WHAT ARE YOU DOING? What are you doing? Are you all right? >> Yeah, sir. What are you all doing? We were just recording a video. We on our way to Atlanta. So, we were like shoot videos. Sorry. You have an ID on you. You know what? Somewhere in the back of this back suitcase. All right. Do y'all think that's a great idea or >> you don't have an idea on you? >> Yeah, I have somewhere somewhere in in my luggage. >> What's your name, brother? What? Enoch. What's your last name? Toby. Toby. First name O N O C H T O V Y R. Turn it off. Can you grab his wallet for me, sir? I grab it. Grab his wallet real quick. Uh, these yours shoot a music video or something. He's standing on the bar wall dancing, running across traffic. He needs to need to jail. >> Need to go to jail. I got raised out here. He's still out here. Really? Probably should go too. That's why here we we're on our way. We got to show you. We can't have somebody standing on the barrier wall dancing and stuff. That's our car. I'll get back with you and let you know what's going on. Okay. Okay. City for for our tour. I mean, you can't be standing on a very wall. Look at the traffic. That's what if he's up there dancing and he slips and falls. Okay. These cars are going to jerk to miss you and you got you all standing up here on the shoulder and hit you over a music video. We have to we have to actually not the same one from music video. Was that shoot a music video? Really? Standing on the mer. wheel is like or just straight would be pretty cool set up right. You just randomly decide to pull off and do it. You clean up. Listen, I get it. But I mean, you got to look it up from our standpoint. That's extremely dangerous. And freezing like this stretch of interstate is like the most dangerous stretch to be driving, let alone to be shooting music video, you know. We know we know we got another show. How long you been making music for? life. We were just in uh we just had a show in the court in Newport, Kentucky. Okay. So, we off today and tomorrow to get to show Tuesday in Tampa. Uh so, we just headed to Georgia issue some content circumstances. It was pretty dope. But you know when all this is going on, you want to take your wallet with you? You You're going to jail. You want to take the wallet with you or do you want to leave it? What do you mean? All your money and stuff in there real quick. Um, if you want to wait about an hour, you can get on Google, type in Law County Detention Center. You'll be able to look it up and he'll have a bond for him, but he's going to go to jail, sir. He's going to jail. He's going to jail for disorderly. He's standing in the middle of a highway dancing on a on a barrier wall. We can't We can't be doing that. Bad decision, I know. Can't be doing that. Um, so if you want to get on Google, type in Laurel County Detention Center. Yep. Call in about an hour. You can give them his name and uh they'll be able to tell you apart. And how far is that? Um it's about 10 minutes. 10 minutes. Y that's not where you want to go if you want to go up exit 38 and get off. That's actually closer to the jail. So you can get off at 38 if you keep going south. Get off an exit 38 and you'll be able to hang in a parking lot. >> No, he's going to jail. We cannot He cannot be up on We got people calling in. >> No, we don't. >> Do you have an idea this may be? >> Uh do you have a record at all? >> And it should be probably either nothing or 10%. Um, so if you want me pretention center right here, brother. Yeah, I get the whole idea. But >> switch it was my idea. >> He was the one who was doing it. Are you going to drive it back with them or >> No, no. I'll take my person. So, >> are you like a producer? I guess >> I'm a like videographer. >> Oh, okay. You want to take a video in the car? >> Uh that you have to ask the UFS video in the car. You I mean you you're more than welcome to video anything you want, but uh I can't let you get in the car. >> No, you you can video whatever you want to do. We're getting ready to leave though. Um yeah, I'm thought that was idea at all. I guess he said they were traveling and I guess they talked about it. >> Yeah. Yeah. He said that they just decided random. >> Yeah. When I come up the ra he he was running across the interstate and he started jumping the bar while I said oh he's going to run across the other and then got up there and started like flossing and [ __ ] I was like see our apologies for that. Is there any possible way y'all loosen the cuffs? Why don't you say anything real tight? >> I'll check. >> Thank you. Please up. You think your cuffs are a little tight? >> Yeah. Here you go. I got a thumb in that one, brother. Oh, you're good. I say, "Yeah, call him in an hour. Give him his name and tell him that you're going to be bonding him out or picking him up, doing whatever." So then they could end up >> I don't know be zero, but it's not. >> Yeah. So we have to figure it out. >> Yeah. It should be a misdemeanor charge, so it's not like a huge thing anyways. Disorderly. >> Disorderly. Yeah. That's because of how dangerous it is. Yeah. >> This county is probably the nosiest county ever. You know, they call in on everything. We check. People be taking naps in the parking lot and people call saying that they're passed out or drunk or high, whatever. And we go check it out. And then for us, the only way to get down here is we had to go backwards on this ramp in order to get to it. So just there's a lot of safety issues is really the main thing. >> So somebody called in that somebody already had already. >> Oh yeah. Yeah. We had multiple calls >> cuz we were on the side of the road. >> I'm telling you, man, they they call like crazy. >> Yeah. Yeah. Seriously. Yeah. We don't we don't drive down here for nothing. >> Okay, sir. Walk this way right here. This door hang on this wall right here. tank tie right here and I'll be right out with your question. The man in custody is celebrity rapper Enoch Tolbert, better known as Armani White. He is a 30-year-old male that was arrested by the London, Kentucky Police Department, and he was charged with disorderly conduct and stopping, standing, or parking on a limited access highway. He was booked at the Laurel County Correctional Center and was released on an unknown bond. Kentucky officers responded to multiple 911 calls about a man stopped on I75, standing on the concrete barrier, and filming a music video in live traffic. That man is celebrity rapper Armani White. On camera, police explain the safety concerns and detain Armani White, bringing the situation under control without further escalation. What began as a music video shoot quickly became part of a public safety issue on a major intersection. After his release, Armani White addressed the incident on Instagram, saying, "I smiled in that picture because I refused to let anyone paint me as a criminal. None of this should have happened and it definitely should not be news. Officer Doherty of the London Police responded by saying vehicles seeing him run across the intersection had to slow down so they didn't strike him or anything like that. And subsequently, he was placed under arrest for those actions. Sometime later, the case moved through the court system as only a misdemeanor matter and did not result in any long-term legal consequences. The video shows how quickly police can respond to something dangerous happening on a busy highway. >> Please like and subscribe for more videos. >> There was a van parked and like a couple individuals that were like running back and forth uh in the traffic. >> Kind of van was it? >> It was a like dark gray sprinter van with an African-Amean and a black hoodie that has the word ghost on it.
