on November 17th 2023 the Orange County Sheriff's Office responded to a call for service outside of Disney World in Orlando Florida for reports of a man potentially involved in an incident with a bus driver the following shows the body warn camera footage of what happened during the incident what's up man stand on there stay on that grass right there bro just got out of the vehicle has stop right there for me what's going on sir you tell me what's going on I don't know sir I'm trying to do get I I'm trying to do get home sir okay we got a little problem on one of the buses over there yes no sir stay right there for me yes so all I'm trying to do get home so I got a mental problem I I just woke up on WR side of the bed sir I'm trying to back to Orlando sir all right we'll get you we'll get it figured out we'll work with you here you got anything on you I need about any weapons can you lift your shirt can you lift your sweater up for me and just lift your shirt turn around okay all right you got an ID on you all right all right you just have a seat on the sidewalk for us real so our other depy across the street he's going to talk to you didn't get an argument or nothing with him you got an argument with the guy well if that's all that happen happen then we're cool man so we just want to make sure everything is good to go all right do you have an ID or no have you ever had a Florida ID all right he's 29 okay yeah he's just he was just telling me you got an argument with the bus driver and yeah so where you going to go where where were you headed I was headed by se you headed out by sea by okay go to behavioral for what hey how's it going they've got their out with them so just what's going on today yeah know he voted the bus earlier and um you know had I'm assuming expire probably transfer trying to play around whatever so I said you know what I'm going get a curreny ride B the bus but through the whole trip he was sleeping okay okay so then after he finally get off here I told him it's the last stop no I want to go to seaworks it's the last stop you have to exit so we finally have to give me you know excuses he exited the bus okay so I was about to depart he said he wanted to go to to see what says no you can't be sleeping on the bus then he got aggressive whatever I closed the door unfortunately these two voted the bus and he started smacking on the door then he finally kicked it in and shed the window okay all right you have your uh you guys want to prosecute I don't know my supervisor should be here can you call them and find out because if they're out yeah yeah I need you to call them and find out if they want to prosecute because we have no reason to legally detain him if you guys AR going to prosecute him so I need to know now if you guys want to prosecute okay yeah I see [Music] that get [Music] off go ahead yeah 104 I'm the only one 108 right now um and they don't even know if they want to prosecute right now so I'm trying to find that out right now those but uh he said that this supervisor is on Rob but no ETA okay that's the dispatcher that's the dispatcher he said there V problems that you guys to pull so they can't rain them you know somebody here yeah that I I need to know if you guys want to prosecute for the damage to the bus like I don't understand what the problem I can't make that decision so and that's what I was telling him but he says that the got you hey I got yeah there's two units out with them right now I believe um just IDE them and let them go if they want to prosecute when they get here they decide what they want to do then we'll go from there let yep we'll do appreciate it sir he can't even get somebody on the phone to tell me whether or not they want to prosecute so I said at what point do we say right so if we can he's writing a statement for me right now but um yeah if he can if he can just jump on board real quick yeah um also the dude if we don't end up doing anything uh the dude said he was on his way to Central Florida behavioral um he's hearing voices so my corpal is good to go if we don't have anything else I can get him off property doing that okay all right all [Music] right all right sir would you be um Deputy Neil here would like to take you down to see if we've got the person that did the damage real quick if you could just climb in the back seat of his car he'll take you over there there so that he can ID him real quick 100% yes or 100% no [Music] okay and obviously I'll be standing by with your bus so yeah yeah we're not going to good so we do have the guy um essentially he was saying that he was trying to get off at SeaWorld exit or the the bus stop apparently he was sleeping though um apparently he was he's trying to go to seaw he's trying to go into Central Florida behavioral cuz he's hearing voices and everything and then he gets down here so um he's on the bus writing a statement for us right now I know earlier you guys said that you did want to prosecute I don't know if that changes the story but um yeah it's it's yeah it's spider web in the bottom there so um but yeah we have him already in custody and everything and we we took him I sat and watched the bus they took him over and positively identified the guy yeah we got two deputies over there with him so what you guys just the written statement and if you have video um that we can video has to be I can show you the video but I it has to be Suba yeah if I can if if I can see it then okay I I'll have my camera on and then yeah if they need it beyond that we'll uh I just need to make sure you don't have anything good andcome ab would you mind uh meeting me over in the LI sorry he's just going to secure for now just let him secure you you got to patch you down and we're still trying to figure it out so he'll let you know in a minute just give him a second cuz they're still talking to the other guys over there so you have anything else on you sticker St [Music] all right
