He's guilty of He got out of a domestic violence and an assault charge. He's on probation for 2 years. >> And he has video of his phone on his phone of you of you going at him and grabbing his hair and pulling him. >> What do you do when the person you once shared a bed with shows up at your door completely losing their mind? >> Cuz he pissed me off because all I want is my [ __ ] back. He took me off his YouTube Premium, but he has my Chromecast like the dumbass >> She's on meds? >> Yeah. >> And she's not supposed to drink with meds? >> So, you're going to be placed under arrest right now for domestic violence. >> Let's strip away the mask of these toxic relationships where obsession costs you your honor and your freedom all right in front of the camera. >> Nick, children services are here. I didn't touch your back. What are you doing? THAT'S A LIE. I NEVER TOUCHED YOU. >> On August 11th, 2023 in Ohio, police are called to the scene after reports of a man fleeing in a total state of panic. The visible wounds on his body were just the beginning and what follows is the full story of that chilling confrontation. >> All right, answer it. >> I give her money for her car payment and the house and she just kind of used me to take advantage of me and then it was like I don't need you anymore. So, I just really want to break up with her. Um I was getting some belongings that I have next door. I don't live there, but I live here at my sister's house. There's been times where it's been like I've gone over there and I brought the PlayStation over. >> You live here, ex-girlfriend lives there. >> That's right. >> Okay. >> And uh I was trying to leave and she assaulted me. She ripped my shirt off and then scratched here on my back. I just trying to leave. Really, I just want my shirt back, but like she's threatened me before with guns. She's punched me in the face. And then she had my father and my sister no trespassing against her property because they've tried to help me move out several times. She's threatened me with firearms. She's physically assaulted >> How much stuff you still got over there? >> Nothing. Just the shirt. >> So, so you're just concerned about a shirt right now, that's it. We don't have to move any furniture or nothing like that. >> No. Okay. I got a spare key that she'd given me cuz we got into a I got into a car accident, you know, she's trying to help me through that stuff, but >> Like a spare key to the house or to the car? >> It's a spare key to the car. There is a house key on it, too, but I don't want to go back over there. I don't feel safe, so >> Well, she's not willing to give it, do you think we could give her the key back and exchange make an exchange? >> make an exchange for the shirt. She's not going to Probably, yeah. This is a phone >> Let me answer it. I'll just tell her you want the shirt back. She said she's got the shirt. What What's your plans for the future? I mean, how do you see this playing out? >> This relationship is over. She's used me for all the money that I've had time and time again. I've maxed out credit cards, this, that, and the other. I'm done with it. She's threatened >> Right. >> Because we went through this once before trying to work through issues with therapists and everything else. It's just not working out. I'm allowed to break up with her. You know, you're not going to threaten me with guns or physically assault me or verbally abuse me. I'm done with all that. >> So, I'm blaming >> It started with love, but it ended with a price tag on human dignity. While the boyfriend was falling apart, his self-respect wore down to nothing. It's her coldness that truly turns your stomach. She looks at his pain like it's nothing more than a simple calculation. >> Yeah. Well, I don't know you guys, but he's not coming down here. He says he's got no plans to come down here. So, vice versa. >> It's perfectly fine. It's just the same old same old. Okay. I mean, he's on 2 years probation for domestic violence. Um My son's inside. He witnessed it again. Um I had a work meeting to go to this morning. Um The canary caught everything. I had Alexa recording. I had my phone recording. He stole my phone. He ran away with it. He threatened us inside. Um >> Does he live like directly next door or is he the next house over? >> No, this is his family's house. >> Well, I mean that's what we're saying. >> He'll give you three different addresses. >> Okay. >> Yeah, that's just >> Are you guys going to be able to be on the same street and we're not going to be called out for you guys fighting anymore? >> Be called out? It's been 2 years of this. >> I have no idea. I've never been >> Yeah, it's been all just I just ask him all. But, I mean I have a child involved. Um And I have everything on video and audio again. But, please just keep in mind he's guilty of He got out of a domestic violence and an assault charge. He's on probation for 2 years because of these antics. And he just did it again today and I actually have it all recorded. >> You have what recorded? >> Everything that he did today inside the house. >> Okay. >> So, but as officers, I would just really keep in mind of it's cute what he says and this that and the other, but there's a reason reason Judge Dressel has him on 2 years probation for a convicted domestic violence assault charge. >> Hiding behind the mask of a victim, she's smug, convinced the system will always take her side. You see, she didn't call the police for help. She called to legalize the abuse she was heaping onto that man's shoulders. >> No one wants to see me. >> I know. I just want peace. >> Police officers just want peace. >> There you go. Well, I'll tell you what, you already got a trespass. >> Right. >> So, if you need to go down down to the courthouse and talk to someone. >> I had a civil protection order against her. She threatened a domestic violence protection order against me. Then I went through this whole situation of domestic violence. I'm on probation right now. >> Well, here's the thing. Since you've already had it, it won't be hard to get it reissued. And they'll have enough proof already that this is going on. This is a public record that he called. >> Right. That's why I called. >> I'd go get it reinstated, man. And just stay away cuz otherwise you're just going to keep getting arrested. >> Right. >> Yeah. But with you being on probation, be extremely cautious of any contact with her. If she's going to play games and call us out here and make out I mean, you know what kind of an allegation it takes for you to go to jail. So >> Right. Right. And that's the kind of mind games I've been playing. That's right. >> So I just wouldn't have any contact with her whatsoever. >> It's just it's been an absolute nightmare. >> Okay. Is there a 30-day fine for domestic violence? >> That'd be a good question for his probation officer. >> But he's on supervised. So Judge Dressel? >> Potentially. >> Okay. So the video and audio that I have Like why why is he on probation for 2 years and doing this and you guys just keep coming in and out and seeing him a drunken mess or a fool calling the cops on himself again? And I'm just trying to work making 70,000 dollars with my son. Like why is he on probation and actually out of tune enough with the real world to continue calling the police on himself but the police do nothing about it after >> What what did he do today to you? >> Um with health property Look at it like I'm I can't deal with this. >> By using the fact that she pays the bills as a moral shield, she gave herself permission to be cruel without a shred of guilt. In her eyes, Nick wasn't a human being with feelings anymore. He was just an outdated piece of property she could trample on whenever she pleased. >> I have a job. >> Okay. >> And he left, so I don't know. >> Huh? >> You're home here right now. Why did he call earlier? >> 2 3 4 5 6 7 8. You know, police officers again. I mean, you can ask any of these neighbors. They're used to it. >> But you never explained to me today, other than the property he took, what else did he do? So, how did his his shirt become taken off of him? >> Uh because he took it off. Here in the house. >> He took it off? >> Yeah. We have one and three and >> two ever live together? >> Yeah, we've been engaged for over a >> So, he lived with you? How long ago was that? >> Um for the past 2 years. >> Okay. >> But then he'll give you a >> So, he took his own shirt off? >> so >> So, so he took his own shirt off? >> He did. He went like this and took it off. >> He went like that? >> Mhm. Yep. >> So, explain to me how explain to me how there's scratches on his back. >> It's uh I'm I'm working. >> Because the story he's telling us is that they're caused by you. >> Right, but doesn't this happen >> now you're being placed under arrest. >> Uh-huh. I'm being placed under arrest for domestic violence? Wait, what? Nick, I never touched you. No, no, no, no, no, my son's in there by himself. >> What? >> Nick, I never touched you. Nick, what's the truth? What is going on? No, no, no, no, no, no. >> Just relax. >> I swear to god. What do you mean I I I He's on probation for 2 years for hurting me. >> That doesn't mean you're allowed to put scratches on his back. >> Nick, I didn't put any Nick, are you serious? I have it all on video inside. Please don't do this. What are you talking about? >> Okay, who can come and take care of your child? >> Nobody. >> Okay. >> No. >> She started off as a tyrant, trying to buy her own version of reality. But the moment she's faced with the law, she suddenly plays the part of the poor grieving mother. Those whimpers of hers aren't for Nick. They're for the consequences she's finally having to face. >> Child Protective Services are going to come out. >> Nick, Child Protective Services I didn't touch your back. What are you doing? That's a lie. I NEVER TOUCHED YOU. NICK, tell the truth now, please. What are you doing, Nick? You're leaving him by himself. Why? >> What do you want me to do? >> Nick, tell the truth. Did I ever touch you? Nick, did Nick, did I ever touch you? Did I ever hurt you? Yes or no? Yes or no, please. >> We already saw the scratches. >> I didn't do the scratches. He did it to himself or his sister, Nick. Please, tell the truth. I would never hurt a fly, AND YOU KNOW THAT. NICK, I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING, NICK. Oh my god, guys, I swear to god I'm working. >> Your child's name? >> Please don't do this. Please. Oh my WHAT IS GOING ON in the world RIGHT NOW? I I'M so confused. No, I'm not >> Do you have a family member that can come take care of >> My family's disowned me. >> I really don't want this to happen. I don't know how to make peace >> is kind of out of your hands right now. What we're really concerned about is the kid. >> Well, now I can take care of the kid, but 40 minutes ago, when you were about to leave, that was not the case. >> Are you willing to do that? >> Yeah. >> Okay. No. >> you'll be fine. You can have a seat. >> In the end, she was hauled off to jail on domestic violence charges. If convicted, she's looking at up to 180 days behind bars and a $1,000 fine. She'll be strictly barred from going anywhere near Nick and may find herself under the watchful eye of child protective services. Now, the police had enough of patience for that one until they ran into the mastermind of harassment in this next case. On January 26th, 2024, an emergency call pulled back the curtain on the dark side of Alex's relationship with his ex. What started as a toxic love had spiraled into relentless harassment. But as the officer stepped in, Gabriella's little psychological game began to unravel piece by piece. >> Hello. Was she dropping off stuff for you? >> I have no idea. He's sleeping in there. A lot of banging. >> Okay. You never had contact with her or anything? >> No, it's been like 2 or 3 weeks. >> Okay. She's gone. Oh, it was Was that here before? >> Huh? >> Was this here before? >> No, I don't think so. >> Mhm. What is that? Dog. Unless she ran out the back. I mean, I Oh. Do you have an order of protection against her? >> I don't know. It's like maybe 2 months or so. >> Was it just for a couple weeks or >> Yeah, it was just like 2 weeks I think. >> Oh, okay. But you had no contact with her or anything? >> No, it's been a while. >> But today you didn't. You just heard knocking on your door. Did you look through the peephole and see her there? >> No, I just heard a lot of banging and that's the only >> Okay. If it becomes an issue, you might want to get another order of >> of protection. >> She just banged on the door and ran away. It was kind of >> Did she say anything? >> Um No, I don't I don't I didn't hear anything. >> Just banging on the door? Yeah, but you assume that's her? >> It was her, but she left the list, so >> But you didn't see her. >> No. >> Okay. Well, if you think it's her and you're concerned, by all means get an order of protection renewed or get a new one. Okay. I don't know if Is that your stuff? >> Um I'm guessing it's probably banging on my door and everything and it's just kind of ready to be picked up. >> Well, Alex used silence as a way to survive. Gabriella used noise and chaos just to feel alive. That's why when the police finally confronted her, she didn't show a lick of remorse. Instead, she went straight for his character, trying to tear him down. >> Gabriella? >> Yes, what? >> Well, relax. Uh were you over at Alex's place? >> Yeah, he wasn't opening the door. >> Okay, he doesn't want you going back over to his place anymore. Okay. He woke up pounding on the door. He said that he doesn't want you over there. So, don't go back. Okay? >> I was literally knocking and then I went to go knock on his window cuz I know he had his earbuds in. So, then I was knocking and instead of "Hey, let me open the door to see what she wants." And I'm like, I keep knocking and knocking, he's not answering. So, then like I'm banging and I know he's doing it on purpose. >> Okay. Are you guys You guys are broken up still, right? >> He's He's a dumbass. That's what he is. I wanted All I wanted I was returning the stuff that he had given me literally not that long, 2 days ago a day ago and I all I wanted was my trays so I can bake. He didn't open the door. He stopped answering my messages because he's such a little baby. He doesn't He doesn't like it when I tell him the truth. He wants to be a little baby all the [ __ ] time with his stupid ass mentality. >> Okay. >> And he couldn't even have messaged me, "Hey, this is not in the third." No. >> Okay. >> So yeah, I'm pissed. >> Okay. Well, he is why he is why you're coming over anymore. >> Okay, that's That's fine. I'm still going to message him and he's still going to have to have me come over or I'm going to come over when his dad is coming over cuz he's pissing me off because all I want is my [ __ ] back. He took me off his YouTube premium but he has my Chromecast like the dumb ass he is the cheap ass broke ass bum ass mother he is. I'm going to He's pissing me off because I put up with his dumb ass [ __ ] all the time. >> By using personal belongings as tools for manipulation, she tried to force a connection that had already been snapped. Deep down, all that belittling was nothing more than a smoke screen. She was terrified of losing the power she once held over his heart. >> He has my stuff, my Chromecast stick and he's using it all but he took me off his ass YouTube. So yeah, I'm mad. I'm upset because he treats me like [ __ ] and I always had to give him everything and he still doesn't [ __ ] appreciate [ __ ] So yeah, I'm mad cuz I want my [ __ ] back. You're going to treat me like [ __ ] but all the [ __ ] that I did for you, you don't give a Look at what you just made me do. You don't GIVE A YOU GAVE ME YOU wouldn't have the [ __ ] cops coming over here. >> No. >> You settled it down like a >> Relax. Relax. >> I don't care if I'm MAD AND I'M UPSET. >> HE asked me to come over here. >> I don't give a [ __ ] He could HAVE CAME OVER HERE. HE COULD HAVE TALKED TO ME LIKE A GROWN ASS MAN but he's not. >> Slow down. >> What the [ __ ] you want? Like okay, I'm going over. >> I just want to make sure you're okay. And just confirm you were over >> Leave me the [ __ ] alone. Like seriously like leave me the alone. >> Okay. Police. Come here. How are you tall? Police. You got the door. >> Our Karen here ignored every single warning and snuck right back into his house. She honestly believed she could slip in and out before getting caught. Or maybe she just thought the rules simply didn't apply to her. >> Where is she? Right here. What are we doing? I know that you didn't understand what I said last time. What are you doing? >> Stop. I'm not up to run, so leave me the hell alone. >> Stop. >> LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE. >> NOW YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> LEAVE ME ALONE. >> STOP. >> I SWEAR TO GOD. I SWEAR TO GOD. STOP TRYING TO GET OFF ME, ALEX. I'M NOT NOBODY'S RESISTING. >> STOP. STOP. STOP. HEY, RELAX. ALEX, step back. No. Nobody's coming. >> Don't open it. >> Nobody's coming in right now. You got it. Yeah, I got it. up. Sit up. >> You kicked me. Do not. Do not. DO NOT. DO NOT. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT? DO NOT. >> WE'VE GOT ONE IN CUSTODY. >> DO NOT. >> Settle down. >> Leave me the >> No. >> Leave me the >> Once her efforts to manipulate were shut down, she chose to explode trying to fill the void of her own helplessness. But let's be clear, that aggression only proved one thing. She had already lost to a system that has no room for such arrogance. >> Yep. Gabby, do you have any shoes? >> DO NOT. GABBY. >> OKAY. WE'RE GOING TO SIT YOU UP. READY? 1 2 3. Easy. You're already going to jail. >> Stop. >> Wait. I thought my face. DON'T HURT ME. DON'T HURT ME. DON'T HURT ME. DON'T HURT ME. >> STOP, GABBY. IT'S OVER WITH. >> I can't breathe. >> Well, you're done. >> Sit up. >> You can yell, YOU CAN BREATHE. CAN'T YOU? >> Sit up. Let's go. Stop. We're up again. You're going to GO TO THE GROUND. STOP IT. UP. >> WAIT. >> NO. SKYLAR, you're going to fall on the stairs. >> My hoodie is I'm running out of breath here. >> Well, why don't you stop fighting? You would have plenty of breath, huh? >> You don't let me. >> In the end, she was hauled off to jail facing heavy charges of aggravated assault on an officer, resisting arrest with violence, and burglary. If the hammer falls, she's looking at 1 to 5 years behind bars, fines up to $25,000, and a year of probation. She's permanently barred from Alex's life. One wrong move, and she's going straight back to a cell. Take it from me. Don't go falling for the unstable ones because the price of madness in this next case involving a mother is much, much higher. On April 14th, 2024, a family reunion in Illinois turned into a high-stakes standoff when a father tried to leave with his child, but the mother wasn't having it, and the scene she caused was something nobody saw coming. Let's look at how this all went down. >> Gendra, do you want him taking Samaya? What's that? >> Hello. >> Yeah, do you want him taking Samaya? >> I don't >> Okay. Okay, can I speak with you about it cuz I would agree he's trying to take her up to Chicago. You guys aren't married. I don't know if he has I don't know if he's can do that. >> Sorry, I was just in the bathroom. But he said yeah, we've already Um >> What if tomorrow why can't he come over and take her? >> being belligerent because I was in my boyfriend's house. >> I get that though. I get that. I I talked to you about that before. Why are you not opening the door for me so I can speak with you about this on the phone? >> Honestly, I was literally on the phone with my sister telling her about the situation. >> telling on the door? >> I was in the bathroom. The phone was all the way in the back of the house. I'm so serious. >> I could hear my pound from a from around the corner. >> But >> Okay, I'm not going to argue with you about Kendra. That was kind of stupid and I know you heard me. So, don't don't [ __ ] me cuz I'm not a bullshitter, okay? >> Okay. >> If you think I'm a [ __ ] bullshitter, then I'll walk away right now. So, listen. You You I don't think you want him taking >> I do not. That's her child. >> So, when did he get in town? >> He got in town to babysit her while I was at work. >> Okay. >> So, now he's saying that he's going to take her because I don't want him to make up all of these false allegations. >> So, has he been staying here for like a couple days babysitting her while you're at work? Okay. All right. All right. So, you guys have any kind of parenting agreement? >> Uh no. We have no type of court anything. Right. We just had a child together and basically I said like you can basically come here and babysit her whenever we feel like it. When I need to go to work. So, when I need to pay my bills. >> Okay. And when you guys got into it out here, I understand it was over the child. >> It was over me getting my baby back. >> Exactly. I I 100% I 100% >> After spending her time trying to pull the strings behind the scenes, she finally steps out with the confidence of a lead actress. But her script goes sideways the moment the officer start asking the real questions. Suddenly, that soft act of hers turns into a frantic fear of being found out. >> Well, like I said, I'm not a bully. Okay. >> So, I He has video of his phone on his phone of you of you going at him and grabbing his hair and pulling him. >> I I'm assuming his hair and pulling him because I was trying to grab my child. >> Okay. I get >> sat there for almost over 30 minutes ask Not even 30 minutes, maybe 15. 10 or 15 asking him for my child. I was just at my boyfriend's house and came all the way back because he said that he's leaving with my child. >> So, I get that. >> He said to quit playing with him because I'm going to my boyfriend's house. We are not together. I am a single woman paying my bills by myself. >> You shouldn't be having him in town then living at your place. >> And my boyfriend is in the city. >> I get it. But, you're opening yourself up for a can of worms. I'm not a counselor. >> Which is why I'm not doing this. >> But, that's not smart. Cuz then all of a sudden all of that happens and now he has the child in his arms >> Exactly. >> and it gets complicated. Okay? >> Yeah. >> So, I understand the situation was if I can recap earlier, right? When we were out here earlier, you were upset with or you came you came home from a barbecue. He was upset with you because you were like, "I'm going to my boyfriend's house." or or whatever. So, he's upset at you. How did the car seat get thrown? >> He said that I threw a car seat. I threw no car seat. >> Okay. Sanjay, why did you say I'm going to kill you? >> Why did I say that I'm going to kill you? >> Cuz you're upset with him about >> Exactly. >> about the baby. >> He was doing a lot. And him And as a matter of fact, when I just said that I was leaving because I changed my clothes. I said, "I'm leaving." He said, "You know what? You're going to go play me. I'm going to kill you." I was like, "Dude, I was like, for what? What are you Cuz I'm going to it over his house? Like, what is wrong with you?" >> Okay. >> Something is really got to be wrong. >> Our Karen here wraps herself in the cloak of a warrior trying to justify her aggression as just being a protective mother, but when the police call her out on her exaggerated stories, that fake patience of hers vanishes into thin air. >> Or maybe it's just >> skipping over the killing part. >> Okay, and I might have threatened that randomly out of anger, but that is about it. >> Well, that's exactly what I'm getting at. What did you say when you threatened out of anger? >> That is it. What you exactly just said is what I said. Okay, I'm going to I you know what? You going to make me kill you. Like give me my child back. But obviously I would never do anything like that. I know the consequences of that. >> Okay. And then you left, we arrived, right? Then you came back and you guys got into an altercation. >> He was sitting on my porch and I told him, you can just hand me my child and then go. And he said, no, I'm not going to do that. And he was I'm going to start recording you. So, I'm just like, what are you doing that for? Cuz I'm asking for my child. >> Yes. >> So, of course he tried to provoke me. >> So, you followed him out there and you reached >> try to get my child. And he said, oh, I said, so my dude, are you serious? So, I did kind of grab his hair, but he over exaggerated. He over exaggerated. I didn't You see the size of me. I did not pull that man to the ground and be like, ah. I'm not going to do all that. >> But he fell to the ground or he put himself to the ground. >> and he tried to say that I put his child in danger to obviously escalate to this point. >> Okay. >> So. >> It's a little It gets a little dicey because you guys aren't married. So, technically by Illinois state law you have more rights than he does. Okay, I'm just being frank with you. I'm telling you the facts. I'm not a bullshitter, so I'm not going to lie to you, right? >> rather have him giving me my child. >> I That's what I would rather do. So, that's that's what I'm going to try and facilitate. >> He has no car. >> But I I I can't snatch the baby out of his hands. >> Yes, I understand. I wouldn't want to. >> will try to have a conversation with him about that cuz I I don't feel like it's right for him to be threatening to take her up to Chicago or just leave up to Chicago. >> Especially at 12:00 at night with a 1-year-old. >> I'm going to go chat with him, okay? When I knock on the door again, can you please not, you know, ignore me, okay? Cuz I'm trying to treat you decent, okay? Uh and but I'm trying to help you out, but I need your help, too. >> Thank you. >> Okay. >> She was so smug, so wrapped up in the lies she'd spun that she never saw the truth coming for her. When the officer finally says the words, "You're under arrest," that look of triumph on her face turns into pure, cold embarrassment. >> So, you're going to be placed under arrest right now. So, sit back. >> Domestic I didn't >> Don't >> Dude. >> Don't forget >> Gemini, what the [ __ ] Dude, I did not hit anybody. Bro, what the night? What the Gemini, bro. >> Stop it all. >> Bro. >> I'm not the dispatcher. >> Bro, stop. WHAT THE GEMINI, BRO. BRO, WHAT? >> STOP. >> DUDE, WHAT THE HELL? >> STOP. >> FRIENDS. >> STOP IT. >> BRO, GEMINI, WHAT THE NO, DO NOT TOUCH DUDE. >> STOP IT. >> WHAT THE HELL? WHY WOULD YOU GOT >> WE GOT >> GEMINI, BRO. LITERALLY, GEMINI, what the >> What's that for? >> WHAT THE HELL? I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? OH MY GOD, DUDE. Can y'all just leave? >> I got to tie this up a little bit. >> You're under arrest. Can y'all please let my daughter >> Yes, we will. We will. We would rather have not done this. >> Y'all, please. Please let me go. Guys, I have another child. Please. I have another child in the house. >> Okay. We're going to make sure everyone stays safe. Okay? I got to make sure these arms aren't up cuz >> No, I'm trying to find my phone. Stop scratching me. >> I'm not scratching you. >> Okay. >> Okay, yes you are. >> Do you have any idea you see what you just did? For no reason. >> No, you did it. >> No, I did not do this. I was in the house. THEY JUST FILED. I WENT TO MY BOYFRIEND'S HOUSE. I WENT TO A BARBECUE. >> We're walking this way. >> please? >> I'll get them for you. >> BRO, MIKE, CAN I GET MY SHOES and my watch? You know what? Bro. >> We're going to go here. >> Are you serious? >> You're okay with that? >> She honestly thought her words could bend the rules, but the cold reality of the law brought her right back down to earth. Watching her break down in the back of that patrol car, well, it just shows the true terror of someone who spent their whole life thinking they're above the law. >> Stop. He's he's not the he's homeless. I'm the one that rents that house out. >> can you listen to me, Kendra? >> He's um >> Just listen to me real quick. You admitted that you pulled his hair, right? >> Oh my goodness. >> Okay. >> I said I touched his head. I DID NOT pull his hair. I literally touched his head. HE THREW HIMSELF TO THE GROUND. HE'S LYING TO YOU GUYS. He This is why I'm so upset. Now he's literally lying, guys, so he can have my child. AND YOU GUYS FELL FOR IT. >> NO, based off of what we have, that's what we have to do, man. So, sit tight and we'll grab his stuff. >> my my >> Sit tight and we'll grab his stuff. I'll just swing your feet out for you. >> Yeah, I'm going to need to take me to the hospital. >> For what? >> I'm starting to seize, yeah. >> Okay, swing your feet out here for me. >> I'm about to have a whole intensive breakdown. I'm so serious. Please take me to the hospital. >> Swing your feet out for me. All you're going to do is make things worse. >> I'm not trying to make [ __ ] worse. I'm telling you I'm about to seize. >> out so we Listen, so we can get this process done. >> We're going to walk right over to this door, aren't we? I'm going to walk on up here for a minute. >> Down at the station, the waterworks started, crying for a hospital, demanding a psych eval, anything to find a way out. But that's not a get-out-of-jail-free card. In the end, she's facing domestic battery and resisting arrest. In Illinois, that could mean a $4,000 fine and up to a year behind bars, plus probation. Now, that young mother was just venting her rage. But our next leading lady took things from a shouting match to a full-blown assault. On February 20th, 2026, police arrive at a scene where a simple property dispute has curdled into pure emotional agony. Once the final straw is broken, the ugly truth about this relationship starts to crawl out into the light. Let's take a closer look at what really happened. >> Police! >> Hey. What's going >> Well, she's here. She's >> She's where? >> On the water side. >> Okay. What happened? >> He's stealing my check. You're working >> What's going on? >> I was moving my stuff out, getting my check, getting my stuff. And he's paying me back. And that's it. >> Okay. >> This I was moving my stuff over there. >> Yeah, we got a 911 call. >> Mhm. >> Uh one of you two? Sounded like there was fighting. >> No. We're good. We're good. I'm getting I'm moving We already know it. I'm moving out. I was getting my check and I'm moving my stuff out. That's it. I'm You can watch me. >> Hey, hey. Mike, I'll pick this up later. >> It's fine. I talked to you over here. What's going on? >> Oh, um I'm coming to get my >> You could sit, take a breath. >> No, I'm coming to get my stuff. And that's it. >> Have we been here before? >> Yeah. We're and we're just I'm coming to get my stuff and I'm leaving. >> What's your name? >> Yeah, I'm getting an Uber and I'm leaving. Getting my things and I'm leaving. >> Where are you planning on going? >> I live with my sister now. I don't even live here anymore. >> Oh. >> I was picking up my things and that's it. >> Are you two together or what? >> No, he's my cousin. >> Okay. So, what happened and why why are you >> Well, he has a huge drinking problem. He drinks vodka. >> Okay. >> And I can't I am I am not supposed to be around him. >> She's standing there claiming to be the victim of an assault, but that calm way she was tidying up earlier tells a whole different story. You see, when her violent past is brought up, she realizes she can't just take a broom and sweep away a criminal record that defines exactly who she is. >> And we've had fights and the police have been called and I was told to not be here and I'm not here ever. >> Okay. >> Like, this is my stuff on the ground. Like, he told me to come over and pick up my stuff. And then I can go. No. >> We probably already have your info. Let me just get it from you real quick, just actually from my office. >> Yeah, I was just getting my stuff. Um basically, Mike has issues with his life and you know, I I can't I I'm I'm not his like his punching bag. Like I I I've been distancing myself for a very long time and I'm working very very hard. I've been in a domestic abusive relationship. And I came back for the one just get my money and my stuff and that's it. And I'm I'm leaving and I'm never coming back here. Like that was this trip tonight. >> No, but what what started the fight tonight? >> Just all of the commotion about this. It's just it's a lot on a family. >> He's saying that you took his phone away cuz he was calling the police on you, asking you to leave? >> No. >> true or not? >> No. >> Little bit of a bloody nose and scratches on his hands. >> He was on top of me. >> Okay, so he was on top of you. >> Yeah, he was on top of me and >> What what what was happening with that? >> Um he was he has anger problems. >> Okay. >> I just tried to you know, get him away from me. That was it. >> Despite being the intruder, she tries to spin a moral fairy tale to throw the investigation off track. But the reality of the wounds on Mike's body says it all. This poor defenseless woman was actually the one calling the shots when it came to the physical violence. >> I'm leaving. I'm getting an Uber and I'm going back to my sister's. I've never been back here. >> Yeah, it's been a while. >> Yeah, I'm not I don't live here. I never come here. >> Yeah, I think >> He is very difficult. You don't understand. His His His His His His children can't be around him without being chaperoned. >> I think if you come here to get stuff, you should call us and we can be the chaperones to make sure that no issues appear because >> I just I just don't want the drama. >> It seems like every single time you're here, there's issues. >> Yeah, but there's never issues when I'm not here. >> I mean, he doesn't call when you're not here. >> Yeah, because I'm the only one that comes here. He doesn't have anyone here. >> He certainly seems to. >> has no relationship with anybody except for me. >> You want to stand by with me? >> Yeah. >> I'm the only one he talks to. >> So, where do you live at now? >> I live with my sister in Hyde Park. >> All right. We're going to have to arrest her for the the injuries. So, if you could just stand up and put your hands >> What I didn't injure him. >> He said scratches on his hands. >> What What's going to happen? Can he go with me? >> He'll be taken into custody. Thank you for that. Do you have any questions, ma'am? >> Where did I put my wallet? I had one, so it should have been right here. Can Can I just talk to him right there? >> All right. >> Can I Can I just leave that? >> No. >> Can you It was It was just an accident. You You told me it was an accident. >> Yeah, he doesn't He doesn't want to >> there's not There was not It was just It was just an accident. >> It's a state law. >> By calling the blow an accident, she's hoping to wipe away the intent. But in the end, that one little word is the smoking gun. It proves she's the one who caused the injury, turning all her earlier denials into bold-faced lies. >> Yeah, but there's things that I need to get for him. >> Yeah, just let us know. We'll be happy to get it for you. >> Mike, can you Can Can you stand with me? >> You can't get it. We'll get it for you. We'll be happy to get it for you if you need it. >> You got like a band? >> Is this yours? >> That blue light? >> But now Mike, can I ask you a question? >> No, don't. We just don't want to have that engagement. >> Um no, my wallet no, I don't want you to bring that's my laptop. I I don't want you to bring that. I want you to bring my wallet. >> We'll grab your cell phone and we'll grab your wallet. >> Grab your wallet? >> Yeah, okay. We'll grab your cell phone. >> Grab your cell phone? >> Cell phone there was one on the couch. >> Okay. >> Is it a briefcase, ma'am? >> This is her phone. >> Yeah. >> It's a blue case, right? >> I'm color blind. >> And my wallet's green. >> You know where it is again? >> A green wallet? >> Do you know where your green wallet is? >> Do you know where it would have been last? >> I don't know if it's in my >> pocket? Can we look in this bag? >> No. >> Would it be in here? >> In the front. Can you look with me? Or >> Would it be inside here? >> You can check. I had it I was holding it. You can look on that pillow. I fell. And we had we had it we had we just had it like an accident on the ground. And I accidentally hit him in the nose. >> Our Karen here thinks money can cover up any mess, so she gets a little lazy with her story. But it's the small details like how she actually got there that become the black hole swallowing up what's left of her credibility. It's the classic look of a mind spiraling out of control from its own deceit. >> What chance you left in the car? >> No, I don't have it. >> She took an Uber here, she said. >> Oh. >> You told me you drove. >> Oh. No, I I took a I drove here, but then I'm taking an Uber home. >> Oh. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah, I was >> We'll we'll find your we'll find your wallet. >> That probably cannot make sense. >> All right. >> Can I please look on the floor again? >> I did and I don't see anything. >> I want to be able to get out of jail and use my card. >> Okay. You want to see if we can look in your car? >> No, it's not it's it's actually here it's here. >> Are you sure? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Just look like Can you look on the >> this green thing? Is that not it? >> No, it's it's it's like a green wallet. >> It looks like a purse. Looks like a purse. >> No, it's not it. It's wallet. It's a green wallet. I won't be able to get out. >> Well, okay. So, let's get you down to the car. A couple of us are still going to be here, so if we find it, we'll bring it. >> Is it the phone over there? >> Yeah, I got it. Let's get her down first and then We'll keep looking for it. >> In the end, she was hauled off to jail on domestic violence charges. If the gavel falls, she could be looking at anywhere from a few months to a year behind bars, along with fines and court costs ranging from $500 to $1,000. She'll be permanently barred from seeing Mike, and you can bet she'll be headed to mandatory alcohol or anger management classes. But as aggressive as she was, it's nothing compared to the blind rage of our queen of jealousy in this next case. On December 31st, 2024, instead of ringing in the new year, one man was calling for help as his girlfriend's aggression spiraled out of control. When a little suspicion of cheating turns into a blind rage, the truth has a way of coming out. And here's how it all really went down. >> What's her name? >> Javier. >> Javier, can you listen to her? >> Is she on the phone right now? >> No. >> Okay. Hang it up. Hang it up. Yeah. Is it on now? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. So, what happened what happened earlier, man? I saw that we were out there earlier. >> meds. She's on meds. >> Yeah. >> And she's not supposed to drink with the meds, and she's drinking. >> Just ignore it. Just ignore it. Okay. >> Yeah. And it's just She's totally on meds. >> Okay. >> I had her committed once before. >> Okay. >> I mean, there's no there's no reasoning with her. There's no nothing. >> Yeah. >> And she chucked she I I would we got stopped over here >> Yeah. >> on the way and went up to went up to Medina. >> Yeah. >> And then we sat up there and watched the Penn State game. >> Uh-huh. >> And I figured she'd chill and all that stuff, you know, and all she did was blew his phone up. He's got 60 something missed calls and and I got like 35 or 40 on this one. >> Okay. >> And I I mean I they answered and it's the same thing. You know, I mean she's she's off the wall. >> Okay. Is she >> because of the relationship between him and her because she's accused him he's accused him of cheating and doing this and that and the other thing and he hasn't. >> Mhm. >> I mean he's going to work every day, you know, one day he actually walked the whole way from here to Medina. >> Okay. Um >> And it's just a matter of he's going to be out on the 8th. >> Okay. >> But it's just it's >> You said he or she's >> She chucked all his Well, we were in Medina. >> Yeah. >> She chucked all his stuff back out in front yard. >> Between the booze and the pills, this woman completely lost her grip on what was real and what was just in her head. So, when Javi tried to walk away to keep the peace, she didn't see it as him being the bigger person. She saw it as an escape. Those non-stop phone calls of hers nothing short of psychological warfare. >> Okay, yeah. That was the second time you guys got a call because first time I got a call, they they took her back to her room, they talked to her. Things were good for like 15 minutes. >> Mhm. >> And as I said, and there's a there's a movie I had that was um Oh, it was a Cleveland-based movie, Mr. Green, the the head of the um Oh, the union guys and all that stuff. I mean, it's a really good movie and all I mean, I was just going to watch it and she comes in there and I told her I says, "You just need to go back and just chill." And all she did was ran ran her mouth. >> Okay. >> You know? So, it got to the point where she started throwing stuff again and I told all of you I said, "Come on." I said, "We're just going to leave." >> Mhm. >> And she stood in the way, wouldn't let him out of room. So, what I did was I I pushed her aside, you know, so he'd get out and and we I went to leave and she's in stands in front of the truck. >> The issue is, how long has she lived there? >> Mhm, what, maybe a month? Month and a half? About a month and a half. >> She Does she get mail there? Does she have her clothes there? All that stuff? >> Well, she has all her stuff there because I had a I had four storage units and some of her stuff was in the one storage unit. >> Okay. >> I have it in at the house >> right now. >> So, the issue is I I can't evict her, right? She's established residence. That's going to have to go through the court. >> But, can you guys actually take her for tonight? >> I'm going to call her, yes. Yes, so that's what I was going to say. I've not talked to her yet. Obviously, she has a working phone because she's blowing you up constantly. Can you give me her phone number? >> Watching her stand in front of that truck, well, it was a desperate final attempt to trap his soul in her own selfishness. By the time the police got to the boyfriend's house, the sight of his belongings scattered all over the lawn told you everything you needed to know about that messy reality. >> That's his room. I mean, well, she She didn't have That's That's my room. Really, there's a bunch of totes. I had a storage unit I just cleaned out and Angie! >> Yeah? The police want to talk to you. The police want to talk to you. Will you talk to them? >> 2501 Johnson Road. There's knives everywhere in here besides that. I'll be emailing you Johnson King Frank 6. >> Hey, how's it going? >> 527 Johnson King Frank 6901. >> How did all this stuff get on the front lawn? >> What do these mean? >> We asked you who you were. You're the only one here. >> No, it wasn't me. >> Did you throw all of this stuff out there? >> I've been blowing his phone up since he's been gone. I didn't even know this [ __ ] was out there. >> You were told not to contact him today. >> Okay, and he still does it to me just like he was told not to contact me on Christmas, but he still did. >> I'm talking about today. >> I don't care. >> No, I'm saying >> No, I didn't touch his [ __ ] >> No, an officer earlier told you not to have any contact with him, but you've been blowing up his phone. >> Party. >> Right. >> Why? >> Because I can. He's still sitting here in my [ __ ] house >> Telecommunication That's telecommunication harassment. >> Okay, but then how's it okay for him to come in my room and have sex with me and send what to the bottom of the email? >> He was in the dining room the whole time that the officer was here. >> You guys Oh my god. Like this is crazy. >> you throw all of this stuff out in the yard? >> Because he's not welcome here. >> You don't get to decide that. >> Okay, well, just because he pays my [ __ ] people Do you not understand what I'm saying? Like why is it weird for It's weird that he's still staying here. These aren't his people. He doesn't even know Jeff. Like it He's just doing it to taunt me because he knows I'm >> You have no right to throw his stuff >> Under the heat of questioning, her arrogance quickly turned into pure panic. She tried to weaponize her jealousy to excuse her violence, but let's be honest, that wasn't self-defense. It was just a desperate grab for the control she'd already lost. >> What? Why don't you step out here? Okay. Turn around, put your hands behind your back here. You're under arrest, okay? >> Um, how am I under arrest? >> You're under arrest for disorderly conduct with persistence. Put your palms together, okay? Like you're praying, put your palms together. Palms together. Palms like you're praying. Okay. You're wanted for >> Now you guys can bring another [ __ ] female in this [ __ ] house again. piece of [ __ ] >> Yeah, I'm sure you want some blood. >> Where at? Watch your step. >> You're going to shake your head and stick up for him over me? >> on the ground. >> over a female female >> You don't have any shoes, Angie? Nothing? >> Yeah, I do. >> Okay, let's put them on so you don't get your feet soaked. Where they at? In here? Here, how about you hang out? I'll get them for you, okay? Is that okay? You want to hang out here? It's >> I'm going to do this. This is my stuff. Like I'm not What the [ __ ] do you think I'm going to do? Go and harass him? >> No, I'm just going to go grab them for you and make life easier. Where they at? >> In the [ __ ] underneath the [ __ ] thing. >> What do they look like? In here? >> Yeah, underneath the table. >> I see one, two. These These gray New Balances? These right here? Yeah? All right. Go ahead, and you can have a seat if you want. >> Oh, [ __ ] >> Careful. Go ahead and stick your foot in. other one >> Didn't know that, but okay. >> All right. >> To a Karen like her, her feelings are the law, and the actual law is just a suggestion. But when Javier stayed silent and refused to protect her, reality finally hit her like a ton of bricks. Being left all alone, that's the harshest sentence for someone who's used to wielding fake power. >> All right, here I can't put you in the door with you here. We're just going to have a seat in the back of my car, okay? >> Yep. It was just laying over here somebody left it, right? >> Whose stuff is this out here? >> I don't know. >> Okay. Is that how you do it? >> I don't know. >> Okay. All right, go and have a seat. If you put your butt in first, there you go. >> Okay. Actually, I'm sorry. We're going to You don't have any weapons on you. I forgot to search you before I had you sit. >> no, no, no, no, no, I don't even have any underwear or bra on. >> Okay, no no weapons though? >> No, I don't have anything. >> Okay. All right. Here, sit over here just like this. >> or something from you? >> Um, I can see if I can get one. I don't have one with me unfortunately. >> Oh. Oh. >> Just watch out, man. It's real slick. I don't need you to fall and bust your ass. Um, Javier, right? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Yeah, this is your stuff. Do you want to pursue charges on it? Because I would I mean, you got a phone out here, man. It's probably ruined. It's been snowing. It's been raining. >> That is my phone. >> Yeah. >> A red one? >> I don't know. It's sitting over here. It's sitting over here on the ground. I forget where. It's covered up by snow now. That one, blue? >> No, that's not mine. >> Okay. >> Here is the wallet or purse now. >> Yeah. Okay. Is this your stuff though? >> Yeah, his stuff. >> Oh, yeah, that's all mine, yeah. >> Okay. >> Oh, yeah, that's all my stuff. >> Okay. You don't want to pursue charges on any of this? >> No. >> Go ahead. Okay, cuz I mean obviously there's going to be some things that are ruined here, right? Okay. >> In the end, she was hauled off to jail on charges of disorderly conduct, telecommunications harassment, and criminal mischief. If convicted, she's looking at up to 180 days in a cell and a $2,500 fine. The court will definitely slap her with a no contact order and she'll likely be kicked out of Jeff's house for good. Now, jealousy is a personal problem, but the person who ruined an entire family's vacation in this next case, now that is a real nightmare. On March 7th, 2022, Orlando Airport became the stage for a family tragedy when a mother completely lost her grip right in front of her own children. Behind those shocked faces lies a heartbreaking truth, and here is how it all unfolded. >> Hey, sir, come here. What's your name? >> I'm Kevin. >> Kevin, what's going on, man? >> Uh, she's my mom. >> That's your mom? >> Yeah, I just take out with my brother and one girl, but my my mom don't like this girl. >> Okay. >> So, she she she take something. >> It's all right, buddy. I'm just talking to him about what happened. I'll talk to you in Okay, I'll talk to you in a minute. >> She's just hungry because she think everything. I think I abandoned her. Not happen. Not serious. >> You're abandoning her? >> Yeah, she she's just angry. >> Okay. Okay. So, that's your mom? >> Yeah, she's >> Okay, who else? This is your brother? Your brother? Come here, buddy. What's your name? >> Gillian. >> Huh? >> Gillian. Some call me Gil. >> Gil? For short? Okay. >> What What do you know what happened? Were you in the hallway when all this happened? What happened? >> Uh she was fighting with the girl that came with us. She actually a woman. I think she is What's her name? >> That's your girlfriend? >> It's not. We are just friend friend girl. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> She was your guest? >> Like she was your guest? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Where did she go? >> Uh we work together. >> So the relationship that you have with your mom You guys How old are you? >> I'm 23. >> 23? Yeah, you guys You're going to have a domestic relationship the rest of your life, okay? If you were a child She She I'm saying if you were a child like you're under 18, I'm assuming. You're 18? Sorry. You look young. Um but if you're under 18, then your mom wants to discipline you or whatever, she can do that. But once you become an adult, she kind of loses that right. She has to treat you like any other adult. Okay? >> While the son was trying his best to stand on his own two feet before the law, his mother was busy clawing at him like he was a piece of property. You see, his quiet endurance wasn't weakness. It was the result of years spent suffocating under her delusion that they were inseparable. >> So sounds like the This is the son and mom. Okay. So son had another girl friend girl, not his guest. Mhm. Mom doesn't like her. So mom and her got into it in the bathroom area. >> Yeah. >> Okay. He was trying to break them up from what he says. So nothing It wasn't the nothing directed between them two. >> Right. >> It was other than him trying to The girl took off already. >> Uh-huh. >> So And they were just trying to leave. And And it is What do you have on the footage footage? >> So footage is showing her going up to him in the admin hallway and just like strikes him right in the face. And then continues to like hit him. And he tries grabbing her multiple times to hold her. Yeah, but the whole time she's still putting up a fight, kicking him, trying to hit him, slapping him and stuff. And then um you know, again, it's just probably like 30 seconds of him kicking >> Was there another lady? >> There was a lady that walked out with him, but she was never a part of the >> Yeah, cuz he said that the mom and her got into it first, and he was trying to break them up. And he said mom was mad at him cuz he felt like she she feels like he's abandoning her, and she doesn't like the other lady, and blah blah blah. >> and son >> Yes. Um he said that he's 23 or 20 something. Basically, she's upset at him because of this girl that he introduced or whatever. Um He feels like he's abandoning her and all this sort of stuff. Um so she just like got into it. He said that she got into it started getting into it with the girl first, and I think he was just trying to restrain her, and she slapped him a couple times. According on the on the video. >> She's saying that he grabbed her. She's not saying that she touched him. >> Yeah, I'm going to go watch the video just to kind of see, but I mean if I mean that's still domestic battery on an adult son. You don't have the right to >> Yeah. >> You know what I mean? So >> Under the guise of protecting her family, what she was really doing was a slow spiritual dismantling of her own flesh and blood. >> So, based on what I saw on the video, um I'm going to have to take her in. Okay? I don't have a choice. It's on the video. It's You guys have a domestic relationship, like I said, for the rest of your life. Um it's not okay for her to put her hands on you like that. Um I understand culturally things may happen at home, which nobody ever calls the cops about, but when you come out to a public place like this, when there's cameras everywhere, we can't not do something. >> Okay. Um Can you explain to her or ask her if she understands what a domestic relationship is by law in the state of Florida? Do you want me to say or explain that to her what it is? So, how this what a domestic relationship is? And then as a law enforcement officer when I observe or see a domestic related crime such as battery I have to take appropriate action. So, in the video as the son and the other female were exiting the hallway for the bathrooms she comes in, physically stops the son, slaps him several times. This is what initiates the whole physical contact between her and the son. >> She used to have total authority and she just couldn't stomach the fact that her son had become an independent man in the eyes of the law. As it dawned on her that the police weren't there to play peacemaker, you could see the anxiety start to settle in. >> I need you to turn around, put your hands behind your back. Take your purse off. Sorry. Here, hold on. What? She's asking if they know. Yeah, we explained it to them. Yeah, let go. Does she have any thing tucked anywhere that Any weapons, lighters? She's asking if like she'll have a Does she have a phone? She can take the phone with her and then they'll let her get a phone number out to make a call later. This is also where I would normally try to take an opportunity at some point to explain to her that even though it is her son, he is an adult now, so they have a domestic relationship just like anybody any other adult and she can't put her hands on him just cuz she gets upset at him, okay? So, she needs to understand that. >> That aggression of hers vanished pretty quick, replaced by whimpering. One last-ditch effort to keep herself at the center of attention and control the room. >> Are you okay if she wants to put this on or you want me to switch out the cuffs? Well, I'm saying if she wants to wear it now or just cuz she was cold. Does she want to wear this now? Does it key >> Um >> She said She said that she could put the cuffs in front. >> Yeah. >> We can't do that. And then just explain we're going to switch her cuffs out. >> Okay. >> It's been crazy tonight. Ever since the rain started. >> going to say Signal four. Signal four. >> And it ain't no basic one too. That crazy one. All right. I didn't even know it was supposed to rain tonight. I was I was like in the middle of dealing with this and I went to like come down here. >> Yeah. >> Cuz that's always easier for you cuz I was up on the third floor. It's always easier for you all to get to us here. >> Yes. >> So, I was going to park here and ride it up. And I'm like, god damn it. It's like pouring down. >> Okay. >> I didn't know what that shorty said to you. >> What did the shorty say to you? >> Yeah. I mean, we asked her. She said she was >> In the end, she was hauled off and charged with domestic violence. If the hammer falls, she's looking at up to a year behind bars and a $1,000 fine. Relationships can be a sanctuary or a cage, and today we saw exactly what happens when the bars break. If this story spoke to you, leave a comment and subscribe.
