flown near the surface of the rio grande river to fill a bambi bucket with water 45 year old cameron agee approached the helicopter with what appeared to be a crowbar and a threatening manner as if he albuquerque police open space officers made contact with a.g they shook hands and had a conversation with them they did not ten days later the sheriff's office served the warrant for here last time dude the thing is he was right in the sand bank off of the water but there wasn't all of that brush right there it was this oh look right here sheriff's department hey are you cameron come on now weren't given how can i assault somebody in this helicopter uh with a stick or a crowbar or whatever you had i never touched him so that's that's not assault man that's that's battery that's nuts no right now all it is is a charge and you're being arrested for it yeah but why would i be arrested then you'll have your day in court and they'll figure out so i gotta sit in jail tell court that's gonna be up to the judges the judges are the ones that decide when people get out of jail what their bond is stupid so so with your you have no criminal history correct in the state of new mexico no so with that and i've been perfectly fine i haven't done anything still so so just by my experience because i used to work at the jail i saw a lot of people just get released on their own recognizance why would i have to go in there this is stupid it's all part of the process unfortunately clear this is [ __ ] and you have every right to go through that process i didn't do anything oh oh yeah but come on man this is dumb [Music] one reason i'm being arrested because i'm still here that's the [ __ ] [ __ ] you're trying to leave i mean technically no you still would have had a warrant for your arrest so you could have got arrested anywhere really it didn't have to be just dude you know this is stupid all right i wasn't here for the incident man nothing happened i was yelling and screaming at the dude so what okay and if that's all it is like then it's super easy and you should be able to get it dismissed in court i don't know i shouldn't even have to go to court this is dumb god i get their 80s i've seen people do much much worse and much less time yeah get away with much less time on their i just don't like change i can't understand that i get very hostile and i don't think
