put me in handcuffs, had my heart racing. >> Cops pull over an 18-year-old for a burnt headlight and somehow decide to jail him for a felony stolen gun charge. Except, plot twist, the gun was never stolen. Why? Because police ran the patent number instead of the serial number. You know, the one that actually identifies the gun. The kid tells them, "Call my dad. Call the gun dealer. this can be cleared up in 5 minutes. And police respond with, "We don't want to hear it." So they jail him anyway. 20 hours later, the district attorney takes one look and says, "Nope." Refuses the charges and orders his immediate release. Wrong number, wrong arrest, real consequences. Finue lies, baby.
