You're going straight to jail. >> But why am I getting arrested? But why am I getting arrested if I wasn't? >> If you thought the wreck was the worst part, her attitude is even sadder. >> She decides to take every bit of her bottled up bitterness and spit it at the officers who were just trying to do their jobs. >> I wasn't driving. My friend left. >> Have a seat. >> Stupid ass white pig. >> Not yet. >> I hate white pigs. Pigs. I hate white pigs. Y'all weird as hell. Y'alling weird. Want to lock me up? STUPID [ __ ] STUPID. What I need you to do is just take a quick deep breath. >> I already did that in the car. >> Okay. Well, let's keep going. >> So much [ __ ] For what? >> Let's keep the vibe we just had. >> I already did have it. I already did. >> Down at the station, you'd expect some remorse, right? Not her. She's clinging to that I'm always right attitude. Even when she hasn't got a leg to stand on. The tragedy of people who won't stop talking is that they never learn how to listen. a dumb ass [ __ ] going to assume that anything happened to her car if it was going to be me whole time it was my friend that picked me up but she seen me and my baby daddy argument and left me there I have no [ __ ] car signing on what the she's talking about I have no car in my name registered to my name nothing right now >> so who so your baby daddy was watching the kids at his mom's house >> okay and the mom and the mom wasn't there at the time when you went to pick up your kids >> came there right after Job his brother smack smack the [ __ ] out of me. He smacked the [ __ ] out of me like I'm a man. He's a [ __ ] He needs his ass smoked. You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? For real. He needs his ass smoke. When I say smoke, he needs his ass smoke. There's nothing past that. He's a [ __ ] If you smack a female as hard as he smacks me, you're lucky I'm drunk. >> You're lucky. That [ __ ] hurt. >> So, everyone put you behind the wheel. >> It's not me. It's not my car. Is it registered to me? No, >> it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. Lots of people driving. It's not me driving. I just told you he had it over. >> Okay. >> My friend left because the [ __ ] dude swung off me. She doesn't want to see that [ __ ] >> Is it okay if I Would you participate in field sobriety test? >> No, I'm not doing that [ __ ] cuz y'all going to accuse me of anything be driving behind the wheel when it has nothing to do with me. I already had a DY before. Y'all going to accuse me of something that y'all can and I'm have to pay for a lawyer when it has nothing to do for me. I already paid for Patel. >> Paid for what? >> Patel. >> Do you have a CDL? >> No. Okay. >> And I had to do what I for. And I know not to consent to no little survivor test y'all have cuz I wasn't behind the wheel. >> Do you want to submit chemical testing? >> No. I wasn't behind the wheel. >> You're not going to blow? >> No. Why am I going to blow and I'm not driving? >> So, you're refusing? >> Yes. Okay. >> Like, why am I going to commit and I'm not behind the wheel? Did y'all pull up and I'm behind the wheel? No. And I'm communicating with y'all when y'all pull up. Okay. Multiple people are putting you behind the wheel. We're past that point. You're behind the wheel, >> but I'm not. >> You were driving intoxicated. >> I wasn't. >> And you you refused to >> artist report. >> That's literally >> When a mother puts a drink and her own ego above her children's safety and honor, she doesn't deserve her freedom. Period. She's looking at charges for aggravated DUI, intimidation, battery, threatening a public official, and driving on a suspended license. Now, do you think her mom is going to bail her out of this one? Drop a comment and let's talk about it. And if you think this mother was bad, just wait until you see the soulless behavior of this next woman. It'll give you chills. On March 13th, 2025, at a Colorado intersection, police are called to a major wreck caused by a woman who clearly wasn't in her right mind. You could tell right away this was going to be a tough one. Her reckless choices had already led to something truly heartbreaking. So, three in this patient, three in this car because the baby's fine. Baby's fine. Maybe four. >> So, we're still going to probably transport baby though. So, that's still >> All right. If she's the only one that's in this car, let's get her information. >> Okay. Can you tell me what happens? Get the rest of your vitals. Okay. You want just sit down there for me? >> Are you friend passenger? >> No, I wasn't involved in it at all. >> Did you witness it, hun? >> Uh, no. I came from the church. I just heard ran over. >> Yes. Okay. You have >> I used to be an EMT. >> Yeah. So, I'm going to have you take this arm out of sleep. Okay. I'm going to get blood pressure on you. >> Did you take I used to be an EMT county. So, >> Okay. >> I kind of just No worries. >> Are you hurting anywhere? >> Uh, my hand. >> Your hand? You know how it is. >> Okay. >> She doesn't want to go. Let me get further assessment. >> Make sure nothing internal is going on. Okay. >> I think it's a good idea. Okay. >> What worries me is you lost consciousness. >> Yeah. >> Right. So, I do think it'd be beneficial for >> I'm telling you it was chilling. She was unbelievably calm standing there in the middle of all that chaos. It was like she thought she was just an innocent bystander who got caught up in someone else's mess instead of being the one who caused the whole disaster. >> If you're saying black car on the other side, you move your car afterwards, right? >> Yeah, I you were back here. >> He was like stopped at the stop sign to go >> back >> to go west though. So, you can kind of see him pull up here based on the impact. Black car had to be west, white car had to be north. If you switch it, your impact nors don't make sense. >> I watched the body camera. It looks like Officer Markham left all of your paperwork together underneath your jacket. So, I would relook through all your paperwork. I did go ahead and print off the tickets. That way, you got them in the court date. Do you have any questions about the accident or anything? Right down there. >> After a month of investigating, the lab results finally exposed the truth about what was in her system. When the officer showed up with an arrest warrant, she just looked surprised, like it was all just some minor detail that shouldn't even matter. >> Hey, Cartelia. >> Yes. >> I don't know if you remember. I'm Detective Bank with your band, please. >> Go and put your hands on your back. >> We'll talk. We're going to go back to the police department. I'll read you your rights and then we'll talk back there. Okay. today is the lab report came back for the blood that they drew um at the hospital. That lab report showed that um let me just show it to you. You had 12.7 nanogs per milll of in your blood system. My question for you is uh can you tell me when the last time you ingested cannabis was that day? >> Probably an hour before I left. >> Is that by like smoking or >> It was definitely smoking. >> Smoking. How much did you smoke that day? >> I don't even know how to measure it. I guess a joints worth. I don't even know how to measure it. Like >> it was loose like loose uh cannabis like rolled up in a joint. Okay. How what is a normal day of smoking cannabis to you? Like was that a normal amount or is that like a lot or not a lot or what? How does that every I know everyone's different. So >> that day it was more of a I was with somebody else. So it was like earlier that day it was more like I'm over there smoking and then I went on home and chilled for a little bit and then I started smoking on my own. So that's pretty much >> So when you were with this other person, >> we was smoking. So >> like a joint as well or >> No, they had a um what he calls a beat. What he calls >> like a blunt or something? >> Yeah, that's what he called it. So but I'm a joint girl, but >> Okay. So you smoked a blunt with that person and then at your house you smoked a joint? >> Yes. >> Okay. So how in total how much did you have uh smoke? How much did you smoke prior to the to driving? >> Just that. Just that. Just the blunt and then the joint. Okay. Again, is that a is that a normal amount for you or a lot or a little? >> It's a little bit much, but it wasn't too much. I I figured I can handle. >> Even with her THC levels through the roof, she still insisted she had everything under control. This woman was so worried about getting distracted while driving that she chose to get high beforehand, turning the whole world into one big foggy blur. part of Colorado and then coming down Colorado to where you passing all of the my job, my mom's and all that stuff. But I just remember trying to own Colorado. >> Okay. The blunt they found in the car, was that the blunt you smoked um with the gentleman? >> That was from days ago. >> Um and then the >> and that was only in there is because I couldn't uh get to the house with it is because I couldn't take it home right away because I was in the middle of some other stuff and I didn't even smoke while I was driving. I don't even smoke while I'm driving. So, >> okay. because of distractor. >> You think it was an hour before you got in the car was when you smoked the joint at home? >> So, you said you smoked the blunt with your friend. What time was that at? >> I'm not even sure cuz I'm not even sure what time the accident happened. All that is blurry to me now. It's all blurry. >> The accident happened at um shortly before 6:00 p.m. >> I'm still It's still blurry. Like, I don't remember anything after I turned on Colorado. Yeah. So, >> do you think that the cannabis led to you getting in this accident? >> Absolutely not. >> Okay. Absolutely not. >> Are is it your statement that you had a seizure and that's what caused the >> Absolutely. Absolutely. >> At the So when the officers talked to you at the hospital, you said you did not have a seizure. 100% you did not have a seizure. But then when I talked to you the next day, you told me that you did have a seizure. >> That's cuz I couldn't remember anything. >> And I get it. I Listen, I'm not here trying I'm just trying to figure out the truth. Okay, this shows that you you were not allowed to drive at the time. Okay. You were over double the double the legal limit to drop. It's 5 nanogs per milliliter is the >> jail time I'm going to do >> is the amount and this is 12.7. So >> how much jail time I got? >> I I have that's not up to me. All we do is make an arrest and type reports up and send it to the state's attorney. Okay. >> But I will have jail time >> again. I that is not my call. Okay. >> Where do we go from here? Um, is there anything else you want to tell me about the accident or anything prior to or any related to your medical issues? Anything? >> And wasn't that seizure perfectly timed? It only popped into her memory once those THC results went public. All that overconfidence she had at the start just evaporated, leaving nothing but pure terror once she realized she couldn't run from reality anymore. >> They arrested me, babe. Huh? I'm going to jail. >> No, you're not. >> Yes, I am. I'm at the police station right now. I'm going to jail. This my phone call. They arrested me. They said I had DUI. The the weed in my system was a over the a legal amount. >> No. No, it wasn't. >> I'm serious. I'm serious, babe. I'm serious, >> man. What? Hey, what what's mom number? >> I have no idea. I have no idea. Ask one of the kids. Ask one of the kids. I need number. I need mom. >> Ask the kids. The kids got it. Kalia. Kalia got it. All that. Yeah. Do that, please. >> I mean, you at the satellite. >> I'm at the satellite. >> I mean, how much it cost for your your your >> I don't know. I'm not worried about that right now. Don't worry about that right now. Don't worry about that right now. I don't know what the I don't even know. I don't even know what that I'm scared. I'm scared. I'm scared, babe. Please, God, pray for me. Please. I'm so scared. >> I got you. I got you, babe. Okay. >> Please. >> You can't call me back, can you? >> I don't think so. >> God. >> Okay. Okay. Oh, no. I don't want to hang up. I'm scared. I want >> Huh? I'm not going to hang up, babe. >> I said I don't want to hang up. I'm scared. >> Don't hang up on Don't hang up, babe. Okay. No, don't pay. Please. >> Why? God, I got enough going on. Lord, I don't need this. I don't need this. >> How you going to give your damn DUI for me, man? For real. I can't. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. >> Doesn't make sense. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. >> He wasn't blanket. He was nothing, man. You wasn't doing nothing. >> Okay. >> You wasn't drinking or anything. >> No, I wasn't. I would never drink and drive. All right, baby. I'll talk to you later whenever I can. Just be looking for odd numbers to call. Odd numbers that call your phone will probably be me. >> Yeah, I got you, babe. >> All right. I love you. >> In the end, she was hauled off and charged with vehicular homicide DUI. She's now serving 10 years after taking the life of an innocent little girl. Now, what do you all make of those tears at the end of the video? Is that real late to the game remorse? Or is she just crying for herself? She couldn't care less about a human life, but this next one, she's about to absolutely lose it over a towed car. On December 19th, 2025 in Duncan, a mother managed to turn a simple parking violation into a full-blown legal disaster right in front of her kids. This woman's sheer stubbornness was about to turn a casual outing into one humiliating arrest. Ma'am, do you have insurance on the vehicle? >> I do. >> Could I see that, please? You're aware that your driver's license is suspended, correct? >> It shouldn't have been suspended. I had just got it reinstated on Friday cuz I've been a mandator a mandatory suspension for 3 months. >> Okay. It's saying it's suspended for multiple reasons. >> That shouldn't be right. >> You would have to talk to Secretary of State about that. >> Okay. >> Because I had got my car towed. Police put a hold on it. Then I had to go to the tow truck. So, I had to go up to the place right there, buy a CWLP. I had to have my mom come get it cuz they told me that it was a mandatory suspension for 3 months and it'll be lifted the 19th, which was Friday. >> The vehicle is going to have a hold on it for valid driver, proof of ownership. >> About what? >> The vehicle. It's getting towed. Like I said, >> no, I have insurance right there. >> It doesn't matter. It's uh suspended for financial reasons and safety. So, it's getting towed. >> If you think I'm going to let you tow my car, you got to be crazy. >> Well, it's getting towed. Uh, can I talk to you? >> No, you're talking to me. >> Well, for one, you wasn't even over here when the car was right here. The car was parked the correct way. It needs to be jumped. Therefore, I pushed the car back. Can't nobody get up over there for them to to jump the car. >> So, how are you going to sit here and tell me that you're going to tow my car when the car needs to be >> registration suspended? >> Okay, but you didn't do You're not taking my car. You're But you're not going to But you're not. You could try. You could try. >> Either way, it's going to You could try. You could try. That's all I'm going to say. You could try. >> Do you have the keys? You're not getting nothing from me. >> But right now, >> I said, like I said, like I said, >> I'm going to give you the opport No, you're going to listen to me. >> I'm not >> listen to me, >> sir. Touch me. >> Listen to me. You can go ahead and grab your need to do a traffic stop. So, YOU CANNOT TAKE MY CAR. YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO GUARD YOUR MANAGER OR SOMETHING. >> And I got insurance, so that stops me from being able to get my car towed if I have a violent person to come get the car. >> And I know my rides. >> I know my rides. I know. Go ahead and call your manager. I don't have a man. >> Come, come. You got a supervisor or something? >> So, you want the supervisor? >> I want him out here cuz I I got >> Trying to talk sense into someone who's delusional is pure torture. The second she refused to hand over those keys, this whole little drama shifted into high gear. >> So, for right now, you're going to stay right here. >> Or what? >> You're going to stay right here. >> For what? You going to touch me? >> If you get out my face, >> you're going to stay. You're going to be detained right now. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. Stop resisting. >> I advise you stop hitting me. >> And you're still not getting my car, but you can try. >> It's going to go. >> And it's not. >> Stop. Let go your hand. >> Don't even make it seem like I'm Yep. Keep recording. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. You can let go. >> No, >> you can let go. >> You stand up. She can sit on the ground. She's going to act like a pitch on the child. >> Shut up talking to me. Y'all over here taking somebody car for what? I'm at a kid. >> I told YOU MULTIPLE TIMES. >> I'M AT A KID'S PARK. YOU WAS NOT HERE WHEN I PULLED UP. IT DOESN'T MATTER. YOU CAME out of nowhere. Don't act like a child. >> I've been here for 30 minutes. You was not here. Send my squad >> because if if my kids got to get picked up and they I was trying to give the opportunity. >> Stop talking. Stop talking to me. You're going to my squad. >> Stop. And I'm not. >> You're going to my squad. >> And I'm not. >> And I'm not. >> You're going to be charged if you're going to keep it up. >> Just get the car. Pull it up and then we'll put her in it. >> And bring your manager here. She's not actively resisting. She's dead. >> I'm sitting on the floor. And don't pick me the up. Don't pick me. I'm a resist. Go ahead. >> If you're going to resist, you're going to be going to jail. >> Touch me. Touch me. >> You've already stand up. I'm not going to stand up. Nothing. >> Okay. You're going >> That's why YOU'RE DOING THIS TALKING TO ME. >> You're a child. >> You never grew up. And this is okay. >> And this is the >> Okay, shut the up talking. You're going to pull somebody over whose car HAS BEEN ALREADY PARKED AT THE PARK FOR 30 MINUTES. >> Do you see that tow truck right there? >> He's not going to take my [ __ ] He is. >> He's not. He is. >> He's not. >> You can say he's not, but he is. >> He's not. [ __ ] you have nothing better to do. Who the hired you, [ __ ] >> You stand up. >> I'm not going to do [ __ ] I'm going to sit here and I'm going to wait on my kids for me. >> I'm going to sit here and I'm going to wait on my kids to be under arrest for resistance. I don't give no [ __ ] YOU >> WANT to open up the other side and >> Yep. >> All right. Uh >> I'm telling you, arguing with a brick wall would have been easier. But don't you worry, the real show only starts when her mama shows up thinking she's a law professor ready to give the officers a piece of her mind. What's going on? >> Hi. Who are you? >> I'm the mom. >> Your daughter's under arrest? >> Four. >> So, she's being charged with driving while suspended. >> Was she Was she driving? She admitted to driving and then also she's being charged with resisting obstructing police officer because she resisted the of course the investigation and tried to walk away from the officers. So that's kind of where we're at. >> Was she driving? Did you guys did Was she actually driving? This suspect walks out the door acting as cool as a cucumber like nothing ever happened. Even with witnesses pointing right at her, she's got the nerve to look them in the eye and deny ever touching a weapon. Never mind the facts staring her right in the face. >> You want to come down here? You want to bring your kid down here? >> Why? Can I ask a question? >> I'll explain to you. Just come down here. >> Okay. While we're walking, can we >> Yeah, we got a call saying that someone's out here pointing a rifle at people or shotgun. >> So, can you go down there? >> Okay. Let me check under real quick. Never know. >> We just got over here maybe like an hour ago. Whenever we were sitting there, I was braiding his hair. I don't know her. I don't know her. This is my first time. And then she has the audacity to demand a search warrant after she just finished threatening people with a laser site. It's like a thief asking for a receipt for the stuff they just stole. The level of entitlement some people have these days is just beyond me. >> Did you say what what's happening? What happened today? >> My sister. Hey. Hey. Hey. >> And which sister is What was she wearing? >> This is her house. >> Okay. Is this the one in the camo? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> This is her house. Okay. We left and we went and got, you know, our little friends to come out because our kids is here, my kids, her kids is here, whatever. You know, and an extra friend, her her daughter is also here, you know what I'm saying? So we didn't want to be out and running and we could have just been here in the AC, >> you know, >> maybe dad came over here to come get the gun or something like that. >> She didn't know that. Okay. Regardless, you know, >> when did she grab Did she grab the gun or something like that? >> I'm sorry. >> This is her house. Okay. So, she's able to stand her ground. >> Correct. >> So, she's grabbed her gun to defend herself from the boyfriend. She wasn't right. >> She grabbed her gun cuz she wasn't aware that the boyfriend came and grabbed his gun out of things. She said, "Nobody's leaving until I know where the gun is." She thought one of you guys took it. I understand why she's worried about where her guns missing, but it's also illegal. It's called unlawful restraint if they tell you kidnapping. >> Yeah. Yeah. So, it'd be it'd be Yeah, it' be hostage. >> I calmed her down within the time >> that's the situation we came into. We came into a hostage situation. That's what we thought we were coming to. >> I I diffused the situation, >> right? It seems like >> right when we seen >> So, she had her firearm in her hand. One of them. I mean that's all on you guys or not. So >> no no problem. >> Okay. So it's then whatever you tell me is whatever you tell me. It don't really matter at that point. >> While she's busy playing the poor oppressed victim, the heartbreaking truth about her kids starts to come out. Turns out those poor children have already learned how to fend for themselves. Hiding under beds and in closets whenever their mama loses her grip. >> Oh, her gun. >> She came out with a shotgun. Yeah, this is her house. We all We hang out every day. We hanging out. She Somebody show her somebody. She ain't fire. She goes to the back. She come out with this big ass shotgun. Why the her kids go in the Listen, why did her kids go into the mothering closet under the bed in the closet? say no that was crazy. >> Okay. So, so she's this all started because she's claiming someone stole her again. >> She found out it wasn't there anymore. >> So, at that point before that she found out everybody was packing. >> I probably think that's it. >> That's it. >> Yeah. >> I'm not seeing anything else. >> All right. I mean, there's there's a closet with kids sleeping in it. >> The kids aren't in there, but like >> they're coming. >> So, it's in that room. >> Yeah. >> Only place. >> It's passing Hillwood >> right there. >> Still westbound turning signal north. >> Looks like it's got laser on it. >> Oh, yeah. shotgun with laser. >> There's a pistol somewhere. There's a magazine >> right there. >> Hold on. >> Who's talking to the female that had the gun? Anybody interviewing her? >> I don't think anybody. >> Someone Miranda her and talk to her and ask her what the hell is going on with this guy. >> The truth finally comes out in the wash. There was no burglary. She was just too drunk to remember where she put her own things. But even after they found the gun, she still wouldn't stop taking it out on her poor guests. >> What kind of What kind of guns do you have in the house? >> I don't have any guns in the house. >> We already found the the gun. Found two guns. So, >> what kind of like What kind of guns did you find? >> Guns. You tell me. It's your house. >> I mean, like, but you guys didn't have a warrant. >> We went in there to see if there's anybody hurt >> because because you were threatening. >> But you went through my house. No, listen. You're not letting me. >> But it was a It wasn't >> Listen, >> it's not about We're not searching your house. >> Yeah, you did. >> There was guns sitting out. Do you understand? There was guns sitting out. >> It wasn't It wasn't gun sitting out. >> Well, there was. >> No, it wasn't. >> There was because you were threatening people with the gun. A shotgun. >> Okay. Plain and simple. You can't do that. >> They were in my house. And it's called Ohio. >> Don't Don't do that. >> Okay. It's called Ohio State. >> You're also wasted right now. So technically >> I mean I'm in my house. >> You're intoxicated and you're handling a firearm. Are you even allowed to own a firearm? >> I mean yes. I don't have any wars. >> You have no felonies. >> I don't have any felonies and you over here arresting me because I'm in my house and it's that won't leave my house >> because people called us saying that you were pointing a gun with a laser on it to at them. >> What? >> That's what people were calling about. And then you you held them in your house. No, >> you kept leaving the house from leaving. >> No, I didn't. >> The Are you Were you ever married to the biological father of your children? >> Why does it matter? >> Stop talking to me. Shut the talking. I'm going to jail anyway. >> Because I'm trying to figure out if your kids are going to get to go with CSV or if they're going to get to go with >> They're going to go with their mom. That's not your decision to make. >> What? >> You are not making that decision. But making the decision bother, >> get your foot back in the cruiser. >> You can get away from the cruiser. Get away. >> Get away from the cruiser. Don't Don't push me through. >> You don't going to walk up on a cruise like that. Step over. >> Damn. >> In the end, she was hauled off to jail facing charges of felonious assault, endangering children, and unlawful restraint. Now, what do you think about this mother's behavior? Do you think a child endangerment charge is really enough to teach someone like this a lesson? Let me know in the comments.
