Okay. Did you touch any of the kids? >> No, I did not. And that's a lie. >> Kids saying he did. >> Well, he's a liar. >> They said, "You seem right there. You You slid the door on me, man. You locked the door. You That was you." Okay. All right. I >> harassment, vandalism, and open defiance of the law all come from the same illusion. I'm entitled to do this. >> Can you please listen to me as well? >> No, you're not. I know. No, we turn around. Please turn around. >> Please. I'm talking my mom is I put all my kids life. >> No, the answer is no. You're done. And if someone who believes that lives right next door to you, what do you think happens next? A call on March 8th, 2025 shattered the quiet of a peaceful neighborhood. The constant pounding on the walls sent a newborn into panic. But when police arrived, it became clear the problem wasn't just with the neighbors. It was a challenge to reality itself. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> What's going on today? >> Upstairs. >> Which door? >> 10. >> Okay. What happened? >> Just talking. >> Like what? >> Like nasty. >> Can you tell me what? >> Yeah. Come on. >> So, basically, I I' I've met you before. >> Yep. >> So, um she's just saying the most vulgar things about my life and my past >> that are not true. >> Okay. And basically I want her to shut up. >> What is she saying? >> That I'm a liar. I'm a cheater. Manipul >> I already said get away from my door. >> It's the police. >> Who? >> The police. >> Oh, hi. >> You're the one I talked to the last time. >> So, my daughter literally just woke up because she's sitting here. She was literally and I was recording. >> Whatever. But so um but I literally like I'm literally up here listening to music. >> She was sleeping on the floor. I'm sitting on the couch. >> Whatever. That's it. >> Whatever. Throughout the like for the past like maybe 2 hours, I heard a little bit of banging, but I know they be arguing down there. So I'm like, "Okay, like whatever." >> Out of nowhere, I at my front door, I literally boom boom boom boom boom. And I'm like, I'm so confused. I'm like, "What?" I open up the door or whatever and it's her and she's like she's like you need to turn that down. And at that point I go off cuz I'm looking like if my music's on all you had to do is come knock on my door say hey can you please turn that down. >> Like I get that these apartments are so maybe it is a little loud down there. Whatever. Like if my TV's literally on 18. >> Yeah. So then she goes inside the apartment, whatever, and literally she's banging her ceiling on my floor in the living room, and my daughter was sleeper here. So she's up now, >> literally. >> Like, so now I'm really pissed or whatever. And then even when I was like, I'm calling the police. You need to stop. >> Yeah. >> She's still doing it. >> Okay. >> Like, so I started recording it because I'm like, what is wrong with you? Like, >> can you show me? >> Yeah. >> So she didn't say anything about the music. She said that take this with a grain of salt because we've been here for this same issue before. >> I was in my I was in my bedroom getting dressed. >> No, that was me. >> Yeah, you're good. [laughter] What's your first name? >> Britney. >> Cuz she was still banging on the floor. Um, it's B R I T T A N. >> One side suffered in silence. The other kept banging and raging. In the middle of that chaos, a three-month-old baby was trapped in non-stop tension while she acted like nothing was wrong. Officers warned her and left, only to be forced back when the behavior continued. >> Hi. >> Hi. Are you knocking on the ceiling again? No. You >> sure? >> Yeah. >> She said that you did it the last time and now you continue to do it. >> It's kind of like tip tap toe at this point. >> What do you mean? >> Like she's doing that, I'm doing that. So she's just crazy. I swear to God. >> What do you mean? You're She's doing that. You're doing that. >> So are you? >> No. It's just like I'm ranting and >> Okay. Are you tapping anywhere? >> The wall. Like, shut up. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> So, here's what we're going to do. Okay. I am going to issue you a summons for disorderly cuz we're not going to keep dealing with this. >> Fair enough. >> All right. >> Okay. >> And like her enough, >> huh? >> Upstairs. >> What do you mean? >> I'm saying like her. >> What are you claiming she's doing? She is literally a narcissistic. >> What do you mean now? What is she doing? >> I'm saying that I'm a liar. I'm a man. I'm I'm all this stuff. >> You know, we've been on here before with you claiming that and you went to the hospital. Remember that? >> Mhm. >> Have you been given any medication to take? >> Yeah, of course. >> Okay. Have you been taking that medication? >> Yes, of course. I don't want to offend you, but I think you might be hearing things cuz this is not the first time we've been here. >> I know. >> Okay. Your court date is the 21st. You do not have to appear. You can just pay the fine. Just need you to pay it before that court date. Just need you to sign right here. >> Claim that >> you're continuing to talk bad about her. This is literally a 10-minute video. A 10-minute video. And you will hear me not say nothing. No. I listen. I'm not talking about her. >> I know you're not. I'm telling you. >> Yeah. I know you're not. >> The most I the most I said anything is when she kept banging on my thing and I was yelling like in that. >> No. Yeah. Yeah. You're good. >> Like that is it. Like and but I like and I literally and I know like today I'm going to have to deal with it all day cuz my job texted me and was like, "We don't need you to come in tonight." Okay. So, [laughter] >> well, I told her that if if it continues, she'll go to jail. >> Yeah. >> So, if if I would just keep recording if if she continues and we'll come back out and >> when a legal warning can't wake someone lost in a sense of entitlement, escalation becomes unavoidable. The truth wasn't in her excuses. It was in 10 haunting minutes of silence from the victim, standing in sharp contrast to the pointless pounding that kept pushing her deeper into trouble. >> Hello. >> Hello. So, we got another call. >> I'm talking right now. Disregard that. Stand by. So, what's going on with you and the neighbor again? >> I don't know. >> You were knocking again. They got got another video of you recordings. Are you like What are you hitting hitting it with? You hitting with your fist or what's going on? >> The wall. You >> got to stop. Didn't you already get a ticket from the officers? >> No. >> You didn't get a ticket? >> I mean, I signed it, but it's like, you know what? I didn't do anything. >> Yeah. But now we're back again and you did a thing this time. So the guy promised you we had to come back. We're going to get arrested then. Here we are. So grab some shoes. You going to come with me? >> No. >> Why would I get arrested? >> Cuz they warned you to stop disturbing the neighbors. >> Then you had to come back again. Then they gave you a ticket. >> And I understand that. And then you did it again. >> That's why >> I'm not getting arrested. >> You are. >> I'm not. Can I ask for your badge number? >> 2071. And I'm the supervisor. So that's why I'm here. So let's get some shoes on and get a >> I'm not getting arrested. >> Do you want to go without shoes? I'm not even asking. >> There is no way. There is no way for >> you not hurt your feet. Sir, I understand and I appreciate your patience and I understand everything, but there is no way that I'm getting arrested. I did that because it's like she was banging on the floor like like that like boom boom boom boom boom and it's like I hear you like that's all it was. I was not being I I swear to God. >> I understand that your side will definitely be documented as to what you're telling us took place. But from here, this is not negotiable. Want you to slide on a pair of your shoes. >> I'm not I'm not going to jail. No, I'm not. >> Are you going to actually make me have to like force a bit put handcuffs on you? Nobody needs that. >> She then shifted into negotiation mode, clinging to her personal belongings like a lifeline to stay in control. It was a lastditch effort to stretch out a fragile sense of freedom as her ego slowly collapsed under an unchangeable reality. >> I can put shoes on or we going without him. Last chance. >> You going to wear shoes or no? >> Why am I getting arrested? >> Disorderly conduct. >> Are you going to wear shoes or not? >> I have a question. >> I've answered your question like six times. I'm losing my patience now. Shoes or we're going without? Can I get my phone? >> Yeah, I'll go with you. But you get your phone. Yeah, get your phone. Get your shoes. >> But sir, like why am I getting arrested? I'm not getting arrested. There >> you're getting arrested for disorderly conduct. It's called persistent disorderly conduct cuz they've already been here once. And that blue ticket there is what the offic >> which is what the officer has already given you. >> I didn't do that though. That's the thing. There is no way in that I did that. >> I'm sorry unfortunately that there is. Do you have a keys so we can lock your apartment up or you can lock your apartment up? I should even bring your vape with you for like Yeah, that's okay. So, [sighs] we do have to move though. Okay. So, >> grab that and your vape and maybe you want to throw some shoes on and get your keys and Sir, there's no way. There is no way. [snorts] Just waiting. >> Slide your pants on there. >> No. >> You want to pull the shoes on? >> Even knowing arrest was inevitable, she kept begging, asking for different handcuffs, repeating apologies over and over. Thankfully, the officer remained patient. He recognized she wasn't mentally stable and handled everything calmly and professionally. That kind of restraint deserves real respect. >> Do you like this one? I'll let you lock your house up. I get some dig for me. >> I'll put you in the front. I'm not going to put them behind your back. So, this way you walk out. It's going to look like we're walking out together. >> No. >> Like this. [snorts] >> Hold on. >> I have to blow my nose. Hold on. >> Let's do that. [snorts] >> Sir, I'm sorry. I know it's not a good deal for you. [snorts] Can take that with you as well? >> No, I'm good. >> Okay. You [snorts] got your key? >> Yeah. >> Okay. The jail will just only take the uh they won't take the mace with him. Here, I'll help you. Just a few. 2071. Do you need me out there? >> Negative. Just let me be 26. Lock up. Then we'll lock up together. Okay. Do you have any medication or anything [snorts] that you're supposed to take? No. >> Right this way. Okay. >> [snorts] >> Got your I got your key here. All these lights are off. And we'll lock up your house, sir. It'll look like you and I are just walking out together. [snorts] >> Here, please. >> In the end, she faced charges for ongoing disorderly conduct. If convicted, she could be fined up to $2,000. So, here's the real question. Does she truly need a jail cell or serious mental health treatment? The story ends here, but the cycle of entitlement continues, now passed on to the next neighbor. On August 18th, 2025, police were called to a quiet neighborhood in Barnagot after reports of disturbing behavior. What started as a minor dispute slowly turned into a full-blown conflict as the line between goodwill and hostility completely disappeared. And this is what happened next. When they pulled off, she made a scene. She's getting in my face AND EVERYTHING AND I'M TRYING TO LET Y'ALL TAKE CARE OF IT, BUT IT'S ONLY SO MUCH. I'M GOING TO LET HER DISRESPECT ME. I'M NOT DOING IT. I'M SORRY. I KNOW you was not here. YOU GUYS JUST LEFT. NO, CUZ IT'S MAKING ME like I'm aggravated. They just was out here. Like literally so when they pulled off, she starts this [ __ ] >> They the officer was just over here because their mom whatever whatever went on, she made her mom believe that supposedly I stole money. We take care of the mom came over here. never she always asked me to go to the store to report. >> Why don't you take my car? Go get this for me. Go do that for me. Take this money off for me. D All right, whatever. >> I just stopped doing it because she said, "You stole from my mom." >> So, I stopped doing I can't help y'all with this no more. >> I knew Cameron for 2 years. I lived here. Never had a problem with her. When her daughter comes over, there's a problem. Karen, I literally just showed the cops the the recordings and everything like how she came over here and I said I didn't want her arrested because she was old. You know what I mean? And she came over. was apologizing, saying that her daughter put her up to her all that [ __ ] I have all the recordings. >> Literally, they left. They said, you know, I'm not even going to go over there and say nothing because we don't even want to cause a commotion. So, they left. She started the [ __ ] I guess her sister or whoever who brought her here or whatever was telling her to go in the house, be quiet. I left it alone. Then call the cops in. Just then she comes out the yard. Now, you're getting in my face and then you want to be because it's pissing me off. >> I got you. I got you, but I don't want you know I mean we already trying to deescalate, right? We trying to take it down. I need that so I can show him the recording. >> I hear you. And so you called the cops because she came over here and started talking. >> Exactly. I called the cops and they said that the cops was on its way when she got in my face and everything. I said I'm trying not to put hands on her. So I need you to get the cops here now because you're not going to be in my face spitting calling me all types of [ __ ] and talking about my kids. One thing Yes. One thing I'm not going to do is you like you're not going to play about my kids. You're a you'reing [ __ ] with your [ __ ] kid. I'm one. Don't mention my kids. That's not what we're going to do because I'm trying to do it the right way. You have a proof of her like calling you and anything like that? >> I have all the proof on on on the camera. The stuff like when I told him to start recording. >> She told me to start recording. So like I like you know what I mean? I don't >> The suspect couldn't stand the idea that a stranger might have any influence on her family. That's when her need for control kicked in. In her world, help was no longer kindness. It became a threat to the power she was desperately trying to hold on to. >> I didn't want her mom to get her arrested. All antidog. I didn't want her mom to get arrested. But I'm done with her. I'm done with her. I'm not playing. >> Like I said, there's no reason for her to be on this side of the street at all at any at any point. >> She don't even make no sense. Drunk all the time and fighting with her mom. Okay. Talking about somebody hurting their mom. It's her. >> Listen. And then look, she goes and then >> this is now I'm calling the police. >> That's the question. >> It probably wasn't on recording because like literally like she started that's when the cops first left. >> That's when they first left. But like literally like >> I I had to I just told him to start recording and she like she was saying that [ __ ] You could see already how she was going crazy. >> All right. Can you uh can you send this to uh that email? I had been thinking, but you know that I had the rest of the stuff, too. Like, literally, >> I know you out here. You have uh like you good out here on your >> I I cut my foot and I got it. >> All right. You don't need like a medical or anything, right? >> That's the mom. That's And that's the daughter. Okay, got you. >> Okay, hold on. >> It's It's more, but I'm just >> Oh my god, you are looking And I have and I have more that I have to like send officers like >> but when >> like you see what I mean like she was apologizing and everything like she came and started so the cops so I'm like I said I don't want her to get arrested even though she did I didn't want her to get arrested because she was I said I'm going to feel bad but I'm like I just want to call the cops cuz I want everything reported now I want to have something to do with them. >> Absolutely. So, um, the cop was like, "All right, well, you know, if she wasn't being violent, she was just apologizing, you know, just send over the videos or whatever." And he was like, "We're just going to leave. We're not even going to say that." Because he seen when the daughter pull up and it always get crazy when the daughter's here. So, he was like that. We're not even going to say nothing to her. Like, >> the daughter doesn't live there. >> No. >> Okay. >> Um, she he was like, "We're not going to say nothing to her, but um because like the daughter just pulled up, we don't want it to escalate." So, he was like, "Um, we're just going to report it so I can have like the trail." So, I said, "Okay, I'm supposed to be sending in the email." Literally soon as when the the cops turn like turned the corner, this is what she did. >> When words stopped working, she turned rude and aggressive. But in the age of security cameras, nothing goes unseen. Even knowing she was being recorded and that officers were present. Karen kept pushing back, slowly backing herself into a corner. >> Get off your foot here. >> All right, ma'am. Can you >> get him here? >> Let him give him your INFORMATION AND LET >> NO, get hot. Coco. >> Hey, ma'am. Can you just come downstairs? Come down here for me. >> My dogs are not bad and they're No. >> No. No. I I understand. Can you come downstairs for Come down here for me? >> What? >> What? >> All right, ma'am. Ma'am, listen. Listen. I know. I know there's a lot going on right now. >> I need you to turn around and put your hands on top of your head. Okay. You I'm not I'm not under investigation. >> Ma'am, I need you to turn around. Put your hands on top of your >> No. For what? >> You put your hands on on your >> For what? >> No. >> Turn around. Put your hands on. >> I'm being I'm being arrested. >> Mom, stop. Ma'am, stop resisting. >> I don't know. >> Ma'am, stop resisting. >> For what? What am I arrested for? >> For what am I arrested for? >> Are you kidding? Mom. Mom, I'll be arrested for what? >> I know. What am I being arrested for? >> Harassment. >> Harassment. >> Harassment. Disorderly conduct. >> Harassment. And what? >> Disorderly >> conduct. >> Conduct that is in fact disorderly. >> Excuse me, >> ma'am. Just >> disorderly conduct. >> What? >> Disorderly conduct. And these black people over there get along. They they get to steal from my mother and nothing happens. You guys are going under. Are you [ __ ] serious? They steal from my mother and they have off. Can I talk to you? Just turn around here. Turn and face the car. Okay. Thank you very much. You have anything in your pockets? >> You arrested me over them after what they [ __ ] did to my mother. >> Are you [ __ ] for real? Be careful, man. >> No, you'reing for real. Oh, I'm doing this. This ising insane. And those Instead of accepting responsibility for harassment, she cast herself as the victim of an unfair system. When the truth became impossible to deny, entitlement became her last line of defense. But in the eyes of the law, there is only right and wrong. No special treatment. >> Why do you have me? Why am I arrested? Ma'am, you're arrested for harassment. Okay. >> I'll be up. >> They stole my mother was out there, not me. Then why are you arrested me? I have pictures. Oh, I have video. >> You're arrested me. I was never even out there. >> You'reing going down, buddy. I have video. >> I was never even out there. >> You're done, you scumbag. 42. I do apologize. Your radio is unreadable. >> You guys are going to get >> 41. Are you kidding me? >> I was never even in their house. I never even >> I want to see pictures. I'm getting pictures. I have pictures to prove to prove it. >> 10 at 10. >> I have pictures left for for ending miles. Let me get pictures to prove you liars that you guys are getting. >> You guys are getting done. >> Let me see the cameras that I show that everyone went over their house. >> Let me see. Let me show the cameras. >> Why do you mean let me show the cameras to show why they wasn't there? >> We're not saying >> Why are you lying? >> We're not saying you were on their property. >> What? >> We're not saying you were on their property. Well, then why are you arresting me? >> I'm going to go straight to the uh cell right now. >> What? >> We're going to go straight to the cell right now. >> For what? I want to know why. I want to know why. >> Come on. >> For what? >> No, I I have to HAVE A REASON. YOU HAVE TO TELL me that's my law. That's my right. Tell me why I'm >> If you would listen and stop yelling. >> Oh, yeah. Help me. He's not helping me. >> Stop. Stop doing that to me. >> Stop pulling. >> Sometimes the hardest thing to face is the truth. As the handcuffs went on, the image she had built for herself began to fall apart, replaced by emotional accusations and blame. At the jail, she continued to react negatively, using anger as a way to delay facing reality. >> Arrested like this normal volume. >> Tell me why I'm being arrested. >> For the ninth time, disorderly conduct and harassment. Those are your two charges >> from the black people across the street that arrested my mother that stole. >> They arrested your mother. >> Ask Sergeant Doyle. Can I get Sergeant Doyle? >> We don't have a Sergeant Doyle that works here. >> What do you mean? Can you get Sergeant Doyle? Can I Can I talk? >> Yes, we'll we'll talk to you as soon as we're done. >> Right here to the right. >> I want to talk to Sergeant Doyle. >> Right here. I want to talk to No, I have my rights. I KNOW MY RIGHTS. >> MA'AM, TURN AROUND. >> I have my rights. I want to talk to Sergeant Doyle right now. I No, I have I know my rights. >> I want to talk to Sergeant Doyle. >> Ma'am, I need to get I need to get the handcuffs off. >> We don't have a Sergeant Doyle that works here. >> Well, you don't know Sergeant Doyle? >> No, I don't know a Sergeant Doyle. We have a Sergeant Boille and a patrolman Bo Dole, but we have no Sergeant Doyle. Who's your sergeant? >> Sergeant Burke, >> man. >> Now, who's Sergeant Bole that is dealing with this situation across the street? >> I don't know, but you're going to be here a lot longer if you're not cooperative. Just be >> I want to talk to Sergeant Bole. You're a liar. Cuz I Sergeant Bole has come to our house and spoke to my mother and me. >> You've been asking for Sergeant Doyle. >> No, Boil. >> Oh, well, he's not here. >> Oh, where is he? >> He's I don't know where he is. He's not working. When I let go, when I unlock you, you want to put your right hand on top of your head. You understand? >> You understand? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> [ __ ] >> turn around. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. >> Thank you. >> And >> Okay. I want to talk to I want to talk to a sergeant. >> Turn around. >> Can I talk to a sergeant right now? I need TO I >> TURN AROUND. >> I didn't turn around. >> Turn around. >> I am. Let me talk to A SERGEANT. >> NO. >> YES. THAT'S MY RIGHT. THAT IS MY constitutional right on the radio. >> Give me a right. Talk to my sergeant. >> After shouting meaningless phrases about the Constitution and my rights, she was taken into custody and charged with resisting an officer, disorderly conduct, making serious threats, and violating a trespass. If convicted, she could face up to $5,000 in fines, 12 months of probation, and up to 52 hours of community service. One person realizes their mistakes too late, and the next neighbor walks straight into the same dead-end path. On October 5th, 2025, what seemed like a simple parking dispute ended up requiring police intervention. When officers arrived, they found a car with fresh scratch marks and clear signs of vandalism. And this is what happened next. >> How you guys doing? >> Good. How are you? >> Good. >> All right. What's going on? >> So, >> this lady just vandalized his car. >> What lady? our neighbor, she doesn't like when we park here, but we came very late last night um from the bar, so we just parked there, but that still doesn't give her the right. So, this morning um she came banging on our door saying to move the car or she's going to burn it down. Um and when we came out, her and her daughter were sitting right here, my blind because I was, you know, I had a night gown on. I had to get shorts and my brawl and run out and she says, "I'mma burn this mother car and and I'mma destroy it and you can see officer. Look, this is freshly done. >> Look, this is freshly done. >> Look at the the the she said that she was there. I just came because my dad was not there yesterday. >> My grandson had a big party. They all went out. They only went and went car and it was not done. I'm sorry, but that's freshly done. >> Where does Where does she live? >> She lives and you guys live. >> We live right there. >> But is this is this part? Is this her driveway though? >> Well, this is it. is >> Did she ask you guys to move it previously? >> No. No. She just came banging on the door saying, "Move the I'm going to burn this [ __ ] down." And then when we come out >> and then the key and then it was already keyed at that point. >> It was already keyed. >> When I came out to move it when I came out to move it and and I'm personally um a witness saying that she was here >> when I moved her and then I said, "Oh my gosh." >> Right here. And that's very fresh. And it was not like that yesterday when we got in. >> Camera's working. >> Yeah. I'm looking. >> That's their cameras. They're not going to give us their cameras. >> Yeah. >> Or the neighbor right there. You got to ring him over there. >> Can you see if you reced? I don't think his cameras work because the other day I I asked him and he said they don't work. >> All right, just give me one second. >> The victim admitted she had parked incorrectly after coming home late from a bar. It happens to the best of us. But instead of calmly talking it out, the neighbor chose psychological pressure. to her it suddenly became very personal. >> Hi, how are you? >> I'm good. >> All right. So, for the altercation that happened, I came outside this morning to take my brother to work and of course the car's in our way. >> Okay. Is is this your car? >> Yeah, this is my car. >> Okay. >> So, I was going to go take my brother to work and I had I went to weren't answering. And so I was standing out there for 30 minutes waiting for them to open the door. So I had to go back inside, call my aunt to come pick up my brother cuz it was late. And then they all came outside finally and they started accusing me of killing their car when I didn't. And there was people from outside in front of that car. >> I'm sorry. Say that again. There were people last night >> a part of like their group or >> Okay. Um I mean I see if there's cameras >> they don't work at all. >> Let me see. Um, is this like a common like occurrence with these with your neighbors? Like do you guys have any types of issues? >> This is the probably like the third time they've parked behind my car and I've told them multiple times, can you please move your car? Um, and I think we call I try to call someone something because they can't park and then that's pretty much it. have any issues right now. >> Okay. >> Um, can I just get a statement from you real quick just regarding that uh you know that it wasn't you that keep the guard or just just tell me everything? Just um >> raise your right hand >> for me. >> All right. Sorry. >> No, it's all right. Um, do you swear that you're going to tell the truth? The whole truth is nothing but the truth. >> Yes, the driveway was blocked. That part was real, but the story about some stranger scratching the car was a defense mechanism, a way to create doubt and dodge responsibility. The contradiction became obvious when she played the victim while fresh damage was still in her own hands. >> Take my brother's word. Obviously, the car was behind me. So, um >> I'm sorry. >> No, you're >> um so I couldn't get out. So I went and I knocked on the door and I knocked there for multiple times and for 30 minutes no one came outside and finally someone did come outside but my brother had to leave his place and then um they came outside all of them came outside and they started accusing us of keying the car which we didn't there was multiple people outside last night from till 4 in the morning in front of the car and then I just get blamed for something that I didn't do and that's what happened. is the owner of the vehicle. >> All right. Can I just speak to you over here real quick? >> Sure. >> Just away from everybody. >> All right. So, where did you guys go last night? >> So, we just went out to a restaurant out to eat and then we just went down. >> She said bar. So, what were you were you driving everybody last night? >> No. >> So, was your car here all night long? >> The thing was we went in a different car. I won in the Tesla and then I just left my car here because everybody was just >> So when you guys all went out last night, you guys were all like the car was left here all night long. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Because there was no other spot. I didn't want to leave it in the middle of the road >> there. >> I would say around um 11 >> 11 night. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then from there, that's when you guys went out to the restaurant. What restaurant >> it was? Um it was in Clattis. It was um man, I forgot what it's called, but it's uh I think it's called uh No, it's not called Duffy's. It's um it's near uh Clatus Social. It's next to it. They just sell burgers, wings, every type of stuff. >> Okay. And how did you guys get there? >> Uh we went into Tesla. >> Where who's Tesla? >> Uh I don't know. They're not here right now, but they were here earlier. >> Okay. And then from there, what time did you guys come back here? >> We came back uh I'd say around 2 a.m. >> Both sides initially brushed off the block driveway. Still, it directly affected the homeowner's right to use her own space. While her reaction may not have been appropriate, her frustration in that moment was grounded in real circumstances. >> So, it's your first time coming here last night. Came here at 11:00. >> Then you guys got into a Tesla. >> Yeah. >> Another friend comes here. She drove you guys or you guys went out to Clatus Street, went to a restaurant, then went out to the bar, came back around 2 a.m. And then at what time >> did this start happen? Like what time did you know that somebody or what time did you realize that your car was key? >> What I'm getting from them is it was around um probably 9 that they they noticed it. They're saying they um the lady came knocking on the door and then they said um >> the lady the neighbor over here. >> Yeah. And then they said that um to move the car then she came out. She came to look at the car and I >> ask you a question at 9:00. How come nobody came out to move the car when she was asking cuz that's her vehicle. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I get that. >> Well, they just let me know like 30 minutes after and then when I came out it was already there. So like >> that's when we took action after that and then Hello. Hey. >> All right, Janet, I need you to be completely honest with me. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, they're saying that at 9:00 a.m., approximately around 9:00 a.m. this morning, that you knocked on their door, right? >> To ask them to move the car. It >> was at 10 >> 10:00. All right. So, were you saying that you wanted to burn the car down? >> Were you frustrated? No. >> At all? >> I did not say that. Like, I'm being completely honest. I did not say that. I knocked on their door. I said, "Please come outside. Move your car. This isn't the This is not the first time they have their car there. >> Do these cameras have audio? >> Uh, that doesn't work. Only this one works. And this one doesn't have audio. >> Okay. Cuz those those scratch marks on that vehicle look extremely fresh. All right. And a lot of the the way the way this is leading towards, especially with your car being right there and the way that they were explaining it, it it just doesn't >> look good. And what you're saying kind of doesn't add up. >> Okay. So, I need you to be honest with me. >> All right. You keep going. >> I keep going. >> Okay. >> When the evidence in the officer's questions made it impossible to keep the mask on, she chose to confess to ease the pressure. For many viewers, that reaction is understandable. No one wants their driveway blocked. >> What's going to happen? You're arrested. >> Well, that's a vandalism charge. So, turn around. >> Oh, mom. I'm getting arrested. Me tell my >> cuz I key the car apparently. Okay, I guess. >> Are you guys happy now? >> Hey. Hey guys, knock it off. Knock it off. >> Shut up. >> Hey, knock it off. Enough. Enough winner. >> No need for that. >> No. Give me one second. >> I'm going to give you guys one warning. this [ __ ] keeps up, we'll come back and take everybody to jail. Or she can go to jail now for disturbing the peace and causing the ruckus. >> Good. Everybody that's not involved in this can go in real quick. >> Um, >> we're not going to mess with them. We're not going to tell them nothing when I already told my my my my girls. Nothing is done. Yes. No, >> nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. >> What about them though? What about them? >> If they're not allowed to talk to us punish if they start it back up again, you call us. >> Okay. Hopefully we don't have >> They're going to leave you alone. She doesn't like this outcome, right? And you guys leave her. >> Yes, we are. >> We're going to park in our own spaces and hopefully avoid it. >> Tell him to move the car in the grass. >> He was waiting for us. He's okay. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> Uh, are you mom? >> Yeah, I'm >> You want to talk to her before she goes? >> She's going to get booked in to Miss Samir so you can come bail her out in a couple hours. >> Couple hours? >> Hours? >> And don't don't talk to them. Yeah, you can just go. >> I don't think she's on probation. So, I don't know what's going on, but you got to do it to me. >> But I'm going to >> You got ID on you? >> Nope. >> No, I'm going to need to grab your name. >> Why? >> Cuz you're involved in a call. Human rights language was weaponized by a lawb breakaker playing the victim. When physical resistance failed, she shifted to verbal attacks to smear the truth. >> This is wrong. And if someone puts their hands on you, >> I don't agree with it in making it right to put your hands back on someone, but as far as I'm concerned, you you put your hands on me. >> Look it look at my wrist. There was a disturbance. >> I'm ringing my cruiser around and I will have one in custody in my cruiser. >> This was an arrest that never had to happen. Already on probation, she could have walked away and protected herself. Instead, she kept pushing the situation further. It was a costly choice, one anyone should think twice about. >> Got my cruiser. >> Yep. Let's go. >> Can someone follow the car to put them right on your >> Thank you. I did not want to speak. >> She talked herself very um Elmer and I can handle her. She's just very very uncooperative and is not afraid to be squirly or like hit us. I'm about to go on my cruise right now. She's screaming in the back. >> I will call an ambulance. My wrist starts bad. Like I need an ambulance. >> She's trying to clean the hospital right now. >> Yeah, I do. I need it. >> Yes, sir. I'll be there right now. I'm going to go over the air. >> Her power game ended at the county jail. During a search of her purse, officers found a prohibited weapon, making her record even worse. In the end, she faced charges for illegal possession of a weapon and resisting an officer. After court, she was sentenced to 15 days in jail and 350 days of probation. When arrogance refuses to fade, a cold and calculated backlash begins to take shape. On February 9th, 2025, police were called to a mobile home park to respond to a physical altercation between neighbors. When officers arrived, they were facing more than just a fight. They were also confronted with serious allegations involving the safety of a child. >> It's been going on for 3 days. She's been unhooking up my water hose. I've been um actually, matter of fact, I've had my parents checking on my camper because I had to go to Bainbridge in my hometown. I just recently moved here. So, um, let the landlord know that, you know, she's been cutting on and off of water. She said, "Well, I need you to get proof." So, what I did, I'm going be >> So, she's not your landlord. >> No, this lady's not. >> And that's the lady that you're talking about? >> That's the one that just put her hands on me in front of my kids, pushed my kids out the way. She cut the whole main water line. None of these houses have uh water supply. She cut me with the scissors there, there, and she choked me. >> She pulled my shirt like this. So, I don't know if I got any marks on my back or not. >> Mhm. >> But she um like I say, I went to plug the water hose back up >> cuz that's the landlord back there is Miss Tina. >> Okay. >> I'm just the property manager. No idea what's going on between >> Okay. >> I've been sending you text messages of her cutting the water all day. So, I don't know. >> I live right here. So, I don't know. They've lived here for like a month and a half. >> No, we haven't. >> I'm going to speak with her. >> Can you stay back over there for me? Yes, ma'am. I'm going to speak with her and then I'll speak with you. No problem. She come out her door and I was videoing her the whole time I'm doing my work. >> Did she cut that or >> Yeah, she Okay. At first what I have, like I say, she undone it. She went down in the car. >> I have a video of her unhooking it, throwing it over there, cussing and raising hell. So I come back over here and was going to hook it up. And when I did, she come out the door or Doug. I'm sorry. She was in her car at this time. She come out and she said, "I told you not to touch my water hose, you like I said, I got everything on record." She come over here straight for me, grabbed me by the shirt and said, "I told you not to touch my [ __ ] again." And then that's when she uh snatched me and choked me. Then she went inside and said, "I got y'all. I got y'all." And she went inside and grabbed scissors. Well, then when she come back out, my three kids were standing right here. They're always with me. She pushed one of my kids out the way. >> Cutting off someone's basic utilities is a form of indirect power abuse. The suspect didn't just shut off the water. She was asserting control. It was her way of claiming dominance over a space she believed belonged to her alone. >> And when she did it, she cut me in the position of doing that. >> She's your landlord. >> No, that's the pro. I guess that's who's been taking my money. So, I don't know who she is. >> But who was the lady that? >> Just a random neighbor. >> Just a random neighbor. This is her house. Her name's Kathy. I don't know her last name. I gave the when I called y'all and she realized she I was on the phone with y'all. She left. I gave the uh the deputy or whoever I was on the phone with tag number and then she about ran over. >> Really? >> Yeah. But my Which one's her hose? >> Which one's her hose? The yellow one. And this green one's mine. >> Okay. I'm out of town. >> Um she unplugged my camper. >> So I had to pay $300 worth of grocer. >> All I know is Kathy. That's all I know. And like I say, that's who I've been paying the money to is Miss Tina. And I've been told she was the landlord here. But there's Sunny and Charlie, too. So, I don't know. I've never >> Did anybody else live over there? >> No, just her as far as I know. >> Did you at all like push her back? >> Yes, ma'am. I did. Like I say, my kids were right there and they were freaking out and I just, you know, shoved her in. >> Was she going to have like Did you hit her? Did >> she didn't hit her? No. I just >> Just in case you do make contact and she has marks on her just so we can say, "Okay, we're going to be honest. I wanted to punch her dead in her face, but I didn't run you over. >> I was on the phone with the actual person. >> You in front of her car or?" >> No, sorry. I was behind it and she usually parks right here and I was trying to get it before she left and she just gassed on it. I mean, you can hear in the video where she gassed on it. >> Like gassed on and trying to leave. >> Yeah. Like trying to just get out of here. >> Okay. >> And like I say, I have everything right here. I mean, >> go ahead and get her info and then we can watch that. >> And you're in this tent? >> Yeah, I'm right under here under the tent. I can show you exactly where I'm at. I mean, if I No, you're good. I'm shaking. Sorry. >> Touch my body. It's right there. Don't put your hands on me. You understand that? >> I'm okay. >> YOU BETTER GET YOUR [ __ ] HANDS OFF ME. >> MY GOD. >> GET YOUR Get your hands off me. I'm tired. >> The good neighbor mask completely fell apart when violence was directed at a child. In her mind, the child wasn't someone to protect, but an obstacle in her power game. That truth became even clearer as witness statements were confirmed. >> All I do is collect the rent. I've not had any problems with her per se, but I know that since these ones moved in here about a month and a half ago or what maybe I think it was about a month and a half ago, two months at the most. >> Well, I will say she is problems. >> Well, I will say watching the video, she has video footage. She's the one who started this whole thing. >> Okay. Well, hey, >> you know, I mean, I'm just letting you know just so you're not blaming them. >> No, I'm not blaming them. I just know that since they've moved >> that these they've had problems, >> right? I appreciate you watching. >> Yeah. Do you mind? There's two in there. I want Especially the last one. I scrolled if that was okay to watch them. You're fine. >> The last one I definitely want cuz that shows her coming up to you and pushing. >> I say as bad as I wanted to put my hands off. >> I mean, I can see you kind of like do that. >> I mean, I don't want to get in no trouble because I've been trying to avoid this. >> No. And I and I even told whoever that chick is. I'm like, "Look, I watched the video footage." She's not the issue. It's It's, you know, >> I mean, like I say, I don't even know if I have marks around my neck. I I know it's burning really bad. >> So, you said she choked you? >> Yeah, she choked me first and then like she grabbed me by my shirt and choked me with my shirt. >> She was up the street, the third trailer with her little beetle. She's sitting right there. >> Like, here. >> Yeah. Yeah. I said, "Do you want me to go tell them that you're you're here?" She said, "Yeah, go tell them I'm here." >> I said, "Well, >> okay. We'll be right back." She's right up. >> I thought she knew I was down here. >> Oh, no. No, I mean I waited. >> This is what I don't know what the heck these people anyway. It started over. He stole a plet rifle and a scope. Okay, that's over with now. It's like and I told him I said my [ __ ] is not your [ __ ] program. Okay, don't be around my don't touch my stuff. But anyway, about the water I'm trying to undo. Okay, when they first moved the camper in, they didn't have enough long enough water hose to hook up to their side. And I told them >> that where the Jamaican house has a water hose. Anyway, there's a two-way over there, that's their side and everything. You see that long piece right there? That's all my contraption right there. And it's been there for April be 12 years. All my water system has been set up like that. And I just told them, don't be around me. Don't be around my gate. Don't don't don't mess with me. Okay? And I tell them, you have to be on a two-way. Just go. It's a matter of going to Walmart and buying a two-way or getting a two-way. undo the Jamaica outside water hose. Hook theirs back up and it hurt theirs up. Why do you guys keep on leaving me without water? Because they're doing it because they're playing these kid games and I'm not about it. I'm supposed to be without water for them. You see what I'm saying? It's just like, "Oh, well, screw you. You're going without water and they're doing it just a kid game." >> Unable to justify her actions, she turned to criticizing how others raised their children. The investigation was suddenly dragged in a different direction. It wasn't a concern. It was a lastditch counterattack to cover up the truth closing in on her. >> Her husband and >> there's no male over there. >> That the one in that van right there. >> That's her husband. >> Yeah, that's her husband. Anyway, he comes up not towards this way where where I can see him coming. He come up the back way and that's when you see him reaching. Well, no, you don't see him cuz she got a camera or whatever she doing with her phone. I don't care. I don't have to lie about it. You just been doing this ever since. >> I'm asking what happened to the blue hose. He broke it. He reached down there. Look, I'm trying to get my I got a hold of it and she won't let go. That's why she's got me down on my back. >> I couldn't get up with her being on my back anyway. I'm trying to take all mine off it. Just let go of it. Better cut it. That haywire. He did. He reached down there and he snatched that thing up. >> So, you didn't cut it with your scissors. >> I didn't. The scissors is down in the ground. Honey, >> it's my turn. Okay. >> I haven't done anything wrong. They just keep on and on and on on and on. Why do you keep coming and messing with me in my [ __ ] >> So, let me let me talk now. Okay, as far as >> I let Hold on. I let you talk. Let me talk now. Okay. Don't get agitate agitated with what I'm about to ask you. Just know that there's proof with what I'm about to ask you. And that's why I had to read your rights. Okay. >> Um, she's recording you. You come over there as she's bent down and you push her out of the way. >> Yeah, cuz I'm trying to just get all mine up and just get all off my stuff because they're burning my water pump out. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. So, you just admitted to that. All right. >> Yeah. When I reach down there. Yeah. Because she That's >> I understand. But that's battery. And she is pushing me too. >> Exactly. Cuz you came over there and you pushed her. Okay. So, >> hold on. I understand you irritated. >> And then two out there doing it. >> Hold on. >> But the thing is my water today. >> Well, then why didn't you call us? >> You know, call us. >> You hear me telling them to call the wall. >> Okay. Don't go over there and handle yourself cuz now you've already committed battery. You just admitted to it. Even after admitting she pushed the mother to get her belongings back, she firmly denied hurting the child, fully aware of how serious that would be. Her confidence that I did nothing wrong exposed a deep sense of entitlement and a distorted view of responsibility. >> The whole thing, whatever, cuz they're around her cuz that's the mom or whatever. Okay. You pushed the older kid that kid. >> You didn't touch the kid? >> No, I did not. >> Did you like brush them? No, I did not or anything. Okay. Did you touch any of the kids? >> No, I did not. And that's a lie. >> Kids saying you did. >> Well, he's a liar. I just >> I swear on my grand take. I don't have no reason to touch her kids. >> Okay. Police were called to a McDonald's in Butler after a 911 call over a disputed order. A customer was furious about missing cheese and a 30 cent refund, but once officers arrived, the situation quickly went far beyond the counter. >> Sir, I went through the drive-thru earlier. >> Okay. >> She refused to take my dollar to give me 30 cents after I paid it for extra cheese. >> Okay. There was a young lady who was very nice by the way before I introduc got introduced to this lady in the burgundy. She asked the lady in the burgundy shirt to remake my sandwich. She comes up to the desk wanting me to pay her another 30 cents. So 49 + 30 plus 30 for what when there's I'm not even getting enough pieces of cheese. You only put one on here when I already paid the 49 cents for the extra piece of cheese. So now you're charging me 60 cents more. So then she got an attitude because I asked her for a refund and called the police because she didn't want to give me back my money. And I told them, "I'm in a black truck and I'm waiting." She finally gave me the refund literally 8 seconds before I got in the car and started it up. The problem was all I wanted was to be remade with an extra piece of cheese. I completely >> She started screaming at me and I'm just like, "Well, ma'am, she explained it to you. Why won't you go make it?" "Well, you need to pay me 30 cents." I said, "The lady that just came and got the paper already took the 30 cent." So, she gave me a refund. I'm leaving. She started screaming at me, telling me to have a good day and not to come back here, and I said, "I won't." >> So, you didn't you you didn't say anything. You was a complete angel, but I'm getting information. You're getting disorderly. I did. Okay. All right. I did. >> So, here's what's going to happen. You've been made whole, right? Driver's license number or something from you or name, date of birth. >> I don't have one. Fill it out. >> It's going to have your information on it so that you can't come back on the property. >> Who wants to? It's a McDonald. There's one. But I have to serve you. >> I'm not about to give you my info. Sorry. >> You are because it's a crime if you don't. >> No, it's trespassing. >> The crime is her being nasty and won't make my sandwich the way I paid for it. It's my money. >> Okay. That's nasty. >> You're going to make it more difficult than it has to be. >> If you arrest me, I promise you, you're going to have a problem. >> I I won't have a problem. >> Yes, you will. Because >> Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am. Ma'am, >> we're just trying to identify you to give you a piece of paper. >> Okay, that's it. I said my last name, Hancock 3616. >> Damn. Over aing burger that she didn't even make, right? that I traveled way further. >> Are you going to listen to me? >> Miss Hancock, what's your first name? >> The easiest thing to do is just give us your info. We give you We give you a piece of paper and you don't come back. Then you're free to leave trespass. So I'm not coming back. >> But we have to serve you with a criminal trespass notice. No, you don't. >> Yes, by law we do. Okay. Then we're going to call then we're going to arrest you TO IDENTIFY. THEN identify yourself. >> You do nothing. I already said it. >> Okay. I'm sorry. >> Didn't have to even be this way. >> Can I just please go home now? >> You're going to jail. >> As her ego was cornered, logic disappeared and instinct took over. She believed she could pressure law enforcement the way she would customer service. But the legal system doesn't offer refunds or undo buttons for bad behavior. >> My mouth. >> Do y'all give people stuff? >> I got her. Yeah. >> Interceded. >> Excuse me, sir. >> Listen to me. Stop and listen.
