I'm about to kill myself. >> Every story begins with a justification and ends in the quiet of a child who's learned not to speak. >> You shut up. >> Hey, get off. >> Ariana, come here, bro. >> Take me. >> This isn't a momentary lapse. It's anger rehearsed so often, it becomes a pattern, then a way of life. Stay until the end and you'll see why some people are no longer trusted with motherhood. On August 26th, 2025 in Orlando, a small highbeam issue ended up steering officers into a stop they didn't expect. When the driver couldn't produce valid paperwork, the vibes inside the car started getting off. And from there, the whole situation took a hard left into something completely different. >> Hi, how's it going? I was just taking my son for McDonald's real quick. >> All right. So, the reason you're driving with your bright lights on >> because I just came all the way from Miami. >> So, you drive with bright lights on Miami? >> It was just dark. You know, the light the roads are dark. >> Yeah. So, you know that you actually have to turn those off with oncoming traffic the other way. If you don't, you can actually be stopped cuz it's doing >> uh more damage on people's eyes and then it struggles for me to see and or someone else. Okay. Do you got your license uh registration insurance on you, please? I don't have I left my thingy at my cousin's house. I just dropped off some bags in my >> What is the thingy? What does that mean? >> I left my ID. >> An ID? Okay. Driver's license. Yep. >> No, I just left it. I'm telling you. I just left it there. My cousin was right around the corner. >> That's fine. That's fine. >> Literally, they're right around the house. >> Okay. >> Is the car registered to you? >> Um, it's a rental. >> This is a rental car. >> Yeah, it's a rental car. >> Okay. >> I'm in control. I'm doing my job. Okay. Trust the process. And then when we're done, I'm just going to let you go. But if you want to just keep saying like, "Hey, I just want to leave." You make me say, "You know what? Sounds like somebody that doesn't really care about what I'm saying." I'll go write him a ticket. >> I do care about what you're saying. I just have my baby. >> So, give me a second. >> Just please be nice cuz I have my baby. I said, "Look, I'm watching this. Please >> I understand. >> I have my baby. >> I get it. So, let's just at the end of the day, all I got to do is run your information and I'm out of here." Okay. >> Thank you. You don't have to do >> I'm not being mean. You're being ungrateful. I literally came over here just so my son cut so we could be with my family. That's it. >> I don't understand. Why am I being pulled up on like this? >> Was that Is that >> where >> underneath your foot? >> I don't know that that's it. That might be enough. I don't know. There's a rental >> 95. >> I have my son in the car. Could you just give me a second? My cousin come and pick up my son. >> I saw it. It's right at her foot. >> Look at here. >> Don't touch it. >> I'm sorry. I didn't look. This is a rental. I swear this is a rental. >> Put your phone down. Okay, >> go over there. Put your hands on the wheel. I have my phone. >> Put your phone. Yep. >> I have my my my son, my cousin, Tina. Tina, hurry up and come. Please hurry up and come. My baby's coming. My baby's here. >> Do me a favor. Just keep it there. Okay. >> She didn't come off like someone who simply made a mistake. She came off like someone trying to negotiate power. The headlight issue and the paperwork should have been routine, but she kept pushing it into the lane of my circumstances. The real concern wasn't the minor violation. It was how being a mom got used as a shield against accountability. >> Here, open the door. Open the door. >> Ty, come and get me. Please come and get me. >> Okay, no problem. I have my son, please, guys. Is she going to be able to pick up my son? >> Yes, ma'am. Don't worry about it. >> Can she pick up my son? >> Can you please Can you Can you please make sure my baby's okay? >> Can you please make sure my baby's okay? Can you guys please make sure my baby's okay? >> You're just being detained. Okay. I have my son there. No, I don't want to get in the car. I don't want to get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> My friend said he pulled you over for >> He's saying he pulling me over for um I don't know. >> But is it Can you get in Can you get arrested for a nugget of weed? >> I don't know that. I didn't even know it was a rental. It was a rental. I don't know. You guys are asking me questions. I don't know. Please. I have my baby. I just came all the way from Miami. >> Okay. >> Am I going to jail? >> We're going to come over here. Can I >> I'm not I'm not trying to do nothing. I'm not trying to do nothing. I got shot. Look at you hurting me and I got shot. Look, I got shot recently and you hurting me. My hand is up. >> Okay, stop resisting cuz you keep tensing up. Okay, I'm going to charge you with resisting if you keep tensing up on me. >> Sir, walk this way. >> I got shot recently. Walk right here. >> Sir, I got shot. You're hurting my arm that I got shot in. Okay, look at my clavicle. >> Here, chill. >> I got shot recently. Look at my clavicle. Look, I'm not Look, I'm not lying to you. This hurts. Can you please let this loose a little bit? And I got my meds in there. Okay. >> I'm not going to go to jail, man. Please tell me. No, >> you're not. >> I have my baby. That's why it's not funny to me. I just have the baby. >> Okay. Just relax. >> Do not tense up. Okay. When I hear me out, when I when an officer's pulling you out, okay, whatever we do, cuz you can catch a charge really quick just for tensing up. Okay? >> You got to understand, I got shot. Like I said, look. You look at my clavicle. I got shot recently. >> Look. I'm not lying to you. Look at my right here. Look. Look. Pull my [ __ ] down a little bit. >> I'm not touching. >> Do you see my clavicle? >> No, I don't. I mean, >> look at my clavicle. >> I see right here. Yeah. >> Yeah. I got shot. Look. Look at Look at my hands. Like, >> it sounds like she's worried about her child. But what she's really hoping for is the officers to feel guilty and let it slide. Any parent knows this. If you want your kid to be okay, you cooperate so it's over fast. Instead, she made it bigger and tried to play the I'm hurt and you're going to shoot me cards to gain the upper hand. >> What do you do? >> I dance. >> I didn't even know that was in there, sir. I thought I lost it. I didn't even know that was in there. >> You're getting mad at me. I If Why would I give say Why would I make you go through trouble? Why would I make him go through trouble? >> I'm not I have no warrant or nothing on my name. Why would I make him go through trouble? >> I'm saying you got a license. Why you ain't >> I didn't even know that. I didn't even know. That's not even like I didn't even know that that was in there. Why would I make him go through trouble? I couldn't even find it just now when I went to the store to go get roll. What are you talking about? I couldn't even find it just now. I went to the store. >> No, it doesn't have a name on it. I told you I left the big bottle at home, but that has my that's my meds. I could call my like the the pharmacy and everything. Those are my anito. Those are my neurological meds. Those are all meds that has my name on it. The other one those are all meds from me getting shot. Tell me that I got shot so he don't think that I'm a cop or something. I'm just doing crazy [ __ ] >> I have my song with me. >> Sir, I got shot. Those are my meds for me being shot. >> Yo, >> sorry. That's the meds. >> No, chill. >> I'm just like, I don't know what's going to happen because I know my >> paranoid. Why are you so paranoid? You're making us >> I understand. You're making everything worse. >> I'm sorry. My son is here. You got to understand. >> I understand. If you have not done anything wrong, then just chill out. >> Huh? What is it? >> Revelina. >> Revelina. >> Bevelina, not Revina. >> Bevelina. Bevelina. What? >> Why you asking? >> She said apparently she got an 85 Sierra. So hold on. >> I got shot. >> Hey, come back over here. >> I got shot. >> Come back over here. >> I don't know who I don't know who you think you are. I have never I have not dealt with somebody that is that is like acting this way in a lot of years. Ma'am, you are very entitled. You think you're in control. This is a traffic stop. You keep telling me how to do things and hey, don't touch this. Don't do this. Hey, let me go. Let me go. You need to let me go. Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am. Ma'am, slow down. Okay, I'm I'm serious. Okay. >> No, no, no, no, no. But the thing is, you keep telling us what and how this is going to go. You're dictating everything. >> With this kind of mom, silence seems like a skill she lost a long time ago. Talking non-stop didn't make her safer. It only made her look more suspicious. Once multiple medications were found, the question stopped being, "What are these?" and became, "Why are they mixed together, stored the wrong way, and why can't you show a prescription?" >> I'm going to just read your rights. Okay. >> I'm getting arrested. >> No, doesn't mean you're getting arrested. You're being detained. cuz you're being detained for me to speak to you about something. I have to read you this. Okay. >> Just tell me verbally yes or no if you understand. All right. All right. Do you have another license out of anywhere else? >> I used to have one in New York. Not no more. >> In New York? >> Yeah. >> Okay. How long have you been living in Florida though? >> For like >> What medications are you taking for >> I'm taking right now cuz of my breast. I have the oxyon because of my >> I have muscle relaxer cuz of my um >> What's What's the names? I need names. I see there's there's oxy. >> Yeah. So, it's there. It's on back. >> Hey, uh Nate, there's a there's a phone in there. Can you grab it for me? >> What does it look like? Where's the iPhone? >> Yes, the iPhone. It's on top of the dashboard. >> Is it in the case? >> It's on the driver's side. >> It's on the driver's side. >> And if anything, if can I call my pharmacist to send the the thingy over? I don't I wouldn't lie to you. >> Well, the reason I'm asking is because that bottle is only for pharmacist. that that's where I got it from. My my pharmacy. >> Okay. But >> that's who he that's how he gave it to me. So since I'm in >> So like a regular pharmacist at >> Swear to my son's life. Swear to my son's life. That's my right. >> Hold on. Yeah. Hold on. >> And you said you're prescribed Tramodol Oxy and what else? >> I was prescribed I'm not prescribed oxies. I got oxies from my >> You got oxies from for when you got your breast. >> Okay. Is that the white ones? >> The No, those are the yellow. Those are yellow. What are the white ones? >> The white ones? Those are those are those are gabbit pencens. >> Okay. And what are those for? >> Those are that's also for my arm. That's gabbit pencil. >> Why are you breaking them up? >> Because they're 600 and I'm small. >> Okay. >> I only take three. I can only take 300. >> Why are you mixing those with other bottles? >> Only because I get a really really big bottle of it and I didn't want to drive with a really really big bottle of the gabber pants and I'm going back home. That's why. I swear to God. >> Okay. Cuz they're mixed in between. I know because usually I just like I said I car >> can't be doing this though. >> I but I didn't think I was going to get pulled over and in trouble for it. That's my meds. >> Here's your phone. Show me where your prescription is at. >> Watching how she reacted. You can tell she's used to scrambling through chaos. People can have empathy. Sure. But when kids are involved, the bar is different. She was asked where the meds came from, and she couldn't prove it. She had a whole lot to say, but not much responsibility in her hands. >> No. No. I need to see the >> Can I ask him to send it to me, please? >> But I thought you said you have >> I know, but I'm But I'm instead of But I'm telling you, can I ask him to send it to me? >> You said you have >> I do have the I do have a photo, but can I ask him to send it to you? >> Show me the photo >> so you don't think I'm lying. >> I just need you to show me the photo. >> I understand. I'm looking for the prescription. >> I'm not going to lie. Like I wouldn't lie to you guys. New York. >> You have the prescription? >> New York. New York State. Look, I'm Hold on a sec. I'm looking for it. I got shot. It's because I got shot. I'm telling you guys the truth. I don't I wouldn't >> Please have him call Can I please call him to have him send it to me and it has my name and everything. Please, I need you. >> I'm looking for it, but please can I have him call me with the with the whole thing, please? >> It's 11:36. >> It's okay. I know him. Can I please have him call Can I please call him, please? I wouldn't lie to you, sir. >> Hey, stay tuned for >> Yeah. Is there any way I could please just call this the pharmacist so you could at least go to the shop, >> please? So you could go to the his pharmacy so he could at least take a picture of the computer of the cuz everything's on the computer and through my insurance. Those are supposed to be in a prescribed bottle. >> I understand what you're saying. >> It's a prescribed drug. Do you understand? It's a controlled substance. >> I'm getting them prescribed to me. I'm not so You could see I don't want to go to jail behind this. >> I understand that. But >> I'm just I I gave you the option to give me the photo. I tried to look and I showed you where I got shot at. >> I believe you got shot. I'm not saying you don't. >> I believe you're taking I'm not taking I'm not I'm not I'm What you trying to do? Just finish. >> I'm just Yeah, just >> Yeah. Yeah, just go take care of it. Go take care of it. >> Chill. Just chill. >> All right. >> What's happening? >> Besides that, is there a reason why there's canvas inside your kid's backyard? >> I didn't know that there was canvas inside there. I swear I swear to everything I love. I did not know there was in there. >> So, who how would that get there? >> I did not know there was cannabis inside there. >> I'm asking you a question. >> I do I did not know that there was canvas inside there. Fine. Just search. >> Please please please listen to me. Please listen to me. Wait, you're hurting my arm. You're hurting my arm. Please, please, please hold on. Face the car. >> The car. >> Sir, so >> did you remember that thing that I told you? If you start tensing up, I'm going to charge you with resisting. >> Please don't touch me. Is there anything? No. >> Folks say talking too much will get you in trouble. And this is a textbook example. She was arrested for driving without a license, possessing controlled substances without a prescription, and contributing to delinquency involving a minor. If convicted, she could be facing fines up to $10,000, probation for up to 2 years, plus license penalties, and CPS involvement may be on the table. And just as that disturbing find in the backpack hasn't even had time to settle, somewhere else, one drunk kick lights the fuse on pure chaos. On June 21st, 2025 in Miami Beach, police responded to a traffic crash after a car slammed into a wall and clipped multiple sides, turning the scene into chaos. When officers approached, they noticed the female driver was acting off and there were children with her. What happened next made the whole picture snap into focus. >> Do me a favor. Put the car in park. Excuse me. Yes, you captain 2300 ft. >> Are you injured? Do you need fire rescue? >> What? >> Are you injured? >> Are you injured? >> No. No. >> What do you What language do you speak? >> Russian. Yes. >> You remember what happened to your car? >> Of course. Of course. >> Okay. What's happening? I ask you what's happening. >> No, no, no. That's not how this works. I'm asking you. Do you remember what happened? >> Of course. Everything. This is my car. This is my best friend. This is my uh baby. Everything. Give me a minute. You have been in an accident. >> You have been in an accident. >> No. Uh, explain. I don't understand. >> I don't understand. >> What? >> What do you mean accent? >> Okay. So, we're going to want to come to see if there's a Russian translator. Okay. >> We're going to try to get stand over there. Stand behind. Just stay. Stay there. I can take her out to the sidewalk if you want. Do it there. >> It's not good. >> It's not good. >> All right. I believe you. >> When she can't answer the hard questions, she reaches for a legit excuse to dodge them. I don't understand. It's a way of making delay sound reasonable. Instead of clearing things up, she tries to blur the scene. The crash is obvious, but the person who caused it is acting like she's living inside her own private story line. >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> No, I know we need translator. I speak English. >> Perfect English. >> Yes. Okay. No problem. >> I speak English. Very good. If you need, you can call my husband and he he can speak English. No, I'm sorry. My best friend right now have a >> have a Mhm. >> have a green card. >> Okay. >> I'm super >> super happy about this. >> Oh, okay. >> Yes. You're going to get somebody who speaks Russian for you. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> A little bit. >> If your best friend have a green card, you will be 2179. >> Okay. All right. >> Hey, excuse me. Stand right here. Good. No, she my best friend. >> I understand that. >> Yeah, she my best friend. >> You told us that 20 times already. I understand. >> And this one thinks it's she thinks it's a game. >> Oh, okay. And um just wait inside the car. Okay. >> Right inside the car. >> She can report all she wants. Stop opening the door. >> Are you allowed to drink? >> Just stand there and relax. Okay, we're just trying to figure this. >> This isn't just a driving mistake anymore. This is a moral line in the sand. You choose to drink, then you choose to have kids in the car, and suddenly everything changes color. She talks a lot, but the more she talks, the more she drifts away from reality. Responsibility gets chopped up into little pieces like she's trying to stretch time. Now listen to her best friend, the one who might accidentally spill what's left of the truth. Ma'am, come here. Come here. Ma'am, ma'am, come here. Get up. Ma'am, we're going to walk over to the sidewalk. Listen to me. We're going to walk over to the sidewalk. Okay, >> so lean on this car. Okay, >> just relax on the car. All right. 13 and the kids 13. Do you have your ID? >> Yes, I do. >> Can I have your ID, please? >> Is that your daughter? >> Yes. >> How old is she? >> She's five and a half. >> She's five, not seven. >> No, not seven. >> Okay. She should be in a car seat. Well, uh, we we're not driving too far. We just was running one one mile away. >> Doesn't matter. One mile away and you are welcome to go. >> No, no, no. It's a parking lot. Are you serious? >> No. She can go to the ice cream, right? >> Absolutely not. >> Okay. Give me your phone. >> You go. >> Hers and the babies. Yes. >> Okay. >> Can I get my phone? >> Is it in the vehicle? >> It's in inside. >> Grab everything you need from the vehicle. Right here. Okay. Don't move. >> Maria, is the address the address on your the address on your ID is the correct address? >> Yeah, this is my address. >> From where? Pennsylvania. >> And your eyes only. You're going to follow the tip of my pen. You're not going to move your head. Okay. >> You're not going to move your head. Do you understand? >> Okay. So, the tip of my pen. All right. Look up. Okay. 1 1,00 2 1 go. Is it safe? 34. >> All right. You wear any contacts, any glasses? You've sustained a concussion in the past? Do you understand? Okay. All right. So, don't move your head. >> The sobriety test moves the truth from debate to plain objective observation. Your nervous system doesn't flatter you and it doesn't negotiate. And when she keeps searching for an exit through body related needs, it's her own body that starts snitching. Those automatic reactions say what her words can't successfully cover up. >> Moving your head, not >> she's she's not following her. >> I want to pee. I want to pee. >> I want to appear. I want to be. >> You want to go to a jail? That's where we're going to go. >> I want to be I want to pee. >> Listen, you're making this more difficult than it needs to be. >> Turn around. I can turn around. Yes, I'm [ __ ] serious. >> I want to be I want that. >> No, no [ __ ] Yo, stop. Stop. I want that. >> Are you [ __ ] serious? I want that. I want a fear. >> I want a fear. >> Are you What are you [ __ ] doing? You're going to make this more difficult than last time. >> Yes. Yes. >> Call somebody. >> Call someone now. >> Okay. I I did call somebody. >> Stop interacting. Are you going to hang up? >> No. No. No. He's coming. He's coming right now. [ __ ] off. [ __ ] off. [ __ ] off. I need you, Marshall. Marshall, I need you. I'm not a Marshall. I need you. >> Stop. I need you. >> I got a I got a fork. I need I need Marshall. Marshall. In her head, saving herself crowds out everything else. The pleas for help are really an attempt to spread the blame around. Only once she's being placed in the car does she start trying to bargain. A familiar reflex from someone who just realized she's lost control and realized it a little too late. >> This is her husband. >> Can you talk to her, please? He is American and he wants to take care of you. We'll sell you. She wants uh us to talk to the husband. >> Yeah, you can pick her up at the CGK. >> We're not speaking to him. We're telling you go with your daughter. You're leaving your daughter alone in the alley. >> She's right there. She's next to me. Okay. >> No, she's not. No, you didn't even have eyes on her. >> You stay with your daughter. No, we're not speaking to him. She's already under arrest. >> Please. Please talk to him. Please come. They not going to do it. No. >> You need a phone. >> No. Don't be on a phone. Your name. >> What's your name? What's your name? >> Gira. >> Okay. >> Bam. Just calm down a second. >> Okay. Before we can do anything, you need to calm down. Okay. >> You understand? >> Yes. >> Okay. Right now, we're doing the 20-minut observation period. Okay. So start the start the time for the 20 minutes and then just count it down so that we can the sooner the the sooner the better for this whole situation. >> I want to go home. No, I want to go home. >> You cannot go home. Listen, I want to explain it to you. >> No, I want to go. >> Go where? Where you want to go? Tell me you are my boyfriend. Please. >> We talked to him. He knows where you going. >> No. No. Please. I lost because he's not good what I need to go for. That's so you can go. >> No. No. I need to go. >> You're not going to go. >> What do you mean I need to go? >> You're going to a jail. And after it? >> Yes, of course. Call my boyfriend. Call my boyfriend. >> We told him already where you're going. >> Yes. >> We spoke with him. >> Yes. Call him. I open door. Open [ __ ] door. Open [ __ ] door. Are you [ __ ] serious? Open. [ __ ] off. [ __ ] off. >> In the end, the woman was arrested and faced charges including DUI, leaving the scene with property damage, nonviolent resistance, and assault on an officer. If convicted, she could be looking at fines up to $7,500 and a combined 3 to 5 years in jail across all charges. And before that chaotic arrest even has time to cool off, a stranger unleashes violence at a playground right in front of everyone. On March 1st, 2024, police were called to a public park after multiple 911 reports of a physical altercation. What was first described as a dispute between a strange woman and a group of teens quickly spiraled, pulling the kid's family members into the conflict. What followed turned out to be far more complicated than anyone initially expected. >> Hey, separate. Get back. >> Get back. >> You shut up. Hey, get off. >> Put your jacket on. Put your jacket on and sit right there. Are you okay? It's him. Sit right there. Get off. Amy, stop doing >> that is enough. >> I told you how many times. >> Get up. Get up. You okay? >> Yeah, I'm good. >> Go back over that way, please. >> Go back over on that side. >> Ma'am, could you go on that side? >> Minding my own business, walking back home. Who is you? >> Could you go over on that side, please? >> Can you get over there? >> And this wants to come at me. >> You hitting her. >> That's it. Go back over that way. >> It's your fault. >> Open your mouth. >> You kidding me? >> Stop. Say it again. >> It's your fault. >> Hold on. >> Stop pulling your hands away. >> I'm not coming. Relax. >> I wasn't doing [ __ ] I was just walking back >> and you guys hit us. >> Okay, calm down. >> I was just like I can say >> Bonnie said he's on the other side. She's good. >> She was already hitting us a like a while ago, >> right? Okay. >> She was chasing us. >> What had happened? Cuz I got on scene. Everybody was >> fighting. What had happened? >> There was already a unit called this [ __ ] >> was chasing after my daughter >> and her friends. >> Okay. >> Saying that they're going to him up. I drove around and my daughter said that's her. So, we just stopped and told them, "What are you kidding me?" And she just said, "Tect it up." She just >> This wasn't just a shouting match. An adult stepped into a space meant for children and then acted as if she had the right to chase them down. Calling it discipline might sound reasonable on the surface, but in reality, it was aggression dressed up in age and authority. The mothers and grandmother did what anyone would instinctively do. Protect their family. >> Are you okay? >> Yeah. I thought I thought she had >> Does he need ambulance? No, no, >> my mom. I cuz her leg's already broken and >> Okay. >> She attacked me and my mom was right there. So, she grabbed my mom's at the same time. >> Okay. So, you confront her first, but your mom was still in the vehicle. >> Yeah. >> That's when she got out. >> No, my daughter. We just stopped and we just, you know, she goes, "That's, you know, that's the one." She goes, "Well, why are you picking on my daughter?" She said, you know, we got down and we were talking to her normal and she justing started slabing on us. We have to defend ourselves, right? >> So, you guys confronted her. She started fighting with you. >> Yeah. I said, "Hey, why are you trying to pick on my daughter?" So she pushed her daughter in my face and your daughter. >> You should raise your daughter. And then I was like, "What do you mean? She's a little girl." And she started hitting me. >> Okay. All right. So I mean >> this whole entire situation >> listen to me. This entire situation I mean I get it. I I'm a parent as well and I'd be upset as well, but if you have locator, ma'am, this could have been handled different. You could have usually just >> You get out of your handcuffs. Step out. >> Turn around. >> I didn't do anything. It was them. >> So, I'm going to ask you your next part, but you can't be taking out your handcuffs. >> But it was them. They were the one that was talking [ __ ] It's all their fault. Trying to stop defending myself because there was four of them. There was two girls and two boys. >> Okay. Okay. >> Yeah. Okay. You [ __ ] understand. >> I understand. I'm going to get your statement. Give me a second. I just listen to me. I don't appreciate you taking off my handcuffs and you were heated when I got here. Okay. So, stop. >> But I didn't do anything. >> I was just walking back from the >> I told you I told you to separate and you continue to fight with her. That's why you're in handcuffs. Well, it's her fault because she's the one that did it. I didn't say nothing to her. >> Have a seat. >> Ain't that some [ __ ] >> Have a seat. >> Sure, the kids use sharp words, but that alone doesn't magically turn someone's actions into self-defense. And when she's already in handcuffs yet still blaming everyone else, a familiar pattern shows up. Flipping victim and offender to dodge responsibility. >> It's her fault. Her kids's fault. is walking home and then they pulled up. I was walking right here. >> Just be calm. >> It's not my fault. I know. Just calm down. >> It's not calm down. >> They don't want to listen. They don't want to listen. They're quiet. >> Okay. >> They just closed the door. >> Hurtion welfare check. >> She also bit me. I don't know what she's trying to [ __ ] bite me out, but she was trying to bite me. Let's see. Turn around. Yeah, just let me see the back of your neck. Let's see. Okay. No, you're good. Go ahead and put it down. >> We're going to have to ask you to leave. >> Okay. They can call you. >> All right. Let me Vicki, let me switch with you and Amy. Turn around and face me. >> Some questions, but I need to read you something first. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law >> to talk to a lawyer and have him listen to me. Have him make you president while you're being questioned. >> I didn't do anything. Do you wish to make statements? >> They're the one that came up to me. >> Miss Long, do you wish to speak to me about what had occurred here? >> Yes, I came up to me. They came up to me. They pulled up in the truck. That's why the truck is there. I was just trying to go back to my aunties. >> So, you weren't being honest with me initially cuz I asked if you been at El Park and you lied to me. While I was walking back from the park and >> I told you to go a different way and you didn't. >> Well, I live straight here. I'm not going to take the long way back. I was just going to my auntie. >> This whole thing could have been avoided if you did that. >> Yeah, but they came while their kids are the one that was saying [ __ ] to me. Bend myself. There's two of them. >> Okay. >> I was just trying to get to my aunties over here at Vista Mista Va Apartments. >> So, you have to understand though, right? Once a child tells their mother that they're being bothered by somebody, they can act aggravated. It's their fault. They're the one that opened their mouth. >> Listen to me, Miss Long. She's going to be She's going to be charged. She's going to be charged additionally, but she's not going to get arrested. You, however, because you're intoxicated of fighting with people, you >> Instead of clearly explaining what happened, she clings to the version of the story that benefits her most. Things shift the moment officers point out her lie about the park itself. At that point, one uncomfortable truth becomes obvious to everyone. Letting children play in public without proper supervision can turn dangerous fast. >> But why are you guys taking me in? >> Cuz I gave you an opportunity earlier. You could have been honest with me. I asked you if you had been at the park. >> I didn't do nothing. >> I asked you if you had been in the park and you lied to me. You told me no. >> I was in the park, but I didn't. >> But you didn't tell me that. You told me to walk in from the baby mama projects. That's what you told me. >> Yeah. I'm walking from there and then that's when they came up >> and I asked you if you were at the park earlier with the other >> came up to me. They were staying stuck. You're under arrest. These guys are going to check you out. >> Okay. >> [ __ ] you, [ __ ] [ __ ] you. >> You can try to talk to her. Not probably transport her anywhere. Got pictures, chief. She's being non-compliant. So, >> okay. >> I got your information. She's going to go to jail, obviously. I mean, she's intoxicated. So, you know, if anything, you know, you'll probably be summoned for public default. Okay. I mean, it's understandable. You want to defend your children, but you know instead of fighting in front of them could have called us. Hey, located the female. We could have came. You wouldn't have been injured. She would have been injured. This whole thing could have played out there. >> Mong step out for me, please. >> Why you guys taking explain that, Miss Long? >> Those kids, they came up to me and there was two of them. They hit me. >> Hold on. That's self-defense right there. Of course, you guys don't care. You always worry about being cave. >> Hey, knock it off. That is enough. >> Mom, just kid. I don't want to that. >> There are people in here. >> Yeah, I know that. >> Sit down. >> My You're just trying to go back. >> If you don't handle kids well, the smartest move is to avoid crowded playgrounds, especially after drinking. Thankfully, officers still checked for injuries and asked about everyone's condition before transporting her to jail. Bottom line, stepping out with a cool head saves you from a whole lot of unnecessary trouble. >> No. So, but I can come back Monday. >> My room. >> Take a seat on this here. >> Do you have any medical problems? Don't take any prescription meds. >> I have a Well, I'm just recovering from a injury. >> What kind of injury? >> I fractured my fibula or tubula and all that. >> Can you face the wall? You have bodies so I can do your vitals. Do >> you have any allergies to any? >> Uh, no. >> Do you have any alcohol today? >> That's it. >> Okay. Thanks for being honest. >> Do you take any medications? >> No. >> Good. >> All right, Miss Long. Let's go. Send up. >> Go this. Okay. Let's go this way. Always the left hand up when we get by. Other son. There we go. Get your knee behind this bar. All right. Thank you, Mr. Robinson. I appreciate it. >> Can I call my mom? >> No, you can't call your mom until we get in the jail. >> Well, why is it? >> I don't [ __ ] know. No, I'm not I'm not an employee of the jail. Well, if that's what it takes, you can sit in here all night. >> If you don't knock your [ __ ] off, I'm going to restrain you and you're not going to like it. >> Well, hurry up. >> It's not my [ __ ] fault. You have to understand that. >> I know you're not. >> So, stop or you're going to be restrained and you're not going to like it. >> Where's your opponent? >> Talking to my mom. Hold on. >> I don't have a phone. >> Hold on. >> But I do get a phone call when I go in. Right. >> I'm just going to talk to them about that. Female. >> Harry the I just want to go home. >> In the end, the woman was arrested and faced serious charges including aggravated assault, assault on a minor, felony threats, and disorderly conduct while intoxicated. If convicted, she could be looking at up to 180 days in jail, fines up to $15,000, no contact orders with the victims, and mandatory alcohol treatment or behavioral control programs. What started as crossing a line at a playground quickly opened the door to questions no one ever wants to face. On August 15th, 2025 in Ohio, police responded to an urgent call about a domestic conflict with concerns it could impact a young child. Early accusations pointed toward the mother and an incident involving a vehicle, but what officers observed on scene quickly pushed the situation in a different direction. Officer, >> do you live here? >> No, we don't. >> This is my wife's house. I want us to talk one of us talking to I still have things in here. I stay here late night. My car is in the backyard. Also abuse with her daughter. She beat her daughter. Punch her in punch her punch her in the nose. Punch her in the mouth. And guess what? She tried to get up in the morning and do the same thing to me. So, >> you know what I'm saying? She just rammed me over with her car, hit me, knocked me on the ground in the dirt over there. I just grab went over there and grabbed my hat. Neighbors probably seen it. As soon as she did it, I got on my phone and called y'all. Bro, >> what happened today? You came over last night. >> I was here all day yesterday. >> Okay. >> Got food, everything. Her her brother was over here. Her brother's girlfriend was over here. They kids was over here. We cooked, had food, everything was cool. Went to bed. No, at night she her daughter me and her sitting down watching TV. She called her daughter. Her daughter come downstairs sitting next to her. She said, "Blow your breath on me." She blew her breath on you. She smell smoke on her breath. So she like, "You've been smoking. You been smoking." I'm sorry. Put your fingers in my face, man. She's like, "I'm just trying to get that. I understand." >> So she like she like, "You've been smoking. You been smoking." And punched her in her face. >> Jump on top of her. All four on top of her on the couch. Smash. She could have brought her just going like this. She's smacking her, smacking her, smacking her, smacking her, smacking her. I'm trying to be like, "Hey, tell her, "Hey, you doing Hey, you're doing too much. Hey, get off her. You're doing too much." And my kid She going to grab a hammer, grab mace, pulled me off with hammer and mace. I can't stop her from doing [ __ ] You know what I'm saying? So, that get calmed down. And then in the morning, I just woke up. I'm sweating like this cuz I was in the shower. >> We got a guy at on Manchester Road. I had a car there. He was doing work on my car. We both used him as a mechanic. I introduced her to my mechanic. Mhm. >> Long story, I I had some tires. He was going to put some tires on my car. They couldn't fit. He said he'll keep them at his shop and he'll sell them for me. >> Long story short, the guys that was working at his shop, he got in an accident. He was down for a while. And the guys that was working at his shop stole all the [ __ ] out of his shop. >> You know what I'm saying? So, I'm telling him, well, damn, the R was at least worth 500 bucks. Can we split it out in the middle 250, you know, be fair. He said, no you dude, you take me to court. I said, better yet, I'll just make a post about you. She's good. He's doing two things at once. Accusing his wife while still trying to win the conversation. That non-stop talking is how people trapped in chaos try to hang on to their last bit of control. But an investigation doesn't run on emotion. And when the words keep coming, one cold truth shows up. The child is being used as a prop in an adult power war. >> I got mechanics. We don't need this. You know what I'm saying? So she gets mad. I still want to go to him. I said, "Well, you know what? If you go to him, you'll spend your own money with him." Then I get out the shower. I start going in the room to get my clothes and [ __ ] She got my clothes, my watch, my jewelry, everything in her hand >> and she got a hammer in her hand and and mace and she's like, "Get out the house." Of course, I'm not going to get out the room naked. So, she grabs the clothes, goes by the window. I throw the clothes out the window. So, I go over. I said, "No, my clothes." Snatch my clothes from her. >> Listen, man. Stop trying to grab on me. >> I'm sorry. I swear I'm sorry. I grab my clothes from her. It's innocent. I swear. Yeah, I I grabbed my toes from She tried to act like she was going to hit me and hit me. I'm about to do it again. Act like she about to hit me in the head with a hammer. Bam the door. Start beating the door. I just go like this. >> She's just beating the door on top of my head. >> She won't answer the door. I knocked. >> I'm not opening my door for her. >> No, you're fine. I knocked. So, I didn't know. >> Oh, I got my sister-in-law on the phone. >> Okay. Just for purposes. >> Yeah. So, boom. Okay. This >> this started from let's say he gave me $175 for my car to get fixed, right? >> Okay. >> So, he calling y'all telling y'all I hit y'all hit him with my car because I told him to get the out of my house. He was in my shower. >> Okay. >> This morning I get up, mind you, he in the shower. He's doing his ritual routine. He pulled the shower curtain back. He was like, "Yeah, I'mma make a Facebook post about Justin." Um, talking to me crazy. He want me to He told me he going to sue me. I got transportation issues. I got many minor children in the home. He telling my daughter, I recorded him some of it. He said, "I got you. I'mma tell him that she beat you. I'mma tell him that she be abusing you. I got you. I'll never leave you. I'll never forsake you. I got your back." I said, "What type of [ __ ] is this?" We're divorced. We've been divorced since 2020. >> This isn't just someone losing their temper. It's the moment a person decides staying on top matters more than consequences. The violence isn't to end the problem. It's to send a message. And once you hear the mother speak, you can clock that familiar armor right away. The tone and posture of someone who can feel control slipping and is bracing to fight for it. >> Maple Street. Maple. >> Okay. He trying to stir up the pot and stay onto this [ __ ] so I can go to jail. And then he got access to my kid. She 14 years old. She's disabled herself. I caught her smoking last night. >> Okay. >> I said, "What was you smoking? You can ask yourself." She sat right here cuz I told her, I said, "You can for restit, she get to go certain places with her restit, right?" >> So I said, "What I if I tell your respit worker, what you think this is going to be?" You know what I'm saying? Your smoke trying to keep me barricaded in my room. So I did. If I took the hammer and if you go upstairs right now, you will see this hammer holes in my door because I'm like, "Let me out my room. Let me out my room." >> Can we see that door? Do you care? >> No, cuz I don't got nothing to hide. >> You still have his chain or something? He's saying something about chain being >> Y'all can look in here. Listen. >> And you try to put on the pressure on the front. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. She saying she won't hit you up the car and she is. >> No. upstairs. >> No, come out here. >> No. Here. I was not in the light. >> What was the address you have on your >> Did you bust your nose? Unless you're trying to hit you with this, please. >> No, I just want to >> right there on the bridge. >> Does that look so unus? >> Yeah. Okay. >> Cuz I just I I don't know what her nose start. I said, "Let me cover her face." And then like I just I I turn my head the other way cuz I if I'm if I'm looking at the [ __ ] >> then. >> Yeah. Like I can't I'm I'm going to react. You know what I'm saying? >> Um does that camera report? >> I I want to see what happened. >> You're allowed to discipline your child, but it just depends on >> Right. When I disciplined her last night, it was me yelling at her. Okay, there was here >> it was no physical contact. Okay, >> if a child's safety were truly the priority, the story would center on protecting the kid from harm, not justifying personal dominance. Even the way she points out the door with hammer marks as evidence, shows the ugly paradox. She's lived in conflict so long that damage and intimidation register as normal. >> Now, what are we doing up here? I I just was picking up his stuff and, >> you know, trying to see if I found his chain or whatever he was missing. >> That's it. >> All right, man. We're going to We're going to walk outside. Okay. >> Y'all about to take me to jail? >> Just walk over here, please. >> Can you answer that? >> Walk over here, please. >> Is that a yes? >> I'm asking you to walk over here. >> I'm asking, sir, so I can put on the shirt. I'm in my pajamas. >> This way, please. We're not going to change. >> Please. >> Okay. >> Stop. >> I'm not really Listen. Can I please just listen? >> Okay. Okay. >> Y'all don't have to do >> I'm not resisting. You squeezing my finger and >> Yeah. So I can maintain. >> Listen, I got injury to those. >> Stop. Relax. >> For no reason, bro. >> Just stop. Stop. No, bro. You taking me to jail for nothing, bro. >> Stop. >> You taking me to jail for nothing, bro. >> Stop. Don't stop. >> Let me go. Get on. >> Don't get Ariana, bro. >> [ __ ] out here. [ __ ] >> Please help me get >> cuz man, don't keep on trying to tell her. Keep on trying to tell her that [ __ ] man. >> You're going to You're going to go in the rain, bro. Bro, swear to God. Swear to God, bro. >> Stop. >> This [ __ ] is weird. How the This is happening, bro. >> It has nothing to do with the guy, but what you did to your daughter, >> bro. A har restaurant worker. Did she tell you? >> They harassment work. What's heartbreaking is that the police only got called once the man was attacked. While the way the mother treated her daughter sounds like something the family had known about for a long time. Even worse, attention shifts to whether she might go to jail instead of actually hearing the child's own allegations of abuse. >> You want to go back inside, dear? >> Come on. Come on, dear. >> That's all I want to do, bro. around. >> Yes, it is the [ __ ] >> Ariana, come here, bro. >> I take these off. Hey, get my purse. Ariana. Ariana. Ariana. Ariana. Ariana. >> Why they can't Why they can't go with the family? >> I didn't do this [ __ ] man. I swear I wish y'all to listen to me. I did not do this [ __ ] >> You called me to her house though. Jacob, she put me in the house naked. She would not give me my clothes. Let me talk for a second. >> My chain off my neck and got my half of what you're complaining about is not my clothes. >> Listen for a second. >> Oh god. >> CSB CSB wants the kids to go with people they know. They like to give the kids to the family. They'll probably go with you anyway. >> You have to let CSB get They have to do that. But what did your car see us before when she said >> the allegation is is basically >> and you made an allegation on her like you're man it's cool her it's cool >> I made an allegation on her >> how else would they come here to >> she beat up everybody on her kids >> she told them that she went right to you know that her daughter got to for leave me here with them in front of >> you guys do not stop. You guys are both going to get arrested. >> Stop. >> If you can't If you can't relax, you're going to go on the wrap. I don't want to put you in that. >> Can you please? I'm telling it's for the welfare of that newborn in there. Bro, >> we we are here. The kids are our responsibility now. They're going to go to CSP. They will be fine. >> Please. Please, ma'am. >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and faced a domestic violence charge with possible child abuse charges if the evidence supports it. If convicted, she could be facing fines up to $2,500, probation up to 24 months, a no contact order, and mandatory domestic violence intervention classes lasting roughly 26 to 52 weeks. At that point, it stops being why would this happen and becomes the moment violence finally shows its face, where the idea of motherhood collapses completely. On September 12th, 2025 in South Uklid, Ohio, police responded to three separate 911 calls from the same address in a single day. Each call involved reports of domestic violence between a mother and her daughter. When officers arrived, the reality on scene revealed a situation far more layered than initially expected. >> This locked me in the basement. She locked me in the basement. I go out the side door. I pushed the back door open. The whole door [ __ ] fell down. She leaning on the door. Me and her got to fight. It's over with. >> No, it's not. No, it's not. >> Why would she lock me in the basement? >> Why would she lock you in the >> basement? Why would she lock me in? >> Stay out there like I just told you. Stay out there. I'm not playing with you no more. This is the third time we're here. Stay outside. >> She broke the door. You see? >> Why did she have to basement? I had to go out the back door to get back to the front of the back door. >> Okay. >> Okay. Okay. >> I told them I came back home. When I came back home, I went around the corner. >> Yeah. >> I went in the basement. She blocked me in the hallway in the basement. >> That made me come out this side door. >> Okay. >> So, when I go to the set back door to get back in, the door was locked. >> So, I pushing the door open. >> Okay. >> I'm pushing the door open. The thing came off the door. When it came off the door, then me and her got to fight me. Okay. Okay. She said, "Why would you watch your in the basement?" >> I just want I want to get the story straight real fast. Right. So, she came back. >> Yes. >> And then she went downstairs in the basement, shut the record. The door was I locked the door and she went >> Oh, no. >> She went She came back. When she came in here, she she went into the basement, shut the breakers off. When she shut the side door, went to the side door. I locked the door. And when the door was when she went out, the door was locked. She kicked the back door open and came in here. >> Anyone who's seen enough domestic cases recognizes this move right away. Talk first to claim the victim role. It's the easiest shield to grab. The mother fixates on the story about being locked in the basement to frame the narrative. But the more detailed the questions become, the more defensive she gets. That tension usually signals a story that doesn't fully hold together. Take a look at you. Okay. I don't my face though. >> You got like a some scratches. Why would you like I I don't know why she would like I don't know why she would do that. >> Now, did you see what I'm talking about? >> I do. I do. >> I come back home. But you She got him screaming to me in there. D the cop. >> Look, she kicked it. >> Okay. Okay. First, let's just address >> I got a girl in my house. >> I understand you, but let's address your medical because you were in a fight. Let's address that first. Okay. Can we do that one step at a time? Let's just address the fact that you were in a fight and let's make sure that you're okay. All right. Can we do that? >> Where's the ambulance? >> They're pulling up right here. He's going to >> let him pull up all the >> They're going to pull right here. They're going to pull right here. >> This is all so embarrassing. >> Here. Come over here. They're coming up right now. We'll just kind of walk right out. >> Still even got the glasses. >> Yeah. >> So, I just want to make sure I get this straight cuz I'm a little confused. Right. So, she came home about 10 minutes ago, right? >> Came home about 10 minutes. >> Did she come in through the back door or >> She came in through the front door. >> Okay. Then she went downstairs. >> She went straight downstairs. Turn the breakers on. >> Okay. Then when she did, you did who locked her down there? >> She locked She went out the side door and that's why we made it to the back door. Get in there. >> Well, someone said that she was locked in the basement. So, I was just trying to figure out like >> No, she walked out the side door and came. She just, you know, having a attack. So, she walked to the back door. The back door wasn't I, you know, she's in a rage already. She wants to get to us. So, instead of coming back through the side door, she just ran through the and the door was locked. She kicked me off and she just attacked her and we had to break it up. >> She hit me. She hit me. I hit her ass back. Oh, why would you have your mother locked up? >> I just came, you know, I just came back home. >> I know. Okay. Okay. Let me explain to these guys what's going on. Okay. >> Go in there and say, "Why? Why you lock her in the basement?" >> I will I will go in there in just a second. I promise. Will you will you stay here and talk with them for >> Thank you. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> Hey, Rashonda honey. Hey, honey. These guys are going to check on you just to make sure that you're okay. So, just talk to these guys and I will be right back. Okay, Chris, you good for now? >> Yes. >> Anybody in here injured? We have the paramedics here, so I just need to know if anybody to be checked out. >> Do you want to be checked out by our medics? They're looking at they're talking to mom right now, so give me a second. I just need to let them know if there's somebody else. Do you want them to check out? Okay. >> Domestic violence isn't just about throwing punches. It's about control day in and day out. Locking doors instead of having a conversation is a clear red flag. When every action gets explained away as the other person's fault, responsibility disappears. And everyone knows this. Having a reason doesn't give you the right to use violence. >> Ma'am, turn around. >> I'm going to jail. >> Yes, ma'am. >> For what? >> Domestic violence. >> Why am I going to jail for domestic violence? >> She got me. Why am I going to jail for domestic violence? Yo, how y'all taking me to jail for domestic violence? How is y'all taking me to jail? >> There's clear video of you. >> But no, but she >> just because someone blocks you in the basement does not mean you go in there and then rush someone. >> No. No. At the back door. >> There's video of it. So, let's go. >> At the back door. >> Is that your car? Where's your car? >> My car. >> You know what? At the back door. How the she let me in the back door. How is she not going to let me in my back door? >> Let's go, ma'am. >> How is she not going to let me in my back door? Get off of me. What the am I going to jail? Get a [ __ ] the off of me. >> Listen, hold on. Let's come out here so we can pat her down first. >> Hey, mother give a f what the >> good >> what the am I going to have? You're wrong as [ __ ] >> I'm going to take this real quick. >> You going to do me like this and I'll come to the back door. >> Okay, go ahead. Put your foot in. Put your feet in. >> Put your feet in. >> Put your feet in. >> Don't try to get out of those cups. Why the is going to let me out? >> Can you come give her a pass? >> Put your feet in. >> That's wrong as real quick, please. >> How the am I here? >> Who's got a statement? Anybody? I'll let I'll grab a few. >> How the am >> The deepest damage here isn't in the court file. It's in how the story slips out of control. Once ego gets pushed aside and persuasion stops working, chaos becomes the last option. Not to escape, but to stall. Because inside chaos, time always seems to slow down. >> So if your back door lock and you trying to get in, what the you mean? >> Yeah, but you can't attack somebody for it. >> But it's okay for them to keep doing [ __ ] to me. So why would you lock me in the B? Why would you lock me in the basement? >> I don't know. I told you if you had an issue to call us first. >> Why would you lock me in the basement? >> That's how we alleviate situations like this. Why would you know what? I'm about to kill myself. >> Breath. I can explain it to you. >> No. >> Can I explain it to you? >> I told you that [ __ ] got the back door. >> Can I explain it to you? >> No. >> If you're not going to let me talk, I can't help you. Okay. I would like to explain it to you as to what's going on. Okay. Can I do that? Can I talk to you? >> No. Can you give me some tissue? >> We have the medics coming. and they will get you something to wipe your face off cuz I don't have anything in my cart. Okay. >> You know what I I'm telling y'all what the [ __ ] going on. >> I understand. Can I Can I tell you something? >> Are you going to listen? Okay, the reason that you are in handcuffs right now is because >> she hit me. Did you see her hit me? And then you know what? And then she locked the back door. So you see my back door is broke once again. >> My back door is broke. This is the second time they broke my back door. >> Rashonda, can I explain something to you? Okay, listen. Hey, I've listened to you this whole time. >> You know what? You know what? That's okay. That's all right. That's okay. Okay. >> The reason you know what? That's all right. >> The reason that you are He's going to wipe your your face off so that you can stop the bleeding on your nose on your That's okay. That's okay. That's all right. >> He's going to put this on your wipe this on your face so that you can stop the bleeding. Give them a second. >> Thank you. When backed into consequences, people often lean hard on emotion to claw back a sense of control. That's desperation showing itself. Police do what they're trained to do. Secure safety. Check for injuries. Don't argue feelings. The mother, meanwhile, doesn't accept fault. She demands her version of fairness, hoping to restore a sense that she's somehow still justified. >> Okay? I know you're frustrated with this whole situation. I know you're over this whole situation, but you got to try to keep yourself somewhat under control. Okay. >> What is the FD? >> Fire department, the medics, the paramedics. >> They're coming back >> cuz you're bleeding, sweetie. So, they're going to come check on in. I already got those and I got pictures of her. So, just the statement and transport >> before we transport. >> Yes. And we're just we're just we're trying. >> So, how long am I about to be in jail for 2 weeks? >> Not I would not not imagine. >> How long am I about to be in jail? >> What's going to happen? >> So, I'm about to be here for the whole weekend. >> Yeah, more than likely. Well, for the whole [ __ ] weekend. I'm about to be in here for the whole weekend. >> I am about to be in here for the whole weekend. >> Oh my god. >> Are you about to be So, I'm about to be in there for the whole weekend. I have no money to get out of jail. I just I have no money to get out of jail. >> You want me to get your nose? You get your nose? >> Yes. >> Okay, let me explain it to you. Okay. You are going to be with us until you see the the the judge. Could happen today. Could not happen today. I can't tell you because I don't make up that that schedule. Okay, >> today is Friday. It is. >> I don't even you know I always This is some [ __ ] I Oh, this little one always get me in some [ __ ] I'll be kidding. Oh my god. >> You are going to be okay. I know that it sucks right now and I know you're upset right now, but you're going to be okay. >> You're not about to be okay. >> You will be. >> We will. We will be okay. >> Cuz you're going to get through this. >> I am not about to be okay. You're going to get them out of the house. >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and faced charges including domestic violence, resisting arrest, and assault on an officer. If convicted, she could be looking at fines up to $2,700, up to $180 days in jail, and potentially more depending on how the case unfolds. And before that arrest even has time to settle, entitlement explodes in public. This time aimed straight at a service worker. On March 27th, 2025, police were dispatched to a restaurant to deal with a confrontation between a female customer and a server. What started as an argument over slow service took an unexpected turn once officers began verifying identities and documenting reported injuries. >> You have your ID on you? >> No, I don't. >> You don't have an ID on you? >> No. It's my birthday. I turned 55 today. I went to a steak place to have a nice steak. I waited there for 2 hours and they didn't give me a steak. >> All right. What's your name? >> Jennifer Hwitt. >> I don't really >> No. >> No. No. I didn't do anything. I'm just >> No, I didn't do anything wrong but go out to dinner. It's my birthday. >> Okay. >> I need you to take a deep breath. >> No. >> And I'm going to advise you. >> My dog just died. I went out to dinner for my birthday. I don't need this [ __ ] >> Take a deep breath. One more time. >> What are you going to do? Take a deep breath. Arrest me. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. >> If you don't want to >> All right. I'm just ma'am. >> I'm just trying to identify who you are while we looking for my birthday. >> What is your name? >> Pamela is your >> Why do you care? >> I just told you I'm misidentifying you because we are investigating a call. Okay. >> For what? You're investigating a call of a customer who didn't get her meal. >> I didn't get my meal. >> We are looking into it. >> I just ma'am, >> I mean, come on. You know what? >> No. No. Stop. >> Stop it. I just wanted a steak for my dinner. >> All right. Do you have ID on you? >> Yeah. >> All right. Can I please have it? >> No one's saying you do. We just need to identify everybody. >> From the very first contact, the woman focused on justifying herself instead of simply describing what happened. Her refusal to cooperate by providing identification only raised more red flags. In contrast, the server statement stayed factual and event focused, helping officers clearly piece together the behavior and the sequence of events. >> How am I doing officer redness police department? >> Um, I was just more or less worried about them driving. I think they're getting it at eBay though cuz they were walking straight to car. Are they gone already? >> No, we have them over there. Just What happened in the restaurant? >> Okay. So, there's a group of people that also saw it, but I was helping in Iraq. I guess there was a guest issue. They were waiting for some food. So, I went to check on them. Um, they wanted their stuff cooked up more, so I just was standing right there. And the they were both upset with how long they've been waiting. And I'm like, "I'm just sorry. I'm trying to help you out." And this lady just kind of like turned to me and her whole demeanor changed. I was like, "Ma'am, please don't speak to me like and she kept trying to reach me. I was like, "Don't put your hands on me." I said, "I'm just trying to help." And then when the language started, she was like, "You're the effing worst." I was like, "Disgusting." All these guests in the corner saw um which table. >> Um we were in the corner of the bar where there's guests standing. >> That's all after. >> So I was like, "You know what?" When they started getting ugly, you know what? So I went to reach and I grabbed the food. I'm like, "I'm just going to go ahead and ask y'all to leave." And she stood up and she like she's like, "You're worse." Like, >> oh, uh, I don't even know where she I thought she got me. >> You have a red mark right there. >> Um, it's so weird. >> Yeah. >> Well, we could do. >> All right. So, first things first. I can't persuade you either way, but are you willing to pursue charges? >> Sure. She doesn't need to be perfect. >> All right. All right. So, what I'm going to have you do is I'm going to have you fill out a sworn statement. Is that what happened? My colleague's going to come back with his phone, take a picture of your injury. Okay, it's all right. It's okay. >> It's not embarrassing. >> Yeah, you you have nothing to be embarrassed about. >> You're doing your job and she she put An. >> The server stayed planted in her role. Calm, professional, composed. But the suspect needed a scapegoat. When entitlement boils over, anger looks for an audience and demands validation. When that emotion isn't mirrored back, humiliation kicks in and insults become the fastest way to claw back a sense of control. >> Waited for a dinner. Waited for a dinner. >> Had an interaction with the with the person ordering the food. Thought our thought our meal was all set. I have a garlic and onion allergy. >> Okay. asked about asked about cream spinach which was you know sometimes it has garlic and onion sometimes >> you know it was like you know never heard from these people and then it was like hey look what's what's going on with our dinner and I don't know if it was you know I don't know if it was 9:45 it was an hour and 45 minutes I don't know if it was I don't know what it was my my wife and and I got up and and uh danced a couple songs. Nobody ever came over to us. We were trying to figure out what was going on. We we drank the bottle of wine. We've had no food all day. >> That came over to us at the end was an absolute >> She was so mean. >> And so like I came back and said, >> "She put the snake down in front of us and it's just a you can't have it." And then she took it away. >> Wait, wait, let me finish. >> Did things get physical at any point? No, she what she did was she did she did take her nap napkin at her >> and I didn't touch her >> and there was no there was no physical but I mean it's like you know like for if if we're going to go down this road me we won't >> if we're going to go down this go down this road where there's an A and B on this particular woman I mean give me a break this woman was antagonist >> I was like just birthday. >> I mean >> I think it's worth it's like really and you know like we >> I know it doesn't mean anything right now but happy birthday. >> Yeah, but I mean it's like really ridiculous. >> Age is supposed to bring perspective but not here. A birthday isn't a free pass for bad behavior. Maybe the steak never came but the drinks clearly did. And when hunger meets alcohol anger tends to flare up fast, faster than common sense can step in. to this restaurant before. I had high aspirations. >> Where were you exactly? Atomic Bahamas. >> Huh? >> Bahamas. Okay. >> I had high aspirations for the restaurant because I heard good reviews about it >> and you know I you know I just I'm I'm just this you know we sat there you know we we were having a nice time but we just didn't know why we just didn't know why it took two hours for a bill to come. >> What are they going to do? They're going to say I did something arrest me. What is happening here? I just want to go back to Marco. >> I mean, she took she, you know, >> she took the plate right away from us. We was like, >> you know what's funny is she left and then the server came out with our meal and you know, the food was rare and you know, it's like really 2 hours you can have a rare meal. You know, she's like she's like I can't believe this. Stewart threw a napkin up in her threw a napkin up like in in uh in disgust. >> Your woman would have done that. >> And and then and then and she's like, "You just hit me with your napkin." I mean, really? Are you? >> But um when we sat down, the lady was by herself and and we grabbed this chair and she's kind of pushing us over. We're like, "All right, whatever. Good." >> They're complaining about their dinner. >> Okay. And uh we were standing here and we could hear that she was upset about the dinner not being cooked well. So they brought it back, >> right? >> Cooked it, brought it back and then she just got angry at the the major the woman and she hit her twice the face of the napkin. >> Okay. >> All it takes is one neutral witness for the balance to flip. The story stops being a one-on-one dispute and becomes a shared reality confirmed by multiple eyes. In public spaces, there's never a shortage of witnesses. Only people who forget they're being watched. That moment turned a birthday into a milestone she won't forget. I'm going to need you to stand up. All right. All right. So, at this point, yes, you are being placed into custody. The caller advised that you committed battery. Okay. >> But I didn't. >> Okay. >> But what do I do? I didn't do anything. >> For tonight, you're going to go to Naples Jail Center. All right. I'm sure you're going to be out in the morning. >> No, she's actually going to be out. This is not right. This is wrong. You were supposed to be good guys. You were supposed to be the good guys. >> All right. You have anything on you? I'm going to take her. >> All right, >> you're supposed to be >> with with her allowing you to. You will. >> Not without that. >> You were supposed to take You are supposed to be Do you mind taking it? >> All right. >> Am I taking it? Why am I embarrassment to you? >> No. So I can go and talk to the other officers. Start for me. Sorry. >> You guys are the good guys. >> Sure. Good. Listen, we only go off with other people. They weren't there. >> It's going to become a court matter. I got to go first. >> In the end, the woman was taken to jail and face charges including assault and disorderly conduct. If convicted, she could be looking at fines up to $1,500 and up to 12 months of probation. From a restaurant heated by entitlement, the chaos spills into the neighborhood where fear starts to take shape. On Independence Day, July 4th, 2025, police were called after a pink-haired woman was seen acting strangely in a residential neighborhood, cutting through backyards and trying to open the door of someone else's home. When officers made contact, the situation quickly veered into something unpredictable. >> She's not causing anybody. I I She went through the back and then I think she may have gone around there, but I just I'm It's hot. I don't want her to like get sick. Our our friends said they saw her earlier on Talis like a couple hours ago. >> So I don't know her like Yeah. Right before the roundabout. >> Okay. >> Kind of she >> I just don't want her to get like heat. >> So she went to the backyards that way or this >> she did this route twice. I didn't see her come out most recently. >> So there's a possibility she still be back there. >> I I looked around. I didn't see her. >> From our vantage point on the deck. I guess she could be directly under the deck. Um >> Oh, it might be worth might be worth trying to look. Hey, >> what's your name? Um, >> stop. Yeah, >> I'm sorry. I got the house confused. >> Okay. What's What's your last name? >> Christina, do you have a license on you? >> No, I don't. >> Where do you live at? Don't walk away. >> Well, I was trying to get to my friend's house. >> Where's your friend's house? Cuz you've been walking in and out of people's yards all day. Christina, >> I see I'm about to pass out. I was trying to get from >> What's your date of birth? 1699. Don't walk. Walk away. Please >> just quit walking away. >> Walk. Okay. Handcuff. Okay. >> Why? What do you mean I didn't do that? >> Because I told you three times. All right. I won't do it again. I won't do it again. Okay. >> Your birthday is >> You don't have a right to do that. I need a >> I do have a right to do that. You're trespassing because you are. >> I'm not even. >> Yes, you are. You're pulling on door handles. >> I'm not going to go and ask them. >> I'm not going to sir. >> Is that your accurate name that you gave me? >> Yes. I said before that >> stop walking. >> No. No. No. No, stop. No, no, no. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Guys, please stop. Guys, help. Wrong house is the safe, socially acceptable line people reach for when they're questioned. But the real testing the boundaries mindset shows up in the movement. She can't stay still, keeps trying to control the space. That mismatch between what she says and what she does is what trips suspicion. Your body gives the warning signal before your brain can dress it up with a story. >> Calm down. Take a breath. Get up. Please. I'm begging you. Please. I'm begging. Look. Stop. Please. I'm >> Central. Just give us a I won't look. Please stop. Stop. I can't breathe. I need something to drink. Please. Please. >> Just take a big deep breath. Okay. >> Please stop. >> Let go of my handcuffs. >> Okay. >> Let go of my handcuffs. >> No. No. I didn't do it. Here we go. Me. >> I need something. >> No. >> Stop. >> Go knock. Go knock on their door and ask them. They said I was allowed back there. >> Christina, I asked you please to stop walking away from me. >> I did, sir. >> I'm going to stand you up. >> Look, I did. >> I'm going to stand you up. Three up. >> No, that's not right. Sir, >> stand up for me. >> Sir, look. Sir, stand up. Please listen. Sir, look. >> Stand up. >> Okay, >> stay standing. >> Stay standing. >> Please look. >> Okay, just stay standing. >> All right, please listen. >> Okay, take a big deep breath. Everything's okay. >> I asked you four times to stop walking away. >> I wasn't walking away, sir. I was talking to you. I wasn't walking away. >> It's hot outside. I don't want to I don't want to run you down, so just stay standing. >> Drink, please. Please. That was outrageous. >> I'm not trying. I'm just there. >> Get your Is that your shoe? >> Oh, it's not my friend sho. >> It's a very large shoe for you. >> Just stay still. Okay. >> Don't go knock on the door, please. They're over there. I mean, we can give you the name of something to drink. Please. >> When people panic, they start bargaining to buy time, hoping things cool down, hoping a gap opens up. And when they realize they're not in control anymore, some will even choose the worst option on purpose. It sounds irrational, but it's a twisted way of telling themselves. At least I'm still the one deciding. >> What are you trying to do? I don't have no right to be charged with anything. Go talk to me, please. >> Christina, put your hand behind your back. >> Tell me what you're trying to charge me >> right now. You're about to be charged with action. >> I'm not. But behind your back to me for a reason. >> Okay. I'm going to give you one second. Put your hand behind your back or you're going to get charged with obstruction. >> I need a drink, please. Three, two, >> I need a drink, please. >> Thank you. >> I need a drink and I need to talk to you about this. This isn't right. And you know that go. >> If you want to sit down, then sit down. But >> please open the door and ask them. >> We have had three people call in about you. >> But not people. Go ahead. >> I need something to drink. Will you please ask them water or something? Please sir, let me talk to you for a minute. >> Christina, is that your first name? Is it Christina? >> I need to talk to you. >> Is it Dilmore? >> I need I need to talk to you. >> Spell your name for me. >> I need a drink. >> Talk to me and spell your name for me. >> I need a drink. I'm at the passport, please. You don't have a right to arrest me. >> I do have a right to put you in handcuffs because I asked you not to walk away. >> Okay. I wasn't walking away. >> You were walking away, >> man. Was I walking away? >> Sir, I meant I'm sorry. >> You were walking away. >> No, I wasn't. I >> Yes, you were. Not sure. Let's >> We're going to walk back this way. >> Okay. Please. I need >> I'll grab your I'll grab your stuff. >> Look, I'm not going to >> walk. Please. >> Can I sit down right here from here? >> You're going to sit down in the back of my car? >> No. No. Please. Listen, sir. >> Christina, please don't make me carry you. >> You giving me water. Please. >> Is your name Christina? >> Yeah. >> If you slip out of those cuffs again, you're going to go to jail for obstruction as well. Okay. >> Wait. Stop. We're trying. You can't arrest me for nothing. >> Well, your name's not coming back. So, >> please let me go. She tries to talk her way innocent while her actions are building a case in the opposite direction. She leans on the language of rights to cover the reality of interfering with the process. She believes if she talks long enough, officers will soften up or get tired and let her go. At the same time, she tries to keep her identity vague right up until the last possible second. >> Drink, please, sir. I need a drink and you have no right to look. I need you to come knock on their house. Look here. I'm not Look, I'm not going. >> Let's go to the car. >> No, I need something to drink. Then you give me a drink, sir. Hey, you can't just put me in the back of the car and you're supposed to tell me. >> If you keep pulling away, you're going to get carried to the car. >> Okay, look. I'm not going to for Hey, sir. Listen. Sir. Sir, listen. Listen. You're supposed to talk to me first and you talk to me about this. >> I've given you multiple opportunities. >> What do you mean, sir? Please stop. >> Look, if I sit down right here and talk to you, please >> get in the back of the car. That's not right now. Get off of me. Stop. Please. No. >> I need my talk to me, please. >> Okay. You're under arrest right now for failure to provide identification. Okay. Or giving a fake name to me because Christina is not returning. >> Wait, that is not a real name. >> I was passing out. I said Gilmore. That is not a real name. >> They're like Christina Gilmore. Look that up. >> Gilmore. What's your date of birth then? Cuz you told me Gilmore, >> please. >> What do you want to say? >> You just open the door. >> You don't have a right to arrest me for a reason. >> Hey, you don't have a right to arrest me for a reason. I just want to talk to you. >> Spell your name. >> It's for your job. Give me something to drink and I'll give you the >> That's not how this works. >> Please open the door. >> That's not how this works. >> Fresh air. >> You have fresh air. You're breathing and you're talking. >> So, you don't have no right to arrest me? >> Yes, I do. for obstruction. Number one, because you wouldn't cooperate when I was putting you in handcuffs and you fought me. Obstruction. >> Second, because you're not giving me a real name. What's your real name? >> I just give you my real name. >> When she can't leave through action, she switches to identity fog to stretch the clock. That creates confusion and forces police to change tactics. In a suspected trespass situation, dishonesty burns goodwill fast, and the can I get water moment stops sounding like a basic need. It starts looking like a bargaining chip. Open the door so I can get some air. Please, >> your window is down. The air conditioning's on in the car and you're talking, sir. >> What did you take today? Why are you high? >> Hi to arrest me for no reason. >> You're not being arrested for no reason. You're very much so being arrested for a reason. >> What reason? >> Because you've been walking in and out of people's yards. Neighbors up here saw you pulling on somebody's handle of one of their neighbors. >> No, I can tell you. >> We find you walking around people's yards in a place that you do not live. >> You know, Bobby Joe, >> what's the address you're looking for? >> I don't know her address. So, it's impossible for you to be knowing where you're going if you do not know the address. >> We can go knock on that neighbor's door right there and they'll tell us where her house is at. >> Let's not. >> Absolutely not. >> Hey. Hey, please open the door. Hey, >> your window is down. You can breathe cuz you're talking. Hey. >> Yeah, she's We saw her walking over here. She got into those bushes and walked down there. I tried to tell her three or four times to stop walking away from us. She didn't. So went to go put her in handcuffs and she wanted to act the way that she's behaving now and I don't think that her name that she's given us is accurate. >> We're going to go ahead and get over to 600. >> Excuse me, sir. >> Hey, sir. >> See you, man. >> Hey, let me out. You can't do that. You got to rescue music, sir. >> 67. >> Please look. Knock on her door. >> 600 miles 512. In the end, the woman was taken to jail and faced charges for obstructing an officer and suspicious prowling/loitering in the neighborhood. This footage shows what happens when self-control collapses hard. You can see the fear of custody and mandatory treatment rising to the surface as her behavior spins further out of control. And before that fear even settles, jealousy erupts. One sharp line of ink turns hurt into evidence. On July 26th, 2024 in Florida, Palm Bay police responded to a call about a vehicle that had been heavily vandalized in a residential neighborhood. The damage stemmed from a breakup and unresolved relationship conflict when anger overtakes reason. Legal consequences aren't far behind. >> How are you? >> Good. >> You just need a standby to grab some stuff. >> Uh yeah, just right down there with that gray Honda Civic on the side. >> Okay. How much uh stuff are you thinking? >> Um not not a lot. Most of my stuff is in my car. Like I wasn't >> I think the only thing that should be inside is like a few things to close in my camera. >> So like 15 minutes would be good or >> Oh, not yet. >> Okay, good. Cool, man. >> A couple minutes. >> Um so what I'm doing is I'll uh my partner is just going to go up to the residence just let them know what's going to happen. Do you have a key or >> No, they're there though. >> Okay, that's good. >> Her friend just drove by and then they like left and then did like a weird like loop around and came back like in like 2 minutes. >> Okay. I wasn't on the call so >> Oh. So um she she essentially started hitting me and then I had like started defend myself. Her mom came out and like you know how it works. Mom's going to take the side of the daughter. Uh her mom like was holding me down waiting for you guys to come and like her daughter started like breaking bottles on my head and I had to go get a cat scan. >> Oh my gosh. >> Yeah. Um >> and they took you in? >> Yeah. >> Did you have injuries on >> Yeah, I had to get a cat scan. So, what did uh >> they said the only they said the only marks anywhere were on me and there was my blood on her knuckles. >> Huh. >> Yeah. And they said like that she uh I guess like I don't know. But I got arrested for it and then I was sitting in the back of the cop car and I was like, "Yo, like the handcuffs are kind of tight." And I put them in front of me and then they're like, "Okay, you just added resisting." And I was like, "Damn, bro." like, "Okay, that's kind of shitty." But >> yeah, that uh typically when they're behind your back, that's it. Yeah. I mean, they're supposed to stay there. But >> I had already been like apprehended. Like I was in the car, so I didn't like know it was going to be like that. But >> yeah, >> the rage didn't stop at property damage. It escalated into a public judgment where the pain of betrayal turned into a stamp of shame. By casting herself as both judge and executioner, her actions showed deliberate intent to humiliate, not just a momentary emotional blowup. >> You guys aren't going to try and work anything out, right? You guys are separating. >> Not to my knowledge. >> All right. >> Don't really know how this is going to play out. >> Yeah, >> cuz you're 22. >> I'm 23. >> 23. >> Yeah. >> I'm not much older, but I'm 28. But >> Oh, yeah. >> You don't need that drama in your life. >> Definitely not. Um, so I had also noticed and I had heard um, my car is like vandalized to [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Is it? >> Yes. >> Here's the thing. Can you prove that it was her or them? >> Inside of my car says cheater. >> Okay. Yeah, I I'll interview her a little bit. See if I can um get her to admit, but and then once I see what the damage is and stuff. >> Yeah. I was like, uh, >> I guess I guess guess the three charges that I got were just not enough. I needed a [ __ ] up car, too. >> Yeah, that's not right. I understand being upset, but damaging somebody else's property like that. >> Yeah, when I was the only one that got hurt. >> Yeah. >> Uh, it's a 2018 Honda Civic SI. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. >> Manual, of course, right? >> Yeah. >> Nice. >> It was nice. >> Yeah, that's that's really obnoxious, man. >> Yeah. My buddy in the uh my buddy in the army bought it for me like before I got out. Oh yeah. >> Like he deployed early and he was like here. He was like you're getting out soon. He was like go ahead and uh he was like just go register get it in your name. He was like you can give to me with like >> 20,000 miles. >> That's a sweet deal. Yeah. >> Car was intact when you >> Yeah. >> Did they put that trash up? >> Yeah. >> My partner's in there. Yeah. When loss hits, people want to be heard and believed. But the legal system runs on proof, not feelings. That disconnect pushed him to talk more. Not just to recover money, but to reclaim moral ground. To be seen as the one who was wronged, not merely the one who suffered damage. >> Maybe we could at least shut it up. But you know what I mean? and it did didn't end up happening. So, it went off for a while, but >> for the car. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> And I'm guessing she already asked if you saw anybody who was smashing it up. >> I mean, I didn't see what happened, but like I told her. Um I came out because they obviously had their altercation that morning. My dog was going crazy. It was waking my kids up. So, I saw her outside crying. Um and I went out and I was just like, "Hey, like are you okay?" Um and she had mentioned that she needed to get stuff out of the car. So, I was just like, "Well, you know, when he gets out of jail, you know, they'll let they'll they'll come. The cops will come and let you get your stuff out of his car. Let him get his stuff out of your house because I've seen that situation happen before." >> Um, and then I went back in my house and not 10 minutes later, I start hearing the alarm go off. So, you know, >> he was gone though at that point. He was arrested, you know, just mainly the car alarm. >> My dogs were going absolutely nuts. So, the only thing I really heard was the alarm start going off. But, um, I I will say that uh I did come out I I don't smoke in the house. I was outside and she was talking to uh one of her friends. I'm not sure, but she was on the phone and she was talking about how she carved up, you know, the keyed the car like cheater in one side and >> liar in the other. I I don't know. I didn't look at the car, but that's what she was saying that she did. I heard her talking about it, but I didn't watch her actually do it. >> Okay. Did you notice the dam any damage or anything at that point? >> Yeah, obviously I saw it. You know, I didn't watch her do it. >> So, the same day that he got arrested >> within like an hour. >> Okay. put her in jail, right? >> Yeah. Oh, yeah. Uh, I just need probable cause. I don't know if her talking on the phone. >> Yeah. >> I mean, it kind of sounds like probable cause, but I got to ask some more questions first. But yeah, definitely criminal. That was it. >> Yeah, cuz I was I was I heard I heard the dog >> and she was the only one outside. You didn't notice anybody else? >> I don't know. >> Kids running through this place. >> Yeah, she she's got all kinds of friends. Um, she had another friend with her that morning. I don't know his name and I don't know if he was present for it. >> What witnesses described all pointed in the same direction. In stories like this, suspects often make the classic mistake, bragging to soothe the ego. And those very words end up becoming the rope that tightens. It didn't take long before police came looking for her. >> I knew I recognized him, too, I think. >> All right. So, what happened with the car? >> I don't know. I haven't been here. >> You haven't been here? >> Okay. Like, I understand you're frustrated, upset. >> Did something happen in the car? >> Not that I know of. I I really actually haven't been here. You can ask my roommate. I haven't been here in days. >> Okay. When did When did the whole incident occur? >> At least a week ago. >> A week ago. Okay. And >> when was the last time you saw his car like intact? >> Uh the day of the day of. >> Okay. Did And when did you notice all that damage and stuff done to him? >> Uh when I came back a few days later. >> A few days later.
