theft movable property ow fourth offense
alter remove vehicle ID number take and
drive vehicle without consent
misappropriate ID info possession of
methamphetamine and vehicle operator
Fleet elude officer he was found guilty
of OWI fourth offense take and drop
vehicle without consent and
misappropriate ID info Brandon was
sentenced to 2 years in prison followed
by four years of extended supervision He
was ordered to pay
$2,054 in court costs
