A police officer doing what he does best, lying straight through his teeth, and then immediately calling over his buddy on the right for backup. Things escalate quickly as they begin threatening to pull the driver out of the vehicle, but this time it's not going to be that easy. The driver and the passenger, with his own sister, refuse to go along with it, and for good reason. This officer blatantly made things up, accusing the driver of nearly running someone over, even claiming he saw it with his own eyes. But that's not all.
