November 9th, First Amendment Auditor, Joshua Roberts, was filming outside of Dove Technologies in Florence, South Carolina, when two employees left the building and confronted him. One of those employees grabbed his camera. When a Florence County Sheriff's Deputy responded, a second officer, Sergeant Paul Morrison, arrived on scene, physically tackled Joshua to the ground, placed him under arrest, and then allegedly deleted the video footage from Joshua's camera.
