And you know what? If If you haven't, then you'd be on your way. This is got to be sorted out. When when somebody sees somebody before in the back of the description, whether it was you or not, they at least have to check it out, all right? Okay, this guy came out and said there's a backpack in his backyard. >> This is where I'm trying to go. He's like, "No, no, I can't." I'm like, "There's all fences and shrubs." He didn't come here. >> Yeah, he said there's a backpack in his backyard. >> Yeah, he's trying to steer me away from the >> 3349 and uh 645 Sorry, Corey. What was 279 Yeah, I couldn't find a hoodie or a jacket or anything yet. He was wearing one when I saw him. >> So, he was wearing one, right? >> Yep. I think I just searched here before we collect it. >> I will. I'm just going to bring this backpack on station we can check it then. >> Are you right here? >> Yes, sir. >> Can I open this? >> Can now. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Hey, this gray hoodie in this bag with the drugs of water I'm assuming is not yours, correct? Okay. Going to tell if she looks like the water might be sitting out here for a minute. Is this yours? Is that yours? Yeah, I think camera through that gate. >> Yeah, these these are ours. They were They were frozen in our >> Okay. Appreciate it. Uh do you see anything disturbed on your property? >> like it like was in our car and it froze and I was afraid to like have Good in the garage and stuff? All righty. Do you have any cameras out here by chance? Just the one at the door? And you already talked to this guy, right, about I talked to him. Hey, good. Can I step inside real quick? So, long story short, oops. Sorry. We responded to a call of a suspicious person. And one of our actually our sergeant was like in the area when it came out. Saw the dude, took off running, busted like through some gates fleeing from us. So, we start checking the area. I'm driving up this alley. I see a guy walking across, generally fitting the description. I come up to see where he went. He's coming this way. Disappeared like a fart in the wind, right? So, I come up here. I see this dude and he's obviously matches the description minus the shirt. The The hoodie was back here. Backpack with some stuff in there that looks like it's probably stolen out of vehicles and stuff like that. So, it looks like he came through your little gate there. I'm wondering if you have any cameras back there. You don't? Okay. Well, I figured I'd check cuz great evidence if you know, he sees us and he's peeling off his clothes and clothes and stuff, so. All right. Cool. Well, I just figured I'd check, so. I appreciate it. All right. Well, thank you. All right. So, thank you. Just got out of prison. >> I know. >> Says he's on parole, he said. So, just bring you up to speed. I was like, I'm coming up the alley down up yeah, north up the alley I see him well wearing that sweatshirt with a backpack. >> Yep. >> Disappears in the park and went >> Yep. >> I'm like, damn he cut through the backyard. Pull up here, he's standing right there trying to play it cool. Sweat, visible sweat, breathing hard, shoes a mess, pants wet like he'd been running through yards. >> Yep. >> Had an attitude right when we get here. He said he came in through over here, but so what happens the backpack was on the other seat that white gate right there. >> Yeah. >> Backpack was there. >> On the other side? Okay. >> Sweatshirt was on this side like on her wall like discarded. Right there. Um he has a baseball card and he has some cash in his pockets and stuff. The baseball card's kind of weird like maybe it was taken from somewhere maybe. Um so that's kind of what's what. He has an iron on him right now I don't think Matt has either. >> I heard Parker do it. >> Okay. >> Um So, good footage of his face. >> Yep. And then he's got this the saggy pants. >> I don't know could he be the guy from the saggy pants? I'd have to I'd have to look at it. >> Is that Puma on there? Or a symbol on the backpack? Cuz there's a big white >> Yeah, I mean that's obviously him. >> Yeah. I mean the fact that he dumped it right where he's found and yeah, I mean everything. So, is that a emblem on that? >> Yeah, there's a big emblem. It's in the back of my car. >> Okay, that's it. >> I'd be curious I'd have to see the pictures from Executive again and see if that's >> I was looking at those but the guy from Executive has more of a beard. More Hispanic looking, yeah. >> The food delivery guy? Yeah, that yeah. Yeah, so I don't that >> So, what's the final with this dude? >> Well, let's let's do work the parole route right now cuz we're going to have possibly a ton of charges once we find the victims. So, >> Did he damage any property or what? >> Yeah, so we got him for a trespass and and criminal damage. So, what happened? The only reason I'm driving through here, and I I happen to go down Elmwood, cuz I see a dude that's just kind of walking randomly down the alley, which was this guy. So, I go down here, and I pick him up in my sights. He looks at me, he freezes, but I've already bypassed the alley. So, then what happened? >> are you at at this point? >> I'm here. So, what >> He's down the alley then. Okay. >> He busts through that fence, cuz he he's been doing stuff he shouldn't be. He gets spooked, and then I call it out once I see the call pop up, and I'm already looking coming back around to look for him. And he was obviously going this way. >> Yeah, I never heard the call pop up or anything. >> It didn't. That's why I No, it didn't. >> I just hear you like I'm going to look I'm like, "What the" >> You saw it as it was coming >> I saw it was coming up as I was going through here. I was like, "Oh, this is him." >> Did you get pictures of everything back here? >> I still have to get pictures of the >> You want to use this? This is the The camera card in here has all the stuff we found over here. >> So, you want me to call us parole officer and be like, "Hey, we got criminal trespass, criminal damaging, >> attempted theft right now for the car that he tried to get in. >> You get that on video, do you? >> I AP guy, well, I'm tracking him down right now, but he's the one that talked to the owner. He was like, "Hey, somebody was just trying to get in your car." >> Okay. So, >> And then we have >> Once we go through that backpack, there's got to be names and case numbers >> Is there Is there credit cards in there? >> I saw there's debit card or not debit cards. I saw gift cards. >> Okay. >> Um there's some cash. There's a wallet or excuse me, good lord, I can't talk. A purse in there. I haven't gone through it yet. I just >> So, there's going to be some felony stuff in there. >> Yeah, there's got to be a parole >> But the the easy thing right now is the parole, so we can hold, and then and then probably >> Come on, you. I'm tracking. >> all these charges. >> So, if they say, "Is he getting charged today?" Yes. So, who's this? Did he tell you his parole officer? >> No. Who Who's your parole officer, Corey? >> John Foster, man. >> John Foster? >> What? So, >> They see us or parole like adult parole or >> Adult parole. >> Yeah. What did she say happen and I cut her off? >> I didn't She just started to say something and I couldn't hear her. >> This was in the alleyway. Temporary license from 182 West Liberty. >> That's probably out of view. >> West Liberty, yeah. I mean that's the next block down. >> Yeah. He's obviously stealing some stuff out of cars. >> What's that? >> Obviously stealing stuff out of cars. >> Yep. >> Is there office in the same building as ACS? Like >> No. >> Is it worth it running down there? >> They're in the building next to like where Delcom is. >> Delcom all authority. >> Yeah. >> I don't feel good. >> Yeah, yes sir. So, I guess right now it's believed that you damaged a fence taking off from >> Thank you, Delcom. >> We told Sergeant Flynn broken into some cars. >> 33 >> Are you [ __ ] All right, so can I see your >> 182 >> And Sergeant Flynn has still shots from whatever video. I I wasn't out there talking to the people and going to this house to so. He showed me the pictures. I mean it's obviously It's obviously you. >> I'm getting arrested right now for jogging, bro? >> No. >> That's what you're doing? >> No. >> I just did 8 years, bro, for something. >> No, that's not why you're in handcuffs right now, not for jogging. So. >> All right, I'm in handcuffs because what you guys think I did? >> Well, based on evidence, yeah. >> What evidence? I'm walking in the block and >> You're not just out here walking, man. If you're out here just walking, we wouldn't be messing with you. >> All right, so you seen me do this [ __ ] >> I did not physically see you do that stuff, no. >> You seen me jogging. >> Hey Donald Faulkner Department of Corrections, please. I'm calling to advise you have Corey Paul. He said he's on paper review. Apparently >> Uh been trespassing in some yards, broke a fence, trying to run from police, uh got into a couple different vehicles, and in possession of stolen property. >> 33 15 >> So, we are trying to see if anyone to >> Hold her on him. >> Parole violation has been entered here. You have my camera if you can swing by the location in the alley. >> back that it's not >> Uh when you're done there. All right, it's Officer Parker again. How are you? >> I'm fine. How are you doing? >> Okay. Hey, I left a voicemail for Don. Uh this Corey guy that we were at with claims that uh Don won't be available today. Uh are you guys, if I give you this info on what we got here, are you or someone else able to put a holder on him if you want to on the parole violation? Um basically, this this Corey calls been running through some yards this morning, broke a fence, uh got into several vehicles, it sounds like, uh stealing some property, um ditched the backpack. >> social security number? >> Uh it is uh one a second here. >> Oh, okay. >> Do you know if my already got it? >> I got it here for you if you need it. Do you need it? >> Yeah, but I'm ready. >> All right. Uh we've got >> Morning. >> I saw you jogging earlier, I think. You're all over the place. >> What? >> So, how come she ain't getting arrested for jogging? >> Man, you know you damn well you won't get arrested for jogging. You're out breaking into cars and being dumb. That's why you're in the back of the car. >> I got track of my phone. So, who are you in charge of today? >> Uh I think Clark. >> Damn. >> Yeah. >> What did I have on me that was stolen? >> Corey. I'm not the one investigating all that. Sergeant Flynn's talking to the victims. Sergeant Flynn's talking to all the victims and getting the information. He told me to take you to the county jail on the charge. And APA's throwing a holder on you for now. >> She made it jogging doing this [ __ ] because of my background, bro? Come on, my [ __ ] son, bro. I was joking, man.
