on November 14th 2022 officers responded to a shopping center for a call of three women causing a disturbance hey Sheriff's Office you okay no he beat on all of us but I'm looking for a key that was out of his store and I bought some jewelry yeah and we showed him inside the purse and he still was like oh you show that guy yeah he still said call the police call the police telling him to call the police and we we said if you think we stole anything why won't you call the police and then he's he's he's like blocking us from leaving out of their store because we was leaving their store and he blocked us from leaving and um we was as we was coming out the store he still was blocking us and then he got his phone out and went to recording and IID say stop recording me and did his phone like that he punched me in my um right me right here here and I start fighting him back because he shouldn't he put his hands on a girl and everybody telling him he wrong for that he hit he fought me like I was a man and this is my daughter and he he I don't know what's wrong with her right now he hit me so hard in my forehead like my head I'm literally em come Che you out nobody he I spent money in his store and he was already saying oh like already angry when we was in the store like oh I said what's wrong he said just my head hurt and I got a neck pain and I said well I hope you feel better after walking out and I said let's go to buddies and that's when we walked over the Buddies that's how he know we was there and then he came and said oh you stole out this store and I'm like stole what I'm I'm I'm like then I said you could check my purse and then he started um trying to record me and I'm like what are you recording me for and he keep telling the guys and buddies to call the police call the police but you got your phone why won't you call the police if someone stole out of your store why won't you call the police and show the police the video and I don't understand why just call the police we was in the store why didn't you call the police and somebody stole out your store M and she had lashes and she said he's from CVS and he said you got you have the CVS receipt and my thing is them lashes been in her purse she don't War pair and everything nobody stole nothing like she she was sitting at front of the store you think we stole something come right here we would have left to the reddish so he's the owner of wigs and Beauty he claims that uh they stole some stuff and uh they took off and tried to stop him and I just said hold out thought and then know so you don't have to keep heing statements to people no I'm nobody I spent money in his store and he was already saying oh like already angry when we was in the store like oh I said what's wrong he said back I have my I know I right here got one and where he went where' he go s right stand okay and I don't understand why he didn't just call the police we was in the store why didn't you call the police and somebody stole out your store and she had lashes and she said he from CVS and he said you got the CBS receipt and my thing is them lashes been in her purse she don't War pair and everything nobody stole nothing like she she was sitting at the front of the store you think we stole something we'll come right here we would have left I don't know where his phone at he wherever he had he had got it he was recording and it was over there we were different here okay okay I got that yeah that's her she's part of this is a juvenile I don't have not okay but she got punched in her head by who by that over there okay I got I got okay I heard that so he punched both of them is that what on camera more okay accusing my mom's friend of stealing and she the lady in thect she didn't stealing stealing something from buddies no from out of his story and she didn't have she show him and what's his story huh what is what's his story what his story his story right here the and he accused my friend Kar of stealing out his store and nobody touching nothing in his story and she even opened her purse up to him and say I didn't cuz he was F to like he was going to hit her so she opened up her purse and said I Ain touch nothing he came in her face like this and she went to blocking her and she told him to get out my face cuz I don't have nothing right she show she opened her purse deep so did she get hit too or no yeah she no it was me um it was me and her okay okay because of course it's my daughter she see a grown man hitting me she's going to want to hit too right right okay and then not only that but he messed up stuff in that store those people store he this sck right here belongs in the store in the store okay listen I'm going tell you the truth you're not wrong for wanting to call the police and whatnot just when you came in the first time should have just went back out man and just called them and had them come deal with it cuz people like that people like that is not I need to get a statement from him if you can just give us a few minutes okay so yeah go back outside please thank you okay if you just kind of walk me through okay so first I was in the back and the customer walked in and I knew who she was I came who's the customer your the lady with the red hair okay I put my bag down and I see the gentleman walk in and he's like call the police call the police so at that point it's just the lady with the red hair no the everybody was in the store all four of them were in the store including him okay so they the lady the heavy set lady was sitting right here on the bed okay the I guess I think she was 17 or something she was sitting next to her and the little daughter was with her mom right he came in and said call the police call the police she stole from my store okay after that I guess they both got upset um the heavy set lady got up took the thing out her stuff said she got it from Walgreens or something of sorts all right by time she walked to the front and grabbed our sign like she the heav yeah okay like she wanted to hit him with it or something and I guess he stepped out of the way and all he did was pull his phone up okay he walked to the door he's backing out of the door goes outside they follow him outside when he get outside okay so he he leaves the store he's walking out first okay and then she the the heavy lady she was pushing her way out trying to like I don't know where she was trying to go okay they get out to right there the corner here he pulls his phone up and she smacks the phone out of his hand he hits her he smacks it goes to the ground yes and he hits the heavy set lady or no the one with the redir the one that you know the one with the red hair was the one who hit hit the phone and then he hit her okay hold on I'm sorry who who hit the phone out of his hand the one with the red hair okay okay and he retaliated and hit her once I saw that they're about to start fighting I stepped in and basically broke them up I don't know I don't know how I got cut but fingernails probably yeah who knows but yeah after I broke them up and separated to be honest I saw the phone fall on the floor I turned around the phone was there anymore and the heavy set lady was just walking around the corner of so and after that you guys showed up okay but so but from what you saw the lady with the red hair was the one that ini initiated the physical contact between any of them okay okay all right what Yin did my neighbor get arrested the store owner where no you're talking about the guy that I'm sorry you're talking about today's oh I don't know we're still we're still doing we're in the middle of our investigation so got it all right thank you all right all right thank you yeah I don't know yeah he's one of guys said he might just need to see the camera footage cuz you can see a lot most of it happen literally like right FR door yeah it's like even when they first came in came in can you see so so so the camera so the camera's here oh okay yeah so I mean it it gets most of it gets all of this and we have one there oh it gets all of this and anything that happens directly right in front of the door but I'm pretty sure it most CU When you so who has access to it we I do I can pull it up now yeah have you were you trying to pull it up or not yet so I got it it's it starts from in the morning so right now it's fast forward in that 16 the day it takes a while yes when it gets I'm going stop it but I'm pretty sure you can see everywhere just like you can see anyone walking up you might can see literally when it happened like if you look at the camera you can see that red that red curb right there and that's exactly yeah it that red curb where is it at right when you left where's it at yeah that would make it pretty uh easy like they they said it should get caught everything but so what what he tell me the lady adisha the red the red was the one that in initiated everything she's the one that went up and hit the phone out of his hand and that's when he retaliated and ha okay cuz and then the other two girls hitting him as well yeah yeah pretty much one Big Brawl between the yeah once he hit her all just I mean the lest in my car she told me she didn't do anything but the heavy set lady yeah no once once he hit the everybody just yeah she almost hit me with the with the with she ended up taking the phone after this fighting was done right yeah yeah she was just trying to get rid of it because he had taken pictures and video that was Heron did you guys see did you guys see the video on his phone as well I did not I haven't even seen his phone well so the video on his phone was just when he came in here once he came in here and told me to call the cops because he never comes over here so when he came when he ran over here the way he did he kind of knew something wrong but when he came over here and informed me to call the police like hey man can you call the police they are soon as he said that they got hostile immediately right so that's when they kind of started making their way at the store when they were when they started making their way at the store that's when he was like okay I'm going to record you guys the police are on the way like but and that why he wanted you to call the police because he was using his he was recording the whole time just in case they tried to run off and before you knew it yeah just one thing lefted to another yeah very unexpected very unexpected it just you didn't see it playing down you really just didn't see it happening in the way it did because we didn't know where they came from they just came in and right the lady with the red head she's a customer here so she came to look at some more stuff okay and before you know he fly he flies in here and he didn't see me at first so he kind of like he was like headed out the door but when I seen him I kind of like threw my hand up he was like call the police right and soon as he said that they immediately they they stood up and it was all we didn't steal nothing know you can look yeah start digging through her purse oh this came from walg CBS but yeah like I said once she once she told me to call the police and my one of my employees started calling the police that's when they start making their way out the door and they all went outside you can come in now okay uh the chair or you can stand back yeah it's pretty bright you can see all right so he already I'm short I got to get back forther he already entered the store at this point and they're right now arguing I don't think he yeah he did [Music] see the sign is down everything okay see see he's backing up and he's staying away see she picked up the sign ready to hit him with it and he see he's walking out the door man she got something in her hand that she took that yeah from that sign you see both of them in her hand yeah so they the pink shirt's trying to leave yeah and then she ended up push right there she told the girl get out the way like she told the girl to get out the way to the Juvenile look see she swung at him right there I didn't even see that I didn't even see that either she swung at him and you see he's already out of the way right and he pulled his phone up cuz she now walked out the store stand there watching yeah watch the red hair the lady with the red hair he pulls his phone up again you're going to see her Flinch at him right there see right there she slapped his phit can't really see but you guys were out there obviously yeah that's why I said now but man oh you couldn't see that oh I maybe my vision is just too good I doubt it I definitely seen it perfect I mean I can see her move but I can't see her like like if when she move yeah right at the floor here you going to see like a little Flash and that's his phone falling did I go back too far possibly but I don't think it as clear as we wanted to be it's dark outside man I can see that perfect but let me see if her let me see the lady in the pink again though cuz I want to see yeah you know no no no no no no you come down no no it's fine I just want to see that initial like to see if it looks like she's can It Go full screen there you go so she turned around she swung at him yeah I think she did hit him cuz he pulled up his arm like that I don't know yeah I accused my mom friend of stealing okay and she opened her purse she showed him that she wasn't stealing and he just kept standing in front of her trying to block her from going out the door and she was asking him could he move out the way he wouldn't move out the way so she just went around him and it escalated out the door she well he tried recording her and she didn't want to be on camera so she she walked out the door he followed us out the door and he swung on my mom and once I see him swing on my mom that's when I came up and I was goinging to swing on him and he hit me punched me in my head and then um I grabbed the sticks from my auntie and I was going to hit him with it but the man I ain't want to mess up the men uh whatever the restaurant door so I ain't even hit him with it I just put it down that was really it okay you saw him come up and hit your mom in the store and hit your mom just came in he didn't walk in the store my mom was walking out he was walking out and like my mom was walking this way and he was like this and he just started swinging on her he didn't say nothing just came up to her and started swinging yeah well we were AR well they weren't arguing the story but she was telling him that she didn't steal anything and the conversation escalated outside and that's when he just started swinging and yeah okay and what took place after that that was it and then what happened yeah he started swinging then the guy just was getting him off of my mom and the people from out there that that Resturant they came they came out too and he was just like he was going to call the police and that was dead okay I just nothing else happened or you can think of or anything like that no okay that's it just take me through the very start and the very beginning like I wasn't here and just through your perspective so this is my car sure we got out of my car our plans was to go to Buddies that's why we here because the buddies in Fort Meyers is closed down because the hurricane messed it up so this the only one we can shop at we were coming here for me to look at some stuff for my house cuz I just moved and then we stopped in the bruy store I bought um a nose ring which I put it in and I bought another nose ring and a pair of earrings from him and then I was trying to pay for something else but my card wouldn't work because I only had a virtual card and I showed I was like I can show you my ID and my you know my card he said I don't it's not that I don't believe you he say just I don't you know I don't want to do it virtually he say I have a headache I'm going to go I'm ready to go I said okay fine we left out the store and I we went to buddies and next thing I know the owner of the store walked in and pointed at Kar and said you you you call the police call the police telling the guys in the store to call the police and they're like what happened what happened and he said uh she she taking from my store she take from my store and I said well she took from your store why won't you call the police so they can see the video we're right here in this store you call the police he took his phone out and blocked us from trying to leave out of buddies cuz we was leaving and he was blocking us from out of their their store so the guys in the store was telling him to just go to get out of his their store and he still wouldn't leave he still was following us doing this and doing that and took off his phone and start recording doing this and doing that and I said do not record me because it's not legal and when I did that he caught me with the right and hit me right in my face and I fought him back okay all right um so and everybody all the mans was telling him you're dead ass wrong for that I'm going to say it just how they said it okay so he came in the store he punched you and well he punched me outside outside of the store yeah outside of the store okay and then my baby was like why are you you no you hitting my mom you you hit my cuz he kept fighting me so I kept fighting trying to fight back okay and she said you hit my Mom you hit my mom and he hit her okay got you all right and then once you guys came out of the store that happened and then what else took place anything else we we just the one guy held him over there the the the guys of the store held him and was telling him he was wrong and uh the other guy told us he said just a minute wait a minute I'm going to call the cops and that's when we said yeah called the police because what he did was wrong and we waited on the cops to come gotcha very good okay now pretty much what happened and she well she opened a purse too and say I didn't take nothing from your store and look in my purse I didn't take nothing and he looked in the purse and really couldn't have he didn't have anything to say okay all right um I was all when they I was I was the last person in the store so they had already left out the store and when I walked out I walked in buddies and they were already in buddies sitting down waiting on me because I'm the one that was coming in to purchase something okay gotcha all right um is there anything you discussed with someone else um you want to mention with me or anything that I want get out yeah like maybe you said something to somebody else or I just want to make sure I have everything the guys in the store witness him hitting me okay the guy in this uh fan Ganges or whatever I don't know the rest finans they witnessed it as well and they the one that came out and pretty much stopped it in the guys in the store stopped at first because they were the one out there and say hey man no no that's a female that's a woman don't do that mhm and that's how it pretty much ended but he even tore down the people's stuff in the store okay and the Buddies gotcha he tore down the sign yeah that was up there yeah they got they had a little pole and he tore it down and and and it some way ended up all the way outside gotcha okay is there anything you wish to add change or delete to your statement nothing I would like to change because that's what exactly oh yeah okay let's do that I'm just finishing the restore statement anything you wish add change to lead your statement nope I only thing I did was buy two nose rings and earrings out of the store I asked him to show me a wig and he went to the uh right to the side of the store and showed me the wig and I was looking at it and I said well you know what I really like this wig so I'll come back and I'll purchase it from you and that was it and I left and went to the other store and that's when he came in there and started all kind of chaos saying uh she did this and she did that okay that's he he was only talking to her and I was like she just showed you her purse she didn't she didn't you don't see anything in the store she you she has eyelashes and you saying uh where's your receipt for your eyelashes and you don't even sell those kind of lashes exactly if you want there you want see nothing the glasses that she got he don't even sell them gotcha okay no worries there all right he punched me and I'm pursuing charges and I I and I said you know what if he apologized to me I won't even do that but he hit me so hard it was ridiculous the the paramedic checked me out and they felt my cheekbone they see that this has my cheekbone has swelling here and this one don't because that that exactly where he hit me at no one hit him or put their hands on him for him to do that okay yeah he just start he just starts swinging like he was crazy I'm like something is wrong with this guy okay I got you all righty that concludes the end of the statement time is 1901 hours okay Maya get out the road all right if you guys just want to hang tight real quick um he is requesting me trespass you guys it's not I don't even stay here that's fine that's not like you're you're in trouble for that it's just saying don't come back here treated me in the store I'm not I would never and and I said you know what I just bought this stuff from you and I actually want to return it back in how you're treating me gotcha he said oh it's nothing with you I don't have anything with you he said I just have a headache my neck is hurting and I said well you should check on that and I left out the store and say I hope you feel better guys are right yeah they're we're taking a look making sure everything is as said and and they're doing their investigation now the thing would be a yellow paper saying we can't come the wigs and bring yeah that's where trust back my think is buddies is where I shot because we don't have a buddy they're investigating to just again we're still looking over the issue seeing who did what what crimes were committed by who at this point so yeah it's all right I mean if he want to trust that's fine but I know I wasn't going to stop there anymore anyway because of the way he uh was acting in the store and I asked him what was wrong and he you want me to get my phone want my phone to call me um I don't think you would let me what's that want to hit no not in the car sorry not in the car yeah no I'm sorry not right now I I I ain't crying I know guys hear me out that's but I'm pressing charges on EXC one did you go inside his store yeah did you all three of you guys stealing [ __ ] no not me you were distracting them while daughter and her no I listen on I wasn't expecting him for anything I wanted to buy a wig from him and he I and I went to the back he wouldn't even to show me a wig so your daughter here mhm she was helping her you I wasn't dist our first my thing is honest to God honest to God I was not distracting him at all they're all three okay go Place hands on your back okay I have the my baby with me I did not steal nothing and that's not right someone drop that cigarette for me yeah I have to call drop that for me I have to call and have someone come get home okay and I was not distracting nobody I paid for everything that was in my um in my um the store everything I paid for I was not distracting anybody they was in the back of the store you put car yep all man we going to go over here okay the babies are in the car so walk with me over here yeah that's fine no problem with that we're head over here in the car which car her car because that's not right cuz I didn't do anything in that store at all I got you again like I said I didn't go in there I didn't watch the video he touch he touched he touched me okay then they got my baby over there and my other baby go around on this side she only 4 years old yeah how can they say I was distracted yeah they go watch that video that's not right at all I got you if they were stealing something I have nothing to do with it I PID for everything I had everything okay just hang that real quick okay all right the mother and her friend were charged with battery on the store owner grand theft and robbery by sudden snatching petted theft resisting arrest and contributing to the the delinquency of a minor they were found guilty in court and sentenced to a maximum 10 months in jail share your thoughts in
