Callers reported that an intoxicated mother was verbally abusing her son and asked police to come check on the situation. Officers were then dispatched to the scene and made contact with Ms. Karen, asking her to cooperate with the investigation. [music] Karen was placed in handcuffs and up to that point everything was going smoothly.
