I know. >> you keep doing this. It's really uncomfortable. I know. Once she's in the patrol car, the manager's statement begins to fill in the gaps. It's not loud or dramatic, but it quietly tears apart that victim narrative she's been clinging to. Hey, we're caught in the bathroom. Once they were caught, they were asked to leave. She fell. She knocked [ __ ] over. She threatened the bartender. Tried to fight the bartender. Fell a couple times inside. Tried to pick her up. She's fighting the whole way. Once we got them out here, I offered her I asked for information. Just cussing me out, arguing. She couldn't stand in the heels. I'm like, "Just take off your heels." And then she wanted to fight me over that. And it just It was just an ongoing They were running around in circles. We weren't getting anywhere, pretty much. So, I couldn't do it myself. And I didn't want anything else to happen. They were obviously I mean, she's laying out, her legs spread open, causing a scene. They're fighting. They're screaming. The other guy got involved somehow. I don't even know. But he That's like the eighth person I've had to kick out. No, I am getting arrested. I told you. I told you four or five times now. Why? I would never take her. Great. Leave. Now. You said I could walk right yet. Leave. You got no respect for me. Are you going to leave the property? Yeah, I will leave the property. Then go ahead and do that. Can I I can ask you one question. What's your question? Can she come with me? Nope. She can't. Are you going to leave? Wait, they're trying to deport my ass. So we're here trying to just get them to call an Uber and leave. >> So try they called in a trespasser for her and her friend, the one that just walked away. Yeah. Okay. So our manager was like, "Hey, we just want them to leave." Okay. How was you How did you get here? We called an Uber. Okay, well why don't you call an Uber home? No, we're not leaving. The manager never told us to leave. We're not leaving. No, you need to call an Uber home. You need to leave. The boyfriend was all over her, grabbing her and everything else. So fell backwards. She did. They both did. She hit her head on the motorcycle. Her ego just won't let her admit she's in the wrong. So she leans hard into this I'm a good person image as a shield. In that version of reality, her personal wants somehow outrank rules, boundaries, even other people's property. Don't don't please. We're going to have to put a wrist hobble on your leg. Whether or not you ain't You can put whatever you want. >> in the vehicle. With all due respect >> to get in the car. >> Hold on. Nope, I'm not holding on. I You know what? >> Sit down now. Let's put them on real nice and tight, right? Let's not Don't touch my feet. The backseat battle ends with Jessica's legs restrained tight, basically bundled up, and she's taken to jail facing charges trespassing, resisting an officer with violence, and battery on law enforcement. If convicted, she could be looking at fines up to $3,000, a year of probation, and a permanent ban from returning. One arrest that already went off the rails, but over at the Tiki Bar, things are about to go way past the breaking point. February 6th, 2023 at a Tiki Bar in Englewood, Florida, deputies were called about an intoxicated woman refusing to leave. Sounds simple enough until you hear how badly the crowd wanted her gone. And here's what really happened next. They don't want your business no more. Let's go. >> What I do? >> I don't know. They don't want Can tell me? I y'all can go. okay but can you tell me I will gladly talk to you once you're off the property. Okay, my car is this way. Okay, well you're not driving. Okay, I can walk then. Okay. Let's go. Don't grab me. Somebody film this. What the Why are you Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. For what? What did I do? What did I do? Let's go. You can actually hear the crowd reacting the moment she's taken into custody. Maybe we didn't catch the very beginning of it all but the way she resists afterwards that tells you plenty about who she really is. Without telling me why. Why are you arresting me? Why are you arresting me? Stop it. This is unlawful. Stop it. Why am I in handcuffs? Why am I in handcuffs right now? Tell me why. What did I do? You cannot do this. You're hurting me. You think I'm a broke [ __ ] You're dumb. What did I do? Can I get some ID on you ma'am? Yep. Where's it at? In your purse? >> You can't touch my stuff. As soon as I find out, I'll let you know. He won't even tell me but I'm in handcuffs. What is that? Were you not listening to him when he told you something? >> No, I listened to him. I asked him what was happening and he put me under arrest, threw me over wooden guardrails, and put me under arrest. He would never tell me why. All right. Ask him why. Ask him what I did. So, when the deputy told you to probably give you orders to do something, did you comply? I asked him why. >> Did you comply with the deputy's orders? >> Wait, I asked him why. >> I'm asking you a question. No, I did not immediately comply. >> Okay, and that's why you're in handcuffs right now. >> Wait, I asked him why that was happening and he threw me over wooden >> Okay, listen to me. Did he tell you that you were under arrest? No, he didn't tell me. >> Or did he tell you that he you were being detained? He didn't tell me either. She's convinced she's still in control so she's not really listening to anyone and you know how that goes. When you stop listening, small problems turn into big ones real fast. What could have been a simple walk away turned straight into handcuffs. I explained to you right now. I explained to you again. I will talk to you off the property. Management wanted you gone. You refused to leave. >> on my legs because I asked to talk to you. I told you. What did I tell you? That that's your conversation. >> I asked to talk to you. So, okay. This hurts me. >> Well, if you keep moving around and fighting No, it's not that. >> Have you been handcuffed? >> Yes. And you know that it's not comfortable whether you're moving around or not. It has nothing to do with how I move. >> The more you move around >> is awful. I didn't even do anything. >> You didn't. You failed to Does that mean put me in handcuffs? >> I've been trying to explain that to you, but all you want to do is yell at me. I've not raised my voice to you once. Can you not understand why I'm upset? You can't understand that? >> But, listen to me. You have to be an adult. Calm down so I can explain to you, okay, what's going on. You are under arrest for failure to leave after once. So, you're being arrested for trespass after warning. Cuz I asked why. And I'm telling you, the property owner doesn't have to give you reason to trespass you, okay? If you're causing a disruption, they can ask you to leave the property. Can I ask you what happened? When you refuse Would you like Would you like for me to explain and tell you why you're under arrest cuz you That's all you've been wanting about. >> care what you What happened? I will let you talk if you let me explain to you why you're under arrest. After you refused to leave the property after the property owner asked you to leave, he calls us because you're causing a disruption. The officer patiently explains Florida law step by step, but she keeps cutting him off. Once conversation turns into arguing and panic, nothing's getting through anymore. At that point, explanations don't mean So, right now you're being arrested for trespass after warning. You're going to be going to jail for that, okay? >> a son that I need to pick up from school. Keep going. Right there, see that red number? In her mind, the law seems like it's for other people. As for her, with her lifestyle, her comfort, she just wants to enjoy her music. But when the officer focuses strictly on behavior, not status, that ego starts to crack. I live two blocks away. I live in a $1.3 million house. Like, I don't understand. >> Joanna, are these your keys that you want to release to Francis Francis? Okay. So, I'm going to give these to her, okay? She's not here yet, okay? I'm going to give these to her and go over to your son's school. And how long am I looking at being detained? >> Generally? >> For what I've done? >> Look, once you get down to the jail, it's 6 to 8 hours of processing time is generally what the jail takes. By the time you're able to get your bond and contact a bondsman and get out. >> And I've done that. Huh? I've done that. >> Done what? >> Created a criminal defense that's worthy of that. Yes, you were going to jail for trespass after warning and disorderly intox, like I explained to you. >> Wait, you haven't even tested me. How do you know there's disorderly intoxication? Okay, even obstruction. You don't have to You're >> What obstruction? Please get me out of here cuz my husband has $56 million, and this is not okay. PLEASE, SIR, CAN YOU HELP ME? MY HAIR IS all the way down my throat. Please, just pull out the Money and social standing don't shield anyone from the law. She's taken to jail facing charges of trespassing after warning and disorderly intoxication. The fines might not hit her hard, but once this footage hits the internet, public opinion tells a whole different story. That voice alone should be a felony. When the entire bar applauds your arrest, you may be the problem. So, she was going to pick her kid up drunk. What a post. What do you think about this woman? Drop your thoughts in the comments below. One Karen pushed it way too far, and at another bar, things spiral out of control fast. On March 9th, 2024 in Ohio, officers were already inside a bar on a routine check when a sudden fight broke out in the crowd. What started as a standard presence quickly spun out of control, and here's how it all really unfolded. WHAT IS GOING ON? GET HER OUT. HEY, GET OFF. HEY. GET OFF. BACK UP. HEY, I DON'T GIVE A [ __ ] BACK UP. WHO ARE YOU FIGHTING? YOU KNOW, BUT YOU'RE NOT LISTENING. BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP. Back up. Back up. YOU CAN'T FIGHT. Y'ALL SEEN WHAT HAPPENED. I SAW A FIGHT. NO, BUT SHE DIDN'T EVEN DO NOTHING. She swung on her first. Come on, man. She didn't do nothing to you. >> the girl who started it. Huh? Bring me the girl who started it. Hey. You want to get even, bring her to me. All right. Come here. All right, time out. I also had to use the force. You want to tell me what's going on? Yes, I work here and I told him he cannot SMOKE IN HERE. HE SAID, "Are you the bartender?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Well, I don't give Not her. Someone else, some other white girl walked up and she got all in my face. [ __ ] he can smoke in here if he wants to. Get out. Whatever, if the bartender tells you to get out, do you have to get out? >> Are you the employee here? Yes. Get out. So, I told him to get out and he didn't want to get out. So, I walked up. I told her, "Okay, I didn't mean to talk. Let's go outside." You have no idea who started this, huh? No, I don't know who swung on me, but that guy over there I was telling him to get out. That's all I told him. He didn't want to get out. He was smoking. I told him he cannot smoke in here. And she walked up. I don't know her name. I don't know who She looks like her, but I don't know her name. >> Yes, come here. Just another night out until it isn't. The dance floor turns into a confrontation zone and once officers step in, everything shifts fast. That's when a bartender steps up trying to rewrite the situation in her favor. When I give you a lawful order Okay, I you have to do what we tell you to do. I understood that. You don't make the rules. >> I know I understood that. But you're not acting on that understanding. >> I I Right? I was trying to explain what's going on. I don't Listen. The bartender swung on her. Listen, come with me. >> told me to get out. She came up to me. She came up to me. Her and her sister just swung on her. >> Okay, I said all I said is, "Are you the bartender?" She said, "Yes." And she starts I also had to use the force. Like, what the How we getting arrested when we didn't even start it? >> Please don't arrest her, bro. I didn't arrest her. >> now. I arrested her. I know. I was just trying to explain No, that's my cousin. Please don't arrest her. She's already arrested. For what? FOR WHAT? HOW? YOU DIDN'T I DIDN'T RESIST NOTHING. >> NOTHING. For arrest. You pushing past us. I didn't push you. I was just It's already done. Do you have anything illegal on you? No, I just got my phone. So what it's going to be is a an intox charge and they ain't going to hold you. They'll let you out when you sober. I'll be out today on okay? Can I pay my own bond? So there's no bond. You don't pay. They'll let you out when you sober. Where's my 21? I'm going to go with you, okay? I was explaining to the cop that the bartender just swung at her and her sister. >> You had at least four warnings to stay back from three different cops and you didn't listen. Yeah, I hear what you're saying. That's why you weren't arrested inside of the bar when I had to Did you see what happened? No, I was in my car right there and then the officers called for help and then I came running in, okay? That's my involvement in case. And when I came running in, I saw them dragging your friend out. >> Because they hit me. >> Listen, she treats it like her turf, not used to being told what to do. But this doesn't stay verbal for long. It turns physical and right on cue, someone close to her shows up which only adds fuel to the chaos. That ain't the girl that swung on your sister, man. Who's the girl that swung? That's the bartender. I told you guys to get out. They're saying they're saying the bartender The bartender is She told me she was the bartender cuz she said there's no vaping in here. I said, "Okay." I said, "Are you the bartender?" She said, "Yes." And then she starts swinging on her old girl, the uh She starts swinging on her out of nowhere. Someone saw And I don't even know them. I I even That's my little sister but that's your best friend, but I barely even know Like I wouldn't lie for her. But you're saying the bartender said Yes, the black girl. Okay. I mean, they're going to look at the camera, so this time Yeah, that's fine. That's fine. I'm not lying about nothing. There's no reason to lie, bro. I just don't understand why Cheyenne is being arrested, man. This So, they're both being arrested? Yes. What if you guys look at the camera and see what happened? Either way, they're still going at this point. We're moving you to that other car. What's your first name again? Yeah, that cruiser right there. You're going to go with your friend. I mean, you can't be jumping in fights. That's her fault. Damn. You want to talk to her? She's resisting, failure to disclose. Thank you. If one of my boys gets in a fight at the bar, you'd be jumping in to save your boys, right? Like I totally get it. I sympathize with you, right? But, where I'm at is that we jump in and there's five people and they're all tugging at us saying get off her, you can't do this. So, they're going to try and review that camera and get it all squared away. If we realize we made a mistake, we'll correct that mistake. I'm just We're just trying to entertain. But, that Sequoia is the one that started this. Everybody from that crowd that just got arrested said the bartender's the one that did it. She said she's not even working. She's not on shift. She's not the bartender. >> I am and Cynthia is. I'm just telling you I I know, but I'm just saying, she's not on shift. She's not the bartender. Do you mind if I try this? Yeah. Okay. So, we just got a magnifying right here. Management confirmed she's not even scheduled that night. So, that whole I'm working here story done. From that moment on, she's no longer seen as staff. Just another person directly involved in the disturbance. The one girl that we arrested and and I'm guessing boyfriend. JJ. Brother. JJ Miller. She's on a shift right now. So, there's She's on a shift right now. Yeah. She's the one She posted a comment that told you what started it. Yeah, she did. She told him to stop smoking. She's not on shift. She doesn't get to say. You don't get to interfere. You've got to be the heart of the behind bars. Okay. Yeah, I didn't I didn't I didn't know. I didn't see none of that. All I did was see um You have already been advised. I think TOC fighting her for doing anything with her. TOC Thomas. Yeah. 59 check out. He was in there in the mix trying to keep it broke up. Do we need this or someone have to say this tomorrow or can we do that today? You're right. TK has got to come and do it because he's the one who gets stuff done and he knows how to do it. That's fine. I can't physically I don't have any Um sorry to So, the two girls are going for intox. I'm going to first deal with TOC fighting cuz she was in the mix. She was not working. You're off shift, right? Okay. Okay. All right. I'm going to go find her real quick and she's not going to jail. I can't take her to jail. Has she been drinking? No. Okay. I've seen her all night. I'll talk to her then. Okay. Okay. All right. I'm going to go find her real quick. Are you good with that? I didn't arrest my girl for resisting so I suppose she'll end up intox. Push it. Push it on the right. >> You see my hair? I know I probably don't want to stay. I need you to come out here, please. Like outside cuz ALL THE WAY OUTSIDE? MY HAIR'S ABOUT TO GET WET. IT AIN'T RAINING. She keeps denying she threw the first hit. But the footage tells a different story. Both sides were actively involved, and once alcohol's in the mix, things tend to spiral faster than anyone expects. video, you're just as much in the fault as the other girl is that we arrested. I didn't swing on her. I didn't swing on anyone. You're being You're going to be issued a summons. You're not going to jail. You're being issued a summons for disorderly fighting, okay? I've got a court date and It is what it is, okay? The video shows you two going at it. It doesn't matter who swung first. You engaged in a mutual fight, okay? Now, when I was telling her they came out smoking You're not even working. No, right. But that's the thing. So, you're just not your responsibility. >> But if she tells me that she Obviously, whoever I just talked to in there Like Chris. I'm assuming she's a supervisor. She says you're not to be doing employee business when you're not working. Right. Okay, whatever. Okay. So, let's walk out here to my cruiser real quick so I can get your information and give you the summons and then you can go back inside, okay? Over here, on the other side of the street. 10-4. 10-4. I'm going to wrap up the jail with this female 21. Yeah, I'm 10-36. Have them walk out to the left side of that door, okay? What am I supposed to do with her shoes up here, I guess? Get rid of them. Get rid of them. Make sure you get them. Guys, Did it got spilled on me or what? I don't know. I got him on my back. Got it. This is insane. Two primary aggressors are taken to jail, still laughing about what just happened, but reality hits later. Charges including disorderly intoxication, failure to identify, and resisting an officer. In the end, she's convicted. 180 days in jail, 2 years probation, plus fines and court costs totaling nearly $440. After the shoving and shouting at another hotspot, every boundary is about to get completely shattered. On July 16th, 2025, deputies were called to a local bar after reports of a woman causing a serious disturbance. What seemed like a normal night unraveled fast. And here's what really went down. What's going on? Just so you know, my That man pushed me. What man? That black man right there. There's not a black man right there. What's your name? Sarah. Huh? Sarah. Sarah. >> left to say. Sarah, you're Well, you don't get the choice of leaving, Sarah. We're talking. We're I have to investigate why we got called, okay? I guess he didn't shut that door, so I'm going to dark room so I can shut the door. >> Sarah. I was walking minding my own business. I'm trying to yell for him to help me. And he thought I said the N-word. I have mixed kids. I have mixed babies. I have a lot going on. I'm doing me. I'm at court. Step right over here so we're not in the middle of the walkway. >> now. I just needed to get that door closed. You're good. Will you step over here? >> with you guys before. I have nothing left to say. So, did you You a bottle? No. A bottle dropped on the ground because it's heavy and he wouldn't help me, but other than that, I know better. What kind of bottle? It's a hard liquor bottle. Huh? I'm taking him in my house. It's hot. I'm hot. I see that. I see that you're sweaty. But we got a call that you threw a bottle at somebody. >> So? I didn't do it. Okay. Even if >> Don't you think I know better? I don't know. >> I've dealt with you guys long enough. I've never met you. >> And I'm hurt. I get I was the same thing putting me in the back of the van if you guys are doing your job. I dealt with you. I cried and cried and cried. Please. She seems convinced she knows how to handle the police, but in reality, it's always about behavior, not feelings. And once that line gets crossed, things tend to move pretty quickly from there. So, who's the black guy? I don't know who he is. A black guy hit you and caused that bruise? Well, it didn't get any better. When's that from? Last week. Okay. >> A couple of days ago. Okay. Have you been using anything illegal today? No. Nothing? No. >> Yesterday? No. Did you use anything? No. >> I don't know you, so that's why I'm >> No. I was just pulled over a couple of weeks ago. Okay. That happens. Do you have your ID with you? No, it's gone. Okay. What's your name? Sarah With or no H? Yes. What? Say it. Say it We're here. >> him. Dude, I have nothing else to say to you guys. Well, you do. I don't. Okay. And I don't have to. I can put you in handcuffs, too. And I still don't have to say anything to you. You don't. You're right. I'm trying to get your information so we can figure out what's going on, okay? No, you got your information. I I have some information. >> You got your information. Okay. Ma'am. Ma'am. Please help me. Sir. >> Please. I'm going to I'm going to say this one more time. So, we figure out what's going on. No, you go talk to him. No, I don't You don't tell me. >> to me, please. >> Okay, put your hands behind your back. No, please don't. Don't grab me like that, I'M PREGNANT. YOU JUST HURT MY BABY. DO NOT HIT ME. YOU JUST hurt >> hands behind your back. No. As she's being restrained, she shifts gears, claims she's being mistreated and says she's pregnant, but there's no evidence to back it up, and instead of calming things down, it only adds more confusion to the situation. You just hurt my baby. I'm a pregnant target. Do you hear me? Did you hear me? 10-1 customer. No, he hurt my baby. >> Stand up. You just hurt my baby. >> Put your shoe on. Okay. He says that he's an immigrant. He just hurt my baby. Everything's on camera, so >> Everything's on camera back there, so Walk. Don't hurt my child. Your actions is what's leading to this happening. Why isn't he getting arrested, too? Why isn't he getting He just hurt me. I don't understand. Sir, he just hurt my child. Why didn't you guys arrest him? Why? Why? Why did you try to swing at me? Because I've dealt with you guys before. Oh, okay. You want to search her real quick? Yeah. Search. Did you arrest him, too? I don't know who him is that you keep alleging cuz your story is all over the place. So you're arresting me and him? Excuse you. You horrible rotten man. >> Okay. At this point, it's not just a reaction. It's entitlement. She acts like she has the right to push back, but once she's in the patrol car, things start to come into clearer focus. And honestly, none of it helps her case. Listen, you you pleading is not going to change anything. Get in the car. >> you want. You can get in the car. Get in the car. There's AC in the car. Put your feet in. Crying ain't going to change [ __ ] Get your feet in. You didn't arrest that man. It's not over. Why didn't you arrest him? What do you got so far? Uh a tweaker. Okay. We've probably got domestic charges on her. I'm guessing if we can figure out who her boyfriend is. So she she didn't make any sense. Okay. She when I walked in, she lifts her shorts thing to show me this massive bruise that's been there for a while. I can't get any information out of her. She said there's a black man who he came at me cuz he thought I said the N-word. I have mixed children. Okay. Where do you stay at? I'm homeless. Okay. So where do you stay at? The streets. Just the streets? Can't go to my mom's cuz you put an OP on her. Where the shoes that you were wearing, do you know who those belong to? Those are mine. Those big ones? >> you even accuse What am I accusing you of? >> That those aren't any of my shoes. What gave you the right? Well, do you know that Hispanic gentleman right there? Cuz he has them in his possession. He's saying they're his roommates. That's why I'm asking you these questions so I can figure this stuff out. >> pairs. There's a navy blue pair and there's a black pair. The the ones that you were wearing that you kicked off in there. That guy right there has them. Do you know who that guy is? An immigrant? The Hispanic guy sitting there. Do you know him? >> immigrant? So you Going back and forth about the shoes, first claiming them, then denying them, shows the logic starting to crack under pressure. When cornered, she leans into her status, but that doesn't make the story any clearer. So, Sarah Go ahead. My name is Alisha. No. You're not Alisha, are you? No. What's your Are you lying? Yes, you are. I know you are. >> No. So, that's When is the ambulance coming? It's girlfriend? Pretty soon. They're her ex boyfriend, girlfriend? Him and her? Okay. They went to Jimmy John's together to eat. He got upset for whatever reason. No one knows that. He didn't have no No, cuz I dropped I he I needed help carrying that stuff cuz I'm Got upset, crossed the street, grabbed one of those bottles, threw it at somebody over here. Don't you think you know better? He didn't know if he hit him, but he did. Is that black man being arrested, too? I hope so. Okay. Why are you arresting me and not them? Was she fighting with other people? No. So supposedly her and him were in a argument at the parking lot over there and she threw a bottle at some other person. She threw a bottle at a black dude. He's got tattoos, busted. Get away from me, you monsters. In the end, she's taken to jail facing charges of trespassing and resisting an officer without violence. If convicted, she could be looking at fines up to $2,000 and around 25 hours of community service. Those words that crossed the line have finally settled, but somewhere else another explosion is already building. On May 18th, 2023 in Sebastian, Florida, deputies responded to a call from a tiki bar after a woman was found lying unresponsive in the parking lot. It looked manageable at first, but little by little the truth started to show, and here's what really happened. A little too much to drink, it looks like. You okay? No, I'm losing Hey Mike. Did you Did you guys call? Is that Did you guys call? No. About a female getting chased? Chased? Yeah. I don't believe that was us. Are you with her? Yes, I work Yes, sir. You work You with her? She's so intoxicated, she can barely control her movements, yet still believes she's fine. When the mind and body fall out of sync, behavior turns unpredictable. At one point, she suddenly lashes out, even at the person who came with her, right in front of deputies. Okay. Well, you're involved, okay? We got called here because she was on the phone with her mom talking about trying to get her in the car. So, you're involved. So, hand me your ID now or you can go to jail. I mean, I don't have to, but I will. You You see? You see? You see? Who is that? I mean, I don't have >> Who is that? Hey. Who is that? You [ __ ] You [ __ ] Get me arrested, you You okay? Who is he to you? If you could, start eating that. No, papi. No, papi. 10-9 10. You okay? Are you calmed down? Hey, hey, hey, hey. Are you calmed down for Whitney. Okay, just relax, okay? Just breathe. Huh? Yes, I'm sorry. I can't let you get anything right now. Are you calmed down for me? What do you need me to Getting Whitney into the patrol car quickly turns chaotic. She keeps using her legs to block the door, dragging the process out, and the talking nonstop, like there's no filter left at all. Listen to me. I have cow keys, cow keys, cow keys. >> Where is cow keys? >> Cow keys. I have cow keys. Don't want nothing bad. Okay, don't hook my leg. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. We're going to have you have a seat. You can sit up. >> I swear to god. I swear to god. I swear to god. I swear to god. Okay, have a seat. Just relax, okay? God damn it. Yes, I'm sorry. God damn it. Just open the door and keep her like sit see if she can sit up, okay? Whitney, can you sit up for us, please, sweetheart? >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir, I can. Just breathe. Yes, sir. Just breathe. I'm worried. Somebody Something happened. Okay. Okay. All right, just sit back and relax, okay? Okay. Just sit back and relax. Something happened. She's going to jail for disorderly intox. It's a misdemeanor, okay? Okay. She's going to She's going to have to sit until she's no longer drunk, right? >> going to be on her own recognizance. Well, she won't have to see the judge. She'll have a $500 bond. Okay. So, it's not like it's not a big deal, but the the biggest deal is that she's going to have to sit until she's not intoxicated anymore. Right, right. Trying to regain some image control, Whitney starts bringing up her family and her job at a golf course. It's her way of saying she's stable. But, what's unfolding right there tells a very different story. He hit me. Her boyfriend, I guess. Listen, Officer Didier said something happened to me. I can't hear you. He's got He's gone. Can you speak up? I said Officer Didier said something happened before he came here. I know, listen. I'm going to listen to you. I'm just watching traffic, too, so we don't get hit by a car. Due to her extreme condition, EMS also evaluates her on scene. There's concern she may have used something beyond alcohol. One chaotic night comes to a close, but somewhere else, it all starts slipping from something much smaller. On February 15th, 2025 in Port Orange, a vehicle was stopped after sitting in the wrong lane facing oncoming traffic. The driver, a bartender, blamed a faulty GPS. But the smell of alcohol inside the car told a very different story. And here's what really happened. You were You You were sitting in the uh turning lane that was on the opposite side of the street that you shouldn't even have been on. I just I don't know my way around here. Okay. Well, you smell like alcohol. I was having a baby shower. I'm sorry. So, you have been drinking? Not really. No. Like, no. I didn't. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I just don't know my way around. I was following the GPS and it didn't tell me the wrong way and I was following my boyfriend and I was coming home. Okay. And so, do you not know how to follow proper like, lanes and stuff? Well, it told me to turn left and I thought that That's where I was supposed to turn left and so, I'm sorry and yeah. Where are you trying to go? I'm going to go home. It's that way. Yeah, I know. I'm following the GPS and it said to make a U-turn. >> What's your Uh give me your license registration And can you hand me the keys? I don't know. I don't know. Can you Can you just My insurance is on my phone, but my seat belt doesn't work and you know that. Yeah, you just show me on your phone. It's fine. I have it, but it's like not going over there. Seriously, go. He saw some place. The GPS The GPS told me to turn off and I turned off and I was on the wrong side of the road. And then I face it. And then I face it. And I'm not from here. I don't know this. This is broken. I'm not from here. I don't I don't know the roads. I'm sorry. Like this GPS told me to Her focus is completely off. Not on the driving, but on a phone that's not working. She insists she's fine, yet refuses testing. And that gap between what she says and what she does, that's what raises eyebrows fast. >> Ma'am, are you willing to do field sobriety exercises? No, ma'am. You're refusing? Yes. Okay. Will you do a breath test? No. Okay. All right. I know Officer McKinley. I don't I don't care who you know. I really don't. You can have someone come here, but they're not coming to pick you up. So, cuz you're driving and you're under the influence. I'm not. >> Well, you already told me that you were. No. I'm not. Okay. Well, that is besides the point at this point. If I leave my car here and I have someone Um that's We are past >> It was my GPS. My GPS told me to make a U-turn. >> Okay, but we are past that at this point in time. We are past it, okay? So, you can have whoever you can come come here, but it's going to be very pointless because you're you already said that you didn't want to blow or anything like that, so I have to read you some stuff and then we're going to go from there. make a U-turn. My GPS told me to make a U-turn. Where you were sitting, ma'am, was no way that you could have possibly made a U-turn the way you were sitting. You were sitting in a turning lane. Yeah, I'm not from here, so I don't know. I just got off of >> that, ma'am, but when I asked you, "Have you been drinking because I smell the odor of alcohol on your breath, and I can smell it from standing all the way over here?" You told me that you were drinking and that you just came from a baby shower. I I wasn't drinking. You know, I said I came from a baby shower, but I wasn't drinking. You know >> but I can't neglect the fact that you said that. Can you get out of the car, please, ma'am? And hang up the phone. I'm not hanging up the phone. Well, you need to set the phone down because you're just going to make it worse for yourself. So, set the phone down. Well, babe, what do I I am not trying to be disrespectful. Set the phone down. All right, you you come to the back of the vehicle. Can you just watch her? Okay. Stand here. Stand here. Once the officer shifts to basic questions, she starts to unravel. The tone changes from explaining to claiming she's being affected or treated unfairly. At the same time, she's already lining up excuses just in case testing becomes unavoidable. Okay. Do you understand what I have just read to you? >> Yeah. No? Or yes? >> Yes. Okay. Will you still Are you still refusing? The officer clearly explains the consequences of refusing a breath test, but she still won't cooperate. When someone feels like they're in control, decisions stop being about facts and start being about perception. >> Miranda warnings. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say may be used against you. You have the right to talk Can you turn around and listen, please? >> I know I know that my rights. She has to read it. I know. I know everything I have can be used against me in a court of law. >> Can I read, please? >> Yes, you can. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say may be used against you. Knowing the law and following it, two very different things. Once those cuffs click, theory doesn't carry much weight anymore. And right then, the admission finally comes, just a little too late to matter. >> the circumstances of being arrested and you know, getting pulled over probably isn't an easy thing if you never got in trouble before. It's why I was a little not trying to be rude to you. Yes. I get that and I apologize. So that's what we're trying to prevent. Just the purse and my phone. Okay, they'll throw the purse away. So can we just get your wallet and your money? >> If you can just We don't want them to discard any of your stuff. You can't get your stuff out. Okay, so if I leave if I leave my purse in my car, that's fine. Yeah. All right. Well, I'm going to get your phone. You seen her literally people coming on head on. That's not okay. And what are you charging her with? DUI refusal. No, you're fine. I wouldn't doubt that you were a very nice person. I just like I said, I understand that you know, people get upset on stuff like that. So I wasn't trying to make your life hard. Give me 1 second. She's taken to jail facing charges of DUI, refusal to submit to testing, and improper lane usage. If convicted, she could face a 1-year license suspension, heavy fines, mandatory DUI classes, and possibly probation or community service depending on prior history. She chose not to cooperate. And in another case, someone chose to push back. Different choices, but the outcome not all that different. On February 1st, 2026, officers were dispatched to a sports bar after reports of a serious disturbance. What started as a normal night out quickly spiraled out of control, and here's what really went down. Okay. Who owns this car? This one? Yes. Okay. Come on, man. What's the point in fighting? Come out of this mirror quick. Come out of it. Don't push her. Hey, hey, no. Don't walk away. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. I saw her. I want my phone. Help. LISTEN. No, I'm not okay. All of a sudden they're walking out. One of them threw a chair across my bar over towards the jukebox. And then he same guy lunges at one of my door guys and was refusing to get out. Started fighting them. I'm trying to get names so I can give them to you guys. I'm on the phone with you guys. And then I'm trying to get names over here because I see the guy who threw the chair. >> Uh-huh. And they put they're like, "No, no, no, we're not giving you names." They pushed me down in that snow bank. I have a back injury. Yes. I have a back injury. I am in physical therapy. I am on worker's comp right now. I am supposed to be working. >> see anybody with a firearm there? >> No, I did not. The contrast is hard to miss. The manager is focused on someone being injured while the couple is busy protecting their image. When attention shifts away from real consequences, behavior starts revealing itself pretty quickly. Do you have your ID with you? No, I don't have I don't have no clue with that. I don't got no names. Okay, well here's here's why here's why. Okay, I'm going to explain to you real quick why I need your information, okay? Okay. Okay, I'm here investigating. Listen to what I'm saying. Listen to what I am saying as I'm talking to you, okay? I seen it. >> What did you see? I seen that the whole [ __ ] the whole thing, but I don't have nothing to do with it. I'm not giving my information. >> What did you see? Okay, I see that they never said that they was about to shoot something up. I see what the man said over there. Okay. The guy in the red hat over there? >> He can't talk to me. No. No, this is my job. This is my job. Okay. Go talk to him. Go talk to him. Go talk to No, I'm trying to get If you say you have information for it, that's why I'm trying to talk to you, okay? I feel you, bro. As the officer tries to get a statement from the man staying inside the vehicle, another man in a hoodie jumps in adding pressure. From that moment on, things escalate. This is no longer just a routine night. Nah. Nah. Nah. Nah. Nah. Nah. Come on. No, I Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. This this this this my cousin, man. Okay. We got to talk to you. Come on. Cuz they're saying you're involved, okay? I just got to make sure you're not. So, come on out and talk to me. Help the dude. We're going to get ready to steam big deal for fixing to pull you out if you don't get out. I told you multiple times. So you're not going to take me to jail. If you get out of the car, we're going to talk about it, okay? I don't have your side of story yet. I don't have anyone's side of story. On March 29th, 2023, police were called to a local bar after a heavily intoxicated woman was kicked out, but refused to leave.
