Are you serious? >> No, I'm not doing that. >> Okay. Will you Will you die? >> No. That's so up. >> You cannot do that. >> Some passengers walk into an airport acting like the rules simply don't apply to them. >> Did I touch someone? Please tell me if I have spoken to someone and I touch someone. >> And the first story begins with a woman who truly believed she was above the law just because her father happened to be an FBI agent. >> How you don't want to talk to me? >> I said I don't want to talk to you. >> How would you feel? >> Is your dad Your dad's a police officer? >> Would you feel On January 8th, 2023, at an airport in Texas, police received a report about an intoxicated woman causing a disturbance after being asked to get off a plane. Instead of cooperating, she locked herself inside the restroom. And this is what actually happened when officers arrived. >> Miss, you're not free to leave. >> Okay. No, you're not. Come here. >> All right. So why did they want you to get off the flight? >> They wouldn't just want anybody to get off the flight. There has to be a reason. >> Literally, the whole crew did not say they needed to be off the flight. They didn't. I voluntarily left cuz I know how it's like betting your flight up my feelings. I don't like >> So why do you think they wanted you off the flight? >> I have no idea. Obviously someone doesn't want me. They're doing a power move. like whatever. It has nothing to do with the whole flight. >> Okay. Can you open the door so we can go figure this out? >> Um, no. I don't feel comfortable with that because I feel like the the whole reason I don't feel comfortable. Nothing else. I just want to go home. >> Well, let's try to get you home cuz I'm I'm here to help you out. >> Oh my god. [ __ ] up, bro. Who the [ __ ] did I piss off? >> Playing in a being in a stall. >> Obviously pissed the wrong person. I wasn't even in the stall. I was in the I was on the plane. >> Uhhuh. >> Nobody had a problem with me. Even when I left, I was like, "Wait, before I leave, if anyone has a problem with me, let me know and I'll give you a clean and I'll make a symbol." >> Well, can you open the stall? >> Nobody said anything. >> Can you open the stall? I'm still I'm I'll let you stay on the toilet and I'll just I'm >> going to stand right here. Did Did you So, did you have anything to drink that would make them think that you would need to be on the plane? >> What? >> Why would they kick you off? I was being a little obnoxious like >> So you were being upset but you didn't have anything to drink. >> I was like being a little obnoxious like I wasn't even talking I don't know who who made that call. I have no idea. >> So did you have anything to drink today? >> I was walking around with my friends. >> Okay. But did you have anything to drink today? It's not against the law to drink. I'm just trying to figure you out here. >> I was walking around. Somebody must have told me cuz I was they like I must have got in the wrong seat. Whatever. Your kid seat. She got mad. Like what are you going to say? So, did you have anything to drink to? >> Well, honestly, this is inconveniencing my plan. Scott, what realizes this is? >> It was obvious she knew the police didn't show up there by accident. Hiding in the restroom was just a way to squeeze out a few more minutes of freedom. But once that door opened, the delay was over and the real questions began. >> Where I do? >> Yes. >> Where is it? My phone. Can you get it out? >> Yeah, I need a treasure. >> Where's your Where's your phone today? >> Okay. >> What's her name? >> Brian. >> Let's do that right here. Yeah. >> My dad. >> No. >> Okay. So, let's do that right here. So, did you have anything to drink? >> Is that against the law? >> No. That's >> a lawyer. >> No. >> I'm going to call a lawyer. >> For what? >> Before I ask answer any more questions, I'm going to call a lawyer. >> Did you have anything to eat today? >> I'm going to call a lawyer. Before I answer any questions, I'm going to call a lawyer. >> Did you have anything to eat today? Call my lawyer. >> Have you eaten today? >> Talk to my lawyer. >> You haven't had anything to eat today? >> Talk to my lawyer. >> You take medication? >> Talk to my lawyer. >> Are you flying? >> Talk to my lawyer. >> Are you going to Georgia? >> Text my lawyer. >> Atlanta. >> Text my lawyer. >> Okay. >> We can both be ridiculous. >> They're running people at a deep. >> What reason would they have had you been? >> But they called us. So, we're trying to figure out, >> right? Somebody that I was gay on the flight. So, okay. So, y'all want to be like I don't think you want either of like you want to I don't want that to go out. You don't want to go out. That's fine. I said my girlfriend isn't here. I'm waiting for her and then all of a sudden somebody had a thing. Okay. >> So that there's a reason for me to miss my flights. Honestly, that's right there. Okay. >> The fact that if I miss my flight, I'm missing work $1,500 and I'm playing it cool. Like I'm trying to be cool about it. Like I really I understand people are judgmental. Like I get it, >> but that's not okay. That's not okay. It's really not. >> It's not. So, were you trying to defend your situation? >> I'm saying I know I was and saying >> I'm just asking. I'm trying. >> I literally because I offended somebody's feelings. Does it Does it mean I should get kicked off of it? >> No, it doesn't. >> Look, Karina did. >> Karina, here's the deal. Okay. You guys did you did you just We didn't. We are the police. We don't work for the airline. The airline calls us and we come over to >> Okay. She's screaming and kicking. >> I'm ready. >> The woman clearly wasn't trying to cooperate. She was arguing her way around the truth to avoid incriminating herself. She knew admitting to drinking and causing a scene on a plane could land her in handcuffs. But as the resistance dragged on, the officer's patience started wearing thin. >> Okay, Miss Karina, >> please don't touch me if you don't have a reason to. >> Okay, I have a reason to. Okay. >> I'm arrested. >> Yes, you're going to be arrested for public intoxication. Okay. >> Take your back. >> Yep. And the reason is because I talked to the airline and they said that you were kicking and screaming and causing a disturbance. >> I was not doing any of that. >> Wait. Wait. No. I want >> Take your backpack off. Okay. It's all being recorded. Just take your backpack off. Okay. >> Are you serious? >> Take your backpack off. >> No. I'm not doing that. >> Okay. Will you Will you call my dad? I don't want you touching me at all. >> No. [clears throat] No. No. Like he's alive. tomorrow. >> Why not? >> I don't know. Okay. >> No knives, no weapons. >> No, no, no. I don't I really don't feel comfortable touching me. I'm standing I'm standing right here. >> No, I No, I don't want him touching me. I literally He's on a power play mode. I don't want him touching me. >> I literally don't want him touching me. >> I'm asking you not to let him touch me. I don't want I me. I don't want you touching me. >> I don't want him touching me. I told you I don't want him touching me. I said I don't want him touching me. >> I don't feel comfortable. What the [ __ ] you touching me? >> Stop. >> No, I don't want you touching me. >> How would you feel? >> Is your dad Your dad's a police officer, right? >> How would you feel? >> Your dad's a police officer. >> How would you feel? >> No, man. Your dad's a police officer. >> I'm about to see how you feel. >> I would feel uncomfortable. >> Yeah. Go. Go. >> He's just touching my leg. >> No. My with his leg. Take your feet off of it. >> That's not my foot. >> It is. What's that? >> The confrontation escalated when she realized she was about to be escorted out in front of everyone celebrating nearby. While many passengers were relieved the chaos was ending, her feet seemed determined to join the argument, kicking and struggling as officers tried to move her along. >> Yes, Daddy. I promise, Addie. I'll be a good girl. >> This is what This is what officers try to tell girls to do. Yes, Daddy. I'll be a good girl. Yes, daddy. >> No, it's what he's doing. This is what he's doing. He's punching me. I'm going to get you up. >> What he's doing? >> I don't want to fight. Seriously, >> I don't want to touch him. >> Okay, I don't I don't want to touch anything. >> Stop. >> I said I don't want to touch. >> Why don't you understand? >> WHY DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND? >> DO NOT KICK THE OFFICER. >> DO NOT KICK an officer. Okay. So, I have female officers will squirt me like gas. That's a >> Do not kick an officer. >> Okay. I don't want it touching me. >> Do you understand? >> No, HE TOUCHED ME INAPPROPRIATELY. >> DO YOU UNDERSTAND? >> YEAH, I'll do that. >> What? >> We talked about it earlier. >> Oh, okay. >> Um, wait. No, give me our phone. >> Uh, you'll get your phone when you get there. >> No, no, no. when you get there >> because I'm going to >> step into the car. Do not >> get the car. >> You got the pull in. >> Yeah. >> Now come where the first >> Karina step your ordering. >> All right, Karina. So, we're going to come in here. Okay. >> No. >> Yeah. You going to get out the car for me so we can search you inside and then you'll be able to call your father. All right. Obviously, like he's already here. He already has my GPS. That's not He's in the FBI. Not good. >> What started as a missed flight quickly turned into something far more serious when she managed to turn herself into a suspect for assaulting an officer. One heated decision can write an entire criminal record. And inside the holding cell, her resistance didn't seem to be over yet. >> Don't shoot me in the face, too. All right. Is there going to >> Don't touch me. I don't want you touching me. I don't want you. Get me. Get me. Oh my god. I'm in such a danger. Get me. I don't want to get me. >> I just don't want her. She's I don't want her touching me. I have no issue being detained. I don't want her detaining me. >> Yes. >> Take care of the jewel. >> Are you sure about trouble, bro? I'm not answering any questions. >> Okay. Well, you're not getting that until you do. >> I don't really give a vacation. It's free, right? You're not going to build me for this [ __ ] Damn. That's cheaper than my apartment. All [ __ ] day. Bunch of cute girls. Put me in solid. That's better. I love you by myself. >> [ __ ] You're the wrong one. >> Okay. Can you go find your address? >> No, I'm not answer anything. >> You're not going to answer anything? What are you going to say? >> You're not going to answer anything. >> So, you're just going to stay here longer. >> Okay. I need you to step back. >> All right. Let's go. >> Watch your feet. >> Okay. >> Take your shoes, your socks off. You got to put these on. Okay. >> My gosh. And I got it. I'm like player, bro. >> It's actually kind of cutting your wrist, though. Like it really is. I was trying to complain, you know, the situation, but it's not fun. >> In the end, the woman faced charges of public intoxication, assault on a public servant, and resisting arrest. If convicted, she could face fines of up to $3,000 and 18 months of probation. After this footage was released, the online community had plenty to say about her behavior. And here's one of those reactions. Show of hands for those of us that hate her without having ever met her. I love how people think if they say no or they don't feel safe that magically they won't be arrested or have to follow the rules or laws. My dad's a cop. Then you really should know how to behave in public. What do you think about her constantly pulling the my dad works for the FBI card to try and intimidate the officers? Drop your thoughts in the comments below. But over at the next departure gate, another Karen is already testing the limits of the law. [music] On December 31st, 2021, police were called to an airport after a woman caused a disturbance on a flight and refused to sit in her assigned seat, forcing the entire plane to deboard. And here's what actually happened when officers arrived. >> They did not take me off the plane. And I have a reason to go to Alaska. You guys messed up my flight ticket. >> What's going on? >> They messed on my flight ticket. I asked for an aisle. They gave me a middle seat. How is that my problem? >> Okay. So, >> this is all about a seat thing. Okay. So, did they ask you talk to you about anything about changing seats? >> I told them. Then the girls let me sit where I wanted to sit. Is that your >> And then they took me off the plane, >> but I walked off >> allowing. They did not arrest me. They did not handcuff me. They did not touch me to get off the plane. >> What's going on right now? Right now. Hey, >> we're here for like your behavior. Okay. >> My behavior. Okay. I got >> a plane for the aisle C. They gave me an E, which is a middle C. That is not what I paid for. >> You have your ID. >> What does that have to do with anything? >> Cuz right now the police are here. We're going to find out the who, the why, the what. So, I just need better. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, >> so on your side, you requested a seat. You didn't get that seat. And now that's why I'm trying like we're here. Did you walk off the plane? They say like, "Let's get off the plane. Are you flying anymore? >> I'm going to Alaska. I'm going to Seattle and then I'm going to >> quick." >> No, I'm trying to listen to you. >> You don't need to right now. >> I need to. It's my privilege. >> Good. Did you prove it? >> Okay. Thank you. So, don't tell me what I cannot and cannot do. >> Sit down. Now, >> no. I would like to hear what people are saying, what I have done on the plane. >> I listen to your side and I listen to their side. >> I'm not asking about my side. I'm asking you what I have done on the plane. Did I touch someone? >> Did I touch someone? >> Please explain it. Have I spoken to Did I touch someone? Please tell me if I've spoken to someone and I've touched someone. >> Okay, so >> listen to him. Ask him that question. >> All right, Jacquine. >> Ask him. >> In her mind, that plane ticket apparently came with the belief that the customer is always right. From there, she felt justified ignoring orders to leave, a strategy that rarely works when you're dealing with police. And they quickly showed her exactly why. >> We're going to walk out cuz we are not passing. >> I don't know anyone here. I got a ride back to New York. >> Okay, we'll walk you out to where the [cough] other airlines [clears throat] are. OKAY, >> DUDE. [screaming] I DON'T LIVE HERE. >> Delta is denying you service. Okay, Delta Airlines, a private company, is denying you service. >> Why, though? Because you guys denied me service. Why? You don't even know why. >> So, you better get me a flight back to New York. I don't live in Utah. I never been here. >> Brought me OUT TO WHERE? TO WHERE you can get >> in Utah. >> At this point, >> I don't live in Utah. >> Jacqueline, at this point, we're helping you to go get rebooked. You keep doing this yelling. We're going to look at criminal charges. Okay. Disorderly conduct. >> Dude, this is on you, though. >> This is not on me. Okay. >> Yeah, this is on you. >> You caused a disturbance. They have deplained. >> No, I did not cause a disturbance. >> They told me how to get an aisle. >> Jaclyn, dude, come here. Give me my [ __ ] >> I DON'T DO [ __ ] >> LET'S GO. Hands behind your hands behind your back. >> I don't [ __ ] live in resisting. >> I don't live in Utah. >> I don't resist. >> I don't live in Utah. >> You understand that? Stop resisting. >> Utah. >> Stop. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop resisting. Resisting. Exactly. >> Stop behind your back. Put your hand Put this hand behind your back. behind your back. >> I need to go home. >> I need to go home. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Don't lift. Okay. Very clear instruction. You on me. She's a kitty. >> Get off me. >> Go back to China. >> Fine over there. >> Few people expect a simple walk through an airport gate to turn into a standoff. But when the arguments start running out, resistance usually takes their place. At this point, she wasn't arguing with one person anymore. She was arguing with the entire legal system. >> Get off me. I have a right. >> I have a right. >> I have a right. >> Stop. >> No. Get off me. >> Stop. Stop. >> I have a right. >> I have a right. >> Stop. >> I have a right. >> I have a right to say no. >> I have a right to say no. >> Stop. >> I have a right to say no. >> I have a right to say no. I refuse to say no. >> I say no. >> Jacquine, you are under arrest for disorderly conduct. >> I say no. I say no. >> I don't want it >> for disorderly conduct. >> No. >> Do not bite my hand. >> I say no. >> Here. >> I say it. >> Oh, shoot. >> Seriously, >> I can't see. >> Okay. Up. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Get off my side. Get off. >> You pervert. >> Your feet. Put your feet down. >> Put your feet down. Put your feet down. GET OFF ME. >> PUT YOUR FEET DOWN. OKAY. Sit back up. >> Get off of me. >> NO ONE IS TOUCHING. >> GET OFF OF ME. Get off me. >> You weirdos. >> NO. GET AWAY. GET AWAY. >> LET'S GO. NO WAY. >> HEY, HEY, HEY. OH, this >> Hey, DON'T DO NOT RESIST. >> GET AWAY. >> GET AWAY. [screaming] >> STOP DOING THAT. >> GET AWAY. GET AWAY. GET AWAY. I DON'T WANT IT. GET AWAY. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> RIGHT NOW. PUT YOUR hands behind your back. >> Let go. >> Put your hands behind your back, man. Her ego still seemed unwilling to accept that control was slipping away. And that stubborn refusal slowly erased any chance of leniency, especially when officers began documenting her kicking at them. [screaming] >> I don't want him. >> I don't want him near anything to you. >> I don't want to hear me. >> I DON'T WANT HIM NEAR ME. Get away. Get away. Get away. Get away. >> Get away. >> GET AWAY. STOP FIGHTING behind your back. >> Put your arms behind your back. Let's get to this. >> You're hurting me. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Leave me alone. >> You're not resisting. Look at that. >> Leave me alone. >> Look it up. >> Oh my god. >> DO NOT RESIST. Do not resist putting his hand behind your back. >> LISTEN TO ME. GET AWAY. >> I'LL DO everything if you give me. Get off of me. >> I can't. Get off me. I'll do it. >> Sergeant has your head. Sergeant has your head. >> Get it away. >> You can let go. >> Put your HAND BEHIND. >> PUT YOUR HAND. He's not double. See, good day. >> Exactly. Right there. One of them right here. Double lock. Okay. Double lock. Okay. I'm going to [ __ ] let you in. Okay. >> The resistance shifted from physical to something more chaotic. Rambling words and scattered complaints. Once credibility is gone, talking rarely changes the outcome. Let's take a look at this chaotic moment through the eyes of the people who witnessed it. Stop. [screaming] >> Stop. back. >> I'm going to back [screaming] >> this way. sister. >> Mr. S. Nice. In the end, instead of landing in Alaska to start her vacation, she began a very different journey. One headed straight to the county jail. She now faced charges of disorderly conduct, assault on a police officer, and resisting arrest. Lesson learned: a bad attitude and an oversized ego don't take you very far. They usually take you straight to jail. And unsurprisingly, the internet had plenty to say about her behavior. Her voice alone is a crime against humanity. The worst part is that she isn't under the influence. This is how she actually behaves. It's crazy that someone would leave their toddler at the airport by themselves. What do you think about her behavior? Let us know in the comments below. But at another terminal, a different passenger is about to take things way too far. On September 26th, 2022 at an international airport, police received reports of an [music] intoxicated female passenger causing a disturbance and acting aggressively toward the flight crew, forcing her removal from the plane. And here's what actually happened when officers arrived. >> Lay down. >> Lay down. >> Lay down. >> Lay down. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. >> Just chill. Chill out. >> To the ground. >> Chill out. Just lay down on your >> stomach. >> Can you loosen your arm, please? >> Yeah. >> Relax. >> What happened? Um she she was removed from the aircraft for um possible intoxication. Okay. >> My boarding agent sent me a message that she needed help because the passenger >> was getting aggressive. Um I called 911 on my way up from my office downstairs on the ramp. I tried to talk to her while I was on the phone with 911. She dropped her bag and so I was walking out to tell her. >> Come on. Come on. >> Hey, stop. We're going away. >> Just come on. >> Hey, relax. Relax. >> Whenever you get >> Watch your damn mouth. All right. >> I don't have to watch [ __ ] Whenever you get dark in the dark blue with strikes with the dark one there with the dark blue there with the green. You'll see. I wasn't doing [ __ ] >> Okay. >> With the young lady. >> We going to call >> with the young one. Got you next to the one in the green vest. Shut the up. Well, what you got in the vest? What you got in the vest is [ __ ] She's the one who clearly told you. You know what I'm saying? >> The people at the vest in the bay know what's going on. Old girl >> in the bay. Have you been drinking? >> Shut the Are we going to walk and get a statement from anybody? What? No, not you. Not >> Oh, yeah. Not you guys. Not the people who matter. One, not the people matter. >> Hey, y'all don't matter, right? You shaking your head, bro. Come on. Speak up for your people. Speak for your people, bro. Nothing. You're not going to speak for your people. >> All right. You >> can you tell me what happened? >> Why would I tell you what happened? There's one, two, three people who I could tell you what happened who didn't call a lady. You feel me? The moment she faced the officers, she admitted she had punched an airport employee, yet still wondered why she was being handcuffed. In her logic, the punch was just a heat of the- moment reaction. While police intervention somehow felt like the real offense. >> Yeah. Give a wild guess. What do you think happened? >> If y'all want to arrest me, I'll get on my feet right now. >> You can stay on the seat. It's fine. >> Okay. >> Let me know when you're ready. >> You can sit back down. It's okay. We don't need you on your knees right now. Come on. >> You're in handcuffs because you punched somebody in the face. >> That's true. >> Okay. So, you admit that? >> I You know, I punched >> Stay over here. Okay. >> All right. Sit back down. >> Yeah. Sit back down, please. >> So, you guys have >> Yeah, we got to stay here. Okay. >> You'll take me down. >> They said you punched them in the face. That's wrong. >> They said that was >> That's what they said. >> And you just agreed to disagree. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Seven people. >> You just agreed that it was true though. So you said it too. >> Cut me out. >> You're nice. >> I'm taking you down. >> Let me take you down. We don't want to take you down. >> Why don't we want to take you down? >> Sit out by committing a crime. >> Let's just sit. Yeah. It's called assault. >> That's what you committed. That's why you're in handcuffs. Okay. Have a seat for us. Why are you being so difficult? >> I'm not being difficult. >> It looks like you are. >> I'm being stand up or sit down. Look, I don't want you on your stomach like that. Okay. >> You can stay on your knees if you like or you can sit down or you can stand. That work right here. >> There we go. There we go. >> Let's just sit. Okay. Relax. Just right there. >> Okay. >> I don't want you on your stomach. >> I have to pitch. >> We can't fix that right now. Okay. >> Female. Watch out. Watch out. You feel like I'm Listen, listen, listen, listen. Don't push me down. Don't push me down. >> Did you have to drink? >> I had two shots. >> Okay. Of what? >> I'm just trying to figure it out. Okay. I'm just trying to figure out what what what caused you to get so angry. What shots did you take? >> That's the thing. I'm not angry. I was trying to board a flight and we were boarding normally. I have no idea what brought this on. I was literally boarding normally with my flight and nobody else was there when I boarded. That's the problem. That's why I'm aggressive cuz I have no idea what brought this on. Okay. >> All right. >> I just want to get away. >> Just minutes earlier, she had been acting like the airport self-appointed champion. Now she shifted into the role of a wounded soul. When she began describing how she had once burned herself to avoid society, the story started revealing signs of deeper long-standing instability. >> Just right there. Perfect. Thank you. >> What's your name? >> Doran. >> Doran. What's your name? >> Look, Doran. And I killed myself to get away from it. And one time I burned I didn't know where they are, but one time I burned myself. nipple the you might laugh later on but nipple the vagina I burned myself to get away from there I burned myself >> like literally cooked with I don't want to be social you mind if we check your blood sugar real quick >> okay okay you just sit there right there for me real quick. >> Okay. You're going to feel a small prick on your finger. We're just going to make sure that your blood sugar is up. >> You just watch. >> Just relax. Relax. >> You just watch me grab that [ __ ] bro. Why you going to ask me if I'm on some [ __ ] >> You just watch me grab that. >> I'll go grab myself. >> Hey, stop. Watch out. Watch out. Watch out. >> No. If you're not going to grab, >> we'll get it for you. >> No, it's not like that. >> Hey. Hey. >> It's not like that though. If you're not gonna grab it, she might get >> We need to figure out what stuff is yours. Okay. >> Okay. >> Baby girl right here. Baby, >> baby boy right here. And the baby green. >> Yes, sir. >> Hey, Ed, do you see do you see a wheelchair in there? >> I knew that. You're going to hurt yourself. >> I know. >> You're going to hurt your arm. Okay. I want that. >> Hurt my arms. While people were trying to help, she chose to threaten medical staff instead. When kindness is answered with hostility, situations move beyond the airport terminal quickly. And no one wants to leave the back of a patrol car under circumstances like this. >> You need some help. You need help. You want one? I'm good. Please, please, please, please. Please, please, please, please, PLEASE. Please help me. Please, please help. Please, please help. It hurts me. >> It hurts me. Please put me down. Put me down. Put me down. Put me down. >> Can you Can you walk? [crying] >> Can you stand up and not struggle with us? >> My name is President. Please put me down. >> All right, let's let's put her down. [screaming] [screaming] Relax. Relax. You have to be served. >> It has to be It has to be [screaming] >> up. Left foot first. All right. >> No, don't want to. >> Crashes. Left foot first. All right, lift it up. Thank you. >> Thank you. Come on, keep going. Watch your head. >> All right, sit up a little bit. There you [snorts] go. Okay, let me help you. Sit up. [screaming] The patrol car door closed, but the story didn't end there. She soon shifted into panic, slamming her head against the window. An unpredictable reaction that made an already tense situation even more volatile. [screaming] [screaming] >> [screaming] [crying] [screaming] >> That's the car, [screaming] BRO. Oh my god. STOP. Damage car. AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. >> SHUT the up about an additional charge. Bro, I'm turning it up. [screaming] [screaming] [screaming] Watch your feet. Watch your feet. Get right. It's all right. You for us. In the end, she was taken to jail and faced charges of simple assault and resisting an officer. So, what do you think would be an appropriate consequence for her actions? Was this a case of alcohol-fueled loss of control or a calculated attempt to manipulate the situation? That's the price of losing control at an airport and the next passenger simply doesn't know when to stop. On December 17th, 2021, at an airport terminal, police were called after an intoxicated man caused a disturbance at the check-in counter and couldn't complete the process of checking his luggage. And here's what actually happened when officers arrived. because he's too drunk and he's understanding a bag and he's drunk. He just wants to go the next flight. So when so you can have something to eat and you can >> the next flight to when >> yeah when I can check for you I can fix it for you. What do you say? >> I need to move you for the next flight. That's not happening. So thank you. So unfortunately you won't be able to travel today, sir. Until you get something to eat, just a high rate >> and if you >> So they already let you know you're not going to travel, right? So they're not going to let you pass through. >> Uh sir, they have the final notice. Doesn't matter what you think. >> I get it, but >> you're not going to travel no matter what. So there's no point of going through this now. That's the manager, supervisors, of spirit right there. They have the final decision. Once they say you can't get on the plane, you can't get on the plane. There's no >> You can call whoever you would like. Yeah. >> Come this way so we out of the line. We don't want We don't want nobody to go to the state. >> You welcome to take his picture. My picture. >> Guys, look. My name is David. Get it clear. >> Yeah, I got you. >> Can we please just step out of the line over here, >> sir? >> Sir, right over this way, please. You're welcome to make any phone calls that you need. >> Let's walk this way. Go call your guy over there. That way, you're not in a line. I don't want nobody bumping people on the stick. >> I'm sorry, bro. What the [ __ ] is going on? >> You're being asked not to fly because of your current intoxicated state. I can tell you your breath's flammable right now. You're that intoxicated. But they've asked, they have the final say. We're just simply asking you to step out of the line because you're literally in the middle of the line right now. >> I will be flying. >> His ego simply couldn't accept the reality that an airline has the right to refuse service to keep everyone safe. He pretended to walk away only to come back and argue again, a move he would later regret. 525. Please >> sir, I wouldn't step over to that line either, sir. >> Guess what? What's that? >> I follow the law and it's illegal for you guys to try to withhold me from going to the law. I'm not doing anything wrong. >> I'm not trying to withhold you from going. >> I already purchased my ticket. My ticket is purchased. I'm checked in. I'm going home. Thank you. >> You're not going to be able to fly? >> Yes, I am. Because guess what? It is not against law for me to fly when I already purchased my ticket. Against law, >> sir, understand this. Just try. >> Sir, I already understand. Sir, thank you, Mr. Hansen. I already understand. I already >> I don't think you do because you're really not listening. >> No, I am listening. Sir, I purchased a ticket. No, I purchased a ticket. >> Uh-huh. >> No. >> Do you understand what a lifetime ban from a flight is? >> I understand what a lifetime ban from. You didn't get that. >> Yeah, but I didn't. >> If the man You're welcome to go. >> We have never stopped you from leaving. >> Thank you. >> You're just not getting on the flight. >> You can go that direction, not this direction. >> Okay. So, when my mom dies, that's on you. >> I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues. Sir, you don't understand. You're not going to be able to board this plane. >> Why? >> Because you're intoxicated and the people that are managing this airline said they're not willing to allow you to get on the plane. >> He demanded fairness yet broke the most basic rules while trying to get it, playing the role of a victim being treated unfairly. He refused to provide ID, creating a circular argument that went nowhere. >> All right. Is this going to the computers up? No. I'm waiting right here. >> You got your ticket, sir? >> Can I please just get my flight? Are you [ __ ] kidding me? >> Sir, we're >> My sister's dead. >> Sir, stop. Do not touch me. Do you understand that, >> sir? I'm going to give you the final warning. If you touch me again, you are going to jail. Do you understand that? >> I'm watching. >> I hope so. I'm also watching. >> Yeah, >> this camera's been recording your behavior. I'm telling you right now. >> I understand. I understand all of my rights cuz I'm a lawsuit. >> That's excellent. They're going to try to refund you, but you have to relax. You have to give them your information. >> I'm not going to relax. So, you tell me I can go home because I've done nothing. >> You're not going to be allowed to board this flight, sir. This gentleman's attempting to refund your flight. Do you have your ticket? >> Because you're trying to get him. >> Or do you have your ID? Do you have an ID or your ticket? If you don't wish to get a refund, you're more than welcome to leave. But if you want a refund, they need to know who you are. >> I'm No, no. This is No, this is for the cop's sake. Trust me. Gen Z's need this. >> Just get me back. because at this point he's going back and forth to let me get your boarding pass. >> I just want to go my sister. Are you [ __ ] kidding me? >> Let me get your boarding pass and I get you. >> I just want to go my sister. >> Understood. May I have your boarding pass and I'll tell you to get home. Let me get you. Yeah. >> Yes, we promise. >> The officers even admitted they had been more patient than necessary. They offered him an easy way out, but somehow he chose the path that led straight to handcuffs. >> You have no booking right now. >> I do have You guys are going to jail, too. >> Okay, I'll tell you right now. You will go to jail if you come back in here. She has not rebooked you. I have confirmed it with her. >> I have against my personal >> Sir, let me speak. >> Yes, >> she has not rebooked you because of the the state you're in right now. You're highly intoxicated. >> Can I talk against the Supreme Court? >> Who? >> Against the Supreme Court. >> Yes, if you want. Take it wherever you want. >> The Supreme Court says you cannot take us against our right. We have the right to a fair. >> Take two steps back. >> Take two steps back. >> Against a fair trial. >> Take two steps back. >> Here we go. >> You're being trespassed right now. You come back here. >> You're being filmed. >> Sir, I need you to leave. >> I'm being filmed. >> I don't You're being filmed, too. I need you to leave. >> Okay, >> sir. >> No. I have I have every right. Oh my gosh. Here we go. >> Oh my goodness. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop. Get my phone. >> Give me my phone. >> I know I have my phone because I know I have against my right cuz I've read every Constitution. >> Give me my phone. Give me my >> I know I have it. >> Three fox trying to elevator. >> Yeah. >> What the heck? >> Why are you playing, >> guys? I just want my You're going to get it. >> In his intoxicated state, he seemed to believe that skimming the Constitution online was enough to debate airport police. But reality quickly stepped in, and jail bars are not the best place for legal speeches. >> My sister died at June High. >> Excuse me. My sister [ __ ] died. >> No. Stop. >> If you will let me go, I'll [ __ ] sit. Stop. >> Have a seat. >> Hey, you do that [ __ ] again. You're going to get another charge. >> Stop. >> You're going to make things worse for you, right? Have a seat. >> I'll make things worse. Yeah. I'll [ __ ] advising stop. >> Go get your gloves. I'm good. >> Don't [ __ ] know. You guys just are so mean. >> We gave you plenty of times, man. >> No, you didn't. >> Yes, we did. >> No, you didn't. All you care is your [ __ ] ego. >> No, I don't. >> Yes, you do. >> Yeah, we have to bring him back home. >> Michael Hansen's journey didn't end in the clouds, but at a hospital for medical clearance before officially entering jail. He faced charges including two counts of assault on a law enforcement officer, violent resistance, nonviolent resistance, trespassing, and possession of a controlled substance. After court, he received 12 months of probation, mandatory random drug and alcohol testing, was required to complete an alcoholics anonymous AA program, and had to pay administrative fines. At airports, arrogance often leads to trouble, and the woman you're about to see next is heading down that exact same path. On August 18th, 2024, at an international airport in Clackamus County, security responded after a woman suddenly ran through an emergency exit near the TSA screening area. The move immediately triggered a security alert. And here's what actually happened next. 104 ID and everything is over there. >> Can you guys call my friend Dion? He's over there. >> Take her up. Put her take a breather. >> Can you call him? >> Can you please call him? [ __ ] That's it. >> Can you please call him? >> I already told you. Yes, we'll call him. >> What? What did you call him? >> Huh? >> Down the stairs. >> Well, what are we going to do? Are you guys going to make me board my plane? I'm going to miss my plane. [laughter] >> Where are you guys taking me? going to the >> Where was this guy taking me? >> Where's the officer? >> Even after being restrained, her main concern was whether she would still make her flight. Meanwhile, the officers were busy dealing with airport security because at this point, the only departure was being processed was a case report. >> All right. My name is Deputy Sheriff Chris Keegan, IDA414 County Sheriff's Office working at Words. Can you tell me what happened today? You working the uh >> Yes, I was working the exit and nobody's allowed to come back the other way. And the the a woman came up and she wanted to come through and I said, "Ma'am, you can't come through." I said, "You have to go back to security." She took her uh she goes, "I don't have my license." I said, "Well, you have to call somebody." She goes, "I don't have my phone." I said, "Well, then go use the uh courtesy phone and call them." And at during that time, she started shuffling her feet forward towards me. So, I kind of feel had a feeling she was maybe going to try to run, which she ended up doing. >> Are you saying run by you or run away from you? >> No, she run by me. >> Ran by you? >> And I actually stepped over to the side to try to slow her down, stop her, and she just ignored it and just went around me and ran. Hey. >> Okay. All right. Um, real quick, my body cam is rolling. So, tell us what happened, officer. We know it was a breach. >> Right. So, I was standing on lane six chitchatting with one of my officers about something that happened this morning and I hear screaming like, "You cannot go that way. Stop. Stop." And next thing I know, like, I just turned and I saw Spears running this way. He took her down, you know, and I just walked over there and to see what was going on. I'm like, "What can I help with this TSA cuz they just breached our exit and he's, you know, scrambling with her, scrambling with her." So, his body camera's on the ground. I picked it up. I said, "I don't think it's on. I don't know how to turn it on." I was like, "Do I need to hit a button?" And he's like, you know, when he's trying to deal with her, there was another male passenger over there and he's like right up on SP. And I said, "Excuse me, sir." I was like, "Please do me a favor." I was like, "Give me that. That's hers. I got it." I was like, "I'm TSA. Back away. We have this." Okay. >> So, they left. >> All right. Uh, real quick, do you guys have c I know we have camera footage at the exit right there for you guys. Can you access it? >> Um, >> we can go over to your room if you want. Uh, >> yeah. For that one, I want to say DOA's upon you. >> According to witnesses, she believed she was simply running toward the gate to catch her flight. In reality, every step was bringing her closer to a jail cell, and the security cameras were ready to tell the rest of the story. You questioning him now. My flight's about to board. [laughter] >> What's going to happen? You're going to miss the flight. >> Was there anybody else with you? >> Yes. Oh, just go to the bathroom. They had the bathroom was too full. So, I went to the other. I didn't know I couldn't come back there. My flight is about to fly out. That's why [laughter] I wanted to go get my ID. I asked the officers to come with me. Is anybody ping him, please? Did anybody page him? Did anybody page him? >> What's What's the person's name that you're supposed to be with? Also, just to let you know that Dion is supposed to have her baggage. I >> think from what I'm gathering is the restroom was too full on the concourse. She left the concourse. She came back to the uh >> Yeah, I did. >> denied all >> Yeah, I heard from the >> He charged with battery on a police officer. Me. >> I didn't hurt you. >> Resisting with violence. >> I got hurt and um going through the sterile area. >> What do you mean? >> You ran through the >> I didn't hurt you. I was trying to get the the other guy to come with me. Then I don't have my ID or anything with me. >> Well, that's there's different ways to handle that. You can't run through the stairway. You can't just go back through there. It's just common sense. >> I didn't know that. I didn't know. >> Everybody knows. Everybody knows that. >> I already know that. >> Most travelers understand that airport security doors are strictly one way, except Grace. She tried convincing officers that she was simply confused and lacked directions. But with warning signs posted everywhere, that explanation quickly started falling apart. >> They're almost smaller. They're almost small enough to pull out. Don't pull out of them. >> Am I going to jail today? >> Yes. But with that said, okay, you'll go to first arraignment tomorrow. You'll probably let out on bail and then you go ahead and fight your charges and say, "I didn't know, you know, whatever happened." Do you explain your side of the story? But the basic side is when you leave something and there's all these kind of signs says do not enter, do not enter and you have someone saying stop, stop, stop. Again, I wasn't there and it'll all be on video. We have plenty of >> safety things. >> I was there. >> Yeah. And he was there. You can't ignore instructions in an airport from an official. We don't know what you have. We don't know. >> I don't have anything under you can't BRING A BOMB THROUGH >> UNDER your shirt. >> This is a This is a federal building. >> We don't know what you have under your shirt. We don't know what you have in your in your waistband. >> Okay. All right. Well, >> I already didn't know. >> No. Okay. You'll have a chance to explain that to the to the judge. Yeah, >> please. >> I didn't I didn't know I one thing I thought is like if I had to go to check out, they wouldn't let me in because I don't have nothing with me and I >> We notice all the time. We can call your boyfriend or call. >> I didn't know that. >> Well, you just don't run. >> I I understand. I just I really didn't know. >> I know. Okay. So, as long as everything's okay and the sergeant allows it, we're going to let you sit like this for now. Okay. There's tissue for you. Did you already use it? >> All right. And the first chance I get, I'll try to get you a little bit of water >> through the exit. >> She didn't know. >> I didn't know. I honestly didn't know. I guess >> the regret only seemed to appear once she realized her next flight wouldn't come with flight attendance or in-flight drinks, just a hard seat inside a holding cell. At that point, the officer's questions began testing just how innocent her story really was. >> There's multiple signs. >> I didn't see it. I swear. >> All right. >> The only reason I asked is because you ruined the whole day because you did something you weren't supposed to do. How many times have you flown? >> Huh? >> How many times have you flown in your life? >> A lot. >> A lot. So, you know, each time that you go down to a concourse, >> I didn't know that. I really didn't know that. Okay, Grace. Grace. Grace. Also, the bottom line is the man in uniform said, "Stop, stop, stop." Do you understand what I'm saying? >> You know, for whatever come with me to come and get my ID at least so he can, you know, I was already [laughter] there. >> But when someone said when law enforcement says stop, anybody of authority says stop, you have to stop. I'm really sorry. >> And and basically, that's why you're here though. You ref you refused the lawful command. >> I'm really sorry. >> Okay. It's I mean, it happened. Is that the end of the world? It just seems like the end of the world now. Yeah. Well, every every airport has a check line you go through. It's called the TSA checkpoint. Okay. [snorts] That's where you go through the non listen. You're going from the non-sterile area to the sterile area. That means you've been scanned. You've been checked. You're sterile. You have nothing. when you go out the exit and now you're in an unsterile place. You just can't go back. Are you follow what I'm saying? >> Yeah. But my thing was I didn't have nothing with me. >> I understand that. But >> that's when you stop and you explain what happened and then we find someone else, get in communication with Dion, get your information back here, and you go through the checkpoint again. You would have, no matter what happens, you still have to go back through the checkpoint because you just went to the, you know, the unsterile area. That's why Dion will probably have to get a hotel room for the night. Wait until you get arign tomorrow. And if you can uh make bail or get released on your own recognition and get a court date, then you can, you know, but that's, you know, that's something that court does. All right. Back seat check. It is clean. They're right in there. Ma'am, can you put the seat belt on? >> Yep, please. Yep. >> All right, Grace. I hope everything works out for you. You don't seem like a bad person. >> Just a confused person. >> In the end, she was taken to jail and face charges of resisting an officer, assault on a public servant, and criminal trespass at the airport. If convicted, she could face fines up to $2,500, 2 years of probation, and even a potential lifetime flight ban. What do you think about someone pushing personal privilege this far in a public place? Drop your thoughts in the comments below. And the next story shows exactly why running through TSA is never a good idea. On March 10th, 2024, in Orlando International Airport, airport [music] security approached a 27-year-old woman named Tamara who was sitting inside a restricted area with a vague explanation for being there. The situation quickly grew tense, and here's what actually happened next. We asked her what she was her business. She goes, "I'm waiting for a friend." I said, "Where's your friend?" She goes, "I don't know." >> Okay. >> She's waiting for somebody to come just now. >> Do you want to press charges or >> would you like to press charges if she refuses to leave? >> Yes. >> All right. >> Hi there, ma'am. >> Hello. >> Were you asked to leave by uh those people? No. >> Okay. Well, they they said that you were asked to leave. So, at this point, you got to leave. >> Let me ask you this. Do you have any business here? >> I was waiting for someone to come back to get your stuff. >> Are you flying out of here? >> No. >> Okay. So, unfortunately, because you don't have any business here, you cannot stay here. [snorts] So, here's what's going to happen. Cuz they did ask you to leave earlier and you refuse to leave. So, now they're letting us know that if you do not leave at this moment, you will be trespassed. And if you still refuse to leave, we will arrest you. >> Okay. I don't have a way till you >> We will give you a bus pass. You can catch the bus and take it off the property. >> I was thinking, >> I'm sorry. >> Can you speak out, please? >> I think she's talking to somebody on the phone. Whoever it is. >> Do you guys have a bus pass by chance? >> Yes, I'll leave. >> Thank you. Are you traveling with anyone else or? >> No. >> The reason why I'm asking because if they need a bus pass, we'll give it to them, too. >> If they didn't, whatever. I'm your home. >> You have ID on you? >> I'm not giving it to you. >> Okay. >> You got to you got to get up and leave then. >> Okay. >> Like I just said, I cannot. >> All right, ma'am. We're going to stop the attitude. I just need you to grab your stuff and go. Ma'am, I just need you to grab your stuff and go. You don't need to have all that attitude. It's not even necessary. >> At an airport without a plane ticket, you're basically just passing through. But when someone without a ticket insists on arguing their way around the rules, the story takes a sharp turn. Soon enough, a free bus pass becomes the unlikely center of a very strange confrontation. >> You can grab yourself and you need to leave right now. If you don't, you go to jail. >> I'll give you I'll give you about 30 seconds. >> 183, come, are you nearby? Like I just said, I cannot leave. >> You're free to go. All you need to do is grab your stuff. I'm >> going wherever I need to go. I cannot leave. I'm going to need a catch. I can't leave the premises. Are >> you refusing to leave? >> The [ __ ] >> Are you refusing to leave? >> Are you refusing to leave? >> I'm going to be stuck here. >> Are you refusing to leave? >> Be stuck here. There's no way to get out of here. >> Did we not just tell you we would give you a bus pass? >> Where is it so I can go? The Give it to me before I end up putting her in the car. >> Okay. >> That's not going to get me where I need to go. >> Yeah, but it'll get you off the property and keep you out of jail. That's what I'm trying to do. >> Well, I'm trying to go where I need to go and not get off the property. If I'm not going where I need to go, then I don't give a about it. >> So, you're refusing to leave the property. Is that what you're telling me? You're refusing to leave the property. I cannot go back. I'm refusing to leave the property. >> If I cannot get to where I need refusing to leave the property. >> No, I'm not going to. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Get off of me resisting. >> Get off of me. >> Stop resisting. >> Get off of me because I'm not going to jail. >> Get off of me. >> GET OFF. >> GET OFF of me. >> Stop. Get off of me. All right. On the ground. On the ground. On the ground. >> Off me. >> On the ground. >> Get off of me. >> Go. Brother. >> Her ego was big enough that an imperfect solution simply wasn't acceptable. Instead, she tried negotiating with the law like it was a customer service desk, forgetting that police officers are there to enforce orders, not bargain over them. Take a breath. >> Stop resisting now. >> I'm not a huge. >> You got it. >> Got it. >> Hold it now. >> Hold it now. >> Stop resisting. >> Get off of me. Give us your hand. Get off of me. >> What's your hand? Yeah, boss. Look at me. >> I got this. Go that side. >> I [snorts] can't go. >> Just stay there. Just stay there cuz I'm about I'm about to put her feet I'm about to bring her feet to her rear. >> Give us your hand. You do not need to make this as hard as this. >> Okay. Okay. Take me. Take me. I'm going get you. Stop resisting. >> Get off of MY [screaming] >> STOP. >> HERE. >> GET OFF OF MY BACK. STOP RESISTING. Stop >> resisting. [snorts] Go ahead. >> Here. Grab it. Stop resisting. You're going to get tased. I'm not going. You're going to get tased. >> I'm not going. >> What's your name? What's your name? I'm not going to jail. It's a line heard all the time, usually right before things go in the exact opposite direction. Stubbornness might win a few everyday arguments, but it rarely beats gravity or the control techniques of Orlando police. >> Get my Get all of my >> Get my stuff. >> What? >> I'm not going to jail because I did not do [ __ ] >> You are going to jail >> for no reason. I'm not going to jail. >> Please comply or you will be >> I'm not going to jail. Stop. >> Get my stuff. >> Stop her. >> Get my stuff. >> I don't know who do I do that by the car so you can >> get her going. >> Get my stuff. >> Get my stuff. >> Get my stuff. >> Secure this cup a little more. Too loose. There's one in my left hand. >> Control that arm. No, no, no. Left hand. Left hand. Left hand. You see that? Control loose. >> Ow. Get off of me. >> Please comply. Stop. Stop flexing. >> STOP FLEXING. [screaming] >> STOP. >> STOP FLEXING. Thank you. >> Off of me. >> Thank you. >> Please walk. >> GET MY STUFF. >> PLEASE WALK. >> GET MY STUFF. OH, WALK BACKWARDS. WALK BACKWARDS. There you go. Hold on one second. Come through. >> Got it. >> Even as the situation escalated, she remained focused on getting her belongings back. But by that point, the story was no longer about property. And her next trip was likely beginning in the back of a patrol car. >> GET MY PROPERTY. I NEED MY STUFF. [screaming] Hold >> up, people. Hold up. We got the rest. >> GET MY STUFF. >> IT'S LOCKED. IT'S LOCKED. IT'S LOCKED. >> YEAH. >> Open up the door. Create a pocket. Then we'll search it. >> I don't even have nothing. That is my stuff. GO GET IT. >> THERE. You're going to be searched. Do you have anything ON YOU THAT'S >> NO, I NEED MY STUFF. Go get my stuff. Why haven't you got my stuff? I need my stuff. >> Y'all arrested me for no reason. It does not even make any sense. >> I need my stuff. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> I don't even know what you're talking about, but I need my stuff. >> Sit all the way back and face to the left. >> I need my face that way. for the left. >> Can you get my >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and faced charges of trespassing after warning and resisting an officer without violence. She later entered a no contest plea, received one day in jail and was ordered to pay $323 in court costs. So, what do you think? Was the officer offering her a free bus pass, a reasonable act of patience, or did that kind of kindness make people like her believe they could demand even more? Up next, the kind of attitude that can get a passenger banned from every airport. On July 25th, 2023 in Pensacola International Airport, Florida, police were [music] called after a female passenger was removed from a plane for causing a disturbance before takeoff. The situation escalated quickly. And here's what actually happened when officers arrived. >> May I ask a question? >> Yeah, once we get out of here. >> Okay, I'm fine. >> No, ma'am. No, no, this is about my ticket. This is I need to know this. I need to know. >> Okay. >> Can I ask you something? >> And he just reached the phone and my dad will know. Everybody know though. >> We'll get everything sorted out. >> Huh? >> No. Okay. Do I have Am I not boarding this plane? >> No. Why not? >> The captain kicked you off. So, >> so the captain can I ask why? >> Cuz I really have to be here. I have to go to court somewhere. So, I'm going to have a a I'm going to be in trouble for missing court. So, can you call your lieutenant or your sergeant, please? No, that's a problem. You need to call your lieutenant or your sergeant. >> They have they have no say in it. >> Go. This is private property. >> Okay. So, let me ask Can I ask the captain, please? Listen, this is if you have God or anyone got God in your heart, y'all would let me ask because I really have to make it a sexy. Okay. The captain is not help. >> Okay. Well, can I use the phone right here to call my dad or can I use one of your phone? >> Stop the concourse. >> Huh? >> Okay. >> We'll go walk off now. That's That's the lady to help you right there. >> Okay. Ma'am, hold on. Can y'all One thing one thing cuz we were all ready delayed, right? We were already delayed. Yes, ma'am. Yes, ma'am. One second. We were delayed by the flight. Now, what they did, even the guy, but one second. Huh? You know you can catch federal charges, right? I know, but I'm literally Did you pick me off? I was I was given permission by the guy to use. >> I'll walk off to the jet bridge here. Let's walk off over there. I need >> So, there's no way I can board. >> Well, I need to talk. Let's talk Let's talk over here. I want I want out of the airplane. I want us to all go. >> Running late for a court appearance, she seemed to come up with a rather unusual solution. Create a few more legal problems right there at the airport. Her power move began with sprinting into a restricted area and dialing 911 right in front of the officers. >> Hold on. 911. >> STOP. YES. PLEASE COME TO PENSACOLA AIRPORT. THESE ARE LIEUTENANT OR SERGEANT. THEY WILL NOT CALL FOR RAPE AND THEY ARE ABUSING ME. Please come. Please come now. >> I'm Pensacola airport. Can I get my bags? Can I get my stuff? Look. >> No. What? Look. Okay. Look at this. Didn't I ask Look, can you listen to me? >> No. Don't listen to you. >> No, because I did ask you guys. I said, "Can I talk to the cop for a minute?" Because I had to make it. Didn't I tell you guys that or ask you guys that? >> Don't care before you have to go. You were kicked off the plane. >> But he said he was going to talk to me about it, right? >> Then you ran away. Listen, my thing what it is is >> yeah coming anyway because listen if y'all had the love of God which was on y'all y'all wouldn't be doing this. I promise >> you anything. >> Thank you. That's it. That's it. >> I have to baby. >> Okay. >> All right. But can you talk can you let my window down first? So look, he's opening it. He's opening it. I'll take a seat. I'm >> all right. >> I'm sitting. >> Okay. Go. >> I am. Can you crack my window for me, please? >> Yeah. We'll crack the window and cut the AC, boys. >> Thank you. Look at this. Are you getting my bag to bring with me? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> You're going to have everything with you, right? >> All right. >> Hi. Come here. >> What's up? >> Can I ask one thing? >> Okay. >> You're What's your name? >> Daniel. >> Can you call a sergeant or lieutenant? that you know you're supposed to because that's your rank and you'll get arrested. Okay. I mean not arrested. Thank you for performing. >> I apologize. Not arrested but in trouble. You know that's a duty. That's your duty. So can you call for a ranking officer right now? >> If it's anything to do with the airlines? >> No, it's not to do with airlines. I just I need you to call the rank ranking officer. I'm requesting that. >> Her hands were already in cuffs. But that didn't stop her from training the officers on how to do their job. Add a little religion into the speech and suddenly the patrol car turned into her personal stage. >> Sir, what's going on? Well, you breached security on an airfield for one. >> But how did I breach security on the airfield? >> He ran out onto the ramp area of the runway. >> But no, the captain told me that. What you mean run off the ramp? The captain told me to step out on the ramp, didn't he? Isn't that what he said? >> No, he said step out right into that little jet bridge area where we're all standing. And you said okay and took off running. >> No, the jet bridge is where I was. And he asked me to get off and I got off. You don't remember that? Y'all asked me. But am I Listen, am I lying? Did y'all ask me or did y'all not ask me? Good job. Did y'all not ask me to get on? >> I'm gonna go see if I can get witness statements from the air crew before they depart if they haven't already. >> Hi. >> Hey. >> Did you happen to get her name? >> Uh, we got downstairs. Did any of y'all witness her behavior on the aircraft? >> Yeah. Well, not I mean, we came on about the same time. So, >> Nissa actually was down there the whole time. Nissa and it mostly just >> understanding what happened. >> Okay. So what what happened is the flight attendant asked me she said hey there's a lady right there black American African black American >> Mhm. >> And then um she said that she she is borrowing phone she's sitting on a 28 Delta and she kept transferring seeds with different guys. the platin that told me that the the lady was laying on her on the guy just like harassment >> doing like this and um >> so she was bothering other passengers and >> disrupting and then the flight attendant asked the the guy do you know him do you fly together and said no so the flight attendant asked the guy move to different seats that way she sit by herself and she borrowing her and then the flight attendant she said she need to go I'm not comfortable flight. >> An airport isn't a living room and police officers aren't room service. Once the flight crew's statements clarified what really happened, her victim narrative started falling apart. But that still didn't stop her from lecturing officers on procedure. >> For right now, until the sergeant gets here. Yes. >> Okay. We're just waiting on the sergeant. >> Okay. >> Can you place a call for uh for the sergeant so I know that >> he's on the way? >> Can I Can you do it for me? >> I'm not sure if he's done. >> It is. He's on the way. >> Can I make sure that is planned? >> Mhm. He is on the way right now. I am I would be what would be considered a corporal in most ranks. I'm a training officer. >> The sergeant is on the way. >> Ask an officer because there's been a problem. Can they call an official? >> He is on the way. >> I know, but I didn't hear from you. >> No, he's already on the way. I can't call him a second time. All that's going to do is aggravate him. >> Okay. Well, can can I get something to drink or some water or anything? >> Just one one second. So, why don't you tell me what's going on? >> Uh, what's your name and badge number? >> Kent 196. >> Tent 196. Thank you, Kent 196. All All I'm doing Okay, this is what happened. >> Okay, I was doing right and I was using somebody's phone and nobody didn't Can one of y'all call ranking officials for me, please? That'll make me very much more. >> We've already called the sergeant. >> As an officer of the law, you can you please do that for me. >> So, we've already called the sergeant. That is the highest ranking person right now. >> Who called the sergeant? I didn't hear. No, he did not. He refused to ask him. He'll tell you the truth. >> Sergeant's on the way. >> But how? When he refused to. >> Was it you or was it Officer Daniels that called? Okay. Offic and um >> cuz he was on the way before I was. I was just closer. >> This is my thing. Officer, is your body cam on? >> Yes, ma'am. That's why the red lights on. Let me just reporting. >> He is too. Thank God. >> Probably power off. Oh, God. Why y'all keep looking at him like that? Why y'all keep looking? Can I request a female officer? >> I'm looking at you, please. >> Okay. >> I feel uncomfortable with all these. >> Okay. We don't have a female officer working tonight. The only female officer we have is a sergeant who's on light duty. She told her ACL, so she can't come out here. She can't She can't She's got a torn ACL. She can't walk. So, she's just sitting there on a computer. So, what's going on? >> Nothing. I'm just waiting on the I'm waiting on the sergeant. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> You all right tonight, ma'am? >> Huh? >> You all right? >> I was doing all right till I got kicked off the plane. And I was doing all right until the officers of the law are refusing to call a ranking official with their body cams on. >> He hasn't even ran my name yet. >> Just throwing this real quick for you. >> Can you run my name? >> She kept pushing back using a few legal tips apparently picked up online. But while she debated the procedure, the officers already had everything they needed, including the boarding pass and ID she had handed over earlier. >> Okay, listen. I'm not being a star. >> So, I'm just telling you the whole calling a ranking official and all that and saying it over and over and over. >> Listen to me. Just listen to me. >> Can you run my Y'all know how it go? This is procedures of the law. If a police has you in the back of a police car, the least he can do is run your name. >> And how do you know he hasn't? >> Huh? Cuz he hasn't. >> How do you know? >> Cuz he hasn't asked me my birthday. He hasn't asked me my social security number. He hasn't did any of that. How is he going to run it? >> ID. >> He doesn't have my ID. >> You had to have an ID to board a plane. So, he's got all your information. >> No, my bag was dropped. >> But listen to me. Listen, that whole ranking official trying to tell us what the law is. I'm not. >> Did you go to law school here in Florida? Do you have a bar? No. >> Okay. Did you go through the academy here? >> No, I did not. >> So, how do you know any of this stuff? Why do you know our procedures? >> Because you wouldn't if you've never done it. >> My brother would have been in trouble. >> Okay. That doesn't mean you know the law. I didn't say that, but I'm just asking. >> My name, please. >> It has already been done. >> Can it be ran now? >> It has already been run. We don't just sit there and run it over and over. >> I see. I see. >> That's not the way it works. >> I see. >> Like I said, all you're going to do, this whole sovereign act is just going to get you in more trouble. >> I'm just going to tell you that right now. >> Oh, you can add charges to things. >> All right, ma'am. I'm going to help you out. Okay. Be right with you. >> Yeah. Right. Next step. All right. Stay with me. Okay. So I don't know what the other offic >> According to the official record the suspect faced a serious list of charges including disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, trespassing, and assault on a law enforcement officer. So, what do you think? [music] Was her constant demand to speak with someone higher up because she genuinely believed [music] in the process, or was it just a delay tactic to avoid facing the reality of being arrested? An attitude like that can get you banned from an airport. But the next man somehow managed to make things even worse. On December 22nd, 2022 in Tampa International Airport, [music] Florida, police responded to what began as a simple request for assistance after a passenger reported leaving a bag on the plane. But the situation quickly spiraled. And here's what actually happened next. >> I don't know what else to say. >> Well, let's see what happens when she gets back. Hopefully she's got your bag >> and then you hop on your Uber and get to going. >> Oh, is this the piece that's gonna >> cuz you know I didn't have on my bag, right? >> Besides we just we just wanted you to get >> Besides my shooters. >> Yeah, you you already saw that on the cam. >> No, you can't. Why are you trying to stop? >> You couldn't even have a cigarette. >> Like I'm going to leave some cigarette. >> That's all I wanted. >> I want to shut the >> You're going to go ahead and get a cigarette. >> Just calm down. >> Give me Give me as soon as we get your bag, >> right? Cuz then if you don't have your bag, >> can I have my two other shooters? >> Cuz I still have leftovers. All right. >> I do have leftover shooters. >> Okay. >> Can you go ahead and take me so I can go to the gas station? >> Okay. Okay. Well, let's let's wait on her. >> So, you can clear me. >> Okay. >> Cuz Hey, cuz my dad is going to ask you. >> All right. I'm not going to say a word. I'm not clear. >> All right. I'll I'll tell Dad you are good to go. Is dad coming to get you or I think you said Uber's coming to get you. >> Where are we? >> In Tampa, Florida. >> Dad is not coming. >> Uber's coming. >> Can I have those shots? >> I'm not going to take them from you. No, I'm saying can you tell dad? I didn't know you knew my dad. >> I don't know your dad. >> What is your name? >> We're all good. I'm Mike. >> Mike. >> Mike? >> Yep. >> What's your license? >> Ruiz. >> Are you taking over? >> Yeah, cuz it didn't seem like you like >> Well, I don't I don't like >> We're waiting. Um, she's checking cuz he left something on the airplane. >> He what? >> He left something on the airplane. So, that's what we're waiting on. is very intoxicated and forgets lots of stuff. >> It looked like he was trying to play a few power cards, forgetting that he didn't actually have any verified information to back them up. Meanwhile, the officers patiently walked him through the procedure, like reluctant tour guides explaining airport rules. >> Sheriff, so we don't know what he's like. >> We don't like our current sheriff all the time. >> I'm sure you've seen Dutton. And I'm not threatening you of any of that. >> I just love uh Kevin Kaiser's new show. It's pretty bad. [laughter] >> But that's it. That's all I have to say. >> He kept trying. No, no, he's here from Missouri. He kept trying to go the wrong way of TSA and that's what caught my eye and then the TSA guy walked down here cuz he said he forgot the uh um something on the plane. So the lady's actually down there looking on the plane right now. >> What's the time again? >> Mike. Mike. >> Okay. Okay, >> this is just this is Gary. >> Gary, >> what's up, brother? How you doing? >> It's very nice to meet you. >> All right, just give us a second. We're going to get your stuff >> here before. That's >> good, man. Good. I hope you enjoy. >> That's why I was asking. Is there anything we need to do while I'm down here? >> Bush gardens. Pretty cool. Um, >> no. I was at uh flowers and stuff. >> No, no, no. It's got uh roller coasters and stuff. It's pretty cool. >> I'm cool with that cuz I I live in Missouri. Okay. Yeah, it's good stuff. >> Did you have a suitcase? >> Yeah, I have a carry-on suitcase. It's um like it starts with this. See, >> we can bring it up here due to security issues. Um so, it will be in the bag. >> All right. We'll take them. Okay. All right. We'll take you to where it's at. It's where all the It's where all the bags are. >> Clayton, come on. >> I don't want them touching. >> Clayton, we're just taking you there. We're not touching it. They already put it on the container. >> But you heard what I said, though. >> As the conversation shifted from casual travel talk to luggage security checks, he slowly realized he was no longer steering the discussion. Beneath the calm surface, the tension was quietly building. >> We're going to We're going to miss the train. >> No. Clayton, this is going to go south really fast. Get your ass on that train right now. >> You saw meary. I'm refusing. I'm refusing. >> Okay. >> Hey, man. >> We're trying to get you to your stuff. >> Your stuff's going to disappear. Your cigarettes are going to disappear. >> I don't care. >> It's all over here. >> No, I didn't do anything wrong. >> Nobody said you didn't do anything. Leave me alone. Let me go on my flight. Leave me alone. >> You already went on your flight. Call my bro. >> No, call him. We're trying to help you. You understand that? >> We just got a 911. >> Oh, now all of a sudden you're being nice. >> I wasn't mean to you. Who's being mean to you? >> I didn't say you were. >> Oh, yeah. >> No, we're trying to help you, man. Your all your stuff, all your stuff, your your luggage and everything is over here. I thought they were lying, but they're >> We're trying to help you this whole time >> and you're acting crazy. Slide over. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Once the situation stopped working in his favor, he tried flipping the script from the one causing the disturbance to the supposed victim. The performance began as if the airport were a stage and he was the star of his own personal tragedy. >> Nothing. You know, all of this you were here to help you and and you turned this into a nightmare. >> You know that the doors are closing. Please turn. Do not enter the building. >> Okay, you guys wouldn't have to hurt. >> Come here. >> You don't have to hurt me anymore. >> Nobody's hurting you. Nobody's hurting you. >> You drugg me up after a bull. >> When I flip you, you lay flat. >> How about I just lay flat?
