Put the knife down. Put the knife down. Ma'am. You got to drop the knife. Put the knife down. Another charge? >> What's up everybody? In today's video, we have a spoiled brat who goes from zero to 100 within milliseconds. You think that everything is going great. She's one of the most cooperative suspect ever and then out of nowhere she grabs a knife and all hell breaks loose. Without further ado, let's get started. >> Hey, how we doing? Hey, I'm Officer Riker, Mount Laurel. Please just pardon me, just got to let you know the body cameras on, okay? Can I take a look at your license, registration, proof of insurance, please? Thank you. >> By the way, we just got this car from the shop. >> Okay. >> Um it's been in the shop for like almost a year. >> It's literally been there for like a year. >> Okay. Yeah, so it looks like you're um I Well, you got a couple things going on here. You got the uh stuff hanging from the rearview mirror there, you can't have that. Um he doesn't have his seat belt on and then also your uh registration looks like it's suspended possibly. >> Oh. >> So. >> Yeah, probably is cuz it's been in the car for for like a >> Do you have uh your license on you, sir? >> I do. >> They kept it for a straight year? >> Yeah, and then I also >> heard of that one, you know what I mean? That'd be a lot of uh money in storage. If you had to assume they'd charge you for it sitting there or anything. >> Mhm. >> They put a starter and a back window on for me. >> Yeah, the back glass is broken. >> Okay. Uh do you have insurance for the vehicle, ma'am? >> That's on my phone. >> Okay. Thank you. All right, sir. Here's your ID back, okay? I am issuing you a ticket for not wearing your seat belt, okay? It's $47 and you can pay it at the website by the date down there. If you want to take it to court, it's your right to do so in that top right, okay? >> Okay. >> All right, you have any questions? >> No, I'm sorry. >> Okay. And then, ma'am, can you step out of the car and just talk to me in the back here? I got some paperwork for you. You're not under arrest or anything like that, but Yeah. Yep. Thank you. >> Don't mind my outfit. It's my bedtime outfit. >> So, listen. So, your your license is suspended. >> What? >> Your license Yeah, your license is a suspended for having no for a failure to have insurance. I'm not sure, but they said failure to have >> That's definitely my charger, not >> So, failure Yeah, so failure to have insurance is the reason why they suspended it, and then they also said persistent violator. So, I guess you have 18 18 points or something. >> How long How long is it suspended for? >> So, I think you guys will probably agree that this is one of the most cooperative suspects that we've seen on the channel. But, like I said earlier, that's about to change, and that's why a cop's job is so difficult because they always have to be prepared for the worst because at any moment someone could snap and go batshit crazy, which is something we see quite often. >> I I'm not 100% sure, but it's currently suspended. >> Okay. >> So, there and the registration on this vehicle has been expired for a year, okay? So, that So, the registration on the vehicle is expired for a year, there's no insurance, and your license is suspended, okay? So, for those reasons, I can't let the vehicle be on the road, okay? We have to tow it. >> Tow it or >> Yeah, I have I have to tow it because there's literally nothing on the vehicle, you know what I mean? There's no registration. So, that's So, that's why they Well, we've already waited a long time as it is, you know what I mean? Um and you have to be able to show insurance at the time of the stop. Um if you do have insurance on the vehicle, bring proof that the vehicle was insured at the time of the stop to court with you cuz you have you have some tickets here, okay? And the insurance the suspended or mandatory court anyway. So, might as well take all the tickets to court with you, honestly. Hey you guys, so for your vehicle, so they're taking it to Trophy's Towing. It's going to It's in Cherry Hill, okay? >> need to stop at the police station to get the release form. >> Yes, yes. Yep. Yeah, once So, once you're able to show that there's registration and insurance on the vehicle um and that you're the registered owner just bring your license and show that you have registration and insurance. Also, you know, that's good enough to get the vehicle out. Just bring a licensed driver with you unless you get your license reinstated before then. Then you could drive it back. But once you're able to show proof of registration and insurance, come down at any time with your ID and then the officer will release it to you, okay? >> So at this point they're basically both at the finish line. They get a couple tickets, they can move on with their day. But this is what made her snap. For some reason she was not okay with waiting outside in the middle of nowhere for her cousin to come get her. She wanted to wait in her car, but her car is getting towed so obviously that's not going to happen. Now in the grand scheme of things this is such a minute detail, but for some reason that is the thing that really made her go ballistic. >> Ma'am, what are we doing? >> Waiting till my brother comes. >> Okay. So he needs to So he needs to take the vehicle, okay? So you can't be inside of it. >> my brother comes. >> Okay. >> Y'all want to tow my car so bad? Wait till my [ __ ] brother comes. >> Listen. >> Want to have me standing outside? >> to You got to let him do his job here. You got to let him do his job. You can't sit inside the car. You're Like I said, so right now we're just looking at traffic violations. I know you're upset about your car. We don't want to We don't want to turn it into something where somebody gets arrested for obstruction, okay? Listen, you got to shut the car off. Ma'am, you can't put the >> Give me the key to the car. >> Give me the key to the Let's go with my [ __ ] key. >> right, you're under arrest. Step out of the car. You're under arrest. Get Get her out of the car, please. >> It's locked. >> Ma'am, you're under arrest. Open the door. Watch behind you. Watch behind you. Behind you. No, behind you. Him. Yeah. Step out of the car, ma'am. You're under arrest. Ma'am, you got to step out of the car. Come on, we're not leaving. You got to step out of the car, okay? You have to step out of the car. You're under arrest. You're under arrest now. Okay? Okay. Ma'am, step out of the car. You turned this into you getting arrested now. You went from the state Your car is still getting towed. You're still getting the tickets, but now you're also getting arrested, okay? So, step out of the car. The longer we drag this on, the worse it's going to be. >> What she's doing is just a series of bad decision one after another. Her first bad decision was to lock herself into the car. Now, her second bad decision is to extend the stop as much as she's doing it, and it's about to get so much worse. At this point, she could still just go to jail, get a misdemeanor obstruction charge, and be done with it. But I guess instead she wants to collect felonies like they're Pokémon cards. >> Hey, sir. I know you want to She's going to She's going to be okay. We're not We're going to get her out of the car safely. Just have a seat on the curb here so you're not standing behind my partner. Thank you. I appreciate you. Ma'am, step out of the car. Listen, do you Listen. Listen, do you think we're going to go away at this point? You're just going to end up getting arrested. You So, you are under arrest now. We don't want to have to send you to jail as a result of it. We're going to charge you and release you, okay? We got to We're trying to keep this at the lowest level we can, okay? >> [music] >> You were going to get to go home after this, but now you turned it into something where you got to get arrested and at least processed at the station. >> No. Leave me the [ __ ] alone. >> Right? You're talking about Memorial Day weekend. >> You want to leave me alone? >> Ma'am, what is that? me alone. Ma'am. >> Leave me the [ __ ] alone. I've been They'll leave me the [ __ ] alone. >> Ma'am, put the knife down. Put the knife down. Put the knife down. Put the knife down. Ma'am, put the knife down. >> Dude, leave me the [ __ ] >> Come on, ma'am. >> Leave me the [ __ ] alone. >> Ma'am. >> Leave me the [ __ ] alone. >> Ma'am, just calm down. >> The [ __ ] alone. >> Calm down. Calm down. >> Leave me the [ __ ] >> Listen. >> No, you [ __ ] want to arrest me? >> Ma'am. >> want to arrest me? >> Ma'am. We don't want to turn this into anything it doesn't have to be. We don't want you to get hurt. We don't want any of us to get hurt, okay? Like I said, you're just going to get charged. You're going to get brought down to the station, and then we're going to release you. >> right, cuz you don't like how I [ __ ] grabbed my keys back. >> Well, you grabbed my hand, and you also locked yourself in the car. Listen, ma'am, it's not worth it. Ma'am, don't do that. Come on, stop it. Knock it off. Knock it off, okay? Listen. Relax. Just put the knife down. Okay? Just put the knife down. We don't want you hurting yourself. Ma'am, you got to put the knife down. >> I want you guys to understand something very important. This is not a mental health crisis at all. This is an accountability crisis. One of my ex-girlfriend, someone I was dating in my early 20s, was exactly like this. When things didn't go her way, she went completely nuts, and she used self-harm as a weapon to get what she wants. So, I've seen this behavior before. This is nothing new to me. Unfortunately for this woman, it's not going to work with cops because they have no emotional relationship to her. They are just going to do their job. >> Ma'am. Listen, we want to take care of you. We're going to work with you. Okay? >> For what? So, you could You want to me? >> You're not going to the >> You want to [ __ ] arrest me? >> You're not going to jail. Ma'am. >> I do? >> Ma'am, we explained this to you. We explained this to you, okay? You have to relax. Okay? >> All right, if you guys need a forced entry, you'll have to do what you have to >> We're speaking with her right now. >> All right, now. >> She's sitting in the driver's seat. Listen. Ma'am, you got to drop the knife. Okay? You have to drop the knife. We don't want you hurting yourself. We don't want you hurting one of us, okay? Just drop the knife. Listen, ma'am. You got to drop the knife. What are you doing? You got to drop the knife. You can't just cut yourself in front of us. >> to me. >> Ma'am, drop the knife. Put the knife away. Ma'am, put the knife away. You can't be cutting yourself, okay? Ma'am, you got to put the knife down. You have to put the knife down. Put the knife down. You got to drop the knife. Put the knife down. >> What are you doing? >> What the [ __ ] are you doing? >> down. >> Put the knife down. >> Thank you. Drop the knife. Drop the knife. >> Yep, I got it. >> Drop the knife. >> Do not Do not >> What are you doing? >> I put cuffs on her. Put cuffs on her. >> Watch Yo, watch it. >> Yep, I got it. >> Listen, she's she's safe. Do not do that. That's going to be another charge. You're You're under arrest now. You got it on there? >> Clear that Clear that knife. Grab that knife, too, by the way. >> Ma'am. >> What the [ __ ] >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> You know what's the craziest part about this is that apparently she's pregnant. She's 19 years old and she's pregnant with her second child. I mean, what are you doing? At that age, you should be finishing high school, getting into college, getting your first job, and getting ready for your life. You shouldn't be getting ready to raise kids when you're pretty much a kid yourself. And the fact that she's putting her unborn child through all this risk proves that she's not destined to be a great mother. >> Get out of the car. Come on. Get out of the car. You have to get out of the car. Come on. Let's go. Get out of the car. You got to grab her arms and I'm going to grab her legs, okay? Listen. Come on. Hop out of the car. Watch her legs, all right? Come on. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Come on. Come on. >> Don't shoot. No. >> Watch. She's She's okay. Listen. We're getting her out of the car. She's going to be safe. We got it. We got it. She's going to be okay. Lobby. Get out of the car. You're under arrest. Get out of the car. You're under arrest. >> Stop trying to bite me. Stop trying to bite me. >> Relax. >> Oh, she's pregnant. She is pregnant. What the [ __ ] do you want? >> Come on. Get your arms out from under there. Come on. Yep. Well, she's She's putting up a real fight. >> I got it. I got it right here. Right here. Yep. Okay. >> Slide your hand in. >> Yep. Come on. Come on. Just get your hand your back. Come on. >> This thing's ready. >> Stop grabbing the cuffs. Hold on. Stop grabbing the cuff. Stop trying to bite. >> You stop [ __ ] me, you brute. >> All right, stop. Hold on. All right, she's cuffed. All right. Stop trying to grab. Knock it off. Come on. You turned this into something it didn't have to be. You were about to be released, and now you're under arrest, okay? >> Oh, and apparently that's not enough for her, because in the next couple minutes, she's going to pick up multiple extra felonies. Like I said earlier, it's just bad decision one after another. It probably started with getting pregnant at 19 years old. That was probably the first bad decision, and from there it was just downhill. >> Listen, stop. Yep, I see. Uh let me just double lock these so they can't come Come on. What do you What's your goal here? You're You're >> Cuz I'm getting the [ __ ] out, you dumb [ __ ] >> What do you want to do? You're You're going to leave again? >> Dirty ass [ __ ] pig. >> Okay, listen, you're under arrest, so we're going to take you down to the station, process you, and get you out of here. >> Dirty ass [ __ ] pigs. Bald ass [ __ ] Ooh, stop [ __ ] holding on to me. >> Let me search her first. >> Hold on, one second. >> [ __ ] what you all sides my [ __ ] panties? I got [ __ ] on. Dumb ass. Hey, you guys can't search me. Call a female. Y'all want to search me, call a female. >> on duty right now. >> All right, well, I don't want y'all to search me. >> That's sexual harassment. Y'all cannot search me. Y'all cannot search me. I'm going to get a lawyer. Call a female. Call a [ __ ] female. All of y'all, [ __ ] off. I'm about to kick y'all in the dick. Y'all are You're just racking up charges here. That's all you're doing. You're still going to jail. You need to relax. Okay. You're just making it worse for yourself. I don't know what your goal is here, okay? Just relax. Well, get me in the [ __ ] car then. You were about to go home. No, I wasn't. Yes, you were. You were [ __ ] as soon as I got in my car, you you're [ __ ] No. Stop touching me. You were about to go home. We were releasing you. you you didn't like my car and did something. Because you're obstructing. >> [snorts] >> Okay. Okay. Well, that's another charge. And another one. In the car. In the car. All right, so she picked up eight charges: obstruction, resisting arrest, possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of weapons, subjecting corrections employee to bodily fluid three counts, and assault on police for a total of eight charges. That's it for the video. Thank you so much for watching. Don't forget to subscribe and I'll see you guys on the next one.
