Come here. Come here. >> You [ __ ] just kick everything off. >> Come here. I don't care. >> When booze, power, and arrogance collide, reason is always the first casualty. >> In that way, we originally talked about, get off of my back already. >> Hey, hey, hey, hey. Mark, >> no. No. Stop. Stop. They're not just breaking the law. They're revealing how people lose themselves to the illusion of control. >> Street is driving through the yard. >> The body cam doesn't just capture crime. [music] It captures the moment a person's character crumbles in the light of truth. On December 3rd, 2022 in Florida, police pulled over a reckless driver who'd blown past barricades and drove straight into a one-way parade route. When officers approached to check things out, what happened next was something nobody saw coming. The tension in the air could have been cut with a knife. >> Stop your car. >> Stop. >> How you doing, ma'am? >> I'm Lieutenant Osborne. Do you have any idea what you're being pulled over? I eat a turkey sandwich and >> I went on a oneway street. >> Yes, ma'am. And you went through a bunch of >> barricades. >> I didn't mean to. I'm just trying to meet friends for >> All right. Do you have your driver's license, insurance, and registration? >> Is that your kid in the back? >> Yes. Yes. >> How old your baby? >> She's uh 14 months. >> 14 months? >> Yeah. How is yours? >> I don't have any. >> No, I don't I don't have any. >> Yeah, I'm meeting our friend. We're We're good. Um I'm I'm very sorry. I did not mean to go the opposite direction. >> I went but I did not know I was going down a oneway street that last time when I went this way. >> The parade or >> Yes, sir. Not the parade. No, parade's boring. >> So, what lights are you going to go see? >> Uh uh the lights that are lit up by the city of Tallahassee. >> Oh, by the city of Tallahassee? >> Yeah. Yeah. No, my my friend Jennifer works for them, but um the the parade's boring. I don't know if you guys have been in the parade. It's boring as [ __ ] Okay, we're working it right now where people are trying to get there with their kids and stuff and driving like that. >> Disrespectful and I apologize for that. I was not trying to be dangerous in any way, shape, possible. >> We're waiting on another unit to come here because I don't think you're able to be driving >> argument. Of course you are. >> The your behavior and the >> everything that you're giving to me appears to me that you're under the influence. Okay. So that's why you're at this point I am waiting for a unit to come and do a investigation on that point. >> That stunt alone made it hard to believe this was her first time pulling something like that. Talking about the parade and her kids was just a smoke screen, but the sluggish speech and odd behavior gave her away fast. The cops could smell something was off and suspicion started creeping in. >> We are not [ __ ] drunk and she's stupid thinking she's she's drunk on [ __ ] ma'am. Ma'am, just just relax. Okay. All right. Thanks, buddy. >> You don't have power. Are you serious? And you obviously have no kids, do you? >> I'm not We're not going to discuss that here. That my business is not a part of this traffic stop. >> My view >> because you are young and stupid. >> To go in the back of the car. >> I'm I I didn't do anything wrong. >> Don't Don't do this. Okay. >> I deserve a ticket. >> If you did nothing wrong, let us do your invest our investment. >> Go ahead and go ahead because all you've been doing looking for is a problem all tonight. I'm sorry you weren't popular in high school. >> I just want to let you know all this is going to be on video. Go ahead. >> I'm going to continue with the way you're acting. Go ahead. >> I'm not disappointed with my actions. Are you? >> I am. I quite am. The way you're acting with a child in the backseat of the car. Don't shut the door. You're getting ready to go in the back of the car. >> I didn't do Let us do our investigation. If nothing is found, then you will go home. >> You will get your citations and you will go home. >> That'd be great. Is this something you're trying to find, ma'am? >> Yeah, my phone. >> Your phone? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> I was just trying to give you some light to help you. That's all it was. >> No, it's not it's not helping. >> Okay. >> It's making somebody uncomfortable. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Just putting a light, man. That's all. >> You are low class. >> Okay. >> You guys have made me nervous. >> Huh? >> You've made me nervous. >> I've made you nervous. >> Yeah. >> Why is that? >> Because you're [ __ ] accusing me of [ __ ] >> I didn't accuse you of anything. >> She did. >> She's just worried about you. Don't put your hand [ __ ] Don't put your hand in my face. >> Don't talk [ __ ] to me. >> Put your hand in my face, please. >> Okay. Don't talk [ __ ] >> Okay. >> Why can't you do something where you don't have to call somebody to do a drunk test? >> You have nothing to do tonight. >> We're just doing our drug. >> No, you're not. >> I'm trying to. >> You're kind of a pervert and I don't like it. >> Keep the door open. >> Get the pervert away from me. >> No, he's going to stay right here. >> Get the pervert away from me. >> Oh, really? >> I'm sorry you weren't proper in high school. I am not your problem. >> That's fine. You are tonight. 20. You're like 21 and I'm about twice your age. >> You don't have kids. You're not married. You're an idiot. >> Ask the question. >> Are you an idiot? >> Huh? >> So, I'm looking for my phone. >> You're And I said we can help you and trying to find help. What? >> If it's in the floorboard over there, I can What? Would Would you like me to do that? Because you've done nothing but ridicule me. So, I don't want to do something that's not going to be what you want to do. The moment the word drunk came up, the whole vibe shifted. She went off, cursing, mocking, accusing the officers of abusing their power. Cooperation flew right out the window, replaced with open defiance. Classic signs of losing control. What could have been a simple warning turned into a full-blown standoff with the law. You're an idiot. If you think so. >> You ready to get in the back of the car? Is that Will that make you poke? >> Seriously, I have a dog and my daughter in the car. I'm here to meet friends for the festival of lights. Do you have somebody that we can call if we get your phone that can come and get your daughter? >> But of course I do. >> Okay. Is the phone and the floorboard over there? >> Get through it. And I just decided >> if it gets away from me, I'll be okay to find it. [clears throat] >> Well, that's my life. Step right here. Okay. >> Step with your foot. >> Yes. That's how I stand. >> Come in my eye. >> No, you step in and you stand. >> Yes. I have to shift my but I'm not going to argue with you. >> I also work for the Department of Education. Okay. >> I also used to work for Senator Bob Graham >> and you're pissing off my daughter. >> I'm sorry that she's she's having >> Are you really? I think you just >> Okay, how about we just stop conversing. >> Okay, away from me. >> No, ma'am. I will stand right here. Do not shut this door. Okay. Is that illegal? >> Because I am going to keep this door open for my safety. You keep rummaging in the car and I don't know what's in here. >> I'm a [ __ ] attorney, by the way. >> Did I tell you that? >> It doesn't matter. I didn't even mention it because I don't know attorney with this [ __ ] company inviting you to >> Are you allowed to keep my door open and >> for my safety? Yes, ma'am. >> That's why you're fully >> But you should look me in the eyes cuz you can't even look me in the eyes. >> Are you drunk? >> No. Obviously put people in that kind of danger, >> right? [music] But you obviously are on some kind of like anti-depressants or [music] something because the way your eyes are dilated, it's [ __ ] up. >> There could be so many crumbs going on and nobody know cuz you you're unpopular in high school. You have to pay attention to me. >> What's your name? Many many years. >> Well, good. I'm cousins with Sergeant. >> Listen, >> I prefer you not smoke while we're talking. >> I don't give a [ __ ] It's my car, not your place. can hear. We're not going to smoke. >> You're not going to do anything. You can tell I'm going to smoke. Just wait. Just wait. You can smoke out my car. >> Okay. Yes, I understand that. >> She said, >> "I want to let you know that >> it's not going to help the issue. We're asking you not to smoke." Okay. Just be be respectful of that at least. Okay. >> From disdain to outright challenge, she started flaunting her status and connections. The kind of move you'd expect from someone used to giving orders, not taking them. And friends of mine, I was trying to find a parking spot. >> I went the wrong way in a oneway street right here. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> And I did it and I did it on purpose. >> Um, >> you did it on purpose >> thinking I could get away with it >> and these people pulled me over and they're just so indulgent >> and um >> indulgent. >> Yeah. Like thinking, "Oh my god, we got you now." You know, >> my grandmother also told me, >> okay, So, >> I would like to do some surprise tests with you. >> SFTs if you if you want to if you would like to participate in this. I just want to make sure you're safe to drive home. >> Yeah. >> Would you mind doing this with >> Obviously, that is what is necessary for me to proceed from this moment. >> Okay. >> Are you okay if an officer hangs out over here with your with your child, make sure they're okay while we do it? >> I don't want anybody with my child except for me. I I want to lock my door in every single thing and I don't want anybody with my daughter except for me. So, you're just gonna leave your child in the vehicle? >> I'm not gonna leave my dog with some officer after the way this officer has treated me. >> Do you mind just cracking the windows for her so she has some air? So, we're not leaving her in a locked car. >> Do you mind Do you mind just rolling down the window a little bit for her so she has some fresh air? >> I heard what you said. >> Okay. I'm just making sure. >> I'm questioning it. >> Question giving fresh air in the vehicle. >> It's not about fresh air. >> Nobody's going to mess with your daughter. We're not going to go in the car and get her out. >> We just want her to be safe. I'd rather talk to you. >> Okay, that's fine. >> I just look right here. >> So, you're just going to look at the tip of the pen right where my finger is. Okay. >> Sure. >> Just keep your head straight and just follow with your eyes and your eyes only. Okay. >> Really? Don't trust that lady. >> That's fine. But it's just a standardized. Okay. Does that make sense to you? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Are you certified to do this? >> I am. That's why I'm here. >> Okay. >> I'm I'm assisting him. >> You don't have to do these these exercises. is these are completely voluntary. >> I know they are. So if you don't want to continue, that's fine. >> I already know this. I'm an attorney. Okay. >> Hurry. So would you like to continue? >> Yes. >> Are you serious? >> Yes, ma'am. This is how this is how >> I already did it. >> I understand. There's there's a procedure we have to deal with these. Okay. It has to be standardized. It has to be the way same way for everyone. >> Okay. >> So that is why we're doing that. Do you want to continue? >> I I I mean I feel like I should call somebody to defend me because this is being stupid. It's completely up to you if you would like to. >> I don't like her around me. >> That's fine. I'm talking with you. She's not talking with you. >> You can do it. >> That's fine. >> Do you want to continue with these? >> I want to go. I just wanted to go meet our friends. And you guys are >> Is that yes or no? >> Yes. >> So, you would like to continue with the test? >> And we're not going to keep stopping every 5 seconds because you don't agree with what we're doing. We're doing what we have to do. >> So, if you keep stopping us, then we're going to take that as a refusal. All right, that makes sense. All right, South Florida. >> I'm just letting you know we're not going to sit here all night and argue with you. >> South Florida, you're not from here, are you? >> It's quite obvious. >> Does our light have to be in my face? >> Yes. I just have to be able to see your eyes. So, just watch my finger. >> Well, then you see >> Watch my finger, please. >> What do you want me to do? >> Watch the tip of my finger. >> Watch this. Watch this little button right here. >> The tip of the finger. Yes. >> Watch your finger or this little button. >> Which one? I'm sorry. I'm I'm very uncomfortable with this lady. the button or your finger? >> The tip of my finger. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Can you imagine you want to just go meet your friends and you're looking for a parking spot and you take a chance going the wrong way on a one-way street? >> Yeah. >> No. Please do not arrest me. >> Go ahead. Turn around. Turn around. Put your hand behind your back. >> My daughter is my understand. >> Is there someone that can come to >> Is there someone that can come get her? >> Listen. Do not tense up on me. Not. >> We are We are going to work it out with you, okay? For your daughter. >> I'm sorry, >> guys. At this moment, you're going to be underestim. >> She flat out refused to let the officers watch her kid, putting privacy above the child's safety. She kept interrupting the sobriety test, trying to steer the situation her way. But that little delay tactic backfired, and she ended up in cuffs soon after the car. You guys are [ __ ] You [ __ ] You're [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Stop. >> Stop. Stop. Turn around. >> You're [ __ ] [ __ ] Idiot. >> Stop. >> You didn't [ __ ] even finish the test because you don't like what I said. >> No, because you didn't finish the test. It's good. You're good to go. The camera's on. >> Yeah. Just grab the teeth. >> Okay. >> Listen, I have not. >> Tell me what is going on right now. >> Right now, you're under arrest for DUI. I mean 285. I have an arrest for DUI when I blew a [ __ ] 0.0. So I don't believe in you guys for nothing. >> Look that [ __ ] up. Look that [ __ ] up. I blew a 0.0 >> towards the car. >> Look that [ __ ] up. You're on [ __ ] antid-epressants. I can see your [ __ ] dilation of your eyeballs. >> I was arrested for DUI when I blew a 0 zero. And you guys are [ __ ] idiots. >> Get away. >> Do not kick. Do not kick A POLICE OFFICER. >> I DIDN'T, YOU DUMBASS. BUT I HAVE THOUGHT about it. >> Did she kick you? >> All right. Battery alo. >> Battery. >> Oh, you idiot. This is only the third time, you stupid idiot. >> Well, now you have it back on. >> Talk to me. >> Sit down in the car. >> What the [ __ ] is going on? >> Sit down in the car. I need you. Swing your feet in. >> We told you. Swing your feet in. key is on top. >> My phone is on top of the cart. >> She kick rode him. >> She literally put her leg out and went for key. I can use the car for the >> He needs ID. >> Yes, sir. >> Your mom is in Wakulla. >> I heard you. I know that already. >> Perfect. >> She's on her way over here. >> Okay. >> We're going to have an officer stay with your daughter and your dog until she gets here. >> Fantastic. >> Then your mom will pick her up and your dog. >> Okay. Where are my shoes? >> I have your shoes. I have your phone and I have your ID. >> You will find complications with this later in your life. I promise you. And you can be as stupid as you want about it. Stupid. No degrees, no master's degrees, no upper graduate degrees, not even a [ __ ] bachelor's, idiots. >> Where'd you go to law school at? >> I'm in law school now, dumbass. [ __ ] you. What? Where'd you go to college at? Oh. Oh, that's right. You never went. >> You said you're a lawyer. Uh, I did. >> Even after being arrested, the woman kept fighting like crazy. She even kicked one of the officers, but consequences were bound to follow. She was charged with basic traffic violations, DUI, resisting arrest, and assaulting a police officer. Now she's facing possible jail time, heavy fines, probation, and losing her license. All for a mess of her own making. Sometimes power on display is just the beginning of those embarrassing moments nobody wants to remember. On June 26th, 2023 in Florida, a woman, clearly drunk, stormed out of a store in a fit of anger. No one knew that just minutes later, that same drunken rage [music] would turn into a full-blown tragedy when her own lack of control stripped away what little freedom she had left. >> They just want her trespass. That's it. Um, >> [ __ ] trespassing. What the [ __ ] is someone trespassing for? >> Cuz they don't want you to come back here. >> Your phone is locked. You're not going to be a be able to get inside of that. >> All right. Whatever. >> I have your talking about I I can't [ __ ] compass it. I'm not picking compass. >> May I have your ID, please? tripping, bro. >> Ma'am, >> I'm not even trying to talk to y'all. >> I understand that. Me neither. I'm going to let you leave as soon as you give me your ID. >> I even trying to talk to y'all. >> Your phone is locked. You put the wrong code and you're about to erase everything on your phone. >> [ __ ] my [ __ ] business. >> Can I get your ID out of here >> or what's your name? Either one. >> Chanel Werta. C H A N E H A N E T. >> Hold on. Spell your last name. H A >> D Martin C H A M P E A N C. Like you act like a [ __ ] badass [ __ ] Like [ __ ] I'm a [ __ ] badass [ __ ] bro. I don't got to [ __ ] talk to y'all. [ __ ] bad ass [ __ ] None of that [ __ ] >> I don't I don't have to talk to What is you talking to me for? >> Because what is you talking TO ME FOR? WHAT IS YOU TALKING TO ME FOR? >> You ready for me to answer? >> No. >> You want to talk to him? >> No, I don't. >> Okay, just give me your name and we're going to leave and you'll leave. >> I don't give a [ __ ] what y'all do. >> What's your name? >> I don't give a [ __ ] what y'all do. [ __ ] [ __ ] sit in front of [ __ ] police. West Palm Beach. I don't give a [ __ ] what y'all do. Y'all [ __ ] >> Can you go inside and just see if they know her name? If she pay or something and a gentleman, >> we kicked him up because they were having sex an hour back. >> Okay. Her and the other guy. >> Her and the other girl. >> They all left. >> This was a couple hours ago. >> Out on the street, the intoxicated woman went headto-head with officers, cursing, yelling, and acting out. A store employee later said she was kicked out for being straight up embarrassing. The whole scene showed just how thin the line is between personal freedom and the kind of order society has to maintain. >> I I officer Thomas and advising you that you're being verbally trespassing. >> Wrong [ __ ] party [ __ ] >> If you do not leave, you will be arrested for trespassing. >> [ __ ] you got a [ __ ] wrong. >> They had SEX IN THE BACK. I TALKED TO HIM ASS. NO, they didn't buy anything. [ __ ] YOU AIN'T YOU AIN'T SEARCHING NOBODY. YOU AIN'T SEARCHING SOMEBODY. WEST PALM BEACH, >> MAN. Get your ass on, bro. >> So, no, you have to get your ass on. If you don't leave, YOU'VE BEEN TRESPASSED. SO, LEAVE. >> SORRY. IF I GET MY ASS ON, [ __ ] YOU BETTER NOT TOUCH ANYBODY, YOU KNOW. >> YOU BETTER NOT ANYBODY [ __ ] TOUCH. All right. If you don't leave by 9 9:01, you will be placed under arrest for trespass AFTER >> COOL. AIN'T NOBODY [ __ ] TRESPASSING THAT [ __ ] PASS AT POLICE, West Palm Beach, Florida. Ain't nobody >> Do you have your ID on you or anything like that? >> [ __ ] up, bro. >> I don't do none of that [ __ ] I don't even [ __ ] around with [ __ ] police. >> I understand. Look, look. I don't even mess with the police when I'm off work. I get it. >> [ __ ] you got [ __ ] I don't got no [ __ ] problems with you. I don't. >> Okay, >> [ __ ] As long as you GOT A [ __ ] PROBLEM WITH ME. [ __ ] I DON'T GOT NO problem with you, ho. >> I don't have no problem with you. >> Okay, >> good. Remember you getting your ID? Do you have >> $246, HO? >> I DON'T GOT NOTHING TO SPARE YOU. I look we good. We good. We good. You was starting to GET YOUR IV. >> I KNOW WE GOOD, >> RIGHT? YOU STARTING you starting to GET YOUR IV, BRO. DON'T [ __ ] AROUND WITH LIKE THAT. I promise YOU [ __ ] [ __ ] ASS MOTHERFING [ __ ] MOTHERF [ __ ] I really want [ __ ] [ __ ] handsome [ __ ] Don't get in my face though. Get in my face. I'M TELLING YOU, BRO. DON'T GET IN MY FACE. OKAY. Don't get in MY FACE. I'M TELLING YOU. >> Don't get in my face. Okay. I ain't gonna get out of your face. You were getting your ID. Don't get in my face. Getting your ID. >> Don't get in my face. >> Can you finish? >> Her drunken state overpowered all reason, turning police warnings into background noise, trying to prove she was fine. She only spiraled further, crossing the line from defiance to breaking the law, forcing officers to keep their distance for safety. >> Give me your ID for me, please. >> [ __ ] you got a right one here. >> I don't NEED THAT. >> HERE. HERE. Get on. >> [ __ ] you got to write one, ho. You got a real [ __ ] right one, [ __ ] Ain't nobody [ __ ] trying >> your [ __ ] >> [ __ ] you got a right one, ho. >> [ __ ] you got a [ __ ] Don't [ __ ] ask me who the [ __ ] I'm with. >> I don't want you to mess up your life over something. >> I'm not messing UP MY LOVEING LIFE, [ __ ] [ __ ] YOU [ __ ] TALKING TO ME LIKE, "BITCH, I I AIN'T GOT NO [ __ ] SENSE." >> NO, you're acting very I rateate right now. >> I don't give a [ __ ] over nothing. >> I really don't give a [ __ ] >> Okay. Well, you will give a [ __ ] >> Soon as you go in handcuffs, you will. That's the thing. >> Trespassing. >> All right. Listen. So, you're trespassing with a [ __ ] [ __ ] He told me trespassing. >> Listen, >> you're trespass because the general manager of this business told you to leave earlier. If you don't leave the property, you're gonna >> I WILL GET PER OUT MY [ __ ] PARTY ON MY TYPE OF [ __ ] >> OKAY. >> [ __ ] I got a [ __ ] period, dude. [ __ ] I don't got to do [ __ ] around y'all. I don't have to do around [ __ ] around y'all. >> Can you run by Florida D number and enter them as >> trespass for Miss? I don't want to be around y'all. Trying to be a [ __ ] badass person, bro. I'm not anyone trying to be bad ass person to you, bro. I'm not. >> Her voice grew louder, sharper, a [music] clear sign she'd completely lost control. At that point, arresting her wasn't just protocol. It was necessary. Letting her go in that condition would have meant risking an accident or [music] worse, someone taking advantage of her. >> They say I don't give [ __ ] What they say, [ __ ] I'm I know. I know. [ __ ] I KNOW. I'M [ __ ] RIGHT AWAY. >> YOU YOU have a minute to leave. Please leave. >> The time is currently 9:10. >> OH, DUDE. HAVING A [ __ ] DRINK WITH A [ __ ] I AIN'T A [ __ ] BROKE ASS [ __ ] [ __ ] I'm a [ __ ] You go around and we're just going to turn her. >> Thank you. If you do, you will be arrested. All right. All right. >> All right. >> Yeah. [ __ ] bro. >> [ __ ] you, [ __ ] The right one, bro. >> We just won't have her, son. Just let let him sign it. >> Who the [ __ ] is you [ __ ] brown, [ __ ] I really don't give a [ __ ] >> You want to [ __ ] harass me? [ __ ] Arrest me, [ __ ] Arrest me, ho. >> What? >> Arrest me, ho. Where you want to go? >> I want you to leave. >> I'll follow you. I'll follow you. I'll follow you. >> If you sit back down. Okay. She's under arrest. >> I ain't for no [ __ ] arrest. >> Yes, you are. >> I ain't for no arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> I'm going [ __ ] arrest, bro. >> Bro, I'm not bro. I'm not arrested, bro. I'm sorry, bro. >> Yeah, I I understand. You're sorry. >> I understand. I really don't even mean to, >> but it's just like at the same time like I'm I'm sl You feel me? So if you feel me >> kind of beyond that. >> No, I understand. I understand. But at the same time, it's like I I'm I'm not even trying to do nothing. >> She has a uh unordinary bulge right there. What is that medical or or what? >> It's is medical. >> Okay. That's your skin? >> Yeah. Okay. >> So, I'm I'm just trying to >> Anything on you that we should know about before we go to the Palm Beach County Jail? >> No. Listen, >> as of right now, you're placed under arrest for trespass after warning. Okay. >> I'm not trying to press >> Let your phone go, please. You're going to call 911. >> I'm not trying to press under 911. I'm not trying to press. >> The moment those handcuffs click on, every gap between a person and their actions gets laid bare. The woman shifts from defiance to pleading. Her eyes darting around, lost. The whole scene becomes a stark reminder of a familiar cycle. Booze, losing control, fighting back, regret, and finally facing the legal fallout. >> Is there somebody that can come get you so that you don't have to go to the Palm Beach County jail today? >> My friend. >> Okay. Give me a name. Give me a number. Okay. Who am I calling? >> Zero. >> Who? >> Zero. >> Zero. >> Yeah. Her name is um Zumari. But her name is Zero. >> Zumari. >> Yeah. >> Zumari. >> Okay. Is this Zumani? No. Okay. Do you know somebody by the name of Zoil? >> Hueta. >> Zoil. Soil. >> No. Okay. That's the That's either you can go to the Palm Beach County Jail or you can go home. >> She's literally down the street. I can call her. >> Okay. Give me a phone number. >> Give me a phone number. How do you even know? Like >> give me a phone number. >> 460381. >> I'm not 460 from me. Say it again. >> There's There's no reason why I should be >> 460 >> 460381. >> And what's the name name again? >> Um >> that's you. That's your phone number. >> Sushi. >> That's your phone. >> No. X O C H I L. It's not. It's I'm really not even trying to play games with you. >> What's the person's name? >> X O C H I L O L05 1995. >> That's That's your name? >> Cuz it's calling my number. I'm >> Yeah, but we're trying to call somebody to pick you up. >> No. >> So you don't have to go to jail. >> No. >> Yes, >> that's not the case. That's not the case. I'm calling my mother, my my stepmother, everybody that calls. >> It's for another 15 minutes. >> So I can't even call anybody right now. Who is somebody I can call for you to come? Let's go. >> Please, I don't want to. >> Come on, let's go inside. >> Please, >> if you don't go, you can get another charge. Don't do that to yourself. Okay, so just come with me and it won't be that bad. >> I just don't want to be arrested for like Listen, I thought I was going to [ __ ] be on [ __ ] arrested, bro. I don't I don't want to arrest like that because I'm not that type of person. I'm not >> I'm not that type of person. Please, >> please, please, bro. I don't want to be on top of >> you want. >> I I'm just saying. >> Okay. >> I just I don't all turn around. Turn around. >> Sure. Okay. Do you have anything sharp that confusing? >> No. Okay. Anything in your hair? >> No. >> What's this? Nothing. >> Said it's medical, but I I don't know if you can confirm that for me. >> Okay. I'm just going to lift this up to check. Okay. >> Yeah. Go ahead. I don't care. I really don't. I'm not. >> Okay. It's your bra. >> It was a piece of clothing. >> Yeah. It's just a bra. I'm just going to check here. >> Okay. >> Can you Can you Can you pull it out? Well, they were having sex in the bathroom. So, >> okay. >> You were having sex in the bathroom? Who? All right, come here. I'm going to take your shoe off. Take your shoe off. >> Who was having sex in bathroom? Like, you're telling me I had I had sex in >> Despite the officer's efforts to cut her some slack and keep her out of jail that night, nothing seemed to work. She was booked on charges of trespassing, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. Odds are she's looking at a few nights behind bars, a fine, and up to 6 months of probation. When alcohol turns to shameful behavior, the line between grown-ups and kids starts to blur. On February 8th, 2025, at a concert, the music was meant to bring peace. But alcohol had other plans. Outside the venue, what started as a loss of control spiral into chaos, trouble, and heavy consequences. The kind of night nobody wants to remember. And what do you want me? Do you want to >> call me? Just please relax. Why are you wasting this time? >> I'm good for >> Don't threaten. I have threatened anyone. Who the threaten? >> I saw you walking. >> Okay, stop yelling. >> Stop yelling. >> You stop yelling. Get out. Just get away. Just walk away. Bro, I didn't do nothing. She didn't want to assault me. Just Just walk away. Does she touch you? >> She's cursing us, bro. Come on, man. You would touch you. >> You want her to wait to touch me? >> No. >> You wouldn't take it. Why would you take She's cursing at me and my wife, bro. You wouldn't take it. Why would I take it? >> Did she Did she touch you? >> Would you take it? If you're sitting with your eyes, somebody cursing at you. Would you take it? >> Yeah. They're just saying words. >> Cursing is just words. >> Let me just deal with her. Just I got it. >> You're acting out of hand. >> The moment the woman lost control and started throwing insults, the mood flipped instantly. The man's anger was a natural reaction to being attacked. And amid the shouting, the officer's calm presence became the only thing standing between order and total chaos. >> You're acting child. You understand that? >> You're acting out of hand. Like a >> child pass us so we're not going to save you. Sh. ask you. >> You don't have to ask me. I'll tell you something. >> I literally saw you. >> Yeah. So, chill. Relax. Stop yelling. >> Stop yelling. >> God damn it. >> I literally saw you walk across the street and walk up to them. >> Chill and do what? Start yelling. >> What's the point of that? >> Yes. >> You're way too drunk. Just go home. >> Yes. Please listen. >> Okay. I'm going home. >> Okay. >> Don't talk to anyone. >> We're going to go home. Okay. >> I'm going home. You >> shut up. Stop. >> I said don't talk TO ANYONE. >> I'M NOT TALKING TO ANYONE. YOU JUST SAID SHUT up to that. >> Okay, both of you stop yelling. Why are you yelling? >> I'm not yelling. >> What are you so upset? >> Spinky. >> Yeah. What are you so upset about? >> I do. You need Are you sick? Are you injured? Are you okay? >> Take me. No. Take me to the hospital. And if you really think >> I'm asking you that I'm doing something wrong, take me to the hospital. You don't do anything like that. >> I literally >> Why are you yelling? >> Why are you yelling? >> I said, "WHY ARE YOU SO BEAUTIFUL?" >> Why are you yelling? >> I told you exactly what I said. >> Things escalated fast as the suspect screamed incoherently, ignoring her boyfriend's desperate attempts to calm her down. The level of intoxication left her completely detached from reason. Every move she made only built the case against her for disorderly conduct in public. Why are YOU >> THAT >> what >> you coming at me? >> You walk across the street when cars were coming by. >> Yeah, I happened to be >> drink too much. Drink way too much. >> I want to drink too much. >> Too much. >> Exactly. [music] >> I'm trying to make sure that you go home, sir. >> Not somewhere else. Sir, I don't really know if that's what you're [music] thinking about. >> Oh no, now we have another one really quick. >> You better don't get your I'm just >> You're talk to me. Don't talk to him. Talk to me. Is this [ __ ] ON YOU OR NOT? >> EVERYBODY'S YELLING. >> I WANT TO KNOW. STOP YELLING. WHY? Why are you yelling? Why are you so upset? >> Why are you so upset? Why are you so upset? Why are you crying? >> You are so in the [ __ ] >> Why are you so [ __ ] >> You're way too drunk. Okay. >> I'm drunk. >> I could, but I don't want to. >> Okay. >> I don't want to either so I don't have to get you out of jail tomorrow. >> Please. You're wasting these people's time and money. >> I'm not the one. >> I'm not the one. >> You had to leave that closet early cuz you have to hang. >> Sorry. >> She was so drunk that English sounded like her second language. Alcohol has a way of peeling back the thin layer of restraint and exposing raw impulse. But in real life, no amount of booze ever wipes away responsibility. The price always comes due, no matter the excuse. >> Stop yelling. Come here. Come here. >> [ __ ] kick everything off. I don't care. >> She wasn't kicked out. >> Nope. You're not going to hit anybody. STOP. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT. >> YOU'RE NOT GOING TO HIT ANYBODY. STOP. RELAX. You're an idiot. You're hurting against >> Hey, >> what are you doing? >> Knock it off. >> Okay, now you just caught a fellow. >> Stop. >> I just stop. >> Got it. I got her. I do the coffee. >> Got it, bro. >> You're not listening. That's what happened. >> Got it. [music] >> Oh, 10:15. Go. >> Sit up. That's what happens when you listen, man. >> Thank you for cooperating, sir. We're doing the best we can. >> You're about more trouble. >> Do you need medical attention? >> Yes. Did you see my leg? >> Yeah. >> Yes, I do. No. You Why the would you say that? >> Get the away from me. Yeah. >> Let's go. >> Huh? >> What do you want me to do? >> What do you want me to do? >> Are you going to walk? >> Yeah. You're actually an ass. Who the are you? Oh, you're s man. Are you No one wants to be with you right there. Dude, if I'm in his car, there's going to be Dude, I'm going to dude, you're such I'm telling you. >> Get up. >> Ouch. >> Sit down. >> We're doing the best we can. Okay, >> I understand. >> I'm sorry. Okay, that's why I'm being relaxed with you. >> I know, man. I'm your husband. I >> I know you are, bro. And I appreciate you. He's He's going to explain the charges. You clearly saw what happened. This young man's doing the best he can. >> You okay? >> I apologize. How you doing, sir? How are you? >> I got to see if I got to write this up cuz she was inside her husband and then she went over. She's screaming crazy. But I guess she's got some other. >> As the chaos reached a dangerous peak, restraint became the only safe option. Officers acted swiftly and firmly while in the middle of that emotional wreckage. The husband's patience and quiet help stood out as the one faint light left in the scene. >> Hey Lana, what are we drinking? >> Doesn't matter if out of curiosity. >> If you guys keep me in like this, >> they're going to come off eventually. >> I'm just going to rotate when that blood pressure >> now. All right. They will. >> I will make sure they come off. I promise. >> I want to go. I want to leave. I've never done anything bad to anyone. >> I'm going to grab it when I turn. [laughter] >> You made a mistake today. That's all. >> I'm thinking >> Oh, yeah. My lawyers definitely know that. [laughter] You >> in trouble before? >> Where you Where do you live? >> I've never been in trouble. >> Where do you live? >> Where do you live at? >> Maryland. >> Maryland. What are you doing down here? >> Get out of here. My husband, my student husband. >> Molly, can I put this on your finger for a second? Check your heart rate. >> So why I'm No. No, you're not. Get stay the away from me. Let me take it off. >> No. Yeah, you take it off. You take >> this. You cut off my this off now. No. >> Get back inside. Are we done? >> Yeah, I think so. Lana, put your leg inside, please. >> Lana, I'm not to play with. Please go back inside. >> What did I do? >> I'm asking you please put your leg back inside. >> I understand what you're asking. >> All right. Once you put your leg back inside the car, I'll explain it all to you. Is that fair? >> And you're going to get in the car with me. >> No, I don't fit. I will not fit in there. >> I'm too big. >> So, what did I do? >> Well, once you put your leg inside, then we'll talk about it. But put your leg inside first, please. >> Yeah. Please. >> We're not going to do it. >> We're going to do it because if not, I'm going to have to put you in. I really don't want to hurt you. >> You already hurt me. >> I haven't hurt you. >> You already hurt me, you s sergeant. >> Right. >> You it up. All of you. >> All right. Please put your leg inside. Come on. Put this leg up. >> Thank you. Thank you. >> All right. Watch your face. >> Can you come? In the end, the woman was arrested for resisting arrest and causing a public disturbance while intoxicated. She's now facing a few nights in jail, fines, up to a year of probation, and mandatory alcohol education courses. Alcohol brings childish behavior to light, but power and money can turn it into a real danger. On June 21st, 2024, inside a local store, officers found themselves in an especially [music] awkward situation when someone with money truly believed she stood above the law. Between power and order lies a fragile line, and the question is, who really decides what the rules are? Let's see what happened next. >> So, from what I understand, were you in were you in the salon recently, ma'am? Were you in the salon or over here? >> Yes, I'm here for 40 years. you. So, you're a hairdresser at that salon? >> No, it's a beauty supply. You have to be a licensed hairdresser to go in there. >> Oh, okay. Um, have you had anything to drink today, ma'am? >> No. >> No. No. I can smell alcohol coming off your breath. >> So, >> are you sure you're okay to drive? or we can call maybe get you >> so I mean you had anything to drink ma'am. So then what am I smelling on your breath? Obviously the people in the business think that you might be under the influence of some kind of intoxicant or something. Are you certain you're good to drive? Damn. I I don't know if I feel comfortable having you drive. I think I'm good. >> You think You think you're good? No. No. I I don't I don't think you're good, ma'am. >> I don't think I'm good. >> The strong smell of alcohol coming from the suspect made it obvious she was drunk. She quickly denied it and tried to shift the focus to her profession, hoping to keep her cool. But within seconds, things escalated fast, turning what should have been a quick talk into a tense standoff between reason and defiance. >> You intend to drive your car home. >> I believe I I believe I I believe you I believe you're under I believe you're under the influence and if you try to get in that car I'm going to I'm going to I will I will arrest you. >> So why don't you call somebody? >> Why don't you call somebody? No. No. Is there Is there anybody you call husband son boyfriend >> and they will bring me a flatbed and go home? >> That's the solution. >> All right. Well, I'm I'm going to stand by until that flatbed shows up cuz I don't feel comfortable getting you driving based off your speech, your gate, and the alcohol coming off your breath. What? I have to turn the air conditioner on. >> I understand. I understand. >> You're You're telling me that you would rather have your cara and they'll bring a flat bag to take me home. The 30 sip for yesterday. >> That's the way it works. >> You don't? >> No, I don't have anybody. I'm an only child. My husband has Okay. You want me to call him up and tell him where the I'm at? That ain't happening. I know my rights. ALL RIGHT. BACK THE OFF. I'M CALLING TRIPLE A. Leave me alone. >> I'm not I'm not going to leave you alone because you're intoxicated and you're sitting in the driver's seat of your car. >> I am not. >> You have to turn on the air condition. >> How does this key come out? We're taking it. It stays in there. So, it's a key fob. >> Ma'am, I'm trying to keep you from getting a misdemeanor. >> MA'AM, I AM CHALLEN. >> MA'AM, I'M NOT A MA'AM. I'M 58. BACK off of me. I have a husband suffering from I HAVE HAD ONE DRINK. This I am a 40year-old hairdresser. What they told you? I don't know. But that's where I'm going home to. All right. You can look at it any way YOU WANT. YOU WANT me to call my police friend? I will do that. that >> the officer tried to give her a fair warning, a chance to walk away without making it worse. But instead, she locked herself in the car and threatened to call her friends on the force. That move said it all. A clear display of entitlement that pushed the situation past the point of control, forcing police to step in. >> Please don't get Please don't drive your car away. >> I'm not driving the car. >> They have my phone. >> They have your phone. I'll go I'll go get it for you. Yes, that would be good. >> I'll go get it for you. >> Get it. >> Can Can you step over there for me? >> Yeah. Okay. >> Hi. >> Hi. How are you? >> Good. How are you? >> She says that you have her phone. >> Yes, she left her phone. >> What did you see? Cuz obviously I believe her to be intoxicated, which is not why I'm not going to allow her to to leave. >> Yes. Um >> um well she came in and she this is a customer I've seen before maybe once or [clears throat] twice >> but she came in and she was like oh hey how are you and I had other customers in the store. Um she was like she was like I'm going to pay for their stuff and like give her my account number and here we have to have a specific account for them. And she was getting a little bit upset with that and then she was upset that I didn't let her use the restroom but our restrooms were down. >> Okay. So that's when I sent her to Ky James. Um, and then she came back and my other customers that were here noticed that she was drunk and >> I guess that's what set her off cuz that's when she started but she was in my face like initially getting like on me. >> Ma'am, [bell] step out of the store phone. >> I need my phone. >> Okay, step out of the store now. Step out of the store. >> No, you know what? You need to back off. If you if you continue my investigation, I'm going to arrest you. >> You need to back off now. I believe Cosmopro may have um also kicked her out. I'm not quite sure because >> what is that? Cosmo. >> Yeah, it's another store similar to this. Um but she was saying that the the Colombians over there were Oh, you're a real hair stylist like blah blah blah. I guess we're like talking to her. Um >> so you watched her drive up in that condition. >> Mhm. >> How long ago did she arrive? Um probably now like a maybe a good 20 20 minutes 30 minutes maybe. >> Okay. So she showed up in that condition. >> Yeah. >> And then >> she was getting in the face of like everybody here like all the all the customers like she came behind here a few times like to me [music] like she was >> Do you want her back inside the store? >> Um >> do you do you still want her business? >> Currently no probably. I mean I don't I'm not my the manager here but probably no. If you would like her trespass, I can trespass her. In the meantime, she hasn't driven in in my She's a little off. I can smell alcohol on her breath. >> Yeah. >> Um and she's screaming my face. I can I can obviously smell alcoholic beverages on her breath. >> Right. >> She's not right. She's acting completely unreasonable. >> I'm trying to keep her from getting a DUI. >> Yeah. >> She didn't pull off when in my presence, but I'm uh >> That was my concern. I was even if I could get her to call a friend or something so she can get a ride and then she she can come back and get her car later. >> Okay. Yes. >> But she but she wants to have a triple AAA show up and flatbed her car and tow it back to >> Ma'am. I'm just asking to step outside so I can >> I'm asking to step in the air conditioning if if you want to sit in your car in the air condition. >> Okay. Witnesses later confirmed the full story. Assault, drunk driving, and obstruction of justice. Each offense alone was enough for charges, but together they painted a picture of arrogance and total disregard for the law, turning a simple stop into a serious criminal case. >> All right, I'm trying to be as nice as I can to her. >> Yeah, you try to be as nice as you can and go out there, piece of [ __ ] Yeah. I hope you're recording monitor this. >> Can Can you just go to your car, turn on your car, sit in the passenger seat, sit in the air conditioning until the toe comes >> like, I'm I'm TRYING TO CUT YOU. I'M TRYING TO CUT YOU. >> NO, I'M IN A 40YEAR-OLD HAIRDRESSER. >> I just wanted to stand in the AC. >> I'm asking you to step outside and I'm not >> You can You can have your AC. >> No, I want air condition. I'm 58. I'm getting >> working on a trespass investigation right now and you're interfering with my trespass. We're really trying to help you out and catch you a break. It's either it's either >> Goodbye. >> It's either It's either you talk to >> Goodbye. Goodbye. Goodbye. >> Now you made me miss my [ __ ] again. >> Yeah. Yeah. I'm trying to call Triple A to get a flat bag to take me home and you won't let me. in that way we originally talked about. Get off of my back already. >> Hey, hey, hey, hey. >> Get out of the car. >> No, no. Stop. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop. I'm not I'm not resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> Stop. >> Stop. No. No. No. I'm not reach. No. No. Get off of me. >> Get off of me. >> Get off of me. Now, >> keep your hands behind your back. >> Get off of me. Get off of me. Get off of me. >> Elbow. >> Get off of me. There you go. Get off of me. Pressure. There you go. >> Get off of me. >> Get off of me. On this >> side this way. All right. >> I don't know what I did when I roll up. >> You tried to slam a door on me, ma'am. That's what you did. >> No, but I tried to tell you to leave me alone. This has been going on for a half an hour. >> No. Stop, sir. >> Stop, sir. >> We're going to stand you up now. Okay. Bring your feet underneath you. >> When she slammed the car door on the officer, any chance of negotiation vanished. The arrest order came down and her resistance turned physical. The struggle got messy fast, and from that moment on, status and money meant nothing in front of the law. >> It's hot out here. Put your shoes on, man. It's hot out here. >> Why? No. STOP. >> STOP. You're calling my brother. Get off of me. No. Please. >> You got somebody else. >> No. Please. Please. Please. No. This is ridiculous. Stop. >> Lie in your stance. >> Stop. Now, >> ma'am, just stand up straight. Just stand up straight. Stop turning. >> My feet are on fire. >> I understand that. I tried to get you in your shoes and you tried to fight with me. >> Go get him. >> Guys are being ridiculous. >> You had You had every chance to get arrested. You had every chance to not get arrested. And this is where we're at now. This is where we're at. >> Don't slam car doors on cops. >> No. I told you to leave me alone, >> man. I was just trying to get your jewelry out so I didn't cut your wrist. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Caught my wrist. >> Caught my wrist. >> Yeah, exactly. I know. >> I'm in trouble anyway. >> Where you going? Stop. >> Oh, I'm not going nowhere. Where do you think I'm going? This is comical. Oh, I love this. Wow. Thank you. >> Thank you. Thank you. This is so good. Oh yeah. You want to let tag my teeth? I'll totally bend over cuz I've been getting for 25 years. Go ahead. >> Stop moving. >> I'm moving. Why don't you take my glasses off my neck? >> Why don't you take my glasses off my neck? >> In the end, the woman was arrested and charged with assaulting an officer, resisting arrest, and public intoxication. She could be facing up to a year in jail, fines reaching $5,000, possible restitution if the officer was hurt, and probation. So, the question remains, what punishment truly fits when power turns into defiance? Let's talk about it. When booze mixes with power, control gets shaky, and that's when the shameful stuff starts to happen. On July 29th, 2023, at a public beach, police responded to reports of two intoxicated women exposing themselves in front of a crowd. But what started as a simple warning quickly spiraled into something far more serious. >> Guys, if you two can come over here. Huh? You two can come over here real quick. So, we just got a call regarding you guys being intoxicated on our beach. You don't need to keep walking towards me. I'm not I'm trying to walk towards. >> So, we got a call that you guys are intoxicated that you're following at the same time. >> Were they Someone said they were naked as well or something. >> Wait, what? Someone said they were taking their clothes off or something. >> Well, their were exposed, but but I think the issue was they're either stoned or drunk. Everyone's concerned that the one in the pink bathing suit is going to get drowned. >> All right, I'll talk to them. Thank you guys. All right, people are calling in. A lot of people have been calling you guys in thinking you're going to drown. People have been saying your tops have been coming off. There's children around here. >> Does it look like we have all >> Do you guys uh Where's all your belongings? >> It's over here right there. All right. What's your name? >> What's your name? My name is Wanda. >> Wanda. >> Her name is Sandy. >> Nice to meet you. Officer Casino. Officer T. >> What was your name? >> Officer Casino and patrol man. >> Patrol man. >> Alexa, watch out. >> Hey guys. Guys. >> Guys, we're going to need your IDs. Oh, me >> the the other Well, the >> Okay, we we're good. I'll give you my ID. >> The other issue is we observed you guys falling all over the place. >> People have been calling you in. >> We're not in trouble. We're just addressing it. >> Well, you only need ID, right? >> Yeah. We're just want to make sure >> we're fine. >> Yeah. So, we just >> we can't have you guys we can't have you guys falling around and stuff like that and getting calls from you guys anymore either. So, I think your best bet >> Oh my god, these white people, bro. >> I mean, >> two drunk women were seen flashing the crowd at the beach. Annoyed bystanders tried to warn them, but they ignored everyone. Things soon got out of hand, forcing officers to step in and put an end to the chaos. >> Yeah, I am. Anything? Can I eat? >> Did you have anything to drink with them? >> A little bit. Yeah. But I mean, they've been here longer than I got here a little bit. >> Are you sober? >> Did you drive? >> Yeah, I did. >> Okay. I think I think it's in your guys' best interest to leave. I just want to let you know because >> Yeah. Well, I'm not going to leave. >> We We'll leave, >> guys. Okay. You will? Okay. >> Cuz they're falling all over the place. There's kids over here. I had a kid come up to me say that she was exposed to the beach. So, I mean, >> okay. Yeah. No, I'll try to get everything together. We can smell the alcohol on you and we can see that you have it in your >> We watched you fall over in the water a couple times. >> The water is heavy though. Like the water. >> I'm not giving I'm not giving you a difficult time. So, I don't know why. >> I'm not I'm not trying to give you a difficult time to give us a difficult time. Where's your Where's your >> Let's start packing up now. Just because we got multiple calls. >> We got We got some >> I'll tell you why we got multiple calls. >> We heard music and there's a lot of kids here. I've been here. >> It's also the alcohol. It wasn't the music. They didn't even >> No one mentioned music. They mentioned >> they didn't me they don't have to mention music. I know it. >> The other thing is you can't even hear the music. The wind's so strong and the beach is so loud that you can't hear the music. the tent. I don't know how to get the tent down. I'll put the tent down. >> The women reacted differently when asked for IDs. One complied. The other mocked the officers and stepped closer. Even after several warnings, she kept waving her arms and yelling. Clear signs that things were heading downhill fast. >> Can I help you hold your chair? >> I know. I know how to work these. >> I can't do it. I can't do it. >> Oh, you got it. You got it. We're in the truck. I can't do it. Oh sh >> I'm trying. >> You're the one that got told the police. >> No, I can't. >> Actually, just sit down while we do. >> I got it. >> I'm so sorry. >> I'm so sorry. >> Needle collapsing that here. It's like broken. >> No, it's like there's a stick right there. Right. >> Yeah. >> What the >> Yeah, exactly. Right. >> It's just broken. It's broken. >> You're going to have to carry it out like this. >> That's fine. I >> I would just throw this out. Honestly, these are cheaps. >> What happened? What What' she do? She threw She picked it up and just threw it in the water. >> What? >> Put the tent down. >> Huh? >> Put down the tent. >> Did you just throw his surfboard in the water? >> No, >> you didn't. Did he? Did she just throw his surfboard in the water? >> No. >> You don't have a surfboard? >> She went over there, picked his surfboard. That cop right there, he's a police officer. He observed you do it. >> You don't have a surfboard? >> Are you still going to lie to me? >> But you don't have a surfboard. >> Did you see what he said to me? What did he say to you? >> He said I have a >> What did Did they say anything to her? >> No, >> I have a video. >> All right. You're >> going to say that? >> I'm fine. I'm fine. I'll say something. What? What's up? What's up? >> Stay back. Do not walk up on me. Stay back. >> You're not free to leave. >> He said I saw your >> He said he saw my and he said I had a That guy over there. >> This officer. >> No, no, not him. >> I know, but this officer. >> So, unfortunately, we didn't see anything. That's why we're not doing anything about I guess you ripping the >> He just said I had a fat. >> Okay. >> He said, "I I you have a fat." Call the cops and you had a fat. That's what he said to me. >> Okay. I didn't see that. So, and again, we didn't see them do what you guys did. That's why nobody's getting in trouble. >> Like I said, we're about to leave. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Okay. I'm going to leave. I will never enter this beach again. >> What's the problem? >> He said I had a like that's He said, "I called the cops on you cuz you had a fat." That's what he told me. >> Listen. >> So, there's nothing. There's no problem, right? >> No, I'm telling you. >> No problem. So, we're going to get up and we're going to leave. >> No, you don't get the cop. >> So, we're about to leave. Babe. Babe. Babe. >> Just when it seemed like things were calming down, one woman grabbed a guy's surfboard and threw it into the ocean, shouting that she'd been disrespected. The tension exploded. The situation was one move away from turning into a full-on public brawl. >> Are y'all still here? >> Guys, we are using a lot of discretion to not arrest her right now. So, trust me. >> Why the would you arrest me? >> First off, we're not arresting her. >> We're not writing you tickets for the alcohol. We are being insanely nice to you right now. We're helping you out so much. >> So, please be cooperative and leave. Don't walk up on me. Stop walking up. >> I'm not trying. Listen, I'll I'lling walk away. Like I'm not >> We are helping you out right now. You don't understand. >> I'm I'm >> just get your stuff. Please walk away. Get your stuff. I'm asking a question. >> What the we do? >> Open alcohol. She grabbed a surfboard. Threw it in the water. >> We're in trouble right now. >> We're helping you out. You could be arrested right now. We're not doing that. Please. >> What did we do? >> Guys, get your stuff in. >> What did we do? I'm done talking. What did we do? >> I already explained it. I'm done talking. >> Okay. Thanks, Mr. Officer, for explaining it to me. that has no idea what the you did. >> Yeah. >> Walk over there. Make sure you make sure I'm okay. >> Stop yelling. >> Back up and stop yelling. You don't understand how much discretion we're using not to lock you up right now. Go >> walk for what? >> For what? >> For what? >> I'm done talking to what are you going to? >> Yeah. She faces 5 years of probation, 6 months in jail if violated, potential fines, and restitution for the damage caused. As for the man she helped, the wanted fugitive, he was taken into custody on his original domestic violence warrant along with charges of bail jumping, drug possession, and even littering. He now faces up to 20 years in prison, heavy fines, restitution, postrelease supervision, and worst of all, the loss of his civil rights. Reckless moves on the streets are just the beginning. Sometimes people turn themselves into the real danger. On April 20th, 2023, a serious crash went down on a city street. When cops showed up, the suspect's sketchy attitude raised red flags, making officers brace for the worst and take quick action to lock down the scene. >> What's going on, ma'am? Most of her answers were flatout denials. But by law, refusal isn't an option. At that point, her earlier behavior sealed the deal. She was officially placed under arrest. A textbook example of how defiance can stack up into serious consequences. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yep. She's a bottle. >> Pretty sure that one. A bottle of liquor found inside her car became solid evidence against her. The woman was charged with DUI and resisting arrest, while the assault on an officer charge was dropped. She was fined, had her license suspended, and posted a $1,000 bond, but no jail time. Was that punishment enough to make others think twice? You tell me. When alcohol becomes an obstacle, the line between personal desire and responsibility becomes unbelievably fragile. On December 15th, 2024, police at Fort Lauderdale International Airport were quick to respond. The call, a woman causing a scene, drunk and disorderly. It's a story that's all too familiar. But what exactly did she do? And how did things spiral from there? Let's break it down. >> Come here, let me talk to you. >> Come here. Let me talk to you. Yeah, you're going to talk to her and what their decision is their final decision. Okay. >> Her story might have sounded reasonable until you realized she'd been drinking. The truth is airlines have every right to deny boarding if someone's clearly intoxicated. And from the looks of it, her behavior made that decision pretty obvious. Let's see how it all played out. >> Final decision. She's going to give me a Is she going to give me a hotel room? >> Listen, that's fair choice. I can't tell you that. I can afford to spend money on spirit and they're not going to give me a hotel room. >> The thing is they call me down. >> They could always refund you back your money. >> They could do that too, but I also would want them to fund me a hotel room. >> They refund you back your money. But that entitled demand paired with her flatout refusal to accept any other option showed her true mindset. She didn't want help. She wanted to be catered to. And that's when the standoff began. >> On the street, >> you can stay in the airport a seat all the time. Yeah, >> y'all can't be kidding me. I need the number. >> Give her a confirmation number. >> Thank you. >> You're not about to leave me out in the open. give her a confirmation number printed out that she's done. >> And you still wait for two days. >> All right, guys. >> Nobody. >> We got to go. >> I'm not giving nobody a hard time. >> You're done. Let's go. >> Why are you being so hard on >> Come on, let's go. It's either that or >> Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. >> It's either that or you going to go to jail. >> Why are you trying to send me to jail when I'm trying to get flight out the house? >> We're done. You got to leave this airport. >> Why do I have to leave the airport when I tell you I'm trying to get a flight? >> It's either this or you going to go to jail. >> Why is you doing this to me when I tell you I was trying to get a flight, though? >> I'm going to tell you again. >> But I'm being honest. >> Ma'am, you're right. >> I'm willing to go. >> Let's go. >> No, let's get it on record before I walk out of the airport cuz I'm recording. I told you >> that I was leaving airport and there's no perimeter yesterday. >> But I told you I was leaving the airplane. Why am I >> Why am I told >> and you still put handcuffs on me for no reason? at terminal 2 family room. >> Even after being escorted out, she came back again to stir things up. The airline had already refunded her, but she wasn't done making a scene. At that point, the officers had no choice but to place her under arrest and remove her from the premises. >> All right. Okay. Stop dragging me like that. >> Officer, >> come on. Let's go. Come on. >> All right. But I'm sourcing. I'm telling you that. I saw you at >> Stop dragging me like that. >> Stand by33. >> In the end, the woman did get her private room, just not the one she expected. She was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and trespassing. She could be facing a few days behind bars, up to 6 months probation, a $1,000 fine, and mandatory alcohol education. On May 7th, 2025, two women strolled right out of TJ Maxx, bags loaded with merchandise and not a receipt in sight. Loss Prevention didn't waste time. They called the cops with a clear description of the getaway car. Just minutes later, a highstakes pursuit was underway. This time, they weren't getting away. >> How you doing? Step out of the car for me. >> Any believe it's going to be them. I got three females in the car. I think they're all involved. >> Females. >> Where y'all coming from? Huh? What? What? No. Okay, quit. I said step out of the car, didn't I? All right, step out of the car. >> Hey, quit moving around back there. >> Give me another unit here. I've got a bunch of stolen TJ Maxx stuff in the back. >> This stuff in front of me, I don't care. >> Passenger, keep your hands on the dash for me. >> You keep your hands on that in front of you. Keep your hands up there in front of you. I said >> she ain't even going in the store. >> I don't care. Me neither. I got the driver secure and the other two are compliant. Without moving your hands, where's your ID in the car? I don't have one. >> Huh? >> I don't have one. >> You don't have one? It's a rental car. It's showing. Is the rental car in your name? >> No. >> Ma'am, keep your hands on the deck. Put your hands up in front of you. I said I don't care who she's calling. You understand? Don't drop your hands. >> I see the car. Wait, can I lean up a little bit? I'm not going anything. >> Yep. I just need to keep an eye on them from where you're at. >> I've got three in the car. I've got driver security. Still two in the car. Driver is black shirt and jeans. Front passenger a pink shirt and pink shorts. Back passenger is a pink tank top like a pink sports bra kind of and uh multicolored leggings. >> I wrote, >> huh? >> Oh no, I said I wrote >> I've got hands up on both of the passengers. >> I if you want to get one of them out, you can. I just didn't want to. I just got driver out. She's in cuffs right now. So whichever one you want and then the other one keep your hands on the cuff her out. They match the description. So keep your hands over. >> Three people in the car. That number alone raised eyebrows. It wasn't random. It rire of coordination. No one had ID. The car was a rental. And every single one of them clamped up. To seasoned officers, it screamed one thing. This wasn't a spur-of-the- moment shoplift. It was a crew planned, practiced, and doing everything they could to cover their tracks right here. And get the other one out cuz the other one keeps getting on the phone. Yeah. Hang that phone up. >> Well, we're about to find out. All right. >> You should check pockets or whatever when you walk. >> We'll just need to do a show up whenever they get over there. You have a valid license or no? >> No, sir. >> You on probation? >> No, sir. >> You on probation? >> Where do you live? >> Where do you live? >> Gainesville. Where do you live? >> I'm just I didn't want your hands to come out. You got you got small wrists. >> You got small wrists. So I just didn't want the cuffs to slip off. A60 a fox unit on TJ Maxx. You can go to LA3. >> You can walk back there too. >> Hey, are you still looking for one there or do you think she's in the car here? Come right over here for me. >> You didn't leave anyone back? >> No, I saw a guy who was in the car. >> The driver here is saying that uh they're all here in the car. They didn't leave anyone behind. Can you do a show up over here? >> I'm going to lie to you. And the pregnant girl never got out of her car. Not. >> There's two inside the store. >> Me and they grow right now. >> You and the other one? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. All right. >> All right. I'm going use the back of my hand just to go over your pockets. Make sure you got Is there any weed or anything in the car? Do you know about? >> Yes, sir. >> Yeah. I mean, I can smell it. So, >> all right. Again, back of my hand. Okay. >> I'm not grabbing your butt. >> All right. Turn around. Relax. Right here for me. >> Turn around. Relax. >> She's saying it was her and another one in the store. She said >> one in your car. >> There's two in my car. Which one? >> Okay. >> Which TJ Maxx is the stuff in the back from? Daytona. >> Daytona. Man, >> you already call out all three. >> I did not. Do you want to run them and ID him? We can go from there. And you're not on probation. >> I'm not on probation, but I am. >> You got open case right now. You got on bond. >> Driving. >> For driving out of where? Put them. Well, you said you're pelac or you're from Palaca. Whose name is the car in? >> My sister. I'm already singing. They weren't yelling or putting up a fight, but every answer they gave felt rehearsed, calculated, and the unmistakable smell of weed coming from the car. That made their excuses fall flat. But the kicker, piles of TJ Maxx merchandise, tags still on, spilling out from the back seat, where one suspect sat cool as a cucumber, like she just gotten back from brunch. >> Can you just um do a full >> Yeah, do a search of her, please. I already did the pockets with the back of my hand, but just do a search her and you put her in there for now. Just get her out of the ring. >> Here, come real quick. Do >> you have anything illegal on you? You >> have anything on you stick? >> Um, I smell weed coming out of there, so let's uh The driver said that there's weed in there, but let's make sure none of my medical marijuana card and then we can at least get that part out of the way. There's a whole bunch of TJ Maxx stuff in the back with tags all thrown on the floor. So, >> do you have a medical marijuana card? Is there any marijuana in that vehicle? >> I don't know. >> You don't know? Marina, do you have a medical marijuana card? >> Expired. >> Expired. Okay. >> This has still got a sticker on it. >> Um, you see all this clothes in the back? They all have TJ Maxx tag on them. >> Oh, there's Yeah, they stuffed all the tags. Started stuck in the stuffing the tags in the back pocket here. So, the back seat passenger sitting on all those. The pregnant one. >> I did ask her, but she's not been Miranda yet, but the driver said that they were in the Daytona TJ Maxx before that one. But yeah, you can see there's just TJ Maxx stuff freaking everywhere. Yeah. All this stuff. All these freaking tags on it. No bags or no receipts. >> Oh, there's all the >> inventory control devices. Yeah. Watch out cuz they're pointy ends. >> Yeah. >> Here's drivers in. Do you see a purse or anything else on the front? Is anyone's name? >> Was there any IDs or anything? I mean, look at all those tags right in front of where the one in the back's sitting. >> Yeah. >> That are all ripped off. So the pregnant one was here sitting on all these clothes >> and right in front of her is all the ripped off tags. >> Which one? Cuz you're saying they're both pregnant. The one in >> the one with just the top. >> The one that's obvious. >> The one in just the sports bra looking thing. She was here with all the ripped off tags and everything is it's all up there in front of that. >> Did we pop the trunk yet? >> No, we haven't gotten the trunk yet. But they're saying that they were at Daytona TJ Maxx before this one. Where the pregnant one in the back was sitting is one of those metal tags. So, like they're popping those off. >> Finding a tag removal device was more than just evidence. It was a turning point. Meanwhile, the woman in the back stayed calm as ever. Almost too calm. Cops started wondering, was she clueless or just so used to this game she didn't even flinch. >> A bunch of stolen stuff in the car. >> I didn't steal nothing else. >> You're sitting on it all. >> No, I was not sitting on it. I swear. Oh, God. >> You were in the back seat, right? >> But that was not my stuff. But all this all this clothes right here, you were literally when you got out of the car, you it was behind you. You were sitting on it. >> I literally asked the lady that just took her, I told her when I was sleep, I was laying down on I was not hiding them. I swear. >> So all of it was You were laying on top of all of it. >> No, not like to hide it, but I was using cushion to like what? >> And the other thing is all the stolen all the tags that are all pulled off are all right in front of where you're sitting in the back. >> I swear God that was not me, sir. >> I mean, you need better friends than I imagine, right? But they told you I was not I wasn't stealing. Like I wasn't stealing. Like that man can confer. We go watch those videos. >> Yeah. You didn't You weren't in there. Correct. >> But you're on top of all the stolen property and stuff. >> No, that was not my stuff. It wasn't like that. That's what I'm trying to say. It was not like that. >> But you're going with them from store to store and they're stealing stuff. >> I was in the back seat. I was not stealing. >> I know you're not getting out, but you're in the car with them going store to store. >> I did not know, sir. I swear for God. I did not know. >> Okay. You got to check it up with the deputy that's investigating it. You need to ask them. Uh we'll talk to her when she gets back up here. >> Cuz I was not stealing. Like what? I did not do nothing. They could vouch for that. I did not steal. That's not none of my stuff. That's not mine. I don't steal. You seen my I don't steal. This not my cup of tea at all. >> Why don't you tell them to stop? Why are you with them? >> All she asked me to do was ride with her. I did not know. All she said was, "Please ride with me." I said, "I'm just going to me and her sister." before she dropped her sister off. She said, "I need one of y'all to ride with me." I was going to go in the house and she know what city? >> Putnham County in Paga. >> I'm not even from here. >> Paga. >> Yeah. I'm from Gainesville. I was just with her cuz that's my child's godmother. All she said was, "I need somebody to ride with." I said, "Okay, cool." >> Problem is is that they come out of here with all this stuff with no bags, no receipts. >> You're laying on top of all of it. >> I wasn't doing it like that to hide it. I was not doing that. That's >> No, but you're laying on top of all of it. It's all stolen stuff. She tried to play it off, washing her hands of the whole thing. But the law doesn't play dumb. In the US, just being in the car with stolen goods and no solid explanation can land you in hot water as an accomplice. >> No one else is in the back. It's just you. >> To tell you like, I did not do that. >> I know, but no one else is in the back. It's just you. >> You don't think these people apart? They probably did. I did not do that. Well, I'm going touch that stuff first. I don't want it. It's not my stuff. I did not do No, that's not my No. No. I'll talk to the deputy. I'll talk to the No. >> So, the deputy that's investigating it is dropping the witness back off at the store and then they'll come up here and talk to you. But you're under arrest for sure. Are you out on bond right now? Cuz you got a bunch of theft history in tons of tons of different counties. So, this is a felony for you. For both of them. For you and the girl driver. >> For real. She got a felonies. >> Yeah. They've been arrested like she been arrested a bunch for stealing. >> Like 10 times probably. >> Only one I know is doing that though. >> She been arrested a bunch for stealing too. But you're in the car. You're involved in this. >> Oh >> yeah. You're in it whether you want to be or not. I don't think so. Toshi's done. I'm just waiting on them to They got all the stolen property inside the car. They still got to take back the TJ Maxx. Apparently it was stolen from a different TJ Maxx like in Daytona. All that. All that. That I tested the weed form. like a bunch of hats from like Hobby Lobby. So, let me ask you before this cuz they're pulling all the Daytona store video. Were you in Daytona store? >> No, sir. >> TJ Maxx? >> No, sir. >> Hobby Lobby? >> No, sir. >> You sure? You never went in any store? >> No, sir. >> Was she in any of these stores? >> I guess so. >> No. >> Cuz we're going to find out if you were going to. >> Yeah, you need to get good pictures of her before you. >> In the end, the suspects were hit with felony charges for grand theft and possessing tools used to remove anti- theft devices. What made it worse? They'd done this before. Prior theft convictions meant they weren't just careless. They were repeat offenders. With over $1,000 in stolen goods and clear signs of a coordinated operation, they're now facing a thirdderee felony, which can mean up to 5 years behind bars, probation, or hefty fines, depending on the court and their criminal history. So, let me ask you this. How do people with a wrap sheet this long keep walking into stores like they've done nothing wrong? Has the system gone soft on organized crime? And just when the bags at TJ Maxx were still warm over at Ulta Beauty, another sticky hand was already at work on May 21st, 2024. Cops got the call after someone reported three little kids left alone in a running car in a casino parking lot. It was about 84° F, 29° C outside. Dangerous conditions for kids. And here's what went down when the police showed up. >> I didn't hear anything you just said. What' you say? I'm just gonna try to get some food. Get a free food offer. >> Say that again. >> I just went to get some my kids some food. Free food goer. >> You went in to get food, but you've got vouchers. >> I didn't even Well, the world cares. I didn't I didn't play. >> Okay. Well, you guys have been here for 20 something minutes. >> You got your ID on. Who's your fiance? >> His name's Josh. >> Josh what? >> Kevin. >> Russ. >> You guys are all the way from Rushville. >> Yeah, we've been staying over here. >> How old are these kids? >> Um, seven and and 18 months. >> What is it? >> 7 and 18 months. >> Seven and 18 months. >> Yes. >> How many are in here? >> Three. >> Okay. So, seven, 18 months. And then >> 18 months. >> They're both 18 months. Okay. >> Whose car is this? Mine. Are you their mother? >> Yes. >> All of them? >> Yes. >> What made you think it was a good idea to leave them in the car? >> I don't know. I just wanted to get some business. They're broke. when they we get food and all make money real quick. >> What's a good phone number for you? What's that? >> Father. >> Is that Who's Is he inside? >> Yeah, I just met him over here. >> Huh? >> I just met him over here. Yeah. >> I thought he was here with you. I thought you guys came together. >> No, no, my over there. >> So, he's in a different car? >> No, it was in the same car. He walked over here. >> Okay. So, you >> fight last night and we went together last night. We just met back up today. So, you guys came together in this car? >> No. >> So, how did he get here? >> What? >> From where? >> I don't know where he got his name. >> The mom was stumbling over her words, dodging eye contact, clearly flustered. At first, she claimed she was just grabbing some free food for the kids. But when the officers pressed her, she started rambling about making quick money, which, let's be real, was code for gambling >> to get them food. >> Yeah, but I didn't have any any any uh food offers, so I'm not going to get it. You didn't have what? >> Any food offers? Let go get it. >> What do you mean food offers? >> They get They give you free food here. >> I'm just a part of their club. >> Okay. Is he still inside? Okay. Um, what are the kids' names? >> Sorry, stop. >> And then what's the next one? Like it's really down in our lives trying to get some money for them to play it. >> Well, I understand but you you you can't leave kids all of them under the age of seven in a car by themselves. That's you know that. You understand that, right? >> Meaning they're sleeping but it's not behind. It's 84 degrees outside. >> The car's running. >> What would you do if the car fell out? >> I came right back on as soon as I could. I was just waiting. I came right back out. >> What else to do? >> Check on them. Hang tight for a second. Okay. >> She says that she met the boyfriend here. Um or the the their dad. Um he's supposedly inside. Can you guys verify that on video? >> Are you with her? Sir, are you all right? >> Are you the dad? >> Yeah, I'm dad. >> Are you the dad? >> Yeah, I'm the dad. >> Okay, come back here for a sec. >> Did you guys come together? >> No. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> When did you get here? >> Uh, last night. >> Last night? >> Yeah. >> How long have you been here? >> Uh, no. I just I cuz you know I just got casino just a week ago. >> But I've been in and out running around town all night. >> Okay. So then she gets down here about 12:20 I guess and then comes in to meet you. >> What were you guys doing? >> See if we had free play. >> Huh? >> See if we had any free play. >> Mhm. >> Okay. So you guys were just in there playing casino games. >> Yeah. >> I We didn't get playing. We didn't have any free play. >> Okay. Did you know that she left the kids in the car? >> Uh no. I didn't know kids out here. I didn't know six kids out here. >> Okay. >> Did she tell you they were out here? >> Uh, no. But if I knew if we knew if I knew they was out here, one of us would have stay with him. >> Sure. >> All right. Okay. >> That won't happen to me. >> Do you have your ID on? >> Then the cops tracked down a guy inside the casino. Turns out he was the kid's father. But here's the kicker. He had no idea the kids were even in the car. He and the mom didn't even come to the casino together. They just ran into each other there. Still, if they could prove he knew what was going on beforehand, he might be facing charges, too. >> So, are you guys separated? >> Yeah, half and half. So, it's it's at least relationship. >> Yeah, >> I love it. But >> do you have um are you a legal guardian of the kids? >> Right. But there would be no reason nothing precluding you from from >> Yeah. being in the care and control of the kids. >> Okay. >> What's a good phone number for you? >> Hang tight one second. Okay. >> So, I haven't ran either one of them yet. >> I ran the tag on my phone. It didn't come back with anything. But it's Indiana temporar though, too. >> I haven't ran them. Um, >> number. >> What's that? >> Get the room number. >> We'll have to. >> So, I mean, obvious I mean, I say we hook it up. >> I mean, what what is it? 90° outside. >> 84. >> 84. >> Is it called running or >> running? Yeah, they're all They're all three. I mean, it's running. I mean, regardless, it's still >> I just didn't know if it was actually running or not. >> Oh, no. It's running. Yeah, it's running. The doors are locked. The gas lights on. Um, >> right. >> I mean, it's the oldest one is seven. You got a seven-year-old. >> Yeah. >> Seveny old, two 18month-olds. >> Oh, twins. >> Yeah. >> So, um, so she's freaking out. My my thought process is we take he says he had no idea the kids were in the car. We can't prove or disprove that. But they both said that he did not come with her. He was apparently here at the hotel and then met her here. She showed up. I guess I think they said 12:20ish, >> right? So say we take her through the child abandonment. >> Okay. >> Um and then we'll release the kids to him. As far as I'm concerned, he can take the car, too. >> I say that's how we'll do it. >> Okay. At this point, the cops had to figure out what to do next. They couldn't just walk away. This was a serious situation. Arresting the mom. Yeah, that was happening. But they also had to make sure the kids had someone to take care of them. Talk to >> Hey, Kylie. Can we talk to you for a second? So, um, we're going to take you down to our office and go over some stuff with you. Okay. Um, do you have any warrants or anything? >> Nothing at all. >> Okay. Is there any reason why the dad cannot take care of the kids while you're dealing with us? Okay. >> Are you going to be cooperative with us? >> Okay. Um, if you're going to be cooperative with us, then I'm not going to worry about putting handcuffs on you. But if you're going to be uncooperative, then we're going to have to go that route. Okay. >> Okay. All right. Um, has this ever happened before? You ever had any open cases through through child services or anything? >> No. >> First time this ever happened? What's your history in Indiana like? >> No issues? >> No. >> Okay. So, um we're taking her down to the office. Um so, she's going to be charged with child abandonment. Um do you guys have any open cases in Indiana as far as like child protection services or anything like that? Has this ever happened before? Anything like this ever happened before? >> Do you have any warrants or anything? Nothing at all. >> Okay. Good. Um, so obviously we're going to leave you with the kids. Um, I have their basic information. Where do they physically work? >> Um, they do. >> Do they live with her? >> I Yeah, >> you'll stay with the kids. >> Okay. Do you need their their um They have a first aid person here that can check on them. Do you need Do you want to have them? No. >> Are they okay? We just want to make sure that they're okay. My son, my daughter's asleep and like No, boy. He's up. >> Are they living out of this dog? >> Yeah. >> You okay, buddy? >> Talk soon, bud. It's okay. Talk soon. >> You all right? We're just checking. Let me make sure you're okay. >> You okay? We'll take care. >> Let let him let him just look at this one over here just to make sure he's ready to mess with. >> Since the mom wasn't putting up a fight, the officers decided not to slap the cuffs on her to keep things from getting even messier. They took her down to the station for further questioning while medics checked on the kids. Meanwhile, Child Protective Services might step in to figure out if the dad was even fit to take care of them. Sir, >> how are you? >> Good seeing you. >> You, too. >> So, we're going to charge her with the child endangering and then we're going to leave him. He's dad. We're going to let him stay with the kids. He says he had no idea. He came they came separate. >> Um, so he met her down here. She She claimed that she went in to try to get some food for them. >> He said they were in there playing games. So, >> yeah, they'll be >> Kai, do you know what's going on? So, um the casino is obviously gonna do a ban for um leaving the kids in the car unattended. Okay. Say that again. >> So, as far as we are concerned, um we [snorts] do have to charge you for the child endangerment. Okay. Um for leaving the kids in the car. Um that's what we're doing now. Okay. We're going to take you over to the jail here in the [snorts] next 20 minutes. It's [clears throat] a misdemeanor. Okay. >> I don't think they will probably keep you over there very long. [snorts] I told your husband or boyfriend. He's he's with the kids. I told him what's going on. So, I told him probably in the next hour or two um you'll be able to call him and they they may give you an O bond to come back. I I don't know. I don't want to say that definitively and then them tell you no, but I know we have a lot of really violent people over there and I I don't know that they'll keep you um for a misdemeanor. They may just give you a court date and kick you back out the door. Okay, >> I'll be right back. >> In the end, the mom was charged with child endangerment. If convicted, she could be looking at fines, a casino ban, and a whole lot of legal trouble for leaving those kids in the car. In the end, the woman did get her private room, just not the one she expected. She was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and trespassing. She could be facing a few days behind bars, up to 6 months probation, [screaming] a $1,000 fine, and mandatory alcohol education.
