You just hope I don't know. >> This video you just watched is part of what people encounter with police officers. The officer above was trying to state a law that doesn't exist. And he was trying to have a display of power. But luckily, the guy involved knew the law. And as you can see, the second officer was trying to pull him away to let him know what he was stating is not correct.
