employees. >> Ain't nobody told me. I have everything. >> Hey, hey, listen. >> You're a black man. You're You're speaking to me. Don't talk to me about the grading. >> What's your name? >> Let's go. >> What the You You're probably recording. >> You aggressively. >> Give me your hands. Give me your hands. >> Give me your hands. >> Give me your hands. >> RECORDING RIGHT NOW. >> GIVE ME YOUR HANDS. >> Give me your hands. Give me your hands. swing. Is that normal? What the >> Are you serious? >> We're not playing this nonsense. >> Are you No, you're Wow. You're a black man and you're >> What does that have to do with anything? We being disorderly, but you're Wow. A woman. You're treating her like a piece of [ __ ] >> Stop being disorderly. >> No. >> Stop resisting. >> Am I Am I hurting you? You're [ __ ] dead and recorded, puppy. I'm for 94 step >> Jay recording right now. Jay, listen. Jay, my son is here. So, I'm not leaving till my >> STOP RESISTING. >> I'M GOING TO RESIST and you get my son. >> All right, then. >> You're just going to be hurting. >> You're going to hurt me and you're going to go. I promise you I'm pressing. >> That's fine. Before officers even arrived, the theater had to issue refunds to a bunch of customers, basically eating the loss just to isolate her and get the disruption under control. But in a Karen mindset, public rules aren't rules. They're just suggestions you can ignore. >> Back up. Let's go. >> Why are you bringing me out for what? My son watching. >> That's your fault. >> Yeah. Whoa. For what? What did I do, bro? I can't DO NOBODY BUT WATCH MY SON, BABY. SO, HEY, my son is here. You know you can't see the jail, baby. He's so dramatic. He's doing a lot. How do you say this? Why are you saying this again? You don't have to be so aggressive with me as a man. I know. But guess what? >> Because you're being belligerent. >> I'm not. >> That's why >> I But guess what? You're going to be It's okay. You're going to be in trouble. It's fine, baby. >> Baby, you don't even know what you're doing. You think it's okay if you don't know what to do, right? You a black man. That's disrespectful. You're not going to take me with my son. Are you not going to GET IN THE CAR? >> You mean the person to >> GET IN THE CAR. >> GET IN THE CAR. >> Get in the car. God help me. God Jesus help me. >> Are you done? >> STILL get me out. >> Taking your kid to a movie while you're drunk is flatout irresponsible. Then she tried to stir up more drama, hoping the cops would lose their cool so she could play the victim. But the person who paid the highest price was the child pulled into a mess that never should have been his problem. >> Did you get all my arms hurt? I can't. >> Okay, I'm going to let you out >> so you can sit down. If you start again, it's going to be back in the same position. You understand? >> Okay. >> Sit. Sit up. Get in the seat. Step up there. Get in the seat. >> Yeah. >> You can 775, man. >> Yeah. Look, God is going to take care of you. Yo, he said getting abandoned, bro. He's hurting me. >> So, she said she had her son in there. >> Yeah. >> Do we identify her her son? >> Genie, do you know what the son is? >> And does he does he have anybody else with him? >> Grandmother. >> Ma'am, can you step away, please? >> Yeah. 26 out of 17. You copy. >> Where's Dard at? Where's Dard? >> He needs to come out here cuz she's wigging out. >> Oh, she is she tripping out? >> Yeah, she's she going to break his [ __ ] in. >> Hey, um Shulio, grandma is here. >> Um he's right here. >> So, grandma is here. She only speaks Spanish. Can I get one of you guys? >> Oh god. Let me keep >> Hey, we're going to have to move your car real quick so we can put in leg restraints. >> Okay. Uh, >> he has my keys. Could you get >> Santos has them? >> Okay. Can you get 43 for grandma for me because she she speaks only Spanish. >> Hey, just we're going to go on the side over there. I'll take my car if you want to take dards real quick and then we're just going to rip her out real quick. >> Because she kept kicking inside the patrol car. Officers moved the vehicle to a quieter spot to put on additional leg restraints. At that point, it wasn't a debate anymore. It was pure resistance. When excuses stop working, physical aggression becomes the clearest sign someone's completely lost control. >> We're going to we're going to try to talk to mom real quick. Okay. >> Talk to me. >> Come on. >> Oh, really? >> On the ground. Okay. Get down. >> The woman. Okay. >> On the ground. >> Oh, that's a woman. >> Oh, baby. You going to I got a lawyer. It's okay. >> What happened when you start kicking? Okay. >> No, baby. I got a lawyer. >> That's cool. All right, get her up. Let's put it back in. >> Stop kicking. >> Get on your side. >> I don't pick the whole >> Okay, >> get on your side. Stand up. >> Bring your knees together. >> Bring your knees up. >> So, either going to go easy way and you're going to bend your knees so we can help you out. >> They are going to force me, right? It's not for >> Yeah. All right, let's go. >> You force people inside. >> Get up. >> Hard people, right? >> Sit down. >> It was You guys sit down. >> One day it will be Sit down. I'm going to put your seat belt comes on. Yeah, >> you can't play with God, right? >> Sit back. >> I'm going to take down there. >> Just show my shoes to get you >> that way. Go ahead. >> Can't step out. You know why? Because I'm being I'm pressing charge and everything. All of y'all are going to see me step out. >> This is too tight for me and my ankles are way too tight. So, I'm going to have marks. You know what? I'm taking every single one. If you can step out >> cuz I ain't I wasn't aggressive to nobody. Y guys threw me on the ground for no reason. >> No reason. >> Step out. >> I'm not going to step out. I want you to um loosen my ankles cuz I can't step out or money >> for drugs. Every single person that goes to jail. I'm in pain. Do you see my Look, you have to get out of the car for me to listen. >> I can't >> put your phone. How do you I put your >> You guys are like unhumane. Look, I got marks, baby. I'm taking you guys to court >> and every single one of y'all are going to see me. Wait, are you lost lost your >> In the middle of her rage, she screamed that the officers were inhumane and crazy, not realizing she was basically describing her own behavior out loud. The lawsuit threats were just the last gasp of collapsing entitlement. And on body cam, every sentence can turn into another brick in the case against you. >> My leg. >> Do you want me to help you? >> No. I'm about to kick you in your face. >> If you I No. Are you going to tell me not to do that? >> Step out >> now. You're going to You're going to >> get out. >> Be aggressive. Fine. >> You know what? >> Stand up. >> And my ankle brace. I can't even walk, right? Oh, babe. All of y'all is going to jail. All of y'all. You already know. >> You know that's unhumane, right? >> Mhm. You know, my ankle braces are about to like break my own bones. >> I don't have no drugs on me. What the I was at the movie theaters with my child. Well, drugs. Take my whole pants. That's what you want to do. >> Losing my ankles, bro. It hurts. That's why I'm saying just losing my ankles. >> Okay, we will. But you have to listen first. >> I can't do nothing. I really can't. But don't mean to like abuse. I am at this point cuz you know what? I'm I'm in pain. My ankles are hurting. >> We were going to loosen them up earlier, but he started. >> You just said you were going to kick me, so why would I loosen them for you? >> Yeah, I know. >> Okay, I'm going to throw your pants up because you're gluten. >> Yeah, I know. I hang out. >> Why? Cuz you're wasted. >> Cuz I'm wasting. I was just on the move with my son. I don't think I was wasted. But yeah, >> okay. >> Yeah, it's Everything's normal. All right. Okay. It's fine. >> Y'all are going to quit for sure. >> I don't forget a face. That's That's one thing. Yeah. Uhhuh. On you, man. You see how you losing it up now? Okay. Yeah. Losing the other one, too. >> You're being aggressive. That's >> No, I wasn't being aggressive, baby. And guess what? My son has everything on video, so that's even better. >> You want to check my ass? I'm here with my son watching a movie. You think I got drunk? >> Here. You just got here. No, you don't know how to act, [ __ ] >> And that's why you lean back. >> Hey, can you loosen this up because this is way too unhumane. It's not real. It's not. >> Yeah, >> it's unreal. And if Listen, all of y'all going to jail. I'm telling you right now, WE ARE GOING TO COURT. You're going to court for sure. >> Stay that way >> cuz No. >> Yeah, I know. I got marks. >> I got marks on my wrist and I'm going to make sure when I get out, I'll take pictures of everything. >> I got marks everywhere. Look. Everywhere. Yeah. I need every single batch. Oh, I'm coming for sure. I'm going to get every single one. >> Cool. Stop moving. Look that way. >> Possibly hers. I want to see hers cuz she just got here. She doesn't even know what the is going on, >> bro. Fine. You're going to be embarrassed when you see these body cams. >> Bro, you're like, [ __ ] shut up. Like, what the you you just got here. You don't even know what happened. I I hurt somebody. I was aggressive and I was mean and I was vulnerable. >> In the end, she was taken to jail and faced charges of trespassing and non-violent resisting. She posted a $1,000 bond, later entered a no contest plea, and was hit with fines and court costs. She wanted a memorable movie moment with her son. Turns out law enforcement handed her the lead role in a body cam clip she'll never want to watch again. What do you think about this case? Drop your thoughts in the comments. And leaving that chaotic theater behind, we're stepping into a different family, another mother. This time facing the secret of a teen child. Everybody knows motherhood isn't easy. But sometimes the line between protecting your child and hurting your child comes down to how you handle the moment. In this Ohio case, a single mom truly believed she was doing the right thing until reality answered back with a pair of handcuffs. >> If you need to, cuz I know there's a lot, have a seat, okay? If you if you need, let me take a look at you. All right. You said your eye is hurting pretty much. >> Hit me all over my face and dragged me by my hair. >> Let me take a look. But your eye though, why? Which eye? >> It was this one. This one might already I had got into a fight at school, so this one might already mess up. >> Maybe not really. Okay. >> But I know she hit me and she hit me all like she I have >> We're going to get into all the details. >> It's not a video, but I have the recording of it. >> Hold on. Okay. I want to go step by step, dear, cuz I want to get this right. It might have visible injury right now. >> See dragging me across the floor. So really is just my face right now. My hair in my hair. >> Did you Were you injured or I was >> She was outside the door. I could have >> You were the one locked out. >> I was the one. >> Where did she grab you in your hair? >> I literally my hair my hair was I had to have my hair back in the point. So like my hair like it literally like this. Like she literally grabbed >> I'm just trying to see if anybody was if any was like yanked out or if there's any visible patches. >> I hope not. Like I don't know what size my hair school. >> I need to know what happened when you got here that was physical. >> So when I got there we talked, right? And then she started yelling at me and my she was drinking as she was talking to me. So she started yelling at me. So I didn't want I wasn't yelling at her. So I walked upstairs so I could pack my clothes and leave. That's all I wanted. She come running behind me. She's like, "No, you're not getting out of your clothes. You're not getting your clothes." I'm like, "I start school." So she start grabbing me by my hood and my like go on me. Like can you please let go of me? So she finally let go of me. So when I was get the rest of my stuff and put it in my book bag, she literally like she threw everything off my desk and broke everything. My TV broke and everything. So by the way my desk like you see my way my desk set up I was kind of in the corner and she was in front of me. Don't hit me. So as soon as I said that she hit me in my face and as soon as like in my face like literally on my face like >> I know but where on your face because the face like there's like did she hit does that when she hit you on this side? Which side? >> She hit me in my eye like that's >> that eye. The the right eye. Yeah. So she hit me. So >> closed fist open hand. >> It was a closed fist. Like she literally punched me like you could hear the punch. So she punched me >> and I was trying to get her off of me. So like I tried to hit back and then that's when she pulled me to the ground >> and >> and she got on top of me and she was just hitting me in my face and then she pulled me by my hair. >> Where was she hitting you >> in the back? She was hitting me in my head at first and then she pulled my hair up and she hit me on my face like that. Like my head was like that. >> In domestic violence situations, victims often minimize what happened as a way to protect themselves emotionally. Destiny does the same, saying she might have already had eye pain. The bruise isn't fully showing yet, but the trust is already cracked. And in front of police, the mother still frames it as discipline. Get in there and knock on the door. >> Hi there, Miss Hayes. Sorry about the double knock there. Wasn't sure if you were able to hear. >> I'm sorry. >> I said sorry about the double knock. Wasn't sure if you were able to hear. Are you okay today? I'll be okay. >> It sounds like stuff is going on. I'm sorry you guys are dealing with this. What can you uh >> can you step out here and talk to me real quick? Just kind of tell me what you What can you tell me about what's going on today? >> My daughter >> is entitled. She's a brat. She got caught up doing some things she wasn't supposed to be doing in her phone. Um as far as racing pictures and things like that. Um this was about two weeks ago. This is when it all basically started. Um, so that night I was going through her phone as any parent has to do because she's only 16 years old. >> So I'm going through her phone >> and she has a lock on a group of apps with a face ID. I told her to unlock it. She didn't want to. She tries to raise up at me, started getting disrespectful. I just had a heart attack. >> I just She had mentioned >> I just had something >> I don't want to be in all of this. Right. >> So, I sold her her sister literally lives right there up the hill. >> Oh, okay. >> Not even that other like the highrise up there. >> Yeah. >> I gave her her things a week ago. You know, she's concerned that because school is starting, she wants more things. I've already tried to explain to her, you are still a minor. You still live here. You may be over there cooling off, but you still live here. I'm not giving you anything else. You have enough to get you through. They text me today. >> Oh. With the intention of her coming back here now that things have cooled off and being where she's supposed to be. >> Exactly. I already knew it was going to be something. I felt it when I got cuz it was something when we was texting. I said, you know, just leave me alone. I stopped texting. I stopped responding because I didn't want to keep taking it there with them. You know what I'm saying? >> So when I got out the car, she's sitting there. I'm like, "What are you doing here, Destiny?" >> She was like, "I just I'm just hi. What you doing?" I walked to my door. I unlocked it. >> She saying she was high? >> No, she was saying hi. >> Truth isn't always clean and black and white. The mother seems clear-headed and fully aware of what's going on. The child, fueled by anger, pulls police and child services into the situation as a form of push back, almost like a tool. The line between real harm and manipulation gets thin fast. >> I open this. Yeah, I have to unlock this. My screen door is already unlocked. I literally stood right here. I said, "What do you want?" Because I'm not in the mood. I don't have time for that. You know, I got to go back for work. I just came to talk and all this. I said, "I'm not in the mood, D." Like, "What do you want? If you want to talk, fine. Come in." I told her to go downstairs. That's my office/bedroom down there. Okay. So, I told her to go down there. I told her to sit down. I knew something was up because she didn't want to sit down. Sit down and talk to me if you want to talk to me. She didn't want to sit down. She decided to run up the stairs and thought she was going to go in her room and get some stuff. I said, "No, that's not what you're doing. You're not taking nothing else out of here because you still live here. You want disrespect me." Got you. >> So, she started, I'm going to get my [ __ ] and I'm going to do all of this getting real disrespectful. I put my hands on her. I did. She needed it. I mean, there's a level though that's not illegal here. I mean, like, so corporal punishment not illegal, right? But like, you know, that's kind of what I wanted to get to the bottom of is like what kind of level are we talking? Like what happened when that started? >> When I put my hands on her. >> Yeah. Like how describe to me. I guess >> I don't want to touch you. >> You're fine. You're fine. >> I grabbed her like this first. You know what I'm saying? She swung at me. And from there, >> did she make contact? >> Yeah, she did. >> Open, closed, like hands. >> I don't know. I just know she touched it. She hit me. And from there, >> I'm her mom. You're not going to disrespect me. We gasing. I mean, >> where did she hit you at? >> Here in my face. I'm okay. It doesn't hurt. Not actually. I mean, I touched her her clothes. I said, "You need to just leave now. I'm going to get my shit." Being there disrespectful. You're not going to talk to me like that. >> So, when you ended up actually having to kind of remove her, you're saying where like what did you grab a hold of at that point? >> I I couldn't even tell you, ma'am. I don't >> Did you grab her hair at any point? >> I probably did. >> Okay. Um, any other like any other strikes that you recall like actually striking her like slap or hit? >> I don't know where I hit her at. I just >> Okay. I mean, listen, you know, >> corporal punishment is not illegal. Okay. I just need to That's why I need to come here and just talk about it and figure out like, okay, where do we kind of end up on this spectrum? >> Um, so I appreciate you kind of describing everything for me. Um, no other at no other time did she put her hands on you or make contact with you? trying to kick me and things like that. Yeah, she called her sister. Her sister was out here. My door was locked. So, she was out here banging on the door and I kept telling her, even when she was on the phone with 911, I kept telling her just leave. I told her to leave before anything even started so that would not have gone there. I told >> Even with her heart still fragile after a heart attack, the mother tries to stay in shield mode. The daughter carrying school related instability spirals into an incident that ends in a concussion. In the middle of that fallout, the roles flip. The child needs protection before she can even learn how to give love back. >> And I gave, like I keep saying, they're entitled. Like, I gave them every freaking thing. Everything. My oldest daughter has a daughter. Do you know who got her stuff for her? Me. I did everything for that baby. I did. >> I believe it. >> You know what I'm saying? She didn't I let her come here with that baby. I helped her get that place. I helped her put the furniture in there. I helped her get a car. I helped them do everything. That's the point. Like they I I do everything for them. And so now all of a sudden when you get caught lying, you won't know how to handle your emotions or your feelings. And you think you going to caught a No, you're not going to disrespect me in my own house. I paid the bills here. >> She doesn't do anything. >> Take two deep breaths if you can. And I know I can't. You're freaking brats. >> I can't. >> You did the right thing. Okay. Right now, I don't have visible injury, but I do have statements from both sides. So, it doesn't >> And the sound >> and sound. I'm going to see what he says. But, you know, obviously he's listening to that. So, as of right now with what I know, it's not anything tangible to a point where I can pull a thread, you know, in terms of charges or anything like that for you. When I listen to audio, I'm going to have to listen for and audio does make it tough, but I understand like sometimes that's all you got time for. I mean, it is what it is. stuff happens fast sometimes. Um, you know, it may not rise to a level of where I can determine without being able to see it, watch it, see injury. It may not rise to a level of beyond corporal punishment where it's like actually criminal. Corporal punishment is legal. And so it when it comes to, you know, speaking with juvenile, speaking with parent for domestic violence, sometimes that does come into play. >> Okay. Um, I will I will say the way that the law is written and kind of what we're left with and I know that this is going to be frustrating to you. So, um, I have empathy with that, but juvenile has no expectation of privacy or no rights to privacy. So, when it comes to things like a phone, a parent has every right to be in that. >> Sometimes kids use police and protective agencies as a way to fight back at a parent when they don't get what they want and officers have to recognize that early. The next day, the arrest warrant is served and a doctor confirms the girl has a moderate traumatic brain injury. >> Hi, Miss Hayes. Um, your reference just called from yesterday. Can you step on out and talk to us real quick? >> I'm working. >> Okay, but I need you to step on out and talk to us real quick. So, I want to talk to you about Destiny today. >> You can step in. >> Okay, that's fine. Can you step on out here real quick? >> Are you going to arrest me? >> Well, yeah. unfortunately at this point, but I wanted to explain everything to you first. Okay. So, at this time, go ahead and place your hands behind your back for me. You can set the phone down, but we'll let you do that. All right. Okay. >> Just set it down. >> Wait, I'm still working. Can I at least log out of my computer? >> We'll get all that taken care of for you. Okay. We'll help you figure it out. >> I'm being arrested. How can I do it? >> Well, cuz we'll go turn your computer off for you. If you would like him to go down and power that off so that it logs you out, we can we can absolutely do that. >> Okay. >> So, I know when we spoke yesterday, I know this sucks for everybody involved, but I know when we spoke yesterday, you had talked about, you know, kind of not really remembering what was going on. You know, just trying to get her off you, trying to get her out of the house, trying to get her out of the room. You said you knew you struck her. You know, you said you knew it might have been in the head area. You really weren't sure how many times or where. I I remember those statements and that's okay. >> Yeah. She also fell to the floor. So, I'm pretty sure that's how she got a concussion. >> She's still my child. >> Sure. >> But and and like I told you yesterday, same still stands, you know, corporal punishment is not illegal, but then when we escalate to the point where somebody has a concussion like that, that kind of ties my hands where I have to take action on that. >> Um it's not a situation where I have a lot of choice. So, I'm sorry to put you in this situation. I'm sorry you guys are dealing with this, but this is kind of what I I have to do at this point. Um she is at Children's at the moment. I did have to contact CSB. Um they are doing a what's called a juvenile rule six where they're going to take temporary custody of her for the evening since she will not be here. Um if they're able to release her to her sister, they will. Um I don't I can't guarantee that that's what will happen. >> In the end, the mother is arrested on a domestic violence charge while her daughter is placed in temporary care through CSB. Do you think they can heal and truly love each other again? After something like this, and with the daughter's secret now out in the open, we step into another tragedy. Another mother pushing past the limits. On August 28th, 2025, a 911 call from a daycare center exposed the unstable behavior of a mother named Jessica. From mounting psychological pressure to full emotional breakdown, every moment was captured. What pushed this situation completely out of control? She always had a problem like with specific staff member or is it just everybody in general? >> Well, see, she got upset with me cuz I was smiling when I was having a conversation. So, she told me when I when you when you I would appreciate it when you talk to me, you know, file. And I'm like, crap. Like, what am I supposed to do, you know? Yeah. >> So, she did that first and then afterwards she was like um >> she was just like >> I don't appreciate you like >> talking to me in that like whatever. >> Has she been here? >> Well, that I don't know. >> But since you've been here, have she >> um brought her children here? >> I I I'm at all the locations. >> Oh, okay. >> But I've been here this week. Oh, >> it started there was one that it started with me um a few weeks ago. >> Mhm. >> That she got really angry with me cuz I told her I was the chief operations officer. Oh, that's a title. That's a title. You're throwing out titles. I'm like, >> okay, I'm just telling you that I'm here. You know, you just never So, she she came at me like literally with her phone. Yes. And so, I was like, you know, I you turn away from her and try to not get confrontational with her because she's just Focus. >> I got you. >> Does father come and pick him up ever? >> When he has them? Yeah. But I think he's out of town right now. >> Oh, okay. Does he act like the same way as her? No, he's completely >> He has years ago. I guess they said there was something with him, >> but he hasn't since. Now he he told Lupa the other day that she's unstable. Um Lupa is our owner. Um >> he he told her she's unstable. She's mentally unstable. I'm sorry. I don't know. >> Oh, there she is. >> Yeah. >> Oh, okay. I thought he was >> Hey, is he going to give her no trespass? >> Uh you're on speaker. Okay. >> Well, ask him. Is he can he give her a no trespass order so she doesn't come back anymore? >> I could advise her that you don't want her here. >> Mental, huh? >> He said that he could advise her that um >> Yeah. As long as I talk to her, I could tell her that you guys don't want her on the property. >> Who is she talking to though? >> Because I'm explaining I'm explaining to her, you know, you can't come in and start badgering my employee, you know, and she's insisting on me on her, you know, signing off this um so no fault policy. And I told her, she said, "I can sign anything to you." She kept on, "Do you need to escalate? You need to deescalate." I said, "I'm not yelling." >> She repeatedly nitpicked staff job titles and demanded they sign unreasonable paperwork. When they refused, she didn't argue with logic. She stepped in close, using physical intimidation to scare them. In her mind, obedience meant respect, and calm professionalism looked like defiance. >> She needs to stay away if she comes by. >> She's pointing towards the cameras. Yeah, cuz she's talking to maybe that she was watching her. >> Yeah. >> So, >> so I don't know if she thinks because she said she was recording us. >> Does she think Yeah. Does she think that >> our recording is her recording? >> Well, she >> seems like she's really unstable. >> Yeah, very unstable. >> And see, like even like when she won't look at you. >> So like even if you try to have a conversation like her eyes are like she'll No. Like they're like dozing on us like >> I'm not angry. >> Joe, if she comes for me, how fast you would say I would say 911. >> If it's like a confrontation, >> she said to call to the number >> call 911. >> Yeah. >> And what was she telling you guys there? >> That she was harassing her. And >> you're harassing her. >> Yes. She came at me like she moved to the side. I'm like, I'll get out of here cuz I'll sit down. >> Did you feel like she was going to hit you? >> Yeah, she came. >> I was like, >> I was like, that's what I'm telling you. I'm I don't know what she'll do. >> So, right there. All right. Now, I I do have a charge. So, would you like to pursue charges for us? >> Yes. Yes. Because >> she made me feel Look, look at how I had to sit down. I sit back. I'm like, I'm out of your way. You know, cuz I wanted her to leave >> that. I do have the charge. So, >> so when she came up to you, what what did she say? >> She said, "You need to leave." >> Oh, so she was going to try to force you to leave. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I was like, >> she moved out of the way. >> Yeah. >> I'm like, uh, >> see, and she did that to to the boss >> to the boss and to myself the day before last. When police called, she kept up a polite, carefully rehearsed tone right up until she heard the word arrest. Then she instantly denied ever threatening anyone, even though the cameras had recorded everything. After that, she brought her two children to child protective services, opening up the next front in her confrontation. >> Are you going to stay in here or you want to step out right here in the little area right here? I want to talk to you about being arrested. >> Yeah. You want to come right here and talk to me? >> Yeah, but these aren't my two children. >> Can I Sorry, I'm the investigation this time. Um, you guys are not able to find somebody to pick them up right now. Is that what I'm understanding? Right. >> I don't have a family member here. My ex-husband is um he's on vacation. I can't get a hold of him. Okay. >> Um, >> so I would like to speak to you about the arrest because I feel like there's things that you that you're not aware of. >> No, I I watched the video footage. I have enough to charge you. >> Have to get custody if there's nobody. So >> where's the And you don't know where the father is right now? >> And the father's on a business trip and he'll be back on Sunday. >> On Sunday. >> But I would like to speak to you about >> Yeah, that's why I said if you want to step out here, we can talk about it. So, we'll just wait on that real quick. >> Okay. But if she if you can take your >> I got you. >> Yeah. Just call as soon as you can. And then >> I got you. >> Do you want me to give you a call? >> Well, I'm I'm going to be right here. I'm >> Well, I went back to my office. That's why. >> Yesterday, a police officer came to my house and I told them this was yesterday. So, here's the date. Here is the video. This was about You didn't show me anything. >> Please, I'm I'm trying to get to >> I got you. But if you're talking to me about a different investigation that another officer did, that's not relevant to now. >> And that has no bearing on my decision on my case right now that I got called out. >> She showed up carrying stacks of paperwork and old irrelevant videos, trying to muddy the waters. From a behavioral analysis perspective, this was her attempt to build a moral shield, using her autistic daughter's story to justify her aggression. Sadly, her children were never the real priority. >> Your actions, what you did during that inter that whole altercation or whatever you're going to call it. >> Did you hear any audio? >> I I don't need to hear audio. I don't get >> say that. I said, "Can you please leave?" >> That's what I said. I said, "Can you please leave?" Did you tell her that she was harassing you for being in her business that she works at? >> I don't remember exactly what I said, but I said >> your actions on what that said that occurred that I watch. >> I'm not going to tell you what I said unless they know exactly what I said. People are not being truthful. That's why I was recording. That's why they have a thing that says, "Don't bring your cell phone in because I don't want to be recorded." That's why they have that there because I was bringing in my cell phone. >> And if they asked you not to, why would you record them still? >> I didn't record them. I didn't bring in my cell phone. >> But why were you trying to get them to sign that form? They said do not bring cell phones in the establishment. >> What do you mean? Why why wouldn't they be able to do that? >> Why did you want that? They don't need to do that. >> Okay. And then they didn't. >> Yeah, I got you. But that's when the altercation occurred and you started getting a little verbal aggressive with them. >> No, don't make this all about me being the verbal aggressor. >> But right now you are you that's everything that I've gathered right now. That's what you >> But that's what you've gathered from them and I'm I'm trying to give you other things. >> I don't understand what you're not understanding. I don't need to. >> I do understand. >> Are you sure? Then why do you keep bringing it up? the white. I do understand. Please stop speaking to me like that. It's not appropriate. I'm not being disrespectful. I'm telling you the facts of the case. >> It is being disrespectful. >> If you're taking it that way, that's not what I'm telling you right now. >> No, you said that you I don't know what it is that you don't understand. That's being disrespectful. >> No, I I don't know what part of the investigation that you're not understanding that you keep bringing up the same >> That's being disrespectful. >> You can take it as disrespectful as you want, but that's not what it is. >> Please be more respectful. I'm being respectful to you. I'm trying to show you something. Please. >> Again, you're trying to show me something from another case that you already called officers on. >> When officers stopped listening to the runaround, they moved in with handcuffs. That's when the crying and struggling started, like she was trying to grab back control. It wasn't real remorse. It was frustration over losing power. >> And right now, you're not control. Don't put your hand in my face. >> Don't put your hand in face. And don't come close to your hand. Don't come close to me, ma'am, and don't step towards me. Okay? So, I'm going to tell you right now, you're being charged with an assault. Listen, listen. Stop talking. Put you in handcuffs. Stop. I'm going to put you in handcuffs if you don't listen. >> I am listening. >> So, then stop talking. >> So, stop talking. I know you like to be in control, man, but you're not in this one. >> No. You know, just put your hand behind your back. >> Don't pull. >> I will go outside. Please don't do anything with my foot. You're hurting me. I'm going to start. I'm going to start recording >> because you're under arrest. >> All right. I understand that I'm under arrest. I would like my phone on. >> You're hurting me. You're hurting me. You're hurting me. You're hurting me. It's on video. You're hurting. >> Stop resisting arrest. >> Yes. You just put my face on the dude. You're hurting me. You're hurting me. Resist me. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. >> The video is on out. Stop. You're hurting me. You're hurting me. You're hurting me. I have >> Let go. I'm Stop resisting. The video is on resisting. >> So, I'm stop. >> Put your hands behind your back, ma'am. >> They are. >> No, they're not. Cuz your hand is in front of you. >> Please stop hurting me. You just touch my face. It's on video. Let go of me. Let go of me. Take a seat. >> I am 62. >> I'm allowed to have my property. >> Move your foot. >> I'm allowed to have my property. You let in the children because her birthday's tomorrow. >> Yes, ma'am. >> And even though >> you don't like me, I can tell. >> I have no judgment towards you. I'm just doing what the facts say. I don't go on any I don't pick anybody's side. I just go off of what the facts are. In the end, an unusual moment of leniency came into play. With the father away and no one else to care for the kids, officers chose to issue a citation instead of taking her straight to jail. Still, she faced charges of assault and trespassing, and she was permanently banned from all children's garden locations. And from a nanny's desperate call for help, we move into another hell where a different mother betrays her own child. On August 19th, 2023, law enforcement worked alongside DCF to make sure several children were safe. But when a safety plan was violated and an unauthorized individual showed up, the situation quickly spun out of control. What happened next was nothing anyone expected. >> Where you going? >> Hello. I don't. >> All right. So, we right now this point in the investigation we're at the point that we have concerns >> about what? >> With the safety of the children. >> Huh? >> We have too many concerns with the s of the children. >> About what? >> The state of the children. >> State. >> Safety. The safety with the children. >> What you mean? >> Well, for example, like we talked about the dad and the dad. We just have like that too. >> He not here right now. What time is it? out that time knowing when I said >> he never come again since you've been loving. >> He never came again since you left. He never talked to us again. >> He had told me that he has contact and then he told me, >> "Okay, all of that is how we have to take the kids into care." >> No. >> Can you There's no option. >> No. No. No. No. No. I'm not doing it. >> Absolutely. >> No. I'm not doing it. I'm not I'm not doing it. >> You really don't have a choice. >> Come back here, ma'am. Come back. Come back. Come back. Keep walking. Come back. >> I'm not doing >> Stop. You're not playing this game. Okay. >> No, I'm not doing it. Y'all don't understand my pen. Y'all don't understand the situation. >> Nobody understand my kids call. You [ __ ] go talk to them about anything. I'm not doing it. You know that already. >> I come. >> You know that already. >> I came last week. >> You didn't come last week. >> And the advocate called you three times and you didn't return my call. >> My phone off. I got a new number. >> You have excuses for everything. >> My phone was off. You call this number, you're going to say it's another letter. >> We're not yelling at you, so don't yell at us. >> Well, that's how I speak. >> That's not actually We don't speak. You don't >> This is This isn't your first case. >> This isn't your first case. >> I understand that. >> And you know, you What's going on with it? >> And you understand that your husband has serious mental health problems and you're downplaying. >> No, he don't. >> He beats you up. Watch her reaction when DCF staff raise concerns about the children's safety. Instead of looking for solutions, she fires back with questions, trying to delay facing reality. When asked about her abusive husband being there without permission, she immediately slips into the role of the victim. >> I don't want I don't want to hear nobody talking on my ears right now. I don't want to hear that [ __ ] bro. I swear to God, I don't want to hear that [ __ ] >> I don't I'm not doing that [ __ ] with y'all, bro. I got four kids. I push them kids. Y'all didn't push my kids. That's the thing. Y'all working. Y have your own kids. Put yourself in that [ __ ] situation to see how it feel. The heck. What yall going to go do with my kids? Put them on so they can get away from other people. They can abuse them. The heck? They're not getting abused. They being good. They're good. >> You can provide good. >> No, I don't want to provide nothing. >> Nothing. That was the problem. >> Nothing. >> When I first talked to you, we I tried talking to you to the point that I Every time you give me an offer, right? You say different things. You're going to give me a hotel. You say you're going to get us a hotel. You can't go in there if you have somebody WHO MONITOR. YOU SAY YOU EVEN CAN PROVIDE IT. WHEN I CHOOSE THAT OPTION, when I choose it, you switch it up only. When I say switch it up, I'm not them people don't understand [ __ ] Just cuz I have a little food, y have y authority to come take my kids. For what? COME ON, MAN. Come on. Get inside. >> You're not going inside. >> No. >> You're not going inside. You're not going inside. >> You're not going inside. >> Come on. >> You're not You're not going inside. >> You guys got to stay out here. >> Come. Come here. That's not my kids. This one is not my kids. >> Okay. But you're taking care of other kids. >> Come on. >> No. Where's your other KIDS? >> WHY ARE YOU TOUCHING MY KIDS? BECAUSE >> you cannot touch my kids. You can't touch my kids. I DON'T CARE. Y DON'T UNDERSTAND MYING PLAN. >> Y DON'T. I'M LIVING with my mama. Y DON'TING UNDERSTAND MY PEN, BRO. I GOT FOUR [ __ ] KIDS. Y DON'T UNDERSTAND MY P. I CAN [ __ ] WORK. I'm sick of that [ __ ] bro. I'ming sick of it, MAN. >> I'M NOT GOING TO CALM DOWN. YOU'RE [ __ ] TAKING MY KIDS, BRO. >> NO, I DON'T CARE. SHE BELIEVES THE TITLE biological mother gives her absolute authority. Even the right to keep her kids close to a father with mental health issues and a violent past. When she holds the baby tight on her hip, it's not about comfort. It's about control. >> Somebody to take my [ __ ] tire. >> I'm so tired of I'm tired of it, man. I don't want that [ __ ] food no. >> I'm not doing that [ __ ] man. >> You got your shoes. I'm not doing [ __ ] doing that [ __ ] bro. >> Go ahead. Go get your shoes. Let her get her shoes. >> Let her get her shoes. understand nothing, BRO. I DON'T WANT TO UNDERSTAND NOTHING. NOTHING. NOTHING. NOTHING, BRO. You're not going with my doing. I tell you, I'm not doing it. >> Or he can keep crying and not answer me. Let it go. >> This is fun. >> We came here a couple weeks ago >> to talk. She had a black eye from her baby. I need for you to give me information for a relative or somebody. It's not like you can't see your kids again. You can visit with them. YOU CAN SEE >> I DON'T WANT THAT [ __ ] AT ALL. >> I TRIED TO GIVE YOU >> I DON'T WANT THAT [ __ ] AT ALL. >> The judge is going to have to give it to you. >> I DON'T WANT THAT [ __ ] >> I don't understand. It's frustrating. >> You're going to make me GO CRAZY, BRO. MAKING PEOPLE GO CRAZY. >> THE CHILD on her hip doesn't cry, doesn't react to the shouting. In psychology, that kind of emotional shutdown is a warning sign. A child who's grown used to stress and violence. And when the chaos peaks and an emergency order is issued, the mother makes the worst possible choice. You're going to get BATTERY IF YOU HIT CALM DOWN. >> NO. NO. >> NO. NO, NO, NO, NO. >> Leave my baby alone female. >> We are putting them on. >> There's no way to accidentally bite somebody. I promise you. Why you doing this? >> Why you doing this, bro? Why? >> You bit me. WHY DID YOU BITE ME? >> I'm sorry. It was not my fault. >> Bit three of my fingers. >> It was not my fault. >> It wasn't my fault. >> You didn't bite you somehow, BUT YOU BIT US. >> NO, YOU REALLY [ __ ] bite you. It is. >> You see my bed? No. I am not sorry. It's not my take my kids out putting me in jail. >> My mama is going to die. >> What? >> What? >> My mama going to die. >> Your mama. >> Yeah. >> Where's your mama's coming here? Right. >> You believe in my kid. I can't do it no more. You're going to kill me. >> It's up to you. YOU DON'T HAVE TO. >> Backed into a corner, she can no longer separate her own behavior from reality. It's not my fault becomes her emotional safety blanket. The earlier aggression shifts into dramatic displays. One last attempt to win sympathy. >> Do you Do YOU WANT A BAG? Can you listen to me? Do you want a bag for your children? >> Do you want me to get a bag for I have to wait for my mom. >> What was that? >> Your mom. >> Your mama's coming. That's why I'm asking. >> No. No. No. My other does it ring >> again >> the number but >> that is we made an appointment >> you want to stand up >> you want mom to have your 11. In the end, all four children are removed. The mother is arrested for assaulting an officer. When you choose stubborn denial over the truth, it's your kids who pay the highest price. Today's tragedy ends with handcuffs. But for those children, hope may finally be beginning. The tragedy of abandonment comes to a close, only for another chapter to begin. A woman who attacks her boyfriend and dares the law to stop her. On April 6th, 2022, police were dispatched to investigate a serious domestic violence incident. At the scene, they found a man badly injured after an argument that reportedly started over a phone. Once officers stepped in, the story unraveled, and the details only got more unsettling. Yeah. Who was you? Just talk to somebody. You just talk to somebody right here. >> Yeah. I was talking to I was talking to a >> Got blood all over you, bro. >> What's going on? >> What happened, man? THAT GIRL NEED HELP. SHE GOT A PROBLEM. >> She need help, man. >> This is a pattern you often see with long-term abuse victims. They protect their attacker because of the ties of a child and the fear of what the legal system will trigger. But the woman goes the opposite direction. She shuts off the lights and barricades herself inside. She knows his soft spot, his love for their six-month old baby. >> What happened right here? See how she hit you with a car? >> All right, guys. Can we You guys can see him just cuz I got pictures. You going to press charges or either somebody going to do it? The one in the purple shirt. >> Cuz cuz we we going in the house. >> Yeah. >> So I'm trying to do it at least violent as possible. So if you got a key, let me know you got a key. When is your girlfriend birthday? >> I don't even >> You How long you been with him? >> Almost almost a year. >> So, you know when her birthday is a my birthday, dude. I'm telling we going to find out one way or another. >> The fact that the man can't even remember his girlfriend's birthday after nearly a year together speaks to a relationship that's shaky and disconnected. Meanwhile, outside the apartment, officers are preparing to force entry as the mother continues to hold out with the child inside. Jasmine, open the door. This police department. Jasmine. Police. Police. >> Police. YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE YOURSELF. >> COME OUT. SHOW ME YOUR HANDS. GET UP. GET UP. GET UP. COME OUT. WHAT ARE you doing? Come on. Come on. >> What are you doing? Or call me back. >> Can you look at my neck before you just >> to talk about that? I GAVE HER A BATH like I do. >> The damage to the walls and the condition of the scene suggest this wasn't a quick one-time blowup. It was a drawn out loss of control. And yet, right in front of law enforcement, she still tries to perform the role of a caring, concerned mother. Like nothing happened. >> Where's some diapers and stuff? >> Who cares? You don't give a >> You don't give a You don't care. >> That's why I'm asking. >> YOU DO NOT CARE, BRO. You don't care. You chose the hard way. I didn't want my daughter to be going through the system because we're black and I know y'all are getting black card. I JUST KNOW I'M A FIRST TIME MOM and I know my daughter is my first kid >> and I know if I open the door having ring >> No, it's two sides to every story. >> I know having marks around my throat. >> So calm down. I know that he got a >> I know having marks around my throat and me having a kid in here and this lease is in my name. Y'all will side with him. >> You think so? >> I feel like that. I did. That's why I didn't open the door. Well, >> I'll be I'll be a colonel. >> I'll be that. >> You don't stop rocking my daughter cuz you don't care. >> Even as she screams about unfairness, the truth sits quietly in the room. She tries to convince the world and herself that she's the victim. But while she talks morality, officers are bending down to pick up tiny socks and search for baby bottles. One side is righteous words, the other is cold neglect. >> We're going to come out and go that way. >> All right. And very We're going to talk about that in a second. Okay. >> Okay. >> Um >> but just for the short term because we got the baby all separated and everything, but we just got to bring her out and get her in the car. >> Okay. And then bring you the baby. >> Whatever. If she says some just >> Yeah, we >> don't even engage. Okay. >> She having a worse night than us. She going to do it. >> Mark on my neck. HE SHOWED ME OFF. This is my apartment. Me and my daughter live here. He always choked me. >> Get the other. You got any other marks on you besides that? >> Yeah. >> But I can't show you cuz I got handcuffs on me now. Why you holding my daughter like you care and you don't? >> You black, right? You care, right? Go ahead, take a seat. >> Are you going to take care of my kid? Are y'all going to take care of my daughter? >> Y'all going to put her in the system or y'all actually going to call my mom? >> We're going to relieve her, too. I need you to step in the vehicle. Ma'am, >> y'all don't give a >> We take this to Yaka. >> Got some baby lotion for shower. >> The milk. >> So, there's there's some in that. >> Y'all couldn't find the rest of this. >> We haven't >> Yeah, we haven't gone quite that far yet. >> I'm going to throw a few more of these. These are long with the feet. >> Yeah. um cuz we couldn't really find socks. >> In the end, she's taken to jail and faces charges of aggravated assault with a weapon and child abuse, level three. The baby is placed with family while the mother finally meets reality behind bars. She tried to use her child as a shield, but her arrogance is what ultimately locked the cuffs on her. And from violence and entitlement, the story turns into another nightmare. A mother in shock because her child is suddenly gone. Police were dispatched after a report came in that two children, ages two and four, had been left alone without supervision. When officers arrived, they found the kids wandering outside barefoot, the apartment door wide open, and the heater still running inside. What led to such a dangerous situation? >> Police don't see anybody. See if you can get information out the child. And then you just get their info on the >> Did you call? You called. >> See? Okay. Honey, how old are you? >> Sonia. >> How old are you? >> You're four. You know where mom went? >> Where'd she go? >> You called. >> So, do you understand? >> Caprena English or No. No. Okay. So, we're going to take the child with us. We'll get a hold of mom and dad. Okay. >> Mimi. Okay. Why don't you come have a seat in here? What's going on today? >> So, my boyfriend was in the laundry place and I was like, just take the trash out cuz I was cleaning. So, I left the kids watching the TV. So, I went and took the trash out. >> You have ID on you? >> Okay. >> Cuz I got to make sure you're kids first. You know what I mean? >> I can't stop shaking. >> You can't stop shaking. >> I can't. >> You're 23. Okay. So, they're in their living room watching TV. Then what happened after that? >> I don't know. Maybe the younger one opened the door, but I'm sure I closed it before I left. I think she like opened and they both because there's no way the police would just come in the house and take them if they weren't out or something. >> Okay. You went to take the trash out during that time? >> Yes. >> Okay. How many bags of trash? >> Two. >> And then you went where? >> I went to um my next neighbor friend to say hi cuz I work all week. >> Okay. >> Sometimes I just go and say hi. >> Where does she live? What apartment does she >> the next building or the next >> apartment? >> Like >> he left me sleeping so I I did it like check the time cuz I woke up and they start cleaning, gave the kids breakfast, put them on TV and just took the trashes. >> Okay. Is it cold in your apartment? >> Kind of cuz the the thing is not it don't work. >> It don't work. >> The heater I use my two fan I bought to you know >> the little space heaters. What do you think of what would happen if a kid touched those? >> They don't usually get close to them. >> But they were on, right? >> Yeah, cuz I know I was going to be back. I wasn't going to take forever. >> You weren't going to take forever? >> No. >> So, you went and got trash. I'm just saying this. You went to take the trash out. What time was you think that was? >> I wasn't looking at the time. Honestly, >> you weren't looking at the time li. >> Okay. >> Nema's shaking wasn't just a worried mother's nerves. It was a physical stress response. Her body realizing she was about to be exposed. She tried to control the story, but the truth can't be covered up with a few minutes of acting. Choosing taking out the trash over her children's safety showed how badly her protective instincts had cracked. When >> I start knocking, I was not looking at the time or anything. I was just worried about my kid. >> You had two space heaters on in that apartment. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. The studio. That one had a heater on that had one of the children's beds in there. >> Yeah. That's where one of them sleeps. >> Okay. Which one sleeps there? >> The older. Is that Julia? >> Sonia. >> Sonia. Okay. She told me Julia. That's what I'm trying to figure out. So >> Sonia and Cynthia. >> Sonia and Cynthia. Okay. >> Order Sonia. Small one. Cynthia. >> Okay. Well, she told me Julia. So I don't know what. But maybe she doesn't like me. >> I see. >> Okay. No. So that's what we're trying to figure. So that there was a heater on in that room which was only a couple feet away from that bed and that was on. >> And I apologize. >> And we were there. The door was wide open and we see nobody around. Nobody in the studio, nobody in their bath in that bedroom and nobody in the bathroom or the kitchen. Everything was dark in there. So, as a parent, and I'm taking it as a different parent, we're kind of we're kind of mad and frustrated. Do you understand where we're coming from? >> Yeah. >> So, that's that's where we're coming. What's your friend's name? >> I don't know her. >> You don't know her name? >> We just see each other outside say hello. Hello. Sometimes she come No one can say hi. Okay. >> How are you? It's just a little concerning. Do you understand where we're coming from? Leaving your kids at home, >> it will never happen again. Well, >> even if I take the trash, I'll just >> take them with you. That type of Well, >> I wait until >> Yeah, wait till he's there. But the problem is >> never >> Have you been arrested before? >> No. >> Has your husband been arrested? >> Uh, that was long, but they dropped it. >> They dropped it that >> I would never. So, >> I would never >> I'm not clear like how long you like when you left the apartment to go take the trash out and you went to your friends and like how long total were you gone from the apartment, do you think? >> Six, seven minutes. >> Six or seven minutes >> or I really don't remember. Right. >> It's just hard for me to believe that if you were only gone for 6 or 7 minutes, somebody found your kids, the police came, took your kids, that that only took >> She explained that she was exhausted, working all week, and that this was just a small mistake. She claimed she trusted her kids to stay away from danger, but police don't judge how tired you are. They judge whether you fulfilled your duty as a parent. >> Is it Samwell? Is that the kids's dad? Okay. Where is he at now? He was doing laundry. So I panicked and told him to come pick me up cuz we only had one car. >> So he brought you here. >> He came from the laundry because how was I supposed to be here? >> So he brought you here. >> Yeah. I asked him if he can bring me. >> He didn't come in with you though. >> No, not in here. >> Is he out in the car? >> Do you see where we're coming from, though? >> I promise. It was >> I know. But when was the last time the that one-year-old took a nap? Do you remember? >> She woke up with me. Like >> what time was that? >> 10 something. >> Okay. >> So she don't usually take a nap until 3:00. >> Do the kids go to daycare? >> No. >> Do you or your boyfriend? >> I work opposite shifts. >> You work opposite shifts. >> Works 9 hour during the day. >> Are there times that the kids have ever gotten out of the apartment by themselves before? >> No. >> How you doing? >> Good on you. >> Not too bad. We just had some questions we need to talk to you about regarding this whole situation that happened. Okay. Yeah. >> She said that you went to go down to the laundry place to do laundry. >> Yes. >> Um do you know roughly what time it was that you went down to go do that? >> 1 something. >> Around 1:00. Was she awake at the time when you left? >> Yes. >> Were the kids awake? >> Yes. >> Do you know what time uh she woke up today? Your girlfriend >> 10 or 11? Between 10 and 11. >> What time did she call you? Let you know that the kids weren't in the apartment. >> Couple minutes ago. >> Like so I know we've been up here for probably about a half hour or so. I >> Oh yeah. Check your phone. Can you check check the phone and see what time it was? >> 2:48. >> I called her at 2:36. >> Let you know that the kids weren't there. >> I was at gas station when she told me that she was at gas station. >> Did she use a different >> No, we were at the laundry, right? And then >> was she with you at the laundry man? >> No, I was I was a laundry. She told me that she's going to be at the gas station. So, I went together with her. >> Did you meet her at the gas station after she called you about the kids? >> Yeah. So, like she walked to the gas station. >> The whole story collapsed when her boyfriend admitted they both knew the children had been left home alone. Nema's web of lies unraveled instantly. The mask came off. She hadn't gone out to take out the trash. She'd gone looking for personal entertainment, putting her own wants ahead of her kids' safety. >> So, how did you get to the gas station? >> No. >> Did you buy anything while you were at the gas station? >> A drink. >> Drink. So, you didn't go to a friend's apartment to say hi. I when I came back I said I said hi to her and I went back and then there was no kids that's why I went back and start knocking and I couldn't find when we went outside that's why I got a call >> that's a big time window that you just totally left out of your story about where you were where you were went and what you were doing 20 minutes at the gas station and just call it 10 minutes walking each way there's 40 minutes that you were gone and you left the kids unattended there's a lot of things could have happened We're thankful that nothing did happen. >> Did you and um >> Forgive me, please. >> Did you and did you and Samuel have plans to meet at the gas station when he left to go to the laundromat? >> Just told him I wanted a drink. >> Did you tell him you were going to meet him there at the gas station? >> I just wanted something drink. That was all. >> Okay. So, when you met him at the gas station initially, you didn't have the kids with you, right? Okay. And so, what did he say about the kids? >> To go back and watch the kids, not leave the kids there. >> Okay. How long were you guys at the gas station? >> I don't remember. Don't be a >> Well, we need to come up with a safety plan. That's what we're trying to do right now. Okay. be safe with me. Only there only two. I don't know what I would do without them. >> We're We're past that point, honey. We got to figure out a safety plan for them. >> I take care of my kids are ridiculous. >> I'm not We're not saying you don't, but we got to come up with a safety plan. >> Mistake. >> Right now, we're determining that that's not safe for them to go back home. She regularly left her children alone, only locking safety devices when she was present. This wasn't the first time, just the first time she got caught. Most telling of all, her strongest emotional reaction came when she heard she was being detained, not when her children were taken into protective care. >> Other than that, domestic? >> No. >> No. Okay. Have you ever been stopped by the police and traffic stopped? No. >> I'm a good mom. >> I'm not saying you're a bad mom, hun. I'm not saying you're a bad mom at all, but we gota you got we got to look out for everybody, too. >> They said they can stay with him. >> Who is that? >> Daniel. >> We haven't heard back from Stacy yet. >> Okay. Well, do you know Daniel and Ednas? Okay. So, they're >> the one I told you about. >> They're willing to take the kids. So, I'm just going to do some background. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Make sure that >> Daniel and Ed, you never come with me that one, did you? >> That's the one I just told you. She had a baby. >> Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. Yeah. >> Your dog here with me. transporting the kids over there. >> Can I say that >> that I mean that's up to I mean >> it's up to us. >> I don't care. I >> She's going to need diaper changed. >> Do you have any diapers in your car? No. Um >> let me go ask him if he can run home and grab some. >> Yeah, they live a few minutes. >> Okay, they're just a couple >> and then do you want to see if he'll come in then and I'll have him sign the safety plan? >> Yeah. So if you can just like initial there and then sign and date and >> I can. >> So if you don't mind like initialing and initialing under where she did. >> Why this happening? >> So why it's happening is because the kids were left alone for a significant period of time today. They got out of the apartment. There were space heaters on. So there's some concerns about their safety remaining at the home right now. >> So we can't do anything about that yet. She's getting getting the diapers changed and everything. >> Can I change your diaper? >> Well, we've already got that taken care of. I need you to stand up for me. Okay. I give you an opportunity to give each other a hug and everything. Okay? I'm not not trying to be be a pain in the butt about this. Okay? I need to see your wrist. >> In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with felony level child endangerment. Under the law, she could face up to 90 days in jail, fines of up to $5,000, and temporary or even permanent loss of custody. She'll have plenty of time behind bars to think about that cup of water at the gas station. What do you think about a mother putting pride in appearances ahead of her children's safety? Drop your thoughts in the comments below. Police pulled over a woman who had run a flashing red light, a simple traffic violation on what should have been an uneventful night. But what happened next turned their routine stop into a shift no officer would ever forget. Okay. So, that flashing red light, that means you have to wait until the like it's safe to to proceed. >> I'm sorry. I thought it was a four-way. >> No, >> I'm sorry. >> No, the the traffic running east and west has a flashing yellow light, which means they go and you have to wait till they go. >> Sorry. >> You still live on? >> Yep. >> Okay. This is just every freak down. >> Okay. >> Every once in a while. Okay. Now it's >> Give me just one minute, Elizabeth. I'll be right back with you. Okay. Step out here with me. >> Yep. >> Your car park. >> It is. >> Okay. Hey. So, uh, how much have you had to drink tonight? >> I had a couple glasses of wine earlier, but I'm I'm I live on >> Okay. >> And that's where I'm headed now. >> Okay. Where were you coming from? >> Um, area. >> Okay. How long ago did you drink the wine? >> Uh, several hours ago. >> It's been a while. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Um, so you're I can smell it on you and with that driving I'm kind of kind of worried. So I need to do a few tests if that's okay with you and make sure that you're not intoxicated. >> Sure. >> Okay. All right. Um, I'll have you step right back here with me. >> And I'll be honest with you, my and my ankles are not that good. >> Why you backing away? >> She didn't realize she just made things worse for herself when she admitted to drinking. That one honest sentence was all the officer needed to initiate a sobriety test. She tried to pivot to her health issues, hoping to gain sympathy, but legally that changed nothing. A sincere confession perhaps, but a naive one. >> Okay. >> Can you see the tip of this pin right here? >> Yep. >> Okay. I'm going to move it side to side. Okay. I want you to follow it with your eyes and your eyes only. Don't move your head. Okay. Just move your eyes to follow it. You understand? And you can see it. Okay. You can see it. Okay. Okay. Whenever I move this, follow it with your eyes and your eyes only. Okay? Don't move your head. All right? 1 2000 2300 400 500 6 207 Just just one. Just the one side. It's fine. Okay. >> Um, step right over here with me. >> What's the issue with the steps? >> I'm just my ankles. Honestly, I I don't >> Okay. Okay. Well, let's give it a shot. All right. So, come stand right here by me. Hold on. Let me let me explain it to you. >> Hi. >> What I want you to do first is stand with your your right foot in front of your left foot. Just stay right there. Put your right foot in front of your left foot like this. Heel to toe like I am. Okay. Then when I tell you to begin, I'll ask you to take nine steps in a straight line. Heel to toe steps like this. >> One, two. >> Three. Just stay right there. It's okay. Just >> She kept using her health as an excuse. Pain, dizziness, weakness, anything to avoid the field sobriety test. Yet the officer stayed by the book, professional and calm. When it came time for the final test, the law student flat out refused. as if the law somehow didn't apply to her. >> The clues that you demonstrated during the the test that you have done kind of lead me to believe that you might have had maybe a little bit more than a couple glasses of wine and that you're probably still intoxicated. I you know if you want to I mean my eyes I think are good and I >> well you had what's called nestagmas in your eyes which tends to happen whenever people consumed a pretty substantial amount of alcohol. >> Mhm. >> So did you want to try that that last test that I explained to you the walk and turn test or no? Uh, I think that um, >> Were you going to finish that sentence or >> H? >> Were you going to finish your sentence? >> I I I don't really know what to say. >> Okay. >> At this >> Well, it was just a It was a yes or no question. Yeah, I get that. >> So, you don't know what to say to that? >> Yeah, I I don't exactly know what to say to >> we can do you can do after a while, but right now I'm going to have to place you under arrest for DUI. Okay. So, don't go back to your car. Come here. >> No, don't go back to your car. Go back to your car. What are you doing? >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Doing this. >> Yeah, you are doing this again. No. Don't stop. You get put on the ground. Okay. >> Not sure why you wanted to go that route. >> Listen. >> What? >> What? I'm listening. >> We're good. >> Okay. Well, come on back here. You got to go sit in the car. >> No. >> Yeah. Well, >> I put our monitors. >> Okay, hold on. Hold on. Right there. >> When the officer announced she was under arrest, her quick move back toward the vehicle was pure panic, a desperate act of denial. Warnings failed and officers had no choice but to bring her to the ground. The struggle that followed was a raw display of fear, pride, and self-destruction colliding under flashing lights. We can't do anything now. >> Please. >> No. Here. Go with her. Quit trying to pull your hands away. Where are you thinking you're going? Elizabeth handcuffs. Like, just stop. >> Yeah, it's done. All right. What are you doing? >> You're just making it worse on your house. Just stop. Sit out. >> Come on. Just come school. >> Okay. Well, I'm not sure what that has to do with anything, but just come sit in the car. Don't start kicking. This one's >> got it. >> Didn't have to go this way. Elizabeth, >> dude, I ate so much tonight. I'm laughing there. I'm glad that it's so funny that >> I'm glad it's funny to you guys. >> Was it laughing at you, Elizabeth? >> Can you scoot in there? man. It's >> hard. >> Hey, man. I just came by to watch fields cuz I needed a refresher. >> Yeah, dude. I was >> I knew it was going to end up weird. Like right when I got her out, I was trying to explain it to her and she just kept backing away. I was like, "Where you going?" She was like, >> "I didn't think she would fight." >> Yeah, I didn't. Even after being restrained, she tried to shift the blame onto the police, refusing to take responsibility for her own actions. Mentioning her law background was her last attempt to sound in control. But by then, her violent resistance had spoken louder than any degree ever could take off. >> Hell yeah. I was like, "Where do I grab?" >> Yeah, she was just odd from the get-go. >> Yeah. Not able to answer your questions or anything. I'm assuming she's going to take her out of my office. So, >> yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah, we ain't going to mess with that. >> Uh, yeah, if you don't mind. that last time I thought she face like when we had her up against the car I seen her back leg kind of twist and start moving around I was like oh she's kind of kicking out for the people tell she was from Kentucky >> said I can tell she was from Kentucky she had that southern draw now that don't look like Evian on water No, >> but I also don't want to know what it is to be honest. >> I I wouldn't know. >> No. >> All right, I'm going to head up there. Thank you. I'm going to head up there to jail. >> In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with DUI, aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, and running a red light. If convicted, she could face jail time, heavy fines, license suspension, and probation. All of which could destroy any chance she had at a future legal career. On August 5th, 2023 in Florida, when officers spotted a car driving with an invalid license plate, they decided to make what seemed like a routine traffic stop. But what began as a simple violation quickly unraveled into a situation that pushed every officer on duty to their limits. >> Kyle, please report this weekend. My t my new tag was stolen on my car. My birthday's not until September, the end of September. And they replaced the tag already replaced for the car. >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> It um and it was stolen. I was at the DMV, got the tag, put in the backseat of my car, did a few errands, and boom, my tag was gone. >> I called the DMV and they said, "File the police report, get a copy of the um business card and the case, and they'll give you another one for free." >> And you know what tag that was? It was like DD um I don't think I have it with me. Um I don't know the the new tag number. >> Do you have the registration for the old tag? >> Um >> 15 ma'am just Deep breath and just step out of the car for us, please. >> What? Why? >> Please step out of the vehicle. Ma'am, >> Miss Conrad, can you step out of the vehicle? >> I want you to give me a ticket or whatever. And I want >> Miss Conrad, step out of the vehicle. >> Miss Conrad, get out of the car now or you're going to get tased because I just told you to get out of the car and give me a law. Step out of the car now. Step out of the car. >> Get out of the car. You're getting tased. >> What do you want, >> Miss Conrad? Leave everything there and get out. No, >> it's unra. >> I want my lawyer. I want to get a tape. >> I want my lawyer. >> I got to call my lawyer. >> You >> Sometimes the line between authority and defiance is as thin as a single warning. She heard it but refused to believe it. The officers followed protocol. And when the taser fired, it wasn't just an electric shock. It was the consequence of a dangerous belief that the law applies to everyone except her. Get out of the car. >> No. Let me go. >> What is the matter with you? >> You [ __ ] >> Stop it. >> Leave me alone. >> Get on the ground. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. >> WHAT DID I DO? >> GET ON the ground. >> What did I do? >> Get on the ground now. >> What did I do? >> Get on the ground now. >> I didn't do anything wrong. I did nothing wrong. >> I did nothing wrong. >> Stop it. I DID NOTHING WRONG. WHAT DID I DO WRONG? PLEASE, >> please offic 28. We got one. Uh 10:15 road. >> What did I do wrong? I did nothing wrong. >> Roll onto your right leg and then stand up. All right, let's do that. >> Definitely. >> All right, we got the fire department coming so that we can take care of your arms. >> Can I get my shoe? >> Get your shoes. >> It's under the car. >> All right. Yeah. Can we get it? >> Come over here, >> Miss Conrad. You should just listen. >> Get my shoe. >> We'll get it. Just walk over here. >> Over here, please. >> Okay. >> Come over here. We're going to We're going to come over here. >> You want to sit on your tailgate? Is that easier? >> No, I want to. >> Miss Conrad, there is a large bag of methamphetamine or cocaine or something sitting right in the center console. I watched you grab it and stuff it down. Yes, there is. >> I'm not going to play the game, Miss Conrad. >> All right. >> Please put your shoe on. You asked for it. >> No, no, no. If there's anything in this car does not belong it, >> it doesn't matter. I watched you grab it and stuff it. >> She He saw you. All right. >> I watch you grab it and stuff it. It's all camera. I was I'm looking right at you, >> Miss Conrad. Stop. >> All right. >> I am clean. I look at I mean >> I mean I'm not >> got to be right there. >> I have no problem. I'm sorry. I need >> We don't need more units. >> Just let me let me adjust your handcuff. It's really tight on your hand. Okay. Just give me a second. >> I know it is. All right. I just got multiple units. >> I don't have any. >> We're good. >> I didn't cause anybody any problems. I I do what I need to do. I didn't ask you. >> No, we got one. >> She's got a big bag in the center console and she got real nervous. >> When officers discovered drugs inside the car, everything started to make sense. It wasn't surprising she could take a shock most people couldn't. The report noted her agitation, her attempts to hide evidence. details that painted a clear picture of why this encounter escalated so fast. >> Oh, that's a big old bag. >> Can I please I have a cigarette? Please, please, please. >> You got You got a cigarette pack in there? >> Yeah. >> She wants a cigarette, >> please. Thank you. My nerves are just shot. It's been a long day. >> Okay. Well, listen. This could have been a lot easier if you had just listened. And I don't like doing this cuz this is more paperwork for me to do. But when you look like you're about to flee in the car and I'm not going to get run over because you have a bag of dope in the center console. >> I got arrested for a 15-year-old roach that they found in my but this is not a 15year-old roach Vicki on me of there. I don't >> It's not mine. There's nothing in this. >> Well, I'm not asking any questions. I I I'm just telling you that this is why you were asked to step out of the car. >> Have I I've slept I sleep by I'm not a drug abuser. But I'm not a drug user. >> Okay, we'll get there. We'll figure it out. This officer will talk to you more about that stuff in a little bit. >> Can I please have a cigarette? >> He's grabbing you a cigarette now. >> I'm just I've gotten arrested for things I did not do several times. >> Vicki, >> it's like it's like this they this I've been singled out. >> Okay. >> And I I work hard. >> Vicki, all I'm saying is this. I literally watched you grab that bag that had narcotics in it and try to stuff it into the center console. Right. That's when I asked you to step out of the vehicle. So, I'm asking you to step out of the vehicle for a reason. I watched you grab the bag and put it down in the center console. >> iPad police. >> Okay. But you obviously knew that that was something you weren't supposed to have in the vehicle and got freaked out by it. Right. So, >> I'm going to hold on to that. I'm trying to find a lighter for you. >> There's I have a bunch on my door if you need one. >> Hey, Vicki. Yes. >> I'm going to read your rights real quick. All right. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you by your question. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will one will be appointed to represent you for any questions you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any sentence. You understand those rights are. >> Okay. >> The woman tried to cling to her victim narrative. But that story collapsed under the weight of hard evidence. The moment she was read her Miranda rights, the interaction shifted from a traffic stop to a full-blown criminal investigation. From that point on, excuses no longer matter. >> What's the deal with your tag again? You said it's stolen. Okay. >> I got it reg I went and had it renewed on the 30 I believe the 31st and ran a few errands and it was stolen out of my car. >> So it was stolen around the 31st. >> Yes. >> And and today I called the DMV and they said to file a police report and um they would give me another one for free. >> Okay. >> And I just haven't done that yet. So stolen on the 31st. Yes, it was >> 30th 1st or 30th. The >> It was either the 31st or the 1st. One or the other. But I I mean I didn't >> I didn't real I didn't know. I thought my tag was still good. The register I was getting registered earlier. Um I didn't know. I had a certain time limit to, you know, put the new tag on. >> And if the tag's not registered car, it's going to pop up and it'll show us that it's not. I mean, you're also not wearing a seat belt either. >> Okay. tag. That tag has been registering me for 10 years. So, I had wouldn't think it wouldn't be registered to me. >> No, I got you. Okay. But you I mean, you got a new tag in the mail. I went to the DMV in person and they gave me the tag. >> Okay. >> And it was in my car. >> I was driving home. It was in my car. I made a few stops and by the time I got home, it somebody had stolen it out of my car. >> I gota But you know, when you go to the DMV, they gives you the new tag. The probation officer on probation right now? >> No. No. No. >> She claimed it was all bad luck that she kept getting wrongfully arrested. But with no license plate, no seat belt, and a gift bag full of meth, no one was buying the story. What she didn't grasp was that every word she spoke could and would be used against her in court. >> And then you tried to flee on did but in the past I haven't been >> things had not been you know >> where where were you going to try to go when you turned off my car? >> I know I don't know I wasn't thinking. >> You were you were getting ready to flee on us >> to my home. I want my lawyer. >> All right. >> That's funny. >> Hey Vicki, what you're going to get what you're getting charged with today is going to be the trafficking and meth and then resisting with violence. Okay. >> I didn't slap my hands around when I was trying to grab it. All right. Don't do that. I didn't. >> Well, we'll let the courts knock it down if they want to, but that's what you're going to jail for. >> Violence, >> huh? >> I was not violent. >> I said no. >> Please, can you please not not >> You're You're going to jail for it. All right. >> Okay. But can you please knock that down? >> If they knock If the state attorney knocks it down, they knock it down. On March 25th, 2022 in Gulfport, Florida, police responded to a 911 call from a mother who said she feared for the safety of her three children. But when they arrived at the reported motel, the scene revealed far more than just fear. It exposed clear signs of child neglect hiding in plain sight. Okay. We got some people that want to come talk to you. >> Okay. Who's all inside? >> My kids. >> Your kids. Is uh Michael in there, too? >> No, he left me. >> He left you? Okay. All right. >> He's been acting really strange. >> He has been acting strange. How long you guys been together? >> I told him it would have been 12 years. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. What did he say exactly? >> Um, cuz I asked him, "Did you call?" And he said, "No, I didn't." "Are you sure you didn't?" I said, "No." >> Did he threaten to call us lots of times? >> And what what was he going to what was he going to say? What was he going to report? >> Did he say that, "Oh, I'm running. I'm cheating on him and everything." >> Okay. >> He got multiple videos of me and him together doing things. one time. Hundreds of times. I don't know. And no, but was that him? >> And all thising text, too. >> Was he Were you trying to break up with him and he >> and he started acting weird or like why did he all of a sudden if he if y'all two have been together for so long? >> This is going on a year now. I noticed he's been changing towards me. Like >> does he use The mother's behavior showed a mix of self-defense and denial. She positioned herself as the victim of a toxic relationship, hoping that narrative would blur her own role in neglecting her kids. Her anxiety wasn't about her children's safety. It was about maintaining the illusion of innocence as that mask began to crack. >> When was the mo the most recent time? When was the last time that you can remember? when he came over, >> which is what how many days? >> The last time I used >> Yes. >> around 6:00 a.m. >> today. >> He woke me up. I >> But because I do have to ask you a little more specific questions. >> Yep. No problem. >> Okay. >> No problem. >> The truth was brutal. She had chosen drugs over her children's safety, willingly exposing them to chaos and potential violence. Addiction had smothered her maternal instinct. Meanwhile, the man showed a shallow sense of remorse, aware enough to feel guilt, yet too far gone to stop himself. >> I don't want you to feel pressured. I don't want you to feel forced. Take a second. >> It's about that. >> It's It's a lot. I just a lot. Okay. >> You got to do it all. >> You You are suffering, right? >> You're 100,000% right. >> And then who else is suffering? >> My babies. >> You got my babies. Just a little puffer. >> It's it's like an for me. >> It's not that you know I'm not banging anyone else. No. >> Any convicted? >> No. Not a convicted felon. You're not? >> No, that's good. >> I have nothing. No felonies, no wants, no warrants. >> Do you have, by the way, a set of keys to this truck? >> No. Okay. She was just asking. She >> know we're missing the door key for it. >> Yeah. Um, okay. So, since we're on, you know, the tried and true path to get it together. >> Are we allowed to go inside your truck? >> I would rather you not go in my truck. Okay. >> And not cuz I I give you what's in my truck. That's not why I don't want you in my truck. >> Um, I don't want you in my truck. Just because of >> Here's what we do. If you give me the gun, that's not going to be a good situation. We don't we don't allow people to give us guns. >> You can do like it's going to be on the truck, passenger seat, this and this. And we go, okay. >> And we go right there just to check it. Make sure it's not. >> Michael lived between two realities. A father who knew he'd failed and an addict still clinging to a shred of pride. He lied, then confessed, denied, then admitted. It wasn't just inconsistency. It was the inner war between guilt and the desperate need to be forgiven. >> But my issue is like you said um is that you know if there was just the price in the car I'd be fine with you being like there you go but with the gun in there >> I have no question we earned enough trust that I can go put on my seat >> the gun. >> Mhm. >> No you would have to tell me the gun is under this seat there and there and I'd be like okay and you can watch me tell >> Mike I like you. No, you you have every right you grab a a gun. >> My immediate response is to grab my gun. >> You provide me with with say I'm done. I want to start clean. >> That to a judge looks a hell of a lot better >> than somebody like I don't want to talk to you about that. >> Um so it's actually in my truck. I have nothing to hide. I hope you guys know I have nothing to hide. I got an issue with you guys taking that's probably why >> I'm not going to addict again. >> No, it was more so me just asking you to say no. >> If that's I would rather not know if my truck sitting over there. >> My truck sitting over there. >> I can't promise it won't be sitting here just so that way we're on the same page because you've been cooperative and if you continue to stay cooperative in the front >> and so that way you can go ahead and make your phone calls and I don't have to babysit you. the first sign of you acting up. That can change real quick. Are we on the same page? >> Yes, sir. >> Just put your hands out for me. >> I'm going to do a more thorough pat down idea. >> That's fine. >> We appreciate you. >> Hey, uh your necklace. >> Oh, >> what do you want? >> What do you want to do with it? >> Want it in the truck or you want it with you in your property? >> My property. Or however you guys want to do it. Are you supposed to have that? >> Absolutely. >> Ring or 14 years ago, I was standing on a dock put up against a 480 volt pedestal. >> Mhm. I blew my >> Oh my goodness. >> Right through the >> They didn't hide. They confessed. But sometimes the truth hurts more than any lie. They'd left three children alone, too young to fend for themselves, just to chase another high. And in a rare moment of clarity, the mother called the police. Maybe not just to turn herself in, but to finally cry for help. Your kids in there to come through here. This is the first step we have to take. Okay. This is this is the first step moving forward, right? >> There will be a court hearing in the morning just to confirm that a judge agrees with us. I'll make sure that you're there. Okay. I let I let you hug them and I let you kiss them. Do you want to see them right now when you're crying or do you want to leave it on that hill? >> So if you're crying Leave it like that. That way they see happy. >> Okay. >> Right. >> And you need to work on you. We've already discussed that. >> And Michael Michael does too. >> What's happening with him too? >> He's going as well. >> Is it because of what I said? >> It's because of what he said. >> Because of No, actually it's because of what you guys did. a little trip. She just wants to say you one more time goodbye and give you a kiss. Okay. >> Oh, big hug. >> That's that orange kitty. >> You know, we say goodbye and hang it up. >> What can I do if I'm hungry? I don't have any diapers on here. >> Uh, what about your phone? >> I'll grab whatever you need. >> To her credit, she wiped her tears and spoke softly to her kids. Calm, gentle, steady. While many mothers in crisis yell or panic, she chose composure. But that moment of grace couldn't erase the consequences. Both were arrested for child neglect. The mother was released on a $5,000 bond, facing possible probation, mandatory rehab, and limited contact with her children. The man's conviction stood. His appeal failed, leaving him to face similar or harsher penalties due to the drugs and firearm found in his car. On March 26th, 2025 in Florida, officers were running speed enforcement when they spotted a driver violating traffic laws. But within minutes, what started as a simple traffic stop turned into a tense and unpredictable confrontation. >> You're going almost 60 miles an hour. >> I can see my speed limit here. I was going 35. The speed limit is 45. I know I wasn't going no 60. I can see my speed limit. It tells me the speed limit right there. >> Well, you were passing every car. >> I was going 35. It's a big SUV. It's a It goes pretty fast for the speed. Do >> you have your driver's license on you, miss? >> Yes, I do. Do you understand that when you're passing many cars? >> I can What I'm telling you is I can see my speed limit. It tells me the speed limit right there. 45. I was going 35. >> I understand that. Do you understand that I'm a trained motor cop? I do this for a living. >> Something to show me what I was going 60. >> Yes. You were passing all the cars. >> You have something to show me. >> My radar showed you at 57 miles an hour and you're passing all the cars. Okay. So, the temporary license plate is expired today and is no longer assigned. You have a new license plate assigned to the vehicle >> days to get a new license. That one hasn't expired yet. So, you put my license plate back today. So, I still got 6 days to go get it. So, I would like for you to put that back. >> No, that's not how it works. In the state of Florida, you have up to six more days to drive with a expired license plate temporary. So, I need you to put that back before I be suing you. >> You can sue me. >> Okay. I need you to put that back. >> When I run the license plate, it's no longer assigned to the vehicle. >> It is assigned to the vehicle. I need you to go put that back temporary. You're free to go. Yes, you are. >> I have my registration in here, which you never asked for. I don't need it. >> Even after being told she was free to go, she couldn't pull herself together enough to just leave. When asked if she'd been drinking, she blew up, twisting a routine question into a racist insult. Instead of ending things peacefully, she chose to argue. A foolish move that sent everything spiraling out of control. >> You're free to go. >> Get back in your car. You're not supposed to do that. YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED to do that. I need my license plate BACK ON MY CAR. I HAVE SIX DAYS. You're not supposed to do that. You racist. >> If you don't get back in your car, you're going to get arrested. >> If you're going to get back in your car, you [ __ ] >> Get back in your car. >> Shoot your ass. >> Get back in the car. >> I'm a license, [ __ ] With you. Let me go. >> You're going to get tased. You want to get in front of your child? >> I got suit. I can sue you cuz you arrest. It's hard to understand why anyone would stay and pick a fight after being given a chance to walk away. When she started making violent threats, it wasn't bravery. It was ignorance on full display. Her actions didn't just embarrass her. They stripped away the dignity of being a mother, turning her into a sad example of recklessness. >> I HAVE TWO. YOU ARE A FINGER. HE KEEP TOUCHING ME. >> I HAVE TWO KIDS. GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> I GOT TWO KIDS. I NEED SOMEBODY TO COME GET MY KID. YOU'RE SCARING MY KID. >> You're scaring your CAR. I NEED SOMEBODY TO COME GET MY KID. NO, I'M NOT GETTING OUT OF MY CAR. I'm not getting out of my car. >> This is incredible. >> I didn't touch you, so don't touch me. >> Get out of the car. >> I didn't touch you, so don't touch me. >> I didn't touch you, so don't touch me. You arrest me for nothing cuz I said I'm going to shoot you. That's not okay. So what? It's a freedom of speech, sir. It's a freedom of speech, sir. I can say what I want in my mouth. It's a freedom of speech. You're mad. You're mad cuz you're racist. You're mad cuz you're racist. Yeah, you're racist. You act as Trump. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. Like I said, don't touch me. >> How far is my 94? >> Don't touch me. I told him I'mma shoot him and I DON'T CARE CUZ YOU'RE RACIST, SIR. You're racist and I got my license. I don't care. I got I'm not going nowhere without him. Yeah, he's right here. >> 247. >> I don't want you touching me. I want the carbody touch me. I don't want you touching me. I'll let somebody car up against the car. >> Can you please come get my kids, please? >> It's okay, baby. It's okay. I'm It's okay. >> Just pull up to help. It's okay. It's okay. Don't cry. Do not cry. I love you. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Don't cry. Don't cry. I love you. I love you. I'm sorry. >> You wouldn't act like this in front of your kids if you were sorry. >> The scene was heartbreaking. Her child stood there crying while she shouted, proud that she had spoken her truth. But threatening an officer isn't free speech. She couldn't see her own fault, only her fake sense of power. It's painful when a mother teaches her child defiance instead of wisdom. walking back to my car. She got out of her car, started walking towards me, said that she was going to shoot feet, started calling me all kinds of racist things cuz I took her expired temporary license plate. >> I tried to 105 her. She got back in the car. She was calling people out. >> My license plate expired today. >> You just need to calm down. >> You took my license plate for no reason. >> She's got kids in the car, too. >> For no reason. My license plate expires today. This is me. I'm suing you. I am suing you. You cannot take my license if it's NOT EVEN PASSED TODAY. If it was the 27th, I will understand the 26th. You cannot do that. So, you're going to jail. I'm telling you, I'm suing y'all. I am definitely suing y'all. I'm not saying >> legal [ __ ] He did legal [ __ ] >> I highly doubt it, but we're going to figure it out. >> Chad, he took my license plate for no reason. Today is the 26th. WHY DID HE TAKE MY LICENSE PLATE TODAY? >> I haven't been here today. >> Okay. I haven't expired, is it? I'm confused. Is that a spire? >> Well, give me a minute. That's just >> I'm trying to bend MY LEGS. I CAN'T STAND up like that. >> What's your name? >> Okay, attach it to me. Okay. >> So, this is when a body so she should be good. >> I'll help you out. I'll figure it out. I I'll be able to explain it to you. I'll be able to explain it to you. >> Do that. >> I will be able to explain it to you once I know what the heck's going on. >> Okay. I understand. But I'm going to ask you a question. >> If my license plate is expired today, I have until TOMORROW TO GET A LICENSE PLATE. RIGHT. We're going to get in the car. Okay. >> All right. >> Car as I was walking back to the car and said that she was going to shoot me. She needed her temp tag back and all kinds of stuff. >> I can get out of the car. You're under arrest. And she wouldn't drive her car. >> I just held on to her the whole time cuz I wasn't going to tase her with her kids in the car. >> When a second officer arrived, it was like a breath of fresh air cutting through the chaos. The driver immediately switched tones, spinning her own version of events. But by then, the real concern wasn't her story. It was the frightened children in the back seat who needed protection more than ever. >> So, hey. All right. Somebody Where's your mom's phone? >> Phone in here. >> It was right here. >> It's at It's out here. >> Somebody's been calling. I don't know who it is. They said it was grandma, but >> But yeah, if you want to take it back to >> Yeah, cuz I don't It's locked. >> Yeah, I saw that. All right. We're going to get somebody here for you. Okay. >> So, well, he told me you told me you were stopped for he said for speeding. All right. So, I He was probably giving you a warning for that or what have you. He said the tag uh expired today, >> right? However, not hold on, hold on. Let me finish. However, he said it'd been replaced. >> I didn't know that. They didn't tell me that. It's a temporary tag. >> Okay. But what happens is when it gets replaced that temporary tag becomes no good at that point because now it belong now the car belongs to the new tag whatever it is a new temp tag a new hard tag whatever >> you guys have any water or anything if you shoot somebody it's illegal >> if it's if you shoot someone it's illegal but saying it doesn't put action into it actually doing it does >> but I did not actually shoot him so that's not an actual arrest >> I I got you. I got you. >> So, I'm trying to understand what I'm going to jail for. >> Once we get all that sorted out, I've been back here with you almost the whole time. >> You could watch his camera. >> Same with him. He got here way after me. >> All right. Hang out right here for me for a second. Okay. >> How long is my mom going to be in here? >> I don't know, sweetheart. I don't even know what's going on yet. Okay. >> He said, "Well, I'm taking I said, "You can't do that." I said, "When did it expire?" He said, "Today." I said, "Today is not over. I can see if it was the 27th." That's different. But today hasn't ended and it's a temporary license plate. It's not like it's a hard plate. It's a temporary license plate. And he said, "No, I'm not getting I said, "Sir, you need to get my license plate back." And that's when I got out of the vehicle. Said, "Can you get my license plate back?" He said, "No." I said, "You racist. I will shoot you." And then he came and grabbed me. I said, "What are you grabbing me for?" He said, "Because I told you to get in the car." I said, "Okay, I can stand in the road if I want to. It's not illegal to stand in the road." He said, "Well, I'm going to arrest you." I said, "For what?" He said, "Get out of the car." I said, "I'm not leaving my kids in this car." So, I'm trying to understand where and when did that become an arrest. >> We'll get we'll get all that. All right. Don't worry. You know what? All this will be on body camera, so it won't even have to be your word against it. >> In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with criminal threats, resisting an officer without violence and traffic violations. Maybe a few nights behind bars will do what words couldn't, make her realize just how far she's fallen. On April 14th, 2023 in Universal Orlando, Florida, a woman quietly slipped merchandise into a fanny pack tucked beneath a stroller and tried to walk out of the store without paying. What she didn't realize was that every move had already been watched. Security had her in their sights from the very beginning. >> This is ridiculous. >> You have to take me back to the get my money back for >> I'm not in the office though, sir. >> And what do we got to go sit in the office for? I don't know. I got to go. I got you catching everything, bro. I got my sir. You got to at least let me let my lady listen to me. I understand you're not happy. I understand you're very upset right now. Okay. We're going to be real here. I'm not paying games. I need something that's not paid for. You're going to judge this office. Listen to me, guys. Let me speak. We're going to have a conversation. I don't want to be both. Okay? I want to keep this between you and me. All right? Just listen to me. Have a seat. Please have a seat. Got to ask some questions. No, >> the other side. Did you understand that? >> Yes or no? >> The man accompanying her looked agitated, not out of concern for her, but because he didn't want to be late for something else. In his world, his time mattered more than anything. Meanwhile, the woman tried to pin the blame on the kids, hoping that deflection would erase accountability. >> I did grab the couch, but my sister was yelling. So, as I walk down the couch, my hand walked out and feel I guess one of the kids, but I got told her I only have two boys. These are not my kids stroller. My go is old enough. So, all the stuff in here, I don't know who I can't stay there because some walking with my sister, so I can't stay. But I guess it's tough. But you were pushing this stroller that had some time. Everybody was pushing it. It was I was pushing it. He was pushing. She was pushing. As y'all walk in from the park, all of us pushing the shoulder. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I had push I had grabbed it cuz my sister had a baby. So I had to grab it and we was he first and I had grabbed it from him. >> Got so you were pushing it out of the store when they stopped you. >> Yeah, we pushed it. We pushing around. I was already out when she stopped. already outside when they stop >> and then so you don't know how >> that's I'm telling her I can't say all that because like I say every kid is what the kids ran up and did like I said walk in the store I wasn't there I cannot tell you without my kids >> grabbing the stuff I say all was running around you could tell looked in the store but I was in the store the thing was empty but none of them it was empty the kids running around the store and we look for my other little niece everybody all them got into that >> so you don't know how the stuff That's what I'm saying. No, I didn't put it in there. >> You did. I'm asking if you know how it got in. >> No, like I told it was like my sister. >> It was my girl. The girl grabbed what she when he did the girl grabbed her thing back from her. >> It was all the kids. >> Okay. Got you on this. >> Okay. All right. You walk over here for me real quick. All right. >> Unfortunately, they're pressing charges against you. So, you under arrest today. Okay. We'll take all that stuff. Yeah. Well, she said she say that's her stuff. The child and kid on my hand. >> Are they yours or are they like customers? >> Her ability to dodge responsibility showed one thing. She was determined not to admit guilt. But even if her excuse were true, failing to watch the kids was still neglect. Because sometimes children don't invent bad behavior. They just copy what they see from the adults around them. >> Is there anything in the bag right here? >> My wallet and stuff. >> She didn't get my ID. I need my ID right? >> Yep. >> Where you from? >> My today. >> Who got your kids? You got kids? >> Yeah. >> Who's got your kids right now? >> With who? With >> my sister. >> With your sister. Your sister was an adult. >> Yeah. >> Is that all the belongings you had was in there? >> Yes. >> The offic police station. >> The police station. So, you're going to the jail. You're going to the county jail. You're not going to police station. You're being arrested for petty theft of $100 or more. >> Yeah. All these stuff. It wasn't even my stuff. >> So, they can't watch the camera to see I wasn't pushing the shoulder all through the park. I I don't know if they already did, >> but they're los prevention and they're undercover detectives. >> Saw you. So, >> I have to see on Monday. >> Uh, it depends on when they have a first appearance with the judge. >> You'll be able to bond out. >> They might have one late tonight or early tomorrow. Depends. >> You'll be able to bond. What's the 500? >> Yeah, 500. You don't have to have >> I do. Yeah. for your phone. >> Is it dead or is it just >> off? Just depends how soon they have first appearance. If they have one late tonight, early tomorrow, then you can bond out right away. If not, then you >> $100 to a bond. So, >> $100 to a bond that way. >> Well, the cards are here. Yeah, it goes around hang right. >> She thought she could talk her way out of it. But the moment she mentioned a prior case last year, the truth surfaced on its own. That early confidence began to fade as she started asking about court dates and bail. Denial turned into bargaining. The classic final act of a bad decision. Come on. You >> sure? Father about 10 minutes. 5 10 minute drive. You ever been arrested before? >> Yeah. >> For what? >> I've been driving. >> Okay. 12. 12. Pop. >> What you been doing, girl? A year ago. >> Years ago when you were young and dumb. All right. How old are you now? 23. >> 30. 23. I'm going to follow. >> Yeah, they'll take care of all that jail once you get put in. And since you already did all the paperwork for you, we're literally going to show up. We're going to get you out of the car. I'm going to go over to the desk. They're going to check you in and then you'll be at you'll probably only be there for about 15 minutes in handcuffs. We'll have you taken out. Come right here to the wheel. Here's the car for me. >> How long without being test? >> Uh, I don't know. >> I don't think you be, like I said, I don't know their schedule for the hearings. So, it depends how soon you can get in here with the judge. >> The what? >> The window. >> Yeah. Yeah, I got you. Cool. Hang on to >> Hold on one second. Hold on one second. Look inside. There's nothing in there, right? All right. All right. Go ahead. I'll put the windows down as soon as they get you. All right. >> They're not comfortable. All right. >> Like I said, it's a quick ride. So, we'll be there. Don't worry about getting too comfortable cuz shortly. >> Even in the back of the patrol car, she talked about her flight as if that was the real problem. She didn't seem to grasp that this wasn't just an inconvenience, it was a turning point. To her, being arrested was a delay. To the system, it was another record. you'll be able to get on your phone. I don't exactly know how long, but your process is going to be a lot faster than a normal process. And the jail um because I don't work inside the jail, I can't tell you exactly what they're going to say and going to do. >> Um but they'll they'll be taking care of you here shortly. >> Catch my flight by 11:00. >> 11:00. >> I don't know. I don't want to say yes or no. I think so. Um >> I I just I don't want to tell you yes if it's a no. So >> what happened? You were pushing the stroller and >> Yeah. And she it wasn't even weak as clothes and they got to look on the camera and see I wasn't pushing it all day. >> But the problem is if you had the stroller and you were pushing it past the point of sale, it's like driving a stolen car. Don't matter if your friend just gave it to you, if you're the one driving it. I mean it's, you know what I'm saying? If you don't question where all this stuff come from. >> My kids. >> Yeah. >> In the end, she was taken to county jail and charged with pettit theft for merchandise valued at $669.65. If convicted, the sentence could include up to one year in county jail, probation, and restitution to Universal Orlando. On April 15th, 2025 in New Mexico, officers noticed a yellow Jeep swerving into the bike lane and driving erratically. What should have been a routine traffic stop quickly escalated into a tense confrontation no one expected. You were traveling in the bike lane. >> Well, right here on 180 on your phone or something. >> Okay. Well, I saw I saw you travel in the bike lane. I remember you have all your paperwork driver's license, registration, insurance. >> What's going on? >> That's a $100 walk out. >> $100 walk out? Really? Where's that at? Where's gas at? Okay. >> What's that? If I call my husband and get him to text you. >> If not, I mean, I'm willing to I'm willing to work with you and just give you a fixed ticket. >> I don't I have to. >> That doesn't go against your record. >> All right. So, why why are you doing that? Let's come back here and we'll we'll finish the rest of our business back here. >> Why is that? >> You're not what? Why is that? >> Well, you're we're going to be over here on the sidewalk, not on the road. >> And I'd actually prefer you to enter your vehicle and come back here with me. Like I said, that way I'm not coming back and forth. >> Yes, you are. You are. Yes, you are. Yes, ma'am. There's United States case law on it. Yes, there is. So that looks like registration to me. >> It could have ended smoothly. The officer simply asked her to step out of the car, a lawful and standard safety request, but she refused, immediately turning defensive. That defiance forced the officers to take stronger action, and from there things went downhill fast. >> Okay, why is that? >> You do have a fire. Hold on. What are you doing? What are you doing? >> I don't have catch my door. >> Open this. >> Don't touch. >> Open this. Get away from me. Give me another. >> Come here. You're not going to shut the door. >> Stop. >> Come here. Come here. I'll be right. Come here. >> No. >> Come here. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> No. >> Get out OF THE VEHICLE. >> STOP. >> GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> No, you won't. Get out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the vehicle. vehicle. >> I see you. >> Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the vehicle. >> I'm on the ground. >> I'm a [ __ ] with this psycho. >> Look away. Look away. >> I can't breathe. I can't breathe. >> There's something. There's something. I can't breathe. Okay. Go, please. >> I'm not moving. Come here. >> Wait. >> No, there's no piss myself. PLEASE WAIT A SECOND. THERE'S YOUR HUMANITY. >> You just come on three. One, two. >> Can you not step on my glasses? >> Yep. Her lack of control cost her both her dignity and her composure. Even with one officer showing patience and professionalism, she managed to destroy the only goodwill she had. Instead of deescalating, she kept fanning the flames, blaming the very people trying to help her. >> The door and I was requesting her to exit. She told me how to face off and she was in the bag. >> Okay. Nope. Just right here. >> Okay. >> I did not. >> Everything's a unlocking unit. >> Can I at least get my purse and my phone, please? >> Unlocking unit, bracing. >> Yeah, I did. >> Can you believe it's just got to work? This door is broken. So, >> hold on. Are you wearing a bra? >> Yeah. Okay. Do you have anything in your bra? No. >> Okay. I'm going to search you with the back of my hand. >> Okay. >> It's broken. >> Sit there. >> It doesn't work. >> Okay, you'll figure it out. >> Okay, I have pee. >> I I know. Sit in there. >> I don't want to get in your car. >> No, it's plastic. I never done this before. >> Can I have my phone in my purse? >> No, you do not. Hold on. I'm going to I'm going to lock your car. Step out again. >> I'm going to educate you something. Okay. >> All right. Educate me. >> Am I interrogating you? >> I guess. >> No, I'm not. Am I asking you any incriminating questions? >> No. >> No, I'm not. Okay, then. >> I said no. >> And y'all think my 110 lb self is the correct? >> No. I just >> We want to go home at night. >> I do too. >> Okay. And you're going >> You may you may not go home tonight, but you will go home. something you shouldn't have. >> No, I have nothing. I was getting off work. I was going to home. I had a shitty night. >> Do something to switch the table. >> I had a shitty night. I had a $100 walk out of a customer. I had to pay and that kind of sucked. And I was just going home and he wanted me to get out and stand on the sidewalk and I wasn't comfortable with that. >> You're required to. >> Okay. Is he >> I can't sit back these off. >> She tried to play the victim, but her bloodshot exhausted eyes told a different story. One of guilt, not innocence. When the officer read her Miranda writes, her narrative fell apart. From that point on, only the truth remained, and she could no longer talk her way out of it. >> So, when I turned out I may have touched my lane, he said, "I'll do it twice. I didn't think I did. He asked me to get out and come back to his car. I wasn't comfortable with that. As far as I knew, I didn't have to. >> Okay. You were required to. >> Well, just just so you know. >> Okay. Well, >> I didn't think I was. >> So, that was my mistake. >> So, my car door is my window's broken, so I just shut the door. >> That's fine. >> And he reached in, unhookled my seat belt, tased me. been at work all night. I'm a waitress. >> Okay. >> I served probably 300 people tonight. I am very tired. >> Okay. >> Very tired. >> Okay. >> I mean, my eyes I mean could be allergies. I don't know. But I have had nothing. >> Okay. >> Except I drew mine right now. >> Okay. And you haven't consumed any of the open containers that are in your ve? >> No, those are from last time we went camping. I've not cleaned my Jeep out cuz the door's broken. I need to take the door off to get into that pocket of the hole to clean it all out. I don't even have passengers in there. Obviously, >> it's all on body cam. So, I don't want whatever you want to see. >> See that? >> And then you tossed one bag like that behind your head. >> I haven't. >> Yes, you did. >> I have I'm driving a stick ship. I did not. >> Once I was pulling you out and you were refusing to get out and I was pulling on your legs. You grabbed the one bag and you threw it behind you. >> My phone was in the seat next to me. I was trying to get to my phone. Even if I had anything, all I was thinking about was my phone. I have nothing. Search for baggies. Search for whatever. There is a weed pin in my cigarette case that I don't use driving. I'm just going to come home and smoke a bowl and go to bed. That was all I planned on doing. >> He's just going to tow it anyways, right? >> Just tow it. >> You think I should CT her or take her up to jail? I'll just >> I'll take her with I'll just sit her with um Who's this? >> Do you want to take care of the the inventory for me? >> Yeah. >> I think that that's your head. >> That was when I was pulling on the ground. >> Did you hit your head? >> Yeah. I don't know what happened, but I felt it. >> No. You have a bomb or something? >> Huh? >> Shaded on the side of the Jeep. No, once we got out on the ground, >> the officer's suspicions proved right. Marijuana paraphernalia was found and she eventually confessed. There was no satisfaction in his tone, only disappointment. One simple request could have ended at all, but her ego turned a minor stop into a criminal charge. >> She might have tossed this dude. I don't know. She was all sitting. It just looked kind of funny though. I don't know if she's trying to hide something, but she was sitting on top of all that. So, I thought maybe she was trying to hide some dope and then I told her that she needed to exit the vehicle. >> Um, I think we're supposed to do everything on track. >> Okay. Yeah. >> So, just Okay. And actually, if you want >> Let me just scan those in. >> Yeah. New Mexico. All of this could have been preventable if you have just stepped out like they said. >> What? >> I don't I don't care, ma'am. It's not It's not if you're comfortable or not. Just said I can log it in at the Silver City Police Department. >> Okay, ma'am. And just so you know, all of this is on body cam. All of my paperwork has to get approved by a supervisor. >> Huh? >> I didn't throw anything. >> Okay. That's That's not why you're going to jail. >> That's fine. But you're trying to make it sound like I'm throwing drugs up. >> I'm not making it seem like nothing, ma'am. I'm telling you. >> Okay. Where did I mention anything about drugs? >> Okay. >> I don't know. It could be anything, ma'am. In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with resisting an officer, assaulting a peace officer, improper lane use, and driving without insurance. If convicted, she could face jail time, especially for assaulting an officer, probation, fines, and a suspended license due to both traffic and drugrelated violations. On October 10th, 2023 in Florida, one car, one fake plate, and one forgotten warrant. What should have been a routine arrest turned into something far bigger because within seconds this woman made sure it was no ordinary stop. >> Victoria, >> I'm Victoria. >> You're Victoria? >> Yeah. >> Can I talk to you for a minute? >> Come on my property. >> Can I talk to you for a minute? >> Please don't come on my property. >> Okay. Can I talk to you for a minute? >> No. What do you need to talk to me about? >> Victoria, what's your last name, hun? >> I don't have a last name. >> What is your last name? I don't need to give you my name. Okay. >> Okay. >> You're a private corporation. >> Do you have ID on you? >> I am at my property and you don't belong on my property. >> Do you have ID? >> What do you need my ID for? >> Okay. So, you're detained right now. >> For what? >> I just need you to relax. There's a warrant for your arrest. >> What are you talking about? >> What did I do? >> Just relax. Relax. >> Relax. Relax. I'm talking to you. >> No, you're not talking to me. >> I'm trying to talk to you right now. No. >> You're trying to kill me. >> Get off my property. Get off. >> This is my private home. >> From the start, she refused to acknowledge any authority. No ID, no cooperation, just demands to see the warrant and declarations of her rights. She truly believed she could out talk the law as if saying, "I don't consent," would make the handcuffs disappear. >> Get off me, please. >> VICTORIA, PLEASE RELAX. >> GET OFF. TAKE A COUPLE DEEP BREATHS. >> GET OFF ME, PLEASE. >> Get off. Get off. >> Don't grab MY >> SHOW ME THE WARRANT. SHOW me the warrant. >> Show me the warrant. >> Show me the warrants. GET OFF ME. >> WE CAN'T GET HER CUFF. >> GET OFF ME. >> She shouted wild accusations, clearly trying to provoke a reaction to make the officers lose composure so she could play the victim. It's a classic tactic. Discredit the system by creating chaos. But the officers didn't bite. They'd seen this act too many times before. Get off me, you [ __ ] rapists AND HUMAN TRAFFICKERS. GET OFF ME. GET OFF ME. Get off me. GET OFF ME. GET OFF ME. >> THERE WE GO. ALL RIGHT, LET'S get her in. >> YOU HAVE NO YOU ARE PRIVATE CORPORATION. SHOW ME THE WARRANT. SHOW ME THE WARRANT. >> You sick man. You psychopath. >> Trust me, if this were some grand kidnapping conspiracy, they picked the worst possible target. She screamed, insulted, and accused all while calling them crazy. The irony was almost poetic. Because when anger meets ignorance, the outcome is never logic. It's just noise. The >> government, YOUR PRIVATE CORPORATION WORKING FOR THE UNITED NATIONS, THE UNITED NATIONS THAT DOES NOT OWN THIS COUNTRY. OKAY, >> RELAX, VICTORIA. >> YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH ME. >> VICTORIA, DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING? >> YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH ME. >> VICTORIA, >> you're not allowed to touch me. >> Pockets. >> No, I HAVE NOTHING ON MY POCKETS. And the United Nations is paying you to kill people, to traffic children, to steal homes, to run this >> psychopathic mind on everybody. >> She kept playing the victim, turning every question into an accusation. Instead of taking responsibility, she invented a bigger enemy to blame. She wasn't fighting the cops. She was fighting reality itself. And in her mind, the victim always wins. >> Thank you. >> You're assaulting and kidnapping me. Okay? And you have it on your record what it's going to cost you to kidnap me. >> Because you have no right to kidnap me. >> You are an employee of the private corporation that's not even owned by this country. You know who owns City of Sarasota? >> Citizens of Sarasota. >> In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with resisting an officer without violence and displaying a counterfeit tag or decal. Her bond was set at $2,000 and she now faces the full weight of both misdemeanor and felony charges. On September 12th, 2021, police responded to a call from a witness in the Walmart parking lot in Lake Ohio. A 5-month-old baby had been left alone, crying and drenched in sweat inside a locked car under the blazing sun. What happened next was captured on body cam, and it was hard to watch. >> Um, I don't know, like an hour. >> Did you come by yourself? Yeah. >> Can you put that stuff down and take a walk with you? >> Yeah, sure. Is everything okay? >> No. >> Okay. Is my daughter okay? >> Where's your daughter? >> I literally just got bit of my a very very long and I a babysitter, but I was running to Walmart really quick and I didn't even I was literally just shopping for check on your child. >> Yeah, I just I don't like overy You got anybody else that'll come care for the child? >> No. Like I'm like totally fine to take care where I can just like like it's been a really crazy week and like I just figured my mom would desire like this week about her. music for me and I just have a lot a lot a lot of stuff on my mind. Just going to Walmart so I can get a bathing suit in like >> she looked distant, detached, almost like she wasn't part of the moment. Instead of worrying about her child, she was busy explaining herself, trying to sound rational. That strange calm wasn't composure. It was denial. She either didn't understand or refused to understand just how close her baby came to dying in that heat. >> Were you here earlier today at Walmart? No, it's one time. >> How long do you think you were in there? See, it's only coming. >> Mhm. >> And it's probably her overn. Okay. >> Okay. >> If you don't mind, would you do me a favor? Go like this. different. >> Where is all that that from? The paint. >> Um I'm trying to remember what I was using. Stinky green for um spray paint. >> No, it was like a girly thing. Um >> no spray paint. like a nail polish thing or something. Um, >> nail polish. You got it all up here, too. Green. >> No spray paint, huh? It's all nail polish. >> It's not nail polish. It looks like something else that I was using to decorate the house, but not like all over your nose. >> Okay. Huh? >> Okay. I'm trying to remember exactly where it was, but I can't figure out >> Huh? >> Why you got all over your nose? >> Um, probably because I've been crying. As the officers questioned her, that cold tone began to crack. But the odd stains in the car and her evasive answers raised even more red flags about her mental state. Leaving an infant alone for over 2 hours in a locked car under scorching heat. It wasn't a mistake. It was criminal neglect, plain and simple. >> Sneaky. >> Why don't we give a call? Is it good? >> Is it good? >> Listen, Tiffany, it's not a question that you you love your kid or not. We know you do. Okay. We know you do. >> It's been a really crazy and I'm really sorry. Like it's just >> Okay. So, do you know Nikki's number off top of your head? >> No. Sorry. I just >> What kind of phone is that? iPhone. >> I have I have a I have a charger in my car. Do you want me to charge it a little bit? >> Yeah. Well, I also don't have my phone, so only Wi-Fi, but you charge it. >> You only have the one child right now. That's your biological. You don't have any other biological kids with him or with anybody else. You guys did you guys take your vitals at all or anything? >> Nothing. Nothing appeared. She seemed fine whenever you guys came. >> Just sweating, wet diaper. Um, status seemed okay. She was cheery and everything. Okay. >> How bad was the sweating? >> Uh, no. >> Okay. All right. Thanks, guys. It's all you want. Yeah. >> I know. Am I allowed to have it? >> Where's your car key at? >> Is this Is this the key to the car? >> Her speech slurred, her eyes glassy, her body rocking. She was slipping when she couldn't remember her own phone number. It wasn't forgetfulness anymore. It was a total disconnect between memory, awareness, and identity. >> All right, Stephanie, go and step out for your flip flops. When did you have the baby? Um, April 4th. All right, go ahead and put empty everything out on your pockets. Put it on the seat for me. I'll put the window down. Just put that seat belt on for me. Put the seat belt. Are you okay with your sister taking your house keys and getting more baby stuff and take care of the animals? >> Okay, which one's the house key? >> To be able to drive my car, though. >> No, we got a little >> We got to We got to tow it. Can I drive home and everything? >> Which one's a house key? should be able to figure out. All right, here's her keys. >> When the woman's relative arrives to collect the vehicle keys, they tell officers she hasn't been well lately. This statement offers a possible explanation for her erratic behavior, but it also shows a lack of prior intervention despite all of the warning signs being there. >> In case there's any issues of who's supposed to have the child. Okay. >> Okay. Yeah, cuz I know she's got a boyfriend, but I don't know anything about him. >> Okay. >> All right. >> All right. >> All right. Thank you for coming. >> She eventually admitted to taking Boobar and Lorazzipam, a quiet confession that explained her fading clarity. But even then, she didn't describe herself as guilty, only confused. She kept minimizing the situation, clinging to any shred of control and dignity she thought she still had. >> Yeah. in your vehicle. Your daughter's with your sister. >> What's happening? >> Your daughter's with your sister. Stay with her. Your sister's going to get some stuff from your house. Okay. I'm going to contact job and family services and you're being charged with child endangerment and your car is going to be at King's Tony. In the end, the woman was arrested and charged with child endangerment. If convicted, she faced up to 6 months in jail and or a $1,000 fine. The court could also impose mandatory conditions such as completing child safety training and heat stroke prevention courses to make sure she never put another child's life in danger again. On June 6th, 2023 in Florida, police were dispatched to a high school graduation event after reports of a woman drunk and causing a disturbance. Their goal was simple. Keep her and everyone else safe. But within minutes, anger took the wheel and things spun out of control. >> What's going on? >> We're just trying to make sure she doesn't drive home. >> All right. >> Okay. >> Well, that's very nice of them. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Where do you live? >> It doesn't matter. Do you know her? >> Yes. So, I'm the assistant principal. Um, we're here having our end of year celebration. She I just showed up. She's obviously upset. I believe she's heavily intoxicated. >> Um, one of our other assistant principles was her supervisor and she had to let her go this year and so when she saw her, she start got very upset, started punching her truck. >> Hi, >> my name's Officer De Brule. >> What seems to be the problem? >> I need a ride home. >> You need a ride home? Where do you live at? Whatever they say. >> What is your name? >> It doesn't matter. >> Well, I want to talk to you like a human being. So, what's your name? >> My mother. >> Okay. But you know what? We can talk about that with your therapist. >> No, no, no, no. >> My mother. >> Who's it? >> I'm not driving. You got to tell them where you live though in your name so they can take you home. >> Doesn't matter. >> It does cuz they haven't. >> Does this work? >> My mother. >> I don't know. I think so. >> My mother has nothing. >> Raymond. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Don't you want to ride home? Cuz it might be a little bit easier if you talk to us. >> Is it Ray? >> No. He'll beat the hell out of me. >> So, you can either cooperate with us like we're trying to help you or not and go a different WAY. >> HE'LL BEAT THE HELL OUT OF ME. >> What is your boyfriend's name is all I'm asking. >> It doesn't matter. >> It kind of does. We're trying to help you out, but Okay. >> It's Raymond. >> Hey, Alan. It's Raymond. But I'm not. >> Hey, well, you don't got to throw your water. >> No, I have to. >> What's going on? Talk to me >> because I tried to go in there and talk to a [ __ ] principal. >> Who's the principal? >> She returned to the very place that had fired her. Drunk, agitated, and furious. The question is, why go back to the scene of rejection just to make it worse? When she lost control, her rage lashed out at anyone nearby, turning frustration into chaos. >> He's an [ __ ] >> I want to try and help you out a little bit here. >> I'm not driving. >> I know, but I'm just trying to have a conversation with you, that's all. >> Yeah. Just letting me drive [ __ ] home. >> Oh, no. You're not going to let you drive. >> Hey. >> Yeah, baby. >> Yeah. He lives just right down the road. >> Okay. >> Hey. >> Yeah, baby. >> Okay. Ma'am, >> let's just let's not do that. >> Ma'am, >> go to jail. >> Ma'am. >> Mom. >> Hey, look at me. >> Ma'am, look at me. This is your last chance. Look at me. >> Mom, >> what's her name? Okay. >> Come on. >> What are you threatening me? >> Come on. >> Even though she admitted she was drunk and insisted she wouldn't drive. She fought every attempt to help her. It was a textbook case of cognitive dissonance, trying to maintain control while doing the very thing that destroys it. >> I'll [ __ ] you up. >> Nice. is threatening a police officer. Do you want to go to jail, ma'am? >> No, I want to [ __ ] you up. >> All right, >> let's make it happen. >> [ __ ] >> So, ma'am, we were giving you a chance to give you a chance and now you are going to go to jail. >> Right. >> Right. >> Right. >> So, we're going to get you up. She fought, but it wasn't just alcohol fueling her. It was fear. Fear of being judged, dismissed, or powerless. So, she resisted everything, even common sense, hurting only herself in the process. >> What's going on with these things? >> Don't [ __ ] with me. >> Don't [ __ ] with me. >> MOVING TOO MUCH. But you're not coming here. >> In the end, the woman was taken to county jail and charged with resisting an officer with violence and disorderly intoxication. If convicted, she could face jail time, probation, suspended sentence, and fines. All on top of the $3,000 bond already posted. On September 2nd, 2025, police responded to a 911 call from a concerned neighbor. Two toddlers were seen running down the street with not a single piece of clothing on. The body cam captured everything from the moment the officers arrived to the shocking truth behind the mother's carelessness. >> Why don't your kids have any clothes on them? >> Cuz she we they took them off. We just got the sub. >> You got the You got the what? >> I'm not in no violation, sir. >> I didn't ask. >> We just got out the tub. I don't want to go to jail. We just got out the tub. >> You should be good. >> Why? What's What's your name? >> I'm on probation. >> Okay. Why don't your kids have clothes on them? >> We just got the tub. We just heard the most news about my mom. We just heard the news about my mom. >> You were giving them baths? >> Yes. >> Okay. What happened to their clothes, though? >> I just took them out and put them peppers on. >> Okay. >> Am I in trouble for that? >> Okay. >> Hang hang tight for me. Okay. >> Yeah, they seem to be okay. They just want to close. And she's obviously she's she's blasted. Uh >> this lady, the driver picked him up from somewhere on the west. Right over here, good Samaritan. Uh she's heavily intoxicated, impaired. Kids don't have any clothes on. She put a diaper on one of the kids. The other kid doesn't have anything on. >> So just trying to get to the bottom of that. kids do records or >> Yeah, they're they're both your kids, right? Lyric. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Yeah. >> So, a little L. How old are they? >> One and two. >> One and two. Okay. >> Yeah, feel free. Two kids, one and two years old, running in traffic. Even if they'd been dressed, it would have been unacceptable. But this this was beyond comprehension. The mother clearly had no idea how serious her actions were. What she did wasn't just irresponsible. It was a full-blown violation of child safety laws. >> Can you give me Can you point me in the right direction here? So, we're over here on Glendale and uh Wayne. And this lady gives a mother and her her one and 2-year-old kids a ride to this address from somewhere on West. Uh, mother is heavily impaired. I don't know by what. The two kids at the time, they didn't have any clothes on. They were in the middle of the street over there. But she has since put a diaper on one of them. Um, and so when I asked mom about it, she said, "Well, we just got them. We just got the that's all the reason I have for why they don't have." And so, uh, I we're getting everybody's information, but I'm kind of wondering, no criminal statue stands out to me, other than possibly neglect. If your kids run it out on the road, no close. Are you following me so far? >> Okay. Are you counting 49ers? Yeah, she this lady in the in the car is just being a good Samaritan. She didn't ask for anything. Just gave her a ride. She felt bad. So, kids are still in this good Samaritan's car and mom is over at this house on the side of the road. A passer by, a silent hero, had pulled the kids out of harm's way. Meanwhile, officers calmly coordinated with their superiors, assessing the criminal factors tied to child endangerment. The witness's statement about the naked toddlers became undeniable evidence. >> And I'll set this up how I need to. >> Sure. Uh, so Haley called us because she gave the mother and the two children a ride from the other side of town, uh, just acting as a good Samaritan. Uh when she first made contact with the kid or the the little boy, she found the little boy naked in the middle of Southwestern, which is a uh a heavily trafficked road. >> Okay. >> Um and then she saw a mother and the baby girl uh come out of a nearby residence. Uh she gave all three of them a ride over to where we are now. Um neither child >> the home address. >> No, not to I think they were coming from home. >> So they were coming over here to to be with a a relative. >> Okay. So Okay. So where are they at right now? >> We are at the relative's house. We are not at their house. Um, she gave them a ride over here. Neither child had any clothes on. They were both butt naked. Uh, I think after they got here, she said she put a diaper >> on the little boy. >> On the little boy. But when I pulled up, the female, the little baby girl was still naked. >> Still naked now. >> Still naked now. Okay. When you pulled up, the little female was still next. Inside the home or outside? >> Uh, they were the So, the two kids were in the vehicle, the good Samaritan's vehicle, Haley's vehicle. Uh, Haley, because she called us, she was waiting on the side of the road to talk to me. She still had the kids in her car. >> Okay. >> Okay. And then mother was in the relative's house here at 717 Wayne. >> My partner had you which you heard him say that she'd been in there for 8 minutes uh without any fear for her kids' safety. >> 8 minutes. That's all it took for everything to change. While the mother stayed inside, her kids were out in the street with a stranger. What might have seemed like carelessness was far past that line. It was dangerous neglect. The officers knew this wasn't just bad parenting. It was a risk no child should ever face. >> Life of your children. >> How? >> Don't stop resisting. >> What did I do? Why did I resist? >> Why did I resist? >> Why did I endanger my kids? Hi. >> CFS coming to take protective custody. >> Yeah, they're going to escalate it. I didn't my kids. >> Hey Kia, will you make sure she didn't got nothing stashed? >> They trying to hurt me. Please. >> No. Please explain to me HOW DID I ENDANGER my kids. >> No. Explain to me now. >> Nobody's going to tell me. I didn't do nothing. >> If you want something done, >> I didn't do nothing though. >> We're not GOING TO DO NOTHING. >> COME ON. HERE. Let's make sure she didn't got nothing. >> I DIDN'T DO NOTHING THOUGH. >> I didn't. >> You said I didn't do nothing with my kids. Am I right on searcher real quick? Okay. >> We just got to pass. You got to make sure you don't have anything. You shouldn't. Okay. >> I don't have nothing. We just have to make sure. Why are y'all doing me like that? I didn't do nothing to my kids. >> Stop trying to get my kids sucking. No. >> Sit in the car. L >> I need to do something. I WANT MY >> WELL, YOU'RE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT NOW. Get in the car. >> L, get in the car. >> Get in. >> The woman couldn't grasp what she'd done, but the harsh truth was she abandoned them. The fear of losing her children only hit after her freedom was gone. A bitter irony. Motherly love means nothing when responsibility has already been thrown away. >> Come on now. >> Incredible. What did I do? >> Yes, ma'am. >> WHAT DID I DO WRONG? PLEASE TALK TO ME. >> L, YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN. >> I didn't do nothing. lazy. >> No, cuz I did it. I didn't know. >> You want to know? You want to know? I'm going to tell you why. But you just got to LET >> PLEASE LET ME OUT AND LET ME KNOW THIS >> and I'll give you all rights to taste. >> Nobody's tased you yet. >> Okay. You got to stop if you want to know why you're going to jail. Okay. You left your car with left your children in a You want me to tell you? >> You want me to tell you? >> You want me to tell you? You got to stop. Okay. >> Y >> people. >> Okay. You left your car kids in a car with a complete stranger for eight minutes. Eight minutes. It doesn't matter if she gave you a ride or not. What would have stopped her from taking off with your kids? >> I didn't know if I'm wrong. >> That is definitely wrong. I know you love your kids, but you can't leave your kids in a public. >> What am I going to arrest them for? >> Danger the health and life of your children. That is the charge. >> But I'm going to get away from my kids. In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with child endangerment and resisting an officer. If convicted, she could face up to 18 months to 6 years behind bars, extended probation, and the possible loss of parental rights for severe neglect, leaving her child naked in the street and with a stranger for 8 minutes while drunk. Do you think she'll finally care about her child once the handcuffs come off? On September 22nd, 2024, Bradenton, Florida, police were called to a Walmart parking lot after a 2-year-old boy was found unconscious inside a locked car under the blazing afternoon sun. Every second counted. Officers knew they were racing against time to pull a child back from the edge. >> Hey buddy, wake up. Wake up. >> They're locked. >> They're all locked. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> And they don't have the button on the top. It's the door handles. You need me to get some? I'll get something for you to break it. >> No, I have to break it. I'm just trying to not shatter it on him. Hey, buddy. Wake up. >> Yeah, we're going to break this one. >> Yeah. >> Hey, buddy. Wake up. door. Dad. Yeah, I know. English translated everything. >> Oh. It's unlocked now. >> I'm not sure if that's even not sure who he is yet. He >> said it's his car. I'm trying to figure out who >> he said he went in to go to the bathroom. He's only been in in a minute, but our person who called it in has been out here for at least 10. >> 10 minutes. Yeah. Yeah. >> What's your name? Okay. Do you have ID? >> No. >> No passport? No. >> No. >> The man taken into custody turned out to be the child's stepfather. Even with cops and paramedics surrounding the scene, he walked up with a smile, a chilling red flag. During questioning, his main concern wasn't the boy's condition. It was staying out of legal trouble. Okay. Okay. All right. He he would like to talk. >> Okay. First, I need to know his son's name. >> Yeah. I know. Mom is here. >> No, she said mom is not here. >> Oh, she said mom is in Walmart. Does she have her phone on her? She doesn't have her phone. I'm going to send this guy to his friend. He He was in the car, too. He needs to stay, not go anywhere. >> Okay. >> Know your step last name? >> No. >> We got at least 15 minutes at least. >> What's his birthday? >> How old is he? Okay. Okay. First name is no. Okay. When asked, he couldn't even recall basic details about the child. 6 months of knowing him wasn't the issue. It was the coldness behind it. To him, the boy wasn't family. He was just part of the package that came with the mom. >> What's the lady's name? >> Daniela. What's she wearing? a white shirt, yellow shirt and black shirt. Skinny or fat? >> No, just skinny. The mom was uh inside Walmart uh buying groceries and he left the kid in the car because he he needed to go to the bathroom and that's when he came out. So why he told me he only knows the kid's first name because they've been dating for six months and he doesn't know the kid's last name or birthday or but he knows he's >> years old. >> Yeah. >> 6 months. You don't know your hardly. >> Okay. So >> what happened? >> Okay. So Okay. Okay. Thank you. Did you see him inside the store at all? He said, "Yeah, he went inside the store to meet with her to give her some related to the her debit card." >> The mother's reaction was even more disturbing. She calmly pushed her card and said, "My kid's fine." Even though her son had just been pulled out unconscious, she admitted she knew he was in the car, but kept shopping anyway. There's no excuse for putting groceries above your own child's safety. >> He said he was coming he he told her that he was coming back because the kid was left in the car by himself because he fell >> and I was just okay with you. It doesn't matter. It's okay. It's nice you asked. Can we go over to the No surgery. >> I want to see Roia. >> Okay. >> No, no surgery. No medications. Uh never he doesn't have any conditions. >> Any allergies? >> No, that she's aware of. >> Okay. And then you take no medication? >> No, no medication. checking on him cuz he could have died. best. >> Why did you tell me? Huh? >> This didn't seem like an important time to remember. The third adult statement revealed the psychological heart of this case. He said all three adults went inside Walmart, leaving the boy behind. In his mind, since the parents were there, he had no responsibility. He wasn't lying. He was just indifferent. And sometimes indifference cuts deeper than deceit. He said it's not fair. He know he's aware that it's not fair, but uh he went inside the store and it's not his kid. So it was a kid. So you don't care, right? That's not your came here because they gave me a ride to the store. So he could get the stuff that he was going to buy. >> How do you know them? No, it'll be >> okay. Um, >> do we get to full 43 of the child? >> Yeah. >> All right. with the child. >> Okay. You have her. Okay. The mother only began to cry when the handcuffs clicked. That means those tears weren't for her son. They were for herself. In the end, both the mother and stepfather were booked into county jail, facing felony child neglect charges under Florida law. Neither had a serious prior record. If convicted, what kind of sentence do you think could actually make them learn? On July 23rd, 2025 in Collinsville, police were dispatched to a Walmart after multiple 911 calls reported a stabbing during an argument over dishwashing duties. When officers arrived, chaos and blood had already painted a scene no one expected. >> Where's your emergency? >> I need somebody to call a Walmart superintendent. >> Employee was stabbing customer. A employee was stabbing other employees. >> An employee was stabbing other employees. >> Uh yes. >> Sit down, baby. Sit down. >> Just relax. We got the paramedics coming. I need a towel. Something else. >> Gentleman down there knows what Kelvin looks like. I've never met him. >> Okay. What is Do we know what he's wearing or anything? >> Well, anyone here know what Calvin was wearing? >> Okay. He had >> All I know about 6' tall dreads in the back. Stop. >> Let's wrap it up. She stabbed that. >> She stabbed in the back and she stabbed in her neck. >> You got gloves on you? >> We only got one victim. She's outside the uh front entrance. >> You might have Let me go get Is that cold? >> Do we know for sure that he left? >> Thank you. >> What's his name? >> They keep saying >> that again, Brian. over there. >> Uh, it's going to be a black male, black hoodie, yellow and red. Uh, design of the front, black pants. >> You wanted his name? >> Yeah, >> it's Kelvin Fuller. >> Kelvin Fuller. >> So, my guys are reviewing video, but they said he booked out the door. >> Where did this happen at? >> Right here. >> Behind the deli. >> There's nobody back there, is it? >> No, I don't think so. >> Not right now. I know either. >> What' you see, man? Um, basically, so Kevin, he has a parking knife. I didn't think much of it obviously until today to the back. >> The victim suffering from a critical neck wound was rushed to the hospital by EMTTS. Reviewing surveillance footage, police identified the suspect, 19-year-old Kelvin F. Fuller, who had already fled the scene. What began as a petty workplace disagreement had exploded into shocking violence. >> From the back, came up really fast. I I I thought he was playing around and all of a sudden he start I didn't think he was playing around stabbing >> and she blood come out she started running Gary my coworker pushed him I was freaking >> who was he stabbing the Sia my cos >> this is why I'm so like in shock >> why would that why would it was cuz she he was telling her to do a tissue >> and she was like I'm not going to do a tissue Why? >> Was he saying anything or not? Like not like you like not like oh my god, bro. Killer, you know, not like obvious like he wasn't saying nothing, bro. It's out of nowhere, bro. >> Yeah, they do. They both work back here behind >> Silia just started like like not even a week. Yeah. Yeah. And he's been there for a couple months. I don't even like there's no like I guess no like reason to shut down. He just did it. >> He was telling her to do the chickens. >> So basically whoever's on the fish has some dishes. That's why that's basically the only reason why he did it, bro. Cuz he cuz they were just kind of like a light baker, not nothing crazy. And all of a sudden just boom, just do whatever you need. >> Yep. Just tie. Okay, >> this guy is already out of the store. He already ran off. He did it. The guy that's him right there. When you and I got you and I got so he runs along here that way, but you don't see him come all the way. So he must have gone behind Home Depot. >> Okay. I think he went behind. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> A simple on the job dispute between two co-workers spiraled into a brutal multiple stab assault. A sign of complete emotional collapse and an inability to control rage. Security footage showed Fuller running behind the building, prompting police to immediately launch a manhunt. >> What's good, man? What's going on? looking for me. >> You killed them. All right. Well, you're going to get on the ground then. >> Yeah. On the parking lot of >> 138. I have the subject at gunpoint. Nothing going to poke me, stab me, or hurt me like that. Any blood or anything on you? >> Oh, I'm not sure. Okay. >> Okay. >> Woo. It's too hot to be out here running around like this, man. >> Back side for me. >> Come on now. >> Check your front shab, right? You You're not an Ivy drug user or nothing, >> man. I tell like it's like under something, but it's like over there somewhere. >> Over there. It's in your black hoodie. >> No, it's not in the hoodie. >> It's by the black hoodie. >> Yes. >> All right. We're going to go look real quick. If I need to come get you, show me. Can you show me? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Go ahead. Take it. See you in there. You >> walk us there. We'll get you get you in some air conditioning. All right. >> Yeah. You see that uh that brown pipe right under it? >> Right. Right here in front of us. Right right there. >> No, let's run right here. Thank you. >> All right. I appreciate you not running anymore either. >> Is there a unit that swap that was requested? >> And when you get up to the police department, we'll get you some water and stuff. All right. Make sure you cool down and stuff. Okay. Sound good? All right, man. >> When caught, Fuller claimed he just wanted respect. But what kind of respect comes from stabbing a woman and running away? Once in custody, he turned eerily calm, a chilling reflection of the warped satisfaction that sometimes follows violence. >> One at a time. So, are you with the >> I was riding on a cake in the bakery when it occurred. >> Okay. And what happened? >> Um, I was about to back up the cake when all of a sudden I looked over and there was altercation happening uh between some deli employees. I couldn't see exactly who it was. My coworker went down there. By the time I look, my coworker, Sterling, he's a bigger guy. He uh screams, "Call 911. Call 911." And uh he runs out to Kelvin, the guy who stabbed Sylvia, the victim, like nobody was down there except once we found out he had a knife. Nobody was down there. And I witnessed him, go for this part of her body while she was trying to protect herself. >> Okay. And then um she fleed and ran as fast as she could. And then he walked down calmly and I noticed he had a a black knife. >> Uhhuh. >> Like a you know >> like a pocketk knife. >> Yeah. And at that point when I noticed he had a knife. I ran started running. I gave the cake to the lady who was waiting. That was the end of that. >> And did you see what happened too? >> Yeah. >> Okay. What did you see? >> Well, at first I heard a bunch of yelling down in the deli area. I was over in the bakery side, so I turned to see what was going on and um two of our associates, Sterling and Gary, were making their way this way and Sterling was yelling, "He's got an eye." >> Who said that? >> Sterling. >> Sterling. >> Those those boys came out and I could see Kelvin with his arms around Sylvia. >> Okay. >> And it looked like he was hitting her >> down. She was pleading >> with um customer >> and some other associates that >> followed her out. There was a whole bunch of people out there. >> But I I knew I saw him just >> like it was the calst thing in the world. Like it's just what you're supposed to do when you get mad at somebody. >> Witnesses described him as disturbingly indifferent after the attack, showing not an ounce of remorse. The next day, officers interviewed the victim at the hospital. Miraculously, she survived. Her testimony confirmed that this wasn't personal. It was a violent outburst triggered by rejection and a bruised ego. >> Did you know him before you started working there? >> No, but in my life. >> Okay. Was this the first day you guys worked together? >> Yesterday was cool. >> Uhhuh. >> We all working at each other. >> Yeah. >> No, we had two more other people that was we was all having fun. >> We do our work and we clean up and do all that. But to yesterday when Sterling and Jerry came back, it was like he was always totally different person. You know, the left man in my life about I guess he's about 17 18 out of Yeah. I'm just so much pain. >> Yeah. Looks like they sit you up down here. Is that >> okay? Can I take a picture of that? Is that okay? Oh. Oh, wow. Well, one of the things I need from you is I know that you're kind of holding on to that right there, but um I need to get your medical records and so I just need a quick signature from you. So, you guys were in a disagreement about who was going to do what. He wanted you to do the rotisserie chicken. Is that what you said? And you told him to get away from you. >> I told him my housemates told me, "If you don't want to do something, I'm tell you not going to do it." Okay. They can't make you do it. I'm feeling trained. >> Just trying to go to work, make an honest living. >> Yes. My son. >> I heard you have a 16-year-old at home. >> Have you got to talk to him? >> Yes, I visible. >> Okay, good. I gave you a business card yesterday. >> Yeah, I did. >> But I'm sure it got lost in the shuffle of the names cuz it was kind of chaotic when I was up here. I'm going to leave another one for you with my phone number and um you can text me or call me at any time. Is there anything else that you have questions about or anything else that I can do for you right now? >> Scary. >> Yeah, very scared. >> Like I mentioned earlier, I think there's just something really wrong with that kid. He he needs to be locked up for a very long time. You did not deserve this. Once I know officially what his charges are, I'll I'll let you know that, too. Okay. Okay. All right. Thank you so much, guys. Yes, ma'am. I uh about 2:00 I'm going to court. So, I'm I'll tell you what, I'm attempting to get him charged with attempted homicide. It is going to ultimately be up to the state's attorney on what happens. I think we have a pretty pretty uh fair chance of that being there. >> Fuller was booked into jail and charged with firstdegree attempted murder and two counts of aggravated assault. Given the brutality and clear intent, he faces a lengthy prison sentence, one meant to keep him far from the public he endangered. On January 11th, 2024 in Pasco, New Mexico, police were dispatched for a welfare check at a remote home. When a woman named Darlene stepped outside, her anxious demeanor and erratic behavior immediately set off alarms. Inside that house, something was clearly very wrong. >> Have you had your baby already? >> Yeah. >> How's your baby doing? >> Good. Is he here with you now or where's your baby at? >> Can we make sure he's okay? That's just our only concern right now. Okay. >> You're okay though. You don't need any help. You don't need any services, nothing like that. Okay. >> Yeah. We just got a call saying you might have had a baby and people haven't heard from you in a while. So, we're just checking on you. Okay. >> Oh, he's okay. >> Can you bring your baby out here or can we come in? I'll bring him out >> real quick. It's just part of our job. Okay. >> Yeah, he's fine and everything. >> You guys have food? You guys have running water here? >> Yes. Okay. Turn the light on him. Okay. >> Did you go to the hospital when you had him? >> No, I didn't. >> No, you didn't. >> No. >> All right. So, can we have you go to the hospital just to make sure everything's okay? You want to ride with us? You want us to call you an ambulance to go? >> We could go in ambulance. >> You can go ambulance. Okay. So, we're going to call an ambulance. >> Have a friend take me. >> Can I have a friend take me? >> Yeah, but we just got to make sure you go. Okay. >> No, I'll I'll go. >> Okay, cool. So, we just want to make sure everything's okay. Okay, sound good. >> Yeah. So, uh, can you call a friend to come get you and take you now? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Ronald. >> Ronald. Okay. >> Okay. What's the What was the number, Ronald? Uh, >> could I ask who called? >> I don't know. It was an anonymous caller. Okay. So, that's why we had to stop. >> Try again. >> Hello. >> Hi, Mom. >> Hi. Uh, we need a ride to the hospital, I guess. >> Okay. Um, you know what? We don't have a car seat. >> Oh, do we? >> Initial observations revealed two major red flags. A newborn likely delivered at home, never seen by medical professionals, and showing signs of respiratory distress, bluish skin. But instead of accepting a free ambulance ride, the couple hesitated, looking for another way out. It seemed they feared government involvement more than losing their baby. >> Huh? >> No, I I get it. I understand. Okay. But just because he wasn't born uh born at the hospital, we need to make sure that he's okay. He, you know, he's at the you know, he's got proper weight, all proper nutrition, all that stuff, okay? Um it's my job, okay? It's nothing against you. With that being said, I will have to go inside and make sure that you guys do have food, running water, and heat. Okay? So, I have to go inside and look at all that stuff. Okay. >> So, can we do that? >> Let me talk to my mother. They want to come inside the house. >> So, have him come out here so we can explain it to him. Okay. >> Hey, Ronald, talk to us real quick. Okay. >> So, here's the thing. Okay. Because we did get a call saying we have to come check on your child. Um, we do have to make sure you have food, uh, running water and electricity. I mean, or and heat. Okay. I can see the chimney. I just got to make sure you have running water and food. Okay. Can we come and check on that? >> My house is a mess right now, but >> it's fine. That that doesn't >> That's what you guys say every time. You know, when something else goes wrong, you know, >> as long as there's no weapons laying around, I mean, you know what I mean? Everyone's everyone's lifestyle is different. Okay. We can work with you. >> Can you guys show me the area where you keep um your baby? >> Huh? Does he have a place to where he he sleeps? >> On the couch. >> On the couch. Right here. >> Right behind you. >> Right here. Okay. >> And do you guys sleep with him or how do you take care of that? >> I sleep with them. >> Do you have running water? >> Yeah. Hot water. I just got a few real quick. Make sure it's hot water. Okay. >> Officers had no choice but to enter. Not out of curiosity, but out of fear for the child's safety. And they were right. Inside was chaos. Trash everywhere. Filth coating the floors. Nowhere clean for a baby to rest. No crib. Just an old couch where the mother said she slept with her newborn. >> So, I have a couple questions. Okay. >> Have you guys been trying to clean up the place a little bit more since you had your baby? >> Yes. >> Okay. How's How long have you guys been working on that? >> How long have you guys been working on one day? Yeah. >> Huh? One day. >> Just one day. Yeah. >> Okay. Sounds good. Can I have you guys walk over here for me? Can I guys have you guys go both walk to the door for me real quick? >> We got a call saying that you were pregnant. I don't know who called. Anonymous caller. I have no idea. Okay, guys. They were saying you possibly Oh, you were pregnant. You possibly had your baby here without going to the hospital. Um I don't think I don't think that's a crime. Um I'd have to double check. Okay. As far as I'm concerned, it's not a crime. Okay. uh you're wanting to get your son checked out at the hospital, you're okay with all that. So that's why we're, you know, so with that being said, because we have to you did have a child, we have to check to make sure the child's safe, healthy, he's got food, running, all that water. Okay. >> Um I can see around the house. Okay. Um do you guys need help with that? Do you guys need services? We can guys get you guys clean. Um were you using while you were pregnant? >> No. >> No. Okay, sounds good. 7:20 a.m. or PM? >> 10:20 a.m. Yeah. >> Okay. So, here's the deal. Okay. I did see a little container on the couch, right? Who's is it? >> Yours. Okay. So, we'll deal with that here in a little. Okay. Right now, we're worried about your son. Okay. We're going to let you go to the hospital. So, because we see it, I mean, we can't let you guys stay in here by yourselves, but we're not going to. Nobody's under arrest as of this very moment. Okay. So, we're just going to wait in here so they get here. Okay. So, what's going to happen then? >> Huh? >> What's going to happen? >> Um, we'll probably type up a CCPC. You'll go to court for it. Um, I don't exactly know all the details at the time, but something along those lines. Um, my main concern is to make sure your son is safe, he's healthy, all that. Okay. >> The home mirrored their lives, drowning in clutter and neglect. The extreme unsanitary conditions pointed to long-term apathy. The home birth appeared to be an intentional move to avoid medical testing and possible detection of drug use during pregnancy. >> How many animals do you guys have? >> Three cats and a dog. >> One dog. >> Is it just the one? >> We have to put the dog outside before we go. >> Okay. >> We'll get that figured out here in a sec. Okay. Just keep him warm. Yeah, he looks he has a good color and everything. Just >> Oh, yeah. He's not >> his foot's out. So, try and hurry cuz he's getting cold. >> It's freezing out here tonight. Is it just you guys that live here? >> Yeah. >> So, what did you say? >> I haven't talked to him yet. So, I was on the phone with him this whole time. Okay. Um they those other officers showed up and then so we're just I haven't had a chance to call >> then. >> Huh? >> So, what's going on now? >> So, right now, um I want I would like for you to get checked out at the hospital, too. I know you say you're fine, but just just in case. Okay. Um I don't I would more concerned about the baby. I'm fine. >> Yeah. But um I And then that way you're not separated from your child on the way over there either. You know what I mean? Um so that's what I would like. Um so my concern was the bills. Okay. anything. >> When the man was arrested, she quickly blurted out that he wasn't the baby's father. A desperate attempt to rewrite the story and reduce their legal exposure. She tried to separate him from the child, then started rambling about cats and dogs as if her mind was grasping for anything that didn't hurt to think about. >> Well, he's okay with my brother-in-law. >> Are we all right to close the door? >> I was like, right now, hey, >> what you want to do? I was like, "Right now, I'm going to say no." On her asking if she's good to close the door. >> No. And I >> I was like, >> "So, what are we good to go to the hospital already? Me and the baby there?" >> Uh, we're just waiting for that clarification, right? >> Yeah. So, right now, we're just holding here for right now. >> You're more than welcome to wait inside the um ambulance with your baby. >> Yeah. Well, I wanted to hold this. >> Okay. What I do, I just come in and sit in the car and close the door, you know. >> Mhm. So, let's go. >> That seat straight ahead. Buckle up for us. >> Before we get to it, man, um I got to advise you of your rights. Okay. So, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer, to have the law present while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford it, one uh one will be appointed to represent you before questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. You understand your rights? >> Cuz I got here too. >> And you need the restroom. Okay. >> And you need the restroom. >> Well, yeah. >> Okay. >> I need something to change into or something. I feel like girls. >> Okay. Let me go let them know what's going on and then we'll get this taken. >> Both adults were arrested. The baby was medically evaluated and found to be dehydrated, underweight, and blue. Classic symptoms of neonatal abstinence syndrome caused by prenatal exposure to opioids. The infant was rushed to the hospital. The mother now faces child abuse resulting in great bodily harm while the man is charged with drug possession. Custody of the child has been transferred to child protective services. Both adults had prior records, but had slipped through the cracks, exposing a systemic failure that failed to protect the child from the very beginning. On January 25th, 2025 in Florida, a late night 911 call brought police to the home of a tense married couple. The wife insisted it was just a small misunderstanding, but her evasive behavior and what officers observed told a very different story. >> I got a body cam. What's going on? And that's literally all it was. Like um I overreacted. That's really all it was. Like I'm not harmed. I'm not going to like >> Okay. So what happened today? >> We just got in. That's all it was. Like there's nothing like he's never put his hands on me. >> Okay. You told dispatch that he pushed you today. >> Yeah. I got angry. I said that and it was nothing. I I >> So it wasn't true. >> I mean it was but like it was you know we've we've done that before. Just like you know it's it was just a plain argument. >> So why did he why did he push you? >> It was just a simple argument. It was it and we talked it out and that's why I tried to get off the phone with dispatch and say that it was nothing because literally it was nothing. >> Was nothing. And I I feel so sorry. Damn it. >> So, I guess why did he shove you? In what sense? >> We just we just got in an argument and I pushed him and he pushed me and and that was it. And and then we talked about it and he was like, "I'm sorry. I'm sorry." while I was on the phone with him. And that's why I was like, "You guys don't have to come out here. It's fine." >> Okay. Do you have a license on you? >> I do not. >> I don't want any of us cuz it's a big deal. really really not. I I cannot take you upstairs to my apartment because my dogs are [ __ ] >> Okay. >> Yes. I I really don't want to get on trail. There's no point you guys. >> I I have to talk to him. You know what I mean? So, I have to at least talk to him and then we'll figure it out. Um what's his phone number? >> Can I call him? >> Yeah, just hang out. What's his phone number? The officer listened patiently as the woman tried to downplay what happened. But under domestic violence protocol, police are required to investigate anytime there's a report of physical contact. And in her attempt to explain it away, she unknowingly confessed to the very act that made it a crime. >> The police officer is down here. I just want you to let him know that like there's nothing really going on. >> Okay. I have no visible anything in me. Like I feel so tra for no reason. >> I didn't even say that. >> So you just picked it up? >> Yeah. I don't even remember. >> Did you put your hands on him? Did you push him? Did you hit him? Anything like that? >> Push him, but >> Okay, Jessica, we're going to go ahead and we're just going to take care of this right now. Okay. William doesn't want to tell you bye, so I'm going to allow him to do that. I just got to put your hands first. >> Hey, Jake, you're good. >> Yep. Hold up. >> Take a couple deep breaths. >> No. Get him away from me. Get him away from me. >> Okay. All right. You're fine. >> Jessica, settle down. Take some deep breaths. Deep breaths in. Okay. Deep breaths in. >> So, I don't know if I could be the buffer on this one, but he does not want to pursue criminal charges. Okay. >> I don't want you to take my stuff. He can't have his stuff. >> Listen. Listen. He's not This is all your stuff. Okay. What is this? That's my ear plug in my ear. >> All right. If you have problems, we have to make an arrest. Okay. >> He did flat out tell me that he does not want to pursue charges. So, he's going to go to the judge and drop the charges. >> She wasn't truly panicking. It was a performance. The over-the-top emotion, the controlled breathing, the deliberate pauses, all signs of someone aware of what they're doing. When it suited her, she could stop the panic attack entirely and speak with perfect composure. I bring everything with me. My phone, my key, everything. My cigarettes. Everything. >> So, cigarettes aren't allowed and neither are the lighters. >> You're saying you're taking everything with me. >> Oh, I'm sorry. We're going to go over here. >> My phone, my everything. >> I'm going to have your phone. Yes. >> My phone. Cigarettes. My keys. >> Your cigarettes aren't allowed. So, you can't have the cigarettes. >> No. No. No. I'm not asking to have a cigarette. I'm just asking >> They're not allowed at the jail. >> I'm just asking it's going to be with my stuff. >> No, cuz they're not allowed at the jail. Go ahead. Let's step out. Okay. >> We're going to head over to that door on the left. >> I'm sorry. >> Well, just go. You're the one who told me you pushed him and he said he doesn't want to pursue criminal charges. I just have to do this. >> Yeah. And I >> Can you have a seat? >> Everything. >> Why do you think that I stretched earlo in my pockets? Because you pushed me. You're good. Do I have to pay a bond or something? I've never been. >> No, because it's a mess of battery. You have to see the judge. There's no bond. >> So, what happens? I don't understand. >> They're going to book you in and then you got to see the judge. >> Jessica, you're going to give yourself panic attack. I'm not trying to hide. >> I already will help you if you have a problem. >> Her dramatic soon gave way to anger. In her mind, the system wasn't there to protect anyone. It was there to punish her. That sense of victimhood became her shield, transforming guilt into outrage and helplessness into defiance. Okay. No, put your hands in front. Okay. >> Cuz if you have outside or do you want do you want your hand up to the wall so you don't freeze? >> Can I just just say freeze? >> Here. Let's get over to do this. Okay. I'm sorry. >> You're fine. Can you please take me somewhere? Or like I don't know, but wherever I'm supposed to go, please. This is like really nervous. Please just take me wherever I'm supposed to go. I'm so sorry. I'm just like >> we're just waiting on the jail. Okay. I'm just freaking out right now. This has never happened to me. Nothing like this has ever happened to me. >> She repeated the same words over and over as if trying to convince herself that this was all just a bad dream. But the law doesn't pause for tears. She wasn't afraid of the charges. She was terrified of not going home that night. >> I'm not trying to be annoying you. I really not. I'm sorry. like after everything in the morning, can the judge just miss me and let me just like go home or like what happens? >> Uh, it's really up to the judge. Um, but I've heard my report that >> I just like I've never been through something like this before. I've never been arrested. I've never done more than a speeding ticket. I don't really understand. So, I'm putting in the report that uh William does not want to pursue any charges. Um, so hopefully they'll see that and then they'll decide. >> I just don't understand. There's so many times where other stuff has happened and I've never said anything. I just I just don't understand. I'm sorry if I'm being aggravating to you cuz I really don't want to be understand that this is your job. I just don't get it. >> You're fine. In the end, the woman was charged with domestic battery. If convicted, penalties could include up to one year in jail, probation, mandatory anger management or domestic violence intervention classes, and fines. However, since the alleged victim did not wish to press charges, the court may consider probation or diversion in place of incarceration. >> At my house, >> no. On April 28th, 2025, a simple failure to signal quickly turned into a dangerous police pursuit. When the driver chose to flee instead of pulling over, a routine traffic stop instantly crossed the line into a criminal chase. >> Hello, my name's Ox Bagley. Nothing crazy, nothing reason for the stop. >> It's not in your eyes. It's going to stay right here. Okay, >> sir. I'm telling you it's in my >> Okay. You want me to keep it here then? Is that okay? >> We got to just >> Well, I got to make I got to just I got to see inside your vehicle. I got to make sure you're in >> No, no. Why do you got to see in my car? >> Because I have to make sure that you're not grabbing a weapon. Ma'am, >> you pulled me over. >> Ma'am, there's no need to get angry. >> I'm pissed because you have what's your probable cause to pull me over with >> because you didn't use your turn signal within 100 ft of turn left. 100%. >> You were at the gas station and I knew you were going to pull me over for some [ __ ] >> Okay, you're I'm recording as well, too. >> Okay, great. >> So, I didn't use a turn signal. I knew you were behind me. So, when did I not use a turn signal? I knew from the gas station you were going to pull me over on some dumb >> I'm just going to give you a warning and you wouldn't get out of here. >> I need a warning. I know how to drive. I know how to use the turn signal. You wanted to pull me over on some dumb [ __ ] cuz you were bored at the gas station. I got >> No, wait. Please do not leave. Okay. Do not leave cuz that is going to turn. It's going to escalate. Okay. >> No, it's not going to escalate. >> It is. I can guarantee >> you don't have probable cause to have me here right now. >> Okay. Okay. Can I >> You do not have >> probable cause to have me here. Get that out of my face. >> Okay. I'm going to here. >> Get it out of my face. >> It's not in your face. Get around me tonight. >> I Okay. >> You don't have probable cause. You don't need anything from me. I don't need anything from you. I have to be somewhere and I'm having a bad day. >> No. No. I got to go. >> I 100%. You're not free to go right now. No. >> Can you put the car back in? >> No. No. No. No. Why are you holding me here? >> So, can you here? I I'll explain it to you. >> I know my rights. So, I'm going to tell you that. First of all, this is recorded. >> I know 100% all my rights. >> Would you like to talk to my supervisor? Would you like me to get him out here? Can you put the car in the park and I'll call him >> at my house because I'm >> No. >> She could have just talked it out calmly, but no. She argued, resisted, and acted like the law didn't apply to her. Then, right in front of the officers, she hit the gas and drove off. One reckless choice turned a small mistake into a full-blown disaster. >> Turn left on Maple Street. >> 320. Are you following? >> I'm attempting to. I lost her. I don't know where she went. >> Frank with 326. We're all going to be out at both vehicles in the driveway. >> Hello. How you doing, sir? >> The Nissan right there. >> The Nissan. >> The black one. >> The black one. That's my stepdad. >> The back unit behind. Is there like >> Please, we know. We know you're in there. Angela, open up. >> Are you BANGING ON MY DOOR? >> Come on, let's go. Yeah, that's her. >> Get out. Nope. >> Angela, come out here and talk or things are just going to get worse. >> No, they're not going to get worse. HOW DARE YOU KNOCK ON MY DOOR LIKE THIS? >> Come outside. >> No, no, no, no, no. I DON'T HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE. NO, you listen to me. First of all, he followed ME FROM THE GAS station looking for a reason to pull me over. Okay. And then he said, "I knew he was behind." OH, NO. NO, NO, NO, NO, NO. I ASKED HIM IF HE HAD PROBABLE CAUSE. He said, "No." No, no, no. Play the tape. >> Play the tape. >> ARE YOU GRABBING ME? >> This mother IS GRABBING ME. >> MASON, >> ARE YOU GRABBING ME? >> MASON, DO YOU SEE THIS? RECORD THIS RIGHT NOW. GET your phone. Get your phone. Listen to me. >> GET YOUR PHONE AND record this. >> It's all being recorded. >> You are under arrest. >> You're a man man. >> Then stop giving us >> three men manhandling me right now. >> Then I'm telling you then stop what you're doing. >> Stop. >> And now you entered my home without a warrant. Mason, >> we went told you were under arrest. >> You did not tell me that. We're under arrest for aggravated. >> Mason, are you recording this? >> She thought hiding inside her house would protect her. A serious miscalculation. Even as the cameras rolled, she clung to her imaginary no warrant defense like it could save her. In reality, the officers showed more patience and professionalism than she ever deserved. >> Sir, stop touching me. >> Don't do that. >> I don't have a gun. You just touched my boob. >> No, I'm trying to grab your >> You shouldn't be touching me. Where's the female officer? Where is a female officer? >> All right, we're going to go outside. >> No, we're not. Mason, are you recording this? Did you see them grab me? Get off of me. You're in my house and you shouldn't be in here. Get out of my house. >> You're going to be resisting. >> I'm not resisting. You're unlawfully in my house. >> YOU ENTERED MY HOME UNLAWFULLY. I know my rights. >> Okay, listen to me. >> Just so you know, Mr. Bailey Monrell, >> can you listen to them for a second? Just listen. Oh, how do you expect me to listen to you? Look at the way you guys charged into MY HOUSE >> IN >> AFTER A 125 lb female. Is any of this necessary? >> It is. It is. >> Where's the female officer? >> Why do we need a female officer? We're not searching. >> Because you just Three male officers. Are you recording me? Three male officers came in, grabbed me, manhandled with me to pull me outside cuz you didn't get wet >> my way. No, ma'am. This isn't about anybody's way. This is >> Do you have a warrant to be in my house right now? >> Did anybody let you in my house right now? >> My supervisor is going to be right here. You can talk to him. >> Get out of my house. YOU HAVE HIM GET his hand off of me. >> Okay, let go for a second. Okay, as long as you talk to me. >> I want them all out of my house because they're here >> without a warrant. >> Are you arresting her? >> And without permission. >> Okay, turn around. You're under arrest. >> No. Where is the female officer? >> There's no female officer here. >> What are you doing in my house? >> What charges do we have for her? >> What charges do you have? >> Okay. suspended license. >> You're under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. >> Don't resource, ma'am. You're going to get arrested charge. >> I DON'T HAVE A BRA ON. >> I'm not driving. You're pull out. >> YOU ALREADY DID IN MANY, many ways. >> Even the refrigerator door seemed ready to give up on her nonsense. Every attempt at reasoning failed. She was too stubborn, trying to control a situation already far beyond her grasp. All she wanted was to end it her way by walking free. >> Excuse me. >> What's going on? This officer here tried to pull you over. >> Yeah. Why did you pull me over? Turn signal now visible for 100 ft before turning left. >> I explained that to you multiple times. >> Okay. Now listen to this. >> Okay. >> I was in the gas station. Two of them were sitting there.
