this man was recording from a public sidewalk when this cop showed up and immediately tried to intimidate him insinuating he was a threat and trying to paint him as suspicious but the man stood his ground let me explain something to you here's the deal here's the deal I'm expressing my first amendment all I want to do is talk to you I'm afraid of cops bro you guys are unpredictable have security issues that's I'm on the sidewalk there's people that are complaining because they're it doesn't matter they're their complaints on Trum My First Amendment rights I'm allowed to do it as long as I'm in public sir you're out here with video surveillance stuff looks like you're planning something it doesn't matter what it looks like is that illegal that's why I want to talk to you I don't want to talk to you look at how you're getting you said you don't like cops right did I say that yes you did I said I'm afraid of cops when they approach me like that you hate cops no I don't bottom line no I don't I don't want to get anybody killed no I don't know what you're talking about you look like you need help cuz you're getting worked up for nothing because of you CU of me please stop nope for the safety of our people no there I'm not going to stop recording
