I'm telling you and I'm not >> I'm a liar. I am God. >> What happens when I have rights turns from a shield of justice into the very knife that cuts you down? >> You know you could go to jail for that. >> So take me. >> Okay. >> Go. >> No. You said take it. You're going to jail. >> No. No. No. You're under arrest. >> They didn't just lose control. They watched their freedom, their pride, and the person they once were go up in flames. >> How much have you been drinking? >> I didn't drink at all. >> I smell it. I see your eyes are glossy. >> My eyes are glossy because I'm tired. >> The body cam doesn't just catch the crime. It catches the exact second the soul gives way. And arrogance takes the fall. >> Have signs of a hearing, >> right? Like we have third speech. On June 2nd, 2025 in Washington, a woman stopped at the McDonald's drive-thru and started a speech that caught everyone's attention. No one knew that just a few minutes later, her own words would cost her freedom. >> And I tried to order food and then they didn't give me my food. They said I was being rude and I'm like, well, you know what? Like, you're kind of being rude for not giving me my food. And I paid for it. And then I said, "What are you illegal?" or something like, you know, I did say that and then they're like, "Oh, then everyone runs up blah blah blah." >> Our state, >> that's some [ __ ] Like that's why everyone needs guns. Like these people up. I'm so sick of it. I got I got a huge car accident from a illegal Mexican who didn't have car insurance and his interpreter said, "Oh, I went to Mexico." Like, >> so good. >> Yeah. >> I'm just sick of his [ __ ] All I want is some McDonald's. I can't get your food back for >> Well, you got to do something because these people are complete nuts. >> Well, what what if you're not happy with the way that you were treated there, then you need to go to >> I'm going to call the I'm going to call the cops on you. I'm like, "No, I'm going to call the cops on you. Give me my mother and and I'll get the out of here, you little bitches." >> Yeah. Well, >> and yes, I'm at home. I don't drive drunk. like these people are crazy and I'm about to go. >> Yeah. My my suggestion is to uh talk to somebody uh in management with your issues and not >> Mexicans too. They're they're not even Mexican. They're like from El Salvador and [ __ ] Like I'm about to I'm about to just cap people. Like if if people go missing like it's me. >> Okay. Well, it see sounds like you have a bigger issue than just not getting your McDonald's. >> It's a it's a joke, but some some people have a sense of humor, some people don't. You know what I mean? >> Uh-huh. Okay. Well, I'm sorry I couldn't help you today, Nicole. >> Well, no. Well, maybe next maybe next time you can help me. >> For Nicole, not getting the food she paid for was something unacceptable. She felt disrespected and insulted, so she called the police. But within minutes, her complaint turned into heavy, threatening words. Officers had to show up to put an end to her outburst. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> Are you Nicole? >> Yes. I was trying to get my food and they wouldn't give it to me. >> Yeah. I'm the officer you were speaking to on the phone. >> Yes. >> I thought we I thought I made my point clear that it wasn't going to happen. The fact that you were getting your food today. >> Oh, and I didn't know that that was the actual case. I thought maybe they wouldn't or maybe they would. You know, >> I can go to Burger King, but I was just kind of offended because I just >> Well, your language is offending the them as well. >> Freaking got assaulted by a Cuban. I'm just like sick of these people and now they're just like running running rampant through here. And I'm not even racist, but it's just like >> I just want my food. >> Okay. >> You know, >> right. Um, so I'll go to >> this is a private business and they can choose who their customers are and who they aren't just as well as you can choose to where you spend your money if you don't like the service that they have here or the way they treat you. >> That's a problem paying for a meal. >> Mhm. >> And they're half of them aren't even probably legal cuz it's private owner. like just >> like they think they own [ __ ] but yet they can almost kill you in a car accident and and only get a ticket. >> Yeah. >> But when you say they, it's not. You're you're talking about a whole people instead of just the person. >> Well, and I used to mentor kids in Compton, Was East LA, like I used to and and they're all doing well. >> I think I'm okay with not getting fries. Um, and my burger. And I think there's a lot of illegals in there. So, >> I think if anything, >> okay, >> should probably go see who's illegal and not illegal in there. >> Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> Yeah. What do we got? >> Um, I was told that she came in, started telling them she was going to get everyone deported, that she had AK-47 and guns on her. Something along those lines. Okay. >> I don't know though. That's what multiple group people were saying. Okay. I just walked in the door. >> Did she pay for her meal? >> I don't know. >> According to the staff, the situation shifted from a civil complaint to threatening behavior that affected public safety. The woman showed a psychological pattern of portraying herself as a victim of unfair treatment along with obvious signs of intoxication noted by the officers on scene. >> No to the fields. No wanting to do the PBT. I'd rather just like park and then walk out. >> So, here's where we're at. We We're kind of investigation has kind of switched into whether or not um you're impaired or you're in physical control. Being in physical control is being in the vehicle with the ability to drive with it. I mean, it was on um and >> you mentioned something to me on the phone about alcohol, about being home if you were drinking or something like that. What was that about? >> I wasn't going to drink at home. I bought alcohol here and then I got food and then I'm like I'm not going to drink till I get home. >> Okay. >> Right there. Go home. I have no record. Um these people are like illegals and they should be arrested. Well, not really about them and whether they're legal or not. I'm not really concerned with that at this point. It's more of a priority to make sure that you're okay to drive cuz if you're going through the drive-thru three different times. >> Well, I was upset. I was upset. I'm like >> I get that. But Nicole, honestly, I mean, >> you have signs of impairment, right? Like you have slurred speech. You have extremely watery, glassy, bloodshot eyes. >> Well, they get like that anyways. >> And what we have here, Nicole, I think I'm going to have you step step up here to the car and put your hands on the car for me. And we are going to arrest you for physical control of a motor vehicle. There's just enough signs here, Nicole, that we just can't One particular employee that was dealing with >> um I just talked to Ray. He said he heard us and have a machete and AK-47 and you know there was a couple of people but I just want to be I just heard from one person. >> Okay. >> You know and so >> we can go talk to me and see what >> Yeah. I'd like to say >> this is Ray. He is >> Hey Ray. Were you dealing with that gal? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And what was her story? Can you tell me what you know about it? >> Well, what happened is she came here in the in the front counter to take some nuggets and a cheeseburger and some stuff. And Daniel, one of my co c co-workers take her order and she's like trying to get a free food. She's like, "Can you guys give me the nuggets?" 10 piece nugget weapons. >> Yeah. She said she have a weapon weapons, AK, MK, something like that. She had machetes. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So, >> did you like like a threat like she was threatening that? >> Yeah, she was showing some hands to me too like and she tried to throw something on me too. >> Nicole's act slowly unraveled. She claimed she wasn't racist, which was fortunate because judging from her earlier threats and racial slurs, it would have been hard to believe otherwise. While she was offended at being accused of being drunk, she felt perfectly fine judging others based on immigration stereotypes. >> Hi, I'm Officer Black Police Department. Just let you know I'm audio and video reporting. Okay. Okay. >> How much have you had to drink today? >> Nothing. >> Okay. You've been read your Miranda warnings, correct? >> Yes. >> Okay, perfect. You understand those rights? Yes. >> Okay, perfect. Um, you had nothing to drink today? No. >> No. Okay. What kind of prescriptions are you on? >> Okay. Okay. Take as needed kind of a thing. And then um >> go ahead and step out real quick. >> We're going to walk to my car. I'm going to swap some puffs on you. Okay. [Music] >> I'm going to I'm so I'm not worried about it. Like >> this is not going to be a big deal. >> Okay. Have you ever had a DUI before? >> No. >> Okay. If I were to take your blood, what what would show up in your blood? >> Whatever they gave me at the hospital. >> Okay. When was that? >> Yesterday. >> What were you doing at the hospital? >> Not this. >> Yeah. You don't have to tell me. I just want to make sure you you weren't in like a car accident or something for a physical patrol DUI. What's going to happen is I'm going to take you to the jail. I'm going to get a warrant for your blood. Okay. And then that that warrant will be signed by a judge and then we're going to snag your blood and we'll go from there. Okay. Okay. >> Do you use any illicit substances? Any fentanyl? >> No. No fentanyl. No meth. I don't even smoke weed. >> Okay. Do you have any oxy of any sort? >> I don't do oxettin. >> Okay. >> I don't do drugs. >> Okay. Sounds good. Nicole. >> Oh, penogio. >> How long have you been a cop? >> Uh, just a little bit under two years. >> Yeah. You got to prove yourself a little bit. >> Oh, no. Not at all. Oh, sure. There's got to be more pressing cases going on around here. >> Well, DUI is pretty impressive, actually. Pretty pretty good to get off the road. >> Well, you don't know if it's a DUI. That's an assumption. >> It's an investigation. >> It's an assumption. >> It's a pretty big assumption, too. >> So, if you're wrong, >> it's not going to be good for you. >> Is that a threat? >> Nope. It's just not going to be good for anyone if you make assumptions and it's not true. How do you say your last name? >> You're the one arresting me, so you should probably already know. >> Is it Yoni? >> Yeah. Okay. >> Instead of facing reality, Nicole turned on the officer, a desperate attempt to undermine his authority. She tried to make him feel small and powerless, hoping to regain a sense of control by emphasizing that she had no criminal record. She painted herself as a victim of the system and denied any responsibility. >> I tried to get some McDonald's. Zero criminal record. Nothing except for going through the McDonald's drive-thru with a bunch of illegals. Yeah, I'm a criminal. Congratulations. >> Okay. All right, Nicole. I'm going to read you some things. Okay. First one is you have the right to remain silent. You have the right at this time to an attorney. Anything you say against you in the court of law. You have the right >> I have the right to attorney and I want my public defender right now before I do anything. >> So, we have a warrant. So, we don't need any of that. So, you can do that later. >> What's the warrant for? where I went to McDonald's parking lot. >> Okay, I'm going to explain that just like if you let me finish. Okay, >> you have the right to talk to an attorney before answering. Do you understand these rights I write to you today? >> No. >> Okay, I'm just going to put refuse signature on there. >> All right, the next thing I have, so I don't know if you're aware. Well, I'll read that'll be part of it. I told you when you were at the McDonald's what you're arrested for, but I don't know if you remember. So, >> I was driving through and they refuse me service. >> Ready, Nicole? Warning. You're under arrest for RCW46 and that's it. We have a warrant. So, the warrant is here. You'll get a copy of the warrant in your file and you can't refuse the blood test. Okay. >> So, what's the thing about I have a right to an attorney? >> Correct. I'm not asking any questions and you can't refuse the test. So, an attorney is null and void at this point, but you more than welcome to talk to an attorney when you get out or they let you. Okay. >> All right. So, there's two different ways this can go. I can uh let go of the handcuffs and you're going to put your arm out and let them take your life. >> How do I know that you guys are going to be honest about it? Cops are shady. >> Well, she's going to record everything right here. Everything is being recorded. >> Well, I know. Just like everything was recorded before. >> We have a camera up here. So, anything that we do illegally, it it is being recorded. Okay. >> Okay. >> Let's go. Everyone's like, >> "Are you allergic to iodine?" >> Less than 24 hours later, the police were called again, still for Nicole. At a 7-Eleven, she was completely drunk, shouting and cursing at customers and employees with vulgar language. She even tried to get into someone else's car and drive off. Clearly, she hadn't learned a thing from the night before. >> Just you know, my body cam's on, so everything is recorded. Just so we're okay. No worries. Thank you. >> So, are you available? I know Officer Black spoke to you a little bit. Are you available to fill out a statement? I sounds like you were doing Door Dash. Are you available at a stopping point or something like that to meet up? >> Yeah, I'll come whenever you guys need. >> Okay. Where? What area you in? So, maybe I can meet you halfway so you don't have to drive like all the way to the police department. Okay, perfect. So, I will meet you in the Safeway parking lot. I'll just meet you there. >> Okay, sounds good. Thank you. belligerent. What is >> as in like aggressive and rude and crude like she was really crude. She was she was >> she's 12. She has I get you like >> as Make sure she have your keys though. That's what it's I guess she's 12. She don't like it. But okay. >> So she she was like, "What are you here for? Are you are you his girlfriend? Are you here for to to get your dick wet or whatever?" And I was like I just gave her the look. She's what? And I was like no. and she wouldn't leave me alone. Okay. >> So, I walked to the other side of the store and she went out the door and he was like chasing after her because I think he thought she was stealing something. >> She went to my car like like she was going to do something but then went to another car and like tried to get in a truck. >> Try to get in the truck. So, she walked >> it was driving the truck was leaving and she was trying to get in the truck and then she went back in. She was yelling something like, "I'm noting with you or your that kid." >> And I was like, "Okay." And then she um then she went and got in her car. >> And at one point I'd asked her, I was like, "Are you driving?" Cuz it was obviously she was not wherewithal. Like she looked drunk. She was being really aggressive and not >> When you say look drunk, what does that I guess? >> Her eyes were really glossy and like she wasn't I mean who talks like that like normally? So, it was just an abnormal conversation. It was obvious to me. >> Just one day after her arrest, Nicole was back behind the wheel, drunk again, as if reason had completely left her. She no longer saw the link between action and consequence. Ironically, the only witness, a man who had battled alcoholism but had been sober for 19 years, stood as living proof of something Nicole could never reach, awareness and redemption. >> And I'm thinking, yeah, I don't >> I don't know if I believe that. And then um Officer Black said that it was a DUI last night and so that makes sense. >> Okay. >> I actually um I'm 19 years sober myself and so >> congratulations. That is awesome. >> Situations like this, it's like part of my obligation to make sure that uh we do the right thing. >> Hey, stay in your car >> cuz you smell like alcohol and you have bloodshot watery eyes right now. So like that. >> Okay. How much have you had to drink today? >> Not much. >> Not much? When was the last time you had a drink? >> Why are you doing this? >> Because you're driving while you're drunk. >> Well, I'm home. >> No, you're under arrest. >> Do Do you want to do the the voluntary standardized field sobriety test to show me that you're not drunk or are you drunk? >> I don't know why you're doing this. >> Are you drunk? >> No. >> Okay. Hey, do you want to do the voluntary field soiety test? Because you're making these choices to put people in danger. >> Who? >> You are. Yoni, you are. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> No, I'm not. >> What? What do you mean? No, you're not. >> I'm not doing anything to put anyone. I'm at my house. My keys are not are here. >> Yeah, by only >> I have a >> By the grace of God did you make without hurting somebody. But you're going to kill somebody someday if you keep driving. >> I have I have a public defender. I mean, you can try. >> That's good. Yeah, I will. I I I will try this. Okay. And you have a public defender. >> I mean, I'm home. I did nothing wrong. >> No, you drove drunk. >> No, I didn't. >> Yes, you did. >> No, I didn't. >> Are you going to provide a voluntary uh breath sample? >> No, because I don't trust cops. >> Okay. You don't have to trust me. I'm ask I'm giving you the opportunity to prove to me that you're not drunk. >> No, I don't like think I have to prove that I'm at my house. >> You do? Because >> I'm at my house. >> You tried to get in somebody else's car at the gas station? >> No, I didn't. >> Yeah, you did. >> No, I didn't. Okay. >> Show me proof. I >> I'll get the proof. It's easy. There's cameras and there's witnesses. >> Well, I don't have any. No, I didn't. >> Even when arrested again with evidence so clear it couldn't be denied, she kept insisting, "I didn't do anything wrong." She repeated it like a magic charm. When all her excuses fell apart, anger took over. She lashed out, shouting empty threats. The truth is, she was scared. Scared to face herself. I It's a big deal that you're driving drunk, >> especially after the last time. >> Okay. Well, I'm home. So, >> not No, you're coming with us. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> I'm going to ask very nicely that I'm asking you please get out of the car and don't make this in a car. Can you please step out of the car for me? >> Cuz that one girl >> step out of the car, young, I don't want to talk about that one girl. I want to talk about you getting out of the car right now. Okay. >> Well, can Barry >> face your car? >> Can I at least don't steal my stuff, right? >> What do you want to come with you? >> Uh, everything. >> What's everything? >> My whole purse. My phone. My dog. >> Well, your dogs aren't going to come with you to jail. >> Oh, that's that girl. That's the black widow. She's like she's as the one that has the also her. She has nothing to do with any of >> No, she she No, she she arrested you she arrested you last time because you were drunk and today you're doing the same making the same choices, right? >> Car take a white stance. >> You have the right to remain silent in any state against your court of law. You have the right to lawyer president. >> If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before questioning if you wish. You can decide anytime exercise these rights and I'll answer any questions or make any statements. Yes or no? Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? >> Partially I think I will I will read them to you. >> The widow she's the one that has the you talk to her. >> Okay. >> Who's her right now? >> Will you talk to my partner instead of talking about >> who's her right now? >> I will figure it out. >> Are you going to listen? Here we go. >> And once I figure it out. >> Okay. You have the right to say abuse against you in a court of law. You have the right at this time to watch your alert and have it present with you while you question. >> Her backto-back offenses made one thing undeniable. Her drunk driving had become habitual and dangerously so. Police decided to her car was the only way to stop her from putting others at risk. This time it seemed like she wouldn't be getting off so easily. Okay. >> Do you have anything on saying the poke prick stick or hurt anybody? >> Nope. >> No. >> And I have a lawyer >> yesterday. Yeah, I just arrested. >> Yeah, she she was booked yesterday for DUI. That's how I >> You want your >> There was no pills actually. >> There's actually no pills. >> There was a bunch of pills. >> They were prescribed. >> Okay, but you can't drive on them, right? >> Uh yeah, I can. >> Clearly, you can't cuz you're two days in a row getting arrested for DUI. Want to put her in your car? Or uh actually, I can put her in my car. Come on, let's go. Have a seat there. Appreciate you. >> That's not my name. >> What's your name? >> Nicole. >> Okay. Matching the the license plate and everything like that. She threw her door open. I said, "Hey, you need to stay in the vehicle." I walked up immediately. I could smell the like a bunch of alcohol. I saw bloodshot watery eyes. Uh and she's got slow, deliberate, slurred speech. and she's speaking very repetitive and being very aggressive. Yeah. No, >> I guess the only thing I was thinking is like I could build off of yesterday's be like, "Hey, I arrested her yesterday and here's everything I saw yesterday. Now we have 24 hours later." Exactly. 26 hours later, she's exhibiting the same signs and symptoms that I witnessed yesterday. That's fair. The only thought I was thinking >> I mean I mean >> but you could also put on your supplement. >> Whatever you want. I'm just Yeah. >> I just want to save you the work. But if you want to take if you want to take it, you can take it. >> Kind of satisfying. I'm not going to lie. >> Okay. If it means something to you, it does. >> Then then then let's do that. >> We're going to go this way. >> West side of the cops. Well, you better watch your back, [ __ ] >> Okay. >> I do think I'm joking. >> Okay. I need you to stop >> tightening up on me. >> And if you And if you act like a [ __ ] to me, >> we'll do this side actually. >> That way my camera can see her better. >> You're going to be wish you didn't. >> As she was taken into custody, Nicole stayed furious, refusing to accept anything. Logic had left the room. All that remained was raw instinct, yelling, threatening, and playing the victim. In her mind, she couldn't be wrong. So, everything bad that happened had to be someone else's fault, a desperate defense mechanism to avoid looking in the mirror. >> So, I think just because of the pattern of behavior and stuff like that, we're going to take her car. Okay. Um just because we dealt with her yesterday, um charged with the same crime and then today she's on the roadway doing the same thing and stuff. So, I'll have a tow truck come pick this car up and then she'll have to get it from um some in the yard or something like that. But for the time being, this is presenting a increased risk to the public just for kind of with her her ongoing behavior and stuff. And until she's ready to get help, I >> I don't know of any >> She's got a detox. >> Yeah, that's what >> So weird. >> No, that's what he was saying. So So >> So will she be in there very long? >> I mean, I'm hoping she will be cuz >> Yeah. Uh well, we can ask for her to stay in there a little longer um than she was yesterday. Um but if if I'm out here and stuff like that, it's just me typing out the the to get the form to have this towed. Okay. >> Yeah. There's >> no new probable cause. I know what no PC means. >> I haven't threatened you at all. All I said was that you were threatening me because you have a black widow thing in your windshield in under your [Music] rearview mirror which is threatening to me. This is you're affecting my life. You're affecting my life and I this shouldn't be happening. This should not be happening. So I regret this for you because karma is a [ __ ] and that's not a threat. That's just is what it is. You know, >> you were personally attorney. >> It's gonna be a big ass lawsuit. >> You have the right to remain silent. You have the right time to >> I will remain silent until I talk to my lawyer. >> You have the right to talk to answer. >> You guys are going down. >> You have the right time to turn down. >> None of these people here arrested you. >> No. Somebody threw me down and almost killed me. >> Okay. Well, these people here did not arrest you. They work at the jail. Oh, it's okay to abuse someone. So, it's okay to throw somebody down and almost kill them. My rib is like injured. It's not okay to throw me down against a cement barrier. [Music] >> Please don't contact. >> It's okay for people to drop. Okay, we got to do a blood drop. All right. >> In the end, the woman was arrested and charged with two counts of DUI. If convicted, what do you think would be a fitting sentence to make her finally learn her lesson? Or maybe she never will. Share your thoughts below. Sometimes people don't get arrested for what they do, but for what comes out of their mouth. On May 3rd, 2025, police were called to a hotel in Florida after a woman was reported causing a disturbance, banging on doors, and behaving inappropriately in public. What seemed like a minor incident quickly turned into a complicated legal situation. >> 319. >> So, what's going on? >> So, why are you scared? >> I'm scared because I arrived here at 2:00 this afternoon. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> To my reservation. Okay. >> Of which I legally >> I don't I don't even know. I'm so scared. >> How you doing? >> Hello. >> So, what's the dealio? >> Um I'm a little confused. She was banging on room 325's door. >> 325's door. >> Okay. >> Yeah. They uh they gave me a call from the room. They were very scared. >> Okay. >> Uh I can't anything about the room except the name. What was that name for that room? >> Uh, Ruth. >> She gave that name. >> Yeah. >> Ruth. >> Yeah. >> What room is Ruth in? >> G24. >> I'm going to go up there and just see if Ruth knows her. >> Mhm. >> Was she naked? >> This lady? >> Yeah. Like completely naked. >> She was in the shirt and then she picked it up like this and said, "Look at me. Do I have anything?" >> Okay. >> My name is Ruth. >> Okay. >> From Ohio. Okay. >> I legally have no background whatsoever. >> Okay. >> I showed up here in Ohio. All of a sudden, I show up here. I've never left the state of Ohio. >> Okay. >> In my 44 years of life, I've never left the state of Ohio. >> Okay. and I all of a sudden show up here and all hell is breaking lives between them. >> Okay, >> I am just trying to travel here. >> I'm going to go check on him. >> Okay, >> when I get here, all of the sudden a hell erupts between the daughter-in-law and my >> I gave birth to. >> Okay, >> I I don't even know what's happening right now. Ruth showed clear signs of disorientation and confusion, most likely from heavy intoxication. She gave conflicting information about her name, room number, and where she was staying. Then she quickly shifted into victim mode, blaming a family dispute to justify her disruptive behavior and her public indecency. >> Northport Police Department. >> Hello Lou. Officer Kelly, Northport PD. >> Hi. >> Heard a lady was >> banging on >> banging on the door. >> Yeah. Okay. She was like out of it. We tried to knock like bang back and she didn't even act like >> Okay. Yeah. Sorry to startle y'all. Um, do you know she was in this room before? >> I have no idea. >> Do you know if anybody else was in this room? >> And we heard fighting early like this happened around 11:45 just a little bit ago. >> Yeah. >> With the lady. But then earlier about 10:30 there was fighting. We didn't want to sink and we didn't want to do anything. >> Okay. All righty. Um, well, everything's under control, so I don't got to worry. We're just trying to figure out if she time >> I I came to the facility and I entered the facility as a public entity. Okay. >> With a public uh 324 was my room. Okay. >> They gave me my own access, everything. I went swimming by myself. I'm not going to lie to you. my granddaughter in which I traveled here with my son, my daughter-in-law, and his two children. >> Okay. >> I traveled here with >> Okay. >> By the time I got sheriff here, I was batshit crazy. >> Okay. >> I mean, 20 hours is a long time to be in a car with other people. >> For for Ruth, I can get potentially if you're able to just cut it down. >> There's not like two rows under five. >> Let me double check. Just one right here. >> Thank you. >> And I was asking this lady for any information for the reservation. Again, she didn't tell anything except that name, which was like after lady called >> I call this person. >> This was the moment Ruth's story began to collapse. Her explanation about the room key being deactivated after swimming only strengthened the suspicion that the hotel had locked her out because of her earlier behavior. She kept insisting that room 324 was hers. Even when confronted with hotel records, her anger rising with every word this afternoon. >> She's saying room 324. >> Yeah, nobody's answering. >> It's me. There's nobody there too. >> She has her own room right here. >> Who is Ruth? You >> me? I'm me. That's me. >> She's for Now she's saying >> Now she's saying 324 3. That's her room. >> That's me. I showed up here traveling from Ohio. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> What car did you guys? Um, when we showed up here, I was riding with my daughter-in-law. >> Okay. Are they here? >> They are here. >> All right. >> Sit down. Would it make you feel better? >> I don't know what would make you feel. >> Okay. >> I was literally just trying to check into my hotel room. >> I I understand you are checked in at some point, but you are not locked out because you don't have anything. And I came up this lady um allegedly she was banging at that door. She was saying that she belongs to that door uh to that room. I asked her, "Do you can you read this number on the room?" She says it's 3:35. I'm I'm telling her it's not 3:35. We have no room 335 in the hotel and that she probably does not belong to that room because the lady from the room called and said that she doesn't know. The front desk staff confirmed that Ruth had exposed herself to prove she wasn't carrying an ID. It was no longer a random act. It was deliberate misconduct. While officers tried to calm her down and guide her to the restroom before contacting family, her rage resurfaced once again. showing as of April 29th. Sit down. >> [ __ ] you. >> When the handcuffs clicked, all of Ruth's bottled up emotions exploded. She screamed, struggled, and even pushed the calmst officer to his limit. Every facade shattered, leaving only raw panic. The desperation of someone who simply couldn't accept the truth. The alcohol hadn't just made her lose control. It revealed who she really was. What do we miss? >> She wants to disrespect me and then when I tell her not to go inside to go to the pool. >> He didn't tell me sit down. >> He didn't tell me [ __ ] >> Relax. >> I told her. >> I said now. >> I said well. That's what I'm doing. I told her not to go to the pool. >> She's going to get her stuff. >> You're under arrest. >> Come on. I can't [ __ ] >> She was going to the pool. We're trying to help you out and find you somewhere and get No, we're trying to get in contact with your son because we can't let you go because you're going highly chance if you hang your head in. >> That's where we're at right now. >> Look at me in the most serious way possible. >> Chill out. This is not going to go well for you. >> I am trying. >> So, she's definitely going. >> You're clearly drunk. Just talking liquor >> upstairs if she I don't I know she wasn't offended. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yep. I'll go get a statement. >> You need to chill out. Relax. >> Are we good? Are we good? >> We're good. As long as you don't talk to me, we're good >> again. All of my safety gear was left. >> So, we got places to be. >> Stop. >> I'm just grabbing gloves. I'm going to have a female 1015. [Music] >> Ruth, when are you guys supposed to check out? >> When was it? >> I literally Hey, but listen. Regardless whether he answers his door or not, I am checked into room 224. 3:24. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> I have $3,000 in cash. >> Okay. >> In that room. >> Okay. She eventually pleaded no contest and was fined $323 in court costs and fees. On April 6th, 2025 in Orlando, officers noticed a woman dipping her feet into a public fountain. A violation of city ordinance. What seemed like a harmless moment quickly turned into a situation no one could have predicted. >> Hey. >> Hi. >> You can't take a bath in here. You got to do that somewhere else. You got to go home and do it. >> Correct. Yes, sir. >> Um, >> are you all right? Are you having a medical episode? >> No, I know. >> Where are you from? >> So, you're like you're from a civilized culture, right? Yeah. Does this look like a bathtub? >> No, it's not. >> Okay. You know, you could go to jail for that. Cool. So, take me. >> Okay. >> Go. No. You said take you. You're going to jail. >> No. No. No. >> You're under arrest. Back up. Back up. You ever been arrested before? >> No, I haven't. >> She clearly didn't expect her joke to be taken seriously, but she was dealing with a cop who didn't joke around. Someone who moved from words to action without hesitation. His firm response made one thing crystal clear. Challenging the law always comes with real consequences. >> I explained it to you when you came up to here and she has a smart mouth and she said she wanted to go to jail. She cannot take a bath in a water fountain. >> She wanted it. >> Okay. >> She did not. It's okay. >> It's all right. Her actions put her in the situation. And her mouth didn't help. >> Put your boots on. >> I'm just letting go. >> Here. You can sit down, take a seat, and slide them on there. >> I need I need hands, though. Big big hand. >> Slide your foot in there. >> Well, I need hands. >> Okay. Well, then you'll just I'll bring your shoes to the side if you want to do that. You could walk around the jail with no shoes on or you could slide them on yourself. Those are the options I'm providing you. >> So, you you could either fit them in there or I'll just >> Well, slide it in like this. Emily, Emily, you want to help your friend? You want to help her put her boots on? >> Can I Can I ask what I'm getting arrested for? >> Do you remember what I told you? So, you could get arrested for using the water fountain to take a shower. And you said you said take me and I said all right >> that's cool. >> I will oblige you. >> Yeah. >> Can we at least like let >> Emily do you want to? She could come help her. >> Can Can Emily at least go? Like >> Emily's not going to jail. >> She wasn't taking a bath in the water fountain. >> That's cool. >> You are I'm trying to have her help you put your boots on. >> Okay. >> I mean, I can put my own boots on if I have handcuffs. >> You're not getting unhandcuffed. >> That's cool. >> Until you get to the jail. That's totally cool. Um, >> I'm pretty sure at the time I hate crying you do to me. >> Just go over there. >> My bad. >> She never thought things would escalate this far, but the officer knew exactly what he was doing. He didn't lose his temper, didn't soften up. He calmly explained why she was being arrested. He also made it clear that Emily wasn't involved. A small detail that showed true fairness. >> Emily, not in trouble. Emily, she needs help putting her boots on. Are you going to help her? >> All right, so here's the thing. Are you going to help her put Yes or no? >> I've already explained it. You can't take a shower in the >> Are you going to help her put her boots on or no? >> I will help her. >> All right, come over here. >> Come over here. Help her with her boots. >> Why is she being >> for taking a shower in a water fountain? >> She wasn't. She was sitting on the ledge and she had her feet in the water. Emily, >> okay, just fix it, >> Emily. Let it go. It's a violation of city ordinance. >> I get it. We We live in Tampa. We did not. Is that a tag? >> It's fine. >> 54. I understand that you have said what the ordinance is. >> So that means it's an arrestable offense. So she's going to jail. >> Okay, >> that's fine. Take >> Are you going to help her or No, >> I am doing my best. If I had hands, I could help better, but it's okay. >> I'm your doing your best assist, and I appreciate you. >> Emily broke down in tears, but fortunately for her, she wasn't going to jail. The confusion on her face as she realized the reality of the situation was a striking reminder. Accountability is never a joke. Maybe after this she'll think before she speaks. >> It's okay. But you should be able to know. >> It's okay. >> Just get it enough for her to walk to the car. >> Find a walk wherever I have to walk. >> It's okay. >> Delta 15. >> We're not anymore is all I learned. >> How long have you been in Florida for? I got it. >> You got your purse? >> All right. >> Just stay back here. No, you can't go to jail with >> her friend tried to go with her, showing emotional dependence and fear of separation. Meanwhile, the woman being arrested stayed calm and accepting of her fate. Yet, even then, her only concern was for her friend who was crying. >> Okay. But >> take a shake. >> But but make sure that she's okay. >> How old is she? >> She >> How old is she? >> Emily. >> Oh, yeah. How old is she? >> 29. >> Okay. Take a seat. >> But like >> I don't know. She's 29. She's an adult. I'm not here to >> But wait, but we >> get in the car or you're going to get another charge. Get in the car or you will catch another charge. >> Emily, get in the car. >> I think they got it up here. >> Andrea, step out real quick. Step out. Step out. Just relax. Just care about Emily. >> She'll be all right. >> I mean, she's standing alone and I'm I'm going somewhere in just >> just have a seat for me. Can you Well, can you leave that open? >> Uh, yeah. I got I can't leave it open right now, but I could open it in a second. >> Okay, >> just step in for me. >> Okay, >> I'm going to turn the air on. Okay, watch your foot. >> In the end, the woman was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct under the city of Orlando ordinance for dipping her feet in the fountain and defying police orders. The penalty could include a fine or up to 60 days in jail along with court costs and short detention time due to initial resistance. On June 24th, 2025, police were called to the scene of a two vehicle crash. But when officers discovered that one of the drivers showed signs of substance use, the situation quickly shifted from a rescue to a criminal investigation, all captured on body cam. >> How you guys doing? Hi. Do you guys have insuranceances? >> Yes. Yes, I am. I am right. >> Are you guys looking to file a report? >> I am. Yes. >> Okay. Okay. Get your driver's license, insurance. >> Yes. >> If you just want to wait in your car, stay cool. I'll be right with you. All right. >> Where are you coming from? >> Hi. It's down the street. >> Down the street. And do you have insurance for the vehicle? >> Yes. >> Can I see it? >> My daddy has insurance. My dad does everything. >> Okay. Call him. >> Can we call him? >> Do you have his phone number? I take videos of me without my permission. >> I'm not. It's my coworker. I I I'm calling for you in trouble. You don't understand that. >> Okay. >> Can I see if you took a video of me? >> Sure. How much have you been drinking? >> I didn't drink at all. >> I smell it. Why do Why am I smiling? >> Can I see? >> Why am I smiling? >> For what? >> I'm asking for her back. >> Give me a phone to call my mother. >> I'm with You want to call your mother? >> What's her phone number? And I can call her. >> When accused of being under the influence, she immediately denied it, offering weak excuses that didn't hold up. Her refusal to provide insurance information, contact family, or keep the car door open showed clear signs of avoidance. Officers had to order her to keep the door open for safety reasons. >> You got to work with See, you do have a phone. >> So, I'm not stupid. >> Yes, I know you're not stupid. I was asking you for your phone number for the report. >> Can you back up, please? >> Sure. I'll give you some space. Hold on. Keep the door open. >> No. >> Yes. >> I don't have to. You're going to keep the door open cuz I don't want you driving away. >> You have >> You seem impaired. You seem impaired. I don't want you driving away. >> Okay. So, >> can you shut the car off and then maybe I can [ __ ] >> Sorry. >> Excuse me. >> What did you call me? >> I didn't call anything. So, where were you coming from? >> My hair. >> Sorry. >> My hair. >> You're going to do your hair. >> You rear ended someone. >> The white Cadillac and crashed into it. >> I know. What happened? >> Yeah. >> It happened over there actually. >> That's why I'm asking you. Where were we coming from? Where were we trying to go? Like what was your objective? Where you trying to go right now? I'm not talking about this. I don't care about pain. >> Pain? >> However, how much I have to pay. >> Were you coming from home or where where do you live? >> I'm not talking. >> She revealed alarming detachment by saying she didn't care about the pain or the money. That statement showed a reckless disregard for consequences and severely impaired judgment. All she needed to do was cooperate, but instead she chose to argue and corner herself even more. I understand. Okay, just hang tight. Okay. Is that your dog? >> I have 15. >> What's the name of the dog? >> Name. Guy or girl? >> Guy. >> Okay. >> I don't show signs of call. >> Did you already give it to the other officer? >> Okay. But I don't know your name, so I just want to refer to you by name. Jessica. >> Okay, Jessica. Um, >> okay. So, >> Jessica, >> he just told me. Okay. So, if the accident happened here, how what happened though? Did you hit the car? Did they hit you? What happened? >> Okay, that's good. Um, I have friends. When was the last time your dad was today? So, the best solution for that. >> The officer's request for a field sobriety test was standard procedure to confirm probable cause. Her refusal to comply made it clear she knew the results wouldn't go her way. Though she stepped out of the car, appearing cooperative, she quickly shifted to challenging the officer's legal knowledge. wait. No, you're let go. You don't have to wait very long. You're over 18 years old. Don't care for your dog and your passenger. I'm asking you, are you going to get out for me? Yes or no? Or do I have to pull you out? Cuz it's going to go that way. I'm telling you the options. Either you step out or we take you out of the car cuz you do legally. >> Yes, I am. So, are you going to do it? Yes or no? [Applause] Yes, you are. Pennsylvania maps. >> Look at look at it. Google Pennsylvania and tell me what it do. Do you remember that from law school? Would you go over Pennsylvania versus men? Did you know that? >> What? That you didn't graduate, right? So, >> did you graduate? >> I didn't >> almost Well, you're not in a police academy. You have not done my training. >> Police are, >> so you don't know. >> No, you're not. No. >> When logic failed her, she switched tactics, attacking the officer's education and competence. Every word became less about defense and more about delaying the inevitable. She wasn't resisting arrest anymore. She was resisting reality. Yes or no? Are you going to do the test? >> Yes or no? No. Okay. You're still under arrest. >> 55 1818. Double X. Double L. >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with DUI, driving without insurance, and resisting arrest. By the time officers arrived, the solemn atmosphere of worship had turned into a tense standoff. >> Excuse me. Yes, you worried. >> Because I told him as a representative of the security. That's why just like I told you before and you're refusing to leave which means you're causing more of a problem for yourself. If you just obeyed my command and left you would be lost. >> I'm not refusing to leave. Jesus like this. >> He told me that >> I knew you told me were you the same god but it's not quite the same. Hi, >> hello, brother. >> How's it going? >> Don't Don't reinvite. Don't reinvite now. She's not being reinvant. We talked before and I'm going to let you know kind of what what what goes on here. So, they've asked you to leave. Okay. So, I'm here to reinforce that factor. All right. I don't want to bar you. I don't want to take you to jail. I do not want to do that. Okay. But they're asking you to leave. You have to leave. Okay. So, you grab your stuff and and go on and try to find somewhere else. I don't know if you need services. We could try to help you find services, but you can't stay here any longer. Okay. So, if you can grab your stuff and then we'll be on our way and then that's it. You know, no crime. No one's going to jail. >> Are you from Cole Springs? >> I am from Cole Springs Police. Yes, I am. >> Why are you not blue? >> What do you mean? Why am I not blue? I don't know what that means. This is our patrol uniform. My badge is right here. My name is right here. The patch right here says L Springs. Okay. So, this I I do not want to forcefully remove you from this crime. Okay. But it's it's coming to that point. All right. I don't want it to get to that point. So, I'm asking you polite. You can just grab your belongings and just leave. >> An officer gave her a clear choice. leave peacefully or face arrest. But the woman refused to comply. She tried to regain control through her own delusions. Her refusal to leave showed an inability to accept that she no longer held any power. >> Coming here for the m the rabbi, the servants, >> can you stop me? >> You know, once you began cursing from the children, it became something which was no longer in the realm of mermaid. We do not need to allow you to please this area and and interact in any manner that you wish. Just because you wish to see the rabbis not mean that our children need to hear yourself >> and I've asked you to leave because it's not welcome. >> Who doesn't welcome here? >> I do. >> Yeah, but you don't you're not security and I have a legal right. >> Yes, it's on the show. >> It's on the papers. >> Show me the paper. >> Yeah, we're not going to go ma'am. Ma'am, >> it's on the papers. I'm not going to go back and forth. All right. So, if you can grab your belongings and leave, it it would make things a lot easier. Okay? It would make things a lot easier. There's other officers on the way here. Okay? I'm trying to dismiss this before they get here. I'm here to protect the surv. I don't have to discuss it. I choose who was here and who's not here. I chose who you're not here. End of story. If you need services, you need services. That's it. You need services. What drugs do you use? >> Slacker. >> Okay. >> What's your favorite? >> Ma'am. Ma'am. >> What do you ma'am? Let me ask >> is your favorite is crack? >> Ma'am, let me ask you a couple questions. So, stop bothering me, >> okay? Ma'am, >> and hacking me. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, >> I'm telling you. And I'm not I'm Allah. I am God. You got to clear now. >> She raised her voice as if performing for an audience. She needed someone to listen, someone to validate her delusions. Her distorted legal arguments mixed with cries of divine authority revealed a mind cracking under pressure. When reasoning failed, officers had no choice but to prepare for escalation. It's >> not in me. >> Okay. >> I'm asking you politely to leave the premises. >> I'm officer Dault of Closing. Officer who? >> Officer Dissult. >> Why did you study? >> What happened to you? What's up? You need to run home. >> Where are you going? >> I'm here at the at the Shabbat. So they want she's refusing to leave. They want her they are willing to press charges trespassing if she doesn't eat. So I mean we're at this point she doesn't like me for some reason. But obviously you got >> you don't like me. You don't like me. You don't like me. >> That's not what I said. I wish she very well. What I told you is that what you've done here is inappropriate and not welcome here. You may not behave this way here. >> What? >> You want to go home? If the if the officer can't contain you, how am I supposed to continue? >> Well, I'm home in my house, but this is a Shabbat, a Jewish temple, which I uh respect enormously. >> Okay. What do you What do you want us to do here? Cuz we're >> I don't know why you want to do here. >> So, there you have to leave. You can't stay here. That's a thing. They're asking you nicely to leave. I understand you're upset, but we need to go. We can't do this. There's kids here. Come on. The woman continued to resist, clinging to what she saw as her territory. Her behavior reflected a deep attachment to her imagined identity and a warped sense of power. Even after being given a final warning, she stood her ground, repeating religiously driven delusions of authority and righteousness. >> You can't be here. What is that? Your Bible. >> I dropped you off yesterday. You were being so kind and now you're being you're being rude. What's wrong? You're disrupting me. I'm taking my time. >> Okay, Carmen. >> Well, we don't have a lot of time. So, the thing is like we could either we're I don't want to have to force you out of here, but we're going to have to tell you what to have. You're disrupting the service, so you need to leave. So, as calm as they are, I'm not as prompt. I'd give you a direction. You're ignoring it. And I'm tired of them. So, I'm going to tell them in a few minutes to wrap it up. I'm going to go. >> So, she we have to force them to take her out of here, which will probably happen. She can barely walk. So, just watch out for her weight. She want to trust her. She's >> Karma's her name. >> Yeah, Karma's your name. If >> you don't leave, we have to take you to jail. >> We have to take you to jail. >> Take me to jail. >> Okay. All right. So, stand up. >> No, you take me. >> Stand up. Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Matt's a friend. I had a handcuffer yesterday, too. >> Thank you, M. She She said she was Allah. She was said she was yesterday, too. So I mean she said she was >> I think she's Allah. She was talking herself. She was talking about how the Islam temple yesterday was >> she doesn't she doesn't know what it is. She doesn't know who the president was. >> I was 15 her. Yeah. You don't you guys >> love press charges or you press charges? >> We don't press charges. >> Okay. So we only charges. She didn't laugh. I s charge this. >> This is a reoccurring issue. We dealt with her yesterday two times. So it's >> I told her I wish her well. You just can't have this. This can't be. >> Can you grab a fortune? I'm going to date her to the car. >> When she could no longer stand and the wet floor revealed something more troubling. The situation shifted from a legal issue to a human crisis. Instead of using force, the officers chose patience and called for medical assistance. In the middle of chaos, their calmness preserved her dignity. >> Carmen, if you can't bring your knees to your chest, I have to lift you up. All right. All right. >> Oh, Carmen, >> stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. >> Stand up. We don't want >> you need to stand up. All right. >> Can she walk or no? >> We can't drag you to jail. >> She can't walk, but she has a limp. >> We can always call EMS in, have them come with the stretcher. Stretch her to the bar and always go in the car. That's I mean, >> yeah. >> I mean, she's going to have to get medically cleared anyways. >> Yeah. >> Oh, >> I'm from the protective stream. No, you are from the >> from the Mala the >> Yeah, I saw you there. You have their covenant there that belongs to them. That's private property. >> Not anymore. >> You're trespassing. >> You're trespassing. >> No, you're trespassing. >> You're trespassing. >> Okay, Carmen, >> stay away from us. >> I will doing in front of the kids. You can't be doing that, right? >> What happened? And you don't have anymore. >> I might. >> You might not. Why do you want to do that? >> That's good to think you to stick it in. >> Check your race man. I'll check her in if you need to. >> My name is Joe. Okay, Joe. >> You're not sure? >> That's fine. >> Go ahead and sit up front. Sit up for me. Can you can you stand up or no? >> Can we uh can we just ice cream for you and put them on the chest here? That way it's a little tough to be assessed. >> Stand up for us, Carmen. Bring your knees to your chest for me. Knees to your chest. I got you. >> Yeah. Don't stare. >> Hey, Karma. We're not going to do that. Okay. >> We're not going to do what? >> Maddie, you can't hit this. Okay. >> Just flop. Bring it in the club. Excuse me. Hurricane. >> Yeah. >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with trespassing after warning and resisting an officer without violence. Her final penalty, a $321 fine and a permanent ban from the premises. No jail time. On April 19th, 2025 in Florida, police were called to a hotel after staff reported a guest accused of theft who refused to pay her bill. When officers arrived, the young woman's arrogance quickly collided with the hard edge of the law. >> Hold on, I got to unlock my car. Um, I said, "Okay, unlock your car." So, she paid, but then I knew it was her. I'm still getting shot. And I hear the microwave not paying attention. Then I hear chips open. So, I called somebody else to come down here to watch her because I knew I could tell I was going to have a problem. Well, she took and some chips. I said, "Are you >> She ate it all right here." She had been up all night, right? >> So, I said, "You going to pay for that?" She's like, "Put it to my room." I said, "I can't put it to your room cuz your car is off." And she's like, "What are you going to do? Fight me about it?" I do, but I can't. So, I need her off her property. Where are you? She's in um >> Let me let me get some paperwork real quick so we >> Okay. >> You want to press charge if she refuses to leave? >> Yeah, I do. >> Okay, great. >> Ma'am, the when she attempted to to pay the I guess the second time. >> Mhm. >> Did that payment go through at all? >> She keeps her car locked. Okay, this is the deal. >> No, no. I'm just asking. >> Okay. So, there is a deposit on her account, but we do not take from the gift shop and put that in the deposit because that deposit is for if there's damages in the room. >> Cool. >> So, she already had a problem with one of my other co-workers. She got something from the gift shop and she went to top it up. She keeps her card locked. >> So, when I told her I can't do it because she keeps her car locked. It it declined. >> Okay. >> So, she has to unlock her car. But, >> it's $22 worth of chip. >> Okay. So, you want you want her is there an ultimatum or you just want her out of here? >> Whatever you want to do. You want to >> Well, I'm asking you cuz she's your >> for petty theft. >> She get uh she would get a drill for petty theft. >> All right. Well, let's do it. >> What's her race and sex? >> Um, she looks white. >> Okay. White female. >> Yeah. She has blonde hair with black roots. >> And then you have her information. >> This if this is her, if she's the main guest, there's two people on the row. >> What I'm asking is, do you want to give her an opportunity to pay? >> No. She stole a $22 item, then demanded it be charged to her room as if the rules didn't apply to her. The hotel staff refused to give her another chance, and the situation escalated. No longer about money, but about ego versus accountability. >> Okay, let me police. How you doing? Can you come out and speak with me, please? >> Yeah. >> Is the door crack, please? >> Ma'am, did she pay for the room? >> Um, I had spoke to her over the phone and she had a file. So, yes. >> So, she paid for the room. >> Okay. >> I'm going to I'm going to get out. >> Okay. >> Are you the only one in here? >> No. >> Okay. Who else is in here? >> My friend. >> What's the friend's name? What's her name? >> Okay. Did you go downstairs and eat some Hot Pockets earlier? >> I think I think it was a white female. >> White female. Is there a white female in here? Oh, >> yeah. >> Okay. I need to speak with her then. >> If you don't get out of that bed, I'm going to come arrest you for not following my orders. You understand? Get up right now. >> For resisting. We said that already. >> Come out of the room. Grab your stuff. You're getting trespassed. [Music] Just finishing. >> Stop resisting. >> I didn't resist this. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind him. Back. Look at this girl, man. Ridiculous. >> She not only refused to comply, but resisted as officers tried to handcuff her. The moment they took control felt like justice in motion, firm and undeniable. That was when her sense of privilege crumbled and the authority of the law took its rightful place. >> How many times we had to talk to you about it? Do you have anything sharp that's going to poke your stick me? >> That's what I'm asking you about. >> Don't Don't be a big roof. Like I come out the room. >> Pull your knees to your chest. You're going to sit up >> out of here, bro. Pull your niece to your chest. >> Listen, I don't want to drag you. Pull your niece to your chest. >> Drag her out the room. >> All right. You got your stuff? >> No. >> No. But they drive me up. >> Stand over there. >> There's a lot of stuff packing. >> Put it in the hallway so you can start walking down. >> Okay. Well, I haven't done anything. >> You're getting trespassed either way. >> The room's under her name. >> She's lost her privileges. You got to go to >> You can rent a room from there on your own end. All right. >> You're you're a guest here under her and she's trespass. >> I'm telling you, >> like I said, just put it in the hallway talking about renting your own room. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop it. Stop. >> I never said [ __ ] >> Stop. Too much, bro. >> I didn't do [ __ ] when you ripped me up from and put it in the floor the first time. >> There's nothing. >> All right, we're good. They're going to stand by and make sure she gets out. >> Oh, >> she's like flailing everywhere, dude. >> I'm What? >> I've never been to jail before this ever. And you said I'm going to jail for nothing >> for trespass. >> Trespassing. That paper trespass resisting 5D. You say resisting. You put me in my room and put me on the floor. >> How many times do we ask you to get up? >> What are you talking about? >> Stay right there. Stay right there. >> Go in the elevator. >> Go in the elevator. >> During restraint and transport, the suspect kept struggling, cursing, and resisting violently, leading to another physical altercation. As she was being escorted to the patrol car, she attempted to kick an officer. Perhaps out of instinct, but an act that escalated into a serious offense. >> I'm trying to pull my hands up. [Music] Put me to jail with nothing. You're embarrassing, bro. I paid my [ __ ] It's been what? An hour over. I can pay another. Get the out of here. >> You got ET, right? >> Shut the up. >> Oh, look at this. >> Be nice. That's battery. That's felony. >> Shut up. >> Okay. Yeah, I guess. No brain power. >> All right. >> What did I do wrong? Could it take me to jail? >> Well, like we mentioned earlier, >> you want me to answer? Yes, please. >> Then don't talk over me. >> Okay. All right. Can you please tell me what I did to >> Yes, I can. Stop talking so you can listen. >> Okay. >> Okay. You're being trespassed. You refused to get up out of the bed after three times of us asking me. That's number one. >> I paid for >> Hang on. Hang on. Let me finish. I'm not done. I'll tell you when I'm done. Okay. So, you can speak. Okay. Number two, you came in here, took $22 worth of hot pockets without being able to pay for them. That's a theft. Okay. Then you sat there and started throwing yourself around and started resisting us while we tried to place. Hang on, hang on, hang on. >> I've never been in jail my life like a peep. What happened? >> And again, all that's irrelevant to today because what happened would happen. Okay, so those three things at least. >> It's not fair that I'm going to jail for nothing. >> Have you ever been arrested your other state you're from? >> Never for nothing. >> Okay. Well, then take care of this in court and be done with it. It's that simple. >> It's okay. >> While officers read her charges, the woman interrupted repeatedly, insisting she could just pay for it. The officers made it clear the theft had already occurred. During the search procedure, she continued to resist, claiming she was drunk and making the process increasingly difficult. >> And I took my hand off because two mental police officers. >> That's one thing you don't do. All right. >> I understand. But they're putting me on the ground and I'm supposed to be defenseless. Yeah. >> All right. Just watch your feet. I'm going close back the door. Okay. >> Am I going to jail? >> Let me go ahead and talk to my partner cuz like I said, >> for sure. Yes. But let me go ahead and talk to him. >> For a while, please. Can you please tell >> I got to go talk to him? I just got >> I know. I just >> So, go ahead and just go ahead and sit. >> Yes. Go ahead and clear. >> Can you please tell me what I'm detained for? >> I have to go talk to him. >> I need to know what I'm detained for if I'm detained >> before I put my feet in the car. I mean, you can force me, but I need to know. >> You got it. I just went to screen some of it already. It was trespass, the theft and resisting without days. All I had to do is unlock my car. I was asleep because I was drunk and then I'm drunk. So you guys ripped me in my room and put me on the ground and then you're saying I resisted arrest. What the? You don't get the normal circumstance. >> Okay. Well, I explained to you what it is. The officers >> What is the actual charge that you're putting me under to be detained? I just explained that. >> I just explained that. >> Please tell me the real reason. >> We just told you. >> Am I being charged with anything? >> The crimes I just explained. Guess what? >> Am I being charged with anything? >> He said trespass and he said, >> "Am I being charged?" >> That's what we're telling you. That's what it is. >> I'm asking you. Can you please say? >> That's what I just said. >> I am being charged. You are being charged with what? >> We just told you trespass or theft. >> Okay. So, say you are being charged with >> I'm not going to say the way you I'm just telling you get in the car all the way. It's not legal to say that. Listen >> because you know I'm not put in the car. Thank you. >> I won. Thank you. >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and charged with trespassing, petty theft, resisting an officer without violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer. The potential penalties included jail time, heavy fines, and probation, especially since assaulting an officer is considered a serious felony. So, when youthful arrogance is silenced, another kind of pride always tries to rise. On December 30th, 2024, police pulled over a woman whose vehicle had expired tags and unverified insurance. But when they ran her information, officers discovered an active warrant from the Hot Springs Police Department, and the situation quickly turned serious. >> Okay. What's your name? >> My name is Taylor Burrows. Um, there's some things that I've been going through. Actually, right now I don't have a phone. Um I don't have any cash on me, nothing on me to really like uh do anything. I just got out of a toxic relationship a couple days ago, which I made a police reported about. >> Okay. >> And I'm just trying to get myself back together. I'm just house. See if they have some money for me. >> Do you stay here? >> No. I know. >> Who stays here? >> A few friends that I used to stay here, but at this point, I don't think they do cuz they don't have kids. >> 144. check them. >> I don't know what's going to happen today, but I have no access to get a hold of anybody. >> Okay. You said where where's your phone? >> Um, it's destroyed. He destroyed my phone. He destroyed. >> Who is he? >> I put a police report on him. His name is >> a couple days ago. He >> Okay. >> Uh, vandalized my apartment. And uh, >> where he stay at? >> Where does he stay? >> Mhm. >> Uptown. >> Okay. And uh yeah, basically I'm just trying to get myself somewhat back together, trying to get at least a phone so I can contact um my son is with his father over this break, but until I can uh get somewhat of something. I'm just trying to fix you. >> Amy Bose shows that a possible FDA department also out of hospital or beyond their pickup range county only. Also FDA time 3 out of Guard were beyond their pickup. She shows to be ID suspended. Last driving on suspended was 11:30 to 23 numbers. >> At least she was honest. Within the first few minutes, everything was laid out clearly. She stayed calm, spoke coherently, and didn't try to dodge questions. Somewhere beneath the confusion, there was still a part of her that wanted help. And maybe this time, someone would listen. You go ahead and just put your hands right there on the hood or on the You got anything on you. You going to poke me, stab me, or anything like that that you shouldn't have any weapons. I'mma touch you with the back end of my hand. Okay. Make sure you ain't got nothing in your pockets. Uh, if you can hold your bra and shake it. Okay. All right. You're good then. 144. She's in custody. >> Uh, I was just wondering if you knew who she was. No, I have no idea what it is. >> Okay, cool. Uh cuz she's going to jail and so I'm just going to get somebody to uh come tell it. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Yep. You too. Anything else that you need out of your vehicle? Okay. All your IDs and everything in there. >> Um >> it's getting towed. >> Yeah. >> Which one? There's two wallets. >> Like a little small brown wallet. >> Okay. You don't need the other one. Okay. No. >> Because she knew I was behind her. >> Oh, really? >> Yeah. She said that she knew somebody that lived here once upon a time. I was like, "Do they still live here?" "No." "Okay." And I went up to them. I was like, "Do you know who she is? Who is she?" Hey, the burrows. Nope. Like, "All right, cool. getting told I hate you. >> Why? Why you hate me, bro? How'd you find it? >> Find what? >> Oh, cuz the tags are expired. Never mind. I ran the tag and I hit a Yuri on on Greenwood. She knew who I was coming. >> While inventorying her belongings, Haley accidentally mentioned her ex-boyfriend, the same man she had previously reported to police. Officers noted the name as it matched an unresolved warrant. Whether she realized it or not, that slip connected pieces of an investigation still waiting to be completed. >> Put his hands on me, too. >> Oh, did he? >> Yeah. >> Where did it happen at? >> Happened um at his grandmother's house on Walnut Street and went back to my apartment. I just stay in a bed and then try to start something back up. So, uh, hurry up and on the left to apartment. >> Uh, double A's, uh, towing it. >> You don't stay on Fourth Street >> no more. You still do? >> My mother stays. She passed away. >> You know your social. >> Yes, sir. >> What is it? >> Where was you born at? >> Here. How would I get in contact with people? >> Uh, bails bonds man I can reach out to but like >> Yeah. Um, have you put anybody on your emergency contact in the past? >> Um, what do you mean? >> Like >> um e contact as as in where? So, you was arrested in 2023 in July. Did you put anybody as your emergency contact? Do you remember? >> I don't I don't remember. >> All right, let's see. Haley seemed more grounded than the usual Karens we've seen. Not exactly praise, but a hint of accountability. Only those drunk on entitlement choose to lie and fight back. Though her New Year's Eve didn't start well, her remorse might just be the first step toward change. >> You work anywhere? >> Do I work anywhere? >> Yeah. >> Um, I don't have anybody on my emergency contacts there either. That's crazy, >> right? But where do you work? >> TJ Maxx. But um, >> what do you do there? >> Sales associate, but that's temporary. So, barely working there. >> Okay. What's a good address for you? Okay. What's your phone number? >> So, you're 25. >> Yeah. Isn't there a lady called named Miss Rhonda who's a Bills mom now? >> Um, I have no clue. >> Do you know if you can like retrieve my last business woman? >> Uh, I won't be able to. Maybe the deputies, but >> Okay. I won't. You could see I mean I guess you can ask them to see if they can see who you who you got last time to bail out about a year ago cuz I can't I won't be able to see it. You got an emergency contact you want to write down that you can think of? >> I don't have no >> Huh? >> I don't have any. She had no emergency contacts, no one to call. It was a quiet sign of social isolation, something often seen in victims recently separated from abusive relationships. The fact that she had no one to reach out to made her loneliness even more palpable. Lord, it be hard. >> You're going to have a court date. Uh, you're going to have a court date the 4th of February. >> That'll be your court date. >> That's going to be your court date. >> Are you serious? >> Yeah. The 4th of February >> if I don't bond out. No, no, no, no, no, no. Like that's just I don't know how long till uh if you don't bond out, they'll hold you there. But uh that'll be up to the >> That'll be up to the deputy. >> 450. Which record is going here? But if you do bond out or whatever, you you you'll be able uh you'll have a court date for the 4th of February. Okay. >> Yeah. These look Hello, >> Rios 144. I have a female, no BAC. >> In the end, she was taken to jail and charged with failure to appear, resulting in her arrest and a potential $1,000 bond. She also faced citations for driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle with expired tags/no insurance. The penalties could include jail time if bail isn't posted and fines for multiple traffic violations. On August 19th, 2022 in Wisconsin, police responded to a call at a convenience store. A woman had been found unconscious behind the wheel of a running car. No one knew if she'd passed out from exhaustion, alcohol, or drugs. The engine was still running. She wasn't moving and the clock was ticking. [Music] Ma'am, can you open the door? Just want to make sure you're okay. [Music] Can you open the door for me? [Music] Is it is it Stacy? >> Yeah. >> Hi. >> Hi. >> We just got a call from staff. They noticed that you were kind of slumped over. They just wanted to make sure you were okay. So that's why I'm knocking on your window like I was. >> Oh, yeah. >> I could hear your music, so I figured it was hard for you to hear me out here. >> Oh, no. I live right at I'm really tired, >> honest with you. And it's just >> I just thought it was safe for me for stop and sleep instead of just >> Sure. No, I don't blame you. If you're falling asleep that hard, I'd rather you not be driving, too. >> Yeah. >> Are you coming from somewhere or are you >> Huh? Are you coming from somewhere that why you're so tired? >> Yeah, because well, I worked today and I drove all day and then >> I was with my friends >> and I obviously did not want them to drive. So, I was designated driver and then it was just I did have some drinks and I'm like, I just need to go home and then it was just like nope. I don't care if you live a mile away from me. I'm just like I can't. The woman explained she was just tired after working all day and having a few drinks at two different bars. She said she pulled over to rest, insisting it was the safest thing to do. But once she admitted to driving after drinking, officers knew they had to take a closer look before drawing any conclusions. >> You're you're not doing anything wrong. It was really more just a a welfare check cuz, you know, sometimes we see people slumped over like that. Um it's happened before that. Um, people have you I'm not saying this is the case here, but people have used an opioid. They're overdosing. So, that's kind of where we just always send two. He's just late to the party. >> I'm just like, "Oh my god." >> Nope. You're no worries. >> Kind of freaked out. It's like, "Oh my god." >> And he's in training. That's why there's two of them. >> I would say six. I would say six groups. >> Okay. When So, when did you start? Are we talking like this evening or I worked until 8 and then I went and picked up. Oh, and we did shots. Oh my god. Yeah, we did shots. We did shots starting probably we started shaking about 11 with shots. >> Okay. It's like after >> You wouldn't have drank anything before 8:00 p.m. >> No. Is that >> accurate? Still work. >> Any idea what time you or how long you've been parked here? >> Yeah. Okay. >> Nope. It's pretty much I think it probably just all hit me. >> Yeah. >> And I was like, "Yep, done." >> Sure. >> And it was more like, "Nope, not driving. Done." >> Yep. >> Got it. Yeah. >> Let me just touch base with my partner here. Just give me one second. >> All right. We'll be Do you have any questions for me right now? >> No. Okay. Sweet. I had six beers and shots are not included in that. >> Yes. In addition to >> Yeah. Only like a like a I'm only getting like a mild smell. Um but her AC was blasting or something. to perform. I have to wake up. >> Um, so they can feel to be a good option. I don't know. I'll do I can do them, but if you guys are looking for >> Even if she had only driven a short distance to drop off a friend and then parked, Stacy was still behind the wheel while intoxicated, which legally counts as oi. Officers began gathering her voluntary statement before proceeding with standard field sobriety testing. >> All right. We missed the rain which is good. >> Yeah. >> So my super good. >> Yeah. It was really coming down hard here. So this is Stacy. My partner will we'll run you through this is officer fronting. >> I'm I'm kind of freaked out because there's like >> he doesn't just ignore him. >> He's there because he's my trainer. I'm >> so You guys are trying to scare me here. >> No need to be scared. up now. >> Okay. >> All right. You can relax. >> I was going to say I'm not going to lie. I'm sorry. >> Foot directly in the front. I understand. Try not to turn your feet at all like this. Just keep it a straight line. So, while you're doing You still remember the instructions that are going to do? Okay. While you're doing this, I want you to look at your feet, count your steps out loud with your arms down at your sides, and don't stop the test until it is complete. You understand? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You can begin. 2 off. 4 5 6 7 8 9 >> How how I instruct you to return. >> Sorry, I'm looking at So that way I want to go this way. >> You remember how I turn? Yes, but I look at my car and like words like have this test. >> From the moment she started the walk and turn test, it was clear something was wrong. She struggled to keep her balance, couldn't follow simple instructions, and stumbled through the steps. Her coordination and awareness were noticeably impaired, a textbook sign of alcohol's effects. Your choice. >> Doesn't matter. >> Oh, you got your time? >> Yep. >> Okay. You can begin when you're ready. >> Oh my god. >> Start counting. >> Oh, yep. That ain't happening. >> You want to try again? >> Oh, yeah. Because obviously I do not want it to be my [ __ ] job to drive. >> Count out loud like I told you. How loud, please? >> 1001. >> Oh [ __ ] >> Would you like to start over? >> Yeah, because obviously I'm swearing. >> Okay. Do you want me to go through the instructions again with you? >> Okay. >> Go ahead and start again. >> 1 [ __ ] Okay. All right, we are going to stop the test now. Um, I like to give people the opportunity to Thank you. Um, would you submit your for us? Yeah. Okay. So, here we go. >> I hear you. >> I hear you. Do you want to submit to your >> Thank you. >> What do you do for your job? Uber. That's like my livelihood. And I went out and had actually like a day where I didn't work. >> Stacey, we we can't erase the past. This is kind of where we are now. It sucks. It's supposed to suck. But you've never been arrested for OWI in the past. Correct. Okay. first offense in the state of Wisconsin is actually civil, which means that it's not a criminal offense. There's some details that are different, but um essentially it's it's going to be a little bit of processing here tonight and a really expensive ticket. There's might be some implications with your license depending on kind of what goes on here, but it's not going to be the end of the world for you is what I'm trying to communicate. It's not going to be fun. At this point, Stacy began to emotionally unravel, a reaction police often see when drivers realize the weight of the legal trouble they're facing. The officers chose to stop the test, not wanting to push her further or escalate the situation. >> Just kind of confirm what I'm seeing is is alcohol. That's kind of the purpose of this. So, if you would for me, just big breath like you're blowing out a balloon. Okay? Big breath in, then big breath out as hard as you can. Careful there. Should be good. Back to you since I take you. All right. So, I kind of already you kind of know where this is headed, but you are going to be under arrest for OWI. It'll be first offense. Okay. >> What about my dogs? >> Are they at home at the car? >> They're at home. >> Okay. We have some processing. You should be able to be released tonight if we can find a responsible party for you. Okay. So for right now, >> just so so you know, once we get to.17, line it up right around a 0.1. Okay. >> For the first part of this, I am going to need to put you in handcuffs. Okay. >> So, I'll have you put your hands behind your back. We'll get it figured out. Okay. If you just want to let go of your hands for me 175 or 167. All right, we'll walk to the front of the >> Her BAC came back at 0.178, more than double the legal limit. Stacy was arrested and charged with her first OWI offense. If convicted, she could face heavy fines, a temporary suspension of her driver's license, and mandatory alcohol education classes. Up next, a young woman finds herself in a moment she'll never forget on Valentine's Day. On Valentine's Day, February 14th, 2025, a woman named Bella was found passed out on the cold concrete in a parking lot, wreaking of alcohol. Officers arrived quickly. Lying next to her was Kevin. Not drunk, not injured, but also not doing anything to help. >> What What's your name? >> Do you know her? >> Yes. >> Okay. How do you know her? >> Friend. Okay. Friend as in like is are you guys in a relationship or is she just a friend? >> Friend. >> Okay. >> So, what happened? Why? What happened to her? >> My car was right here. We I put it in the parking. My car is gone. So, I'm trying to >> Your car's gone. >> What car do you drive? >> And you're positive is this parking lot? >> Yes. >> Yes. >> Can you hand it to me? >> No. >> What was that? No. >> Why not? >> Cuz you ask me why. >> Yeah, because I'm trying to help her. And if I need to ask questions and call you after, then I'll help. >> What's up, man? Why are you acting like this? What's going on? >> You said to help. >> You're just acting weird. Yeah, you're acting really weird. You're not not giving me anything. Like, why she's like this? >> I don't know why she's like >> Okay. What happened to you? Why do you have all this stuff on you? >> What do I have on? >> You have dirt on you. >> I don't know. I was sitting right there. was sitting on the ground. >> Okay. And did you touch your face at all? >> Maybe. >> Okay. >> Maybe. Look right there. >> What's her name? What's her name? >> Bella. >> Bella. Okay. You should be worried about your friend who's laying on the parking garage floor right now. Okay. >> Am I not here? >> You are, but let's Can we Can you help Can you help me help her? >> Will she answer you? Have you When's the last time that you were talking to her and she was coherent? >> Like 20 minutes ago. >> Okay. Where were you guys at? Were you at >> I got her and I came over here. The car was gone. >> Okay. and a swirl. >> She's sleeping now. Okay. How are you guys getting home after this if she doesn't want to go to the hospital? >> I was trying to get my car. >> Okay. You're positive you parked in this garage? >> Right here. >> What car do you drive? >> Chevy Cruise 2014. >> What color? >> Kevin seemed slightly intoxicated and wasn't being fully honest with police. That lack of transparency didn't just slow things down. It made a tough situation worse. His vague answers made it harder for officers and medics to figure out what Bella really needed. >> Hey, I got a Uber home. >> She good? >> Yeah, she's good. This was delusion, denial, and rising hostility all at once. It was clear she was no longer in control of her own behavior. >> You know what? Let's get right home with this right now. And I don't want this right now. I don't want this. >> So, what's this? What's the solution? >> Go home. >> Okay. >> Go back to your base and leave me the alone. >> So, how are you going to do that? If convicted, she could face fines, probation, or even a short jail sentence. Do you think this incident will stop her from drinking in public next time? Drop your thoughts in the comments below. But believe it or not, this is nothing compared to the humiliation of a wannabe gangster who gets taken down effortlessly by police. And that's coming up next. On June 3rd, 2024 in Florida, something truly unimaginable happened. Joseph Lei, a 40-year-old homeless man, drove his car straight into the front lobby of the county jail wearing nothing but a woman's shirt. Was he seeking revenge? Was this a cry for help? Or was he simply spiraling into complete madness? Hey, >> turn around. >> Be naked. Hey, don't get away from the car. >> Come here. Step away. Step away. Step away from the car. >> Come here. Come here now. >> Get on the ground. >> Get on the ground. Do it now. >> Get on the ground. >> Turn around. >> The devil made me do it. Don't let me do it. >> Don't let me do it. >> Go ahead. Go ahead. Get your car. Can I kill you? Probably. >> When officers arrived, they found him holding motor oil and a lighter, clearly preparing to set the building on fire. It was a volatile situation, and police had no choice but to use force before things turned deadly. Maybe demons were whispering in his ear, but a taser brought him crashing back to reality. Holy. I'm going to go get the car real quick. We need a car up there. We need a car up there to put him in. >> Hey, want to bring your truck all the way up? >> Bring your Bring your truck up. We need We need a car up there. Truck up there. Buddy, >> he's about to light the on fire. >> You're shooting at me. >> Hey, can I kill you? >> Watch your leg. >> Yeah. Don't Don't uh don't >> No. Back over here. Back over here, guys. >> Stand up. >> And for real, sit in the car. >> So am I. No. Hey, put it in my ass right here. [ __ ] me, daddy. I'm princess. Hey, I saw you out there. You're a princess. You're a funny me. >> Sir, get in the car. >> Um, no. I'm trying to get in the other door. You're trying to put me in this door. Frock. >> Tell me go get another vehicle. >> We got a single floor up there at the front entrance. >> Is somebody on foot we're looking for? >> No. Huh? He signal forward into the front. >> Okay. All right. Lelay screamed nonsensically, shifted between violent outbursts and wild delusions, and even claimed to be a princess speaking to imaginary voices. His behavior pointed to a full-blown psychotic episode. [Music] Come on. >> You guys got to do my >> I have it done. Do it. Do it. Do it. >> Joseph, relax. >> Come on. >> Stop resisting. >> Come on. >> Hey, Joseph. Take a deep breath, bud. >> It hurts a little too much. You know what? Come on. You want me out now? You want me in? >> No. Jesus. Come on. Come on. Oh, that's so nice. >> Watch his hands. Yeah, he's got a bunch of blood and he was uh >> going up his own. So, >> hey there. >> How are you? >> Super. >> Yes, please. >> Me, daddy. >> He was trying to he was trying to set the So, he was pouring he was pouring oil or some sort of acceler. I >> I'm on nicotine. >> I am on this wild >> never. Second day. Does this happen? >> No, this does not ever happen. >> Come on. >> This is This is a very rare occurrence how many it takes to kill someone these days. He has a really bad math. Come on. Come on. >> Officers remained calm but firm, trying to deescalate the crisis. But when he lost all control, they had to follow protocol and administer a sedative to ensure everyone's safety. The signs of acute mental illness were undeniable. >> Oh, that feels good. Actually, >> I got I got stable here. >> Only on the legal drums, you guys. >> Come on, dude. I'm bored. So his his fingers and he was going up his uh he was going up his fingers. >> Yeah. I thought I thought this was a parking lot crash. >> I'm a platinum Door Dasher. Actually, I delivered Door Dasher last week. >> I am a platinum Door Dasher. >> You guys should be proud of me. >> I serve. >> Let's try to relax. Okay. >> I'd rather him be like either out called or completely calm with you guys >> cuz I don't want him to go again when you're either transporting or in route. I'm riding with >> what? >> Huh? I'll get >> what? For what? >> Okay. No, I mean, we're we're going to be riding with you as well, but I'd rather like this or be like out cold. Roll him to a side and then >> Hey, two. >> You want to go back the other side? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Ready? One. Ready? Two. Oh god. You ready? >> Oh, this is good. This is nice. Should I sleep like this forever? >> Oh, wow. >> Wow. Once subdued, he was taken to a hospital for evaluation and officially identified as Joseph Lei. He didn't breach the jail's security doors, but the damage he caused ran into the thousands. Despite being sedated with ketamine, he continued to resist at the hospital, strongly suggesting heavy drug use. He was later transported, ironically, right back to the very jail he tried to destroy. Lei was ultimately charged with four counts of assaulting officers, felony property damage over $1,000, and resisting arrest without violence. If convicted, he could be looking at over 20 years in prison, depending on the severity and any aggravating circumstances. Each story is a reminder.
