That's why I'm asking. Oh, really? >> Yeah. >> No, I didn't drink anything since like eight. >> Okay. I mean, maybe you're just sweating it out. That's maybe that's what's making the smell. >> No, I don't think I'm sorry. >> I mean, if you drank earlier, usually you you'll have the odor on you. That's >> So, I'm not really sure what >> the insurance is. >> Well, no, I know what it is. I just Oh, here it is. All right. All right. Um, you know, the reason why I stopped you is just cuz you were kind of driving slow and kind of drifting a little bit. >> Um, and then I smell obviously the smell the odor of alcohol, which is why I asked you about it. Um, so I'm just going to have you step out. I just want to make sure you're good to drive. All right. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> You need to turn my car off. >> You can turn it off. Leave it on. Doesn't matter. We're just going to step right up into the front of your car. >> Do you have diabetes or anything like that? >> No. >> Um, any medical conditions or injuries that affect your balance? >> No. >> Do you wear contacts or glasses? >> Yes. >> If you don't mind me asking for what are you wearing for? >> I I have a pretty bad eyeglass prescription. >> Okay. I could not see that. I could see that. >> Okay. I'm going to come a little bit closer, but I'm just going to take your eyes out. Okay. What I want you to do is just put your feet together and your hands out your side for me. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Like I said, I'm just going to look at your eyes. All right. >> Do you see the top of my pen? >> Yes. >> All right. I want you to follow the top of my pen with your eyes your eyes only. All right. So, don't move your head or not like that. Okay. >> Okay. I know my head at one point. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. All right. All right. What I want you to do next. All right. I want you to take your right foot and put it in front of your left. I know you weren't. Are those flip-flops? Do you want to do them with them on or would you rather take them off? >> Sorry. >> You can do them with them on. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. What I want you to do is I want you to take your right foot and put them in front of your left just like this. All right. And I want you to keep your hands flat out on your side. Can you get in that position for me now? >> This? >> Yep. I want you to remain in that position while I explain and demonstrate to test you. Okay? >> Yeah. >> Don't begin the test. I tell you to start. Do you understand? >> Yeah. >> All right. When I tell you to start, I want you to take a series of nine steps walking straight down heel to toe just like this. >> One, two, three. You're going to go all the way down to nine. When you get to that ninth step, I want you to pivot on your left foot. Take a few small steps with your right. Turn yourself around. And then nine steps walking back heel to toe. Just like this. One, two, three. Again, you're going to go all the way down to nine. Once you begin the test, do not stop and count each step out loud. >> Okay. >> Do you understand? >> Yes, I think I understand. So, nine steps forward coming around nine steps back. >> Yes. He'll he'll tell us. >> Okay. >> Do do you do you fully understand or you want me to explain to you? >> No, I think I understand. >> Okay. So, this All right, you can turn around. Um, just by watching you with your flip flops, it seems like it kind of affects you a little bit. >> Yeah. Would you rather do it without them on? >> Okay. All right. All right. While we're doing this, I'm just going to reexplain to you again. Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. What I want you to do is take your right foot and put in front of your left just like this. All right. You can do that now. >> Yep. >> All right. I want you to remain in that position while I explain demonstrate the test to you. Do you understand? >> Don't begin the test. I tell you to start. Do you understand? >> Mhm. >> All right. When I tell you to start, I want you to take a series of nine steps walking heel to toe straight down just like this. One, two, three. When you get to that ninth step, I want you to take your front foot, leave it on the ground, and take a few small steps with your back foot, turn yourself around just like this. All right? >> Then I want you to take nine steps, walking heel to toe, back. One, two, three. Once you begin the test, do not stop and count out each step out loud. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> All right. Go ahead. >> Does it start? >> Uh, no. >> Okay. So, one, two, three. Okay. All right. What I want you to do next, All right. Feet together, hands flat out on your side for me. All right. All right. Again, I'm going to explain, demonstrate the test. I want you to stay in that position until I tell you to start. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> All right. When I tell you to start, I want you to raise either your left or your right foot approximately 6 in off the ground, just like this. Keep that bottom of your foot parallel to the surface. I want you to look straight down at your toe and count out loud. 1 10 1 2 1 100 3 Continue to count. They tell you to stop. Do you understand? >> Okay. Yes, I understand. >> All right. Go ahead. 71.23 Do34 76 78 79 10 11 2012 12 13 2014 14 15 14 That's 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 Four and 25. Five. Six. >> Put your foot down. All right. One last test for me. Okay. I want you to keep your feet together, your hands down your side. All right. I want you to take your pointer fingers and put them out just like this. >> This. >> All right. I'm going to keep my eyes open for this for demonstration purposes, but you're going to perform this test with your eyes closed. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, I'm going to give you a direction. So, when I say left, I want you to use the very tip of your left index finger. All right. Don't use the pad. Just the very tip of your finger. You're going to bring it straight up to the tip of your nose. You're going to bring it straight back down. All right. When I say right, same thing. Just using the very tip of your finger, not the pad. Just the very tip of your finger. You're going to bring it straight up. Touch the tip of your nose. You're going to bring it straight back down. >> Okay. >> Do you understand? >> Yeah. Seems too simple, but yes. >> All right. All right. You can close your eyes now. >> Okay. >> Left, right, left. right, right, left. All right, you can open your eyes for me. All right, you can turn around for me. Place under rest for dryicated serious. Why? Um because I'm determining that you I have uh probable cause to believe that you're driving intoxicated. >> Why? >> Based on your uh the test >> I don't think I did any of the tests incorrectly. I did everything correctly. >> Oh, we're going to come straight back over here. Okay. >> I did. We're going to step right back over here. Okay. >> It's going to be real. trying to find one of those female walk right up over here. Okay. >> Oh, it's just concrete. >> It's not wet enough. >> Wait, wait. I can't >> What's going on, please? This is not real. >> All right. Well, once we get to the station, I'll I'll sit down and hold my W. Okay. >> No. No, I need I need my phone and my husband. >> I'll grab I'll grab whatever you want for you. >> Tell me what what >> I'm not I'm not comfortable with this. What? What did I fail? Please tell me. >> You failed the test. It's all >> No, no. I don't feel comfortable with being told I failed the test. >> We're going to come right up over here. >> No, no. Somebody has to tell me, please. >> What part did I >> All right, ma'am. Please come up over here. >> I will. I will come. I'm not I'm not trying to like fight it. I'm just like I'm So >> All right. You can have a seat right in the car. Okay. >> Do you have anything in your pockets or seat? >> I might have. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. You can have a seat. >> My Okay, this is the problem. My >> husband has my daughter at home who's sleeping. She's literally one years old. Okay, you're you're not going to jail tonight. Okay, >> I know, but like what the heck is >> just sit back for me so I can [ __ ] you up. All right, >> I don't understand why I would be >> Sorry. Got her. >> Got her. >> She say she's Yeah, she's >> What's the address when we head out today? She says, >> she said with her husband. >> Oh, it is her husband. Who's uh doing Toshi? >> She's the URL. >> Oh, it does pop up. Yeah, it just says C East LLC. >> Huh? >> It said Cab East LLC. >> Oh, good. >> That's what the registration says. >> When I ran Oh, it's a lease. >> Yeah. Papa. Okay. >> No. You coming back to station or who's coming to station? >> What's that? >> Yeah. I wasn't sure if you wanted to use him. >> I'll do it. >> Yeah, it just says Okay. >> Yes. >> Oh, yep. What's that? >> No, I'll explain everything to you. There's certain things that we have to do by the state of New Jersey laws that are out of our control. So, the car has to be have a 12-hour hold on it for an impoundment. S 94 transporting one female from this location to 25 starting 1 19943 43 hours What's that? >> Which police station? >> Uh, Medford Township. >> Yes. S 94 bet at 250. Ending 1 19944. And here's our Heat. Heat. All right, you can step on out. You think you can slide the shoes on? I'm going to take the handcuffs off once we get inside. I'll >> probably be okay. They're a little hand actually to be honest. I know he's like a >> Okay, if you want to just wait, I'll I'll bring him in and once I get you inside, I'll I'll take the cuffs off you. >> Okay. >> All right. You could go right up towards that officer. Go right here. Anything out of the car? I'm going to come right up. This room right to your left right here. service. All right, you can uh put your shoes back on and you can have a seat on the bench for me. >> Can you go in my drawer and just grab my table? Can you just open your mouth for me, please? Lift your tongue up. Okay. Just kid. All right. So, um, at the end of this, uh, I'll try to get you out of here as quickly as possible. You said your husband's home with your daughter. >> Yes. >> So he's not going to be able to come pick you up? >> No. >> All right. Would he So someone has a sign for you. >> All right. If we were to drive you home, you know, you live right back for Lake. If we were to drive you home, would your husband be able to sign for you there? That way he doesn't have to drag. Okay. So that would be the best case for you. >> Yes. >> Okay. You want me to grab that for you? >> Oh, it's raining inside. All right, couple questions for you. I didn't come up with the questions. Any of the questions you don't want to answer, you can either just stay silent or just tell me you don't want to answer it. I don't take it personally. >> Um, what do you do for work? >> I work an engineering company. >> Are you sick? All right. The next question is going to read you your Miranda rights. Okay. You're the right sign. Do you understand that? >> Just a verbal yes, please. >> Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand that? >> You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you're being questioned. Do you understand that? >> Yes. >> If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed at no cost to represent you before any questioning if you wish one. Do you understand that? >> Yes. >> If you agree to talk to us, the decision to w these rights is not final. You may withdraw your waiver whenever you wish, either before or during questioning. Do you understand that? >> Yes. All right. This is exactly what I read you. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. You want to just check over and then you can just sign here saying they advise you of your rights. Uh, what kind of alcoholic drinks did you have >> today? >> Yes, >> I um It's called Surfside. >> How many? Um, I'm just thinking what time I got. I'm not trying to I'm just trying to think cuz I haven't like necessarily thought this through. I had probably when I got there would have been 5:00. So, I would have had one when I first got there and then another another one pretty immediately after and 3 after that. So, >> at least 5. >> And >> starting at 5:00 p.m. >> And you said you had him at your friend's house, >> huh? >> You said you had him at a friend's house. No, I was at the Phillies game. >> Oh, you were at the Phillies game? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, you had it at the stadium? >> Yeah. I waited till the end till it ended and then left. >> Um, and what was the time in between each drink, would you say? >> It was not >> various. >> Yeah, it was not like completely consistent between each drink. So, I'm not I mean, I was just not really like paying attention to that. >> And, uh, you answered another question I'd have to ask you. Um, which is when you had your first drink? I marked down 5:00 p.m. cuz you said that's about right. >> 5:00 a.m. >> Um, and when what time did you have your last drink? >> Um, I guess whenever the Phillies be ended. Probably like it was not dark outside, so I would guess like night between 8 and 9. Uh, what time did you uh finish eating today? >> And what did you have to eat? >> I had a BLT and a panel salad. >> And a what? Panzanella salad and a BLT. All right. And I just got to read you this uh this form, so just bear with me. Okay. >> What's happening right now? >> Okay. So, um what's happening right now is right now you're obviously under arrest for the DWI. under arrest. >> Yeah, you're in Yeah, you're in custody for uh the DWI. >> Um so the next step is I have to read you this form um which is basically whether you're going to agree to provide breath samples for the breathalyzer. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So we have to go through a process. I got to wait 20 minutes then I can bring you in there and all that stuff and then we can go from there. Once that goes in, you'll get a copy of all the paperwork um with a court date and all that. You'll get what your breath test reading may or may not be. Um, and then it'll, you know, everything will be broken down for you. Okay. >> Um, you have been arrested for drywall intoxicated NJSA 394-50. The law requires you to submit samples of your breath for the purpose of testing determine alcohol content. A record of the taking of breath samples, including the test results will be made. Upon your request, a copy of the record will be made available to you. After you provide samples of your breath for testing, you have the right at your own expense to have a person or physician of your own selection take independent samples of your breath, blood, or urine for independent testing. If you refuse to provide samples of your breath, you'll be issued a separate summon for refusal. Court may find you guilty of both refusal and driving while intoxicated. If a court finds you guilty of refusal, you'll be subject to various penalties, including license revok up to 20 years, a fine of up to $2,000, installation of ignition interlock, and a referral to intoxicated driver resource center. These penalties may be in addition to penalties imposed by the court for any other offense for which you are found guilty. You have no legal right to have an attorney, physician, or anyone else present for the purpose of taking the breath samples. You have no legal right to refuse to give delay giving samples of your breath. Any response from you that is ambiguous or conditional in any respect to my request that you provide breath samples, it will be treated as a refusal to submit to breath testing. Even if you agree to take the test but then do not follow my instructions, do not properly perform the test or do not provide sufficient breath samples, I will charge you with refusal to submit to breath testing. I repeat, the law requires you to submit samples of your breath for testing. Will you submit samples of your breath? Yes. All right. Now, something control. All right. >> What's that? >> What do you mean? Yeah. You guys can call My husband have you or have you? >> No. >> Do you know? My husband doesn't know what's going on yet. >> He does not. Do you want me to give you your phone so you can call him and tell him or >> It's okay, I guess. I don't know. I don't really know what to do. Best thing to do is be honest. >> I'll keep an eye on your phone just in case he calls worrying. But thank you. >> Um, but Yeah. So, once we're all done, I'll have you just try call him. That way, at least he can meet you at the front door. I can get you. That way, he can sign right when he's there. And then that way you can have your personal, you know, you can deal with that side. So, I don't have to, you know what I mean? >> Yeah. >> It's up to you. >> That way I don't have to interfere. I'm sure you're going to have to explain everything with them. So >> yeah. >> Would you rather do it that way? >> As opposed to what? >> Not tell him until you go knock on the door and then he's going to have to sign the paperwork and all that there. >> Oh yeah, I'll call him. >> So what happens I know you but what happens if I don't recalize like if I live? So, because of my onseen observations, you're still charged with the DWI. That's for the judge to then determine whether you're guilty or not guilty based on the breath test readings and all that stuff. >> I'm not a judge. >> What if I What if I did a zero? >> I still my probable cause is based out on my scene. So, I can't alter going moving forward if that makes sense. >> At a zero, >> you're charged with a DW. >> No. So, you're charged with the DWI. So, you're charged with the crime now. The judge is the one that says you're guilty or not guilty. >> So I can't I have to find my probable calls out on scene which is when I arrested you. >> Okay. >> The process and procedure is evidential purposes here. >> Then the judge at your court date is the one that makes a determination whether you are guilty or not guilty. >> Okay. What's the uh court date you guys are using? >> We're using 7:25 8:30 currently 141. Mhm. So yeah, so the process here, you're going to get issued a couple motor vehicle tickets. All right. In the state of New Jersey where we're one of two, this isn't a criminal offense. All right? So it doesn't go on your criminal record or anything like that. They're motor vehicle violations. All right? Other states like Pennsylvania where you came from, they're crimes. So you'd be charged. It would be on your criminal record, stuff like that. So New Jersey, not downplaying a DWI or why we're here. And again, we're not in the breath visor yet, but um you're going to get a couple traffic tickets with a court date, and then that's where you go moving forward. >> Okay. Um, can you just have them finish the tickets for reckless container for anything late? Just don't know Very small. Is that A or B? 51 A or B. >> Uh technically the >> and can just write in one of those subcategory. So >> yeah. Okay. We're just going to come into the other room for the breath. Okay. Just sit there and do that stuff for him. I was just happy to what? I would imagine probably make sure machine. >> Understand your requirements from New Jersey. We're not accusing of not actually presenting simple instructions. my name, please. >> No, you're you're not signing. >> Okay. >> So, you'll do everything do everything except for signing his name. Everything just like the ticket except for signing his name. Take a deep breath. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. >> Yeah, just check for you. Better hurry up. We got two more tickets. Already done with the first sample. All right. apparently >> what >> apparently distracting you cuz you can't just do the one thing I asked you which was focus. Don't worry about what I'm doing. Need to worry about what you're doing. Exhale. Deep breath in. I want you to take a deep breath. Deep breath. Stop. Yes. >> Baby going. All right. So big control test fail. So we have to go back to legs. Do the exact same thing. All right. And the nice water. 3704 from 2512 clear respond to your station to the box. >> Yes. It just means that the machine is not. All right. Back in the other room here down there. will be down there. That should be um you've been cooperative with me and all that. For procedure purposes, I'm not going to put you back in handcuffs. You are still technically under arrest and in my custody. Um, but I'm not gonna put you in handcuffs and drive you down the street to map your legs. Okay. What's that? >> Justice. Could you just do me a favor? Just uh step up in this yellow line. I was going to take the in house pictures for turn to your right, please. All right, you got a seat again. Show me. >> What time is it? >> 1:23. >> I'll explain to you now so I can put everything in your bag. Okay. This is going to be a copy of the uh breathalyzer we did here. Okay. So, as you can see, these are the readings. It did a control test. So it said test supported control test fail which means that the with the alcohol solution in there it wasn't within the tolerance. So it says basically can't 100% guarantee what the breath test was. So that's why we have to go use another machine. Okay. Um like I said you're just getting traffic tickets. Okay. So it seems like a lot. It's standard DWI. Okay. Um so there's four tickets here. All right. DWI. Okay. Reckless driving which we always write with the DWI. Um, fail to maintain your lane, which is the reason why I pulled you over, and the open containers of alcohol you had in your uh behind your driver's seat. >> Oh, I'm going to take the tickets with your copy here. You're going to get another copy just like this at Meford Lakes when we're done there. And put this right in your tote bag here. Okay. >> All right, man. Come back and follow me. Your seat back in there. Please put your seat belt off in there. You got my phone. >> Everything's in the bag. Yep. Yes. Thank you. Are there any I just want to make sure I understand. You're taking me to the Medford for Life Police Department to bre to breathalize me again. >> Yes. That's what I thought. Trans female in custody 25 370 starting 1 944 Fine. You're lucky. effective class 14 support for medical attention alarm. 275. >> Are you from effort? >> I am not now. >> Where are you from? >> What's that? >> Where are you from? >> Uh down by the shore in Ocean County. Oh, >> okay. >> You from Eford? >> Yeah. >> Do you like sports? You know, like Southern Regional. >> Mhm. >> That's where I'm from over there. Oh, >> okay. >> Like Yeah. Yeah. >> Is it like a small high school or >> southern? >> Yeah. >> Uh, no. It's a pretty big school. Oh, really? I almost feel like Shaunie is small, but maybe not. >> Yeah. I guess I got to say whether it's big or small is uh as they compare with like the different tabs. >> Yeah. Yeah. It's hard to tell you, but I know you talk too. You have uh born again high school, but born again regional the graduating class was like 8 900 kids. >> 900 kids in their whole graduating class like for high school. >> Yeah. >> Really? Oh, it's crazy. >> It's really small. I'm pretty sure Sean only has like 400 glasses in >> actually. Yeah. I'm thinking the whole school in general. Yeah. Well, I was thinking the I was thinking of like there's like 2500 kids in the school, I think. >> Yeah. Yeah. So yeah, when you say 900, I'm like, "Oh, that sounds tiny." But you're right. That's actually Shan's entire school. It is hard to remember those things. I graduated. I said it is hard to remember those things. I graduated um >> 2011. So >> 13 years ago. So you're at the Phillies game assuming you saw the news. >> What's that? >> I'm assuming you saw the news for tonight. >> Uh Trump. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, I did. >> Was it like an actual like Did he actually get shot? >> Yeah, I guess it uh allegedly it went through the top of his ear. >> Oh, really? >> Um they were saying that the gunman was shot and killed. >> Oh my god. Really? >> Somebody from the crowd was shot and killed. >> Oh my god. Really? >> I guess it's incredible. >> Holy [ __ ] I thought like I really I really didn't see much of it. I just saw like >> a clip. So I just thought it looked like maybe it was like a baby gun or something like that. >> But it was a real was real crazy. >> It is crazy. It's actually really scary just what's going on. Everything just election in general is very scary. Especially in Pennsylvania, too. >> Is that where it was? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, that is very scary. So, are your police departments connected? >> What's that? Are your police departments connected >> or? >> No, just we obviously member small little town in in Medford. >> Yeah. >> So we just usually >> like if you need something you go here. >> Yeah. I mean >> or if they need something they go to you. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yeah. You're not affiliated necessarily. >> No, but we have a really good working relationship with them obviously. Like if anything big happens to me legs, they, you know, go right down to >> help. Yeah. 370 >> ending 1 n. >> Um, is my car safe in the is my car safe in the parking lot? >> No, your I'll explain it all to you once we get in there, but um your car is at a secure fence and it's safe. available. >> What's that? >> They can't fix it. They're not doing any repairs anymore. >> Oh, you going to buck right, too? >> You're going to follow this officer right up inside. Go straight down all the way down for the wall >> over here. >> Nope. No. over here. Right. And then over here and you sit right in that little bench for me. >> Um I just got to do that 20-minute thing again. If you can just open your mouth, lift your tongue. Same issues. Wouldn't be that bad if you'd have to keep doing the 20 minutes again. >> I know. >> That's what uh the one I ran the other day was mouth alcohol detected when blush the last blow and then uh somebody local requested K9 for track. 29. >> They throw up. >> Weird. >> It was weird. >> The guy was blowing good. No issues. >> One night. >> Red line's got the new machine. Mhm. Still the same process that 20 minute hole. >> Mhm. Yeah. The big difference though is it's a gas chamber instead of the solution. >> So it's there's not as many issues with the liquid solution sitting there. So, you guys will wait to call my husband till we're like on my own. >> Yes. I actually left your phone in the car. Um >> Yeah. You want to call before we go, right? >> It's Well, yeah. I mean, I'm just curious what's going on. >> Yeah. So, hopefully So, we started 20 minutes. That test took what? 5 minutes. So, once we started it, so I would say in like 20 minutes, we'll he can either, you know, I know he's got the kids, so we'll bring I'll bring you home. Um but uh yeah, if you want to just grab it's a tote bag right in the front seat. >> Uh yeah, please. >> Uh you can just grab the cell phone out of it actually. What's your husband's first name? >> Ryan. >> Ryan. >> Yes. >> Does he have a middle initial? >> G. >> And same last name as you? >> Yes. >> What's his uh date of birth? You originally from Meford Lakes or Meford? >> Meford. >> Me, right? He's Yep. Yeah. Do you want to just check? I see like a miss call. >> Yeah, I'll put it right over here. I should be all right. >> Section 3723. I'll be clear when you need to school. >> So would you graduate like 2010? >> 201 >> 11. Yes. 11. >> Yeah. >> What about you? >> 2009. >> Okay. That was good. >> Yeah. Yeah, I'm like four months older than him, so I figure he's probably class. So, you're one of those people that like kind of like stayed at town. >> What's that? >> You one of those people that stayed in town where you lived? >> Yeah. Me, too. I think it's too much to like drop everything restart. Like I like I don't even I like this part of the state, you know. >> What's that? >> I like having family around. >> Oh, yeah. I mean, usually it's a growing trend. Everyone says that they hate New Jersey so much, but you know, you still have hundreds of thousand people that flock to the state every year. >> You have the shore, you have the cities. >> Yeah. You have, you know, Philly right close by here. New York's an hour away. You have the beach, you know, less than an hour away. >> And you have all your friends and family. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. There's not many other uh states that say the same thing. From there you can step on this. Just going to do the same thing. We got a seat right out. Uh expert myself. You can knock them out with so I guess everything. Same thing as before. Big deep breath in. Why don't you take a deep breath? Blow the mouth because one long continuous breath. Continue to blow out stretches. Deep breath in. down. I'm just going to do that one more time. >> Okay. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Are you going to tell me the result? >> Yes. Yep. >> Um the ones from our department. So again, these aren't scientifically reliable first report purposes, but this is at least where you were. So at our station, your your two breath samples, your first reading was a 173 and your second one was a 170. So if I had to guess just by the hour difference, you're probably around a 15 to a 14 because it in New Jersey it rounds down. So you're probably close to almost double. Oh. So, why did you guys think it was unreliable? >> Was it me that thought it was unreliable? The >> the machine itself >> said like unreliable or something. >> It said a control test failed. So, there's a liquid solution that's behind that's required in New Jersey. It's a state first chunk. It's where all that stuff come from. But the liquid solution behind there, it's around about a 1% satin of alcohol. So when it's going through the machine, the solution should be around a 1. See how it's saying the solution. Now the solution itself does deteriorate over time. So see how it's saying the solution it's saying is a 097 095. You gave your breath samples, the solution dropped to a 094 and a 095. Solution drops below that 95. It it suspects there's an error with the solution. So that's why I did it. That's why I ordered the test per control test valve. >> Okay. >> So that's why we're here. It is a common thing that sometimes can happen with the solutions um with the machine. So the solution itself just drops. The machine says I couldn't confirm that we were blood content right now is calculated at 0.15. 3723 central. >> If you want to just call your husband and let him know that we're be on our way now. 3723 copy clear issued >> he should come out in like >> two minutes I would imagine >> yeah he's going to get a copy of the form he's going to sign but basically he just needs to sign this form here >> 73 you copy that right Yeah. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> Get your phone on your way. This is the one from Meford Township. This is the one from here. Okay. Just don't forget you can hang up to that. You're no longer under arrest. You're just in protected custody till you get signed out. >> Oh, okay. >> So, I just have to like report to our court date. >> Yeah. Yep. The court date is right on the bottom of the ticket. Um I believe it was July I want to say 24th, something like that. You got the seat back on. Thank you. >> Yes, please. If you need directions, I got it. >> Transport one of the female starting >> 9 to 11 hour. Along is the one that goes like along Lenipe trail, right? >> Pretty much. Yeah. Yeah, you got it. You know exactly which way. >> What's the easiest way to go back to there from Len off Lenipe? >> Um, probably might be Lenipe might be the easiest. Yeah. From here. Now who in Lakes thought it'd be great to make little wooden street signs, too. I know. >> Impossible. Sometimes >> one night especially feel like most people that are in my flakes that have been there a while don't even know what the names of the streets are. They just go by like >> Oh, yeah. >> You know, knowledge of direction. >> Yeah. I couldn't imagine having to deliver like food or something, >> right? I know. Yeah. I'll be check. >> You let me know when to turn. Yeah, I'll let you know. You probably turn right here. Sorry, it's probably a little too soon to let you know. Oh, sorry. It was left. >> Left. >> Yeah. Apologize. And then you'll make the first right. Yeah. Right here. >> Yep. And then it'll take you to that stop sign kind of looking thing up there is where it turns into Well, it's actually the farthest stop sign. >> What's that? >> It's actually the farthest stop sign. Sorry. Okay. >> I should have said Is it keep going straight? >> Yep. You can go straight there. and again and then it'll be at the next block. I'm sorry I told you turn uh turn a little bit early. Okay. Yeah, you'll just kind like veer right here and I'm like make a right. >> Yeah, you'll just like veer right here and then I'm uh kind of like the first house. It's this this one right here. >> Yeah, right here. >> This one? >> Mhm. Well, uh this uh driveway right here. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. There you go. Show me a property check for Mfield. >> This is my >> Can I get out? >> Yeah. Arriving ending 1994 now. Central 25 property check for metrics Yes. All right. This is uh can be a copy of the form ask you to sign and then you can just sign here. Basically, what the board's saying is you're just going to make sure she doesn't have access to drive another car until she's okay. >> Yep. >> Thank you. >> Thank you.
